Absolutely adorable little cafe!! The food was amazing and plentiful. I had the corned beef hash and it was perfect. Done completely not burned and delicious. Grits were the same done perfectly without the little husks. My waitress was a gem so personable and friendly amazing fast service. Mid morning on a Tuesday

Had the breakfast special and it was awesome! Felt like I was back at my grandmother's house when I was little. A good filling breakfast. The waitress was amazing as well!! 6 tables at once.

Rude customer service👎 I ordered my food to go, but decided to eat part of it inside to save time. I’m a truck driver, always on a tight schedule. The staff refused to let me sit down, even though I had paid. That was disappointing and unprofessional. Never back again here.

Went to eat while on a road trip. Had the most amazing breakfast. Everything was cooked to a perfection. All employees were super sweet. The decor is spot on. Such a nice little cafe. The bacon that I was served was immaculate. The best bacon I’ve ever had. Perfect spot to stop n grab some breakfast and a cup of coffee. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great breakfast at the waffle iron this morning. The blueberry pancake was great, and the bacon and eggs were cooked as ordered. I love the down to earth hometown people that gather there. Nice people are always welcome. I love the NO pets policy. No dog hair near my table. Hope to see you at the Waffle Iron.

Not only do they have a down home family atmosphere, they have a wonderful variety of different foods to choose from. Very clean, very professional and always willing to make the food the way you want it. If you haven't been to the Waffle Iron in Marianna Florida, you're definitely missing out on some of the best foods and amazing service. Our family has been eating here for years and when I say years most of the time on a daily basis. The best !!!

Best hometown, family owned experience in town. Best breakfast. Best atmosphere. And, the absolute BEST PEOPLE. The Trash Plate is definitely my favorite go to. Can't love this place enough. Try the homemade jams too. It's sooooooo good.

Good food for a good price. Interior is lacking however the food is always spot on. They do get busy and service can be slower but definitely worth the wait! Grilled chicken ceaser sald is spot on everytime with the French bread!

Came across this place with mixed reviews and decided to give it a try. It certainly is outdated but it’s also Marianna, so, I don’t expect too much. The burger was good until I looked at the patty and it was not cooked all the way through. Granted, I could’ve said something but our server didn’t ask either. However, my partners patty was well done so go figure lol. The bacon was crispy and the prices are right! Limited options for toppings. I got the bacon cheeseburger and my partner had the mushroom swiss burger. Both ordered chips over potato salad and water. I read that their sweets are pretty good but the options in the casing looked…..unappealing. Our server was attentive and found me some bbq packets so she certainly made the experience good! I l, personally, wouldn’t return but I’m glad we gave the place a try! :)

Our first visit was perfect!! I had the BEST lasagna with salad, and bread. My husband said his reuben with salad was delicious. Then we received the bill.... we couldn't have eaten at a fast food joint for what it cost to eat this freshly cooked deliciousness. Very good service and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Found this hidden gem by accident, happy I did! Unassuming but inviting with generous portion delicious food and to top it off affordable prices for every budget! Place was busy when I first entered so I knew I was onto something good and it didn't disappoint! I had the build your own sandwich which was great and everything I saw looked really good too. I'll be back tomorrow to try breakfast.

The building should have been condemned twenty years ago, the food is mid at best, and the service is hit or miss on a good day. After trying for 10-15 minutes to get someone’s attention to pick up the order our office administrative coordinator called in, I saw our order had been sitting on the shelf getting cold the whole time. Got back to the office and found that they charged us for something they were out of, said nothing, and just shorted the order. I won’t be entering that building again to order for our office (not that it’s ever been my idea to order office lunch there anyway, but this time I was overridden by someone from corporate who had just heard they had good quiche, which ironically is what they charged us for and didn’t give us or tell us they were out of it). Consider that money for the item we didn’t get, as a parting giftl. Because if I go back inside to get the refund, I’m gonna hurt some feelings.

This is one of those little hole in walls that may go unnoticed if you aren't a local but really worth it if you find it. The place gives you a down home vibe and the food was definitely not from a box like some places. The prices are much less than other places. I will go again when in Marianna. I recommend you try it.

