Incredibly disappointed by the service so far. The cakes have always tasted good but the service is dysfunctional to say the least. I placed an online order through their platform for a particular cake and chose the pick up time. I show up on time and my order is nowhere to be found. They notify me they do not make size L of the cake I want and it's only by order. I told them I did place an order online ( for the 5th time)...It takes them 10 minutes to locate the online order. At that point, the manager comes and notifies me since the order was placed past their closing time they did not see the order. when I came for the pickup, they had been open for an hour so this tells me no one bothered to check the online ordering. The fault is of the bakery. Do not provide a link to a system that does not work and perhaps start checking on the orders coming from your online form when you open. I wish I had a plan B spot for another cake but the menu for the day was designed around this particular cake. I will not be purchasing from them again due to lack of consistency and reliability. They did not offer a form of discount or offer to make up for their lack of reliability.

I used to be a loyal customer for this shop and no one l can deny that their cakes are tasty.BUT i have a couple of thing to say, since you’re selling your cakes with high prices then i would expect to get or receive a good quality and service that goes with the prices. 2 weeks ago i bought 2 cakes and i found a hair in the cake , i contacted the shop and they told me that we will call you back and no one did , you can notice in the reviews that there is another man who had the same issue (a hair in the cake ) and one respond. What im sure about that you have the worst service I’ve ever seen in Amman sweets shops.

There are no issues with this place, they serve the best possible deserts. The workers are nice, they give samples, they give discounts, the best desert there is the jam filled cookies, the chocolate chip cookies, and the sprinkle ice cream cake. Would 100% come here again, I wish I lived in Jordan for this place.

I've always loved the Cakery really.. but today! No more. I've called to ask for the famous xtreme chocolate cake for my brother's birthday.. I've dialed all their number to finally have Abdoun branch pick up and asked him a few questions and asked for the largest cake.. since I live near City mall it's only logical to get it from Dabouq branch or Khalda.. non pick up. So the guy told me that he'll have someone call me.. And boy when they got back with an attitude! I'm sorry as a paying customer that loves this place I do not tolerate any attitude from any one or any place. If I'm having a bad day I'd make sure to take a resting day, a nice break or whatever could get me out of answering people with a horrible attitude. I'm sorry for the cakery to have such unhappy employees.. or I'm sorry for the employees for having bad management. Something is wrong and definitely will effect my purchasing for the future. Get better! You got great cakes! Too bad won't be enough to win over customers.

Probably the best cake in Amman. They run out of some varieties early (understandable given the quality). The workers can be a bit more welcoming.

I was passing by the street and I was hungry so I passed by them and I will come back to them every time I am near them, the service is wonderful, the employees are smiling and nice to deal with especially it is in the morning, and the place is clean inside even though it is very small, there is a bar inside and only two tables outside, but sitting outside in the open air was comfortable especially with the fresh breeze, and I ordered the cheese and garlic pizza and it was very delicious and the dough is very thin and delicious.

I ate here once and loved it so much, I came back for a second time ☺︎ There was a bit of miscommunication when we ordered egg potato and cheese -- we got fried potato instead of ..mashed? haha but it was still delicious ♡ the oven is really cute too!

OMG, an absolute gem! Cute oven, bright ambiance, friendly staff, and excellent bread with fair prices. What more can you ask for. I devoured my samplers! The thyme and cheese was a crowd pleaser!

I love baking and making dough. I was in a visit in Amman and stayed in a nearby hotel. I found this bakery to be close and only a walking distance so I went. The first time I ordered Manousheh b Zaatar and cheese. The dough is amazing. The quality is high. And the taste was fantastic. The price is also great. I had two and I was so full. I couldn’t resist so I went for a second time. I will definitely visit again when I am in Amman. Highly recommended.

I ordered a takeaway from here and the food was so bad I had to come back and leave a review. The Kaak is so dry and stale. Food is tasteless. Chips were disgusting. Roll had some hope except it was so dry and the bread is terrible. Pizza is not pizza… it’s some flatbread with pepperoni and cheese.

