The 23 best breakfast and brunch in Richmond

First time here , and before sharing this review , have been back , 4 more times in two weeks ! The food bar is good , but the bacon cheeseburger is Awesome ! The staff is extremely kind , helpful and professional ! Great employees Small Town atmosphere , with cozy surroundings , and great food , who wouldn't want to go back numerous times !

Stopped in yesterday for the first time & it was great! Kind staff & good food! I had the Triple Decker Club (pictured here) and my husband had a burger. The fried banana peppers are also wonderful!

This is such a good family owned restaurant, honestly probably one of my favorites in the state so far everything is home cooked, the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Placed a to go order an hour before closing, was told it would be 25 minutes. Got there within that time frame and when I walked in I wasn’t even greeted, the girl standing at the food bar looked up at me then back down as if she was bothered I came in. I told her I had a to go order and her demeanor changed a bit, but she was still very nonchalant. When we got home to eat, my boyfriend’s burger was literally falling apart as he was trying to eat. He also ordered it medium and it was well done. My son’s pancakes were also burnt. Never had a bad experience there but this one leaves me wondering if I want to go back. If you’re to stay open til a certain time, the same service needs to be provided til that time.

We stopped here for our 1st time and we will definitely go back if we get a chance. The breakfast and food bar were both good with almost endless options! They were a little slow getting food out, but did apologize for the wait. Also, a girl greeted us as we entered, however, did not tell us we could seat ourselves until we asked. Overall, highly recommend trying this place.

Food is always good…. But please update your pricing on your website, it’s very misleading 🤦🏻 also please tell customers when you are out of toppings etc etc and stick to your menu. The action Jackson comes with an onion ring and 4 slices of cheese, i got neither….

This location is 10xs better. I highly recommend The “Old Kentucky Latte” — The only place in Kentucky where you can enjoy a bourbon infused sorghum & espresso!!! I left the other location in hopes to find a far more inviting, diverse, and warm environment! I’m so so glad I did. I can’t wait to come back!

10/10! We got a Mango smoothie and White chocolate caramel mocha!! The large size comes with 4 shots of espresso. Very good consistency with the smoothie and very good flavor. Not too overpowering. The coffee was very good! Well balanced between sweet and the coffee bitter taste. The staff were very nice and made sure everything tasted good before we left!

i loveee coming here all the time. i been locked in with purdy’s ever since i as 12, i remember when they started in downtown & now im 20 in a nursing major which is a tough career so this is my small safe study space. the staff is very friendly, their coffee + food are sooo yummy ! would def keep coming back here, purdys will always have my heart. ❤️

I just had the best coffee I’ve had in a while!! Honey lavender latte. Not bitter. Not burnt. Not too hot. Full of flavor that didn’t taste like fake flavoring. The lavender wasn’t over powering, just a hint, but the honey was where it was at! There was like over an inch of froth…just like God designed it to be. I also appreciated the girls suggestions on places to go shop while I had time to kill.

Been here numerous times (usually drive thru), but have always had a good experience. The only complaint I've ever had is that the lattes are occasionally not hot enough for my preference. Sometimes I will ask them to microwave the cup, if so. My kids enjoy the food here as much as I do. They are always willing to adjust ingredients based on preference. I wish we could get Purdy's in the Richmond center (but then I'd probably stop by every time I left my house 😂) Love the people at Purdy's and appreciate how they give back to our community.

The atmosphere at this coffee shop is pretty nice and the batistas were so nice. I had a chicken salad sandwich with Russian Sawmill Coffee. My only complaint is that sandwich was smaller than I expected. Another thing to note is that the Russian coffee is super spicy. Overall, my final rate is five star :)

I love coming here to eat and get a great cup of coffee ☕️ It's always so peaceful here and the music is very relaxing. But most of all I enjoy the strong cup of coffee they serve here! I purchased the Pumpkin Spice Latte Hot and it was nice and strong, not over powered by the sugar or syrup like the usual way its made. I also got The Sunrise which is very delicious and healthy. It's my favorite, it's all I order here. It's a wrap with egg, cheese, your choice or ham or turkey (I always get turkey) and more. It's to die for! My personal favorite!

Always a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Chick-Fil-A always proves to be part of the elite. Food is always quick and accurate. We always love the mobile/take out option.

Customer service is great. But this is the largest fruit cup. Mind you this is $4 and it wasn’t even half full..this is fresh out of the bag not even touched

I am not a fan of the food, never have been. My family loves this location, they are friendly, and fast. My wife and child have never had a bad experience here and they go all the time.

This location is the most well oiled chicken machine and serves up the friendliest service. We stop here often on our way to the lake and though the place is always super busy we always have a quick accurate and friendly experience. They even “fix” things when you yourself mess your order up 🤦‍♀️ Thanks to team lead Bailey tonight for taking great care of us.

Chic fil a is very tasty, great service, however they were one of the only restaurants that didnt use chicken with antibiotics in it, but that recently changed. I thought as a Christian organization, they would have had a little more concern for the health of their customers. I understand it's fast food, but the only reason I allowed it was because they used chicken not raised with antibiotics. Once that changed, I quit eating there.

