Service was amazing! Bo was so helpful with describing cakes and answering all my questions. The chocolate cake did not taste very chocolaty, however the icing did and was great. The Italian cream cake was superb!! Highly recommend.

I visited Blue Bonnet Bakery with plans to try their sandwiches, sample a few baked goods, and soak in the ambiance, especially since the place is housed in a repurposed church. I love how they’ve preserved the church vibe. The entrance still has that “churchy” feel, the booths are made from pews, and you can even sit on the stage next to the beautiful stained glass windows. It’s a very cool atmosphere. The crowd seemed to mostly be locals, which is always a good sign in my book—if the locals are there, it must be a solid spot. While many were picking up baked goods, there were plenty of people enjoying lunch as well. Since “bakery” is in their name, my expectations were high, and I wasn’t disappointed. They offer a wide variety of cookies, and their cakes and pies looked absolutely tempting. We tried a good mix of cookies (more than half a dozen!) and each one tasted homemade and delicious. As for the food, it was good but not extraordinary. My husband and I both went for the half-sandwich combo. I had the chicken salad on homemade white bread with a side of vegetable soup, while he had the turkey club on homemade seven-grain bread, paired with house-made chips. It was all tasty, but nothing to write home about. I wish they offered lattes instead of just filter coffee, but that’s just me loving lattes. The service, however, was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient as I took my time selecting cookies. They really added to the welcoming vibe of the place. I’ll definitely be back, mostly for the baked goods and excellent service. Can’t wait to try even more cookies next time!

Some of the best cake in DFW. It's located inside of an old church and has some of the best bakery selections you will find. I love their cake slices and petit fours particularly. Staff is always friendly and always good vibes here.

I don't order cakes. But I came to them with an idea and some pictures of some cakes along with a color palette. It was for my daughter's 21st birthday. To say they knocked it out of the park is an understatement. These pictures don't do the cake justice. The updates, phone calls, and communication about the cake details really set my mind at ease that the cake was going to be taken care of. You've absolutely won my service forever. Thank you so much.

Gino is an employee or a manager? I’m not sure, but which ever, he does not need to be dealing with the public. He is very curt. When ordering 2 different special birthday cakes he came across as if I were inconveniencing him. He comes across with an attitude that is not good nor pleasant. The cakes were tasty, but Gino’s sour disposition was definitely not palatable. Their prices were great, the cakes were exactly what we wanted and the other employees we dealt with were superb.

4-11-23 - Updated with more photos - met 2 friends there today (needed a place where we could visit as we were coming from different areas of the Metroplex) ... only 1/3 of us got a cookie - she said it was okay (not enough toffee) ... bathroom stalls still have no latch to close the door...tea was fresh but still wish that there were other sugar substitutes available beside Sweet N Low and Sugar ... as I approached the tea dispenser for a refill, another lady was asking for Splenda - told the girl that Sweet & Low upsets her stomach and they need more choices. 4-7-23 - I've previously been to Blue Bonnet Bakery a few times over the years ... today it was just "okay." We got in line and when we got to the counter we had to "ask" to see a menu - the girl stated they keep them behind the counter (which makes no sense to me - I know they are a bakery but they also sell food). She immediately asked what we wanted and we didn't have time to really look at our choices - I went with the first item which was a chicken salad sandwich. I asked for my bread to be toasted. It took about 15 minutes to come out and my toasted bread was completely cooled. It tasted good but it should have been warm in my opinion - makes me think it sat in the back for a while 1) because the bread had completely cooled off and 2) because it took so long to be brought out to us. I will say my sandwich was good as well as the chips (despite the cold bread) and the tea was fresh! I would personally like to see more sweeter options than Sweet and Low and Sugar. Before leaving, I went to the ladies room - there were 2 stalls and neither had locks on the door and they would not close completely so, there's no privacy if someone else walks in.

Okay I hate giving this review but I picked up 4 cupcakes, one strawberry, one lemon, one chocolate and one vanilla and unfortunately out of the four the vanilla was the only one that had flavor. The rest of them were had absolutely no flavor, the icing was nasty hard and so awful. I definitely won't be going back for their cupcakes ever again. They all simply lack flavor. Sad because I was told they were really good. Not any bakery I'll be revisiting.

Worst Black Forest “Cake” ever. I was the hostess and very disappointed in the quality of this cake and embarrassed for all, especially the guest of honor. Swiss Pastry should change the name of this deceptive cake, because it is nothing like the original chocolate and cherry Black Forest Cake we all expect. There was no chocolate cake or cherries in this “cake”. The Happy Birthday writing was written sloppily without care of presentation. We were told to freeze it before serving. When taken out to thaw, it was very, very difficult to cut. Only with a sharp tipped carvers knife, point down and the 3rd attempter to cut the cake, could a piece be chiseled out and then it crumbled on the cake dish. I would NOT ever recommend this cake to anyone. To their credit, they did reimburse the full amount of the price we paid for this “cake”.

Sorry to give this lower stars. I’ve been getting their “famous” Black Forest Cake for years, either myself or from family member, and had not had it in about 3 to 4 years until Friday 8/29/25 when my daughter bought it to celebrate my retirement and the balance is very off. The whipped cream in the middle is ENTIRELY too much! Who “baked” this one? Disappointed. In all the years prior that I have gotten this cake, this would’ve been a five star review.

I asked ChatGPT for “the best cinnamon roll in Ft. Worth” and Swiss Pastry Shop was one of the top results. It was spot on! I came for the cinnamon roll (which was delicious, light, flaky with just the right amount of cinnamon and icing) but also delighted in their famous Black Forest cake, the wonderful brownies, Florentines, Nutella croissant and more! All truly delicious! Pro tip: If you want a positive start to your day, order from Barbara who is friendly, cheerful and kind! Note: From the outside, the Shop appears dark and closed, but it is open during regular business hours.

So I have heard all good things about this bakery for years and finally decided to try it. I give 4 stars because their pastries were beautiful and the service was friendly but here is my big BUT, I took the Black Forest cake to a get together and not one of us was impressed. I’m so sorry but it was like freeze dried crumbles, not at all what we were expecting. To be honest 38.00 down the drain because we didn’t really eat it. We will return to try something else.

I have never heard of black forest cake but my goodness it was delicious! If you know it and want a piece or two, definitely come here. Everything else was good but for me that cake was just amazing!

The black forest cake isn't cherry, and it has a crunchy texture. I love that dearly. I'd be sad if they made it the traditional way. You want that, go buy it somewhere else. They also had something called the Nutella Crescent Loaf. I have never seen it anywhere but here. First time I bought it off the shelf. Second time I asked and was told they do not always have it, but could make it for me if I ordered it from someone in advance. I ordered it for the next week and we picked it up; it's far from where we live, it was a notable drive to this place. Third time, I was told this item never existed and I must have bought it somewhere else and forgotten. They were very insistent about it not existing. Anyway, if you ever see it, pick it up. Delicious, yet highly elusive - and you can only have two before someone gaslights you, but it IS worth it.

I’m from New Orleans, the sweets there are different than a lot of bakeries I’ve tried in DFW. I’ve grown to love this bakery because the recipes remind me of home just a little bit. The Almond Cake and Chambord icing with white cake are just a few of my favorite flavors! We’ve gotten almost every birthday cake and cupcakes from here and they’ve always delivered excellence. Raphael is also very courteous every time I call or stop by. Highly recommend! *The cake in this image was not damaged upon pick up, we accidentally hit it but it worked out perfectly for my son’s construction party theme.

Jamie and her team were great to work with for our wedding! From the tasting experience to discussing design, she was able to help us pick something delicious and beautiful. She was incredibly organized and I felt confident that everything would go smoothly working with her. The cake and cookies we ordered were exactly what we wanted and tasted amazing!

We found Crème de la Crème through our event coordinator, and I’m so happy we did! We chose a two-tier cake with red velvet and white cake with chambord buttercream—the red velvet was delicious, but honestly, we couldn’t get over how amazing the white cake was! The cake was a huge hit with our family, who have already asked me to have one ready before their next visit. We’re definitely planning to get cake from Crème de la Crème again, starting with our first anniversary. They were so easy to work with, and we’re really grateful for everything!

Creme De La Creme was amazing to work with! They listened to my vision and my cake was beautiful! Honestly, it was the most delicious cake I have ever had! We got the vanilla almond with cream cheese buttercream, frosting. EVERYBODY would not stop talking about how good our cake was. In fact, it was so good that my husband and I cut a slice off of our anniversary topper, froze that, and then ate the rest of it! We didn't want it to go to waste after a year being in the freezer, taking one bite and then throwing it away. We said it was too good to waste!

