Food is good. Chicken was quite moist. Love brunch on the weekends. Like the prices. Wine and beer selection is excellent. Nose level at 2pm was tolerable. Service was decent. What I didn’t like was the dirt under the fingernails of one of the servers. And the bathrooms are disgusting, which makes me wonder about the kitchen. I’ll try someplace else the next time I’m in Hickory.

This place is a cute one! I had the most amazing salad here, loved the mimosa as well! Good little kids menu and reasonable prices. Great beer selection and nice bar area. Very attentive to detail when it came to the food. :) very pleased!

It was a beautiful spring day at lunch time so it was very busy but we only had to wait about 20 minutes. All the servers and employees where very nice. The atmosphere was amazing. I really enjoyed the gift shop at the front of the restaurant and the view from our table was beautiful. The food was so fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Hickory NC!

I really wanted to give this place at three, but I didn’t because in fairness the Hickory carnival was going on right next-door and I can see the restaurant being the way it was because of the extra customers. I met the manager. His name was William. I only stopped in ate because I was in the area. Starting with the discounts unbelievably they offer none “0” onto the food. I really enjoyed the food. The pizza was good. They had a real crispy crust. I ordered it like ham, sausage and olives. Do not get the olives. They are extra extra salty I also got the wings. They were pretty good. I could see myself eating at disestablishment again. I really like the old feel of the place. They sell lots of special cheeses, wines and other specialty items. I think you should give him a try for the old time feel. they offer what looks like a fully stocked bar. They have inside and outside eating and I think I might’ve saw a fireplace. Our waitress was named Mia. Thank you for your service.

What a horrible disaster!!! This place is in the old Hickory train depot wonderful beautiful building great atmosphere you would think it would be a great place to celebrate someone’s birthday like we did, but it was not. It was a horrible experience. An hour and a half later the birthday girl still had not received her food. Out of 6 adults and 6 children 6 of the burgers were nearly raw and all were requested well done. Server was horrible and had a terrible attitude. The manager came to our table to personally apologize and said he completely agreed with us, our food was nearly raw. He was cool!! we are not diners with an attitude. We are very laid-back and easy to get along with me my wife my daughter have all been servers in restaurants in our younger days and know how it can go, but I would highly recommend against coming here extremely bad experience. This is the third time I have been here and it has never been a great experience food wise the atmosphere and company was great. I only agreed to attend because it was a friend‘s birthday dinner. When the birthday girl finally got her food an hour and a half later the order was wrong as well three strikes you’re out. These photos are of our supposed to be well done burgers. On a semi positive/ negative sidenote the manager told my daughter for each of us to get a free dessert on the way out they have an extremely nice dessert bar as you’re exiting the building however, when we got up there, the lady accused us of lying about him, giving us each a free dessert for our horrible experience!!

What a wonderful genuine place. We have driven up from Spartanburg both times to grab cheese you can only get there. We had dinner at the bar and what a fun time! The bartender, I failed to get her name but incredible eye makeup, was amazing and we sat, just like last time, with a bunch of regulars. This place makes me want to move to Hickory so I can become a regular too. These salads were beyond delicious and they kept growing in the bowl. Haha We can't wait to come back. I never want to leave bad reviews. But I kind of considered myself a regular. I order their Streak Cobb salad maybe once a week, I have also brought them a lot of business by showing around my lunch. However, it’s always a hit and miss, items would be missing, or the steak portion is off. Today I was craving this salad, after not even having breakfast. All the portions were wrong. I got barely any steak, or onions, or blue cheese, even the greens. It feels like they ran out of ingredients and gave me what was left, not to mention this is a $18 salad. Sweet heaven! 🍌🍞 The avocado toast is on point too. 🥑 Plus, their Bloody Marys pack a punch 🍹 and who can say no to bottomless mimosas? 🥂 The vibe is chill, and they've got good seating. 👍 Oh, and it is ♿ handicap accessible with its 🅿️ parking, seating and 🚻 restrooms, which is awesome! 🙌

This place was great! Food was priced right! Portions were perfect. Food tastes delicious 😋. Sangria was really good. Place decorated really nice. Staff great. If I was a Hickory local, I would be a regular here ❤️. If you are in the area try this place!

The food we had was very good. Cajun pasta and chicken and the filet mignon. The inside area is a bit crowded and with all the conversations a bit noisy, it has a nice bar and eclectic feel. They have great outdoor seating if the weather is good and are dog friendly outside.

Came here for the first time tonight and had a great meal from start to finish. Very clean space and relaxing atmosphere- great date night spot and will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I wish I could remember our servers name. He was great! Atmosphere is nice and cozy. It was a Friday night and a full house which was nice to see! Seems to be a popular spot for locals. Food was also really good. You've got to get the Tempura Cauliflower. It's delicious!

It’s been 2 days and I’m still thinking about the blackened chicken salad, so I thought I needed to give kudos to Notions. I honestly cannot say if I liked the tender chicken, amazing tobacco onions, blue cheese crumbles, or the fresh greens the best. We sat outside because the evening weather was gorgeous and our server was super sweet and courteous. I’m dreaming of going back.

We have dined here twice and both meals were very good! A little room for improvement, but definitely worth future visits!! Their outdoor dining is very pleasant on a mild evening. Last night I had the filet with potatoes and brussel sprouts, same thing I had on my previous visit and it is a 10 out of 10! Flavor, portion and cost! Excellent!! My wife had the sliders for her meal and the first time we had them they were very juicy and flavorful, last night they were dried out and ended up as part of our dogs meal for the evening. Also, their fries are just frozen crinkle fries, would have figured something a little more from a nicer restaurant. We shared a cobb salad to start with blue cheese dressing and it was good, but not great. Needed something else for texture and lacked flavor. Our service was good and we thought our server did a great job!! The food runner from The kitchen had the personality of sandpaper... maybe she wasn't having a good evening? But in a customer facing role I think you need to be a little happier and not rude. They forgot my wifes fries and when she mentioned this to the food runner she argued that it hadn't been rung up instead of saying something like let me check on that. Then our server walked up and she kind of argued with him in front of us. That probably should've been a back of restaurant discussion and not arguing with the customer. All that being said! We like it here and WILL return!! We may skip the cobb and sliders, but the filet is excellent!! And good ambience!! To those about to dine, I salute you!!

Olde Hickory Tap Room was recommended by the locals, so we decided to try it. The food was very good and the service was wonderful. We stopped it for lunch and the portions were big. Took our servers recommendations and they did not disappoint. They do their own blue cheese and warm it before adding it to the burger, the best I've ever had. Will try more dishes next time I'm in Hickory.

These massive tenders are breasts cut into tender and fried to perfection. Amazing crust and tender. It’s a big portion so be prepared to take some home! I would say, best tenders I have ever had. We got the potato salad as a side which was creamy, mustardy, and filled with pickles. Loved it. Service: Wait staff were busy but very friendly. We did have a 30 minute wait but used it ti enjoy the beautiful downtown of Hickory, N.C. My server was amazing, as well as the drinks. However, this was probably one of the worst steaks I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely ZERO seasoning, the grill marks are the only reason I can say it wasn’t cooked in a microwave. The sides were not great either. No seasoning on the broccoli and the “Irish root roast” was soft and definitely boiled. I’ll be back, but won’t be eating there again

Awesome food! Husband got his favorite (The Blueburger) and I got the special (Cornbread chicken pot pie). We also got a side of ghost chili (spicy and warm with ground meat and light beans). The chicken pot pie has a sweetness to it that adds to the flavor. So creamy and yummy! Husband loves the blue cheese burger and ranch with his pub chips.

The food and service is always good! Very consistent! Deb the bartender is the best!! Love the veggie pizza, fish and chips, Reuben, and great salads! Never had a bad meal here! FYI - they will make anything into a wrap. My only wish is they had the Buffalo fried oysters like the sister restaurant!

This place was fantastic. The service was quick and friendly. Every one was hustling.It was oktoberfest so itbwas very busy. They handled thebextra business amazingly. Probably the best chicken tenders ive ever had.

Your Bar is amazing, the atmosphere is like no other, but your bartender on this night, even though she made great cocktails was distracted, didn't check on us at all or pay attention. We had to get her attention constantly. Just because you make great drinks, doesn't mean you should be a bartender. It's about connection, and she lacked it very much. She seems sweet but that doesn't get the job done in an impressionable way.

I honestly don’t think there’s a weekend that goes by without me stopping at Taste Full Beans in Hickory. The coffee is amazing, the fresh-baked scones are delicious, and they’ve got awesome healthy food options offered all day long. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes it even better. Such a cozy, inviting place that always hits the spot! They also have dog-friendly outdoor seating.

I only had coffee, but there were plenty of other selections. I had the Edgar Allan Poe frap with the unique combination of lemon and dark chocolate. Flavor was mild, but enjoyable, with hints of both. The blending was perfectly smooth and creamy. The atmosphere was out of this world. Local authors' books were out for patrons to enjoy while partaking.

Puppy friendly and great service. My warm ham sandwich was delicious too and food came out so quickly. Smelled amazing inside and got a cute little gift for my mom there too!

One of the rare findings in Hickory, NC. People were so friendly and the service was great. Food and food collection is well selected, curated, and prepared. Don’t miss the coffee. Will be in regular pit stop when driving from CLT to Boone, NC.

Food was good and fresh. You can order at a kiosk as you enter. The coffee drinks were good. (If you get just regular coffee you just get a cup and fill up by the canisters but specialty they will call you or a wait staff will bring it to you.) Staff is nice but it is kind of a half self serve environment, you pick your table, and clean your stuff off. They did bring our food and specialty drinks and were very nice. The environment is eclectic. Lots of paintings, some books as you enter. Various seating options, bar style, regular tables, view of the street or inside of building.

If you are traveling on I-40 near Hickory you MUST STOP BY! We found this gem on accident and we are so glad we did. I don’t think I’ve EVER gotten such a good americano. We got breakfast burritos and bowls, very fresh ingredients and perfect portion size. They have a full menu, tons of coffee bean options, local art for sale, and a free book library! We stopped on a Sunday AM and there was also live music. We will add this to our routine when we head to and from the mountains! Most of the tables were small but you can move things around- there was one larger group.

Great and healthy food for reasonable prices. I bet this is your only healthy food option if you are driving i-40, and does not disappoint. The spot is nicely decorated and organized so that it doesn't feel crowded in spite of the smaller eating area.

