1Hotel NH Collection A Coruña Finisterre

Hotel
The Hotel NH Collection A Coruña Finisterre is an elegant and luxurious five-star property located in a prime spot next to the historic center and within walking distance to the beach. The hotel seamlessly blends classic and contemporary design, offering rooms with hydro-massage baths, minibars, and spacious family suites. Guests can enjoy dining at two restaurants - La Terraza with stunning views and live music, or Novo Restaurant - both serving vegetarian and child-friendly dishes.
We stayed here for 19 days in September 2024. It’s a very nice hotel in a good area and all employees go on and beyond to help you. We had some hiccups with the room but it was made right. My biggest complain is that the door card would not work after a few days and I had to keep going downstairs to get new one’s. The magnetic failed a lot. Front desk is super professional. Ida is the manager there and she speaks several languages which makes it very easy and she is very knowledgeable and professional. If I had a hotel business I would love to have someone like her work for me. Adrian and Luis were wonderful can’t say enough of them. In the mornings I would take my oatmeal with milk to have the girls in the dining room warm it up for me in the microwave since I didn’t have one in my room. They were a ray of sunshine every single one of them. They all knew me and knew what I needed without having to ask them. My room was like an apartment. Our king bed was very comfortable. By the way it was very quiet. The views were to die for. The tub is a little hard to get in and out too high. The day we left they gave us a little cute basket of food since we were there so long. I love that the buses are right outside the front door which makes it very easy to get around. Overall this Hotel even though it needs a little updated renovation. For me it’s a 4.9 star.

This review has been a long time in the making! We stayed here for 5 nights last September during the CAUMAS (Spanish Senior Universities) conference. It's an excellent hotel in all respects. We had a comfortable room with a view over the port area. The breakfast buffet is superb with same great view and the service is smiling, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended also for its location within easy walking distance from the centre and right next to the old town.

We had a great stay at NH Finisterre. The hotel team was lovely and so helpful, our rooms were nice and clean. The location was terrific - it was close to all the places we wanted to see and it was fun to watch the all the harbor activity as we enjoyed a coffee in the restaurant. (We didn't do the full breakfast.) Our kids enjoyed the enormous pool. The nearby Terrazza Bar was a great place for our family to enjoy a drink with a good view and play a card game. One v. small note: We'd booked rooms with a sea view and our rooms only really overlooked the pool/health club. Looking at the fine print later I think it said sea views were subject to availability - not a big deal as we didn't spend much time in the hotel room, but FYI.
Brooklyn F — Google review
Very nice stay. Comfortable room. Great location but it was off-season so the area was calm and perfect to explore the city. In summer I imagine a lot more chaos with the port nearby. Wonderful hotel for morning walks out to the peninsula.
L.Robert1991 — Google review
My friend and I booked this room three months ago and specifically requested two separate beds. To our surprise, after traveling thousands of miles, we were informed that the hotel had no rooms with two beds available — they were sold out, and there was no option to change. While the staff were patient, this does not make up for the lack of preparation and poor customer service. After a long and exhausting journey, all we wanted was to rest comfortably in our own beds. Unfortunately, this experience has left us disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be choosing this hotel chain again.
Charbel E — Google review
Everything went well, rooms are great, location is amazing, great gym, and salty water pool. Breakfast could be better, but as well all on the level. Just don’t forget to ask water everyday, and also keep in mind that your kid will get a lot of sugar surprises after 16:00, keep that in mind.
Антон М — Google review
Further from the city than I thought but it’s a great hotel with swimming pools everywhere and right on the port of Corunna. Breakfast excellent, and personnel were very friendly. Price for beginning of September extremely competitive. I will go back if I’m in Corunna again.

Nice hotel in a great location, rooms need some renovation. Great breakfast, service is from poor to excellent from one day to another.

