We had a meal in the dog friendly lower bar. Great atmosphere. Food was absolutely spot on. Really delicious and hot. We had a delicious Korean meat starter followed by a risotto and bacon chop. Good portion size. A good selection of dishes on the menu. We hadn’t booked but quickly got a table.

Beautiful pub in Conwy. We had the roast beef brisket! Absolutely top notch!! Best roast beef dinner we've had out!! We've travelled extensively over the UK and this made the No 1 roast dinner for us!! We also had starters of halloumi and pork bites. Both were amazing flavour combos too!! Staff were pleasant and we would definitely return!!

Best Sunday lunch I’ve ever had. Great staff really friendly and helpful. Fast service. Reasonably priced. Lovely little find on our weekend away in Wales would defo recommend the beef Sunday dinner!

10/10 service. So good I am sat in the pub writing this immediately after our meal! We came in just after food service ended after a 30 minute journey from the middle of nowhere to find some dinner. Staff let us order even after service was meant to end and food was with us in under 10 minutes and was delicious. Cannot recommend enough- the young woman in pink and young man behind the bar in blue were incredibly helpful.

The food was very nice traditional British food but turned into fine dining, very good drinks options from ale to sprits. A barista style coffee machine for good end to the meal.

I actually ate at the restaurant downstairs. Fantastic. Genuinely, really good food. I had a roast and it was really good. Only fault I'd say is that there wasn't a choice of rare/medium rare/well done on the beef. However, it was still very nice nonetheless. Although, I do prefer my beef much more pink. Will gladly return when in the area again!

Our group of eight had a lovely meal here on a Sunday evening. Very efficient and friendly service, a good menu including local produce and vegetarian options. Local cask beer and a nice wine list. Reasonably priced too

I was staying in the Premier Inn next door. Pub is a bit tatty but staff are polite. The food though was unbelievably poor. The burger was burnt but just about cooked in the middle and the calamari was so over cooked and extremely greasy.

Perfect position: relaxing countryside scenary and at the same time strategic to visit North Wales. Pet friendly and perfect for families. Interesting historical building with lots of different spaces and even a grapevine inside a sort of glass conservatory. Lots of parking spaces. Great staff: kind, always willing to help and friendly. Very good food and beer.

We didn't stay here- but came for Sunday lunch. It was a lovely place. Jane our waitress was friendly and really helpful. The food was fantastic- and the unlimited Yorkshire puddings and gravy made it even better- would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

We came to the Groes a week or so ago for lunch. The location is beautiful and the food was gorgeous, highly recommend the salmon! Our waitress was so lovely and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, I think her name was Elise. I've recommended to family and friends as not often you get lovely food and such lovely service with a smile 😀

The room was well appointed, a supper comfy bed and the views were beautiful!! Ate both dinner with family in the evening and breakfast and both were excellent, staff friendly and the pub is so interesting with so much history. Our dog was very welcome too!

Lovely restaurant and food. Staff very attentive and helpful. Got the feeling not enough staff were on duty for everything that needed to be done. The supervisor in the restaurant was also problem solving in the Hotel. That doesn't work even though she was super efficient and good at her job. Phone rings most of evening when it shogo to an office. Set menu fabulous and would return.

It was only okay, in comparison to other places we'd been for dinner in the area. We'd had high expectations, as it was booked out the evening before. So do book in advance. I think only okay, as we were sat in a brightly lit room which was taken up with a large group, and the staff were really busy. If you do go, try for a table in the lovely area with fairy lights and foliage.

We've visited this pub a few times recently, and the food has been consistently delicious. It's been recently renovated, adding to its charm. We've tried the shared Sunday roast as well as lunch—burgers and chips—and everything was fresh, full of flavour, and great value for money. The service is excellent, and the pub itself is a lovely country spot in a great location.

We had an excellent stay. Staff are so proffesional, kind and easy to talk to. The menu for evening meal was very good. The food was great. We had a great deal with 3 courses for £20. Rooms are nice and clean. Location is perfect. We walked from the hotel and around the Great Orme. We will be going back again!

Fabulous hotel. Nothing at all we could fault. The location is perfect, there’s a bus stop close by or just walk into town as it’s a beautiful walk. The room we had was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we all had a lovely sleep. It was very hot when we stayed so having the air conditioning in the room was brilliant. Food was faultless. We can’t wait to return which we will. Highly recommended 👍

Location was just on the outskirts of Llandudno, and so easy to get into the town. There is a regular bus service so no problem. Hotel is spacious, clean and very well presented with lovely views. Close to the little Orm if you love walking. Also, lovely staff throughout the hotel and very friendly and polite. No complaints at all and would have stayed an extra night but it was fully booked.

