Each element of the cake was well-balanced, making it a delightful treat. I would definitely come back again.

The cakes were some average some good. The black forest was very nice. Tea portions were minion but nice quality and taste. There was more cream than cake and the alcohol taste was strong. The sweetness level was just right, but I would have loved a hint more of vanilla in the cream. A nice typical German spa town cafe. I needed espresso, eggs, bread, cheese and cured meat for breakfast and found it all here! Next time I would stay here.

Very friendly and quick service. They were kind enough to let me try three flavours as I found it hard to decide on one. Portions are also generous. Good to take your family to. Ice cream itself is okay. If you’re coming from Berlin, it’s nothing special. The black currant was good and the dark chocolate was better than the other chocolate flavours I tried. Found the flavours I tried tasted more on the artificial side and the ice cream had the melted refrozen texture. Good value for the portions though. Two large scoops in cone came to €3.

Huge choice of flavors, very small price, good quantities, tasty ice cream as good as when I was in Italy, and quick employees that also speak english ! STOP THERE ! You won't regret it promise.

This is one of our favourite place whenever we go to Karlsruhe. The gelato is very nice. We always face a long queue to get our ice cream.

Despite many negative reviews about the cafe, they gave me what I needed, and I was totally satisfied, so I dare say that their coffee was drinkable, and croissants were digestible. Why do I give them 4 stars if they deserve 5 ones? The answer is simple. They were able to speak very basic English. But in terms of coffee no one says that they were wrong.

The cake and coffee was average. The coffee was not hot at all and did not served my purpose of having it.

The backery is part of the Baden-Baden train station, the coffee was great and the selection of cakes, sandwiches was more than I would expected. Wide open space, plenty of seats to have your coffee. The bathroom is next door part of the train station.

How can you possibly open at 8am only on a Sunday, when you’re in a train station? Over 10 people outside would’ve loved a coffee or some pastry, while the company is missing out quite some turnover. Every other morning they’re opening at 5:30am. Not the most clever business operation.

Super expensive. 19% added when eating in. So when I try to avoid waste, I pay more. Sorry but that's a no go.

The older lady with glasses was very rude!! Only for the younger more friendly staff I would have walked out she needs to be retrained customer service

They should probably change the name, because it's the furthest thing for Italy I have seen. The food was not terrible, but looked nothing like the pictures, the prices on the menu were wrong, and the waitress was very unprofessionel. Looked as though we were a pain in her butt for being there...

far from a nice icecream shop... they use the cheapest quality for the ice cream. Really dont recommend. Maybe they should just stop it and give the place to someone else.

Not a bad experience, but the crepe was the blandest I ever had. The crepe just didn't feel right and even the chocolate had no taste. It was quite expensive for a crepe, and even more for that quality.

They told us we couldn’t pay with credit card until it was a “German” credit card… looks like someone doesn’t want to pay taxes…

Cool place to have a coffee. Jyst had a coffee there and it was good. Dark and creamy as I like it. And the atmosphere, you really feel like in Italy. Nice staff and efficient by the way.Thanks

The most delicious cakes and pastries in Germany! Napoleon, Medovik and Syrniki are my top). The interior is stunning and “Instagramable” 😉The service is also excellent. The fact that we purposely drive here from Stuttgart (100 km) says a lot! So, highly recommend )

Really the best cake service in Baden Baden region. Not only beautiful but they take pride in the flavours and freshness! The cake was made on the day and delivered pre our celebration. Evgeniy was super kind in describing all the option. The price was very reasonable for a custom made cake.

The cake was perfect. Exactly as we hoped to be for my sons first birthday. The taste is amazing, packing and delivery was swift.

A bit of a walk from the busy center but the place delivers! Delicious desert (had a merengue roll) and coffee. Most importantly the service is fast, friendly, accommodating and with a smile - what a stark contrast to the majority of the overrated patisseries in Baden-Baden.

**Cash only ** Tasty Gelato, nice service, good prices. Tried the Baccio and the pistachio gelato’s and they were both very tasty. The waffle cones are made on the property, but I felt like they weren’t crispy enough like I’m used to. Cost was €1.70/scoop and it’s cash only. Recommend visiting them.

The overall presentation was poor, and the service was unfriendly. I ordered a spaghetti ice cream, but it was smashed and lacked flavor, texture, and presentation. The quantity was poor for the price and varied by customer. They were out of stock of basic supplies such as whipped cream. The product was not worth the price, and the service was poor and unfriendly. Additionally, the staff failed to use hygiene gloves and handled food, including hazelnuts and waffles, with their bare hands. They would handle food and then go back to playing with their cellphones.

Holy smokes, their waffle cone is incredible. It’s got this browned butter flavour and chewy texture like a stroopwafel. Ice cream is also excellent. Had the raspberry and lemon, which was tart and full of fresh berry and citrus notes. Also sampled the black currant which was very good. It’s 29 degrees out and the ice cream was clearly a bit melty, but I don’t mind that. Ate it quick. Two scoops and a waffle cone came to €3. Very reasonable. Cash only.

Great ice cream ! I really enjoyed it, especially cassis-flavoured ones were done super well! It would be helpful, however, if they accepted bank cards...