Hands down the best Chick-fil-A ever! Just the best service and highest quality food. I’m quite literally never disappointed at this Chick-fil-A and notice all their attention to detail when I go to other CFA stores and compare to the Richmond Centre. They go above & beyond and treat you like family!

I've been meaning to come to this diner for a very long time I'm so glad I finally did. It reminds me of a diner my husband and I used to go to in Milford Delaware. I had dessert first definitely a tradition of mine. The burger was delicious and the service was excellent.

My husband and I had the best meal at Better Burgers! The service was fast and great. We will definitely be going back soon. I would highly recommend the breakfast burger and the breakfast wraps.

Nice, simple place. Excellent food. Reasonably diverse menu. Grayson, our server, was dynamically pleasant and efficient. Food was a little slow in coming, but it was worth the wait. Hamburger was quite good. Green beans were excellent. Cole slaw flavor was quite good, but i didn't care for the way it was chopped. Pics are hamburger and roast beef plates. Overall, very nice. Staff was all smiles and genuinely friendly. Worth a trip here if you're craving a good burger or delightful comfort food! Try it sometime.

It is a nice little place to eat. We were there for breakfast. Portions are a bit small but very good food and service. Worth the trip.

Cracker Barrel has always been a favorite for its comforting, home-style meals and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is especially great — perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and pancakes that somehow taste even better when served with warm syrup in a cozy, country-themed dining room. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the little country store up front adds a nostalgic charm that’s hard to resist. However, as much as I enjoy the food and experience, I have to mention a serious issue that happens in the early mornings. Right after they open, the smell inside is overwhelmingly bad — like something sour and musty that hits you the moment you walk in. It’s so strong it can honestly make you feel a little sick, which is a real shame considering how good everything else is. I hope they can figure out what’s causing it, because it really takes away from an otherwise great experience.

The new menu is really awesome! The campfire meals and s’mores skillet is 10/10. Jasmine was really great and helpful and the service was exceptional.

What has happened to this place? 2nd time we have had a bad time in months. All the servers seem like they hadn't been trained properly. 40 min wait to get our drinks and an hour and half for the food on the first time. Waited a couple months. Came back and 30 minutes for our drinks. Got our food but they didnt have silverware. Waited 10 minutes to get silverware to eat the food. Table behind us got ignored Waited 45 mins for drinks and food came out as the wrong order. Management needs to train all these new people or someone needs to get this place under control. Its ridiculous.

The biscuits were hard as rocks and then the hash brown casserole was cold and extremely salty I ordered an egg sandwich on grilled sourdough toast it came out not toasted just cold bread with a cold egg. Worse food I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel

I love cracker barrell!! The food was warm and delicious. My boyfriend and I shared grilled chicken tenders and a side of hash brown casserole and slaw. It was perfect to give us a little energy and back on the road. The waitress was wonderful.

We had a great experience at Cracker Barrel! Our server, Lexie Blankenship, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. Great service and a great meal. highly recommend!

Got the campfire chicken, it was so good. The beef campfire is even better! S'mores latte was bomb. Our server was the sweetest lady, wish we could have her every time. It's kinda dark in the restaurant but some people may like that better. The store never has small sizes in the women's clothing.

Been here 3 times. 1st was the best out of the three but wasn't great. Second time was seated and then waited 10 minutes and no came to the table. There was maybe 4 customers at the time. I walked out and manager followed me out to say she was sorry. 3rd time there was several people in line waiting to be served and line never moved in 5 minutes! There was many tables open? Seemed to be short handed. I have always liked IHOP but last time I will stop at this one. 🙁

Arrived on a Monday afternoon . Had to wait to be seated . After being seated the service was slow . Liz took our order and we didn't see her again till the food was served . We then saw her once after that . She was extremely friendly , but we were needing more attention . I ordered the BLT , which was good and the French fries were hot . Just took over 25 minutes to get .

I went twice so far, each time, the service was kinda slow. My partner ordered the spicy omelet but it barley came with the veggies promised so we had to request some on the side. No avocados as promised. I got the Cali melt and it was good! But little to no avocados again. The staff was nice and made it right. The next time we went the same thing happened again unfortunately. My partner ordered the crispy original chicken sandwich and they ended up giving it to the wrong person 😅 a different lady ordered the same thing but not crispy, hers was grilled and was given to us instead so had to wait another 13 minutes on his food while I eat in front of him. I had the Cali again and it was great! Wish it was knocked off our bill or a discount would have been nice at that point.

We walked in and saw several people sitting down waiting which was the first bad sign. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait and the people next to us were talking about how they had to wait 25 minutes. We waited 15 minutes and asked them again how much longer it would be and they said another 15 or 20 minutes. They blamed the wait on the kitchen when in reality food was coming out quickly. We didn't even get in to eat because of the wait time and the less than service. Management needs to be fixed before we ever come back here.

