Nestled in the heart of Cusco, Jack's Café is a delightful and cozy eatery that seamlessly blends Western comfort with culinary excellence. The inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee will lead you to this charming café as you wander through the historic streets. Known for its scrumptious breakfast menu featuring fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and perfectly scrambled eggs, Jack's Café is a top choice for a satisfying morning meal.
Great breakfast spot. Good portions and delicious. Went several times because my significant other really liked the food. Good variety that suited both of us. Must try the mocha (add a shot of Kahlúa to spice it up). The Alpaca sandwich was phenomenal!
Austin A — Google review
Great service. Stopped in late morning locking just to grab a coffee and something small. Wife had the oatmeal which was packed with fruits. I had the Ham and cheese sandwich which was enough for two people with basically 1 1/2 sandwiches. Everything tasted great, no complaints.
Jim D — Google review
I went to Jacks twice while in Cusco, both times for breakfast/brunch and both times were spectacular! I had a smoothie and basic egg/toast breakfast the first visit, and Helios rancheros and a latte the second visit. Staff are very friendly and service is prompt, even if you are a group (5) and walk in. The interior is very cute and clean, and there are a lot of shops just up the hill.
Morgan R — Google review
Great restaurant to have brunch all day. I ordered a pumpkin soup and a granola yogurt. Ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Both were very tasty. Would definetly recommend.
Hyntie C — Google review
This café fully deserves its reputation. It is cozy, well designed, and managed professionally. I tried the alpaca burger for the first time and loved it. The fries and sauces were delicious, and the fresh lemonade was the perfect drink to go with the meal. The staff were friendly and service was quick and well organized. Prices are fair for the quality you receive. I would gladly return and recommend the alpaca burger to anyone visiting Cusco.

Oh my goodness the reviews don’t lie this place is amazing, we are stuffed and it all tasted incredible. We would highly recommend I am vegan GF and there were plenty of options. I’m so glad we found you x
Paul S — Google review
Went there sooo many times during my trip in Cusco! Food is amazing, I recommand the Pollo Sandwich, The Mediterranean Salad and the Lemonada de Mint! trust me
Lisa B — Google review
I had the smoked trout sandwich and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread is light and made in-house. The flavor of the trout was fantastic, and it was perfectly balanced with a layer of house-made garlic spiced cream cheese, a drizzle of balsamic, generous portions of avocado, and some capers. I could eat that regularly! The coffee was quite good as well. The layout is so cute and bright, but the WiFi cut out and did not come back on, so possibly not an ideal location for working.

