This was amazing food. Reminded me of Portillos in Chicago except that they also have chicken options and no shredded beef. Loved the quick turn around and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

First time as just moved to Richmond. This is a Carolina chain, I believe .. SOOooo much higher quality hamburgers than other competitors!: cooked to order, many types/topping combinations to choose from. Delicious shakes with 40!!!! Choices. Nice friendly order staff and they also keep everything clean- tables, floor, restrooms. We will definitely return!

This is the best restaurant you can go to for fresh meat and fresh chicken. The food is really clean and delicious, and the vegetables are also clean and fresh. I highly, highly recommend it. It’s one of the best fast-food places I’ve ever tasted.

It was our first time there. Cashier wasn’t very talkative. Hard to get info. We even told her we never been there before. She didn’t bother to explain a thing. My bf asked about the tray deals. She clearly didn’t want to explain it. Was a drink included or extra? Who knows. I asked about the quesadillas. She said they were regular size. More like Taco Bell side item size. And the meat inside was very tiny and chewy. I took one bite and threw it away. The burger was good. The hush puppies were burnt but still decent. Prolly won’t come back.

A woman who had a arrogant manner and wearing a Cook Out employee uniform rudely raised her voice to me and a clerk at the filling station declaring she had to go to work. I was about to go over and eat a meal. She convinced me that would be a mistake. She may put something in my food.

Customer service is great. But this is the largest fruit cup. Mind you this is $4 and it wasn’t even half full..this is fresh out of the bag not even touched

I am not a fan of the food, never have been. My family loves this location, they are friendly, and fast. My wife and child have never had a bad experience here and they go all the time.

This location is the most well oiled chicken machine and serves up the friendliest service. We stop here often on our way to the lake and though the place is always super busy we always have a quick accurate and friendly experience. They even “fix” things when you yourself mess your order up 🤦‍♀️ Thanks to team lead Bailey tonight for taking great care of us.

Chic fil a is very tasty, great service, however they were one of the only restaurants that didnt use chicken with antibiotics in it, but that recently changed. I thought as a Christian organization, they would have had a little more concern for the health of their customers. I understand it's fast food, but the only reason I allowed it was because they used chicken not raised with antibiotics. Once that changed, I quit eating there.

Hands down the best Chick-fil-A ever! Just the best service and highest quality food. I’m quite literally never disappointed at this Chick-fil-A and notice all their attention to detail when I go to other CFA stores and compare to the Richmond Centre. They go above & beyond and treat you like family!

This is my second time eating at a Culver’s. I wanted to try the Alaskan cod. I got the cod dinner and my friend got the cheeseburger meal. In my opinion LJS has better fish. The coleslaw here was awful! I took one bite and couldn’t eat more. I believe that was the worst tasting coleslaw I’ve ever tasted. The fries were fine. The roll was hard and dried out. For the price eating here, I expected better.

It's a road trip staple for us as we don't have any near us. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the ice cream is fantastic!

My boyfriend and I stopped here during our 10 hour drive back home and had an amazing experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the gal taking our order was so incredibly nice and helpful. The restaurant is very clean and the food was amazing. I would definitely stop here again if I’m traveling through Richmond.

I have to give Culver’s five stars due to the nature of the atmosphere very friendly service very quick to having the food brought out. The Alaskan cod was delicious and the tartar sauce with some of the best I ever had fries was good. My wife loved her cheeseburger and my daughter loved her chicken strips. The only negative points was the dinner row was a bit dry and hard and the coleslaw tasted like it was about to turn bad. However, I could overlook that actually got a few custard concrete mixers that were absolutely delicious far better than Dairy Queen or cold stone .

This location used to be consistently excellent, but it has gone downhill over the past few years. The issue I've had is not with the quality of the food itself or the service, but the temperature of the food. I only ever order burgers here, and the past four or five times I've visited this location, the burgers have ALWAYS been lukewarm at best - with cheese that hasn't even begun to melt - and we're talking two or three minutes after the bag is handed to me. How does this happen in a place where the food is (allegedly) made to order? $15 for a cold burger basket is inexcusable.

We were traveling home and decided to stop for a quick dinner. Getting our order taken was problem number 1. It's bad enough I have to scan my groceries, but now I'm expected to place my own food order, no thank you. The lady who finally took our order I will say was sweet. But thats the only positive I have to say. So when our food was delivered to the table the young lady brought a meal in an aluminum pan, not sure what that was about but it wasn't ours. So the rest of our order arrived and my spouses meal was missing. The before mentioned you g lady, returned the meal that wasn't ours but failed to tell them my spouses meal was missing. Fast forward 15 mins he still has no food. He goes up front to discover his food hasn't even been cooked because again the previous young lady failed to say part of the order was missing. The manager who we asked to speak with fave us a refund and told my husband she changed the charge to a large drink to give us more back because we never got his food. Gee thanks I guess he was supposed to eat some dirty cash. Also the bathrooms are disgusting.

Food was plentiful, reasonably quick, and delicious! The employees were all very polite & friendly! Attentive to our needs! We got many breadsticks brought over to us! Overall very good!

My baked spaghetti was visually unappetizing. Thankfully I had a drink and bread sticks. My party of 3 were there for about 30 min. We hoped to at least get more bread to fill up on, but they didn't bring any around untill we were leaving. :(

If your going to do one food, do it amazingly. They do. We often buy around 50 strips in order to feed 5 people with leftovers for the next day. They have never disappointed in quality or service. Pro tip, go to buffalo wild wings afterwards and just buy cups of their sauce for dipping

First time ever visiting a Cane's Restaurant... pretty good. The chicken had a light batter and was nice and crispy. The fries were hot and tasty... a little soft for my liking. The prices were reasonable with chicken fingers at $1.29 each and two was plenty. The lemonade 🍋 was good... not great, but pretty good. Maybe because the bottom of the cup was warmer lemonade and the top of course had the ice (the first few sips from the straw were all warm). We as a family drink a lot of lemonade so when I say it was good and not great that retty well covers it. The young staff person was friendly & was able to work efficiently with taking orders, filling drinks, and greeting the customers‼️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not able to eat inside yet, but outside seating had plenty of space. 1️⃣ One suggestion would be.... the drive through area could have a sign for cars leaving the pickup window before pulling out as customers are walking in front of this area. Seems to be an accident waiting to happen with this as a blind spot.

Chicken fingers? Chicken tenders the size of a finger. But very tasty. Famous sauce? Tasty, but nothing special. Fries, limp and no flavor. Texas toast? Who serves Texas toast with sesame seeds on it?

My son said I had to try it. I thought it was a bit pricey, but glad I did. I couldn't believe how fresh and tender the strips were. Glad he told me to get extra cane sauces and dip fries and all in it. Good sweet tea, then realized their lemonade was hand squeezed. Next time!

Their food is always fresh.Their service is great as well. We had an issue as an adjacent building and they have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Just a great operation all the way around.