One of my favorite places to enjoy a sweet treat! The atmosphere is quiet and cozy perfect for sitting in and relaxing. What I love most is that the sweets aren’t overly sugary, which makes them feel indulgent yet balanced. They also offer a coconut sugar chocolate cake, which has become my favorite, flavorful, and not too sweet. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality desserts in a peaceful setting. Hala’s Treats has such a lovely British-inspired vibe that makes it feel charming and cozy. The servers are really nice and very accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. I love that they offer both sugar-free and refined sugar options and they all taste amazing! My personal favorite is the raspberry cheesecake, which is absolutely phenomenal, but honestly, everything we’ve tried has been so good. A perfect spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Love this place!! The first time I came, I got tea and dessert and was mostly in love with the amazing vibe, very cozy and Christmasy!! But then I came back and got their veggie quinoa salad. SO. DANG. GOOD! I was so impressed! I also love their desserts that are refined sugar-free, like this banana loaf! Also, really, really good service!

LOVE this place. My husband’s fave cake place and he hates cake but LOVES theirs. He will not have any other. I specifically am a fan of their strawberry pecan salad - what a dream!! The combination of flavor is unreal. Highly recommend!

Ordered black forest, but it has nothing to do with black forest. It's a very heavy and bulky dark chocolate cake, mostly filled with black cream. No white cream, no cherries or chocolate flakes, etc. Had one bite and left it. Pls maintain professionalism in what u sell. Can't order anything from this place, it was my first and last. Very disappointed with waste of food and mostly lack of know how to make a black forest!!!

A cozy place to have breakfast with friends 🌞 We tried their breakfast at the Dhahiyat Amir Rashid branch - for 3.5 JOD we got a fulfilling fried eggs dish (scrambled/omelette), with 2 pieces of toast and butter and jam, and a glass of hot American coffee. The price is so good for the portion we ordered, and place itself is nice and the interior is relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommended, and cannot wait to try their desserts assortment!

This place has a very elegant design, there isn't much places to park so sometimes you'll need to park the car need houses. Coffee wasn't that special, it was okay but wasn't suitable with the price. As for sweets, magic bar was something else! I enjoyed each and every bit of it. I didn't like the fat that I paid extra on service although my order was takeaway, why to pay on service that you didn't have? So consider this before visiting. All on all it's a nice place, calm and cozy. Workers are nice and always smiling.

I had a very disappointing experience at this cake shop. The cake I ordered tasted really bad—dry, stale, and lacking flavor. To make things worse, I found a hair on the plate, which completely ruined my appetite. Hygiene and quality control seem to be a serious issue here. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dessert.

There is an employee who is absolutely the most rude i have ever come across. We ordered mini eclairs box from talabat and the box arrived turnt over and in a bad shape. I understand this may not be the cake shops fault completely, however this does give the employee any right to speak to us in a rude and aggressive manner. The order was placed on September 7th at 9:18 on talabat. Order ID was 3142565545. We will never order again and we will make sure that everyone knows about this horrible experience.

The date cake here is so good. We had a birthday party today and everyone confirmed that it was delicious. It's price was reasonable as well. Some other cakes are a bit overpriced I believe such as the rainbow cake. Service is good, there are many different options to choose from and some of their branches have really pretty seating area, like the Rabieh branch.

Respectful and kind staff but extremely slow and cant multi-task. A Perrier bottle took 10mins just as an example. The interior isn’t clean, floors looked unclean and outdated. Desserts we ordered tasted old and not freshly baked. Not sure what happened to this place