Peruvian restaurant
Restaurant
Morena Peruvian Kitchen is a sophisticated restaurant located in the heart of Cusco, offering stunning views and an exceptional dining experience. The menu features a mix of traditional Peruvian dishes, including the highly recommended Lomo Saltado. This culinary gem not only delights guests with its exquisite flavors but also upholds a commitment to sustainability and authenticity.
I loved absolutely everything about Morena Peruvian kitchen. I took a chance by walking in without a reservation and got a spot at the bar pretty quickly. The server was so nice and helped me pick out my meal. The drink special of the day was a fruiting pisco drink with passion fruit. The bartender demonstrated how to make the entire drink using super fresh ingredients. The scallop explosion were little delicious mouth fireworks of flavor. The alpaca risotto was cooked perfectly and was super tasty. The risotto was tiny cubed potato’s which surprised me, especially bc I was expecting rice. It was good, but I’m not a potato persons, so I would have preferred rice risotto. It start to pour outside which I could see from the windows overlooking plaza de armas. So, I got the chocolate desert which comes in a cocoa pod. It was very yummy, not overly sweet, and paired great with an espresso. The team allowed me to wait out the rain and let me fully enjoy my delicious meal. One of my main highlights from this trip. The bathroom was super clean and has plenty of tissue paper and great soap
Karin P — Google review
I loved this place so much! From the decor, to the incredible service, to the main highlight the food. The food was fantastic, we got complimentary bread and then ordered the guacamole which was excellent. I got the alpaca with potatoes and a pisco sour and everything was excellent. The staff there are so warm and friendly. I highly recommend
Nye P — Google review
Lovely experience at Morena and by far, the best I’ve had at Cusco! The drinks were 11/10, I recommend you get the house special so you can get the table side cocktail prep. The food.. immaculate 100/10. Super delicious and quite a diverse menu. Don’t be scared to order the cuy or the alpaca. Service was great, staff was attentive yet a bit obnoxious upon the kitchen closing. Price was quite impressive. Despite ordering multiple drinks, an appetizer and a main entree for each, we paid less than USD $100 in total, a shocker for us that reside within the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area.
Milk L — Google review
Morena came highly recommended on the forums I looked at prior to booking our vacation. The location is fabulous as it faces the city center. The staff was friendly enough however, when I booked our reservation, I specifically stated we were celebrating our honeymoon. We were originally seated at a table away from the windows and view, but within a few minutes a window table opened up. When my husband asked for us to be moved to a window table our waiter didn’t even ask the hostess, my husband then went downstairs to speak to the hostess that gave him a hard time, but eventually moved us. When we changed tables, we also changed waiters the second waiter was lovely. The octopus was delicious and the beef tartar was good. I got the gnocchi which was OK. My husband got the seafood pasta. Both the Pisco sour and the Pisco punch were very good. We didn’t have dessert. The view was fantastic, but there are also a few other fine dining restaurants that I’m sure have the same view and maybe better service
Kelly D — Google review
One of the best food experiences I’ve ever had. I could have kissed the chef on the face. Must try the ceviche. Extremely friendly service. We walked in as soon as they opened so we didn’t need a reservation. If you want to treat yourself to a memorable meal, this is the place.
Haydn H — Google review
If you are in town, please please please go to this restaurant. It is one of the best I have eaten around the world. Our group loved it so much we are here a second time in our second night in Cusco. When I say it's one of the best in the world It's no exaggeration. Everything is good here (food, ambiance, service) and to die for, and very decently priced. The servers were so nice we asked if we could take the cocoa pod they serve the desert in hime. They took it back, cleaned it up and gave it to us wrapped up. I miss this place, and the experience of eating here blew me away more than Machu Picchu.
Darryl L — Google review
Couldn't recommend this restaurant more. The atmosphere is calm sophisticated but has a little life. The service is top notch and super professional - you feel really loved after, easily services by 4-5 staff. Good - incredible.
Rhys S — Google review
Best food and service in Cusco! We were having lunch on our first day in Cusco and after trying other places, we end up coming back because it was the best food by far! We saw some reviews saying it’s pricey but… we actually found it cheap for the quality we received. Highly recommended

Vegan restaurant
Green Point Vegan Restaurant in Peru offers a unique experience for both vegans and non-vegans. The restaurant is known for its passion for vegan cooking, offering cooking classes to spread knowledge and enable students to implement what they have learned in their daily lives. It's a popular spot among travelers, serving creative and rich dishes that impress diners with the variety of ingredients used.
Wow, what a cool place, and the inside is gorgeous! The menu is super detailed and tells a story. We got six dishes to share, and the flavors were awesome and unique. The presentation was on point. They used the same veggies in different marinades for some dishes, which was pretty cool. The kimchi dish and veggie sushi were our faves. The veggie tacos, roasted mushrooms, ceviche, and sweet potatoes were all really good too. The service was great, and we had a blast! Plus, the music was excellent.

Our favorite restaurant in Cusco — and maybe anywhere! We absolutely loved Green Point Vegan. I had the pizza and my husband had the mushroom tacos, and both dishes were incredible — packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and perfectly prepared. Every bite felt fresh and thoughtfully crafted. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, and the staff made us feel so welcome. We’ve eaten at many great places during our travels, but this meal truly stands out as one of the best we’ve ever had. A must-visit in Cusco!

First time at Green Point - incredible and impreccable service by Lluna - patient, explained everything and paid attention to all the details. Ordered the curry that came with a massive naan and falafels. The mango chutney was beyond perfection - portion is incredibly generous, gorgeous plating and really delicious. Highly highly recommend! Gracias Lluna!🫶🏻

