The name Country Cafe truly encapsulates this homey restaurant. The service was exceptional- our waitress was friendly and competent. We ordered breakfast, and all the food came out hot and delicious. This local restaurant is a great alternative to chain restaurants with similar menus. There was a mix up in the kitchen with our pancakes, but our waitress fixed the error promptly and apologized. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a local establishment with country flare.

Delicious food at a reasonable price, great menu selection, and really awesome and friendly staff. I stopped in for breakfast while traveling through Indiana. Great location with easy access off the highway. I had the "Sunrise", which was biscuits and gravy, 2 eggs and bacon. Everything was great. The server was very friendly. Food came out quick.

If you're a fan of hometown diners, this place is for you. No frills, plenty of great food, pay at the counter as you leave, Just the way it should be. Don't show up for supper cause you'll be too late!

Feel good food - a piece of Americana in the Heartland! My family always has breakfast here when we come to Lafayette. You can't go wrong with any of the skillets. Michelle took great care of us and everything was delicious. Definitely recommend having breakfast here if you are staying at one of the hotels on SR 26.

This place is a gem. The food is exceptional, the waitresses are pretty and friendly, service is fast and pricing is right. 10/10 recommend if you like classic American breakfast food.

Simply good food. Burgers were incredible. Onion rings and fries were good too. Service was friendly. Crowded and alittle loud but to be expected at the time we visited. Definitely the better option and better rated than those around them. Worth stopping here.

I was in town for 3 weeks the first two weeks I stayed on the east side of the town this is my first time staying over on the left side of the town the bartender at the Holiday inn recommended sunrise for breakfast and it was amazing I ate there every morning. There was a server and then the cook whom I think owns the place I didn't ask, food is amazing it's quick the locals that were sitting there I saw the same people every day which reminds me of Home in a small town atmosphere that I'm a kin to! The food was excellent 👍

I was hoping for a pleasant surprise here, but there was none. The biscuits were flat and the gravy was disappointing. The pork tenderloin was NOT flat like it should be. Fries came from frozen, and the ketchup bottle on the table had turned vinegary. Not to mention the bottle itself was greasy as can be. It was gross to touch. The food here is fairly cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for. Not worth another try.

Walking up to the Sunrise Diner, there is a notice on the door that the diner is short-staffed. Expecting it to be slow, service was actually fairly prompt. I ordered a cheese omelet and a serving of French toast. The food was decent though not particularly special, but my order was basic so take my opinion with a grain of salt. However, one of the front of house staff member was… Very blatantly struggling to remain patient with both coworkers and customers. I quickly grew to regret sitting near the kitchen, as the employee’s attitude was uncomfortable to witness. They were short with coworkers and told a customer (seemed like a regular) not to talk to them. I don’t blame the employee for feeling stressed as it was likely a busy shift and being short-staffed would increase the stress. That said, I ended up trying to eat quickly so I could escape. The other employees seemed more positive or were at least better at maintaining their customer service personas. Other customers further from the kitchen seemed to have had good experiences.

So this small place takes cash or debit and the server was wonderful and offered to pay for the remaining when I ran out of cash. The world is a good place.. and has good people. The place has a very traditional look and feel . Biscuit and gravy with hash brown amazing

So far my favorite place in the city. Very kind prices for being able to pick a lot of items individually. Delicious hot food. Pretty sure my server took care of the whole place. Very well done and beautiful decor too with the vintage cameras. Can't wait to be back

This little place downtown serves up some tasty breakfast at great prices. We came during a Farmer's Market day and parking downtown was a bit hard to find. I tried the Western Omelette and it was great. The Coney Tenderloin, however, was rather flavorless and kind of a disappointment. I'd recommend sticking to breakfast. Our only complaint was that service is super spotty. The first time our server must have been having a bad day, as she did not seem like she wanted to be there. We all have those days. Came back a second time and service was awesome! The third time it took almost 2 hours to get out of there. If you're an IU grad, be sure to check out their IU room!

Sweet Revolution catered our wedding and did an awesome job. Firstly we had a different caterer that canceled on us a month out and Sweet Revolution came through for us even though it was somewhat last minute. They followed all our requests and visually the desserts were beautiful and tasted amazing. I’ll post an inspirational wedding cake picture and what they delivered and I like what Sweet Revolution did more than the inspo picture. We would highly recommend Sweet Revolution for any event you need catered. The inspo picture is the cake with the scroll and our cake is the one on the metal cake stand.

Sweet Revolution is such a cozy spot in downtown Lafayette. The pastries and tea are great, but what I love most is sitting outside at the wooden tables with flowers around. It’s the perfect place to slow down, enjoy something sweet, and take in the downtown vibe. 😊☺️

Quaint and small bake shop with limited seating and a public restroom. Delicious sweet treats and savory pies/quiches. The coffee is a medium blend and slightly fruity flavor. We tried the almond and Nutella crossaints. They come in full and half sizes. We will be back!

I have tried them at the farmers market twice. Once I had a bourbon chocolate pecan pie which was one of best pies I have eaten. The second time I had a pot pie which I did not even know they did as a bakery. It was also amazing. The crust is perfect and I wish I knew how to make them so flaky. I look forward to trying more of their food. All of the employees I have interacted with have also been wonderful. I highly recommend trying them out for yourself.

I purchased monkey bread and was greatly disappointed. It was extremely dry and was basically just bread with a little sticky sugar on top...nothing holding it together or anything. Monkey bread is objectively one of the easiest bakery items to make and it was a $6 waste. Not to mention the baking square cup it was baked in appears to not be oven safe as the plastic non-stick layer was bubbling off onto the underside of the pastry. First time visiting this bakery and quite possibly the last if this is the quality of their product. Such a shame.

Placed an order for chicken pot pies on Friday, in person, for pick up Sunday morning at 8:00am. Frozen or ready to bake wasn’t picky we’ve had them both ways and they are always fantastic. Imagine our surprise when we show up and they didn’t make them. We live over an hour away from this establishment. They completely disregarded my order. It was still hanging on the clipboard where the girl on Friday hung it. If you are not prepared or willing to fill orders might I suggest you just don’t take them.

First time customer. Found on line. Bought 5 mini pies ($6each) and a slice of banana bread($4) Took the pies to a last minute birthday celebration. All five said the crust was too thick and not much flavor. The people I gifted with the pies said the filling was good but minimal and they all threw the crust away. I ate the slice of banana bread, it was moist and pretty good. I can’t see myself going back. Too expensive to have half of it thrown away.

My friend and I had visited before and gotten the fried chicken sandwich and it was great! We were eager to visit again and enjoy the chicken salad croissant. We were very disappointed. From our first bite, something was off. We guessed that maybe the croissant had been grilled on a dirty grill. Our server was very good and tried hard. She brought us a bowl of the chicken salad to try. It was okay: bland and a bit stale tasting. She offered to make us new sandwiches and we took her up on the offer. Still had problems with the croissant. At one point the hostess came over to tell us it couldn’t be a dirty grill. She also told us she loved the chicken salad. I thought the problem was dirty oil used to brush the clean grill. I also wondered how long the chicken salad had been in the fridge. We ended up taking most of our food home. The hostess also made sure to come back and tell us that it must be our “taste buds” and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the sandwiches. My friend told her that we had had chicken salad before and we knew what it was supposed to taste like. The hostess again let us know we were wrong and invited us to come back again and have something we liked. The onion rings were great! The waitress was great! All in all, I wasted my money. Will not return!

This was our first visit to this place. The staff is very polite and we were seated immediately. We ordered their omelette and sandwich with onion rings. Everything was delicious, especially the onion rings. I loved how crispy they were. We also had their hazelnut coffee and I really appreciate that it wasn't excessively sweet. Highly recommend this place.

Looked for a cute brunch place as we stopped through Lafayette. This place fit the bill perfectly, we really loved the concept of connected business. The food is your regular diner breakfast food. My corn beef hash was home made, not the mushy kind. The buttermilk pancakes were awesome, they looked like a cake, and tasted delicious. Service was quick, though we did stop in on a weekday, I could see this placed packed on the weekend. If you are close I suggest you stop in.

Amazing food and service! Stopped by for brunch/lunch while visiting my daughter at Purdue. It was our first time, so we weren't sure what to expect. The food was excellent, tasty, and good portions. The service was also excellent, very friendly and prompt. Interesting decor with a musical instrument theme, and they had a fun little waiting area. I highly encourage you to stop by if you have a chance; we will definitely return when we are in town.

Perfect place for breakfast lunch for dinner! They have a really great menu that is affordably priced. Their staff was very friendly and service was very quick. They are located in the community center so you can also attend other great events going on. They are also by a little shopping mall and some other larger stores. So definitely a lot for you to do in the area after you grab a bite to eat!

This is a cute little place attached to a church community building. The staff are unusually chill and patient, like they're not under a lot of pressure, which is nice. We had the Fresh Fruit Plate, which is like a fruit and chicken salad combined with cottage cheese and a muffin. Pretty healthy meal. Then we also had the Meat Lover's Omelette, which was pretty good, but the standout here was the super tasty breakfast potatoes. Prices are very reasonable.

Eight or ten of us like to get together every other month. The atmosphere is laid back with enough room to enjoy conversation. The menu has a wide variety. The food is really good.

Great cocktails and food. Many vegetarian options and some can be made vegan! For a drinks centric place, the food is extremely delicious! Great service and ambience. They have happy hours until 6, and low price drinks on Thursdays..

What a wonderful cafe to have some snack and some caffeine. The door and sign is kinda small and you might miss it. But you should able to see people drinking coffee by the big window. Affordable price and exceptional service. Drinks are served in proper drinkware which is glass or ceramic cup and they bring your order to your table, unlike many cafe where they place everybody orders on the counter. Great cup of coffee. Doesn't taste burnt or too acidic.

