Very cute coffee shop / bakery. Cupcakes and cake pop were abit too sweet (Kids words). Just scrape off some of the icing and its good. Turnovers were wonderful. Plenty of baked goods options. Good amount of parking. Staff was nice and attentive. You can order custom cakes and their prices looked fair especially for the area. I would recommend and will come back, still alot more to try!

We had them make a cake for a baby shower. It was absolutely beautiful however, the cake was very dry and didn’t taste that great. No one finished their piece of cake and we ended up throwing away more than half of it because no one wanted to eat it. It was very disappointing seeing as we paid $150 for the cake.

I’ve always wanted to try this place, so I finally did today. The décor is nice, and the staff was friendly. I couldn’t decide what to order, so I went with a burger and fries maybe that was my mistake, choosing a burger at a bakery. I’d heard great things about their baked goods, so I figured it was worth a try. The burger, unfortunately, was pretty small and tasted more like a meatloaf patty than a burger patty and to top it off it was dry which was disappointing for $15. I considered adding bacon, but at an extra $4, I passed. The best part was actually the bun it seemed freshly made and really good. The fries, on the other hand, were soft and lacked any crispiness. The included cookie was a nice touch and definitely good. On a side note my wife had the club and said it was good.

I stopped in this morning for breakfast here. It was my first time here but definitely won't be the last time! Everything was so delicious. The special today was their Blueberry Pancakes. You must try them! The service was fantastic too.

We love the baking grounds!!! Our son’s first birthday cake turned out exactly how I wanted it. Thankful for the woman at the front helping me choose a flavor because my guests were raving over it! I will forever be visiting for all events I have in the future!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this cake! It was absolute perfection—both stunning and delicious—and truly the centerpiece of the party. This business exceeded every expectation. Professional, creative, and so talented. Highly recommend!

We are still swooning over the cakes The Baking Grounds made for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend! From start to finish, they were kind, patient, and endlessly professional—answering all of our questions (and there were a lot!) with a smile. I was honestly panicking about transporting and keeping the cakes fresh. The staff at The Baking Grounds calmly walked me through every step so I didn’t ruin a single thing. True lifesaver! And the cakes themselves? Stunning and absolutely delicious. The wedding cake and the groom’s cake were exactly what our daughter imagined! Every bite was a little piece of happiness, and the designs were flawless. If you want a baker who listens, creates the most delicious masterpieces, and makes the whole process fun instead of stressful, The Baking Grounds is your place. We are so grateful. They really made the wedding extra sweet (pun intended).

We ate here last night and had the fried catfish and fried shrimp. Unfortunately, both dishes missed the mark. The catfish had a lot of dark meat left on it, which gave it a muddy, unpleasant taste. In my opinion, that should’ve been cleaned off before frying. The fried shrimp were overcooked and came out rubbery, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the service was excellent—it was warm, attentive, and friendly. The dining environment itself was comfortable and welcoming. Portions were generous, though the pricing felt just a little on the high side for what we received. Overall, this place has potential, but the food preparation needs more attention to match the quality of the service and atmosphere.

The chicken tettrazini: noodles overcooked, all dark meat chicken, overall not very flavorful. Green beans: watery, flavorless Mashed potatoes: not much flavor, but overall good. Strawberry shortcake: good Coke: poor mix, flavorless Counter staff: very good I was told dining staff would accommodate drink refills, they must have been off the clock at 1:15, never saw them (it's now 1:51) Overall not a very good experience for the $18. (Before tip).

This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! Located near Friendship Road & Thompson Mill Road, this is hidden gem. When they say family owned, southern cooking, Papa Jacks is the place! Known for their breakfast, they also offer lunch. When you enter, you order your food ala cafeteria style but they also have a grill. Heard they are known for their brisket & catfish. Service was 10 out of 10 and they make you feel like family as soon as you enter.

Oh me, if you haven't been you are missing out. Papa Jack's takes breakfast to a whole nother level. This was my first time. I'd heard about it, but until I experienced it I only thought I knew what breakfast was about. Huge biscuits, pancakes that could double as a frisbee, and the bacon - just the right amount of crisp. Grits we're awesome too. If you haven't been, or if it's been a while - it's time to pay them a visit. Everyone is so friendly there, and after you eat there and get a coffee you see why!

Growing up we called these restaurants.. a meat and 3!! Where you get all the good stuff like grandma used to make!! Figuratively speaking!! However, you want a solid meal with a basic daily main entree ..with almost every side you can think of?? This is the place! Most of the time I order food here for lunch and I get another order to take home for dinner!! Always been a fan of this restaurant! I’ve watched it grow over the years to a local landmark! The owner is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful! The food is delicious and the place is clean and welcoming! There is no telling the amount of patrons this establishment has coming in and out?? They’ve definitely made a local name for themselves! It’s called good food buffet style food.. fast affordable and delicious!😁💯

You will be hard pressed to find a better breakfast around. Delicious food and excellent service. Ms Deb and the other sweet ladies will always make sure you feel welcome and keep you coffee cup full!

Cracker Barrel used to be a great breakfast spot but since the pandemic the quality of the food has changed and the vibe is like going to your local Bridge or Bingo Tournament and/or your Northeast Georgia Medical Appointment. I used to love their pancakes and fried chicken but the pancakes have changed from tasty to doughy. Their chicken used to rival any Southern Fried chicken recipe, but now it’s bland, crunchy and tough (like cooked and microwaved). No, I didn’t go on the weekend, it was actually a Wednesday. With that, I have to rate CB as the best value breakfast joint (not counting Waffle House) but #5 in quality of food behind, J Chris, Snooze, Flying Biscuit, and First Watch.

I have always loved CB however, this is the second time we go to the Buford location and it’s the worst!!! The first negative experience was when we were seated, ordered and were waiting 40 minutes before we asked our server for a status and were told we had to wait another 30 minutes because there was limited staff on kitchen. We left. Management should inform customers that it will take over one hour to get your food served. Tonight we decided to give it another try. After 30 minutes, the cheese bites were served burnt. The corn was not edible, the mashed potatoes were ice cold so I asked for a manager. The manager came over and offered to take it off of our ticket. When the check came it had nothing removed so we left all our food uneaten paid the tab and left. You have to do better, Cracker Barrel!

Not that great of a visit. Biscuits came were not brought to the table. Ordered chicken tenders. No sauces were given. Tenders were on the dry side. Okra was dry and not good. Server was fine. Blamed the hostess for food not coming out correctly. Usually, service and food is a lot better but have not been to a Cracker Barrel in a couple of years. They always have a fun selection of items in their general store.

Cracker Barrel is a (US) Southern institution as much for the enormous store that you walk through packed with sweets and decorative "stuff" as for the food. Portions are large and deliver more delicious carbs and fat than is healthy. The service was good, fast, friendly and attentive. The fried chicken was overcooked hence the one star ding. The "biscuit beignet" (think beignet made of biscuit dough) were sprinkled with sugar and came with a pecan dip, sinful.

1.5 hours to get my food. 1.5 hours. The green beans had so much pepper on them I started choking. We had to repeatedly ask for refills. This all in a near empty store. My brother waited 1.5 hours on chicken tenders. Horrible experience. Furthermore, now that I've had reflect, we were the first to order at the table. Yet we get out food an hour after everyone else with us. Total incompetence was shown today. When I left, my wife was waiting on the bill. At that point, they were going on 30 minutes trying to do that.

We had an early dinner. Food was very good. I had the lemon pepper trout and double okra and my friend had the fish, carrots and turnip green. We will be back.

The food was absolutely phenomenal, waiter was amazing, gift shop was awesome, I highly recommend coming here.

We had a great Sunday morning visit to The 5 Spot Cafe in Buford. Even though the restaurant was nearly full, we were seated right away. Our server, Trish, greeted us with a smile and took excellent care of us the entire time—attentive, friendly, and always on top of things. The food was just as impressive. The Cinnamon Pecan French Toast was perfectly crispy on the outside, loaded with cinnamon flavor, and absolutely delicious. The sausage patties were also a standout. I tried the Chili Omelette, which was hearty and filled with their house-made bison chili. It had a subtle sweetness, wasn’t overly spicy, and paired beautifully with the fluffy omelette. The potatoes with sautéed peppers and onions were full of flavor, and the crunch drop biscuit tied everything together. We left full, happy, and already planning our return. A fantastic spot for breakfast or brunch in Buford!

A little off the beaten path but well worth it. This will be our new go to place after church. Food was definitely delicious a step up from your average diner. The ingredients are definitely fresh and they seem to cook with intentionality. Glad we found 5 Spot Cafe.

Very attentive staff. Very good food. Husband wants to come back next time we are in area to try other things from menu. Calm, clean atmosphere.

The fried pickles are amazing! Our meals however were lacking in a little pizzazz, it definitely could just be the items that we picked as I know that there are a lot of menu items to choose from. The service and atmosphere were wonderful.

