Was a nice little spot to get a quick sweet fix and a latte, you can customize the cinnamon rolls however you like but we chose classic and a savory spinach and feta pastry. Overall it was pretty good, just a bit on the dry side after it cooled off.

My son and my friend from out of town and I all came here early on a Friday morning. The music was great. We had a brioche and a traditional cinnamon roll split between the three of us. The cinnamon roll was definitely the favorite. If you are a bread lover, I think you'll like this place. Five stars.

We were in town for a graduation and came across this little Gem! Great cinnamon rolls! I highly recommend a stop here for a sweet treat if you’re in the area. The lumberjack was by far my favorite! The bacon is the perfect touch.

Hands-down the best gluten-free cinnamon rolls on the East Coast. They're fantastic. Get them with the classic cream cheese frosting. My friends who order the regular cinnamon rolls say the gluten-free roll here tastes just as good as the regular. They're also as big as the regular ones, which is rare when getting gluten-free cinnamon rolls. I've been picking these up every time I'm in the area for the past 5 years. They're worth taking a detour for. Highly recommend.

A fun, clean, family-friendly atmosphere, even from a distance, had my son and I loop back here after walking the hills. The sign, which mentioned beignets, was what hooked us, I think. The bright, smiling human behind the counter greeted us warmly and asked if we had been there before. We explained that it was our first time, and she kindly introduced their many varieties of toppings and drizzles for cinnamon rolls. There were traditional presentations of the classic cinnamon roll and many fabulous banana split style toppings. If you've ever been to Duck Donuts or VooDoo donuts, it's a smart take on that idea: A classic pastry tuned up for presentation and over-the-top indulgent flavor. We had coffee, juice, and cinnamon rolls, saving the beignets for some other time. Mine was a PBJ take, and his featured hazelnuts? Pralines? We loved them. Grab from the plentiful pile of napkins, forks, and knives, you'll need them. We ate out on the patio and watched some hungry wanderers approach and others leave full. The food was fun, a special treat, but the real shining star of this place was the service. The front line help was attentive, explanatory, welcoming, hard-working, and kind. Give that girl a raise!

These were such an amazing treat! My boyfriend didn’t make it home with his cinnamon bun! Has a good dining area. Nice staff. They have vegan options too! Can’t wait to come back here!

My family a group of 6 popped in here on a Thursday morning before graduation at LU. We didn't have to wait and the service was quick and friendly even as the restaurant started to fill up. We ordered a variety of food, eggs, chicken & waffles, French toast, burger, and everything was excellent. I am so happy we found this place. If you are in the area give it a try!

Went last weekend during homecoming and it was absolutely packed! Despite the chaotic atmosphere the hubbs and I were able to belly up to the bar pretty much right away. It was a day drinking brunch for us, and we had arguably the best server in all of Lynchburg-Autumn! She was so amazing! She made the best drinks and was so sweet and attentive (even with all the craziness). Food was delicious as usual. Wanted to say the hostess did a really great job too even though it was her very first day! Always a great experience at Market!

Solid American classics with a wide variety to choose from. The salad of the 7 hills has been my go to for a long time, with chipped parmesan as a great flavor enhancer. Our server was great but seemed to be all over the place covering several tables at once. The only problem we had was the water/ice..it tasted like the filter needs to be changed. It’s difficult to enjoy a meal when every sip of water cancels out the goodness

This was my favorite breakfast we had in Lynchburg! Friendly service, amazing food and cool atmosphere! Get the cinnamon roll - it is absolutely worth the hype!

Took my 2 daughters to breakfast and we enjoyed ourselves. One ordered the avocado toast with cheese grits. The other ordered an omelette with side of pancakes. I had an omelette also with fried apples. Everything was good, fresh ingredients and made just as we ordered.

I enjoy my meals here every time I go - great for breakfast or lunch! Wonderful food, great atmosphere, and excellent service! Highly recommend anything with fried green tomatoes or their homemade pimiento cheese! And the new location at 907 Main is beautiful!!

Great restaurant dog friendly with freshly made food and great service. We were passing by this area this past 4th of July weekend. We had a 2 months old blue healer dog with us. We loved that immediately when we were sit, the bought a bowl of water for the dog. 🐕 We definitely recommend this place. We loved the whole experience. Thank you! 😊🥰♥️

Great food and service as always. Sierra was very efficient and nice but I think she was having trouble hearing me. (She didn’t want to talk to me but I respect that). $14 cheese steak and by God it was bussing down to the socks and then some. Presentation was beautiful, mouthwatering steamy goodness. Not only was the food fantastic but the ode to pups is the cutest! The omelet with fresh mozzarella was massive and delicious, the home fries were perfectly seasoned, and the biscuit was tender and fluffy. The decorations and vibe were 10/10.

This small town restaurant delivered exactly as I’d hoped . A home like feeling with a staff that are super sweet ! Our waitress ( I think her name is Judy ) was nice and very attentive . The staff made sure no trash sat on the guest tables for long . They take the word pancake literal , they’re HUGE ! Eggs could use some salt and pepper , bacon was delicious . & the prices you can’t beat .

Nice place. I thought the food was average . Typical breakfast food. Sausage gravy was like every other place I have gotten breakfast. Home fries were average also. Corned beef was below average. Wasn't a fan. Service was great. Food average. I would love to try lunch though.

I just love a little country cookin’ type of spot with all the fixins and sweet heart waitresses! Good ice tea, daily specials, and a view right into the kitchen. You can’t go wrong here. Hot dogs and cheeseburgers are amazing. But so is the omelet and the BLT. Great price. Def go. I’m a sucker for sides! Obviously 🥰

Was not bad, not good. Just kinda average. It was super busy. Seating was a bit cramped. Bacon was over cooked. Muffin burnt. Nothing special. I don't think I'd drive way out that way again just to eat there. But if I were in the area I might consider it.

Delicious food. The ladies running the show are all kind and always checking up on you. The atmosphere feels like I walked into Grandma and Grandpa's dining room, Love it.

We arrived and had a short wait to be seated “maybe 10 minutes”. We were seated and our waitress Sandra came right over to introduce her self and get our drink order. After bringing our drinks she took our food order and it came right out within 10 minutes. It was perfect and everything was delicious. Thanks for a wonderful start to our day we were very very pleased and will be back again.

Excellent home style food. Breakfast served all day. Open 6am to 2 pm daily. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Elvis Presley ate here back in the day. They have the roll of toliet paper he used from displayed in the restaurant. Covid guidelines in place

If there were an option for more then 5 stars, this would be it. I happened upon this place, while visiting the community market and other stuff in the area. It did not disappoint! I got the bacon plate which comes wirh meat, potatoes, eggs and a biscuit. The biscuit is buttery and flaky. The eggs are cooked to order. The bacon is perfectly cripsy. Now the potatoes, they almost made me cry. They taste just like my late mothers (ok maybe a tear formed). I haven't had fried potatoes like this in over 3 years, even though I have tried so many times. It's a small place in the back of the market, definitely worth a try if your in the area. I know it's just food but Thank you for being exactly what I needed this morning

Can you imagine Sunday after church home cooking? Well this place reminds me of just that. The food is so fresh and made like my grandma made it. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I’ll be back soon.

Only tried the blueberry cobler they had the day we cam in but it was very good and the prices are great. Was only in the area during a trip so probably won't be able to go back unfortunately.

The open air market feel under a roof. Great homemade food. Helpings were also a little over portion standards, which is always nice.

These were some of the nicest, kindest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of getting a delicious breakfast from! Country ham biscuit was fluffy and just the right amount of salty, and the egg and sausage had just the right amount of “bite” for sausage.

This place has amazing bagels. Prices are good. There are plenty of options. Different flavors of bagels, and my friend got coffee, which she very much liked. I had the sausage egg and cheese and she had the starberry cream cheese. Though, in my personal opinion, they put far too much cream cheese on bagels that come with it (see picture).

Generally great. From this time, the avocado and tomato were under ripe, which made it hard to eat. Everything bagel was on the salty side, but good. I’d certainly go back to keep trying their wide selection. UPDATE: went back. The Papa Diablo is magnificent! Choice greatly influences experience.

What a great stop on my way out of town for the weekend. We stopped at a cinnamon bun place that says they have gluten free and they had run out so I was coming to this place hoping that they would have gluten free bagels and they did. ❤️ Rina is very knowledgeable. (Not sure how I spell her name) We had a tiny hiccup w the order but it took them 5 seconds to fix it and just like that I had breakfast. SO GRATEFUL. Even the plants in this place were lovely. Looking forward to my next trip to Lynchburg so that I can eat here again.

I was meeting some relatives in this lovely town and the place we had selected was not having outdoor dining due to patio repairs. It was a Monday and our places were limited. We were told by employees of a coffee house to come here. Said they had picnic tables outside and both parties were with pooches. We pull up and the parking lot is TINY and a group of young people at the picnic tables. Turns out they were waiting to order. It's a small place with no indoor seating. It was packed. My relative ordered for me and got me the Bee Sting bagel. It was quite tasty although it needed a tad more seasoning. I got two plain bagels to take home....salt and jalapeno cheddar. The nice lady at register said all bagels were made at another location and brought to this location. All spreads made in house too. Don't miss the view off the backside/side. I had no idea Lynchburg was so hilly! Oh yeah, if you are lucky you may get to meet Doc the wonderdog! A golden lab who is so friendly and apparently a local legend

The bagels here are generally good and reasonably priced, but out of a dozen everything bagels, they manage to burn the seasoning on about half of them, almost every time. I'd love if someone noticed this review and took better notice of the bagel cooking times. Shouldn't be that hard.

Great bagel!! They have really good bagel sandwiches and pretty good coffee too. Parking is a little tight but it always adds some fun excitement to the closer when you do find a good spot. 10 out of 10 recommend going!

Perfect bagels! NYC style! Soft and tender on the inside with a slight crust on the outside! (No need to toast) We tried their sandwiches and also bagels with spreads! This was our 2nd time back (passing through the town) and intentionally timed our stop so that we could enjoy bagels again! This time we had the Plane Jane (2 fried eggs, cheddar cheese in an everything bagel). It was absolutely delicious!!!! Perfect amount of salt and seasoning on the bagel itself and the eggs and cheese married beautifully with the bagel! We also tried a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese and one plain. If you’re within 100 miles of Lynchburg- you’ve got to stop and enjoy their beautiful bagels! It’s just a small dive (with a clean restroom) and Parking may be a bit challenging- but you’ll figure it out!