WOW… I was driving through Kentucky coming from Michigan and decided to try this establishment since we don’t have one in Detroit and wow, and I am speechless. Seriously the best chicken I’ve ever had. The poultry was fresh, white, and dripping in juice. Amazing fries as well. This place is very clean. I truly enjoyed it. I will definitely come back when I drive through Kentucky again. Thank you for being a great team!

Very friendly workers and generous portions! I always ask for extra of everything including queso/guac and excluding chicken, and it’s no additional charge. Unlike chipotle, the workers don’t seem grumpy to give you extra rice or just give you food at all. The food was SO good too; it was flavorful and cooked perfectly!! The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars was because the lighting reminded me of a dentist office. Most qdobas I’ve been to have warmer lighting which I love!

We went Saturday after the Millstone festival around 12:30pm. A lot of the food on the line looked old and crusty. I want queso but didnt get it because it looked dry and crusty. There was a blonde woman at the check out, her face and body language looked like we were annoying her. She directly gave me a dirty look when I grabbed some of our food off the counter. I got a mini chicken bowl with white rice and pinto beans. It all tasted bland and the chicken tasted old. I probably won't be back. We don't go there normally and this is why.

The food is great, but their tea machine has been down for well over a month. I don't want to have to go to multiple places to get food and tea. Everytime I ask the employees about it they are rather unsympathetic. Not returning until their tea machine is fixed.

Extremely loud atmosphere to the point it’s difficult to communicate with the cashier. The meats were tough, bread so hard it literally cut my gums. Sandwiches are hard to fold and aren’t cut. I would recommend the fries even though mine came without a cup & on my husband’s platter.

It's easy to miss the place at first as it's pretty tucked away but the outside was nice and clean. The inside was pretty chill too, soft yellow lighting, agreeable music. You know, your typical Penn Station fair. Customer service was friendly and the prices weren't too bad. Also use your coupons! They have a lot of value compared to other quick dining options and they get sent out all the time. Only thing is they put pizza sauce on my philly cheesesteak which is like... okay, listen. I specifically said no pizza sauce, it was already a rough day, and they were just closing up so I think I had a perfectly valid crash-out in the goodwill parking lot next door. Obviously says more about me than Penn Station but I ate it anyway out of spite and now I gotta be the weirdo who likes pizza sauce on a steak sandwich. The fries were perfectly fresh though so it kinda evened out. 9/10 Overall, pretty good experience! Would recommend. Oh and I wanted to review the goodwill parking lot too but there's not a page for it so let's just say it's a lovely place to overreact, try something new, and have a nice cry (not necessarily in that order). 8.5/10

Is the picture on the left what you guys call a cheesesteak? 🤢 more peppers than steak (i specifically asked for no peppers btw), the steak was dry, the bread was soggy and the cheese taste like they microwaved it and threw it on top 🤮 the picture on the right is an actual cheesesteak from Philly.

Despite our door dash driver taking their time, Penn Station killed it. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich with sauteed onions and a small fry, and my s/o ordered a salad with extra ranch with chips and a drink. Everything came as ordered. My fries were still warm and tasty, and my sandwich was also still hot and juicy. I haven't eaten at Penn Station in a long time, but I will definitely be back for them delectable juicy cheesy moist sandwiches. Not all heros wear capes, but they wear aprons. 🤣💪🤘

The new General Manager, Ally has renewed the same spirit of Penn Station that was there for 16 years. I went in there and people were vibrant and Ally had that place to a new beginning. Go back and eat and enjoy the love and kindness of the new Manager. It does matter who runs a place. Ally will make you welcome. Welcome back the new Penn Station. The food was even fixed better with pride. You go girl, women rule, like great mothers. I be back eating there again. Give her support.

The food was not as good as I remember it being but everything else about this place was top notch.

I got the buffet. Over priced & not a lot of options for dinner, you pay slightly more for dinner for a reason. It was disappointing. But this SALAD WAS AMAZING. Other than some of the options being canned (canned mushrooms is not okay on a salad). Basically it’s good because you make it yourself. And CONSTANTLY the door goes “front door open!” It’s non stop & annoying for dining in. I remember when just a bell sufficed. 😂

Look past the exterior of the building and enjoy the food! The building looks a little old and kind of sketchy. The parking lot isn't great, but wow is the food good! The dessert cinnamon snazy is like nothing else I've ever had. It was amazing and a must try! It's so light, pillowy, and fluffy! The meat lovers pizza was excellent as well. I will definitely order from here again when I'm in town!

We had a good experience. The buffet was good and convenient. Loved the salad bar. Pizzas kept coming out and there was a good variety. Will definitely come again.

I Love the Pizza but find it quite irresponsible to send the delivery people out to take cash payment because you won't accept a card on delivery orders. If the problem is drivers not getting tipped then charge a delivery fee for them, it's far better than the chance a driver gets mugged or worse shot over a few bucks or a crummy pizza!!! The drivers are people, show some common sense for employees.

This Giovanni's buffet had an even better than usual selection! And as always, it was really good!!! And a personal favorite, you get your own drink, so no waiting on the server for refills.

The food is really great. Barbecue Pizza is my favorite my father! the downside is you have to watch what time of day you get the buffet because it will not be fresh at certain times. Ithe other downside is they keep increasing the price of the buffet. It is now 14.99 into my opinion that is just overpriced.

Pizza and salad bar are good. Low hassle since you just seat yourself get your own drink and pay on the way out. On second thought, I'll give myself 5 stars for the service.

30 mins after I placed an order, hadn’t left the store. 20 mins after it left the store, I hadn’t received my food… I live 8 mins away… Oh! And then when I finally did get the food, the bread was soggy from taking so long to get here! If you are thinking that ordering might save you time, or you’re too busy to go get food, either 1 just get it yourself. Or 2, get it from somewhere else. I love how their motto is “freaky fast” but you can’t get your food in less than an hour! Good job Jimmy.

Standard jimmy johns, quick service, and decent prices. Biggest issue with this Jimmy Johns is its location. It’s incredibly hard to get to if you’re not coming late at night or crossing the highway towards the Richmond centre. If not the only way to get to it is a U-turn at the bridge if you can make it and then turn into the gas station.

The only reason you got a two on atmosphere is because I saw two of your employees picking up trash in parking lot yesterday. Try our new toasted ie... (Burnt 🔥) Sub. Don't ever do that to me again please. I shouldn't have to check it, but then again see where that got me. Hungrier down right broken hearted. That's literally nacho lunch. I benefit none whatsoever making up something that's not true. Considering that $20.00 a tip for someone's food you might have looked at, taken pride in and actually fed. The Potato 🥔 salad was delicious. Keep in mind I can't just drive back 15 or so miles from Berea to try to get a better sandwich. I don't even wanna drive back one block to do that. I benefit none from giving you a bad review. I'm not even sure if you or anyone else reads these things? Customer service was it ever a thing? This was my first time trying this place and I am horribly disappointed ☹️ my sandwich barely had and sauce and the bread tasted like hand sanitizer🫨 I am absolutely appalled by this; not to mention when I walked in all the employees were in the back watching a fight of some sort and only after waiting 10 minutes only one person came out and was very rude. 10/10 do not recommend 😡

I’ve been eating at this establishment since it opened and I’ve never seen anyone more rude in such a high position as the general manager was to me. Her attitude so beyond rude and disrespectful. Second of all, my husband found a hair in his sandwich.

