The 25 best breakfast and brunch in Salisbury

I have been coming here for years but recently it seems that the quality of the food has declined. I was sold a raw sausage biscuit. The service has always been top notch, and I did call in and they offered a refund or to make another. Still, I really enjoyed this restaurant but the food quality is not worth the risk.

Amazing foods. Great for anyone. Love how every thing came out fresh and hot. Very friendly and helpful waitress. Will definitely be coming back. Went early at 7:45-8AM no wait.

Honestly have nothing negative to say about this establishment. Atmosphere is set and consistent, food is solid! Presentation, taste, quantity, and all for a STELLAR price. I can really tell if a breakfast joint is legit by their fruit cup 😂. THEY DELIVERED! Our waitress Jennifer was super sweet, and ON IT! I told my husband I wish we lived here because this place would be a staple place to go for us. We will be back if we are ever in the area again!

This rating is purely based on an interaction i witnessed today involving the manager Shirley and a customer. Usually the place is 5 stars across the board. However, today I witnessed the manager Shirley tell a woman she couldn't be seated without her other party member present, which is understandable. It was the way she said "no you can't be seated" and then proceeded to talk down to the woman. Instead of explaining why this is their policy in a polite way, she meanly told the lady that "you can't be seated because you will hold up our tables". The lady even asked if she could just order ahead of time since she was very hungry and again the manager said "no". Thankfully the hostess was kind enough to walk over to the lady to apologize for the poor service and poor hospitality by the manager and explained the policy to her in a nice fashion which went a long way. The woman's other party member arrived and they informed the hostess. The manager felt it necessary to say "see, you would have held the table up an extra 10 minutes. " Unacceptable. And very unprofessional. The ladies were seated and again both hostesses and the waitress went out to make sure they were okay as they had to sit on the porch due to there being another 10 min wait for a table indoors. They checked on them multiple times throughout their meal. The manager never once apologized or checked on them. Even after one of the ladies who was pregnant got sick outside, no manager. Her hostess was again kind enough to clean up the vomit which is technically a managers job. Kudos to the hostesses and the waitress for making their visit a pleasant one and trying to right the wrong by the manager. If not, they would probably have lost future customers and this returning customer. How is this manager still employed?? She is completely unprofessional and very rude to customers.

Breakfast time is one of my favorite places to eat. Breakfast food is my favorite. Today must have been a bad day. There was no wait for seating and empty tables but my coffee was not kept hot

I’ve NEVER had breakfast food taste this good! When I tell you this place will make you think of your grandmothers cooking, I ain’t lying. Not only was our food amazing. But the service and turn around time was just on point. Such a polite and attentive crew. I’d drive 2hrs back on a Sunday each month just eat that good again. Everything you see in this review was under $30!!! Another 5 star establishment in the books.

Had the short stack of french toast and side of sausage patties. Sausage was a bit dried our. Husband had a blt and a biscuit with gravy as a side. He enjoyed it but said to ask for mayo. Recommend.

Most disgusting breakfast I've had in a long time. I've literally had better meals in jail. The bacon was so undercooked it was inedible. They forgot my grits with my to go order. The online Google menu said $10.49 for my meal. They charged me $12.99. Stay far away from this location. They reply to bad reviews by saying sorry they missed the mark. Please email us. No you should be giving refunds and making better food for your customers. They have no customer service so we will never eat here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. Matter a fact my dog wouldn't eat the undercooked bacon when we tried to give it to him. Stay far far away from this place. It's freaking disgusting. Yuck

Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Always good to find a cracker barrel when traveling. Food is always consistently good.

It's a cracker barrel, so pretty consistent among all Cracker Barrels we visited across the country. However, this is probably a hidden little gem for Salisbury North carolina. The service staff is consistently good every time we visit and they are very aware of their service standards. As with all cracker barrels, portions were smaller than they used to be, however their service staff is incredibly friendly and the food is consistently cooked well. It's a great spot for a quick bite with kids or the family

The food was great, has the same decor we all know and love. Our server, Tieasha W., was amazing. She was friendly and took great care of us. Came by several times to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this Cracker Barrel.

It was good I got the Louisiana shrimp skillet and broccoli. The shrimp was a bit spicy yet very tasty. The broccoli looked a bit undercooked, but did not taste that way, it was nice and perfectly cooked. The rice though,imediate no. No offense, but the toast I got with it was horrible. The biscuits however, are absolutely amazing, 5 star biscuits. The Service was alright not bad, but doesn’t stand out. Obviously, the atmosphere was amazing, it’s Cracker Barrel of course it’ll have amazing atmosphere.

We had “all we could eat” pancakes, which were great as well as bacon and sausage. We always enjoy the retail store. This time we bought Halloween decor on sale and small gifts for family. Lots of fun!

The take home dinner is not worth it. Very small portion. Our meals were ok but we were almost finished eating when we finally got our biscuits. Other tables got their orders taken before us & they had come in 10 minutes or longer after us. Service could definitely be improved. Our drinks were only refilled once when we were about finished. We were not offered coffee at the end like usual. I asked for a cup & never got it. The only friendly person in the whole place was the girl asking how many in our party. There were only 2. They didn't want to give us a bag to put our left overs in. The server didn't ask if we wanted a take home cup. The prices have also really increased for mediocre food & poor service.

I stopped by this coffee shop on recent visit to Salisbury, and I’m so glad I did. The drinks were absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with plenty of cozy spots to sit and either get some work done or just catch up with a friend. It never felt too loud or too crowded, just the right balance of lively and relaxed. And the service? Fantastic. The staff was friendly, quick, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to next time I am in town!

This is a very nice place in Salisbury. They have good coffee and the service was quick friendly and helpful. This place has a neat vibe and the only thing I wish they had more of are outlets. I got a Carmel Macchiato and a cheese danish. They both were great.

This was my first time ever getting coffee here. The window attendant was very helpful in assisting me with the ordering process was friendly, and respectful. The coffee itself was absolutely delicious. Will be visiting more in the future.

