The 39 best breakfast and brunch in Warner Robins

Let me tell all of you taco people people out there, if you haven't come here you are missing some of the best tacos ever made in the total history of taco making! All I can say is GO THERE! If you live inside or outside our area make a trip just for the experience, it's worth it!!! To all my local War Town people (they know what that means) stop skipping this place on looks, go inside and be treated to to wondrous world of tacos! You'll love it@ This place is like true love, it's what's on the inside that counts. I've lived in Warner Robins for over 30 years, and have drove by this place ever since but... moving from Warner Robins to Bonaire I passed this shabby looking place just about daily... poor, dumb me! Story Time (You can skip the story but it fills in the context) As a 20 year retired Airforce member, I've been around the world and almost in every state in the U.S. during that time I loved Mexican food. But all of that was cut short when stationed at Wright Patterson, AFB Ohio, when at my favorite Mexican restaurant in the middle of eating I became so sick that I had to leave right in the middle of eating and rush home, home was approximately five minutes away. As soon as my bottom hit the seat it wasn't pretty, 45 minutes later I emerged, stomach churning, sweating, chills, shaking, the whole nine yards. So I didn't go back for over a year, one day my wife wanted tacos and suggested the same place again, so by this time I'm thinking we'll is was probably just some bad food, so I went along with her program. We all ordered our food, I sit there watching my family eat and enjoy their food (I waited to see if they got sick)... Satisfied that they didn't get sick and fall over I started to eat my food, after my second bite and sallow, I got the chills my stomach started to boil, my forehead broke out in a sweat thst everyone could see, at that moment I was done with Mexican food for over 35 years, not even a sniff of the food! (End Story) Back to the Taco Shed present Day December 2025. This shabby place kept calling my phone and sending text messages though we never met. I Mr. Kevin tells my wife, let's go to that shabby taco place, she look at me with complete surprise knowing my history with Mexican food. We go, again I live about five minutes away, thinking to my self here we go again... In one word; Delicious! More words; best of the best, "You mean to tell me that for thirty five years I been missing this, ain't no way!" Go there, spend your hard earned money on something great. Love at first and second and last bite! Great staff, friendly, look nice inside, affordable, money worth, go now! Don't wait, not there yet? You get my picture other than the one's I posted. Ty

The Taco Shed (Hwy 247 Location) is absolutely phenomenal! The food was delicious and fresh! I ordered ‘The Anchor’ as well as a chicken quesadilla and my expectations were exceeded! I highly recommend giving this establishment a visit! You won’t be disappointed! Shout out to my server: Alexandria 👍

Visited while on business or lunch and someone locally recommended the place and I give it five stars because the food is out of this world. It is so good. You have to visit if You’re in town. I have the north side. You don’t walk away hungry with their special.

This was our first time going here .. the shed corn was deep fried corn like Mexican street corn with yum yum sauce .. it was delicious.. I ordered two tacos on flour tort.. pulled pork i forgdt the other lol they had so many choices .. the other pictures are steak fajitas and shrimp fajitas .. full not half ..

Got the chicken salad and it was decent. I also got a chicken taco and it was good. I think that they have a lot of options at the taco shed. I would be willing to come back and try something new. If you are looking for a place that has a considerable amount of variety for tacos the taco shed is the place to go.

Ok here’s the dish. I love authentic food!!! Tacos are something we love! I got the Perry Panther- flavorful, yummie and satisfying! The Anchor - there was way to much going on didn’t like the flavors at all. Huston lake- very delicious, flavors went well together . 247- not enough flavor- bland. Salsa - Guac can use a little sprucing up as well. We you think Taco- is originally Mexica- bold, spicy and fresh flavors Other wise it’s good. Give it a try.

Very unique tacos....not the run of the mill type. The tacos are loaded with fillings and toppings. I ordered 2, but 1 would have been plenty. Chips are thin, crispy and homemade. The Fried Green Tomato taco is my fav. I wish they still had the fried Tofu taco on the menu, and the grilled vegi taco. Service was quick and friendly.

Great, very American atmosphere. The service was very poor. It took 40min to bring out food for 3 people - and the highlight - 50% of the order was completely wrong items. The food by itself tasted mediocre. Louisiana skillet rice was overstated. Broccoli overcooked. Deep fried appetizers (cheese and onion) almost tasteless and greasy. The fruits were not fresh. No reason to come back unfortunately

First time visit at this location. Brianna was the waitress and she was very responsive and prompt. It's been a couple years since I ate at a cracker barrel, and there have been some big changes since. The gravy is changed. I used to get brown gravy with onions in it but that's not available, or maybe still on pork chop Tuesday. They also don't have Lima beans or cabbage anymore. The chicken fried chicken has a different batter on it too. Compared to many years ago.

I've been here a few times so far and it's your typical Cracker Barrel. Very average all around. This location does stay very busy and they do a decent job of keeping up. For me it would get 5 stars if they didn't screw up my take out order for the second time. Just because I'm not dining in, it doesn't I don't deserve an accurate meal.

I usually love Cracker Barrel but I recently had a very poor experience. Went to CB late in the evening just for cobbler to go. Very small number of patrons in the restaurant but hosts attention took about 10 min and she forgot to place my order. Expo who was there when I ordered delivered the cobbler to the to-go shelf, walking right past me and not announcing the order while I continued to wait. After 25 min in the restaurant, I finally approached the cashier about the dessert and she found it on the shelf. Worst of all, when I opened the dish, it looked like simply canned peaches heated and topped with 2 slivers of pie crust. Not what I've come to expect from CB.

Extremely disappointing, specifically the food quality. Fried chicken dry-no moisture as if it had been sitting under a warmer for an hour. Broccoli with yucky spoiled stems. Biscuits with a strange flavor….old oil? Mashed potatoes had perhaps chunks of carrots inside? Do not want to think about how that could happen but of course I have. 😞 Chicken fried chicken dry inside. Service was so-so. Had to ask for water refills, had to ask for napkins, had to ask for plates for biscuits (plates both dirty). Front check-out person only positive. He offered to let us speak to a manager but believe reviewing was a better option. Would not recommend this Cracker Batrel and will not return.

Terrible. Seems they can not longer cook properly. Eggs scrambled well are now crispy one side and runny the other. Bacon was way undercooked. Biscuits were like eating tires. Second basket of biscuits did not break any teeth but still pretty tough. Waitress was nice but overloaded cause despite being told she would be back with coffee in a minute we never got past the first cup. Crackerbarrell needs to get back to It's roots and cook the basics properly before worrying about the upsells and mimosas cause the core business patrons won't keep coming in the door otherwise.

New Review: I’m so sorry I have to edit my previous review. I was asked to give the review before I got my birthday request. When my food came out, the pork chops was fried so hard that I couldn’t eat it. Nearly everyone at our table (about 7) ordered Mac and cheese, but was told after a 10 minute wait, they would have to substitute it for something else. The food is totally not the same. My gravy came out with no food to go with it and was cold after a 15 minute wait for my order. Our wait time was more than 30 minutes sitting at the table. This is the first time my family took me out and literally everyone’s order was wrong in one way or another. We left feeling we wasted our money and should have chosen another restaurant. The only thing I have no complaints about was our server, Luxury! She remained calm and continued service with a smile.♥️ The Strawberry Lemonade was worth the money. Old Review: I totally enjoy our server, Luxury!! She was very pleasant and attentive to our party! It’s my Birthday and I made a special request that was honored!! Thank you Cracker Barrel Staff for your outstanding service! FYI: The Strawberry Lemonade is really good!!♥️

I enjoyed my dining experience at Props! Such a comfortable atmosphere with great service and food! I was there with a party of 7 for my birthday celebration. Appetizers and entrees came out fairly quickly--hot, fresh and so delicious! The food was presented beautifully! Cocktails were good too! Our server was very attentive and did a wonderful job--very knowledgeable and made good recommendations. Thank you so much for my slice of cake and birthday card!! I do recommend making reservations especially for a large party. Our reservation was for 6pm. Our table was ready when we arrived at 5:55pm.

The food was amazing! The wings and crab claws were full of flavor and plentiful. The salads are huge and fresh. In terms of service, Ethan was an amazing server! He's so attentive and kind. The stellar service made the meal even better! If you are passing through, be sure to stop here!

We had an amazing dinner at Props! The prime rib sandwich was phenomenal. It was made even more special because of our waitress, Shelby. She found out we were new in town and was giving us tons of helpful information and places to go to around town. Will definitely be back.

This elegant restaurant is classy, so don’t come here on a budget. Lunch time was quiet, friendly and not a place I would wear jeans or a hoodie. They seat you where in areas with the same ethical background. Those were a couple things that were obvious to the naked eye. The customer service was excellent, professional, respectful and their attire was neat. Our waitress Brandie was helpful as this was our first time. The best part is their menu! It’s plenty of options which is always a plus, a huge plus! You can come here 50 times and still order something new. Now let’s get to the order. The drinks and food were prestigious, hot, flavorful, and portioned just right. We were passing through and came across this restaurant. If you’re in the area or passing by this is a must.

Talk about an experience. From the moment we walked in the door the atmosphere relaxed and inviting, and the service was exceptional. We came for my sister's 41st birthday and we had a great time. The food was amazing, beautifully plated, and the owner came over to greet us, laughed with us and truly made us feel at home. Jordan was our server and he went above and beyond. I can't remember the last time I had service like that. When we come back, because we will be back, we will ALWAYS see Jordan. And Congratulations on the engagement! 😍

Here's a review: *3/5 stars* Decent seafood spot, nothing too fancy. The fish was fresh and the service was very good. Portions were okay, not huge but satisfying. Prices were reasonable for the quality. I Would go back. Overall, a solid choice for a casual seafood meal.

