Bwyd Da Bangor is a popular cafe in Bangor known for its diverse menu and fresh, seasonal produce. The cafe offers a variety of delicious dishes such as wraps, salads, smoothies, and slow-cooked Ragu pasta. It prides itself on being a community-led establishment that caters to various dietary requirements with flavorful breakfast and lunch options. Customers have praised the friendly staff and the availability of oat milk and kombucha.
We were randomly looking for breakfast in Bangor and walked in to Bwyd Da Bangor. Excellent ingredients, well cooked and good value. And to top it off it’s community owned and a hub.

Bwyd Da (Good Food in English) is a relaxing cafe right in the centre of Bangor. Reasonable prices with very friendly staff. Having recently moved to Bangor it's now become my default cafe. There are a few gluten free options as well and there's a good community involvement. I had their Greek salad which was most impressive.
Bob A — Google review
The vegetarian tasting experience was possibly the best thing ive ever eaten, and very reasonably priced too. I had a wonderful time here and would recommend to anyone and everyone
Selina S — Google review
The food was absolutely amazing. Such a crispy jacket potato, and the most tender beef shin

Delicious food and friendly service. Good for Gluten and dairy free.
Katie — Google review
We came in specifically because we thought the menu looked great online. Turns out they recently changed management and there wasn't a Welsh thing on the menu which was disappointing. That said, we had the soup and it was delicious. One suggestion, as a former server, ditch the giant blocks of wood they have to carry food out on. A bowl of hot soup on a heavy bit of wood looked pretty dangerous as it was sat in front of me.

Found it!! Read the reviews, looked at the photos and wanted to try breakfast. Not disappointed. Lovely fresh, light just what I was looking and hoping for. Well done them. (Oh and the coffee was great too!) 😀

Miracle Café in Bangor is a charming addition to the High Street, offering a delightful dining experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant visit. The menu features an exciting array of options, including American-style pancakes with berries and honey Greek yogurt at an affordable price. Additionally, students can enjoy a 10% discount on their orders. What sets Miracle Café apart is its unique concept as a Christian establishment, offering both physical and spiritual menus.
Lovely caffe love the vibe. Great staff, really looked after us and friendly. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Clean and airy. Everything feels in good condition. Might not be the best place to go with mobility issues as the toilets are downstairs but there is changing facilities for babies.
Sam R — Google review
We must have walked past this so many times ! Today in a desperate search for somewhere decent to eat we popped in. The staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Homemade cakes and scones on the counter is always a good start . We ordered the American breakfast and the house burger whilst my granddaughter (21)months had chicken nuggets. The menu is comprehensive and a pleasant escape from the norm ! Food arrived in a timely fashion and was well presented. It really tasted as good as it looked. Proper homemade chunky chips with the burger and nuggets . The nuggets were also very good and we discovered taste even better dipped in maple syrup. What a gem of a place. We both did a little happy dance ! We shared a scone with jam and clotted cream for pudding. Scone was a little overdone for our taste but that's just down to personal preference. Ambience was also excellent. Highly recommend.

What a surprise! ☺️ Hidden inauspiciously on Bangor High Street is the Miracle Cafe. Friendly welcome and great table service! The breakfasts are huge and perfect and served up to 12.00 noon. The lunches are huge and really tasty. This is a very popular place by people in the know. If you are looking for a proper tasty lunch with some class in Bangor, look no further. Reasonable prices as well. Recommended without reservation! 😀👍

Okay so I’m excited about this café & its concept, maybe a tad biased because it is a Christian establishment & I have never had experienced a café with this concept. The menu was quite exciting it offers a paid physical & free spiritual menu☺️ the staff are personable and the general ambience is nice. I am tempted to give all the details of the menu how would you, dear reader satisfy your curiosity😄? I had breakfast and I think it was good. Depending on choice, I believe it is reasonably priced. In all, I believe I would be visiting again.
I A — Google review
What a wonderful experience! First impressions absolutely beautiful, gorgeous, relaxing, rustic feel. Staff are all very welcoming and got us seated straight away. Then my boyfriend spilt a full diet coke all over the table and all the staff were so polite and even had a joke with us about the situation. We ordered and food was piping hot and on the table within 10 minutes. I can’t stress this enough this was some of the best food we have ever eaten! Saying that you would think it would be pricey but I would’ve paid double what I did for the overall experience at the miracle cafe! So sad we were too full for a dessert!
Ashlea H — Google review
A very laid back cafe with cheerful staff. They have a separate gluten free menu with a good selection of veggie and vegan options on the main menu. My wife had the gluten free American style pancakes, as you can see gluten free does not have to be boring. A taste of heaven in Bangor.