No utensils to eat togo food. By the time I made it back to the hotel with plastic ware from Marathon my food was cold my kids were asleep and the day was over, threw it away. Call the manager of the Davis full refund because that is totally unlike Waffle House and it's definitely not the Waffle House way

It's Waffle House. What more can I say? Any time I go south, Waffle House is good for at least one stop. Country Ham is the best ever. I do have to say I had a little sticker shock at the price increases from two years ago, but heck, the closest one to home is 300 miles away, so it was worth every penny! They even have pumpkin waffles for fall - yum!

We eat about every time we go to Richmond .. and usely really good but this time the food was nasty and the Service was not the best .. from uncooked eggs and bacon and the wrong toast to the Service was else didn't fill our coffee to not bring every we ordered

The bread was burnt the only cooked parts of the hash browns were the brown parts. The sweet tea is good. It’s more expensive than First Watch just without the quality. The staff were really nice.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Zaxby's, your fries are my favorite... but for the last few months when we visit it's hard to get that extra seasoning without having to drive back around the drive-thru and ask (again). We eat here often, at least 2-3 times per month, and usually we ask for that extra seasoning because there is very little on the fries... We have had no seasoning on them at all quite a few times as well, including this time around... It seems to only be a problem in the drive-thru or if you're having your food delivered via Door Dash. When we go inside the food is always perfect.

As someone who is neutral to meat, and not a huge chicken eater - I only came here due to Abbey from FatheringAutism on YouTube frequently requesting Zaxby's with her communication device. Hands down, that girl has taste! This was the best quick service chicken I have EVER had! The sauce is awesome, we loved the lemon pepper rub, the toast - the cheese curds...And we were given a near TROUGH of ranch! Only problem is that there isn't any locations near me! Amazing, will for sure look out for these in future vacation planning!

Update: the owner reached out and offered a solution to my issue, he was very understanding. I was given the wrong order at the drive-through, I went in to get it fixed and they told me they would have it right out. It took almost an hour to get the food I had originally ordered, me going up to the counter to check on it, And them re-ringing it in and ordering it before I finally got my food. Very frustrating experience.

The food was outstanding. However, they didn't get my order right, and I had to return to the counter twice to fix things. The staff acted like they didn't know how to handle a busy shift. They were very unorganized. Everyone ordering was waiting a long time for their food.

I can not tell you how many times they have messed up a simple order. You never get what you order and $30plus for subpar food and poor service is not worth the trouble. How hard is it to put grilled chicken on a salad instead of fried????

They halfway put lid on our milkshake causing it to flip in our car and go everywhere. Rude as they handed out food and didnt seem to care about the service we got. Love the food but this experience sucked.

I'd recommend checking your container portions before leaving. I ordered a family meal, when I got home my wife noticed 2 chow mein, 1 orange chicken, and the honey walnut shrimp containers were only half full.

Okay, yes, Panda Express is a fast food Chinese restaurant, so maybe you shouldn't expect much. However, I am comparing this to other Panda Express restaurants that I have been to, and it was terrible both with quality and quantity. It has been some time since I've been to one, so maybe they've all gone downhill. Idk. The noodles were like something out of a top ramen packet, and the fire roasted chicken was little more than nuggets of breading, and the amount given was barely more than a tablespoon and mostly just pineapple. I took the chicken and the pineapple out and laid them side by side on the lid next to my fork so that you could get a good view of just how rediculous the portion was. The honey walnut shrimp was still tasty as I remembered it being, and the portion was good too, but that is probably because you have to pay extra for that entree. I would not recommend you go to this place until they improve.

The woman that was taking my order seem to be having a bad day and she wasn't the nicest to me because I had never been here before. Anyways after I paid for my order and came home with my food it was anything but appetizing I threw half of it out. I had the orange chicken and it was so dry. There was hardly any sauce on it and the white rice was very dry as well and the cream cheese rangoons were way overcooked.

I use the drive-through at this location. Greeting is always friendly, and if my food is taking longer than I'd like, it's ok because I know they are working and not standing around talking. Looking for quick asian food, this is you place to be!

I walked in and everything was really clean, including the bathrooms! The employees working there were very friendly! But unfortunately after taking nearly six minutes of waiting for my food at my table,the chow mein was good but a tad cold, and the orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp almost tasted a tad undercooked. It was during the dinner rush so I don't know if they were rushing cooking the food for us or if it was just an accident, it didn't taste horrible but it was a tad cold and it just seemed a little flimsy and undercooked tasting. I am an avid Panda Express consumer, and this is the first time I've ever had a meal like this. So I would definitely chalk it up to it just being the restaurant or the day. Panda express for life! :)

So I come here two or more times a week, usually for lunch during work. At least once a week the fountain machine is broken or messed up. Today I was out doing some shopping for black Friday. So I decided to stop by and grab a bite. So after I ordered the nice lady told me the fountain machine was down. So after receiving my order At the drive thru I noticed everyone inside had fountain drinks. So I went inside to check and wouldn't you know it. I ordered a fountain drink and it worked just fine. I guess with just having 5 customers inside they didn't want to walk around the counter and get me something to drink. Lol

Decided on such a cold night that I didn’t want to come home and cook, and I knew that Lee’s Famous Recipe of Richmond KY would hit the spot! The spot it hit was not a good one! Let me first say that the ‘order lady’ who took my order was very personable and attentive to my questions about my three-piece order and two sides. The lady that took my money at the window was also nice. I ordered the three-piece meal with a breast, a wing, and a leg along with my two sides. The order lady came back to the window and said can we give you a substitution of a different seasoning for the leg, and I agreed. But then they told her that they had found one. Within a minute or so, she handed me my bag and wished me off for a good evening. I got home and unloaded my groceries and the food that I had purchased at Lee’s. When I opened it up, I was surprised to find what you see in the picture… a leg and four wings. It might not have been so bad, but I really wanted a chicken breast. Then, if I had weighed the meat that was on the wings and the leg, I am doubtful that it would’ve been 2 to 3 ounces. It was mostly breading, and all pieces looked as if they were the last scrap pieces remaining. I did call the store and I was told the same policy that I’ve seen others post about. In order to rectify the situation I would need to bring the food and the receipt back to the store. I live across town and had settled in for the night , and had no plans of going back out. Maybe I should’ve kept it and taken it back the next day. The supervisor on shift continued to state their policy that he says the owners have posted on their door. I see now after reading all of these other 1 star reviews why they probably have had to post such a policy. When I asked the supervisor about taking some responsibility and not being so short and curt with me, he said he was telling me what the owners had told him to say in such situations. All he had to do was tell me to stop in another day and he would make sure I had a breast of chicken. But… That wasn’t the policy that was written on the door as he repeated to me a several times. So I’ve eaten my dinner, and it is what it is. Just like other situations, the best remedy is for me to never return to Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken in Richmond KY ever again. And I will for sure make certain that when asked, I will share my experience and not encourage others to dine there either. I do wish them well as they are a local franchise. But they bring such disgrace to the Lee’s Famous Recipe name.