I think they know how to do coffee. Or at least, want to being doing it right. Unlike many college town coffee shops the baristas seem to care about the coffee itself. I overheard some baristas talking about the espresso weird weird and pulling inconsistently. Then then proceeded to troubleshoot the issue mostly the right way. I mean, I only know what I watch on YouTube. But I think they were mostly right in their troubleshooting. That boosted my confidence in their intention and the product. My grey Capp itself was ok. I don’t think the taste I didn’t love was due to anything except the beans themselves. They tasted a bit sharp to me. They might have just been a darker roast than I wanted. Atmosphere was formal. It was a good mix of lively and chill. People were on laptops, engaged in conversation, and eating. I would hang out for a while. I can’t speak for the food, but I think the coffee here has a lot of potential.

They have great drinks here both non alcoholic and alcoholic. My favorite is the sweet matcha. The atmosphere is relaxed and the employees are friendly. I haven't eaten here a lot but what I have had has been fantastic. The spring rolls are tasty.

The cocktails were fantastic. A nice place to relax at night and slowly sip a great drink. Lots of cocktails options with caffeine

Terrific food. 2 of the Veggie Breakfast Biscuits (which were excellent) and quite good Monkeydog Baguette. They were out of the medium and dark roast black coffee, so we ordered the light roast-did not care for it, very bitter. Order on a site from code at the table and the ordered food comes quite quickly. Appears that you bus your own table. When closing out your ‘Tab’, it defaults to a 20% tip (with 15% as a minimum), which I find presumptive considering other than somewhat quick cooking and just the drop ‘delivery’ of your order being the only service provided.

Emmory serves the best Espresso Martini in town! I love visiting this place for its classical yet cozy atmosphere with friendly service. The food and seasonal drinks are consistently exceptional; however, it can get a bit too busy at times (mostly weekends and finals week). The Lobby is also an ally to the LGBTQ+ community by providing non-binary restrooms: yes, more than one with multiple stalls. I’d say this is a great place to take a new friend out to coffee, drinks, and charcuterie.

Some of the best pancakes I’ve had and good biscuits. The chicken strips were surprisingly tasty. Fresh salad as well. The syrup that came with my pancakes came in two small glass bottles and I thought that really made the experience unique and fun. Good portions and freshly, accurately made with quick service. Only slight thing to improve was that our server was in and out very fast. We were going to order desert but couldn’t grab her long enough to ask for it. Overall, very good.

I used the curbside ordering, so can't say much about the atmosphere, but when I eat in, I absolutely LOVE ALL the cool goodies in the store. It's so much fun to go in and look through all the neat stuff that is so unique that you don't see in regular stores. Service is usually always really good at Cracker Barrell. That in itself can make up for a lot if something isn't right. Food - usually always really good, like home cooked. I was really disappointed recently where I used thee curbside pickup and not only couldn't get the cheap, everyday side like the canned corn (because they didn't have any that was heated) but also that I got home (less than a mile away) and the mashed potatoes were literally cold. It won't keep me from going there again, but I sure hope the next time I order the stuff will at least room temperature.

Today I had breakfast At Cracker Barreland had the opportunity of meeting Elaine. As I sat quietly by myself waiting for my breakfast, I had the opportunity of listening to Elaine greet all of her customers. She was warm, inviting friendly and had a beautiful smile for each and every one of us. Her Service was quick. She was very attentive to every one of our customers and she left everyone with a kind word as they left. It was an enjoyable visit and she truly made my day in a world where sometimes it’s difficult to see kindness. Come to the Lafayette Indiana Cracker Barrel, meet the Elaine. She will brighten your morning.

We were there last Saturday mid afternoon. The fried chicken was either old or very overcooked. It had zero moisture. The meat had completely separated from the skin. All this made it hard to chew. The rest of the food was very good. The waitress was also very good. She offered to have it recooked but we were just passing through the area and had to get back on the road. She informed the manager. I always look forward to eating at Cracker Barrel. Next time will be better.

Just the absolute best pancakes I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The service Cara provided was friendly and professional. I had a difficult meeting with my brother and this restaurant was perfect.

I was having a really bad night because I ordered door dash and they stole my food. I talked to Desiree to re-order my food and she listened and she made my night better.!!!! I’m pregnant so I was upset about someone stealing my food that I ordered but she gave me some cinnamon rolls with a note saying “you deserve it, enjoy” 😊💙 SHE IS THE BEST!!!!! THE BEST SERVICE I RECEIVED SINCE ORDERING FROM THE RESTAURANT!!!!

Food was alright, wasn't a fan of the eggs or american fries. The French toast was really good. Our waitress and service was really good. Would come back just because of the waitress. 😊

My husband and I went to Bob Evans for breakfast, and while our server was very kind and attentive, unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my meal. I found a hair in my food, and although the server kindly offered to make it again, I decided to decline. Later, I asked for an extra plate so I could share a pancake with my husband, but that plate came out dirty and felt greasy to the touch. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable continuing our meal. I appreciate that they adjusted the check and that the staff was polite, but it was definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Ok, so this is a Bob Evans. You're getting the same food every single visit, no matter the location. It's good. The Lafayette, Indiana restaurant on 26 has service that makes it better than any I've visited. Smiles on every face. A waitress who made my day, and a kitchen staff that got our meal out fast and hot. This is worth your time.

This location: The restaurant was dirty with straw wrappers, napkins and smashed food on the carpet. Waitress was quick to give us our drinks and take our order. Waited 45 min for eggs and toast because our waitress was more focused on serving a table of 8 that had their food ordered, completely eaten AND had a fresh plate of HOT food to go with to go boxes BEFORE we even started eating our food. My ham slice wasn't edible as it had consistency of beef jerky. My "loaded" potatoes were cold and had some cold shredded cheddar thrown on it. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE FOR THE 1ST TIME THERE.

I’m on a road trip and stopped at this Bob Evans and it did not disappoint. We were greeted immediately with a smile and seated. Our server was Julie and her hospitality was impeccable. The food was delicious and nice atmosphere. Something very important to me the restaurant was very clean. Thank you Bob Evan’s for a great beginning to our day.

We were traveling and stopped for breakfast here. Right from walking in there was a musty smell and then as we were seated the three of us all looked at eachother and said what is that smell? The seating area smelled very strong like an old folks home. Like used depends sitting in the sun. We couldn't stand the smell and chose to walk out before even ordering.

I didn't care for the breakfast gravy. It just seemed a little off. But my eggs were cooked perfectly. Everything else was great

My pancakes were over cooked, couldn't cut them with a knife even. Wanted cheese on my eggs but there was none. Only thing I ate was the sausage links. Waitress didn't ask about my meal even though it was hardly touched. Very disappointed...

Ok. Some positive. Some negative. The food was good. The cook did a great job. The sirloin tips were the most tender I have ever had. The server, a young lady who worked her ..... off, stayed pleasant even though she was stressed because she was having to do to much. This store was run on a skeleton crew, which made the service strain. 1 cook, 1 server, and 1 other person that popped out of the back. This store could be so much better, but I thank the employees for keeping it as good as it is. I hope everything resolves and it continues to do well for the community to enjoy.

Laura was a very attentive server. She was sweet. The kitchen made an order mistake with eggs Benedict. They rushed the corrected order and instead of poaching, they were over cooked all the way through. Didn’t want to wait for a third wait time. All in all the coffee was good, the pancakes were good. Laura kept a smile on her face.

For a triple I believe the burgers should have been the sake size as the bun. It was good though. Waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. But it's understandable. I still enjoy going this Dennys.

We have been dining at Deny’s for years now, We have had the pleasure of always having the same server Patricia, amazing service and always making sure we are doing okay! She remembers us and it had been awhile since we had gone in. We love eating there the food is always delicious and we can take our time with out the fear of getting told if we want the check. Instead we get asked if we want more coffee or a refill!!

Stopped on our way home from a trip easy to get to from the highway. It was crowded walked in got seated right away waitress came right over for our drink order. Took order right away very nice kept checking on us food was fresh and good. Over all a very pleasant experience

Three of us had breakfast for dinner. The pancakes and hash browns tasted musty, like a weird maybe sat all day weird. The bacon and sausage were probably from the morning breakfast. Was not good at all, meal was terrible. Plus we got there around 6:30 pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The employees were outside in front smoking. I will say the waitress was very pleasant. Won’t ever go back.

Patricia was wonderful and so kind! Our orders were prepared just right and food was hot and great. Patricia was careful to ask about and make sure the kitchen was aware of my allergy as well. We'll be back!

ordered a grilled chicken breakfast bowl with no cheese no eggs(food allergy!!!) and instead of being a kind person and putting extras of the things I could have I received probably 4 bites of food. VERY disappointed.. maybe consider something on the menu for breakfast that is allergen friendly and would be good portions! Left hungry and unhappy.

We asked for extra nuggets on our salad and didn’t get them when we asked, then they proceed to make us PAY for EXTRA when it was a mistake on THEIR part, what bs Chick-fil-A is!

I am so happy I came to Chick-fil-A today despite the long line I was in and out the drive-through in one minute and they also gave me a complimentary ice cream. They are always so kind. I’ve been coming to this location several years.♥️♥️♥️

I was a little nervous when I saw the amount of people there, but they took our order while we’re in line. It was not a long wait and we got our food promptly. There was a good vibe inside the restaurant, and despite the fact that it was pouring rain outside, one of the workers offered to walk us to our car under his umbrella.

I am personally not a fan of Chick Filet, but my wife and son love the place. This particular location is well kept and it has pretty good service in my opinion. I do try to avoid rush hours, so can’t speak to when they’re busy. On this visit I took advantage of their curbside pickup. They gave me a 5-9 minute time estimate and they were right on time.