Reubens Coffee House is a charming café and coffee shop with two locations, one on College Road and the other in Holyhead. They offer an array of freshly made bagels, sandwiches, pastries, and coffees. Customers highly recommend trying the Reuben sandwich. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff make it a delightful place to enjoy a hot breakfast or lunch. Visitors appreciate the character of the café compared to larger chain coffee shops.
It’s consistently the best coffee in Bangor. Clean and simple space with good tunes and lovely peeps. Fine lookin sarnies but the cafe wants for a world class croissant. It’s the only thing missing and proper fancy pastries are super rare around these parts. If you have a hyper-sweet tooth though they have you covered.

Always good, the Almond Croissants are something very special. Don’t tell everyone, they’ll sell out before I get there!

Visited North Wales and found this coffee shop along our travels. Nice layout and the team were friendly, overall good service. Got a few coffee’s everyone did enjoy it. I got an Oat Cortado, definitely hit the right notes. Would recommend to come and visit this place if you’re local or passing by. Nice place to work from too, if you can grab a table. When I visit North Wales again, I’ll be sure to visiting this coffee spot again.

Honestly hard pressed to find a better coffee shop in the area. Downside is it's always busy. Coffee is great, staff are great, food is great and location is great. 5 stars across the board.

Really great coffeehouse with great coffee (plenty of specialty blends and ‘everyday’ blend), amazing food (it’s literally to die for) and a nice friendly atmosphere.

My go-to place for coffee and croissants, one of the best coffees and bakery items.👍👍 Lovely atmosphere and staff👌 Everything on menu is worth trying 💯💯
Omer — Google review
Always a pleasure to visit Reuben's Coffee House. The staff are very friendly, and everything is done and served to a high standard. I personally recommend the Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel from their food selection. The latte art provided is always a bonus. I gave 4/5 for atmosphere simply because the shop is small and space is limited on nice days. This is obviously not the fault of the company however. If you're looking for a small coffee shop to enioy a lovely coffee and maybe a bite to eat, Reuben's is definitely the best in upper Bangor for this. Thanks guys.

We enjoyed our visit to the Holyhead shop, so much we had to visit this one on the way back down south. Again utterly delicious coffee and bagels, with equally lovely service!! Only wish they had a location in South Wales - we'd be there every week!!

Parc Britannia is a trendy establishment that offers a variety of popular international dishes, grilled options, and burgers. Despite being very crowded, the wait time in the bar was surprisingly short, and the appetizer arrived quickly and steaming hot. The main course consisted of a flavorful burger that was satisfyingly large, although not as massive as claimed. However, the profiterole sundae lacked taste and lacked chocolate sauce.
Great breakfast at table table. Robin served us and was absolutely brilliant, speedy service and I couldn’t quibble on anything. The breakfast is really good value and it’s brought fresh to you which I find really good. Plus in the deal you could help yourself to anything off the buffet table to. Would highly recommend for families for breakfast too!

We had a fantastic experience at Table Table, Parc Menai in Bangor, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mathew, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and his warm personality really added to the atmosphere. The food was great, but Mathew’s outstanding service truly made the day special. It’s rare to come across someone so naturally good at what they do. A real credit to the team—thank you, Mathew!