Truly amazing place to stay. The views are epic and the nearby hiking trails are perfect. All the staff went above and beyond to help us, 100% recommended. My only negative would be the lack of E chargers nearby. I noticed they have a large overflow carpark. I would imagine if they contacted some of the E charger companies, they could get some installed and then their customers could use without worrying where to charge to get home.

Perfectly situated, with stunning views over the Bay, which is just a few minutes walk down the hill. Staff could not be more friendly and keen to please. Nothing seemed too much trouble in order to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort. Free parking. Pleasant restaurant. The set menu is very good value and there is wide choice on the a la carte.

My wife and I had lunch here on Sunday and were very pleased with the food, well organised manageress and all staff. Well done to Harvey who took our order. Jw Lees have done a great refurbishment all round. Well done Laura.

Popped in for a drink. What a fabulous job has been done renovating it, looks great inside and out. Magnificent views over Llandudno Bay. Great selection of drinks and a tasty looking menu. Really comfy drinking and dining area inside and outside. Will definitely return. Oh and the staff were very polite and helpful to.

I tried Forte's yesterday I was loved it fish and chips for me jacket spud for my daughter and tomato pasta for my other child the service is probably the best that I have seen any where in such a long time and you feel so welcomed and so we'll looked after, the seating is comfy and well planned, the portions are a proper sized meal and we'll cooked. The only thing I would change due to it being costly but average price for this area is do fresh not frozen chips but this is merely my own prefence.

My husband and I with our Shiba went to Forte's for dinner tonight. I was glad to know that dogs are allowed inside the eatery. On the previous night, we struggled to find somewhere to eat where my Shiba was allowed inside. We did end up dining al fresco. I believe that the waitress serving us is called Sharon. She was so caring for my dog as it have been a hot day. She bought him a bowl of water and was fussing over him. My husband likes his hamburger and I thoroughly enjoyed the pork steak with apple cream and cider sauce. Good portion served We were pleased to find Forte's

We came to Fortes in Llandudno as we fancied an ice cream after a day out and it was fantastic! Inside looked lovely but we chose to eat outside which they said they didn’t usually do with the glass ice cream bowls but said okay as it was a nice day, we did take everything back in after we were done and they said thanks! They were all so polite! The drinks and ice cream were fantastic! I had the mocha or cappuccino (something coffee based) ice cream which was one of the nicest I’d ever had, mom had banana and my dad had chocolate and all were lovely! Would definitely come again! The ice cream is well worth it and the staff are so nice!

Came in here with my daughter for a bite to eat. Staff and the service is very good. We shared the Welsh rarebit, a veggie burger and a grilled goats cheese salad. All the food was very good, maybe a bit too much food tho! It's in the city centre, so parking might be an issue. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent as are the staff, especially Chris who gave us the last 4 seater table even though they were only 2 of us :)

A very underwhelming visit! Service was great, loads of staff, possibly too many but still, all were happy and helpful and very engaging yet not in your face! Restaurant/cafe itself is well decorated and presented, clean and tidy and actually looks quite good, as we entered I had higher expectations given the staff welcome and look of the place. The food was actually quite basic and didn't seem to fit the venue if that makes sense. 3 meals ordered, a kids cheese sandwhich, a prawn sandwhich and a bacon cheeseburger. The sandwiches were very basic, just regular sliced bread bit plenty of filing, the kids meal coming as just a sarnie and crisps....so not really a meal I guess. The burger was nice but seemed a bit dry but only just. We had chunky chips with the burger....not a good idea. As they were chunky, they were not cooked through and were marginally undercooked. You could tell the food was frozen too! We ordered 3 drinks, 1 earl grey and 2 milkshakes, given the presentation of the site we thought maybe a shake would have been something quite thick with cream and sauce etc but no....it was just milk and flavour....akin to a nesquick. Overall, underwhelming but not a bad place. If there was improvement in food I'd definately visit again!

We were looking for somewhere different for lunch and I spotted this large statue of a pig on the sidewalk and we went to have a look at it and then noticed the Hambone food hall. I don't know why it's called a food hall as it's really a well stocked delicatessen and a nice cafe within the same premises. We had tea and a ham barm and it was quite large and nicely filled with ham. We ate inside but there was seating outside also. Judging from the amount of business they get it looks like they are doing very well. Nice place to have lunch with a huge range of meals available on the blackboard inside.

Went here for lunch during the extravaganza in Llandudno and got the Welsh lamb burger. The big fella even took the time to ask me how I wanted my burger despite it being busy and he made it exactly how I wanted. It was the best burger I’ve ever had, hands down. 100% recommend.

Popped For lunch , met by friendly helpful staff . Chose salad box ( which were quite substantial, and delicious). Made freshly to order in front of you . Made my dog very welcome - offering a sausage and some water . Fantastic deli with some wonderful food Offerings to eat in or take out . As well As Daily specials .

