This was the worst experience of our St. Moritz trip. We (4 women) were asked three times for our ID, which we showed directly and were told again and again that we would soon be allowed in. After waiting two hours at the front of the queue, we left. During these two hours, Italian guests were repeatedly pushed past us, even men who behaved very unpleasantly. It would have been so much fairer to say no straight away and not keep us waiting for hours. It was also my birthday. Really bad.

4.5 Apologies ahead for the medium quality pics and the bad angle. Food was very good and the service - the same people as usual - very friendly and attentive. Very enjoyable meal and lovely how the refurbished the whole place.

Very nice club. We had a lot of fun. -1 star for the cocktails menu. Aperol Spritz is an aperitivo, not a cocktail. Thirty-five francs for an Aperol Spritz (more than a Negroni) does not make sense.

Traditional atmosphere. Good food. Not a good serving service. Lobster Tagliatelle was delicious. Wine pairing was nice too. But I did not like the service. I went in a bit earlier than dinner time (around 5:30pm). I asked a waiter if they are open (google does not have hours info) and he asked his manager and then they let me go in. I was the only customer from the moment I went in until the moment I went out. But they gave me the table at the corner of the room which was unnecessary. Also, for the whole time I was eating food, the manager was busily walking around the room to prepare the dinner time. Of course, I understand that he needs to do his job. But other waiters were at least conscious that I am there and actually they were kind. But the manager waiter completely ignored me and acted like no one was sitting and eating there. Such gesture and behavior was very rude and mean. I understand that he wants to excel at providing service to the customer and that is why he was so rigorous to have a perfect setting for the dinner time. But I do not understand why I was not a part of that “customer group”. Also, if he excludes me from his customer even though I was a for sure his customer, I am not sure if he is working so hard for his customer or for the sake of working hard. Since it was a “proper” restaurant, I spend “some” money on my lobster pasta and a glass of wine. But the service and impression I had was neither “proper” nor “met the monetary value” I paid. He might be different to you. But he was like that to me. One note, other younger boys were kind.

Lovely dining room. Italian food is down stair and upstair serves pizza. Food is a bit salty for our taste. Staffs are nice. Good selection cookies after the meal.

We love visiting the Kulm Country Club for an apéritif on the cozy terrace! The location is very peaceful, the snacks are excellent, and the wine list is very well curated. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. We always feel very welcome here. Thank you!

Excellent place for drinks and meal! We went there for apero and dinner. Service was top notch, food was great, wine selection and recommendation were awesome. Totally recommended! No reservation needed for drinks, but please reserve for meals. It was full! We were taken care by an amazing Sommelier, David, a super attentive wait staff at the restaurant, Nicola, and an amazing wait staff at the bar that I forgot to ask his name was. Together, they made our apero/dinner experience complete. We ordered the special pasta of the day and lamb. David suggested us the food and wine combo...he was God-sent!

But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The pricing strategy feels completely disconnected from the quality of the food. We understand that this is an exclusive location, but charging 15 CHF for 10 fries (yes, we counted) is simply outrageous—especially when they weren’t even good. The sides followed the same pattern: 15 CHF each for portions that wouldn’t pass muster at a Migros restaurant, let alone a place trying to position itself as upscale. The food overall was average at best. Nothing memorable, nothing refined—just basic dishes dressed up with inflated prices. It’s no wonder the restaurant was barely a third full. With this kind of arrogant pricing, they’re not just turning away locals, but also savvy travelers who know when they’re being taken for a ride. If you're looking for a place that respects both your palate and your wallet, this isn’t it.

Came here with friends on a friday night and the atmosphere is like each time the best thing about this place. We had family style salad which is just an average classic, nothing special. And my friends had steak as mains and my friend and I ravioli. Again very average food. The steak was even a bit chewy. But always amazing atmosphere and service! Also the prices for what the food really is are too high. but nonetheless loving it!