I've had better food. But also worse. For the price 2 meals for £12 or so. It's cheaper than a takeaway. Staff were pleasant service pretty quick. And certainly wasn't inedible. Fish was a little over cooked but wasn't bad

Had a reservation booked for 8.15pm was left standings with my family for over quatre of an hour at the door staff walking past ignoring us. When they finally got to us we were told the kitchen was closed I explained that we had booked for 8.15pm and had been waiting for a long time she then said that we would be waiting for a hr for our food and that would take it passed the closing time of the kitchen. I asked if I could put in a complaint she said that I could leave a review I said I wanted the head office telephone number she couldn't supply this . The service that we received was very very poor would recommend booking for all its worth as they dont hold the promises of a booking will call the restaurant on.monday. Service very very poor Booking not worth the work becouse they dont keep to them After we telephoned the restaurant and I had spoken to the manager who was very pleasant and approachable the problems we're resolved he could not apologise enough We went back the weekend after our first visit and the service wa 10× better we were served be a very professional and kind member of staff the atmosphere was much better we really enjoyed our food thank you all at table table Bangor

We had a lovely meal last night at Parc Britania. It was busy so the wait for food was longer than normal but when it arrived it couldn't be faulted. The mix grill is very generous and good value and the sirloin steak was also good. The staff were attentive and friendly. We have never had a bad meal at this place as we are quite local it is a good reasonably priced place for a meal
Joan J — Google review
The food was super reasonable and you get for what you pay for. Unfortunately, we waited a whole hour before getting our starter even though there was hardly anybody there. I think we were forgotten about. We asked the staff multiple times for our food. People that arrived after us had finished their dinners before we got our starter. Had to cancel our pudding in the end as ran out of time. Very disappointing service
Katie R — Google review
Very slow service. We were in there for 2 and a half hours and only had a main and dessert. Beef pie was warm inside , not hot. We were never once asked if our food was OK and never apologised for it taking so long.
Nathan C — Google review
I usually take the fish off the menu but there has not been any fish on the menu for weeks now as the fish frier has been broken for weeks diabolical get it fixed as you are losing customers fast. The staff are pleasant and never had a problem with them. So to the owners of table table buy a new fish frier instead of trying to fix the old one.

Garden center
Cafe
Treborth Garden Centre is truly a hidden gem that offers much more than just plants. After several years, I returned for a long-awaited visit and was delighted by the variety of items available—it's hard to believe you might find something you didn't know you needed! The selection of well-cared-for roses and perennials caught my eye, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially a young gentleman who assisted me with my purchases.
This is a really interesting garden centre. You park up a steep hill and then play a game of find the entrance. It’s quite obvious really, but doesn’t really showcase the garden centre well enough. Inside, you first of all probably think you’ve entered a 1980s DIY/ Halfords type store. There doesn’t seem to be much signage to point the way towards the plants… Eventually, you’ll find your way to the outdoor bit of the garden centre where you will find lots of well priced plants, attractive pots, fencing, flags, etc. once you’ve chosen your plants you then have to find the checkouts. You may bump into the houseplant section. I found my way out by using a combination of following the pathway of different coloured carpet and also just tracking someone with a plant who seemed to be walking purposefully somewhere. All the staff are friendly and this is a great place to visit and get some bargains!
Jeremy A — Google review
A garden centre with plenty of plants and other useful things, as well as the usual non gardening stuff. We went on a Sunday and the roast was delicious and incredibly good value. The kids meals were served with proper chips, not frozen. Loose leaf tea in a pot with extra boiling water on the side was a bonus. Not many places serving this type of food at these prices any more.
Emily C — Google review
Has a very broad range of things for sale at reasonable prices. As is said on an advert for another place if they haven't got it you probably don't need it. Call at the café whilst there good food and coffee at reasonable prices worth a visit.
Karl R — Google review
The Garden Centre itself ,has a lot of lovely plants ,Gifts,it's a great place to spend a bit of time going round it all. Must say I have not been in the cafe. The Reason I have given it a 1 star is that the women that work there ,are so unpleasant, they should not be working in customer service, with an attitude like they all have. It's disgusting to be honest. It's like a huge chore to serve people,no please,no thank you. Treborth Garden Centre, sort your staff out ,give them proper training,on customer Services ,how to treat people nicer, when they are visiting . It it wasn't for people going to their shop ,they wouldnt have a job.If I could give 0 stars then I would. Appalling !!!!!!!!!!!!
Vanessa W — Google review
What a fabulous hidden away Gem of a place. Although we have been here before it had been several years ago, and we thoroughly enjoyed a long overdue revisit. Its primarily a garden centre, but it also has so many other items, you didn't realise you needed, I tell people, if they don't stock it, then, no one makes it! And as an added bonus they have a fabulous well stocked restaurant too, which your going to need, as you will end up spending a long time perusing all the areas of this Tardis of a building. Well worth a visit and highly recommended.
Andy N — Google review
Used to think this was quite a good place, been a number of times... Until you have an issue and need their customer service. Bought a bayonet lightbulb to find that the bayonet clips were broken so it couldn't be fitted safely. Went to return it, they refused to take it without a receipt despite the fact it had their stickers and price tags all over it. Consumer rights act 2015 clearly states a receipt is not required for a defective item as long as it was clearly purchased from the retailer so their actions are illegal. They were also so rude and condescending about it. Well done, you saved your company £2.50, by breaking the law. You just lost a customer, when you would have broken even on just the purchases I was about to make. Plenty of other garden centres nearby, I expect better.
Nicholas W — Google review
What a fantastic find. Bought 3 roses, and 5 perennials all well cared for. All the young men where working hard. And special thanks to the the young gentlemen with the moustache and hat on who helped me back to the car with my purchases. They should be proud of how courteous they where. Top notch
Angie B — Google review
We've visited many times and love to look around here. They have a bit of everything and always end up coming away with something. Today's trip was for a cafe treat and we were not disappointed! Some of the cake portion sizes were enormous!! There was a huge variety of cakes available even at 3pm. Such a chatty server who had a laugh with us over the portions.