We love this for an affordable evening meal. It's not as busy like breakfast. Nice atmosphere, exceptional service: our waitress last night was great- she has a Polish roommate as my wife was studying languages on Duolingo! She suggested the limited offering Pumpkin Spice pancakes for our next visit The food choices are much more than pancakes but who can resist those???!!!

Having read other reviews prior, we went in knowing it wasn't gonna be the best or fastest service, and we weren't disappointed. Seemed to be almost as many servers as there were tables, yet we waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted, drinks and such came out relatively steady, long wait for food. Kitchen clearly short staffed, had a problem with something and had to wait for manager to come off the line. She did handle the issue no complaints, offered to do more for us, but we had to make an appointment.

Food is edible but, mediocre at best. Got a order of biscuits and gravy and if you want gravy to cover the biscuits, you have to pay extra. People came in 10 minutes after us and got served before us. This is a pet peeve of mine. It shouldn't happen. The waitress was great. The gravy thing will keep me from coming back.

Spent $60 for three adults and 3 kids meals the baguettes were so hard you could not even eat them so I found someone to help and she cut up a fresh loaf which iwas harder (stale) than the first. The quality of food has really gone down and the bathrooms were disgusting. I would not recommend.

Food tasted good, sandwich wasn't burnt and was portioned properly. Soups were warm and tasted good. The men's bathroom smelt like there was a sewage leak and had a strong smell of urine. Sat in the back corner side and it even smelt the same outside of the bathroom! The tables, booths, and floor were disgusting for a "restaurant"... heck I think McDonald's has cleaner seating areas.

We try to stop at a Panera on every vacation or trip when we are traveling on the road. This Panera Bread is not much different than the ones by frequent locally. Food is good and fresh. Also they'll fix it the way you like it. We recommend using the app. The only negative is typically you find that the restrooms are not as clean as I would like. I would recommend some bleach in the urinal to get the yellow brown stains out of it. This is typical of Panera restrooms. Buc-ee's restrooms should be the standard!

Paid an extra $1.29 for an extra egg and got this very thin egg which is 1 egg. I paid almost $9 for this sandwich. At least the bread wasn’t burnt this time!

We stopped in tonight, 07-29-2025, at about 8:00 PM. We were completely ignored (1 star). There was a girl scrubbing the wood-top table behind the order counter. She had some sort of headgear, and i dont know if she was wearing headphones, or what. We stood, being ignored, for several minutes. I finally leaned over the counter and said, "excuse me" multiple times, and she ignored me. Maybe she had headphones in (unprofessional). Maybe she was legitimately deaf (if that was the case, she saw us, she could've at least acknowledged us with a smile. So, I went over to the carry out area, and asked if we could order. Another girl said she'd get someone (three stars). Enter Onyx. She helped us and was wonderful. Friendly, polite, a bright spot during an otherwise inhospitable experience. The food was good. Onyx was great, and much appreciated. Ignore-y employees might learn some hospitality from her.

My local Panera. I go here a lot! Everything is what you'd generally expect from a Panera. Incredibly rare that I have an issue with orders and they are quick to correct. I always order on the app and 90% of the time my order is ready in the window of time it gives me.

I got the 4 cheese soufflé to go. I’m sure it would have been better if it wasn’t burnt, as I could taste the burnt “bitterness”. Flavor was okay, needs a little salt and pepper or a touch of seasoning. NOTE to SELF…open the box and chrck it before leaving.

Disappointed is the word I would use to describe this location. Cleanliness is abysmal, the bathrooms are awful and dirty and out of soap in the men’s restroom. Food was cold, and non of the workers were wearing hairnets. Would not recommend.

My friend ordered a 10 piece nuggets on the McDonald's app. Went and got it. Came home and opend the mcnugget labeled box and had a McRib! She didn't want to go back out in the cold, so I ordered her a 10 peoce combo meal on doordash. She got it and it was the same dang thing! A McRib in a 19 peice nuggets box!

Just went to the drive thru to get my order. The staff was friendly, advised me that the order would take a few minutes, r etc. Food was hot, chicken in the wraps wasn't greasy, the tomatoes on my Daily Double were ripe, the mustard had been added and the drinks had just the right amount of ice. We sat in the parking lot, watched traffic while eating and theorized on where they were headed, how was that car even on the road!, etc Open 24/7 so give them a try.

We only got a carmel frappe and a vanilla iced coffee my iced coffee needed more ice but other than that it was good.

This locations is one where you ALWAYS need to check your bag... I've gotten the wrong order from here so many times, i boycotted for a long time and just started to go again only to continue my disappointment. Once I ordered a 6 piece happy meal and got a box of mac sauce.

If you do a mobile order, I recommend you pickup in the drive thru. If you do curbside pickup you will be waiting for 25 minutes only to go inside and see your meal sitting in a bag on the counter like I did. Also double check your items as I have yet to have a completely filled and correct order from here.

FABULOUS FALL MENU!!! Love this chain… this one exceeded expectations! Greta coffee Great kale tonic! And food was outstanding! Highly recommend of you need to eat along I-75 in Kentucky!!