My husband and I were traveling yesterday and stopped at this Waffle house for breakfast. We were so pleased to find a restaurant that still believes in customer service. The entire staff was friendly with all customers and each other. We will most definitely stop here again on future visits through Marianna florida!

The foods good but way over priced I got fleeced I wanted it to stay but I got hit with a to go charge and a server charge? Then ever thing was just over priced spent 30 dollars on 2 eggs and bacon w/ side sausage… little portions big price weird charges….

I am a believer in a Google review. When I have a great experience I share. When I have a bad experience I share. I believe that as consumers who spend our hard earned money, we deserve to be able to make informed decisions. So here goes. I didn't read any reviews this time. We've all had waffle house so you either like it or you don't. I was craving waffle house and I usually don't have bad experiences with waffle house. They are usually pretty great. Tonight i ordered online because we didn't feel like going in. WH now charges you for each additional add ons for your orders. Tonight we were shorted the following items,no cheese on grits, no syrup for our waffles, no chocolate chips for our waffles, hashbrowns had maybe 2 jalapeños and our sweet teas. The teas my wife told me about and I quickly ran back in to wait for 15 mins because they had a huge commotion going on. Got back to our room to open up to find our food looking less than desirable. It is insane how quickly a place can send you on your way and never think twice about what you got for your money. My recommendation would be find another establishment to patronize. I nicknamed my hashbrowns harsh browns 😂

They just upgraded this restaurant so it’s nice and clean new employees, all professional and kind. I never have to wait to sit down. My food comes out fast and everything is up to standard. I come here a lot. Best Waffle House I have visit.

Way to expensive for awful food. I know you'll be acting like it's a chain yes it's a chain but overpriced for cold mediocre food. Please you charge $4.00 for hard cold slab of ham. Ridiculous... Toast hard and cold, eggs were cooked and overcooked and not cooked the way they were ordered over easy.. My husband's chicken sandwich hard,cold and dry. We were the only patrons in the restaurant literally no one but us. Bedsides the fact that the restaurant was like 30 degrees inside. There's no need for it to be that flipping cold. Plus just an all around horrible experience. To to much money for horrible food and disgusting customer service, especially when we were the only patrons. Waffle House what a waste of time every time. You'll have to do better, if you're not going to do better at least lower your prices to what the food would actually cost without your markup.

Someone on each station: Greeter to help seat everyone because it was busy. Meat...Bacon sausage ham Toast & waffles Eggs, pancakes, & hashbrowns 1 manager calling the orders & organizing 3 taking and bringing orders & cleaning tables & dishes In, ate & left in 23 minutes!

Food was good, waitress was excellent. Very attentive. Drinks always full. Booth was too small and uncomfortable. Not enough room for bigger sized people. Smaller dining area.

Dropped in for a quick snack on way west. The District manager was there, and was busy working alongside the crew. In addition, he was training a newbie. Food was hot and fast, service was great. Good management shows.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, finally got to the window and paid which led to me waiting another 30+ minutes for my food. While waiting 20 minutes of the 30+ minutes an employee comes out to say they didn’t have nuggets. She then offers a burger instead. Finally get to eating my order of the Dragon Burger…it was nasty. Tasted like it was dropped in dirty dish water. Too much sauce in the extra burger. Fries were soggy like they had been wet in the same dirty dish water. Just absolutely NO. Close it 🤣

Placed a mobile order, go in on my 30min lunch to pick up my food and was told they're boiler (gross) was down and unable to make burgers and I would just have to cancel my order. Problem is there's no way to just cancel the order on the app. no 1800 customer service number just an email that says someone will contact us in 24-48 hours.. why where you unable to just trade my 2 for 6 burgers for the 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches? Promo it off and make it right?? The rude GM said because the district manager won't let her.. But yet I'm unable to speak with him or anyone else higher up... Great way to show you don't care about your customers. I did eat there just about everyday for lunch but I promise I won't be back.

