Did a review on hotels.com and they commented on it that I was lying, even tho I had the emails from them where they admitted to everything. One of their employees went in to my room in the middle of the night, I screamed and then he ran, went down to the reception to find anyone to talk to and no one was there or answering the phone or bell. Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life, I got terrified and left right away. They promised to pay me back for that one night (out of four) that someone got into my room but haven’t got anything back or even an answer on my emails. I’m so disappointed!! Here’s the conversation with them in pictures from their mail and how that lied straight to me after I did a review since they’ve not answered me or payed me back!!

I had a very nice stay here. Provided it's not very centrally located it was the best value for money option in Brest for me. I really didn't notice any problem with the cleanliness some people on here have mentioned. I felt very comfortable in my room watching my BBC news on the big screen. I also appreciated the water cooler in the corridor. The hotel should however enforce stricter rules once they have refurbished the sauna. People pour water on the stones carelessly and that has consequences. There needs to be a metal sheet between the wall and the heater to prevent any water getting on the wood. The ladle you have now is too big for a sauna of this size. You don't need anything larger than a wooden pasta sauce spoon. Encourage people to leave the sauna door open for a few minutes after they've used it. There's no such problem in the steam room and of course there are no wooden parts in there.
Marcel M — Google review
Decent rooms for 4 people stay. Rooms look bigger due to 2 beds on the mezzanine floor. Car parking can be challenging on weekends and you might be asked to park outside on the street as room booking does not guarantee a parking spot.
Himanshu T — Google review
Ok room but obviously I can smell sth unpleasant like animal smell when we first check in. But in general suitable for family more than 3; ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND, there won’t be much PARKING left after 10pm, Impossible to Park after midnight (might be vacation reason) be careful
MONSEUR Y — Google review
Overpriced. Cold breakfast for the price of 14.50€ and you get yogurt, coffee, white bread that breaks your teeth and sometimes juice. That's it! Restaurant is closed most nights. Maybe open for 3 days a week. Laundry service is way too expensive and takes 3-4 days to get your laundry back. No coffee or tea in room, have to pay 2 € for a cup at the reception. Housekeeping doesn't always empty the trash or make the bed. In the room you have bed, TV and a closet. The shower has basically no water pressure and still the water doesn't drain normally. A minute in the shower and it's like your standing in a puddle of water. If the room is street side, you can forget about a good night sleep. The noise from the cars is unbearable. And no kind of HVAC in the room. Open the window and it's like you're in traffic, close the window and it's hot. Wouldn't recommend. Would be better off at some random B&B.
Kristjan K — Google review
Nice clean rooms. Great service that speaks fluent English, for you on holiday. The breakfast and meals in house are fantastic. They do offer room service but did not partake. There is also no ac though the weather is fairly moderate in Brest, at least while we were there. If it does heat up you can easily open up the windows.
Trevor L — Google review
It's not the first time there for an affair sejour. Nice clean hotel, comfort and quality of bed, people lot of attention for us. Sport place, wich need anymore fresh air to run faster ... Happy moments on saunan and hamam. A good breakfast too ! Let's come to discover this nice place ! ...