These guys.... you can call it the best vegan restaurant of Cusco; but even that doesn't do it justice. It's one of the best restaurants in town, always in a continuous quest of innovation and experimentation to find the highest quality and healthiest ingredients to create the most amazing dishes with. All organic, from regenerative agricultural projects; perfect to nourish body and soul. I have been going here ever since their beginnings and it's just incredible how every time I come back to Cusco, they have improved their menu and dishes, and their whole infrastructure. Truly one of Cusco's best restaurants and one of the very few with an open air atmosphere. We will continue coming back to enjoy the best food and all the innovations!!
Guido E — Google review
This is insane. This is crazy. As I dived into my gigantic grilled oyster mushroom after finishing the ceviche sushi, I thought to myself. “How do they survive? Giving this huge portion?” Looking at the whole plate of oyster mushroom, there underneath them hides two halves of Peruvian purple yellow potato, looking like a big heirloom tomato! I took a first bite into the perfectly grilled potato, my face changed and eyes closed to enjoy the produce. Crazy. The environment, the clever menu that’s filled with warmth and love for the local food, the way they treat food. Mashallah! Now I remember that earlier, the lady next to me ordered the lentil falafel curry and warned me the portion was big so don’t order it unless you’re really hungry. Now that’s coming together. This the 3rd farm-to-table restaurant in Cuzco I’ve visited in two days and I can only say this is beyond expectation. Don’t be like me, ordering two dishes alone. But come back again and again, like I will do for sure.
Lizzy C — Google review
This is the best little vegan place in Cusco. We love everything about it. The service is outstanding—every server was super attentive, kind, welcoming and polite. The drinks were delicious. The food was tasty especially the pizza! The decor and atmosphere are a stand-out. There are beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. The mural art work is excellent. We love love love it here!!

Where to start! The menu is incredibly well thought out and varied. The food is exceptionally delicious, the chefs clearly have a deep understanding of what flavours complement each other. The front of house staff were so welcoming and knew the menu very well helping us decide what to have. Camilo served us and since this was our first day in Peru it was especially nice to see such a helpful friendly face. And this is all before I even mention the beautifully calming decor! We will be back!
Eloise — Google review
10/10 ambiance, food, taste, everything was amazing!! We had one of the best pumpkin soups of my life as well as 2 vegan dishes based on oyster mushrooms, very very good! Excellent service and beautiful setting as a garden with nice music and some heating. Everything has a fire oven, even the sourdough bread. Highly recommend! Only note was that we had a discount of our tour company but because the manager was already gone they couldn’t do it?

L'atelier Café Concept is a charming cafe and boutique nestled in the vibrant San Blas neighborhood of Cusco. Founded by a French designer who fell in love with the city, this cozy spot offers a unique experience. On the ground floor, visitors can explore handmade jewelry, vintage clothing, ceramics, artisan textiles, and more. Upstairs, the café awaits with a small balcony overlooking Calle de Atoqsaykuchi.
First time we’ve been to this cafe. It was a great experience. The coffee we had was the best so far in Cusco. We ordered an iced mocha and late, both were very good. The food menu is basic but that suited us fine. We would recommend coming here for coffee.

Very charming café in San Blas, with a large assortment of teas, cakes and cookies, and a breakfast menu available until 10:30. This café is owned by a French couple and has only a few tables, including two small window tables, one of which has an amazing view of the street in front. The decoration is charming and there are displays of local tidbits as well as sale of some local clothes. The breakfast menu (pictured) is tasty, but not large, so don't expect a huge meal.
Johan B — Google review
A small but cozy café with a lovely balcony view. The cakes are delicious, prices are reasonable, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. The café also sells a variety of handmade crafts and souvenirs, which makes it even more special. Highly recommend this charming little spot!

Small but great. It's definitely got that Instagrammable view from one window. Coffee is nice and there is a small menu that is executed well. I also bought some cute art and a patch while I was there.

My first bite after I land in Cusco and if you are looking for delicious food, cooked with LOVE and good quality ingredients… look no further and come eat. Do not let the price of anything scare you, it’s worth it, they tend to your table with love and smiles… Ana was AMAZING and she made me feel welcomed, served so quickly. i don’t know what to say other than this is a 12/10 for me. i will definitely be back for the scrambled eggs, the quinoa pancakes were so good, the the mixed herbal tea warms and nourishes the soul. Highly highly recommend