Incredible gluten-free and entirely vegan entrees and desserts. Be warned, the Buffalo Nacho platter is enough for two, maybe three people. If you like hearty chili, add the potatoes and make it a mouth-watering meal. Take enough to go so you can enjoy their desserts, you will love every bite.

My friend & I visited here last year, she is vegan - I am not, but this is her favorite place. Remember it being good, forgot to write review originally. We visited 9/5/25 (on a Friday) for brunch for her bday. Had reservations at 10am, not busy at all! She ordered Tofu Scrambled & pancakes (she loved them). I ordered Baked Potato Grill cheese & fries, yum! Fries (small cut potatoes) were really good. We also ordered from the bakery (forgot which cookie I got, but was really good) & she got brownies (always loves them)! Great service, definitely recommend especially if you’re vegan!

This place is an absolutely GEM in Fort Worth. The food was heavenly, the staff were some of the kindest people on the planet, and the vibes were uptown, cheerful, and eccentric.

Never really at a all Vegan restaurant but this time my girl took me on a date, and she's Vegan, I'm an Omnivore and I LOVED it! The vibe, the food, service and drinks were Perfect. I had the Jerk Chkn and chips with the Mango Margarita, salt on the rim. Plus a Oreo Shake & a $50 bottle of Great Tasting Wine. 😘🤌🏼

My husband and i enjoyed the Frito pie then Mac n cheese then spiral burger with quinoa patty. Loved the green smoothie. The bottomless coffee was great also.

The establishment has an office, library, cottage type feel. I was greeted by the owner and told the Adam bomb cookies are a best seller. I selected the brown butter pineapple cream mini pie, jalapeño pepper mini quiche, and double chocolate lavender latte cupcake. I wasn’t a fan of the mini pie or quiche, but I loved the cupcake. The cupcake had a burst of chocolate, coffee, and lavender. I was overjoyed after finding chocolate chips on the inside. When I’m in the area I’ll pop in to get a cupcake, muffin, brownie, cookie, or a slice of cake. I’m glad their products aren’t overly sweet. I think the prices are decent for a bakery if you find an item you enjoy. The cupcake was moist, delicious, and worth the price. Sadly, not the mini pie and quiche I selected.

This bakery has such thoughtful touches that make it stand out. Inside, there are crayons and coloring pages to keep children entertained, which adds to its family-friendly charm. They also offer a wonderful variety of teas, coffee, and other beverages, along with reading materials for guests who want to linger a little longer. Before we left, my granddaughter asked for another quiche, so I picked one up and treated myself to a broccoli and parmesan frittata. Both were excellent! The staff inside the bakery was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Leaves Bakery and Books has a relaxing atmosphere and the most delicious Caramel brownie. They had a cute, back-to-school theme for book selections when my mother and I went. She also ordered a delicious sparkly hibiscus tea. A great place to read, relax or do work.

Had them cater one of our events and let me start out by saying that the Sweet Potato was the most—INCREDIBLE!! I loved the flavor and the guests were left astonished! The pumpkin cupcake was to die for! The buttercream—delectable! Overall super happy with the end result!

My sister and I are always looking for dessert! We went right before they closed for the day just expecting the minimum and WOW. The owner was so sweet and kind and the DESSERTS ARE SO GOOD! I usually order the strawberry cheesecake cupcakes because they are the best cupcakes I've ever tasted, but this time my husband and I ordered a cake and a smash cake for our daughter's first birthday and the bakery did not disappoint!! First off, this shop is so amazingly cute, therefore I was expecting out of this world baked goods! While everything was decorated so beautifully, the flavors left something to desire. We had a full sampling of goods, and nothing was exceptional. Staff were fabulous though. Very kind!

I absolutely love Unrefined Bakery! We go frequently. My son has allergies and we got his birthday cake from here, Taylor made him a little bear cake and it was amazing!! I was having trouble getting little bear decorations and didn’t even think I had a chance of getting a little bear cake. They are so amazing!!

This was my first time going to this location due to the Uptown Dallas location recently shutting down. Overall this location and parking was easy to find. The employee was friendly and there was no wait time. I purchased four different flavored cupcakes (chunk monkey is my fav) and they were all amazing as usual. I always celebrate with their cupcakes and am sad to see the Uptown location gone, but am happy that at least I can still get my gluten free/dairy free cupcakes.

Unrefined was amazing. The brown velvet with cream cheese cake was very close to a certain Bundt cake so many love but soooo much healthier. The customer service was amazing. If you want to eat the YUMMIEST cupcake in the world, try their loaded monkey cupcake! It is the best and they have the sweetest staff there! I was buying one cupcake to surprise my office manager and the staff there sent me back with some extras that they weren't going to sell before the holiday. They were soooooo delicious and they freeze well!!

We use Unrefined to supply the alternate diet options for our coffee shop. Having never been someone who needed these options, I've often overlooked the importance of having not just options, but amazing options is. Unrefined makes some of the best treats period. So much so, that a number of our customers order their treats just because they're yummy! Give them a try, especially if you're in the market for GF/DF/vegan treats! Plus, the staff is always super kind and efficient when we come in to pickup our orders!

The best cupcakes you'll ever taste (if you enjoy fluffy cupcakes and creamy, tasteful icing). My son (and others) love the sugar iced cookies with fun designs. Try the strawberry, lemon and vanilla, if you're the classic type. My sister and mom enjoy flavors like red velvet and carrot cake. If u like chocolate, go with german chocolate or red velvet. They also offer other dessert options such as cheesecake. Thoughtful and fun packaging is a plus.

Their eclairs are amazing. Chocolate chip pretzel cookies are the bomb. Beer bread to die for. Morning roll/bun (cinnamon roll) is kickass.

We've ordered food for delivery but finally made it there, in person, today. Margaritas are yummy. Chips and salsa, thumbs up. We did ask for some lime to add to the salsa which kind of calmed down the heat but still great with or without. Service was great. Very busy but still got seated within 10 minutes. It was a Sunday early afternoon so we were there when church probably let out and was starting to get busy. Red sauce on the enchiladas is more like mole sauce. So if you're looking for traditional red sauce, this is not it. If you're looking for fancy decor, wrong place to be. But if you're looking for great food and service, It's the right place to be. 😃

I never knew that there was a Esperanza’s in the southside We came to eat here after my Daughter’s graduation- tbh Everything we had was fresh and flavorful! I ordered the Menudo and it was perfect!! super clean, rich broth, and just how I like it. The homemade tortillas were thick and hammy, exactly what you’d want with a good bowl of soup. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, and you can tell this spot is loved for a reason. Only thing I’ll say is the inside was really hot and humid—it made me a little nauseous while eating my rather hot but fresh menudo lol 🥵🥵 Would’ve loved a fan or better AC, but still a solid experience food-wise. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Southside!

Was craving tortillas and fajitas so decided to try this place out.Tortillas were not store bought but that’s where the good things end. Steak fajitas were chewy, overcooked and bland. Rice was extremely dry and looked like it was prepared the day prior. It’s been two days and my stomach has been hurting and I have been in and out of the bathroom. Would not recommend this place with below mediocre food and food poisoning especially when this city has so much great Mexican food to offer.

Huevos Rancheros ($14.95) with corn tortillas, coffee ($2.99). Chips and salsa come when you sit down. This breakfast will set you right no matter what state you were in when you arrived.

We came in on a Sunday at 2pm. Was greeted and I asked for a high chair for my baby and was told I would have one shortly. I went to the bathroom to change her diaper while my husband sat down. I was gone close to 10 minutes. Came out and no high chair as promised. Gaby, our waitress, asked what we would like to drink and I informed her that we needed a high chair. After getting us the high chair she sped us into ordering and wouldn't answer any of our questions about the food, thus we ended up with food that wasn't really what we wanted. After placing our order the next time I see our waitress on the floor was about 15 minutes later with our food at which time my husband asked for a refill. About 10 minutes go by and no refill and no sight of Gaby. I had to go up to the bar and demand a refill for my husband. Next time we see Gaby I ask for the check. My husband takes my baby outside to calm her down and about 10 more minutes go by and Gaby finally comes out to get my card to pay the check. The experience was terrible. Gaby obviously doesn't want to work and should turn in her apron.