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brest, Hôtel Kyriad Brest Centre is a modern retreat that promises a refreshing stay. Recently renovated, this hotel combines comfort with contemporary style, offering guests well-appointed rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and essential amenities like satellite TV and tea/coffee facilities. The atmosphere is surprisingly tranquil, making it an ideal spot for relaxation after exploring the city.
Clean modern room with comfy bed and a higher-end memory-foam pillow. The choice of the materials and indirect lighting gave the room a cosy feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful. When it comes to its location, this Kyriad is very central - there's the "Octroi" tram stop almost in front of it. Modern bathroom with surprisingly large shower. Although there was no fridge, the kettle near the bed with an assortment of teas and instant coffees was a thoughtful addition. The curtain was thick enough to block light during the night, and the windows fortunately didn't let much street noise through. There was also a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, including several international ones. If there was one thing I didn't like about this hotel, it was that the WiFi reception was a bit weak in my room.
Pierre B — Google review
Town center location , at the top end of the main shopping strip in Brest. Handy for getting around as there is a tram stop near by, and a small supermarket. I enjoyed my short stay there and found the room in excellent condition with excellent bathroom and comfy bed.... moreover the staff were nothing but helpful and there is free coffee, always a win in my books ...
Giles F — Google review
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Unfortunately it's in a very bad part of town and it's not safe. A large young male punched my wife as we walked down the sidewalk at about 5 in the afternoon. Fortunately someone eventually stepped in to help but most of the people just kept walking and did not want to get involved. I will not be back. But if someone must stay in this part of town there is a nice Japanese restaurant a few blocks away.
Jim H — Google review
Very clean! Location was excellent and we could walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed. Some noise at night, but to be expected considering location. Will stay there again!
Cindy M — Google review
Staff is very nice and friendly, rooms are neat and clean , breakfast is fresh but limited. Overall we loved this place would come back next year

Hôtel Oceania Brest Centre is a modern hotel located in the heart of Brest, offering polished rooms and a range of amenities. The hotel features a seafood restaurant and bar, with free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. It provides room service, laundry services, and pet-friendly rooms at an affordable starting price. Additionally, guests can enjoy family rooms, multilingual staff, air-conditioning, and breakfast in the room.
Best place in brest. Located in the center of brest (that's why it's called brest centre...), but amazing quiet. The service is superb. No matter what time, you will get an answer. Fitness club included, 300m from the hotel. Better than any "hotel gyms" with one ergo only... Perfect English speaking crew, excellent bar and restaurant attached. The only small shadow is the breakfast, but hey, really: the bread (not the Baguette) is worth dying for.! (The bacon and the sausages died two times...) Perfect room service, very high products in the bath. Highly recommend 👌
Sven S — Google review
Overall the hotel is Okay, unfortunately the key was never working (they changed it 10 times over the weekend!) and they never cleaned up my room. On the other side, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.
Felipe M — Google review
Tired facilities (not even close to the photos showed) and annoying reception service. I needed to eat something before taking a medicine for strong back pain and the guy told me the kitchen was closed and couldn't be opened (apparently it is a bank caveau even if there is no safe in the room). No different options proposed to help me out. I have to wait until dinner to take my painkiller when finally the kitchen caveau will reopen. Pretty much you're on your own.
Cristiano R — Google review
Overall a good stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room size was good, breakfast was versatile. Good location and even though the busy streets are just outside, there is no notice of that once the windows are closed.
DRA 8 — Google review
This hotels location was extremely convenient. Right in the middle of Brest, close to all amenities. It was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was good. We stayed for four nights. Customer service however was questionable. The lock on our hotel room was faulty, our keys would work once allowing us in to our room, but when we left it wouldn’t allow us to access back in. We were on the 5th floor so this was inconvenient as we’d have to go back down to get another key. The man at reception accepted that it was the fault of the door, but unfortunately after a while we started to feel like a nuisance. Nobody addressed the matter or in anyway tried to compensate us for our inconvenience. Also when I informed him that the cleaning staff left our hotel room door open, he said he would tell them to be more careful, but otherwise showed indifference to the error, and to the care of our possessions Such a pity
Maggie M — Google review
Oceania hotels never let me down. i love the rooms, the space and the staff are really nice people. they have a small bar/lounge where you can sit and a very good restaurant in the place. it's a very well managed place
Henry J — Google review
My review is based on my 4 stays at this Hotel. Overall expensive (upto 130 Eur+, although this time it was 107 Eur), Average rooms & average breakfast (no warm vegetarian option). Ordered taxi at reception, many times during my 4 stays, 95% of times its arriving 20-25min late! Although booking made 3 weeks in advance, still during the last 2 stays I was offered the same set of small rooms (208-209) on the street side, noisy during the night because of the Tram & loud people on the street making night-outs. Request made at the reception but no support provided, instead I was told that 'I might be too unlucky'. I hope now you understand why I gave 2 stars only. Instead of making post explanations, can you compensate this bad experience?
DK A — Google review
I have stayed in hotel 15 days due to Covid 19. There is no enough words to thank Mr. Benoit and his team for the help and care during that time. Absolutley best service that has ever been provided to me. Food, service, cleanliness, everything was 10/10. That was buisness trip but for sure i will go again in that hotel for a vacation. Thanks one more time to Mr. Benoit and his team.