The chicken strips were so over cooked I was not able to eat them. The potato wedges were good. This was at the Richmond location. We normally go to the Mt. sterling location. The food is much better there.

I recently visited the drive-through at Famous Recipe in Richmond, Kentucky, and ordered a Spicy Dipper Combo for my son. Upon arriving home, we discovered that the box contained only six dippers. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who requested that I return the food so he could correct the order. I expressed concern that my son would not wait for the additional food and the manager replied that without the food, he could not assist me. Furthermore, he stated that he was not willing to accommodate me, despite my frequent visits to the restaurant, which average 2 to 3 times a week. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I have never been to a Lee's famous chicken prior to this and after this experience I will never visit this location again because the service is terrible and the food quality is inconsistent. Here is what our family ordered and a rating: *Pot pie, 2 of them waited 50 minutes for 2 pot pies!!!! But they were fresh and tasted great 8 out of 10. *Mashed potato and gravy 2 out of 10, instant mashed potato and terrible tasting gravy. *6 piece wings classic flavor, 8 out of 10. They were excellent. *macroni and cheese, 5 out of 10.. weird taste. *potato wedges, 4 out of 10.. they were coated or breaded in something that was very hard. Not sure what it was but it ruined the taste of the potato *apple turnover was cold and not cooked... 1 out of 10. *chocolate brownie... 2 out of 10, hard, looked like it fell on the floor. *fried fish combo... 2 out of 10, just horrible, overly fried, mystery fish. *biscuits 9 out of 10, best biscuits ever. *Cole slaw 2 out of 10, watery and tasteless.. You would say the food scores are mostly good except the sides and your right however the wait time was unacceptable, 50 minutes no way. I was told there were too many orders for the kitchen to handle and too patient. The kitchen crew needs to work on there apperance. There was guy in the back cooking with sunglasses on! Girl working the register was new so I cannot blame her for anything. African American woman who might be the Manager is incredible nice and helpful but it looks like she is a one man show though, running outside deliver food, taking orders for the drive thru window, picking up trays, wiping tables...whatever she gets paid it's not enough. We sat next to an elderly couple who was telling me there order came out wrong not once but twice, the older gentleman had the same issue with the fish he ordered.

Ordered spicy wings got famous wings would have taken them back but I’ve been up all night working. They have cut the portions but are charging more for the food. The food is good just didn’t get what I paid for so not real happy with this restaurant today.

If there was an option for ZERO STARS I would hit that button with a quickness. This is the second time I have ordered and not gotten any of my sides. Ive been so understanding and patient with the cooks but tonight the manger was so rude and made me feel like it was my fault because I didn’t “check the bag” before leaving. The manager with long hair and a beard needs an attitude check and learn how to communicate with his customers instead of blowing them off and acting like he has to have an attitude and being hostile. There was a hair also cooked into one of the pieces of chicken. There was a little girl running around jumping onto the counters in the back, she belonged to one of the cooks and 2 people wasn’t in there uniforms. I’ll never go back there. It’s disgusting and disappointing because I used to love lees but after today, it just shows me they don’t care. I’lol happily spend my money at kfc. (:

They were out of spicy chicken, out of cole slaw, out of sweet tea, the ice machine did not work I ordered and paid for a 4 piece dinner only got 1 breast and 2 wings

The Manager @ captain D’s in Richmond her Name is Angie Young the Best Manager that captain D’s has ever had !! Hands down walks to the table to make sure everyone received what they ordered and was ok I love eating at this location and always will as long as she is here Angie Rocks !!!

We ordered online. I picked it up in the drive through, which was a long wait. Got up to the window. The bag was tied shut double knot. It I asked if they put the sauces in the bag, tartar cocktail and sweet-and-sour sauce. She reassured me. She double checked it and put it in there. Herself I get home and there was literally only cocktail sauce and some dipping sauce. That they have now. The chicken was overcooked and had a bad taste to it like old grease. The fries were cold to the touch and soggy. The only thing that was decent was the fish and the Mac and cheese and Hush Puppies.

We eat at this place once a week and so does our friends from church for the price. The food is excellent you can’t complain. You can’t get a meal anywhere else for this price. The service is fast and the people behind the counter are very kind.

Fish was hot and fresh , delicious. Shrimp was also hot and freshly cooked and as always the sides are always good.

Food is always pretty good, but Sunday… an employee rushed outside to pet a customers dog (about 5 minutes) holding up the line wrapped around the building. Then when I got to the window, never seen the employee wash their hands 😣

The fish was strange it was stringy. The fries are terrible once they lose a little bit of heat. There were people cleaning all around the table. My husband actually got sick I do not like the new batter on the chicken tenders. I don't think I'll ever eat at a Captain D's again the foreign fish texture just was enough.

Ordered 2 pc fish with coleslaw only. 2 cars in line get 30 miles away to eat have fries instead of coleslaw 😡😡😡

Got some coupons in the mail, so went and got some food. Very disappointed to see gay pride crap plastered all over the lobby. It's ridiculous that companies pander so much during June - especially when it's obvious they couldn't care less during the rest of the year. Food was meh. Not great. Not a terrible value, but not especially impressive. Employees weren't rude, but weren't spectacularly friendly. Won't be back anytime soon.

Worst service I have ever seen at a fast food place. Managers seem confused at to how to keep a steady flow. Orders taking 5-20 mins to receive orders. A lot of people Standing around looking at their thumbs up their butts while people are standing in line waiting to order, people waiting for the food they already ordered. I really can’t wait for the other store to open!! Hopefully none of these workers or management will beat the other bK. Won’t be back. Sad part is I had time to write this while waiting on my order that I still haven’t received.

This location is not a go to.... The recent remodel opened the floor more and looks nicer. My problem with this store is behind the counter, employees seem to be anoid by customers by simply walking through the door. Cant wait for the new richmond location to open, hopefully the staff will be better at handling customers.

I picked up my Whopper with ketchup only order that I placed through the app. When I got to the window I specifically ask the woman is this ketchup only and she said yes. I wanted to verify because I've tried to order this through the app before and it was wrong and the ticket on the bag did not specify catch up only, again she said yes it's ketchup only. I get to work 15 minutes down the road Open my Whopper and it has everything on it. So I call and get horrible customer service basically get blamed for not ordering it right and told that they have no control over the app. Lousy customer service, horrible experience, I won't be back. I also realize in posting this review that nobody at the Burger King location cares that I won't be back and probably no one at corporate cares because that's just how things are these days but hopefully this review will help other people.