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back! We were celebrating a birthday for my kiddos and this was a great spot with so many options! We ordered the calamari and it was delicious. The best breakfast ever! What a way to wake up my taste buds! My breakfast at Steak 'n Shake was a burst of flavor—golden pancakes, crispy bacon, and coffee that brought me back to life. A true morning feast!

Fast, friendly service and the best burgers...STILL!! I stopped by for a late dinner and was seated immediately. Our server was efficient and attentive. I ordered the Garlic Double Steakburger with onion rings and a bowl of chili. So. Good. My burger was hot, cooked to perfection, and had just enough garlic butter to make it good but not overpower your taste buds. Awesome experience at Steak'n Shake.

I stopped here from out of town on my way to an appointment. Not familiar with the area looking for a easy in and out so I could be on my way. See this place and whopped it in the drive thru. My 1st time here i ordered simple bacon eggs and cheese add mayo and potatoes chunks. Whatever they are called. I upside my order to get a large drink. I drink a lot and im traveling long way home less stops for me. The biscuit was falling apart but was good ate it all except a little hard part. The potato whatever as u can see half of them were missing from the start. The other half were cold chunks of potatoes. Question for the owners why did yall keep going up on prices and selling us stuff that you wouldn't even eat yourself? Would you make ur momma or kids eat such. I know no one wants to work but its ur buisness your the owner. Where are you ? Are you there motivating your employees or correcting what they are doing wrong. No offense but this is why the other chain gets 95 of buisness just during breakfast. Have a blessed day.

Greeted upon entry with a warm smile and immediately seated at booth of my choice. Tables are available. At 11:50 AM we were provided menus and drink order taken. Within 7 minutes our selections were brought to table. Complex burgers were prepared as requested. French fries were delicious. Extra ketchup packets provided as requested. Waitress returned twice to see if we needed anything. I observed other tables being provided excellent service as well. I was really impressed.

The food was so good, as it normally is. But the attentiveness and service that I was given at this Steak ‘n Shake needs work. I probably sat at my table for a good 10 mins at least waiting on a refill. Had countless waitresses walk by my table and none of them stopped or told my waitress to come check on me. I finally asked another waitress (since my waitress saw the empty drinks and kept walking…) and the other waitress kindly refilled them. My waitress brought the refills out and walked away before getting my trash. The manager really need to have a talk with his employees. This establishment could do so much better if better attentive people worked here.

Great place to eat any time of the day... but especially for breakfast! It's my husband's favorite place to go!

Stopped by for some breakfast and let me tell you was very pleased with this place. Very happy with the service smiles all through out the establishment. Servers helping each other out fast service good food. Very happy with our waitress genesis. Superd job.

I found a roach egg pressed under my pancake before I put it in my mouth to take a bite. When I called. The waiter didn’t seem shocked as if they had this problem before. Then offered to exchange it.. Why would I eat somewhere that has a roach egg on the pancakes?! He refunded my food only but my family threw their food away and didn’t get refunded for it… disgusting and I’m sick to my stomach! I’m extremely disgusted and now one of my family members say their throat feels funny..

Food came out fast, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Mrs. Darlene was just as sweet as the bananas foster pancakes I had. Sweetest server we've ever had which amde taste even better.

1 MAY 2024 Today I was out of character and had chicken and pancakes. First time ever. Dang! It was good! 17 MARCH 2024 After the HORRIBLE service at OLIVE GARDEN last night this Ihop visit restored my faith. Today Ihop was VERY crowded and yet everything was wonderful. Thank you for yet another 5-star visit. 1 FEBRUARY 2024 Erdem was our server, and he was good at his job. A very pleasant and humble man. He provided fine service as all our meals were exactly what we ordered. The wait for food was minimal, and everyone was pleased with the quality. The restaurant was clean front to back with the bathroom being exceptional. I love they leave the coffee pot on the table as I hate having to wait for a coffee refill. I would gladly return.

Horrible customer service if you ain’t white. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty and placed our order and the waitress had an attitude. After ordering four other families arrived (two white and two black) orders were taken and out of everyone there, guess who were the first ones to get their food? Correct , the white ones. After waiting 40 minutes or so, we finally got tired of waiting and decided to walk out. Don’t recommend it but be prepared for a bad experience if you go. Good luck!

This place has gone seriously downhill. It use to be a standard no frills IHOP, but it is not even that good! They were out of tea bags to make hot tea? Over heard the wait staff talking about hepatitis? Food was Okay, but staff stands around a lot, just talking. I believe the only way this place is staying open is serving breakfast!

The food came out fast and hot. This was one of the best iHOPs that we’ve ever been to. We never had to ask twice for anything. Our needs were anticipated and met with a smile. We will stop here again the next time we are on our way to FL.

We recieved a gift card from a friend after my mother in law passed and had it for lunch. The food overall was great. My potato soup was wonderful, my husband said his sandwich was great, but the chicken noodle soup was bland. The issue was the service. We went to use a Kiosk so we could see pictures since my husband had never been here. We went to pay with the gift card and it went through. Went to pay the remaining balance and the machine froze. I went and got help and it wouldn't work for them either, until the machine decided "it needed rest". After getting back in line, the gift card didn't want to work. The lady behind the counter was very nice, but the gentleman (I assume the manager) didn't seem like he could be bothered with this issue. We explained the kiosk issue ... needless to say it was a whole process to get them to understand it had money on it, but the kiosk shut down. Then our buzzer for our food went dead and never went off. It just wasn't the most pleasant trip. Moral of the story, go to the counter to order

I placed a delivery order for a grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. My grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp. My soup is great and one of my favorites. I was super shocked by my sandwich!

This Panera bread consistently has good quality food, the staff are also very friendly. Its big inside, lots of seating areas, but just like all Panera breads seem to be doing, they removing outlets or reducing the power outage in them. I noticed it only charged my laptop for couple of minutes and stopped, not really worth it to be back at any more Panera Breads

Ordered a chicken sandwich and onion soup from DoorDash. It really wasn’t made well. The soup was not good not too sure what went wrong there but cost me $31. I would expect a little higher quality. The chicken was white like it wasn’t seasoned or anything just playing and kinda tasted watery. the onion soup just skip this item if you’re going to order from this place

Let's start with I love Panera Bread. The broccoli cheddar soup is a family favorite. They have a large variety of sweets. The salads are great. The kid's menu is short but fitting for picky eaters. Tons of tables in many sizes for all guest groups. Lastly plenty of drinks for all tastes. I went in on a Wednesday(22nd), and it was a little busy for lunch. The food was hot and satisfying. I had wild rice and chicken soup for the first time and I will absolutely get it again. The attitudes of two particular employees were horrible. As the cashier, you are the first person we interact with. Tired of dealing with guests was what was perceived by my small group of three. Later one gentleman had smart comments to make about me not grabbing my food as soon as it came up. Not knowing I was right behind him. All I ask is please understand that four-year-olds can't go to the restroom by themselves. Luckily at four, you don't understand all the things that adults say nor care to pay attention. However, at eleven, you do. I left with a very unpleasant taste in my spirit about this location and the staff they have working there. Kindness goes a long way. Hopefully, management will talk with the team so things like this won't have to happen again.

-3 for proportion size of ham on sandwich! I took off the top of this sandwich to show you what I got. My first time here tells me I'll have to request double or triple the ham, because I only got 2 pieces of ham! The ham and cheese Cinnamon crunch bagel had only 2 pieces ham. They must be trying to save money by cutting out how much you get. The sandwich tastes good, but you better ask for more ham. It was a truly long wait for such a small meager of a meal. I have been totally unsatisfied.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Called and told them my biscuit did not have the cheese.... She tells me it's mixed in with the eggs..... where.... you have to ask for sliced cheese..... I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit..... and charged $.55. Look at the photos. Where is the cheese??

I had the BLT and it was honestly the best I have ever had , the service was amazing and so was the sweet tea, it’s in a little shopping center and I had never even noticed that it was a restaurant but I am so glad I went , you have to give them a try , it was really really excellent!

Today was my first time trying the breakfast at Nu-Way and it did not disappoint! I ordered a spicy dog sandwich with eggs and cheese! The ladies were friendly and attentive! I would highly recommend this restaurant! 🌭

This was my first visit. The food was good; I had a slaw dog and a chili dog. The service inside was awkward because I went to the register to order for dine-in, but if you aren't carrying out, they'll take your order at the table. The building is old but decently well upkept. It has a long, old fashioned counter with barstools, along with several old diner style tables for 4. Good experience overall.

Very good food. We were here for breakfast today. The pancakes were perfect!!! My husband said his eggs were perfect too. The staff here is super friendly- please tip them well! Will definitely be returning.

Everyone here can't do the very basic simple task. It's a minimum wage job and even they can't do that. Absolutely ridiculous. It took almost an hour to get our food and our order was wrong. Never coming back.

I cant say enough about the mother/daughter team that we encountered tonight. Mom waitressed daughter was one of the best cooks we have seen. The place was clean, food was exceptional, and the interaction we had with these two beautiful women was a reason to continue going back. Im not easily impressed by good staff unless the food matches the vibes.... but I was very impressed by every damn thing tonight. Only sorry I didn't get the gals names...

Fantastic breakfast this morning at The Huddle House. I've been coming to this location for 35 years and it never disappoints. Always a great meal, attentive and friendly service, and a nostalgic vibe that can't help but make you feel at home. First time with Layla serving me and she was on point with making sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask and was quick with refills and clearing plates. Don't pass this old school spot by, it can't be beat for a solid breakfast.

THE WAITRESS BRITTANY WAS EXTRA NICE. I LOVED HER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO SEE HER! THE FOOD WAS OK JUST THE MASHED POTATOES SUCKED!

