Really good!! So decadent and satisfying. I heard the chocolate chip walnut cookie is the thing to get and it did not disappoint.

I was honnetly a bit let down by Levains. I just felt the cookies were not balanced in flavor and not a texture I enjoy. The magnolia was doughy, not goey, and didnt have much of a savory note and the oatmeal was the same but even drier and didnt have much oatmeal in it.

I got one chocolate chip walnut cookie and one s’mores cookie. Both were really good, and seemed like they were baked recently. I also got a cold brew coffee which was very acidic. This made it hard to drink, I ended up throwing it out.

This is a clean, spacious and welcoming bakery, which boasts terrific products. Despite its elegance, it simultaneously offers a down-to-earth feel. My friend and I dropped by there a couple of months ago, in the AM hours...it was about 9 AM on a Sunday. And I'm sorry that I didn't get the name of the young lady at the front who served us, as she was very sweet and professional. Yet with that said, the main takeaway here is not actually their ambiance, vibes or even lovely staff members. The main takeaway, Cookie Monster, is their SWEETS!! LOL They make and sell absolutely wonderful, and I mean *wonderful* cookies. : ) Sure, they are pricey, but treats like this should not come cheap. Because, from my limited lived experience (yet speaking as someone with a true "sweet tooth"), they're the best in town. These decadent cookies melt in your mouth. And, from what I can taste, no amount of butter is spared in making them. They are 100% goodness, with goodness being an understatement! Delicious cookies! Big, soft and full of flavor. Prices are great and the place is very pretty. I ordered four cookies, three dark chocolate chip cookies and one adding peanut butter. They were awesome, my family and me loved them! The location is really good, and the staff was nice. They have a variety of options to choose. A must go! Keep it up. ☺️

I went to Mason Pickle on the Upper West Side with a friend, and we thought we’d try a little bit of everything—which, in hindsight, may have been a mistake! Their portion sizes are insane. Honestly, just one mac & cheese could’ve easily fed two people. We ended up ordering the pull-apart bread, egg & cheese sandwich, mac & cheese, and French toast… and could barely get through a few bites of each. Everything was rich, buttery, and very delicious. Not exactly light, but definitely satisfying. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the egg & cheese sandwich. It was way too greasy for my taste. Just a heads-up: if you’re hoping for a quiet brunch and easy conversation, it gets really loud. But if you’re in it for the food, you’ll leave happy.

We were in town attending the Ryder Cup and was recommended Maison Pickle by someone. We were able to grab a reservation easily for that same night. Once we got there the place was so cute. We ended up sitting in a small upstairs balcony area over looking the main restaurant. Our waitress was great, food was great and vibes were even better! They had a great music playlist going Sunday night and we sang about every song. 3 of us had the steak frites and another had a French dip. All delicious and the garlic pull apart bread was a great starter! Finished our meal off with the 24 layer chocolate cake! Can’t recommend this restaurant enough and we were so happy to find it ourselves! We will definitely be back on our next trip to NYC.

I’ve come here multiple times and can confidently say the food does not disappoint. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area, plus the portion sizes are huge! I can typically turn one entrée into 2-3 total meals, especially if I share a starter first. Sleeper hit: the d’olived eggs.

So we came here hunting for chocolate layer cake but they were out. Probably for the best as we had stuffed our faces with the amazing garlic and parmesan pull apart bread and some deviled eggs. We got French dip sandwiches and the French gruyere frites with bacon. The food was really top notch!

Came for dinner and had an absolutely fantastic time! The garlic and parm pull apart bread was insane - shocked how delicious yet airy they were. Tabitha took care of us and was extremely attentive and made our night! She let us know we could split our French onion soup and helped with recos on what to get — like the Oreo ice box cake which was not too sweet.

What a great brunch place! The food was great, fresh and tasty! The French toast was sinful! The place was packed at 1:30 on a Saturday (so it was a bit noisey) but died down a bit around 3:30pm. The wait wasn't long and The food came out quick. I had an feta and spinach omelette and my friend had the patty melt and next to me someone had French toast which looked like it had the works on it! Portions were large! Service was fantastic! I'll be back.

Overall Maison Pickle was good. Solid, tasty food and good bang for your buck but nothing extraordinary. French toast was a bit dry and one of the pieces of fried chicken was super chewy. The omelet was tasty! And the pull apart pumpkin bread was yummy!

First time at Dough on a friend’s recommendation, and it didn’t disappoint. So many flavors that it was hard to choose, but a staff member helped me pick the Nutella-filled doughnut—fluffy dough, rich filling, not too sweet. I’ll be back to try more flavors.

Dough Doughnuts never disappoint. They are larger than regular donuts and are super flavorful. They have everything from classic glazed flavor to Mango passion fruit. My favorite is the Cafe Au Lait donut. Very rich in flavor. There is no seating. They have a couple of tees for purchase. They also sell hot and cold drinks. Definitely a get in, buy what you want, and get out situation, since it's so small in there. The donut tasted fresh, moist. Not stale at all, even though it was late afternoon.

Vegan donut options! It’s hard to find a vegan donut place with fluffy non-baked textured donuts. This place had 5 vegan ones to choose from. It was recommended we come before noon in case the vegan ones sell out, but you can call ahead and ask for them too (which is a great option, but we just went in before 11am and took the risk). These donuts taste like and have the texture of proper donuts. I got the cookie crumble chocolate filled donut, the passion fruit glaze and the plain glazed donuts. It came to $20 USD for all 3 large donuts. I’ve only eaten the filled donut so far, but it’s AMAZING! The service was also fantastic and the person serving us was super helpful and personable. Great service and vegan donuts. This place is for take-away, so there’s no seating area.

Amazing donuts! We got cinnamon sugar, hibiscus and chocolate cocoa nibs. They are the most light and fluffy donuts. Great flavor and so pretty. The server was so kind and fun. We are visiting from Seattle and had a fun chat! Definitely try them out!

This was definitely a great find so kudos to my wife for scoping this place out. When we arrived, they were just about to begin restocks but the worker was so nice, he helped take our order anyway and get us out in seconds. The cool thing was that what my wife wanted was one of the items they needed to replenish and he quickly grabbed her a fresh new donut so she didn't have to wait 10 minutes. I went simple and got a cinnamon sugar donut. And oh my, how delicious it was. I would have loved a little more sugar, but it was filled very nicely. It also had such amazing fluffiness. I couldn't believe how massive the donut was. Highly recommend trying this place out. All their donuts look so great!

Holy moly, these things are incredible! My wife stumbled upon this place while hanging out at the Today Show plaza. We have looked for vegan food and snacks while in the city but Dough Doughnuts was not on our list. She brought me back a couple and wow, so good, best vegan doughnuts I've had... and I've tried a few. They're huge, like I have a big mouth and it wasn't easy. Definitely not eating a doughnut with a fork and knife. The texture is spot on, taste was excellent, and super filling. What a treat, if you're vegan and looking for something sweet, check this place out. I have tickets to Six at 2 PM today. I might be snoozing through the whole show. These doughnuts are going to get me later. Oh well, doughnuts are more important than some show anyway.