The Black Bull Inn - JD Wetherspoon may not have the most inviting exterior, but its lovely interior and excellent beer make it a great stop after a long walk. The local patrons are friendly and happy to share tips about the beautiful area. Situated on Bangor's High Street, this Wetherspoons location is popular among students for its cheap drinks and social atmosphere. It offers easy access to student accommodations and is known for its affordability.
Have a quick dinner before back to hotel. Easy to get a parking. Food not bad just a bit smaller portion compared to with London’s Wetherspoon. Mind be need to order some more to share between few of us.
Emily T — Google review
Visited Wetherspoons Bangor and had a really bad experience. The service was unprofessional, and the food wasn’t great either. One of our drinks had a fly in it, and when we raised it with the staff, they told us the manager refused to replace it, saying it wasn’t their fault. That response alone shows a total lack of responsibility. They eventually gave us a new drink, but only after we insisted , and even then, we were told that if it happened again, they wouldn’t do anything about it. It didn’t stop there. One of my friends didn’t get her food because they accidentally served it to another table , and shockingly, they just took it back from that table and gave it to us. That’s unacceptable from both a hygiene and a customer service point of view. What’s most frustrating is that no one in charge seemed to take the situation seriously. The manager or whoever was responsible didn’t show any care or effort to fix things properly. Overall, it was a really disappointing visit, and we won’t be coming back. Basic respect and food hygiene were completely lacking.
Arun I — Google review
Decent though pretty generic spoons serving cheap food and cheap beer. You get what you pay for, with nothing exceptional about the place but nothing bad either. The beer garden was a good size and split across a few levels which was good, and the service was friendly and prompt.
Duncan M — Google review
This has been my local spoons for a good few years now and it's great, I wouldn't change much about it, however I came here for a warm meal last week with a good friend of mine. I thought I would order something new for a change so I got the ham and cheese panini, food arrived swiftly and I was excited to tuck in to my well deserved meal however... after biting into my panini as you can see in the photo there was little to no ham. Leaving me to eat a baguette with a texture resembling a piece of cardboard with little to no cheese or any flavour other than the bread. I will still come to this spoons just a warning about the ham in the paninis for others. 7/10
Brad N — Google review
The food in spoons can be quite awful, this is suposed to be a cheese and ham penini but as u can see there is hardly any existence of cheese, im tempted to send it back case this garbage cost me 6 bucks, think is last year they had proper cheese on them, so im very disappointed, I have a lot of stuff to say about there poor food but I just cant be arsed, ranging from there fish, to simple noodles to chips, very poor, if it wasent for the great staff I would never go there
Mike L — Google review
Beautiful building and outside space. Service was really good. Food was 'Spoons usual standard (fair to middlin') but would go again. Typically though, the loos are upstairs. I have a knackered knee, took one look at them and decided to wait!