This happened on Saturday, October 25, 2025, so this review is hot off the press. Our experience was the worst - the 20+min wait time, the items were not what was ordered, the food was undercooked and slimy like perhaps someone SPIT in the sandwiches, the disinterest on behalf of anyone, let alone the manager, in correcting their errors (which they were well aware of), etc., etc. It was so awful that other customers watching the little children that run this location began to literally speak up and get involved - you know it's bad when other people make the choice to jump into the fray. In the end, the manager just threw some gift cards in the bag and shrugged her shoulders. Pathetic. Call to action = in a world of endless alternative options, I suggest making the choice to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This Chick-fil-A is horrible. Long lines, slow service, inept staff. If you have the choice, go to the one over by Menards. It’s way better even though it pretty much sucks as well. It’s far better than this lousy store

I got the chopped sirloin and eggs w hash. Zero seasoning not even a hint of anything absolutely terrible. Please do not order this when you can make it at home for a few dollars and actually have flavor. The gyro omelette was actually really good w plenty of flavor. So if you co.e can't go wrong w the gyro omelette. We added onions for 50 cents btw. If you don't like the gyro omelette you can blame me but there's no chance you wont. I wouldn't ever recommend any steak and eggs not even to my dead dog.

Never been here drive by it all the time felt like stopping for lunch today. We'll this place is just fantastic from walking in to eating your food it was just a great time. Atmosphere is a cozy modern feel. Service was amazing and the FOOD buddy...it was awesome

First time going here, I has been highly recommended to me multiple times. The food here was amazing and went above my expectations. The atmosphere was great! It felt like a really nice upper scale Ihop but with a lot more hommy feel. I will definitely have to come again to try more of the menu. We went just for some breakfast today but all of their lunch and dinner food looked amazing!

I stopped for the second time in 30 yrs. I had remembered it was a positive experience the first time although I couldnt tell you what I ate. This time I had the lasagna. I was shocked at how large the portion was, and the first bite was delightful. I went on and on to my wife how great it was. Then I took a bite from the other side and it was refridgerator cold. Needless to say I was really disappointed. Anyway, I ate the part that was warm and took the rest home. 3 stars, only because the food was cold, but, it was delicious. I will definitley go back but will hope for hot food. By the way, my wife loved her chicken quesidia!!

My friend Lindsay and I met my friend Robin there for brunch before heading to Wolf Park. Food was fabulous, our waitress was phenomenal, and we didn't have to wait long for our table.

Biscuits and gravy were delicious eggs bacon toast spot on. Pancakes were outstanding.

It was a super busy place for brunch. There is not call ahead seating or reservations. But they do take your name and number and message you when your table is ready and you have 5 minutes. Make sure you ask if they have specials. Those were some good options the morning we were there. We had the breakfast sandwich and the side of potatoes were seasoned so well! And the pancakes were like dessert and the skillets come out in these adorable silver skillets. Great if you are at Purdue and need a good breakfast or brunch place!

Visited for the first time on Saturday morning. I enjoyed the Lumberjack Breakfast. The portion was generous. I noticed the staff (a young lady) seemed to be friendly only with regular diners. After serving my food, refilling my coffee once, and leaving the receipt, she didn’t check on me again. I had hoped she would ask how everything was. I actually needed a box to take the leftovers home. She passed by my table many times, but she never paid attention to my table. After waiting for 20 minutes, I realized she would never come back to my table, and I had to go to the counter and ask another staff member for a box. Not sure if it's the restaurant’s policy for customers to request a box at the counter, but I wish she had been more attentive. I also hope that first-time visitors are treated just as kindly as regular customers.

Had a little hiccup with my dish. But the folks took great care. Our server plus one was absolutely great. Thank you for our 1st time experience.

Eaten here a couple times and the food and drinks were excellent both times but they are understaffed and service is quite spotty. Their peanut butter milkshake is surprisingly good.

This is a simple cafe, with generous portions of classic American meals. Chicken salad is great, Taco salad is so full of taco meat and the shell is crisp and hot! The bonus is the amazing homemade pie! And I mean homemade crust with edges finger-crimped!

She was very nice and apologized for my wait. They are short staffed but everyone was so very nice. It was really cold in there. So maybe bring a sweater for little ones. Learned that the hard way. Food was very good. I did have to add pepper because I love it. This restaurant is more for the older crowd but all ages go here. It was reasonably priced. You do have to seat yourself. Some tables wasn't cleaned off yet because they were busy. We didn't have to wait way to long for our food which was good.

Went there for the first time. The food was good (except the sausage gravy, bland for my taste and the bacon was so over done it crumbled and no flavor left. I didn't know about the bacon until we got home or I would have asked for different pieces). Prices were reasonable. The main negative issue was the sticky carpet and floors, especially the hall way to the bathroom. With that being said I will give them a try again.

Came in with my mom and grandparents, sat at a table for 15-20 minutes and no one ever came by. We watched a server come to a table near ours that came in after us, take their drink order, bring them drinks, and take their food order. We stopped her and asked if we could get some service and she said she’d send our server over, she never did. Eventually we got up and left. Not sure I’ve ever seen worse service in my life.

“Treated Like a Nuisance After Years of Loyalty” I used to come here 2–3 times a week for over two years, always paid full price, never asked for extras or special treatment, and always tipped well. Despite that, the staff consistently acted like we were in the way—not welcome, not appreciated. One day I came in, sat down (there’s no assigned seating), and the waitresses yelled at me, saying I couldn’t sit there. They tried to seat me by the restroom, and when I politely said no, they got visibly angry and refused to let me sit anywhere. I was stunned. After years of quiet loyalty, I never expected to be treated like a problem. It’s disappointing and hurtful. Supporting a local business shouldn’t feel like begging to be tolerated.

This is an amazing place to eat. Great home cooked food and amazing service. I can't recommend this location more. The prices are more than fair and the atmosphere is pleasant with good music. If you have the time, forget fast food. Come sit down and eat for the same price (Cheaper than Taco Bell). We need more places like this.

Was concerned given disparity of recent reviews of this would be hit or miss. Definitely a hit. Salad and sandwiches, all good and extremely fast. Service was great and attentive to our needs and feedback. We didn't have time for pies which looked wonderful but picked up cinnamon rolls and muffins for the next day. Surprised by small bill put the icing on the cake. Positive experience through and through.

Would love to love this place, but both booths and tables are falling apart. We were sat in a booth that had layers upon layers of tape trying to hold the seat together. Didn’t work too well because I had vinyl cutting into my legs. My husbands omelet tasted like there was sour cream in it? Turns out it was something spoiled. He spent the next couple days with an upset stomach. And if it’s even remotely hot outside…. the restaurant is uncomfortably warm. The service is always top notch though!

Enjoy going here for breakfast often. Food and service is always good. Get the cinnamon roll! The chorizo burrito is good and the salsa is a must with it. Really hungry get the country fried steak breakfast. The fried biscuits with gravy are delicious!

Good food at a reasonable price. It's all pretty plane-Jane breakfast foods, but they do them well. I had the Spicy Poblano & Beef Omelet and the Corned Beef Hash Breakfast. I would recommend either one. The coffee is watery, but they did a great job keeping it coming. I prefer Southside to their sister restaurant, the Westside diner. The food is similar, but the service is better on the Southside.

I don't understand how this place has such a high star level. The food a joke. I ordered a bacon omelet and it was paper thin like they used a half of a egg to make it The service was terrible. I was treated like I was bothering them by walking in. Way better places to eat in this city avoid this dumpster 🔥

Do better. Dirtiest one I've EVER been to. Toilet paper rolls just sitting on the floor, none in the dispenser. on a road trip and we were starving. My son ordered a cheeseburger and they gave him a bun with a slice of cheese. He about cried because he was so hungry and waited so patiently. Peeved.

First visit to a McDonald's in years. It's all self serve except for the delivery of your meal. Not the rapid service of yesteryear but the food is about as McDonald's as it always has been. Like the retro look of the building though.

I mean this 100% when I say this location has some of the rudest people. No manners whatsoever , not even a slight smile , slow service and mediocre food most times. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by even stopping by and just ordering a drink sometimes . There are maybe 2 nice people but that’s it. This whole team needs to be retrained on customer service skills, or fired and start fresh . I have worked years in customer service before with some of the worst customers while having a TERRIBLE day and never once did I treat them like how they act over here. Not to mention the simple task of them getting my order right any time I go is impossible for them. Do better Edit: after reading other people’s reviews I’ve noticed the manager seems to be equally as part of the problem as everyone else and probably won’t glance twice at my review. So all I can do is warn future customers who might be going here.

This location is good most of the time. Though sometimes it's very frustrating. Orders get forgotten about, sometimes the orders are messed up, and a lot of the time, smaller orders aren't prioritized to get them out of the way. Stay focused. If a burger says "no onions" DON'T put onions on it. I shouldn't have to wait thirty minutes for a singular coffee while the restaurant is barely busy because someone else ordered 5 burgers first. Your screens have the ability to serve off specific orders for a reason. Get the small orders done first while you wait on the kitchen to finish making the food.

Worst customer service out of all the Lafayette locations. Very rude employees. Orders just sit and employees do nothing. Manager doesn’t care…he’s the one on the phone in the back.

Ordered a simple ice coffee with extra cream and espresso and light ice. Waited at counter for someone to take order for 10 minutes. No one said a word to me. I completed order on kiosk for first time with no one available for questions. While waiting another 10 min for my coffee, 3 employees went outside, food timers and drive through beep was continuously alarming in the restaurant while people tried to eat. An employee came back in from outside, grabbed my coffee spilled a 1/4 on the floor, (and i paid extra cost for the extras) didnt refill, put cover on and set it on counter, shouted my number and walked away. She did not clean up the coffee she spilled either. I the had to use the restroom and it was horrible! Liquid and garbage on floor, garbage full, and the smell was terrible. I was told that the men's room had feces all over the toilet and stall by my brother in law. The worst experience I have ever had at a mcdonalds.