I thought for quite some time about what to say here. But words cannot give this place justice. Here goes nothing.... you have never had Mexican food quite like this place. The food is way beyond 5 stars. Especially the sour cream chicken enchiladas. The service and esthetics make you feel like your in actual Mexico. Plus the bakery is pretty top notch. Perfect for every occasion 👌. Trust me.

I have never had a dirtier menudo than this. The fat was just floating on top of the bowl, and it was full of oregano. The quality of this restaurant has just gone down. My husband food was disgusting as well. I don't know how you mess up eggs, bacon, potatoes, and bread, but Marquez has figured it out.

Used to be one of my favorite places to buy Mexican bread. Over time they seem to have changed something. The bread as kept longer. The taste is different. It's not as fresh. Seems like it's kept somewhere all week. Just doesn't seem right. Used to be one of my favorite places to buy a Mexican sweetbread . Not sure what happened to this place. Definitely know the guy that checks you out used to be humble. Now he wears gold chains and talks down on you. Hope they can change for the better. Time will tell.

It’s only 0.4 miles, but it feels even closer because it’s a completely straight path compared to other places. We parked to watch the Rangers game and stopped for a quick coffee. The Coke and Fanta made with cane sugar were especially memorable.

I’ve passed by this place countless times and always wanted to give it a try. I finally went in and sampled the pecan pastry, pig cookie, Danish, and a large flaky cinnamon pastry. While desserts aren't usually my favorite, they were decent. However, the breakfast tacos are incredible! My friend picked up a sausage, egg, potato, and cheese taco along with a veggie one, and they were absolutely delicious!

You can’t go wrong with their tortillas and stopping in for the always delicious enchiladas. Not a thing on the menu anytime of day that you can go wrong with. And what better way to end a meal than with Pan Dulce for dine in or to go!!! Friendly and courteous staff to make every meal a great one.

Marquez Bakery catered the dessert table at our wedding. Every pastry was delicious, and my spread looked awesome. Sally was great to communicate with, and was upfront about pricing and other expectations.

We ordered the champagne strawberry cake for a bridal shower. It was perfect in every way. I’ve tried other bakeries in Arlington and there is just no comparison. The customer service is top notch too! We will be back! A+++

Amazing! First off, it was hard to even pick a flavor because everything was so delicious. Second, we got multiple compliments all night about how good, not only one, but all the flavors were! I had a guy even leave us a voicemail about how great our cookie grooms cake was. Also they were both beautiful and they made my vision really come to life. I cannot recommend enough!! 11/10

I am a wedding planner and just finished up with a wedding in Glen Rose, TX. Since I am from Dallas, I had no idea where to get the wedding cake! Sugar Bee came through! Not only was the cake so pretty, it was delish as well! Thank you!!!

Purchased a cake tasting box to try out some options for my upcoming wedding from the company website. Made the mistake of putting the wrong pickup date, but the staff was kind and called me to get the information corrected. I got to the bakery to pickup and found that the flavors were pre-selected by the staff and it was a blind tasting. My partner and I were both excited to try specific flavors from their menu and thought that we were going to be able to choose what we tried, but I guess that was my mistake for not asking more questions. The website page for the tasting box does not include information about the blind tasting and if it did, that probably would have deterred me from ordering it. When we got home and starting to taste the flavors we'd received, I was unimpressed by almost all of them besides the lemon and groom's cake (both flavors I'm not planning to have for my wedding anyways). All in all, we are a little disappointed in our experience, but I know this bakery has plenty of repeat customers that love it.

I walked into the store and decided on a lemon cupcake and a chocolate chip cookie. I wish I could say that the lemon cupcake was smooth and silky and soft and cakie, like a box cake, that you would just get out of store. But unfortunately, it was kind of gooey and kinda hard, the cake like texture was not pleasant. I was very, very, not happy with the texture, and if I had closed my eyes, I would not even have been able to tell you that it was a lemon cupcake by the flavor. I guess I was expecting for SusieCakes to be something a little above and beyond, and I did not experience that. The chocolate chip cookie was outstanding, phenomenal, yummy, and absolutely to perfection. As I always say in my reviews to support your local businesses, I suggest that they might look a little closer to the mixture that they’re using in their cupcakes and that is all.

The service here was excellent. The woman answered all our questions and was patient. The flourless chocolate cupcake was dense and had a wonderful deep chocolate flavor. The Carrot cake was also lovely good amount of nuts and raisins the cake and icing were both not too sweet. The lemon cake was refreshingly lemon-flavored and a little tart using lemon curd. We were not impressed with the celebration cake. It was dense easy to cut but the cake has clayish consistency and no real flavor.

I went in the other night and fell absolutely in love with the selection of baked goods. The customer service was excellent! I ended up ordering ome of almost everything. I have to say: The one that most impressed me was the red velvet cupcake. It is soooo hard to find red velvet done right. And they did it! Fluffy, excellent flavor and just the right amount of sweetness to the icing. Their regular icing is butter based, as opposed to shortening like many other bakeries. I was very impressed! I also loved the peanut butter sandwich cookie. My daughter added banana to her's at home and it was AMAZING! I loved this bakery and will be back! Well done!

From the packaging to the display, the aesthetic was spot-on for a boutique bakery. We sampled a variety of offerings—five in total—to get a comprehensive taste of their menu. Among them, the standout by unanimous vote was the peanut butter-frosted chocolate cupcake, which delivered on flavor and balance. It had a rich, satisfying bite and felt the most developed in terms of taste profile. However, other selections left us wanting. The red velvet cake, in particular, fell short—the flavor lacked depth and the cream cheese frosting was overly sweet, tipping into cloying territory. In fact, the frosting across the board leaned heavily on sugar, masking rather than complementing the base flavors of the cakes. As a baker myself, I always look for creativity, bold flavor execution, and value—and here’s where SusieCakes didn’t quite rise. While the desserts were solid, nothing truly surprised or delighted. The offerings felt safe—classic, but without a twist to elevate them. I called 8 days before my sons first birthday about making a cutesy dinosaur cake. They did and it turned out amazing! I couldn't have imagined it more perfectly! I picked it up in the middle of a work day and was in a bit of a hurry but if I remember correctly the lady that helped us was April! Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Overall extremely impressed and am so happy with the outcome!

Caitlin made the cake for my surprise birthday party and it turned out so perfect! Not only was it delicious, but it was also stardew valley themed with SO many adorable little details. 10/10, Caitlin did amazing work and I’m recommending Legacy Cakes to everyone I know!

Legacy knocked it out of the park with my wife’s 40th birthday cake! I asked for a 2-tier creation with a London and tea theme, and they absolutely nailed it—I'm pretty sure even the King would approve. The best part? They pulled it off in just a few days, which felt like cake-making magic. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be back for more sweet celebrations (hopefully without having to wait until another 40th birthday!).

Our family tried multiple panaderías around Fort Worth this weekend and this one was my personal favorite! The conchas reminded me of ones from a bakery I loved when I was a kid. The staff was friendly and the bright colors and nostalgic feel of the W Seminary Dr location took me back to my childhood. Our family will definitely be back!

The one and only place for pan dulce! I have been coming here for about a year and I’m sad I slept on this place. It smells sweet when you walk it and there’s usually a ton of people but the line moves quick. THE FRESHEST bread around! There is a ton of variety here - pan dulce, cakes, bolillos, as well as coffee and drinks. The best thing here are their conchas. Honestly, I have never cared for them. Most I’ve ever had were too airy or just too hard. Here, they constantly have FRESH AND HOT CONCHAS. I can’t even begin to describe how good they are. Love bringing them home to enjoy a warm one with my coffee. This is a tight parking lot and honest a nightmare every time we come but them conchas make it worth it! Tip: You also get a small discount for paying cash.

This panaderia is a true gem in Fort Worth! The bread is always fresh, warm and full of authentic flavor. From conchas to all types of pan dulce, everything tastes homemade with so much care. The pastries are not only delicious but also beautifully made. The staff was super welcoming and friendly as I walked in the door. Hands down the best panaderia in town.

Love this Panaderia!! As soon as you walk in, you smell the delicious fresh bread. Their options are gourmet selection. The dessert they have and cakes are exceptionally delicious. Can't go wrong with any selection. I'm so happy to have found this gem. And the people that work there are very nice and pleasant. What's not to love.