I compare all coffee shop coffee to Koko Java, and I haven't found better anywhere else. It's, by far, my favorite coffee! Plus, the owners and staff are always happy and friendly.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a place that has meant so much to me over the years. I grew up in this town and this coffee shop was always a staple for me and my family. Even though I no longer live here, whenever I’m back in town it’s been one of the first stops I make. For over a decade, the coffee and the customer service were consistent and welcoming, which made supporting a local shop instead of a chain an easy choice. Recently, though, the quality of the coffee has changed — it’s been coming out unusually bitter. My aunt, who still lives here and has been a loyal customer all these years, decided to drive back to the shop and kindly bring it up at the drive-thru after this happened several times. She was polite and simply explained that her drink didn’t taste right. The owner was present, and his son was working the window. Rather than listening, the son dismissed her, insisted the drink had been made correctly, and told her he would remake it if she pulled around. When he brought the coffees out, my aunt thanked him and began to explain that she was only bringing it up because of how long we’ve supported this shop and that the coffee tasted great all these years. Before she could finish, he cut her off and said, “At this point you’re just costing me money. I remade them,” while making a dismissive hand gesture. She left extremely upset — which is what prompted me to finally write this review. I understand businesses have busy days, but treating loyal customers like an inconvenience is not the way to sustain what was built here. A simple, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll take care of it,” would have gone a long way. That said, my hope is that this feedback helps, because I would truly love to see this shop return to the quality and kindness it was once known for. This place has been part of our lives for so long, and I’d be glad to come back if those standards are restored. My aunt and mother used to love going here multiple times a week and are very sad about this incident.

I was headed home on the highway, fighting sleep and rolling into Salisbury, a town I used to call home. I was not in the mood for another pricey, bland Starbucks stop, so I searched local and found Koco Java. Best decision of the drive. The espresso was bold, smooth, and actually tasted like coffee, the Danish was buttery and so good, the drive-thru was easy to navigate, and the total was surprisingly affordable. With local spots like this, I honestly do not understand why folks still default to Starbucks. If you are passing through Salisbury, do yourself a favor and pull in.

Big fan of Biscuitville in terms of fast food breakfast. Big fan of their service too, every location I been so far have good service. Biscuits are made fresh everyday. Usually a long line but I got lucky. If it is in the morning, Bojingles and Biscuitville biscuit sandwiches are 1-2 depends on location

More than just another biscuit. The biscuits here are excellent. No greasy over buttered biscuit like the ones that I've had to get used to. No fake watered down egg substitute but a real egg. Melted American cheese. And a tender cooked chicken breast that fits the biscuit from end to end. And exceptional customer service.

I live in Northern Virginia and we do not have a biscuitville there in the service was good and the people were polite and the food tasted good. They were out of the Nashville chicken so we got something else otherwise five stars.

Biscuitville is one of my favorite spots for breakfast. The biscuits are always fresh, fluffy, and taste homemade, and you can tell they put care into their food. The staff is quick and friendly, and even when the drive-thru is busy, it moves fast. If you want a good southern-style breakfast that hits the spot every time, Biscuitville is the place to go.

Went for the Strawberry muffins. They had them on the first day. The next 2 days they were out of them. Bummer for me. Still the food was good, the staff were friendly and accommodating and I'll be definitely going back. :^)

LOL. Drove 30 minutes to try this place out. First of all, I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit (I’m vegetarian) and got home to have a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit. At this point I’d already driven an hour for food and I’m hungry, so I decide to just take the ham off and give it to my pup. Well my dog (who literally eats anything) wouldn’t even touch the gray colored ham. I think that really says something. Also, service staff was very rude. Don’t waste your money here!

Nothing Special about the doughnuts or customer service at Country Donutz. Doughnuts were doughy and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The Asian employees had a “ hurry up and buy” attitude.

I recently found this place though I’ve lived in Salisbury almost my whole life. The lady who works there is super kind and friendly, the service is also very quick. The first time I went there was to try their new boba that they recently added to the menu, it was delicious and there was a good amount of variety of it. The size was also very good and worth the $5-6. The prices are very affordable for people who want good quality without spending too much. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who enjoys a quaint atmosphere and delicious sweet treats.🤩☺️

One of the best kept secrets in NC! While traveling to a festival, my hubby and I stopped in at a Subway and decided to check out this shop next door after. WOW! This lady makes donuts every day and fills them while you wait. The long johns, apple fritters and donuts are amazing! She's also open 7days a week and doordash.

Local favorite, why bother to buy donuts from Dunkin if you can get something much better here. They have so much varieties, just look at the pictures. Your coworkers and friends will like you more if you bring some donuts from here once a while. Like I said, it is a local favorite donut shop, doesn't mean it is the best donut shop I been to. Their yeast donut is not as airy/fluffy than the ones I had in other shop before, can't be picky in a small city.

Moved here recently from Florida and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the size and prices of the donuts. They are spot on affordable, and delicious! The filled donuts are filled fresh to your liking and no, it's not $3 more to fill a donut. The filled donuts are slightly more but that's to be expected anywhere. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning and supporting this business. I'm taking a box with me on my next drive to Florida to see my family. I didn't try the boba tea since I'm not a fan of it. Next time I will try the coffee. I would recommend giving them a try and tasting the difference.

We love the variety at this little donut shop. We don’t live in the area but always come here when visiting family. The donuts and pastries are fresh and delicious. So glad we found this little spot when in town.

This place was amazing!! Absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious. The staff and waitress were awesome. First time here, and we loved it. I love Barbecue and Love trying new BBQ spots, and Hendrix Barbecue is definitely worth the 5 stars. We will definitely be returning soon!

I had never been here before. Amanda was amazing and made sure I got the best experience possible. 1/2 BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese were phenomenal.

Big portions, low prices, great food, fries so fresh they're served too hot to eat yet, unique old-timey atmosphere, and friendly and attentive staff. I'd give it 6 stars if Google would let me.

It would be nice to actually get what I paid for. I got my spaghetti and garlic bread and ranch dressing but no salad. Got my 2 foot longs as well. I have called five times and no one picks up the phone.

I ordered the family meal for 4 and everything was fantastic! The pulled pork had a delicious smoky flavor. The price was also fantastic! We will definitely be back!

This is one of our favorite spots to eat. Our kids always beg to come here and get a cheeseburger. Not only are their cheeseburgers delicious but you can get 3 free kids meals per 1 adult meal. This really makes things affordable for larger families. *side note: not the best photo of the cheeseburger because my daughter already started to dig in* My husband ordered the bbq chicken, red slaw, and pintos. I ordered the chopped pork bbq, red slaw, and pintos. Everything was delicious and we came on a very busy day. Even though they were very busy, service and food quality was still great.

This place is great!! I've driven by a dozen times and it's always crowded, so I decided to stop and have lunch. The food, service, prices and atmosphere were awesome. Had the BBQ plate, with sweet tea, definitely recommend you give it a try.....

Such a fun family-owned and operated BBQ stop. The staff was so, so friendly and responsive to all their dining room guests. I had the half-sweet tea, which was bottomless and bewed perfect. We will look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic. Got the bbq plate and it comes with beans, slaw, or you can do French fries and hush puppies. The bbq is perfectly smoked and it's Lexington style. The have a vinaigrette type sauce. It has a slight kick which is delicious. It reminds me of a old dinner. Love the inside of the restaurant. The staff is all extremely friendly. It's a smaller restaurant so it fills up fast but you still don't have to wait long. Absolutely amazing place. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the Salisbury area.