Amazing place - the food is exceptional, staff are super friendly, and they always make time for our Doberman and Rottweiler. We try to visit this place every time we’re in Llandudno.

Busy little place 11am on a sunny Saturday in late February. Got seated quickly and someone came and took our order quickly. Friendly young girl who took our order. Seemed popular with dog walkers as there was about 4 dogs in there. Lady in her 70s happily sat there watching the world go by with a chilli con carne and a glass of white wine (life goals). Drinks and Eccles cake brought over in about 5 minutes (probably fastest we’ve ever been served on our Saturday traditional new cappuccino hot spots). Tea brought in a pot (enough for 2 cups), cappuccino didn’t have a cappuccino feel though and felt just like a strong espresso coffee with foam on top (hence 4 out of 5 stars) not creamy like a cappuccino should. Got an ice cream from their ice cream shop next door and brought it in with us. Nicely positioned on the prom. Yeah it’s nice. Good range of sweet treats on display.

The best Gluten Free Victoria sponge cake I’ve ever tasted, you wouldn’t even know it was gluten free, it was delicious, if you’ve not had cake from here, you missing out 10/10

First time visited for afternoon tea. This place did not disappoint. The portions were huge and so reasonable too. £29 for afternoon tea for 2 people. We couldn't finish it, so took it home with us. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere and perfect location

Right on the beach with amazing food and lovely staff! This was our first time visiting Rhos on Sea, we heard about the area and wanted to pay a visit. We came to COAST and I got Welsh Rarebit a flat white and some ice cream. Everything was delicious. The coffee was perfectly made and food served quickly. Will visit again next time we are around.

very lovely! cafe is really cute and the gift shop is nice too. Had a tuna melt which was really nice and a an egg mayo. Cakes looked really good too but we were too full to try!

We stayed one night in the garden cottage for a special occasion. The room location was amazing, private and with own garden. We loved walking around the grounds and woods. Inside the cottage was comfortable and spacious but it was very hot. It was a hot day and the storage heaters had been left on the night before. We struggled to cool the room down before sleep. The only other downside was the old fashioned and stuffy bar area where we frowned upon by Telegraph readers. It did not feel welcoming. Overall we had a nice time but wouldn't stay again for the price.

It is a great place full of character and old world charm. But expensive so good as a treat. The evening menu didn't change for the two nights we were there, which was a surprise. The breakfasts could have had more imagination.

We stayed for 2 nights in the main house. Very traditional, stately home, with antique furniture, wood panelling. Every member of staff is excellent, super helpful and friendly. Dining room people especially lovely. Food was good, but disappointing to have the same menu on both nights Lost one star as our room was so hot, in February. We turned the radiator off, opened the double glazing, guess that was why there was A/C in the room, we needed it. Also, the bathroom wasn’t that nice, very old bath with awkward shower over Gardens are stunning. If you ask, and they have time, you can go up the 12th century tower for amazing views. We used the spa on both days, nice pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Expensive, but a nice treat.

I visited the spa for the first time as a visitor. My massage exceeded my expectations. Megan made me feel safe and respected after I explained I have AuDHD and trauma around touch. The massage was excellent and exactly what I wanted, and the whole environment is wonderful for relaxation. Highly recommend!

This is one of my happy places. You're looked after from the moment you arrive. The cottages are gorgeous and my spa treatment was wonderful. I wish I could stay there forever.

I stopped in once, fully expecting a decent fry-up. What I got was nothing short of glorious: piping hot plates stacked with all the breakfast essentials, cooked to perfection and seasoned with care. Sausages with snap, golden yolks resting on toast like royalty, and hash browns that should come with a warning label for addictive crunchiness. And the coffee? It’s the kind that convinces you that everything’s going to be alright. So good, in fact, that I came back the next day. Yep—lightning struck twice. The staff remembered me, greeted me like an old mate, and served up another knockout breakfast that proved the first visit was no fluke. Nice place, 4 of us went for breakfast. The service was friendly and quick. Food was nice and well presented. We all ate everything and would happily return. It seems to open earlier than some of the other cafes nearby as well, which we found useful.

Came here 11 years ago with my family and had unforgettable fish and chips. Visited again recently and the cozy vibe and quality food are still just as great! Slightly sad to see fish and chips off the menu, but everything else was delicious!!

Lovely café near the pier. Serving is enough for, you’ll get your money’s worth. Staff are lovely. A lot of options to choose from. Would recommend if you’re wanting to have a bite before starting your day.

Called in to grab a takeaway sandwich and what a disappointment. Sandwiches were poor very basic and certainly not worth the money. Service wasn’t that friendly felt like we were being a hinderance to be honest! Had been before (about a year ago) and had a good experience not sure if it had changed hands.