My buddy and I have been meeting for Sunday breakfast for 25+ years and we go to many places to eat. We have always enjoyed our Huddle House visits and this time was no different.

Food was ok, but pricey for what it was. Service was really good. But the place was filthy. If I was there with my wife instead of coworkers we never would have sat down...

Enjoyed visiting my friend during breakfast . My hot food and my coffee was refilled often without ever having to ask . It felt like Sitcom Cheers or Friends where waitress know their customers by name . I plan to go back .

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kelly, and he truly made our dining experience outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu—offering great recommendations that we ended up loving! I was thrilled to see the breakfast drink menu — I got a salted caramel iced coffee (you can even add Bailey’s or Kahlúa if you want to make it extra special ☕✨). Every single meal at our table was fantastic! The biscuits are huge and fluffy, the crabcake Benedict was a favorite, and my breakfast platter hit the spot. Another in our group got the chicken biscuit, and everyone was raving about how good everything was. Service was friendly and fast, and we didn’t have to wait long — plus, you can add your name to the waitlist online before you arrive, which made it super convenient. The food was absolutely amazing! My wife had the cinnamon roll French toast, and I went with the supreme omelette, both were delicious. She paired hers with a strawberry St. Germain mimosa while I enjoyed a refreshing pineapple berry agua fresca. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed breakfast or brunch with a peaceful, laid-back vibe.

Sharice was our server. AMAZING! And she’s only there part time! Pay that girl to get her in full time. Brice was a busser. I’m not sure of his role but he was so helpful and well mannered. He assisted us with things I know were outside his job description. It didn’t go unnoticed. Good luck at Georgia Southern! Oh and the manger, Amanda came to greet us personally. great experience ! Our food was amazing hot, fresh and flavorful. And those Strawberry st Germain mimosas, perfect. We ordered by the pitcher! One of our favorite brunch spots.

I have been wanting to go hear since they opened a few years ago. Back in Chicagoland where I lived for 53 years prior to moving to Warner Robins, we had places like this everywhere. There are very few options in this area, so I was excited to go. Let me tell you, Another Broken Egg Cafe delivered in spades! Everything was fantastic. The environment, service and food. Oh, and let’s not forget the amazing spicy Bloody Mary’s my wife and I ordered. I got a French toast special with eggs, bacon and toast. My wife got a Mexican style egg dish with guacamole. All of the food was cooked perfectly. Order came out really quick and our waitress in training did a phenomenal job. We both were so happy after leaving this morning. It really was perfect! We will be back again soon and probably make it a regular thing!

Jasmine and Quisha, I believe, were amazing hostesses/waitresses; they went the extra mile to ensure we felt accommodated with my spectrum child. Customer service was superb, and the food was very hot and delicious. I can’t wait to come back again; my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the beignets.

The service was slow and some of our food was room temperature (don't want to use the work cold). I had to ask other waiters to get my waitress for refills and just a little info before you go, don't go starving it seems like it takes the kitchen a while to send out the orders or maybe even they wait for everything to be cooked to bring it out all together which explains some things not being hot. 🤷🏻‍♀️. The restaurant was clean and very beautiful. The foods presentation was beautiful and very tasty as well. My kids did not like the gravy (I did), but other than that it's worth a try 😊

This location is therapeutic. I arrived at the bar with a wait time of 15 minutes. I Watched the fish swim in the tank while waiting on my meal. Brentley had a pleasant demeanor and jovial.She shared tips on workout plans and meal preps. The flavor quality of my meal, affordable price, positive bartender, and cleanliness of the restaurant; made me give an extra tip.

I came in pursuit of the fried monte cristo sandwich; it was pretty tasty (maybe a teeny bit greasy even for a Monte Cristo.) The service was very good - Ivory was training Keanna (sp?) and both were very pleasant. The calorie bombs - er, honey croissants - are astonishingly good for such a simple treat.

Very busy restaurant! Good food, drinks, and good service. As with most family restaurants, it was a bit noisy when children were unsettled. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Upon being seated, there were honey coated croissants which were served with our beverages. I highly recommend the Painkiller drink, which is served in a large stemmed mug with baked coconut around the rim of the glass. The menu is labeled "Limit of 2" per person. It was very tasty, although it did not seem to have a high alcohol content. The Country Fried Chicken was very good; served on toast, with mashed potatoes, green beans, and white gravy. We also had an order for the New Orleans Pasta, with pasta, smoked sausage, and Cajun Alfredo sauce - served with garlic toast. I would recommend getting a table in the the bar area, which we discovered was not as busy, or as loud. Overall, I would return to sample another tasty meal.

This location is lacking the flavor quality that other Cheddar's I've been to. The spinach dip, for example, was lacking the cheese, so it was a heavy bland spinach flavor. The salsa was top notch though even though we were served over cooked tortilla chips. The salad with grilled chicken was very well made. The honey lime dressing was definitely not made correctly or as standard, so that changed the over expectation and flavor. Hopefully, it was just an off day for this establishment.

Honestly one of my go to places. Food is very good with lots of healthy options. The broccoli is done well and so are their chicken breasts. Prices are better compared to their neighbors around. I had Brenley as my server and she was fun to talk to, attentive, and helpful. Oh and the drinks are good too. Try the Painkiller. Especially if you like coconut or pineapple 👍

Our server Cierra was amazing. So friendly and kind. Food was Hot and delicious. We had a potpie and chicken fried chicken.

My order was a pick up, so no interactions aside from the young lady brining out my food. The ONLY thing I ever order here is the Monte Cristo. It's a mouthing watering, soul reviving, waist, hip and stomach stretching, artery clogging, increasing cholesterol, heart attack but worth it ( not really 😝 ) kind of DELICIOUS and a bit hard to find in restaurants. Pair it with the raspberry jam served with it, and you may not mind that heart attack. It's reasonably priced. I'd almost clean out my account for this. The young lady who worked curb side was very nice and brought my order out quickly. Curbside is a very easy process and plenty of parking spaces for this purpose.

Starbucks never disappoints! The coffee is consistently rich and flavorful, and I love that there’s something for every taste — from classic brewed coffee to seasonal favorites and refreshing cold drinks. The baristas are always friendly, and efficient. I also appreciate the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The mobile app makes ordering and earning rewards super easy, which is a great bonus. Definitely my go-to coffee spot!

Starbucks please take note; Morgan was a literal God-send today, she deserves every accolade and raise you can offer. So I'm a daily for Starbucks and absolutely hate when I have to move ... Because then I have to find another Starbucks that gets my order right and doesn't get hateful when there is an issue. But this Starbucks is always great there's only been one single issue in the entire past year and I do not believe that person works there any more, but outside that it's perfect, they are kind, not hateful when there's an issue and unlike another Starbucks in the area I don't dread having to get my coffee from here. Probably the one thing I'll miss when we move in two weeks to NC. Thank you for being what we expect from starbucks- genuine, kind, helpful, and always the exact same great coffee! 🩷🩷🩷

Where to start? Sign on door says store meeting from 3:30 to 7:30 use drive through. Went through drive through was told order wasn't ready yet and would be 10 minutes and asked to park and come back around. 10 minutes later there were 8 cars now in the drive through so it took another 6 minutes to get to the window. When i got there the kid laughed and told me my order was ready the whole time. So over 15 minutes and thats how a customer is treated. Never again! From here on out Dunkin Donuts!!! So. It's definitely no scooters.... Not that I typically come to Starbucks in the first place ... However, I had a very important appointment with someone... When I walked inside, I immediately felt like I was being rushed out of the way, which was not a big deal since I was about to meet someone. After I ordered my mocha frape (if that's even what you'd call it??) I asked if I should carry on with my meeting or wait? She said you can stand there but if anything they could bring it .. in an unpolite manner . Needless to say I waited as long as I could without disrespecting the party that I was meeting. I eventually walked outside and sat down and proceeded with this *important* meeting.... I gave it a few minutes, and told the lady I was with that I was getting a little irritated because 10 minutes had passed and I still have not received my SMALL ....SMALL... SMALL frape. So I go inside and they're barely even working on it ... Well whatever I get over it, and I go to drink it.... It taste like SOUR MILK. So I'm very unhappy and this is probably why I don't choose Starbucks. It's over priced and it's completely overrated. SCOOTERS IS THE WAY. You guys shouldn't have such a stuck up staff... You’ll find this delicious food in this store. Step to the counter and choose from almost any item you could want. Sit down or take it to go. The salsa bar is a must. It’s been a while since I had such good salsa.

I can’t comment on service or atmosphere because I ordered delivery but I had to comment on the food….. I have worked in restaurants and catering so I know how kitchens really work but this? I can’t see how this has a 4.6 rating on Uber Eats…. The chips weren’t the typical house made chips, these were like generic (Sysco) tortilla chips. The salsa was like an eh salsa that really wanted to just be tomato sauce. The queso was queso, I mean how hard is it to melt american cheese with heavy cream? But I did request extra jalapeños and was surprised that meant 4 whole slices and nothing else. The esquites is cheap, generic corn (Sysco again I am sure) that is tough and has no real/good favor. The sauce that is there is settled and minimal, there is cheese and some visible seasoning but you can’t taste any of that. The chicken chimi apparently comes standard with rice and beans inside(?) it. I requested the beans be left off but the “chicken chimichanga” was mostly rice and a needlessly oversized tortilla. The menu said it came with queso and a red sauce on it. There were a couple globs of cheese but definitely not like alll the other chimis I have had. The sauce looked and tasted like it wanted to be a buffalo sauce. The tres leches cake I only tasted because I was writing this review. It tastes as processed as it looks with worse flavors on the back end. I usually only write good reviews when they are earned and don’t write bad reviews. But this was just, I was disappointed for as highly rated as it was. $40 wasted and nothing to eat because I won’t order more food after thinking I was splurging to treat myself, not to be disappointed. Please note that I didn’t think ahead and these photos were taken in portrait mode, so they look better than the food actually did in person by quite a bit.