This was a lovely brunch/lunch place! It was so cozy and our service from Ana and Vilma were fantastic. They were friendly, kind, and attentive. The food was also fabulous; lots of healthy, filling options, and the dishes were creative and so tasty! We would definitely recommend! Update: we’ve been back for a second brunch and it was just as delicious as the first and the service equally great.
Lindsey P — Google review
Very, very tasty! I had a chance to try it on two occasions- once I simply took a sandwich to go (didn't realize how big it is and that I would need to eat it with a fork and knife), and second we sat down for proper breakfast. The portions are big, they are not shy about avocado, and overall, it was very tasty! Our server was Martiza, and was very kind and helpful. My scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked which is a rarity. My husband grabbed some pancakes and was very happy as well. They have lots of gluten free options - the menu can be misleading because only one sandwich is marked, but they can actually use gluten free bread as a replacement for all. I also didn't have any reaction afterwards.

I’ve been in Cusco for about a week now and have been back twice already! The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious! Loved the little cafe vibe—such a nice place for brunch or afternoon tea. Vilma, our waitress, was very sweet and offered amazing service. Would love to come back again!

I got the empanada and it was cold inside and luke warm outside. The chocolate croissant was hard to chew. The latte was amazing! My friend’s orders were why better and I regret not getting what they got lol. Overall atmosphere was great the empanada was not good.

We had our first meal here after getting off the plane. It set the bar high for everywhere else that follows! My wife is celiac and said the bread was the better than anything in the UK. The coffee was lovely. Vilma and the rest of the staff are so lovely and spoke great English which helped considering my Spanish is still finding it's legs. Will be coming back for sure. The chicken sandwiches were really really good.

I found a very relaxing cafe in Cusco. We ordered coffee and cake, both of which were very good. My wife and I had half of a cup of coffee, which was just the right amount. My son was able to spend time coloring and doing puzzle. The interior and background music were also very comfortable. The only thing I regret is that the wifi was a little weak, but not to the level of being a problem. We will come back again.

We had a very nice lunch. The focaccia, the quinoa salad and the coffees were tasty. All our dishes were accompanied with detox water. There are many gluten free, vegan and dairy free dessert options. Both the chocolate cake and the gluten free banana-walnut cake were moist. Charming Peruvian decorations and clean toilet.

Awesome little place. We stopped for a coffee/tea break and had the most spectacular banana and passion fruit cakes. We also ordered a delicious coffee and natural ginger tea. They have gluten free bread, it is vegan and vegetarian friendly. Love the energy and style of this place!
Natalia V — Google review
The pastries and cakes here are very good, one of the best carrot cakes I've had in my life, mostly because there is dulce de leche in the middle. Yummy! The salteña was also delicious and the alfajor, while small, was the best I had in Cusco.

If you want a DOPE panini, look no further! Had the best one there and was so impressed. Definitely coming back. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of how they make them. Respect and gratitude for that. The sitting arrangements are okay, bathroom is also alright. Not top of the line, but it’s decent in that regards if anyone cares about those details.

The only place i found matcha latte in Cusco. The first two times it was good, last time I had to ask for more matcha as they made it too weak. The chocolate cake is moist and delicious.

Dear Deli El Monasterio, Today, for the first time, at your place, I had a lasagna without the actual lasagna pasta in it. You called it vegetarian lasagna, but let me tell you, it is actually just veggies covered by a baked layer of cheese. I searched and searched for the lasagna layer but there was none. Maybe this is a new approach, like perhaps arroz con leche sin el arroz or penne alla arrabiata without the penne, but any sober client would consider this a failed attempt and a rip off eventually, not worth the money. It failed miserably. Like your attempt to sell sour red wine by the glass and pass it for drinkable stuff. I have no idea how you are affiliated with a five star hotel establishment, but let me tell you, you are way off. If you were a cantina at the marketplace, then these anomalies would be understandable, but please, either downgrade your prices as low as the quality you offer or up your game significantly. And about the stuff you serve as 'lasagna', please stop calling it that. It's not lasagna without lasagne pasta, caro. Yours in mourning, Alberto von Lasagne PS: We visited this place three times during our stay in Cusco, the pastries at the place are good and would recommend them, the prices are high, the service is very very friendly. The sandwiches we tried there are decent and craft beer selection is good (ask in advance as not everything on the menu is available). The wines by the glass are fowl, and, in the end, the conclusion was that the pretentiousness of the place overshadows the quality of the stuff they sell.

