Cool place to check out if you’re in the area. The lighthouse was the main attraction of course and it has signs to let you know how far up and how much further you have left as you climbed it. Once you get to the top the views and breeze are nice. The stairs are very narrow so you have to stop and wait or let people go by sometimes. But it’s not a bad hike at all! The rest of the sites are self guided and in old buildings but are maintained. Most have AC which is where you found the most people with it being so hot. There’s plenty of information and artifacts in each part you entered. Unless you’re stopping to read everything, the tour goes by pretty quickly. I highly suggest bringing water with you if you’re going during the summer months.

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum is an absolute must-visit. The property is full of rich history, and the view from the top of the lighthouse is truly breathtaking. While the climb does involve a lot of steps, it is well worth the effort. Beyond the lighthouse itself, there’s so much to explore—from learning how boats were built to seeing how recovered artifacts are carefully cleaned and preserved. This site offers a wonderful mix of history, hands-on learning, and stunning scenery. Definitely worth a stop when visiting St. Augustine.

My wife and I went to the special event at the top of the beautiful historic lighthouse. The event is held once a month to watch the sunset and the full Moon rise. We were rewarded with a beautiful sunset and the full moon rise over the ocean was awesome. Our experience was seriously diminished by the male volunteer that was supposed to be pouring champagne for all the guests but seemed totally focused in looking after two younger women whose glass were always full while we had to ask several times for a second half glass. The volunteer attitude changed a five star experience to barely a three stars. In future please have the volunteer treat all guests equally. At the opposite end we wish to commend Tammy as very pleasant and helpful with information about the lighthouse and in passing food around.

This is a beautiful place set back in some trees, not far from water. There's plenty of history to learn and over 200 steps to reach the top, which has some beautiful views of the area. This is a worthwhile place to explore. The staff are very friendly and eager to answer questions or help.

Wonderful place that is worth visiting if you are in Anastasia and Saint Augustine area. My kids and I had such a fun time climbing the stairs to reach the top of the Lighthouse, I was surprised how windy it can be! Just a great place to enjoy good time with the family and Learn a thing or two about how lighthouse used to work 150 years ago and how it works now. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to visit! Be prepared for the climb but once you get to the top, it is so worth it for the view. There was so many different buildings with a bunch of cool items and rich history. Would highly recommend making this one of your places to visit! The staff was also very welcoming and kind too!

What an absolutely gorgeous afternoon in St Augustine. The volunteer on the stairs of the gift shop, was an amazing man, full of knowledge, very helpful, and chatty when I needed to talk. The neighborhood the lighthouse is in is fantastic. Just a cool Coastal vibe

Very cool fort with great views. It was an extremely hot day so I highly recommend bringing a bottle of water with you and maybe even a small towel. 🥵There were 2 main levels and you could self guide yourself through it although they had a guided tour option. There was zero shade when you’re up on the top but you were able to see where they had the old firing cannons which was super cool. As you walk through each room they had plenty of artifacts and information which was helpful to understand. I felt that it was very well maintained and full of rich history! They do offer bathrooms inside as well.

This was an amazing experience, I enjoyed visiting the Castillo de San Marcos. The history here is incredible — it really feels like stepping back in time. The fort itself is beautiful, and the views of the water are awesome. The cannons were definitely my favorite part. It’s just one of those places that makes you appreciate how much history St. Augustine has to offer. Highly recommend it, go during the day and at night.

Very cool historic castle to tour! The top offers a great view of the water and surrounding area, plus old cannons you can check out. On the ground level there are multiple rooms to explore, each with interesting displays and information about the history of the fort. You can also see step-by-step demonstrations of how soldiers would load and fire the cannons as well as their muskets, which is really fascinating. The staff dressed in Spanish army costumes brought the place to life and made the whole experience feel even more authentic. Definitely worth visiting if you’re interested in history or just want to see something unique.

The people who work there are kind and thoughtful. The restrooms are clean, and stalls are plentiful. It's a good place to relax, learn about the area and city, take a few pictures, and even shop for bargains. Because of the government shutdown, not everything is availablem

The Castillo de San Marcos is always well worth the visit. The structure alone clearly articulates its history and its various functions from the 17th through the 20th centuries The grounds are well-maintained by the NPS and are excellent for walking. This fort is one of the many treasures that makes Saint Augustine the beautiful city that it is. To see the ancient walls lit up at night is breathtaking.

Very cool to see and great read about the history of the fortress that was built by the Spanish over 450 years ago. It was built to defend Florida and the Atlantic trade route. My family and I were on a family vacation and visited the historic fortress on a Tuesday morning, so it wasn’t crowed. Parking spots were available because we got there before it opened (9:00am eastern time). There’s a parking meter in the parking lot. There were 22 of us going to see the fort and only paid $50 for everyone! My mother/father in law got in for free because they’re seniors. I think each senior can have up to four grandchildren that can center for free; there were a total of 12 grandchildren. My mother in law also has an annual park pass so that gave her additional discounts! If you have it, ask them about any discount. If you’re in the area, stop by and see the history and the view. It would have been more enjoyable for me if the weather was a little cooler 😅. They have cannons and many rooms you can enter. Each door you enter, there’s a history you can read about it. There’s also a theater room you can enter and watch a documentary about how the fortress came about. Of course, before you leave the fortress- stop by the gift shop!

Amazing place! All the animals look to be very well taken care of. A beautiful layout most of which is under tree canopy. You feel like you in the country that the animals come from. We absolutely loved it Great parking and tons of stuff to do for the little ones.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Must-See Attraction in Florida! The Alligator Farm in St. Augustine was one of our top must-see attractions during our summer trip to Florida, and it did not disappoint! I work with an individual with a disability, and having accompanied the individual, we were both able to get in free—an unexpected and much-appreciated blessing. Before visiting, I called ahead and the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful in answering all of my questions. Check-in was smooth and easy, though the area right outside the entrance was a bit crowded. Once inside, it was fascinating to see the variety of alligators and other wildlife. There are some quieter areas away from the crowds where you can truly appreciate the natural beauty and watch the alligators in their element. One memorable moment was walking across a bridge when the alligators suddenly let out a loud growl—we didn’t make it all the way across, but it was definitely a unique experience! Now, fair warning: it does smell in quite a few areas, which is to be expected with so many animals and the heat. Just be prepared for that—it’s part of the experience. It was extremely hot the day we went, but thankfully there was an air-conditioned area and a shaded spot (the theater) to cool off. For the adventurous, there’s even a zip line that goes right over the alligators—such a cool feature! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely one for the memory books. Highly recommend!

One of the best zoos we have ever been to ever. Never seen so many crocodilians in one day. There are 26 species in the world and this place HAS THEM ALL!! It was in the upper 80’s and sunny when we were there, but it was never hot at all because the whole place has big trees that provided shade everywhere. My favorite area was the swamp walk way. I felt like I was walking through the Everglades. All the enclosures were big, beautiful, and well maintained. Lots of other animals also like giant tortoises, turtles, birds, snakes, sloths, and lemurs. No bad odor anywhere. We went on a weekday, and there weren’t too many people at all. Would go back again next time we’re in St Augustine.

This place is HUGE!! With over 20 different species of alligators! Gators aren't the only attraction in the zoo. Lots of African birds, native snakes, small monkeys and different shows throughout the afternoon. There is also a zip lining option, however we chose to walk through.

Such a beautiful and scenic place! There’s a small mini-zoo and lots of alligators — truly fascinating to see. The atmosphere is exciting and unique, and you can even watch the alligators being fed, which is an amazing experience. Definitely worth visiting!

This place would be amazing for children. When we went we did not have kids and we still had fun. The alligators make a loud sound. It’s like, growling? I don’t know how to describe. The path is stroller friendly. It is very unique to see this many alligators. I would go back here, kid free or with kids it’s a great time.

Wow — this place completely exceeded our expectations! We’ve visited several wildlife parks and gator exhibits before, so we weren’t sure it would be worth the price… but it absolutely was. Every part of the experience felt well-designed, clean, and immersive. The elevated decking was spotless and made for comfortable, easy viewing throughout the entire park. The gator feeding demonstration was thrilling — educational, exciting, and so cool to watch these incredible animals in action. And let’s talk about Maximo… seeing that massive crocodile up close was worth the ticket alone. What a beast! The only downside? It was hot and humid — but that’s just Florida in August and no fault of the park. There were plenty of shaded areas to help beat the heat. This is a must-do in St. Augustine, whether you’re a local or traveling with kids. Don’t miss it!

The Lightner Museum is definitely worth a visit, with a beautiful historic building and an impressive collection of art and antiques. The architecture alone makes it a special stop, and there’s a lot to see throughout the different floors. That said, it leans more toward being an art gallery than a traditional museum, which might not be what everyone expects. Still, it’s a great place to spend a couple of hours, and I’d give it 4 stars for the atmosphere, history, and variety on display.

I am a wedding photographer and I hosted my wedding in the courtyard at the Lightner Museum, my team photographed our wedding and it was everything I hoped for! Despite the work they were doing on the courtyard, everything turned out amazing!!! Staff was amazing, the venue is gorgeous and so much history. I loved every moment. As a wedding photographer, we have photographed weddings at the Lightner Museum and just like my very own wedding day, it is beautiful and everything every bride dreams of. If you are looking for a ceremony venue, this is it!

If you like historic, unique and beautiful museums then you will enjoy this. You have the option of being self guided or with a guide so I opted for self. While I’m not a history buff I did enjoy walking around to the different levels to see how they sectioned off each rooms and area. A couple of my favorite rooms were the stained glass, timeline of the evolution of bicycles, and the crystal and glass room. Each room had its own story and when you get to the end there’s a beautiful courtyard looking down of where you can enjoy lunch at their cafe! It took me about 30 minutes to complete at a quicker pace but it could take up to 45 mins or longer. There were a handful of beautiful pockets to take pictures at outside as well and a cute little gift shop on your way out.