Food was excellent - I tried the 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad combo with a lemon ricotta pancake on the side. The ham and Gruyère melt had a hint of clove - I think that’s what it was - and the pecan salad with bacon was awesome! And the lemon curd on the ricotta pancake was top notch! It was a tad loud in there, though. Be prepared for that.

I wish I could leave more than 5 ⭐️ for our server NIA. She was so personable and an amazing server. She is for sure a positive asset to First Watch in Richmond, KY. The food was delicious and we will for sure be back. Thanks Nia for great customer service!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible food (I had the Million Dollar Bacon + Honey Chipotle Hash) and our waitress (Nia) was phenomenal. Even with as busy as they were, everything was running smoothly. Would recommend 10/10 👍

Food is good management sucks. Low ratings because we started coming here and we where told coffee was complementary and didn't get charged for it for multiple weeks in a row. So I started coming twice a week for breakfast and that adds up 80$ for three people twice a week. We where getting mimosas and such trying new things everytime we came. We'll last visit we had a 3.99 per person charge for coffee ☕️ 😲 🫨 and the bill was right at 51$ for just two of us this day. So I ask.our server and he said let me talk to management i said cool. So management comes and says oh I'll take that off their but it was a mistake that you where getting free coffee all this time I said thats fine I'll just be sure to not get coffee he comes back and the bill is still 51$. Dude should have just ate the cost of the coffee instead of thinking he was slick. I won't be buying drinks again from this location its not about cost its about principles and he thought he was getting one over on me.

Our server, Jaden, was very kind and courteous. The food was fresh and delicious. And, the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. I would recommend First Watch to anyone who's in the mood for an excellent breakfast/brunch!

I don’t leave Google reviews very often so gear up. But I feel like this Starbucks deserves it. And I know people are always like “support local places, Starbucks is bad, large-scale capitalism, blah whatever” I mean, if you realistically ever had Starbucks though because it’s fine to support local, but I’m also going to partake. I’ll choose my battles, y’all. These barista buddies replaced my drink after I dropped it in my driveway, I was carrying 3 drinks in one of those drink carriers that are internationally known for being made with the structural integrity of wet paper. You know what I’m talking about. Anyways, they made me a new one. Free of charge. Honestly, that’s not customer service, that’s emergency response action. EVERY single one of the drive-thru staff is so nice I’m convinced they’ve been trained by actual angels from Heaven. I usually do a mobile order since I don’t like a lot of human interaction because I’m socially awkward, but on the days that I use my actual mouth at the speaker box and attempt to say what I think I want but realistically have no idea what I’m saying, they somehow manage to make it, and make it good. These magical people are extremely kind humans PLUS they get up very early and still manage to be that pleasant. 10/10. 5 stars. Olympic Gold. Whatever.

Decent little place. Unfortunately staff seem to be forgetful...couldn't remember to make a simple drink like tea. And then to only have oat'milk' out? But the tea was good and strong.

Friendly staff who are inconsistent on following new CDC Covid prevention measures. 3 of 6 staff i saw were wearing masks. The front of the house was weirdly packed with boxes from a truck delivery that looked like they weren't going anywhere soon. This location used to have comfortable seating, nicely arranged. It also once had a big display area for mugs and travel bottles, and was a nice place to meet for a conversation. It seems the inside service café has been neglected recently in favor of drive through. I'm sure that's the more profitable end of the shop, but I do miss having a nice inside seating area. The nice sales display shelves have been replaced with a very industrial looking steel rolling shelf, which doesn't seem to match the SB brand styling. The shelf and the tables inside badly needed a wipedown.

Coffee is overpriced. Drive thru is the way most people buy coffee here. Food is overpriced but good. The best is a latte

That was the absolute weakest latte I have ever gotten. Even after getting 2 extra shots of expresso it was still weak. Like either they are reusing the coffee or something is wrong. The ratio is off or something. It was horrible.

They charge me 8$ + extra here for a matcha tea i happen to get in all surrounding counties for 6$+ They hurry you through drive threw and when I told them what I wanted they ask again? then after I paid i was handed the wrong size. Two ppl on the headset made it hard for them to both talk an hear.

By far the WORST store ever!!! Not only do they ALWAYS mess up your order. Today they charged me for someone else's order & when I said I wanted the money they owed me back, they offered me donuts. On to of that, when they finally figured out their mistake, they hand me a half melted frozen coffee & the bagel I ordered toasted was frozen solid. Safe yourself the time and go to the other location in Richmond. They're faster and don't mess your order up.

This is hands down the worst dunkin i have ever had the displeasure of visiting. 9/10 times I visit they find a way to get my order wrong. Customer service is average at best and whoever prepares the food must have trouble reading or they just don’t care. If you’re hungry, you’re better off going to the store and making food yourself because they will get your order wrong. I leave disappointed every time which seems to be the only thing consistent with ordering here.