I don't know what to start with... Great service. A big smile on the other side of the counter, and helping us to choose. We sat to eat and have some tea (which I highly recommend instead of coffee) and we had the amazing opportunity to talk with the owner! Chilled down to earth man that shared stories and pictures of this tasty endeavour of his. The dough is lighter than any other I had in my life and the strawberry is just PERFECT. Apple and cinnamon was the second one and last but not least: the everything with cream. I can say with my heart we had the best donuts in NYC. Absolutely amazing food and a fun atmosphere! We actually have reservations at the time's square location but showed up at the wrong location and the staff was so accommodating and were able to get us seated within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this particular location, you will not be disappointed!!

I booked a table at the Serendipity 3 Upper East Side restaurant for dinner on my wife's actual 60th birthday this evening as we really enjoyed our last visit there 10 years ago for her 50th birthday. Although we arrived 20 minutes earlier than our 5:15pm slot that I'd booked online, we were shown to a table within a few minutes. There's very little space between tables in the very small & cramped restaurant, so don't expect any privacy as we could clearly hear and follow the conversations of the diners on both the tables either side of us. Our super friendly server Randy asked if we were at the restaurant for any special occasion and my wife told him it was her 60th birthday without realising I'd already put all this in the 'what's the occassion?' section of their online booking form. He also asked if we had any allergies, which again I had already said we had none in the 'Any allergies or restrictions?' section of their online booking form. So clearly the servers don't see or don't bother to read the information provided online by their customers, rendering it a complete waste of our time!!! The birthday girl had the American cheeseburger with fries, which was OK. I had the Grandma Holt's fried chicken sandwich with a pot of tea. The fried chicken was a bit dry, the bun was a bit stale and I found the fries to be a bit too salty. My wife was really looking forward to the superb peanut butter cheesecake dessert we enjoyed sooo much on our last visit. However, it was no longer on the menu so she had to settle for the Ultimate Creme Cheesecake, which came with side servings of hot fudge & strawberry sauce. Our fabulous server Randy put a candle on the top of my wife's cheesecake, lit it and encouraged everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday, which made her feel special. Whilst we were dining in the restaurant there were 4 other people celebrating their birthdays as well. There's a photographer at the restaurant now, who went around every table taking photographs of customers and returning later trying to sell commemorative prints, which I found a bit tacky and touristy - not something I'd expect at a high end restaurant. The decor in the restaurant looked very tired and we certainly didn't enjoy our meal there this time, compared to our exceptional experience 10 years ago. I feel sadly it's more of a tourist trap now, feeding off the embers of its former glory days, which have long gone. We didn't have any alcoholic drinks with our meal and I left feeling the $100 we spent there could have been better spent in one of the hundreds of exceprional restaurants in NYC for the special occasion of my wife's 60th birthday.

The place was cute but small. Its more for children is seems. Food was just average. Like any fast food place. We went to just experience the place. The ice cream floats were amazing and the frozen hot chocolate was yum. Price was good as well.

Extremely fun for a Nightcap. Helps when you love the movie that featured it....but it was just an overall fun experience that c takes an adult back to childhood. The sliders, fries, and frozen hot chocolate were all wonderful.

It was my first experience at Egidio Pastry shop of September 7th during Ferragosto Italian festival. I had a cappuccino that had a nice flavor. And I ordered a cream horn, that had an amazing filling and a wonderful taste. I also got a half pound of biscotti's which have a wonderful taste to them. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again to try the other amazing pastries on display.

The cookies are all fresh and delicious but came here for rainbow cookies or ‘tri-colors’ and they didn’t disappoint! I started with three and ending up getting 10 more to go share with the family.

Very disappointing. The pastries were soso. One was hard, didn’t seem fresh. Fillings were soso. Wasn’t worth finishing. Ordered a cappuccino it was lukewarm, but delicious. The rhum pastry tasted like watered down rum. Looks are deceiving. :/ I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop here.

Egidio Pastry Shop 622 E. 187th. St. Bronx, NY 10458 Chocolate Mousse Made with chocolate cream and chocolate hazelnut bread, the cookie crumbles added a nice touch because it gave it that slight crunch. It has a smooth creamy taste, but my only critique is that I prefer to have this type of dessert chilled. There is an adequate amount of table seating, but it is tight.

This such a great place to stop and grab a hot chocolate, a coffee and some pastries during the holidays. The service is great and the atmosphere amazing. The workers are so nice and polite. Me and my family had such a nice time.

Spontaneously stumbled into Gino's Cafè because the cannoli in the window looked amazing. And wow, they were! Filled freshly in front of us, perfectly creamy and crispy. But the sfogliatelle are the real gem here: a pastry that is notoriously labour intense, here made to perfection - perfectly flakey on the outside, with a great cakelike filling. It brought me more joy than I dare to admit. If I would live here I would go there every week and I would die a happier- and heavier - woman. Grazie mille!

The rumors are true. Super friendly owners who chatted with me about the history. And they had just (today!) released their opening day Yankees Cannoli Cookie! So tasty, warmed chocolate chip cookie topped with cannoli cream and then further topped with a mini cannoli. Impossible to beat, and the food was all delicious

The cannolis here might be the best cannoli I have ever had and the owners are very welcoming like other reviews mentioned! I ordered 5 large cannolis and I wish I had ordered at least 5 more to take home to my family in Boston because the first five were too good to save any and bring home, they were all eaten within a day!

We ordered latte, taste was so bad by itself. Can’t even describe. Floor is dirty, on chandler Is dusty. There was not a lot people inside and the food was so mush earlier than drinks. Food was with chocolate, so be careful when you ordering. For example in sandwich they put chocolate inside with chicken. Ketchup was with chocolate. 18% tip was already included. For this type of place it was so pricey.

Visited the Chocobar out of pure curiosity. A lovely hip little spot, with an inviting and friendly atmosphere, complete with an amazing staff line up. The drinks were incredible; perfectly crafted with hints of their signature chocolate name sake. The foods were delicious and expertly presented. The only flaw I found was with the Avocado Toast. Boasting cured bacon with eggs on a slice of brioche bread, it was overly salty. So much so that I it was uneatable. However, that was the only minor blip on a perfect dinning experience. Also can’t forget the live Latin music, played at a level that is pleasing to the ears and pulled the overall experience together. To ensure you secure your dinning experience, make sure you reserve your table ahead of time. While they do take walk ins, it’s a small space that fills up quickly.

