丹佛的50最好中餐

上周跟朋友去黄石旅游刚好路过丹佛，我说想吃粤菜了，然后一搜小红书基本都说这个店好，于是就来尝尝。总体来说，上菜都是广东正宗的小推车然后有一个点菜的单子，挺正宗的。价格非常的实惠，特点也不过十刀左右，尤其是那个牛杂做的相当好吃。实在挑不出什么毛病，非常推荐来吃。 p.s. 我们两个人点了四个人的量，直接够吃两顿的了，一共加税也就一百左右。

不管在哪里周末等个一个多小时吃个早茶很正常的。除非你提前预约。不正常的是老板娘的态度。就算叫到你的预约号码而马上进饭馆老板娘嫌你晚点到。 又开口说两分钟时间都过去了。 哇有冇搞错？又不是乘火车出发。 让我们觉得有点不至于这样吧。 才两分钟而不是二十分钟。 再说广播📣系统也老断掉。 跟老板娘提出两分钟有点过分人家立刻说那你得看好你手机！ 哇你吃枪药了吗？ 开的是餐馆吗还是个工厂🏭？ 说明要改善一下业务模式啦。 When there's a line that wraps around the block, you know they're doing well. However….. Being called out for being two minutes late when our reservation was called is beyond ridiculous. Their sound system is also faulty and the stressed out veteran hostess was feeling the heat more than usual. “Then Check your text messages! We messaged you two minutes ago.”We were a group of 5 and waited over 1.5 hrs for Dim Sum. and keep in mind this is the usual go to spot. It is disappointing with the FOH but the cart staff are always great and professional. If you can’t handle the brunch rush then there’s room to reflect and improve your process. The a la carte options can be intimidating for the untrained Dim Sum explorer, but best to trust your eyes and be open to new flavors. The shrimp dumpling, Siu Mai are among top favorites. Sleepers: the chive dumpling and pineapple buns.

餐厅的食物味道没问题很美味，但是令我感到不愉快的是某个别员工的态度问题。有个美女服务生看到我手脏了但是餐巾纸没有了立刻递上了餐巾纸，我很喜欢！但是就在我要吃完的时候，有个寸头年轻小伙语气很冲的问我和我太太：吃完了么？给人感觉耽误他翻台了？两个人吃了51块几毛，我给了70，自认为两个人将近40%的小费不少了，结果这小伙一句谢谢都没有。前台的中年男子（可能是大堂经理）看到我们走也一句话也没有，我感觉我的小费给亏了😂

牛肉面当然和台湾没法比，味道还ok，牛肉煮得很软烂，如果面条没有煮得那么烂就更好了。杂酱面和北京的完全不同，去吃的话一定要降低期望值。 酱肉包子3刀一个，很一般。 内部装潢不错，洗手间也很干净。

差评中的差评，价格贵，味道差，服务差。 这家店完全就是中餐里最下等的水平。面条压根都没煮熟，里面的芯还是生的。饺子煎得皮都焦了，底下还粘着黑色的锅底。就这种技术还来开中餐，我家狗做的饭都比你的好吃。 更恶心的是服务质量，店员提供的服务完全等于没有，水没有给我们倒，餐具没有给我们拿，食物要我们自己去前台取，座位上甚至还有上一桌客人留下的垃圾？？？就在这种糟糕服务的情况下，竟然还要强制收我们15%小费？！这辈子不会再吃第二次这家店了。

We order beef noodles but they put noodles in the soup as togo and when we come back home , cannot eat the noodles anymore. They became very sticky and glutinous. Angry about that. 面馆应该把面和汤分开放，这是常识的呀。面泡久了没办法吃。失望。

We had reservations at the bar, which was tucked away in its own quaint little room. Upon being seated we were greeted by our server/ bartender who guided us through the menu. We ended up ordering the duck roll, tofu, dumplings, & shrimp toast. Each dish was complex in flavors and uniquely delicious. I wish I caught the name of our server at the bar as he was one of the more attentive & knowledgeable servers we’ve had in a long time. At one point my boyfriend dropped his chopsticks, and within seconds a new set was dropped near us. Our waters were never even close to empty. We both worked in fine dining for a long time and have visited many Michelin star restaurants from the Midwest to the west coast and we were blown away by the whole experience. You can easily ignore the view to the kiddies' excitement at the nearby playground or periodically watch through just a little foliage which punctuated this experience as bliss in community. I actually give a 4.5 rating but round up to 5 given this delightful scene. Sorry but I'm a perfectionist when it comes to trendy, talented restaurants/bars. I had the Chili Oil Wontons, Szechuan Eggplant Dumplings, sake, both cocktails and Mantou for dessert. All was extremely fresh, thoughtfully presented and delectable, particularly the Chili Oil Wontons as the best tasting item, careful though, watch how much oil you use in each bite because the spice level can sneak up on you, lol. The menu is surprisingly small but made up for in quality. Are there really only 2 cocktails to choose from? At least that's all I saw on the happy hour menu. If there's anything I would ask it would be to expand their repertoire in that arena. Both are quality though. The service ranges from professional to personable depending on your liking but it is absolutely top of the line here!! Everyone is so keyed-in to providing a memorable experience and with everything else I already described, life is beautiful here.