A staple of downtown the White Hart is a nice place to relax. A comfortable atmosphere with a nice selection of coffee, teas, and other drinks with a simple spread of food. The yogurt with the honey, granola, and seasonal fruit is a good healthy option, the sweet potato fries are very tasty, but the biscuit and gravy sandwich is in the best way a brick of pure delicious flavor perfect to start a morning. The focus is obviously on the drinks. The cheesy grits are solid. The staff is friendly and professional.

It had a great atmosphere. My wife had the chicken biscuit. She said it was not good: very salty, dry and just a biscuit and chicken nothing else. I had the BMW. I thought my meal was great. Our coffee was great. We ordered the cold salty bee. It is hard for me to pay that much for a coffee, but I don't do it very much and it was more foe the experience. You have to do everything. Except cook. You have to get your own silverware, got to the counter and get your food. And you have to clean up. Which is part of the atmosphere. But if you don't want to work for your food don't go here.

It’s been several years since I’ve been to WH due to a bad experience. They’re either under new management or got themselves sorted out because my recent visit was night and day. Everything was great but the fried potatoes were out of this world. So crispy they’ll make you shed tears of joy haha The general vibe of the place seems to cater to college aged folks but is still accessible for all ages

I love White Hart. It’s may favorite place to go to after the Community Market on Saturdays or when I’m downtown. My favorite item is The Drummer. The jerk chicken is juicy and goes perfectly with the French Toast. I love my mornings at White Hart.

I don’t drink coffee or tea, and I haven’t had any of those from the Whiteheart, but lemme tell you, the vibes are immaculate enough that I don’t even need to taste the food. Studying here is so cozy and warm. Their hot chocolate feels like it’s right from the bean. A large and interesting collection of board games. I recommend the chicken tenders and fries. ⬜️❤️☕️🐔🍟

The White Hart Cafe serves not just coffee, but also the ambiance of the century. From their open mic nights on Thursday evenings to calm Monday mornings sipping on a White Hart special, this Cafe is the best place to do work, hang out with friends, or just relax. Their location across from the downtown market makes the White Hart the perfect place for any occasion! I have spent many a day debriefing with my friends, or completing school projects. They truly provide a warm, inviting atmosphere and their baristas are incredibly sweet. Every drink and food item I've tasted has made my day. Thank you for existing in this space!

Great, frequently service where my first time there felt like I was family. Really quick service, faster than most fast casual places nowadays. The cheesy western was really good but the deep fried pie was tremendous. It's worth a visit just for the pie. Will be back.

Counter seating for simply delicous fast food. No need to order all at once. Take your time and eat until satisfied. I started with the Cheesy Westerns, then the Jesse Jones' hot dog done all the way and ended with a bowl of chili also done all the way. Friendly staff and patrons. If your just visiting, take home a souvenir. Before you leave, ask about the Funny.

Stopped by while on a Saturday trip from Roanoke to go to a few places my wife and I like to go to. She had a great hot dog, while I had a bowl and a double meat cheesy fries and a Mexican Coke. What a great meal and such great service and met some NEW friends while we ate.

Open 24 hours.. Good food and great local conversation. They will feed 1500 people, 15 at a time! Kid friendly during the day, kids probably should be awake late at night. Great breakfast as well! Not expensive either. Best down home burger and dog in the city.

An absolute Lynchburg staple! May look simple, but it packs a punch! A cheesy bacon western hits like no other.

I hate to be the person leaving bad reviews, but this one was a health risk :/. I ordered and got delivered the bbq, onions rings, side of slaw and a slice of pie. Never received the slaw and pie, and the bbq had pieces of meat that was still very pink, and the meat itself tasted very sour.

Great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat. Almost felt like stepping back in time, as there are just not as many places like this around anymore. Burgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, soda, all the good things in life, with service that is just as fast if not faster than a fast food chain, and prices that are better in my opinion.

6 out of 5 stars! Blue Ridge Bagel is my fiancée and I's favorite breakfast place in Lynchburg and overall! Customer service is exceptional; always so kind. They have the best people! We can count on their food being quality and consistent every time. Quite a variety of choices too, so we never grow tired of eating here, and we have not found a single thing on their menu we didn't like so far. Their food is amazing! Amazing taste, great quality, and fresh, healthy ingredients. And a great price too, for what you are getting. More reasonable than most other places, which is another reason we love coming here! In summary: Great people, excellent food, all at an affordable price! Other places we have found to be a hit or miss, but Blue Rudge Bagels delivers every time and has never once left us dissapointed! Oh, and great Gluten Free selection as well! (Their GF bagels actually taste better than some other places' regular bagels.) Note to the owner(s): We especially loved the Red Pepper Gouda soup! The food is solid. The bagel sandwiches are definitely the star in the sandwich menu, which is expansive. The prices are reasonable, the staff is exceptionally pleasant, and it is spacious. Parking seems a little rough but what can you do? I've got one more bagel place to try but this one is my favorite so far. I wish I wasn't 15 minutes away. Update: I typo'd "expensive" instead of "expansive". Corrected it. As for the owner response, I did try a breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and it was delicious.

The bagels here are honestly pretty basic, but the service and affordable prices make up for it. Though I feel like I've had better bagels, I have also paid substantially more for them! And the workers are super kind. So at the end of the day, come on out and give this place a shot if you're looking to scratch that bagel itch. Also, I didn't try them, but the donuts do look amazing!

Incredibly cheap, home-style cooking. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast that makes you feel like your mom is cooking for you once again, look no further. We got three biscuits, 6 pancakes, a VERY good cup of coffee, and an omelette for only $9, but don't let the price fool you! This is GOOD food! Limited seating because it's such a small joint. 4 tables with 4 seats and two tables with two high-seats each. VERY busy on the weekends: standing room only. Weekday mornings: slow and relaxed.

Went for breakfast and got the western omelette, which was fabulous! Would definitely go here again and explore their other offerings. Prices were very reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

Batter Bar is an absolute gem in Lynchburg! They offer such a wide variety of options, whether you're in the mood for something rich and chocolatey, fruity and fresh, or warm and gooey, there's something for everyone. Every item I’ve tried has been delicious and clearly made with care. The environment is just as sweet as the treats, cozy, clean, and welcoming! The staff is super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain the menu and even offered suggestions based on what I like. It’s the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or just treat yourself. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed!

The people were very kind and the Crepes were to die for. I can't remember ever eating a savory crepe, so this was a great experience. The coffee and bakery were excellent as well. When we come back down from Michigan's Upper Peninsula, my wife and I will be sure to stop here again!

Batter bar is WITHOUT A DOUBT my favorite place to get breakfast. It’s a hidden gem that I show everyone I can Out-of-towners? Batter Bar. Special occasion? Batter Bar. New to local restaurants? Batter Bar. Literally anytime I get the chance, batter bar. I don’t go nearly often enough, but I *always* get the hazelberry crepe. It is perfection on a plate. Do yourself a favor and go to batter bar next chance you get - you can thank me later.

Nothing but compliments, everything I’ve had here is delicious. They set the quality bar very high. I’m more of a savory guy so I haven’t tried the sweet section but there are plenty of solid options on both sides. They also have a crepe of the month and fortunately during my last time there they had a Cuban crepe..absolutely legit

The crepes are phenomenal, personal fave is the bacon mushroom Swiss. They had an off-site event today so no crepes but they had a TON of pastries and these folks don't miss. My chocolate croissant was amazing and the pop tarts are always to die for. The service as always was incredibly friendly today. One of my favorite spots downtown!

My initial impression is similar to Rivermont Pizza in which you take something classic and give it your own spin with various toppings/flavors. I'm all about carnitas so the Piggy Mac was the obvious choice. The carnitas + Mac and cheese combo was very flavorful and also incredibly savory. I ate the entire combo and was in a serious food coma. I wasn’t a big fan of the salsa but the queso was on point I recommend ordering online since there are several options for customizing your order. I added grilled onions ($.25), grilled peppers ($.25), salsa verde (free.99) and a side of sour cream (free.99). The price point for the burritos may seem high but you get a ton of food

Hands down the best burritos and bowls in downtown Lynchburg. Amazing location on Church with the best service! Great vibe. Indoor and outdoor tables, casual, home cooking with fresh ingredients. Be adventurous because the charming shop is a girly girl paradise.

I really enjoyed the burrito 🌯 The menu is such that everyone should be able to find something. Maybe a vegetarian one be nice but I'm sure your could ask no meat on your favorite. There are options not on the website I tried to take pictures. It's interesting that they're breakfast but they open at 10:30am. It was nice and clean I feel the atmosphere was real it well just needs still be extra work. I'm not sure if all the beer cans with flowers were available. Just an opinion.

Very solid!! Had the Steak break + jalapeños.. Very flavorful! Tots were a great addition for texture and boss flavors. Tried the veg with portobello mush. Really well done! Small queso was small.. but great flavor. Salsa was very fresh and again.. Very solid flavors. Wish the breakfast burritos were all week long.. cause I'd kill several throughout the week.. but right now it's Friday thu Sunday. So.. I'll adapt for this flavor!! Foodies!! This charming little downtown restaurant has a great selection of big burritos. We enjoyed the chips and queso, along with the Carnita and Strombrito burritos. The breakfast options appear worth trying upon our return. The indoor and outdoor seating makes this a comfortable spot to enjoy downtown.

Ordered the veg, added chicken, chicken taste like it had been under the heat lamp for a while, had hard rice in burrito as well, got sour cream on the side and the top from the sour cream was inside the container, purchased 2 burritos, 32 dollars down the drain. The other burrito was the caprice. The chicken was hard and old, The lady that took the order had great customer service. She came outside to help me find the restaurant. I try to support local businesses, but they have to do better.

We loved this Cracker Barrel! The store was beautifully maintained, staff was trained, polite, helpful. Breakfast service was with minimal wait( taking into consideration that it's right next door to Liberty University that is a coup d'etat) and the food was fresh, well prepared and very satisfying. It was a wonderful family experience. Please try the new Strawberry cream cheese french toast and the biscuits beignets.