I wanted to try a Mexican restaurant i had not eaten at before. Great food. Very fresh. Not much room to wait for takeout orders, but the variety of products kept me occupied while waiting.

This is a really authentic Mexican place. Do not be intimidated by the outside look of it. Come on in for an amazing meal. The food here is as good as any I've ever had in San Diego, LA, San Antonio or elsewhere. I had a steak burrito completely stuffed with everything including fries yum. My wife had Nachos and my daughter had the 3 taco supreme meal. Both of them said theirs was delicious also. Come try this place if you're interested in Mexican food that will make you yearn to be south of the border.

This is a Mexican market with a restaurant in the back. The food is authentic Mexican and was delicious. There is a very nice salsa bar with fantastic homemade salsas of every taste and heat level. The people are so nice and friendly and the atmosphere inside the market is fun!

Didn’t know they had Mexican sandwiches here. Got the marinated pork. Was a pretty good sandwich. It was also a huge. Only ate half. My friend got the burrito. So much food. Food came out extremely fast. No wait at all. It’s a little on the warm side inside and the seating seems to be everywhere. They also sell plenty of food items here as well. There’s a lot in here so it can feel a little cramped. Worth stopping in and checking it out.

First time visit. It's very charming and I loved the library and books theme here. They serve breakfast and 2 million variations of beverages. I got the mocha. It was cozy and several people had their laptops out, working. I appreciate the military discount too.. thank you so much you can buy books from local authors here. Some signed and only $4. The aesthetic fits the perfect coffee shop vibe. Everywhere you look, you have something cool to look at and read into. Jennifer is an absolute doll and will say she livens up the place. Definitely recommend.

Such a cozy, welcoming, and friendly space. Once inside, you can't even tell it's connected to a gas station. The customer service is exceptional, the food is wonderful, and there's so many literary-themed drinks from which to choose. They even have a community pantry out front and a little free library. I would love to see what they could do with a bigger space.

My husband loved the coffee, but I would not call the matcha an actual matcha. It’s about 1/2 inch of matcha syrup with milk on top. They don’t even blend it. The picture is taken after I was trying to stir it for awhile. The syrup never fully blended, probably due to the amount of ice.

I love this place. I go there about once every 6 month. This last time as always was great. First of, the lady complimented my dress, thank you I dress for my ladies! Second, I ask her to do what ever she wanted. Just one question after that, she made me an amazing cup of coffee name Hemingway Highly recommend it of you like strong brew. So yeah, visit this place, you will love it!

The establishment was really nice! The atmosphere and placement of the furniture have a sense of tranquility. The waffle with caramel and apples was delicious, although I would have preferred a bit less of the glaze for the size of the waffle. The French toast bagel was pretty bland in my opinion, but toasting was okay. Coffee was good also!

They are getting ready to move across the street, but I enjoyed the space they are in on my first visit. Very inviting and tempting! Just try to stroll past the sweets and not drool! Got a delicious Magic bar and Butterscotch Latte!

I had a wonderful experience at Decadent thanks to Allison. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She was thorough, attentive, and very apologetic when she realized that several of my previous visits had not been handled the same way by others. Allison’s energy, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made such a difference, I could tell she was genuinely happy to serve. She is the epitome of excellent customer service, and I hope all of my future visits reflect the same high standard she set.

While undergoing home renovations including our kitchen Decadent has been our favorite place to get a quick breakfast. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is always just right. We love the breakfast sandwich and it’s a plus they have turkey sausage. We love treating our grandkids to the delicious waffles. Everything is so good and the new location is so nice and comfortable. I highly recommend you give Decadent a try-you’ll be hooked!:)

Delicious little slice of heaven out here in Middle Georgia! The restaurant is clean and lovely inside. The staff are some of the best in the state. I mean that honestly. Everyone we've worked with seems to want to be what they're doing, and aren't just at work to collect a paycheck. It's a real breath of fresh air. I was in tonight and had one of the Magic Bars, but it was very dry, and the coconut was like chewing through beef jerky. I've eaten Magic Bars my whole life and never had one so dried out and hard. However, this was a first, after MANY visits with my family to have coffee, desserts, and breakfast, and I was finally able to get in touch with a manager in the store, and they're going to get me set up with a bar of good quality the next time I'm in. I look forward to it because Magic Bars are supposed to have that soft, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth feel! Again, don't let my one hiccup push you away from this place. They're wonderful, attentive, have a great themed interior with a beautiful 30' vaulted, wood-adorned ceiling, and a great crew of folks who love their job.

Amanda is hands down my favorite server at Denny’s! The food is always great, but the service she provides makes the whole experience even better. She’s friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is just right. The prices are very reasonable, and I especially love the hashbrowns and coffee – both are amazing! If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for Amanda – she’ll take great care of you.

We came around 7 PM for dinner with only four or five tables. We ordered a meal shortly after ordering our drinks. Two servers don’t know how many cooks a table behind me had to get up and ask for their food. Evidently, they’ve been waiting for a while. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive. The service said your garlic bread will be out in a minute. After 15 minutes, we still don’t have our bread we had to ask for., He went back and said do you have any garlic bread to the cook. Then he came out and said oh they just now dropped it’ll be just a minute. BS. BS. BS. Food was decent. My salmon was the full size when I asked for the senior salmon portion. It was highly seasoned and salted not just the herbs. I asked for extra lemon. I did not get it. Not a big deal. I didn’t remind him about that . The garlic bread is always so good. It’s a big reason why I get dinner here.. anyway, we finally got it very hot off the grill!! It was good!!

Early lunch on Tuesday Oct 14. Our first visit here in a long time and very pleasantly surprised. Wish I could remember server's name (dark ponytail, glasses, probably a little older than other staffers.) I had a lot of questions and special requests, all were cheerfully accomodated. We were there with an old frienf and staff was really nice about our long stay and copious water consumption following our meal. Food was better than we expected based on visits to other Denny's. Atmosphere was what we'd expect from a diner. We'll be back.

I just purchased a Cobb salad around 12:12pm with the grilled chicken.. The chicken had a taste that’s hard to describe. I let my Husband taste a piece and he said something not right about that grilled chicken. I normally don’t have a bad experience with Chick-Fil-a, but this salad was awful.

After tasting an awful piece of lettuce, I looked closer and they put pieces from the base of the lettuce in the salad. To the employee that did this; if you wouldn’t eat the crap, take it out, because no one else wants to either!!

I have never experienced such consistent issues at a Chick-fil-A location. On multiple occasions, my orders have been incorrect, with items missing entirely or substituted with something I did not order. On one visit, I even received food that was burnt. I am unsure why this particular location operates at such a poor standard, but unfortunately, it has been enough to deter me from returning to Chick-fil-A altogether.

I can always find something to eat at chick-fil-A rather than choose a burger. Their chicken wraps and a cup of soup are a healthier alternative.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to that had rude, eyerolling teenagers, working the drive-through for breakfast and lunch. I work nearby and often go and get lunch for everyone and we all avoid this Chick-fil-A because we have all had terrible experiences in the past three months.

Everytime we go our order is incorrect with promises to add the missed items in the app and that never happens and a few times we have gotten sick. What happened to quality vs quantity it seems like everywhere wants to get as many customers through as they can but the quality suffers.

Every time I go through the drive thru I am rushed. I can’t finish saying an item before the employee asks me “Anything else” or says “drive around”. Then after I pay, they give me the wrong order so I can’t even drive off until I check my entire order. I know it’s fast food and a drive thru; however, the employees need to let me place my order without being rushed since I’ve sat in line being patient to place my order.

I just waited 32 minutes for $5 meal deals… I’ve never seen such lack of care or interest in organization. The lady at the counter has no sense of urgency or respect for customer interaction. The manager was the only person in the front doing anything resembling work.

Waited almost 10 mins at the window. Then the girl at the window was like can you pull up. I said I have already been sitting here for almost 10 mins like how much longer she then askes the other woman how much longer she was like we don’t know and rolled her eyes. Then gives us our food like literally seconds later. There was no sauce or napkins in the bag the cheese was thrown on the burger, the fries were literally in the bottom of the bag like they dumped them in there!

Ordered the $5 bundle deal and asked for my burger to get plain. Soon as I started eating my sandwich and noticed it was crunchy. Clearly the grill men can’t read because my sandwich had onions on it! Highly disappointed.

Dear McDonald's leadership staff- Please teach your people to greet the customer as they enter even if they cannot take their order right away. And if you're not going to suggest I purchase a complimentary item, please bid me farewell when you give me the bag instead of the blank stares usually given as you pass the order to the guest. The worst. They see you standing in the lobby and you can’t get no help. Picking up DoorDash & you literally have to wait 10/15 minutes for orders. I end up canceling most bcuz it’s too much and most of them have horrible attitudes!!

I rated this McDonald's so high only because of one person in particular. The food was as expected for fast food. It just filled the void. There's no joy in eating McDonald's anymore. Even the happy meals aren't happy anymore. Customer service everywhere is terrible everywhere now. But this one guy named Ren that had given me a sence of hope. He went above and beyond to made sure my family and I were well taken care of. When I thanked him, he just replied with I'm just doing my job. No, everyone else was just doing their jobs. He did his job and more. Thank you Ren! I hope corporate sees this and give you a raise.

They are sooo slow. We were the only ones in the drive thru, and the lady made us wait 20 minutes just to order. The only reason for the stars is because the food was hot.