Been here 2x on my way to work and both times left without getting any food.. Today I waited and waited at the drive through and no one ever took my order. They're listed as being open 24hrs a day and there were people and employees inside so I guess they must have been to busy doing something other than working.

I had the Philly Roast Beef and my wife had breakfast skillet. Both meals were delicious. The service was also fast and friendly. They were cash only, luckily I had some cash today.

Biggest little gem of a diner on 52 near the mall. Had 1/2 biscuit 1/2 home fries w/ sausage gravy (Yummy and only $5.25). Hubby had standard eggs/toast but w/grits (that he inhaled). Enjoyed great coffee while we watched 10 to go orders picked up in the 30 minutes we were there. Clean, fast, delicious and affordable. We will be back. Heads up: cash only.

Good food at great prices. I've had a couple of the omelets and the haystack and everything has been great. The breakfast offerings are permutations of the typical American breakfast ingredients. They kept us topped off on coffee so we had the energy to tackle the day. Keep in mind that they are cash only. That keeps the prices down, but you just have to be ready for it.

B&N Diner is a throwback to better times. A classic diner feel with great friendly service. Most customers are regulars who are greeted by their first name when they come in. It's cash ONLY here and I love that! Don't worry tho there's an ATM inside if you come in cashless. Oh, did I mention anything about their food? It's EXCELLENT!! Easily the best Tenderloin sandwich around! The jumbo Tenderloin sandwich is the best. Fries are kind of meh...But they also have great pies! Be aware that this is a cash-only joint...they do not take debit or credit cards so have cash handy before going.

what a great place to eat. owner came out and introduced himself, was extremely polite, server was friendly, food was amazing. price was cheaper than fast food. if I'm ever in Lafayette again, I'll be back here.

The diner itself was undeniably charming, but the food that arrived was a disappointment. The initial, cheerful ambiance quickly soured when the fried mushrooms were found to be cold to the touch, and even worse, refrigerator cold when bitten into. Our order was initially wrong, and though it was eventually corrected, both the crinkle-cut fries and the curly fries that accompanied our meals were also served regrettably cold, leaving a thoroughly unappetizing impression despite the cute surroundings.

*Not friendly* Masked older lady with blonde hair at window made it known to the other helpers and myself she was upset I asked for water, to the point they stopped talking to each other to focus on her. She then made it clear twice I could ask for the water at the speaker. Nothing but a "scowl" the entire time. My hometown Starbucks of 15 years never has a problem with a cup of water! And they are, as you base your business words "kind" Note my husband had just came out of surgery into recovery at St Vincent's when I came to your location to get a coffee ❤️ could be the reason I forgot. $4 for coffee. Remember, you never know what people are going through! Smile!

I ordered an iced matcha latte but the matcha was not incorporated at all. I ended up having to toss it. The girl at the window was very nice but I think I could tell by the look on her face that she didn't think it was right either. There was a bit of a line behind me so I didn't have her remake it but I can't find a way to request a refund on the app. Pretty disappointed. The pink drink we got was great though.

My husband went in with a $3 coupon and was told it would be $4.07. He showed the barista his email and the gold card app with $3 showing on both of them, and was told yeah, I know, we've had trouble with those today. Either have a reliable coupon or don't bother to have one at all.

I gave 2 stars because I have had too many disappointing drinks back to back. The ladies in the morning that say “welcome to the friendliest Starbucks in lafayette!” always make it perfectly and are super friendly, but when the afternoon/ evening crew comes, my drinks are ALWAYS terrible. They taste watery and never look nor taste like the ones I order in the morning. I don’t understand why the evening crew is so bad at making drinks as opposed to the lovely morning crew!

I love the location nearest me (The Pavillions). A couple of the baristas have taken time to get to know my name and the owner/general manager (I'm not sure which she is) is very friendly. As always, there are also a couple of baristas that are not the best, but the others more than makeup for their poor attitudes and incompetence. My complaint - the parking lot! I have only seen one Starbucks location with a lot that is big enough and laid out in a manner conducive to parking. This lot, as are most Starbucks lots, is awful to park in and does not have nearly enough space. Its setup means that cars trying to get in the drive-thru are OFTEN blocking the drive.

The day crew is amazing and I’m disheartened to have to leave this review but this does not reflect them as the friendliest Starbucks! This is for the afternoon/night crew. They NEVER follow the order paper and have excuses as to why it’s not made correctly. It tastes like they mix the frappe with urinal ice and halfway make the drinks. A frappe has whip cream at the bottom as well as on top. I’ve never tipped and will never tip them for a sloppy job. Maybe if they follow instructions instead of gossiping they can get better tips. If they wanna mess up orders go to McDonald’s!

I go here way too much. Normally twice a weekend. I highly recommend the rise and shine smoothie as well as the bagel with salmon. Avocado toast is always great too. The team working is consistent and friendly. The place is normally very busy. Expect to wait a bit for your order. I am always able to get a spot to sit.

Great little, locally owned coffee shop to hang out at!

My wife and I are visiting and decided to check out this coffee shop. She is literally in tears and so distraught at how terrible the barista treated her sister. Who recommended this place and told us how much she loved this coffee shop! This barista was yelling, cussing, and throwing the middle finger in front of several other guests. I've never witnessed such erratic behavior over a $7 drink that was asked to be remade. Absolutely outrageous.

One of the best local coffee places in Lafayette. Atmosphere is great for working remote, catching up with a friend, or having a meeting with business clients. Food and coffee are top-notch and the service is always kind, accommodating, fun, and on-point.

Stopped into this place for the first time and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. I enjoyed the coffee and will be returning with my toddler as it appears to be very kid friendly with the toy corner and seating areas.

3/19/25- My wife and I recently dined at Shellie’s and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I had previously won a gift card from Horizon Bank at the Latino Expo, and I would like to extend my gratitude to all three entities. Today, we visited Shellie’s Cafe for lunch and had a delightful time. The establishment operates on a self-seating basis, eliminating the need for waiting. Upon entry, we were warmly greeted by a staff member. The menu is diverse, offering a wide range of options without being overly complicated. The prices are reasonable, and they serve breakfast throughout the day, along with various sandwiches. My wife opted for the Denver omelette, while I chose the Double Cheeseburger 🍔 with fries, which were available for an additional $1.99. The condiments were fresh, and I selected onion, tomato, pickles, and cheese, with one slice on each patty. The meal was satisfying, with fresh fries and a generous serving size accompanying the burger. The omelette was fluffy and generously filled. The servers were attentive, ensuring our drinks were always replenished and offering additional items, such as jalapeños, at no extra charge. Notably, they use grenadines for Cherry Coke. They also have outdoor seating and once the weather gets warm it will be open. We were both pleased with our visit and have dined at several local diners, but we intend to elevate Shellie’s to our preferred spot.

Upon entering the diner, we were greeted from behind the register area and were told to seat ourselves. There was plenty of seating available. The waitress promptly took our order and placed two glasses of water down. One of the glasses had hair stuck to the side of it. Needless to say, I did not drink anything while there. I ordered the House omelet. There was absolutely no seasoning in this omelet. I added salt, pepper, and hot sauce and it still didn't help much with the taste. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy. They looked delicious but had a bland taste to them. He also ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes. He did enjoy the eggs and hashbrowns. The prices were good for the amount of food you get. And I will say this place has regular customers. There were multiple while we were there. The waitresses knew them by name and already had their usual drinks ready when they entered the diner. That was nice to see. I could tell they enjoyed this diner, but it just wasn't for us.

Cozy little diner inside a former Wendy's that's situated next to an actual Wendy's. It's a solid choice for a comfort food breakfast. The food is good and the service is fast and friendly. I had the Big 6 Breakfast with two eggs and toast, hash browns and sausage. Good stuff and reasonably priced for what you get.

Serving sizes are great. Great value when compared to other places. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the laid back homey feeling. Service was quick and very nice. My egg and bacon biscuit was large and fluffy.. When I chomped through the biscuit it seemed so light that I felt I was biting air. It was outstanding! My wife's ONE pancake (we weren't really hungry) could have fed 2 people. It was really good from the bite I swiped! We will visit again!

A very cute place to grab dinner, breakfast, or lunch! Lot of options and the staff is very friendly. Usually pretty busy. They just got new cash registers so they are able to take tap payment. Located right next to the fairgrounds and lots of other places so it can get a little bit busy. Lots of parking out front though or in back. Go check them out!

Amazing service. Definitely gives you the small town feel in the city. "Cheers" vibe where everybody knows your name. Food was average, but service was out of this world awesome! We will be back to try other things. Maybe just didn't order the right thing. I had biscuits and gravy...biscuits are very soft and homemade. Husband had steak and eggs.

Worst diner food I’ve ever had. Ordered delivery. “Chopped sirloin” equals to frozen burger patty that’s dry and flavorless, burnt to bitter hash brown, “sourdough bread” lmao. Eggs were fine I guess.

The food was okay, nothing to write home about but not gross. What was gross was the fact that when we arrived, none of the tables were cleaned at all. We had to wipe our own seating off. They also had the doors open on both ends, which led to a bird getting in and flying around while people ate. Had one positive staff interaction, everyone else was less than welcoming.

Ordered online 30 minutes ahead and still ended up waiting another 40 minutes (1 hr 10 min total) for one sandwich two soups and a salad. Online app did not say it would be delayed.