Had a very nice Breakfast this morning, much nicer quality sausage and bacon than your average cafe breakfast. Bring a booster seat if you've got little ones.

Just amazing. The pulled pork bap was fantastic and the kids ham sandwich come with little finger portions of fruit and veg. Very busy but that's expected in good places.

Loved this place! Visited on a Saturday afternoon and fell lucky with getting a table - our dog was welcome as hard floors and wooden benches. We had walked along the beach from West Shore and were rewarded with one of the best meals we've had this year. Highlights - haggis and caramelised onions on ciabatta, poached eggs on black pudding smothered in pepper sauce - superb. Would definitely re-visit.

Cannot recommend this place enough, everything was exceptional from the service, quality of food & drink the price and the view. They are all amazing, it's a must try if your in the area

Place an takeaway order for a Flat White, Americano, and a salmon cream cheese bagel. The service was outstanding! They offer a delightful variety of pastries, including pain au chocolat, cinnamon Danish, croissants, Portuguese egg tarts, and more.

The coffee is Heartland, same as at the Llandudno Junction branch which makes a gorgeous latte. Main room vibe is a nice mix between popular and un-hurried. Service is consistently welcoming. Chilli jam a nice touch on the Falafel and Hummus Panini. Relaxed ambience ideal for a good start to the day.

Iced coffee and the hazelnut croissant were excellent! Good service and dog-friendly.

Very nice coffee shop (with speciality coffee). We got two filters and a carrot cake for 9£. There is a good selection of fritz colas and other nice bottled soft drinks

Very good coffee, polite staff, reasonable prices and away from the busy front at Llandudno, but not too far away. There's a decent free WiFi connection here too. Decor is cool, reminds me of a Scandinavian vibe :) Worth popping in for a coffee 👍

We spent the weekend in Llandudno and came to Providero for a coffee and a bite to eat. We had some toast and a granola pot. The coffee was excellent and the space is wonderful. They have a cycle repair and rental shop next door with a yoga studio that is all part of the same space. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My memory of Llandudno as a child, was really rundown, forgotten about town and to revisit probably 20 years later, to see such a vibrant and thriving town with wonderful small businesses like this is marvellous. Keep up the great work!

Amazing to find single origin coffee! Both the espresso and filter were fantastic. Friendly service, nice chilled atmosphere. Will 100% be back before heading home.

We stopped here for lunch, the young lady that served us was very nice. The food was great, I ordered a house salad & hubby had braised steak with mash & veg it was all delicious especially the house salad. Highly recommended.

Called in this week whilst on holiday, really polite and friendly welcome, had the big breakfast, cooked to perfection. Wife just had toasted teacakes,just how they should be, and an added bonus it's dog friendly, (our Roley enjoyed the fuss). Will definitely be returning.

The servers were kind and quick with their service. The food came quickly and was excellent. I had a chicken burger and it was one of the best I've ever had. Coffees were good and came quickly too.

Always a favourite cafe as the food is always good. No specific gluten free specials (like gluten free fish) on the menu. So I had bacon, egg and chips. The lady did say that their chips are ok as fried separately on their own and they do use a gluten free gravy on dinners. Husband had haddock which he said was lovely with a light and crisp batter coating, not too heavy. We came back for tea and hubby had a lovely looking piece of coffee and walnut cake.

Lovely place to go for a meal, snack, or just a coffee. Staff are attentive. Food is lovely. Atmosphere is really good. Also neurodivergent friendly. As well as all this I can take my dog in with me which is really important to me, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming so he’s happy as well as me!

Lovely people, amazing caffi! Food is always on point we have tried a few different dishes and have enjoyed every one! Drinks are lovely and staff are amazing this is now a weekly treat for us, can't stay away 🙂

Visited this cafe and to be honest wished I had not ! Firstly the staff a young girl just stared right through me ! I asked if they were still serving ? And another young girl said yes ! I ordered and the pot of tea was in a mug with the tea bag left in and no spoon ! Requested one and if looks could kill 🙃 The food came eventually and the Jacket potato was like rock so could not cut it ! The salad was lettuce tomato only ! Breakfast was shocking too ! The food was overcooked and cold !! The overall experience was terrible and the staff made you feel like they were doing you a favour by taking your money ! I went to the toilet and you have to wash your hands in the other room however there was no hand towels so I informed staff and again they just stared at me and did nothing !I would advise the owners to perhaps do some hospitality Training ! Definitely would not recommend! Overpriced poor food and shocking staff !