This location is going downhill. Three times in the last 3 weeks their card reader has been down. Well if you're already in line in the drive thru, you can't get out so you're stuck. Luckily I keep a folded $20 in my wallet. Also they've run out of cups for the scrambler so it was served to me in a flat styro box that could easily spill. I wonder if this is a management issue because the Circle K also has some issues. Disappointing. Anyway I normally get the scrambler and 2 sunrisers and they're good but lately they've been thrown together and greasy. One morning I walked in and waited 45 minutes while I talked to an older gentleman. I didn't need to get anywhere on time that day but damn. Come on Krystal.

Ok let's see how to start this. I ordered a sweet tea half and half. The lady asked me what that was. Then I ordered a milkshake she told me they didn't have any milkshakes. What is Krystal's trying to be like McDonald's now and saying its broken or don't have any.

I came in here yesterday this place only had one worker here and she was a manager she was sweet as can be when I came in she was the only one running the store yesterday I couldn't even order my meal due to her being the only one in the store there was only two Krystal's made with only one employee in the store I think for sure more then One employee should be working here and not it being put only on that young lady !!!

Did a Hospital Staff order, brung back an Egg English muffin that was burnt and bread so small you could see 1 1/2 of the egg. Indian girl name NiHe tried to argue with me at the drive thru speaker. Just Ordered 5 chocolate frosted and 1 coconut, halfway home my daughter went to grab a donut and we had received 5 what looks to be pumpkin. Wasnt a huge deal , simply turned around and they fixed it. BUT what was a big deal is that she took those 5 pumpkin and put them right back for someone else. They were not only my possession but I left in my car. Complete unsanitary!

This place never fails to disappoint. Two times in the past was in the drive thru when the same girl said they were out of chocolate frosted cake donuts only to go inside a see the requested donuts in the case. Girl got an attitude when I called her out and she told me I was cringing. Today I walked out after going inside and five people were apparently all attending the drive thru in some capacity and nobody was waiting on walk ins. This place is very poorly run.

I went in today after driving from up north. There was only one person in the restaurant. There were 5 workers behind the counter and No One greeted, or said please wait. Everyone was just walking back in forth attending the drive thru. I thought this was southern hospitality, but I was wrong. I took my business to Starbucks.

Cappuccino was tepid, at best. I understand that cream is a major ingredient, but, like every other reputable coffee shop does, I would’ve expected it to be warmed or steamed. Also, the cup was a mess.

I arrived at your store at 8:20 PM on a Friday night, when the locations listed hours are to remain open until 10. Many of the products were already pulled off the display shelves, and the only employee in sight was mopping the floors as if about to close. I said I'd like to order he did not reply until I repeated myself, and while ordering he was discourteous and rude when several times I told him he was getting the wrong items. He didn't even wash his hands before putting on one single glove to pick up the donuts, and immediately after closing the box went back to mopping, without any further comment. I can thoroughly understand being understaffed and the necessity of performing multiple jobs, but not at the cost of sanitation or courtesy. That experience was enough to make me never return to a Dunkin location in my town.

At around 630pm, 6/24/25, a young man maybe between 16-18yo, waited on me, and let me tell you, he is the epitome of customer service, I have NEVER had anyone in a Dunkin, or really any "fastfood" establishment be so service driven! Please give this going man a raise, or better yet a promotion! Thx for letting me share!

Great chicken sausage and over hard egg , on raisin toast. They need to get better cheese, that American cheese is not real cheese. You don't taste anything when eating it. I told told the waitress I didn't want cheese. The cook added it to my sandwich anyway. 🥪

For some reason, the food at this location doesn't taste as good as others. It doesn't have the same flavor, and seems a bit gritty. It's not the cook, I've been served by several, but I will say none of them ever cook my eggs the way I ask them to even when I sit at the counter and speak to them personally. Other than that, the employees are fantastic, and I usually don't have to wait too long to be served.

This time I regretted eating here. The food tasted as if the grill wasn't clean, the sausage had to be replaced and the server never came with the butter. Get it together waffle house crew and management. And btw, instead of a 10% surcharge on to-go orders, it increased to 20% to make up for the eggs being back to normal price. Did you really think we would connect the two?

Expected quality of Waffle House. You typically know what you’re going to get at a Waffle House. Our order was wrong a few times. They brought grits and the wrong toast at first. Forgot bacon and pecan waffle. Then brought bacon and we reminded about incorrect toast and we didn’t order grits. Then she brought back toast and finally brought back waffle after I had already finished my breakfast. Was supposed to be a quick breakfast with a friend before we got our nails done, but took longer than it should have.

Tonight I went to dinner with my friends expecting good service, my first time at this waffle house and a good dinner, however the customer service was very bad because one of the waitresses treated us badly, she took 15 to 20 minutes to serve us despite being the second table in the restaurant, without there being any other table in that place, in addition to throwing the cutlery at us, spilling the coffee and splashing us with water from the sink, after that treatment we decided to pay and leave a tip for the waitress despite this terrible treatment, in addition to that they forgot my friend's food.

Pleasantly surprised at the delicious-ness of the chicken bacon ranch flatbread! Today was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie’s food and it was absolutely delicious! I had originally gone in for the free ‘sunrise sunset smoothie’ but I couldn’t resist noticing some of the other items listed on the menu! The cashier was friendly & knowledgeable, therefore I would highly recommend giving this establishment a visit! You won’t be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys!

Love the food, however the service today 7/21/25 @12:33 pm was trash. I stood at the pickup counter for 5 minutes while all 4 employees looked me in the face and no one greeted me, asked me what I needed, or offered any help. I could see my food behind the counter, I just needed someone to hand it to me. They however quickly assisted two women who walked in after me… Do better.

Well the quality of service went down. Came in to an empty gas station. No one in line. All 3 people behind the fried chicken counter were all on their phones. No hair nets and the owners are right here looking at this poor service. Displeased. Not coming back here again.

I purchased Vaps from their store and they were defective. I called to see if I could get a resolution to the problem. I asked could I get a replacement.I was talked to in a nasty disrespectful way and hung up on.I called back and was cursed at and hung up on again. I purchased them that morning and call for a resolution within a hour. It is not Worth spending your money there fir Vaps ir gas. The gas will mess up your car. A bad experience all around. It is not worth the trip. People they personally know write positive reviews but the actual experience is aweful.

Imagine traveling in the early hours of the morning and stopping for fuel and end up eating some of the best, delicious, tender, freshest, PERFECTLY seasoned fried chicken! Well, there you have it! Worth putting on your itinerary!!!

The service at the bar in the Hilton Garden Inn was impressive. The bartender, Dakota, was exceptional. The bartender remembered orders, offered great menu recommendations, and remained friendly, even when busy. The cocktails were expertly made, she takes a clear pride in her craft. It made my work travel evening relaxing and enjoyable.

I don't ordinarily leave bad reviews, but this location needs to tighten up. The food is still great cause it's chick fil a but the quality control is lacking. Fruit cups used to be filled not 3/4. And this is the second time I've got a box of chicken minis missing a nug. That's just not right. Makes me want to start counting my 12 packs, maybe they're missing nugs too

Went through the Drive-thru and person is standing by waiting to take my order. However, the Menu Board is 50 feet away. How am I supposed to order without a menu? Totally stupid concept! No chance to try something new or different. No impulse ordering here! I'm sorry to be such an inconvenience but I like to review the menu. To top it off they got my order wrong. Please stop saying it was a pleasure to serve me. You didn't serve me, you just pushed me through your Drive-thru and took my money.

The establishment was clean, and well organized. Overall the prices were a little more expensive in my opinion compared to my local restaurant.

The workers at this location are either too incompetent to pay attention to the screen ahead of them or they are just not giving a single damn. Time after time again I have had pickles on a chicken sandwich thats supposed to have no pickles which idk how the hell you mess that up given thats the only thing on the sandwhich you can deselect, but to top it all off your workers can’t even read. Some how y’all managed to put a drive thru order in a Door dash order. I suggest re-training your staff on basic POS functions and how to multi task.

May 2025. There is something inherently wrong with this Chick-fil-A. It was 94 degrees and the girl delivering food to the neverending flow of cars was really hustling while everyone else was in the air conditioning. It was completely not fair to this poor girl to be out there alone at peak dinner time drive through and mobile phone lines. ... I wanted to give a shout out to the employees working night shift a couple of nights ago. I had just finished a 12 hour shift at my job and drove back home half an hour to warner robins and needed to pick up dinner for my family. Connor, a young man with red hair was very kind, gave exceptional customer service, went above and beyond, and deserves recognition for his efforts, skill-set, and kindness that night. If I need to call corporate to ensure that Connor, the other young man on drive thru, and the young lady also working drive thru window get recognition, promotional opportunities, or a raise, I will do so. Please let me know. Management at this location, you have a very solid team of wonderful workers. They always are extremely professional, diligent, multitask effectively, and are phenomenal workers. Please pay your people well, keep them, and reward them for their excellence. They made sure to answer all my questions, keep a consistent flow of drive waves before closing, ensured quality of service and products, and were super awesome team players. Everyone wants to go home at night especially before closing, but these employees didn't rush anyone out, treat anyone with annoyance, and had such amazing vibes and energy. Will definitely be returning, this location is the best out of all of the Chick-fil-A's throughout Middle Georgia.

Used online order to use rewards points. On husband rewards. Rules changed and was told I couldn’t do that due to not having his phone. Was told by ladies who didn’t have a clue I had to get out of line and couldn’t accept order. Asked for a manager who didn’t have a clue either. Said I had to go thru line and place order with the original bimbos. Told her I had already done this. Said she would enter order for me. Had to go thru line again. TRAIN THESE PEOPLE Took 45 minutes to finally get order. You want to take away points if we don’t use them. I’m not a fan of chic filet. Not customer service oriented.