The food was ok but miss the older menus with sweet potato casserole, etc. Service was very good and shopping even better. Concerning the decor redo, I, along with most of America, hope you leave stores as is. Saw an Elsie the Cow metal sign that I would love to purchase, which prompted the idea that if stores DO shed their current decor, it would help the customer base to be able to buy the items, like mini onsite estate sales before remodeling. Please consider this, as the items are beloved and would raise funds for other projects/partnerships.

Was visiting family in the area we all went out to eat here. The store was wonderful with some great finds on sale. The best part was our server Chase who kept us laughing and enjoying our time together even though the restaurant was busy. He even took time to take a photo of us!

I've always loved cracker barrel. And I really hate to say anything negative about it, because the food is always good, as well as the service. The waiters are always friendly. The cashier's are friendly. My issue is, while prices continue to be premium, food portions are shrinking. I went 2 days ago. I got about 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, and my wife got not much more than 2 tablespoons of hash brown casserole. Potatoes are just about the cheapest vegetable you can by. Why be stingy with that, of all things. Nothing much gripes me worse than paying a big price for a meal and then leaving hungry. I can do better. You had better start filling those plates or you're going to lose business.

This was our 1st time at this Cracker Barrel... we actually stumbled across it by accident looking for a different store! Anyway, we stopped for brunch. We were quickly seated (11am), service was friendly, timely and professional. The food was hot and quite good. The coffee was fresh (and I didn't need to ask for refills)...and note-the coffee had NOT been hanging around for hours getting that burned flavor. Apparently this is a favorite spot for quite a few locals... it was about a third full at 11am on a Wednesday. We left shortly after noon and it was maybe 2/3 full. Would my wife and I drive 45 min back sometime? Absolutely... if you like Cracker Barrel, you'll love this one!

Much better than one back home. All around great food, service, and atmosphere. Food came out hot and fast. The hot coffee also was nice for a cool fall morning...

My daughter and I ate dinner last night, and this Cracker Barrel location never disappoints. Our server, Alex, was very nice. Our orders were correct and he was attentive. The food was delicious and we loved exploring the goodies in the shop. The customer service at the front registers is also wonderful. This is a very pleasant place to dine and shop.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience at CFa. I was driving by on a long trip and ended up stopping at this location. It was very understaffed and the food took a while to come out. We took the food out to continue on our drive and it was room temperature , the bread was old and falling apart, and fries were cold. While I love CfA this left a bad taste and I would recommend getting more staff and ensuring the quality of food is good.

The food is good and all, the people are nice, but somehow they always get my order wrong. Missing items, wrong item, etc. Of course they're happy to fix it, but if it has to be fixed every time something is wrong with the PA system or idk what.

It stays busy but its good. Unfortunately Chic fila (everywhere) has started using lower quality chicken and oils and it has really affected the experience. The chicken and fries are just not what they used to be. Sad!

Waited in drive thru line for 34 minutes Saturday at 2:30 in afternoon from the time I pulled into line til I got my food. And you cannot get out of their drive thru line because of barriers. Got up to window to pay and they had 4-5 staff just joking around in a circle. Disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Peach shake was good. We got the Mac and cheese and side salad in place of fries today. They are good!

I ate here for breakfast on Saturday morning. Visit was early between 7 and 8 AM. There weren’t a lot of customers. Restaurant was quiet and comfortable. Buffet was well stocked. I got hotcakes and carved ham, scrambled eggs. Carved ham was delicious. Ate a second plate after the first one. Scrambled eggs were a little undercooked for my taste. Waitress was friendly and brought me a soda refill. Happy with my visit.

My teammates and I had a great experience at Golden Corral. The manager (Venus) and our waitress (Marsha) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and great service made the meal even better! Such a welcoming atmosphere with a memorable experience. :)

Over the past several years, this location has completely redeemed itself. I stopped coming here after some poor service and food quality issues, but I recently decided to give them another chance after moving back to the area. Their customer service has completely transformed - staff is welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their hospitality manager, Venus, was so warm and helpful as we paid. Her co-worker, Sierra, was hardworking and focused. We will definitely be returning in the future and hope this high standard is maintained because we appreciate it so much!

We had such a great experience at Golden Corral! The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered something for everyone from comfort classics to lighter options. The buffet was well stocked and clean, and the team kept everything running smoothly even during the busy dinner rush. What really stood out was the store manager Venus.Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made all the difference. She checked in with us personally to make sure everything was perfect, and you could tell she lead with pride and heart. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality these days, and it made our visit feel extra special.

Genuinely enjoyed our time at this location. The food is seasoned well, beyond our expectations, and the staff is super welcoming! Venus Harris, the hospitality manager, brought our table fresh cornbread after we mentioned the other was a little hard. She even chit chatted with us for a bit making us feel seen and cared for as customers. Great energy and atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

We were provided great service by Ms. Venus and Abby. Both were amazing! They were very polite and attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. I overall had a very good experience here, the food was very good, especially the ice cream. The atmosphere felt very home like and I felt comfortable inside. Since I came with the marching band I’m in, Mr Venus, the hospitality manager, had a very fun presentation for us. The service was very good and the workers were attentive. I would definitely come again. 5 stars 👍

Love Panera Bread. We had one on Wards Road for a long time that had very few issues. This Panera is one of the worst I've been to. Extraordinarily long wait times when there are plenty of staff and very few customers. The food is always terrible. Half cold, congealed cheese, and the seasonings and sauces you would find on the food at other Paneras are non existent at this one. I received a large gift card after having a baby, and after using the whole sum of the gift card over several visits I can safely say these issues are consistent from visit to visit.

I visited it one day ago with my husband (not a weekend) and all the tables were taken by college students who were sitting with their laptops or books. They didn't consume as far as I am concerned. They use the internet or if they go alone, they take a table of 4 for their backpacks, we left because we couldn't find a sitting space inside. It was cold so we wanted to sit indoors. Don't let college students use the internet for free, they are taking advantage and true customers can't dine in. It is becoming a Liberty University lounge room. Don't go.

Some of the people are really friendly but others are not. Multiple times I've been here and had someone get snippy with me. It's really frustrating. I love the old menu panera had. The new menu isn't all that great but some of the stuff is decent. The tuna was super wet. Like so wet it soaked through the paper wrapped around the sandwich. The bravo club was actually pretty good. I enjoyed that way more. The chicken on my other sandwich was very fatty but otherwise good.

Waited in line with 5 cars ahead of me for 42 minutes. Yes you read that right. Never in my life will I come back here. Nobody seemed bothered inside or like they had any idea what they were doing. Coulda sat at a steakhouse and had a meal faster but instead was trapped in their drive through that you can’t turn out of…

They must be understaffed. I was in line approx. 11:30 then finally after the guests moved from in front of the kiosk I placed my order 11:49, I walked out at 12:20. I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup mac and cheese and a bbq sandwich..... 2 managers and a trainer clocked in. Im just use to better service maybe thats my fault.

I never come to Panera, but my GF was sick and we decided to go through the drive thru for soup and head home. We waited almost 20 minutes and our order was incorrect. I had to go inside and she refunded the wrong food but then charged for the correct food. She made the right food for me quickly, but a refund for inconvenience would have been nice.

I love Panera food, but this Panera is the slowest and is getting worse! There always seems to be plenty of employees and yet it almost always takes 30-40 minutes for the food to be ready! I wish they hadn’t closed the other one in town so at least we’d have options.

Management is atrocious, I walked inside no one else was in line to be seated, the manager rudely tells me to stand and wait while she paces around freaking out. She then starts being rude to her employees as well. When we FINALLY got seated and were served our drinks, the manager demands we move tables for a large party of people instead of nicely asking. I would not come back here or recommend this place unless there was a change in management, but I would like to add that my server was amazing and so was the food. IHOP please consider a change in management.

Shout out to our waiter Raymond. He is so friendly and service is top notch. The food was great -best pancakes. I go twice a month to get shots in my eyes and enjoy going here after that. Raymond is always very helpful because I have trouble with my vision after the shots. We always ask for him -it's something we look forward to on our Tuesday appointment.

Went in today and they were packed full. I knew things would be a little slow due to this. Our server Tori was awesome, she struggled a little bit but had about 6 or more tables at once so I don’t blame her. The manager was rude to staff infront of customers and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. They definitely need some rearranging.

The server Lisa C. needs to be retrained, I was in complete disbelief. She actually palmed the top of drink glasses and coffee mugs. When asked for a different drink and coffee mug she asked why? I had to explain to her the proper way to serve beverages. After looking around, I noticed all of the servers were doing the exact same thing. After handling dirty dishes and silverware, I don't want the server to serve me a beverage or coffee by the top of the glass or mug.

The food was decent, and the pancakes were a bit dry if not doused in lots of syrup or jam. The coffee was good and was actual coffee without all the different fillings. The staff was kind and the service was fine.

My husband and I went into IHOP at 1 o’clock On Sunday, August 17, 2025. lynchburg Virginia . The hostess was so lacking in Customer Service we almost did not let her seat us. She did not greet us, She took an excessive amount of time puttering around the desk at the front of the store and never even looked at us. Usually if they’re busy I will give them allowance for that if they act rude , But, it was not busy at all we were the only one standing there waiting to be seated . Finally she just walked off And Over her shoulder Muttered follow me. She took us to the back of the restaurant and there was no AC and there were several ladies cleaning the tables and the smell of pneumonia could’ve knocked you down. I did not want to eat my breakfast with the smell of pneumonia and since there are many tables available throughout the restaurant I thought it was no big deal to ask to switch tables. I was told by this host is that the ammonia smell is all over the store sorry. No attempt to help us sit at a different area where the smell may not have been strong, no attempt in anything Customer Service wise- except to just look at us like she was bored. Why do people have jobs like these when they hate them so badly? This is the second IHOP I’ve walked into it and got the same treatment. I do not recommend this IHOP and as a matter of fact I don’t recommend any IHOP after the experiences that I’ve had over the last four months. What a shame. This used to be a great place to go have breakfast. I’ve been in this IHOP several times before and every hostess I’ve come across is so lacking in Customer Service it makes you wonder. Do not eat at this restaurant.

Our customer service experience was utterly disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask the server for our silverware, only to have them forget each time. They even missed our order twice and were incredibly rude about it. We will definitely be avoiding this establishment in the future.

Portion size was good. Cheeseburger was cooked all the way through. Great atmosphere. Lots of locals that talk together and make you feel at home.