This location specifically continues to go downhill. A renovation doesn’t fix bad service. They keep getting multiple people’s orders wrong and no apology? Just to slam the window shut as fast as they can once they give you the right order. I wasn’t even mean to them, I didn’t yell or anything, but I did felt like they were completely rude to me when it was their fault. It felt even worse when I found out my dad went inside this same location the day after I had went there. He told me that the employees were in the back making fun of the customers. Where is the accountability? This shows me they are getting multiple orders wrong and lack the human decency or customer service skills to even take responsibility for their own wrong doings. Not to mention after I went back in the drive thru to get my order corrected, the person infront of me had also got given the wrong order. I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to get one whopper and fries. My original experience of where they got my order wrong was so dumb too. I ordered online and went to pick it up in the drive thru. The girl at the window asked me if I had gotten a coke and I said no. I told her specifically that I got a whopper and large fries. Then she handed me someone else’s order after I told her what I ordered. This was it for me. I told corporate about this whole situation + the employees making fun of the customers. I am not going back there. This place needs to hire people with heart.

I thought the burger king slogan was to "Have it your way" until today, in the Richmond KY location, lunchtime, about 1130a.m when I tried ordering my cheeseburger without the ketchup, add mayo..., the bald manager told me I could not do that. Well , I guess the new slogan is "your not getting it your way* lol...he was very rude in the process . So we left and went to Wendys, it was fresh n tasty. Hot . Priced great, so thank you Mr bald rude manager man I had a delicious lunch . You just lost BK some paying customers....

I’ve never had issues here until they opened back up. I will have items or sauces missing. Workers on their phone and taking a long time. We also said no cheese due to an allergy and it was on there

Food did not hit the mark bc I did not get what I paid for. I did not get the correct drink and the order I got was incorrect. I gave it back and they never returned. I was asked to pull over and sat for 30 minutes before just leaving. So, essentially…, I paid to just sit there.

Fav fast food place. Love that you can get burgers n fries or chili and baked potatoes. Hands down the #1 fast food chain there is. McDonald's ain't got shit on wendys frfr.

1-25-25 Where's the BACON?? This isn't even half a piece. A bacon egg and cheese biscuit should at least have 1 whole slice or 2 half slices of bacon..this doesn't even come up to half a piece...rip off!!! The potatos weren't even warm. Great customer service, fast and fresh food...and the French fries are always hot a delicious

Nice staff. And clean facility. They do a free small drink for veterans. My dad was with me and he enjoys that.

It was a drive-thru experience for us. So this service at the window was fantastic. The atmosphere was by car. And a food was good. My wife had never had the chicken rings before and they were nice for her. Never tried them. Highly recommend the dusted once.

2nd time I have been here and they were closed when the hours said open until 2 am. It is 11:30 pm. Nobody is in the store. Even when I go there in the afternoon it takes soo long to get your food. Not sure if the employees just close when it's convenient to them, but it shouldn't be like that. If they close at 11 pr whatever then advertise that instead of wasting customers time.

Good food. Haven't had them for a while. Buns were a little softer then I remembered. Split a number 8 with my dad. Ate 6 and feel great. Better than the frozen ones. Would go again. Had a great soda machine plenty of choices.

This White Castle served us a great meal. They even made 2 burgers without onions for our pup. They were warm and personal. I recommend this store for food and service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Four Stars for nostalgia and respect for old school. However, these burgers are not edible food. Some people swear by them and buy them buy the hundreds like my friend Jingles the Clown rip This is about all the folks who love them.

Nice people work here, clean place. Classic white castle taste that has not gone away, good German mustard. Shakes are FILLING. Whoever says White Castle is dog food chunks of meat, don't listen to them. This is the best for what it is, reliability. Great if you can't get a Golden Corral burger or BK. Due to this, White Castle is great by default. I am glad I am able to review a White Castle because I never grew up with them in New England. I just ate the frozen boxes you put in the microwave. And oh. Krystal is not an alternative to White Castle. Whoever said that is lying to you.

It's an okay Subway franchise but the amount of toppings varies from person to person making the sandwiches. I recently ordered a 12-in All-American and the girl only put three slices of cucumber across the sandwich. Sorry, that's only enough to cover a 6 in. People are paying good money so don't skimp on toppings.

Avoid this place! They over charged us for our food. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. We ordered 4 combos but instead they charged us a la carte for everything, which cost a lot more than it should have. We told them about the issue but they were unwilling to fix it and charge us correctly.

This place is so sketchy. This makes three bad experiences I’ve had here and two of them I was charged a tip and I didn’t even tip. The added tip amount on both of my orders was just $1.95. But I don’t care how much it is they shouldn’t have charged me extra when I didn’t even eat inside or tip! I come by on lunch and get me a 6 inch sub meal deal and I think they have been adding tips on purpose, but when I confronted them about it this time, she acts like she can’t understand me. There is a language barrier, but I felt like she did understand she was just avoiding that she added the tip.

This place is a joke, placed an online order and got the sandwich wrong. I only get an hour lunch one I got back to my office I noticed the sandwich was wrong I tried to call since 1. No answer called again at 5 just to get told sorry no refund and then hang up on me. I asked for a manager and the lady said oh no sorry not here and hung up again. Will not be back

Communication is key in running a good business!!! They look at you like your stupid when asking a question either can’t understand English or pretend not too 🤷‍♀️ then they talk to each other in there language..Very rude and disrespectful!

Made a lady cry because her card declined, yelled at her, when I asked a question right after about a sub I got a masty attitude. Would NEVER SUGGEST GOING HERE! Been reported tp corporate!

They do not answer the phone here. I've been calling for actual days to try and get refunded for an order I didn't place, but I can't get ahold of anyone. When I did go in, the employees struggled to understand my request before telling me they can't help me with that here. I've been going in circles

Don't get me wrong. I love Domino's Pizza but tonight I bought a pasta bowl with chicken. and they only gave me like four bites for $7. I called them back and the lady was going to tell me that that's how much they give. I told her they used to feel the bowl up but now they just give you about 20 noodles. and I think I got two pieces of chicken up in there. and I told her I would never get this chicken Alfredo again cuz it's not worth $7 More likely 75 cents I'm mad as hell 😡😡😡

This store has issues with keeping inventory stocked. Problems in ticket reading and fulfillment of items ordered. Lip service to address store mistakes and not following through on promises to credit overcharged pizza. Porter drive store 10 X better in service, inventory, and ordering from the menu. This store management needs more training . My criticism alone will not change their attitude. Maybe, if this post resonates with your experience with the merchant drive store, you can give this post a thumbs up.

I ordered a pizza for carryout. Everything went well until I got home and discovered one of the toppings was left off. I called the store to inquire about getting a remake. The person who answered the phone took my information and placed me on hold while they said they were looking up my order. They left me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried reaching out to Domino's customer care but kept getting a runaround and no one ever got back with me. It wasn't the missing topping that made me mad as much as the horrible customer service and being hung up on. I won't be getting pizza from Domino's again.