I have been stopping in weekly the past 2 years and recently cut down my trips due to the 15-20 minute wait in line for an online order or drive-thru order. Not to mention, I place my order online, and they immediately take the money out, and then when I go to pick it up, they rarely have the order. The app says it doesn't take the money until the order is filled, not true. It comes out immediately, and then they are always sold out of the donuts by 10 am when I come to the drive thru. I even went in around 830, and they filled the order and still didn't have any donuts other than 2 kinds. Why take people's money if you can't fill the order? Or better yet, make more and stop leaving a variety of 2 or 3 kinds. They close at night, so why are they out of donuts by 9 or 10 am? I rather go to the other location and pay a bit more and get my entire order.

Don’t go to this DD if you expect to actually eat something. We have been there many times and they never have food. We have been there as early as 10:00 am and they were already out of muffins and/or bagels….. later in the day? Forget it. They are always out. Go to another store like the one near I-75. They usually have muffins and bagels….. usually! The store at 1029 Sylvia Drive in Richmond, KY is terrible.

Literally every time i have been here, i get the worst experience out of any dunkin I’ve ever been to. Out of everything, mess up the order multiple times or just don’t make it, and i sit in the drive thru for over 15 mins every time. I only have given this location multiple tries because my work is right across the street and it’s convenient for lunch breaks. But never again, such a waste of time to sit and wait for 20 min for them to tell you at the window that they are actually out of everything you ordered.

I’ve come here 3 times this week and every time my sweet tea taste weird. It tastes like they haven’t cleaned the container the tea goes in. It’s gotten progressively worse each time.

Today, five min ago , I was given two orders of mushy hash browns. Not crispy like advertised on their menu. My kids thank you for ruining their breakfast. Literally they can’t even hold them they are falling apart. This is why I haven’t gone to Dunkin’ Donuts in ten years and now I will never go back. They also charged me for my food before informing me they were out of the bacon egg bites. Great staff you got there. I have never been so disappointed in 9$ spent at a fast food location. This is absolute garbage.

So I haven't patroned a Golden Corral in YEARS. The last time I did, you paid for your party then they'd seat you. Now, at least at this location, after you pay, they tell you to seat yourself. The cost definitely went up from the last time to now - $13.99 a person - four adults was over $60! The food was good, old-fashioned Golden Corral food. The servers and staff were very polite, professional, and friendly. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. The buffets were clean and presentable.

Our server Angel was very kind and attentive. She checked in on us regularly for drink refills and to check food quality. The food itself was hot and fresh and the buffet had everything from rice and chicken to fish and dessert. The dining room was clean and ready for customers and the manager was quick to answer questions when needed. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and food and as repeat customers we would absolutely recommend to friends and dine in again.

The food at this restaurant is also so fresh and hot. It is also so clean. Our waitress Kasey was wonderful and kind. The manager at this facility is the best there is. We drive two hours away for my father’s doctors appointment and always come here to eat. Their restaurant is by far the best Golden Corral we have ever been to.

By far the cleanest and friendliest Golden Corral I have ever been to. The management and there team truly do an amazing job here. I have been to a few in other areas and cleanliness and server availability is always questionable but these guys make it work. Even when they had a kitchen first and had to close for 8 months the manager kept and paid their staff which is unheard of in this day and age. Will support this establishment again

We had our Sunday meal at Golden Corral. They have all the usuals along with steak, ham, turkey, chicken, mashed potatoes, red potatoes, green beans, broccoli . I like the variety of salad items, dressings and fruits. Their desert selections are everything your would expect, pie, cake, cookies, ice cream. You cannot go away hungry. The atmosphere is family friendly. Servers were helpful and refilled our drinks regularly. It's a nice place for a nice meal in a relaxed setting.

Gave me explosive diarrhea. I have never excavated my bowels so quickly in my life. The tummy rumbling started in the parking lot. Halfway into the 10 minute drive home I was begging my husband to drive faster. By the time we pulled into the driveway, I was sprinting to the toilet, sweating and clutching my stomach in agony. What happened in that bathroom was unspeakable. And my husband did not fare well either. Will not dine here again.

Out of cold brew at 8 am, no protein snack boxes, and dirty tables. Not a good Starbucks

They’re always super nice and amazing. Ignore the negative reviews from the impatient crybabies. The lines are moderately short to long because this place is amazing. They can’t help being amazing and attracting lots of people because they’re that. darn. good. The wait is always worth it because they never fail to deliver. During rushes it might take a bit longer than usual for them to get your drink made but it’s literally self explanatory why. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them in Richmond Ky, Hazard Ky, Colorado, and California and I can proudly say this is the best Starbucks you’ll ever drink from. This place is the definition of “The best service in town”.

The people are very friendly. The coffee is always good, way better than the other new place here in Richmond.

Advice for people who are new to working customer service/ any job: if you bargain with your co-worker to change tasks so you don't have to make drink, decide quickly. Also, try to whisper when you have this very prolonged conversation.

Long lines with half the workers are sitting around chatting. In line ten minutes and two people completed an order.

Horrible caramel macchiato. I go there EVERY DAY and the drink is either too watery or too milky or toooo sweet. There are only 2 people in the store that can make real drinks. Waste of money every time.