Step into another world perhaps a better world. Beauty and thoughtfulness surround you. What a brilliant contrast to the throw away culture we now inhabit. Imagine a world where people are proud to put their names on things without hiding behind pseudonyms and handles. Imagine making things that can be resold and work long after their creators have collected their eternal reward.

Lightner museum is a beautiful museum inside and out with beautiful architecture and beautiful artwork, musical instruments, furniture pieces, and many other different collections from the Guilded age! Definitely a must see!

We really enjoyed the beautifully curated selection. The mummy and lion were impressive and unexpected. Nice use of negative space. Felt full without being cluttered. The docents were knowledgeable and effective at directing and educating us. The scavenger hunts were fun and the prize at the end was very nice. Will come again every time in St Augustine.

The Lightner Museum in St. Augustine is stunning. I loved the mix of art, history, and architecture — every room felt like stepping back into the Gilded Age. The building is a masterpiece with its Spanish Renaissance design, beautiful courtyard, and incredible details throughout. From antique instruments and glasswork to fine art and historic artifacts, everything was thoughtfully displayed.

This is the second time I've visit and it still amazes me. 😁 I'm hoping 🤞that drinking the water will keep me young! There are several things to explore. If you have a good stomach, it could be an experience drinking 🍸 the water. It has a mild sulfur taste to it. I would recommend this place. Happy exploring! The Fountain of Youth is without a doubt one of the top attractions you have to see when visiting St. Augustine. There’s so much to do here—it can easily take 2–3 hours to see everything, and if you stop to watch all the shows, you could easily spend the entire day. I especially enjoyed the firearm and cannon demonstrations, which were both fascinating and impressive when they were fired. The staff really make the experience even better—everyone I met was friendly and very knowledgeable. A special shout-out to the gentleman by the boat, who patiently answered all my questions and shared so much interesting information. This is definitely a must-visit spot!

This the oldest continuous American settlement in the country and a super cool place to visit if your in striking distance of the St Augustine area. I mean come one, how could you not want to have a drink from the fountain of youth?! All jokes aside, for $22 this is a very neat experience.

This place was super cool, mainly for me because of the peacocks! They were everywhere and so beautiful. They were also planning a wedding there which I can imagine would be beautiful. Oh and a pigeon landed on my hand when I was feeding the birds which was the coolest thing ever.

This had meticulously maintained grounds. Loved the peacocks, the history, drinking from the fountain. The whole group stayed very engaged from 10 years old up until mid 80's. We cannot wait to come back and continue exploring.

I would give it 5 stars because it was a great experience, so many fun history lessons/ sights however... the "fountain of youth" was NOT ground water. It was replaced with city water. That was the only disappointment. Feeding the birds and squirrels was so much fun!

We took a trolley tour to get here and got to enjoy the beautiful trees with Spanish Moss hanging from the branches as we entered the Historic Fountain of Youth park. You can buy your tickets at the entrance and either take the guided tour or do a self-tour with the map they give you. We did the self tour and were there for about 3 hours in order to see everything. I watched as my daughter climbed up to the top of the water tower to see the beautiful views and photo ops. We also checked out the Fountain of Youth and drank from it. However, we have not become younger looking. Oh well. We also watched the cannon shooting demonstrations. The tour was worth going on. Tickets were $23 per adult. The gift shop was great with all kinds of cool items about Ponce de Leon and the Fountain of Youth. I loved the Southern BBQ restaurant on premises. Delicious BBQ sandwiches and more. You gotta try it! There is a large parking lot for free parking.

Five Stars! An Adventure for All Ages! ​This museum was an absolute hit with my family. I took my 7-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter, and they were both completely captivated from the moment we walked in. The St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum truly transports you back over 300 years to the Golden Age of Piracy in Port Royal, Jamaica. ​The experience manages to be both exciting and educational. For my 7-year-old, it was an inspiring deep dive into history, bringing the tales of pirates to life with real artifacts. My 4-year-old daughter was just as engaged, especially with the fantastic interactive exhibits that made sure she was part of the fun. The museum proves it's the perfect place for groups of all ages, keeping everyone entertained and learning simultaneously. ​We loved every minute of the experience. If you are looking for a unique family outing that will leave your kids feeling inspired to sail the seven seas, this museum is a must-see. We highly recommend it!

Of all the pure museums in St. Augustine, this one has the most interesting artifacts, including coin clusters, movie props, and even the last remaining pirate chest on earth. It's themed well, informative, and interactive, making it great for kids and adults alike. Last time I went, they had a scavenger hunt as well, and its not one of those hunts that are meant to prolong your experience to give the illusion that they have more than they do. If you are in the area and are looking for something fun to do, this would be a great pick.

This was our family’s first trip to St. Augustine and had to stop at the Pirates & Treasure museum. It was fun and interesting to see artifacts and even got to interact in a pirate hunt during the visit. The gift shop had pretty neat souvenirs to purchase and the kids really enjoyed it! We loved being able to see real silver and gold shipwreck treasure and a real pirates chest! Would recommend stopping in!☺️ Staff was really friendly!

I had a great time at the St. Augustine Pirate and Treasure Museum! This place is a total gem for anyone into pirate history or just looking for a fun outing. The collection of over 800 authentic artifacts, like a real pirate treasure chest and a Jolly Roger flag, is seriously impressive. The interactive exhibits, like firing a cannon or exploring the replica pirate ship, make it feel like you’re stepping into the Golden Age of Piracy. The self-guided setup lets you go at your own pace, which I loved, and the info plaques are packed with cool facts about pirates like Blackbeard and Sir Francis Drake. My only gripe is that it can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, wish it was a bit larger, and the gift shop prices are a little high. Still, it’s a super fun and educational spot that’s totally worth checking out .

We’ve struck gold with this place, but I don’t want to hide it from anyone! Really fun time! About $20 for adults without the package for colonial times. We spent about an hour in here taking our time and it was worth it! Lots of interactive fun, educational signage, and cool things to see. There was even a little audio show. The scavenger hunt was an extra bit of fun as well that had us searching all over for the hidden artifacts. A great place to go for all ages. Highly recommend if you’re ever marooned in St. Augustine!

My kids (ages 8 and 10) had a great time at the Pirate Museum! We were able to go through the whole museum in just under an hour, which was the perfect amount of time for them. There’s a guided tour and an audio room available, but since both of my kids are Deaf, those parts weren’t accessible to them. Even so, they still really enjoyed the treasure hunt and all the highly visual and interactive displays. The interactive cannons were definitely their favorite! The staff was very kind and made the experience enjoyable. A fun stop for families visiting St. Augustine.

I am sure I can not be the only one that enjoyed Coopers presentation of this experience! He was hilarious and extreamly engaging! We were not sure what we would do while in the area and I’m so glad we choose this. You def want to do this with a tour which are done a certain times but well worth the planning. My 9yr old loved it and was answering and asking all the questions he could think of.

June 30th, 2023 marked our first visit, though certainly not our last. The Quarter doesn't merely display history; it breathes life into it. Blacksmiths hammer red-hot metal into submission while musket fire cracks through the air unexpectedly—startling my daughter into fits of delighted squeals! Time bends here. One moment you're wandering through a 16th-century Spanish garrison, the next you're examining British military tactics that once dominated these very grounds. We devoured authentic colonial-inspired cuisine that burst with flavors forgotten by modern palates. Heavenly! The maritime exhibits particularly captivated my husband, who lost himself for nearly an hour examining shipbuilding techniques. St. Augustine has captured my heart so completely that I dream of making it my forever home. The Colonial Quarter stands as testament to why—it's where education becomes adventure, where history isn't just remembered but experienced viscerally through all five senses. You'll leave changed, carrying pieces of centuries past within you, already planning your return before you've even departed. Trust me, this living museum deserves every accolade it receives—and then some!

Colonial Quarter is one of the best live music venues in downtown St. Augustine. The atmosphere is unbeatable—right in the heart of the historic district with a unique open-air setting that makes every show feel special. The sound quality was excellent, and the stage setup allowed for great views no matter where you were standing. The venue has a fun, lively vibe but still feels relaxed, making it a perfect place to enjoy music with friends. Being surrounded by history while watching talented performers created a one-of-a-kind experience. If you’re looking for a great night out in St. Augustine, Colonial Quarter should be at the top of your list.

Always love being a tourist in our own city! We came back in January and had an amazing time! From roaming the property to the informative tour from the actor. The live canon demonstration was awesome! The view of the fort from the tower is amazing as well. Highly recommend stopping by and enjoying the history!

Our tour guide was super friendly and wonderful, however we were very disappointed to see that most of the experience appeared to be under renovation. There were people working everywhere, packing the ground down and doing construction. The ship you are supposed to see wasnt there, there were vehicles parked and benches randomly in the courtyard where it was supposed to be. Benches were stacked everywhere, and not even properly spaced and set up for the tour stops. People were working everywhere, not in colonial clothing. The house wasnt set up or historically accurate (hand sanitizer machine in one of the rooms, furniture scattered..). The actual tour also seemed to be lacking the demonstrations i thought we would see- we got shown a few pieces of leather, played some music, got a very very basic blacksmith demonstration (where some of the equipment was broken, so not functioning properly). Overall, not worth the price.

Best small venue in St. Augustine. Very unique spot with a line up of music acts that gets posted by the month.

I solo tent camped here for one night in September. The campsites were large, shaded, and surrounded by beautiful trees. It was quiet, peaceful and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The boardwalk to the beach was absolutely stunning at sunset and the park itself was very clean and spacious. The bathroom facilities were also clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this park for camping or other activities.

Wonderful park for camping and resting. Due to my lovely Irish Norwegian fair skin, I have to avoid the hot sun. This is a difficult balance for a Floridian. The camping spots at ASP are well shaded and the proximity to the beach is perfect!! Sunrises are absolutely breathtaking and the park is well cared for. We enjoyed bird watching in the mornings and swimming in the early evenings. The added bonus is the proximity to downtown Old St. Augustine.