In 2003 "la baracca" was apparently only meant to be a temporary premises on the edge of the Signalbahn car park. However, the rustic wooden hut has gained legendary status as THE place in St Moritz to go for its incredible lively atmosphere, great music, fantastic hospitality and very hearty food. The daily menu is written on a blackboard - there's not a huge choice but everything the 6 of us had, was absolutely perfect. And the 'wine list' is viewed by visiting a reimagined wardrobe where the current offering are displayed with price tags . . . . ranging from expensive to even more expensive. Booking is imperative and we'll DEFINITELY return next time we're in St. Moritz.

Very nice place for Dinner/Drinks - and so different to all those posh locations in St. Moritz. Becomes super crowded especially on weekends but it's worth it. Try to get dinner reservation in the second round (21:30) if you plan to stay longer.

4.5 Amazing place, great music from 22:00/23:00 onwards, everyone goes crazy. The by far funnest place I know. Food is very good and compared to other meals in St. Moritz of similar pricing. Wines are bit overpriced but to be fair it’s basically like a club in the meaning of everyones dancing. The prices in clubs would be a lot more expensive. 4.5/5

Very disappointed, we booked a month in advance and they didn't have a table for when we asked so they proposed another day. We accepted for two days later at 9:30 pm. We arrived at the restaurant on time, but the owner Max said he couldn't find our reservation not even apologizing for the misplaced booking. Letting as know that it would be better to go away and didn't even proposed anothet day. It is very unfortunate even if the restaurant is a bit claustrophobic and not a very nice place in St. Moritz nor clean, the food is nice and simple.

Simply the best place for a good time in St. Moritz! Great food, I personally always get the Carpaccio assado or the traditional "Hörnli" which is a plate with macaroni and meat. Usually after 10:30pm the music starts to get louder and the whole place turns into a party to "sing-a-long" songs from the 90s and 00s which we all know!

One of the best views in St Moritz overlooking the lake. Just walk to the Sky bar day or night and you will have an amazing experience. The view is simple stunning. The drinks are quite reasonable considering Switzerland and the views of the place. Got to try to experience.

No welcome, no greetings upon arrival, just sad angry looks that they have more people to serve. Roberto - the self proclaimed manager, has a severe attitude issue that does not represent correct hospitality. The other waiters were trying to help, but Roberto would shut them down. Cocktails are very poor quality. Taste like water and no flavours. Place is nice and service was good. Cheese platter was quite small.

unfortunately very bad service. the waiter who, while ordering drinks, just turned and left without saying a word .. when we asked if he had lactose-free milk or any other milk (almond, soy), we got the answer that it was impossible to make coffee with that milk and that they don't do that ! coffee was served to us without sugar and without a spoon, we asked the waiter for a spoon and sugar, the spoon was thrown on the table! horror! now we were and never again! I don't even want to talk about the waiters not speaking English or German (exclusively Italian)!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I stopped by at @ 6. I realize this is early but I wanted to go in and check out the vibe to see if I wanted to go back later. I had full makeup on, my hair was down but nice. Leggings with a great silk top and a good faux fur coat. I had fur boots on though, not heels. There was a doorman smoking like a fiend. As I approached I asked if they were open as it was early. I thought they probably were due to the music I could hear inside. He gave me a nasty look and said, “this is a nightclub’. I said, “I know, and I assume you serve drinks and that is what I want”. He then informed me to, “go to the bar down the street’. I have been to great clubs from Monte Carlo to New York, and everything in between and have never been addressed like that. I would advise to stay away. I went to the King’s Club later that night and they were really great, it is a super fun place and much nicer than this one with the rude, obnoxious staff. Stay away!

Not a brilliant dinner experience. Probably something was wrong in the kitchen, maybe the chef was not in a good mood or ….However the food was mediocre, especially the price quality ratio, far to expensive for the served quality. The waiters were trying to do their best understanding well that the food quality was not on the Langosteria level.

We have had the pleasure of going twice this season. Both times the food was outstanding, once the service was perfect the second time it was okay. The fish is absolutely perfect and so are many of the pasta dishes.

