I mean, they are what they are...they serve pretty much everything up to the mark... I liked the place but wasn't expecting it to be so jam-packed... But I guess since it was Sunday n frankly I dun mind it as well... Overall it's a decent place!

I have a different relation with this place including Yum. This used to be my Univ, so this place is nostalgic for me. It’s been all time fav breakfast place, and they have been consistent. Love their sandwiches, paninis, french toast etc. it usually loud and crowded but like the place.

Had world’s best breakfast at English Teahouse. Their Farmers omelette was like heaven on the earth. Tip: If you really wanna enjoy there peacefully please visit around 8:30am….. you will have one of the best mornings of your life 😂😍

Calm peacefull ambiance good service and great food, its hiddeb behind yum, but its nestled in trees and out door seating during summer is also confortable. We had mushroom steak, which was cooked and was very satisfying i was full for the day that was my brunch. Loved the cappacino also great ending to our meal.

English Tea House has become one of those go-to spots in Lahore if you’re in the mood for a cozy, colonial-inspired café atmosphere. I have very good memories at this place but recently when I visited it was just a mess and I got to know that, manager mahnoor no longer works here. But we had the best time here because of her, She saw our friends gathering and offered us the better table with best view and made sure our evening was perfect🤌🏻✨️ And she's really cute too,if you happen to wonder just in case🎀

Finally got the chance to try Waris Nihari in Anarkali — it’s been on my list for a long time since there’s so much hype around it and food bloggers seem to go crazy for it. Honestly, I found it a bit overhyped. First of all, the price is quite high — a small nihari costs Rs. 900. Yes, the portion is enough for two people, but still feels expensive compared to other places. The taste was good but not something out of this world or worth the massive hype. Service was another downside. I was expecting quick service for such a famous spot, but it was really slow — felt like it took forever just to get our order. Overall, it’s worth trying once for the experience and to see what the hype is about, but in my opinion, it doesn’t fully live up to the reputation.

Recently visited waris nehari with my friend. Overall experience was good. We ordered their nali nehari. If we talk about taste, I would say it was one the best nehari i ever tried. Although the environment and sitting arrangement was not well, but the taste and food quality was very good. If you want to feel old Androon Lahore vibes and taste authentic nali nehari in Lahore, Pakistan, Waris is one the best option. I’ll go again for sure.

This was on my wish list from years but somehow wasn't able to tried even though it's just a walking distance from workplace. Today I was succeeded as weather was classy so reach there for breakfast. After checking menu decided to go for maghaz fried nihari. But after checking menu I feel they are bit expensive as compare to other nihari shops. So after eating whole breakfast I can say they are little bit expensive not much expensive as quality comes with price too. But I suggest go for half nihari serving with 2 person with extra gravy will be most economical and value for money combo 😎. P.S. Server named Ihtasham darhi walay bhai was amazing and was very good in serving you have the last bite of roti and next garma garm roti will be served you without even I called.

Just tried Waris Nihari at New Anarkali — the taste is truly good and authentic! Rich, flavorful, and exactly what a classic nihari should be.

Its just the name, nothing special to go out of the way. Dirty and filthy atmosphere indoor! Please prefer to sit outside on the street's tables.

One of the best paye in the town. Food is good, but they really need to improve their ambiance and environment. The same old outdated chairs and tables. No AC or proper ventilation. It is very difficult in the summer to eat your meal properly. I would recommend this for only winters. Overall, it was a good experience.

The good years old famous Phajjay ke paey from taxali food street. I liked them, though they are a bit expensive. The main plus poitn is they have a got a good seating, also a family hall.

An experience that must be lived! Globally renowned, and for good reason. We arrived at 10 AM on a Sunday morning and were seated within 10 minutes. Food arrived quickly, piping hot and amazingly flavorful! Authentic, and I went with someone who was able to relay fascinating stories of the neighborhood. The service was beyond brilliant and overall 5 stars! Absolutely recommend that you visit!

The food here is incredible! I've visited this place three times in the past week, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Florentine steak is incredibly tender, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They offer a variety of delicious egg dishes. I highly recommend Eggspectation for anyone who loves eggs and steaks.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Eggspectation in Gulberg, Lahore Visited Eggspectation Gulberg Lahore and it was a huge disappointment. The restaurant was overcrowded and most of the tables were dirty. One of the tables had spit and phlegm, and instead of properly cleaning it, the staff just rubbed it across the surface with dirty cloth — absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. We were initially told there was a 40-minute wait, only to be offered a table outside within 10 minutes — clear sign of poor management. The glasses smelled filthy, and basic cleanliness was missing. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customers. When we moved our kids to an empty table inside due to limited space, we were rudely told to vacate it immediately while the kids were still eating. That’s just bad hospitality. Honestly, Goga Naqibia Channay would offer a better environment, better service, and more respect to customers than Eggspectation. What was once considered a premium breakfast spot with bill over 50k has fallen far below expectations. With zero hygiene, unprofessional staff, and bad management, this was my last visit. Would never recommend it to anyone. Extremely poor experience.

My experience at eggspectation is really worth going. First of all the ambiance was really nice & aesthetic. It doesn’t have large space. Have both outdoor indoor sittings. The place was crowdy. People are waiting. Staff was also nice, friendly, cooperative & attentive. I went there for brunch. It’s quite reasonable rather than other cafes & restaurants of Lahore Gulberg. Buffalo fried chicken tacos: Taste was decent. Flavours nice. Freshly served. Good in quantity. You’ve two options to select in grilled chicken or fried chicken. Chicken cheese croissant melt: Served really fresh. Very mild in flavour but tasty. Croissant is on point. Tiramisu french toast: A big hit if you’re a coffee lover. Watta flavors mind blowing!! So rich in flavor Caramel blended ice coffee: so rich in flavour. Loved the taste. Perfection blend & flavor of everything. Mix tea: very nice in taste. Liked it. Overall experience: 9/10 You must need to go there for a fine dine in experience in reasonable rates.