We visited for the first time on Mother’s Day, drawn in by their heartfelt story and delicious looking menu. We arrived just before 1pm without a reservation and were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, which we were fine with. Unfortunately, we didn’t get seated within that timeframe, and our meals didn’t arrive until around 2:30pm. While the food looked promising, everything was served at room temperature, which was really disappointing, especially since we were all starving by then. We didn’t want to delay things further by sending it back. That said, I understand Mother’s Day is a hectic time for any restaurant, and with them being fairly new, perhaps they just weren’t fully prepared for the rush. I’m hopeful this was just an off day and am willing to give them another try in the future, expecting a better experience next time.

Sorry to say worst chicken Parmesan I have ever had it was dry and had to use a steak knife to cut. I was so hoping it would be good. I don’t believe we will go back. We got take out so was unable to have them try to fix.

Breakfast here with my boys was good! Nothing over the top or fancy…just good traditional breakfast options. Kids loved the French toast and pancakes. Potatoes could use more seasoning but weren’t bad at all. Service was great and staff was attentive

Two stars for dirty/sticky tables. I tried three tables and finally settled on the 4th, least sticky table. The food (Italian Steak & Mozzarella sandwich + Chicken Wild Rice Soup)was really good and served quickly. I counted a staff of at least 7 workers with a very light crowd (maybe 25 guests). There is no reason the restaurant should have been in the unkempt condition presented. A table directly across from me had what appeared to be a huge wad of brown hair directly in the tables corner (see photos). Inexcusable and disgusting! Just saying.

I’m a regular customer of Panera, but will never visit this location again. The floors were dirty and needed vacuuming. The tables and booths were sticky, the tiles on the booths were dirty, and there was dust/sticky food residue all over. See photos. The dirty environment matches the moldy greens. I was also disappointed at being served my soups in to-go containers as they have a smaller portion size. I saw people come and go, and everyone had to wipe down their own sticky tables prior to eating. The water from the water fountain was scary. It was greenish colored and tasted gross, like a bitter taste. (And no, it’s not the cup reflection- again, I’m a regular customer. This looked different than usual.) This entire place is disgustingly dirty. If you want to enjoy your moldy greens in a dirty environment, this is the place for that.

The drive-thru at the Panera Bread in Buford is painfully slow. I’ve sat in line for what feels like forever, and there’s no sense of urgency from the staff. It completely defeats the purpose of a “fast” option for grabbing food on the go. If you’re in a hurry or on your lunch break, this location is not the place to stop. Definitely needs better management and quicker service. Waited in total and blocked in for almost 45 minutes. Corporate needs to come in and purge the management.

The food I ordered vs what I received. Order the Toasted Frontega chicken and they basically gave me a thick chunk of white cheese and chicken crumbs. The basil and slices of onions are missing from my sandwich. This is not the first time this is happening, so either the cook doesn’t care or doesn’t know what goes in the sandwich.

We arrived at 9:00 pm, and the store closed at 10:00 pm by that time they already removed the coffee station we had to ask for a cup, and we had to ask for water, but there was no cup holder for the cup of tea, and food was poorly served as you can see on the picture. Everything was supposed to be served in a tray but we had to go to the cashier and ask for the cookie that we ordered. Also, we didn't get a receipt.

Entry way smells really bad, like wet dog and piss. All of the tables and seats weren't wiped down, felt unpleasant to sit down. Ordered a Caesar salad and some baked goods. Ordered from the kiosk instead of an employee taking our order, two employees on one register but line was moving way too slow. The girls sat there gossiping to each other. Sweet tea and lemonade dispensers were out the whole hour dining in. Took 40 minutes, FORTY minutes to get one salad. AN extra 15 to get the cold croissant and danish. Management needs to figure it out here. I'm never coming back. Should've asked for a refund but no manager was on shift. Thank you so much!! I'm never a Karen but this was my final straw This store is nasty, does not care about customers or employees.

I typically love Panera's food but not this location on a Sunday evening. The food was barely warm, nothing was stocked, even after multiple customers asked for silverware, napkins, drink lids, they replied with "someone will be out to stock it" but that didn't happen the whole time I was there, had to go back and ask that they provide silverware & napkins because I couldn't eat my half salad without it. Every table was dirty, as I am sure they didn't have time to clean them either. I don't know if they're understaffed but the place wasn't busy, just steady. I'll find a different place after church next time.

This place is *really* overhyped. The menu’s description and actual presentation of food are fantastic—it sounds and looks delicious! But there’s a lot missing in terms of taste… and ingredients. We kept asking for menu items just for them to each time tell us what they don’t have: no orange juice, ran out of spinach, ran out of biscuits. The worst part was how I, along with another person in my party, ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict and while it looked beautiful, neither of our eggs were poached. They were straight up boiled. And the salmon was honestly kinda nasty. I pushed it to the side at some point and ate what I could, which wasn’t much cause my potatoes were very undercooked. The others in my group enjoyed their more typical breakfast items: Breakfast Tacos, Omelette, French Toast. Their ginger specialty drink (Morning Meditation) was pricey, but well worth the money. One of the best drinks I’ve ever had, truthfully. It was so busy when we visited we had to wait for 35 minutes to be seated. Granted, we had a party of about 14, but it doesn’t help that they do not have an indoor seating area to wait so we remained in the freezing cold. There’s a small area at the entrance where the outside door and inside door meet that maybe 6 people can squeeze into, but you’ll be in the way as folks try to enter and exit. The interior is well decorated and lovely. Restrooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Again biggest problems were OK food that is VERY pricey and their lack of ingredients despite being so well known. I would not come back, but if you do go: get their ginger drink (Morning Meditation), avoid Eggs Benedict, ask for crispy potatoes, and go early in the day to avoid out of stock ingredients.

Came in hungry, left happy and slightly more social than I expected. This spot knows how to serve up a solid breakfast. The potatoes were packed with flavor, the eggs were cooked just right (not too runny, not too rubbery, Grandma would approve), and even the toast and butter had me nodding in appreciation. Now, fair warning: weekends here can get busy. Like, “wait a bit and make a friend” busy. But honestly, that’s part of the charm. They’ll seat you with other folks if it’s crowded, and it’s actually kind of refreshing. I ended up chatting with a retired teacher and a guy who flips motorcycles. We broke bread..literally and swapped stories. Parking, though... that’s the real adventure. It’s tight, and whatever you do, don’t park in the neighboring business spots unless you want your car to take a surprise field trip. They’re legally allowed to tow, and they don’t mess around. As someone who spends most of my day helping people find the perfect home, it’s nice to find a place that feels like a little community of its own. I’ll definitely be back—next time with a little extra time and maybe a smaller car.

Stopped in around 12:30 on a Monday—no crowd, no wait, seated right away. Already a win. My waitress Vanessa was clearly very pregnant and (understandably) looked a little tired—but let me tell you, she was phenomenal. Came to the table with a fresh pot of coffee before I even asked. That alone deserves five stars. I ordered the shrimp and grits and added the million dollar bacon on the side. Honestly thought I’d still be hungry after. Nope. I was full and happy—had to sit and let the food settle before I could even think about standing up. The environment was just as satisfying: diverse crowd, diverse staff, relaxed energy. You won’t go wrong eating here. Vanessa, if you’re reading this—take a bow and put your feet up. You made my day.

I love first watch! The food was great! I always get the same thing ! This location (Buford) and Tucker only. The waitresses are always so attentive. The food always comes out fresh.

The good food, the friendly service is a win for me. Our server Donna at the Buford location is the reason I come back. She's a beautiful human and gives the best suggestions..... 💕💕💕

Been here a handful of times now and it’s always good food, prompt service and friendly servers. Today had the BEC seasonal sandwich and it was wonderful. Kimberly took great care of us today.

First Time at First Watch. Was greeted warmly by the host and the server, Kim, made me feel right at home. And the breakfast meal was delicious. Cheese grits-best I’ve ever had. Great experience. I’ve already told my family about First Watch near the Mall of Georgia.

Definitely wont be going back to this location. Some staff definitely don't represent Chic-fil-A. Just rude. 3 times in a row. It's just convenient for me . Hamilton Mill is superior .lived here 20 years and this Buford restaurant just dropped off. Hope management reviews these comments.

10/14/25 9am. I have been hesitant to leave a review here, but today was the last straw for me. My coworker and I come here every Tuesday for breakfast and almost every time there is an issue with 1 or both our orders. It stems from an employee named Debra (she’s the one always wearing a mask). My coworker ordered a chicken egg and cheese sandwich on a bun, and when they brought it out he checked it because it’s been wrong a few times before. When he told them it wasn’t right, another employee said he’d need to pay the difference cause it was originally wrong on the receipt. That was understandable and there wouldn’t have been an issue, but Debra pointed at me during the whole confusion (while talking to another worker) trying to say my order sounded similar, and that’s why the order was messed up. I had nothing to do with her error. All I ever order is a number 1 just so it’s simple. She’s always impatient while taking our order, and her trying to blame me for her mistake just set it off this time. After all that, they gave my friend a free chicken sandwich coupon, but charged him for the error on his order. It really didn’t make sense.