Came here for lunch on a Wednesday and sat at the bar area that has a view of the kitchen. Our server was great and offered up some suggestions piping greeting us. We basically ordered what she said and were not disappointed. The pork bao was my hands down favorite. The crispy bottom. The fluffy bao. The flavorful inside. Seriously perfection. We also had the vegetarian version that was almost just as good. The potstickers available today were super unique. I loved the crispy piece that came on top. The dipping sauce smelled amazing and tasted just as good. The potstickers themselves were perfectly cooked. Of course we also tried OG wontons. Surprisingly my least favorite but the bar was high. This is a gourmet dim sum sampler of 4 quality items including potstickers which so many restaurants offer lately but hold on, what sets these apart is their own style of dipping sauce which shines as a welcome departure from the usual soy based sauce. The other items are even better and are powerful competition compared to other Asian fusion restaurants. And what the sticky rice lacked in flavor didn't matter because the authentic earthiness is the point, think of Pai Mei in Kill Bill when he smells the bowl of plain white rice with great appreciation - allow yourself the same pleasure of savoring simple, authentic ingredients. It's a little more than plain white rice anyway so the hint of coconut and what looks like black sesame seeds should aid your experience. It is a cozy restaurant situated in a fun part of town. We were sat quickly and greeted by our wonderful server, Janine. Both of our entrees, Fazzoletti and Gnocchetti, did not disappoint either. I asked for pepper chicken which doesn’t come spicy. I asked that they add a little heat. They said they could make it medium. Also ordered Mongolian beef medium spicy. The food was horrible. Not even edible. The black pepper chicken had a burnt taste to it. Couldn’t taste the flavor of the chicken. Appeared tender. But both dishes were super salty, high in sodium off the charts. Like the meat is cooked and doused in tons of high sodium soy sauce, saturated. Then add the spicy medium. The spicy was more like “hot” not medium. The two combinations together was like a heart attack waiting to happen. Maybe my experience would have been different without the spicy medium and no salt. I also got a small wonton soup. Dark broth which I think is soy sauce. Also salty and high in sodium. I don’t know how anyone can eat this food with that high content of sodium. They must be young and it doesn’t effect them but it’s super unhealthy and can raise blood pressure through the roof. You can see in photo all the red pepper flakes. And the dark sauce which is pure soy sauce/sodium. Ruined our Christmas Eve dinner. One and done. I will say the spring rolls were good and came free with two dinners. If you spend $40, you get rangoons free I believe. Parking can be difficult as it’s just street parking on a busy road. If you are sensitive to sodium or want to stay healthy, not the Chinese restaurant for you.

Oh and the beignets were awesome but something I can’t recommend enough was the coffee flavored cream that came with them… Damn was it delicious! We will definitely be coming back for dinner. Chips & Salsa are awesome, although I need to get more information on where to purchase, the gift shop salsa is HOTT hot!! I have tried nearly everything on the menu, and if you were around for the previous menu, the food has made a 180 turn around and may not be appreciated by those that have not experienced. I love the beef brisket meat, so flavorful. My family and I enjoyed the plates to oppose to the lunch tray we were once served on ;) If you snag an early reservation you can get to the entertainment before the next reservation time slots and enjoy the best views, experience, and with less crowds. Make sure to get a root beer at the root beer bar, check out the waterfall from inside the cave, and meet all the characters to complete the map for a treasure at the end! Gift shop has quality materials and seasonal items added frequently. For those that have complaints, keep in mind that you are on Denver’s EAST Colfax in a Casa Bonita with palm trees and professional divers flipping from a rock waterfall while enjoying a flavorful meal, oh and sopapillas!! Don’t forget the Sopapillas! We will be back!

The food was truly top-notch – some of the best Mediterranean we’ve ever had. I did not book as a birthday but I did mention it was in fact my Fiancé’s birthday and Duncan had small touches to make her feel special on her special day. Everything tasted spectacular from the NA mocktails/soda to all of the small shared plates and main entrees. I think the star for us was their Persian rice, what an absolute playground of flavors. Then had the Greek tomato salad, Cavatelli pasta, followed by Steak Frites and the half chicken. I ordered the steak rare which was cooked to absolute perfection. The half chicken was so moist and flavorful that the juices burst with every bite. From my seat, I was able to watch the chef cook my steak and chicken over a firewood grill. I finished my meal with a Profiterole filled with lemon ice cream and drizzled with salted caramel. And the perfect ending to the night was an espresso martini made by our server/bartender Abby, that might have been the best I've ever had. Most options are around $5 per serving, which is great if you're going by yourself or with a group. I regret not being able to go during push cart service time. That would have completed the experience. I ordered steam BBQ pork bun, pork shumai, shrimp and chive dim sum, and shrimp steamed rice roll. My favorite of the 4 I got - was the pork shumai.