We've been loyal customers of Chez Hilda for years, always ordering custom cakes, pastries, and ready-made cakes from them. Unfortunately, my latest experience was extremely disappointing, especially given that this was for a very special occasion. I was shown a custom cake design (first image) however, when I arrived to pick up the cake, it was completely different. The flowers were not as shown (which I could have accepted), but the main problem was with the wedding rings design. The cake was missing the rings entirely, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to add them. When they finally did, the result (second image) was careless and far below expectations. This was a custom-made cake costing 55 JDs – not cheap, and certainly not something where mistakes like this should happen. I expected the quality and attention to detail that Chez Hilda was once known for, but sadly this time the result was very disappointing. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve to get exactly what they paid for and what was promised.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was told a cake for 15 people costs 30JD, and for 20 people just 35JD - so imagine my shock when I was charged 63JD for a cake that barely feeds 9 people. Not only was it tiny, but there was no proper explanation, no transparency, just pure price gouging. Either they have no clue how to run a business or they think their customers are fools. Never again. Save your money and order from someone else!!

I’ve been ordering cakes and other sweets from Chez Hilda for years, and without a doubt, it is the best cake shop in Jordan. The quality is consistently outstanding. I ordered the Mille-feuille cake for 12 people. Despite the extremely high price, I accepted it assuming the quality would match the name and reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The cake barely served 6 people—each slice was smaller than the smallest cake slice from any regular bakery. I was embarrassed in front of my guests. The mille-feuille layers had no flavor or proper texture—dry and hard instead of light and crisp. They were nearly impossible to cut with a knife and did not melt in the mouth as expected. The custard filling lacked any flavor and was unpleasantly dry. As for the delivery, it was another disappointment. it costs 5 JDs as they said, then I changed the address a day before (just 5 minutes away), but wasn’t informed the delivery cost would change. I ended up paying 7 JDs for a location just 22 minutes from chez Hilda store, still within Amman!!!!! To make matters worse, a guest brought a strawberry cake from chez hilda as a gift—and it was also terrible. The cream tasted sour as if it were old, and it was overly filled with cream to make the cake appear larger than it was. Again, small size and low quality for a high price. This was the worst experience I’ve had. It’s nothing like the quality and excellence it used to be. We’re honestly heartbroken to waste our money like this.

I had breakfast at Al Rabieh branch, ordered Egg Benedict and fresh orange juice. The food was good and the service was quick and efficient. Loved the atmosphere and the decorations of the place.

I ordered a mini cake and tart box to be delivered to my house. The box was ripped, all the tarts weren’t in place, the tarts weren’t presented nicely (for example, the strawberries aren’t even the same size), and the cakes tasted old. I wanted to gift this to a friend and I ended up going to a completely different pastry shop because of this embarrassing box.

My friends got this small pretty cake for my birthday i’ll be honest when i first saw it i was actually really impressed it looked so pretty like they really nailed the design, it looked exactly how i imagined super cute and clean, colors were nice, and honestly it looked like something out of pinterest but when it came to the taste… i was kinda disappointed it was suuuper sweet like not “yum sweet” but more like full-on sugar overload i took one bite and it just felt like straight icing and sugar, no real flavor behind it the texture was okay, it wasn’t dry or anything, but the taste was just way too much its fake but i just wish the flavor matched the look not saying i wouldn’t order from them again, maybe i’d just go for something more simple next time or ask for less sugar because it tastes like its fake its like im not eating real food if that’s even possible cause they clearly know how to make things look beautiful but the taste needs some work if you’re not into super sugary cakes

Overall it is really nice, the waiters are super friendly and the Sweets are flawless.. BUT, the food is below average and service time takes nearly forever. But an easy 3 stars review for now. And you should try the cheesecake factory items they have, it will save you the trip to Dubai!

This place is literally part of my childhood. I remember going to this place with my family soo many times and i never got tired of it. Their sweets are delicious and perfect. Only sweets that could beat this place's are my mom's cakes.

I had an awful experience at the Abdoun branch. The staff member was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and outright aggressive. When I pointed out that the bag provided was not suitable for a eclair box, he refused to give me another one and dismissively said, “the manager says we don’t have another one.” His behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. This experience left me with a very negative impression of your brand

One of the best dessert stores and cake shops in town. Other than the vast range of cakes on display, they also have a catalogue of cakes that you can customize, whether the shape or the crust stuffing. Other than cakes, they have ice cream, cookies, chocolate, and salty bites. They have enough parking on-site. They accept payment by card or cash. They have a seating area, too. They have several branches across Amman.