I’ve gone through the line. I have gone inside and I’ve even ordered from DoorDash. Make sure you check your order before you leave the parking lot and if you’re gonna order from DoorDash, don’t because you can’t check the order before it gets to you. Oh, and just opening the bag and trusting the label that they use doesn’t work anymore. I ordered a tuna sandwich and got the cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. I’m Highly allergic to walnuts and I got the pleasure of using my pen AND a hospital visit. Also doesn’t help that they move at a snails pace. Very obviously need better management in here

Stopped here on a road trip for food. Not great. Ordered a hot sandwich, hot soup, 2 bagels with cream cheese (that they didn’t even slice for us or ask if we wanted them heated), a pastry and cinnamon roll (also served cold without asking if we wanted it heated). The person at the front of the store didn’t greet us or even acknowledge us. We ordered on the self service computers. Overall this is the worst Panera location we have ever stopped at. It’s evening service and slow but the workers could have been so much better at the service.

I’ll echo the last review. On 9/28/2025, I ordered a half sandwich and waited almost 90 minutes. Staff member that was expediting was very kind/working hard, but it appeared work was happening at a slow/disorganized pace behind her.

On our journey from Chicago to Louisville, we hit the midpoint on I-65 around Lafayette, Indiana, and boy, were we in need of a break! Lo and behold, the shining beacon of deliciousness known as Panera Bread appeared before us. Easy access from the interstate? Check. Inviting ambiance? Double check. So we cruised into the parking lot and stepped inside for a much-needed refueling session. And let me tell you, fate was on our side that day because we encountered the superstar of all cashiers - the one and only Natalie! This gal deserves a standing ovation for her professionalism, positive humor, and that magnificent smile that could light up the whole restaurant. Seriously, she made ordering a delightful experience, and I can't remember the last time someone's cheerfulness left such a lasting impression. Natalie wasn't just all talk and no action; she was genuinely eager to help and served us like it was a privilege. It's like she had a secret mission to make everyone's day better, one smile at a time. I couldn't resist pausing to thank her for her incredible attitude - we definitely need more Natalies in this world! But that's not all. The good vibes didn't end with Natalie. The bathrooms were squeaky clean, and the seating area was cozy and spotless - a true oasis of comfort for road-weary travelers. So, to sum it all up, if we ever find ourselves in that neck of the woods again, you can bet your bottom dollar we'll be making a beeline straight to Panera Bread, hoping to catch a glimpse of the extraordinary Natalie. Hats off to you, Natalie, and kudos to Panera for creating an awesome experience that goes beyond just the food. Keep being the sunshine we all need in our lives!

This restaurant runs mobile ordering as well as iPad ordering in house. There are 16 people standing and waiting on orders and the kitchen seems to be in no hurry at all. We waited 15 minutes and the order board didn’t move. Tables are dirty and no one cleaning. Of course, what difference does a clean table make when you can’t get an order. Very very slow at best. If you’re going to do drive up and moblle ordering, then get a staff that can keep up with it. Otherwise discontinue mobile ordering or even close if you’re short staffed. This was an awful experience. I’ll never come back unless management contacts me with some sort of incentive. Awful awful awful. Reservations would be an insult.

New to the area, I decided to explore local cafes and discovered one conveniently close to where I'm staying. Visiting this cafe turned out to be a great decision. It’s an inviting spot that offers a pleasant experience, especially if you're looking to get some work done. The atmosphere is relaxed making it an ideal place for students or anyone needing a calm environment. The staff were notably friendly, contributing positively to the overall vibe of the cafe. The food was good. I had a matcha latte and pesto provolone muffin. One thing to note is that the inside chairs may not be comfortable for everyone, particularly if you're a bit larger (like myself), which could detract from an otherwise enjoyable visit. Despite this MINOR inconvenience, it’s a great place to visit for its welcoming ambiance and excellent service 🙂.

Plenty of seating in a nicely redesigned cafe. Pretty good menu, definitely heavier on food than drinks in many ways. The vanilla latte was pretty good, as was the regular black coffee. The ladies working were very friendly and drinks came out quickly; though the first one got messed up by using regular milk instead of the vegan alternative I had ordered. Prices were great!

This was my first time coming to Java house and the coffee and food was great. The staff was very friendly and explained what the different kinds of drinks were and gave me helpful recommendations. The one large down side was the Music and aesthetic of the place. The country music selection i heard was not very good or comforting especially when it suddenly switches to jazz and then back to country. A pivot to other chill music to go alongside the jazz such as soft rock or alt rock. Furthermore, the aesthetic of the building is a little too industrial especially when accented by a plywood ceiling that looks like something i could do with a visit to home depot and a nail gun. Would recommend going but would say to bring headphones if you plan on staying for ant extended period of time.

The initial service was great but they forgot my drop coffee and seemed frustrated at me about ordering it. I went through the drive through the next day and they forgot one of the ingredients in my daughters drink. The cafe was pretty dirty and parking was a little tricky. People were just parking on the side of the road. I would definitely go down the road and try one of the other ones.

Last Saturday at 10:50 a.m. I entered this location with my 12 year old granddaughter getting our day started celebrating her birthday. Woman (blonde) at counter very helpful with granddaughters allergies checking on ingredients. Black haired barista seemed to be extremely irritated when I said the hot drink was supposed to be iced. To the point she initially ignores me , "That's not what you said, or it would be on the cup!" My granddaughter even heard her, With no thank you.... Oh, Starbucks, if your focus is on a sense of safe space and the community, we must start with our staff.

*Customer tip* ask for a grande size drink in a venti cup or ask for some extra room for cream. Don’t pour half your hot americano into the trash bag like some toddler. Great people. Let them unionize!

This was my first office for the day and first coffee, spending about 3 hours here with their wifi. The coffee was the same as usual, the seating was comfortable and the place did not fill up with customers. It's a Starbucks and is similar to others. Waited over 10 minutes for them to make me a blonde espresso americano — yes they didn’t pull any shots they just poured brewed coffee. I asked for a small splash of milk and of course they filled a quarter of the cup. Yikes.

Stopped here for a caffeine fix on the way to Illinois. Great staff and my coffee was perfect!

I am updating my ratings as I felt that the service and quality is very good now. I guess, the bad experience that I had a month ago was an exception, and involved just one individual employee, who probablt was having a bad day . I belive the team is great overall.

While the morning rush was happening, my online order was ready on time, perhaps a little early. When I picked up my Grande-sized drink, I noticed it was quite light. I opened it up and saw that it was roughly 80% full (see picture). I asked, and they said that "it must have been foamy and the whip cream disappeared". Now, I rarely buy drinks at Starbucks, but, when I do, I splurge. But it seems nowadays the quality of the pours is shoddy for coffee that costs over $5. I'm critical of this because I worked for one of the best Starbucks in northern Illinois (based on sales and customer satisfaction) for about 3 years in high school. Steaming and pouring milk is not that hard and every hot drink is made basically the same way. When steaming, foam just the top 10% of the milk in the container for about 5 seconds. Then, put the steaming rods at the bottom for the remainder of the steam. When done, grab your big metal spoon and hold back the foam while you pour so ONLY MILK comes out until you have about 1/2'' - 3/4" of room at the top. Add a little foam and whip if necessary. The drink should be heavy! People pay for a milk drink, not a foam drink, and no one is going to complain if it's filled to the top and whipped cream is coming out of the drink hole. Also, they probably won't complain if they have to wait a few moments longer if they're getting a quality drink. It's possible to deliver quality and quantity - and people should advocate for this. Thankfully, the barista remade the drink for me.

Remy (I really hope I'm spelling her name right) was an amazing barista at this location. She was able to accommodate me and went above and beyond in her service. She was so sweet and kind when she didn't have to be. She deserves a raise! Wonderful experience and an even more wonderful barista.

The gentlemen in the window did not talk to me when I tried to ask him to use my stars. He handed my card back and just shut the window. Coffee was great though! This was @8:20 am on 11/22 ! 😘

Gotta love Starbucks. Even if they have no food options that do not contain gluten (a downside to someone with an allergy to wheat) the drinks are amazing.

I came here for cofee, lunch and taking two meetings. I was surprised to see that there is no menu!! No place to sit. No restroom. Really?? On top of that I ordered Falafel pocket on the counter, but they said they can't do it. I had to order online. Overall, I stood all the time taking the meeting. Very inconvenient not customer friendly, not what Starbucks stands for.

I stopped here prior to an offsite meeting to sit down and get some work done while enjoying a coffee. To my surprise, there is no longer any seating available here. The girl at the counter was nice enough and the drink was fine, so no issues there. But what kind of stupid idea was it to make this 'to go only'? I have never seen a Starbucks like this. I am not sure what Starbucks has been thinking lately but considering they apparently don't even want anybody in the store, they continue to do their best to make me a former customer.

Starbucks..... you can never go wrong. Handcrafted beverages are delicious and always taste the same whether you buy in Albany, NY, Lafayette, IN, or Ottaw, IL. Expect excellent customer service and consistency. Never disappointed!

We went through the drive-thru for our order. I picked up my husband's coffee and the lid was not on properly and came off spilling hot coffee everywhere with most of it going on my left thigh. We had to pull over to take off my coffee soaked jeans! When we went back the manager was incredibly rude about it. She did replace the coffee but acted angry about it.

Visited the location on Sagamore Parkway in Lafayette Indiana. Quickest i have ever been through a drive thru. The gentleman at the window was very nice.

We had a great time at Tick Tock! Every single working waiter came to our table at some point to check on us, and we could see they truly cared about the customer. I was impressed by rhe curds texture. They didn't look crispy but they were perfect. The burgers were very tasty. Particularly loved the bacon jam sauce. We will definitely be back. Our waiter also expertly handled an entitled/difficult customer seated beside us and apologized for her actions even though he didn't need to. We felt very cared for!