While we were visiting Catawba College, we decided to stop here before heading home and the service was great but the food was bland, no flavor at all! I had the philly and it's like they just cooked the meat, put it on a hoagie and added peppers and onions. The fries were well season but everything else was bland.

College Barbecue has been one of my favorite area restaurants for my entire life. I’ve utilized their food for holidays, special occasions and even catering for different work events through the years. Not saying I’m done with the restaurant or anything but it really seems they are struggling after my last few visits. Most recently I waited in an empty drive through for much longer than I should have to order a foot-long and a large fry. The foot long was decent but the fries were low key warm at best and barely edible. They tasted like oil that should have been replaced a day or so ago. What really upset me was after forgetting to ask for ranch dressing I was told that a small cup of ranch dressing would be 85 cents. Keep in mind that cup of ranch dressing is actually a very few ounces and was to be used for the 10 dollars worth of food I ordered. I know food prices have increased but that seems a little ridiculous. I have stopped frequenting restaurants in the past for charging for condiments, it just seems like a poor business practice to me. I really do hate to complain but it feels like restaurants in general are going with practices like this- I guess I should just start eating at home more. Apologies for the less than stellar review- still love you guys.

Have eaten here countless times. They catered my wedding. They catered my sister’s wedding. I’ve never been disappointed. Have gotten to know the owner and some of the staff and have come to consider them to be friends.

We enjoyed the pulled pork, hush puppies, slaw, a breakfast spread with eggs, bacon, potatoes hash, pancakes, and a hot dog - Carolina style. Restaurants was packed full on a Sunday at 10:30 AM. No wait, really friendly staff, clean area & restrooms. Sweet tea was on-point. Prices very reasonable. Eastern Carolina Vinegar BBQ 'Sauce' was delicious, with a sweet vinegar heat, perfectly balanced for the pulled pork.

Food was good, seating is limited, and booths a little tight if your party is "bigger" people. First time eating here and overall enjoyed it. I'm not a fan of Carolina style BBQ but my husband said it was good. Said the chopped pork was moist and flavorful and he really liked their house sauce.

This evening I had Drive-thru service. I paid for a large meal. This is what I received. Service here is usually pretty good. However, if a customer pays for an up charge of anything then the item should reflect the price.

Completely missed putting a 12-count in my to-go order. Unskilled labor at its finest. I would expect this from other fast foods but not a Chick-fil-A. $11.99 wasted and no attempt to rectify. I called and they hung up on me when I explained that they missed a portion of my order!

This Is The Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. It’s 7:30am I went to use the rest room and it is So VERY DISGUSTING, FILTHY JUST PLAIN ON NASTY at 7:30am that means it’s wasn’t CLEANED properly the night before at closing. If the restroom is Neglected like this at this establishment what else is not being clean . This owner should be ashamed of themselves not up holding the chick-fil-A standards . Just nasty then as I was leaving that disgusting restroom in walks an employee with a drink in her had into that nasty restroom I should’ve stay to see if she’d was her hands before returning to serve people she probably didn’t who carry food into a public restroom just RIGHT DOWN SLACKNESS. I walked out not buy any food from here I just can’t get over how nasty it was in there at 7:30AM that too early for that type of slackness 😵‍💫🤮🥴

This was not a good experience. We were traveling through and stopped in. I made the mistake of trying the "new" pretzel club. 1. Out of bacon 2. Apparently, out of Dijon mustard. No Sauce at all on it. 3. The chicken was room temp. 4. The bun was cold. Like refrigerated cold. 5. They used a half of a box of salt on my large fries. The second order was 12 piece nuggets. 1. There were 9 pieces of breading with a hint of chicken, and 3 actual nuggets. 2. Those fries again, 90% salt 10% potato. 3. The chicken was room temp. Glad this is not my local store. I'd never go back. On the upside. The girl who took our order and the guy who delivered it were very nice.

I thought this Chick-fil-A closed at 10pm, but apparently they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:54, placed my order, and was eating when at 9:22 an employee came over and told us they closed at 9 and asked if we could hurry up. Less than two minutes later, another employee came over and said the same thing. I was very disappointed in how this was handled. We had only been there 27 minutes and were finishing our food—it’s not like we ordered and sat around for an hour. I understand closing times need to be followed, but the way it was approached felt rude and inconsiderate!

Order a tender box meal it was delicious chicken and waffles fries first time trying this place in general I like the experience we had. Come back to this location and recommend it .

I go to this location using the drive thru. The service is always great as is the food. However, I wish some attention would be made making sure the requested sauces get in the bag.

I’ve been to this location three times. Twice through the drive through where I’ve waited up to 10 minutes for service, this doesn’t include the wait time for the food before I finally just drive away. And once in house, where when I’ve walked in, the counter folks walked away and I waited 5 minutes for service. I really don’t know what is up with this location. Panera is my favorite bogie fast food. I’ve even give this location a good try, but it’s really just not worth it. Avoid this location if you can.

Service and product were bad. My sandwich was the size of a 2oz cup - for 8 bucks. It had next to nothing on it. When I picked up the online order, the girl let me sit at the window for 10 minutes while she played on her phone ignoring me, as my food sat behind her. I'm pretty sure she was high.

Typically, I don’t give places a one star review, but it’s hard not to for this location of Panera. To begin with, our order came out fairly slower than usual Panera’s, and we placed it as dine in on the app, to which it came out to-go. I wasn’t too upset at that considering it could’ve been an honest mistake, but after opening my soup cup, I then saw it appeared to be watered down. I sent my father to ask if it was possible that they could remake it, and they claimed it was only of that texture because it was “too hot.” Along with that, my father’s soup was cold. The bathroom did not have toilet paper on the roll, as well as there was toilet paper littered on the floor. To add on after the fact, a man, who I’m guessing was the manager, came to our table and asked if everything was alright. My father mentioned that my soup seemed watered down, which never became thicker after cooling down, and the man offered to attempt to make me a new one. After about 20 or so minutes of waiting, he hadn’t returned so we got up and left. I’m unhappy with my experience at this location and I will not be returning.

The food is good, if you like Panera, and I love the food. The reason I'm giving them two stars is the service is horrible. They behave like they are doing you a favor when they deign talk to you. I ordered a meal and they gave me take out even though I was clear that I was going to eat on site. The server still would not put my food on a tray after I asked for it. If you can eat somewhere else, I would recommend you go somewhere else.