It's OK if you must, rooms are small, wc really small and incomfy, not as clean as should be. Breakfast needs upgrade. At least receptionists are polite.

Very nice hotel. Big bathroom, nice staff, 24/7 reception and good breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in Europe. I've stayed in room 114 for 3 nights. On Wednesday 6th of April 2022 there was a concert in the hotel until 11pm. I felt am on the 1st row... the noice was so strong you can't even think about going to sleep! When I complain at the reception they said I need to wait 30min for the convert to end...

The Ibis Brest Centre is a relaxed budget hotel located in the city center, close to the port and just 500 meters from the Convention Center. The hotel offers 71 refurbished rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour bar, and public outdoor parking. It's conveniently situated on the main street near various bars and restaurants, as well as being close to local attractions such as the Sea museum, Oceanopolis aquariums, and an ancient castle from the Gallo-Roman period.
It's a while since I stayed in an Ibis hotel. The staff in this one were charming, it's a great location right downtown, rooms functional and comfortable, I recommend it.
David M — Google review
Terrible place.. rooms are very small and tiny, no desk to work. During booking the room it was mentioned that the parking available - in fact there is no parking u have to be lucky to find the spot on the streets.. if u want to stay for 1 night city break - okay, if u have to stay longer, better choose another hotel. 1 extra star because the crew is really nice and location is good. Definitely I will not visit this place again.
Bart B — Google review
Room is very small but clean enough. But honestly the worst smell I have ever experienced anywhere. Absolutely dreadful.
Emma A — Google review
We stayed in Ibis Brest Centre for 5 days. The hotel was really nice; the room was clean, large and new; the staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast was also nice with many choices and the location just perfect for someone who wants to visit the city and stay at the heart of it. Many means of transport just two steps of the hotel. We definitely recommend it.
Matina K — Google review
I reserved a renovated room which looks really good, this "renovation" I like more than the other ramification of design at Ibis, like in Prague (CZ) or Orleans (FR). Location is good, very close to the Castle and the Brodge. Pleanty of eateries and bars around. Staff is friendly amd very helpful.
Alexey G — Google review
Nice hotel with a perfect location. Efficient bathroom and a nice bed with pillow options. Air-conditioning in the room. Only negative was the breakfast due to the fact that they kept running out of cheese, ham etc.
Oddlaug ( — Google review
Impressed but... I stayed there for almost a week, I found the bed very comfortable, the room and en suite were spotless. It was a bit small but I only slept there so it was fine. I'm British but nobody seemed to speak English which was surprising because all their pamphlets were in French and English! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Family bedroom, spacious and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options and is great for children. Staff were helpful. Great location for the waterfront and a visit to the castle.. Avoid the pay parking across from the hotel, which is nothing to do with the hotel... very expensive.

We actually stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of October and this is the first opportunity I have had to vent my complaints about this hotel...totally spoilt holiday!! Glad to leave our pokey room behind!! Only good things were location and breakfast! Rooms like a prison cell,no plug in the wash basin,no kettle ,no bathroom,no pictures on the walls,no chair by the tiny desk(plastic hard stool only)TV misplaced..too low on the wall,no hanging space for our 3 nite stay clothes ( wished we had only 1 nite in this HELL!!!)

The hotel and it's facilities are fine but a short distance away is a nightclub that is open from 2345 to 0700 hours, the deep base from the sound systems and the drunks on the street will stop you having a nights sleep although the choice of room location will impact this also.