Hotel
Hesperia A Coruña Centro is a modern hotel located in the heart of A Coruna, just steps away from Plaza de Lugo and Picasso House Museum. The hotel offers bright and comfortable rooms with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and minibars. Guests can enjoy facilities like a fitness center, complimentary wireless Internet access, and tour/ticket assistance. The hotel's convenient location provides easy access to the seafront, shopping centers, and the main train station.
Very decent hotel in the center of the town, especially for a business trip. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast is good with enough choice - eggs, cold cuts, pastries, cereals... When checking out I forgot to bring my laptop charger but they stepped up and sent it to the airport with a taxi, just in time for departure!
Branislav S — Google review
In my opinion, it's one of the best hotels in ACoruña. I love the hotel room—it’s very neat, clean, and spacious, with modern facilities. The location is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the service at the reception is truly amazing.
Kazi H — Google review
This hotel is conveniently situated near the seaside, major shopping centres, and other amenities close to hand, including the main train station about 20 minutes away on foot. The room I was in was large enough for a double bed, desk and other furnitures, all basic but clean. The staff were as pleasant and helpful with my needs as could be. I stayed 6 nights with breakfast included. As it is the same menu each day, it can become tedious. I was also on a high floor, but for the best part of the night loud street noikses could be heard and on the Saturday it went on till 5.00 am. It meant little sleep. That's can be an issue for some people. Otherwise, it was as pleasant as I made it. Disfruta.
Antoino M — Google review
The hotel itself is very nice and is in a great location. Reception was warm and welcoming, as a matter of fact all staff were incredibly genuine in their willingness to help. The room was spotless, small yet so well designed as well as really well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection. A great stay and would definitely recommend.

The floor and furniture was covered in mystery stains (seriously, in decades of travel I've never seen anything like it). No A/C only heat, so even in 18⁰ weather with the window open it's H O T. Even on the 5th floor it's very loud from the street. Employees were all wonderful, very helpful and friendly.
David A — Google review
Great and friendly front desk staff, led by a very professional and friendly lady (sorry I didn't catch her name). Place is very centric to everything, clean facilities throughout. Also rooms very reasonable priced.
GF R — Google review
Fantastic reception team who I can't thank enough. I arrived with my 71 year old mother who had just damaged her knee whilst walking on the Camino Ingles. We had had to take a taxi from the middle of nowhere to the hospital in coruna and then chose this hotel almost at random as it was the first one to come up on a Google search with rooms available. The reception team were just amazing and helped us so much. They gave us a room closest to the elevator so my mother wouldn't have to walk as far and helped us with our backpacks. A very kind cleaning lady also came and quickly converted the bathroom into a disabled access bathroom within minutes. They also brought us ice for my mum's bandaged knee and over the next couple of days whenever they saw me going out or coming in they asked how my mother was doing. At the end of our stay they called a taxi for us and again helped us with the bags. They were wonderful and very genuine and kind. I wish there were more people in the world like them. The hotel itself was also in an amazing location and I was able to explore the city whilst my mother rested in the hotel room. It was also conveniently right near a pharmacy, a supermarket and a great café, as well as only a short walk to the beach. The breakfast at the hotel was very nice too.