Just went through drive thru ordered a 2 piece tender meal for my son, fries are hard as a rock. You can tell from the picture that they are old fries.

I placed an online order which is a cobb salad. I didn’t find out until I almost finished the salad and I found out there is a piece of hand glove inside my salad. So grossed!

I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 mins just for a Chick-fil-A sandwich without pickles!!! I seen at least two cars behind me receive their food before I did. I overheard the girl handing out orders telling another customer in the drive-thru that she couldn’t assist them with whatever their issue was because they were extremely busy and backed up. The same girl was acting carelessly and was busy leaning over (and inside of) the drive-thru window—talking to the other employees (working inside the restaurant) like they were all at a social gathering, and she was playing with her hair. The lemonade was watered down. Even the ice cream tasted off! Overall bad experience at this location!

I started coming here almost every morning recently after my sons drop off at school before I head into work. Haven’t had a problem with the food it’s delicious as always. However, there was an older woman running the drive through window this morning in which as soon as she saw me, that was enough to wipe the smile off her face. In which I can only assume is because I’m fully covered in tattoos? Obviously I cant say for sure. This caught me off guard but she then proceeded to hand me my food not even looking at me in the slightest, of course I still said thank you not once but TWICE and she completely ignored me, didn’t even look me in the eyes, no my pleasure, you’re welcome, have a good day, nothing. Rude, dismissive, and I definitely don’t feel welcome back.

Good food excellent as always the only negative thing is, that when I went to get a refill for a drink I purchased along with my meal I ordered the lady gave me one reluctantly as if I hadn’t been in the restaurant or something the whole time. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it was a little rude and I’m not sure if she realized how her facial expressions looked but next time please be aware & know that everyone isn’t trying to scam or steal. Usually I love this location but now I’m not really sure.

Normally I love to eat here, but today was a three strike and your done all in one go. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. I was brought a hamburger...i was very clear when I ordered, I even pointed to it on the menu. Next I was bought a chicken sandwich on a hamburger bun that was still not the right thing. I showed my sever again on the menu what I wanted. I believed foolishly when my sandwich finally came out that it was correct until I cut it in half. Ingredients were missing. At this point I'm done. Not only that but I had to ask a different server for drink refills. My server the entire time kept giving me the stink eye. So I think it will be some time before I come back.

Yolanda, the waitress, was outstanding. Despite being on her own, she handled all my requests with ease. Her great attitude and personality made my experience even better. I will definitely return because of her exceptional service. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered a grit bowl topped with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, four smoked sausage links, and four slices of bacon, and it was fantastic. Overall, my experience was wonderful, thanks in large part to Yolanda.

Sunday brunch time and everywhere else was packed with 45min to 1 hour wait. Had a mere 20minute wait. Service was quick to the table. With the exception of being out of some items, food came out quick and hot. Thanks Harley!

I just had a group breakfast at this location and my experience was awful! At first I thought it was the rush but later found out it was a deliberate act by my server. She served coffee only to show up with the creams 20 mins later after several asks. Again after meal I asked for water , but it never came. I went upfront to her to pay after waiting endlessly. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service , and all she said was “OK” with zero apology or remorse. Then I knew it was a careful and deliberate act.. she’s white and skinny , I forgot to note her name because I was so distraught. Never felt this bad about service at any other location of iHop I have been

Their mash potatoes need some work. Very dry and flakey. Waitress said that's how we serve them.

Our small group has met here several times per month for years and we always have the best service! Food is consistently good, they have several specials that are a great value, and plenty of choices on the menu. Will definitely keep coming back!

Plenty of parking by the restaurant. The restaurant had a decent crowd and only one waitress…she did an amazing job despite being the only one taking care of so many tables. I will say the inside is a bit worn down but the service was good and food actually tasted good too. Mozzarella sticks: came out first and it was hot! Nice and fresh. When you eat it, the cheese pulls out nicely - my kid who doesn’t usually even eat cheese was intrigued to try! Steak burger: nice and juicy. It actually stood tall like the picture! Would have been even better if it had a bit of a kick to it. The onion rings were nice and crispy. Breakfast sampler: your typical breakfast items. Pancakes were fluffy. Kids meal: the tenders were a bit dry but the waffles were good! Overall we had a pleasant meal. Can’t complain about the cost either. Just wish it was a little more updated on the inside without the old building smell.

Review of Einstein Bros. Bagels – Buford Drive, Buford, GA I recently visited the Einstein Bros. Bagels location on Buford Drive in Buford, Georgia, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. We ordered three bagels—two with ham, egg, and cheese, and one with cream cheese—all requested toasted. After waiting approximately 10 minutes for our order, we were disappointed to find that all three bagels were only mildly warm and did not seem toasted at all. The texture was soft, lacking the crispness you’d expect from a toasted bagel. It felt as if they had been heated, not toasted, which was especially noticeable on the cream cheese bagel. While the ingredients were fresh and the staff was courteous, the execution on the order fell short. Toasting is a basic expectation for a bagel shop, especially when it’s requested. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving consistency in the future

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ The bagel itself? Fantastic. Perfectly toasted, cream cheese smooth, salmon fresher than my Wi-Fi signal. BUT—Einstein Bros, why do you send me into battle with this sandwich unarmed? No knife, no spreader, nothing. Just me, my bare hands, and a dream. Trying to eat this was like performing open-heart surgery with chopsticks. The onions slid out like they were running for freedom, the salmon tried to take a dive, and the bagel crust? Stronger than my willpower. Love y’all, but please—throw a plastic knife in the bag. I’m not asking for fine cutlery, just a fighting chance. P.S. Drive-thru wait time was fabulous today. As a frequent patron who normally sits at the window for a long time…go new General Manager—she was crushing it, even with the line wrapped around the building!

I’m no expert baker, but the bagels here are undercooked or something. They’re always very dense unlike the bagels at the Atlanta locations I sometimes visit. See attached pictures. The darker one came from Atlanta, always light, fluffy, and crunchy when toasted.

I utilize drive thru this morning and my order was incorrect when I left . I called and spoke with Melissa and she is the MVP of Customer Service. She had a can do attitude and made everything better. She was empathetic and apologetic and simply told me when I was done with my mother’s appt she would make sure to replace my order. Thank you Melissa for making it right!!!!

AS a Business Owner, I definitely going to recommend this place to my Fellow Barbers and Staff.

When you get a veggie sandwich you expect fresh veggies not withered greens or discolored cucumbers and onions. I purchased two of the veggie sandwiches and when I returned the one I didn't touch they excepted with my receipt and said that one had no problems. The cashier who had grey hair had much more respect about the matter than her manager. The manager never apologized for the inconvenience of having to come back to return unacceptable sandwiches. Then she had an attitude the entire time but allowed me to exchange the sandwiches for another. She took my phone and looked at my phone like she couldn't see the rotten veggies. I would have let it all go but when my daughter bit into her sandwich she bites and pulls a long BLONDE hair! Now that's ridiculous!! !! So no one saw the rotten veggies they placed on my sandwich or the long hair. Does anyone in the building have a food handlers license ? Hair net? Customer service skills? I will not be coming back! Disgusting.

One of the nicer waffle house locations I have been to as a Florida native. The staff were friendly and food was served promptly. There were a group of rowdy teenagers but once they left it was more peaceful. Tables could be cleaner, overall a good quick stop on a trip.

I know this place is no five star upscale restaurant but this was worst experience ever. The server was new and she was trying very sweet. The cook however, HORRIBLE attitude. You can see and feel his frustration with her which then spilled over into the food. My meal was supposed to have raisin toast and CHEESE grits the menu literally says that’s how it comes. These grits are disgusting with zero cheese they initially gave me the wrong toast and as I’m asking he rudely just kept “I don’t know” my ONE scrambled egg had shells in it. Needless to say it was a waste of money. Won’t be back to this particular location. At least not at night.

It was OK. The chocolate chips on top were way too many. Then my waitress disappeared, never checked on me. I was going to order food to go. She got no tip. The waitress who checked on me 2 times and brought me a drink to go got it. Bacon was not even crispy.

The food was good, cooked correctly. The waitress was very polite and did a good job. However, the place was filthy. Before you say "it's a waffle house of course it was filthy." No I have no problem with a busy WH being dirty. We were the only customers for almost an hour. If it is dirty when it is a slow business it is unacceptable. It means the staff are lazy and the managers are also. Every time I have eaten in a Waffle house I seen someone cleaning. Not here.