This is the worst place ever do not eat here. I ordered my food online and then I did not get any type of call for an hour. I had to go inside the store and I had for a pick up then they told me it wasn’t at that store. I looked online. It was at that store. I know I ordered at that store pay for it online Turn around and they said they lost my order then 30 minutes later they bring me cold food asked me do I want it? I told them no I do not want cold food. Return my money. The manager would not even return my money to store. GM said that he can’t give me back my money because it was done online. Stay away from this nasty place went in there. The floors was nasty food laying everywhere food sitting out in the open it smelled bad inside there. This was my first time going there and last time I was ordering a meal for my son who is an emt he said he wanted something lighter not from there anymore that is the nastiest place ever do not eat there and go past that disgusting place. I had to call the police because I could not even get a void receipt. The manager which is a little young girl ran to the back and hit in the back and I told her I’m not leaving until the police get here because I just don’t understand. Why are you a manager and you’re incompetent? You are manager and hiding in the back your manager in the store looks like this. It smells like this. It’s disgusting in there Save your stomach and your money and your life and eat somewhere else eat at home. That’s the best place. they need to shut that place down and stop making these kids managers stop making these kids supervisors stop making these kids managers over these stores. The far as they need to go is shift managers and they need to go through a lot of training safety training, food management training these places are disgusting Eat at home if you wanna be safe if you want good food and it’s cheaper everything has the audacity to get more expensive, but the quality and safety of everything has gotten so much worse never again.

The five stars are for one outstanding employee. There is a young blonde woman who often works in the bakery during the week, and she is exceptional. She always makes sure fresh coffee is available, keeps the condiments and sugar stocked, and maintains the bakery in an organized and well-supplied way. I don’t know her name, but she’s the only blonde associate I’ve noticed there. She works hard, keeps up with customers, and is consistently friendly. I truly hope she’s valued by management, because losing her would be a real loss for this location.

I am a Panera Breakfast junkie for two reasons which are the service and the food. Good Customer service is extremely important to me. I usually preorder on my app and pick up breakfast in the drive thru. The staff is wonderful. They are always polite and accommodating. I one day accidentally ordered and put the wrong pick up time and they worked with me to set a later pick up time and my food was hot when I received it. The morning manager (I don’t know her name) is awesome as well as her team. Keep up the good work.

Ah, weird free lunch about brunch. I guess you would say got seated quickly. Had a wonderful meal. My waitress was it's really sweet, and I was in and out in 40 minutes.

The service was outstanding. Granted, we went in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. The lady that greeted us was very nice and our server was super attentive. We got food from the value menu and it was pretty good and filling for $6. The only downside was the restaurant needs a face lift badly. Needs a deep clean and several repairs.

It was ok food was cold, hash browns were burnt, (I like mine crispy but not burnt). Coffee was good. The waiter was great & funny! 🙂

Waitress was very nice. But the good was awful. It wasn't the right food and it was COLD. Bowl of grits was delivered 15 minutes before the plate of food. My pancakes came after we were through eating and they tasted like someone poured salt on them. The only thing that was good was the coffee.

First off the server here was amazing. Did not get her name unfortunately. The rest of the visit was a disaster. Served the entrees 7 minutes apart....? Hash browns greasy, cold, old, and nasty. They went back. The omelette was more like a pancake in texture and taste. Like others correctly observed. They put a fresh coat of paint and changed the seating, some new folks and here you go. Portions are not worth the prices. Definitely won't waste my time and money here again.

Got the $6 breakfast special, two pancakes with an omelette with ham & cheese. It was very good. Omelette was bigger than I thought it would be. I had to bring about half of it home. It was not very busy, so, service was great.

It was the worst. Not busy. Took 22 minutes to get our food. Now I know why no one was there. Waitress didn’t come by & keep check on us.’ Dont go to this place & eat.

The server was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. My wife loved everything she ate. I had chicken tender plate. She had scoop tuna salad. We were super well served by all. You must stop if you are near.

Had a great breakfast at Marlowe's this weekend. The food had enormous portions and the grits and biscuits were light & fluffy! I had the local fried Livermush, and found it absolutely delightful! Tender interior, crispy crusted on the outside with eggs over-Med. Outside their staggered hours, if you can get breakfast here,you should!

The only coffee shop open this early in the morning, so I'm back to this Starbucks for a couple of hours. The store opened on time (I walked in at 5:35 am) and there is plenty of parking. Inside, clean and tidy. The crew was busy doing their setup for the day - not much chatter at all. I was here for at least an hour before another customer stepped inside so it was quiet. And then when people did start arriving, the scraping chairs on the floor was annoying enough that it was time to go. There are plenty of seats and the power outlets are nearby. Wifi worked well and my Blonde Roast coffee was just fine.

I visited recently and the wait was very long—about 20 minutes with 5 people ahead of me. I don’t believe this was an understaffed issue, this was purely not being focused. I can usually handle a delay if the atmosphere is positive, but unfortunately the energy here wasn’t very welcoming. While waiting, I had to listen to a younger staff member (they had twist in hair, black, with a face piercing) complain about a DoorDasher that had been waiting a long time and continue talking about it even after the person left. As a guest, that isn’t the kind of energy you want to start your day with. On top of that, my drink ended up being mostly caramel sauce over ice, which was overwhelming. I also couldn’t help but notice there seem to be missed opportunities to save on food cost, which could really benefit the business. This place has potential, but creating a kinder environment and tightening up consistency in drinks and operations would make a big difference.

It’s kind of upsetting to order a coffee the way you like it and have the employee Jon comment “this order is ridiculous “ and have an attitude towards me, it’s just one drink. Usually I don’t get bothered by stuff but maybe the pregnancy makes my emotions sensitive since my hormones are up. But then again this is a coffee shop you are paying $6+ for a coffee that you want it made your way , saying you can’t see or read my order is nonsense because I’m pretty sure you have to read the screen when you input an order. The service was quick I would say but the customer service was wack. You’re not just selling a product you are also selling an experience. I might as well make my own coffee at my house if the service is like this.

Good and newer location. Use the rewards app on your phone to earn free ☕ coffees and get deals. I recommend their seasonal lattes and the new flat white which is the best drink they have here. Good sandwiches and pastry as well. Their 🍫 chocolate 🥐 croissant is my go to travel snack. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking area, seating, and 🚻 restrooms.

I just moved to the area from Virginia and my coworker treated me to lunch here. The food was fantastic and the waitstaff were very friendly as well as attentive. I definitely recommend stopping here if you've never been. Checkered Flag will be one of my trusted favorites in my new home!!

Really good portions, fresh food, made to order. Chefs took the time to put the burger and the BBQ sandwich in sandwich grill press. Nice touch, and it kept the sandwiches from falling apart in your hands. Fries were on point-fresh and hot. Wait staff was attentive. Good 'cue joint. Show 'em some love.