We booked this hotel last minute as we had a very early flight out of the Brest Airport to Paris. We were pleasantly surprised! Although we were only in the room for a quick night's rest, it was very clean, the customer service was great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. You get a lot for the price! I would definitely recommend this hotel and already have to family that are flying out of Brest soon!

The stay was comfortable, room clean. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke though. The night staff were so friendly and accommodating really helpful and kind
Jasmin J — Google review
Nice and reasonably priced hotel near the airport. The rooms and the interior do desperately need refurbishing though, but in general it is good value for money when you look for a hotel close to the airport. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean rooms (rather small though compared to other Ibis hotels). The only downside was the price of the taxi from the airport. We arrived after 23:30 and taxi was the only option, there were no more buses and neither Bolt or Uber were available. So we paid € 22 for a 4 minute taxi ride, but this is not a problem of the hotel of course. When we went back to the airport by bus the next day to collect a rental car, the cost of a bus ticket was € 1.7...:-).
Jan P — Google review
The staff was courteous and friendly. Katie was excellent; she spoke the most English of all, and she is from the UK :) But even the other staff were fantastic and always accessible. The bed was comfortable, the internet and other amenities worked fine. The food was good, and the breakfast selections could be improved, but there was plenty to choose from; the only thing missing was getting a cappuccino or specialty coffee during breakfast, though I didn't ask for it either. Merci Beaucoup!

big clean rooms, toilet seat is in a different room than the shower and sink, big windows to allow daylight to go in (which was from 6 am to 9:50 pm in May 2017) very comfortable beds, the staff are very friendly and able to speak English, the hotel is close to the airport, close to the industrial area, and close to the tram station (you can get tickets from the reception as the machine on the station will accept coins and cards only) and from the station you can go downtown, breakfast have good variety of options, and dinner was OK, however restaurant is not open on Sunday so you better go out for dinner. With its convenient location near the city center and various restaurants, it provides great value for money.
We had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Centre Port. Staff were welcoming, our family room was spacious, breakfast was great. Located next to several decent restaurants in the port and city centre is a 15 min walk. Lobby is ideal for a remote working - plenty of quiet corners with sockets and fast wifi.

It is a real good place to spend a short break in Brest. We were welcomed and all the staff were freindly. Nice and fresh designed. Good atmosphere all the time. The room with balcony is a good option! The sitting outside in the clear salty air is calm and just thinking/talking about good task... Breakfast is ok too.

I loved the feeling of this hotel, specially the "lounge", I loved to sit there at the end of the day reading books (they have a nice selections) and sipping on a tea. Many guests sit there too and the feeling of community appears very quickly.

Nice hotel on a busy road on walking distance from the Maritime Museum. The room was a bit smallish, but otherwise ok. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was nice There is a safe parking inside the building

Great hotel for a short stay in Brest. Rooms with balcony are excellent for families! Great play area for kids in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was clean and modern looking. Not as large as we might have expected. No secure parking - free on-street parking nearby. There's a good selection of bars and resturants by the port very close by. Good to have a bar and breakfast was pretty good as well.

The hotel was super clean. The staff very helpful. The downside is one side of the hotel is next to a very busy road. It was quite warm when I was there, and wanted to open the window, but due to the noise had to leave it closed. Sadly I had very little sleep. It is in a good situation, close to bars, restaurants, and the sea.

This is one hotel which provides you 24*7 check-in via automated machine. So if you are arriving odd hours, don't look anywhere else just head straight to it especially if you have your own car. Great budget hotel with best value for money compared to other hotels in the prime area of Brest. English breakfast as usual. Lots of parking area free for guest.