Great place since on campus, but they over charge for several drinks. If I order a coffee with coconut milk on the app or at a different store the price would be cheaper.

No utensils to eat togo food. By the time I made it back to the hotel with plastic ware from Marathon my food was cold my kids were asleep and the day was over, threw it away. Call the manager of the Davis full refund because that is totally unlike Waffle House and it's definitely not the Waffle House way

It's Waffle House. What more can I say? Any time I go south, Waffle House is good for at least one stop. Country Ham is the best ever. I do have to say I had a little sticker shock at the price increases from two years ago, but heck, the closest one to home is 300 miles away, so it was worth every penny! They even have pumpkin waffles for fall - yum!

We eat about every time we go to Richmond .. and usely really good but this time the food was nasty and the Service was not the best .. from uncooked eggs and bacon and the wrong toast to the Service was else didn't fill our coffee to not bring every we ordered

I love this location. There is one waitress (purple hair)on morning shift who is just absolutely amazing. She's the reason I go back. My food is always perfection every time!

The bread was burnt the only cooked parts of the hash browns were the brown parts. The sweet tea is good. It’s more expensive than First Watch just without the quality. The staff were really nice.

i know days can be rough and i don’t know what kind of day she was having, but the first lady that took my order was very rude and also got my order wrong. although i said the order fast she could’ve had me repeat it instead of saying “uhh okay , anything else” with an attitude. the lady at the second window was very nice and made up for the first lady .

Literally done with this location. Just stopped in for lunch and sitting in the drive thru about to pull out and see this. One thing after another at this location. Ridiculous. 🙄

The food is ok if it's made to order. However if you don't customize your meal, no onions for example, and it will be food prepared prior to your visit. The meals are prepared in anticipation of future order, and could have been on standby for up to two hours. The service is never personal. Your order has about a 50% chance of being wrong. Sadly I've found hair on the food mor than not. Hence why I personally do NOT eat McDonald's period. The atmosphere is very stressful and takes a lot of time to receive your food. The price has also risen a very noticeable amount in a short period of time.

BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!! Being a manager at McDonald's establishment this place is absolutely horrible. Drive thru was backed up which is understandable it happens but going inside. The employees and store manager refuse to help any of the people who were at the counter waiting. Constant eye rolling and being extremely hateful to everyone. I literally witness a woman try to place a order for burritos and she didn't know she could order them on the kiosk and the black woman was hateful to her,, didn't bother to show her or tell where to find them on the system she just got hateful and I was horrified. After waiting literally over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru me and my husband decided to leave

Saturday night me and my 5 yr old waited in the drive thru line from 10:28pm - 11:00pm. All that time and the no pickle plain cheese burger had everything but onion, the fries was cold, and the SMALL coke was half full w no ice 😤 I didn’t even get my drink!! 👎

Waited 20 minutes. Everyone else I was with was done eating and waiting on me to even my get food. The lady at the front desk had no problem saying i don’t know your order so I don’t care. Then proceeded to blame me once they finally figured it out. This was after I paid for my food already

It used to be if you went inside you were served first before drive thru. The drive thru was extremely long so I decided to go inside. I waited on one coffee for 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes they served two people behind me and they only waited for maybe 5 minutes. I had to wait 5 minutes to even order. Service is not what it used to be. I will not be going back to this Starbucks.

After standing and waiting on Tammy to finish her smoke break (did not wash her hands after doing so) neither did she greet me as a customer. Anyway, I’m finally able to place my order which she was very snobby about, after placing my order and scanning the app to use my rewards, she tells me “oh our system is not accepting rewards right now” This should have been mentioned before taking an order! She should be working in the back of Kroger with that nasty attitude! She should not be working with customers! Makes Starbucks look bad!!! I’ll stick with Dunkin!

Every time i go here & the blonde headed women OR the dark long haired women with green dyed ends are working, they fail to greet me, poor customer service EVERY TIME. I have called and complained, nothing happens. I used to come here about twice a week, now they’re never open. It is truly baffling that the manager has been able to continue working as long as she has. must have some agreement with upper management. I have never in my 61 years seen such a hateful and dishonest manager get away with as much as she does. Bad experience after bad experience here. They go through baristas like hot cakes! There is only one good barista there, Stephen, bless his heart!!! Kroger: if your turnover rate is as high as it is in one singular department- the problem isn’t the employees. It’s your manager.

I LOVE getting a refresher. But this morning, these two girls behind the counter were charging me extra for a same price substitution, so when I see them making it with water, I say I wanted lemonade like I said prior, then they try to charge me extra AGAIN for lemonade in it when it's listed on the menu as part of the original price. So my bf starts asking them why and they get rude and snarky and say that they've been the manager for eight years and that she knows how it's done. So I ask for my money back because I've NEVER been charged extra for either, yet I was getting charged AT LEAST $2 extra for a substitution and something that it normally comes with. So then the employees start LAUGHING at us, telling us we were rude, and encourage other customers to belittle us. She said I've been the manager 8 years, and no one has been trained differently. I said that apparently SOMEONE had, at least 3 or 4 other people, because I had never been charged extra for it ever and had been there numerous times, and have even waited on someone to get off their shift so I could tip them for how well made it was.