First time here and the Qualifier chicken sandwich was delicious. Also, the waitresses kept my water full, topping it off every five minutes. Thanks!

Celebrating 5 years of going to this amazing Waffle House! One of the few that still are 24 hours!! A true breakfast diner experience. Smiley is awesome and always goes above and beyond to make fresh decaf coffee for me. The scrambled eggs and hash browns and bacon are always delicious. This location has been remodeled and is well taken care of. I always enjoy the food and service! A great location right off the highway and a beautiful view at sunset. Highly recommend for fast and friendly service.

My double cheeseburger had a very off taste.I told my waitress and she did offer me something else but it had already made me lose appetite and she could see I only ate a few bites and cashier also ask if everything was good and I told her my hamburger didn’t taste right but wasn’t offered a discount so I paid $12 plus tip basically for hash browns:(((

I went in feeling rather crappy, as my night had been getting progressively worse. The staff immediately welcomed me and my boyfriend in and made us feel welcomed and at home. Overall a great experience and definitely a day/night changer. I will be coming back asap

Omg the first shift cook in there is amazing! He has one harm and it’s like a show every time I go. He makes it look so easy no way I could do that! I won’t even eat there if he’s not there! The staff were friendly and thorough. I tried the $6 value meal which chain with a bacon double cheeseburger chicken fries and french fries I returned back to Burger King on March 1 2024 and they were understaffed and we ended up having to wait a long time for drive through service, The food was still okay but not completely worth the wait. Burger King is still not in my top 10 favorite fast food restaurants.

I order my child a kids meal however I can not up the size the drink and pay the difference! Why? The child’s drink that comes with your meal is literally two sips and my child is then asking for more drink . This is the ONLY BK I have been to that does not allow you as the cashier said to upsize the drink and pay the difference. What a loss for them I will not be back! Horrible customer service ! Do better!!!!!!!

The employees at this location are too lazy for their own good. I would not waste my time stopping here. Just go next door to CFA. You will have a much better experience. I don’t think the employees at this Burger King even want to work. They are horrible. I will not waste my time coming here again. I will just go hungry. It’s not even worth dealing with the employees at this location.

Unfortunately this is the worst place to go for breakfast or lunch every time I've gone there it's been over 30 minutes waiting I believe they do not have enough people.

After leaving a local indoor child playground, I stopped by here to get lunch for my son and I around 4:35pm. I ordered via the app. The drive thru long was long and wasn’t moving. So I decided to go inside. The food was ready when I went inside. I needed to ask for a cup and the chocolate milk that came with the kids meal though. While getting my beverage, I noticed that the floor was sticky even though there a wet floor sign. I also observed the staff looking like they did not want to be there. I asked one staff for BBQ sauce, she gave it to me but didn’t say a work at all… her face was so flat and yeah. It was evident she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff was not working together too. One staff was treating new employee poorly :( On another note, our food was correct. There were no issues with it and we enjoyed it.

I try to be understanding but when there are 4 people or more standing in front of me and they are only worried about the drive-thru, and I've been standing in line I know for a good 10 15 20 minutes with only three people online that's a problem. A guy that works there that was standing outside smoking when I was leaving was the only one that actually stood out and try to help me and it was actually with my son he dropped his shoes and the guy brought them back to me. If anybody should get recognition is him because i have no clue what the rest were doing. Drive-thru gets my orders wrong a lot of the time, but where I'm always in a hurry, I just go on because the lines stay long, so I don't feel like going back through.My son is 3 so of course he is happy lol...

I do not like to complain on people but i went there yesterday morning and went through the drive thru . The lady on the other end was very rude. i had asked a simple question and she bit my head off and then i proceeded to order my meal and all i said was a sausage egg n cheese bagel meal and she didn't give me time to tell her a drink or anything so all i got was the sandwich. I love to eat there but i didn't like the negativity.

I strongly discourage anyone from using the mobile app to order from this location. This is now the second time I’ve placed an order well before the breakfast cutoff — 15 minutes prior — and for the second time, I’ve been told upon arrival: “We’re not going to be able to make your order.” I’ll admit, the first time Ashley at least tried to accommodate my order, but that doesn’t change the fact that I ordered within breakfast hours — and it should’ve been honored, is not like im asking for a favor, nor special treatment I’m not one to cause a scene, and I consider myself reasonable. But this is beyond frustrating. The manager, Ashley, claimed they “can only see the order once I arrive,” which makes absolutely no sense — especially since I received a notification while driving there saying: “Hey, we got your order!” And the “solution” offered? Lunch menu. 🤦🏻‍♂️ If I wanted their disgusting lunch menu, I could get it any time of day. This kind of incompetence and indifference is exactly why this will be the last time I visit this location. I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t impatient. They just did not care. On the attachment there’s another review from a customer that ordered via the app, and when he got there, food was ready…

Food is fine. Hot. Be sure to ask for ketchup and other sauces when they pass it over, otherwise you will wait another 3-5 minutes. They were somewhat busy, but would it hurt someone to smile? The hash brown was ok, but I wish I’d gone to Bojangles.

God awful service. Employees could not be ruder and couldn’t move with less urgency if they tried. I could order a sit down meal quicker than going through the drive through here it takes 45 minutes every time

My son and I waited almost an hour for our meal. They almost cleared the dining area, and I had to ask where our food was. When I asked, the young lady assumed I already had it and couldn't find our items. So, they had to prepare it again. No apologies or anything.

I legit just went to this location, and I should’ve just turned around and went to Wendy’s. Get there and I’m immediately placed on hold in the drive thru, which wasn’t a problem because it gave me time to figure out what I want to order. The lady began taking my order, gave me a total and asked me to pull around! I gave her my card at the window, she swiped it and walked away without giving it back right away. Then as she’s multitasking(which she should have been) I see she also putting food in bags without gloves on, after touching my card and probably several peoples forms of payment(including cash). I didn’t get the jelly I asked for, but a gang of unwanted ketchup. Also looking at my receipt I was charged for a chicken egg and cheese biscuit which I didn’t ask for and even then did not get. Moral of the story yes it is on you to check your bag before leaving, the uncleanliness and up charges weren’t on me. Do better BK on East Innes Street.

I went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The person taking orders was rude and kept rushing me to order quickly, which made the interaction stressful. On top of that, when I got my food, it was completely different from what I had ordered. It’s frustrating to deal with poor customer service, especially when you're paying for something. If someone has a bad attitude and can’t treat customers with basic respect, they shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. Maybe they’d be better off working somewhere they don’t have to interact with people like on a farm, where they can talk to animals however they want.