This place is sweets heaven!! If you love sweets this is the place to come to. The pastries are fresh and hot. I take my daughter here dang near every day since we moved here. They sell this pig in the blanket (kolachie) with jalapeño cheese sausage with this amazing bread that they use. Dang it is sooo good. The cost of it is only $1.89 for one. Which is very cheap compared to the price at a donut shop which charge up to $4 or $5 for one. With 4 of these and 2 drinks we walk out of there under $10. And then head off to the near by park to hang out and have a great bite. The pastries are very cheap too. We by up to $10 or $15 worth when we go. When you first walk in to your right just pick up a tray and tongs and start shopping. Love this place!!

A little over priced since it’s not a lot of bakeries to choose from in the area. The concha’s had a strong taste of vanilla. Other than that the service was fast and everybody seemed to love it.

Don Goyo is THE go to place for Mexican sweet breads and cakes! My husband and I always make the trip when we're having a get together or special celebration! The employees are always so sweet and their tres leches cakes are to die for! If you haven't been, you've gotta get there...quick!

Hidden gem I saw on Tik Tok.... so glad I tried out this bakery! Their items are really delicious! I tried several types and flavors and every single one was tasty! They are also super huge- Texas size and at a great price for what you get! Lots of flavor combinations and choices! There must have been at least 50 different types. They also have lots of cakes in the fridge ready to go! Staff was friendly and helpful for my first visit. When you enter, get a silver pan and some tongs, then load up on the treats. Take your pan to the register and they will box them up for you. Next, I'll have to return and try the Strawberry puff croissant! Highly recommended!

Make sure you allow them to get your box for you cause it seemed they got upset when I grabbed it and I got a bit of an attitude when I said I wanted a the box vs the bag. Other than that, food is outstanding, and prices are exceptionally fair. Will absolutely keep coming back.

The place seems really clean and the smell is extremely pleasant!! I got there and they had hot and fresh conchas: that got them the 5 star review! The staff was not friendly but polite! The bread is well organized and the flavor is like Guanajuato! Prices are good and wide variety on bread and desserts.

I get my kids' birthday cakes from them every year. It's a great place. I love their service, they take real good care of you. But I only it their service 4 stars because there are days they get really busy but don't enough staff to help. But other than that, i love this place

Our new favorite Fort Worth bakery! Can’t wait to visit every time we’re in town- so many options, great prices and everything we got was amazing. The cakes were beautiful and will have to try sometime. Only downside was how busy it was and the line was super long but they tried to move it as quick as they could.

Tom Thumb (this location) is my go-to grocery store. The shelves are typically well-stocked with fresh items, and the prices are reasonable—especially when I take advantage of digital coupons. Even without clipping coupons, I still enjoy regular savings through the rewards program just by entering my phone number at checkout. The store is clean, the staff are generally friendly, and the location is convenient—nestled near neighborhoods, shops, a park, and plenty of parking. There’s even a nearby spot to grab a drink while you shop, which adds to the overall experience. I’ve also had positive experiences using their pickup option; it’s quick, efficient, and convenient.

A very delightful grocery store in downtown Ft Worth. The residents nearby are lucky to have a treasure like this Tom Thumb. Wonderful deli, bakery, and fresh veggies. The staff are friendly and attentive. 5*

I really wish management would get the drive up and go reserved spots under control! Every time I try to pick groceries up the spots are taken by people inside the store shopping! It’s ridiculous! What’s the point of this if there is nowhere to park. Do something! Maybe assign someone to watch it or put a damn sign up warning people they’ll be towed or hell just tow them! I’m over it and will go somewhere else.

I used to come to the Samsung when I worked over off of 7th Street, I had to stop in to get some things because my friend lives around the corner and honestly I was shocked that it had a bar inside LOL, the grocery store is pretty busy but nothing that overstimulated me. I also want to mention it was very organized and clean - especially the wine area I was impressed with the displays :)

I love to shop at Tom Thumb cuz their products are always fresh and customer service is also very great. I love their flower department, always carry beautiful flowers. Today I tried the poke bowl from their sushi bar and it’s so delicious and fresh. I usually don’t do sushi at the supermarket so it surprised me. Definitely will try other sushi options next time.

The store is always nice and neat. If you're a Dallas Cowboys fan and come in with the team clothing on, you'll get 10% off your grocery purchase. They also sale Dallas Cowboys shirts. A great time to shop at Tom Thumb is when they're having buy one get one free sales. However, you have to be a rewards member to get the sales prices. Also make sure the cashier is ringing up the sales accurately. I purchased 2-twelve packs of Ozarka natural spring water that were buy one get one free. Once I got home I thought that my total price was more than I expected to pay. I took a look at my receipt and saw that the cashier charged me for both packs of water. I went right back to Tom Thumb customer service and showed the manager my receipt. She refunded me the amount that I was overcharged. Overall it has been a great place to shop when items are on sale. The regular prices are kind of expensive. Also their store brand items are great! I love their rainbow sherbet to make smoothies with.

Sadly, my experience at this Tom Thumbs’ floral department was absolutely terrible. We bought flowers from their store (which looked fine from the outside) and came home to find they were completely rotten on the inside. I called the store to see if they could reimburse us for the ones that were rotten and was transferred to 4 different representatives, as apparently none of them had access, were qualified to help or support with this request. After wasting my time being placed on hold and being transferred to multiple people, I was told nothing could be done. I wouldn’t recommend this store if you’re looking for quality flowers or professional customer service.

I stopped by Tom Thumb the other day, just looking for a few essentials. Store was clean, aisles were stocked, and the employees were at that perfect level of helpful—not too pushy, but not actively pretending I didn’t exist. So, you know, solid performance. But let’s talk about the freezer section. I’m browsing for some ice cream when I see this guy—let’s call him King Arthur because what happens next is straight-up medieval. He’s yanking on a freezer door like he’s trying to pull Excalibur from the stone. I mean, veins popping, full-body effort, the whole deal. Turns out, the door is either frozen shut or just built to humble strong-willed shoppers. Either way, this man is committed. Then—POP!—the door finally gives way, but instead of pulling out a legendary treasure, King Arthur loses his grip and smacks himself right in the royal scepter. He doubles over, groaning, while a bag of frozen peas flops out of the freezer and lands at his feet. Even in his suffering, he mutters, “Well, at least these will come in handy.” I had to walk away because I was seconds away from losing a rib to laughter. I mean, you can’t write this stuff. Tom Thumb: where the groceries are decent, and the entertainment is free.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a situation I recently experienced at your store. As a dedicated customer and fan of Pokémon merchandise, I made the effort to arrive well before opening hours, waiting patiently with the hope of purchasing items from the Pokémon vending machines. However, upon entering the store, I was informed—or it became clear—that your employees had already purchased the available stock before customers were even allowed inside. This practice feels incredibly unfair to paying customers who make the effort to show up early with the expectation of equal opportunity. Allowing employees to buy out limited items, especially while on the clock, not only puts customers at a disadvantage but also creates a perception of favoritism and misuse of access. These products are highly sought after, and when they are gone before the doors even open to the public, it undermines the trust and loyalty of your customer base. I strongly believe that store employees should not be permitted to purchase high-demand items—such as those from the Pokémon machines—during their shifts or before customers have had a fair chance. I urge you to reconsider your store policies and implement more equitable practices to ensure that all customers have an equal opportunity to purchase these items.

STAY AWAY from the floral dept. I was just forced to pay $75 for a $12.99 rose arrangement, after the fact. Then I was falsely accused of not wanting to pay for the labor. I just wish they had told me upfront. After 18 years, I won't be going back. Look at the picture. Not worth $75. They didn't even charge me for Roses. Don't do that to your customers. Not in this economy when people are struggling.

I do not who makes the pecan pies by the bakery section, but that person needs a raise!!! Every time I have a chance to get a pecan pie I will make sure I get one.... The pecan pie is so good that I feel the anointing of the Lord Jesus coming upon me when I eat it... When I'm eating it I'm blessing the hands that made it.... I do not know what you do to them pies, but God bless you!!! As I'm typing this I am eating a Kroger pecan pie!! And I'm kind of teary-eyed because it's not as good as your pies... I feel like I have cheated on Tom thumb with Kroger... I guess this is what I get for buying a pecan pie somewhere else.... I don't even know if I want to finish this pie or just throw the whole thing away and come and buy a Tom's thumb pie.... Please never let go of the baker you have... I am so happy with this store. Produce is incredibly well presented and fresh. I have never had an avocado with any bruising, often a problem. Their baked in store goods are well marked and fresh. Their store made tortilla chips are superb. The aisles are wide the meats are great and most of all the staff is superb and so friendly. Cashiers are so nice, fast and open new registers anytime a line is more than 2 people. I like everything about this store.