My family and I visited Chocobar Cortes today! It was our first time there. Originally, we were looking for a smoothie or shake place. Then, we ended up ordering food here. While the food was good, the customer service could’ve been better. Only two out of the four employees were pleasant. My family and I will be back. Hopefully, the politeness increases by then.

Here are my 2 cents about my visit to chocobar cortes. My girlfriends and I made reservations for Sunday brunch. The place is cute and the service was great. The staff worked together to make sure food came out together, quick and hot. However, I must say, the chocomartini was weak, not much liquor, it tasted like a frozen frappé. I think some of the food items are overpriced. We ordered the picadera, and for $27, we got 2 empanadas, 2 tostones with carne asada, 1 small suruyo, and 1 small alcapurria. We also ordered chicken and waffles $25, but we didn't get chicken, we got "nuggets" for that price I was expecting at least one real piece of chicken or one chicken tender, not McDonald's nuggets (not tasty at all). Overall, the atmosphere is nice, the service is great, and the food was good, but please consider serving real fried chicken with your waffles.

Awesome place! The arroz con gandules and empanadas de camarones tasted like my mom's food. Yummy!! We had tacos de mofongo with shrimp, pancakes, French toasts (breakfast all day!), hot chocolate (delicious!), and chocolate latte, and we ended up ordering food to go. To top it off, Javy (the waiter), was awesome. We highly recommend it.

if you love chocolate, this is a great place to go! i had the chocolada and it was soooo yummy! if i were to go back, i wouldn’t order the french toast again. also, the chicken tender size did not meet my expectation for the price but as for the environment it’s a nice brunch spot, the music/vibes are amazing and the staff that work there are so kind and helpful!

Great atmosphere and great vibe. From the moment you walk in the restaurant, to the moment you enter the restroom, the decor was absolutely fun and funky. We didn't have a reservation; however, the owner/manager (?) was friendly and kind enough to give us a table. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded when we went for an early lunch. The food was tasty. From the chicken sandwich to the French toast and waffles, everything was mouth-watering. I ordered the chili hot chocolate (oooweee, this had a great amount of heat and it was so good!) Temperature-wise, my hot chocolate and the food could have been a bit hotter. Overall, this was a cool restaurant.

Great place for fresh bread. So many different flavors to choose from. Came here for the olive bread. A little salty. Generous amount of olives. Semolina was delicious. Went with one of those large black and white cookies for a late snack.

I would come here if only for those rainbow cookies. Old school Italian cookies, which reminded me of my childhood bakeries. I love these simple cookies...pairing those sesame crusted Regina cookies with some coffee in the morning may not be the breakfast of champions, but it will feel like you're winning in life. I just stopped by Madonoas's after a few years of not passing by as a young teen and it's still the great service and nice people as always. I picked up some cookies for my son and wife and some great bread as well.

Bread is great. Services is great. But owners try to get richer much faster than past.. All wheat, walnuts,cranberry and even gas, rent prices has increase..but not this fast. But prices has jump in certain product 80% Walnut bread jump from 5.00(2022) to 6.00(2024) to 8.00(2025).. Did enjoy this bread for decades..but I am done with non stop increase of the prices..

This place was great! I came here for the cannoli and I was not disappointed. 10/10 highly recommend stopping by. My wife got some cookies. I’m not a fan of cookies but they were ok. I just can’t stop thinking about that cannoli though. Wish I could run back and grab another one.

ARTUSO SPOILS EASTER I ordered a traditional Pizza Rustica for Easter from Artuso online for $29.95, plus shipping = $34.95. I received it and opened the box revealing a very small pie which didn't bother me as ingredients, especially prosciutto are expensive. I cut a slice out of the pie. Where was the prosciutto? Nowhere. Just some tiny meat flakes spread few and far between leaving me with a plain ricotta pie, sans meat. There were also flecks of green in the pie. Damned if I knew what those were. The final straw was the moisture-challenged texture of the the filling which was bereft of any type of grated cheese. Dry. I emailed the folks at Artuso about the problem and was basically told, 'too bad'. They cheerfully declined a refund. Should have been labled "Meat flavored" like any other bogus food that's trying to squeak by as the real thing. Wasn't even meat-flavored. I've had pizza rustica from bakeries everywhere. Some had lots of meat, some had little amounts. This is the first time I witnessed one with no meat. Meanwhile, it was Easter Sunday and the local bakeries were all out. I would give Artuso zero stars if I could for misrepresentation of product and awful customer service. DO BETTER, ARTUSO'S

Artuso’s has been the source of the best cakes for my family’s birthdays. They are right around the corner in Little Italy, and the way they present the cakes are marvelous. Here are some of the cakes they made for my family.

Wow, this place was amazing! I was surprised to learn this is the only location. I live in Harlem, so it’s a little far for me, but it’s definitely worth the trip. The prices are great, and the bakery items are delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back one day!

My partner and I have been a regular here for months now. In the mornings, we get their coffee (available hot and iced!!!) and pastries. Sometimes, in the afternoon, we get their choco milkshake. Our favorite pastries includes croissants, mini canolis, tiramisu, and cherry cheese or guava danish. Folks behind the counter are helpful. The owner is friendly. Service is adequately fast. Coffee and the pastries are affordable. While in their busy hour, the line can get long, we don't mind waiting because being inside the store itself is exciting (looking at colorful, tasty looking pastries and cookies & feeling like you are part of history of Little Italy in the Bronx). this was my first time trying Chip City cookies and I’m positively surprised! The cookies were sweet, gooey, and just perfect. I got the chocolate chip, blueberry cheesecake and reese’s peanut butter blast cookies and all of them were great (although my favorite one was blueberry cheesecake). Also employees were patient and friendly 🖤🍪

These are not your regular cookies, these are the best cookies in town. They are big, chunky, freshly baked and they taste like a little piece of heaven. There are 13 flavors in total yet they do 4 different ones each day. There is usually always a line outside no matter what time but it runs fast and they are worth the wait. Each cookie is about $4.75 each or 3 cookies for about $14 total. Small place with big flavors. My favorites are oatmeal apple pie and chocolate chip. The oatmeal one tastes like a perfectly baked apple pie, with the right amount of sweetness, so soft and so delightful. Now as a chocolate lover, the chocolate chip cookie is just perfection for me.

The cookies are always great but what stood out the most at this location was SPENCER. He was extremely welcoming, engaging and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!!

Oh what a shop to be in!! I love this cookie shop!! Their cookies are so damn good. I cannot tell you how great they are! They cost a tad bit more than a regular run of the mill cookie but I promise, they’re so good. My favorite is the s’mores cookie. Metered parking is available but you can’t sit in the cookie shop. The customer service is excellent, my server was super friendly and helpful. Pre-ordering is also available.

Ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies. Not impressed at all. Needs to be sweeter saltier and chewier. It tastes too dense, crispy and doughy somehow all at the same time. It’s also entirely way too large. Idk why certain establishments are obsessed with making these gargantuan cookies but then forget to focus on the flavor and texture. Like thanks for the value but it still doesn’t taste great. You’ve only accomplished giving me an even larger mediocre chocolate chip cookie. Insomnia Cookies is better than this place. If you want an actual good chocolate chip cookie, go to Culture Espresso or 7 Grams in NYC. THAT is what it should taste like. Even LeVain is way better than this if you must have a baseball sized cookie. Unfortunately, I am still searching for anything decent in my neighborhood of Astoria. Why is this so damn hard to find? People trying way to hard with the simplest of cookies smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

I ordered a soccer ball theme cake and a sprinkle cover cake for my brother and A hello Kitty, rainbow and cotton candy cake my sister and they were both amazing super full of flavor and perfect for family events and small groups. There were plenty for everyone even seconds. The ordering process was super easy and they were very easy to contact. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious and stress-free cake experience. Can’t wait for the other custom cake. So glad I found a cake store in the Bronx. And for my brothers seventh birthday, they did amazing cake. I try a new recipe and it was so good. I just wish they kind of put less of the frosting and more of the actual cake but it still taste so good. And here are the few pictures that was on the window ant the store and it looked amazing.

Conti’s is the absolute best bakery in the Bronx! I’ve been going to Conti’s for the last 6 years for all occasions. They are prompt with responding to cake quotes, and they make sure to listen to what you want in your designs. I needed custom cupcakes in 24hrs and they made it happen! I was searching for a bakery to make my son’s 3rd birthday cake and my co worker recommended Conti’s. It was as easy as going to their website, uploading a picture of the cake and requesting a quote. They responded quickly and the price was reasonable with the option of delivery to my home. It was quick, easy and convenient. I was so pleased with their service and the cake was made perfectly. Exactly how like the picture I uploaded online. And can’t forget the cake was delicious! Everyone loved it.

Cozy spot. I ordered a small chocolate cake and was told it was no good bc it was frozen. So I ordered a red velvet. Gross. Spot is chill. My friends had coffee they said it was good. I won't return. I'll stick to Artusos

Excellent cappuccino, perfect for a dip of their excellent biscotti. I love coming here with the kids because they have little pastries that mean your kid is not eating his/her weight in sugar but feels like it's a nice treat. These are the most delicious pignoli cookies I've ever had (almond with pine nuts on top) and are very expensive because they are only with almond flour. Be warned not to have price shock with those.

This place was pretty good. The service was the highlight. They did a great job interacting and answering questions. I especially liked the packaging they put your purchase in. However, for 7.50 the little cup of creme brulee I had was meh. The top was a little on the bitter side and the bottom wasn't even solid. Too runny for my taste. My son had their chocolate milkshake and said it was great though. Very nice display and store layout. Worth a stop though. Please give them a try they have a large selection as shown in the photos. More like a great cafe than just a regular pastry shop. Amazing large collection of pastry (over 40 options at a decent $20 a pound price) along with gelato, great taste, ample seating and friendly staff. There is a $10 minimum for credit/debit card payment though. Great place to meet up or go for a snack as a group. They also sell coffee beans. I got 7 mini pastries (av $2 per piece) and all of them were pretty good, especially the chocolate eclair, walnut brownie, neopolitan pastry and chocolate cannoli. The chocolate cannoli had a chocolate shell both inside and outside, keeping it quite crisp. The hazelnut gelato was pretty good as well. The shop is also quite historic and was opened in 1925.

Morrone’s Pastry Shop & Café 2349 Arthur Ave. Bronx, NY 10458 Cartocci This Sicilian spiral shaped donut is coated with sugar and filled with ricotta cream. I wish there was a tad more ricotta filling. Otherwise, it was love at first bite.

Visited this place for the first time while on a trip to the area. Sad to say it will be our last visit to this place. We were far from impressed with the taste of the baked good. Everything looked delicious but maybe it’s just not what we’re used to. The only thing I liked was the cannoli. The shell was fresh and crispy and had good flavor. The cream puff I had was tasteless and the shell was hard and seemed old. The cookies we got were soft and cake like not crunchy as I feel they should’ve been. My kids had the cartocci and said it was horrible and tasted minty and ended up throwing them away and based on the description I didn’t feel it should’ve tasted minty. The service was fine and the young girl was friendly. And for the one box of stuff it was $40.

Not so great for the money. I purchased cannolis. Each side had a dot of filling, the filling had no taste. The tiramisu tasted alright. This forcing taste like Italian bakery but more like Spanish , diabetic. I’m taking it back.

Came here with my daughter on mother's Day and they were insanely busy. The ladies behind the counter were so incredibly busy and each and every one of them was so polite, friendly and helpful to the customers. I know this because I was on line over half an hour. The coffee was amazing and the pastries so fresh and delicious!! It was worth the wait! Can't wait to come back. Deserves 10 stars!!

So many delicious pastries it's hard to decide!! I was in heaven here! They are very nice, tables to sit and enjoy if you want a coffee and pastry. We did both, ate a sweet bite at a table watching trays of delights coming out fresh from the kitchen. They have beautiful cakes for any occasion and we took home a bounty of pastries. Every bite was heaven, I'm just sad cuz we ate them all! Me and my mother stopped by here and bought 2 carrot cakes. One was with nuts & raisins and the other was plain. Both lacked flavor tremendously. The icing is overly sweet and the cake literally has zero flavor. It’s very unfortunate because someone told us about this place but never again.

Lloyd’s Carrot Cake is the place to go when you’re craving rich, flavorful cake—but keep in mind, it’s strictly grab-and-go. There’s no seating inside, so it’s best for picking up a slice (or a whole cake) to enjoy elsewhere. We tried two slices of the carrot cake—one with nuts and raisins, and one without. Both were delicious: moist, dense, and full of flavor. For the best texture and taste, let the cake sit out until it reaches room temperature before eating. They also offer other flavors of cake if you’re not a carrot cake fan.

They’re my number one choice for whole cakes or slices! I was near this location and decided to get me a slice of carro! I also ended up getting a pineapple layer slice which is delicious! Wow, was I happy to go there! The staff is friendly and chatty! The space is comfortable and clean! This is my first visit to this location and not my last!

MOLD ON SLICED CAKE- I ordered one slice of the carrot cake (w/o raisins or nuts) as a birthday treat for my partner on Uber Eats. When it arrived, the slice had noticeable white and green mold spores on either side of the slice. Uber did not let me report this as a food safety issue either; I was only able to get a refund if I claimed it as “stale” which was NOT the problem. Will not attempt again.