My wife and I stopped and had breakfast at this restaurant the other morning. It was our first time. Upon entering its seat yourself. We did. Lol. Probably 5 minutes or so later, our server came over to us. My wife got an omelet, I ordered the Country Sampler. We both ordered coffee ☕️. The coffee was good and our meals arrived in a timely manner. The meals were good too. The service was great! Our coffee cups were refilled numerous times. Atmosphere wasn't okay. All and all a good eating experience. I would go back again. 👍😊

I ordered a Signature Salad and added bacon, ham, pickles, peaches, and potato salad. The description states it is made with iceberg and romaine lettuce, however, there was only shredded iceberg, and very little of it (see photo). Also missing was egg and carrots. Had 2 grape tomatoes, but one was bad. In the picture it is the tomato closest to the center. You can visibly see the black spots on it. And, yes there’s more, instead of pickles I got pickled beets. Very disappointed.

Ordered a hotdog this morning only to realize it had maggots in it. I went back inside to notify the staff, the lady who greeted me took the hotdog never apologized simply said “Oh God” staff member came to me and said “she wants to know if you want a replacement or a refund” I said refund. She said it will take a few days to go back on your card. No apology or thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have video and photos.

Quality of food was good, but overpriced. I specifically asked for no pork, and still picked it out of my food. Tables were not cleaned and the cook made rounds to check the tables for money left for the servers. My server was the best though! She seemed to be holding the whole place together with a smile and a great attitude.

First visit to this Granny's in three years. I selected one of two specials for the day. It was excellent! Service was great ! Our server was constantly present serving our group of 12. I anticipate going to a five after a couple more meals from the menu. But I recommend you give it a try.

Nice, small establishment with great customer service. Chicken and waffles very seasoned, nice and crispy. The price wasn’t too bad either for two meals. I would just recommend to learn how to make the has brown crispy when someone ask for crispy top on the hash browns . Definitely will return though!

Great local spot! Went for dinner on vacation. Service was top notch. Better than what I’ve gotten at fancy restaurants. Food was very good, came out very fast and hot. Portion sizes were bigger than average and the bill didn’t break the bank. We all left full and happy.

Went on a Sunday morning and surprisingly, we got seated right away as the breakfast crowd hadn't shown up yet. This is like all Cracker Barrels I've been to so I know what to expect. I got the build-your-own breakfast with eggs, sausage and plain hash browns. It's not too expensive for what you get. Service was fast and pleasant. It wasn't too noisy and we could actually talk without yelling. We got the check quickly so it was a quick turnaround on the table. We wandered around the store and by the time we left, the restaurant had a wait list.

I placed an order last night at 927pm. They close at 10pm. At 1002 pm the register attendant comes and says let me go and check in your order. At 1003 she comes out and says what exactly did you order? I showed her on my phone and she walked to the back again. At 1014. I finally get my food and and get back home. half of what I ordered wasn’t there. I was missing mashed potatoes, pinto beans and fried apples.

The service was very good, but the food was okay! I ordered Meatloaf, and it was dry, as was my chicken and dumplings. My son had a burger and he loved it that’s why I gave it a 3 stars.

This was the first time ever that I have been disappointed in the service at any Cracker Barrel. Not only did it take quite a while for our server to come to our table, but she put in the wrong order. When our food came, we could tell it wasn't the omelet we had ordered. She never came back by our table or brought the orange juice that we ordered. We were hungry and had a schedule to keep, so we ended up eating what had been served. It was some kind of Benedict, and it was good... it just wasn't what we ordered.

Glad to see this one hasn't been remodeled yet. Decent place to eat. The chicken on my husband's plate was cold and that'd where the 4 stars come from he didn't seem to mind and ate it. But I would have not enjoyed it myself. The new cinnamon rolls pecan flavor was delicious

Other than they stuck us in the back room we were freezing. Will be back but will refuse to sit in that area. Nephew had a coat on and he was shivering.

Best CB experience to date! It's been a tough day. My work vehicle crapped out on me and I had to call a friend to pick me up several hours away from home who broke down on the way to get me. We finally got on the road and were super hungry, and still covered in Greece from the repairs. We cleaned up and went in and sat down right away. Once we placed our order, the food was out fast! I FINALLY tried the camp fire beef and THAT was off the chain! My mind shot back to my childhood camping days and I savored every smokey bite! A few biscuits and some of that DE-licious apple butter and I was done. Sadie took wonderful care of us. She was super friendly, courteous and a pleasure to tip. She kept our cups full with a friendly smile and a quick step. Honestly the whole experience was just what we needed, And as an extra bonus I found out I had a bunch of points and got one of our meals for free! I didn't get her name, but the young lady who took my payment was just as friendly and as much a pleasure Thank you Sadie, cooks, and the whole team at Hickory CB! For making a nutty not so wonderful day into a much better nutty day! Our bellies are full and we feel we were treated very well! Love me some CB

When I tell you, this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in; in my life. The floor was caked in dirt, grime, I had to move away from the window because I saw ants and they were trailing onto the wooden chair I was sitting on. The salt was wet inside the shaker, the windows were oily and smudged. After a while me and my fiance got so uncomfortable we considered just leaving altogether. The food was fine for what it was, the fries were served cold, so I am not sure how long they had been prepared for. I ended up not finishing my food because it was giving me the ick so bad, I was scared of getting food poisoning when I don't have a lot of sick days at my job to take a risk like that. Overall avoid.

I've eaten here for years and it's my favorite breakfast spot. Today my guy ate with me, first time and he was really impressed! He absolutely loved his breakfast omelet burrito in sausage gravy. I opted for the build your own omelet w avocado instead of toast. Eric in the kitchen did a phenomenal job. Elijah was our server and he was so polite and helpful.

First time coming and it was okay, maybe we didn’t know what was good to order for breakfast here… I was invited out to this place but probably wouldn’t come on my own. Service was pretty slow plus we needed one of our orders fixed cause we asked for no tomato and the hash brown casserole had an overwhelming amount of onion, it ended up taking 30+ mins to get that order back. Not to mention a small hair that was under the side of my pancake which I couldn’t take a picture of because my boyfriend didn’t want to mention anything to anyone and just avoid the area the hair was in 😅 The bacon also had an odd brownish color to it which threw me off, the only thing you can’t go wrong with is a pancake 👍

Little family owned restaurant that is always a pleasure to be at. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and it’s a great little local spot. We were there on Mother’s Day and they were swamped. As a fellow restaurant owner we understand how difficult it can be to take care of customers on busy days let alone holidays. The two ladies running the front of house did a fantastic job! They communicated to everyone about the wait and to be patient but that they would take care of everyone. The kitchen staff busted their behinds to get food out as fast as possible. All in all they did a heck of a job. I’m happy to support this local spot!

I am ServSafe certified and have worked with food for almost 8 years. This was the most blatanly disgusting dining room Ive ever seen. The photos are just a small sample. There were ants crawling across the floor. Its the deep cleaning thats missing, you have to do more than just wiping tables and leaving them sticky. Im scared of what it looked like behind the counter. I can handle a messy room after a lunch rush but this is build-up not just a messy room. Service was almost non-existent.

Just had breakfast "special" here. I understand prices are high, and I'm willing to pay... BUT... you have no table service. You order at counter. They were out of coffee and had to change the pot before we got ours. It looks us 28 minutes to get our food. It was not hot. I got 2 slices of bacon. My husband got 3 on the exact same order. We got biscuits that had zero taste and had to go back up and ask for jam. I am posting a photo which may look delicious...trust me, it wasn't. Over 30.00 and I left a lot of it on my plate. 2 trips in one, first and last. Not one person asked if our food was okay.

Today was my first time here and I have to say it was not a let down. The service was very good. The ladies up front were very helpful. The menu is exciting and has specials. My wife has been a patron here for 20 years. She loves it. When we got our food it was delicious! It’s very nice inside too. Local art covers the walls and it can be purchase. Support the locals!! They have outdoor seating as well. I am very eager to have breakfast here too. I would have posted a 5 star review if it was a little cleaner. There was some tables dirty from previous patrons and I didn’t notice the ladies making it a priority to get them clean for other customers. Not a big deal tho. I review a lot of places and a few dirty tables don’t deter me. It kinda reflects on management. When we left, they were still dirty. I honestly highly recommend this place. I can wait to go back. Coffee is amazing too!!

Everyone was outside smoking when we pulled in. Our server was great. She kept drinks and coffee supplies coming. The mexican tres leches pancakes were awesome, but the tips tasted funny.

We visited IHOP in Hickory and left disappointed. My husband asked for crispy hash browns but was served soggy, undercooked potatoes (see photos). I ordered the seasonal pumpkin-spice pancakes pictured on the menu, but what we received lacked pumpkin flavor and was basically inedible. I gave constructive feedback to our waiter and later spoke with the new manager, who was receptive and said changes are coming — especially in the kitchen. This used to be one of our favorite spots, and I hate to see the quality slipping. I’m hopeful the new management will restore consistency. I’ll update this review after we return. To make a long story short, i pulled up and there were 3-4 guys outside laughing and playing at the back of the store. 3 more workers came out to smoke and talk, mind you i’m sitting in the curbside reserved spot for 20-30 minutes now and still nothing. I called the restaurant 5 times and it hung up every single time. And all of these workers saw me sitting here. Someone came out and i asked about my order and she said “we’re working on it” obviously not if i see you back here beating a pack of newports? This ihop is disgraceful and y’all need to do better. Oh yeah i’ve been sitting here for an hour now and still nothing… so update, i go in and get my food and it’s been sitting on the counter the whole time. The lady goes “oh it’s right here” mind you this is the bs they gave me. The manager did come and apologize so that was the only plus but best believe i won’t be coming back here EVER

I believe that they have changed something. I don't know if it's the cook or food distributor. We absolutely love the Colorado Omelets, although their taste was off this time, and we both felt nauseated later. Our waitress was nice, but she wasn't on it. You had to ask for the salsa that was supposed to come with it, and you had to ask for a refill even with the empty cups sitting near the edge. We still tipped nicely, thought that maybe she was new and would get better with time.

I’m only giving this place a 3 star mostly for the service and communication of wait staff. The food was horrible. The cheese in my breakfast burrito wasn’t melted all the way, eggs looked like they were cooked in grease from sausage and they didn’t have sour cream. The pancakes that came with my meal were furthest thing from fluffy and one was almost burnt. I definitely can make better pancakes at home! The funny face for my daughter was just the whipped cream eyes/mouth. It didn’t have the two cherries on the eyes or chocolate chips on the mouth and no nose. I paid $7.29 for that pancake and apple sauce cup, I kind of expect it to look as pictured on the menu. It just seems like they did everything they could to cut corners on the food because of being short staffed. With all the being said, I could hear the staff communicate so wonderful to get people moved through as fast as possible even though, wait time was 45 mins. Every staff member I interacted with had a smile on their face!