Supermarket portion was good. The Starbucks however was awful. The person making the drink appeared to not know the ingredients and just strung together some gross concoction. Zero customer service skills. Won’t be going back. There is a Starbucks like 5 doors down.

Quick convenient local store. Little pricey, but the convenience is what I like. There is everything located here you need for grocery shopping, and the surrounding stores make it a one-stop shop for any of your needs. They do have a full Starbucks inside. Also, they have daily made sushi and bakery.

I love this Tom Thumb! We don't have a Tom Thumb near our house so we came here when we were in the city. This place is kind of like an HEB. They have many different kinds of foods that we love. I also loved the flower display!! I bought 3 bouquets of flowers over a week ago, and they still look nice today. These flowers lasted longer than most I've ever gotten, and they were beautiful.

That woman in the customer service counter has zero customer service skills. She didn’t let me say anything and told me the car registration service was down and to come back tomorrow. The second year in a row they are out of sticker or the system is down. Kroger didn’t have any problems the same day.

I don't shop there any more. It screws up every time in price, my app is no good there. I got tired of it after the manager was no help and those sour attitudes. Albertsons isn't much better but at least it gets it sometime. I honestly shop elsewhere where they don't need a card to get your discount. Imagine that

Pretty neat little grocery store. It's in the Hulen area so prices are a bit high for what you will get, but very convenient. Has a Quest Diagnostics inside as well. Always neat and clean and doesn't smell like fish like many other Tom Thumb / Albertsons do. do. Have always had a pleasurable experience here.

Came in to get a few things. Got some spinach dip that was 9 days expired. It made my wife sick. When I came to get my money back, I looked at the other dips. Some of them were a month expired. March 27th... over a month.

I have been a Nothing Bundt Cake fan for years. Having just moved to Fort Worth I stopped in for a treat. Alli had a joyful presence and brightened my day. When I finally had dinner and ate my cake it was the lightest softest bundt I have ever eaten. Easy to give this location 5 stars.

Individuals familiar with me from Barbados knows that I have a penchant for a good pineapple upside-down cake from Sheraton Mall. To my surprise, my favorite bakery, Nothing Bundt Cakes, has introduced a limited-edition pineapple upside-down cake. The advertisement alone is sufficiently compelling to warrant interest in purchasing. I was not only extremely excited but also intrigued. It reminded me of home. Yesterday I purchased said cake along with my twins birthday cake and others. Upon arriving home, I sat on the couch and reached for my cake, only to be presented with a product that fell short of my expectations in terms of presentation. I subsequently returned to the Nothing Bundt Cake location on Camp Bowie and spoke with a manager, showing her the pictures. Her response was, “that’s typically how it looks, the baker bakes the pineapple on top of the cake.” I then inquired if she had seen the advertised cake, which is available in only one version. I simply took the pineapple off the cake. The pineapple upside down cake is a hard no for me. To each their own.

I have never had a problem with this location. But recently I ordered a Mother’s Day confetti cake and did not notice until second time cutting it that there was a hair in my cake! Hair nets need to be worn while making customers cakes to avoid this! Very gross and was disappointed that I had to throw the rest of the cake away!

I come in for every single one of my family birthdays as we love nothing bundt cakes and I live 5 min from location on Camp Bowie. Came to buy a large cake and picked up with an open cake on the sides. The paper was so lose the icing started to ruin. Went back in to ask for a re wrapping. And the store manger argued with me that this is the way the cakes are and there Is nothing she can do about it. I explained that I buy often an I understand it is lose but not all the way exposed and messing up icing. She continued to argue that she would fix it but it will look exactly the same. Super upset due to me being a continuous customer and the price of the cake. Store manager is totally unprofessional and was upset that I complained. Picture is in comments

I've never had a problem with Nothing Bundt Cakes at any of their locations; this location is actually the one I've come to the most. All their cake flavors that I've tried have always been super yummy. If you've never tried Nothing Bundt Cakes and are worried the amount of frosting may be too much, just know it's not TOO sweet and even then, if you're still worried, you can always ask for less! The workers here are always super nice and help me out as soon as they can if they have other customers (trust me other people love this place too for a reason).

Had them make the cakes for my daughter’s 15 birthday. They delivered them to the location which really helped. Our guests kept asking who made the cakes and how great they are. Definitely recommend them for the next one!

The pies are always tasty and made with high quality. The price is a little high, but this is a good spot when you want excellent dessert for a special occasion. My go-to is always the apple pie, but the blackberry was also delicious. The only drawback is parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day and other events happening along Main Street. My wife and I went here for a much-needed date night away from the kiddos and really enjoyed our time.

Adorable and lovely dessert boutique. It just happened to be walking by and saw their little chalkboard sign outside. When it and the place gave real cozy vibes. The nice young lady working the counter suggested this amazing raspberry slice. I savored every bite :)

Excellent small place to grab a pie by the slice or whole pie. The employees were very helpful and nice. You order your pie at the counter and can take it to go or eat it at one of the tables they have inside. The pies cost eight dollars a slice.

This was our first time visiting, and we had such a great experience! The employees were so friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about all the different pies. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us choose the perfect ones. On top of that, they even treated us to a free slice and a pie, which was such a generous surprise. The customer service was excellent, and the pies are absolutely delicious—we’ll definitely be coming back!

This was our first time eating at Pie Emporium and our last. We got the French silk pie, first of all, it was tiny. Not what I expected for $8, there’s a reason there’s no pieces of pie on display. 2nd, the flavor was not quite there. The texture was nice but the chocolate was lacking. Go to the beignet place next door for a fabulous dessert. Cheaper too.

We ordered a baby shower cake from Loft 22 this weekend and it came out perfectly! We sent a few photos for inspiration and they absolutely nailed the look we were going for! Everyone at the shower gushed over the appearance and the taste (strawberry filling)! Thank you so much for making our shower just that much better!

This is hands down the BEST bakery in Fort Worth. Probably even DFW entirely. I first used this bakery for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party Pooh themed cake and not only was it delicious it was also so beautiful. I had several people commenting on how good the cake was. I used them again this year to take cupcakes to my daughter’s classroom for her birthday and both of her teachers were raving about how good they were. Would recommend this place over and over again!

Delicious cake and wonderful customer service - My organization ordered cupcakes from Loft22 Cakes for our 40th Anniversary celebration, and we could not have been more pleased with the service and delicious desserts provided by Ms. Lofton and her team. The ordering process was straightforward, the price was fair, and our order was completed on time. I enjoyed working with Ms. Lofton throughout and appreciated her guidance on frosting colors. Start with the good. The owner and her family are super nice. They were very friendly in every interaction including calling to remind me of a pick up time and holding the door. Ending with the bad. The cupcakes were very small and very stale. The frosting tasted like they were from a Walmart bakery and they couldn’t have been more than 2 inches across. The cake itself was very stale also. I also ordered a dog cake. Save your money. The decorating was terrible for what I paid. The ingredients were not kind on a dog, it gave my dog serious digestive issues for the 1/8th slice we got.

They made 24 cupcakes for my son’s birthday and it was absolutely outstanding. They were strawberry with buttercream frosting- incredible. It’s a small bakery on the Southside- a hidden gem. Highly recommended!

I have ordered from this place at least 5 times. She makes the BEST cakes. They are always exactly what I asked for and absolutely delicious! I drive all the way from Richardson to get her cakes because they are that good. The banana pudding is delicious as well. *Edit: She made my wedding cake which was beautiful and delicious! I ordered a cake for the next day as well and she came to my reception venue late that night and brought it to me so I wouldn't have to come the next day. Great customer service and even better cakes!*

This cake was extremely disappointing. We placed an order for a gender reveal cake nearly a month in advance, set the whole thing up for May 12th with a 10AM pick up time. We were quoted $150 for this 6” vanilla cake with the color in the interior frosting. My husband walked in on May 12th at 10:40AM, and was told the cake wasn’t iced. Apparently their policy is “if we don’t have a pickup time listed, we ice it that afternoon…” They iced the cake in 20 minutes, and it slid off of the bat on his way home. Some backstory, we actually found out that one of our coworkers was a former employee and warned us that Loft22 uses Sam’s Club frosting and box cake mix, neither of which I can have because of a soy allergy (we alerted them to this allergy, and they assured us that everything was made from scratch). Because of this, we were able to order a backup cake from her to account for my allergy, this one was a delicious 8” lemon cake that had the color in the cake layers like I originally wanted, but would’ve been an “upcharge” for Loft22. Personally, we will NEVER be ordering from here again.