I hear the owner of this location also on to location on highway 90. Both locations need work I don't like having to drive up past the window to wait for my order because they're trying to keep a quota of how long it takes to prepare order I just left the one by the Walmart and they're out of drinks they only had the teas and lemonades left where they charge you a surcharge I simply asked do you charge the surcharge because you don't have the fountain drinks they took away the surcharge but jam-packed my cup full of ice with just a few sips of the lemonade in the cup which is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if a location is rural or City in order for it to offer customer service or efficiency it's going to take the development of the future businesses to come in order for them to get their act together and they start losing money. You can tell a good manager or business owner by the employees morale and good customer service. You just can't open up a business to make money and not have the employees happy to work I don't care what the franchise sellermarketers tell you. If the service is mediocre you will not break the bank.

We came tonight and the speaker wasn’t working so we had to go to the window to order and we were met with the sweetest soul. She was so patient and kind and provided excellent customer service. I don’t know her name but she had “iggy azalea” tattooed on her arm.

Me and my sister went to get our kids some food. Everyone was in the parking lot we stood at the counter for 10 mins and didnt come help us so we left! I also called asking for a managers number or owners number but the lady refused to give me any numbers and hung up on me.

Breakfast this morning went to a drive through order.Two sandwich breakfast waited in line for ten minutes no one in line getting gas at Walmart.I looked into the food bag wrong food.So proceeded to take it back Back to the drive to the met the manager we tried to explain it to her.They got are food wrong.But she had a question with the receipt while I guess they gave us the wrong food. She made a pretty big deal out of nothing. All she had to do is just go get a piece of sausage and put it on a biscuit instead. Of quorescent, she made a big deal out of it. So I asked her for money back She told us she could not refund back our money!! but she wated us another sandwich so we said OK, after we got our second food. It was so horrible. Biscuit was so bad and dry, but what I did understand when we asked for a refund. She had no clue. What was ring that? I don't even know the food really got ring up or not, so so yes, it left the bad taste in our mouth.

The girl at the drive thru window seemed super frustrated.. was kind of rude.. from what I observed there were 2 others just standing there like they weren't sure if they should even be there, but no one was helping this young girl.. my burger was obviously just slapped together and appears it was slung in the bag, my fries were poured out in my bag, my tea was not even full but I didnt dare ask her to fill it for fear of getting yelled at... I normally go to the I10 McDonalds and this is generally why... this McDonalds has NOTHING on the friendliness and fast but thorough customer service that the I10 restaraunt has!! Also to add!! I just bit into my burger and the meat was still very pink in the middle!!! 🤢

This location always ask you to pull up and then brings your food out to you but they are clueless as to which car ordered which food and you always get someone else's food and they give you your food back after some other car touches it and it's really gross. The management being pushed to have lower drive-through times is ruining the quality here.

It's fast food so I don't go in with high expectations...but this experience! There were about 18 people working in the back and they must have worked one order at a time because I waited a ridiculous amount of time. Additionally, the customers waiting before me had items missing from their orders. What should have been a quick stop turned into an almost 30min trip. Also, the food had probably been on a lukewarm warmer. The food is as expected but the service is slow. No condiments available for the public to use, you have to ask for ketchup at the counter.

They have one nice cashier.He does a nice job, young but professional and kind. The rest of them are too greedy to give you a water cup, even if you spend a $180 It's mcdonald's.The food quality is always low, there's nothing wholesome on the menu, but it's a quick bite to eat at a somwhat affordable price

The people are nice, looked like they were short handed. Food was shoddy. Muffin was raw ECT ECT. Didn't find out about the food till I got to the house. Dogs loved it

Terrible customer service. I ordered meals for family and spent almost $100 and when I asked for some sauce the employee asked me to pay. Yesterday I went to another location and they just took good care of us and didn’t ask for extra charge some sauces. I would not go back at this location ever again.

I recently ordered 2 $5 meal deals. And when I received my burgers, both were old and obviously not fresh so I called the restaurant in order to either get a replacement or a refund, and the manager got an attitude and told me that it was cooked fresh to order. Even though I know for a fact it was not. After a short conversation where communication was lost and I assume they hung up on me. When I call back the manager asked "Why are you calling back?" as if I had no right? This McDonald's is trash.