Waitress was very nice but the kitchen was a disorganized mess. Saw at least 5 people in the kitchen and food still took half an hour. It was a busy time of day but I have been in other Ihop locations with less staff during very busy times and gotten much faster service. Looks like they need a skilled kitchen manager. Won't come again.

Way too slow. Food was good. The service was pretty good and they were really nice, but it seems badly managed, probably from Corporate’s side. Should either improve or close down. IHOP doesnt know how to manage a franchise and it clearly shows. Go somewhere else

Great place for a Sunday meal after church. Wide variety on the menu, surely something for anyone to be found. The Parkway sampler is a fantastic appetizer, and I liked the country fried steak. The gravy wasn't quite as peppery as I personally like it, but I understand why, I like a lot of pepper. Dessert selections all look amazing.

One of the best breakfast spots I have been to; finally had lunch there on New Year’s Day! I appreciate that the entrees are not covered in salt and the vegetables taste like vegetables, not just like I’m eating a slab of fatty meat. Service is always friendly and prompt, clean dining area and restrooms. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the fried porkchop was cooked too hard and was tough; lots of batter, but the meat inside was thin as paper. We let the waitress know and told her it was not her fault, still tipped her accordingly and paid the full bill🤩.

Renee was an excellent waitress. The tea was great turkey and dressing was very good. I only wish the reuben had a little more meat and been sliced a little thinner. Overall excellent experience and we will be back

Lovely family-run Greek restaurant with a warm atmosphere and a great variety of food choices. The lasagna was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly baked. A wonderful spot for a cozy meal with loved ones! Lots of ice cream options for dessert.

This Parkway House Restaurant was wonderful! There was a very sweet young lady that greeted us and held the door for us when we walked into the restaurant. Our waitress, Renee made suggestions that were spot on and continued to check on us. The food was as delicious as the pictures look! The prices were excellent, we brought home food for lunch today! 😁👍👍❤️

My family and I travel quite a bit and when we are in NC we always go to Parkway House for dinner. The food is really good. My son absolutely loves the Reuben and my husband and I get the fried chicken. You really can’t go wrong with any choice you make.

We stopped here on our way to Lake Lure (near Asheville) from Raleigh and it was a great pit stop. Tons of seating inside. Reasonable prices and the food is good! My kids love the spaghetti and chicken fingers/fries. I had a delicious burger and my husband got the country style steak over rice. The server was great. They had ice cream next door too (my kids desperately wanted but we didn’t get it! It was Hersheys.)

Smaller but super cute place. Staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Food was good. Crispy French toast super yummy, eggs and bacon cooked perfectly. Attentive waitress was fabulous!

My mama raised me to appreciate Southern dive restaurants. Hart & Soul is everything she would have loved, and taught me to love. Homemade potatoes,. every one. Biscuits cut and griddled. This Bob Evans is nice and clean. It always feels crowded in the waiting area, then you get a table and see a bunch of tables open. Maybe they were short on servers at the time i was there. The food was pretty good. The bacon was way under cooked. I ate one piece and brought two home so i could cook them to my liking. The biscuits were ok.. it seems they changed their recipe from what i remembered. It tasted very floury. The gravy was good. The pancake was the best. The coffee was good. My server Rachel was very good. She took care of two big tables as well as other tables with two and four customers at each plus my one single table. It's been a while since I've eaten at Bob's. I think it might be a while longer before i go back. The prices are really high for what you get. It was $23 dollars by myself. Go try it out. Enjoy😋

Came in today after church. Got a table as soon as I walked in, no wait. Our server, Angela, was fast and friendly. She checked on us multiple times. I ordered the pot roast. It was excellent. Desserts were offered and looked great but I was stuffed! We will be returning soon to eat again and maybe even try some pie!

I was just there, ordered chicken tenders meal, came with fries. The food was barely warm. Chicken was so dried out. I had to keep sipping soda,to make it go down. There is no excuse for this. No, I won't be back to eat there. It's still as I remembered it, from 35 years ago. Nothing changed.

My wife and I used to eat here once or twice a week. We drive 40 minutes one way because we love the food. We have reduced our visits to once a month, maybe twice because the wait times have been terrible. A few times a cook didn't show up and the managers are cooking to keeps things going. Running out of food is another issue. We come here early to beat the rush and it's not packed when we get here yet we still wait. I understand employee issues but this has gone on for months. Of course Chick-fil-A is a staple of any medium till large city or town. So without saying, we all know that their customer service is pretty good and their chicken is addictive. Ive never also been completely disappointed But it's cool to keep it that way. The one time I had an issue with one of their food products, their manager supplied me with a replacement of better quality and nutrition texture and girth right away. Yeah I'll do it again.

Well in the last 2-3 months I feel like this location is having issues all around. My co-worker and I have had problems 3 times from this location ranging from non-existence food in the bag that was ordered, fried nuggets instead of grilled, forgetting milkshakes and lids not being on drinks so they spill all over you as well as not being prepared with drinks in drink trays. Long wait times when ordering through the app and going through the drive-thru which is supposed to be easier I feel like and just overall lack luster process. I don't know what the issue is however something needs to change. This location used to be the best however not recently. I went to the Viewmont location last night 9/25/25 and everything was hot, perfect, and service was superior. I've also been to the the location in the mall recently and the same, food was great and service as well. My co-worker and I have been told we can come back to get our free meals however why would we want to return to a location where the process is subpar? So with that said, I really hope someone sees this from this location and tries to execute the process more efficiently.

Do not recommend the breakfast they have messed up my order the past several times I should have Learned my lesson but this morning I stoped for breakfast and got my order and got to work and went to eat and found hair in my food absolutely disgusting their kitchen staff should be wearing hair nets but obviously don’t I called and asked for a refund and they told me no they don’t do refunds will not be back

This place has gone downhill fast. Everytime I pick-up there now something from my order is missing, as prices only go up and quality only goes down. Most recently I placed an order for 2 kids meals and a meal for myself. Handed the order without my drink after waiting 10 min. Get my drink put kids and car and the kids are saying they didn’t get their ice cream. Had to unbuckle kids again go back in get ice cream. We get home….. none of the sauces or kids drink is even in there. So now my kids are upset they have no juice to drink. Fun. It seems as if Nobody was paying any attention and the employees at chick fil a no longer care. It’s just not what it used to be….. edit: food was extremely mid as well. I could’ve spent less anywhere else and gotten better food. Look at most recent reviews, corporate leadership will know about this location.

This chick fil a is great. 90% of the time I go through the drive thru, and it is always super speedy. Occasionally there will be a drive thru worker who seems less than enthusiastic about being there, and shows it to customers, which I'm not a huge fan of, but I get it. I have only one complaint about this location: THE PARKING LOT. The parking lot here is absolutely horrible. The exit traffic and drive thru traffic go in the same direction and intersect at the most pedestrian heavy section of the parking lot. They could make it a lot better. Granted, they'd most likely have to shut down for a few days at least to fix it, but I would say it's worth it because that portion of the parking lot is so dangerous. When you're going around the building to enter the drive through line, you have to watch out for people leaving the drive through and not paying attention, as well as pedestrians, and often, children crossing the lot to get to cars.

Placed an order right at 6:30 on the way to work. Got there at 6:34. Waited until 6:50 for 5 biscuits. 8 people got their orders before mine. And it wasn't as busy as it normally is. Then they came out rude whenever they handed it off. Normally I don't have issues at this location but today was ridiculous

Love Chick-fil-A but this is the closest location to my job which is about a 15 min drive there and back. The last three times I’ve went my order had been incorrect. On the receipt it’s what I ordered but the food in the bag is someone else’s or something. I get I should check as well but I think ultimately it is their job to get the correct order out.

Food quality was poor. Hand-breaded tenders were severely dried out. Meatloaf was drowned in ketchup. Steak was on the edge of too done, but sneaked by as edible. Taco meat was anything but Hispanic. Vanilla ice milk was beige and didn't want to come out of the machine. Pinto beans were good. Rolls good. The chocolate cake was dry, even though it looked moist. 🤔 Ribs sauced right but overcooked. Mashed potatoes were good, but they had 2 brown gravies and no white.🤔 Pico was very good. The salad bar looked good. Sesame chicken didn't taste like Sesame chicken. Pizza looked very unappealing. I tried to sample a little bit of the most popular items, but my appetite quickly receded. The fried chicken was good. Overall the food quality was 1 star. Service was nice and friendly and the atmosphere was buffet-typical Food quality needs to increase greatly or I fear that this Golden Corral will close down like so many others have.

Waitress never cleared any plates. She stood by talking with staff stairing at us? No one behind the food speaks any english. The manager an indian man did nothing when I told him the waitress never came by to clear plates. The food was absolutely horrible. I use to work here 25 years ago and it was amazing!! Its so sad to see this place go down like this. First time in my life I have ever walked out of this restaurant without tipping. Its not a hard job just take the 6 plates off the table! Earn the tip or you get nothing! Do better!

I normally come with a large group of family of 20 people to celebrate birthday's. There are a variety of foods to eat for everyone and for any mood. There is always a private area for us to dine, food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff are friendly and attentive to us. My family enjoys eating here every time we come whether on a weekday or weekend.

We were welcomed by a very nice Manager who told us where we could find everything. Jaelyn was an exceptional waitress, and very attentive. For as busy as it was on a Sunday afternoon, everyone worked like a well oiled machine to keep things stocked and clean. I really enjoyed the ham, mashed potatoes and brown gravy and the delicious rolls. My husband had the steak, it was very tough and gristly. We wanted to enjoy dessert, but other than the brownie, we only took a couple bites of the carrot cake, and pie. We will be back to try the breakfast.

Best Golden Corral I've ever eaten at! Food was fantastic and fresh! The place was very clean, Drew was our waiter and kept our table clean and glasses filled! Not far out I-40 either! Highly recommended!

One of our "go to" places when hungry. So many good choices on the buffet so anyone could find something to eat that fits their diet and suits their taste. The salad bar is great with many fresh offerings. I have attended many meetings there in an enclosed area that can be reserved.

I do appreciate what this restaurant did for the veterans today. Giving them a wonderful meal and the respect shown by the staff and the DAV members. Thank you so much!

I ordered delivery and highly disappointed in the freshness of the ingredients I got in my salad. I could barely eat it, the greens were old and mushy and disgusting. I can’t believe they would even sell it like this. Panera is too expensive to be getting old nasty greens in my salad.