This is honestly an amazing spot for a weekend brunch. The service is slow, but that was ok for us because we had a lot of conversation to catch up. But they did keep our drinks filled! Food was delicious. The bread pudding was also delicious. Music can be a bit loud, but will absolutely come back.

Very nice open air setup with friendly service. It's tucked in a place where there is no other retail around, so could be hard to find when driving. You have to find the location on maps and then drive. Not much street signage. One of local must visit place. Went for lunch, but I believe dinner may be more lively. Have outdoor seating.

Super cute diner with a very midwestern feel! The food was delicious and the service was great. They have specials everyday so we will definitely be back for their perch night! Definitely an older clientele, but clearly they know what is good! I ordered the corned beef hash and it was so good. We also got the breakfast burrito, the eggs Benedict, and the kitchen sink omelette, all amazing.

I went here for the first time for a cornhole tournament and to watch Tyler Truth perform. The atmosphere was fantastic—it’s great to have a family dining spot that also offers live entertainment. The food was solid, the energy was fun, and it was the perfect mix of good meal and good time. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is now called Andies. The place is like a fusion of Waffle house and IHOP in a old diner setting. Classic setting. Reasonably priced and appears popular with locals. A must to visit and try their pancakes and other delicacy. Nice staff.

Oh wow! The first time coming here, and wow, the food was awesome. I ate everything on my plate. I had the Farmer's dish, which consists of 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns. The service was also great.

This place was hands down the best small business to dine at. Then when it changed to andies...no. walked in seated myself and waited 11 mins to get a menu, they had 3 tables...ordered coffee I asked if they had French vanilla and she snapped at me said "no. Its on table" waitress was rude slamming coffee cups like it was inconvenient for her to wait on us. We got up and left. Dang hire a better waitress with less attitude please. Im willing to try again but as a gm myself I wouldn't tolerate an employee like that.

I know that the trend is to point out the negative but I want to recognize the positive. I've been to this location twice in the last couple weeks and waited a LONG time for my food. I am not going to dwell on that though because both times I was annoyed and was completely disarmed by the lady (my receipt says Lisa) that helped me. She was so humble and kind that my irritation went away immediately. Both times I thanked her for her professional and kind attitude. She couldn't have an impact on staffing (she doesn't hire) but she impacted what she could by not allowing herself to show how stressed she had to have been, staying polite and putting forth a positive image that I have not seen in fast food for a long time! She is what is right about this location and I hope that she gets recognized for this and that she knows what an amazing difference she makes by her amazing customer service. If she is not a manager then you should really consider making her one because this is what keeps people coming back and waiting ridiculously long for their food. Paid for coffee, they were out of coffee. So they did charge me for coffee, but did not give me any coffee. And they charge for condiments (even though I spent money on their mediocre food). No wonder CFA is thriving and BK is dying. Would not be surprised to see this BK location fail and close.

Man there breakfast staff & Management are super rude, made me feel uncomfortable and like they didn't want my business. The food was good, but the service definitely had me questioning if they spit in it or not. Even when short stafed the servers were friendly and very considerate. A car broke down in the drive through and the Manager on Duty went out to help them with their car. They care about the people not just the food.

Usually go here 5 times a week cause I work late. They have constantly messed up my order about 2 times a week. Even when the receipt shows what I should get. I live 12 miles. When called they say there is nothing they can do. The same lady has messed my order up 2 times this week. Going to find a better place. This one sucks!

Why is it my responsibility to make sure that the staff does what is expected of them? Just got a take out order from the drive thru at this establishment, no line, not busy but yet they had me pull ahead and wait for my food. No problem, I wasn't in no hurry. Finally, 5 minutes later, I get the food I ordered and me and my daughter went on our way. Once home, I noticed I was missing one Big Mac, luckily it was my dinner and not any of my kid's, they got everything they needed. I went back right away to get the missing sandwich, however, when I got there the lady at the window said that the grills were off and that they could not do anything about it. She suggested to write my name dowb and that I come back in the morning to get my big mac. Really? Didn't even offer a refund or an appology. Not complaining about the money, but the fact that their responsibility is to make sure customers get what they order right the first time. I know, probably my fault for not double checking the order, not the first time it happens so I should have known better than to expect anything more. Done ranting, thanks.

My son asked the cashier for a diff toy because we keep getting the same one at every store , so I'm guessing a manager over heard and came to our table and offered to find one that wasn't the one we already had 3 of , she came back with the very toy he wanted ! Today my daughter and her friend decided to visit this location after leaving school. She got food from subway and her friend bought food from Burger King. My daughter was asked to leave because she had a subway bag in her hand( unopened). I do realize the conflict of interest but the level of disrespect was unwarranted and absolutely disgusting. My kid is 16 years old and should never be addressed with any form of disrespect because she chose food from another brand. We all frequent different brands and this lady stated she was a GM and I have too been a GM for 13 plus years and have never disrespected a soul. Your job is to service the customer with a servants heart not to pick on kids and loose customers.

Y'all suck! Go find another job if you're not going to do the job right. My order was completely obliterated. Its was like the cook was making whatever they wanted. This isn't the first, second, or third time I've tired to give this location a chance. Close down and re-train. I'll eat spam straight out the can before I give this place another dollar.

I ordered a chicken sandwich which was severely undercooked. After one bite, I saw it and felt ill. This is a problem because this chicken comes raw and not pre-cooked, which can get you sick. I would not recommend anyone eat here due to lack of quality control.

I ordered a whopper meal fries were a small when I ordered. Medium no biggie. I get home open my burger and there is no cheese when I asked and paid for cheese and tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes. No answer when I called. Stopped at this location on my way home in west Lafayette. No way I was traveling all the way back without speaking to someone.

It's a small local business that looks very unassuming from the outside. The menu was what drew us in and the food was delicious. The bar tender was interactive and funny.

It's the Linnwood, it hasn't changed in 30 years. It's a smoking bar if that matters to you. Food is usually good, open for breakfast too.

I tried to reach out to Linnwood's facebook page after an incident that occured, the respnse was baffling so I'm leaving my review for anyone to see. I frequent Xtreme Bingo around town and today was the first time I tried Linnwood. When we entered we were given menus and we asked for water. The bartender told us we had to buy bottles of water instead. We declined. She came back to get our food order we declined any food. The bartender was snide and rude, told us we cannot play the free game without ordering. We considered getting a soda but because of the unwelcome attitude we got up and left. Im not going to give money to her after that. Shortly after i inquired if it was true that the business does not want customers in the bar during bingo unless they pay. The response was not professional, the answer was crass and said my question was single sided. Ending with basically they have to pay a fee for bingo so no they wont let people in. At that point i lost my respect and said things that are unbecoming and idc. YOU CANT CHARGE FOR A FREE SERVICE, HAVE SHITTY ATTITUDES AND EXPECT PEOPLE TO PATRON YOUR BAR?

Looks really nice, but isn't very good. If this place were to actually get busy they wouldn't be able to handle it. The people working there aren't the friendliest, and either someone just took a 💩and now the dining room stinks, or the bathroom just stinks, and so does the dining room. Either way it's not great. 20 min just seems like too long to wait for "fast food, but maybe they were just caught off guard by the 3pm lunch rush. Lol I may stop in another time to increase the sample size, but it definitely can't smell like 💩 again, or the "atmosphere" gets 1* and I don't come back again. I can't in good faith give more than 3* for fast food "food" category. It didn't taste bad, but I know it's not good for me, so.....

This isn’t the first, isn’t second, its somehow the third time now I’ve placed a mobile order at this location and its bad. I told them my vehicle at the speaker, told to pull around to the mobile lane just to sit and watch other cars that werent even in line when i got there, get their food and leave while im still waiting. ALL THREE of these times ive had to go inside myself and ask for my order to which EVERYTIME, its either not prepped it just sat there getting cold. This third time was the final straw due to the boy working the window having seen me sitting waiting and making eye contact with me 2 times never thought to bring me my food, and when i finally did go in he gave me a look of disgust as if im the one who told me to pull around then not bring me my food. ALL THIS FOR MY FOOD TO BE COLD. I am seriously disappointed in this location and the professionalism of the boy working the window.

Smells like a public bathroom, and it takes forever to take your order cause you're expected to use the card only kiosks, and when I went to go refill my cup the manager came out instantly to tell me to leave and never come back. Basically the management is non existent, and when you do encounter it they are rude and antagonistic. Just go to the next door Mcdonalds, way better service and cleaner.

Dining room was filthy, had to holler in the back for help with my order, the cashier was handling money as well as filling frie orders. I received a vanilla shake with something in it . What happened to taking pride in what you do to put your best foot forward, good customer service is a thing of the pass. This was awful. Coffee was cold, hash rounds tasted like they were cooked in bad oil. Threw those out. My sandwich was fine but my husband who had sausage said it tasted off also.

Don't bother showing up in the morning for breakfast. They will not take more than 1 order at a time through drive through. I've pulled in, nobody parked to be inside and I'm the only one in drive thru. Welcome to burger king can you wait a minute? I've pulled up and seen nobody in line. This isn't a one time thing, I USED to stop every morning. McDonalds next door services 5 times as many people, that's why I stop at Burger King. Nobody is there. Now I see why

Whopper was fine, staff was nice, but oh my, there was a disgusting sewage smell coming out of the bathroom upon entry to the restaurant was bad. Also, the floor in the entire place was so slippery (and I assume dirty) that I have been on ice that is more grippy than this floor. This place needs a serious cleaning, and maybe a plumber before someone slips and falls.... 2 stars becuase the food was fine and the staff was friendly.