Hotel
Hôtel Première Classe Brest Gouesnou is a budget-friendly gem located at the northern entrance of Brest, making it an excellent base for both leisure and business travelers. Easily accessible from major roads like the N12 and D788, this hotel offers complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, ensuring convenience during your stay. While some may find the decor a bit dated, guests appreciate the clean rooms equipped with private bathrooms and essential amenities such as strong Wi-Fi and hot showers.
This place deserves no less than 5stars. No amount of superlatives can describe the value you'll extract from the price you'll pay per night. Clean beds, strong WIFI, hot showers and room heaters - what more can you ask for? There's ashtrays embedded in the sink as an added bonus. The tram station is conveniently located just a few steps away to get to the city within 20mins. Grocery stores (Aldi, Carrefour) are along the way on the tram to get your wine and baguettes. If you're in Brest, skip the fancy hotels and try the best 1-star hotel in Brittany

Used this chain of hotels many times with no problems, on this occasion the room was dirty and disappointing. We had to move a bed as we dropped something, to find used toothpicks and a large amount of dust. The shower rail was thick with mould and only enough loo roll for 2 visits, the shower strainer in the base was loose with sharp edges. Just a total lack of maintenance. Disappointed. Room 31. 4th Aug 19

It is an alright place. Not too good and very small rooms. Bathrooms smell a bit bad as well. Not much room for suitcases, bags, etc. I would recommend one of the other better hotels just a few hundred metres away. It will be worth the price!

I stayed at this hotel in June, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the rooms were okay, the staff lacked professionalism. Given that the hotel hosts international visitors, it's surprising that many staff members don't speak basic English, making communication difficult. Additionally, several services, such as the laundry, were unavailable throughout my stay, which was very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This is a dirty, smelly apartment block that is not as described on their website, with an uncommunicative senior management. I booked a non-smoking double studio room for 6 nights, paid in advance. We arrived and found the room (403) was not remotely as described. It had twin beds not a double, kitchen equipment was missing, all the surfaces were dirty, and the room smelled badly of smoke. We told reception, where the staff were friendly and tried to help but they could not make the room good. They changed the bed, replaced the missing equipment and tried to clean the surfaces. However, everyone agreed that it was not possible to remove the smell of smoke. The walls and floors were still heavily marked and greasy. It would require industrial heavy cleaning or renovation to make the room acceptable. We could not sleep in a room with this bad smell so we advised reception and left the same day. I immediately wrote (in French and English) asking for a refund, but despite numerous further requests for a response have had no answer. I am now escalating the complaint with various authorities (tourist office, hotel organisations, company CEO etc.). Other factors to consider with this accommodation include – long walk to city centre (about 30-40 mins); few facilities in the vicinity (2 restaurants, 1 pizza takeaway and 1 shop); very poor security (we walked straight into their breakfast room where guests’ bags were stored, when the reception was closed and no staff were around); no lift (3 floors); no response to emailed request for early (1pm) check-in; and the room we were in suffered traffic noise. On the plus side, it does have wifi and a laundry, and the office staff were friendly. If it gets a renovation then it may be worth considering as low grade accommodation, but until then I suggest keep well clear of it.

(Translated by Google) Disappointing T2 accommodation due to the lack of cleanliness on our arrival: greasy hob, mold on the fridge, on the shower glass, on the bathroom ceiling, stained sheets... The cleaning team had to intervene twice because the cleaning was not done correctly the first time. We had a view of the car bumpers. There was therefore a real lack of brightness. We had to systematically turn on the lamps and close the curtains because of the view. The staff understood our situation. As compensation, two breakfasts (very decent) and tourist tax were offered to us. The establishment did not have the possibility of making a commercial discount on the price of the room because we had booked via Booking. We therefore lodged a complaint with Booking customer service and the establishment's head office. Unfortunately Booking cannot do anything and the establishment cannot issue a refund. Their proposal would be a 40% discount + breakfast coverage on a future rental. However, this proposal does not interest us because we will find ourselves incurring additional costs on a rental that we do not need. This situation is unacceptable. To conclude, this aparthotel deserves to be renovated. We strongly advise against this accommodation. It's a shame because the staff are very welcoming.