Last Saturday: I SAT for a half hour after a year of boycotting fastfood. It was hot in boiling sun, ordered a $5.00 kids meal. I don't know what they were doing As they created themselves a backup at mid afternoon, like 3 cars, it wasn't like prime time. The problem I have is that when I sit "held hostage" for 30 minutes worth of my gas, air conditioning and ask for 1 sauce for my order, not extra just 1. U want to charge me 35 cents for sitting for 30 minutes? I saw when they handed customer in front only burgers, they too were frustrated bc waiting by time U make Fries for 20 minutes, burgers cold. Plus add ignored for 10 minutes just to take order in sun. Poor planning, poor management, what are they like in a jam?? I say do I should charge you for my expensive gas, wear on vehicle while I'm waiting for you to figure out what to do? I definitely spent more than .35 cents waiting. Guess what? I'm going back on my fast food boycott. It's just not good enough or worth stress of any place anymore AND this REFRESHER on remembering exactly why I don't do fast food anymore. Thank you location for your kind attitude and generous service=NOT!!

They leave you sitting at the speaker box in the drive through for well over 10 minutes. When you ask if the speaker is working they answer "yes" with a snarky attitude. Then when you ask if you may place your order, they come right back with, "not at the moment." They give absolutely no reason why you have to wait nor do they apologize. This is not the first time this has happened either. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Im a semi regular at this location, typically going on weekdays around lunch time. The staff is always friendly and personable. Food is served hot and fresh, although a few occasions they were a bit heavy handed with the mayo on the whopper that I had to ask them to remake, which they did so happily. Very good location. Clean restaurant and bathrooms, too.

It was above average for fast food in the area..My sandwich was good..I got a traditional Whopper which is a perennial favorite.Its l9cated on Jake Alexander Blvd and ingress and egress is challenging. For fast food its above average and service was quick.

They're mostly fine for lunch, but maybe dont say you're open if you're not. Their REAL hours seem to be 8am-9pm because if you try and order before or after, theres no response and they are basically closed. Change your hours and stop advertising the wrong ones.

The guy on drive thru 7/2/25 (3:30pm) l always has a nasty attitude. I don’t want to be at a coffee shop where the employees always have a nasty attitude when I drink my coffee I like to enjoy the atmosphere and not worry about who’s having an attitude that day. granted he may need more help, but that still don’t mean he can have attitude every time I come visit. Please educate your employees about good customer service and know which buttons to press to insure the correct price is on the screen.

I am a semi regular to this DD. Haven't been in awhile due to recovery form surgery. Went in and ordered my usual breakfast order. It took forever to get my order and there was only one other person there. The place itself was dirty, the tables where dirty. Several people came after me and ordered. Two left without getting their order! It was horrible. I spoke with the manager Adam and he shook his head and ignored me. I have contacted the corp office. This was a terrible experience........

First I was handed a drink tray that was broken which resulted in me dropping $11 in coffee on the parking lot . The girl at the counter had a horrible attitude and said I knew it was broken why as we as guests didn't ask for another one. Then today placed a mobile order went to pick up through the drive thru only to not receive my full order and have to ask for rest . Only to be met with attitude as of why we didn't tip in the jar . We visit this establishment 4-5 times a week . Absolutely ridiculous to treat YOUR guests as an issue. Do better dunkin.

IMPRESSIVELY slow, BURNT food, and WRONG order. Recently moved to the area and started going to this Dunkin about a month ago. I’ve been 3-ish times now during various times of day and various amounts of customers. No matter what time of day and even if you’re the only customer ordering, you WILL be waiting at least 15-20 minutes for your order. Most recently, I went and was the only one ordering and could see about 5 staff members working. However, it still took 15 minutes AND they still got my order wrong. One of the young ladies working the front handed me all my stuff and I had to remind her that I hadn’t even paid yet. Most of the gals in the front are too occupied catching up with each other about things in their spare time than delivering the completed items that they’re HOLDING in their hands WHILE talking. Like please, just give me my order and I will be happy to leave so you can go catch up. You’d think they’d get the customers out of there as fast as possible so they can get back to having a quiet restaurant, but I guess not! I do want to shout out two ladies who were working to keep things going as best they could, with no help from their coworkers. There was a young black lady with black hair and a middle-aged white woman with blonde hair who were really trying to serve the customers in as timely a fashion as they could. I’d say promote these two ladies and re-train the rest on what a sense of urgency is, cause DAMN! You’re losing a lot of customers because of them!

Anytime I come, I have to wait 10+ mins at the speaker when this certain lady is working around 3PM, she will stand at the window with her arms crossed and not take your order ( I’m assuming she’s hoping you’ll leave instead ?) and when you pull up because she’s not taking your order she has attitude. The food is never fresh, hash browns taste about 10 years old, and I ordered a Carmel and she gave me a pecan drink, ontop of missing half my food.

We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a sec croissant and it took us over 20 minutes to get it. The manager was more worried about a huge order that came in after us for 20 omelet bites. The male manager was on the make table on his phone. The huge order got there food and coffee box before we got ours we came in and ordered and was waiting before the big order even came in. Another customer told the employees to please have him off his phone while making food the two female employees who were very kind looked scared to tell him. Once they did he didn't wash his hands just changed his gloves. When we finally got our food the bagle was chewy and cold the bacon and egg were luke warm at best. We planned to eat our food inside but it took so long to recieve it that we had to take it to leave. The male manager was on the make table and just running his mouth the entire time mumbling under his breath about the orders. This is the 1st time I have ever eaten dunkin donuts breakfast and been to this location, it will be the first and last time i ever spend money with dunkin.

Corporate or a well trained manager needs to go into this location and train the young girls. They are walking around looking left to right trying to keep track of things, but don’t seem to have many tools for organization and prioritization when it’s busy. There was 1 older woman running the show and it was very obvious they could have been more efficient if they knew how to work together. Many people leaving their food and I waited 35 minutes for a sandwich.

Giving this 3 stars because I rarely have issues. But my iced latte today is literal milk. I don’t even see how there could be espresso in this. I paid almost $6 and it tastes like straight up milk and sugar. I don’t understand why drinks are different every single time I go here when I order the same thing.

I will say they greeted my properly. However service was terrible. My food was cold and not presentable. I feel like they did not give me the correct amount of bacon. It was so bad I really wanted a refund but just didn't not have time to go back though the hassle. You can see the time stamp on my receipt and what time I'm taking these photos.

Need to learn how to listen and get a simple coffee made! I ask for a large coffee 4 cream 7 sugar The individual did 2 cream 1 Expreso shot ! Super pisss with this! Can't even make a simple coffee!