This merchant attempts to over-charge customers with US based VISA cards. If you attempt to use a USA VISA credit card they will add a 3.5% surcharge to your bill and convert it to USD. The problem with this is you never want to pay in USD. You always want to pay in local currency. This is a way for the payment processor and merchant to make more money but deceiving their customers. It is only disclosed on the receipt in Spanish. I refused to sign and agree with the charge. I attempted to resolve this at the establishment but their response was no one has complained before. I am sorry but that is not my problem. They wouldn't refund and re-charge under the local currency. I have disputed with the credit card company and they have refunded the surcharge on their own without contacting the merchant. As of this writing if you were to pay using MC or AMEX this wouldn't occur at this merchant. However, I would not eat here regardless due to their deceptive business practices.

Cicciolina Café, formerly known as Baco, is a charming Italian restaurant located at the end of Calle Ruinas. The rustic and intimate ambiance features colorful paintings, iron and wood decorations, and fresh flowers. It offers a casual dining experience with homemade pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and an array of wines from around the world. The café's cozy atmosphere and professional yet friendly staff create a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy delightful breakfast selections or linger over excellent coffees.
Best food we had in Cusco, and some of the best espresso coffee we've had in South America. Croissants are amazing, French-quality level. I had the grilled avocado toast with mushrooms and trout and it was delicious. Husband had the fruit salad and said it was very good - fresh fruit, especially good honey. Good value for the quality of food you are getting.

If perfection could manifest as a place and a flavor it would be Cicciolina Cafe. Enjoyed breakfast here 3 different mornings and each experience was the epitome of cuisine and service. The breakfast of champions shaped my idea of Peruvian cuisine. All other experiences fell short of Cicciolina. The service staff is kind, energetic, and attentive. They will remember you if you come again and they will make you feel like you are eating at home. Ru and Fanya are exceptional! Seriously, eat here. It is an experience you will take to the grave. I am not exaggerating.

Atón Cusco is a charming little eatery that stands out for its entirely gluten-free menu, making it a must-visit spot in the city. The owner, who has celiac disease, ensures that every dish is crafted with care and expertise. Diners can indulge in an array of delicious options ranging from traditional Peruvian favorites like empanadas and salchipapas to mouthwatering burgers and chicken wings. The handmade dough used in their dishes adds a special touch to the dining experience.
100% gluten free menu. Coeliac safe and fully aware of gluten and other allergens. (Cross-contamination aware etc) We both got burgers which were huge and came with chips. I also had a gluten free beer and a cider which I have not been able to have anywhere else!
Eleanor Y — Google review
If you’re spending some time visiting the mountain-high city of Cusco, you should definitely consider checking out Atón. The prices are super affordable, and the portions are really generous, so you’re bound to enjoy yourself. The venue is cosy and sits on a street corner. It’s not super spacious, but the staff were happy to move a few things around to make space for our group of four. They are very generous with the fries and potatoes. Their burgers even come with fries included, which we didn’t realise until they arrived. The fried chicken was probably my favourite: crispy, and juicy inside. The chorizo and sausages were also delicious. Although I found them a little salty, they were well seasoned and full of flavour. We also wanted to get an empanada but they were unfortunately out of them, but they suggested the arepas instead, which were a good alternative. They were soft and paired well with the grilled chicken. Everything was tasty and a great way to fill up, especially once you’ve adjusted to the altitude. We may have over-ordered, but we just asked to take the rest home instead. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help. I asked for a sweet juice, and they recommended the piña (pineapple) juice. It was fun watching them make it fresh from a real pineapple. They also serve cocktails and hot drinks if you’re after something different. The space itself is beautiful and very photogenic. It had the charm of a cosy old tavern you’d stumble upon in a quiet, remote village from an RPG. We had such a great time here. Definitely check it out!