The food is nice, the gnocchi from the picture - I'm not sure about the name of the dish - very good, if you don't know what to try this is a great option👌🏽 Everything else is also delicious, only the desserts are honestly not the best, although maybe the expectations were too high considering the others the dishes we tried... Good food, the best truffle pizza! But the service wasn't great, specially for the price you pay for the food. We had to ask for our coffees 3 times and for the bill twice, even after stating we were in a hurry, they took their time.

The latest hotspot of Sankt Moritz! We expected much, knowing the Langosteria from Milan and Portofino. Needless to say that we were not disppointed. The location speaks for itself, overlooking Sankt Moritz and it's surroundings. The restaurant underwent a complete make-over and the result is fabulous. Isabella and her reception team gave us a warm welcome, we had a wonderful table on the terrace, the food was excuisitly prepared by Chef Mimmo Soranno and his crew. The wine-list features many good wines and of course focuses on Italian ones. We had a wonderful Saturday afternoon and surely will be back asap which for us is quite easy, living just 2 hours away.

We went there the ambiance was nice but the manager Mateo was very rude to us and disrespectful. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Otherwise it was ok . The tea was nice.

Great informal restaurant within the Kulm’s hotel portfolio of restaurant serving revised (but non only) British cuisine with an international touch. Beef Tartare and generally great Irish meet at is best. Great friendly but attentive and precise service. We loved it and we will be back.

I visited Sunny Bar during my week stay in St Moritz and was so impressed I ended up going twice!! Food is delicious! I highly recommend the Scotch egg as a starter and Sole for a main… absolutely beautiful flavours! Service was fantastic as we were greeted with smiles all round :) Thanks to Head Chef Will and Restaurant Manager David, we will definitely be back!

Set in the heart of the Kulm hotel, the sunny bar is a little gem in St.Moritz. Giving a cosy atmosphere coupled with the great front of house team it’s very easy to feel at home. After many visits the food never fails to impress from the best stakes I have had this season to amazing focaccia that couples every meal, I thank all the chefs. Overall it’s a perfect place for a relaxed evening of dinning. It’s just a pity the don’t serve Guinness.

We were at this wonderful hotel for 5 days. The best is the wonderful and welcoming ambience at N/5 The Bar : magnificent service, friendly staff, food quality was great. A a big area with cozy sofas. You can feel an elegant atmosphere with a romantic vibe.

The bar was exceptional. Mirco , the bartender, is an exceptional professional with a remarkable ability to showcase his bar creations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the bar and the hotel.

We had cocktails here. They had a large menu and the staff was excellent. The drinks were delicious and they served an interesting snack along with them. We really enjoyed this place and we would highly recommend it.

Beautiful views. You can get there by train and cable for 89 chf. They have nice rum-punch and apple strudel. Recommend for visiting. Do not forget to bring your ski as well.

Burger and fries were basicly cold. The Burger is made with supermarket paddy and because it was not hot enough, the cheese didnt melt. The bread is also directly from the supermarket. Cannot recommend eating there. Maybe just go for a drink.

Had a feed with my wife at Bobbys tonight ordered beer, red wine, chicken wings, burger & chips, the service was amateurish, beer cold, wine decent,chicken wings great. Don't bother with the burger & chips might as well go to McDonald's or Burger King if you like that kind of thing and pay a lot less. Btw I don't care if people smoke but if it bothers you, go elsewhere

Place was empty at 7 pm on a Friday red flag, had Two beef barley soup they were ok , and two burgers, the burger there were still cold after they cooked them not tasting at all , and the service wasn’t the best once you get your food they do not come back again for anything refill or anything don’t recommend.

A lovely cafe in St Mortiz on the way to the lake. We don't usually go for an 'english' style bar whilst we are travelling, but we just wanted something small on our stop over in St Mortiz. The food was exactly what we wanted, a nice burger and cordon bleu. The waitress was friendly and attentive. If you don't want a full slap up dinner, then Bobby's was ideal. Good for watching the fancy cars go by too!