Went here after a long bicycle ride , ordered their quesadilla for starter with fresh peach juice , spinach chicken and breakfast croissant as main dish. Everything was amazing , and service was unbelievably fast.

Bundu Khan at Liberty Market is a classic spot for a quintessential Lahori breakfast. Their halwa puri is truly excellent; the puris are light and fluffy, and the halwa is rich and perfectly sweetened, making for a fantastic combination. The service is prompt and efficient, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. This place is particularly enjoyable during the chilly winter months, as the hot, fresh meal is incredibly comforting.

Today we visited Bundu Khan for aftar and ordered Chicken Karahi, Chicken Boneless Handi, Garlic Naan, Beef Kababs, Roghni Naan, and water. Since it was aftar, they also served us complimentary dates (Khajoor) and Imli ki chutney, which was a nice touch. The chutney was very good, adding a great flavor to the meal. Coming to the food, the Chicken Karahi was good, but I wouldn’t call it the best for the price. It cost Rs 2,950, and the serving size was around 700–750 grams, which felt a bit expensive for what we got. Then we ordered a half Chicken Boneless Handi, priced at Rs 1,500, but the portion was disappointingly small—probably around 300 to 350 grams, which didn’t seem worth it. And beef Kabab's was okay. The Garlic and Roghni Naans were not up to the mark. The Garlic Naan had garlic on it, but it lacked that strong garlic flavor you expect—it didn’t stand out. I’ve had much better Garlic Naans where you can actually taste the rich, bold garlic flavor. The Roghni Naans were too thick, making it feel like we were getting full just from the bread rather than the actual dishes. Overall, the ambience was great, and it’s definitely a nice family restaurant. I can see it being a good place for Aftari, but I found it too expensive for the portion sizes. Personally, I would prefer Karachi Silver Spoon for Karahi, where I can get better quality and quantity at nearly half the price. The experience was okay—good ambience and decent food, but overpriced.

Although I normally love the chicken piece from here, I did the mistake of ordering a Handi. It was completely raw - as in pink uncooked chicken. If I didn’t check it my pregnant wife could have eaten it, this was a serious health hazard. See the videos for yourself. Unbelievable that there is no quality control nor any measure taken with the kitchen. I will sending the information to Lahore’s food authority too.

Food is average we ordered mutton boneless handi and irani boti but service was a bit lacking as soup arrived before soup bowls and than they had to scramble to get more bowls in installments. All 3 of my kids got food poisoning maybe due to the hot and sour soup which probably went bad.

Walked in and was seated immediately. Ordered the breakfast (Nashta) platter. It comes with a potato dish, channa, halwa, yogurt and 2 poriya (think crispy soft). Everything was amazing. We also ordered the lassi and it added an amazing end to the meal. Prices are also quite adequate. 8.5/10

I had a great experience enjoying the kulcha and channay, which were both flavorful and well-prepared. I also ordered lassi with it, and the combination turned out to be absolutely amazing — rich, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with the meal. Ambiance & Cleanliness: The ambiance is simple yet decent, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The dining area was neat and well-maintained, which added positively to the overall experience. We used to eat khoya wala pura or special khoya halwa while going to school. Still have nostalgia for this so whenever i pass by always try to recall these memories but now it's not same standard or taste. Khoya halwa pura: Tatse: It's recommended to eat on spot rather takeaway. And if you do it's recommended to do microwave before serving again to get the same mesmerising taste. Halwa puri: it's average taste which you will find on every street corner normally. So no need to travel this far to just taste the halwa puri only. Have parking issues on weekends. Hygiene: Too much Hygiene conscious guys please don't visit them because you may return with empty stomach. 😅

Taj Mahal Sweets is a well-known spot for traditional sweets and breakfast. Their halwa puri is one of the best in town—crispy puris served with delicious chanay, bhaji, tangy pickle, and classic halwa. It’s a complete and satisfying meal. Their mithai is always fresh, especially the ras malai, gulab jamun, and barfi, all rich in flavor and perfectly sweet. The quality has stayed consistent over the years. Cleanliness and service are good, and prices are reasonable. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic desi flavors!

Visited this place for authentic traditional local breakfast experience, was pretty disappointed with the location, ambience, hygiene, and above all service. Either cramped indoor seating was available or outdoor seating in a park with no shade. We chose to done inside, and although was not expecting high hygiene standards, but this place was very dirty, and leftover food was on each table for very long period of time. The service was terribly slow and took the server at least 10 minutes to bring a simple order, despite the indoor hall being empty for longer periods. The food was average, nothing outstanding and tasted the usual that it tastes and is available in such places. One thing was great that they accepted digital payments through digital wallets.

Went here to try their halwa puree. Seating was a bit weird as the restaurant had set up their tables just next door inside Ali park. This made eating a bit precarious as birds were constantly flying about over head. This obviously doesn’t add to the hygiene. Their purées were nothing special, quite soggy and oily, instead of light and fluffy. Also tried their mutton in puff pastry which was so so. The main star was their Halwa puree which they make in special desi ghee I believe. This was the only standout here. In the future, I would recommend only ordering their halwa from here and finding the puri elsewhere

This place is rated quite well on Google Maps, and I’ve seen food vloggers speak highly of it, but to be honest, other than their special Khoya Halwa, the rest isn’t that impressive. I didn’t like their Achar, and we actually had to ask for it. The poris and chana tarkari are decent, and the spices are balanced, but overall, it didn’t really live up to the hype.

Visited a day ago 😌 was good experience halwa puri is good they use fine ingredients. Now they stopped few good things as now they don't provide Achar and halwa, need to buy halwa seprate but it is not good according to price.

I just recently moved to Pakistan Lahore and my new friends took me for breakfast the famous halwa pori. At first it’s a normal style dhaba. When we order food I found steel foil on my 1st pori and. I throw it and continue eating my food, guess what when I took 2nd pori same thing happened I found steel foil inside my pori. The worst thing ka chana plate I was eating have hair inside. If they were in abroad I will definitely file a complaint to shut it down or they will get huge fine. Price is ok but no food hygiene guidelines. I don’t recommend this place for people who like to eat clean food.