Not a very good experience. I frequent Panera often and this was a disappointment. I got a Teriyaki Chicken and broccoli bowl, with a green tea. The place was not very clean and the food was average not asked what side. I hope this is not a reoccurring issue.

I ordered a baja chicken bowl. The baja chicken I received looked nothing like the advertised pic. No tomatos, beans or corn. It was a half bowl of creamy rice, avocado and very little chicken. Will not eat their again. Was not worth 2 meals for $30.

This is the second time I have ordered delivery from this location and the order has been incorrect. I ordered a spinach and bacon soufflé and received a spinach and artichoke soufflé *both* times. I love wasting my money when people don’t know the different between artichoke and bacon. Thanks Panera. At least it seems soups are earlier to identify than soufflés (thank goodness).

We had a terrible experience here. We had a messed up core of an apple, orders were taken incorrectly, and there was a weird thing in tomato soup. We spent too much money for our service and food to be that terrible. Tables were gross and not being bussed. Employees need to step it up.

1st time at this panera and probably last. Food was ready quickly and people were nice enough, but the bread used for my sandwich was old and crumbly. The soup, which I get every time I eat at panera, was old and burnt. I would usually say something or ask them to remake it but I was in a hurry. I’ve lived in Hickory for two years, and every single time I visit this Panera Bread, there’s some kind of issue. I honestly don’t know why I keep torturing myself — maybe it’s the lack of decent breakfast options in the area. My coworkers joke that Panera is basically hospital food, and while I don’t totally disagree, I think the food is fine for what it is. The real problem? The service. The drive-through is painfully slow. I’ve waited 15–20 minutes for a simple order, only to get to the window and find that they’ve forgotten one of the two items I ordered. I’ve tried ordering ahead online, hoping that would streamline the process… it doesn’t. They’re still slow, disorganized, and seem overwhelmed no matter how light the traffic is. I’ve gone inside a few times thinking it might be better. It wasn’t… the dining area was a mess and didn’t feel clean. Despite all this, I keep giving them another shot, thinking maybe they’ve hired new staff or finally figured out the operations. But no — it’s always the same disappointment. The food? Decent enough. The service? A recurring disaster. The management? Needs a serious wake-up call. If you’re going to keep that drive-thru open, it needs to actually function like a drive-thru… fast, accurate, and efficient. Right now, it’s anything but.

I had a great experience this morning at Panera. I called in my order the night before and picked it up this morning. The store was pretty busy when I got there. Destiny was waiting on a couple that seemed to be giving her a hard time. She happily grabbed my order and I left. When I got home I noticed it was not my order. I called spoke to Destiny, and was told to come back. Destiny corrected my order, double checked it, smiling and kind, and I was on my way. She even apologized for me having to drive back. More people should be as kind and serving as Destiny even in the face of dealing with customers who are difficult. She kept her cool, kindness and smile. Kuddos to her. Management needs to pat her on the back.

How? Do you have a customer wait for 15mins to then tell them what they ordered you are out of? 🤣 I know it’s not rocket science to run a drive through. I get things happen, but no where in the 15 mins did you figure that out? Or how about the added 5 to build the COLD cut sandwich I got instead. Come on you’re already over priced, at least be quick. Does this place even have a manager? Or want business?

Most disgusting dirty Panera Bread. Short changing customers. When we checked out and paid cash, the cashier said here is $8.15. I don't have any penny's. The proper change should have been $8.17. I spoke with the manager and it appeared she was having a hard time deciphering that she was short changing customers because they did not have change in the cashier drawer. I told her you do not shortchange customers you give them them an overage. If this is Panera Bread's corporate policy then perhaps the local district attorney should be contacted. It is not about a few pennies but simply the principle of the matter. Take a look at these pictures and see how nasty and dirty this panera bread is. My wife went to the bathroom and found what you'll see in the picture and advised the employees. I gave the little girl employee $20 because I saw that she was sent back to clean this nasty female toilet. Crumbs on all of the tables. Spill drinks on the counters simply disgusting. Simply bewildered! As an owner of 3 small businesses to include a non profit, these employees and management would not be tolerated not one more day. Total loss of confidence to eat at Panera Bread. Panera Bread's new company name, "Pathetic Bread."

Went to Panera Bread last weekend in Hickory and there was nobody to initially take our order. When we did order I ordered the Caprese sandwich which is usually good. They were out of Arugula, which is a main component of the sandwich. They were also out of French bread which is offered in the choice of 2. They subbed potato chips. Disappointing. Also, the agave lemonade had barely any in the container.

Went there today to get a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and espresso… got handed a drink with a little caramel on top. I hand it back and explain my ticket says it was supposed to be the crunch with extra caramel. They pour regular caramel on top and hand it back to me. At that point I just left. The espresso is burnt and obviously not what I ordered. The drink doesn’t taste of caramel at all either. I will not be back to this location. Waste of money and time.

Stopped in for my favorite egg bites and a pumpkin cream cold brew. I used by mobile app so it was ready when I arrived, and I decided to dine in. They were busy and really moving. Staff was friendly and my order was fast, correct, and yummy.

I would have given it a four to five stars but the bathrooms really need attention. The metal divider saws are all rusty. It just needs a slight remodel. Clean the grout and get new stall dividers that aren't rusty

A lot of homeless in this location specially hanging in front of the store. I feel bad for these people but paid patrons need to sit down and have their drink and their food went out homeless being in the facility. Note that their water pressure does not work so a lot of the drinks. If you get a hot drink, it’s not gonna be so much hot.

We came inside to order our food and coffee since the drive thru was wrapped around the building. We thought it would be faster. But we waited over 30 minutes to get what we ordered causing us to be late to church. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks we have EVER been to with the workers showing absolutely NO sense of urgency! I would NOT recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

So frustrated with Starbucks everywhere that completely prioritize dive thru and all but ignore people dumb enough to come out of their cars to order inside. Walked in. Neither of the 2 staff acknowledged me. Left me standing at the register unacknowledged for 2 minutes while working on drive thru. I gave up and walked out to their snarky have a great day. I give up on Starbucks. Store customers are ignored or placed back of line. It just sucks as experience now.

Disclaimer, they might have great food, however, I didn't eat there. I just got coffee and drinks in the drive through. The service has always been very friendly here and the white chocolate mocha is delicious!

We doordashed Starbucks one time and ordered four sirachas, and they didn't include any, we ordered 24 this time and they included a whole pack with a cute note that said sriracha, lots of siracha! We love the Starbucks siracha and it was his birthday, it was a great birthday gift, thank you Starbucks!

Been to a few First Watch restaurants. This one did not disappoint. Food was tasty. Waiter was super friendly. Offered great suggestions like the smoked salmon frittata, my husband loved. The atmosphere was nice. Bathrooms were clean.

💯 5 Star!! If you haven't tried this place, YOU SHOULD! The food is excellent in quality, preparation, and taste. More than I could eat! The service was excellent! The coffee (project sunrise) was fantastic. The decor was really nice. I especially appreciate the ability to pay with my phone! No app required, just scan the QR code and click a few times. You are going to pay a little more but if the things I've mentioned here mean as much to you as they do to me, I think you'll find it to be worth it. I will be back!!

Me and my kids love this restaurant. The people are very nice and attentive. A lady from the back came out and talked to my 10 year old son to Ask how he liked his Floridian French Toast that she decorated with fruit. She also gave him a Halloween sticker. He was so happy. Thank you for making our experience even better!

The service and ambience are really nice here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their attitudes were great, and it was pleasant to be there. They have inside and outside seating. Overall cool vibe of and similar to other restaurants in the area (Tap Room, Hickory Station, Backstreet and Hickory Tavern). The only issue I had was with the food. My fish tacos were extra salty and the side was cold. My son's pizza was okay but nothing special. Lastly, my daughter's salmon dish was decent but a little pricey. Really expected this would be good especially with other great reviews. Maybe I need to try something else next time.

First time visiting…and on a Saturday evening. How I have lived here so long and not visited here is puzzling. This is indeed a great local spot! A full service restaurant with an attached whiskey bar—something for everyone. Families, couples and singles are all enjoying the food and presumably the live music. Outdoor seating is welcoming. Ah…the music. Not my favorite on this night. The first guy sounded like a man trying to belt out covers after having a bad prostate exam. The second act sounded like a goat impersonating a chicken. Whatever. The food and service was outstanding and the place is kept impeccably clean. The menu is well balanced with creative features and signature sandwiches and pizza. Love it! I had their Bourbon Bacon Burger—and will be back for another. I paired mine with fresh fruit, which they offer as one of their sides. Overall it’s a unique space and taste that offers great food and beverages with broad appeal. You should check it out.

This place from the outside doesn't look like much, it is an old place where locals enjoy a drink and a meal. We had breakfast and oh my! It was good! They have a lots of options to select from. I went for an omelette and even though it didn't look very appealing it was delicious, my sweet potatoes were spectacular and the diping sauce was extraordinary. Everything on the plate make sense and they all worked together to make my palate savor every single bite! Their sourdough was so, so good. But so little, it was a very thin slice cut in half. I wish I could have had a whole slice. It seemeed to be a slice on bread sliced in the middle and then cut in half like a triangle to make it look like a whole slice, but it was only a half of a slice. Not sure why to take to much trouble instead of just giving you a whole slice of bread, although it was delicious!. Their pancakes were so fluffy and good, their waffles were good too and the fried chicken was moist. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely come back here and I can honestly recommend this place to anyone. About the servers and hostes they greeted us right away designated a table and the server came shortly after, she explain the menu and make some recommendations, the food didn't take too long to come out. I feel like our server didn't check on us after our food arrived. I wanted some more water but she never came back, we asked for the billed and took a very long time to get it. I ended up looking for the hostess to ask for another cup of water since there was no one else on sight. I don't know where all the servers went but there were mia. Despite this I will gladly go back because the food is awesome!

Everything was great! Gabby was very attentive, especially for a busy Friday night. I got the Korean Chicken Sandi with the sauce on the side because I was concerned it might be too spicy but the combination of sweet with the spicy was perfect! The Ribeye steak dinner was “the best steak” he’s had in Hickory! Mid rare and tender and full of flavor, not to mention the Brussels being cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back! We were sat right in front of the live music so it was a little louder than we prefer. The beignets made up for it though! So delicious!

Carrie B was amazing with myself and my two boys. She was so hospitable. The food was good and came in a timely manner. The bourbon burger is great, and the kids menu has a nice selection. Good choices on draft beer as well. That’s huge for people like ourselves who aren’t local. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner with my fiancée tonight. Our server, Carrie, is very warm and welcoming. She is very easy to talk with. Carrie is very attentive with our drinks and checking on our food and us. Definitely will come back again and again. I hope to see Carrie in the future! We shared the nascar fries which were very good. I ordered the “Wilbur on the date” pizza and modified it and subbed the bacon with prosciutto, and the blue cheese with chèvre. It was delicious!!!!