The AC was out so it was damg near unbearable. However, I'm pretty sure it was the fluffiest omelet that I've ever had a Waffle House. Delicious 😋 our waitress was outstanding. She was very personable. Wish I'd gotten her name to give her credit. She even made my son a new waffle, because he didn't care for the Birthday Cake option that he ordered. We'll go back to see her, once the AC is fixed, of course!!!

Pretty bad experience. Have been going to this location for a few years now. Usually see the same faces. Came in and sat at the high top by the register with my daughter and wife. Sat for 20Minutes Made eye contact with several employees. Made eye contact with alicia while she was on her phone in front of us. Nobody has yet to help us. Asked 1 other employee if we could please be helped. She said heather would make her way to us soon. After another 5Minutes of waiting for heather nobody ever came back to try to help. Alicia was clearly watching us waiting to be helped. She even commented that my daughter looked sunburnt. never Offered to help serve us. We weren’t even welcomed when we walked though the door. We sat at the high top in front of every employee like ghost. Sad Because we are Good tippers as we worked as servers as teens/young adults. Even though we have been here coming for years and live 5 minutes up the road. we will never be coming here again. God bless the employees who selfishly chose not to be kind to us today.

Everything was over cooked. Bacon I ask for crispy. It was burnt black the roast was charred as well When my order was first presented it was with a sausage patty. I ordered bacon, nothing went well at this location that day.

My wife had the Philly cheese steak, I had the New Yorker. Sorry I took a bite from my wife's sandwich before the picture. My sandwich was excellent nice amount of meat. I thought my wife's sandwich could have used a bit more meat. She still enjoyed her sandwich, she did leave off the mushrooms which may have altered the appearance of the sandwich. We will be going back as it was really tasty.

If you’re looking for an amazing deli, look no further! Deliciously fresh, start to finish. Lots of options (not just deli sandwiches, burgers too!), fresh to order. Fresh made desserts and sides! Gluten free options as well. Awesome staff, great atmosphere. 💕

Went for breakfast after a photo shoot across the street. The food was delicious! We had the CoCo’s Crossaint and a bacon, egg and cheddar biscuit. The biscuit was super fresh and everything was seasoned so well. We will absolutely be back again and again!

Both the Hot Honey Chicken Wrap and the Hot Pastrami sandwich were delicious. Also had a side of Smoked Gouda Pasta Salad and Aunt Linda’s Potato Salad which were both good. We will be back again.

I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Got it from Doordash, Au Jus wasn't sealed and leaked all over the cookies. Can't review them because they were ruined. The roast beef was drier than the Sahara desert. Some Au Jus probably wouldn't have helped. Roast beef shouldn't be cadaver grey. Some things can't be helped. My wife's salad came with some tiny cup of something that tasted like off ranch. It went in the trash immediately. It smelled worse than it tasted. If you like yourself, avoid this place. Nobody should do this to their gastrointestinal tract on purpose. I'm going to have to toss everything and get food from somewhere else. The world would be a better place if they went out of business.

Absolutely my new favorite place in Buford. It’s located in a perfect setting. Easy to walk too sometimes parking is available right in front of it. The food isn’t always fast but it always comes out perfect. Healthy portions, not crazy big and prices that on the lower side for the quality and sizes. It’s a must eat place if you’re in the area.

Tried this place for the first time today and it was incredible! Some of the best chicken salad and pasta salad I've ever had. Their cakes looked amazing as well. Not sure what the girl's name was at the counter but she was also extremely nice and helpful! Will definitely be back with my fiancé!

Ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches via the mobile apps. Came home to enjoy the sandwich only to notice something was not right. Found fried plastic on both sandwiches in the chicken. They need to be careful what goes in the fryer as fried plastic is TOXIC. Our first negative Chickfia experience.

When I got to the pickup window, I was told there was only one milk available, so I chose lemonade for the second drink. However, the milk received was already opened and partially consumed, which was extremely upsetting especially it was meant for a child. This raises a serious concern about food safety and handling. Additionally, I ordered a side salad and specifically did not request beans, but they were included anyway. While I understand mistakes can happen, this combination of errors has left me quite disappointed especially considering Chick-fil-A’s usual high standards. We had an excellent experience with Malik and Savannah during our visit to the Buford location. We were in a bit of a hurry, heading out for a 10-hour trip to visit family, and unfortunately, we forgot to check our bag and realized something was missing. We returned to the window, and Malik and Savannah were extremely helpful and resourceful, making sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Their assistance made a big difference and really eased our stress.

Normally, this Chick-fil-A is a five out of five. I frequent this specific Chick-fil-A and I’m known on a first name basis. Tonight was an absolute fail. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce only and an ice water. She asked me if I wanted the meal and I said no just the sandwich. I should’ve thought it was odd when they told me a little price but with our economy, I just paid it. When I got my order, I realized I had been charged for the complete meal which I did not order. But I just went on. Mistakes can happen When I opened my grilled chicken sandwich, It was the club sandwich And the chicken was stone cold. So all in all my order was completely wrong. Bad night

First time visiting this location and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. My salad was basically a lettuce salad as it had over 90 percent lettuce and little to nothing else of the normal portions. It was clean, and the staff was friendly as usual, just a bad experience with my food which has never happened for me with them.

I’ve been a loyal guest at this particular Starbucks location for almost two years now. It’s close to my home, and it’s been my go-to spot for meetings, office work, or simply getting things done outside of the house. My routine usually includes purchasing drinks, wraps, and staying for a few hours while working. I’ve always appreciated the consistency—until today. I understand and fully respect Starbucks’ new policy regarding seating and purchasing. However, I believe there’s an opportunity for better training around how this policy is communicated to regular customers, especially those who clearly support the business and behave respectfully. Within the first 5–10 minutes of sitting down and setting up our laptops, Katie—one of the managers—approached us and immediately introduced the new policy. I explained that we were still settling in and, of course, planned to make our usual purchases. Rather than acknowledging what I shared or even observing the fact that we were actively setting up, she repeated the policy again. It felt impersonal and robotic, as though the goal was simply to deliver a message instead of connecting with loyal customers. As regulars, it was frustrating to feel like that history didn’t count for anything. We packed up to leave shortly after, but before doing so, I made a final attempt to share how the interaction came off and how a little more thoughtfulness could go a long way in situations like this. Unfortunately, Katie seemed committed to her position and unwilling to hear our perspective. That left a sour taste, especially at a place we once considered our home Starbucks. We then went to another location off Brand Smart Way, where we were warmly greeted by Will Smith, the manager. I proactively mentioned the new policy, and his response was thoughtful and customer-centered. He said, “Yes, it is our new policy, but we approach it with care. We understand guests need time to get settled, figure out what they want, etc. I usually wait at least 15–20 minutes before approaching anyone—and only if needed.” His calm and considerate tone made all the difference. For context, the original store only had four customers inside at the time and plenty of open seating. It was not busy or crowded in any way. All we needed was a bit of grace and acknowledgment of our loyalty. Unfortunately, that was lacking. I won’t be returning to the original location—not because of the policy itself, but because of how it was delivered and the unwillingness to meet regular guests with a little understanding and respect.

I don’t know…I pay the extra to get it door-dashed and this is how it’s delivered to me? I pay for the extra cold foam and this is how much you can afford to give? You guys charge a whole $1.25 and i get about 25 cents of cold foam and why is this venti so short on coffee? If you are going to charge people this much on door dash maybe you should quality control it better. Ridiculous and absurd for these prices dont come here they skimping fr.

I’ve been to this location a few times without issue, but today was disappointing. I ordered two pecan oat milk cortados and headed out, only to realize after the first sip that the drink was made incorrectly. My husband also mentioned his tasted off. We went back, and I explained to the barista that the drinks were bitter and not what I usually receive. The barista suggested adding more pumps, and the manager echoed the same thing. I let them know that I order this drink often, and other locations (including the Target Starbucks) consistently make it correctly. What left me frustrated wasn’t just the taste of the drink, but the way the situation was handled. It felt like the assumption was that we didn’t know what a cortado should taste like, rather than simply acknowledging a mistake may have been made. We didn’t receive an apology for the inconvenience of having to return either. At $6 each plus tip, I expect a bit more care and customer service. Ironically, when the drinks were remade, they were perfect. No extra syrup required.

I visited this Starbucks location on 5/16 to get some work done. I had just sat down—literally no more than five minutes and still pulling items out of my bag—when the store manager, Katie, approached me and my companion to inform us that we needed to make a purchase in order to sit at the tables and use the restroom. While I completely understand and respect store policies, the way it was communicated felt abrupt, unwelcoming, and poorly timed. What made the interaction more frustrating was that the store was not busy at all. There was no pressure on space or resources, which made the urgency and tone of the request feel unnecessary. It would have made a world of difference to let us settle in before discussing store policies or giving us a moment to decide what to order. Starbucks partners are meant to reflect the brand’s values of warmth and hospitality, and unfortunately, that was not the experience Katie provided. With only two customers in the store, this felt like a missed opportunity for good service. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location.