Marked 4-star as a heads up toilet facilities are for customers- the system generates a code at the time of purchase. Not a detractor to the business, but if you're on a road trip be prepared to get a cup of coffee or a snack if you need relief. Otherwise this is a great Dunkins location; the staff was friendly and the facility clean.

I only go through the drive thu for orders but this location has been far better than the one closer to my home. I go out of my way to go here because the staff is always friendly and my order is almost always right. I've definitely had a few issues with the wait time and food being on the wrong bread (Examples: ordered a wrap and got a croissant, ordered a croissant and got a biscut) over the years but I understand it can get very busy and things get mixed up. I do wish (for them) that they got better training. I've been told multiple times that the staff is not trained very well and I hate that for them. Definitely still my go to coffee place!

I haven't been to a Dunkin is a very long time but the craving for pumpkin spice items hits me once every few years and I decided to try Dunkin out again. We had to wait a little bit in the drive thru but it seemed like there weren't many workers in the building (or I just couldn't see them) either way, they were busy and apologized for the wait. It was delicious to say the least, thank you for satisfying my strong craving 😊 My Items: Pumpkin Spice Signature Iced Latte & the the Pumpkin Donut Holes 🍩 🕳️

I visited McDonald’s this morning, and I’m disappointed. First, they claimed they didn’t have my mobile code, which is frustrating because it’s supposed to make the ordering process smoother. Strike one. Then, my hash brown was a complete letdown. It was dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. At 7:30 in the morning, I expect the food to be hot and fresh—especially during peak breakfast hours. This kind of quality is unacceptable. Do better, McDonald’s.

I had ordered 2 triple cheese burgers with only ketchup extra ketchup and a mcdouble with only ketchup extra ketchup the nuggets and fries were also cold. I went in today to get it fixed and it was still wrong and cold. Y'all need to straighten up or hire new managers and/or people in the back cooking. Or learn how to read and listen to the customer.

Been to this location many times but tonight will be the last time I ever go here. The service was horrible. Made an online order for curbside pickup. Waited approximately 10 minutes after I entered my code. Walked in and waited several minutes at the counter and nobody acknowledged my presence. Finally had to flag someone down to ask about my order and the person was clueless. After several more minutes they finally brought my order out and it was wrong. Had to wait several more minutes for the correct food. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food resteraunt.

Ordered off door dash tonight. Burger on the left was from my first order, Burger on the right was a remake. Not 1 but 2 burgers got sent out under cooked. This is unacceptable. Whoever the manager on this shift should address the cooks before y’all catch a lawsuit from serving undercooked/raw meat.

I ordered an 2 apple pies, and a big mac meal from here 3 days ago. Not only were the apple pies I ordered NOT edible, my sprite was so flat it tasted like battery water, and to top it all off was the next morning I woke up with food poisoning…yea eat here if u dare lol

This mcdonalds charges 30% more than the one 1/2 mile down the street. Don't give them your business. They rang my order up with each individual item so i didn't get the meal discount. When i asked about it at the window the girl made up some stupid lie about the 8$ meal being the other size. So i paid $4 extra to get the next size up? No maam. Your boss told you to ring everything up like that so they get more money.

Mobile Ordered the first meal to go and they left out a whole meal Large quarter pounder meal they also left out one of the kids fries and an apple my second mobile order was a quarter pounder meal large and they forgot it call the manager told them we were coming back up to have them fix it couldn't get a ride to bring us back up been trying to call and it is busy. They won't Answer the phone so we can get a credit on the books.

I get sometimes it gets crazy busy and mistakes happen. But first thing this morning they messed up my order and I brought it back explaining I ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit and received a sausage biscuit. Not one apology from the manager. She just had them give me another biscuit. Fixing the order is one thing but customer service needs to be better at this place.

Regional needs to get this place in check. Hands down worst experience I’ve received at McDonald’s in recent memory. I waited over 20 mins for my order and received cold food. Not to mention the attitude. Come check this location out if you want a lesson in patience.

Don’t waste your time with this location Here recently the drive-through has been closed because they are worried about their drive-through time either that or they tell you not to pull up from the order window until the food is ready. This location is going downhill really fast. The people at this location act like you’re asking for the world anytime you do any kind of substitutions There is no sense of urgency at this location and half the time the food is wrong.

Anyone giving this more than one star has the taste buds of a roach. I picked up my family's orders tonight, so I had to go get my phone and prove they were all mine since there were about 7 bags, but not being a delivery service, how would I know the full names of each if they weren't mine..... That part doesn't matter. What matters is The orders were scheduled for pickup at 8:15 but they were ready around 8:00 so they were squishy, cold and gross by the time we got home. Also being so many, we didn't get a bag with the burritos at all but didn't notice till home ... The cantina one, which I will upload a photo of, was sitting for so long that the hard shell fell apart in the middle. We also requested no tomatoes because most of us have a tomato allergy and almost every single chalupa had one tomato on it. Just one. So those all had to go in the trash. Granted I know that we got to use that $1 deal but still.... It's still money that we made to buy food with and drove 15 minutes to pick up.... I plan on contacting corporate tomorrow and having them look into this store. Also, I could tell who the manager was and he pretty much lets the employees walk all over him and do what they want since he wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I was obviously irritated about the way I was being treated to get them, having to literally read off the numbers of each order. My sister's already throwing up so more than likely we're all going to have food poisoning from it as well. So yay for that.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff on this Friday night made me feel unsafe. They were fighting, threatening to quit, fight each other, and just acting a complete mess in the building in front of customers. The younger girl was on a break probably and was too lazy to open the bathroom for me. I asked her to let me in and she said she “didn’t know the code” which is a complete lie but whatever. I was actually surprised that this store had a rating in the 3s. Staff hated each other and everyone was mad at one another. They need to let people go, hire new people, or fix something there. Miserable and terrible environment. Also potatoes were definitely sitting out for at least 2 hours. Disgusting and dry. Be better

Tacos were stale as hell. They gave the wrong sauce. Fries were terrible. Terrible food quality. They also tell you to not to drive up and to wait at the drive through order screen when nobody else was in the line for whatever reason.

Service was very slow The restaurant was not that busy and we waited over 20 minutes for three orders! One of the orders was not supposed to contain jalapeno cheese and it was on there anyway! While my girlfriend and teenage son were in the restaurant ordering I was propositioned for prostitution in the parking lot twice! I would definitely not recommend going there at night and definitely not recommend bringing your children there!

Ordered through app. When we got to the store, drive thru was closed, alot of waiting on the inside. My order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes after ordering, it took an additional 20 minutes. There was 6 or 7 employees working. 2-3 guys doing food, and the girls handing out food and standing around. 1 of the guys preparing the food, kept touching his glasses, and pulling up his pants and continued to touch food. While waiting , a few orders were wrong, and when confronted by customers they were given attitudes and their food thrown away. My order only had 1 item wrong, didn't know they made a potatoe taco, lol. Everytime we go there, there is an astronomical wait time. We've even been told to not pull forward when ordering allowing , I don't know, more wait time. This place has gone down hill. Doesn't ever seem to be a manager or person in charge on site running things.