They have both a bar and a sit down area which both sell (different) food. The bar offers some seating, good music and drinks and the restaurant area offers sone wider variety of food. Make sure you pre-book if you want to eat at peak time in the restaurant area

The casino is really nice and cosy. The staff is welcoming and smiling all kind of guests. I liked mostly the bar zone and the gaming area. Also there is a nice tiny vip section. Really recommended also for a wide range of cocktails

If you spend your holidays in st moritz one of the places to visit is definitely the casino. Qualified and friendly staff, the bar is wonderful, I’ve never seen a reproduction of roulette as a bar counter. Positive experience definitely to visit at least once.

New space. Ridiculously small, cramped, and smoky. Based on the amount of money that rolls through this town, I'm shocked they didn't invest better in a much more grand casino. The people working aren't particularly inviting either.

Very small relative to a USA casino, but I was able to quickly get a seat at a $10 black jack table, which can often be hard to find in the US. They do not comp drinks and there is a $15 cover (although you get a $5 chip back). The bar has good drinks and slightly lower prices than other local places. Worth checking out if you’re in St. Moritz for a few days and like to gamble, but it’s not the Bellagio.

We meet the casino team on one of the biggest event in StMoritz the White Turf, they was there creating a perfect atmosphere giving gift and entertaining visitor with casino games. The ladies at the entrance are very unpleasant and unfriendly which spoiled the experience (unfortunately we can’t give 0 stars). Our waiter was nice though. Food was fine.

An uninspiring and unoriginal omakase that was supposed to be a special event with Chef Nobu for the gourmet festival, instead it was regular Nobu menu items that could be had anywhere. The best part of the meal was the wine.

We went in with high expectation, but the food was so bad we thought that this is a prank. First, edamame arrives that were not properly boiled, hard to get out of shell. All the food was very average - if it would cost 10€ per portion, I would not complain. But having a 50€ per portion for this is not normal. Baby spinach salad is simply salad from the pack mixed with some oil, lemon and vinegar. Maki sushi were the basic ones possible - rice and bit of fish in a nori leaf, messy appearance of the rolls. Tacos - fritted pastry with dry chicken. Overall - lowest price performace ratio ever. If you want Asian, our suggestion is try the nearby Hato which was much better. St Moritz has many more nicer places, where you will get much better food.

The food was phenomenal, but when asking for recommendations and allowing the staff to bring the alternatives they had for the recommendations she made, she took it upon herself to bring us the 7 most expensive dishes in the menu. It seemed somewhat abusive, although it was absolutely delightful food. It just seems like too much of a coincidence that her recommendations were not available, yet her alternatives were exactly the most expensive. I would have been okay if the recommendations were those seven dishes, but like this it feels a little dishonest.

Quite a typical modern-Japanese-Peruvian restaurant with prices a bit above usual. The dishes are quite primitive but satisfying combinations of fresh ingredients and Japanese inspired sauces. The waiters are extremely well trained but lack warmth and hospitality.

Well, the view from this place is fantastic! And the place itself is tastefully done and looks promising. ***** Little did we know that being seated on the music deck meant that we had to listen to obnoxiously loud street parade music. Worse, the DJ completely bastardized one of my favorite pieces (Bitter Sweet Symphony, The Verve). Considering the average age of clients was well over 50, I wonder if the business model is to deter them. Service was ok, not more. I would not go as far as the many one star reviews here, but it would help if the staff served the clients rather than play on their mobiles. I managed to avoid cardiac arrest when I saw the prices. CHF 9.- for a tea or hot chocolate and 46.- for a crispy chicken salad? The salad was not bad, but like the service, has room for improvement. I might come back, if I win the lottery or have the urge to get ripped off again.

The place is amazing and has an incredible view and atmosphere. The service was great, and the receptionist was extremely kind and beautiful! The DJ was good but a bit too still, maybe due the cold? Who knows… I would definitely come back! The prices are high, as everything her in St Moritz. Food is average.