I love carrot cake so there was no way I was going to miss this stop at Lloyd's. Our first couple of bites seemed promising but overall their carrot cake was average at best. We ordered a slice with nuts and raisins. The cake is very moist and dense which I loved. And I always love nuts in my carrot cake for texture. But there wasn't much complexity in the flavor. There wasn't much spice to it, a bit plain though not overly sweet. The cream cheese was a a little off ratio to the thickness of the cake, thought it was good and pretty sweet. I also ordered a German Chocolate cake slice and that was a total miss. It was just as thick and dense as the carrot cake slice but so dry. If there was more frosting perhaps in the middle, that might have helped, but the icing was a bit sparse as well. Customer service in the store was transactional, but standing right outside was a man who was friendly and said, "It's so good right?" Appreciated his warmth and friendliness though unsure if he was a customer or affiliated to the store. There are a few other cake options to choose from and you can buy by the slice or whole. Plenty of people love Lloyd's so they must be doing something right. I just didn't love it as much as I thought I might.

The best cake and best carrot cake in New York City. Fresh, delicious, made to order, family owned, and has become a family tradition but also a neighborhood favorite. The 10 inch cake is plenty big for a party or 10 people, the 12 inch cake can serve around 20 people. It’s that big. Delicious frosting, and can order with or without raisins. Custom writing also available for all cake orders.

The absolute best carrot cake you will ever have. Worth whatever distance you have to travel to get this cake. Doesn't matter how far you have to go, don't even consider getting a carrot cake from anywhere else. Amazing!

Went in for some ice cream this week and was very happy with my choice! The Cappuccino crunch ice cream is delicious! I will absolutely be back.

Went for a chocolate cupcake that was filled with Nutella and the cupcake was extremely dry. It tasted more like a dry muffin than a cupcake. The Nutella was the only good thing about it and I can purchase it myself and buy a box of Betty Crocker and I'm sure it would taste much better. Very underwhelming and disappointed.

The pastries here are ok not the best. The cupcakes were dry and the frosting tasted like it came out of a container. The cannolis were good. The rating is lower than I would have given, but the attitude by the manager or owner when a question was asked was horrible. Definitely a few better options in the area. One and done for this place. Usually give a second chance, but the attitude is a turn off.

Went back today for the first time since the pandemic hit. Again, Teresa was so sweet. Her St. Joseph’s pastry and cappuccino were delicious. Also bringing home more treats. Thank you, again! Been coming here since my stepmom took us to this spot over a decade ago. One of The Bronx hidden gems for the scalding hot seasons or just to satisfy that sweet tooth with a lot of homemade pastries. This multi-generational family own spot is 10x better & more affordable; than a certain ice cream truck that is overpriced to its remaining customers and only takes cash payment.

Sal and Dom’s went above and beyond in creating the perfect cake for my bridal shower! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, turning my vision into a stunning reality. The book-themed design was breathtaking, with intricate details, delicate florals, and elegant gold accents. It was truly a work of art! Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was also fresh, moist, and absolutely delicious. Every guest raved about both the look and the taste! This place has been around for a long time, and it's slowly declining. I gave it two stars because their Tiramisu is delicious, but their cookies are like rocks with sprinkles. I spent 2 dollars on a large sprinkled cookie. I went to take a bite and I could have cracked a tooth. I banged it on my kitchen counter and it barely made crumbs. The cookie remained close to intact. Ask the girls behind the counter how long the cookies have been sitting there for before purchasing. My mistake for not doing so. If they say the same day, then they must use too much baking soda. Save your dentures or veneers folks! Be wary about them cookies.

INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, HOSTILE! The cake collapsed and so did the professionalism. What followed was the most condescending and defensive interaction I’ve ever had with a business and that includes the the baker, Carlo writing me scathing emails accusing me of being “prejudicial and dishonest” for sharing my own experience! I had to block him because it was basically harassment and deflecting with performative victimhood! I ordered a birthday cake that collapsed before it was even cut, had the wrong filling, and was slathered with an overwhelming amount of whipped cream. It was inedible. I politely emailed with photos, explained the issues, and brought the cake back in person. While I was given a refund, the owner Carlo chose to hide in the back instead of apologizing face-to-face. Initially, he told me on the phone that my initial 5 minute review “kept him up all night,” but showed zero concern for how he ruined our celebration. Rather than apologizing outright, he lectured me on “cake physics,” talked over me about how long his bakery has existed, and blamed the issue on the cake not being “cooled in time”, a problem he knew about but still sent out. He even claimed maybe my family just doesn’t like sweets, completely ignoring the fact that the cake didn’t meet the order specifications and fell apart. What pushed this over the edge was his unhinged follow-up emails, where he doubled down instead of showing an ounce of accountability. He falsely claimed I lied, completely misrepresented the facts, and painted himself as the victim, all because I dared to post review with photos after receiving the refund. The refund was never contingent on me removing the review. To be clear, I decided to post this review because of his aggressive disrespectful behavior afterwards. His version of professionalism seems to be rage emailing a customer for telling the truth. The elitism is also hard to ignore. When I first came to place the order, the woman at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor just by taking it. Her tone only changed when she realized I knew the Westchester nail salon she snobbishly name dropped. The way this bakery treats people varies depending on your name, your background, and whether they think you belong. Just check how they respond to reviews, polite and courteous to some, defensive and rude to others. A refund doesn’t excuse poor service, condescension, and public gaslighting. I’ve been a customer here for decades and expected more. If Carlo had simply apologized sincerely and handled the situation professionally, this review wouldn’t exist. But his arrogance and lack of accountability speak louder than any cake ever could. My advice? Spend your money somewhere that respects both the occasion and the customer. This place doesn’t.

Very disappointed with the cheesecake we ordered for our daughter's birthday. Initially we wanted the 10 inch and were told they would only be able to make the 7 inch. Now that I've had the cake, I wonder if this was because they didn't have sufficient ingredients. The texture of the cake was not heavy and dense as cheesecake is expected to be. Instead it was light and crumbled very easily....similar to what you would get from a regular vanilla cake. The taste of the cake was also off. Are they trying to scam their customers? This was my first time ordering a cake from Sal and Doms. I decided to go with them because this is where my other family memebers have always bought their cakes. This will certainly be the last time.

The cookies are delicious and well enjoyed. However, the tiramisu was disappointing, especially for an Italian bakery. Barely there coffee flavor, dry lady fingers and although the frosting was nice, the cake was mostly frosting so after a few bites, it’s sickening. Lots of other cake options are available so I’ll give them another try and pick up some more cookies while I’m there.

This bakery has been in the area since I was child and from their boxing it says 1956. I recently went to pick up 2 sets of cookies and 2 Flans for the Thanksgiving dinners I was attending. Both houses loved each of the things I brought. The workers are very polite and thankfully the line was not long at all like some other bakeries I've been to in the Bronx.