Wooooowww I enjoyed this place so much. I’ve visited there twice during my stay in Cusco. I recommend visiting even if you’re eating gluten. Everything is fresh and homemade, even the sauces! Yhey make the food right when you reserve. It’s clean, not expensive, so so tasty and delicious. The dishes are really big! The juice I had - pineapple- was so good! The service is great as well. The workers are so pleasant, kind and nice. Also, I forgot my phone and charger at the restaurant, and after few minutes after I left I realized. The kind women that worked there went after us to bring it back to me!!! So kind. Don’t hesitate - visit and eat there. You won’t regret it! Muchas gracias Aton :)

Amazing little restaurant with a unique and relaxed vibe. We ate here three times during our time in Cusco and it was a treat every time. A fully gluten free menu was appreciated and you can tell the care that has gone into creating and perfecting each dish! The owner is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend 👌
Katie S — Google review
Had high hopes for this place having really struggled with finding somewhere with a gluten free menu! I ordered a burger which was average - it was rather dry to be honest, the beef patty and the bun that is. The fries were okay. One thing that was really off putting was a staff member being sick and heaving in the toilet. It’s a very small restaurant so I sat there the entire time listening to said staff member being unwell. If someone is in such a state, I don’t believe they should be in work - not only for their own wellbeing but for the customers too. One other thing I would say is to leave the sauce bottles on the table for people to help themselves as the tiny portions of sauces weren’t enough. I did ask for more and got another little teaspoon of each sauce. It’s a shame as the spicy sauce was actually really good! I really wanted to love this place but it fell short unfortunately What a rather defensive and rude response from the owner. I have no reason to lie about a staff member being ill.

Absolutely stunning gluten free food, staff are incredible and go above and beyond. Adorable decor and aesthetic. All food drinks made in house proving healthy and filling. Really good prices for the quality and portions. 10/10
J M — Google review
Absolutely gem in Cusco! Not only the food is delicious, it is fully gluten free, AND it was at least twice cheaper than any other place. We went there twice - the potatoes are awesome, all of the sauces are great, the passionfruit juice is to die for, and the sandwiches are amazing. And you get a full plate of that delicious food for a small price. Mind you, the place is tiny-tiny and slightly cold. But it's really worth it.

Housed in a building with historical roots dating back to Inca palaces, this cozy eatery offers an inviting atmosphere for both locals and travelers alike. The centerpiece of Incanto is its impressive wood-fired oven, which produces mouthwatering pizzas and other delectable dishes.

Throughout my meal, my server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on their face. Good food, vibe and service. Our server was fantastic. We had a flight to catch so he was quick with everything. We ordered Fettuccine pesto pasta, a vegetarian pizza and a tiramisu. Food was good but found the pasta lacking salt. We would definitely be coming back.

i cannot give a review of the food here but i can say we tried to order takeaway and they would always hang up on us. we called three times because we thought it was by accident. so we went to Organika instead and had their wood fired pizza!! it is owned by the same company but the staff is soo much more friendly at ORGANIKA. and food at Organika is awesome. see the pics of the pizza we ordered!! no wonder Organika has 4.8 stars and this place has less.
SAM D — Google review
The salads are good. The entrees came out luke-warm to cold in temperature. The pasta sauce was watery. Most of the food is low in flavor, greasy, and expensive. The staff are friendly. There is a bathroom here.
Jaye B — Google review
Well this is a tour group experience, so I am sure that different people will have different ones with varying outcomes. The menu they served to a group of 20 was overall rather dismall. A cold plate of pesto spaghetti with a pork cutlet and some basic soup. The tiramisu ead quite nice. The service suffers from the usual Peruvian speed so we are not even tackling that. The decor was average and muted, lighting turned low, Italian tratorria like. The staff were friendly but clewrly overwhelmed. The prices on other items slightly above average for the area. Overall an option if you are desperate for an italian fusion. Although why a group of European tourists would want to go and eat an Italian knock off up in 3.6 km altitude is beyond me.
Nicholas L — Google review
Casual italian restaurant, pretty big and can get busy. The food was great, we had trout and pizza, good crust. I would go once and then try other italians to compare!
Alejandra T — Google review
Great Italian restaurant! Many of the guests ordered pizza from the wood oven in the center of the room. Our group ordered from a fixed menu and everyone was pleased with the food. The apple crumble dessert has to be one of the best desserts in Cusco!
Mike P — Google review
Unfortunately, I sat next to the pizza oven and saw their chef use cardboard multiple times to heat up the oven with my pizza in it. Carboard is full of manmade toxins, and all that circulates around the oven on the food! On top of that, the entire pizza crust was raw except the edge. Our soups were good, and so was the service and atmosphere.