This is a great option for staying in Brest. It’s a 5 minute walk from the trainstation, and a similar walk to the main shopping street. The superior rooms have French doors overlooking a little square outside. Staff were helpful, I would strongly recommend staying here

The staff at this hotel were professional and extremely helpful, warning us about parking in the square for Sunday (you will be towed to make room for the Sunday market). Our room was spacious, great free wifi, and I loved the balcony overlooking the square. This is an older building and the lobby and our room were beautifully decorated. Great location on the square, easy walking distance to Rue de Siam (shopping and tram access), the city hall area, and the chateau and port. Parking directly outside the hotel on the square is 2-hr, but one street over is cheap all-day parking (free on sundays and after 6pm)

Nice small hotel, good couples, I arrived in July 10th 2016, with the same timing of the final match Euro 2016, check in was easy and fast, the staff are friendly and helpful, I put my luggage in the room and returned immediately to watch the match in the lobby, I was able to watch it through the TV room but I preferred to watch it in the lobby because it more exciting. Rooms are clean and tidy I reserve two rooms 101 with king bed and 104 with 2 single bed, the hotel is safety. Extremely friendly welcome upon arrival, room was 1st class clean, spacious & good view ( we were at the Eastern end of the hotel, Western end would give superb peninsula views ). Only downside was the run down external appearance of the hotel.

This hotel has seen better days -- very tired in appearance and bits dropping off entrance ceilings etc. However, we had a room with a sea view - and what a view. The No.2b bus runs regularly from just up the road, so we quickly got into Brest centre and enjoy the Maritime Festival. There is also a pleasant coast walk from the hotel. Logis should really put more money into the upkeep of this hotel - it has a wonderful location.
Ishmael P — Google review
The exterior appearance of the hotel is a disgrace, with vandalised lighting and broken porch ceiling. And steps to the main door difficult to manage with luggage. But the room was OK and the views stupendous! There is no bar or restaurant and no eating facilities in the area. However there is a useful bus service into Brest city from the main road, or an attractive cliff walk to the lighthouse.
BootfromEngland — Google review
A good but a bit old fashioned congress hotel. The room rate is good. The room was very big, the bed very large and confortable. Bathroom modern and very nice. The view very nice over the bay. Parking is free. And the hotel is quiet. I saved the 12€ for the breakfast but it is worth the money as I saw it short😉. For me was this a very good location for my journey along the coast. I really not want to stay inside Brest...

We stayed one night when attending a football match in Brest. We thought the hotel had it's own parking but it doesn't, though we luckily found a space close by in the street and only had to pay for a few hours. We found the room to be very, very small but it was clean and the bed comfortable and the shower was very good although the bathroom smelt a tiny bit damp. Breakfast was good and the staff very efficient and helpful. There was Canal+ sport on the TV, so we watched the match again when we got back! Didn't think see a bar, so kept a small bottle in the mini-bar.
Martin B — Google review
Was quite delighted when they gave me a room upgrade but was really disappointed when I found out that the hotel do not have air-conditioning. The disappointment is largely due to the fact that I am traveling alone and so personal comfort take precedent over room size. Would have been nice if they straight up indicated no air-conditioning, rather than leaving it out and letting you infer if they have it or not. Nevertheless, staff was great at service recovery by providing an extra fan but I visited at the worst possible period where the weather is very warm. Would really recommend the hotel in the winter or during cooler periods but not in the summer.

The hotel is recently renovated, the beds are large and quite comfortable (we were in the 4th floor suite). There's a great view on the fourth floor toward the bay. We especially loved the service. They also had great tips on local restaurants, how the busses work, etc. We're definitely going back!

First time, I have ever used any B&B group’s hotel. The room was very modern and very meticulously designed for good comfort for the guests. The room lights were very nicely designed to avoid eye-strain. The Bed, Toilet were spacious and comfortable. So, I would highly recommend it and would like to look and book one during my next trip.