Conchas are the crown jewel of sweet bread and these are better than any I've had in Texas, California and Mexico City. This is the only Panaderia in all of DFW that doesn't disappoint. Others may look good, but they lack flavor and texture. This place is the a true treasure.

My daughters birthday cake was so pretty and so delicious. The frosting is to die for! Not excessively sweet and did not stain our mouth. It’s like Cool Whip... mmmmmm. My daughter loved it so much. This is the topper, it’s suppose to be 2-3 tiers but we didn’t need so much cake so they only made the top unicorn for $55-$60. I’ve always liked Ana Karen and will continue to drive the 20 minute drive for some delicious sweet bread or cake!

The seminary location yes but I don't need that location. Called to place an order over the phone and explained the problem over the phone with who ever picked up. No one knows anything. Was told to go in person to pick up and pay. With a broken leg unable to drive I needed to pay online and a family member was going to pick it for me. The ladies up front don't ever know anything.

This place is a bit expensive but man the pan and the Tres leches cake is to die for 😂. They make the best cakes out of everyone, they even beat Fiest grocery store which I though no one could compare to their cakes but they did it they have beat fiesta with their super delicious milky Tres leches cake 😂😋.

They have been our family's go-to panadería since I was a kid. Their bread is fresh and delicious. They also have very good gorditas. It's an open atmosphere and you can see them preparing the food.

There was a fly inside the cabinets with the bread. Still, I gave it a try, I picked out the bottom bread. I got a concha, a concha roll and some other type I don't know the name of. They all tasted the same to me, like butter.

This place did not disappoint. The food was delicious; I ordered macaroons in every flavor and a jalapeño bacon scone with Texas Honey Butter. Yes! If you are near this place, stop in and experience this deliciousness. You will thank me later.

Southern Charm is the most unique catering business I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. Upon entering the inside, it was easily noticeable that this was not just another bakery. The interior is fabulous! And the desserts/cakes are just as unique. The flavors were rich in taste. The designs on the cakes were done with pride as the designs look difficult to mimic but were perfect. The ladies making the desserts know exactly how to design and bake whatever your tastebuds desire. When people ask me if I know a place where they can buy a unique cake for a wedding or even a small but unique birthday cake, I recommend Southern Charm!

This is my go to lunch place just about every Wednesday. You get so much food for a great price, plus it’s healthy. I cannot rave about this place enough, I love everything about it. Food is always ready on time, perfectly wrapped, great service, and most importantly - great tasting. Their cookies are huge & they are amazing. The sea salt caramel cookie is my favorite. It has sea salt flakes on top, oats, and it’s bigger than my hand. Side salads are big portions & so cheap. I get at least 2 each time I order - along with my sandwich. All of their sandwiches here are amazing & you get to choose the bread for any sandwich you choose. Every sandwich & every bread choice is so good. You cannot go wrong with this place & they have never disappointed me. I have lunch for 3 days & spend less than $20. It’s so filling & so worth your money. Give it a try!

I hail from Arizona, so this restaurant here in the DFW area is the same equivalency as a kneaders restaurant in the Phoenix, Arizona area and I'm glad I discovered this one. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. As for the menu, their piña colada smoothie is organically delicious!

I love GHBC! The bread is always delicious and the service is wonderful. I typically grab a loaf of sourdough, which is consistently great. I also got a sandwich last time that was surprisingly wonderful.

The coffee is great!! The avocado toast hast the right size, really hood bread, but seriously lacks flavor and/or garnishes. The other sandwiches were really good. I absolutely recommend the bread. It is pretty much amazing!!

The food here is always good. But I do have one complaint: the seating is awful. You’re right up against another table, and it feels like you can’t have a conversation with someone here. I wish the Alliance location would make the store cozier with better seating like the one in Southlake.

There are so many wonderful options on the menu! As a Fort Worth Real Estate Broker, I’ve had the pleasure of introducing Blue Butterfly Cafe to several clients and it’s always a hit! Their gluten-free items, sugar-free desserts and Trim Healthy Mama (THM) retail items are slowing being added to my list of favorites. If you stop in, get a slice of Lazy Lasagna. Beef generally hurts my gut, but theirs never gives me any problem. It’s such a nice, healthy bistro style addition to the Camp Bowie area and the staff is SO kind and friendly!

This place was recommended by a relative who has been a THM afficionado for years. I was not disappointed. Even though I'm don't follow a gluten-free or restricted diet, I do enjoy eating healthy. Everything we tried was excellent. The caramel latte was amazing. I enjoyed the tomato bisque and grilled cheese. My parents were very happy with their taco soup and lazy lasagna. Even the salted caramel cupcake was delicious!! I highly recommend this sweet cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

We traveled 5+ hours to visit the THM 🦋Blue Butterfly Cafe 🦋 in Fort Worth, and it did not disappoint. We actually ate here 2 days in a row. We tried the pizza, quiche, chicken tenders and egg biscuit. All of our food was delicious and wholesome goodness. After eating, I spent time enjoying some shopping for Trim Healthy Mama (THM) retail products in the cafe. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. If I lived within an hour, i would certainly visit at least monthly, if not weekly! The wait staff were all so friendly. The owners, Renae and Corinne, are helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the THM products.

This place is AMAZING! The staff are so, so kind and welcoming. They made me the most delicious Snickerdoodle Breve. Wow! Beautiful foam, too! The breakfast sandwich (with added bacon) was incredible. I'm taking several home to freeze for later. I wish I lived closer. Alaska is way too far away!! I would definitely be a regular if I lived here.

Just went here for the first time and it was so, so good. I got multiple treats for me and my kiddos to try. It was all so yummy, but my favorite was the Double Chocolate Protein Muffin (warmed up) 😋 Oh my goodness, was this delectable! Chocolate is just one of my favorite things; yet one that fought for first place with my taste buds was the Strawberry Trimtastic Cupcake. So light and scrumptious! We also had the Pumpkin Roll and the Magical Salted Caramel- all really tasty. The fact that none of these had sugar in them was just an added plus! It felt good to let my kids have as much treat as they wanted without worrying. Along with the treats we got the Monarch Tea. It's purple which is just so fun and it tastes really fresh. Perfect for a hot day like today. My husband got a cold brew, which I tried and it was better than I even expected! I usually don't drink coffee without cream but I enjoyed it even without. To add a "real meal" to the order, I got a turkey Gouda sandwich. It definitely couldn't match the amazing taste of the treats but it was still yummy as well as nice and healthy. Lastly, as a take home, I got the Life By Chocolate Cake- it's definitely a winner! Chocolate Cake seems to be a hit or miss for me because so often they're so dry, but this piece of cake was moist and decadent. I wish I had gotten a picture of everything but we were so busy eating it 😂 The pic attached is of the chocolate cake. 😋 When you go, remember that, as of right now, it's a soft opening and they do not have their full menu up yet! In my past experiences, sugar free or gluten free treats have been NOT yummy, so this was such a pleasant experience!

Had 2 meetings back to back days just west of Dallas and called on Sweet Memories to handle Coffee and Breakfast Pastries, Lunch and afternoon Treats. WOW, Susan was awsome to work with. The Food was amazing, she had a person with her and they did everything. Had food set out on time, cleaned up the food after each break, boxed up the left overs each time for me to take back to my office. Susan is a amazing lady with tons of talent. I left everything up to her to plan and both days she hit a home run. Daughter is getting married next spring and my wife and daughter already have a meeting with her to cater for the wedding

Chef Susan and her staff are amazing! She catered our Dynamic Women's Alliance conference for 140 ladies at the Grand Hall in North Richland Hills. The food was hot, delicious and the plate was eye pleasing! Her staff was friendly and very professional. Her cakes are moist, flavorful and beautiful. We hired Sweet Memories for our wedding and were blown away with the food and desserts. We had so many guests say that was some of the best food they have ever had. Susan was such a joy to work with and truly makes you feel like family. Everything was exactly what we had wanted and hoped for.