In a new development at corner of Goggins ln and Tates Creek..Parkview at Hangsr Farms. Was told Im not in the delivery area. Well thats a buncha crap cause they deliver to homes on Goggins lane which is actually further out than my home. Yall just lost a customer...nice work. Ordered from dominoes and they actually worked with me to get the address...good pizza! Thanks for a crappy experience mad mushroom!

We ordered pizza for delivery, the tracker said the pizza was delivered but we never got a pizza. Called the store and the manager was very rude and unprofessional, acting like we were wrong for following up and asking why our pizza said delivered when it hadn’t been delivered. Just feel the situation should have been handled with much more care and professionalism! Still haven’t gotten our pizza. Lol

Gentleman running the oven when we picked up also took care of the drive up window. He is by far the Pinnacle of customer service. Easily one of the best dominos pizzas we have had.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a delivery from this Dominos Location there is a Problem. They gave me a CREDIT for a delivery order that they MESSED up… when I tried to redeem the credit they said I had to pay an Additional delivery fee. I ALSO had a recent delivery FAIL! In which they had to replace a FULL pizza! THIS is how my Last order was delivered to me… I am so disappointed with this location being its the only Dominoes in the area. Big WASTE OF MONEY

Disappointed is the word I would use to describe this location. Cleanliness is abysmal, the bathrooms are awful and dirty and out of soap in the men’s restroom. Food was cold, and non of the workers were wearing hairnets. Would not recommend.

My friend ordered a 10 piece nuggets on the McDonald's app. Went and got it. Came home and opend the mcnugget labeled box and had a McRib! She didn't want to go back out in the cold, so I ordered her a 10 peoce combo meal on doordash. She got it and it was the same dang thing! A McRib in a 19 peice nuggets box!

Just went to the drive thru to get my order. The staff was friendly, advised me that the order would take a few minutes, r etc. Food was hot, chicken in the wraps wasn't greasy, the tomatoes on my Daily Double were ripe, the mustard had been added and the drinks had just the right amount of ice. We sat in the parking lot, watched traffic while eating and theorized on where they were headed, how was that car even on the road!, etc Open 24/7 so give them a try.

We only got a carmel frappe and a vanilla iced coffee my iced coffee needed more ice but other than that it was good.

This locations is one where you ALWAYS need to check your bag... I've gotten the wrong order from here so many times, i boycotted for a long time and just started to go again only to continue my disappointment. Once I ordered a 6 piece happy meal and got a box of mac sauce.

If you do a mobile order, I recommend you pickup in the drive thru. If you do curbside pickup you will be waiting for 25 minutes only to go inside and see your meal sitting in a bag on the counter like I did. Also double check your items as I have yet to have a completely filled and correct order from here.

Ordered a $53 16 piece meal. Finally got home and wish I'd not ordered there at all. The chicken skin is so wet it's falling apart and we are having to scoop out pieces out of the bucket. It also doesn't taste like normal KFC. My kids now need a different dinner, ugh. Our fries and other sides only came half full...the only half decent piece was the biscuit. One and done for this KFC and will stick to Walmart/Kroger fried chicken....literally 1/3 the price and more consistent. Wish I could get my $53 back...I would have ordered McDonald's over this.

Chicken with very fresh by the time we got it from the time we ordered until w e got our actual food took about 15 minutes due to the fact that they had to cook a new batch of chicken. Our sides were pulled immediately therefore they sent out for the whole 15 minutes wake me at the sides weren't hot. Staff was very apologetic.

So this is extra crispy granted it's towards the bottom but the chicken was all soggy they forgot napkins and gravy for the mashed potatoes I ordered with gravy very disappointed

This KFC has to be the worst not only fast food restaurant but the worst restaurant period. Fries were ice cold, rock hard, and covered in salt. Asked for a large fries with the almost 9$ meal and was told they cant, they have to just add on a large fry for another 4$. What kind of scam are they running. Chicken sandwich was dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days. I would call it a chicken jerky sandwich. I am not someone who dishes out harsh reviews lightly as a business owner myself, though this place needs new management.

I absolutely love their cheese bread. I have been a big snappy’s fan and have been ordering from them every single week! They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and make the best food!!!

My first time ever going here did not disappoint. Great pizza, great customer service, and price. Only two people working and I still got my food in 10 minutes.. I will definitely be back.

The second raspberry pizza dessert that was delivered, after receiving the first that didn’t reven have the raspberry on it. I have worked for Snappys and this is absolutely not satisfaction!! I personally know the President of the company and worked with him first hand. The caller of Snappys didn’t even care, like I was lieing.

I'm not sure how the overall rating for Snappy Tomato is only 4.3 out of 5. It is genuinely our favorite pizza place is Richmond and it's absolutely delicious. They deliver, too.

My husband, daughter & I stopped here and ordered 12 Frito Chili Cheese Jr. Wraps. After receiving our food we pull out and start eating only to discover that every wrap was nothing more than plain Fritos in a soft shell tortilla; the chili was non existent. I had also ordered some chili cheese tots in which only two tots had chili on them. I called the restaurant back to voice my complaint only to be told that the wraps had been made to their standards with one ladle of chili on each wrap. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't replace all 12 of them. She was very hesitant and stand offish as to what I was saying. As if I was trying to get free food when we had just spent nearly $40. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Asked for a large chili cheese tot and this was the result. Went back to the window to tell them there was an issue only for them to tell me I needed to say the exact same thing through the speaker instead of the window. Then once I got back to the window the third time they said they didn’t had it to me like this when those chili cheese tots are untouched calling me a liar. I asked for a replacement after having sat there for minimum 20-30 minutes they had me another half chili cheese tots when the original was ice cold. I explained I wanted a replacement not the other half because I had to wait so long and they acted as if I was being the unreasonable one. Will not be going back.

Wife pulled up to the drive through speaker and waited about 30 seconds without hearing from the employee. Then politely asked are you there? Then after another delay she got a response and placed her order. After we park next to the window, we hear that same employee in a sarcastic high pitched voice say "are you there?" Mocking my wife and laughing with another employee. We told her that we overheard her mocking us and she can keep the drinks. Classless behavior.

I asked for a 2 Rt44 waters with lemons and limes and they gave me a water with so much lemon and lime syrup and it was $9

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese toaster and tots. Got home and was missing both bacon and egg from my sandwich! So had to go back. Hand them my bag with the sandwich and tots and tell them what's wrong. Wait forever. Finally carrot brings food says he gave me 2 sandwiches because of error (granted I don't want 2 sandwiches I just want the one that I ordered to be correct) so I open the bag and my tots aren't there! Had to go back AGAIN. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO SOMETHING SO SIMPLE. ITS LITERALLY IN THE NAME OF THE SANDWICH! This is not the first time something like this or something else has happened. I don't think I'll be going back for a while if ever.

This place used to be good, but lately the crew there for night shift/early morning put together the food so sloppy and messy and definitely reheat old meat and keep fries out under a heat lamp for hours. The food itself is edible but I have to stomach it down for me to finish my food.