After reading the previous reviews of this McDonald's, I expected very little. I was tetering on a 4-star review, but the service was just a disinterested young lady with an attitude of I hate my job, I hate being here and I could care less whether you live or die. The place was not busy at all, and the food was dropped off on the counter with no emotion at all. There was not a smile or anything. Despite standing right at the counter.... nothing. I guess basic human interaction was something the young lady never was taught at home? The restaurant was not in the best shape as many seats. Were taped off with caution ⚠️ tape missing cushions. The lobby area had numerous cleaning supplies left within the customer view. The food was typical McDonald's level of quality. Don't expect anything you order to look like the menu's photo. I only came to this McDonald's because they have a children's play area.

They poisoned my breakfast food. I first got a simple sausage biscuit at 7:34am and it wasn't cooked at all so I got mad went back got another one had my receipt and all and that one wasn't cooked either. Taking a bite out of it thought it tasted like a drop of hand sanitizer was on the bottom biscuit. I didn't think too hard of it but now I'm sick and dizzy and the only thing I can recall making me like this is that sausage biscuit.

It started first with we ordered our food. The lady brought us the food and I was like where's the drink. She said what drinks we ordered two combos. They come with drinks then as we're eating a gentleman comes over and starts spraying the window with chemical washing the window behind my head where I can feel the mess going across my face and my sandwich. We asked him to stop and he said his manager told him to so we had to tell his manager. This place is definitely unprofessional and should be under review

The customer service SUCKS. EVERY STORE WE (Delivery Platform) go and pick up every store have plenty worker, but no one acknowledge the customer as we enter. Every worker has a attitude, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT. The platform I works for give us a time frame to pickup NEVER HAVE I MEET MY TIME FRAME. And the orders can be ready for pickup but we have to ask for the order to be handled over to us. And I have been held accountable for McDonald's lateness and mis order..

Drive thru worker had attitude. Politely told them we were missing a coke after we got our food. Were told "yeah I know" and made us wait 5min while our drink sat in view in the window, and they still gave us the wrong drink.

Ordered food for the fam and the wife picked it up, they didn’t have the apple pie or strawberry creme pie so they refunded her after making it seem like a problem, then once she got home we realized they missed her order. Tried calling several times and got no answer.

Restaurant was supposed to open at 5:30. Went to drive in, but no one responded. Drove next door to Dunkin and was rapidly served.

I wish there was a 3 1/2 rating because I can’t give a 4. The food was ok but it’s been better. This was our first visit to the Russell Parkway restaurant. We were amazed at the great food and fantastic service, especially from Larissa. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, with all the staff singing and enjoying themselves. We will definitely be going back often.

I love coming to the Huddle House on Russell Pkwy. The food is hot and good. The servers are friendly and attentive, they hustle. Especially Larissa & Sabrina. I would highly recommend

The food was delicious (had the all Star breakfast), was kinda mad that they didn't have chocolate chip waffles (or any flavored waffles, except Strawberries and Cream), like they used to. The coffee was a lot left to be desired, the grits were runny and not seasoned well, and the vibe and atmosphere changed for the worst. I used to eat here a lot growing up (for it was my late grandmother's favorite place to eat), and haven't found the time to visit for 7 or so years, until my family from Florida visited Saturday (8/23/25) and wanted to eat Huddle House. I may be romanticizing the past, but the things that made this place, in my humble opinion, great are lost with time. The service was outstanding for the large group I was with (hence the 2-star overall rating). Please bring me the Huddle House from my childhood, and not the post-COVID dystopia that it is now

This was my first time ever eating at a Huddle House. I shall return. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Our server made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving our table and was quick to accommodate my desire without any attitude. Love it.

When I got to Huddle house at 5:50am there was one cook there. He never opened the doors at 6am. I called at 6:30am and he said he was waiting for a server to show up. She showed up fashionably late at 6:32am. If I have to wait 32 minutes to be let in the doors I can ONLY imagine how long it would take to be served so I pulled out and gave my money to good old dependable Chick-fil-A. Nevermore Huddle house nevermore. Keep this up and you might just have no more customers.

This was a decent place to get a decent coffee. The place was quite busy and yet the wait time was not bad at all. The coffee was hot and fresh. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the condition and cleanliness of the facilities. Mop signage is left out in customers' view and the paint on the walls is pretty worn out in some areas. I did not have any donuts but they looked good, if you like donuts.

Trying to have a quick in and out experience but it took longer than I hoped for. While everyone seemed friendly, it takes a bit longer to get your order on the store as it seems the drive through gets priority or it delays inside the store ordered inside. I was really surprised that they charge money for butter/canola on a toasted bagel. I've never paid for bitter before.

Got hashbrowns and half a dozen donuts. There are 6 little hashbrown rounds in the pack. It wasn't even half full. The sprinkle donuts didn't even have sprinkles on the whole thing.

My food and refresher are ALWAYS made to perfection when I come here. I wish I lived closer. Everyone here is passionate about their job! The customer service is beyond awesome! I love this place!

Food was terrible waited in line for 20 minutes. And got it it was all wrong. Went inside to get what I ordered and they said it would be another 15 minutes to make 1 wake up wrap. There was no line at all and took that long. They charged me wrong too. The drink didn’t even taste right and the bagel bites were cooked so long there was no cream cheese and they were cold at the same time. Never going back.

I went thru drive thru to get a 1/2 dozen donuts. I asked them if they had any of the old fashion ones and they said they only had one. I asked for that one and 5 glazed. I went to the window and paid, they gave me the donuts. I drove off but something told me to check the donuts instead of waiting to get home. The old fashioned donut had a bite out of it. There was no one behind me and I hit reverse, the lady came to the window and I asked if she could replace the donut with a bite out if it with glazed and she said yes and took the box. How mind mind works, it just keeps getting angrier the more I think about it. So I just drove off, keep the $10, I will never eat at another Dunkin Donuts again.

I recently visited this location to order a hot drink for my mother and here is what transpired: I was given a less-than-half-full drink that was not even remotely warm or worth consuming. Because this is a common, frequent order of mine, I knew that this was unacceptable, and returned to the store for a remake. Upon arrival, I was made aware that the worker named Sam (for further description, a tall, mixed young boy with curly hair and blue tips), made the drink, and was not going to remake the drink, which would have fixed the initial discreptancy. Sam has terrible customer service, so bad that he did not even address me about the situation or attempt to fix it. If you decide to come here, I hope to God that you do not have Sam make your food or drink. I would like to give a shoutout to the worker Mahi for fixing the drink and apologizing for the inconvenience. I recognize that this was not her or any other workers' fault, this was strictly Sam's doing. Mahi deserves a raise for going extra mile, and I will be continuing to order from Dunkin only thanks to her. Below I have provided before and after photos of the drink. Just do better. Mobile ordering sucks here. You may or may not have all your items and forget utensils. Then, service wants to hold your cream cheese hostage after you paid for it. But seriously look at this scramble bowl. Looks like throw up. DO BETTER

This Dunkin’ in Byron is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. The owners are super friendly and genuinely care about their customers. The staff is always smiling, greeting people like they’ve known them for years, and they work fast without ever making you feel rushed. Every time I come in, it’s the same great vibe—happy faces, quick service, and people who actually seem to enjoy being there. That kind of consistency is hard to find these days. If you’re anywhere near the Byron area, make this your go-to Dunkin’. You can tell there’s a solid team running the place, and they truly appreciate your business. Highly recommend supporting them!

This is the happiest, nicest Dunkin Ive been to in forever; in the last 6 weeks alone we've been at a DD daily across 10 states. Felt like we were in a commercial where everyone is smiling and locked in. Bravo to the young ladies behind the counter, and to the owner for doing outstanding jobs.

I was so excited when this location opened! We don't have near enough Dunkin's in middle GA. I've visited over 10 times at this point and their food is always wonderful. My biggest complaint is their coffee. I get decaf iced coffee with mocha and the last 3 or 4 times I've been there has been a very strange taste, almost like a chemical cleaner taste! I've brought it up to the drive thru staff and they said they haven't had any other complaints but I've visited several other locations since and none of them have this strange taste. I'm not sure if it's just their decaf coffee or the mocha flavoring or what, but unfortunately I don't plan to go back because of the constant disappointment and concern with the flavoring. I hope they can figure out what is causing it because I would love to enjoy this location, but don't want to waste anymore of my money on bad tasting coffee 😥

You’re better off going to Starbucks across the street. I ordered a caramel latte twice, once last weekend and once this weekend, and they just hand you milk with ice and a literal drop of coffee in it. I even ordered an extra shot of espresso this time and it was still very light in color and tasted nothing like coffee or caramel. What in the world happened to this place?? They use to make the best coffee. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself from disappointment and just go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to wait for someone inside to even take our order, they were nowhere to be found. We got a 1/2 dozen and every single donut was stale and dry. I'd rather drive the 20 minutes for Krispy Kreme. Dunkin coffee is disgusting, just go across the street to Starbucks. Please do better, you're a donut shop, it's what you're known for and your donuts are garbage.

About what we expected. Waffles were good, other breakfast food was average. Definitely a place you have to visit at least once.

Waffle house is my daughter's favorite place to eat so I took her to this location on her birthday for dinner, every one but myself ordered breakfast. The food was good made right and the ladies working made it an even better experience, they song her happy birthday! The juke box always sets the tune by choosing the selection you want to vibe off!