It didn’t start off well, but CORY saved this review. I walked in and didn’t get a greeting. I took pictures and made videos. Before I started communication with Cory. Who was at the register with a customer that came in after me. I asked him if it was their policy to not greet customers and he said no. I explained I wasn’t greeted and he apologized and helped me figure out what drinks I wanted. He made my drinks and they were yummy. The restrooms needed some cleaning and the manager Lauren could have been a little more friendly when asking me; are you waiting for something? AND why are you recording? I explained for a review of her establishment. For this location to be near the Mall of Georgia I expected better customer service. Maybe next time! Thanks CORY

This is the slowest Starbucks I ever been, I wait for around 45 minutes to get my drink and after I revived I notice my drink was not full enough and when ask about why my drink was not full the sever told me it was missing some ice that’s all, but He can give me more ice if I want it to see it full when it has ice already and in the picture you can see that I haven’t drink it yet. I will no recommend this location.

Service is OK considering we visited @4:30pm when it’s not that busy-20 min wait for a Frappuccino- they keep a long line on the drive thru so may be they give better service, the counters were sticky, I’ll keep coming at diff times and prob try the drive thru ‘cause I LOVE Starbucks coffee.

A delightful restaurant serving the biggest pancakes I've ever seen!! I visited with my hubby for breakfast on a Monday morning. The vibe was very energetic and lively. There was no wait, but still busy. Our server was friendly and efficient. He made our dining experience worthwhile. The food was tasty and came out in a timely manner. And that 14-inch blueberry pancake was simply divine!! I had to give up and take the leftovers home! My only complaint was that they cooked my bacon a little longer than I would have liked. They also serve coffee drinks and some good sweet tea. Prices are reasonable too...

Around 9am on a Saturday, we walked in and we're quickly seated. The staff was great. Food was ready quickly, served up hot. The pancakes are really good. Plenty of menu items to choose from. It may take a minute to make a choice. I cannot recommend the coffee, they serve Community Coffee. Otherwise, go and enjoy.

I love Oy, this place has AMAZING breakfast and Brunch options. This place's specialty, however, is their large pizza pan pancakes. The 7" pancakes can feed two to three people, and they even have 14" pancakes to feed an entire family. The food comes out quickly, and our server, Julia, brings lots of refills that make the money to get a fun drink worth it. The French Toast, as shown in the picture is drizzled with caramel and powdered sugar and tastes delicious. The atmosphere is very pretty, and it just feels welcoming. The Reuben also comes with plenty of meat and Thousand Island sauce. This place is definitely a top priority to eat at, you'll love it!

I’ve been coming to OY! for years — it’s truly one of my go-to brunch spots in Buford. Their French toast is a must, and the Pancake of the Month never disappoints! This month’s Cinnamon Raisin flavor? So good! And of course…the pancakes are HUGE! Definitely shareable! If you’re looking for a breakfast spot with amazing service, great prices, and fun dishes — this is it.

Everything in today’s time feels so expensive but this place is WORTH THE MONEY! The portions are amazing, the quality of food is to die for, and their team is efficient and kind. You could not ask for a better breakfast place. Their drinks were great. While the pancakes were what brought us here, they weren’t our favorite. THE BISCUITS, however, will cause you to question if you’ve ever known a biscuit before this one. Holy cow! The rest of our food (2 omelettes, a burger, breakfast sammy) were so amazing!!

I’ve worked fast food long enough to know when people are just trying to best their drive thru time and that’s exactly what this location does. I ordered online so it would be an advance order. It’s a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets ! I get there , get to the window. No greeting, no confirming my order , just a rude “pull into the second space” my response being “how long is the wait and what am I waiting on” the employees response is “i don’t know”?????? Like what are we doing here. 10 Other cars I watches after I pulled up got there food, no problem , no wait

Nice McDonald's, good service. I love that the play area is separated and there is seating in the play area so you won't be far from your kids playing. I gave 4 stars because it did need some cleaning and there were leaks in the dining room.

Hello I don't usually make reviews but I have to when it comes to this McDonald! It was so dirty and hot here. NO AC. theres a dead roach no one wants to pick up and a restroom so dirty ! The AC looks like it has MOLD ALL OVER IT. AND ITS IN THE PLAY AREA . PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Every time something is missing in the order. I paid for 4 strips and got 3, on calling the location I am told to come next day at 5 like an order, no sorry for messing my order no apology just come tomorrow at 5. She didn’t even say the time frame till I didn’t ask her, very poor customer service.

I made a mobile order at 4:19PM for small fry, 6 chicken nuggets, double hamburger, and a McChicken. I work not even 5 minutes from this location. I get in line around 4:25. (2 cars in front of me and no one behind me) They tell me to move to the pick up parking spot. I waited 10 minutes for my food. I receive it and I asked the manager why did I have to wait so long for a mobile order because I ordered the most basic items and he couldn’t give me any excuse. Then I ask for a refund and he reaches in my car and grabs the bag off my lap. Disappointed on how that was handled.

The lady at the window with full-faced makeup was rude, zero customer service whatsoever. I said thanks when she handed me my drink, she ignored me. Which then, I had to take my food without saying thanks and I hate that! The burger was dry as heck and they forgot a part of my order. Fries were cold.

Stopped in This Dunkin for a quick refresher and it was good . Couldn’t see this from the road but Google maps helped us find this . They also have baskin .. coffee was average though. It was quick empty when we went .. so not much of wait time . Service was quick and good . Lots of parking outside but we just drove through. This area has other good restaurants too. Nice locality . Refreshers were just too good . Mango is our fav refresher ! Slightly expensive but worth it . 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place’s atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The manager and all the staffs are very nice and polite. The food and service is always on point. It’s definitely my daily routine.

We ordered donuts and 2 decaf coffees, the guy took our order, gave us regular coffes when we asked if these are decaf coffees, instead of confirming he rudly said you taste it, you know what it taste like? What??? When I asked him two more times i found out He didnt even know what decaf was! And instead of remaking decaf coffee or apologizing, he kept arguing with us. I asked for manager and asked for a refund. How could a guy who dont know what decaf was, work there? Not only that he didnt even have decency to find out or apologize. We would not eat drink here again.

I stopped here for my birthday to get 2 of my fav donuts. Vanilla creme and chocolate creme filled donuts. Brought them home to enjoy. Which I did, but....within 40 mins I was violently throwing them up!! Kept doing it till I guess they were out if my system. I will never eat another Dunkin Donut.

only got half the donuts I ordered, the wrong kind of hash browns and an employee who told me that’s what I ordered. The same employee was offering me trades with donut holes for my missing donuts, rather than a refund. do not eat Dunkin at Sugar Hill

Went through the drive through to get me a coffee. It was too hot, so I let it sit a bit. When I got to my destination and tasted the coffee, it tasted like water. So I drove all the way back to have them fix it and it was still very weak. This location makes the coffee so weak and watered down

Got a late night dinner tonight and usually my expectations for ordering food around midnight are low but this was hands down, one of the best Waffle House experiences I’ve ever had. The eggs were so buttery perfect along with everything else I ordered - hats off to the crew at store #1400 tonight!

The food was delicious, freshly made, and large portions for the price. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. And the restaurant was clean.

Benita was fabulous and friendly. I had the grand slam. It was cooked perfect and hit the spot. I will be driving out of my way to hit this waffle house when I have that craving only Waffle House can satisfy. 🏆

The food was good, but it took us over an hour to get our food. I didn't like that we couldn't eat at the same time! The server was all over the place. For example, my grandson had two waffles with bacon. She brought the waffles but didn't bring the bacon until he was done eating and I had to ask about the bacon three times. It was 5 of us and it took so long to get the food. Each person received their plate about 10 minutes apart, and she missed calling out one of the orders so it was after 1am when the plate was served. This process was so long that we asked for to-go containers as she brought each person their food.

Waffle house food is always good.... but the customer service or the lack thereof is beyond me! I placed my order and she proceeded to take another order while taking mine. Then called out the customers order prior to mine. My order was called out 5 mins after placing it, then when I said excuse me 3 times all while an associate was next to me at the sink (she clearly choose to ignore me) so then I raised my voice "excuse me... can I pay.." the short order cook proceeded to turn around and say "I can't help you" as if I was talking to him. They all had attitudes of unprofessionalism which again I'm not looking for at waffle house but if you get paid tips it helps. I'll be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow. Very upset. I also ordered 5 eggs and it looks more like 3. I'm a chef and have been for over 12 years I know what 5 eggs looks like and that wasn't it!