Hotel
Ibis Styles A Coruna is a contemporary 4-star hotel offering air-conditioned rooms with modern decor, free WiFi, and flat-screen TVs. The hotel features a relaxed tapas restaurant, bar with a lounge terrace, and offers complimentary breakfast. It's located on the outskirts but has reliable taxi services and is close to the largest shopping center in the area. Guests can easily explore the town from this clean, stylish, and comfortable base.
The hotel is pretty, although for a 4-star hotel, the rooms decoration/furniture looked less pretty than the lobby. Still, the bed was so good and we had so much help from the Front Desk. The guy and the girl at the reception during morning shift were really helpful (I didn't catch their names, unfortunately). We had breakfast both days and it was good, with many options. Could have, if the space could fit, an option of vegan yogurt (or even one with no lactose). I truly recommend staying with them, anyway!
Karen T — Google review
When checking into the room, we noticed an unpleasant, sharp smell of sewage. We contacted the reception with a request to fix or change the room, they promised to sort everything out by the time we returned. Four hours later, when we returned to the hotel, nothing had changed, except that the workers treated the room with an air freshener! And it began to smell like a mix: sewage + air freshener. The hotel is in an industrial zone, unfortunately, we found out about this when checking in. It is impossible to open the windows! The air is of terrible quality. Later it turned out that the hotel has a machine for ozonation and air purification. The cleaning process takes about 1 hour. And they cleaned our room, but we were forced to wait in the bar until 23-00 while they worked. Although we planned to rest before getting up early. Question: why didn't they clean the room right away? Question: why did they check us into a room with a strong disgusting smell? Such an attitude towards guests and having rooms in such a state is unacceptable for a hotel!
Максим Г — Google review
Rooms were spacious and clean, quite a contrast to other Ibis that I have used. Laura at reception was friendly and very helpful with information about the town. Good variety of food for breakfast. Please tell your vending machine owners to activate the card payments, even though the option is on the machine, it does not work. Thank goodness for Laura who exchanged some money for me.
Manuela L — Google review
Very disappointing experience! Upon check-in at Ibis La Coruña (Spain), we immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant sewage smell in the room. We reported this to the reception and asked to either fix the issue or change the room. They promised to take care of it by the time we returned. However, four hours later, nothing had changed — the only thing staff did was spray some air freshener, which made things worse: now it smelled like a mix of sewage and chemicals. Unfortunately, we also discovered that the hotel is located in an industrial area, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Opening the windows is not an option due to the poor air quality. Reception staff showed no willingness to solve the issue, nor did they offer any alternative. Such treatment of guests and room conditions are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Not recommended.
Klematis K — Google review
Nice and modern hotel with rooms big enought. We were missing only the fridge (but you can use fridge on reception). If you have a luck, you canpark in front of the hotel free, otherwise they have underground parking for €10/day.
Radek D — Google review
Noisy room over dining area. Doors slamming all night, chairs scraping and loud talking. 2nd night on the second floor much quieter. Staff polite, but no more! The canteen attached is exactly that, no cordon bleu cooking there and no language other than Spanish. Taciturn service. Good point: plenty of restaurants very close by. I won't go back to this Ibis, but still have a positive opinion of the group.
David J — Google review
Well exceeded our expectations! Knowledgable and friendly reception staff, beautiful room with large balcony. Even a fitness room by the parking garage. Area is rather industrial but safe with restaurants and stores. Even an outstanding pharmacy just across the street. So glad we had this hotel for our 5 night stay

Placed in the outskirts of the city center in the commercial area and a little far to walk downtown to the scenic area of the town.

Points of Interest & Landmarks
The Torre de Hércules, located in A Coruna, Spain, is an ancient Roman lighthouse that stands at 55 meters tall and is the second tallest in the country. It was originally built during the reign of Trajan and has been functioning since then. The lighthouse offers stunning views of the city and coastline from its top, which can be reached by climbing 245 steps.
Definitely the most important landmark of the city and most likely one of the most of northern Spain and Spain itself you’ll get not only immerse at the ancient story of this place, but also in a great views of the whole city and the ocean this place is amazing very well conserved and the tickets were actually very affordable. No doubt you should make this one of her stops my wife and I visit this during the morning and it was very affordable. The climb is moderate hard, bring, of course comfortable clothes and shoes it takes 15 minutes to 20 minutes climbing stairs to get up there, but you can rest up there enjoying a great views just heads up. Be careful of people asking for money in the parking lot. Just stay away if you can get there by public transit better.
Marcos D — Google review
Ticket boot is placed far away from the tower, so if you're coming a different way (from beach) you're going to miss it and you cannot enter. Online tickets are sold out as a rule. Anyway you can walk around and enjoy the wind from the ocean 🌊
Mersida B — Google review
We visited as part of a cruise stop in August. It's Worth being driven to the foot as its an uphill walk. The views get amazing with each step but it does require some exertion. If you want to see the roman ruins inside you need to book tickets. They are not sold at the entry so best check online. If you're tall, you will not be able to walk up straight in some areas but the lightening is good and artefacts are well labeled. There are stone stairs, at least 200, leading to the top of the tower which has even more majestic views. I advise pacing yourself and not being in a hurry to enjoy it fully and take time to catch your breath. Unless you're fit, don't have kids or the elderly with you. If you're claustrophobic this is not for you. Would highly recommend and would revisit at a more leisurely pace in the future. Don't forget to buy the tickets before arriving! You will certainly get your step count in!
Melinda ( — Google review
A spectacular feat of engineering of it's day, understanding the strategic and commercial importance of why it was built is a story in itself. Entry is by ticket purchased at the bottom of the long ramp or on line. Entry is every 30 minutes for a limited number of people ( perhaps 30) there is no one to hurry you and you could stay longer. There is an exhibition of it's history at the lower level then 234 steps (and no lift ;-) ). My only constructive criticism is that the information boards are poorly placed and not illuminated. I couldn't manage to read many of them.
Stephen T — Google review
I would highly recommend you to purchase tickets online. We got here at 2 o'clock and there was no line, and there was nobody here, but they refused to sell tickets, it is a beautiful place. It could be a wonderful sunset. It's a wonderful place to walk around lots to see just to the south, there's more stuff to see if you continue to walk down the boardwalk, I would suggest you be prepared to walk a long way up a hill, if you do not. Have the right shoes nor or have the ability to do so I would think twice about going there. It offers wonderful. It's sunset photos as well as evening photos at night with the lights during the day. They sell ice cream and drinks at night. There is nothing there. There's plenty of parking down on the bottom. And it appears that you can drive up the ramp, if you're handicapped, it does it appear that there is parking but I did see cars parking up there. On the hill, by the door.
Keith B — Google review
The Torre de Hércules is more than a lighthouse — it’s a symbol of A Coruña’s identity. Visiting it is like stepping back in time, while enjoying some of the most spectacular views in Galicia. An absolute must-see for anyone coming to this beautiful coastal city
Haitham A — Google review
The Torre de Hércules in A Coruña is seriously impressive—it’s actually the oldest working lighthouse in the world, dating back nearly 2,000 years to Roman times. Even without going inside, just walking around it is worth the visit. The views of the sea and the city from the cliffs nearby are absolutely stunning. It’s the kind of place where you can just stand and take it all in for a while. There’s a nice open feel to the area, and the mix of history and ocean makes it a really memorable stop.
Summer A — Google review
Didn't go inside the tower itself, but it's a great historical landmark, and the sculpture park in the rocky coastal landscape around it made for a wonderful sightseeing walk.