Delicious ice cream and cake, very cooperative staff, the prices are resonable, they have wide variety of the mousse cake, but very limited variety of the sponge cake, they don't use credit cards which is one of the cons, they also have a parking lot but it's very very small one, so I hate to park my car inside. I like it!

The customer service of the man who helped me order the cake was so bad. He wasn't nice, and he had an attitude. As a person who's taking a customized order, he needs to be better and more professional. But I needed a cake as soon as possible so I had to order it from them. I also ordered 5 pieces of cake. They were delicious, but there were a couple of stale bites. The ordered cake was cute and delicious ♡

Ordered chocolate cake with double layers of wafer hazelnut, great size, thick, reasonable price, very light white cream, (something I never liked in cakes, that's why I ordered this cake) perfect. Order was done super fast, impressive, it arrives via Talabat in less than 10 minutes. Tasted was very good no complaint. Only sharing with wife and my 3 years old son,🤗. Will be enjoying it for 3 days in a row, one large piece after dinner.

A cozy hidden gem in Luweibdeh that serves coffee and a nice selection of desserts. I tried the banoffee pie, and the poppy seed lemon cheesecake, both were absolutely delicious. The service was great, and the place has a warm, welcoming vibe.

One of the best hidden gems in Al-Weibdeh. The place is so cozy & comfy for reading, studying, or just enjoying yourself with many homemade delicious pies, cakes, balls, & cookies. As someone who loves baking, I appreciate tasting homemade sweets & I love supporting local businesses. This place becomes more special to me as I celebrated my birthday last month with my best friends over there. The banoffee is sooo yummy. The date cake is light & moist. The Nutella is so good too & the poppy seeds’ lemon pie is special. I tried their cappuccino which was just ok. Their homemade lemon is fresh and not that sweet. I also tried their halloumi sandwich with pesto sauce which was nice too. The young lady over there “Sireen” (if I am not mistaken) was so kind & welcoming. The only downside is that some kinds of cakes are over priced. I highly recommend this place ❤️

This is hands down the best Banoffee Pie in town, anyone who is in Amman has got to try this at least once; you're sure to come back for more. Their cake icing is great and so tasty, I'm so happy with the new branch as there is a place where you can eat your cakes and chill for a while. Great cake and good coffee. Had a late night sweet tooth craving so I decided to order a slice of their signature chocolate fudge cake and 2 cupcakes, one red velvet and one strawberry vanilla. The chocolate fudge cake was VERY disappointing, it was 99% cake with barely any frosting, very dry and not satisfying. Also to call it a chocolate "fudge" cake is misleading, it's just chocolate cake with some chocolate frosting. The cupcakes where freakishly small. The strawberry vanilla cupcake had the grittiest, most sickingly sweet american buttercream topping with barely a whiff of strawberry. The only redeeming thing was the red velvet cupcake, taste wise. The cake itself was yummy and not too sweet, and the cream cheese frosting was very balanced. Still, I'd probably never waste my monthly sweet treat order on this place again, it left A LOT more to be desired.

A very lovely bakery. They have many types of sweets but there is no sugar-free, vegan, gluten-free options. The ambiance is really cozy and relaxing. **As per the owner’s response, they have gluten-free but it wasn’t available when we went there, so make sure to check if it’s available before you go.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time after hearing such great reviews, especially from people outside of Jordan, like Lebanon. I was not disappointed! The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The ‘fool’ (fava beans puree) was prepared in a unique way, topped with fresh leafy vegetables , it was absolutely delicious. I also really liked the concept of their sandwiches, particularly the raw kibbeh sandwich , which was surprisingly very filling. The service was also top-notch, and the waiters were really attentive and helpful. The only downside was that it’s a bit on the expensive side, but other than that, everything was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Good food, but honestly not exceptional for the price. Amman is full of great restaurants and I didn’t feel like this one stuck out to me. Food was good .. but the service was really bad.. we asked the waiter to bring the leftover food as takeaway once he cleaned the table as we didn’t finish 50% of the dishes.. but after that he came and said that bymistake everything trashed!!! How come !!! This was not acceptable for us actually.. and we mentioned the same for the lady on reception but she didn’t even care or comment.. 🥲 also .. the restaurant decor was very nice and cozy but walls full of damps .. so this is not expected from such international place.. Overall experience: I will not visit this place again.. !!