Very disappointing experience. On July 15th at 5:32 PM, we waited at the drive-thru speaker for over 10 minutes with no response. When we finally drove up to the pickup window to ask if we could place an order, the employee responded in an extremely rude manner, raised her voice, and told us she had no intention of taking our order. Completely unacceptable customer service.

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I went with a small group and we waited more than an hour for simple things like a Happy Meal and ice cream. I asked 4 people to pay after ordering at the kiosk before someone was willing to help me. The employees showed no respect to customers and no motivation to even start making our food. When we finally received the food it was cold. While waiting, an employee started LOCKING THE DOORS FROM THE INSIDE (it was 2pm). She locked us in and told us we could ask her to let us out when we were ready. When I asked to leave an employee whispered to me not to eat there because the food was messed up. The manager later told others in my group that the freezers had gone down and the food was not frozen- after we had all received and most of us had finished eating our food.

The food was acceptable. I did over hear a manager yell at their employee for assisting a paying customer with their food. I left shortly after I saw that interaction since i got bad vibes. Dining area was acceptable, but bathrooms really need to be cleaned. Would recommend drive through over eating inside.

This place needs a culture change and complete overhaul of the employees. Whoever trained them failed miserably. Food takes 20+ minutes to be made, and they cant be bothered to bring it to the table if you select that option on the kiosk. Anytime a customer has a question about their order, the employees complain, and you can hear them in the kitchen loudly talking bad about the customers. They play music that is very explicit and not fit for a restaurant full of young children. Absolutely abysmal.

The food is not the issue for the most part. Just went through this afternoon and waited at the second speaker box for about 15 min while the main box had at least 5 cars go through with a constant line of cars on both sides. Waited about 30 min over all to get food and ended up getting little to no fries when I ordered a medium and the food was lukewarm. Along with multiple sauces that I did not ask for and none of the ones I did. Again I can deal with the food but there was absolutely no communication about the wait. This is not the first time this has happened. The only reason this is a problem is I had a young child with me so it was more convenient to use drive through unfortunately due to the time I waited my child had a melt down in the car. Please be aware long drive through wait times can occur.

Horrible experience time after time. I always give it a few months in between trips and every time is a disappointment. Whether my food be cooked horribly, wrong order, extremely long wait times, missing items, it’s always something. I will avoid this store from now on.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Gave my two boys( 2&4) upset bellies from the hash browns. Within 5-10 minutes of them eating some they both got sick all over their car seats and themselves. After a week of trying to clean the one seat it still smells like throw up. So now I have to replace it! All the times I’ve been hopeful and gave them another chance the breakfast sandwich always has a hint of cleaner taste to it! Stay clear of this location, coffee is always bland too. I’ll probably never return to another Dunkin due to this last experience.

I had an iced latte and it was basically milk... I mean you taste no coffee no espresso.... It's gross. They messed it up the first time I came here and I thought maybe it's a 1 off ... I ordered it a second time and apparently they basically put so much milk that you only taste that. It's gross.

Mentioned I was allergic to regular milk so needed oat milk. Watched her use regular milk and then rinse that out but use the same cup. Had to request for a new cup. Allergies should be taken more serious. Ordered snackin bacon. It was chewy and cold. When I asked about it, she said it was from when they OPENED this morning.

I went thru the Drive thru at approximately 2:44pm today. Ordered the bacon snack and a small sweet tea. As I was leaving I took a sip of the sweet tea and immediately pulled over and spit it out. It smelled like rank toilet water. I pulled back up to the drive thru and told the young guy to smell it and he recoiled. I ask if their water smelled like that. He called “ the manager” up to the window. She refused to smell it. I said, “is that what your water smells like and she said, this is a sweet tea. “ What the heck lady!!! Then she just proceeded to look at me. No, I’m sorry, No, let me get you a new one, No, I’ll give you back your money. Just stared. I asked who I could speak to, Nothing, just stares. I would like to report this I just have no idea to whom.

Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me a free drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don’t really drink coffee nor do I drink specialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn’t really seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CAN say that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened.

If the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. I've spent much of my life working in food service. My decisions often lead to situations where food service is the only or the best suited option. Because I've done quite a bit of work in this industry, I became skilled at it. Because I became skilled at it, I started enjoying it.When I started enjoying it, I went above and beyond. Because I went above and beyond, I have nothing but 5 star Google reviews (that I'm aware of anyway) and certifiable positive references. Management at this store does not understand this. And you can't teach someone who already knows it all. After making a valid complaint on the app, I was publicly mocked by the store manager. From across the dining room, I could hear her clearly enough to recognize my complaint as she summarized it in front of employees and customers I heard her clearly across the dining room with other customers and employees present. She asked an employee to make sure no one followed her outside. I have not once made a threat, hinted at, or otherwise implied any violence under any context. This tells me a couple things, much of which I will not elaborate out of respect.The most relevant is that she knows that she is provoking me. I hope she does get a therapist to address whatever tragedy shaped her like this. She is very immature and this likely will not ever change. After all acknowledging the problem is a critical step to solving it. So things aren't likely to change, I'm sad to say.

I've been to this particular McDonald's twice. The first time 2 weeks ago, I had a mobile order and I was given someone else's order. I should have checked the bag before I drove away, but I've not had it happen in recent memory. I had already driven away before I realized it. I didn't want to wait in the drive-thru line again. The second time, about a week later, I was nearly given another bag of food that was not mine, in addition to my order which I had already received.

One of the more pleasant, clean, and well run locations, a large space and play place with loud screaming kids bouncing around nonstop, at least wifi worked well, had plenty of parking and quick delivery of my pumpkin spice latte to my table. But I noticed the silly Monopoly gag game again gave another similar tile everyone's been getting. Most annoyingly, my latte was quite bitter and seemed to settle immediately which resulted in the last couple sips full of sugar and goo. They need a good soy milk alternative also for dairy sensitive and reducing sugar.

We didn’t get any drinks. Then somehow we ended with double. Somehow we ended up with a quarter pounder with cheese without a bun. There was some commemorative prize which was missing. We thought it was the wrong order. But the receipt was correct. So into the restaurant my wife and stepson go. The staff was not very happy to have to remake the order. ALWAYS LOOK IN THE BAG BEFORE PULLING AWAY!!!!!!! Sweet baby Jesus it was one meal and three drinks.

Id honestly go negative on all rating if I could. Been there twice in the last week. Wensday and Friday, and had extremely shitty customer service both times. The kitchen floor was cover in fries and trash. Poor hand washing techniques and more that im not gonna type because it ain't gonna change..

Visit on 09.16.25 @ 3:20 pm. Ordering a meal for my daughters we sat in drive thru and watched and listened to 3 people in their vehicles place their orders in the lane closest to the building as we waited in the other que. Then we waited for a staff member to take our order as the 4th vehicle pulled up and got their order. Frustrated - We went inside and they definitely were not working to serve up orders fast with eight people waiting and they're busy bickering at eachother. Short staffed - Lack of counter and customer service. If you want to order plan on it being at least a 30 minute event. Some serious work flow issues.

Don’t recommend. We ordered 2 McChickens no lettuce add cheese and bacon. After paying the insane $2.69 for 2 half slices of bacon per sandwich they didn’t even add the cheese or bacon to the one sandwich they handed us. Yes on top of not making it correctly they forgot the whole second sandwich which was paid for and rang up correctly.

Got my white chocolate mocha that I get 3-4 times a week, it tasted like crap and I know what they are supposed to taste like. Went back to get them made right, still tastes like crap, I hope Starbucks didn’t change their recipe because the workers told me they made it the way it is supposed to be made and it does not taste “right”

I came in one day with 2 different drink order. One of them tasted perfect but the other one is like the worst starbuck i’ve ever had. I didn’t go back in to have them fix or anything because it already took so long for a new staff to finish my order. I was really disappointed by how the manager not training their new staffs to make quality drinks before actually giving them any orders. And today I gave them another chance. I ordered a venti strawberry matcha frappuccino with 8 pumps of syrup; however, I feel like there’s really little of matcha that I could barely taste it. I don’t think it was made to the right recipe. Im sorry to say this but I will not be going back to this location in the future. Thanks.

So this morning I went and got me a coffee and I was wanting a cold brew so they were out of cold brew and I do not know my coffees . So when I get to the window there's maybe a 50-year-old woman in the window and I'm older than her. No big deal. But her attitude towards me was really really bad because she kept on charging me for the drink. I substituted for my cold brew which was America frappuccino and I was trying to tell her I only want one drink so she got so annoyed that anytime one of the other persons that worked Starbucks came to the window and was bringing her a drink. She was whispering behind my back to them. She wasn't being professional. She wasn't working through it. She had a total attitude and was completely rude and didn't think I seen it and it happened so bad that she had to walk away from the window. When she could have just worked through it and maybe listen cuz I told her I only wanted one drink in the very end because she wasn't getting it. And I explained to her that I don't know my drinks. She could have been a little bit more kinder. It would have saved her from having a bad attitude today. So here we are making a review. I'm sure she works really well most the time and I'm sure she's A manager. But when you're having a problem with a client or a customer, the best thing to do is just work through it and not make them people feel bad neither. And by the way, I spend about $12 a day at Starbucks. And you time's that by 365. Come on now. Just worked through it. Just be kind. Keep it kind beep nice sister. A little misunderstanding. And don't be so rude to talk behind people's Bax where they can see you. You'll be surprised if I don't report you to corporate. That's ridiculous really

I had the barista named Jenny she was SO rude to both me and my friends and made us feel so unwelcomed. It wasn’t our first time having her and her being rude. Just never had a good experience with her. In all reality she should get fired.

Guy at the window mumbled the entire time. Only good thing was the frozen chocolate that you can’t really mess up. Out of most of their go to donut hole flavors at 11am. Barely cooked the hash browns you can visually see they are not fried correctly. The 11am crew just sucks. 5 star frozen chocolate on a good note! Would have picture but cooked hashbrowns in air fryer already.