Camping at its best with accommodations for RVs. Power at water at most sites along with picnic table and fire ring. Bathouse (Angel Wing Loop) is 3/5 showing much age and in dire need of updating. Pet friendly. Not all sites are level. Great nights stay with space in between neighbors. Plenty of woods and natural atmosphere.

This is an exceptional state park. The sites are private and level with water and 30-amp electricity at every site. (50 amp available also) The restrooms are well maintained, there are laundry services, recycling, and a dump station. We didn't use the trails due to mosquitoes, but the beach is beautiful!

A bird watchers beach! Love this beautiful stretch of beach. No hotels, restaurants, or loud bars, just untouched dunes and gentle waves. Perfect place for a morning walk. The volunteers that you can find along the beach are so kind, helpful, and informative. Sue took probably an hour showing my daughter and I this amazing, extensive, catalog of the wonderful sea life she had collected over a year. That sort of knowledge and enthusiasm to share science is something I both love and admire. It helps spark conversations and a love for conservation. 🫶🏽

A beautiful place... the beach is a wonderful place to relax or take a walk. The other self guided tours are cool too but we went out during "mosquito" season. Wouldn't really recommend that! 😁

Beautiful dunes and beach!! Tons of Gulf Fritillary butterflies, gulls, and piping plover birds!!! It was soo hot, but so worth enjoying the sand and scenery - and the beachside grill and restrooms right there were a godsend!

Best Distillery Experience in Florida! Yep another non-food review! What a blast! From the first sip to the last, this place knows how to deliver an experience. The rum, gin, and vodka samples were great — but the bourbon? Absolute favorite. And The Saint… wow. Hands-down the star of the show. Dominick was our guide and he crushed it — friendly, funny, and clearly loves what he does. He made the whole tour feel like we were hanging out with a friend who just happens to know everything about spirits. The classroom is gorgeous and super organized, which made learning as fun as the tasting. I’m already planning my next trip — certification, here I come! You're in the St Augustine area, stop by and as always, tell them we sent you!

This distillery is known for its famous bourbon. We stopped by and took a FREE self-guided tour which includes 4 cocktail samples. It took us about 45min-an hour to get thru with reading info provided. The staff were friendly and obviously love their jobs. They were fun to talk to about the history. After you done you could go for more tasting. The parking are on the side of the building sharing with the restaurant.

My son and I toured the distillery while traveling through Saint Augustine and had a fantastic time! The tour was extremely engaging and informative, we learned a lot, all the employees were extremely friendly in each room had a different tasting. It was a lot of fun. We actually wind up buying several pieces of merchandise in the shop before leaving. If you are in the area, it is a free tour and a lot of fun. Definitely add it to your list!

Awesome experience where we complete the self guided tour. I was surprised to find it was really free, including the free sample taste of 4 of their house made cocktails. These included a Florida Mule, Essential Tonic, Old Fashion, and Tropical Tiki Mix. These were all made with their own brand Vodka, Gin, Rum and Bourbon usiung thier very own, in house made, all natural Mixers respectively. At the end of the tour, I was surprised that the final taste station provides a taste of each spirit straight up. Also, you may choose to purchase a taste of their premier Bourbon Whiskey for $10. I’ve been coming here since shortly after they opened in 2013 and somehow they manage to outdo themselves each time. Today, we did the bourbon tasting tour. Dominick was amazing! We learned a lot, tried some incredible bourbon, and had a great time.

I'd give this tour SIX stars if I could. Dominick led the Bourbon Tasting tour we scheduled, and was beyond amazing! We had a blast, learned a bunch, sampled some things, and learned all about the process, both in the classroom and on the production floor. HIGHLY recommend this tasting!

Nice distillery. Didn't went for the tour but went to the store and they had plenty of stuff! Sadly, our lugage was too heavy to grab a bottle of rhum but i got a bag of pecan with rhum. Will go back if i'm in town to try the drinks!

We Absolutely LOVE St Augustine! The old jail is fun and educational. The staff are great and preform a role as if they are the inmates and staff. They make the whole experience unique and more fun. They walk you through and tell you the history. You can look, touch and smell, Lots of sensory going on. Its air-conditioned and there is also a gift shop too. Parking on site and bathrooms too. We recommend the trolley tours or just the hop on and off day passes.

So glad we opted to take this tour! Our guide was Ed, and he was a character! He was extremely knowledgeable and charismatic- kept us engaged the entire time. Loved the 'inmates' that sit out front and engage with passers by. Enjoyed learning the history of this place.

Lizzie was absolutely amazing!! We've been visiting Old Town trolley tours in St. Augustine since the beginning (2003), and Lizzie is one of the very best!! Not only was she a wonderful tour guide, but in the days we were down here she went out of her way to interact with all of the guests at the jail!! You can tell she really loves what she's doing here! I really hope Old Town Trolley recognizes their great employees and does their very best for them to keep them! Very historic house museum that dates back to the 1700’s. You check in at the gift shop and during the hot summer that’s about the only room that has AC. They sell waters there but I recommend bringing your own water bottle because it gets hot. The house is 2 levels and you can scan a QR code or use one of their devices to do a self guided tour with a narration through each room. It was a very hot day so I went through the site pretty quickly. It was amazing to see very old things that have been preserved and just how they utilized what they had way back then. Each room was staged with many layers and cool pieces. If you follow the audio it can go by slower but you can read through it instead. It was quite fascinating and not very busy on that particular day.

What a wonderful museum. This is also a very elegant location for a small wedding ceremony. I loved the garden and I leaned a lot while talking to the caretakers. I touched the oldest fig tree that I have ever seen and I sat under an orange tree smelling orange blossoms for the first time in my life. It was a wonderful day and I look forward to visiting the museum again the next time that I am in town.

This is the best museum I have been to in St. Augustine and maybe in Florida itself. The staff were so attentive and caring, you could tell that talking about the history of the museum was their passion. The historic boarding house was beautiful and clean, the antiques were all accurate and suited everything perfectly. I can't wait to go back in the future as I was told about new tours happening soon. My husband even talked about getting a membership there! Good for the kids too, my preteens were fascinated!

We had a wonderful tour of the property. There is a rich history of the homes here. Beautiful antique pieces bring history alive. We visited on the morning after a paranormal investigation took place so we received a little extra information. It was so fun if you like this kind of thing! Our guide was lovely and knowledgeable about the area.

If you have ever wanted to step back in time Saint Augustine is the place to do it, and the Ximenez-Fatio house is one of the very best places to get a real sense of how the times were back then. We took the audio guide tour and loved walking through all the rooms at our (myself, 70 year old mother and 7 year old daughter) own pace. Note that there is no AC in the house, they do have fans set up and the breezes made it tolerable. I learned so much and really enjoyed the experience. They also had a fun "scavenger" hunt for my daughter which kept her engaged, and a wonderful selection of prizes to choose from at the end.

Magical! St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights is one of the most beautiful holiday displays I’ve ever seen. The entire historic downtown glows with millions of white lights—it feels like walking through a winter wonderland (minus the snow!). Great for photos, evening strolls, and holiday vibes. Highly recommend visiting during the season!

We visited on January 20th, just before it ended, and it was magical. The lights were still up in the historic district, and the cold weather made it feel like a second Christmas. The streets were packed with people, and the whole place had such a festive vibe. It’s a great way to keep the holiday spirit going!

We visited the Nights of Lights in St. Augustine on a Friday night on late December. We recommend arriving early, as the public parking garage fills quickly. We found parking in a church parking lot. You do not need to use a trolley tour to view the lights, but it is a lot of fun. Instead, you can walk around and see the lights on your own. It is crowded. If you plan to eat, see about making a reservation or eating before, as we heard some wait times were over an hour. It was beautiful and a lot of fun.

First, YES it was busy, the restaurants were on a hour plus wait, parking was a pain in the butt however, all that “screams” Christmas. We had a BLAST! The lights were beautiful, the locals were beyond friendly, and the restaurants we ate at were FANTASTIC! We walked the trolley route, and then walked off the beaten path to find even more lights. We would run into guests hanging out on the patios of their Vrbo’s and we would sing and dance with them. Some even offered drinks to us, which was awesome. This was a very festive and memorable event for us so much so that we are going to make this an annual event. I love St. Augustine all the history and the southern charm. This was an amazing 3 days and we are looking forward to seeing the Nights of Lights again this year.

It's a nice display of light. The area is enormously crowded during the holidays. Next to impossible to find a parking. If you're willing to walk across the bridge, that might be your best bet. I also suggest visiting twice - evening for light displays and morning for actually seeing the historic St Augustine. Park at the castle parking ($2.50 an hour) and walk around.

One of the country’s longest running and most gorgeous Christmas light displays. A must for the bucket list! Opening night tradition to countdown in St. George Street is magical, and the feel is reminiscent to a Hallmark movie.

Took the trolley and had a tour of the Christmas lights on display in the old city of St. Augustine. Sang carols along the way and learned some more about the history of this wonderful town. The lights were beautiful. Supposed to be one of the 10 best displays of holiday lights in the world. Worth seeing.