I believe that this location needs to come up with a standard procedure for refills. I have been frequenting this establishment for a long time now and regularly (every other day, if not every day) buy drinks at full price without using the app where I know I could get half off. I feel better about paying full price so that a member of the team does not have to come all the way out to my car to deliver my drink since the policy for mobile orders is to pick up your mobile order in a stall. I had never once asked for a refill in the drive-thru until the other day. That day I asked if I was allowed to get a refill because I had been there a few hours earlier. I was told yes, received my refill, and went along. Today I come back and asked for a refill for only the second time in the entire time I've been frequenting this Sonic. Then I was told that it is not possible to get a refill if it's been longer than an hour. I explained that it is not been a full hour as I had last been there at 4:32, I left the parking lot at 4:36, and it was currently 5:29. I had left long enough to give a friend a ride across town, take them home, and come back. Far less time than the other day when I asked for a refill for the first time. Even though I explained it had been under an hour and I fit the requirement according to the policy I was told at the drive thru speaker box, I was still denied being able to get a drink refill. I came up to the window and explained that it had been under an hour since I was there and asked if it was possible again to get a refill. I was then told by the same person that they don't do refills if it's been more than 30 minutes and you left the premises. They changed the goal post on me. After realizing that I was never going to get a refill even though I fit the criteria to receive one according to what she told me at the speaker box, I decided to leave and no longer spend my money here. I say all of this to say that I will not be back to this location until a policy can actually be created and standardized across the board. It seems like staff can pick and choose who they will give a refill to which feels discriminatory as a business practice. And they can change the rules on you at the drop of a hat. I would be far less upset if I was just told from the beginning that you don't do refills in the drive-thru at all.

Always been a big rallys fan! Except now, just like anywhere else these days, they succumb to inflation etc! I ordered what I always get, the Big Buford meal, large fry, and large lemonade. First off Big Buford should be called Lil Measly Buford! There's absolutely nothing big about it anymore except a big price that cost me over $12 for this meal! But the small size doesn't mean the big taste or the sloppiness has suffered the effects. The large sized meal I took a loan out for and ordered I just assumed it come with a large fry... You know what they say when you assume. And their large cup, which is actually a medium size anywhere else you might go, was crammed so full of ice the lid barely fit on which might've allowed me two large gulps! I mean I understand inflation, I really do, but what happened to actually getting what you paid for?

Was super excited to get some Rally’s after not having any for years. Parked and walked up to the window, the worker wouldn’t even take 15 seconds to take an order or tell us one moment. Get back in the car and… completely backed out. Waited over 20 minutes to not even have a chance to order. Seriously, it wasn’t “just busy”, the employees were not getting orders out or even trying to take an order. Who wants to eat at an establishment that shows no care to a potential customer? The one boy that had been standing there waiting before we parked just walked off. Do better, Rally’s. So disgraceful to what this place used to be.

We got 20 wings and 16 chicken strips. Of course we also got those AMAZING fries! Love those things 🤤 Sherri was the manager on duty and who's name I got, but the whole crew was AMAZING! They made everything fresh for us and while we were waiting, I noticed that all three of the employees were working, but you could tell they clicked as a team and worked as one unit like a well oiled machine! Idk who's doing the hiring over there, but they're getting it right!

The service was great the food was well prepared. Kind & friendly employees. We had a big order and everything was correct. Burger was fantastic of course their fries were delicious

Got one of the new grilled chicken sandwiches and it was very bland. Tried to order the dble rally burger w/cheese and that's no longer served. Please stop taking all the good stuff away just to add mediocre bland chicken sandwiches.

Loved it. We had to wait about 8 minutes in drive thru for a family of 4. The food was made fresh. Absolutely delicious.

This place is totally nasty! Haven’t been here for years. Pulled up and this place is falling apart. The smell that comes from it. The worker didn’t look clean. Waited for 20 mins in line and the food wasn’t all that great. This place needs to be rebuilt and cleaner people.

We went to subway here in Richmond ky. I got 13 n my bf got 33 on the board. Got home after n ate half of them. The subs r good. We got full after eating half, saved The other half for later. N I got the Subway cookie, it's good to. Soft n chewy.

We showed up at 8:23pm. they were in the middle of taking the ingredients off the table. The cashier tried to get us to order our sandwiches at the register & when we asked if we could just build it as usual bc we like certain amounts of things she told us they were going to take it to the back & do it. They said it's easier to close like that. They don't even close for an hr & a half though... We just left. Between this & them constantly locking the lobby ford hours before close we will just go to the other subways from now on out. Whoever runs that place in the last few years really needs a course on actually running a store. Drive straight to the new subway on 52. Ingredients still on the table & the staff was super friendly & fast. They close at 20 as well and it was 9 by the time we decided to try that one. That completely solidified that we will never return to water street subway.

This location is guaranteed to leave off ingredients and sauces. I ordered a veggie patty sub online and they completely forgot the patty. If they don't have it, maybe say something! Don't trust them unless you order in-store. You can't even get them to answer the phone and the main website almost never works. Good luck.

Subway is subway, it's always pretty consistent. The pricing, however, has gotten too high for me. Not mad or complaining. I just can't spend 17.00 for lunch.

This was the slowest, worst service I have received in a fast food restaurant in a long time, and that is saying something. We would have just left, but the insane prices I paid for the food and ice cream made me wait. Every single table was dirty and my wife had to go get wet wipes from the car just so we could clean off our own table. There were 4 employees standing around talking to a former employee and they were all just openly complaining about the store and their management. To top it all off when we finally got our food and ice cream the portions were comically small compared to the price we paid.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Went through the drive thru and ordered a doubles cheeseburger with no pickles and no onions. Checked the burger on my way home and it had both of those on it. No big deal, so I just go back to get it fixed. The picture shown is what I was given. Someone was clearly upset that they had to fix their own or possibly a coworkers mistake and decided to take it out on the paying customer. Absolutely terrible service. Also, clearly not hiring trustworthy staff to handle and prepare people food if they’re lashing out like this out of spite instead of fixing what was a honestly a simple mistake. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Service is poor. Stood in line waiting for my sons ice cream for a good 20 mins after ordering while they continued to do drive through orders when they had a lobby full of customers waiting as well. Women’s bathroom smelled like straight up weed when you entered. Seriously need to shut this place down or hire new management.

I ORDERED 2 LARGE PEANUT BUTTER SHAKES IT WAS ALMOST $15 WHAT LITTLE PEANUT BUTTER THEY PUT IN THEM WAS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP NOT EVEN MIXED IN SHAKES LOOKED AND TASTED VANILLA IF I WANTED VANILLA I WOULD HAVE ORDERED VANILLA I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Got 2 blizzards and a large drink at the drive thru. Both items taste fine, however the blizzards were super melted cause only one girl, out of maybe 5, seemed to be doing anything. I sat and watched the blizzards melt for 5 minutes before they were handed to me. I would mention to other staff to hold off on chit-chat until the rush is gone, or at least give the poor girl a hand and multitask. Just felt bad for her, she had a million things to do, and no help.