Don’t go here. This was the hands down the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. It was clean. The servers were friendly. That’s where the positives end. We ordered pretty simple food - a cheesesteak hashbrown bowl with over easy eggs, and 2 over easy eggs and sausage patties. Somehow my husband’s food was made (almost) correctly and brought out… and after 40 minutes they brought me the entirely wrong food. Another wait while they struggled to make over easy eggs and sausage patties, and they finally bring me the right food - at which point I get to remind them they never brought his toast. They brought that, but no jelly, and at that point I discovered a significant portion of my eggs were runny egg whites. My husband apparently also got runny egg whites. In the interest of not waiting another 40 minutes for them to cook two eggs, I separated the egg whites that were still snotty and raw from my mostly cold eggs and just made it work. The sausage was dry and over cooked, but again - I’m not spending my entire day getting my food remade over and over. Absolutely awful experience. Go to one of the tons of other Waffle Houses nearby who aren’t awful, and let this place just die.

This place does the craziest stuff when it comes to getting your order correct at the drive thru. I just picked up a 6 piece nuggets happy meal for my son and got a box with 3 hamburger patties instead. So now I have an upset child and this is not the first time this has happened. I got a McChicken sandwich and only received a McChicken patty 3 weeks ago. You may want to check your order before you leave the drive thru at this location. .

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order, even though my number was clearly displayed on the screen as “next.” No one approached me during that time, and I eventually had to flag down an employee myself. She apologized and said they had misplaced my order. When I asked for a refund, she had to go to the back to get cash and even brought out the wrong amount. At that point, I just took it and left. Overall, this was probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The staff needs to be more organized and attentive to customer orders.

My dumbass Waited 30+ minutes on my food & it was STALE! You’d think it would be fresh with the wait but nooooooooooooooooo so why were we waiting so long?! a really nice guy had to come out twice asking what I ordered, gave him my receipt and burger was still messed up. My wife ordered two happy meals, both 4 piece, on DoorDash. She recieved one 4 piece happy meal (I guess one child doesnt get to eat?), with two toys included. Would not recommend. This McDonalds can’t provide the one thing it is supposed to provide….FOOD.

This is by far my favorite McDonald's in town. Always quick and food quality tends to be higher than others in the area as well.

Order 4 piece of chicken strips it was dry out

Ordered 3 quarter pounder meals and only received 2. Also food was old and both quarter pounders had patties that were completely raw. This place needs shut down. The receipt was blank like it was out of ink and i went in to tell them i was missing a quarter pounder and no one would come to the counter. I wish we would of bit into our meals before we left so i could of got a complete refund.

I couldn't understand the vernacular coming out of the two girls I interacted with in the drive through. Then I had a really lazy way of speaking that seemed very unintelligent. Whatever their reason for not speaking better would be better suited at a location that doesn't require human interaction with customers. Also, to compound it, they didn't fulfill the order correctly and when asked about it they gave me the wrong size which I had to again inform them something was not correct. Third... When I paid with my credit card I was handed my card back with no receipt. When I asked for my receipt, I was told. "Oh, I never swiped it.". I would not recommend this burger king. The two windows you pull up to, to pay and pick up food are not labeled as such.

Woman didn't get my order correct. You could hardly hear her speak. Tried to change from a bacon cheeseburger to a double bacon cheeseburger before I got it, I asked her if she would correct it for me and she said no she wouldn't. I also ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fry and only got an eight-piece. The bacon cheeseburger didn't even have the pickle on it. I also had to go back to get my shake. And all the food was cold. Girl's name is Angeline. I was wanting to correct it to give them more money but I won't be coming back to this one again. At least the manager offered a redo the next day.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but this is definitely unsanitary. Please stop putting ketchup packages, butter, salt and pepper inside of people’s food. It’s really nasty. You never know who touches it so yes, please stop doing that.

I came in in the morning time trying to get some biscuits for my kids and myself, I came through and whoever took my order was nice and everything but when I got to the second window the lady that normally is working in the mornings a short older lady was rushing and said something something have a good day. And I pulled up and checked my order and I was missing two biscuits so I came around and came inside and without even saying anything or a dressing me she tried to hand me one biscuit and I told her I was missing two. She proceeded to get an attitude with me and ask "how are you missing two?" And then smack their lips and just gave me another one with an attitude. I do not recommend this place for anybody that actually likes respect as a human being.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The employees were rude and seemed to have an attitude from the moment we arrived. We had just come back from the waterpark, ordered nuggets and burgers, and were hot and thirsty we simply asked for water cups instead of soda. To my surprise, the manager got on the headset and said, in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone, that they “that’s just something we don’t do” and we’d have to come inside. The tone and delivery were nasty and uncalled for and lacked basic customer service skills. I would’ve gladly paid for the cups if necessary, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. To make matters worse, we weren’t given a receipt, and the food was rushed to us as if we were a burden. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. If working with the public is such an inconvenience, perhaps this isn’t the right job for them. I will not be returning.

I ordered a Crispy onion burger, I didn't get any onion on my sandwich. I'm still searching for the crispy onion. I ordered thru drive thru. I received someone else's order. I had to park and go inside, to get my order. I'm not very happy with BK right 😠

My breakfast sandwich was microwaved so much the cheese and bread were hard as nails and I chipped a tooth on CHEESE. Long waits, have been late for work more than once because of the wait. Boycott Watson blvd location, they do not care. They are even worse than McDonalds on Watson. We have a lot of choices to eat at, no reason to subject yourself to their abuse. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. PSA:Turkey bacon must be cooked! Ordered the turkey bacon,egg white and cheddar sandwich and the spinach feta and egg white wrap. ONE piece of raw turkey bacon on my sandwich 😕..Had to COOK the turkey bacon when I got home 45 minutes later. I'll never understand the hype about Starbucks. It's just over- priced,under-quality coffees and quick bites.

Busy location. Staff seemed to be doing pretty well considering the crowd. Dining area needed some attention. I had a customized vanilla latte. Drink order was pretty much on time and was properly made.

Worker there was mad for no reason. Her attitude showed she did not want to be there, rolled her eyes, give a nasty face, the drink tastes like shit. I had to throw it away, it feels like a waist of money. I would have asked for it to be remade but with her actions it was obvious she did not want me there. Do better!

Yea! Love this place, which seems to stay busy. Suggest parking instead of long drive-thru line during holidays. Yum!

I order ice lavender creamy matcha and it was so good I love it

Dirty Matcha Green Tea Latte and a Pupacino for my Chui Boo! Can't go wrong, plus if I am lucky, I get to see the Starbucks lizards hanging out on the sign getting some sun!

Not friendly service. I made a mobile order and waited patiently at the counter. A girl asked for my name. I said my name and she rudely said "What!" So I repeated my name again. She left my drink on the counter and said nothing. I was with my father and decided to get a drink for him. I made a mobile order for a Short sized coffee. I waited patiently and noticed the same rude girl making the order. When my order was ready, she said they did not have Short sized cups. The smallest cup size was Tall and I should know this the next time I order. This is not my problem! The app gives me the option to order a Short size. Either fix the app or get Short sized cups!!! I never order from Starbucks. Overpriced. The only reason I ordered this time was because I had a gift card.

Just wanted to post my experience today, always go to drive-thru and never expect something like this when I actually got off and ate inside. Service was fast and food was hot but it wasn't until I went to refill my cup before leaving did I see this black stuff behind the soda spouts and around the ice dispenser. Not sure if it's mold or not regardless made me gag a little. Just so everyone can be careful and check before getting drinks inside only makes you wonder if that's how the public lobby dispensers are imagine how the ones in the back that no one can see could be like. Hopefully someone higher up can see this and get that issue resolved. It's not fair when you're paying for food yet the quality of where the food is being prepared is horrible, fast-food or not there is rules and regulations that aren't being met.

We ordered 3 steak,egg, & cheese biscuits and 3 sausage McGriddles. The staff was very nice but we were parked for at lease 20min. Everything was good except the steak had gristle and fat. I do not recommend the steak biscuits. This was unusual. I’ve had them before and they are normally very good.

Use the app. Never had issues until I actually went through the drive through. Heard a lot of loud music in the background, employee couldn't hear me and asked me to repeat my order multiple times and still got it wrong. The food quality isn't bad at all here but the drive through is just incapable. Will just go back to the app per usual to actually get what I asked for

Went to drive through. Received my order of one item and they couldn't even get that right. I park and get inside. No acknowledgement whatsoever and Another customer and I just stood with no assistance for over 5 mins. I already waited in the drive through darn near 10 mins. They seen us clearly and still didn't say anything to us. Being that I only spent 2.75 WHEN I SHOULD'VE NOT SPENT ANYTHING THE WAY MY SANDWICH LOOKED. I had to go. Left the receipt and wrong food on the counter. Never again. Rude and bad customer service. WISH I COULD GIVE 0

$10 for this chicken nugget on a piece of bread lol this place has 3 stars for a reason will never be eating here again. Trash service ontop even worse quality food this is by far my worst experience with fast food place by far and I've gotten raw food before lol ill go outta my way from now on to avoid this resturant wont be hard considering Cook Out and Burger King are next door

If I can give 0 i would. The service is not it. It’s called fast food. Many employee in back so busy but seems like they r doing nothing. I came to get happy meal for Tiny Tan and they gave mario cart? Are you kidding me?!!! They make me waiting on ONE FREAKING MILKSHAKE FOR 30 MINUTES? R you trying to make a milk manual or something???? And they don’t even gave the drink with happy meal. I try to ask for speak to manager and they both didn’t solve my problem. Wow. Wht type of service is this. Wont be back here anymore. The worker r useless!!

The food always takes forever at this location. They’ll tell you to park and forget about you for 30 minutes. Recommend saying “no thanks I’ll wait” when stopped at the pickup window and asked to pull into spot #2.