I’ve tried Em Sherif Café in Dubai and Kuwait before and honestly was never impressed, but I ended up going to the Amman branch this time because I was invited. First impression: the decorations are really basic, nothing fancy or memorable. For such a high-end name, I expected more effort in creating an atmosphere. They do have valet parking which is convenient, but again, nothing special inside. The food… well, portions are tiny! You feel like you’re paying a premium price but only getting a tasting plate. The taste itself is okay, nothing bad, but nothing that makes you go “wow.” And considering how expensive it is, the value for money just isn’t there at all. On the positive side, service was good – the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience smoother. And I have to say the location is probably the best part. Being in Abdali Boulevard is really nice because after the meal you can walk around, enjoy the vibe of the area, and it kind of makes up for the underwhelming food. Overall, I’d say it’s a place you go to if you care more about the location and name, but not if you’re looking for generous portions or real value for money. Personally, I wouldn’t choose to go back unless it’s for the convenience of the spot or if I was invited again.

The food at Em Sherif Amman was good, but it didn’t have the standout flavor that makes you want to come back (except for the Shawarma Sandwich). Service was excellent — very attentive and professional. The atmosphere, however, was quite noisy and average, which took away from the overall experience. Prices are on the high end, and while drinks are expected to be expensive, the still water felt way overpriced! Overall, the quality and ambiance didn’t quite justify the cost.

Frakeh, Shawerma Lahme, Fattoush, Beetroot Salad, and Meghli. The Frakeh stole the show — high-quality, delicious, perfectly complemented by fresh bread. Salads were fine, but the beetroot salad missed the promised orange flavor and was too runny to coat the pieces. The bowls were ugly and clashed with the vibrant dishes. Shawerma? Tiny portion, and the meat wasn’t even close to a proper cutlet. Meghli was okay, nothing special. The music was all over the place — random songs that killed the Lebanese vibe. Price vs. quality? Only worth coming back for the Frakeh.

To be honest, this restaurant is overrated. The interior is alright, nothing special. The staff were great, they were friendly, attentive; and inviting. The food is better than average, but not to the level em sherif’s reputation reflects. The kubbeh nayeh was the star of the show, very fresh and clean, not fatty. The eggplant fatteh was good, the ingredients complimented each other. However, to be honest the shish tawouq was pretty…average, it tastes like any BBQ you would get at any other restaurant in Amman, I would not get it here again. The fattoush is good, it was fresh and the dibbes rumman was not too sweet. Again, tastes like regular fattoush. In terms of portion sizes, this restaurant’s are bigger than those of others within the same price range. The vibe of the restaurant was nice and enjoyable. Overall, yes I would come here again, with lower expectations, and I would not order shish tawouk.

a birthday, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The vanilla was so sweet it felt like a personal attack on my taste buds, just straight-up disgusting. The quality? Rock bottom. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ingredients had a personal vendetta against good cake making. Now, let’s talk about the “chocolate” or, more accurately, the lack of it. There was no actual chocolate flavor just sadness in cake form. And the filling between the two chocolate layers? Calling it disgusting would be too kind. I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s classified as a biohazard. If scientists need a new material to stop climate change, they should look into whatever that was. I complained (because, of course, I did) and was given a “compensation” chocolate cake. Same story, different day. We threw it out, too. If this cake were the last source of food on Earth, I’d still say, “Nah, let’s starve.” Long story short: this was the worst cake I’ve ever tasted in my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

So good!! I ordered delivery through Talabot. The cupcakes were so good I am a basic dessert person so I really enjoyed the vanilla cupcake the most. I also ordered the ginger snap cookies ( I wasn't a fan they tasted like bananas) and I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies. The chocolate chip cookies were PERFECT!