The employees are very kind and knowledgeable, they can tell you everything you need to know about any of the drinks. The little seating area is always clean although it isn't very big. They are fast and usually open to a small chat.

Always a solid experience with this Starbucks. Sometimes the line at the drive through can appear daunting. Even with a long line the wait is never unreasonable. The staff does a phenomenal job of making and mixing menu items to standard and are always super happy and polite. This is one of the regular locations I frequent and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend as everything is delicious.

I ordered a mc chicken with only mustard, and when i go to open the sandwhich, it was only 2 buns, no chicken patty, i tried to call to get my refund but it went straight to voicemail all 3 times. im angry and want my money back, how the heck does that even happen? how do you forget the chicken? on a mc chicken?

I was disappointed with my meal this visit. I ordered something that should have been awesome, but whomever cooked it totally screwed it up! The steak or Steakums they used were burnt black! The hash browns were mushy and the toast was burnt! I understand if the person cooking is new, but by my observations she's been doing it for awhile! So that's what I don't understand. We always stop at this waffle house on our way to Michigan, never again!

I ordered a large cup of coffee to go. Yesterday I paid $2.50, this morning a rude lady gave me dirty looks and charged me $3.

Ioremdered sausage and waffles. The served the sausage 10 minutes before I got the waffles and they were burnt to a crisp. I hate to write this on the waffle house but come on man, it's the Waffle House, usually nothing better between here and Odessa Texas!

Aasper could not take my To-Go order apparently and then laughed with co workers when I sat down to GET said service. Then was basically treated like a nobody for the next 10 mins waiting on “I was told” the only person that can do To-Go orders (Sheana). Then another 45 mins standing waiting for my food, While every other worker ran around doing nothing…. I was told I had to wait on a line of food coming but 2 other dine in came while I was waiting and finished there meals and had there food in minutes. It’s truly a shame 8:16am I arrived and didn’t leave until 9:23am. Forgot my drinks and literally made me wait another 10 mins because I brought the missing items up before leaving, you can still see my cups in photo!!! And multiple workers just laughing and standing around . Then have the nerve to charge a service charge and ToGo fee, for that kind of “service” ??? I am in no way a disrespectful person nor do I not understand rush times etc, but the only 3 people trying were the cook, the younger lady and the one doing the dishes.. Will not be back here Very dysfunctional team

Waitress was great! Bacon was burnt and no one else in the place on a Sunday afternoon! I should have known better! They have walk up windows after 10-11pm 😬😳

Went a few times while staying at the Ramada. Was glad that they are open 24 hours. Staff was friendly, doesn’t matter what time Ive gone in. Food is what you’d expect from Waffle House. Place was clean and orders comes out fairly quick.

Got food to go. Sat down while we waited and saw that the prices on the dine in menu were around 50 cents to $1 cheaper than the to go menu. That on top of the 20% service charge fee for to go orders was sneaky and disappointing to say the very least. They got our order wrong to top it all off too. Won't be coming back and will definitely never be getting to go again. Also, the toast was soggy and still just uncooked bread on one side :|

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I frequent here atleast two times a week. The staff is vibrant and fun. They're always welcoming and remember their regulars. The team is amazing! When an order isn't right, they're quick to fix it. They're good at giving suggestions as well. I used to go to one in Oklahoma, and this one beats it by a mile.

I come through Richmond,KY.store at least twice a week. Service and staff are excellent, I always get an iced golden eagle. I love my Dutch bros coffee!

Stop in at Dutch bros time to time. You can do no wrong with any of the drinks, and the staff is tremendous at finding something you would like. This is only second to their wonderful service and friendly attitude. Always up beat and professional this establishment continues to set the standard for high quality coffee, drinks, and customer service. It’s always a pleasure to stop by for a drink.

They have an amazing staff, Aaron and his team are exceptional, and Cadence always makes the drink to perfection.. They're friendly, respectful and always making sure my order is right.

Nothing to say really. If you’re looking for legit high end coffee. Not the place. If you’re looking for a caffeine fix and a massive amount of sugar. This is for you. Staff is great. Easy to get through line. Lots of options. Although the lines can be pretty long.

I ordered a vanilla blended coffee and added the mochi topping. The drink was great but the baristas.... not to much. They proceeded to call my drink gross and make fun of it infront of me while I was waiting in the drive thru and ive honestly never been more ashamed and embarrassed while ordering a coffee...