First of all I asked for stuffed mini everything bagels like three times and got plain bagels Totally fine. I love bagels. I love cream cheese. They were hot and fresh -delicious The man on duty was kind, helpful, The facility looked pretty clean so the atmosphere was okay- nothing special just very meh And I had also ordered a ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croissant. It was lukewarm at best and I'm going to add a picture and hopefully you can see what I saw- It was definitely not fresh I also asked for a caramel iced coffee and it was delicious

Went in for a quick bite. I saw the donuts looked like someone sat on them at 800 am in the morning. So I opted for hot sandwich coffee and taters rounds. I got 6 tater rounds soggy barely warm. Bagel sandwich was hard even though I heard thrm toast the bagel it was almost as bad as eating razor sharp bread crust. Egg was OK cheese was slimy. Coffee was the only thing half way decent. I honestly went out fo my way to get in there won't try again

Used to love coming here all the time but now not so much. The service sucks now and the staff is the worst. Tried going in for my medium coffee today on national coffee day with a purchase of an item and they said no, acted like they didn't know anything....??? I also had to get off from drive through cause the scanner not working so I went inside and it was just worst, waste of time.

The weakest hazelnut coffee eve, and the guy on the drive thru speaker didn't make things better, his tone when ordering was unappealing. Wasted my time and money coming here, I don't know what I was thinking . I'm done with all Dunkin doughnuts they are so out dated.

I'm a huge Dunkin fan and will go at least once a week. All the locations in the Greater Lafayette area are good👍🏾

i would give zero start if i could they let flies shit and play in the donuts the customer service is HORRIBLE and they will never fix a issue they caused or refund anything don’t waste your money here TRASH

Its been long time since I visited Dutch Bros and spotted this one as my hotel had some coupons and ads for this location when we visited Indiana. We were able to locate this one easily, the lines weren't long either. The staff greeted and we mentioned about coupons, and they did honor without hesitation. The ordering process was simple and we were able to pick up the cold drinks and drive out within 5 minutes. Great experience and the drinks were perfect!!!!

I love Dutch Bros and this new location is amazing! We were so excited to get one here in Lafayette and opening day was amazing - line was long but it moved fast and the atmosphere was so so fun. All of the staff we talked to were so friendly and energetic, and the music was upbeat and totally fun. Honestly it felt like a party in line and my kids LOVED it. Loved all of the swag we got and my Golden Eagle drink was delicious too, just how I remember it tasting!! 10/10 recommend, love this place and I know where I’m going now for my morning coffee!

First time visiting Dutch Bros and it took 45 minutes to get my 2 coffee orders. Given it was a Sunday around 10:30am, it was busy. One of my drinks was made wrong, but the broistas apologized and remade it right away. They were very friendly and polite. If you’re not looking to wait long, plan accordingly; order online or go to the walk up counter.

The line is always worth it ! So glad y'all are out this way now ! Dutch brothers is way way way better than 7 brew !

I have been here EVERYYY day since opening!! I LOVE this place & am so glad you came to Lafayette!! The one thing that stuck out to me the most was how AMAZING and outgoing the employees are!! Everyone seems to be having soo much fun while working & just keeping a smile on everyone’s face. You guys have been so great!! My fav so far is the electric berry lemonade with boba and the banana split shake!! 😍

Good coffee options here. Try the Kicker with sweet cream. Unfortunately, wait times are around 15-20 minutes. Don’t expect a quick drive thru for coffee.

An employee was making fun of me to the other staff and made it quite obvious as I was standing right in front of them… all I did was tell him I was going to go wash my hands and would be back to grab my food… I left and will never be back to this location. I very rarely leave reviews- the service here was extra bad for me to bother even writing this.

This used to be one of the better McDonald’s in Lafayette, but something changed within the last 6 months. The staff has become rude and our orders are consistently wrong. We’re done with this location for now. Maybe we’ll try again in 6 months after they’ve cycled through another set of employees.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I've been ordering from this particular McDonald's, and they have never messed up my order up until recently. I'm not sure what has changed, but the last several times we have had missing items, and this issue has occurred three times in a row. We may not be ordering from this location moving forward as the service is clearly not as good as it used to be. If you order from this location, make sure you go in person and also check your food.

Do you actually believe they deserve $13+/Hour when in a three item order not only do they forget the Medium Fry, the two double cheeseburgers looked like a toddler assembled and wrapped it. Do Better McDonald's your starting to act like the McDonald's by the Mall.

Read the reviews, tried to be mindful of "new" hours they were closed at 11:21. Not complaining, just figured I'd update the hours. We had to stop at Wendy's first to actually get the food.,🤷‍♂️

Disgusting. I Order From Dunkin Donuts Everyday And This Is The Worst One In Town. I Order A Hot Coffee And A Medium Ice , Paid Additional For Extra Flavor For Both Drinks And Taste Disgusting. I Called The Manager And She Basically Said I Was Lying Because She See On The Screen How Many Flavoring Was Added. Even Though I’m Explaining To Her It’s Disgusting She Was Very Argumentative. DISCLAIMER: I'm a bit of a coffee connoisseur, but I am basing this rating on what the average Joe would come to expect from a cup of your average joe... This was my first time at a Dunkin'. I went through the drivethru for a large Americano w/ an additional shot of espresso. Iced. It was about 8PM, on a Saturday night, and there was only one car in front of us, so the service was fast and efficient. The portions size was amazing, the coffee was better than you'd expect from a doughnut store chain, and I love the straws... :) 4- Stars, because the 'barista' didn't know what an Americano consisted of.

Tried to place an order for avocado toast..... Wanted to add hash browns was cut off before I finished my order then was asked for a name for my order when I tried to add/finish my order I was told to redrive around to the board because I got cut off by your employee? ABSOLUTELY NEVER RETURN AGAIN how ungodly rude, was almost tempted to park go in and start screaming. But now it's going to Corporate to review the video/voice footage

Terrible experience. I ordered from this location through Uber Eats and asked for 12 donuts — I only received 6, and they weren’t even the ones I selected. The Blue Raspberry drink was basically just syrup — undrinkable. This place is always out of everything no matter what time you order. Completely unreliable. I will never order from here again.

I went through the drive-thru to try a new drink and asked the employee what it was made with, but he couldn’t understand me. He told me to pull up to the window, and when I got there, he was trying to talk to me with a mouth full of food, completely unprofessional and honestly gross. He was also dripping with sweat. I was here as a Doordash driver to pick up customers order. They are busy and sell out of doughnuts fast in the afternoon into evening and night. Get there fast and get orders in early.

I have always went to this Dunkin since they have opened... As a regular However have not been in for about a week or soo due to health Issues.. I went today and it was such a horrible experience.. The person taking our order was very pushy and sounded just rude Didn't even listen to how we wanted our iced coffees made... Got our order completely wrong on how to make the ice coffee the correct way ....Upset me because the original people I have seen in the last few years always recognize me every time know just how I like my coffee made and making it just right every time ..I bummed out I pray this is not the new ownership because They did a horrible job ..

Being disappointed before for getting cold food every time I gave it another try so I order 16 nuggets for my kids, and got crumbs countable for nuggets, extremely small and thin..how can they serve this? Definitely never going back!

This is one of the few fast food Burger Kings that I visit from time to time and so far I like this place because of how clean, quiet and pleasant the workers are who serve me. Oh, and something very important, especially for olders people who frequently need to use the restrooms. Here are free and very clean at all times. You don't have to buy anything to use the restroom, and you don't have to ask the manager for permission like at other locations. Keep up the good work.

Every time the breakfast sandwiches are raw. The bacon is completely raw and disgusting every time!

We ordered again to give them a second chance, but were disappointed. This was the second time we ordered the original chicken sandwiches and there was very little mayo or lettuce on them again. The onion rings were missing, the marinara for our mozzarella fries was missing, and the coke was very watered down. Cannot speak for cleanliness or atmosphere as this was a doordash order, but again disappointed by quality.

I come to this burger king all the time. They closed for a while to revamp. Now the place looks nicer but the service has gone downhill. They try to rush you through your order at the drive-thru. If you order a sandwich plain it will most likely show up with everything on it. They say they can’t hear you through the drive through speaker. No order confirmation when you pay so your are in for a surprise at the window. Inside the service is non-attentive and it’s extremely hot inside I don’t know how the workers don’t suffer from heat stroke working in there.

Will not be returning, ordered three burgers received two. Had to return for my personal burger. I ordered a double whopper with cheese no onions, I am allergic to them. I got a double whopper no cheese with onions.

Got my daughter and I some lunch this afternoon and she ate a small side of the mac n cheese. Fast forward to a few hours later, she’s been puking and hasn’t had anything to eat since the chickfila. I called the location I went to and asked there had been any other complaints and to let them know, and the person I spoke to responded with “okay”. I won’t be returning to this location.

Shout out to Danny who we just watched SPRINT (literally sprint!) from the store all the way to the stoplight at Bonlou and Creasy just to make sure a patron received their entire order!! That’s some top notch customer service!

Good food just didn't care to go though drive throw and people standing out side asking what you want we felt like we were being pushed through fast ,it was our first time and didn't get to look at what all they had!

Went through the drive through just now, and the worker overheard me say to my husband that the people next to us were getting ice cream and we should have ordered some. She also heard my baby crying, and brought both my husband and I an ice cream cone. I’m very grateful, she didn’t realize how long my day had been and I truly needed this ❤️

I know it’s “just fast food” but the employees here are not the typical fast food workers. They all seem to want to be here and serve the community through their work.

Food is good. Service is good. Something about the store just feels sterile compared to the other just a few miles away. Less fun for the kids.