This place was absolutely disgusting, from the food to the bathrooms. The food tasted like chemicals and rancid. The employees were rude and didn't care about the level of customer service that was being performed. Then the entire restaurant needed a deep clean. The restrooms were disgusting and dinning area smelled awful.

If I could give it a zero stars I would . First they messed up my order no bacon on my bacon Qp . I'll leave the video for the rest.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to quite a few McDonald’s in my time on this earth! Sat in the drive through for 25-30 minutes. Granted it’s 6:30 on a Friday decided that it was no biggie. When we proceed to order the lovely lady at the window got the order incorrect. So I told her it was incorrect and asked to change it she proceeds to argue you with me about what I ordered. I asked for a chicken sandwich somehow she came up with a quarter pounder. I told her the quarter pounder was incorrect she then proceeds to tell me and I quote “I GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME”. Needless to say that wonderful lady should consider a different career path if she can’t handle talking to people normal.

I love my McDonald's peeps!! They're always happy to see me, great service, and fast wait times!! They keep it really clean in there too.

Burgers were seasoned to the Gods, lol. I even ate my fries, which I hardly ever do. Out of the 5 orders, I heard NO COMPLAINTS. Also they were so nice at the windows. Props to you guys

I’ve never seen a manager treat staff as badly in front of customers as I have here. Service and wait times aren’t usually too bad, but the way that blond manager treats the service workers is disgusting

I wish not to give a single star. We ordered and waited for 35 minutes for our food and highly disappointed with the service and food we got. When reminded we were told don’t have time you will have to wait. So despite of waiting for 35 minutes we were given this attitude. 2 of my friends got sick due to under cooked food we were served and when complaint was made we were served burned food. The images have been attached. Dunkin should hire customer friendly people.

We visit at least 4 times aweek and spend 20 to 30 dollars at a time. Service and products are always great. Today we left. We're told they only had enough in the counter for a childs serving, then told us what other flavors they have. Didnt want to get a new one from the back. There was not one person inside or in the parking lot. I'll not go back.

So stopped here yesterday as well as today and had a good experience overall. Grabbed some munchkin donuts and those were tasty. Also got a few lattes that tasted good as well. The restaurant in general was fairly clean, though the men’s bathroom could have used some attention. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful, and they made the experience fantastic.

The one employe was so rude. She threw away my receipt and when I said something instead of saying sorry or trying to look at it she just said I don't know... as I saw her do it and she knew perfectly she had done it. Glad Starbucks is opening as they would never allow an employee to be that rude to a customer. And the $3 cup of coffe did not taste any better than gas station coffee.

The manager and the team were great during a recent DoorDash offer. They went above and beyond to offer to bring the food curbside, and make sure the food met customer expectations. I was very impressed as no other business has offered to bring the food curbside. The food was prepared and double checked by the staff members for order correctness. Great job DD team!

The staff is friendly, despite the service being a bit slow. The sandwiches and hash brownz are good, the donuts mediocre, and the coffee is hit or miss. It honestly depends on the day and time you order, as there is no consistency.

I am reluctant to give 2 stars coz I don't want the people who were working to get in flak (as this isn't their fault). I came early this morning and got the omelet egg bite thingys, and it was vile. Idk if it was a bad batch or this recipe just sucks. The biggest waste of like 7 bucks and really shouldnt be offered. Service was great tho!

If i could give a 0 I would. I have a 6 year old son. While my family is sitting down eating. Piper a waitress and another young waitress were talking about inappropriate things that should not be said around children. I was not the only person with a child. Not happy about this. Food was not good service was crap.

The food had an old grease flavor, which wasn't appealing. The cook was very attentive, and he helped our waitress by getting our drinks and took time to make a batch of gravy as they were out. There was an older waitress that was not ours, and she was a huge unpleasant distraction as we heard her do nothing but loudly degrade the cook. She talked to him like he was the dumbest person on earth, and I would have walked out and quit if I were him. Had she been our waitress, she would not have been tipped! Our waitress was good and we appreciated the service from the cook also! If he sees this, I hope he knows he is doing a fantastic job! His coworker she not allowed to speak to him in that manner! The older waitress is the main reason for my less than good rating. We visited early morning on Dec 4, 2023.