We love this place! Excellent pastries (my favorite is the salted maple tart) and really good coffee. Joseph makes a mean iced americano, so good you need more than 1. We always take our sourdough to-go, both the rye and wholewheat loaves are really really good but I personally enjoy the rye. The service is exceptional and the outdoor seating is lovely. My sister and I have been twice this week and will be back many more.

My favorite breakfast spot in Amman! Everything is fresh and delicious. I especially love the bresaola sandwich, plain croissant, and manakeesh, but honestly, everything on the menu is worth trying. They serve good coffee too, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. The only downside is the seating area ,the chairs aren’t very comfortable.

My husband and I recently discovered a hidden gem that's become our go-to breakfast spot on weekends. The freshly baked sourdough bread and wide variety of delicious pastries are simply irresistible. Everything we've tried has been amazing. My favorites include the salted maple sable, the scones (both the cream and jam and the chocolate ones), and the za'atar croissants. I love enjoying my pastries with their freshly squeezed orange juice. Be warned, it gets really crowded on weekends, so make sure to arrive early to get a seat and ensure your favorite pastries don't sell out. You can also call ahead to place your order and pick it up later. The service is excellent, and we've become regulars.

Disappointing Experience – Overcharged for Almost Nothing I recently visited Rex Bakery and was shocked at how they nickel-and-dime customers for basic sandwich toppings. I was charged extra for lettuce and tomato, only to open my sandwich and find just two tiny pieces of lettuce and four thin slices of tomato. If you're going to charge extra, at least make it worth it! This feels like a cheap, greedy move rather than a fair charge. A bakery with a good reputation should focus on quality and customer satisfaction, not squeezing every last penny out of people while skimping on ingredients. Extremely disappointing!

I buy it usually from Cozmo or order delivery. Tried the brownies they're insane but toooo much sugar that it's hardly taste of the cacao or chocolate. I will try today their date mamoul it looks delicious so excited. Tried the pita bread they were so good and even after taking out of the freezer still good. But you can make a sandwich it doesnt open and so thick.

Their products are very clean and very paleo friendly! Everything I have tried so far has been beyond delicious, and better than what I’ve had in the United States. I love their tortilla bread - I heat it over open flame on the stove and it puffs up like real Arabic bread. I always purchase from Cozmo locations because it’s more convenient for me.

Terrible Experience! I attempted to contact this restaurant by phone to avoid waiting in the freezing cold, but unfortunately, no one answered. When I arrived, they told me they hadn't noticed the phone! I ordered a potato roll and a cup of coffee. Despite only having two customers ahead of me, the staff told me I would need to wait 20 minutes. We braved the cold and agreed to wait, but when I finally received my order, the potato roll was sooo cold, likely made half an hour before, and while the coffee tasted good,but it was not hot.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly professional and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Special thanks to ahmad magableh, majd and tahhan for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The variety of breads, sweets, pastries, cakes, and goodies here is overwhelming. It was intimidating walking in there. I wish I knew all of them, then I'll be in bad trouble since i want to try all. The staff there are very nice and helpful. One particular young man helped me with selecting and putting it in a tray. He spoke English, and he helped me pick my goodies. This place is always packed with locals getting fresh baked breads. The best bakery I've ever been to.

Very bad experience! I have ordered croissants for my family and I when we've tasted it it was definitely not ok there was something rotten maybe the dough. Also not fresh and when I came back for a feedback and to complain about the order they were surprisingly rude and did not take my complain in a good manner. I tried it once and it was the last, we bought croissants and they had a bad smell and taste, the butter must be expired or the flour is old. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Jordan. The quality is less than average. The dough for the salted appetisers is almost raw and the fillings are so poor, consider it empty half cooked bread ! Deserves less than a star, Never again.