This place needs a new manager. In no world would any decent manager let his staff talk to people this way. The big girl with freckles on her arm at the drive thru is among the worst. It’s not everyone but the 5 who treat people like they’re less than ruin the whole location. The restaurant is usually filthy too. The owner keeps responding on here saying, we’re sorry. How about you stop being so sorry and hire a new manager for this location?? I paid money to be treated like crap. It’s Freddy’s from here on out.

I ordered a chicken strip basket. I asked for crispy fries. Well I guess that was just a major offense bc they put so much salt on my basket that even after I transferred the food to a different plate shaking as much salt off as possible it was still so salty I had to drown it in gravy just to eat it. I can tell I've just eaten something extremely salty. This is pathetic. Bc I asked for my fires to not be a soggy mess like they NORMALLY give the customers? Bc that's what you get if you don't ask for crispy fries. I'm actually surprised I even got them. Most times my request is ignored & I'm given soggy fries anyway. I think I'd prefer that & get good chicken rather than employees messing my food up.

This is the place to eat whether you're dining in or on the go. The service was great. I didn't catch the name of the cashier working 9/28, but she was awesome and definitely went above and beyond, especially during the lunch rush. We had to wait longer than expected, and she gave us shrimp on the house. McDonald's could never. Girl you a real one 💯 To sum up, food and service 10/10 🤌✨️

Went through the drive thru. Got 2 orders of cheese curds. Asked for marinara sauce for them. The lady at the window handed me the bags. I asked was the marinara sauce in the bag for the cheese curds. She replied yes. So I handed the kids the bags. My son says I didn’t get no marinara sauce. So I parked and walked in to get the sauce. The lady that took my order saw me walk in with the bags. Never approached me. I walked over to the side of the counter and asked her could I get 1 more marinara sauce. I said I ordered 2 cheese curds. She gets the sauce and throws it in the bag. Looks at me and says I thought you only only sauce for 1 curd. People make mistakes. But the way she said it she was so very rude. I have been a manager in fast food. I understand working with the public is a rough job. But there was no reason for her to get an attitude over me walking back in the store for marinara sauce. Food was hot and fresh. But the rude employee kinda ruined it

I haven't been here in years so some thing have changed though. I got the family deal with 6 cheeseburgers & fries... it was pretty, no serious complaint but I didn't ask for the fries to be fresh (* like hot hot, fresh out) since I was getting a pretty large meal . They weren't too much but I did not complain. The service there was very friendly my kids even acknowledged there great acts of service. Sweet ladies. Just wish they didn't charge so much for everything thing. $2/eac for cup of water. Seriously? You can't try to make money doing silly things like that. Other than that love the atmosphere & the workers in it

Never had an incorrect or bad meal here! I have come in multiple times and there's only one man running the place! He is the sweetest and most polite person too! Absolutely best burger joint in town. We frequent often.

Staff was friendly, one even held the door open for us, was greeted as soon as we stepped in, was given a brief description of the items we wanted on menu. Food was Fresh & Hot absolutely love their Cheese Curds. Lobby was clean as well as the parking lot. The Double mushroom onion melt was delicious 10/10 for sure.

I remember the old A&W Root Beer stands with the car hops on skates. This place is more up to date and is a very amicable place. root beer floats are my favorite. "Onion rings cheeseburger and large Pepsi!"

I was here shortly after that opened. I was very disappointed. This time we went there because the competition was too busy. This A&W now lives up to my fondest childhood memories. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. We will be back!

My food was great but one of the people I was with had a realy stiff bottom hamburger bun. I waited for a bit and none of the employees came to wash my hands but other than that can't complain

The food was great but the prices are getting ridiculous. Fast food shouldn't cost nearly $30 for two people. The service was a bit slow, and the restaurant definitely needs cleaning and a refresh. This location is always busy so it's time the franchise or the company put some money back into it.

Joining my rewards for a free sandwich didn't work. It states that if you purchase an item for a 1.00 or more on the app or in the restaurant, you receive a free sandwich. I ordered 2 meals, and the VERY RUDE manager wouldn't honor the free sandwich offer because I forgot to add it in the checkout on the app. But it states in the restaurant as well ??? What a scam and the tables were dirty..... Oh well, needless to say, I'll be deleting the app and not going to Hardee's anytime soon. Update: they responded and sent me a link. Never got back to me after that.

Prison combo..burger was taste was the worst I've had. Traveling through stop here. 15 for meal. Totally not worth it. Meat had a fun taste. Never again. No more Hardee's for me.

I went to the wrong Hardee's for my pick up order and the worker/supervisor Mackenzie at the South Keeneland branch in Richmond ky filled my order anyway. Very professional and helpful! 5 stars to her for her kindness.

I think this was the best service we've ever had at a Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. The manager himself took our order and was extra friendly and polite. Clean location as well. Park under the old gas pumps for some shade while you’re inside.

I've been meaning to come to this diner for a very long time I'm so glad I finally did. It reminds me of a diner my husband and I used to go to in Milford Delaware. I had dessert first definitely a tradition of mine. The burger was delicious and the service was excellent.

My husband and I had the best meal at Better Burgers! The service was fast and great. We will definitely be going back soon. I would highly recommend the breakfast burger and the breakfast wraps.

Nice, simple place. Excellent food. Reasonably diverse menu. Grayson, our server, was dynamically pleasant and efficient. Food was a little slow in coming, but it was worth the wait. Hamburger was quite good. Green beans were excellent. Cole slaw flavor was quite good, but i didn't care for the way it was chopped. Pics are hamburger and roast beef plates. Overall, very nice. Staff was all smiles and genuinely friendly. Worth a trip here if you're craving a good burger or delightful comfort food! Try it sometime.

It is a nice little place to eat. We were there for breakfast. Portions are a bit small but very good food and service. Worth the trip.

Wendy's I was so looking forward to a bacon filled son of baconator like all the photos show. I barely got 2 slices. At least the food was hot and the lady at the window was nice. You dont have to be skimpy on the bacon tho next time.

Breakfast this morning was a catastrophe. Ordered on the app before I even left the house and then proceeded to wait in a parking area for over 10 mins to then arrive at work late due to their ineptitude in preparing my order in a timely manner; only to find out it was the entirely wrong order. When brought to their attention we were scoffed at. So if you want to be late to where you’re going and get attitude when you express your order was wrong; then Wendy’s on Keeneland has you covered! Owner group should be outright embarrassed.

Of the past seven times I've been there, my order has been wrong 7 times! And I just order ONE SIMPLE THING! And for some reason it's always wrong. I order a chocolate brownie batter frosty. They keep giving me a vanilla. And the one time it was chocolate it has oreos in it!?!! I don't understand how something so simple can always be made wrong.

The service and food is good here, the ONLY complaint I have is that they never have good Mello Yello. I’ve ordered it several times and it always tastes awful to the point that I can’t drink it. Something wrong with their mixture or the fountain itself.