Waiting over 30 mins for an all star breakfast they forgot the waffle food was cold forgot the chocolate chips on the waffle once finally got it toast was soggy bacon was undercooked 20$ for the garbage also, they weren’t busy only one table was full and there was three cooks

This was the very first time my husband and I have been to this restaurant. The food was amazing and the coffee was off the hook! This place is a must if you’re a local or just passing through.

Really good food. They were really busy so I will give them a little room but service was a little slow but I went just before 12 on a Tuesday and I heard the waitress say Tuesdays are bad. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I had the Jalapeño popper smash burger and it was the Bomb. The fried cheese was great also.

Wow what a fantastic surprise! My husband and I were traveling through Marianna and stopped for breakfast. The coffee was top shelf! We ordered a unique dish of crispy potato skins topped with eggs, bacon, cheese and a dollop of sour cream to try something different. Amazing meal with a side of the best grits! Seriously the best breakfast ever and I am old! Ordered the cheesecake eggrolls to go cause they sounded interesting. Another outstanding item! This place is worth the visit. We will return whenever nearby. Wish this gem was located in my town. Trust me check this place out!

Fantastic food and service!!! Coffee was delicious. We had breakfast for lunch only because the fried steak lunch special was sold out! Dessert? OMG! Eye rollingly Fantastic! You will not go wrong if you stop... you'll be missing out if you don't stop.

We went there by accident and had such an amazing experience. The staff is delightful and genuinely cares about you. Spoke to the owner and her passion for what she does exudes in everything that you eat. But most importantly, I have to say, the blueberry cheesecake eggroll Changed my understanding of desserts. it was truly outstanding. The owner explained that when she makes desserts, she tries to let you experience all the flavors and not overwhelm you with sugar. And let me tell you those eggrolls lived up to it!! It was delicious.

The last time I got the bowl of soup there was only one small strip of chicken. I figured I just got unlucky that time and got another bowl today. This time I don’t think it even counts as 1 strip. They should start calling it chicken flavored noodle soup.

They serve ridiculously small portions had I known this I wouldn’t have even stopped there. I bought food for me and the guys and they gave us a ridiculous sized chicken that you cannot even see on the bun of the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I thought it was maybe just my meal that was like that but all four meals that I got with the same sandwich different combos were the same. I’m not saying that portions are not smaller maybe sometimes now at restaurants but they should’ve seen that. This was way smaller than the 4 count chicken nuggets.

Something about this location, they will get your order wrong everytime in the drive through. I always allow extra time because I know I'm going to have to go back inside and get it fixed. It can be anything from the wrong order to missing main items. But the staff is always extremely pleasant when you make them aware and the fix it right away. The fries are usually soggy but there are times they come out fantastic. I've gotten each Chicken sandwich about 2 times and more times than not they are over cooked to the point it's hard. Everything else has been fantastic. But none of it is enough stop going.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. First, they didn’t give me any napkins at all on a curbside order. Second, my food was cold. The waffle fries and the spicy barbecue chicken sandwich that I got we’re both cold. The bun seemed like it had been sitting out for days. I would keep driving if I were you.

I love Chick-Fil-A in general, but this specific location is the best of the best. The little kids corner they have set up inside was a life saver on our road trip with a toddler. And whether on accident or on purpose we ended up with a double order of chicken nuggets when we only ordered one. 10/10 we will be back.

Have not had Chick-fil-A in years and was highly disappointed. chicken, chicken tenders were tiny, and the grilled chicken sandwich was also nothing to write home about. Prices were too high considering the lack of chicken and quality of food. Service, on the other hand, was absolutely fabulous while utilizing the drive-through. Will likely not be back for another few years. Just don't understand the hype. I do not visit any other fast food chains either, but I thought this one would be the best choice while on the road. Disappointed.

Second time here and both times I have had missing items but they won’t bring it to you, you are expected to leave work to go back and get it? Also this is an order of bacon?!?!