Paradiso is truly a gem in the heart of the Swiss mountains, offering breathtaking views over the lake and landscapes painted in colors that feel almost unreal. The setting is chic and stylish, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas that create a glamorous yet cozy vibe. The staff is warm and welcoming, speaking several languages fluently — Italian, English, and German — which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. The food quality is top-notch: I tried their famous fondue, served in a pot with a mix of incredible cheeses enhanced with a touch of champagne. Delicious and memorable. That said, Paradiso is more about the atmosphere and the overall experience than just the food. It’s a place where you go to soak in the ambience, enjoy the views, and live the moment. Prices are definitely on the high side — our dinner for two came to over €190 — and don’t forget the chairlift fee, which is an extra €60 for two people. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in the mountains, this is the spot

Very hard to book during Christmas, New Year, 50 franc fee if no show up. Limited dining time with 40 franc per person club fee to dine in. The vibe is good and food was ok. Amazing view, worth a visit.

It all depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for a good restaurant with good food and service, this is not for you, go somewhere else! If you are looking for a daytime club in the mountains and you do not care about the food, this might be better for you. Unfortunately I was there more for the food than the club. The burger was very ordinary, they write in the menu that it is a smash burger, it is not, why write that it’s a smash burger?? The émincé de veau à la zurichoise is hard and chewy, that meat is very low quality, the spätzle were reheated in the pan and were dry and crunchy like chips. The grand finale, the chouquette was tasteless, there was not enough chocolate and the ice cream was low quality again with bottom shelve ice cream. So in conclusion, if you like getting attitude from the staff, you do not care about the food you eat, you have way more money than common sense, this might be the perfect place for you!! I will not go back.

Best place to ski

We took the series of 3 funiculars up to the top. Then we hiked down part of the mountain and used the funicular to finish. It was spectacular!

I d been skiing here my whole life. What can I say about my favorite mountain in the world? It may not have the hardest skiing in the world, but it’s huge, and it is beyond gorgeous. The terrain is varied, treeless, and anyone who skis this area wearing headphones is missing out on the majesty and solitude of experiencing these mountains: the crisp crackle in the air, the sounds of almost nothing except the wind blowing. In summer or winter there is no place on earth like Corviglia.

Perfect slopes, well groomed pistes, much snow, big part of year is sunny... The slopes for intermediate to good skiers... I think not for beginners... Good restaurants to take break and have lunch or dessert...Much places to take nice photo or video... Ski pass for some expensive but you come to world famous St. Moritz and you must prepare for that prices...Sometimes so much skiers but area is big enough and you have much spaces for everyone...In the break put sun cream on face and seat on many terraces and relax... All recommendations for skiing and vacation👌

Beautiful walk from Corviglia to St. Moritz by foot on winterwanderweg. We have been here with two dogs, the track is easy, with magnificient views to Silvaplana, Samedan, Pontresina and of course, the lake. There are benches on the foot track. Highly recommend this trip!!

Hiker: please take care, as this place is mainly organised for bikers - and many of them never read some rules reminding in article 1 that they will have to share the trails with other users, including pedestrians... And it is not sure that those electric bikes are so environmentally - friendly. Astonishing: around Corviglia, some paths, indicated on the Swiss map, are FORBIDDEN to pedestrians, and reserved to bikers.

We’ve been clients of Mathis from when Father Mathis was the boss, which was a different era. Every year we eat there at least a couple of times. This time we had a misunderstanding about the reservation and the entire staff including Mr Mathis himself was SO RUDE that we are extremely offended. The service quality has gone down and the regulars are less and less his clients. I am upset and will not go back.

The location is fantastic, the outdoor terrace seems the center of paradise. Environment attention to detail. Qualified and professional staff. Great food. What about...everything perfect

The renovated room was nice. Historic hotel with nice architectural details. I have to agree the orange yellow psychedelic lobby carpeting was a strange choice and would be best replaced. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle to and from the station. 20 min walk to town.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Switzerland. The property has a beautiful Victorian-style aesthetic that adds a touch of elegance and character to the experience. Everything was impeccably clean, and we especially appreciated the comfort of the bed and high-quality bedsheets — it made for a perfect night’s sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A lovely place that we would definitely recommend and hope to return to!