I've been back 3 times for their English Cake which is a delicately flavoured, simple sponge cake with plump sultanas and raisins and a little candied fruit.

I never ever thought that one day I will face such a bad experience with the mill bakery… on Wednesday April 12 morning I called and ordered 3 kg of Eid Mamoul to be picked up on the same day at around 3pm, when received, the whole family first impression of the overall look was awful, can't be presented to guests, some pieces are big some are tiny, different shapes and no proper nice design on top each piece it’s like a piece of small rocks. When it comes to the taste was toooooooo sweet, we couldn’t check the real taste of each item because from the tons of sugar inside. Called the 5th circle branch immediately they said bring them back and we will see what the production line will say. Next early morning the night shift manager took back the whole quantity, without a refund, or any note, and said we will get back to you until this moment no one apologized or called to solve the problem or anything….. to cut the story short , we need back our 58JD today, and we will pass by after 3pm to collect our money, Noting no one is picking up ur line since the morning. Thank you

This review is about the delivery. Food quality is very good, and i would give it 5 stars. The delivery tho, took 1:30 hours instead of the estimated 45 minutes. The driver complained that the street name wasnt given, but the talabat app uses the google maps position. Even after sending him the position via whatsapp, he wasnt able to find the place without telephone guidance. If you live close or want to eat there, i still higly reccomend this place.

Good taste, reasonable price. I liked it. However, the working hours is short, the restaurant close at 5pm while most Amman residents and visitors eat this type of food sometimes in the late evening. One more issue is the soft and very thin dough, for me I prefer the dough to be thicker, when I asked them to be thicker they told me they can't offer me this option.

Habibah Sweets in Amman downtown is one of the oldest sweets branch The Kunafa Nabulsiya is very tasty, especially the downtown branch, the cheese is a story, and the taste is not only good. It is considered one of the best kunafa in Amman.

This place was highly rated from many sources so we wanted to try their sweets. We shared a piece of Kunafa, only 1 dinar. Excellent, fresh taste, unique cheesey crispy texture and awesome flavor.

Located very conveniently at the downtown area of Amman this place was just great. The traditional sweet Kunafa was just delicious. There is also vendors selling water just beside the shop. A must stopover if you are in Amman.

Their pistachio cake and cake pops are SO GOOD!! Service is also amazing. But the place is not good to sit for those who don’t smoke. There’s no ventilation and everyone is smoking!

They used a small plastic ball on the cake instead of making one out of fondant, as any proper cake shop would. The picture printed wasn't the one I selected, and they didn’t inform me about the change. On top of that, the printing quality was poor. When I contacted them the next day, the man I spoke to dismissed my feedback, saying the cake "looked good" and that the plastic ball was fine, because I hadn’t specifically asked for a fondant one! (I actually did mention it, and it should have been obvious that the entire cake was meant to be covered in fondant without needing to spell it out)

Beautiful store, with great merchandising and packaging with amazing service, but the product itself... Was very disappointing all 3 or the different types of desserts were all clearly frozen and thawed in a freezer that has not been cleaned in a long time, because it's creating a foul taste in the food. My recommendation is to get a new freezer or give it a thorough cleaning or find a way to turn over your products faster so there's no need to freeze them. Sorry. It had to be said. Great store with great people I believe it will correct this issue and become a great cake shop in amman.

Yara's Corner Cakes has quickly become my number one favorite cake shop, and for good reason! Their cakes are not only incredibly delicious but also beautifully presented. You can tell that a lot of care and attention goes into each creation. So far, I've had the pleasure of trying their trifle berries and cake pops, and both were outstanding in terms of quality and taste. Based on these experiences, I'm confident that their other offerings maintain the same high standard. The staff at Yara's Corner are also incredibly friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. While the prices might be slightly higher compared to other cake shops, I wholeheartedly recommend Yara's Corner. The exceptional taste and quality are well worth it. If you're looking for a truly special cake, look no further!