A Fun Museum of Weird Things! I always enjoy visiting the St Augustine Ripley’s location. The staff is always very nice and helpful and the museum is so fun and clean! Every time i go i swear there’s something new i haven’t seen. They have multiple levels of interesting facts, finds, and activities for all ages. They have an elevator as well, which is very accessible. My FAV part of the museum is the display of unordinary swamp creatures; and as you’re looking at them, the bridge you’re standing on suddenly descends and makes a loud noise. It scared the shit out of us but It was so funny and unexpected! 😭 Just one of the museum’s many gems. You can take plenty of pictures, but i recommend going early. Going after 2PM on a Saturday may make your walkthrough feel cramped. Takes about an hour to get through all of It. I recommend buying tickets in advance for this reason. Tickets are about $24 and parking is $5 an hour. If you’re just doing the museum, I’d say 1-2 hours is more than enough, but if you’re doing the red train tour as well you may want to purchase 3-4 hours of parking. Paying for parking is easy, as you pay through a QR code on your camera app. Great experience overall! 😄✨

Enjoyed all the oddities and info that came along with each item. So much to look at. They have some activities you can try throughout the tour. We saw and listened to various stories about different cultures from around the world. There is also a gift shop located upon exiting the tour. We also enjoyed the red train tour. It was about an hour but Ed; our tour guide, made the tour informative, funny, enjoyable and educational. Will certainly be back!

Our family had such a wonderful time on the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Red Train Tour! Our driver, Cheyenne, was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area—we all learned so much during the ride. My three kids had a blast and were engaged the entire time, which says a lot! Cheyenne went above and beyond by even taking family photos for us, which we’ll treasure as memories of this trip. Thank you for making our experience fun, educational, and truly special. It was great. Lots of fun stuff to learn about. Not to crowded. We took a tour with their train guide tour too. And the guy working it was great. Learnt a lot. And he was funny. Loved it a lot.

Such a nostalgic experience for me because I haven’t been to one of these since I was a kid in California. It was a fun experience walking through and thank God there was a museum with AC! They have several similar things that I could remember from the other location like replicas, but there were also a lot of new things. There were several floors and it was a bit busier when I went so I was stuck behind a few families. My favorite part was the section about the circus sideshow acts! This one was a lot bigger and had more to see than the other one so I enjoyed taking my time through here. Some spots to stop at and take photos with along with some folks who stopped to share some fun facts with you. I think it’s good for families, friends or by yourself!

Took a couple of my nieces. They have never been. They had a blast. The staff was so kind, helped us understand everything and everything told us about the 1 hour tour add-on. Which we did since it wasn't too hot. It was a great fun day.

Ripley's Believe It or Not is great for a one-time visit I did get a good deal on the miniature golf if you like weird stuff then this is definitely a place for you

I LOVE the aesthetic of this place! The decor & architecture are gorgeous! And the collection is fascinating. From cigar cutters to stained glass light fixtures and a princess staircase... who would have known from the outside? I also love the fact that this location served as a speakeasy during prohibition. Kind of puts things into perspective... you really feel the environment the cast of characters played in back then.

Was very interesting and historical. Not sure how I feel about Egyptian artifacts as part of the Spanish settlement. Seems more like a display of what a rich and wealthy person might put together to demonstrate how exotic they could be at the turn of the last century.

This is a top-tier attraction, and perhaps my favorite thing I've ever done in St. Augustine. Every inch of this place is stunning, and there is so much omnipotent detail that you basically crawl through the residence at a snails pace to drink it in. You are given a device that gives you a tour as you walk through each room. The collections in this home and the home itself are truly treasure, and instead of describing what's inside, you can look at the pictures. There is a single room with a mind-blowing ancient Egyptian artifact that you are not allowed to photograph. This was a new visit for me. It's a marvelous example of how influential architectural styles and differing cultures can be! This building's composition influenced Flagler in more ways than one. You move throughout the two-story space viewing rooms and listening to the history of certain pieces in a room or the room itself. It's all very stunning. Privately owned and kept in the same founding family, it's a must see stop on your St. Augustine tour.

The first and original wax museum that started it all. Miss Rachel gave me a brief intro before I walked around myself. She shared with me about the hundreds of hours it takes that is spent hand making these wax figures. This one, unlike the ones in other places is focused more on historic figures than mainly celebrities. They had people from all over the time line which I thought was cool. There were a few cool spots you could take photos with the figures as well. A few favorites were MLK, Beethoven and Abraham! Really amazing work they do here!

This is the oldest wax museum in America, and its ancient roadside attraction history makes amends for its small footprint. And even with that shortcoming, it still beats some of the other wax museums I've visited. It's small but dense. There are a lot of figures crammed together into various sections, and you really have to take your time to comb through them. I personally feel the quality and accuracy of Potter's figures exceed that of the standard wax figure. You don't often find yourself thinking, "I know who that is, but it doesn't really look like them." I also appreciate the free little museum in their lobby. If you are checking out the attractions in St. Augustine, this is a great stop.

Highly recommend the Trolley tour in St. Augustine, especially if it’s your first and/or you’re there for a short time. A wonderful way to see pretty much the whole city, learn some history and stay cool. The tour guides are very engaging, funny and informative. You can hop on and off, the trolley stops for a good amount of time that you can get some good photos. It was our first time there and well worth the money to see everything.

This was very great for our larger party- we were able to get off and on throughout the day and visit lots of hot spots in st Augustine. The guides were informative and very friendly. We snapped tons of pics and now have a better layout of the city so we can explore. Once back at stop 1 we went thru the general store with Orville as our guide- he was phenomenal- very educated in the things in the store and interactive with our larger party!! Very interesting to see prices then compared to now. My kids enjoyed the “Free candy stick”.

We had a great time taking the trolley tour and the convenience of being able to hop on and hop off at the various stops is invaluable. People told us to definitely take the trolley when sightseeing St Augustine. It is absolutely worth it. Summer took us on our outward tour and she was very informative and funny too. The stops are easy to understand by number system. Got on and off a few times so don't remember all the the names. I do remember Ryan being patient while we settled in our seats and it was raining. His humor was great as well. Thanks.

On vacation from Indiana, we had Tom on our tour and he was great! Got on and it was pouring, he kept us entertained while getting us safely to our next stop. After running around the cute shops we happened to get back onto the trolley with Tom again; and he safely took us to the rest of our stops while story telling along the way. Well worth the money it’s a lot better than driving around and parking.

We finally rode through the whole tour and had a great time. This tour is a wonderful way to explore the city of St Augustine because it has many stops, and a trolly comes about every 10-15 minutes. Although I can not recall our guides name (Ben maybe?) He did a fantastic job at keeping us engaged and educating us about the history of St Augustine. This is a nice activity for all ages. They also will send shuttles to most hotels to pick up patrons for the tour. You must 1st pay for your ticket at the hotel and they will call and schedule for the shuttle to pick you up. There is also ample parking on site. At their box office window, you can purchase tickets to do many other attractions at a slightly discounted rate. We met people at our hotel who told us about their nighttime tour, Ghosts and Gravestones - they said it was fantastic and we plan to do that tour on our next visit.

One of my faves in all of FL; I love the sister winery in Clermont as well. Made the drive to pick up our fave bourbon - infused wine from San Sebastián. We arrived pretty late and were thankful the folks let us shop for our wine! To make the drive from Jax worth the while we checked out the restaurant upstairs and it did not disappoint at all. Food was excellent. Wonderful and welcoming service, our waiter was friendly and offered great conversation.

I love this place! I have wanted to visit them for a while because I knew some of the grapes were grown right here in Florida. I'm so glad I finally had the opportunity. The tasting assistants are very knowledgeable & ready to answer any question. For instance, during my tasting experience, I learned the Ruby Port is aged in whiskey barrels the come from the distillery up the road. How cool is that?

San Sebastian Winery Review – St. Augustine, FL This was my second visit to San Sebastian Winery, and it did not disappoint. For just a $5 tasting fee, this is absolutely a must-stop when in St. Augustine. During this visit, I sampled several wines: the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Rosa, Vintner's White, Vintner's Red, and the Ruby Port. While I typically lean toward dry reds, the Rosa was the standout for me. Made from native Floridian Muscadine grapes, it far exceeded my expectations. These grapes often get a bad rap, but I was pleasantly surprised—this wasn’t just good “for a sweet wine,” it was genuinely enjoyable and ended up being my favorite of the bunch. Fun fact: the incredibly popular Erie, Pennsylvania band Ruby Port took their name from San Sebastian’s very own Ruby Port wine. Although we didn’t get the chance to check out the upstairs restaurant, the outdoor seating area looked very inviting and relaxing. I’ll definitely plan to explore more on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Not my first time at a winery, but my first time to San Sebastian and it was great. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was a nice mix of wine tasting, history lesson, and camaraderie. On-site wine available for purchase or shipping. They had discounts on buying 4 bottles, 6 bottles, and cases. (20% discount on a case is fantastic.) My girlfriend and I drove from Lake City (about 2 hours away) to come here and we were not disappointed. We drank delicious wine, learned about Florida wine and muscadine grapes, we talked with people on the tour with us, and we chatted up the sommelier-level staff and just had a wonderful time. Highly recommend, great for a date night, or a night out with friend.

The tour is a cheap price; however, I didn’t complete it. You first watch a video about 20 minutes that’s like a time share video. Once we were about 10 minutes into the video, a gaggle of people with 2 noisy kids were let it. Next, we went into the barrel tasting room. The children were shrieking and yelling they didn’t want to be there (why would they?) When I said I couldn’t hear the tour guide explaining what we were drinking, the mom started cursing me out. Rather than engage, I left. I was annoyed that kids were let into the tasting rooms without supervision.

Had the best time here! Learned a lot about the place, toured with Mike, he was great, and got to taste all the wines. We also did the extra tasting with Charlene and she was just wonderful and really a highlight of our whole experience! Highly recommend stopping by this place!

Really enjoyed this experience. I can’t think of our tour guide’s name for the life of me but she had dark hair and curly bangs and was super informative. I am now an expert on amputations and medicinal herbs lol. 10/10 recommend.

Day two of family fun summer vacation kicked off bright and early with breakfast and a boat ride. Following some typical Florida weather of scattered showers every few minutes, we ventured into the St. Augustine Hospital Museum. My family and I were welcomed by very personable individuals, and had a stellar tour guide, Katie. Katie is very knowledgeable of the hospital’s history, tools/instruments, and surgical procedures. As well as, Katie is great with children and making sure everyone is having a blast. She also informed us of many different surgical cases, as well as the medicine and operation of pharmacy. All in all, this tour is well worth it and there’s a cute garden and gift shop at the end. Much history, laughs, and all in all a great time. Thank you and much appreciation!