Sadiq Halwa Puri is a famous nasta point with crispy puris, spicy channay, and delicious halwa. Always fresh, tasty, and served quickly even in rush hours. A must-visit for desi breakfast lovers in town.

Their halwa puri is just okay when it’s fresh,same goes for the kachori. I personally liked the kachori more. However, they really need to improve their service; it’s quite slow.

Visited Saqiq Halwapuri on Saturday with much higher expectations but ended with above average taste. Their "Aata" poori is recommended while "Maida" poori feels too heavy. "Halwa's taste is fine and not extra ordinary. Their chicken kachori tasted better than mutton but their crust was too thick that it overshadowed the actual taste of chicken/mutton. Their staff seems fine but you might not get service like other top brands and it's obvious because of their training and work nature. Overall it was a good experience but there better Halwa Pooris in Lahore compared to Sadiq.

I recently tried the breakfast at Capri Restaurant, and it was an absolute treat! Their fresh achaar, puri, channa, and halwa combo is a perfect traditional start to the day flavorful. The puri was tasty and not overly oily, the channa rich and spiced just right, and the halwa added that perfect touch of sweetness. What truly elevated the experience was the warm hospitality, especially from Ghulam Bhai, whose heartfelt welcome made us feel right at home. Also tried their Chicken Pura, which reminded me of a chicken kachori a crispy, layered puri stuffed with deliciously spiced chicken. It was a unique and flavorful item that stood out on its own. Highly recommended!

The Orchard by Capri Restaurant- I am late in posting this review, this was when this area was initially opened and I visited in the initial days. The poori halwa was as good as it has been since my FCC days.. place has some nostalgic values associated as well. For me they rank number 2 on the top 3 best halwa poori’s of Lahore.

Visited Capri after many years. They have improved it's atmosphere and the food quality is almost the same. Still a safe bet for desi breakfast under one roof.

I have tried their halwa puri and naan chanay. Halwa puri was really good achar they given with it was very average 8/10. Chanay on the other hand were good had some different taste like qourma but I enjoyed them alot too 9/10.

We ordered Capri Nashta + Tea — the puri, halwa, and channay were actually pretty good. The achar, on the other hand, must’ve come straight from a science experiment. The tea? Let’s just say it was hot water with dreams. Ambiance was nice — if you don’t mind sharing your meal with a few lizards casually strolling on the wall. Truly a wild dining experience! 🦎☕🍽️

The dining experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The flavors of the dishes were off; the pasta was undercooked, the chicken was overdone, rubbery, and excessively salty, and the sauce was inadequate. The dessert was overly sweet. Considering the subpar quality of the food, the prices were unjustifiably high, and the restaurant seemed to be overhyped. Regrettably, this was my inaugural and final visit to this unsatisfactory establishment. I would not recommend it at all.

Food was served too late and after reminder, 1st time ever i have seen grilled chicken with bones was served as a Spicy Grilled Chicken not upto mark as taste wise (i have ate grilled chicken in other places as well and every where is boneless but no idea why they are serving chicken with bones), remaining food order was fine.

Despite being a regular customer @ brasserie, i prefer this place only for cup of tea which i think is one of the best items in their menu :) This time my badluck struck ... despite having all the terrible experiences with food i ordered 2 dishes from their starters. 🔹️Crispy fried calamari (4/10) 🔸️Threaded chicken (0/10) Both the starters were extremely salty and not eatable.❌ About the dessert and tea, i just love the flavor of their tea which is so different from all the other places and nutella filled brownie with icecream was amazing. ✅✅ Conclusion; I am not going to risk ordering food again from this place.❌

Ive had breakfast and lunch here and everything tasted super yummy! Really loved it! I also loved the idea that they had a whole seprate smoking area section totally parted away from the non smoker section, and the seating is quite big and spacious. Hoping to try some more new foods off their menu soon!

One of the best dining experience in Lahore, and I know when I say it. The decor, the lighting, placement of tables and tea bar is just perfect. The food tastes great. They’re among those few restaurants that do know who to actually make a steak. And they’d literals guide after asking your preferences. The staff is really courteous and helpful. We went there for a birthday and brought our own custom cake. They kept it in refrigerator for us and even served later after our main course with a candle, and proper utensils. They’ve a table fixed for birthday celebrations that has a wall for decoration. However you can celebrate anywhere you want. I prefer the open seating on terrace opposite the Rice bowl. It has perfect view and freshness of open air (though air quality of Lahore doesn’t qualify for fresh lol ). It’s totally RECOMMENDED.

This is going to be my top choice for steaks in Lahore. Ordered the tenderloin steak, cordon blue and roulade brasserie. All were nice, filling portion size. Meat of steak was very fresh (one small issue was they cooked it medium rare when I wanted medium) all in all great experience.

The salads were not served at the right temperature and unfortunately felt soggy. While there was clear effort in the presentation, the food itself lacked distinct flavor and the freshness one expects from a refined dining experience. On a positive note, the music added a pleasant vibe and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, my biggest concern was the presence of cockroaches in the restroom — an issue that seriously impacts the overall hygiene and customer experience. Pls use a mosquito repellent when you plan to visit here, I guess it is the season …

Ever since the ‘cafe’ trend in Lahore has blown up, Contra has been doing it well since before that and the consistency never disappoints. Very nice rooftop experience with fresh & good food.

Absolutely not worth it! In their ads, the platter looked so huge but in reality it wasn't even enough for one person. The smoothie bowl had like 5 slices of banana, one tsp of granola, and was warm. The chicken cheese balls, wings, fish, slider and everything else was cold as if made 5 hours before. The slider especially was tasteless, had one bit of patty that didn't taste like anything. The crespele was absolutely tasteless. The cheese cake at the end was good but the plate we were served in smelled so bad like a fishy and egg like smell, almost made me puke. The coffee was okayish. The drink however was good, ginger and lime. 0/10 for the food. The service was so slow.