GO ELSEWHERE!!! Poor service, crazy expensive, and quite frankly ugly cakes. When we were ordering the cake, we discussed it with the decorator, and we felt she understood exactly what we wanted. She wanted to do fresh flowers, which we thought was awesome. It was my parents' 50th anniversary cake so we wanted lots of gold accents. We pick up the cake and the floors look great but the gold decorations were pretty bad. It looked like a 3 year old dipped a paint brush in gold paint and splattered all over the cake. Our party was on Sunday but we had to pick it up on Saturday. We were instructed to take it home put it in the fridge. We did exactly that and followed her instructions perfectly. The next day we go to get set up for the party and pull the cake out. The flowers had turned to mush and were drooping all over the caked. I tried to call Sweet Memories but there was no answer. I left a message and still to this day haven't received a call back. We were scrambling because there was no way that we were going to present this cake to my parents for their 50th anniversary. We called a friend to help. She scrambled and bought fresh flowers becasue we were going to have to re-decorate the cake ourselves. We paid over $200 for a cake and then had to end up decorating it ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous. The flavors of the cake were just meh. I won't ever use this place again, nor will I ever recommend it. I included pictures of what we found and then what we re-decorated it to get decent looking flowers on it. Our friend did an AMAZING job averting the disaster that was a cake from Sweet Memories.

A great place to get a basic wedding cake! We only needed a small cake to ceremoniously cut and Sweet Memories was perfect for that. We were even able to purchase a faux third tier to help with proportions on our cake stand. Very reasonably priced for a basic buttercream-frosted cake. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that the cake itself was a bit dry when we cut into it on our wedding day, but since we weren't serving it, it wasn't that big of a deal. (Florals provided by florist, not bakery)

Susan made our wedding cake 18 years ago. We have celebrated several anniversaries with cake toppers. Last night she delivered another delicious, gorgeous cake for our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen party. My husband is a pastor - we have been to a lot of weddings and have tasted a lot of different cakes, and Sweet Memories is the best we’ve had! It’s why we keep coming back after all these years! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a room. This plays was so wonderful! I loved the fine china that was set out. You had a bear and wine at happy hour. I don’t drink but they had a coffee and tea station upstairs with cookies. The rooms where clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. They had breakfast rolls and rye bread. Everything was delicious. We tried the bakery out too. They had some really delicious baked goodies.

The savory pastries are amazing. We got a savory twist and a pepperoni roll and it was perfect The sweet pastries are amazing (I write as I'm finishing off the strawberry galette). Pastries and flavors rotate and they use local ingredients when they can. Just come try it! Support your local businesses! They're open Fridays and Saturdays. Shoot for the morning to get your pick of the sweets.

Where do I start? The house is amazing! The owners are friendly! The rooms are so cool with comfy beds and personal bathrooms. The room we stayed in had the original tub and toilet. We had free access to water, coffee, tea, wine, and pastries! Did I mention those pastries? Ugh! They were the best! This place is also kid free and is located downtown in the historic district. If you have not stayed here, it's a must! We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful and Accommodating - made us feel more comfortable than at home - and - the PASTRIES!! Yum! Sweet people, yummy food, clean and comfy with lotsa little areas to just relax. I was there several years ago, but I will be back!!!

The cutest little bakery in the entire state of Texas! the owners are absolutely wonderful people and any time you go there you will be greeted with a smile! They remember their regulars and and without a doubt their pastries are unforgettable. Be sure to follow them on social media for up to date info on their hours because the bakery sometimes closes for events or for breaks for the very hard working bakers.

Great variety of healthy, flavorful and clean options for those desiring to grab something convenient but still feel good after! Everything from their house salad, to their banana pudding, to their mint tea feels so fresh as well as has some unique flavors! After hearing about this place for a long time, I finally stopped in. They have a lot of prepared food - think easy dinners so you don’t have to cook! But they also offer lunch options - today, there was the choice of a lunch trio (pick 3 options from a variety have have - ex: chicken salad, egg salad, fruit, pimento cheese, goat cheese spread, etc) or the option of a lunch salad. Lunch options were only $10 too! Fantastic healthy lunch with the ability to stay and eat (great seating, welcoming location) or the option to take it to-go. Now, I couldn’t leave without a sweet treat - I’ve heard all about the Sparkle Cookie Sandwiches they have. Ugh yum. These are so good. We’ll have cookies later tonight with some ice cream, but they also sound amazing! I’ll be back for sure! Excited to try the banana pudding and one of your dinners next time. You should check this place out!

The woman at the front desk was helpful as far as the menu goes. That salad was so fresh! And the dressing with it was top tier! The chicken chili was a little different but still good and the croissant was also really fresh. This whole meal was around $16 (chili, croissant, drink, and salad. Definitely will be back to try the salads!

I love Hurley House. I hosted my friends bridal shower there, purchased many to go meals for meal trains (organized meal delivery for women who have had babies/surgery/experienced loss) and have used their drive through during Covid-19 many times to get some yummy goodies. Their food is amazing! Their service is awesome, and I’ve always seen mask wearing, glove wearing etc. love them!

Hurley House meals are saving me from fast food. Their meals are really well done and always tasty (well seasoned always). The fact that you don't always have to buy a meal if you are a regular subscriber saves you from meals that may not be your favorite, but I haven't had a meal there yet that I haven't liked. I especially love their salads that can be added on to many meals. They are always well done and never plain. Now ... their desserts! Their rice crispie bars are giant and always fresh and yummy. The sparkle cookies are a Fort Worth gem! You can't go wrong with anything that you choose to get here.

I just discovered this gem of a pastry shop this past week. The owner/baker assisted me, and he was so kind and happy to answer all my questions about his products and services. I took home a couple of scones and brownies. My family and I loved all of it! The brownies will definitely satisfy any chocolate lover. The scones were perfect; great flavor, not too sweet and paired nicely with my morning coffee. An added bonus was the generous sizes of each item for the price! I challenge you guys to pop in and see if you can resist! 😃

This was my first time visiting here. When you first walk in the door it has a very relaxing atmosphere. It's bright and the display cases jusr sparkle. I was a little early for a full selection, but what I did get was fantastic. The Turtle Brownie was good with just the right amount of caramel to balance out the chocolate. The two cheesecakes were plain and banana pudding. These were so smooth and creamy. The banana flavor did not overpower the cheesecake. Eduardo was very friendly and answered all my questions. I can't wait to get back and try some of his cupcakes, cookies, and other flavors of cheesecake.

Eduardo's Pastry Kitchen did desserts for our wedding in January and we were blown away with how fantastic it was! We ordered a variety of cookies, tarts and brownie bites in addition to a 6 inch, single tier cutting cake. All of the desserts were delicious and our guests raved about how beautiful they were! We're so glad we found Eduardo's for our wedding desserts!

I was in the area for an event and Eduardo's Pastry Kitchen caught my eye. I had the delicious lemon cookies. These cookies satisfied my sweet tooth!! I look forward to indulging in more pastries the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend this place of deliciousness!!

Went in today bought a mini cheesecake...it was excellent. Chocolate chip cookies were good and also bought my kiddos the freeze dry jolly ranchers oh my those lil candies were so good.

I got the Dubai cheesecake, Dubai brownie and the s'mores cookie. Everything was phenomenal. This will probably be a regular trip for me and my coworkers. Can't wait to try some more of the pastries here.

This place is literally the best! I’m a huge cookie lover but it’s sooooo hard to find a place that makes them with a crunchy outside and gooey inside until I came here. I will absolutely be back. The owner treated me with the utmost respect and offered me details about each cookie. He stated the menu even changes weekly. I’ll forever be a customer. I ordered some mini bite sized pies for our firms monthly birthday celebration and everyone loved them. We ordered the following flavors: lemon blueberry, salted wildflower honey and chocolate chess. The lemon blueberry was everyone's favorite. The crust on all of them was phenomenal. When I went in to pick up I also got my husband and I some strawberry buttermilk slices (which she ended up giving them to me on the house after I insisted on paying) AND THEY WERE TO DIE FOR! Lindsey was very easy to work with, I am so happy to have found this sweet gem and will be back for more!

At.firat the cashier said they didn't have any, but then Lindsey pops out from the back and says I froze some right after I made them last week, would that work? I drove out from Keller today to get a peaches and cream pie that my husband saw on Fort Worth Foodies and it definitely did not disappoint. Very delicious and we’ll be referring others to this establishment, it is that good! 😊

Love the cookies here. Especially the chocolate chip cookies. But they have been lacking with their hours. I live 30mins from the bakery, my last 2 trips have been dry trips because their hours keep changing and they’re always closed. They are now ONLY open on Fridays 2pm - 6pm

Instead of a cake at my wedding I wanted a "wedding pie"! Sweet Lucy's did fantastic job! The bride's pie was wonderful (and beautiful) and the guests loved the mini pies! If you don't hire Sweet Lucy's - or at least go there - you're missing out! :)

Absolutely fabulous. Got the Mother’s Day brunch pack and the charcuterie board and it is absolutely delicious.