Nice little tour. We booked the Mini Taste Tour cost was $4 per person. Tasted four different chocolates during tour. Production was finished for the day but the process was explained thoroughly to us. Lots of parking. You can even buy a chocolate alligator. Yum!!

My spouse and I did the Warehouse tours for our 24th Anniversary and we definitely enjoyed ourselves! The best part was the tour guide he is hilarious, and the chocolate education and samples. I highly recommend this tour, we live up in Jacksonville, however we've spent so much time visiting over the year's, but never stop there.

Great chocolate, the tour was fun but wasn’t a huge event. Just go back in the back and see all the equipment and how it works and get a few samples. Definitely worth the $4 price of the tour.

We did the chocolate tour and it was so much fun. They gave us five pieces to try, the guide was so nice. I wish there was more going on in the factory at the time of the tour but we did a later tour. But it was still fun to see!

Completed the tasting tour at Whetstones Chocolates. Our guide, Joe, was full of awesome information and was very animated and fun, keeping everyone engaged while still sharing the history of chocolate and the founding of Whetstone in St. Augustine 57 years ago. It was a great experience to see how chocolate is made from the bean to the table. We got to taste Aviles Milk Chocolate, San Marco White Chocolate, De Leon and Menendez Dark Chocolate, Birthday Cake and Key Lime Fudge and a special taste of their new flavor Milk Chocolate Raspberry Shell.

We attended an event at The Amphitheater and there were some good things about the Venue, and there are some not so good. Although we live near St. Augustine, we had never been to an event there. Our Daughter graduated from Flagler College there in the City.Overall this is a beautiful place. This is Florida and we have a lot of outdoor event venues. This stage was big and totally covered. The rest of the place is like a “ big covered tent”. There are 3 sections. Sections one and two are covered, but section three is Not covered. If it rains,, you will get wet. The day of our event, there was a storm on its way. We were fortunate, the graduation was over before the rain. There is a small refreshment area. Bathrooms are convenient and they were clean. Parking is challenge. The lot connected to the venue is little. They funnel almost everyone to over flow parking. The Elks Club parking is next door, and this is where we parked.They also shuttle from Anastasia State Park. Very nice Venue, just be ready to be flexible.

I had the pleasure of attending my first concert at The Amp last night and WOW - what an elevated experience! This is truly the best concert venue I have ever been to. Parking, entering and exiting the venue was an absolute breeze (no traffic at all), the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and every single attendant I encountered was friendly and eager to assist (including those handing out free water to attendees waiting in the long merch line)! I must give special recognition to Tim at the Box Office for truly going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. His passion for his job shines and enthusiasm for The Amp contagious - I will go out of my way to seek out shows at this venue because The Amp has elevated my show-going experience. Thank you ALL!

Saw a Weird Al Yankovic concert there. Small but fun venue. Outside can be hot but they have good fans.

Wonderful experience! Went to see Allison Krause a few weeks ago. It couldn’t have been better. My 90 yr old mom is handicap and they were so good to her, front parking, wheel chair to special seats and back to our car. Thanks for giving my mom a nice time!

Best small venue ever! Seats are comfortable and wherever we sit there is good view of the stage. Bathrooms can get crowded, but friendly staff keeps the line moving. Food and drinks are available to purchase at the entrance. Drinks are pricey, which is common at these type venues. Can be difficult to carry food up into the stands. I think people should eat before going into concert area.

Excellent acoustics, very nice ambience when the weather is right. Tricky to park, watch out if you're using all Uber on the way out because everyone else will be trying to get an Uber so there'll be a long wait. Leave 15 minutes early before the concerts over you'll be okay.

It was a wonderful and unforgettable trip. My family and friends celebrated my 60th birthday. I really liked the coordinated work of the ship’s crew—you guys are the best! Treasure hunt is aimed at kids. Would love to do adults only tour. Nice bar for such a small boat. The lead pirate is very good and very handsome. The rest of the cast was okay, didn't add much. There is plenty else to do in the area, this one isn't a top thrill.

Our family had an absolute blast aboard the Black Raven Pirate Ship! From the moment we stepped on deck, the crew made it feel like a real adventure — full of laughs, pirate banter, and interactive fun for all ages. Our son was completely captivated by the crew and they kept everyone smiling the whole time. The sunset views were incredible, and we actually saw more dolphins on this cruise than on actual dolphin tours we’ve taken before! Between the lively storytelling, family-friendly humor, and the perfect backdrop of the St. Augustine harbor, it was an experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for families looking for something truly memorable — you’ll sail away grinning like a pirate crew that just found treasure. ☠️🌅🐬

We celebrated my daughter’s post wedding celebration with our out of town guests and family! Had the most wonderful experience sailing during sunset with the full pirate themed show! The food selection was over the top wonderful. Sampled the most original charcuterie board with added pizza, sandwiches and hors d’oeuvres! Highly recommend this adventure, it was the best way to end our spectacular wedding weekend!

Wow. It’s been a long time since I’ve been wholly impressed by a restaurant. Every single thing about this place was amazing. Service, ambiance, food were all 10/10. There is not one complaint to be made. The hostess who sat us was so sweet and very accommodating to our large stroller for our son. Our server Daniel had what could only be best described as charisma, he was not over the top pushy yet was still completely attentive and subtly funny. It felt like we had an inside joke with him (over what I can’t tell you but it’s like we had our friend serving us). He checked in just enough that we didn’t feel neglected but also never felt over bothered. On top of that when we sat down it seemed the whole restaurant did as well. But the staff didn’t let us see them sweat. Honestly we were so shocked to see how cohesive they moved to get tables serviced. If you’re wondering no we have no personal connection. We are simply on a family road trip and we always stay in Saint Augustine. Can’t believe this is our first time here because pretty sure it’s the only restaurant we’re going to eat at when we visit.

Went to a soft opening in early September and the place is awesome! Food, service, and ambiance is all very good. Being on Lake Okahumpka is a plus as you can see sunsets & the occasional gator. Bar is very cool with about 50 seats with views of the TV’s! Check it out! There will be a wait so be patient as it is worth it!

Our recent visit to Harry's Seafood Bar and Grille for my man birthday was exceptional, starting with our incredible server, Melanie, who made the whole experience effortless and five-star worthy. We started strong with the appetizers: the rich, smoky gumbo and the fish dip - they were both amazing! For the main event, the Crab Crusted Redfish Royale was a truly luxurious indulgence. The delicate, flaky redfish was topped with a generous, savory crab crust that was absolute perfection. My partner’s Andouille Grouper was equally dynamic, featuring a beautifully prepared fillet with the robust, spicy kick of Andouille sausage. Harry's delivers expertly crafted seafood and true New Orleans flair. We'll be talking about this meal for months! Our server Jeremy from Indianapolis was awesome — he just moved to Florida and already delivering 5-star service. (Good luck out here, buddy, just wait till you meet Florida humidity 😅). We found this spot on TikTok, and for once, TikTok didn’t lie! The calamari was crispy, the fish tacos were 🔥, and yes… I ordered a hamburger at a seafood place. I know, I know — but don’t judge me, the burger was legit! 😂 Between the view, the food, and the vibe, I left full, happy, and slightly jealous of Jeremy’s new job location. 10/10 — would definitely go back (and maybe even try something that actually swims next time). 🐟🍔🌊

First time experience was exceptional! I had the shrimp and scallops orleans, everything was prepared well and fantastic, and my wife had the fried shrimp and grouper with red beans and rice and sweet corn grits. She enjoyed every bite! My meal included grits cakes, which I don't normally care for, and these were delicious! We had the butter pecan cheesecake for dessert, and I would have paid the cost of the meal for that cheesecake.

Father's Day and hello again, beloved St. Augustine! The restaurant is in an old two-story house, many separate rooms, there is a great party area, where in the evenings there is live music, an excellent view from the balcony of the bay. There are a lot of people, but the wait for a table took only 10 minutes and it's great! Prices for lunch and dinner are different. We ordered Grouper Fingers, fish in batter, arugula and sauces, delicious and they also brought hot bread with garlic butter, this is crazy taste, I need to cook it at home too. French Market pasta for me, be prepared that the portion is huge, shrimps, professionally cooked, chicken pieces, the pasta is delicious. Bourbon Street Salmon for my husband, broccoli was a little raw, but this is an acquired taste, I always eat them fresh, it is healthier, but my husband did not like it, mashed potatoes were delicious and most importantly salmon under a slightly spicy sauce was magnificent. Thanks to Eric for fast and unobtrusive service. Thanks to everyone who works in the kitchen. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances.

This was an interesting excursion. There are actually three houses and a small museum on the property. When the guide talked about the surf museum, I pictured "serf" with an "e"... It's actually a "surf" museum with "u". The oldest house was very interesting. Worth the stop.

It was a nice experience to go see the oldest house in Saint Augustine. There is furniture from back then, and it's staged like in the 1700s and older. There are restrooms in case you need to stop by them. I'm uploading pictures from the outside, the inside downstairs and upstairs. Also, the kitchen was kept outside of the house because they were scared that the house might go on fire.

Such an interesting place with a lot of history, and our tour guide did a great job. I wish I could remember his name! Check out the old maps while you're here, too. And there's a surfers museum on the grounds as well (we didn't go in there).

The oldest house has a museum and a house tour.Front desk staff are friendly and they have a small gift store at the entrance. There isn’t much to check around except for the house and the maps gallery.But they have got enough history to keep anyone occupied for at least an hour. Good spot to stop by for a short historic tour.

