It was a table meant to put flowers on, not to dine on. We sat down and waited another 15 min just for someone to get us water and greet us at the table. We ordered the seafood paella and immediately he stated "its going good to be a long wait for the seafood paella." I said that was okay and placed the order. Phenomenal Detroit style pizza with an exceptionally flavorful crust. The pizza slices on the Detroit are big as well, so a small 4 piece may still be enough to split. Got a large half and half Detroit style with the Brooklyn Bridge and San Marzano pizzas. I’m a sucker for a pesto and chicken pizza, so the San Marzano was my fav. But the Brooklyn Bridge was great too. Especially those ricotta dollops. Shoutout to a great pizza sauce too, not always easy to find. Fast and friendly service and a nice ambiance. Don’t get to Denver too much, but will try to come back to try more and their NY style.

I love places like this because not only do I feel safe but they often have such healthy options that I feel extra good after eating there! It was juicy and I loved the bun, it was a nut/seed based kind and it kind of blew my socks off how much I enjoyed it. The salad does me so much better than fries though they have options for that as well. The next day we came back and I got the breakfast burrito which I enjoyed very much and it was enormous so I took the remainder to go and ate it two more times. I do wish the green chile was a bit more pronounced, but I grew up in NM and that's a high standard for green chile. I believe this was actually Hatch chile but it was pretty mild and made the way Coloradoans do it, more of a pork sauce than heaps of straight green chile vegetable. But don't let my chile snobbery detract... I was still very happy with my breakfast burrito. This also worked very well for my diabetic friend, whose blood sugar was pretty happy after eating. If I was a Denverite I would be here regularly, and when I come to the city this is going to stay on my go-to list of celiac-safe places that are also delicious!

First off it claims to be new york crispy pizza, it couldn’t be more far from it (I am a new yorker) I ordered a build your own pizza and was told I could only get up to 3 toppings because the pizza would “collapse” in the oven which shocked me. Then after seeing the pizza I understood, by no means did it have to do with the weight of the toppings it was the sauce to dough ratio. I also had to request the arugula topping I paid 3 dollars for (luckily i checked my pizza before leaving) So I paid 26 dollars for limited topping soggy pizza. I will share two photos for comparison, the first being my slice from here vs an actual new york crispy slice. Only sharing this so people don’t waste 30 dollars on a soggy subpar pizza.