I really wanted to like this place, especially after seeing the reviews and learning about its history. But, idk what the hype is about. The hot dogs were pretty rough. Probably sitting on a shelf soaking in some Red 40 liquid somewhere questionable. Not good quality. Went back for a burger a couple weeks ago and that was just as bad. If I wanted heated up frozen food, I would do it myself in the convenience of my home. Really wish the owners would do something to elevate the food experience. It would make this place a gem. However, the tree was admittedly pretty cool. It was worth the stop just to see that. But despite the cool factor, I will not be coming back to this store. I'll head up the road for a cleaner and more properly stocked convenience store.

Family owned "country store" that has a long local history. The HOT dogs are some of the best around if you want them spicy hot and like the "carolina packer/jesse james" style hotdogs. Those are the heavily red dyed hotdogs. The beef chili is very good if you don't want the spicy regular. The toppings are generous and the flavors are good. The burger is fine and what is normal for a country store. Prices are good but service is always excellent, friendly, and fast.

Solid option in the 460 corridor where choices are few. Appreciate the reasonable prices and cleanliness.

Moores will be 100 year old in 2026. This place is like stepping back in time. I love stopping in to get the amazing hot dogs with hot chili. Must stop place for lunch!

I have been going Moore's Country store sense the 60's.Thank goodness it has remained the same wonderful landmark with all that is changing around us that's not always a good change.The double cheese burger was absolutely the best I ever had.( A realfresh beef burger).Of course the famous red hot fogs

I was really excited to visit this charming, quaint spot after winning a Mother’s Day brunch here. The atmosphere is cozy, and was super cute! Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t quite live up to expectations in terms of flavor, and the service felt a bit lacking. I had the eggs Benedict. After we finished our meal, no one came back to check on us, so we weren’t sure when or how to leave. I also noticed some cleanliness issues, like dust and dead bugs on the windowsill, which took away from the overall experience. That said, I think with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be great. I think it would be really cool to have a print out of the history of acorn hill at the tables because I’d love to know more about the history! Still, I’m grateful for the chance to experience it!

Great prices on the senior specials. My food was hot but my wife's was cold. They were down 1 cook which made for a very long wait.

The first time eating here.. ordered the build your own omelet. It was delicious.. The service was great. I enjoyed it..

I took my wife and two daughters here for Mother’s Day brunch and had to ask for drinks and a menu after being seated for 30 minutes. I had to ask if we could place our orders after waiting for 50 minutes, due to no one serving us. I was given the wrong type of toast and my wife was given pancakes instead of French toast. In summary, I had to advocate for my family to be served food that I paid for. If you like to serve yourself and wait two hours for brunch, this is your spot.

This is a lesser known bistro/brunch place and it doubles as a lodge. I went on a Sunday and was able to enjoy their brunch menu (they only serve brunch on Sunday. It was absolutely delicious. Well prepared, presented beautifully, and satisfactorily filling. Best of all, the price was low for the quality of food that was served. I highly recommend to any brunch lover.

This is a small restaurant connected with the lodge/bed and breakfast We were not guests but we called and asked if we could dine in. After getting approval we showed up and was able to seat ourselves. The food was great and you can just tell that this is a nice, family owned place!

I know many corporations are dumping Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) policies as these are deemed as woke. They aren't. I can see many customers are African-American yet staff, at least today, is exclusively white and a possibly Asian-American lady. You can do better Starbucks!

Today I made a mistake while I ordering my fav, vanilla brown sugar cold foam, I had to admit it too when I got there and seen my drink. I accidentally clicked lavender cold foam instead of sure but with coffee and brown sugar cream! It didn’t even look good, I thought, Lord oh no! However, I explained what happened to a very kind lady by the name of Jordan, she remade my drink for me with no problem at all! I thank God for people like Jordan, I was totally beating myself up for making a mistake and honestlynot in the predicament where I can just spend frivolously. Jordan made my day! May God bless Jordan! The small things count!

I love this Starbucks! I have frequented here for years while going to university here, and have spent countless hours inside reading and doing work. It has always been staffed with the most amazing and kind people, and even now, during the Covid pandemic, they are as polite and welcoming as ever. The one downside is that there is no drive-thru available at this location.

Great customer service. The ladies were nice and kind. They weren't busy. It was nice and quiet inside. They forgot my caramel but its okay. They fixed the order.

Stopped in Starbucks Wards Rd near Mission BBQ for the generous Veteran’s Day complimentary coffee for parents. The team was friendly and offered to prepare decaf pour over with oat milk for them. My pumpkin loaf cake was super yummy and one of the best dairy free options there that works for us. We enjoy this small cafe even though the parking is a bit tight. There is outdoor seating as well and a board of community events. Always appreciate the companion single bathroom for those with mobility difficulties.

The lady who took my order was the nicest person ever! Great service. I love biscuits and I was honestly disappointed with these ones. They were so dry. For a place that's named biuscuitville you have to have the best ones in the country! The strawberry muffin was good 🤷🏽‍♀️

The biscuit and chicken were alright, but Chick-fil-A tastes better in my view. The cold brew coffee that was included in the combo was excellent though. I would recommend and come back.

This regional chain is something we do not have back in Indiana. First off, know that this is a fast food place... we didn't expect that when we walked in. However, for being so fast (like lightning fast), the food is great quality. They truly have some classic southern fare. The spicy chicken honey biscuit had a pleasant kick to it. The bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich was a nice sweet and savory balance. The seasonal raspberry muffin was excellent... it was served warm, too. Lastly, the sweet tea was the perfect balance of sweetness and tea flavor, in true southern fashion. On top of the good food, the service was great. Our cashier was friendly and everything came out fast, hot, and fresh. The window to watch them prepare the biscuits from scratch was also cool. Wish we had a location in Indianapolis!

Great people who are truly trying. It was the fact I had to ask for two seasonings for the fries because the little they put inside of a container I still need two more for the fries. The young lady was very kind to retrieve me two. It’s biscuitville other than that very great.

Cute cafe, nice atmosphere and great place to sit and study. The food is tasty. I love the avocado toast. I haven't tried any drinks I didn't love and I've tried almost all of them. Also would be a nice place for meeting some friends to catch up and chat.

This is such a cool spot to grab coffee and grub and do some work. The workers are super friendly and the coffee is served to perfection!

I use to frequent this establishment years ago when I lived in Lynchburg. It's still a coffee shop, but much has changed. Nostalgia aside, there is more seating including additional outside seating which is good because it was crazy busy. The line wrapped around the seating area, which was full as well. The balcony seating was packed as well. The coffee was good, the atmosphere was good but too full to enjoy. I enjoyed my seasonal flavor. Clearly, being that busy, it's well liked, just a little small for their following.

We grabbed lunch while visiting Lynchburg: cute spot! We originally wanted two other items, but they were out of both. We went with burritos and an avocado toast instead — both were fresh and delicious! But portions were on the smaller side for the price we paid!!

The Muse is great for catching up with a friend or doing some work. It’s a welcome environment where you will feel undisturbed for as long as you wish to say. They have a wide variety of drinks with some snacks. If you’re staying for a while, they’ll prepare your drink in a glass/mug, which I love. It’s a little dark in there, but you can still see just fine.

They have the most unique choice of tea flavors...and will make any tea into a tea latte with your choice of milk if you ask. - My favorite thing about this place, besides the cute, cozy aesthetic, of course! Edit: I used to love The Muse, but I have had issues with them since. The above statements still hold true, however.

I met some people there, and I didn't order anything to eat or drink. I saw several people order things that looked enjoyable. The long line seemed to move very quickly, and there was a line most of the 2 hours that I met with my colleagues. The atmosphere was very cool, and I noticed the upstairs seemed very private. I have been going here for years. The staff is very warm and friendly, which is actually one of the most important reasons I go there because so many people are grumpy and kind of mean today, but Montana Plsins is always happy but more than that they offer a variety of incredibly delicious scones and muffins and cakes and pies and cookies and the best stuffed brioche I’ve ever !! Always have something new, which is fun too, and their holiday items are simply the best! oh, and I forgot! Their sandwiches are probably the best in town. Well, the best I’ve had and their soup is really good too.

Great bakery! Pictured: cinnamon roll & chocolate cream cheese filled brioche. I'd give the cinnamon bun a 4/5. Great taste but the consistency of the bun could have been more dense, I guess it's whatever your preference is. The chocolate filling is very rich! I would definitely visit again. Various options & fitting atmosphere for it's location.

Food looked really good, but I have a strong aversion to anti-customer practices. Prices for the baked goods nor sandwiches were posted anywhere. When I asked for a menu with prices, I was told I had to ask for each price individually if I wanted to know. Maybe I'm in a lower economic bracket than their targeted demographic, but I think clearly posted prices should be available.

It was delicious! Very laid back vibe but quick for those on the run at lunchtime. The desserts are incredible and should come with a warning label. Everything is fresh no matter what you decide on

This McDonald's location is notoriously bad, but tonight was the worst experience I've had. I pulled into the drive thru 6 cars back from the speaker. 56 minutes later I leave with my order: 13 cookies and a small fry. 56 minutes!!! While the workers didn't seem to have a bad attitude nor were negative (very surprising for this location), they never mentioned anything about the wait, much less apologized for it. I get home and find the cookies are crammed into a 10 piece nugget box. They were so crammed together that they could no longer be separated. It was all one big chunk of cookie. By all means drive the extra mile and go to the one by Target. Or go to the Memorial Road location. Whatever you do, avoid this location at all costs!

Store #1220. I truly hope she reads this. I mean seriously who writes a review about McDonald's? IF you are lucky enough to see all the poor reviews on Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Google before you go here, then trust them, and go somewhere else. Counter Service, Thursday, October 2, 8:08pm, she could not have been ruder or slower or cared less about customers...and she tried. Food terrible because she let it sit in the bag outside the heat lamps and the filet was still Overcooked, cold fries, and smashed cheeseburger. Too bad for McDonald's a great American Institution but hey workers like her are why things are going more and more automated at McDonald's and like type businesses. People want the min. wage to go up and up and for what, this? Welcome automation–you are the one's bringing this on, basically crying for more money while you eliminate your jobs.