Contra is my go-to spot — and for all the right reasons! I absolutely love their food, ambience, and service — everything is a solid 10/10. Whether you’re looking to work, chill, or just enjoy a great meal, Contra is perfect. Highly recommend for long, cozy sit-ins!

It was a great experience here in Ramadan. We went there to try their Sehri Platter. The quality of food was so impressive and good in taste.

In looking for a coffee shop which has comfortable seating in Gulberg area, I picked this one for a business meeting. The upstairs seating area has quite a few tables and generally comfortable chairs. Ambiance is nice and thankfully they keep the music level low so it's easy to talk. The service is attentive and the coffee we ordered, was really good taste and quality. Their menu is quite extensive, so perhaps next time will try some of their savory items. The supervisor in the upstairs area is Maheer, and she is very attentive and provides great customer service.

I had been visiting them from 3-4 years, but their taste is just average—not close to what Kashmiri hareesa should be. They use extra grains and less beef, which affects the authenticity. I thought they were good until I tried the Kashmiri hareesa shop next to them, which is far superior.

Mutton Haressa was tasty but no indoor arrangements for dine in. A few chairs & tables placed on the roadside. Free Car Parking available on the road.

This delicious, Kashmiri concoction of meat with wheat flour and loads of ghee at Amritsari will blow your mind. Taste is good, enjoy it in winter. Small Beef Kababs come with harisa, served with Khamiri Roti or Naan. Environment needs a lot of improvement. The food is not suitable for Cardiac Patients.

Polo chicken was served cold and we had to get them to reheat it. The paninis were just ok because the bread they are serving is too thick and it dominates the flavours of the fillings inside. The peri bites were good however. A 3.5 star experience for us.

Breakfast review only: It is not as good as used to be food, service, atmosphere many items was missing from the menu (like coffee shakes and others which includes turkey or other special things) only a limited options they were serving from that options i ordered sashas breakfast bun and they didn’t put turkey and rocket leaves inside as they said they don’t have in stock it was just egg and bun then they were kind enough to return the order and replaced it with other item, french toast was dry and barely sweet, Desi breakfast was good no doubt i like it very much, staff was very polite and welcoming but service was slow. I hope it reaches to the management and they bring back the quality and menu items.

We ordered three things Lazio Penne Arrabbiata pasta. 1) I'll give it 3.5 starts. It tasted nice and delecious but the pasta was slightly uncooked. 2) Chicken Escalope 4 stars It was delecious , fully cooked, the sauce was great 3) Sasha's double double burger 2 stars Not worth trying Waste of money It was not like the description More like a desi version of burgers The bread had sweet taste The fries with burgers were good. Love the shish toak at sashas. Other dishes are just average. Too much congested seating. Interior could be improved. Lights could be a bit more. Restroom which is in awful condition is next to kitchen door which just doesn't give a good vibe. I could see mosquitos inside the restaurant as well. There is a live kitchen which is a positive thing. Staff is attentive and responded well. N its always crowded.

the portion and quality of food was really good! I could tell that each item on the plate is fresh! And thats what i look for too! The seating area has be distributed into indoors and outdoor seating, whilst you can smoke outdoors and never indoors! So far was preety good experience but i definitely need to try more of their food to give more stars and rating!

This time we decided to try the most hyped place "Sashas" located in mall1 for breakfast. It was crowded as expected, the staff was courteous but the main thing food was very disappointing.☹👎 We tried their signature omlette and desi thali both were pretty average in taste. If you have desi taste buds this is surely a no go area for you. The worst part they don't even serve mix tea which in my opinion is a crime 🙈 and on their recommendation we tried cardamom tea which was no where near to be called a tea. Highly not recommended for breakfast 👎

The environment of this place is very warm and cozy. The taste of food is amazing it had balanced amount of spice and sauce in it. The mac and cheese is really good it had heavy amount of cream and cheese but worth it.

2 of us went for dinner, there were many empty tables but we were not accommodated inside and sat outside while there was a wind storm. Anyhow, we proceeded to order, and the food was a major letdown, especially having been to Fred the day before. Comparing steak to steak, there is no comparison. Yes price wise this place is cheaper but I wanted a good steak and didn't get that. The bread pudding and French onion soup was decent.

Disappointing Experience at Cafe Aylanto I recently visited Cafe Aylanto on MM Alam Road, Lahore, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the food tasted good and the atmosphere was pleasant, the portion sizes were extremely small. Even one portion wasn't enough for one person, which was frustrating considering the high prices. Given the value for money, I wouldn't recommend Cafe Aylanto to anyone. It feels like they're just trying to make a quick buck without delivering on quantity and quality. Maybe revisit your menu and pricing strategy to better serve your customers. Until then, I'd say avoid it.

It's a nice place but there are some elements I did not like. It seems a bit clicky. Catering for high end customers which is fine but their attention seems to be only focused on them. Everyone on the staff were professionally dressed and all was clean and elegant. I had the Greek salad for starters.. it was just ok. Then has the smash burger. It is small but somewhat tasty but defo not a smash burger as it should be cooked.

Ambience and interiors need to be renovated, not amazed to see a very few people. Service was okay but never visiting here again!

Went to Butlers after a very long time, expecting their food to be excellent as I once remember it being but boy was I wrong! Ordered their crumbed chicken, could tell right away it was old, pre-made and frozen to save time and money. The inside cheese stuffing was funny smelling and one can tell it was the lowest quality of all cheeses. Moving onto the pasta, cold in the center and the olives used were old, tasted awful. It really put me off. Cutlery not washed properly and the glasses smelled. Overall, horrible experience. Never coming back, a waste of money and time.

Horrible food. We tried 4 dishes, all with weird taste, sent all back: mushroom cream soup, tomato soup, a burger and the avocado toast. The chocolates were nice. After bringing all the dishes, our drinks still hadn’t arrive. We cancelled them and of course we are never coming back.