I am very delighted and satisfied from the whole service, extremely polite staff and their immediate reaction concerning a necklace, which I have forgotten there. The breakfast, location, free shuttle and mostly the automatic piano in the lobby were nuances which made our stay even more wonderful. I am really grateful and recommend the experience in Reine Victoria!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s an old historic building, but beautifully renovated, stylish, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and varied 👍🏻. A special thank you to the staff for their attentiveness — they surprised me with a birthday greeting, which was truly heart-warming. Loved the hotel and the decor! So so unique and beautiful! Just wish I could have stayed longer! No air conditioning, but no issue - it was so cool inside I thought it had air conditioning. Loved!

The main part of the hotel is 150 years old but it has been tastefully modernised. There is public transport nearby but the hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the St Moritz train station. It's worth booking the shuttle bus with reception.

Hotel rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The staff at check were friendly and helpful. So far we are enjoying our stay

Live music was great, the crowd was lively and even dancing on the tables. Only downside is that you are able to smoke in the bar and given the small space it gets very smoky very quickly. Other than that, it was great with well priced drinks, even compared to the bar down the hall.

If you are a cheese lover then you should try the cheese fondue in this restaurant. The pizza was really tasty especially the one with the zucchini and pesto. The waiter Irena was helpful and suggested for us what to order.

Broad selection of local food, in particular pastas and meat, embracing the taste of the Graubunden Kanton and the very close Valtellina. We opted for a carpaccio with porcini mushroom, very juicy and tasty, and grilled Chateaubriand with vegetables, very delicious and well accompanied by a bernaise sauce. Few details Might have supported the 5 stars: 1) carpaccio was well presented, but a bit complicated to eat (putting together all ingredients). 2) The Chateaubriand was perfectly cooked and served medium/rare but, being served in 2 times (it was a generous piece), the slices served on the 2nd round turned overcooked while being kept warm, and changed taste completely. Desserts (a colonel with William peers spirit and a lemon sorbet with wodka ended a very enjoyable meal. Place is very elegant and if you are curious, ask the waiter to explain the history of the cartoon portraits on the walls, a piece of history and tradition of this long historical restaurant.

We went for dinner on a Saturday night just after 18:00 in Ocotber and it was not very busy. We ordered the basic cheese fondue for 3 people. It had a slightly sharp taste which I quite liked but my partner thought was a little heavy for her taste. It came with ample amounts of whole wheat bread which we got refilled upon request. We ordered a bottle of simple slightly fruity and sweet wine which paired nicely with the fondue and had dessert afterward (all of which were a good portion). I ordered the black forest cake which I found to be too cream heavy and lacking cherry or chocolate flavour. The others ordered the sorbet and nusstorte which were quite good. The wait staff were attentive and polite, and I liked the rabbit themed decor. The prices were a little bit high but not ridiculous in relation to other restaurants in the area, and it did not seem like a tip was expected upon paying the bill.

Terrible service, for the price we were paying, we would expect better. Staff seated us dropped the menu and just walk away, not a single sign of kind hospitality. Ordered still water and it never arrived, salad first came with wrong dressing but he noticed it so I guess it’s ok, waiting time to clear plate was more than 10 mins and waited for the last clearance and ask for the bills was more than 15 mins (water which never arrived was in the bill) and he never checked on our table not even once.

The food was very good but I've not tried enough of the menu to give them 5 stars. However, the service and atmosphere was impeccable and deserve 5 stars. The food and drinks are very expensive but so far everything in Switzerland 🇨🇭 has been. The experience was worth the price.

This restaurant is in the Steffani Hotel and is one of our family favorites. The Beef Tartar, pictured here, is made table side and is one of the best I have had. The wait staff are always very attentive and energetic and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Give it a try if you are looking for a fun (and not too expensive) night out with the family in St. Moritz!

Took 30 min to deliver the dish… ( it’s spaghetti come on… ) and every dish tasted … worse than your school cafeteria. Bread came on cold as well. Only plus is that it has a gluten free option and good environment . I ordered spaghetti, penne was served. Pricey as well.