The food was not cooked well and the staff was not always there when you asked for them. The atmosphere was a bit dirty especially the bathroom and the table clothes had holes in them and the plates were not cleaned well enough. I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN

Bacon and egg on toast was dire to say the least...i would not recomend this gaffe to my worst enemy.and to make it even worst the teenage girls attitude who served me was terrible (if ya dont like ya job ...do 1)

The cafe is advertised to be open but it's not. It is an inconvenience especially when you take a detour to visit it and pay for parking just to get to know the advertised timings are incorrect.

Staff friendly and served us quickly. Drinks were nice and catered to allergies. Were served in takeaway cups despite saying that we would sit in. Lots of tables were messy, but may have caught them at a bad time.

Always a pleasure coming here. The coffee is good but the staff are exceptional. I was prompted to write this review after another great experience, particulalry Jody who was lovely with my son, making sure to write his name on the respective cup.

While the staff were polite I feel they were way out of their depth with lots of mistakes made, it was very busy and their didn't appear to be a senior member of staff to help direct and organise. The toilets were dirty and the wait was loooong.

Got a medium drink but was charged for a large, the guy serving me kept stopping in the middle of me speaking and ordering to walk around with a croissant??? I got insufficient change for my drink which itself was lukewarm by the time I got it and naturally the wait time was pretty long for a very simple unmodified order because HE KEPT WALTZING ABOUT THE COUNTER WITH A CROISSANT?? like this croissant had no purpose, he just kept interrupting my order at various points to pick up the croissant then put it down, I had to wait at the table for a full minute twice whilst this employee walked his croissant.

The worst Starbucks ever, scruffy dirty hole. Needs a facelift for sure. Staff not great either - go to Fortes across the street, where it’s much cleaner. Outside needs jet washing (daily). Absolutely terrible I will be complaining to head office

Beautiful Site! Great for a family day out, many different activities are available, and the cafe is great, not a big selection of food. But food is fresh and tasty! Beef Burger is lush! Visited twice during a visit to north wales. Once for a walk and again for breakfast. There are a variety of walk options and they are signposted. Parking £3 (1 hour is free) payable by app or machines. The cafe had lovely views and the food was nice. Dog friendly seating area on the outdoor decking.

Had a great time here at the Sauna/Lake dip experience! It was awful weather, but this made it all the better- less people out so more privacy, and the sauna felt even more rewarding having been out in the cold. The staff were great, helpfully explained the process and then were hands off while we did the experience, meaning we could get in and out the lake/plunge pool and into sauna on our own schedule. Access to lake was clear and easy. Sauna itself was perfect, would love to go again when in area!

Hired an electric bike for 2hours. Booked online the day before. I recommend booking for weekend s and holidays otherwise just turn up. Nice flat route with great views. Experienced riders can travel further. The guys were very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything and made all adjustments necessary.

Went to the ospreys viewing area. Very friendly, helpful and interesting staff. Live feeds of the osprey nest, scopes are free to use. A great place to visit.

Visited today wanting something to eat for lunch.Greeted by the shop assistant who pocked her finger in a pie to see if it was warm and picked up a sausage with her fingers all without gloves. She asked what we wanted to which i replied nothing and walk out. I think they need to look at their hygiene training.

This place is just fantastic. We got our breakfast every day whilst staying in LLandudno recently and we were never disappointed. Every time each portion kept us going til well after our normal lunch time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a joy to visit. The only downside I have is that all other pork pies are ruined for me. They sell the best I 've had by a long mark. Can't wait to return and have more.

Craig y don takeaway ! Used to be so nice and reasonable price but today paid over £10 for two sandwiches with no salad and not a lot of meat. The blonde woman working behind the counter does not listen to the order given to her and often gets it wrong because of this and certainly does have an attitude problem, maybe she needs some training in in customer care ! Definitely won’t be going back, unfortunately !

I’ve been a customer of Ham Bone for 31 years and they have never compromised their food quality and value. I’m never disappointed except when I get there late and they have run out of hot pork and apple, but that’s my fault not theirs’.

The woman behind the counter does NOT wear gloves or washes her hands between serving people. Tongs should be used with each individual item. It's basic hygiene and what if someone had an allergy? We won't be going there again. Disgusting behaviour from a person who works in the food industry

Been to sip cafe two days on the trot. First day we had a breakfast and it was simply amazing. No cheep catering crap used here only the best sausage and bacon. 2nd day we all had the sip eggs and there’s no words to describe it that can do it justice.

I absolutely loved the Sip Vegan Brunch (£8.95) I had here. It was perfectly seasoned, which made a huge difference and took it to the next level for me over other avocado toasts I’ve had at other locations. The price was also extremely reasonable. I would absolutely eat here again.