Angelica was wonderful and professional! At no fault of her own, the cake did not survive transportation. However, Angelica swooped in like the angel she is to come to my party and fix the cake. And it was super delicious!!! Loved the lemon cake with blueberry icing, fresh fruit and flowers. Thanks a million!

Well there goes my waistline… Im happy to give into temptation and embrace the inner cookie monster in me with Angelica at the helm! If you think this cake is delicious… then you my friend sure know how to distinguish a good tasting looking treat, and YOU are missing out. I only hope not too many people find this place so I can keep ordering to myself only… I almost didn't post a review because I feel I won the lotto on finding Angelica, and I DONT WANNA SHARE! Then again, my momma taught me better… and though I wont share my cakes… I will however share my review so others can have their own decisions to make about whether they want to share or not…. 😂 The cakes are delicious, they look amazing and Angelica and the ordering is super friendly and easy! Perfect all around!

I ordered a Dallas Cowboys themed cake for my boyfriend’s birthday this past weekend. First of all, I was happy with the decor and I also appreciated that Erika took my cake order on short notice (two days before). However, I was unfortunately disappointed in the taste of the cake itself, as it was dry and not moist. After the birthday celebration, I kept the cake in the box, unrefrigerated as instructed. To my surprise the next morning, I discovered that the layers had shifted and the cake had fallen over. As a result, I had to end up throwing the rest of the cake away because it was inedible.

I will definitely be ordering from Erika again! I ordered a chocolate fox cake for my daughter's birthday and it was just as delicious as it was adorable.

I have loved The Cheesecake Factory for many years strictly for their delicious Cheesecakes! I am known to go there, grab some slices, and leave with several flavors to try! Yum! I rarely dine there. Today however, my son wanted to celebrate his Birthday with a family lunch there! Our food was delicious. Every single item! The Carbonara never disappoints, and my Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Sauce pasta was fantastic. The extensive children’s menu is also such a great touch! Our kind waiter went out of his way to ensure my son had a beautiful Birthday celebration! Very good experience all around and I love the decor / ambiance.

What a lovely experience we had! We just live CF but this shop was top- notch!!! Super fast service, attentive server and as always, delicious food!!! We had beet and avocado salad, egg roll sampler, their delicious Brussel sprouts and chicken Tuscany which was to die for! For dessert, we tried the Oreo cheesecake which was sprinkled with colors for my son- What a lovely touch! Highly recommended!!!

Service, food, and atmosphere were fantastic. We had the stuffed mushrooms and egg roll appetizers. Full of flavor. Entree chicken Madeira was amazing. Menu can appear to be overwhelming but it offers something for all. Our server O’Shea was super. Bathrooms and store clean. We will be back.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and had a great overall experience. The service was amazing—the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The food itself was regular, nothing particularly outstanding, but still enjoyable. What I really liked was the environment: the atmosphere was comfortable, lively, and made the dining experience pleasant.

Our food was awesome!!! Had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Chicken Marisela. Of course the Cheesecake is a must have. Celebration and Carrot Cake are our go tos. Our server Leilani was amazing. Very efficient, helpful and kind. Loved the ambiance of this location near Sundance Square. Highly recommended!!!

My experience at this location was much better than some of the others I've been to. The food was hot and fresh, our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

We placed an order for pick up Friday evening. The place was packed and lots of people were waiting to be seated. They had our order ready when we walked in and that was nice. We got back to the hotel and everything was good. We ordered cheese flatbread pizza, 2 kinds of glamburgers, chicken taquitos and 3 kinds of cheesecakes.

Had brunch. Cozy place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Food had ample portions and very tasty. Their take on onion rings is unique. The dipping sauce is spicy.

Those biscuits are very delicious! I’m a biscuit lover and the biscuits here left a lasting impression on me. Whenever I’m in that area I’m most definitely stopping by. As you can see I cleaned my plate. And that plate was stuffed at a reasonable price.

Great breakfast place with very good prices. Had the French toast - 1 egg - sausage plate. All was good . Service top notch. Cool atmosphere. They also have good home cooking for lunch. Great cinnamon rolls & pies. Highly recommend.

An eclectic taste of old-time photos, cookie jars, jukebox at tables, and other assorted antiques. The staff here is always friendly and the food is always served piping hot and good. They're known for their large cinnamon rolls and their pies when you first walk in (not sure if they still do the large cinnamon rolls anymore as I didn't see them). For sure the best option for breakfast when you're in this area!

I have a issue with the downtown Ft. Worth location. I ordered a chilled oatmeal online as a grab and go. When I got back to my office and opened the bag, my oatmeal was wrapped in foil, not a plastic bowl like you would a liquid dish. Therefore, the liquid was leaking out the sides into the container. Does this location generally serve oatmeal like that? I attached pictures of what I was given from the location. Had I known it was going to be like this, I would've saved my money and went elsewhere. I am very upset.

This location is sketch. Look at the Cesar salad dressing. These employees legit looked at this expired smelly sauce and had the audacity to continue to serve it. Although you cannot tell from the picture, the container was less than half full. Obviously we didn’t eat it, didn’t bother to call for it to be fixed (for the fear of them doing something to our food). The sandwiches were good but entire family had the runs later and very well may have been the food. Too expensive for poor quality.

Went for a salad- chose the turkey avocado Cobb . It was a good choice! Very fresh & flavorful. Service staff was very friendly & helpful! Convenient location downtown fort with for a quick meal. Definitely recommend. Also the soup & half sandwich is something good to order.

Not sure how we are just now eating at Corner Bakery! But glad we did. It was good! I don’t know what control you guys have over the bathrooms but the womens bathroom was locked and the staff said it shouldn’t be. (There was no sign on the door indicating any issues) Anyway good was great and drinks were great. It was nice that when you’re dining in they don’t just scream your number out. They bring it to you. A very affordable price for what you get too. (The pancake platter my husband had was BIG)

Every table was covered in old dirty dishes we had nowhere to sit. There is also no restroom available and staff was rude when asked where we could go to use one. Wait time for food was awful also.

Large room with big windows and good a/c. Coffee was ok. The cinamon roll was served cold in a plastic box that won't be recycled. Awful and wasteful. The server was bored.

This is a good simple place for lunch. Very busy. Food is good for sandwiches and salads.

Tried a little bit of everything with a box of assorted pastries. Some were absolutely delicious—the strawberry jam especially stood out! So fresh and flavorful. A couple pastries were a bit on the stale side but overall, everything had great flavor. I’ll give them another try soon!

We were visiting from out of town and happened upon this beautiful bakery. Andrea helped us and was so kind. The avocado toast and everything croissant were amazing. The coffee and tea were super good as well. All this tucked in a tranquil courtyard. The open bakery where you can see all the goodness being made was also cool. I’m just sorry I didn’t have more appetite to try some more of the amazing baked goods. What a great experience all around.

This bakery has the best pastries in fw! Our favs are the rosemary cheddar biscuit and the everything croissant. The front staff is also so welcoming & friendly—such a hidden gem! 🥐

Came here on our anniversary for breakfast, really excited based on the reviews, and was extremely let down. My almond croissant was stale and the breakfast taco was extremely greasy and not very flavorful. The iced latte is ice in a mug with the latte poured over it. It was very interesting. We got a box of pastries to-go when we ordered, and I’m kinda regretting that, if they all turn out stale. There were flies flying on top of the baked goods, which was a little icky. My husband’s breakfast sandwich had no flavor other than the bacon. I was really hoping to find a place with a great almond croissant, but I guess the search continues.

I’ve been thinking about their cinnamon roll ever since i finished eating it 😂 I would never normally get a cinnamon roll but Emily suggested it. It was seriously the best flavored cinnamon roll I could imagine. It had me googling “is vanilla bean umami?”. There was also a slight citrus flavor I thought I picked up on. Get the cinnamon roll!! Their baked goods are delicious! However, my recent visit to their stand at the Cowtown Farmers Market, this past Saturday, was very disappointing due to poor customer service. An older woman working there was noticeably rude and dismissive toward me while I was trying to order. I tried to be understanding and even wished her a good day, but she completely ignored me, only to turn around and be cheerful with the next customer. It felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Sadly, I won’t be returning because of the way I was treated. I hope the business addresses this and ensures all customers are treated with kindness and respect, your amazing products deserve equally great service.

It sits behind a store front down a little alley. 👍👍👍👍 The seating area outside is nice, but the furniture is almost too small for adults. It looked like a kids' craft class. It was adequate.👍👍👍