To start off, we had to wait in the drive-through before even getting to the microphone to order our food for around 15 minutes and then the microphone because it’s so quiet you order your food. You wait for another 20 minute at the window to pay and then you pay you pull up and they make you wait to get your food and you’re like oh it’s OK. I’m just waiting to get my food WRONG. You’re waiting for another 25 minutes because they forgot about your food and you have to go in and get it because they forgot about your food as a paying customer as they pay and he forgot stuff even though I had to go in there and get it I asked specifically for ranch after I had to go in and ask for my meal that they forgot about and all he gave me was sweet-and-sour sauce. The service here is awful. The atmosphere is awful zero out of 10 avoid this place at all cost

Visited on a group outing from work. Monthly our clients are treated to lunch/ take out. This was a done in outing for them and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The manager made sure that all orders were ready in a timely manner and kept checking to see if anything else was needed during our stay.

me and family went through the drive thru for some drinks. just drinks. we waited about 3 minutes before someone came on the intercom to say “minute”. we waited about ten before my mom said “hello” to the speaker. the woman came on the speaker telling us “you can wait or go somewhere else.” we said we weren’t going anywhere else because we already paid on the app. she asked for our code and we went around to get our stuff. called up there and guess who answered the phone. the woman on the speaker did and she was the manager. crazy. she told us she was too busy to talk to us. i understand customer service jobs suck because i work one but like…

Last week I ordered two mcchicken with cheese and small fries. I was the only car in the drive thru, I waited about 5 min for my order and my food was cold and chicken was chewy. I called the store and the mgr was super nice about it. She said she would put my name in the red book. Sooo I called tonight at 11:45 to make them aware I’m coming and would like my food fresh. Well my name wasn’t in the book but the lady I spoke with said she would fix my sandwich but it’s too late to make fries bc the are getting ready to close. When I got pulled to let them know I had arrived at 11:52 she told some to go turn off the lights. I did get my sandwich’s fairly warm and like warm fries. What has happened to the customer service in America

Great service, 7/8 of the drinks I order are made right. Got a tea Latte that was made wrong,it was just the tea and I did not notice till I got home, that took it the review from a 5/5 to 3/5.

They are always wonderful and patient. Drinks are perfect everytime. Fast service. They made my daughters day with their customer service

Every time I've been here in the past couple years, I cannot remember having a burnt coffee. The customer service is always SO nice and the place is clean all the time. This Starbucks is a bit smaller than other stores but the service is amazing!

My husband is a local, so he grew up going to the original T-Room. As a transplant to the area, I have fully embraced his love for this place! Place! I prefer the Texas Inn (T Room) in cornerstone, But honestly it might be just because the location is easier for me to get to. The people are always friendly and make you feel like you have been friends forever. You get drawn into the conversation going on behind the counter. Everything is sparkling clean every time I go in. It is a diner, but it is a well cared for and well-loved diner. I love their breakfast biscuits, love their hot dogs and of course you can't go wrong with the cheesy Western!!

This was our first time going to the Texas Inn Cornerstone. We moved here six years ago from NY. This has got to be the BEST diner we have been to around VA. The staff, especially Jolie was Fantastic. She is very Courteous, Kind, Knew the Menu Very Well & Most of All her Attentiveness, Service and Knowledge of this Business was amazing. The entire place is so clean !!We have found our SPOT now & Highly Recommended…. Thanks John & Maggie

I Came To This Location Because Of The 90th Birthday Celebration. Hotdogs Was .90 From 9am To 9pm. I Arrived At 8:50pm And Didn't Receive Any Help From The Staff. At Least Six Individuals Came In About 5 To 10 Minutes After Me And The Staff Greeted Them Immediately And Took Their Order And They Paid For It. It Is Now 9:20pm on Oct 9th As I'm Writing This Review And The Staff At This Location Still Haven't Taken My Order. Half Of The People That Was Eating, Etc. Are Now Gone, Restaurant Jus5 About Empty And The Staff Still Haven't Ask What I Wanted.

Simple and clean atmosphere with an appropriate style of dine-in seating. I like that people would face the kitchen when sitting on highchairs. Service was great. I could see that they have many regulars that would come for their food. I have tried quite a bit of the menu. Nothing stood out to me, but everything tasted okay. Perhaps it's the red color all over me. I felt compelled to eat a lot.

This a great place to eat. The staff is friendly and your food is cooked fast. There are only about 15 barstools so at times it can be packed. I haven't had anything bad to eat there my kids love the red hot dogs. I recommend the cheesy western and a bowl. They now offer delivery through grub hub.

A Lynchburg original and classic. While I normally eat at the downtown T Room, the Cornerstone location is a a great alternative for when I don't have the time to run downtown. My pint today was delicious and will hold me until my next visit to town.

Keri served my daughter and myself. She was a delight. Her genuine care and attention to detail, a combination rarely experienced in the service field, was a delight. You are appreciated in all they do. It makes me happy to know people are out there truly showing excellence. That translates into how well the food is prepared. The food and smoothies we ordered were delicious. I for one can't wait for a return trip.

Keri and her team was so amazing during our transaction on Monday. The level of customer service Keri shows and the way her team follows her lead is amazing. The chicken bacon ranch was amazing. Wow. All I can say. What a Great asset tropical smoothie. Everyone in uniform and nice which is rare. Keri is very deserving of the GM position. The owner must be proud. I will be returning and telling everyone I know to come to Timberlake Rd tropical smoothie.

I’m a loyal customer when it comes to tropical smoothie cafe, but recently I’ve haven’t had the best experiences when it came down to my smoothies. Two weeks ago I order two mango magic smoothies( my Favorite) and when I got home my smoothies was not what I ordered it had peaches in it with mango and pineapples 🤮. But the last two smoothies I’ve ordered including the one today has chunks of fruit and ice and has not been blended properly as the way. I really enjoy the smoothies there, but I’m going to have to start going else where if this continues to be an issue. Especially when they have went up on the prices on the smoothies, I would at least expect a satisfying smoothie.

We stopped by when my daughter wanted a smoothie and Keri and her staff made us feel right at home! Excellent service, delicious smoothies, and a great overall experience! Highly recommend! I will definitely be returning again soon whenever I'm in town

The Açaí Bowl with Nutella Drizzle is consistently *amazing* but overpriced. The staff is always super efficient but one female staffer today was cursing like a sailor and another one was casually sitting on the countertop.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I arrived at 1155a. Ordered two smoothies. The store got busy after I ordered. At 1239p I asked for a refund and was told to come back at 230p for a manager to give the a refund. Meanwhile I watched others walk in and place orders at the register and get their smoothies and food and leave. Over and over. I will not set foot in this store again not ever. Maybe one day their service will be brought up to the standard other Tropical Smoothies have. My husband went in to wait for the smoothies. I was done. He came out with 1248p with our purchase!

Turkey bacon ranch was the best I've had from here in years! Service was quick,food was great! Keri has exceptional customer service skills and she was in the kitchen helping her employees,which is rare to see in places these days. Very good experience! Il be backkk!

Would give zero stars if possible. Got ice cream cones, one cone was broken. The other was sideways, we kindly asked for cups. The lady at the window said a remark about us being smart. Then we received the next cones dumped in the cup and could hear her still talking about us in the background. Then the next employee got annoyed when we asked for spoons. This was a very unpleasant experience, don't recommend this location.

Had food delivered with doordash, bag had not been opened, so I know it wasn't the delivery person. Looked as tho my burger had been picked up off the floor. My husband's was just a hot mess. Fries were soggy. Just BAD

Took over 30 minutes in the drive through, the girl at the drive through was terrible, took my order wrong and couldn’t get my app code to work, which I have never had a issue with. gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet, fry’s were brown cold and old, my chicken sandwich was wrong, my wife chicken nuggets were bad and cold. And my wraps were also cold and one was not the wrote flavor. I sat at the drive through window and no one told me it was going to be such a long wait. And while they were this busy a woman with have black/ pink hair was outside talking with a non employee most of the time, then came inside and pretty much didn’t do anything to help. This possibly has to be the absolute worst McDonalds experience ever. I would go home and eat cold shoe leather before going here again

Is the drive thru open 24 hours or not?? It says it is and they accept online orders then we get there and....closed. If you're not open, take down the sign and stop accepting orders.

This specific location is horrible. The employees are rude, they’re dirty, they’re sloppy, didn’t even get the order right and when I told them they got an attitude and started huffing and puffing that they messed up my order. I didn’t even have the energy to fight! I just asked for a refund and left. They need new employees/managers. If you want McDonald’s go to a different one. Do not come to this one!

No longer serves PEVs in the drive thru. I’ve been previously served when riding through the drive thru here and it’s disappointing this has changed. As a college student, my PEV is my mode of transportation in and around the city.

The store was not busy at all. However; my food was throw together and the cashier kept saying, "just give me your card". Which clearly made me uneasy. I open the deluxe chicken sandwich, three tomatoes and only one on the sandwich. On top of it all, a hand full of lettuce; all over the sandwich and container. Then look at how one hamburger is FLAT like its been stepped on... Two thumbs down, and i wont be returning.

I'm not from the area, and I ate at Biscuitville several years ago. I remember it being pretty good then. My hosts here in Lynchburg tell me the old building has been torn down and this store is brand new on the same location. The employees were happy and helpful on a busy Sunday morning. If you follow my other posts, you'll know I am on a quest for the perfect biscuits and gravy (BnG). Biscuitville has the finest I've had in a long time. The gravy is made from scratch and is creamy and full of tasty bits of sausage. My serving was drenched in the creamy goodness. I also had the spicy chicken with honey biscuit, and boy was it spicy! I couldn't taste the honey, so there was no balance of flavors there. Still a good entry on the menu. Others at my table had eggs and bacon, with a generous portion of scrambled eggs just ever so slightly overdone, with expertly cooked bacon, thin and crunchy. They have self-serve coffee and Pepsi products. The dining room was clean. We brought a blueberry muffin home to try, and they featured a strawberry muffin as well. We saw cinnamon rolls in a display as well. They have something for everyone, and they seemed very pleased to serve it to you. I want to go back to try cheese grits and pancakes.