We absolutely loved this restaurant! 🍕 The pizza was amazing – thin crust, plenty of toppings, and so much flavor. The appetizers were hot and crispy, and the tomato soup was a real standout – rich, flavorful, and comforting. A big shout-out to our server Carrie – she was attentive, friendly, and had such a warm smile. She truly made our evening even better! We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends. Fantastic food and top-notch service!

Came here on my birthday today cause I was in the mood for a frappe with Oreos & caramel drizzle which we get quite often from here & normally they’re pretty good. But tonight it was awful. Sent the fries back & asked for fresh ones, they got an attitude when we done that “it’ll be a few minutes, just pull to the next window” wasn’t even 1 minute & we got handed another fry , barely warm. Sent it back again the lady didn’t even let us finish our sentence & said sure & walked off. Pretty sure they gave us the same fries back a 3rd time. Can’t even eat them because they’re cold. Asked for them fresh on 2 separate occasions still was not fresh. Finally after 5-6 mins go by we got our frappes & she said that she tried her best & wanted to get them perfect but one of them wasn’t even full. I was gonna ask for a refund on all my stuff but she ran away from the window before we could say anything & the line was too long to go back through. I am a general manager at a fast food restaurant & if I had employees that did this to customers & had attitudes when politely asked to fix something they would not work there. Like I said we come here multiple times a week for frappes & it just had to be on my birthday that we had this horrible experience. Highly disappointed :(

I recently tried the Brand-New McCrispy Strips, and I have to say I was highly disappointed. To me, they compare to an oversized chicken McNugget. Same breading and the same taste. These are not like the chicken strips from years past, where the breading was crispy and had a good crunch. And the new creamy chili sauce was overly spicy and fell flat with the "strips". So, my recommendation is to skip the new item and stick with your McDonald's usual.

Tammy and Pedro are the best Duo when it comes to effective customer service with a great attitude. They both go over and beyond in customer service. I hope both of them are getting paid very well for how much they care! I appreciate Pedro and Tammy both for helping me out and explaining to me the reward system on the app, and be impatient and kind. They deserve recognition and a reward with how well they serve me and my community everyday.

I expect my food to be put together and not slid off in the box and almost sideways, especially spending almost 20 dollars. None of my lettuce is actually on the sandwich. Update i went back and had it remade and apparently the first one didnt have bacon and it comes with bacon, but the remade sandwich still had all the lettuce in the box and not on the sandwich. Do yall not know how to make a sandwich? And the first one had a decent looking chicken, the new one has an old looking burnt one. Don't go to this McDonald's or any of them.

My wife and I used to go here every night, and would receive excellent service and good food. But for the last month or so, the new managers who work late at night haven't been that good. After we found out the store was open 24/7 we stopped by around 2 AM, and while ordering, we heard loud music and were rushed off. Ever since Alisa stopped working late consistently, service hasn't been the same.

They literally make you sit in line for 20 minutes just to callously tell you oh well, your order got cancelled. Like okay? Really? Your shitty service made me ten minutes past the 10:30 and now I waited for nothing? That’s fine. I will never come back.

If this had been years ago I would have thrown it at her. 🤣 m writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experiences at the McDonald's located at 170 Hwy 321 Hickory. On my last three visits, I have encountered the same drive-thru attendant, who has consistently claimed that I did not order specific items. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I have found that I had, in fact, paid for these items. Never received items. Today's incident was particularly troubling, as the attendant handed me my order and shut the window, only to reopen it and remain silent when I pointed to the happy meal. When I clarified my order, told.her she only gave him the carmel frappe to go with his happy meal. she shook her head no, which is the same response she gave me on the last two visits. I am aware that she is capable of speaking, as she asked me about my burger order. The manager's intervention was necessary, and she acknowledged that I had indeed ordered the Happy Meal after reviewing my receipt. However, I was disappointed that she didn't care of how there attendant treated me the last two times.

My husband got the Nashville popcorn chicken, he got about 5 good-sized chicken, and the rest were basically crumbs. . . That's about the only problem because the service wasn't bad and the rest of the food was fine.

Awesome, I had double smashed burger and my wife had single burger both with fries. The fries were hot and both burgers were fresh and good. I asked about the antenna balls that looked like Jack but had none. The lady manager was so nice , she gave me 4 jack air fresheners and a Jack ornament. Outstanding. Great food at an excellent price and such friendly folks. Love it!!

Three strikes you are out guys! How hard is it to make A bacon cheeseburger, no ketchup add lettuce and tomato. So that’s what I ordered last Monday and it had ketchup. So Tuesday when I ordered the same thing I stressed I didn’t want ketchup. As the picture shows, I got no burger. I’m sorry, sir. I would like the burger to go with my cheese burger. Then I said I’ll give it a little bit of time and didn’t go back until Saturday. Somehow, I wound up with pickles and onions on my burger. I only took one back because I wasn’t even apologized to and stood for 10 minutes at the counter before someone even acknowledge me. So no reason to say anything about the others. Guess I won’t be coming back to this location. Can’t seem to get the order correct.

The food was pretty good. Manuel was so kind and very helpful. He always had a smile on his face ready to help customers. He deserves a raise! Thank you for making our triple easier. God bless 🙏

Well, this McDonalds was unique. Parking lot is designed terribly! Not for traffic certainly. What kind of terribly cheap Manager doesn’t allow napkins to be in the main dining room, only to be doled out by the staff - a real WTH!??!?? That’s being CHEAP! My drinks were a mess with overflow on the lids that weren’t wiped off - ya don’t serve drinks sloppily like that, wipe em off!! Other than that the food was fine, no complaints. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly but slow to cook my no salt fries and I waited 10 minutes from ordering. Who am I? I’m a level 10 reviewer with over 114 Million views to my reviews. I don't know how they can mess up a simple biscuits. Sausage egg and cheese sub folded egg for round egg. Is that what I get heck no I get a double egg and cheese biscuits no Sausage.

Disappointed by the Customer Service I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s on Highway 70 recently, and while the food was fine, the customer service was really lacking. When we pulled up to the window, the employee didn’t greet us, say hello, or acknowledge us at all. He handed the food over pretty abruptly and had what I can only describe as RBF the entire time. Not a single word. No “hi,” “thank you,” or even a “have a nice day.” I even mentioned to the employee that a simple “have a nice day” would have been nice, and all I received in return was a head nod, which made it clear the point went right over his head. I understand that fast food can be a stressful job and everyone has off days, but basic courtesy goes a long way. My husband also mentioned he’s dealt with the same attitude from this employee before, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time issue. A simple greeting or “thanks” really makes a difference in a customer’s experience. Hopefully, management can remind their team how important those small interactions are.

My friend took 30 kids from Kids' Camp from St. Peter's Lutheran on Wednesday. There were so many compliments about their visit. Manager Omar and staff were kind and had great attitudes during the entire visit. The adults couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you so much for making the visit special.

The food is, well, McDonald's food. What differentiates one from another, other than price lol, is service. At this location, most of the employees are cordial. But there's been a couple times my QP with cheese has been way undercooked. But the major qualm I have with this location, is my coffee. Every time I order my coffee it is completely wrong. I order a Caramel Macchiato, hot, add whip cream and chocolate drizzle. Easy enough. And it's clearly stated on the receipt. Yet 95% of the time, they give me an iced Caramel Macchiato, with whip cream and chocolate drizzle. I don't drink iced coffee. Furthermore, I order on the mobile app most of the time, so my name is attached to the order. I figured at some point they would notice the name with the same coffee order every day, and it would work itself out. I am sad to report, that is NOT the case. It seems my confidence in mankind's common sense, was ill placed. I know it's just a coffee, but for me, it's a reminder of how the world is changing for the worst, one McDonald's order at a time.

I come through the drive-thru 4 to 5 times per week. Even during peak traffic the staff is usually friendly, which reflects well on both their upbringing as well as their employer. Today however, the young female manager on-duty was immature, unprofessional and downright rude. Her behavior was that of a spoiled child who hasn't developed the appropriate social skills expected for someone of her age. Talking trash about a customer in a loud voice, knowing that the customer can hear her little tirade, is about as far from how a member of management should act as can be achieved. That is not something to be emulated by her coworkers nor tolerated by her supervisor/s. Any frustrations or deficiencies in the restaurant should not be taken out on the people paying her wages/salary.

This McDonald's has gone way downhill recently for dinner. My last 3 dinner orders have been wrong and cold. I used to eat here 3 times a week. Never again. There is a young man working there now that uses profanity constantly! This used to be such a great place. I will say the breakfast was still good last time I was there only because it's a different crew and manager.

Biscuits were frozen so they wouldn't throw one on the grill. - Lack of Food Preparation. As a former WH Employee, you should have plenty of biscuits dethawed for the day. Management is slacking. If you intend to have a biscuit, I recommend going to a different store. Will not be giving a single store a 4 or 5 star review until they discontinue the additional .50c per egg. Other restaurant chains are already calling out WH for scamming people on eggs. This egg shortage is fake in most areas Bacon was near raw. I ordered burnt. Eggs were not well done as ordered, instead, they were cooked lightly. Hashbrowns are burnt - Specifically ordered not burnt. Worst service I've ever been provided at a WH. Bacon is currently on grill at the time of this photo. Silverware are dirty. Overall: Bacon came out terrible. No biscuits. Eggs not cooked completely. Hashbrowns burnt. Management is awful - food prep not conpleted for the day, (1:30pm). Food prep should be completed in the menu to cover the entire shift. Then prepare other needs for 2nd and 3rd shifts. 18.25 including $5 tip for hashbrowns, waffle, and eggs. Very expensive garbage.

The food here is usually pretty great. We love coming here. The service is always phenomenal!

A few handicapped parking spaces with easy Van/Ramp access. Beau is an awesome waiter, very polite and friendly, excellent with keeping things topped off and checking to make sure we didn't need anything. Food was okay for a quick greasy meal after drinking a few cocktails at the local bar. Atmosphere isnt very friendly unless there is a happy or "party" crowd in. Even the employees are pretty stiff snd rigid in their actions and mannerisms. I had the Texas Chicken Bacon Melt Plate, and again. It was adequate. Hashbrowns were almost burnt. Waffle was back and hard as a brick. The soda didn't taste great either, its almost like the bib pines need to be flushed and the filters need to be cleaned.. Over all, i'd give the place a 7/10.