El Valentín - Restaurante en A Coruña is a delightful spot that caters to a diverse range of diners, from health enthusiasts to those simply craving delicious meals. The café boasts an inviting atmosphere with high ceilings and exposed brick walls, making it the perfect backdrop for enjoying their homemade bagels filled with chicken, pork, or vegan pesto. Their menu also features fresh salads, vibrant poke bowls, and flavorful woks.
A very nice place for breakfast or if you just want a cup of coffee. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff.
Teresa C — Google review
Our group (of 9 people) had a truly terrible dining experience. Three of us ordered the Missy bagel/burger, and it was nothing short of disgusting. The taste was so bad I could barely swallow half of it. A colleague, curious to see if it was as awful as we described, tried a bite only to spit it out immediately – it was completely inedible. The rest of the meals were just as disappointing. Must of us left the plates barely touched because the food was simply dreadful. The flavours were bland at best and outright offensive at worst. None of us could believe how bad it was, and frankly, it was one of the worst meals we’ve ever had. We definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal.
David S — Google review
Tourists be very careful, they charged us as a group (3 couples) far too much for our drinks, I would highly recommend you pay as you go. That way no "mistakes" are made. We did not eat,
Dana S — Google review
One of the best places we've tried in the city. Great food, good atmosphere, nice service. Dog friendly. Good vegetarian and vegan options.
A. O — Google review
I really wanted to like this place. By the reviews it seemed to offer something different than the typical platter of brown stuff which tends to be Spanish restaurant food. The interior is charming and cozy, and they allow dogs which is great. However, the staff was quite brusque, and what’s worse, the food is not good. The menu itself is confusing - why does the “Thai” burger have cesar salad sauce? Why does the salmon gravlax bagel have lettuce and jalapeño sauce? Why are there two types of tartars? It doesn’t make sense to me. I had trouble deciding but went with the egg dish. It came out without bread initially, so it seemed to be a kind of gloopy gravy soup, but not. Very odd. We had to ask for bread but that didn’t help much. The chef-owner was chatting with a nearby table and asked me how I liked the food, I guess because I’d barely touched mine. I explained my issues (politely, I hope), but the meal was not comped as it should have been if she actually cared. My husband’s “baos” did not resemble baos in taste or appearance. I see this in Spanish “modern” restaurants - they have these quasi international, trendy items and ingredients but the execution is off. I was hoping for more veggie options, but there weren’t many. Nice place though and the deserts looked good.
Lauren — Google review
The meal I ordered was €9,50 on the menu and they then charged me €13,70 on the bill because I “sat on the terrace”. I am used to paying €1-2 extra to sit on the terrace, but am always provided with the bill that has the terrace price so I know the cost when I choose this. In addition to this €4,20 is an obscene overcharge. The food tasted fine, but 100% not worth the money. Would not ever return. In addition to this, the terrace tables are right next to a bin and there was vomit on the ground 2m from my table.