Beautiful views from this pier, and it is only a short drive across from St. Augustine. There were plenty of surf and beach shops nearby to grab anything you may have forgotten or would like to buy for your visit to the beach. You do have to pay to access the pier, but the parking is free. There is a big parking lot so finding a parking shouldn't be too bad. If you're more of a beach person, there's plenty of beach and sand for everyone to choose a spot. I noticed many people relaxing and some families playing and making new memories here. The beach was very clean, too! I came for a short visit to celebrate a loved one's life who recently moved on to the next life. I was so grateful that people walking by were mindful and went around as I took a moment to reflect.

I have been taking my son and nephews fishing at the pier once or twice a year over the last several years. We always have an amazing time and always leave with fish! We make new friends each visit, and the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful! The recent beach restoration had me concerned our fishing trip would suffer, but it added great value and additional sweet memories to our visit this year! A Special thank you to Gregory for always bringing a fresh ray of sunshine to our day with your welcoming smile and kind heart sharing your love of the beach and pier.

Beautiful beach! I stayed by the pier, the view was gorgeous and the sand bank was wide and white, so clean! I'm planning on going again soon.

The pier and beach are a wonderful place to walk or to sit on one of the many benches and enjoy the day-- free parking, free beach, and $2.00 to walk out on the pier (I think it's 6 bucks to fish). The folks fishing are gated off from the walkers/bench sitters, so you don't have to worry about catching a hook. I like to bring a soda and a snack and watch the waves and shore birds from the pier. The park has bathrooms, showers, picnic tables, and a little shop/snack bar.

It's free, so that's good. If you want to learn a lot about early Florida history, it is full of information. Although there are some interactive displays, there is LOTS of reading, so elementary kids will be bored after about 20 minutes.

Great! I really did not expect a free exhibition to be that informative abd well presented. Our son really enjoyed himself there too, and he is not a great fan of museums. Wonderful! Congratulations!

Really enjoyed this tour. The host and actors did a great job with their stories and it was a blast to go through the wax museum and the old jail at night. Good creepy fun. They had a creepy waiting area at the beginning that required a sneaky way out ala the Haunted Mansion. Wish I could remember the hosts name as she did a great job putting a lot of humor and energy into the tour. Alas, I reviewed my picture roll and no ghosts, although there was a troll-looking shape by a tree. Might have been a rock, haha.

The St. Augustine Ghosts and Graveyards Tour was such a fun experience! The staff did an amazing job making it entertaining and engaging for both adults and kids. The stories were a perfect mix of spooky and historical, and riding through the city at night really added to the atmosphere. It’s a great way to see St. Augustine from a different perspective, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

Loved loved loved this experience. We got on the trolley and we weren’t expecting it to be as good as it was. Kudos to the actors and the narrators who made this a very fun experience. The drug store stop was my favorite. The actor was absolutely hilarious. The jail stop was also fantastic. Very interactive and kept us very entertained. We took the Tasting Tour with Judi with an “i” She was great! No wonder she was voted Best Tour Guide. She picked us up at the church. Another couple and their grandson joined us. The complex includes a beautiful courtyard and different exhibits in multiple buildings. Very enjoyable tour led by knowledgeable and friendly guides. It amazes me how sometimes you pay so little for such enriching, entertaining experiences.

A complex of several buildings, each with a unique story. The Tovar House contains what is essentially a local museum. The Gonzalez house is set out in very early form and furniture. There is a building with a focus on maps, and another with a surfing museum! An attractive place and exhibits attractively displayed. Small shop at ticket office. Rest rooms.

We LOVED this place! There is a no touch policy on the displays (totally understandable) so kids have to be watched closely, but TOTALLY worth it. This place is beautiful and it's so interesting. My 4 year old stayed enthralled through about 95% of it and that's rare for him. My 8 year old loved all of it and wanted to move in. It's beautiful and wasn't crowded when everything else was. The tour guide was very informative and was very nice! We'll be back and definitely recommend! ALSO, super cheap admission!!!

Oldest house in St. Augustine. If you are a history buff this place should.be included on your list while in St. Augustine. The tour guide here was amazing she really knew her stuff. This should be a spot you visit while.i. town. The houses history is very cool and the dwelling is furnished with different period items. They also have a nice little museum and gift shop. A hidden gem in the city.

My wife and I always appreciate the history associated with St Augustine. The oldest house Museum was great experience with knowledgeable staff. I’ve been by this house multiple times but never went in to explore. Glad I decided to because it was a great experience. The tour was not long either so it won’t mess up any other plans you have for the day either. Bring water with you as certain parts of the house can be warm due to amount of people or time of day but as I said the tour is not too long. Would recommend this place for families or couples.

Interesting tour, great tour guides. You will learn about the construction of the home, the residents and the town. Plan about 30 to 45 minutes for this stop. Adult price is $10. Restroom facilities are clean. Next time your in town check this place out.

We had an amazing time on the Freedom. The entire crew, Captain Dan, Martin, Emily, and Griffin were phenomenal. We had a smaller headcount on the ship which made it feel even more personal. We started the ride with complementary bubbles and were offered more/additional drinks multiple times. They are all very knowledgeable and work great together! I had no idea how much work it took to sail her, but it was very fascinating learning about the ship and St. Augustine. It’s so fun going through the Bridge of Lions! Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful sailing. The sunset cruise is a must-do in the city!

We had such a great time on our afternoon sail. Captain Jack and the crew, Nathan and Tristan, were so friendly and attentive. They thought of and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable sail including sunscreen and complimentary beer, wine, soda, and water. I have lived in St. Augustine for many years and have ridden most of the boat tours in town. This one was by far the best! I will definitely take another trip on the Freedom soon, maybe on one of their evening sails. I recommend this sail 100 percent!

I’ve worked in St. Augustine for the past 36 years and this was my first time on the Schooner Freedom. What a wonderful sailing experience from a family run business. This isn’t your typical boat tour in the bay. Every sailing is a different adventure based on where the winds take you. We sailed south towards the big 312 bridge on our private charter. Your may wind up sailing under the. Ridge of lions in your adventure. This a a sailing experience and watching the work the crew puts into every adventure and the interest they take in their guests was inspiring.

My husband and I were celebrating our 1st year married in St Augustine and I am happier than ever that we experienced the Freedom. Everyone was so nice the whole experience. I talked with Gina on the phone for booking information and she was great. Then when we arrived for our trip our crew was Captain Jack, Emily, Mary, and Martin. All of them were amazing! The sunset sail was awesome and we definitely will go again when we come back to St Augustine!

This is a must do attraction. It's not only for tourists, but for locals as well. The Schooner Freedom is a relaxing way to enjoy the beauty of the Matanzas River and ocean inlet to the beauty of the St. Augustine views along the Bayfront. The sunset cruise was a great evening excursion to meet new people and invite friends to sail along the peaceful waters, watching the sunset, taking breathtaking pictures from the beautiful scenery, great conversations and enjoying refreshments from champagne, wine, beer, water and soda. The captain and crew are very knowledgeable sailors who are ready to explain sailing techniques, including hoisting the sails. They are very attentive to all of their guests on board, and they add to an already great experience. I highly recommend a cruise on the Freedom.

I am not a religious person but this place is like a beautiful oasis of peace and quiet. We walked around the park and enjoyed the silence! We also saw few very curious Squirrels running around and jumping on trees. Definitely a beautiful and well kept place to spend time in peace!

We came 12 years ago to pray for two families and our answers were answered. Came back to pray for more families. God willing, our prayers will be answered with our Lady's intercession ❤️🙏🏼 We also gave thanks for the births of our grandchildren and others. Such a spiritual and relaxing place.

The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche is wonderful stop in St. Augustine. It is definitely worth the time to walk the grounds for a little peace after the hubbub of the downtown area. Be sure to visit the cemetery, walk all way out to the cross and the must see Rosary garden. I have visited others but this one is spaced well enough apart that a slow walk actually allows you to say the rosary between the polished stone beads. The chapel is nice and the museum has some interesting artifacts to complete the visit.

This is one of kind experience. Everything is very beautiful, the feeling of peace envelops you and you can feel that you are in connection with something divine. There are walking trails, a little museum and a beautiful bridge that is picture price worthy. The little chapel is one of a kind, when you enter, it's like the whole world stops. I was totally amazed and definitely coming back.

We stopped by the Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche while visiting Saint Augustine and it ended up being one of the most peaceful and beautiful parts of our trip. As a Catholic, it felt like stepping into a place soaked in prayer and history. The chapel is small but so reverent, and you can almost feel the faith of the countless people who have come here over the centuries. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept with Spanish moss hanging over the paths, quiet gardens, and little spots perfect for reflection or saying a rosary. It is hard to believe this is the oldest Marian shrine in the United States, but once you are there, you understand why pilgrims have been coming for hundreds of years. We lit candles, prayed for our family, and left feeling incredibly peaceful. Whether you are Catholic or not, it is worth visiting for the history alone, but if you are Catholic it is truly a grace filled stop with friendly staff. Five stars without question.

I was left in awe of this place. Very historical and religious place to visit. The grounds were maintained very well. The church/shrine is very touching and you will leave very moved. We went on a weekday and there were not that many people so it was good for reflection.

As a St. Augustine local, I can say the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche is truly special. Peaceful grounds, beautiful gardens, and rich history make it the perfect place to reflect and recharge. A must visit whether you are here for faith, history, or simply a quiet escape

Such a cool tour! Loved seeing all of the old school store products, medicines and machines. Our tour guide, Orville was fantastic as well. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was funny as well!

We had a great time here! Our tour guide had a great personality and made it lots of fun! We learned so much and saw first hand how the stores were ran. This is a must see if in St Augustine. We all really enjoyed this. The things they showcased were amazing!

Our tour guide Dock was a delight! I loved the jokes and the banter back and forth. Im sure I racked up hundreds of dollars of merchandise but I was promised a handsome line of credit. Though he was shocked to see my ankles but the gentleman non the less. Definitely worth the trip.