Came here on a Saturday morning by around 11 for a quick bite with friends. They were hopping!! But they sat us within 5 minutes and the whole team was friendly and helpful. Mercedes was our server and was great! Stella had great conversation with us while washing dishes and always had a smile on her face no matter if she was working with coworkers or customers. Jacob and Ren were quick to help grab us silverware and butter while our server was busy. The entire team seemed to enjoy working together. Would come here again.

No idea how the food tastes. After waiting for 15 minutes for a table to be clean (all tables dirty with customers eating at the rest) we ask if we just need to pick a table to clean. Staff on duty informs our party of 5 that they are only doing carry out. Why would all 5 of our party come in to pick up a to go order and why was this not questioned when we first come in? 0/10 for poor communication and lack of courtesy for customers. Have never experienced this before at any waffle house of all hours of the night.

Explain to me how this place says 24/7.. two police officers show up and the doors are locked but yet people were inside eating.. keyword 24/7.. the lady just looks at us.. don't advertise 24/7 when we were on the road at midnight and looking for a place to eat for the doors to be locked. When you see law enforcement in uniform and they come to your place of business to eat.. BECAUSE it's advertised 24/7.. you should open the doors.

Honestly was the worst time I’ve ever gone. Been here plenty of times to a point where I thought I knew what to expect. Came in there were “open” tables but none clean. Was told to seat my self so me and my girl did and then were told a few minutes later not to sit where we were sitting. Moved seats NBD. Then after 6-7 minutes finally was asked what to drink and then came back no drinks and asked if we were ready to order so we did. Half the food finally came still no coffee or silverware but kept bringing us food. After about 5 minutes of my food sitting infront of me getting cold and still no coffee we just left. To which the server didn’t seem to care or even know why. All I know is the manager kept complaining she only had 3 servers and I’m looking at the 7 tables they have in there wondering what the issue was. If you need more staff hire more. If you need better staff pay more. It’s not rocket science.

Finding this place was a Gold Mine! I got the Farmer's Bowl, and added sausage gravy. The strawberry jam with toast on the side was delicious, as was the bowl itself! Great amount of food for the price, too! Would absolutely recommend. Service was friendly and didn't wait too long, either.

Everything we order is always great! My particular favorite is the BLT wrap, and the sweet potato fries are yummy! We drive from Mt View to eat there. The ladies that work there are always so friendly and do a great job.

I'll soon be new to the area, so I took the long way to the new apartment and found this spot next to a convenience store. Definitely a local spot where they knew their customers. Solid, basic menu with some specials tossed in. My choice of the day was the farmers bowl/scramble with sausage as the protein. Never an empty coffee cup until I had to tap the brakes. Will certainly be on the list of places when I'm local to the area.

I went there to get something for breakfast Food was okay. However, I have particular taste and if you screw up one thing on my order. You're not gonna get a good review for me basically. They screwed up two things. I'm not gonna go in to the details. Two Breakfast sandwiches, and they mess both of them up. I'm gonna give them another shot, and I may change my review, but if they screw up anything of my order again it's gonna be a negative review.

The food was great!! I am not a real fan of grits. I usually eat a few spoonfuls and I'm done but these were amazing! The first time I've ever finished a whole bowl. Let's talk about the pancake. Huge! The healthy size ball of butter in the middle was a perfect combination with the plate size pancake. The coffee was a little on the bitter side but otherwise, perfection.

Just stopped to get some donuts after running some errands, there were a grand total of seven donuts in their cabinet. It's 5:20 they don't close until 8:00. I was told that weren't making any more when I asked if thats all they had. Closer to end of day I would understand.

Went to place an order, coffee, sandwiches, donuts and was told they don’t accept $50 bills. Last I knew, a $50 bill is legal tender. Apparently they don’t need my business that bad so I’ll find another location for coffee & food from now on…

I went through the drive thru on my way home after an appointment. I ordered an iced coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I mistakenly did not look into the bag to make sure it was correct, and when I got home and opened it, I found a plain bagel with cream cheese lathered onto it. Either they gave me someone else's order, or very misread my mobile order somehow. It was my fault in not checking the bag, and informing the worker that it was incorrect. I tried calling the Dunkin' location, but each time I only heard "I'm sorry, but the person you called does not have a voicemail box setup". I've always preferred this Dunkin' location, so this is very unfortunate.

This Dunkin' location in Hickory is wonderful! Rob, the general manager, is fantastic and always so friendly. Derek is always very helpful and he always makes sure my drink it made EXACTLY the way I want it. Thank you both for making my weekly trips to Hickory even more enjoyable!

They need to clean their equipment and need some type of quality control training. Food is always absolutely disgusting. Burnt and undercooked. How is that possible? A simple bacon egg and cheese croissant and hash browns have never been disrespected so much on a daily basis. Disgusting after taste. Just a crap experience every time. Its convenient for me and I enjoy dunking donuts. Its not a matter of "well just dont go" no, its a matter of, get your stuff together.

Today I stopped by Dunkin after an appointment and I wanted a dunkalatte. Unfortunately they were out of coffee milk. But the lady working the drivthrough suggested an iced coffee that she could make similar to the dunk latte.. the gentleman that made my drink made it absolutely perfect. I am a mom of three and barely get alone time and hardly ever make small purchases for myself. Today I sat in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot, sipping on my coffee and had a great few minutes by myself. Thanks, Dunkin!

It was all right I guess but the staff could most definitely use a makeover. Most of them look like they just rolled out of bed after a party night. The messy blue hair and piercings didn't help either.

The bbq is delicious and the service is wonderful.

I now live in TN but make Mt View BBQ a priority when I am in the area. Fast service, great food, and reasonable prices. Never been disappointed here.

Hot and juicy double bacon cheeseburger! Delicious, barely could eat it all! It was so big. Costs about the same as any other fast food restaurant. But it's better in my opinion! Should have taken a picture. Give them a try! Been there twice at lunchtime, not really busy and ate inside the dining room. I think the food is better when you eat at the restaurant

Both times visiting. First time and the Last time. Grilled cheese wasn't eatable. Tasted frozen and microwaved. Tossed it in the trash at the next highway exit and got some real food. Never going back. Ever.

Went through the drive-thru. Had the pleasure of meeting tina. She had a wonderful attitude and was very nice. She even ran out the front to bring me my churros that had forgotten. She is the reason I'm giving a five-star review 😊

First time at Jack in the box and honestly I think the tacos are better than taco Bells regular tacos. Fries were crispy and snack wrap was done well. Food was out fast and staff were very friendly.

I’m sure the food would have been good, didn’t get to try it. I guess only regulars eat here. Apparently you seat yourself & pay after your meal at the counter, assuming you can find a clean table. I was limited on time and didn’t see the experience ending well. Will try carry out in the future, the food must be amazing too be worth the trouble.

Was almost tempted to give this place a 2 but I'll be nice. Mostly everything here tasted like something bought from a supermarket and remade. Has the same prices as other dinner types but at least there's some quality to the other places I've tried so far. Where as this place didn't even try.

I was skeptical about stopping for lunch since the building looks nothing like a restaurant. Walking through the door is like stepping back in time to a diner from days gone by. The building is old and really needs to be updated but the food is good. The service leaves a lot to be desired. My drink order was wrong and I was served my meal without silverware. On the upside the prices are reasonable.

Down home good food! Don't let the building fool you. The food here is just as tasty as any "fancy" building restaurant and the kitchen is probably cleaner! Good service, good food and a VERY friendly atmosphere! What more do you need?

I enjoyed being in the same space and time as my granddaughter Natlia Hernandez, who was just recognized as employee of the month and granted a title. I had her favorite smoothie. The other young ladies present were welcoming and all their efforts combined made for a clean and efficient place of business.

Very friendly staff. Excellent variety to choice from and healthy choices as well. I got a Greek Yogurt Pinapple Mango smoothie...it's called Gut Health...amazing!!!!! Great place..I enjoy a refreshing smoothie after a workout, and even on days that a smoothie just sounds good. The fitness blends are really good; I prefer the wellness blends. Always consistent!

I was pleasantly surprised with the smoothie I ordered. Most are sour and flavorless but this one was really good. I got the angel food smoothie, its basically strawberry banana.

First off some of the workers seem very lazy especially the one that took our order. We had ordered everything and then asked her to change it to two frappes. We saw on the order screen on drive thru it only said one so we asked her again and she said it was two. She ended up only putting one. Would love to rate the food however I was only allowed to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response, then to only drive to their doors to see they closed early.. drive thru wait from 10:42 to 10:52, then at their doors by 10:52 to approach a locked door before their closing times. Booo McD’s….

The people that work here act like they would rather be anywhere else, it was hard to get help and they already denied and walked away before I asked my question. While our order was made correctly and came quickly, it was thrown together haphazardly and most of the condiments were more on the outside of the burger than on the burger. The fries were soggy, stale, and barely salted. I keep saying I wouldn't come back to this location, but with every change in management, I get my hopes up and come back. I think this time is finally the last time. I just can't do it anymore.

I would give zero stars if I could. Amanda the manager of this place is one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever encountered. She was rude, ignored me and left making my order right to someone else because she was not willing to be an actual manager even though she told me that’s what she was. She made me pull ahead and wait for my order, I sat there ten to fifteen minutes and watched 10 cars leave the drive thru behind me. I walked in to ask about my order and Amanda has her phone out with no gloves on taking a picture of her speedy drive thru award while I am waiting out front for 10 minutes for a single order. She refused to tell me her name or who the manager was and said I could look in my receipt. Amanda needs to be removed from a leadership position at this location. Awful!

This was the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. I don’t know who was on the fries, but they made sure the fries were fresh. The burger wasn’t dry and the buns were moist.

Fries were not even warm. Didn't give me my sauce. Had to go inside and wait. There was two people waiting as well. Manager on shift tonight at 8:30 july 30th. All she did was stare and go back to her order screen for drive thru. Drive thru seems to be more important because yall worried about the time instead of the quality of yalls food. As a manager you should be able to multi task and work the front and drive thru. If you cant you're not cut out for it. Do better but than again its McDonald's what can you expect. Lazy workers and lazy managers. Yall need to retrain yalls staff. If you cant help with people who dine in or even come in to get what their missing in their orders. Don't even bother to have a dine in fast food.

Our second visit since the remodel. Service was quick with the app and drive thru. Order was correct. The food is, well Taco Bell food. I ordered the Cantina Quesadilla. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't order it again. The last piece was lacking. My wife ordered the Mexican pizza and was satisfied with it. We had a $4 coupon so we got what we paid for. For the price I would recommend any local Mexican restaurant over Taco Bell.