My recent experience at the Dracula Club in Saint Moritz was, to say the least, disconcerting. Invited to a dinner with a group of distinguished individuals, I expected an evening of elegance and fun. Instead, I encountered a very different reality. The cost of the dinner was significantly high, a detail that could have been overlooked had it not been for subsequent events. After dinner, on the dance floor, an incident further disturbed the evening. A "life member" of the club, a man in his 55-60s, inappropriately lifted a young woman, spinning her recklessly on a crowded dance floor. In doing so, he struck my companion in the face with his leg, stunning her. The "life member's" attitude after the incident was wholly inappropriate. Instead of sincerely apologizing and showing concern for my companion's well-being, he reacted aggressively and disproportionately, almost seeking to provoke further tension. The situation was exacerbated by the behavior of his companion, who had the audacity to accuse my companion of drunkenness, despite her having just been hit. This unpleasant experience was exacerbated by the total lack of adequate security, an element I consider essential in a frequented and lively venue like Dracula. Moreover, the club's staff was detached and not inclined towards courtesy, a stark contrast to the hospitality and professionalism I have experienced in other establishments in Saint Moritz. In conclusion, the arrogance and lack of empathy displayed by the "life member" and the staff at Dracula are unacceptable. This venue, once a symbol of exclusivity and fun, now risks losing its prestige if immediate measures are not taken to improve the selection of members and the quality of service. Saint Moritz will remain in my heart as a charming destination, but as for the Dracula, my experience ends here, with the certainty that it is now devoid of the charm and respect that should characterize an establishment of such reputation.

I went there on July 22nd 2023 for a "jazz concert" which was included in the Sankt Moritz Jazz Festival. In terms of cost vs. quality this has been probably the worst concert experience in my life. The "concert" had nothing to do with jazz, it was an unknown Swiss beginners' group which played something which seemed to be world music and which had nothing to do with "real" jazz. The price for the "concert" was incredibly high (100 CHF per person) and absolutely unlinked to the quality of the "concert" (just to make a comparison, recently I spent 120 € for a top seat in Arcimboldi theatre in Milano to assist a wonderful Pat Metheny's concert). Even if the concert was not late the restaurant was closed so you could not even eat some cold food (making, once again, comparison, at Blue note Jazz festival in Milano or at Jazz festival in Ascona or at Blues Festival Luzern you can enjoy wonderful concerts while tasting very good food). I will visit again Engadin (I go there from Italy at least 4-5 times a year, I really like those landscapes) but I will have nothing to do in the future with the Dracula Club (it is a joke, not a jazz club) festival) and with the Sankt Moritz jazz festival (it is a joke, not a jazz festival)

We went to Hauser, Flaminia was fabulous. She is very beautiful, was working alone at the bar and despite the stress of working alone, she served us extremely well and was super nice. A guy who was not wearing the white uniform was extremely rude and impolite. It was at 17:00 on April 6th 2025. Super rude! The food options are very little, but the atmosphere is great, I live here in St Moritz and had guests with me, but the treatment from the guy disappointed my guests. Again, Flaminia was SUPER!

Lovely vibe for some drinks and a dance!

I stopped here with a large group (10 or so) to have a couple drinks and had a very good time. Located right in the heart of St. Moritz, the bar has a good selection of alcohol and is mostly protected from the wind. The location is great for people who love to people watch. I would recommend stopping if you are in the area.

We asked for water, which never arrived. Both chose the hamburger, which was very disappointing especially for the price. Fries were good, as were the affogato and the truffles and cookies. The draught beer was nice but the first glass of pinot noir had a lot of sediment. It was replaced readily but the second glass wasn't great. Overall very disappointing.

Worst customer service I ever got! When something goes wrong, they tell you it’s your own fault and act really arrogant. Drinks are too expensive for this bad experience that you get here. Would always recommend every other bar in St. Moritz.