The little girl in the front needs to be trained. Her attitude shows she doesn’t know how to do customer service. There is no reason why i should have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for slice of cake that is already made and prepared on the counter. Just needs to be purchased. This is not my first time in here and i know i used to use tap to pay they literally still have the machine) the little girl in the front going to tell me they never took card. Granted, they do have a sign up that says they only accept cash and ebt.. along with a qr code that brings you to their “app” (which is a WEBSITE - the manager tried to debate) i asked to speak to the manager since i was trying to add the slices of cake i was purchasing to my cart online, it kept giving me an error message. I asked the girl if their website is working and showed that i was receiving the error message. The manager comes out front and grabs a binder out with different forms of payment the store accepts. He asked if i wanted to pay with zelle or cashapp. If these are options, WHY DID THE GIRL NOT MENTION THAT IN THE BEGINNING OR JUST HAVE THE INFORMATION POSTED. That was so stupid.

I was really disappointed with the service I received. The staff member who took my order seemed really annoyed and rushed to take my order. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted and sent the photo to the number provided as she requested. When I arrived to pick up my order, they initially couldn't find it, and once they did, the cupcakes looked nothing like what I requested. The decoration looked very amateur, rushed and unprofessional and they didn't taste much better. Honestly, the decorations on the cupcakes seemed like something a child might have scribbled. I can’t believe I paid for such poor quality.

Recently ordered a cake from Ubereats. I was so happy they actually had full cakes available. I was able to have them write something on the cake as well which i loved. I ordered candles with my cake and that didn't arrive. I asked for a Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake looked absolutely beautiful. I loved it. The cream cheese frosting was NOT good at all. Tasted like horrible butter cream or something. The cake was good but the layers are thin so there's no missing the nasty frosting. I will give this place another try soon. Maybe try some of the smaller items or buy a pie or something. I'll def stay away from the cakes for now.

It's in need of a deep cleaning 😩 and the ice cream cone has to be changed I went there to buy ice cream for the first time it wasn't busy, and both employees were restocking and making online orders, but the male employee noticed me immediately and greeted me with a smile, unfortunately they didn't have most of the popular ice cream flavors that I like. But this restaurant was dirty with drinks, marks on the table, sticky floor, the wastebasket dirty very unsanitary! I bought my ice cream and I sat down but not very happy about it. The ice cream cone wrapped paper has glue to stick it together, not safe if a parent doesn't look carefully while their child is eating the ice cream cone.

I came to pick up my kids graduation cake that I preordered online. Entered the store employee tells me they left my cake outside it was ruined. No call no email no text. Just that someone left it out. Horrible would not recommend this place waiting to hear back from customer support for full refund

The ice cream is good(that's what the 3 stars are for!). But the service at this location isn't as good as the ice cream. More often than not, you feel like you're being ignored. They see you when you come in but they don't respond to you. They finish their conversation with each other and when they see that you're determined to get what you came in there for, then they respond. If there was another Baskin-Robbins, I would go there. But there isn't.

I waited at the counter for 5 minutes and was ignored by staff attending to drive thru. Shouted hello, asked if they were open, even waved at the gentleman who walked straight past me and at no point did any of the 3 staff visible turn to address me.

Baskin Robins needs a major upgrade, from keeping up to date with their menu to a new decor and a customer friendly entry.. their entry makes you feel like you’re entering a check cashing place and not an ice cream shop! this location is no different from other baskin robins , limited choices of ice cream, and an outdated advertising menu.., good thing is that the staff are quite polite, especially when they have to apologize more than once on not having a certain once cream flavor etc

Clean establishment, unique ice cream flavors and they share the place with Dunkin donuts so you can kill two birds. I recommend the pumpkin spice pint.

I love a good bake shop. First time here, staff was very nice, the horseshoe cookie was fresh, I had a fruit tart as well.It was fresh and nice. I love the raspberries. The custard and crust was good, but not the strawberries, they weren't fresh . It's clean inside. New bake shop for me

I just went there to get something sweet after eating and I decided to get the Oreo cheesecake for $6, I thought “I love Oreo Cheesecake, it should Be good” I was so wrong. The cheesecake did not taste anything like Oreos or cheesecake just straight refrigerador and it was disgusting. Just wasted my money, my time, everything and the service wasn’t great either, the girl looked scared to serve me so if she knew the bakery items were old why would she still serve them? It’s disgusting, poorly managed business and clearly not fresh goods. I’d rather go else where.

If I could give the food a 0 I would, however, the girl serving me was very polite. The cake tasted and smelled like rubbing alcohol, not in a good way, in a cardboard sandpaper way, and hardly stayed on the fork. Don’t waste your time money or sanity. Just because it’s morris park doesn’t mean its good. This place should be condemned.

I’m not really a baked goods type of gal but was looking for someplace that sells cake and was open early around the area. I got a chocolate fudge cake and 2 different cookies. The employee there was quite helpful. She seemed to be the only one working. I asked for a cookie recommendation and she said she likes the cookie with chocolate baked into it. The chocolate cake with fudge is very sweet. It’s the type of sweet that you need a glass of milk with. Too sweet even for me. The cookies were ok - like any cookie you’ll find in the market. The cost of a cake and two cookies was about $22. I thought that was affordable and decently priced but then again, I’m not a pastry person so I wouldn’t really know the price range of this stuff. No credit or debit cards accepted. It’s a cash only place so I would recommend bringing cash. If you’re a first timer like me at this spot and don’t have cash on you, the ATM is available around the corner at the 99€ store.

I've come here for yogurt but this time I decided to order a cake for my Birthday and it was really good. Definitely recommend ordering a cake and I had my cool design on my cake which it was great.

For kids, a big variety and the kids can put themselves the ice cream and other add-ons. The place is not so clean, and the ice cream does not look good enough for me, as an adult, but the kids had a great experience and this was the target.

You lost a few customers by a simple rule of respect you lacked. We purchased our yogurts/toppings and with 25 minutes to spare before closing at 10pm on a Friday night, we sat outside on the chairs ready to eat. You saw we just started eating and we were told to get up out of our seats because you had to put the chairs and table inside. We ate in our car while we watched your staff kick out more customers right after they purchased from your establishment. And we finished ours before it was 10pm. If you want to close earlier- Change your time to reflect when you don’t want to deal with customers anymore.

I love this place, it has so many great flavors and topping options. But it recently has become very dirty and sort of smelly. There was candy and dirty footprints all over the floor and some pieces of hair on the check out counter. Everything felt very unorganized as well. Only one woman working there and she was very very kind. Who ever is in charge of this place please help take better care of it!!

Their place has had this terrible smell for YEARS. I don’t know how or why anyone has not cleaned it yet? This was awhile ago, but I went here with my family and a few cousins at night, and this guy at the counter was so rude for no reason. There were two other girls sitting there, who I assume were his friends. This guy, annoyed, asks my mom “How many off spring do you have?” Referring to my 3 young cousins, my brother, and I. His friends were snickering, more toward him than us. This guy is seriously trying to look “cool” and “funny” in front of his friends at WORK. It was SO unprofessional. He didn’t seem like he wanted to work here at all. It’s a shame because most cashiers and staff I have interacted were incredibly sweet, save for this guy. Never go to this place late because god forbid you meet this guy if he still works there.