Really delicious food although, the price was quite high considering how much was provided (very small amounts of avocado in the salad, when it was deemed to be a main ingredient). Great cocktails. Good vegetarian/vegan options.

Attica 21 Coruña is a sophisticated hotel offering modern and stylish rooms, a Galician restaurant, fitness facilities, and a sauna. While it's conveniently located for shopping and surrounded by great restaurants, reaching the city center may require transportation. Guests appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, with special mentions for the reception, restaurant, and guest services. The breakfast is satisfactory, and late checkouts are available for an additional fee.
We stayed for a few days in September and I must say the staff are amazing they cant do enough for you (Reception, Restaurant & Guest Service). Excellent food both breakfast and the a la carte restaurant. Service is wonderful. Everything about it is luxury. Fantastic location. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. Thank you to all the team!

1. The room is very comfortable. It’s also very quiet, you don’t hear the road at all. But when it comes to service, unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. 2. I asked if there were any discounts or special offers for birthdays, since I was staying for three days and celebrating my birthday at the hotel. No one congratulated me, no one offered to book a table at the restaurant for the evening, and no special suggestions were made at all . The staff just indifferently said, “Oh, your stay is already paid for,” and handed me the room keys. There was no effort to make the guest feel special or celebrated. My partner also wasn’t offered any option to organize a surprise for me, even for an additional fee — it seems the hotel simply doesn’t think about this. 3. Another surprising thing: the hotel didn’t provide drinking water daily, even though it’s a four-star hotel where this is usually standard. We were told that water “isn’t included” because “it’s just their rule.” 4. Throughout our entire three-day stay, no one at reception ever greeted us or smiled when we entered or left the hotel. Even when I was leaving with balloons on my birthday, visibly happy and festive, no one looked at me or acknowledged it. This kind of indifferent behavior felt very strange and unwelcoming. Overall, while the rooms themselves were very good, the lack of hospitality and customer service was very disappointing. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Not the best location in La Coruña but depends what you are visiting. Was perfect for me visiting family, wouldn't recommend it for tourism. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we were upgraded to a superior room with a massive bed and a Nespresso coffee machine however... Only 2 capsules? And they were not replaced the day after? Come on guys, they are not that expensive, if you're going to have a Nespresso machine in the room leave a few capsules ideally different flavours and top them up during room service. Fantastic gym! Big, ample, very well equipped with weights and machines.

Well located, although taxis and cabifys are needed to reach the city center, although it is walking distance for shopping, having almost everything at a hand. Area is full of great restaurants and really inexpensive at a great quality. Breakfast is ok, service is really helpful and kind. Late checkout, after 12.00pm, is possible at a charge of 20€.

It's a really nice hotel, with a nice layout of the rooms and lobby. Free wifi, good prices for at the bar, and to my surprise they actually have rooms for smokers, they ask you if you're a smoker when you checkin, and if yes you can actually smoke in your room (good for smokers). Overall I think it's a nice hotel.

La Urbana is a charming spot that perfectly blends a cozy atmosphere with an inviting terrace, making it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. With its high ceilings and vintage decor featuring aged wood, leather, and steel, this restaurant offers a delightful menu filled with international recipes crafted from local Galician ingredients. Their toasts are particularly noteworthy; the goat cheese salad paired with crispy ham and mango is simply divine.
Pretty cool place. They have seats outside as well, tortilla is nop notch and service is pretty good! 🤙🏼
Max M — Google review
This place has the BEST beer in the world. I'm not joking, neither I'm naive. I have tasted beers all around the world: belgium, germany, italy, france, czhec republic, russia, finland, USA, all south and central america, japan, china, thailand, australia, spain, etc. You have to order here the tap beer (NOT the bottled one!). The tap beer here it's a special version of Estrella Galicia named "Estrella De Bodega" which translated means "Estrella from Cellar". That is an special version of "Estrella de Galicia" beer that comes directly from the beer fabric in a special truck that its not pasteurized, which means that the yeast is still alive and its still fermenting and producing more alcohol from the sugar. This kind of beer is awesome only if the place that serves it does that very fast so the tanks from where it comes are really fresh. This is the place for that. Always fresh and very taste. Don't miss this place if you are in A Coruña. On top of that the beer here is cheap: between 2.5 to 3.5 euros for half-a-liter pint (depends on the day/hour of the week)
Car L — Google review
To be honest, this bar is super nice, the bartenders are awesome at their job! It has an amazing Spanish Omelette, and sometimes they do some events which are the actual party of the city. Plus is super LGBTQ+ friendly and is for all public, but mostly from 20-35s.
Alejandro G — Google review
My favorite bar and cafe to hang out with friends in A Coruña. Good tapas, they always have tortilla in the morning. I wish everywhere in Spain served tortilla in the AM with coffee… I also liked that the internet is fast for getting work done away from home or the office. I don’t have an office but I like setting up my computer here.