After eating here for years and almost always having a 5 star experience the last 4 times I ate here were disappointing to say the least. I like my eggs over medium or shell eggs scrambled soft. The last two times I ordered over medium they were over easy where the whites were not cooked entirely and the the yokes were soupy. Today I ordered shell eggs scrambled soft. But what I got were liquid eggs hard. I told the hostess that my eggs were wrong and she said she would take care of it. After waiting 15 minutes I had to remind her and she finally returned returned with another cup of liquid eggs scrambled hard. Another associate came to my table telling me that shell eggs (which I have ordered there many times) are that you cook at home. Duh!!! Feeling that she was insulting my intelligence I just got up and left. I will not be returning. Went to the Weenie Stand on Allegheny Ave. and had a WONDERFUL breakfast MADE TO ORDER and cooked correctly.

This place is amazing from the manager (David) taking our order to the woman who handed us our food I never got her name, to watching jamaica walk an elderly woman to her car. This place is outstanding, david took our order with patience, kindness, and with a I love my job attitude. The woman who gave me my coffee, reminded me of someone I just lost dear to me. So talking to her really made me feel at home. Jamaica was so sweet after she walked that woman to her car I pulled her aside and had a lovely conversation with her, she loves her job and she's only been there a week! I can tell this place really values their customers so this is a 5 star rating, will definitely keep coming back here.

We ate here this morning and the eggs on my platter were old and hard. No seasoning and just lukewarm. The eggs are usually fluffy and hot but these were terrible a waste of money since they were inedible and had to be thrown away.

It wasn't bad. Placed an order to go. The setting inside it's a bit weird they don't have a pick up area but a waitress had the bag somewhere in their station. The Texas breakfast sandwich was good nothing extraordinary and the hasbrown bowl was a bit too greasy for my taste but again it's a basic breakfast place.

This will be my last visit to any Waffle House, period... Over medium eggs, that's all. Not over easy, not just pan fried. The eggs did come as a part of the meal. However, the meal was in the same container. Which spoiled the entire plate. The bacon was undercooked, the waffle still batter uncooked. Again, this one place has ruined the Waffle House experience and left me totally unsatisfied. Went back a few months later and the tables were filthy. So we're the menus. I asked for the table and menus to be cleaned, the waitress got an attitude. Didn't clean off a thing, but gave me dirty silverware to add more disgust to the establishment. I wish I could speak with the owner. Everything is definitely documented. If you don't "allegedly" want food poisoning or Hepatitis B, I suggest going to wards road or forest.

Establishment was clean and welcoming upon arrival. It took awhile to receive refills on water. Food was served hot and brought out with the appropriate condiments. There was not wait to be seated. Bathroom was well stocked and clean.

It was so freezing 🥶 cold inside the building. It had to be at least 60 degrees inside. The air was blowing like a wind storm. The cook complained the whole time. I only stayed because the boys wanted waffles. You had to eat very fast. Not a pleasant visit.

I’ve always had an amiable experience with Waffle House. Decent food, homey atmosphere, and usually fun employees.

I ordered the two eggs, toast, bacon and hashbrown plate with coffee. The meal looked just as good as the picture in the menu, and it was delicious. Waffle House has the best hash browns, and when they are topped with chile they are scrumptious. The bacon was incredible; I forced myself to take a bite at a time, to prolong the pleasure. The coffee was so good, I had three cups. The service was polite, and she periodically checked on me to see if there was anything else I needed. If you have a craving for an old-fashioned breakfast, the Waffle House is for you.

Manger Jayla Ferguson was the name on the sign she took me and my family’s order and was very rude and answered our questions with an attitude. The line was out the door and the workers were eating in our faces instead of doing there job and getting orders. The food was nasty not seasoned and dry and it was very Smokey in this location. Fries were burnt and dry no salt or pepper and some cold. Being in the field of hospitality myself for me, the customer service and lack of profession was disgusting. I will never return

Extremely rude staffing, rushed through my order in the drive through. When we got to the window they jerked my money out of my hand without a word spoken, there was several items missing from orders. Had to actually go back inside for said items. And, when asked for ketchup they acted as though it was an act of Congress boy was they understaffed which is understood if it didn't cause an issue with production and if it wasn't a reacquiring issue. And, with this particular location it is always an issue. Over all I wouldn't choose this location again

Slow service, fry oil tasted so old, sodas were pretty flat. Staff was fine, but there were only 2 in the whole store. I’m sure that didn’t help with the quality.

It's Burger King yes, but this guy, Isaiah helped me out of the kindness of his heart. I was lost and not feeling well and stopped to use the restroom. He helped me when he didnt have to. He spoke to the call center and put the correct address in my phone. He took his time and attended to a stranger who was in need. This shows his character, a kind, caring and helpful person. I commend him. Should all our youth, and really everyone have these characteristics , this world would be a beautiful, peaceful and better place to live. Kudos Burger King for hiring such a wonderful person with excellent customer service skills. We can get the same type of foods everywhere. It's the service that brings you back. @Burger King, Please commend Isaiah Dillard and give him the honor he deserves.

I literally just left less than 10 minutes before writing this review. All I ordered I was an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a small iced coffee with sugar and Caramel. I got a plain bagel. I believe it is policy to only give the cream cheese in the cups, but at least give me the knife to spread it. And my coffee, while it tastes good doesn't have caramel in it. With that being said, I was the only person in the drive thru, and it was only 1 car in the parking lot so being busy is not an excuse.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I was really disappointed in my first and last visit there. I placed an order ahead of time as this was an order for a class I was teaching. I showed up at my scheduled time and the doors were locked. There was one employee working along and she was running the drive through. She eventually let us in and took our order. But when I opened my app, my order was cancelled. Fortunately, she had the donuts to fulfill it but they were not fresh. Just an overall very disappointing experience. I was planning on using Dunkin for all my classes, but I will find another option. I will never go back unfortunately.

I don’t know who’s making the coffee over there in the morning but coffee should never look like hot chocolate. Why does my coffee look like hot chocolate? and thick at that. They don’t know how to make coffee they not cleaning out the machine or they’re serving people old creamer.

Placed a large order the day prior, for a child’s Birthday party, and specific donuts were ordered per guest. Day of pickup, I walk in, and stand at the counter for 10 mins. Every employee sees me standing there, yet no one acknowledges me standing there. Finally an employee comes to counter to ask how they can help, and I state I’m picking up an order made the day prior. Many of the donuts I had pre ordered 24 hours in advance, were not available and sold out. Orders should be priority on allocation of inventory if ordered in plenty of advance notice. Overall poor experience at this location, and most likely won’t return.

I am not local to Lynchburg (moved away when I was 9) but I have family here and my sister is expecting a baby. Despite being 400 miles away, I wanted to be apart of this exciting time so I got to coordinate revealing the gender of her baby to her and her family. This Dunkin’ location went above and beyond to help me. I ordered through the app then called them at 6:30 am to explain the occasion and they took it from there and did a great job making it special. The staff that was working on 10/20 really deserves recognition for exceeding the customer’s expectations. I ordered a simple 6ct strawberry iced with sprinkles and you will see from the photo how much love and attention they devoted to this. This is something our family will remember forever and I will be forever grateful for! So thank you so much!!!

DoorDashing for a mutual customer and the staff didn't even ask who/what I was there for until the time I was supposed to pick up the order 8:31 and it wasn't ready (2 drinks and 6 donuts) until 8:39 and only maybe 1.5 mins of that was me asking the customer what to substitute the out of stock Boston Kreme for.

I mobile order every Sunday morning and they never have it ready and often not correct order. This morning they shoved 5 chocolate covered donuts into a small bag without any napkins or wax paper between them. Needless to say it was a chocolate mess all stuck together and after trying to pull the donuts out peice by peice I just tore the bag open spreading chocolate all over. Unreal! You've lost another customer because of your lackadaisical employees.

Arrived at 0604am waited for 15 minutes, never took orders in drive thru for me, car in front of me was served. I understand hard to have staffing, but just close if can't provide service.

I have and nothing but good things to say about this McDonald's and it's employees. The scenarios here can be challenging however; the employees always patience rise above the fray. The employees understand the assignment 💯🎯

I just visited this McDonald’s for the first time in years. What a vast improvement. Young lady who greeted me at the drive-through was smiling, energetic, and knew how to do her job. The gentleman who handed me my food at the second window was also incredibly positive and capable. I had to double check to make sure I hadn’t accidentally pulled into a Chick-fil-A. Overwhelmingly positive experience. Somebody’s doing a great job.

I believe everyone tries, however, out of the McDonald's in this area, this is the one I would go to last. The manager is nice. I am not sure she is still there. I went through drive through. Also, I am a rare visitor here but I would opt for something else. I was buying food for my child who was getting their hair done in the immediate area.

The most unprofessional, unsanitary, inconvenient, and inefficient McDonald's I have EVER visited. The reputation that this establishment is bringing to the McDonald's name is shameful and unacceptable. it is CLEAR that the employees and especially managers are simply there to draw a paycheck and scrape by, they have zero interest in upholding McDonald's standards of food safety, customer service, and cleanliness. I would recommend ANY other McDonald's in Lynchburg over this location. Simply pathetic in my opinion.

The lady at drive thru sounds like she's five rooms away trying to take the order and was trying to push us to finish the order and wouldn't give us time for us to finish what we had to say and kept getting our order wrong. She wouldn't listen to us when we gave her clear instructions

Very blah food. Ordered two hot dogs with the works and they weren't cooked all the way through and lacked the works! French fries were mediocre at best, no spices, no nothing. Reminded me of bad cafeteria food. Won't be back.

Old school mom and pop diner feel. The menu has those old school prices as well that will remind you of the good old days. Love their ripper dog and fries. Stop by if you have about 5 minutes, because they get the food to you quick.

This local hidden gem has been preserved for generations. Great greedy food with friendly service. The prices are unmatched. Come hungry and leave full.

The chilli dogs are usually great, but this time around the both the bread and the chili didn't taste as good. I'm not sure the reasoning but something was different. I'll give them a shot down the road but I was disappointed last time around.

Mobile ordered my food from this McDonald’s, got to the McDonald’s and there was a small line, still ended up waiting over 30 minutes to be served my food, of course it was missing all the fries! So I went inside where my fries were already bagged just never got given to me! Went home to enjoy my food with my family, my wife took the first bite of her burger and instantly knew it was not cooked fully. I’d be a little more understanding if they had been busy but it was a total of 1 family inside and 4 cars in the line. If you’re going to go to a McDonald’s this would be the last one I’d go to, especially if you want quality service and food. All around very disappointing! This is not the first time this exact thing has happened either. McDonald’s won’t take accountability for it, so I figured I’d let google show everybody! After McDonald’s answer through their feedback link they sent a very generic answer and hasn’t seem to care to take any accountability despite this being a frequent thing! Will not be going back to the this McDonald’s as there is plenty of other ones in the area that don’t struggle so much!