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. Drive-thru workers had nasty attitudes and there was clear miscommunication between them and the cook. Instead of fixing it, they told me I still had to pay for food I didn’t want. One worker even said, “If it’s that serious, she can just pull around again” because they were “on a time crunch.” Once they realized it was their mistake, they finally decided to fix it — but by then the damage was already done. I won’t be back.

Stopped at this location while traveling with family. There were two guests seated and no one in line. No one greeted us when we walked in nor did anyone say anything when I walked to the register. I opted for whole milk with the caramel macch. That was a mistake because my entire drink tastes like whole milk and no expresso, this is my usual. I used points to redeem this drink which makes even more disappointing that it tastes horrible. Additionally we were waiting for our orders in the seated area and our names were never called. So we were just sitting until I checked the counter. No customer service interaction at all. The young lady that took my order appeared short patient when one of my kids wanted to change their order. Very helpful! Store was clean but the first bathroom had poop in the toilet when I entered. Clearly the staff had not cleaned it. 😶

I ordered my drinks online 20 mins before getting to the store and when i arrived only ONE of my 3 drinks were ready amd they were getting other orders out and i dont understand how you only make one drink in the order and skip the others. I was inside for 10 min before asking for my money back as nothing that i ordered was ready. They could of atleast given me the drink that was sitting there for 20 mins with the foam all fallen to the bottom. Deff disappointed. They need better organization.

Went in there on a Monday and decided I would like to have a double smoked bacon and I requested that it be cooked open. Well, it was not because the meat still appeared to be raw. No thank you

Overall was an okay experience. The people who were making the coffee were really nice and made our drinks perfectly. However, we did go inside and order and the cashier, Robin seemed to have a bad attitude. We were polite and didn't rush in giving our orders. However, Robin seemed to be inconvenienced by everything we asked for. We got two drinks with modifications and she seemed frustrated every time we asked for something. She seemed indifferent and had no enthusiasm. I get it's a Sunday but some manners would be nice. Other than this though honestly a nice clean store. Just wish the cashier had a better attitude.

I come here frequently and my food and drink is always prepared just the way I requested, which is great. Recently I was using the cafe and spilled my coffee on the floor and all of the team members jumped into action to assist. One of the baristas remade my drink while another mopped the floor; a third followed up with me to see if I needed anything. The whole situation was resolved in under 5 minutes and I was back to work. Really appreciate the team here!

“I’m very disappointed with this Starbucks. Every time I visit, they’re out of most food items—even early in the day. I’ve stopped by on multiple occasions hoping to grab a sandwich or an egg and cheese box, but there’s always an excuse that they’re sold out. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices and never have basic menu items available. Management needs to improve their ordering and inventory so customers can actually get what’s advertised.”

WAIT TIME: Let me preface this by saying that I don't frequent Starbucks...I go once every blue moon. That being said, unless I'm really lucky, I get my drink in under 7 minutes anytime I do go. Here, I was here for 30 minutes, precisely; which, I think is ridiculousness. If I've been lucky and this is "normal," disregard this portion. QUALITY: I've been getting the Caramel Ribbon Crunch, lately. Pic 1 is what I received from this place (& that is AFTER I said it looks vastly different, and they added extra caramel). Pic 2 is what I normally receive from another Starbucks. In comparing the two, I think they gave me a regular Caramel Frappuccino *insert eye roll*. On top of that, the one I got from here (Pic 2) was liquid-y and very "white." Which indicates to me that there was a lot of milk/cream used, & much less coffee and ice. I know that Pic 2 has more vibrance from the sun, but trust me, it was still more brown (coffee balanced). CUSTOMER SERVICE: The young lady helping me was extremely nice, apologized for the wait, and even offered to remake my drink. I didn't wanna be a hassle, so I said no, but she was nice about it. LAST NOTE: I also particularly don't care for the establishments who "trap" you in once you enter the drive-thru. I would have definitely pulled off after about 10 minutes and no forward movement, but I could not.

McDonald's what can I say it's not 5 star food. So I rated it 3 stars not saying that's nasty at all because the food tasty. Service was fast service was polite food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere was nice futuristic fairly clean but someone needs to Empty two off the trash cans. That's my review hope you follow me #Willtee oh yeah get that $5 meal it's the best fastfood ticket out here

I ordered breakfast on the mobile app at 9:59 am, while I was still at work. got off work and went to pick it up, while on my way at 10:30am I got the notification that my order was canceled. Went in and they said its because I wasn't there and they switched over to lunch, so there wasn't anything they could do! The one employee said we don't control the app. The manager was also rude. My food should've been made waiting for me to pick it up!

Employees were rude at the drive-in and inside. Despite what we told the drive-thru lady about the kids meal everything in it was still wrong.The freeze that we got were still not cooked all the way and we're cold. Don't waste your time it's really not worth it

In general, my experience was good. However, I’m a bit surprised and concerned that certain items, like the Strawberry Shake, are only available through the app or kiosk—or sometimes not available at all. It’s been months without seeing it offered, and it’s one of my favorites. I hope it becomes consistently available again soon. Thank you!

Has not been very good in the past, cold flat sandwiches with carefree attitudes. Few months later, the staff is perky, upbeat, FAST!!!, and very polite. Appreciate the clean up and the food was great. 10/04/25 1045am this team was ON POINT!!!!

Pretty sad the employees here are more worried about communicating with each other than paying attention to their customers and their order. The ONLY thing I eat from here breakfast wise is a bacon and cheese McGriddle. Really how difficult is that? Does this look like a McGriddle? Maybe if these employees would do their job instead of goofing off and talking to each other and ignoring their customers they’d get shit right.. mind you these are the same people who want $20+ an hour. 😂

Large hot with cream and sugar is all I have to say about coffee. Blueberry muffins are always fresh and delicious. I usually add an order of my snackin bacon to one of my breakfast sandwiches. This makes one delicious sandwich.

I love dunkin.. Way better coffee then that other place we won't mention.. lol.. Just good coffee at a reasonable price and the donuts.. another one of those.. Just can't go wrong..

Not much of a dunkin doughnut guy, obviously. Never had a great experience with the taste of the doughnuts vs Krispy creme doughnuts. They do have good coffee though and a place to just chill out and this store is integrated within a gas station with other food options that aren't a pastry.

It is very hard to get out of that parking lot. They need a different exit. Very congested area
