Food was sooo good, for both soba and tempura. I’m not a big fan of soba tbh but this is really good. And the tempura totally reach the requirement and definition of finest level of what Japanese tempura should be, not greasy at all, dry on the layer but juicy inside. All the ingredients are fresh and perfect Btw, it’s a totally foreigner-friendly restaurant, with English menu, staff are so nice to us. Strongly recommend you guys to try after your onsen stay

A solid 4* location for a rest during your day trip journey. Our food was cooked perfectly and much larger than we expected. Lots of parking outside and lots of lovely motorcycles arrived all the time to admire too!

A souvenir shop and there is a restaurant in the 2nd floor. It closes early at 13.30 during Jan 2023. If you are staying around here, be aware most of the restaurant would be closed at 4-5pm. A window side seat is the best view for the valley.

It was a warm place to stop while I was cycling in the snow and cold. Hot chocolate, good coffee, and the attendant even turned up the stoves to warm us. Thank you!