My mom and I did a tour here with Molly and she was gracious to let us in a little late (tours are every 15 minutes or so). She was incredibly knowledgeable and the museum was entertaining and informative.

Uncle Ben is such a character! His humor and storytelling made our visit to the Oldest Store one of the highlights of the trip. He made us laugh while teaching us history—highly recommend stopping by.

One of the highlights of our visit to St. Augustine! Our tour guide was Orville, and he was outstanding! His knowledge of everything in the store was amazing, as was his storytelling. The store looks small from the front, but the building is deep and is loaded with great artifacts from the time period. Orville makes you feel like you're actually living in the time the items were new and being introduced to the citizens of St. Augustine. You learn so much and have great time doing so! Well done, and well worth it. By the way, the tickets were included in a trolley tour package that's well worth purchasing.

We bought the tickets there with no wait. Stella at Jail museum and uncle Vince at the old history were phenomenal. They put us back in time explaining everything and displaying neat artifacts from the 1800s. The troll around the city is a little redundant and it takes 1:45 to go trough 22 stops. You can’t stop and enjoy wine, liquor distillery and take the next trolly. Make sure to get the sticker on your shirt. It’s a pretty neat little town with lots of history. There is a sand lot Parking next door, so it provides enough space if you are driving. Half of the tour is the downtown , so you can walk and adventure yourself. Def will recommend it to friends and family

When you walk through the gift shop area of the visitor center, you will walk down a hall with a bunch of gallery photos full of circus/ marvel stuff. You will see as halfway down, turnstiles, and sign above that reads St. Augustine History Museum. From the native Ai's to the Spanish settlement of Ponce De Leon and what the city is today, you will marvel how far St. Augustine has become.

Fascinating history and beautiful facility. There is a water bottle refill station at the fountains by the bathroom as well. FREE history and information before walking around!

Kinda small and cheesy. Kids would like the train set room I suspect. Most of the artifacts were reproductions. Information was a bit dated. I'd skip this one.

Loved this little museum that was included with my Trolley Tour of St. Augustine. There are several cute displays of southern life, historical photos and offerings. We found the translations of Southern slang in the restrooms real entertaining too! This is worth your time before or after your trolley tour. There's a great souvenir shop attached too! The price of a fountain soda was very high and didnt taste good, make another choice!

The best museum I have been to in Florida, and learn everything about how the Spanish got to Florida.

Very cool drawbridge. We walked across it, had beautiful views of the harbor, and lots of boats were cruising. As we were crossing, the bells went off warning that the bridge was going to raise. So we had to quickly get on the other side of the barrier gates, and then we stood and watched the bridge, go up-and-down. It was pretty cool waiting and watching a couple of large boats go under the bridge while we were on it. St Augustine was a great place to visit, and I'd recommend seeing the bridge as well.

The drawbridge is pretty cool. Gorgeous lion statues at the feet, and the top offers a great view of the harbor. On our way back, we actually got to watch the drawbridge in action. Luckily we weren’t in a rush so we just sat back and watched the boat pass through.

Amazing Bridge that we had the pleasure of walking across every day of our trip in St. Augustine. Beautiful views of the bay and the downtown area as well as the Castillo, cross, lighthouse, and more!

While on vacation I woke up before the sunrise and walked the Bridge of Lions both ways while viewing the sunrise. Parking was free till 10am downtown. Wonderful experience

My husband and I were delighted by this (donation optional) museum that chronicles the impact of the St Joseph sisters work in St Augustine. The curator gave us a personal tour and is to be commended for the many updates to the interior exhibits and the garden. The attic exhibit is especially impactful.

The Father Miguel O'Reilly House Museum in St. Augustine offers a fascinating glimpse into the city's rich history. What truly enhances the experience are the dedicated volunteers. During my visit, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, readily answering questions and sharing captivating stories that brought the museum's exhibits to life. Their passion for the history of the house and St. Augustine is evident, making the tour not just informative but also genuinely engaging. A visit here is highly recommended for anyone interested in delving deeper into St. Augustine's past, especially with such excellent guidance from the volunteers.

A lot of history, if you want to be amazed what faith can do, come and visit.

My husband and I happened upon this museum by chance. The house and gardens, and their story, was well worth the visit. An inspirational story of how much can be accomplished with so little but a with lot of faith in God. The volunteers were lovely as well.

One of the best things we saw on our trips, the preservation was amazing and the exhibits were very well executed, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we even met the curator who was very impressive! Definitely recommend for all and should be marketed more!

Fantastic free museum ran on donations. The attention to detail is incredible and the volunteers were great. We had a free tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. Hoping they send her to see the original structures in France so she can expand her knowledge and share more with the visitors. The attic was an incredible sight to see, but my wife and I enjoyed the paintings and stained glass on the second gloor the most.

The oldest public space in America. Well shaded by many mature trees. Oasis in the busy center of the town.

Nice park. Good place for kids to burn off some sugar. It's a good place to sit and read out people watch. It can be rather busy with tourists and homeless. We weren't approached but they mainly hang out under the old market pavilion. Great place with historical markers too. Plenty of benches to shoot a relax after walking around all morning. Could be a nice picnic spot in the right weather.

We learned from a historical marker at the site that this plaza was laid out in 1573, making it the oldest in North America. This is a great spot with several old cannons, a band stand and a public market and well from the early days of the city. The square is well maintained and definitely worth seeing.

Went to St.Sugustime and there was a very nice festival and parade, with free food table! They say it only happens once a year in April!

This city park is one of the oldest settled locations from the era of European colonization in North America. Being immediately adjacent to historic St.George Street, it has a nice elevated gazebo, lovely trees and multiple historic monuments. There are many great views and photographic opportunities to be enjoyed here as well. It also has lovely decorative lighting as well providing for a safe and beautiful night time experience.

Walking around the beautiful town of St Augustine is in itself a days event. So many beautiful buildings and history everywhere! We walked the cobbles and grabbed expensive ice cream. Explored the Castillo and the grounds. What a hidden gem in North America!

Well maintained part of history along with many others located in this Central Park of At Augustine. A lot of history within this section of St Augustine- the oldest city. Park is well maintained, as a whole. You may see plenty of homeless gathering but they don’t typically bother anyone.

Grace UMC Church is a welcoming church for all. The Pastors greet the parishioners each service as they come into church. And, the sermons are always a great message to apply to your week. The children's and youth programs are a great learning and social environment for our community kids. Martha Yamnitz, Children's Director and Jessica Chaulk, Youth Director, ensure all children and youth have great experiences with all of the different projects they do together. And, they learn and experience spiritual growth as well as how to care for the planet as well as the community in the things they do. There are many different programs to choose to join at Grace UMC as well. It's a great family atmosphere!!!

Veterans and Disabled beware, they DO NOT allow service animals, refusing entry to Veterans or disabled persons with one, A service animal is no different than a wheel chair to an individual unable to walk, it is an essential part of their lives and medical needs. Anyone including a Veteran with a service animals who risked life to defend their freedom of religion is NOT WELCOME if they have a service animal.

Staff here are amazing, truly like family! My fianceé and I are having our wedding here in February and cannot wait. The building inside and out is old and beautiful!

We went to visit the church on our vacation and the parking lot attendant was so insanely rude because he thought we were tourists. I explained that we were tourists and hoping to enjoy a Sunday service but he rubbed us so wrong we literally left. Apparently tourists aren’t welcome to the Grace United Methodist church in St Augustine.

Went to Sunday service while visiting St Augustine. Very friendly & welcoming church folks. Great co-pastors (married couple) & fantastic choir. Pastor delivered a great message, & we really enjoyed worshiping there. Beautiful church.

I learned a lot about the black experience in St Augustine. There were beautiful artifacts that have been donated to the museum. It was nice. No photos were allowed to be taken except for in a designated spot

Wonderful local African American museum and cultural event space. The St. Augustine Variety show is also taped here. You can take the local trolley here now. They recently added a stop.

Incredible visit to The Lincolnville Museum today with our group. So much rich black culture and history there… so happy it was laid out so we can remember and celebrate the heritage! Need to return and explore more! So much information and our sweet guide Caroline was so knowledgeable and patient as we asked our many questions. Highly recommend spending some time here.

Very interesting place. I learned about the history of American Black families, their struggles and triumphs in St. Augustin. Well told. You do need a little gift shop. That's probably yet to come.

Wow. I had no idea St. Augustine had such an important role in the. U.S.A. 's history and the struggles of our people. A remarkable collection for such a unique history museum in an historic area of an historic town. I LOVED the magazines, newspapers and photography documenting the amazing history. I simply was fascinated.

I had so much fun playing mini golf here last night (4/23/25), the holes are a mix of challenging and easy. Regardless they are all fun and unique! The grounds are gorgeous. It’s filled with beautiful waterfalls, fountains, and flowering tropical plants and flowers. If you’re unable to climb a lot of stairs it could be challenging as it has multiple levels but it’s well worth it and the view from the top is gorgeous.

Fun experience for a family event. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Be prepared, 18 holes with limited seating and not a lot of shaded areas, HYDRATE! Menu is loaded with sweet treats. The waterfall and rivers are a calming scenic touch. The sounds of the beach slightly peak onto the course.

We had so much fun mini golfing at Fiesta Falls! The course took us about 1.5 hrs (we had 3 kids under 6.5). It was so fun and the grounds were absolutely beautiful! Very clean and well-kept. I enjoyed the beautiful flowers and greenery, and my kids loved the pirate ship and blue water features. We will definitely be back next year!

Loads of variety with unique challenges and twists. Fun atmosphere and friendly service. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers had a blast and surprisingly didn’t lose any balls. The holes are laid out in a windy trail all around the course passing by waterfalls and pirate ships. There are hills, banked edges, pipes connecting holes through sections and more.