You definitely want to stop here for coffee. All the staff here are always really nice, quick, and know what they're doing. You go some places for coffee & it's all sickly-sweet, but the coffee that you get here is perfectly balanced. It's really great, I can't recommend it enough. If I'm in Richmond, I won't stop anywhere other than here for coffee. :)

I have never had a bad experience at this Dunkin till today. I went in before work. Grab my usual. Brown sugar shkn espresso. I ask for less ice they didn’t even give me less ice. And on top of that. They didn’t even fill my drink all the way to the top. And when I asked if they can fill it up a little more. They give me attitude. The tall guy was disrespectful and give me attitude. Their excuse was because I ask for “less ice”. So they could fill it to the top. Highly disappointed. I paid $6.09 for half a DRINK!!! Dunkin’ I’m extremely disappointed in you! Do not go to this location!!! They are rude, disrespectful, and never get your order right. Don’t go to this location if you want to pay $6.09 for half a drink!!!!. Do better Dunkin!!!

I come through multiple times a week because this location is closer to my apartment than the other one. Not only that but I have NEVER gotten an incorrect order here even when they’re very busy. The staff is always so sweet, and I can ask my dog in the morning if he wants to go to Dunkin and he literally runs downstairs because they always give him a pup cup. I always mobile order and it’s ready for me 9/10 times that I go to pick it up.

I do not understand how my sourdough breakfast sandwich could be so hot that it was necessary for me to change how I was holding the box, and yet the sourdough is not even slightly toasty. It is also interesting that the bread has the texture of bread which has been microwaved. It would appear that the store employees do not know how to make a sourdough breakfast sandwich I'll try a different location next time

Some of the workers on the Morning shift are rude 🤬 and their overall service is trash 🚮 if you don’t want to deal with customers go work in a factory. 🏭 Donut was hard. (probably from the next day.) The employees doesn’t wear name tags so I couldn’t tell you who it was specifically. At this point go to Starbucks 🫠👎🏾

I came through two mornings in a row and got a medium iced cold brew it tasted horrible like moldy coffee water both mornings, I have never been that dissatisfied with Dunkin’s coffee, the service was great tho !!

They didnt have medium iced cups so i got a large, it was too sweet for starters. Took me 3 hours to realize they gave me decaf. I've never asked decaf or had decaf in my life. Now I'm at work with the runs stuck in the bathroom. Not happy about this experience

My new favorite gym in Richmond. I attended another “powerlifting” gym for a while where things were happening that I didn’t agree with and everyone talked about each other, etc. this gym has the family feel and everyone has been so nice to me. It’s always so clean and the staff are so friendly. Also so convenient to be able to get a shake after your lift.

The RAC is an awesome gym! The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming. They truly make you feel valued and sincerely want to get to know their members. The facility is always clean and equipment is well maintained. I love that they have a prayer request box...just another way they show their members how much they care about them. Thank you, April and JR, for all the love, energy, and care you put into creating a positive and safe workout environment for Richmond.

Friendly, helpful staff, laid back atmosphere that is good for both competitors and those who want to be healthier. Great protein shakes, and awesome fitness classes. This gym is my favorite place to workout in Richmond. The equipment is always working and I love seeing the results from lifting weights, doing cardio, and participating in some of the fitness classes here. Also, childcare is included in your membership and the gym has great hours! I highly recommend!

Hands down the best gym in Richmond. Almost always spotless. Nice members. 24/7 is a huge perk. The equipment they have is awesome. They have everything a normal gym has and then some.

I’ve been going to this gym since August 2019 and I absolutely love it; staff is friendly, owners are great and know their members’ names. I am regularly greeted on my way in and out, I don’t feel like I have to be one of the “cool kids” to garner any attention. I am an Army Recruiter (20 years in service) and feel 100% supported in my service; I have never, not once, felt like anyone at RAC doesn’t appreciate and support what I do. Also, I apologize to all the other members for being weird and singing to myself on the treadmill. I like it.

I joined a year ago because I wanted to lose weight and get healthier. Since then I have lost a total of 54lbs and 21% body fat. J. R. The owner has been very supportive and has given me some great tips. April and the rest of the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The gym atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. I would recommend this gym to anyone who would ask me, if I knew great place to workout!! Membership is very reasonable.

This is by far the best gym in Richmond. Excellent staff, quality equipment, group fitness opportunities, and 24/7 access available at a very reasonable rate. Coming from an athletic background (collegiate student-athlete), I wanted a high quality place where I could train and stay in shape and the RAC is the best place you will find in Madison County if you are serious about wanting to develop a healthier version of yourself. Kind people, good atmosphere, and it is located conveniently just off the Eastern Bypass. Check it out and see what it has to offer, you won't be disappointed!

Very clean, but, very rude students working. They only accept cards at the moment for covid, the bagels are very costly. A meal for 2 for a quick lunch of 2 bagle sandwiches and a bag of chips came to over 20 dollars. I dont know how anyone can afford to eat here.

Rude workers with no logic. will yell at you to pull up your mask above the tip of your nose while they have indoor dining…Sad and pathetic. I can understand why there is no business there

Honestly, considering it's an Aramark-run food place you can't go wrong. The wait might be a few minutes depending on the time of day, but they are friendly and quick at fulfilling your order.

Went this morning and Darlene was super rude to me. I spend too much money on the overpriced campus food for some women to give me an attitude. Won't be back.
