We had our wedding here in May, 2025 and it was truly the most perfect day at the most perfect venue- our guests can't stop raving about how it was one of the best weddings they've been to. I felt that any ask I had of him would be answered with an enthusiastic "YES" and because of this, we were able to have a really personal, special wedding. The bridal attendants and entire MBYC staff were also so nice to work with. We chose to have our ceremony on the lawn in front of the beach, which I highly recommend because the backdrop of the water and beach is GORGEOUS. However, I loved (and one of the reasons that we chose this venue) that the rain plan of having the ceremony on the tented deck would have also been a gorgeous location to get married. The food was incredible- there was such an abundance of it during cocktail hour that some of my guests thought it was the entire meal! We had the sea bass served as an entree course and it is genuinely one of the best meals that I have ever had. For my signature cocktail, I had a very specific recipe in mind and Bob allowed me to tell him in great detail what I wanted, even utilizing a special liquor for it. The kitchen also worked with us to tailor certain dishes to be vegetarian. I loved the small touches the venue provides such as tea candles along the windows and providing the challah and wine for our blessings. It was important to us that we be the only wedding onsite that day, and I appreciated the attention we received because of that, as well as the fact that we got access to the bridal suite at 9am. We had the after party bonfire on the beach and it was the perfect way to wind down after the reception- I highly recommend doing that if the weather allows. All in all, this venue exceeded my expectations and felt like a more unique, personal, and special choice to some of the other country clubs in the area that we looked at.