Amazing Just had a fantastic breakfast at Sip Cafe. I would go as far to say the best I have ever had. Foid was gorgeous and tasty. A dream of an english breakfast. I had a belly buster and my girl friend had the small breakfast. With two coffee it was round about 20 Pounds. The staff was very nice and we had our food 10 minutes after our order on the table. For the record ... my belly was busted! :)

Great food, great pricing, best value for money by far for a decent size breakfast. Only issue is that it's cash only. The cash machine is only down the road oposite the police station (brown building with grey roof) just to the left of the train station. Cannot fault anything with regards to food or service, it was brilliant should we revisit its first on the list for a breakfast!

A fabulous greasy spoon style cafe right next door to the train station. By far the best fry up I've had in a very long time. I was particularly enamoured with the mushrooms (not usually a fan but Molly's mushrooms were exceptional). Price was very good too (£7 for breakfast pictured here). We had breakfast here three of the four days we were in Llandudno, and I'm very sad not to be able to visit again now we're home. Highly recommended!

The food here is much better than you'd expect given the exterior of the cafe. The owner is very friendly, prices are reasonable and the menu has a good mix of sort of food you'd expect to find in cafe in Colwyn Bay along with some slightly more exotic dishes than you'd expect to find in cafe in Colwyn Bay. The Mediterranean breakfast isn't something you'll find in many places in this part of the world.

Me and my wife always have a cup of tea when walking up to happy valley here, it’s a lovely little cafe that serves an excellent cup of tea. I haven’t given stars for the food as we’ve never eaten there, but I’m sure it’s spot on.

Perfect choice in Llandudno to have an ice cream and cappuccino with a view. Nice friendly staff and quick service. Very nice cappuccino aswell. Would definitely visit again. Really nice gardens and huge picnic area next to it, perfect for a summers day

Nice little cafe with friendly staff but a little pricey as you would expect in a tourist area. A bottle of water was £2.30 and a bottle of coke was £2.80. The cafe itself is well kept with plenty of seating and some nice bushes that attract wildlife.

As we were looking at the ice cream flavours one of the staff barked at us from over at the till area saying we needed to order first. I replied that I was just looking at the flavours and again, she shouted over to us saying you need to order at the till first. She did this a few times whilst ignoring what we were saying. Very uncouth and very lacking in customer service, youngish girl needs service lessons in how to speak with people.

Food wasn't great. The two paninis were barely toasted. The scone with cream and jam arrived a good 10 minutes after the other food. Not the best scone, and it came with squirty cream. Great views though.

popped in for a solo lunch date, was seated and presented with menu swiftly, ordered a oat flat white and a vegan pitta, they use heartland coffee which is always a winner and the food was cooked fresh and presented beautifully, even though it was a busy lunch time and they were down one staff member the service was fantastic and i will return again soon thankyou

Spent 3 days in Towyn at Pebble Beach had breakfast each morning at Frankie & Claire's & we cannot fault this Cafe, we always visit when we are in Towyn, the very vast menu gives you lots of choice so can build your own brekky which I love to do, the place is spotless the staff are brill very friendly, efficient & accommodating. We also have had the lunch & the desserts & cant fault it, would defo recommend a visit if you are in Towyn and as we had the dogs were able to sit outside with them as it's still under cover. What's not to love. We are looking forward to our next visit, Thanx Clare & staff for looking after us and we hope to see you soon. Carol & Tony x

Went in after the bank holiday weekend. As always was nice,after we went to order we were told no fish. Took time to decide on pie,which we ordered and paid for we were then told no pastry and offered cottage pie,which we didn't want. I understand they'd used extra and were waiting a delivery. I just think they should have said right away,so we could decide if we really wanted that Fish and chips. Which we did.

Such a lovely breakfast. I arrived with a party of around 8 for the first time, including my autistic nephew. He was having one of his days and didn’t want to sit with us, but the staff were so lovely to both us and him. The second time I went with my family whom included 2 young children (1 partially blind who uses a cane) - the staff were so accommodating for us and let the children bring a hot dog from a different stall into the cafe and eat there whilst us adults enjoyed our meal. Staff so lovely and food is brilliant! Will 110% be back thank you🤍

I was very disappointed with the food on Saturday morning we ordered two breakfasts .We were waiting a long time but I commented to my daughter that they must cook to order. Then the lady said sorry for your wait the chef thought it was take away . He had kept it warm in the oven . It was all dried up but we had it because we had waited so long . Now having thought about it I feel it was wrong and to pay £20 was totally out of order so there you go lesson learnt .

We had Lisa cater for a birthday party, the food was lovely and plentiful. The homemade sausage rolls were to die for!! Would highly recommend. If you’re looking for an outside caterer you won’t find better!