McDonald's is a classic fast-food chain that has stood the test of time, renowned for its delicious burgers and iconic fries. With plans to expand by opening 1,000 new locations, it continues to be a popular choice for those on the go. While the food is generally tasty and served hot, some diners have noted inconsistencies in salt levels and occasional mix-ups with orders during delivery.
This McDonald's is in very busy street. It attracts lots of crowds. You have other superstores also around this area. There is plenty of parking space. It is always our choice when we don't want to spend a lot for our lunch/ dinner. Please check whether you received everything ordered, as we found that our order had missing items only after reaching our house...
Shiji J — Google review
Nice McDonald's, clean and well maintained. Food was hot and arrived quickly. Some items weren't available on the menu due to deliveries. There's outside seating. All bins were emptied regularly.
Mark S — Google review
I really like the food here it is really nice but of course as the usual McDonald's place. Sometimes there is too much salt or too less salt there is no in between so most of the time you ask with no salt and put it on your self. Sometimes they mix up the orders on delivery but except that it's really nice. The service is pretty good. Food comes fast but sometimes it can take ages and they leave your food there on the side for ages. The atmosphere is pretty good sometimes it is busy but most of the place smells of fries
Olivia C — Google review
Crispy, golden perfection in every bite! The iconic McDonald's fries never miss — salty, hot, and totally addictive. Hands down, the best fast-food fries out there! 🍟
Muhammad S — Google review
It's very good the food was amazing but then when I saw the toilet and it was disgusting 🤢
Roger D — Google review
The food was tasty and hot. Obviously not the healthiest of choices, but we were in a rush. The service was fine, and quick. The atmosphere was noisy and basic. Not the place to go if you want to lose weight, have some refinement while dining. We ate in while waiting for the next film time at Cineworld. However, the toilets at McDonald's were spotlessly clean, so well done for that.
Lyn E — Google review
Well waiting for your food for long time isn't something new for MacDonald's. Which can be understood because of plenty of order maybe. But even after that sometimes it doesn't come as warm as it should be. The wrap bread felt cold as it was just bought from Asda. Is the quality being compromised because of serving too many order or lack of unskilled employee/management team. Hopefully they will get better soon.
Md. B — Google review
My wife worked for Mc Donald's many years ago before the drive throughs were added. Now the Just eats staff are collecting at the counter the walk in customers are always put at the back of the que.We waited 30 minutes before our small order was brought to us.Im finished with Mc Donald's now as they put the drive through and just eats orders before their walk in customers.

The Bwyty Blondin Restaurant is an attractive, roomy, and well-maintained establishment. The personnel are amiable, affable, and make you feel genuinely welcomed. Although it could be rated as a perfect 5 out of 5, some customers may consider it slightly overpriced. It is an excellent spot to unwind with a beverage or have a meal following an exhilarating zipwire adventure, regardless of unfavorable weather conditions.
What a great place to have food, relax with friends and watch the adrenaline junkies do there thing… or join in the adventure and leave with some epic memories!!

The fish and chips is very tasty as well as the mushy peas. Good quality fish and really freshly cooked.
J C — Google review
Had "light" lunch in-between activities. Recommend the fish finger sandwich and fries, delicious. Orders can be done through an app or at the bar and even though the place was busy the food arrived quite quickly. Hot,cold and alcoholic drinks served as well. Budget £10 to £15 a head.

Well executed crowd pleasing dishes in a well lit airy environment with plenty of outdoor seating too. Nice views.
Sheena S — Google review
Never got the chance to eat. App in car park wouldn't down load as no signal and no card machines so 7 of us in 2 cars couldn't eat here. Shame as it had been recommended. Very disappointed wonder how much trade they lose because of this.....
Adrian G — Google review
Prices for food were quite high, e.g. burger and chips cost £18. So we chose our food from the 'light bite' menu via their app/QR code which seemed quick and painless but then waited and waited and waited... I asked a passing waitress where our food was and the first thing she said was, it wasn't their fault, there was a delay with them receiving the receipts on the system. Our food arrived after 50 minutes, which is a long time to wait, when, in my case, I only ordered cheese on toast (about £11).
James — Google review
I take the point of a lot of the negative reviews but we walked into an empty ish cafe, got a nice table, ordered at the bar (expensive drinks) as silly app ordering wasn't working surprise surprise. When the food arrived it was fresh, hot and delicious and a credit to all in the kitchen who you can see working away. So if the owners extended opening times, lowered prices and ditched the app ordering i reckon the cafe would make them more money as they essentially have a captive customer base.