Disappointing experience at Butler's Chocolate Cafe. I tried their famous pasta with crumbled chicken, but it fell short. The dish seemed to feature low-quality ingredients, including old, soggy olives that tasted off, canned mushrooms, and subpar cheese. The salad lacked freshness, and nothing complemented the flavors well. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations.

Ordered Philly Steak sandwich, Smoked chicken sandwich, stuffed chicken, pizza, molten lava, Pina colada and cold coffee. It was good. Pizza could be better, their fries are delicious. It's expensive and I can't see any value of money there.

I like the food they are so annoyingly expensive. 12000+ rupees for just 4 people, and we ate just 3 dishes. I don't suggest you come here if you have budget constraints. They are aways expensive and taste plus quantity of food is not enough. Honestly, i am utterly disappointed. Please consider Mehroz restaurant as the better alternative for this. Also, the 1st floor has not enough space to even stand. It feels like a floor for toddlers.

Food was sizzling hot and tasted great, hygiene and everything was in check. The staff seemed a bit too "robotic"? Like you don't have to force your smile, guys, feels weirder than a normal resting face. I'm probably not going to eat here because of the absurd prices, I believe around 8k bill for what we ordered would have been more reasonable.

Located in phase 4 dha Lahore. Staff is very helpful. Spacious parking. Very overpriced. We were three persons and our bill was 18320. Although we ordered a bit more but still very overpriced. We ordered fish, zafrani malai boti, fried rice chicken ginger and ras malai. Fish was good. Malai boti was simple no taste of zafran in it. Ras malai was good only. They need to readjust their prices.

Just ok. I tried Karahi and seekh kababs, Lassi, etc. here. Lassi was sweet & glass was smaller compared to other restaurants (though pricey). Karahi was salty, not as good as I've eaten at other restaurants. Seekh kababs were thin, not juicy rather bland. Naans were excellent while paratha was a thick poori. We had to change our sofa chairs as the seats were broken, customer service changed them promptly. Tip: 1. You can try once,maybe you'll like it, but I will not visit again. 2. Request to bring naan hot and not altogether, they get cold quickly. 3. Get your drinks with food, otherwise, you'll get them in the very end. 4. Request change of chair if it's broken lol.

The service was good and the restaurant itself and the atmosphere was good. The food. I ate the chicken cheese burger so did my family. The burger being truly honest was ok. The patty had no tastes at all. It was not spicy. The fries served with the burger was very good ,but the burger itself was eh. All in all I would recommend if you go to bundu khan dont get the burger if you like spicy food it had no spice. And no taste. Besides the burger the restaurant it self was good and service One last thing I forgot to mention the bathrooms roof height is very short I am like 5 3 or 4 and the roof was 3 or 4 inches close to my head. If someone with a 6 foot height went to the bathroom he would have to crouch because of the roof.This is my opinion and dont take it to heart that you like the burger and I dont.

The furniture and fixtures are a bit outdated, some lights and sockets were not functional during my stay, and there were no bathtubs in the bathrooms. With a little renovation, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

The location is ideal on commercial MM Alam Road, Gulberg, but it doesn't have much front area, so you have park car in basement car parking area. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Food and service is equally good. On its top you can view the green City of Lahore

We had breakfast at the English Tea House, but the experience was very disappointing overall. The restaurant felt very average nothing fancy or special. Portion sizes were small. The Eggs Benedict had almost no turkey bacon, basically just eggs on an English muffin. The waffle was extremely dry and hard to eat 2/10, extremely disappointing. Tea was served with Milk Pack, which is not acceptable. At the very least, a place like this should use Prema or Anhaar fresh milk. Because of the Milk Pack, the tea was also disappointing. Service was unimpressive staff looked bored and barely responded to anything. The only positive was the Eggs Royale, where the salmon tasted fresh and good. Overall, both presentation and taste left much to be desired.

We’ve been going there often and always amazing service. Last night we stopped by for late night dinner. The service was great. The food was great. The chicken cheeseburger was very nice and the stuffed chicken dinner also was very good. Please keep up the good work. The main thing is the food and the service both are impeccable.

Coffee, Tea & Company used to be the spot in Lahore. It had the perfect vibe, and the food was always top-notch. I have so many great memories from this place, which is why it breaks my heart to say that it’s gone completely downhill. I ordered the Beef Chili Dry, hoping for a taste of the past, but what I got was a disaster. The meat wasn’t cooked properly, and the taste was so overpowering that it was honestly hard to swallow. On top of that, the salt was unbearable—it felt like they hadn’t even cooked it out properly. One bite was enough to know I’d made a mistake. It’s sad to see such a great place lose its charm, but I won’t be coming back. If you’re thinking of visiting, save yourself the disappointment. This isn’t the Coffee, Tea & Company we once knew.

The only positive aspect was your staff — the order taker, Faheem, and the cashier, Tajmal, who were both professional.When Basit was your Operational Manager, I visited many times and he always accommodated me. Since his departure, everything has been mismanaged. If you cannot run it properly, then kindly close it down instead of serving people low-quality food..

CTC has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Lahore for coffee — and honestly, it’s more than just the coffee (which is great, by the way). The atmosphere here just hits different. It’s cozy without trying too hard. The service is also top-notch. Friendly without being overbearing. Big props to CTC for keeping it real — and setting the standard.

Nahari was good, but they are charging extra prices apart from 16 GST. 0.5 L mineral water bottle 120 Rs. And they are not giving Roti and Nann according to Govt issue prices. And also it was 10Am house is empty 😕.

They told us half neef nihari is enough for 1 … bug its enough for 2-3 people . There is too much gravy in it . Beef in nihari was not fresh . One of fhe best Nihari in Lahore with great taste and also quantity. They dont offer regular coke anymore which i believe is abig negative because a fully chilled coke with nihari is the best combo. Plus they beed to work kn the ambiance as well. only one Bathroom in a huge sized hall.