The interior was so beautiful , the deserts that we tried were really good and the price was fitting for the mini cakes/ tarts. I did want to try a piece of the bigger cakes because they looked very good but I was told it’s not allowed to take a piece and that for the big ones i need to take the whole thing. Still, the taste of the things we tried was phenomenal.

The eclairs are affordable and great. However we ordered recently and some work can be done on packaging. 12 eclairs were thrown into a box. I suggest for such orders consider better arrangements

We ordered cake from here 3 times this summer. The first time we ordered the blueberry lemon cake and it was absolutely delicious. However, the next time we place an order for the carrot cake it was so dry to the point where no one wanted a second serving. We told them about this complaint and they said that it should've been left out of the fridge before serving(they didn't mention this when we ordered, didn't know enjoying a cake requires instructions ). Third time we ordered a strawberry cake for a graduation party and it was the worst one yet, honestly very disappointing. Barely anyone ate, the cake was dry , the strawberry wasn't fresh, and the frosting was very low quality. Even though we left it outside like they said. I also attached pictures of the design we requested and the one they did.

A cake shop that pays attention to details, the owner is very friendly and tried her best to produce an amazing order. For me, I felt the cake was somehow dry and very sweet, but it looked amazing, and everyone who tried it loved it. I'm a fan of their small bites and mini tarts as well, perfect for gatherings. The shop design is cute and reflect their brand.

I was very disappointed with the cake I recently ordered from your shop through the Talabat app. Unfortunately, the cake did not meet the standards I expected. The taste was extremely bad, and the cream tasted spoiled. We had to throw the cake away, as it was clearly not fresh. It even looked old, and the flavor confirmed the same. I felt especially upset because this cake was for my sister’s birthday, and the experience was completely ruined.

Marmalade's boulevard branch offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. While the selection of desserts and drinks is varied, the standout for me was the Sahlab. I stopped at Marmalade Boulevard for a slice of lemon cheese cake and a cup of coffee. This is my first visit and I am happy with what I saw. The cake is just right not too sweet and not too sour. The service was prompt and pleasant. The barista accommodated my seating request. The coffee is also good.

I ordered from Talabat (كعكة جبنة) To be surpeised with the order when it arrived as in the pictures ... the cheese is not even spreaded on the bread .. and they sent one piece of cheese for the whole sandwich !!!!!!! When I called the restaurant they were really rude specially the "manager" Mohammad ... he lacks every communication or customer service skills . I was surprised with his answer : we are too busy to spread the cheese on the bread !!!!!

Muhammara is hands down some of the best manakeesh near Umm Summaq/khalda. With a saturated market of manakeesh, Muhammara's dough recipe and their creative sandwiches (rolls) are extremely tasty without compromising the idea of manakeesh. Their traditional manakeesh are also very well made with just the right proportions of ingredients (za3tar, cheese or turkey..etc) They also offer a nice selection of salads and sides to go with the manakeesh which is helpful especially for big orders to offices and such.

Had 2 bad experiences in one year. First was with my engagement cake coming with happy Birthday decorations instead of engagement decorations. After opening the cake and discovering that there were no decorations, called the manager and he said he will send a new one with the decorations. And they were disrespectful about that. Very bad employees in this branch, both guys were so rude i went 2 days ago, i called them 10mins before and the line was busy, when i got in they called me which was too late and the cake wasn’t available, i asked one of the guys to check if its available in other branches and he gave my his back without a reply and on a laptop he opened a football match website and made it load then switched to whatsapp and the guy next to him was giggling, i found this to be so childish and unprofessional.

Nice place and the manager is super sweet. They were very kind and polite, and even gave us a free extra kenafeh! The thing is taste is the most single important thing, and I ordered kenafeh with ice cream, and the ice cream truly what made me finish the dish. They need to work more on their recipe because it's not coherent enough and the cheese is soaked in so much water that after melting makes the kenafeh too wet.