Decided to stop and eat after getting off work. Wosrt mistake weve ever made. With Chaz as our waiter, we woukd have had better service from a blind monkey. We arrived at 1215 am, ordered a water with lemon and a Dr pepper to drink. The Chicken Melt Hashbrown bowl, with 3 eggs scrambled with cheese for my husband, and 3 eggs scrambled with cheese and a waffle for myself. At 1225 we recieved a Dr pepper. A glass of room temperature water with a lemon, no ice, a plate of 3 eggs, a bowl of hashbrown and eggs, and a plate with a peice of chicken. We asked for a water with ice in it, which is how it is supposed to be brought out anyway. 1248- after watching Chaz service the 3 tables around us without even once looking our way, we had to ask for the waffle that was ordered and refills on our drinks that had been empty for 10 mins. Drink refills were brought out and surprise surprise, again we get room temperature water with no ice. 1252- we finally get a waffle brought out. Dropped infront if me in the bottom half of a to-go plate, with a butter cup ontop of it, with no to go lid.

We just gassed up at Sam’s and we’re driving back to the Interstate 85. We we’re going to stop to eat and just saw the Waffle House sign. We all agreed that would be a good spot to eat and relax.This place was not busy when we arrived but did fill up when we we’re getting to leave. Let me say Chris is an excellent cook and made all 4 meals perfect. We appreciate his cooking skills and sense of humor. Victoria was an excellent server and my grandson fell in love with her. She was attentive to what we needed and was so polite. We really enjoyed our break from driving to Texas. We will definitely stop back on our way home.Good service and food should be recognized and these 2 did an excellent job representing Waffle House. Thank you Chris and Victoria !!

I really appreciated the staff who warmly greeted us on Saturday morning. The food was served quickly as we ordered, and the service was excellent. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made it even better.

You can't beat a.classic diner experience. When you want a solid breakfast that will hold you all day then eggs, bacon, and hash browns from Waffle House fit the bill. Friendly and prompt service.

The food is always good but I'm not a fan of the atmosphere or quality of service. I think they could do a little more as far as having a policy of proper appearance by their employees.

Thank you to the friendship road branch. Not only were they sensitive to me being big and pregnant but they were so accommodating. I shed tears of gratitude and gratefulness because someone covered my bill. This is my first time eating from Waffle House since I relocated to Ga eleven and a half months ago. I’m so thankful for such a kind gesture. Thank you great women and mothers who are staff at this location and thank you for the angel who blessed me with breakfast this morning 🥰🙏🏾💞

While certainly not a high end restaurant, Waffle House is known for good food and good service at reasonable prices. This visit was disappointing with a sloppily made grilled cheese and bacon sandwich and never getting the coffee I ordered.

As usual Waffle House did what it does best. Good food medium fast! Had the bacon egg cheese grit bowl. I did notice the bowl was smaller but the food was filling none the less. Coffee good also.

Cool eatery in the neighborhood. Easily accessible. Bright and cheerful environment boasting of orange. It has a full bar and available seating. The restaurant is set up in a communal design, but booths are available for more personal seating The staff was very pleasant and attentive. There are a plethora of food choices to meet most dietary needs, including vegans. The serving sizes are huge as we weren't able to finish our meals. I loved the coffee being served in large mugs giving a warm at home feeling. Overall, I was pleased and will definitely return.

This brunch spot was packed, and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes for a table, which I can understand since they were so busy. The food overall wasn’t bad. I absolutely loved the OMG French Toast, if you’re a fan of cream cheese filling and strawberries, that’s definitely the dish to try. It was very delightful. The eggs and bacon, on the other hand, were just okay. I also ordered a green drink, and I actually enjoyed it. The atmosphere was a bit small and crowded, but if you don’t mind that, it’s worth a visit for the French toast alone

This was my first time at Snooze. Everything was nice. The food was good. I had one of the breakfast combos. It came with eggs, hashbrowns, your choice of meat. I went with the chicken sausage with was great. It also came with a very hearty multi-grain bread and strawberry jam. The jam tasted homemade. The service was great as well.

Stopped in at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery in Buford and had such a great experience. Our waitress, Jazmine, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She surprised me with a chocolate milk presentation that honestly deserves to be a signature staple here. The glass had chocolate syrup drizzled on the sides and it made breakfast feel even more special. I also ordered the breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint. It was hearty, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the morning. The food was excellent but what really stood out was the personal touch from Jazmine. Overall, amazing service, a fantastic burrito, and the best chocolate milk I have ever had at a breakfast spot. I will definitely be back.

From the moment we walked in until we left the welcoming service was exceptional. Our server, Rebekah, was attentive and very engaging. The food was awesome. My husband ordered an omlette, and I had the traditional eggs & bacon. The food came out perfect and delicious. Had the Rejuvenate fresh Juice and loved it. Highly recommend.

I have one word for you.. WOW!!!! Everything was amazing down to the decor! Upon arrival we were greeted and seated right away. The speed of service from our waitress and the kitchen was outstanding!!! The food came out well plated, hot and fresh! The prices were very reasonable and the decor was beautiful. The restaurant is a bit small but honestly the service was so fast you won’t be there long enough to get uncomfortable 😂. They have a patio area with more seating and they play different music from what’s inside. This place is a whole vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anymore even if it’s a bit of a travel because you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve loved this place since I first discovered it in San Diego. I go every weekend! The service is always excellent, and my favorite dish is the Bravocado Toast — so fresh and flavorful. Izzy, Amira, and Evelin are the absolute best at the bar, always friendly and attentive. I recommend this spot all the time. It’s definitely one of my favorite places in the city! 🌟🥑🍸

I had a mobile order with just two items, a cheeseburger and an 8 pc nugget. The cheeseburger was fine no issues, but the nuggets were SALTED? Who in their right mind would SALT NUGGETS? There is no way it wasn’t intentional I mean why would you serve that?

The only reason I eat here is because it is the only fast food burger place that is convenient when heading west on Highway 20 from I-85. I feel this place will eventually suffer the fate of the Wendy's that used to be open down the street. The service was ok. Fries were overly salty. Maybe they should add lighting in the parking lot. But the overall atmosphere was just meh. I also dont like their tactic of asking if you want a medium or a large for a combo. Ended up paying over $8 for a medium whopper junior combo. Not worth it. There should be a law that says if you order something that the size the cashier provides needs to include what is listed on the menu.

I am doing this review strictly because of JOSH! He is OUTSTANDING, always had an amazing smile, makes sure the food comes out correct and hot. Is knowledgeable, answers every question I have, is patient, taking time to make sure my order is right and had no mistakes. JOSH truly is the true example of what it means to love your job and he needs to be in Management and train the other employees to be like this. I feel then more people would visit this location and you would have a better score. God Bless you JOSH! You are truly valuable!

Burger King never fails to serve a good meal, no matter what location I go to. The Buford GA location we stopped at had an extremely impressive architecture I have not seen before in any fast food restaurant. I was very impressed with the building and just as pleased to find the same high quality in the food they served. I will always stand behind this franchise, regardless of what state I am in because the food is always good. The service was fast and professional as well.

First off, mistook our order. Which is fine, it happens. Second, they gave us coke with no ice. I went into get ice, but they were out of ice (why didn't they tell us?) So they replaced it with a frozen coke, which tasted like rag. They must have wipped the machine with an old rag. At least the food was good (but didn't toast the bread). But poorly managed with only young adults working. Go to a different Burger King.

Against my better judgment, I decided to give this Burger King a try, even after reading all the one-star reviews. Sadly, it was just as bad as everyone said. After waiting 15 minutes to order, I got a drink that was warm and dripping soda down the side, with no ice. I also asked for my Whopper fresh off the broiler, and they handed it to me almost immediately. When I asked if it was really off the broiler, the employee said yes, but it turned out to be cold. I didn’t want to call her out on it right there, but it was clear she wasn’t being honest. Management overhaul is an understatement; they really need to take responsibility and issue a public apology for all these terrible experiences.

Stopped in the Drive-thru recently and purchased the new BBQ Brisket whopper. I was disappointed to the point of no return. Maybe a 1/4 of the size on the picture which i understand is different but it didn't even have all the ingredients. Needless to say i have stricken this place from where i go to eat. I don't mind so much the incresed prices as long as the food remains consistant. It's a shame actually because the wife prefers BK and she told me not to go there because of this.

Our server Helida was fantastic. We had fast and professional service. She was excellent with follow up. The food was absolutely delicious. I saw a great team work between the staff. Sarah the GM stopped by and did a visit. Jodie was also on the floor and leading the team. Great job and I'll be back!

Staff was awesome, love the decor and humor, food was yummy. So many things on the menu was hard to pick will have to go back and try more things. Hubby got steak n eggs I got the pancake tacos. Comes with 2 I could only eat one had take other to go. The potatoes so yummy. Wish they had wet wipes tho for syrup fingers.

My daughter and I had a wonderful breakfast at lunch time. The moon dusted potatoes are so good. Eden was our server. She was very pleasant. If you haven't tried flying biscuit make a plan to come.