Probably the worst service McDonald’s 2135 Wards Rd Lynchburg. Two workers at the window are pretty nice and on point if you are lucky enough to get her early morning or the young man then service is great if they are not there the be prepared to WAIT forever, and then to be told they are out of a item that you ordered, or for you not to get what you ordered, or to be yelled at through the intercom after you have waited for 5 minutes in a line that no one else is in, or half the staff is standing outside smoking.

I was just there and ordered the 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 med fries like I get all the time in Forest but the guy told me they don't have that and I'd have to get the 40 piece. I asked for a 10 piece and he said nope only sold by 40. The person I got it for was totally disappointed so i called when i got home and asked if they sold the 20 piece and they said Yes! So some guy there is lying. Be careful. Might need to ask for the manager if they won't give you what you ordered.

Ordered around 6:45pm, and was waiting for over half an hour, so I asked the girl behind the counter what was up because I had a movie to get to, and she hollered 'We ain't got no food!' at my date and I. She meant they hadn't made the food yet, but it would be cool if people didn't yell at you for asking. I wasn't rude; I was confused! We even had to go ask for food again after that. Many people in the restaurant with us were also waiting. Many workers, not much work. Just talking. I don't think I'll be stopping at this one again. I've literally worked here too, so I'm just kinda shocked. Missed the movie. Edit: I'm finally leaving an hour later with food that was wrong.

Service was extremely terrible. The guy in the first window did not know what he was doing and messed up our orders. The woman at the second window was extremely rude. Even after all of that, they still got our order wrong…., Manager was nice though!

On the evening of 7/21/2025, I placed an order on the kiosk for dine in. On the receipt that I got at a later time the order was placed at 7:51PM. I waited patiently because I have worked fast food before and I know how it is. About 25 mins pass and I go up to the counter to ask what is going on with my order that I placed on the kiosk. I showed her the notification where my money got taken and showed her the app where I ordered(I checked in to get my points ) because they acted like they didn't know anything about it. She asked does it show where it was at that store and I told her I literally ordered on the kiosk. That's when she was able to pull up my receipt. I still don't know what happened with my order and all she said was it was going to be up in a few minutes. I asked for cups so we could get our drinks. My daughters friend was getting tea and the dining room was out so she asked the guy at the counter. My daughters friend then heard some cussing going on pertaining to a tea comment. She felt as if they got got mad at her for asking for the tea. About another 10 mins or so pass and I hear the lady yell out a number and set a bag on the counter. Didn't think it was my bag considering I placed a dine in order and had already been waiting well over 30 mins at that point so I would have figured they would have apologized. When no one went for the bag that was in the dining room I went up to check and it was in fact my order. I get to the table to take everything out the bag, I was missing a small fry. The whole visit was a disaster. Horrible customer service. And my order wasn't the only one that they were messing up on. Just go back and look at cameras.

First Watch is my favorite restaurant for the fact that it consistently exudes a friendly farmhouse feel, with an expansive menu to satisfy all cravings and taste preferences. The French Toast will forever be my favorite, especially the Hawaiian French Toast. Although, I got the summer sensation, Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast this time. This location, however, went above my expectations with the best server we've ever had. Autumn was very attentive and more than happy to adjust our orders and make accommodations. She was perfectly amiable, serving delicious dishes and pure kindness. Like any of their locations, the Lynchburg First Watch is definitely worth a visit!

We ate here two times in a row while visiting from out of town. Both times our meals were very good! Servers & staff were helpful. We will definitely be back when we are in town! We enjoyed omelets, pancakes, French toast, grits, oatmeal, & bacon. Sunday was obviously busier than Monday. So, we had a solid 30+ wait, but no wait on Monday. Though, it was still a steady crowd. 👍🏻

As a picky eater I am very satisfied with my experience trying out First Watch today. I was a difficult patron like usual. I didn’t use the menu, instead I told the server what I wanted and let her piece together what meal to get. This was the best French toast that I have had in a very long time. Also, the portion sizes were on point. The total we spent between these two dishes was $26. My wife had the Pesto Bowl and mine was labeled “Trifecta”. We are eager to come back and try more dishes. The staff were super friendly and the environment was really clean and well laid out. It was a tad bit noisy. If you are searching for something affordable and healthy this is a great stop for you!

I had an outstanding experience at First Watch thanks to our incredible server, Kelly! I have a food allergy, and she was not only kind and attentive but also extremely knowledgeable about the allergens on the menu. She took the time to make sure everything was safe for me to enjoy, which gave me so much peace of mind. I also had a client with me, and Kelly’s professionalism and warmth made the entire dining experience even more impressive. She truly went above and beyond — we left happy, full, and grateful. Thank you, Kelly!

My husband ordered his usual, Salmon frittata with mixed greens. He is never disappointed. I ordered an omelette with Gruyere, white cheddar, mushrooms and grilled onions with a fresh fruit. My eggs were not as fluffy as I would have liked. But all in all, we enjoyed our meals.

We love to get Kelly as our waitress. Kelly is so welcoming and very personable. She is an excellent waitress, always checking back several times to make sure everything is tasting good and if we need anything. Kelly is definitely an asset to the First Watch Restaurant.

An amazing place to get breakfast! The million dollar bacon was truly extraordinary, and I would go back just to order it specifically.

Call hour s ahead for 3 dozen glazed donuts they said they would fix and have them ready drove an hour to get them but they forgot so when they came out with the sealed boxes I left and an hour drive back open to see all the old donuts they couldn't sell not one glazed ! 8 of those nasty maple and they were hard from setting ... trash can junk

This is for the store on Old Forest Rd. This is a donut store with NO donuts. We have been by 3 times, first 2 through the drive-thru and after asking for several donuts and them saying no we don't have that one. We ended up asking what donuts do you have? Mothers day I wanted to treat myself to a nice fluffy powdered donut, think they had it.. Nope, 3 strikes We will not be back SOMEONE OPEN A DONUT STORE!

So, I ordered an iced coffee and 2 doughnuts. The iced coffee was alright. I've had better at Starbucks. However, both of my doughnuts were dry. On top of that, the vanilla iced doughnut had old icing that was smeared around the doughnut. They shouldn't be handing out dry doughnuts at 11 in the morning. On the plus side, service was friendly.

We just stopped in for an easy order of bacon egg and cheese on croissant and how do you mess that up and give us a sausage egg and cheese croissant! Terrible service and the workers need to pay attention ! And we had a hair in our food as well. Thanks but no thanks. Y’all have ruined this food establishment for our family. Being in the food and beverage business this is very unacceptable!!

Every single time I order a drink, without fail, they mess my order up. It’s not bad but they can’t seem to handle simple orders like instead of a frozen chocolate like I ordered, they’ll give you a salted caramel drink but it’s still the same order number as you got when you payed.

Dunkin' Donuts has always been a good staple for nostalgia. I used to love getting donuts all the time, but I haven't been eating as many ever since I'm attempting to eat healthier. Of course, when I do arrive here, I will forgo my diet to enjoy life with friends, which is totally recommended to not always restrict yourself on a daily basis. There's also a Baskin Robbins here in case you wanted to have ice cream instead of donuts.

Quite kind, lovely people. Very fun to interact with; well-prepared menu and gracious staff. Clean store-front facility. Could be a bit swifter.

Great food and service as normal like the other locations.

10/11/2025 We tried this location because I thought it was cute….we stood at the door for 15-20 mins while two of the workers looked at us…they seated a white couple before I asked if we could be seated…we arrived first….the gentlemen with black hair guy maybe Mexican and white young girl with black hair just watched us and walked by us….not a SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU!!! Felt out of place….we set with no service for another 15 mins…But a free spirit and a smile on her face took away my frustration at that moment……Mrs Debbie Mrs Debbie you were an Angel….I enjoyed your attentiveness and none prejudice heart….you served us with grace and I Thank you……it wasn’t my food that didn’t catch my stomach it was your grace that you showed us…..Thank you so much!

Chocolate chip pancakes were pretty good! Atmosphere could be better, it feels pretty crowded at times. Service was good.

We have been coming to market on Main at Boonsboro for a long time, it is always wonderful, Amber is always so wonderful.

My wife’s biscuits and gravy were awesome. The sweet potato pancakes were the best I’ve ever had. I usually smother my pancakes in syrup, I didn’t use one drop. They were so moist and delicious it would have been criminal to change the flavor at all. And our server was very efficient and friendly. This is about 2 hours away from where we live but we’ve already decided it is worth the drive.

The downtown location is decent, but I wouldn’t go back to this one. Service is bad and food isn’t as good.

The BLT on wheatberry bread was great. One crisp tomato slice and one green leaf lettuce piece on each half. Several slices of bacon with the right amount of mayo on it. Perfect. The potato chips for the side were a nice surprise as they came out warm. The waitress Amy, was super cheerful, polite and on top of her service A game. She somehow found out it was my birthday and brought me a cinnamon bun with a candle in it and sang me happy birthday with my friends (free). What am awesome surprise. The two friends that joined me live in Lynchburg and had not been to this location. We will be coming back!

Presentation was good but over all food was not the greatest. I had steak and eggs with red potatoes and a waffle with side of grits Steak was probably the best, flavorful Red potatoes: unflavored, some where hard Cheesy Grits: unflavored (maybe stalle) and hard Waffle - was more of a pancake mix not a traditional waffle mix . I've seen other reviews, maybe it was a bad day.

Really neat spot that serves breakfast all day (not many of those around). So if you want a breakfast sandwich for lunch, this is the place to go. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on everything bagel and coffee. The sandwich was the best I've had in Lynchburg. The bagel was soft, but grilled on the outside, the eggs were cooked perfectly and so was the bacon. Portion size was good for the price. Service was super friendly. They let me stay and work on my laptop as long as I wanted with free wifi and coffee refills. Atmosphere was nice and quiet in a weekday. I'll be back.

Super cute breakfast/lunch/brunch spot with a casual atmosphere. The service was excellent. They were very attentive, never had to ask for a refill on drinks. The food was hot and very tasty. We will definitely make this a regular spot.