Unfortunately I got bacon instead of sausage. I dont like bacon... and I know most people think thats nuts, but I dont. Everyone was nice, but even the receipt says sausage. Yuck bacon

Every time I place an order here something is missing and I have to go back inside. This was a large mobile order. They also gave me 2 plain burgers instead of what I ordered.

Drive thru wait time ridiculous. Makes no since to wait in a drive thru that long. It was like they had one person working the entire store. No since of urgency. To top it off they handed me a cup with the lid not on and I spilled the soda in my lap and if you can guess, nothing was said and she looked t me like I took the lid off. Corporate needs to do an undercover boss.

Went through the drive thru and was meet with the rudest lady ever, couldn't even stop and think about what drink we wanted before she was repeating her question in a ruder and ruder tone. Couldn't even get our order right while still trying to order it, you can clearly tell it was completely inconvenient for her to do her job. We drove away, won't be back and corprate will be called

Drive thru customer service leaves something to be desired. Long nails and you’re serving people food is crazy. Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere. Like I understand it is a drab job but have a better attitude.

Carl was the only nice employee that I spoke with. Baryanna was extremely rude. I would not have her engaging with customers. I said THANK YOU multiple times and she didn’t respond once. Matter of fact she never even said a word when I got to the window. Just handed me my food and closed it.

The person taking my order clearly didn't listen. I asked for eggs over easy, and was ask to pull around to the door. After waiting 15 minutes I walked in and they were still working on my plate, they were not busy, they gave me scrambled eggs!! The service is the worst!

It's Sunday, 648pm and I have been waiting over 20 minutes for a 12 sack. I don't have an issue waiting but when 4 cars have received their orders and inside is empty, I just can't fathom what is taking so long. Wow. I could never THAT person and make a big deal out of it but, I've already paid and I'm trying to get to the house. Y'all need to tighten up on the service. The cashier did throw in some extra fries but over 20 minutes!!!! Come on..

Terrible customer service skills Restaurant was supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. Will not open doors claiming they were short on staff. One employee walked out and gave someone a bag of food behind building. We're very rude and unprofessional. Would not give district manager's number out

The employee that waited on me was obviously either intoxicated or had severe lack of sleep last night. She was rude and dismissive. Stacked up tables, chairs and , dim lighting. I am going to stop now. Not going back.

Pulled up 35 mins before closing worker standing outside completely ignored me when I asked were they still open got to the screen to order and was advised the system was down coincidentally 30 mins before closing quite convenient if you don’t want to work stay home

The service was good, food was as expected, but the place is really gross. Greesy floors, drippy cents, and grine everywhere.

It was a fast, attendant was pleasurable, with a great attitude! Job well done at this location for sure!!

I enjoyed this place and the facilities were neat, clean and well-maintained. The employees were nice and stayed busy. I had never been to Jack's before, and I initially thought this was going to be an easy 5-star review, but surprisingly, I had to give a 4-star. I had a burger, fries, and some shared chicken tenders. Despite having everything freshly prepared...and eating in the restaurant... the food was barely luke warm. I had my burger immediately, and yet it was barely warm. The same was true for the fries and the 🐔 chicken. I would try this place again as I hope this was just a one-off event.

Took my Dad here for the first time. I didn’t get anything, but my Dad was happy with his meal. Service was a little sluggish and it took a while to get his food. All in all, my Dad said he would like to go back again.

This Jack's struggles each time I come here. There's been times I've gone through the drive through and found things missing in my order, to see the same drive through people smoking our front when I go back. Also the people taking orders don't articulate In a clear manner ab And it's difficult to have a conversation over the order speaker. Also. The two order lines is just for visual, as they simply alternate between lines and don't have two people taking orders at the same time to speed up the process. They do give a military discount if you have a valid military ID, so I'm very appreciative of that.

Soooo, i posted the receipt of the cashier though the lady at window who was on shift who was licking her fingers as she took my money wasnt the one who prepared the bag but the young man who brought the bag over did and i did check to make sure both items were in there and when i got home..... wheres the gravy legit.... ive never had any other food from jacks. Since pregnant i literally go there for potatoes and gravy as a craving and ive never once recieved almost empty gravy.... especially for a large potato i normally have soem left by time potatoes are eaten and today theres enough for a serving and a half so no i didnt drive back to compain but this is truly absurd and u can tell there was more in there at one point its up the sides of the container so where did it go......???

We just moved here from California and I just have to say I appreciate the service and food here. The woman who helped me about a week and a half ago was such a sweetheart. She was so patient with me while taking my order, as I was new to the menu and even suggested I could substitute my eggs for hash browns. Thank you so much ma’am and thank you to the chef as well, he was kind and did an amazing job. Great food and even better customer service.

Delicious, fresh, and hot every time! The 2 piece chicken dinner is my fave. It's delicious and very affordable! You can't find this deal anywhere else. My next visit will be for breakfast. The biscuits are sooo good! Great customer service too!

My bf JUST ordered me food & a drink from here via doordash. I had told him to make sure it came from here because they had a better google review than the one on watson. Google lies apparently! My drink was almost 2 months expired… hello do yall not check your stock like? My everything bagel was stale & there was PINK literally PINK bacon in my omelet bites!!! I thought that stuff was supposed to be cooked? Best believe imma let yall know if I get food poisoning!

The hashbrows were like a little raw still and all stuck together and to the inside of the parchment serving baggie. The bagel sausage, egg and cheese was delicious though and the girl seemed nice but I based my rating of her on the fact that she didn't care about those hashbrowns she served me. $1.69 for 5 or 6 (couldn't really tell they were all clumped together) was just sad and very disapointing.

Go here all the time. Sometimes coffee is strong, sometimes not. Sweetness is always different too. But I love me some dunkin! One of my first jobs as a teenager....50 years ago! I made the donuts.

Yesterday, I placed a mobile order at 7:12, I arrived around 7:20 waited until 7:35 before having to leave without my order that I had already paid for. While I was waiting, two of the workers laughed while saying “look at how late all of these mobile orders are” while proceeding to joke about how peoples food was taking so long. I called the store to ask for a refund later and nobody would answer. I created a customer service ticket through the app and have yet to get a response as well. I understand being busy but being unprofessional is another thing.

I'm normally pleased with what I order from Dunkin, but today upset me. I was upset because the coffee I order wasn't warm or hot at all and the mobile order took a lot longer. Lastly, my donut seemed old and not delicious. I think I'll skip this location the next time I'm in this area.

This place is always short staffed. Customer to employee ratio is WAY OFF. I went there today and my hot chocolates when I opened them to cool them down were halfway full. Couldn’t even bother to fill my cup up all the way.HALFWAY. If you get a door dash order forget about it. They don’t care how your order is made.

If I can give a 0 I would... got my at 10am today waited at least 30mins w/ about 3 ppl in front of me, and on top of that they got my order wrong.!. They gave me a egg & cheese burrito, also the food quality was low!!!

Have actively been sitting for over 40 minutes for two burgers and fries. We even used the app and ordered ahead of arriving. We heard the woman running the drive through tell other cars behind us “they had a big order, that’s what’s taking so long.” We had a burger and fries each. Never coming back here again. They care more about their “time” than their customers having warm food.

I ordered delivery from this location. So much was wrong with my order. I ordered two crispy chicken sandwich meals one with bacon one without, both had bacon, both with pickles added but only one had pickles on it…neither had the lettuce or tomato that comes on it. The app gives you an option for zesty sauce for the onion rings…didn’t get the sauce either. You can’t win with this location, there’s absolutely no effort they make what they want and expect you to eat it after you’ve spent your hard earned money.

The past two times I’ve ordered thru their app, they’ve screwed up the order. In Today’s order, I ordered, and paid for, a double Whopper. But, when I got home, I discovered I had a single whopper. It’s partially my fault because I didn’t check the contents of my bag before I left the store! I won’t make that mistake again, mostly because I’ll likely not try again as I’ve deleted their app!

Don’t waste your money here! It took us 20 minutes to get our order taken, when I ask to also have 2 of the free ice cream (because we had 3 people in our party) once we are done eating, the lady tells me no, I can only have one and I have to get it the same time I get my food. We just ate at another BK a couple days ago and they had no problem giving us 3 when we got done eating. Then it took another 30 minutes to get the food. Once we got it, it was wrong. As we are eating, a lady comes around and is sweeping all under the table we were trying to eat at! We will never come here again! This place is all around NASTY!

I ordered through the app, get to the store and told the system down and can't get my food. I ask will I be refunded my money then? The girl says I have to go through the app. The app is automated and couldn't get a person. They didn't let me cancel in the app so I got no food or my money back. Last and final time I used the app or eat at burger king.

Always a great spot to grab a coffee and good vibes. The line was short and I was through the drive thru quick. I got my news stickers and my Rebel Energy drink.

Finally gave it a try, after I saw alot of people raving about it and it dissapointed. I got the banana iced latte, with caramel drizzle and it was very bland, no flavor whatsoever. The customer service is GREAT and prices are very very reasonable. But yes I was highly disappointed with the taste of the coffee, since there was no flavor whatsoever.

Best coffee in town, great prices, employees are quick on their feet, getting customers what they need taking orders, pushing out orders, even down to handy dandy gifts, I totally enjoy, I go probably 3 out of 5 day work week….

This is the best fast coffee around. Much better than the stardollar or sevenstew. Coffee that actually tastes like real coffee and not a cup of coffee flavored syrup.

Very friendly staff. Everyone here today was very happy and peppy. I ordered a hot mocha. It's not sweet so if you like it a bit sweet ask for Stevia or something to add to it. I didn't get a receipt when ordering though and wish I did. I didn't realize it until after I drove away. They say that give a military discount but the price on my credit card makes me think they might not have applied it after asking). The drive through was empty when I arrived. ( Thanks for offering the military discount)