We ordered from the kiosk and opted to pay cash. There was no one at the counter and we did not realize that your order isn't started until you pay. The rest of our party got their food and we had to wait for ours to be made once someone finally came to the counter. Not impressed with the "new" Taco Bell.

I ordered a few tacos and a burrito and the tacos came with little to no meat and cheese, so it was basically shell that I was eating. I had to go inside because the drive through was closed. Before I got my food multiple people went up to the counter complaining about their food. Most of the drinks in the drink machine were out of syrup aswell. Please do better Tacobell!!!!!!!!!!!

All of our tacos were missing beef. You gotta be either lazy or stupid to miss that.

We just left this establishment, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The employee working the drive-thru window was shockingly rude. When my fiancé politely asked for mild sauce, she snapped that it was already in the bag. After we double-checked and let her know it wasn’t, she threw a handful of mild sauce packets at him without a word. This behavior was completely unacceptable and downright disrespectful. I have a heart just like the next guy but it's not very relaxing with all the homeless people that will sit in the store or outside and plus today they ruined my nachos there were nothing but crumbs through the whole thing a waste of money

This location is soooo slow in the drive through it seems like they arr never going to get it together. It's gotten a little faster but can't say much else. 20 min still sitting is insane My order has been wrong more times than it is right. Service is hit or miss on speed in the drive through and inside. Ive been inside and they flat out ignore you standing at the counter as well. No "Hi" No "hello we'll be right with you"... NOTHING. They look at you and carry on about their business. Check your food. Simple food orders are even wrong. Check your food and then check it again after you get it back even. I've had to tell them 2 different times in the same visit my order isn't made correctly simply because they don't care to read a simple order ticket. I have eyes and can see the same ticket they look at and can count you'd think they can too. Also the picture below was a item them made with the meat on the OUTSIDE of a wrap? Get it together people. Really is sad how people just don't even care to do their jobs well and the managers should be ashamed of themselves if this is how they run a location.

The service was awful. Cashier seemed to have an attitude. Forgot our order, and when we asked, they acted like it was someone else's responsibility. I am usually pretty forgiving, but these folks were all messed up.

There was a tiny mistake with my order one morning, but when I went back after work & TALKED to them (because they're people), they were more than happy to explain what probably happened in the confusion of the busy morning with a NEW employee. They were more than willing to fix it, happy to refund the transaction, & give me a new coffee. None of it was necessary, I just wanted to see if ingredients had changed, which happens, but they were amazing. Absolutely loved them.

Every time you go there they overcharge you $0.50 for a cup pay attention to your receipt I addressed it with them several times and I don't even ask for super size they got mad today when I told them I was going to report them and they deliberately burnt my food and send it out the window I took it back and showed the manager he just gave my money back he didn't care never even apologized the sad part they're not hurting me they hurting McDonald's business. I contacted McDonald's and showed them the burnt sandwich the toast literally was black as well as a sausage I want to showed the pictures but there's no option and I see why it says Poor Management all day long... I can still smell the burnt in my car worst customer service ever! So friendly of people but at the same time I always order the exact same thing every morning which is a cup of ice and a mocha frappe. But this time in my cup of ice I seen something and it was a Mosquito. The employees need to take the time to check all cups and ice for mosquitos and other insects and bugs that are in their drinks. I worked at McDonalds for years and this is crazy that this has happened at one of my favorite places for my frappes and ice. Disappointed in the staff and crew. Payed $6.95 for ice with a mosquito in it.

I recently visited this McDonald's in Hickory, NC, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The table service was exceptional—something you don't always expect at a fast-food place. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was also spotless, which is always a big plus. It's a perfect spot for a Sunday morning gathering, with a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I always give great reviews, but This McDonalds is cheating people! This isn’t the first time. I just visited tonight, ordered 3 Caramel Sundaes. They were not even filled close to the rim, ( about halfway!) and the caramel would not amount to a half a teaspoon on all 3. For almost 9 bucks this is ridiculous. We went at 10 pm with only 1 car in line ahead of us and waited forever. The lady at the window was very nice however. .

The food has always been good, but the service, especially today is terrible. I waited for a burger that I got with points, for 25mins. Just one burger took almost 30mins to make and no one asked me if I need help with anything! 😠

Look, it's McDonald's. We know there isn't anything spectacular or earth shattering. What I like about McDonald's, particularly this on on Hwy 127, is the staff and the nice lady that waits the dining room. She is extremely nice and keeps the restaurant very clean. This place takes entirely too long to serve their customers. Don’t go to the drive-through. It’s gonna take 10 minutes to get anything with no line. Don’t go inside. I arrived at the store today at 6:50 pm. 10 minutes before the POSTED closing time. The door was locked, and the "open" sign was on so I knocked, hoping i would get service. The employee ignored me. So I did the most appropriate thing and took my business to Krispy Kreme.

This is the third time they have gotten an order this time was the last time asked for a frappe equivalent at Duncan would be a frozen coffee with ice blend, but employee smirked at me with a chuckle informing me. They do not have rabbits so they can give me an frozen coffee what I received was an ice coffee

I went there today and usually the people are friendly but I normally go during the week. I didn't know the guy and girl there today. But they were both very very rude. The girl in drive thru named Brittney rushed me to order. I went around 3:15. Then when I ordered she left some of my toppings off. So I asked for the correct toppings she slammed the window on me and was very rude to me the whole time. So I went inside and asked for a GM and the guy lied told me the GM was there but she really wasn't. So when I asked to speak to her he threated me and told me to leave and threated to call the police on me. All because I asked to speak to the GM about their horrible attitudes. They both need to be fired I've never experienced such horrible rude customer service. And they are supposed to give u corporate num anytime u ask for it. Or let you speak to the GM. And then i got threatened when I asked to speak to a GM.

This store was a hot mess. Coffee was terrible, and I wasted my 5.55 on medium shaken espresso double shots. Won't do that again. Staff acted like they didn't enjoy working there. One employee told another employee to STFU. I was like, WOW OK.

My partner stopped in early Sunday morning. We were surprised that there was already a crowd In side. Although there was a line it moved quickly and we were able to get a half dozen donuts and two coffees in under 8 minutes. Kensley was super friendly and efficient. She managed to be personable and keep the line moving the whole time. I wish they would bring back the corn bread donut or have a gluten free anything.

The fries were terrible! I thought maybe they just weren’t fresh. My children wouldn’t even eat them. They were warm so I thought maybe they were ok but no, with every fry it was hard to chew and NOT like every other fry I have always gotten from every other Chick-fil-A. I was reading other reviews and other people said things about nuggets tasting like cigarettes bc of the oil maybe. I know my kids nuggets are SO DRIED OUT. Their whole dinner was terrible. There is definitely something going on with the fryer. I asked for replacement fries, fresh fries. I got the same, hard to chew fries like I got the first time. They don’t even look right! I won’t be back unless I don’t want fries. Bc the sandwich was good. & MOST of the staff was very helpful.

Saturday evening I visited the drive through and I just wanted to share my encounter and gratitude towards the young lady who was working. I had recently lost someone very special to me to suicide and this was the first time I had left my house in technically a week as I was also stuck at home with a sick child & no real time to myself to grieve. This young lady just knew by my face something was wrong and did her best to comfort me as I broke down trying to order food for my son. Her words and random act of kindness in that moment have stuck with me for days and whoever she is I just want to say thank you. I’m a single mother and the walks of life are often hard, but sometimes you come across genuine people who remind you you are strong and can make it through. To that young lady, thank you❤️

I never had a bad experience in this place until tonight. I will never come back here again and I will go to the other chick-fil-a restaurant.

Had a discount for a crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich usually costs around $5. I got it for $1. The chicken was about the size of a chicken tender. And it was the chewy chicken. MickeyD's needs to do better. The Springs Roads location is mostly great. The awnings over the drive thru windows barely cover half of the cars roofs, but that's corporate crap.

Well..I think I've had my last straw with restaurants..everytime I come here or anywhere else in this town, my order is messed up..I don't ask for complicated things..I eat out fairly often cause sometimes I jus dont have time to come home and cook a meal with it being so late when I do come(lil after 2am).Sometimes I jus wanna eat and go to bed..but most night end up hungry cause my orders are so so wrong..so this time went even simpler nope still messed up. Kaotic Everytime I stop in there inside or fldrive thru. I learned to no request any thing different on a sandwhich because they will not do it and get an attitude when you bring it back 5+ times . Simply a plain cheeseburger they have yet to make me a plain cheese on the first order always have to bring it back in to get it right. Sad

A better than average McDonald's, but one of the worst locations I've ever been. I don't know how many collisions happen here, but I'm surprised the city doesn't shut this restaurant and the drugstore next door down to reduce the problem. It's an example of extremely poor city planning that should be referenced in textbooks.

Made me pull to the next window for a cheeseburger happy meal. Handed 2 to the car behind me. After seeing 4 or 5 go out the window and never getting mine I had to leave to get back to work. So I paid 7.04 for a large Coke. If I ever go back I will never pull forward again

This place has so much potential to be great. But the service is soooooo slow and takes forever to just get a coffee. I pulled into the drive thru line at 7:45am with 2 cars in front of me to order. It is now 8:06am and I am just placing my order. 20 minutes just to get an iced coffee. This is ridiculous!

First timer for Dunkin donuts...Literally no one here but still take 15 minutes to get 6 donuts. Donuts seems to be out in the open all day, pretty dry and has harden some. Will be going to Krispy Kreme for all future doughnuts.

We started coming here two years ago when we moved to Hickory and it was terrible. Nobody knew how to make an iced coffee and they were very dismissive. NOW, service can be a little slow but everyone is usually really nice and accommodating. The manager retrained everyone on how to properly make coffee and it’s been so much better!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here I wait 20+ minutes to even order with maybe 3/4 cars in the drive thru. On top of that by the time you get to the window you’ll be waiting another 10-15 minutes to even order. Food is good service is mediocre at best.

Every time I go to the Dunkin, My drink is made wrong. It’s not a difficult drink. It’s just a Matcha latte that’s it. I don’t get anything extra in it. It’s not difficult. It’s not complicated. It’s just a Matcha latte. But every time I go there, it’s Wrong, they either don’t add enough Matcha powder and it tastes gross and bland or they add way too much milk and it taste like I’m drinking milk or like today where it taste fine but it is given to me half full and stuffed with ice so it looks like they just took a small, put it in a large cup and then filled the cup with ice. I didn’t even notice when I was in the drive thru but I did when I got to work.