Nestled in the charming San Blas neighborhood, Three Monkeys Coffee Cusco is a delightful little café that promises an exceptional coffee experience. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, including the attentive owner who often makes an appearance. The café specializes in single-origin coffee brewed using various methods, with many patrons raving about the fruity and flavorful offerings prepared with care by skilled baristas.
Discovered this place before my trip so I knew I needed to check it out. They have table service which is nice. Variety of coffee is amazing. Everything I had was top notch. Went several times during my visit and was great each time as well as service.
Dustin W — Google review
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst café experiences I had in Cusco. The service was not friendly at all, which really stood out compared to the warm and welcoming vibe everywhere else in the city. The place tries to look like a European-style coffee shop, but the organization (or lack of it) leaves a lot to be desired. I waited 30 minutes without receiving any coffee or food, so I decided to leave. On top of that, the hygiene was concerning: I saw the waitress putting her fingers inside the supposedly clean water glasses, and when the water finally arrived, it had a strange consistency. I ended up going to an organic coffee shop nearby, which was much better in every aspect.
Amy H — Google review
One of my favorite coffee shops in the whole world! Their normal espresso drinks are top notch and delicious but their specialty drinks are incredible. Add on a beautiful atmosphere, great food and service, and fast WiFi, it’s obvious why this place is so popular

This is one of the best coffee bars worldwide and unfortunately this makes it really busy. If you arrive at the end of the morning there could be a line to enter, starting outside. We had to wait for a few minutes before we could be seated. Afterwards it took quite a long time before we could place an order. The staff was very friendly to us. It was a disappointment that all the pastries were sold out before 11 AM. Our coffee tasted really good, they have quite a lot of options. It certainly tasted very special. It was nice to visit here for once but I would not visit again due to the high volume of people.

Green Falafel Cusco is a fantastic establishment that provides excellent value for money. They offer two combo options: the green falafel and the falafel en pita, both of which come with a wrap, fries, and a refreshing beverage for only 25 soles. This small family-run restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and their young son Rodrigo takes orders and even engages in friendly conversation with customers.
We got takeaway lunch from this place today. The durum mushroom falafel wrap was delicious and flavoursome. It was also a huge size for 15 soles, and the 2 sauces that come with it were really tasty. We also tried the green falafel combo, which comes with chips and a drink (we chose lemonade which was very refreshing). Only 46.5 soles for everything for both of us! Everything was very fresh, healthy and filling. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

We were feeling super hungry after hiking up to all the ruins above Cusco and needed a solid meal to re-fuel. Green Falafel exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and plentiful! It was cooked fresh as soon as we ordered it... so it wasn't "fast food" but it was prepared and served within a reasonable time. And it was totally worth it! 😋

Cercanía Coffee ☕️ is such a lovely little spot in Cusco, super cute, with just a few tables that make it feel very cosy and inviting. I really appreciated the attention to detail in both the space and the food. They offer almond milk and have a great selection of sweet and savory pastries. Everything I tried was delicious only once I had a savory pastry where the bread was slightly overbaked, but the mushroom filling was so tasty that it didn’t really matter. The place is always clean, and the service is friendly and attentive. A wonderful café to relax and enjoy a coffee break. Highly recommend!

Came here based on the reviews as well as an online recommendation in a YouTube video and it did not disappoint. The lattes were delicious and we really enjoyed the quiche breakfast, which we ended up coming back for multiple times during our stay in Cusco. One thing to note is that the cafe is small and so the inside seating and table space is very limited. There are no outside tables but there are multiple park benches nearby.

Cercanía Pan y Café is the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home. From the moment you step inside, the warmth of the staff is as inviting as the aroma of freshly baked bread. Their friendliness isn’t forced—it’s genuine, as if every guest were an old friend stopping by for a chat. The café’s atmosphere balances charm and comfort, with rustic details and a gentle buzz of conversation that makes lingering over a cup feel perfectly natural. The offerings are equally memorable: a spread of golden croissants, hearty loaves, and delicate pastries, each crafted with obvious care. Pair these with a rich espresso, a velvety cappuccino, or one of their thoughtfully prepared café drinks, and you have the perfect excuse to slow down your day. Cercanía isn’t just a spot to grab coffee and bread—it’s a place to savor both flavors and moments, carried along by the kindness of the people who bring it all together.