This is a nice breakfast/lunch spot that has a comfortable atmosphere, with unique sandwiches, and friendly staff. Despite a bit of business, they were still quick to try and get us seated and served. There is plenty of variety on the menu without it being to overwhelming. Several quiche options, pancakes, eggs, and breakfast options provide plenty for those desiring a breakfast or brunch, served "all day". Desiring a nice lunch, chose from the many salad, sandwich, and wrap options. We liked that many of the sandwiches had a unique take on traditional options. All of them were cooked and prepared well with the chicken of the Avochicken being fully cooked without being dry and was a generous portion with fresh vegie topping. The Reuben also had a generous meat and kraut portion in a toasted marble rye. The bread tasted fresh and the kraut had a nice, sharp tang. The onion rings were crispy and hot. The home-made chips were also well cooked and seasoned.

This cute little spot serves breakfast all day. I ordered the green eggs and ham eggs benny and it was the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had! I had to get fries with my side instead of breakfast potatoes because they were out but that was fine. Great service!

The service was awesome! Very fun, friendly place. Virtually no wait on a Saturday morning, yet it was very busy. We were visiting LU and stumbled across it. I had to go back the next day too. The Eggs Benedict was one of the better ones I have ever had. One egg was perfect, the other a little over. Nothing worth complaining about. I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich the second day on white bread, and it was super delicious. The bloody marry was great, too! I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

We came on a Saturday night just before our ghost walk downtown. Ian and Laura were working and were very pleasant. Ian makes a perfect Planters Punch and Laura can engage in a lively conversation. We decided to eat dinner after our ghost walk and opted for the Galaxy burger, it was quite delicious! They have indoor/outdoor seating. Their beer tap is a self serve bar, very new to me and a cool feature.

We ate here for the first time this weekend! The food was beyond amazing! My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles and they were the best we’ve ever had from here to the west coast. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy with sunny side up eggs and a side of potatoes! Amazing service while we were there. Wonderful atmosphere with all the plants! We will be back for more!

My family and I recently had lunch and overall felt like Cosmos didn’t hit the mark. Once seated we waited 10-15 minutes until a different employee from the one who sat us stopped sweeping to take our order. The food wasn’t bad at all but for us nothing really stood out. The decor is incredibly done though, and the beer wall is a unique feature that definitely is a standout

Grit cakes really hit the spot ! Easy walk from my other locations- we walked up to 3roads after enjoying several brunch items on a Saturday. No wait when we arrived. Service was awkward- he seemed pretty busy ( maybe someone did not show up ) I had to remind him of my side order of collards ( fantastic btw) food arrived promptly and fresh! Will be returning for the dinner menu!!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but these might be the best Chicken & Waffles I've had. Without doubt the best in Lynchburg. The chicken was juicy and tender with a devastatingly crispy exterior. Served at the perfect tempature accompanying this chicken was a fantastic Belgian waffle; fluffy and crisp with excellent flavor. Surprisingly quirky digs in this joint with a small dedicated parking lot to its North-East. Definitely stop by if you're craving some solid C&W.

Excellent food! Catfish and collards is amazing. The chicken is perfectly cooked with a wonderful crunch. The waffle is in a league of it's own, light and delicious with a perfect faint crispy edge. Hand pies are delicious, peach cobbler is gooey goodness. Fried green tomatoes awesome. Loaded waffle fries were good, but could have used more cheese and bacon. The grit cakes and crawfish might be my favorite appetizer, they are sensational. A close second is the deep fried Mac and cheese bites.

We topped off our hike today with lunch at Cosmos and the food was great. If you are in Lynchburg and want chicken and waffles this is the spot! The vibe in the restaurant has some fun plants and the staff was kind. Enjoy!

Waited 20 min for dine-in which wouldn’t have been that much of an issue if the food was actually fresh. Fries were old and possibly even re-fried AND they were COLD along with the burgers! How disappointing. Luckily I had dipping sauce so I could at least taste something. The staff wasn’t very busy as most of them were on their phones and looking at a model car that they brought into the store. It’s very sad that we had a bad experience because we drove an hour to come to the play area. Don’t even have a receipt because the kiosk didn’t print one

Drive-thru employee was really u friendly. They didn't even make my mcflurry and wanted to send me on my way. I had to ask for it. The other girl that made it just filled the cup up with ice cream and just dumped the mix-in on top. The fries were barely warm and tasted old. I will never come back to this location. The McDonald's in wards rd and forest rd are much better.

Me and my wife came here and ordered 4 burgers. All of them had patties that were not fresh in the slightest. My wife’s burger had a short beard hair in it and to top it off there was no communication between them and us. Gave us our food and not a word was shared. We have traveled across the country multiple times and have visited more McDonald’s than I could recall and this one is by far the worst McDonald’s within 1000 miles. Go to Litterally any other McDonald’s in Lynchburg for the love of god

The fact that they changed the 5$ meal deal to only have chicken sandwiches is stupid. you're already getting chicken with the 4 piece chicken nuggets, so its just chicken on chicken! It's stupid! Let me get a double cheeseburger and a 4 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink for only 5$!

This place is a joke. Waited 30 minutes for a gallon of sweet tea ended up having to call and cancel while I waited in the parking lot and got my refund back kids these days don’t wanna work or care about anything but themselves. Wont be going back anytime soon

The pictures speak volumes..The food quality is not eatable. FRIES smell old, with a lot the grease dripping from the container onto the other purchased food.. Totally unacceptable.

This review is more about the Flea Market, but the cafe is very classic. A great Mom and Pop atmosphere. Down to Earth staff and very cheap pricing, especially in the days of inflation. They wander the Flea Market area on Saturdays and Sundays, too, taking orders. The Flea Market has been there longer than I have. I've only been selling there off and on for about 2-3 years. Others have been there for nearly 2 decades. There is literally something there for everyone, and there is always room to haggle. The cafe area keeps its own hours, and there are several small businesses that are open daily inside the building. The Flea Market itself is separated in plots for people to sell at. As of this writing, a 10 foot space is just $10, and 20 foot space is $15. They rent tables too, both 6 foot & 8 foot tables but their conditions of the tables have gotten pretty rough and lots of them need replacing or repairs. Come early, especially in the spring through the fall. It's mostly first come, first serve at the Flea Market, but there are many permanent vendors who sell outside year round. Cash speaks loudest here. Some sellers may take electronic forms of payment, but the Flea Market is mainly cash the cards, and maybe even app pay is accepted at the cafe and inside the building.

County Line Cafe is always great. The food is cooked fresh to order and very tasty. They can get very busy especially on weekends, but that's because it is so good. Because of the time I go, I end up with Gabbie or Lainey as my waitress almost every weekend and they're both great. I strongly recommend the macaroni salad as a side, it's amazing. They do breakfast all day too and you can upcharge from toast/ biscuit to French Toast and it is really good too. I've never had a bad meal at County Line.

Had the pot roast, it was excellent! Reminded me of my grandma's. Homemade mashed potatoes with gravy, and I think the best green beans around here. So good, 100% recommend.

People were nice service was fast but the food we got was bad. This is first time I have ate here stop because people said it was so good maybe it was the time of we stop by 1:30 in the afternoon. Could give it a second chance but probably won’t.

Food is great but there’s a waitress that’s been here for years and she’s soooo rude. This morning she was working the register. Her tone is horrible and anytime you ask a question you feel like you’re bothering her. Anyone who comes here knows exactly who I’m talking about. Why do y’all let her work here?! She makes the environment soooo uncomfortable.

Family style restraunt with alot of Character..Although located inside a mini mall and surrounded by a flea market, there is lots of things to look at. But the food...the food is the best home cooking! Just like grandma had made it. They have daily specials but they have a large variety on the menu. The prices are very reasonable. The waitresses are very friendly. The restraunt is clean and handicapped accessible. Check out the pictures of food.

Their beef stew is really good. I’ve called for a to go order and when I get there, it’s always ready and waiting. I never have to wait for them.

The food was absolutely on point! We had the pimento cheese and hot honey chicken biscuit and the chicken cordon bleu, both were so incredible. The little biscuit bites and syrup was such a great touch too!

Check out this fantastic new joint in town! The food is well prepared, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great. There is parking on 5th street as well as in the back behind the building.

Biscuits and gravy with side of hash browns and bacon. Flavorful and hot. Lawson Oktoberfest beer was some of the best the hubs has had. It was a great time watching the biscuits get made with great precision…an art form that our grandmothers never realized they were creating!!!

Stopped here two days in a row. The biscuits are huge and delicious. Perfect breakfast sandwiches and the second day I brought a few for my co workers. You receive a warm welcoming greeting as SOON as you walk in the shop. Thank you for starting my days with a friendly inviting feeling and great food. I have to say this place was beyond expectations. Despite being less than an hour to closing everyone was still positive and engaged and happy to make fresh orders. I snagged the biscuit bacon cheese and egg sandwich with hash browns. Came out quick and hot, too hot lol and fresh. Biscuit sold, bacon delicious, egg absolutely perfect and cheese as expected. Hash brown had my big back doing the dragon breath since it was fresh out the fryer. A solid meal that lasted me the day, staff was chill and welcoming very nice vibe, music choice was amazing, food classics but rememberable with its own style, and the value was better than the clown with a crown. Go here for sure whether it’s a quick bite or a wyte gurls wasted weekend , either way you can’t go wrong and won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a new favorite!

rudest, meanest, laziest people work here. Not worth the time, energy or money. Their idea of toasting a bagel and throwing it in a toaster to get luke warm for 8 seconds followed by half a pound of cream cheese per bagel, it's disgusting. Don't worry, the order will definitely be cold when you get your order 30 minutes later. I wouldn't go here if it was free.

Ordered an "all nighter" and the bread was cold, eggs were cold, bacon was cold, cheese unmelted, and the whole thing was untoasted... It tasted gross and went into the trash, waste of my hard earned money... I know they are used to serving Christian college kids who are too afraid to send food back when they mess up or leave a bad review but this has been getting old. Fix your stuff and try a little harder!!

Forgot my order twice, and I told them no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and they added extra cheese. I guess it’s decent food for a quick fix, not for quality of employees or food though.

I never met such mean people until I met the workers here. I almost cried because one of the workers was so mean.... I just wanted a bagel.