I adore Menchies and the flavors they offer. However, the environment is not as clean as it should be. In addition, some of the staff (particularly the woman with the brown hair, two braids and glasses) are not the most polite or kind.

I like their frozen yogurt but more recently the place has gotten really smelly when you walk in. It’s also a little dirty. For example, in the toppings area the serving utensils have obviously been used across a couple of different toppings and accumulate them on the actual heads — which is fine but just swap them out from time to time. The young people who work the over the summer are friendly but seem to do the bare minimum. Lastly it’s somewhat criminal to ask for a tip on the close out screen at a SELF serve ice cream place. Even more offensive to have the people at the register always gesture that “something is going to appear on the screen” which is the only time they seem to even notice you’re in the store. Focus a little more on the basic operations of keeping the place clean.

Amazing experience with Woops! We had 60 favors made for our wedding. Communication was great with Pooja. All of our questions were answered promptly and the macarons were all packed up and ready when we picked them up. We got to pick out all the flavors and they were all delicious (we specifically did tiramisu, red velvet, dark chocolate, and cookies & cream with gold ribbon). I highly recommend them!

one of the few good macarons I've had. they were a little hard for me to find because I walked into the station from a different side and there weren't a lot of identifiers to punt me in the right direction. the staff was nice and friendly and the macarons were surprisingly good. there's such an assortment of flavors. would definitely go back when I'm in the area.

anytime I come up to New York our first stop is at the bakery. my wife, my friend and myself always get an onion roll and pastries. I live in Florida now and you can’t even get anything as close as what they have. The girls that work there are great. The next day I went back and they ran out of onion rolls, the day after I went back and they had two saved for me. How can you top that type of service in atmosphere? We make sure we go every day until we return to Florida.

LaSalle bakery has been around for along time. They still make the best jelly donuts and crumb cake. If you go definately try their jelly donuts! Been enjoying them for over 30 years.

If I could give 0 stars I would all the pastries taste old and taste like they were made a long time ago which I think they become the tres leche was expired and the milk was curdled and I didn't notice to till after the purchase.... Be better

It's very busy in the morning. I'm usually there between 7:30 and 7:45am. However, the staff moves efficiently and expeditiously. Occasionally they get my order wrong like asking for ice coffee and they give m hot.

This gentleman should not be working at the register or interacting with customers. His energy is consistently rude especially toward female customers even when the mistake is clearly on his end. If a paying customer points out an issue with their order, the right thing to do is fix it, not respond with attitude. This isn’t the first time, second nor third. It only so much rudeness people gonna deal with. Overall everyone else is great I never have any issues.

The latte was disgusting after waiting in a 10 minute line. I asked for a refund the man refused and then lied and said his manager was gone. Then I swapped the latte for a mini bagel and donut the mini bagel tasted old and stale and so was the donut and I couldn’t get my refund

They gave me molded bread when I ordered uber eats from dunkin donuts got my order wrong and I called and the Indian guy did not want to tell me his name so I can get a new order without being charged now I have to walk back to get new order unacceptable and I will be calling the health department not ok selling people old stuff

The staff is nasty the counter female snatched the money out my hand this morning and I promise if it happens again I'm catching a charge. They water down the coffee or serve you decaf when you don't ask. My coffee taste like shyt but I'm on the highway so I can't turn back around. This type of behavior is unacceptable either they switching what you brought to take the extra money out or something illegal is going on in there. Oh FYI don't get tough with me and be scared of the homeless guy begging for money at your door. When I go there tomorrow play with me if you want to.

Clean and well-lighted place. But certainly expensive. I guess it’s a brand name. But ordering a simple cone with a scoop for almost $7 and a blended regular milkshake for $10 is too much even for this city.

If I could give 0 I would. This business needs to update their time. I’m pregnant and had a crazy craving for ice cream. And it’s 8:55 pm the schedule says that they close at 10pm. And I tried opening the door an older man there with an attitude, signaled me that it was closed. Which doesn’t make any sense.

Shop is small yet clean. No seats inside. The room is nearly the space to line up, so we order to-go and finish it outside the door. Lots of flavor you can choose from, ice cream, sundae or milkshake whatever you want.

The male Indian server is the worst and bad for business he has an attitude and has no interest to make the customer happy. Also I have been in many locations and I get a specific ice cream which is the sundae regular I get 3 scoops but this location only gives 2 scoops for the same price.

This is the third time I've bought ice cream at this place and the same thing has always happened to me. The ice cream is melted. The first few times I thought it was because of the heat, but today it's not as hot so I think it's just a habit to have melted ice cream. I really don't plan on going back to this place.

Workers here are lazy and can't follow simple order notes that can potentially make someone VERY sick. Ordered two milkshakes through Uber. One oreo one chocolate fudge. Got two chocolate shakes WITH NUTS in them. What if I had a nut allergy and didn't notice? This is the second time we have ordered from them and there's nuts in something that shouldn't have nuts. This is dangerous and unprofessional. Double check your food orders if you walk in and order something.

I went in to purchase a few pre-packed quarts of ice cream and was met with one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. As the woman approached I said, "Hi, how are you?" She ignored my greeting and asked what I wanted. I find this rude and an unspoken way of saying hurry up. No problem, I'm not here to form a friendship. When I paid for my purchase, without a word, she actually flung the bag in my direction for me to place my items in. I was stunned. I'm not opposed to bagging my own items, I'm stunned that she snapped a bag at me. Her actions tell me that she doesn't want my business. Maybe she has a problem with customers of certain races or ethnicities. In either case, rest assured, I will never patronize this business again.

I went to try the new cappuccino blast because I saw an advertisement for it on Instagram saying I can add a scoop of any ice cream to my cappuccino. The man behind the register (Abdul J) was not only extremely rude( he was rushing us and was not even listening to our order so we had to repeat ourselves) and messed up our order after saying it 4 times (my sister ordered a waffle cone with 1 scoop of “mama’s making cookies and 1 scoop Icing on the cake with gummy bears on top, she got 2 scoops of mamas making cookies on a waffle cone instead, no topping) and told me I can only have vanilla. Not to mention that his way of getting customers attention to give them their order was to aggressively bang on the counter.