This was the worst hotel of my whole long trip around Normandie and Brittany. I always book if possible a sea view room. Mine looked out onto a car park . Reception did nothing to help except open the door when the code did not work. The whole room shook and the noise frightened myself and the dogs. It sounded like an air lock and someone was trying to get in. Happened many times. The secure parking is not secure. There is a public pathway with no gates passes right through the hotel parking lot for which the guest pays. The area is horrible. On a main thoroughfare with heavy traffic. No view at all. Restaurants are a good 10 minute walk away along the thoroughfare. Nothing close by except offices . No outside seating are and no grass for dogs. The receptionists need to get up from behind their window and help with the very heavy doors. I have injured my toe when trying to open it and it slammed back on me, watched by the receptionist . Far more clear instructions about things work eg I could not find how to get out at 10pm for the dogs. Never again

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast to start their day right, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
Very clean and confy place in a quite of a convenient prize. Would recommend it to anyone who looks for a stay in Brest :) Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work but since I stayed there for only one night - this wasn't a disadvantage for me.

Awful experience. We payed for a familiar room initially (4 people), but they asked us to switch rooms as a favour to a smaller one, same price. We found ourselves on a two people room with two extra beds, no space, our heads touching the corner. As beds were placed anywhere carelessly, they left the table stands (that were supposed to be next to the initial bed) on the top of our heads, which was dangerous and i almost got my head hit. Attention was no better. Regardless of the language (they spoke no word in English), we got in contact with the patron to tell him about our disconformity with the dangerous table stands, and all we got in response is that booking was to blame for that. The staff of this hotel didn't seem to care about new clients, and in giving our room to a veteran client as a favour we were left with a lack of caring and communication... I don't recommend it.

No parking for my car, the room is small. But the personnel is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. Because of the fans (compressor for cooling) outside, I cannot open the window at night and the kitchen is a bit loud in the morning. It is located a bit outside but close to the marina and port. And a bar and a restaurant are directly next door. The mix remains positively to me...

Good location (beach literally across the road), beautiful view of the port and lovely sunrises. The hotel and room however, another story. NO PARKING. We had to circle the area a few times around the hotel and port to find a place to safely park our car every time we left. What a hassle. Tiny room! bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom. Scared to step into the bathtub because I felt like it was going to fall in at any moment with the sound it made. No aircon, no safe for valuables, no fridge. I know it’s a 3 star hotel, but still there are standards. Room was BOILING HOT. No air even with the window open. Thanks for the fan but not much help. Breakfast was meh. Viennoiserie was fresh but the other breakfast items tasted like they were made 3 days ago (crumbly and dry). For the price we paid I expected so much more. I feel like I am on vacation now that I am back home. Really do not recommend.

The room was small and smelled of damp, the bath plug was broken so it was impossible to fill the bath. The hairdryer was broken and my son could feel the springs in his bed. I had booked 11 nights but it was so bad I left after 3 nights. They only refunded me 4 nights of my remaining 8 but I couldn't stay there any longer.

A hotel saved by the location next to the beach. Very rough around the edges and lacking in areas. Terrible breakfast. Clean rooms and a comfy bed however.

Staffs were rude very rude specially Alain was horrible. My train was at 17h . So I requested for 2 hours extension. One front office guy told me ok. But she came and knocked my door at 12.15 pm and asked me to leave asap. Rude very rude. 0 customer care.

Reasonably clean but a lot of things were broken in the room and hallway. Hotel needs some love

The that I would never have expect... Doesn't seem to be a city hotel but more likely a mountain one.. The rooms are quite spacious but with old furnishing (it would need to be renovated), it is very clean... About the breakfast it is tipical Breton one, the food is very good and hand made directly by the hotel personnel but you would find only local food.

(Translated by Google) Dilapidated hotel, no maintenance either inside or outside! Mold and rust in the bathroom. The room is completely redone. Gloomy atmosphere! Breakfast is industrial and not cooked. Way too expensive for the price. TO RUN AWAY! A FUIR!

(Translated by Google) Friendly reception, the room is large, the bathroom too. A little outdated, the bed a little hard (but that's a matter of taste). For the hot season, it would be missing air conditioning. (Original) réception sympathique, la chambre est grande, la salle de bain aussi. Un peu suranné, le lit un peu dur (mais c'est une question de goût). Pour la saison chaude, il manquerait une clim.