Wonderful place. The food was great while I was on my mini-vacay. Loved everything about it! Atmosphere, staff, and food: A1!!!!! Reminds me of Vicious in Boone, NC.

We eat here at least once a month and I'm obsessed! The staff is always so nice and the food is awesome! They do get pretty busy quickly so going early is a must, but we've never had any problems being sat or with our food. Keep up the good work yall!

Eden was a great server. Good came out in a timely manner. I enjoyed the coffee and eggs. A little loud in here, would benefit from some acoustic panels to reduce the echos…but that’s just my hang up.

Unfortunately the food was cold and there was a hair on the plate. I sent back my hash and they really tried to make it right by sending out my replacement quickly. I believe the food warmers in the back need to be checked and maybe we should implement Temp checks more frequently. I was really saddened by this because I had heard great things about this place.

In all my experience at any coffee shop and I’ve been to a lot this location charged me 50 Cent just to get less ice on a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. The drink was already four dollars plus this location makes the worst cup of coffee you will ever drink in your life.

genuinely the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. i’ve been there 4 times at this point and every single time something is wrong. half the time the bacon has zero seasoning on it. i don’t even mean like “oh there’s not enough” i mean there’s not a single black pepper spec in the entire bag. the other half of the time something is missing or wrong. last week i went and they had somehow run out of bagels by 2:00 pm and i had to change my order. today i came and they handed me my drinks and told me to have a good day. i had to wait at the drive through for a few minutes before they finally came back and asked what was wrong. i told them i was missing ALL of my food (5 things total missing) to which they told me they were working on it still. when they finally brought it out they gave me a bag and asked me if there’s anything else missing. shouldn’t yall know? are you not looking at the order when you’re making it? this dunkin is horrible, don’t recommend unless you feel like missing half your order every time.

I requested to have 12 donuts placed in separate bags instead of a box for sanitation purposes, as I was distributing them on a campus. I was told this could not be done due to policy, even though I had the exact request fulfilled at another Dunkin’ just the day before. I don’t understand how the policy could allow bagging smaller quantities (such as 3 donuts) but not a dozen. I was offered bags and gloves to do it myself, which felt unreasonable given there was no line at the time. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Dunkin has been one of my favorite places to get coffee for at least 2 years now. I recently moved and had to switch to a new dunkin location, and unfortunately this one is the worst I have ever experienced. I've worked in fast food, so I usually have a lot of patience with mistakes and try not to make a big fuss about it. All of the sandwiches taste like grill cleaner or some other chemical. The inside of the store reeks of grill cleaner, if you've worked in the food industry then you shoukd know that it is highly toxic. If they happen to get your order right the first time with everything included, I would consider purchasing a lottery ticket because it's that rare. The iced lattes (my personal favorite) are basically just flavored milk. It's like a glass of milk sat in the same room as coffee. If you get a large drink with a dome lid, be sure to remind them to give you the appropriate straw, otherwise you'll be fishing it out of your drink every 5 seconds and end up with sticky fingers. I wouldn't recommend this dunkin to my worst enemy.

Absolutely the worst duncan.Long wait time and then I got a cup full of foam.They had 6 employees that I saw there and took forever to get us 2 coffee.Two were outside smoking in front the establishment and 2 playing games on their phones. Such a disgusting experience.

This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. I ordered a refresher without ice and I was told that without ice was not allowed. She stated it was a policy. I have a policy to never go to Dunkin Donuts again. Starbucks for the win

Rushing to get a quick bite for lunch. First time here. I got a steak burrito with the works: rice, beans, and sour cream washed down with a pineapple drink. It was tasty just a little stingy with the steak. Customer service was great! Will I be back for a quick bite, absolutely!

The food is delicious, quick and hot. They wrapped the tacos in foil so when I was ready to eat it was still hot. Reasonable prices for great food. A fast food place with a full service restaurant food. Fresh ingredients seasoned well.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I called in an order to this Mexican restaurant, but it was messed up multiple times over the phone. Hoping to clear things up, I decided to come in person. Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve. The cashiers were noticeably rude and asked me to repeat my order four different times, only to tell me that what I was saying was incorrect. I’m honestly confused—how can my order be wrong when I’m the one verbally giving it to you? The lack of professionalism and poor communication made this a frustrating experience.

Very unprofessional. completely messed up my order, tried to charge me for a remake & thought I was dumb enough to not realize she was talking bad about me in spanish to her coworker. went around 7-8 ish on 1-13-25. also as a former food service worker I noticed they gave me expired queso. was supposed to be thrown out yesterday and it was overly runny and gross :/

We placed a simple online order for two people. When we arrived, we were informed that several of the items we ordered were unavailable. In addition, the majority of the items we did receive were not prepared as ordered. Hard pass on returning to this establishment anytime in the foreseeable future, if ever.

They seem like they are getting back to quality seasoned meat, they had fallen off for a minute there, as someone mentioned, like they had canned meat for a min. But my complaints are they will speak to you in English when you aren't Mexican. Look, it I took the time to learn Spanish, reciprocate. Either you want the bienvenida or not! Make up your mind. And the way the men treat Black women is muy terrible!

I loved my experience here! We randomly came in because I was craving this type of food. The woman at the counter was so incredible and inviting. I would definitely come back here for the food and service!

smoothie was rushed i can hardly drink it i also waited over 20 mins when other people behind me in line got their food and smoothies before me. The little short girl talk to customers instead of doing peoples orders who have been waiting disappointed because they’re usually pretty good not today though.

Felt it was another fast food yet with better ingredients and choices. It’s hard to make tropical food in to fast food but they are trying. Sauces is pretty hot. Loved those corn with jalapeños.

Service was bad, but it was only one customer service person and the manager was very rude. She told me the owner’s name is Madeline Vargas with Madeline. You need to get better help because tamara was not nice as a manager. There was debris in my cup and I said it could’ve killed the kid or someone could’ve choked on it. I was never offered anything so I’m calling Corporate today to complain formally.

This Is Such A Disappointment. Whomever the owner is, do something about the quality of the food being served here. It's Trash. People work to hard to waste money on the quality of the food being served here. How is this a buffalo chicken wrap? How? When you call, they answer the phone saying "hello" like they are in their living rooms. Just horrible

I really like this chain in general. However this store is one of the busiest I come to, and yet they are ALWAYS fast AND accurate with the orders! Today was a Saturday morning and when I tell you busy! I almost didn’t want to go in! But I’m glad I did because I came in, ordered, and didn’t have to wait 7 mins for my 6 orders to come out (with two people ahead of me)! The food is delicious and the smoothies are too and you can pair and save so this is my go to smoothie place period. Aaron took my order and went right to making the sandwich, flatbread, and wrap that I ordered. And Dee made the three smoothies me to perfection. Not too watery not too thick. They work as a great team here and it makes coming a pleasant experience. Just know if you come here and it’s busy the best way to get around and finding parking is to turn under the light in my opinion. Also don’t forget to do the survey on the bottom of your receipt and leave reviews on the excellent job they do and you get a discount on your next order!

OMG this place is absolutely amazing, my first experience here was amazing. The staff was very warm and inviting and the food and smoothie was amazing. I had an açaí bowl, and a Bahama mama smoothie. The place was so clean it made want to come back for more; and so I did which is why I'm now giving this place 5 stars!! Every visit has been consistent from the staff to the service to the food. If you're in Buford looking for something healthy and quick from a fresh clean place with grade A customer service I highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie!!!

Please avoid!!! This is a No No. I love tropical smoothie but, this location is horrible and unsanitary. And they seem to get worse over time. I am definitely reporting to the health department. I emailed the manager for courtesy purposes once I noticed this on 9/6. I never got an acknowledgement from him. But to be honest the store and staff have really been dirty and tacky lately.

I highly recommend giving G Sisters a try. I had a steak burrito this evening. $7.70 for a 1 pound 12 ounce burrito! For me, that's enough for 3 meals. Great flavor, and the wrap was just right, not too thick and chewy, but not so thin it just breaks apart. I also got bag of caramel kettle corn. It was pretty good, although the caramel had a hint of being burnt. Definitely willing to give a try again, though, as I really enjoy caramel popcorn. It took around 7 minutes to get my order ready, which I consider extremely reasonable for a walk-in order. There are several tables if you choose to eat in, but I got mine to go. I'm not a serious burrito connoisseur -- All I know is if I like something or not. And I definitely liked this, and I'll be back again, soon. Give them a try!

G Sisters has it figured out. The best tortillas, fresh ingredients, and service. Every taco is absolutely delicious. Every time I finish eating, I want to go back and order 3 more.

About $3.25 per taco. Had pollo and Carne asada tacos. Tacis were delicious and included an avocado slice which you don't normally get at other places.