I recently hosted my brother dawat as buffet party with nearly 50 individuals (relatives). They cant manage big event there as staff were short there, if any dish is empty or finished we need to asked them for food to fill up the dish, like zero management service, short of staff, the guy on reception he dont know how to talk with customers, so rude, zero professionalism. For bigger events i don't recommend this hotel specially buffet party. Waiters and other staff all were really nice and they doing there best.

Good value for money within its price range. The rates are quite affordable compared to other hotels in Gulberg. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the desi items , I tried the haleem and makki ki roti, both were great. Sanitation and hygiene standards were excellent, and the staff were professional and responsive. The open-air chat area also looked beautiful and relaxing. The only thing I didn’t like was the tea , they only served tea bags instead of mixed chai, which I personally prefer. Also, the lift was quite slow; honestly, taking the stairs felt faster!

Very very Baad service. I told to the staff for water 4 to 5 times he didn't give me, when they feel after 20 to 25 minutes later then they give me. I asked to clear the table for three times they didn't do it. Hitea not recommend. Tea bags not available they said finished and when 5 mins left they give me. Taste was normal. Price equal to others but service taste wasn't equal. At the end our internet service down I waited almost 35 minutes for bill. Highly disappointed and 100 percent not recommend. They came to us asked to rate 5 stars and said write very good service and taste. That was not. Very bad each and every thing. Not recommend 100 percent. Thanks.

The buffet didn't have all the dishes that were displayed in the menu, the quality of food and service was also not very good and the ambiance was not worth it. Also a few of our friends couldn't come because of some issue and the restaurant staff charged us for them also, saying that since we've made reservations for them, we've got to pay their bill, no matter they eat or not, quoting that its their policy. I've never seen or heard of any such policy in any other restaurant. It was not a good experience overall and i won't suggest it to anyone.

Bad experience with Oban hotel. Very congested seating. Ambience was good. But no propr lightening inside. We booked 15 seats for Hi Tea. There was no drink in Hi tea. No juice or slush. Only Slush in welcome drink served we asked again for slush. They asked to wait. We waited for half hour. Than they said your slot us over. We insisted them to serve slush. Than They serve glass of flavoured water instead of slush.

I didn't expect the taste and variety that they offered. Hi-tea was fully occupied by a good number of people. Every dish on the menu was served hot and fresh. They served wings and pizza on our table. I am a bif fan of their pizza now. Loved the ambiance and service. All cards accepted, few with discount. They could consider desserts to be replaced with something more fancy. Highly recommended.

Hareesa is a unique Amratsari food brought to Lahore by migrants from Kashmir via Amratsar. It is commonly eaten for breakfast. Made with desi ghee and whole grains and meat kababs (beef, mutton, chicken and desi chicken). This shop serves the best Hareesa. The service is good. There is a separate family hall. The seating arrangement is small, no frills but cozy. There are two options to choose from, mutton or beef hareesa served with Naan only. The naan is good. It's the only dish served but it is worth giving a try. If you are on a Lahore tour, do try this traditional dish at this restaurant.

This morning we drove up to your restaurant for a halwa puri breakfast. Most customers prefer to take away their order. We decided to dine in ad piping hot puris are a real treat. We entered the dining hall in the basement to find unbearable stench of stale food, greasy furniture and even greasier floor. We just couldn't bear the stench and chose to leave without ordering anything. We told the management but they didn't do anything about it

Went here for breakfast today. Ordered halwa puri and nihari plates. Not sure why people talk down on this place (dogar), I thought the food was okay. Not great but okay. For the price it is pretty good value. The puris in the halwa puri plate were larger than the ones in Capri restaurant (see my review of them) but also more oily. Capri restaurant's puri were more healthier (less oil) and fluffier. Halwa was better imo & more quantity wise. Didn't get to try the chanas (we shared our brunch with 5 people). Nihari was okay as well. It was initially cold but nothing a little microwave action can't fix. Obviously taste was acceptable as long as you keep the price in mind. I really liked their seating area upstairs. Service was prompt and stellar especially when asking to accommodate with requests like extra napkins, microwaving food etc. Overall good experience.

Tried Butt Samosa recently, and the samosas were fresh and crispy, just as expected. The taste was good, but the signature desi ghee aroma and flavor that made them famous seemed to be missing—perhaps they’ve switched to a normal ghee. The chanay and meethi chutney were flavorful and complemented the samosas well. Overall, it was a good experience, but they’ve definitely lost a bit of their original charm.

Average experience overall. Despite being on a main road and in a prime location, their pizza is just fresh—nothing beyond that. The ingredients are basic, nothing special or flavorful. Staff seemed inattentive and disengaged. The cash counter gives off a “government office desk” vibe—unwelcoming and outdated. Needs serious improvement to match the location. Those "desi ghee waly Samosy" are gone. The Bakery isn't fresh or the preservation isn't rightly done ..

Deja at sui gas used to be awesome but seems to be losing its appeal. Maybe because the focus has shifted to the Gulberg place. Menu options were diverse and the food was tasty and delicious for the most part. They do their meats with poultry very well. A little high on the carb side with the toasties but still good. The service was not so good. Serving staff was somewhat rude and even said "yeh acha Nahin hai" to a menu item. Atmosphere is decent though sitting out in the daytime meant a lot of flies. Prices are good especially if you use the right credit card. Overall it's still good but it's lost value in my eyes.

I had three types of sharing platters, and the creme burlee toast! The creme burlee toast was truly delicious, soft and juicy paired with the tartness of strawberries. Plus, the tacos were delicious and you need to try them. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and light. Chicken tenders seemed a bit stale and the rest was not worth remembering.