Food is good, but not outstanding from others — under the reception of “another Michelin in Switzerland “. The coconut sorbet with Caviar is impressive. Some waiters seem to really want you to order wines.

Great food . Great waiter service. Only horrible thing is this arrogant hostess who claimed that the other two empty tables are reserved for customers who made reservations much earlier . While our reservation was made by Carlton hotel concierge 2-3 weeks ago :) Until we left dinner almost near 10pm , those two tables are still empty , and the restaurant closes at 11:30pm . Michelin 2 star restaurant is not only rated by food , more importantly the service and experience!

I’ve eaten at roughly 15 Michelin star restaurants… including multiple 3 star restaurants. This is the best. It is seriously amazing. I feel like some restaurants have flavor and some have presentation … Ecco has both. I can’t recommend it enough. This is a foodies paradise. I am shocked that Ecco doesn’t have 3 Michelin stars. It is worth every penny. Top 3 meal of my life.

I do not recommend this restaurant ! We booked a table . Went to Google map says - the restaurant is not working ! Dialed the restaurant - no one picked up the phone! Of course we were afraid to go there if it does not work. In the evening they withdrew money from the card without warning. They had our phone number - no one was interested in why we were not there? Please change the days of your work on the Google tag so that people can get to you for sure! At least they would ask if something happened to you, that you did not come.

From food to wine to service, everything was fantastic. My partner and I enjoyed every dish and highly recommend this place (we did their tasting menu).

Beautiful museum, with gorgeous views of Lake St. Moritz. We went on a rainy day in St.Moritz and really enjoyed the visit. Segantini was VERY talented and lived an interesting life.

Kinda of a small museum. Well displayed. I don't know how much work he produced. Quiet a few maybe 20 here. On your own 20 minutes, with an audio guide give yourself an hour. Right next to bus stop line number 2.

A unique architecture for a very iconic artist. Enjoy the visit and I recommend you take some time to listen to the audio guide and get into the details of the collection.

Museum showing the history, life and artworks of Giovanni Segantini, even though it's a small museum, it still shows a lot about Segantini with his work and information given through via the audio guides they have available.

Wonderful museum that houses some of the most important works from Giovanni Segantini. It is really impressive how this artist was able to create light in some areas of the paintings, pictures doesn't do it justice.

The most beautiful restaurant in the mountains of St. Moritz. The view is simply breathtaking. The service is excellent and the food is a real pleasure. Perfect location to celebrate something. Overall good atmosphere and decent food, but some dishes were just mediocre. Not great value for money. Decor and ambience is top, but the place felt somewhat lifeless as there were many empty tables. The sushi we had was nice and so was our other starter (Croquettes). Perhaps if we had stuck with sushi, the place could have gotten 3 stars. The purple gnocchi with octopus was disappointing. Flavor was bland and uninspired. The octopus was chewy and didn’t taste of much. The mains were good, but too simplistic. While the fish itself was fine (although some pieces were slightly overcooked), the presentation was mediocre as both dishes just came with a few slices of grilled vegetables. Also, the amount of fish on each plate was very different. The orange teriyaki salmon was a much smaller portion than the mixed grilled fish plate, despite having the same cost.

Very kind staff - they were able to fit us in on a whim and then treated us like we were family. We ordered 2 apps and a small portion of the meat pasta to split and it was more than enough. One of the best Italian food I have had. We have been to more than 150 restaurants in Europe since 2019 including two trips to Italy. This is a family run restaurant and certainly the spaghetti I had was the best I have had. Service was excellent.

We were almost tempted to order desert just to see what CHF 25 worth of berries looked like, but we were eager to get somewhere else to eat before other restaurants stopped serving lunch. In case you were wondering if maybe the service made up for the bland food and outrageous prices, we waited so long for our food that we ran out of water shortly after the dishes came, and I practically had to throw myself at a waiter to get another bottle (no sparklers with that one either). Oh, and I wrote this whole review while waiting for them to bring the check. Here’s the pro tip: the wine prices looked reasonable at first glance (CHF 13-20 per glass of some decent looking whites and rosés).