Hotel Brisa is a simple yet comfortable 1-star hotel located in La Coruna. The hotel offers unpretentious rooms with modern bathrooms and provides a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi. It is centrally located in the city and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Guests can enjoy a relaxed restaurant and bar on-site, where they can savor good wine and breakfast. The friendly and accommodating staff contribute to the overall positive guest experience at Hotel Brisa.
I can't answer for everybody, but surely I was received with one of those smiles that make one forget its place in the universe, and everything else was all of a sudden less relevant. Happy Poe not to have been here ever, or he should say: "-- And my soul from of that smile, That lies gracefully near the door, Shall be lifted --never more!"

The Hotel is clean and has a Perfect Location near the Beach and the City Center is acessable by foot. Some Parts of the Interieur is a Bit older but still functional. The only downside was that the breakfast was really underwelming.

Hotel has everything you need for short staying. It is located near the main beach, easy to go to both sides of the City. The best bonus - you can be lucky and get the room with the ocean view through the window. Very nice, helpful staff😀
Gintarė M — Google review
Can't comment on the rooms but the staff in the cafe seems eager to ignore foreigners. Walked out after being ignored for 30 mins.
Marijn N — Google review
Located close to the beach but be aware that the train station is a long walk. If you get a taxi it is about 6 Euros The picture of the reception gives a false representation since it is the only part of the hotel that's been modernised. All of the rooms are on the first floor, connected with a very long corridor. There isn't much to separate the rooms so you need to be lucky who your neighbour is. To be honest, I found it reasonably quiet by Spanish standards although the room was quite dingy. There is another hotel next door that looks like a better option.

Hotel Zenit Coruña is a contemporary four-star hotel located just a short walk from the Orzan and Riazor beaches, offering beautiful Atlantic views. The 70 stylish rooms feature dark wood, neutral colors, and delicate gold Chinese prints. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with local specialties and meals at La Marola Restaurant, serving creative Galician cuisine. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and features an elegant lobby lounge.
Brand new hotel minutes away the beautiful Riazor promenade. We stayed in a junior suite and the bed was so comfy. Very clean and quiet. Reception was extremely slow for the check in and check out but other than that it was a great hotel. Good breakfast selection too.

Bed was ok, room was clean and modern. Aircon was good. Breakfast really bad! Service staff were friendly and welcoming.
Craig E — Google review
good location but not really a 4-star hotel. Space of room in weird proportion, (comparatively) big bathroom but small bed room which makes it super hard to place suitcase. one of the weakest showers I have experienced in hotels
Ko A — Google review
Good location, staff very pleasant. Our 2 rooms were very clean and modern but tiny, as other reviewer mentioned (not enough room to have an open suitcase between the bed and any wall). Room service did not replace tea/ mugs. Breakfast selection nice and tasty (but poor cereals selection and horrible sweet cappuccino and "orange juice")
Chris I — Google review
Great quality for price. Very kind and attentive staff. Awesome beds. Sound isolation in rooms not the best, though. Parking is an issue, advise to check beforehand.

Super clean. All brand new. Excellent beds. Breakfast is expensive and there is no gym. The hotel is a great deal and a fabulous place to stay.

+: - Very good location near beach, shopping, restaurants and city centre. - Recently refurbished - Comfortable beds - Plentiful breakfast -: - Maintenance issue with shower (the handle fell off) - Air con didn't seem to work very well

Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space, separate desk, sitting area, spacious bathrooms and utilities for the caliber of hotel. Only drawback is the breakfast which is very basic but would prefer bakery across the street than return. Little other services offered and all have to be requested as needed. Location is great with easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and sights.

