My rate: 4/5, 8/10. Recommended! Food: in general the food was fine. It's lovely to see your food freshly made by the chef. However there were some things that I disliked. Our pizzas were too sweet because of the sauces (triple white spinach & tipo tosto). Knoflook focaccia would be better if the chef put less sea salt. Price and portions were decent. Staff: friendly and kind. It would be nicer if they were more attentive as we sometimes had to search for helps. To sum up, it is a good restaurant to visit for everyone. The menu is big so everyone can find what they would love to try.

We hesitated about Goed Proeven since only bar seats were left. But the bar ended up being perfect. We had front-row seats to the pizza oven, watching the chefs throw together pizzas, calzones, and flatbreads. We skipped the carbs and went straight for grilled chicken with tzatziki and a beef skewer with kimchi. Juicy, flavorful, and the yogurt + pickled carrots cut right through the richness. Chef was really nice and knows how to make us feel special with a small dessert to try and I also love that when I had a little cough, he immediately brought over water. 10/10! Also nice that they rotate menu once in a while so I was happy to come back and try different dishes.

The portion size is a bit to small for sharing and the pricing is suited for a full a sized portion. At first the waitress did not gave much attention to our table, at the end the amount of attention was fine. The service personal is polite. The ambient looks nice, but the cleaning of the bench was not done (yet). There were crumbs of bread and foods leftovers on it.

We’ve ordered a selection of 9 dishes here for a romantic dinner for 2 at home during the lockdown. Unfortunately our order via their website didn’t come through correctly so it wasn’t ready for us at the selected time. They apologized and responded quickly however and had our order ready in 15/20 minutes. Everything comes in handy and isolated containers. After walking home through the snow for 10 minutes the food was still warm. The portions are of a good size (with 9 dishes we had ordered too much for just the 2 of us). The quality was top notch as we’ve come to expect from this place. Would definitely recommend!

It was too warm inside in my opinion. It took ages for the food and drinks to be served and it wasn't as cozy as I expected it to be. That said, the staff was amazing; they were extremely kind, patient and honest. The food was amazing, especially when you consider the prices. If you're looking for a simple dinner or lunch I recommend going here. I also think this place would be perfect for a business lunch/dinner. The menu has choices for everyone and the atmosphere is perfect to talk business.

What a bad service!!!!! With a group of friends on July 1st (national heat plan code orange - avoid the sun) sat on the terrace at Goed Proeven. First table was dirty and unfortunately the tree was 'dripping' - so to the table next to it (from 208 to 209). Unfortunately this was in the sun. There were still many tables free in the shade but the waitress did not allow us to use them (these were not tables for 6 people.....?). According to this lady it was also warm inside because the air conditioning was not on (12.30). After our meal we fortunately went inside on our own initiative for coffee and dessert, it was wonderfully cool and at a nice round table. I'm afraid I am really very very negative about the service on the terrace at Goed Proeven!!!!

Great restaurant, Spanish food and taste in Arnhem :) no need to travel far to enjoy real Spanish dishes! Some of them I find even better than I get in Spain! Staff super friendly, food brought was crispy fresh!

Perfect Spanish restaurant for a fancy yet casual dining experience. The food was great, although the portion sizes were on the smaller side. I would really recommend the berenjenas and chipirones. And for dessert the crema catalana was exceptional.

This place is verry cosy, and offer a variety on biological beers,juices and other drinks. while the menu is a little shorter than what you would expect at the average restaurant, the prices are fair and the food is delicous, with ample vegan options amongst the vegetarian, I really enjoy the walk in concept of not having to make reservations!

The food was decent, though I would suggest enhancing the tomato sauce in the pasta dishes, as it lacked a standout flavor. That said, this restaurant is exceptionally family-friendly, offering kid-approved options like Nutella pizza and even featuring a children's playground on the second floor.