No customer service. First sign says open but the door is locked (8:30 am on a Sunday), and their people are sitting down eating. You have to go to drive through only for them to rush you. Then the food is horrible. Burnt hash browns and rubbery sausage egg sandwich.

We are new to Buford and actually have never been to Dunkin’ Donuts previously. So after seeing the $6 meal on television I decided to feature it for the podcast. I came in the restaurant this Sunday, 9/7/2025 around 9:40am. Was told I had to order at the kiosk, which is fine. I ordered 2 of the $6 meals. I unintentionally didn’t add a hash brown to one of the meals and misclicked on one of the coffee drinks (my son can’t have caffeine). I stood patiently has I could see that the service workers appeared busy and frustrated. A young lady asked what was wrong and I explained, she was genuinely understanding and fixed my coffee. She told her manager that I was missing a hashbrown, he grabs the receipt and holds it up towards me raising his voice to let me know I was wrong. I again explained that I was not trying to say he did anything wrong, I was under the impression that the $6 meals come with hashbrowns. He says yes but you didn’t click it so I didn’t put it, what do you want me to do. Maybe other customers before raddled him but I’m honestly not sure why I got the energy I did from him.

I appreciate a business that doesn’t allow the challenges of workers to dictate what service is given to the customers. The owner is always gracious, apologetic, and serves your order with a smile! May God continue to bless you and your business. I’m forever grateful!

I sat in drive-through for six minutes without anybody acknowledging I was even there. I said hello and that’s when somebody decided to say they’ll be right with me which took another 3 to 4 minutes. I ordered my food, They handed me the wrong food. Then when I received my food my grilled cheese was not even melted.

The young man who took our order was very friendly and polite. He offered to make a fresh pot of coffee because he noticed the coffee he served was warm rather than hot. When I left the store, I forgot to take the cup of ice my wife ordered. The young man ran out to our car to deliver it. Very impressed with his service.

Went through the drive through and received a bag with a mess inside. My entire sandwich fell apart in the bag due to poor handling of my food. When I asked the manager for a refund he became very angry waving his hands around and lecturing me about what a great manager he was. I voiced my concerns with cleanliness and poor quality control and he gaslighted me offering no apologies for the poor costumer care. Will never visit this place again.

Lots of reviews saying how fast they are here. I stopped in after midnight to treat myself to a couple big Mac. Haven't ate McDonald's in 5 years or better. Thought I'd might have been missing something. I wasn't. Wait time was 4 minutes. Not bad for 2 cars at drive thru. But the hamburger!!! Haha. Now I remember why I stopped going. They have gotten smaller and the help needs help. See pictures. The top part had nothing. The bottom part had everything. The patties now days are not much bigger than Krystal.

Food is always good. Employees are always courteous. I come here for specialty coffees because they are good. But please teach all your employees how to make the drinks the same way! I order a large iced mocha one time and it looks like the pictures. The next time I order it's just an iced coffee with no chocolate syrup or whip cream.

I used to rate this place 5 stars but I have no idea if there was a change in staffing or something but this morning has been my worst experience in any drive thru ever. I ordered online just a drink and a few side items and they cant even help me on that. They took multiple other orders while I waited and overall spent over 45 minutes here just for a sweet tea and a few sides.

Unfortunately, it was noticed too late when my whole family had ingested the majority of the food. Two of my kids were sick from it. I haven’t been able to go back and report this to the manager yet. I wanted to say the details. I pulled up to wait for chicken strips and not sure if they were cooked well but judging by thie burgers I am concerned. Then this guy shoves the bag into my window in a not so happy way and didn’t say anything. So that was already a customer service issue. Then, I get all the way home to find raw meat in my sandwiches.

i visited and ordered monopoly menu specifically because my brother wanted to participate in the monopoly event. however, despite the fact that i ordered 3 monopoly menu, they didn’t give me any peel off and it seemed that they replaced the box. ( i ordered 10 pcs mc nuggets bc it was included in the monopoly menu but they gave me 6 pcs nugget + 4 pcs nugget which did not have the peel off card )

Great Playplace (only reason to give it a second star). Great fun for all ages of kids! Other than that though, the employees were not attentive and seemed to be more interested in the local gossip or tattoo stories with the teens hanging out than helping customers. Food wasn’t prepared well, patties halfway falling out of the burgers and they didn’t make our food correct. (Acted like it was an inconvenience for them and that I needed my receipt to prove I had asked for the hamburger without onions- but their machine didn’t produce a receipt which I asked them for when it happened and they told me they weren’t able to print receipts at the counter for the machines…but also didn’t go replace the receipt paper in the machine for the next folks). Bathrooms were gross and sticky. And the employee I saw eating on break at a table got up to return to work leaving their mess all over the bench and floor.

Bad service, I understand their low pay, but one of the employees was very rude.

Don’t come to McDonalds whenever she’s working we repeated our order not once but twice and she still got it wrong we told her that it was wrong and she proceeded to tell us well you didn’t ask for that how are you going to speak to a customer like that when a customer asks for something you do it it’s not hard to remake a burger… and she gave us the wrong sauces once again we proceeded to ask for the right sauces and she was like I’m going to charge you again and you have to go through the drive thru again it’s not hard to bring THE RIGHT SAUCES back she left without brining our right sauces… we left without our drinks and came back just for her to take a picture of us WITHOUT OUR CONSENT when we just wanted our drinks THAT WE PAYED FOR…. A rude and terrible experience especially her…

Janessa was such a nice girl, she was extremely patient and polite. She was working extremely hard and I really admire that and hope other will spirit to be like her.

We have been coming to this Wendy’s since we moved here and never had any issues, as we usually go through the drive-thru. My daughter really enjoys Wendy’s and eats it almost every day during the school week. On weekends, we normally eat barbecue, but due to limited time we decided to dine inside Wendy’s instead. The moment we entered, it was hot inside with no air conditioning, but we went ahead with our order. When my husband asked for barbecue sauce after we had already placed and received our order, we were told it would cost $0.50. At first, I thought it was a joke, so I went up to the counter to ask for some. I wasn’t going to use my card just to pay $0.50. An older white server was willing to provide the sauce, but one of the Hispanic employees said no. That same employee then began going back and forth with me about their new policy. I don’t have an issue with a new policy, I understand rules change, but I did have an issue with her rude attitude and the way she handled it. I told her I didn’t want to continue speaking with her because of her nasty attitude, and another Hispanic employee jumped in. Eventually, a male employee told one of them to go to the back, but the other continued arguing with me. He eventually gave me the sauce, but by that point I had already lost my appetite from how poorly I was treated. The way the employee responded mocked me as if I was too poor to pay $0.50. It was obvious she didn’t care about my point of view and just wanted to be rude. While sitting with my family waiting for them to finish eating, the same employee continued speaking to another worker and said, “Over $0.50?” clearly mocking me again. That was insulting and humiliating. As an African woman, I believe if I had been white or Black American, I would not have been treated this way. Instead, they heard my accent and chose to mock me for asking for barbecue sauce. At that point, I asked for a refund. The male employee called the manager and explained that I hadn’t touched the food and that the refund was warranted, so they gave me my money back. When I spoke with the manager, the first thing he said was that the employee was “just doing her job,” instead of acknowledging my frustration. Only after I explained that it was not about her doing her job but about her poor service. He then said he would talk with her. Still, there was no apology nor acknowledging the way I was treated, which showed me exactly why the employees feel they can treat customers this way. Poor management leads to poor employees, and this was a clear example. This was our first time dining inside at this location, and it will be our last. We’ve always had a better experience at the drive-thru, but after this, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Seems like the guy at the counter is new and he apparently thinks it's acceptable to gesture and grunt instead of speaking in coherent sentences. Fries were soggy which is an often occurrence at Wendy's so won't mark them for that. Burgers were ok for this location. Won't be going back to this one. A disappointment for sure.

Mobile order pick up inside waited 10 min while I watched my food get cold. The staff was standing around talking and laughing. 13$ for cold food and melted drinks to be told “oh sorry”. Will not be back to this location. Terrible service

Just had the most unprofessional experience at this location. We ordered food via drive thru as we specifically asked for a PLAIN chicken sandwich due to allergies for my son. It was incorrect so we had to get back in the drive thru line and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted with rudeness by the women in the picture below saying "We just got a $200 order you need to pull around and wait 15 minutes no more orders" we attempted to tell her we don't have an order that we just need our correct plain sandwich and before we could say anything they slammed window in our face and one lady told the employee don't open window or talk to them prior to allowing us to ask for the sandwich. I am beyond angry and disappointed. I will never support this location hire some professional staff perhaps and if they don't like their job get a new one.

Yikes they’ve had no ac. It has to be over 100 degrees in there. Employees are cooking while sweating profusely and food is in extreme heat.

Definitely heading in the wrong direction. Fast food is a tough business. Dave Thomas is looking down from Heaven with disappointment.