Alda Alborán Rooms is a modest accommodation set in a historic 19th-century building, featuring cozy rooms with modern amenities. Situated in the heart of A Coruna, it offers easy access to Maria Pita Square and the nearby Riazor and Orzan beaches. The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and central heating, while some also boast city views from their balconies.
Simple hotel with excellent location. Near the city center, the restaurants, local shops and in front of the theater. Amazing price-quality relation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also give you free water and apples🥰
Constança C — Google review
The hotel was a disappointment as the whole building and the rooms are in dire need of restaurantion. The first room I refused had a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes. The trash bin did not work and was very dirty. As well as the heavily stained shower. The blinds were broken, and the walls heavily stained. I am leaving a 2 star reviews for the understanding of the personnel at the reception who gave me an other room free of charge, but ultimately I discourage booking at this hotel for this price point.
Johan C — Google review
Genuinely odd experience; *delighted* to have one of the famous glass balconies, but the light at night from the street made it hard to sleep. Lovely bathroom but hot water balance was quirky in a way that could even be dangerous - great location, great place but somebody had busted the front door! I don’t feel like my review is of a typical experience, but here it is. Good beds!
Beth K — Google review
Good hotel very well located in the heart of Coruña. Room was small but fonctionnel.
Matthias C — Google review
Travel without a car, so the central location with pedestrian street was perfect 🤩 The room was perfect for my purpose, just a small room to rest with a desk for work. It is not romantic, it’s efficient. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and everything very clean. You ear some noise from water in the pipes, but it didn’t prevented me to fall asleep or woke me up. Didn’t try breakfast, so no comments on that. Will certainly stay here again, good price quality ratio.
Antonieta L — Google review
It's a room, that's all that can be said. It's spartan and feels like a cell. The standard room we had only had a window that looked out on a ventilation shaft. The shower is either too hot or too cold. No lights next to the bed, just a cold white main light. No safe to safely store your valuables. Only the location is good, right in the city center. I would not recommend booking a standard room here, very bad quality for the price.

Location excellent, room very cosy and clean. The staff was friendly, we really enjoyed staying there. A bit noisy at night because of all the bars, but we didn't mind that much, we love that about the Spanish people!

Awesome place to stay and very central! it is located in the middle of the city so every where is so close to walk. If you go for shopping you can stop by to drop off bags and head out for food. Very friendly reception, comfortable and large rooms, clean rooms, beds, bathroom! Rooms have really good views of the busiest street for food. Reception doesn't speak English but they put a lot of effort to understand you. However, because the hostal is very central, it is very noisy at nights.

The establishment prides itself on offering a dining experience where patrons can instantly recognize the local flavors and ingredients used in their dishes. With an extensive stone bar, ample windows, wooden and leather benches, and subtle lighting, Bido creates an inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy Galician cuisine and wines while soaking in the ambiance.
Absolutely divine, I got the gastronomico menu and all the food was delicious, even the nuts. Loved the cocktail too. Service was great, and happily served an English-speaking solo diner. They have access to English menus. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to the area. One thing was not clear was the gastronomico menu included the matched wines in the price (so check this first) - I ordered drinks separately but they included them anyway. So definitely worth the price.

We had the tasting menu with nearly 15things to try. Apart of the duck, who was good but too classic compared to the rest, the other 14 dishes were exquisite! Nice wines and cocktails too.

Really nice food, but the drinks took me back home, I am from México and let's be honest, here in A Coruña is really hard to find good cocktails, but omg the Cocktail of Mezcal is really good I think I had 4 or 5 glasses, thanks to Laura for the drinks 🍸 We chose the tasting menu, which is a little bit of everything from the regular menu, we met Juan Crujeiras Incredible person, and we shared some culture knowledge and differences. Now to the main course, the food is really good 👍 😋 👌 And tasty, small portions but 10 - 15 dishes, and it's really enough for the night. If you want to spend the night with your wife or partner. Is really nice 👌 . You get tired of eating the same food at any restaurant here in A Coruña. Everywhere they had squid 🐙, octopus and shells. Is really nice to eat something different If you like to taste something different, here is your place. All the dishes are really good. it's definitely worth it. You need to try the deer 🦌 😋 Ravioli