Food is next to nothing here. Theyre preparation of foods to serve is spot on. The staff ever so freindly, they go out of there way to know there regulars on what they like having, thats something that gives them the edge i think, it has a dining in feature, to which ive used. The breakfast baps are really tasty and a decent size. Ingredients used are good quality which shows. For £5 you get bacon, egg , sausage and one other item from the menu which is black pudding for me. Service is always friendly and excellent. There is a small area to eat in and of course other menu items such as rolls and pasties. Keep visiting regularly as possible

There isn't much going on in Junction but if you're passing through and feeling peckish, this place isn't just highly recommended, it's fabulous.The food is freshly prepared and delicious, it's always busy and you may need to book but it's worth it. The proprietor, Sarah (obviously) is very friendly,helpful and posesses a very effervescent,charismatic and engaging personality. Nothing is too much trouble for her or the kitchen staff, and there is always lots of humour, banter and camaraderie between staff and customers. If it's a quick sandwich a snack or hot food you need..this place has it ALL 10/10

Went for breakfast. Really nice place Sarah and Neil were lovely and welcoming. Scored a 4 for atmosphere as there were 4 adults and 2 kids and only tables for 4 but Sarah was super accommodating getting a baby seat. Would definitely visit again. Breakfast was nicely cooked and well priced.

How can a food establishment get away with service aweful food like this is beyond me. Burger no taste, thin patty and over cooked bacon, bun not toasted. The coated skin on chips were the worst chips I have ever had. Kids didn't eat their nuggets, hard and a weird taste, and my kids normally love nuggets. Won't be coming back even if they paid me. Steer clear if your hungry!

I ordered a Margherita pizza and was given a cheese pizza. A Margherita pizza has tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil as the topping. The base that was only just cooked -if it had been in the oven 30 seconds less I would have sent it back to the kitchen. As the food was only just edible and I was hungry, I ate it, but I wouldn't have it again. EVER. Although the tables had been cleared, not all of them were cleaned; this really is basic stuff and I don't see how it can be overlooked. You clear a table, you clean the table. I will eat here again and hope that next time my dining experience is much better....or at least have food that is cooked properly.

Well, we come for breakfast as a family of 5, but it seems they do not take into consideration people who have allergies. Can't have breakfast and would have to wait until dinner to even be able to have anything suitable. I think it's pretty diabolical and inconsiderate that they don't consider people like myself with allergies. Good sizes, bit pricey but the customer service and lack of intolerance menu/awareness.

First of all, staff were friendly, and helpful, couldn't fault them. But the food was awful. We sat outside, it came out in a takeaway box with wooden cutlery which is understandable, we ordered 2 breakfasts, the bacon wasn't cooked, the sausages were undercooked, just wasn't very nice, even the egg didn't taste right. I think I heaved as I was eating, wasn't a great meal, will not be eating there again.

Visited the cafe after a couple of hours on the fun fair hoping to get something nice for lunch but found the menu quite limited. We opted for the chicken burger (x2) which was very dry and had no flavour, one of our party had the beef burger which was overcooked and another had sausages which were also well overcooked. It actually looked nice from the outside and pictures we had seen since it's refurb a few years ago made it attractive and it does look a nice place on the inside and the counter staff were friendly and polite but the food just isn't good and the chefs/kitchen staff just glare at you whilst your eating which is very off putting.

We waited 25 minutes for 4 rounds of toast on a relatively non busy day , and when the toast eventually arrived it had zero resemblance of toast , but 100% resemblance of bread and butter … at 1 stage we required about our toast and the person went off to ask about it , but never returned . Won’t ever be spending money in there again … as I write this I notice the next question on this review is “ how much did you spend “ I’m struggling to understand the reason for this question quite simply because it has zero relevance to on quality of food nor time waited !

Ordered, honey glazed ham, chips and beans with two eggs. I got dried up crunchy ham with chips one egg peas and salad. Strangest meal I've had for a long time. Would not recommend, have alot of staff on but have no idea what any of them are doing food took over half an hour to recieve.

I have been here a few times now and enjoy it every time. The cakes are so fresh and so reasonably priced. We also had their afternoon tea. This is only done on some occasions (Mother's Day), and you have to book. The volunteers are always so friendly and have so much local knowledge, which was lovely to talk about, being from the area myself. Also, by visiting here, you are helping a much needed charity

I had a wonderful lunch here yesterday, after a lovely lady gave me a £20 voucher. I ordered a jacket potato, with cheese and to be honest, I wasn't expecting anything special from this very cheap establishment. Imagine my surprise when along with the potato, came a large plate of salad, which took care of my 5-a-day veg requirements, in one go. The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly, I chatted with several of them, as I waited for my food. I will definitely be eating there again.

We found this place by accident after the "dog friendly" West Beach cafe wasn't so dog friendly. It is actually at an hospice and it raises funds. Staff are lovely.... so friendly and the food is great and great value. Highly recommended

A nice spot a bit of old Wales, and some nice Northern Soul/Scooter ephemera on the walls I suspect Jack? is a fan. The breakfast is a very decent size for the price and everything cooked to perfection-will do fried slice crust if you want it. Coffee very nice, obviously looks after his old/all customers. I will return. Friendly and welcoming.