Terrible customer service from the district manager Nick at Dunkin in Hickory off 321. I am a daily customer that had an item left out of my bag the previous day. I called the store to let them know, the nice lady wrote my name down and told me to come back and get it. I went the next day and Nick was working the register inside and refused to give me what was left out my bag because I didn’t have my receipt. The item was a 6 pc hash brown that came with the 6$ meal deal. People like Nick is why this Dunkin is losing business now. I will no longer be a customer of this Dunkin!

This Dunkin really should be more competitive by now with a new(ish) Starbucks right on the other side of the street. They’re always understaffed and take forever to take and make my order. If there’s 2-3 cars in line at Dunkin when I want to go quickly before work I just go across the street to Starbucks instead where I spend a little more (but better quality). They will get me through the drive through faster with 5-6 cars ahead of me. Step it up, please, Dunkin.

I've loved 3 Little Chicks bakery forever. Their cupcakes and baked goods are out of this world. I'm not a coffee drinker but a friend bought me a Cinnamon Toast Crunch frappe and dang if that didn't hit the spot. Might be my favorite cold drink ever. The staff and owner are always so pleasant. If you are in our neck of the woods and need a little sweet fix, this is your place.

Stopped in at 3 Little Chicks Bakery for the first time before heading to a client meeting, and I’m so glad I did. The pastry case was full of tempting choices—everything looked great. I grabbed a cappuccino, cinnamon roll, and churro cupcake, all were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bakery had nice seating areas which made it an easy, enjoyable stop. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

First time visiting. It was a comfortable, fun place to hang out with friends. Upon entering you are greeted by smiling faces and delicious aroma of sweets. They were making banana pudding. I selected the orange sherbet cupcake and my friend got the Oreo. She got a lemonade and I we t for a mocha frappe. Service was quick and very polite. We consumed our treats and sat there talking and listening to music. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and look forward to returning soon!

Coming back from vacation, my sister and I found this little jewel by a very happy accident! I'm so glad we did. She ordered a pastry. I had a cinnamon bun and got a few things to bring home. I haven't tried everything yet, but everything that I've tried has been absolutely amazing!

Stopped here yesterday, I've been here about a year or two ago. This is a hidden gem! Nice selection of bakery items and they make a great iced latte, perfect for a hot summer day this time of the year.

My two children and I went to play putt putt. I am local to the area. It is definitely a blink and you may miss it spot if unfamiliar with the area. (The best places always are.) We recently went to a birthday party there which is a fantastic idea. My mom friend said it was "a steal of a deal." I agree. This place is lovely. A hidden gem. Very reasonable prices for quality baked goods. Awesome cupcakes! Extremely affordable putt putt price. I highly recommend. Especially on days you want to do a little 'something special' with your kids. To just get out of the house. Break the monotony. Throw a screen out the window. Great for groups, dates or with friends. Need a party cake or cupcakes; definitely consider ordering it here. Everything I have eaten there has been delicious. Just go you'll love it.

I absolutely love their ice caramel latte, it truly brightens my mornings! Their pumpkin cream cheese muffins are also incredibly tasty. If you're looking for a great coffee spot in Hickory with awesome customer service this is definitely the place to visit.

We accidentally showed up 5 minutes before closing as Google showed 9pm instead of 8…Well they continued to be so friendly and quick to take our order. The food and drinks we ordered came out amazing! The crepe was so delicious as well as all our drinks! I am so appreciative of their kindness! Will definitely be back!

There are plenty of cute seating options so you can enjoy talking with your friends or family while you enjoy your goodies. Side note: this is the best coconut milkshake I’ve ever had! Stopped by on a Saturday morning at Beso Latte. The place was very nice and clean inside. The service was top notch. We ordered the Spanish Latte along with a Turkey Crepe. Everything was great and we will definitely be back!

The coffee is amazing as are the crepes and acai bowls, as well as the homemade ice-cream are wonderful. I haven't tried the other items yet. This is a small, family owned business, and they are oh so nice accommodating. This is such a lovely and quaint place. This is definitely going to be one of my regular coffee spots.

This location sucks! if your thinking about stopping don’t! You’ll wait forever for your order on top of the employees being rude and having an attitude while there manager( I think) are having an attitude towards them. There was only one sweet person when I came here, she didn’t seem stressed although they were busy and she was smiling! She was tall and I can’t remember her name for the life of me, but it started with a J. She made my experience better even though I waited forever and other employees were rude.

What a strangely bad experience at Dunkin' Donuts this morning! I ordered a Maple Bacon Cheese Croissant (delicious, by the way!) at the drive-thru. There were a few cars before me, so I decided I'd like a donut (from Dunkin' Donuts, mind you...), but when I got to the window and asked to add a Boston Cream, the lady said, "I don't do add-ons at the window." I thought it was a bad joke, but she was adamant, so I paid for the croissant. This location is attached to a convenience store, so I walked in to get a beverage, and seeing the open door, walked through to order my donut. I asked to speak to the manager, and there was a male there (who was dressed like a manager) who turned around and just kind of stared in my direction. The same lady I encountered at the window then walked up and he just pointed to her. I again inquired why I could not add a donut at the window, and said that I could understand if it was something that required preparation, but they really spent more time explaining to me why they couldn't add it than it would have taken if she'd just walked the 15 feet to grab one for me. She mumbled something to the effect of "they only give us 150 seconds..." and really didn't seem the least bit phased that I felt inconvenienced and the victim of bad customer service. I told her that represented a loss of revenue and served to just make customers mad. I'm really surprised that any company in a world competing for consumer dollars would turn away revenue while simultaneously making the consumer feel under-valued. That is not a winning combination, DD! I guess I can take my business 2 blocks up the road to Krispy Kreme.

The new guy didn't type my order in correctly.. by the time I got my coffee I had been waiting over 10 minutes only to take a sip and see it wasn't right... though the manager was the one who made me my coffee and I told her it wasn't right she didn't even offer to correct it. Not plate with this location.. Will always prefer Springs Rd.

So delicious! Katie was working the counter and was so sweet and patient with us as we asked questions. Definitely go with friends to try more items. They have a rotating biscuit special. Bloody Mary was awesome; all the spirits they use are house made! Definitely recommend the tater tots, the hot chicken, and the fried green tomato’s.

The biscuits are delicious and the portions are a great size. The orange juice or mimosa is a must get! Its the freshest I've ever had. Great menu options. Can't wait to come back.

We stopped on by here one Saturday morning for brunch and were not disappointed! Upon entering they have a nice outdoor patio out front with covered umbrellas and 6 or so tables inside with bar seating as well. The staff are great and helpful with anything needed. The line was long and the tables were full as this is definitely the place to be! This gave me time to dissect the menu for the perfect meal. I ended up getting the thick chick which is an extra crispy piece of chicken on house made biscuit with collards, cheddar cheese, bacon and sawmill gravy. And to say that is a mouthful is an understatement as this sandwich was massive! I also had to try the house made biscuit with brisket redeye gravy. This is shredded brisket and coffee gravy almost like au jus. As weird as this sounds it was actually pretty good and a must try for the adventurous type foodie. My wife got the hot chick. This was an extra crispy piece of chicken on house made biscuit with Nashville hot honey, pimento cheese, chow chow, and B&B pickle. This was also very tasty and paired well with the house made tater tots which are hash browns formed into small squares and fried in lard. For the true foodie looking for an amazing breakfast a little different than most, welcome home! This place is a must try!

Stopped in while in town and was not disappointed. My husband got the Q’tie, I got the biscuits and gravy, and we got a paladin biscuit with apple butter jam. The sweet tea was delicious. Very filling and didn’t feel like they skimped on anything like we normally do at other breakfast places.

Don’t get me wrong, the biscuits are delicious, but those tater top thingies are 🔥 We enjoyed the SEC and BEC biscuit sandwiches. Massive biscuits loaded with sausage or bacon and a healthy serving of scrambled egg. This place doesn’t skimp on size. We enjoyed the front patio and shaded tables:)

The service was amazing. We ordered breakfast and wasnt impressed with the more special items. My daughter got a Livermush biscuit with a sunny side up egg and she said it was really good. The Nashville hot biscuit wasn't something I'd order again it was just a little to much going on in my opinion. The chicken was a bit dry think they were going for crispy and it didnt turn out well. The fried green tomatoes were good but I expected a bit more since they were practically the same price as a breakfast sandwich for 4 small slices of tomatoe. We will probably try it one more time just to give it a chance definitely has potential.

First visit. This place opened one month ago. Was looking forward to having a healthy alternative here in Hickory. I got the Sunrise Sunset smoothie, with plant-based pea protein added. $8.68 + tax = $9.37 total. For a little fruit and crushed ice. But I was SO DISAPPOINTED to find out their average smoothie has 80 grams of ADDED turbanado SUGAR, unless you're smart enough to ask them not to put it in. That's as much as 2 cans of coca-cola!!!! 80 grams of sugar ÷ 4.2 grams per teaspoon = 19 TEASPOONS OF ADDED SUGAR, (PLUS the natural sugars in the fruit) in every 24 oz smoothie! In a country with epidemic obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer, this is obscene! A good smoothie does not need any added sugar. This is not healthy food . . . It is expensive JUNK FOOD. . . I will not be going back - I make much better smoothies at home for 1/3 the price! Also: Please tell Corporate they need some Gluten-free bread alternatives. Many of us cannot eat gluten, sugar or cheese . . . It makes us FAT!! They only had white bread. And please get some 100% Real peanut butter. Not sugar and margerine! (I am a certified nutritionist) This chain is all about profit margins, Not healthy food. What a shame . . . it was such a good idea. Great concept and marketing. Very poor junk food quality.

First time trying an Acai Bowl. It was delicious! Already thinking about what to order next time. It was close to closing when we arrived the store was practically empty. Loved that for us! The store was very clean, with a simple layout. The service was fast and the workers were friendly. 5/27/25 they had a 100 health inspection score. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything is really good & fresh. I had a Blueberry Bliss & an All-American wrap with bacon, cheese & egg. Both were sooooo delicious. This is going to be one of the first places, I go to when I go out. The best part is that it is all healthy for you! A win-win!!

Very good service the food is normally serve first you order in the they put on the counter and say your name and I really like it there

I ordered lunch for a business meeting. Henry Patel delivered on time, delicious food - exactly what I ordered, and brought us a surprise smoothies to taste. I will 100% use them again for catering lunch.

Nut allergy friendly! They were very kind and showed me that the smoothie I had selected would be made in a designated nut free blender. My smoothie was delicious! :)