The ambiance of this lil restaurant/cafe in sui gas society is astonishing. We ordered chicken spinach omlet and scrambled eggs on sour dough that tasted really good. The caramelised onions on the scrambled eggs gave it a really unique taste. The only bad thing was the bitter tasting lettuce salad that they served.The mixed tea that I ordered was nice too.The overall experience and the service was great.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Butt Sweets Barkat Town branch. During my visit, I inquired about the price of the cake rusk and was informed that it was 1750 per kg. When I mentioned that I had previously checked the price at the Saggiyan Road branch and was quoted 1600 per kg, the staff at the cash counter informed me that the branches operate separately, which I found to be an inadequate response. I was taken aback by the rudeness exhibited by the staff, as it raises concerns about the consistency of your brand. Additionally, I visited the Food Kitchen in the same branch to purchase five samosas. After receiving my order, I politely asked the staff member in a white shirt for extra sauce, as the portion provided was insufficient. To my dismay, he responded in a rude manner in Punjabi, stating that additional sauce is expensive and would not be given. This type of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. These experiences were not only disappointing but have led me to question the integrity of the Butt Sweets brand. I feel compelled to share my experience with friends and family, as I believe it is important for them to be aware of the service quality at this branch. I hope measures will be taken to improve customer service in the future.

I recently visited MashaAllah Paratha Lahore and tried their Chicken Paratha and Chicken Cheese Paratha. The Chicken Paratha was good, but the Chicken Cheese Paratha was quite good, with evenly distributed spices and ingredients. The portion size was also satisfactory. The environment was average and needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. The seating arrangement was okay, with options for both boys and families. Overall, the food was delicious, the ambiance needs some work. I'd recommend MashaAllah Paratha Lahore for their parathas, especially the Chicken Cheese Paratha. With some improvements in cleanliness and ambiance, this place could be a good for takeaway and dining.

So this place is basically a copy of the Mazang Paratha House but a cheap copy I must say. I had there Qeema paratha and Aloo paratha. The Qeema paratha was somewhat good but the aloo paratha was completely bland with very little spice. It became hard for me to even finish such bland paratha. There tea on the other hand was good. They serve fruits, cornflakes, various drinks, salads, various breads, soups, international and Pakistani hot plates, and lots of desserts. They have non-vegetarian, vegan and vegetarian food items. They have a huge variety of Pakistani and International dishes. Food is very tasty, and staff are very friendly. They accept cash or card. They are priced below average in international standards.

In September, I dined with a friend at the Marco Polo restaurant for a buffet dinner. When we arrived at 10 PM, our table was cluttered with dirty dishes and leftover food. The lack of attention to cleanliness gave the restaurant an unkempt and neglected appearance. Service was inattentive and slow, with staff rarely checking on our table. By comparison, the Footpath restaurant in Lahore consistently offers a higher standard of service. The bill for two was approximately 13,000 rupees, which did not match the quality of food or service received. Overall, my experience at Marco Polo was disappointing and did not meet expectations for service quality or value. Staff did not clear empty plates or check if we needed water. I do not recommend Marco Polo restaurant based on this experience. Overall, the dining experience at Marco Polo restaurant was profoundly disappointing, falling short of my expectations both in terms of service quality and value for money.

The taste of the food was just average and I would say that the only dish that I really like was mutton karahi. They even don't have plenty of options just few options and most of the chicken items are not boneless and they have small pieces of bones inside them that really irritate while eating. Moreover the service was also below average as they did not listen what was asked to them. The sweet section also doesn't have too much variety and the taste is below average. They have live pasta making as per your instructions and ingredients and sauce that I really like and also have fish, beef that will be grilled instantly as per your requirements. It was an average experience and I would say the only good thing was ambiance as it was located in PC

I went there for Iftaar bouffet. It was an okay experience. The best things are neat and clean environment, usually you would be surrounded by business class. Ambiance are nice, not very colorful, rather dim light. Food quality is okay, appreciate their Bar B Q and Chinese. Improvement needed for Mutton curry it was too spicy to eat. Chana chat and Dhai Phulki were not fresh, didn't taste well. Their focus items seems like Salads which are class. Service is stunning. Overall food quality can be improved to make an awesum from an okay experience.

I don't know what the hype is all about. We visited Lahore for few hours and went Tajine restaurant for hi tea specifically after going through alot of good reviews. The moment we entered, there was a rush of people entering the hall as some shaadi event was going on in there. Already small space for hi tea was filled in with crowd and noise. We couldn't even enjoy our meal. Taste of everything was average, nothing was too good to prefer this place over anywhere else. Not gonna lie, their service was excellent but we don't think we will ever go there again.

I stayed at Ramada again and I do not know why this restaurant has low marks. My family really enjoyed the food here, from breakfast, to lunch and dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The buffets were excellent and varied, and the choices with the a la carte menu were plentiful. Very tasty food that is better than most of the restaurants in the surrounding area. We cannot wait to go back.

Ignore all the negative reviews. I am glad I did, as I had amazing experience with food and ambiance. Every dish was cooked with perfection. I’ve been to few Hi-Teas in Lahore, and I would say this is the best. Quality over quantity. But dont get me wrong, there are many different dishes to eat, from Chinese to Continental to Pakistani and Mexican too. I highly recommend this place. Went there to eat breakfast and was not disappointed! Food was really good. The server gave us really nice recommendations on what to eat. The only downside was the wait was pretty long. About 20-25 min even though there was only 2 tables filled up (one was mine) The taste was really good of the eggs I ordered. It was very filling and enjoyable. The hashbrowns had a nice taste and crunch to it. The bread was nicely baked and provided to us. The cappuccino tasted really good as well. Overall liked it a lot! - Halal Bites

Tried their Hi-Tea today, and I must say it was an nice one. There were 2-3 types of crispy (cooked) sushi, a beef gravy, a prawn gravy & 2-3 chicken dishes. The menu was limited but very well prepared & everything was fresh. Gets a bit crowdy due to popular demand. Highly recommended to do a reservation before coming. PS: They also served complimentary mini- molten lava cakes at the end.