We called in for breakfast at Scrappy Jack's cafe in Abergele after leaving Llandudno, what a wonderful cafe, no fuss, sensible prices, good service, friendly staff. It is a Scooter themed cafe, some 🛵 reminiscing for us, small but welcoming. Early July 2024, 2 full English with coffee, less than £12, Well Deserved 5 stars. Thank you.

This review is for the Corner Cupboard's amazing home delivery service. It's simple, inexpensive and best of all - the food is delicious! It's a small company so the same friendly driver delivered lunch to my Mum ( in her 90s) for years, after she became unable to cook for herself. The menu changes regularly, lots of favourites to choose from, and even requests for "small portions" accommodated. When you think of the frozen home delivery options available, the Corner Cupboard is a total life saver, and I'd recommend them to anyone thinking of getting their lunches delivered. They helped keep Mum living independently for years, and deserve a medal!

Hard working team of people there. Owned by fiona and Craig who are lovely. Great food and a community treasure sending out meals on wheels to elderly and vulnerable people in the area. Their drivers are lovely people who care about their clients welfare and go out of their way to make sure people are OK. Dog friendly with an outdoor seating area.

FABULOUS food at this cosy cafe in Colwyn Bay. We eat here twice a week ... good selection of food from salads to paninis. Gorgeous English breakfasts to pasta and impressive sandwiches. Or you can just have a slice of their artisan toast... doorstep thick!!! Nice soups, jacket potatoes and yummy cakes. Real coffee machine too! All food made fresh to order. Can’t recommend it enough, just off town Centre in Winnnstay Road, opposite the new council offices. Not open at weekends.

Myself and my partner came for a glamping weekend, so we googled where to go for our breakfast save us cooking - never again!!! We came due to reading the reviews but we were left very disappointed. We came away with regret really we should have spoken up and let them know. The food was such a let down, it was literally a plate full of grease there was a lot of oil on one side of the plate which put me off my food to be honest, the eggs were covered in it. It’s actually put me and my partner off a cooked breakfast now to be honest. We might as well of just thrown £26 into the street such a waste of money. Wish we had of gone to brewers fayre now. If your a biker and love a greasy cooked breakfast this is right up your street

This is the second time i have eaten here, while waiting for my tyres to fitted in the garage up the road. The breakfast is lovely, the service is great staff are really friendly. The place is spotless. I highly recommend paying them a visit. I will definitely be back.

Ate here this morning with my husband and baby. Food was alright, the eggs were my favourite ,the ladies running it and the man were lovely. They were making a fuss of the baby,friendly and really chatty, it was lovely to sit and eat there in a peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend!

First time here following recommendations from family. Nice spot away from traffic and a great menu too! A very nice full Welsh breakfast with a cappuccino set me up the day. Lovely fresh eggs! Highly recommended.

Lovely and very generous Sunday roast. The cafe had such a nice atmosphere. They even made an off menu vegetarian burger for my wife who didn't fancy a roast dinner. One to remember

Called in for tea a beautiful location very reasonable prices open to 4pm staff helpful ,looking forward to returning with friends to taste the Menu.

Saturday afternoon had lunch service was great even though it was extremely busy.. So decided to have a fully breakfast before a long drive to London.w arrived a few minutes after a party of 12.i thought I'd be waiting ages.but no had a hot . lovely breakfast served by very friendly ladies..in a timely manner considering they are cooking fresh to order...amazing little gem of a place.

It's only saving grace was the chips. The rest of the food was awful. From stale teacakes to rock hard edges on burgers and barely warm undercooked pizza. There is also a very limited menu. I came away with a churning tummy and I can eat most things. However the staff were lovely

Food was excellent. Staff were friendly. Also dog friendly which was very good as we had 2 dogs with us. Thank you so much Sam we will be back soon xx

Lovely cosy little cafe, the hostess is a wonderful lady full of smiles, she treated us like family. Food was blooming wonderful, I can't praise this place enough.

Wonderfully friendly cafe. We had the all day breakfast, everything was cooked fresh to order and was really tasty. Very dog friendly too.

Really tasty full English breakfast and a really good price with hot drink included. The coffee was really good and strong too. We will be regular here from now on.

A very lovely cafe that also sells newspapers and other things. Very friendly feel to the place and great service. Prices are reasonable and food was perfect. I enjoyed my breakfast and the coffee was really nice.

Recommended this little place by the holiday let we're staying in glan Conwy, best breakfast in North Wales, the food is cooked to order and the lady running the place is lovely!