Nice , spacious and clean restaurant. Staff is nice friendly and you really feel welcomed. It would be 5⭐️ but I think it is just a little overpriced. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Morrisons Cafe is a delightful stop for a brunch, offering cake slices, sandwiches, and small milkshake packs. The staff is helpful and the bakery is top-notch. Despite some negative reviews, the hot meals are tasty and the service is good. The surroundings are pleasant and clean, making it a great value for money. It's known for its delicious fish and chips which were even half price on National Fish and Chips Day.
A lovely, well presented, clean cafe. Food was good and staff were nice. Would have been nice if there were some teaspoons though.

Dreadful. The poached eggs were dry, though one of them had a little yolk dribble! The bacon undercooked and sausage was cheap and dreadful.
Nigel B — Google review
There is good place for everyone. The food is good quality and tasty. But if you go the eat there in lunch time, you have to wait your meal for long time.
Jelly J — Google review
Disgusting and dissatisfaction is just the word. They're usually fast and feastful, but the other day, when I ordered a "big daddy breakfast" WITHOUT MUSHROOMS, it took over half an hour to cook. Half an hour later, they served me the breakfast WITH MUSHROOMS. I could've been allergic to mushrooms but luckily I'm not, therefore I asked the staff to remove the mushrooms, when a family member who was getting something to drink spotted a member of the staff dropping a sausage on the counter top - god know what filth there is, therefore my family member confronted the member of the staff before he ragged. 10 minutes later, the staff returned with my order, but completely mocked up the order - I had the big breakfast instead. Therefore, my family member took the order to customer services to complain, endings up with a refund and me having a free breakfast that took 40 mind to make. P. S here's a picture of the previous breakfast, which was actually delicious! 5 stars then!

Having called into many Morrison's stores and cafes over the years I'd say this is one of the better ones. Let's hope when they do get taken over there is a positive change.

Was travelling during birthday and stopped by for a brunch And it was an absolute delight. They had cake slices, sandwiches and small milkshakes packs The staff was very helpful too I didn't try the hot breakfast but their bakery is really one of the best Stop by for a sandwich, cake and coffee Goos welcoming staff and great value for money

Costa Coffee is a delightful counter-service chain that specializes in serving up an array of hot beverages, refreshing iced coolers, and delectable sweet snacks alongside satisfying sandwiches. Nestled on Bangor High Street, this cozy spot offers a warm atmosphere where you can enjoy your favorite cappuccino while people-watching through large windows. The friendly staff adds to the charm, making each visit feel welcoming and enjoyable.
This costa coffee provide very good quality of coffee(better than it is the cafes next door) I love the employee here they always smile 😊 ❤️ I usually come here and grab cup of cappuccino and stay in front of the big windows and watch people outside walking.. Or i take one of the seats and try to study pr read something.. It gets very busy in the weekends. The only bad thing about this place that it is actually small.. few chairs.. I recommend it for grab and go coffee..❤️ Enjoy😘

Visted this costa on friday for a quick drink and was served by a lovely young lady called ciara. She was very friendly and made my visit a lovely experience, she was chatty and attentive and I would definitely visit here again for afternoon hit of caffeine.

Stood at the bar for nearly 5 minutes and no one would take my order. Wasn't busy, staff were just more concerned with flirting with a different customer. Eventually just left and went to look for a drink elsewhere!
Steve C — Google review
A perfectly reasonable Costa on Bangor High Street. Coffee depends on the skill of the barista. A bit scruffy feeling but a nice place. They pay their taxes and recycle any cardboard cup no matter where from, and serve their cold drinks in glasses, not disposable plastic cups, which is a win for me.
Anna R — Google review
Nice place to have a cup of coffee! In the middle of the city. Abit pricy but yummy
O T — Google review
Giving this place 2 stars for the reason of the poor customer service from the females that work there. Me and my partner come to costa 4 to 5 times a week and every time we enter the women are very miserable and not very welcoming hardly speak to you about your order never smile and always sighing due to they’re jugs running out of milk also some of them bickering towards eachother thankfully they’re was a Welsh man there who took it upon himself to serve me after waiting 10 minutes for the women very dissatisfied in the customer service though this place needs more staff that are happy with what they’re doing.