Nice lunch or dinner spot for a mix of Asian cuisine. The decor and atmosphere and elevated, chic but relaxing, and the food was pretty good. Having fresh sushi in Lahore in summer months is a luxury, and the prices compared to other restaurants reflects that, but it was still worth it. Some of the food was not quite authentically what it should be but it was still very tasty especially the shrimp dumplings. The one drawback was the service. It was really slow. We had to ask for the waiter to bring our drinks as he appeared to be waiting until the food was served, which maybe is a local custom, but seemed strange to me. Our appetizers took 45 minutes and entrees came almost at the same time. I still definitely recommend the restaurant if you're in Lahore, but come ready to wait a few minutes to eat.

We went to W by wasabi for their breakfast menu. We ordered Mexican Affair and Chicken Milano omelettes. Both tasted fine but nothing exceptional. We also ordered Hawaiian Melt and Apple Crubmle French toasts. Hawaiian Melt was good but apple crumble fell very short of our expectations. For drinks we had cappuccino and caramel latte and they were very average. Overall a good place for breakfast.

Went to the hi-tea at wasabi. Started out with a mint margarita, which was really good. Next, had the dumplings which were average, very chewy. The beef was very good & the other gravy's were also good. Soup was also nice. The sushi was also ok, we preferred the vegetarian roll. Pasta was a no go, which makes sense since this isn't really their speciality. Korean chicken was also decent. Ended with some dessert & coffee which was also good. The servers were all very nice & helpful. Service was top. Not the worst experience, but would not rave about it since we've tried so many places.

Tried the sushi and chow mein at W by Wasabi Lahore — the sushi was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Easily one of the best sushi experiences in Lahore. After reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to place an order for Northlandz signature pizza through Food Panda. However, my experience turned out to be quite shocking and disappointing. Upon receiving the food, I discovered a small piece of hair in the pizza, which was highly unappetizing and unacceptable. Additionally, the quality of the fruit toppings on the pizza was subpar, leaving much to be desired. Moreover, despite the fact that the ingredients list clearly mentioned the inclusion of nuts and fruits, there was not a single nut present in the pizza. This inconsistency between the advertised ingredients and the actual product was highly disappointing and misleading. Overall, my experience with Northlandz signature pizza through Food Panda was far from satisfactory, and I was left feeling dissatisfied with the quality and accuracy of the food I received.

I called them to tell them the delivery time on food panda is 30-40 mins and i need the order urgently. They said your order will be delivered in 15 mins, don’t order on foodpanda. I waited 50 MINS AND THE ORDER DIDNT COME. I then said if the rider hasn’t left, i won’t receive the order. Then he said sure I have cancelled it. I hadn’t eaten anything and I waited for the order for 50 mins. Terrible terrible service!

Never visit this place. I had a terrible experience. The place was so shady. The drinks arrived after we had food. Pinacolada tasted like ice cream mixed with sprite. Peach ice tea was no better. It was like you were having water dipped in tons of sugar. The staff was super slow. The portion sizes were very small. Even the plates were dirty. The pasta was laced with ketchup and the steak was hard to cut.

Some great food options even better than big cafes I must say. The Tarragon chicken was amazing, a must have there. The sandwich was great along with their Cheddar wings, a cheese lovers dream. They also offer free birthday decor.

Staff were polite and attentive, making sure tables were quickly cleared and guests were served well. The price felt reasonable for the quality and variety offered. Good hotel for an overnight stay if you’re travelling. Rooms were basic but fine and clean and washrooms were okay too, nothing extraordinary. Complimentary breakfast was served which was good with many options available. Plenty of parking space and it was safe too.

Hotel rooms are average, in pictures they looks more neat and new but in person they are a bit dump. Their lunch cum hitea is highly recommended, but breakfast buffet is very below average. I would prefer to go there only for lunch or dinner buffet which also have some dishes of mutton in their main course .

Very disappointing experience. The food was below average in taste, and the hygiene standards were poor. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We brought our maid along, and despite the deal clearly offering a free meal for her, they refused to honor it. What was worse, they openly humiliated her by referring to her as a "maid" in a derogatory tone right to her face. When we raised the issue with the manager, instead of addressing our concerns or speaking to the staff involved, he chose to defend their behavior. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when customers are spending good money and expect basic courtesy, respect, and adherence to advertised offers. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both staff behavior and service standards.

Wish I could give no stars. The place is filthy! Rats, cats and bugs all over the food is flavoured with hair and it’s just horrible it smells like a dogs toilet. The place needs closing down.

Their sushi has always been my go to. 9/10 🍳 Breakfast 🥞 After having quite the horrible experience with breakfast at Wasabi Gulberg I wasn’t expecting much. The freshly baked bread with jam and butter was delicious and perfect to snack on while we waited. - Sausage Cheese and Bacon Omelette: Delicious for sure 9/10 but value for money I’d say 6/10 - Roast Beef Sandwich: Didn’t look like much on arrival but the pulled beef was well cooked and the flavours all went together. I do however feel it needs something to cut through the strong flavour of the sauce, having it with a poached egg on top would definitely help. The salad was unnecessary when it comes to complimenting food and I think it needs the be changed. Fries were good. 7/10 🍤 Dynamite shrimp: these are my absolute favourite! Can’t remember a time where I visited and didn’t have them. 10/10 🍲 Miso soup: found it to be a bit lack lustre and bland. 5/10 🥟 Gyoza dumplings: were disappointing as they weren’t crispy on the bottom and the filling tasted very basic. Shushi are good and fresh. Soups were terrible - no tastes. Prawns and rice foods taste was also fine. But BUT BUT Service deteriorating day by day. Interior furniture seems dirty. Needs close watch and extra effort on the management part to correct this bad service. Waiters started to debate when informed of bad quality soup. I will not return to this restaurant

At Wasabi your taste buds salute you for taking them there. The amazing California sushi platter and prawn tempuras are the super hit stuff. Their Korean Chicken is so good along with chicken chili dry and chicken teriyaki. Everything was spot on with perfect and stubble taste. Indeed an authentic Japanese food for Lahoris. The Staff was courteous & well mannered. But unfortunately it's a bit on the pricier side and the ambience was not much captivating & the furniture was old. These things could be improved otherwise it's a must try if you're looking something tasty outside traditional Lahori food.