Fun place for our family to mini golf. We visit annually and it’s great for all of us. Ages 3 to 70!

This is a beautiful miniature golf course - well-maintained and quite the challenge on some of the holes. The ocean view and ocean breezes are lovely, and getting soft serve ice cream on site afterwards was a perfect ending to a fun day out with the family. Highly recommend!

There’s a secret spot in this town. And if you don’t pause and peek in to the little opening you might very well miss it as you walk down Saint George St. There are no neon lights to flash you into its entrance, and if you are lucky enough to find it, you feel as though not everyone was meant to discover it. Once past the unassuming entrance, it all opens up into a beautiful type of private courtyard that you are secretly not sure if you should be in. But rest assured, you are. If you’re a sucker, as I am, for the protective shield of the canopy of a large old oak, this may be the spot for you. Colonial Oak Music Park, so named for the large 300 year old oak tree with its furrowed bark and gnarled branches that hang down in a protective umbrella over the benches  and tables that bear witness to the humble music stage along the back wall. The stage Is always filled with different musical acts which, while good, are always secondary to the atmosphere of the place. Ancient trees inspire you to wonder, especially in coastal towns like Saint Augustine, how many hurricanes, celebrations, funerals, auctions, executions, town meetings or secret rendezvous were held beneath these branches?  Whether they were pirates or paramours , conquistadors or courtesans, titans or townsfolk, big old shady trees hold secrets. Their endurance assures us that chaos is only temporary. That the world will go on and, while not perfect, many good things will endure. At night, as the sun sets, the string lights which hang just under the bows give the place a festive glow, one that mixes well with the libations and the general good spirit of the crowd. You’ll see everything here from the seasoned citizen to bikers, families to sorority girls,  right on down to the 2 year old little dude in miniature Crocs playing in the dirt as his mother tries to keep him from getting too grubby. You’ll see the smiling and the dancing… all under the branches of a big old oak. This place is all atmosphere and you'd be doing yourself a disservice to not visit it for a while when in town. But once you duck in you’ll realize this is a place you can relax for a while, listen to music, smile, have a drink or five, and enjoy the ones your with, even if that’s just you.

This (usually free) music venue is tucked away in the Colonial Quarter and it’s easy to miss. It’s actually part of the Saint Augustine Seafood Company. Went and saw a country-western band the first night and the crowd was pretty tame. The AC/DC cover band the second night was wild. Place was packed and the crowd was off the chain. Fun times.

I actually stumbled upon this place by accident after a ghost tour and I'm glad I did. It's an awesome place with good vibes all around. There's drinks too (I didn't have any though) and plenty of space to move around with lots of seating. I posted some pics of Rae & The Ragdolls in action. Big stage with great talent. I recommend checking it out for sure!

My husband and I had a great time at a concert recently. We were able to park at the nearby Castillo de Marco which was great to visit as well! I loved the huge oak trees which created a gorgeous canopy!

We had such a lovely visit. I can see why this is voted one of the most peaceful places in America. It's free to enter they do have places to leave a donation if you are so inclined you can stay as long as you want until dusk. They have a lot of parking. I will definitely return next time we go back to St Augustine and be able to spend more time in this beautiful area.

Beautiful place. It's a wonderful place to visit regardless of your religion. It's a quiet place to contemplate, pray, meditate, etc. There's also plenty of birds to watch or enjoy the waterside. We've come here plenty and enjoy the peace in a city of active tourism it's a nice get-away. Cone see for yourself. Service ate open to the public.

Don't hesitate to visit this historic ancient place. Here you will discover the oldest and first Marian Shrine of the Blessed Virgin Mary. I didn't want to leave. When walking these sacred grounds you will encounter Jesus' peace which surpasses all understanding.

While the NPS sites tell the facts about 1565, the rest of the story can be found here, in the testimony of the men who crossed the ocean to share the Gospel. While there were many flaws and failings, the spiritual aspect of the exploration of America should not be denied or forgotten.

I learned the first Catholic Mass was on these grounds. Colleen was very informative with history. Our Lady La Leche Catholic Church Mass for pilgrims was beautiful, reverent.

The first Shrine in America dedicated to Mary the Mother of God is here. Where the first ever Spanish settlers erected a Cross. Where the story "La Florida" begun. If you love history and Catholic Christian, this place is of importance.

A beautiful somber place for a walk and reflection. It has a little museum, grave yard, chapel, restrooms, and peacocks.

This is one of my favorite tours to recommend for visitors in St. Augustine. Flagler College is such a beautiful step back in time to the guilded age. So many rich and famous friends of Henry Flagler stayed here. Learn about the history of this magnificent building while being guided through by students attending Flagler College, helping them earn some extra money while attending college in this magical town.

We did not attend here, we just walked around and toured it while on our honeymoon, the buildings in this town are so beautiful. Everything had that red….brick? Clay? I’m not sure what it is but it is gorgeous and all the buildings have it. I love the uniformity.

We have been here for 5 years and have walked in the courtyard and lobby many times. Today, we finally took the tour, and glad we did. Tia did a great job teaching us the history and showing us the highlights of the original Ponce De Leon Hotel, now Flagler College. Thanks Tia!!

The former Ponce de Leon Hotel is a must see in St. Augustine. We just did our own rounds and marveled at the history and architecture of the place.

Our family took the Historical Tour of Flagler College, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to St. Augustine. The building is absolutely stunning, and our guide did an amazing job bringing its history to life. My son loved hearing the stories about Henry Flagler and the old hotel — the Tiffany glass and grand dining hall were exceptional. If you’re visiting St. Augustine, this tour is a must for all ages!

Just a beautiful building and wonderful architecture of once a hotel converted to a college. A must see if you visit St Augustine!

We loved the course! Was having a great time. Started storming during our play. Was super disappointed that we could not get a rain check to finish our round the next morning.

If you loved golf and/or having fun in outdoors with your family and friends, this is a great option to enjoy both things at the same time. This mini golf is right next to the bay in the St Augustine downtown. The course is relatively small but is well maintained and the holes complexity is easy to medium, but the feeling of playing next to beach is amazing. We all loved it (including the kids) 😍 If you are looking for something to do outdoors and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the major attractions of St Augustine, this is the perfect place 💪

A great little compact course - basic challenges but fun and waterfront. The AC in the shop is ice cold and there are shaded areas, tables, and public restrooms nearby.

This is a great addition to your trip. It is relaxing and fun. They have many holes to play so you can spend as much or as little time there as you want. There are golf clubs for everyone including small ones for the kids. If is your first time, the attendant will help you and tell you the rules of the game. You can still play anyway you want. The view is awesome. You are by the bridge and have a full view of the water and boats. You can get the tickets cheap when you bundle it with other tickets you can purchase at the main Ripley's museum. Do leave without trying this at least once. Great family fun.

Really wanted to play this course, we had purchased our tickets thru the site for the ghost tour and added this because of the nostalgia. We had already paid and was going to play after the event. Site says till 9. We got there at 8:02 and was refused play, with an attitude towards us, saying that that wasnt their site and we were wrong. Ruined our trip to be honest because we come here to escape these things we experience at home. Wow factor was lost, my expectations were not exceeded. Selective hiring is a must in a vacation destination. Having someone eyeing the clock for his out time for an early departure has a domino effect on your guests, especially with children. Go to fiesta falls or Anastasia mini golf, they will go out of their way to make your time in this great city worth the money spent. And not make you feel bad about being there. Sad part is Ripley’s being affiliated because we have nothing but respect for the company. To the gentleman who was in charge July 16th, try and have an ownership mentality, when you are there you are the one who has the power for a good experience or bad. You are also a representative of the name of the company. It’s not about you. It’s about the bottom line, are you contributing or taking away?

Great location but very basic course with no real obstacles or decorations. Also not a bug fan of mini golf courses that have flags in each hole.

Fun for all ages! Oldest miniature golf course in Florida challenges even experienced putters. Ride the Red train and enjoy a round at stop 17 at the Marina and great views of the Bridge of Lions and Bayfront.

So much to do! My bigger kids enjoyed the bounce house/obstacle course and I’ll admit, I wondered if they were too old and I was wrong. The owner is so kind, the place is huge, clean and air conditioned. This will be an amazing choice during our hot and rainy summers or to meet a friend while the kids play. Driveway is a little hidden but it is immediately next door to the newer Dollar General off West King St. you can see i/ big teal colored warehouse from King St. Can’t wait to go back! There are a few bistro tables so you could sit while kids play. To name a few options I remember seeing: Dress up stage, bounce house, obstacle course bounce house, imaginative play area, books, Barbie dream house, Benny the Bull, small ride on toys, playpen area for little ones, several other playhouses, maybe 4-5 including Paw Patrol, and a toddler corner. Also a large party room.

808 Bounce has quickly become the go-to spot for local families looking for a clean, safe, and high-energy play space — especially for younger kids. Think of it as a bounce house paradise meets indoor playground, with every inflatable imaginable packed into one bright, well-run space. Came here with our 2-year-old daughter and our nieces. They couldn’t get enough of the inflatables, obstacle course, and the bright, spacious play zones! It was a bonus that our very tall niece was restricted by her height here. We visited on a hot, rainy day, and 808 Bounce was a lifesaver -- fun, safe, and a splash of sunshine regardless of the weather . We had such a great time here with our toddler! The variety of toy areas is incredible - there’s so much to explore. We stayed for about two hours, and I’m pretty sure our toddler only made it through half of what’s available. There’s also a cozy seating area, which is perfect if you need to get some work done while your little one plays. My toddler had an absolute blast, and my husband and I were so happy to have found this place!

My girls are 5 & 7 - needed somewhere to go to get out of the house for a little while! This was perfect. We spent about an hour and a half here and I like that you can come back all day with your wrist band!

Took my two daughters there and they had a great time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some place fun to take your kids. They have two large bounce houses, cool toys to play with, among other fun things.