Good service.Changes for the better over the past year, have left a friendly staff, speedy service, and a nice atmosphere in the store. Cleanliness is good too. It could do with a bit of a revamp though, as it's looking a bit tired in places inside. I would recommend all in all though.

We highly recommend both the cafe and it's staff as they have provided a variety of food for our clients from meals in the cafe to bespoke lunchboxes, on site and off site catering and always to a high standard. Always friendly and welcoming, the cafe is well worth a visit.

Poor and disappointing, lasagne was so overheated it had melted on the plate and the edges were so hard it was inedible. The chicken curry was very disappointing also as the sauce was straight from a jar I suspect and the chicken was hard and chewy. The staff were friendly and it was not expensive but I can't say we enjoyed it, We wouldn't recommend it and we wouldn't go back. sorry.

Nestled on the station platform, Snowdon Buffet is a delightful spot for travelers seeking a quick bite or a refreshing drink. This charming café serves up an array of delicious snacks and both hot and cold beverages, making it an ideal pit stop while waiting for your train. Although prices may be slightly higher than average, the quality of food and drinks makes it worthwhile. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, providing weary passengers with a cozy refuge from the hustle and bustle of travel.
A modest yet comforting refuge from the rain, this station café offers a warm cup and a welcome pause from the bustle of travel. The coffee was agreeable, the staff most friendly — a fine little haven for weary passengers in need of a moment’s rest.
B A — Google review
I don't like to criticise places often - especially in my hometown but Snowdon Buffet need to reconsider their policy regarding drinking water. There is no water source besides the toilets on the platform and the buffet refuses to fill bottles (even though they have taps just by the counter) unless you are a paying customer. This happened on a hot summer's day after cycling a great deal. I'm happy to support the business and did end up buying things to get my bottles filled but that shouldn't be necessary especially for those who are less fortunate, didn't bring cash or a means to pay. To conclude: I'd like to quote the 2003 licensing act that applies to businesses in England and Wales: "3. The responsible person shall ensure that free tap water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available." As a licensed provider of alcohol, you are neglecting these legal obligations.
Iori T — Google review
A perfect place to find on a station platform when you're hungry and thirsty and have a bit of time to kill. Delicious snacks and hot and cold drinks, a bit pricey though; and the main problem is that the place closes rather early, so no refreshments if you're going back on an evening train.
Bina C — Google review
Lovely, friendly, family run cafe, not the usual franchise outfit you expect on stations these days. Excellent coffee and and superb fresh scones and very reasonably priced. Well stocked with magazines etc, even had VIZ.

Starbucks is a Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites, and WiFi availability. It has gained visibility and popularity outside London due to its widespread presence and discounts. While some independent restaurants have chosen to forgo weekday lunches in the face of competition from big chains like Starbucks, others have adapted by operating as cafes during the day and formal restaurants at night. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, clean and comfortable environment, good coffee, and dog-friendly policy at Starbucks locations.
Well crafted drink from friendly welcoming staff.Nice clean store less than five minutes off the A55. Takeaway consistently good here as well.

£3.15 for a cup of tea, came in a mug which was far too big for the teabag meaning my tea was so unbelievably weak I couldn't finish it. If someone is ordering a tea, at least give them the option of adding their own milk by serving it separately. I was very disappointed The lady that served me at the till was very pleasant however.

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Waited over 20 minutes for my drink, no apology or explanation. Asked to speak to the Manager who refused to listen to my complaint or give me her name or the name of her manager. I was challenged by some 👃 regular female customer who had no idea what my complaint was about. This customer and manager than started laughing and joking about my experience. Left feeling extremely angry and upset by the all experience. Please avoid this establishment like the plague and provide this store and its staff with the relevant customer service training and the 👃 old woman needs to do one 😡

Staff rude, waited 15 mins, customers who were behind got served first, when questioned, staff said that the receipts do not come out in order, a member of the public came upto mm y husband and I and said staff work hard here, sometimes you have to wait, she knew nothing of the situation, when we approached staff, they said she was a regular who cared about them. Advised that we only asked how long would we need to wait for drink as people served before us. Asked for complaint form, only to be given an email address 25 mins later, no name of manager or supervisor were given even though we asked for them