I grew up on Baskin-Robbins for as far as I can remember. As an adult my 2 favorite flavors are (1) Nutty Coconut and (2) Cherries Jubilee. I will forever love this ice cream parlor and these 2 delicious flavors. Thanks Baskin- Robbins for wonderful childhood/adulthood memories

I ordered a FROZEN mocha but for some reason the second day ordering it from this location, I get an ice blended latte. As if it was not blended with enough ice. So I ask for it to be reblended and just add more ice. That’s all really nice and polite, the woman on staff INSTANTLY starts to debate me. telling me she Followed directions and I’m just okay well I’m telling you didn’t add enough ice for a frozen mocha because this is a latte. They did NOT fix the drink and because it was an online order refused to do the refund for the drink . which I called and got back instantly but it’s the principle. I live in this neighborhood trying to support and this is how yall treat customers when the mistake is on your end??? Like are the ingredients for these coffees coming out of their checks or something!?!?? Cause the people you have working at this location act like it !!!! All I wanted was a frozen mocha coffee. I constantly have issues with one of the servers here. She has argued with me several times and has been wrong and rude EVERY TIME. Everyone makes mistakes and deserves grace but the attitude afterwards is so unnecessary. For example I ordered a nitro cold brew with cold foam on the app, and instead of trying to hear me out and understand her mistake, she just yelled and refused to make my drink correctly .

Unprofessional staff. Uber Eats drivers who deliver with non-car vehicles (aka bikes, scooters, etc) who like to make sure that drinks are properly sealed and/or secured so that they won't spill during transportation, avoid wasting your time trying to pick up from here, they will not work with you, they will not allow you to verify that the order is packed in a secure manner that you can feel comfortable transporting without it spilling or leaking, nor will they allow you to repack (nor will they repack for you); instead, they will hold on to the order (refusing to provide you with the order that you've been assigned to pick up) and call you a thief for having pride in doing your job right to the best of your abilities because you want to make sure that a cup of liquid won't cause you to lose money, possibly get a negative thumbs down rating, and also force you to have to return home to clean up the mess before you can get back out to work again. Again, if you're a delivery person doing deliveries with a non-car vehicle, avoid this place; picking up from here really isn't worth getting a bad rating or losing access to being able to deliver, picking up from this place isn't worth the very high probability of you being screwed. The particular incident mentioned above was a conflict with a black male who claimed to be the manager, so that says a lot about the place. Also, don't just take my word for it, read the other 1 and 2 star reviews that other people have left about the staff.

I have never done a review of any sort but something that one of the workers did has left me speechless. I went to this place to order something. Whiles I was there, I realized I couldn't find my purse so I was thinking I left it at home and left the place. To my surprise, one of the workers found it and kept it safe for me. She walked all the way to my house (she used the address on my ID) to give me my purse with everything in it. I can't thank you enough Darlene. You deserve to be awarded for this. Thank you so much. This Dunkin’ really needs better staffing at night. Every time I come in, there are way too many orders piled up on the screen, and usually just one older employee trying to handle everything alone. It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing. I had to wait in line for 20–30 minutes — that’s not acceptable. This location seriously needs more night shift workers to keep things moving. Not fair to the customers, and definitely not fair to the hardworking employee doing it all alone. 🤦‍♂️🤮

It was a promotion for baskin Robbin’s melted ice cream insurance and I had further questions regarding to the process and the cashier at the counter was extremely rude to me . There was a language barrier and he did not know how to read or speak English at all . He yelled at me and said that nothing was free and continued to repeat to show a barcode instead of reading the promotion that I tried to show on my phone. He faulted me for his own ignorance. He was annoyed and lacked professionalism and I just left the store in disgust. On top of that the employees do not wash their hands or wear gloves when preparing food.

Was good. Good icecream. 2 things that made it 3 🌟 1: store got infiltrated by 2 homeless men and no one said one word to them as they kept hovering over counters and customers. Yes, it was at night and there were only a few of us but still, if your not a customer they shouldn't allow them inside if they're constantly harrassing. 2. My stepdad and I were tasting different flavors, the second time I tried a flavor with a new spoon i decided i wanted to give one last flavor a chance and when I told the man behind the counter, he asked for my spoon. I was confused and thought maybe they had a recycling bin behind the counter that they preffered to use for the plastic spoon and he didn't want me using the regular trashcan again, I had been to places that preffered to throw the utensils in their recycling bin behind the counter, as apposed to the regular trash at the customer's disposal. Anyway, I say oh, and hurry to hand it over and say thank you but the words end up getting stuck in my mouth when the gentleman doesn't even turn back to throw it away, he went straight into the icecream I wanted to taste with my used spoon. I was like...uuumm. Now maybe I shouldn't of assumed this man was practicing good hygiene, morality, health and safety procedures at his workplace seeing as 2021 has only been full of hot messes but I mean Covid is still a huge issue. How could I think someone would be so irresponsible. It didn't even cross my mind that someone would risk contaminating the icecream with a potential covid carrier. I was speechless. Yes, I'm clean, maybe I even looked clean to him, I thankfully never had covid either but the point remains- you never know what someone may have b/c they may not be showing any symptoms. I dont have anything but if he's made a habit of doing this who's to say his luck wont run out and in turn he contaminates the icecream people are paying for. Not okay.

Here's why... These fools close the doors at 9:15p on a Saturday at which point you must order from the window. I've been several times and they're always out of bananas no matter the time of day. This time I brought a banana and they were out of Jamocha Almond Fudge. Disheartening even for a woman that isn't in a trimester. They never have pineapple topping or marshmallow. With luck they might have chocolate fudge. Sadly, I feel like if you're a business that isn't thorough enough to stay open in our crime riddled community you need to pack up and gooooooo...

It SAYS they're open 24 hours. But I went there at around 11pm and they were closed. Went up to the order window but when I knocked no one came. There was a couple parked outside with Dunkin cups, so they couldn't have been closed that long. Had I known that they weren't in fact open 24 hours I wouldn't have walked over a disgusting overpass with swollen feet to assuage my ice cream craving. What a disappointment.

My co worker is always raving about Shakeman NYC in the Bronx on E. Tremont so i decided to go with my husband and 3 year old son. My son doesn’t like sweets and he ate almost an entire cup of cake batter/chocolate! We were shocked! So I highly recommend go check out this cute colorful gem in the Bronx!

I saw a post on Instagram of this really yummy looking PB & J Ice Cream Shake, so I looked up the shop and had to go see for myself. It’s a cute place in the Bronx, a little out of my way but the shake was well worth it! Rich and very creamy. Taste just like PB & J but in a shake. I only went to the one on Bruckner Blvd but I think there is one on E. Tremont. 10/10 for sure!

Dope colorful chill spot on the corner on Bruckner Blvd & Boynton Ave. A friend of mine recommended the place so I checked it out. The flavor selection is crazy! The Birthday Cake shake is fire. The menu is intense I will definitely come up again! Highly recommend!

It’s a cute little spot. Amazing shakes! They don’t add milk to their shakes, it’s literally ice cream and it’s then blended with this machine they have. It’s incredible. We went to the Bruckner Blvd location. They are open on Sundays.
