Most hostile people I’ve ever been around. I’m surprised in how the quality of this place has gone down. I used to come here in 2019, 2021 and 2022 and I didn’t feel such hostility. A few staff members ruined my night out with my two friends at a recent concert. We were standing behind a pole, way out of the walkway, and two staff members with coats 102 and another number I didn’t catch, started shining the flashlights on us telling us to move over behind the line. To give you context we were just one foot outside the line where everyone was jammed and not making space for us with PLENTY of room for the walkway again also behind a building pole too so no one can even walk there. They got in our faces and kept yelling at us like we were cattle. I never felt more disrespected in my life as a woman and if my two guy friends weren’t there I would have felt extremely unsafe with those two staff/security people. The worst part of it was, when those two staff guys walked away, they not approach or talk to any other concertgoers behind us who were also a bit over the line or even more over the line. My night was ruined seeing one of my favorite performers spending hundreds of dollars to be treated like that. And on the way out, a staff member with coat 113 yelled at my friend to throw out an empty can as and he was already on his way doing that, that staff member continued to harass him. I love edm and used to love this venue but it needs a complete overhaul in staff/security as they are the most rude people I’ve ever been surrounded with, ruining the experience.

You could also cease the use of flimsy single use plastic cups for draft beers, by similarly using durable cups for beer. Don't fall for the "open bar" aspect if you buy tickets that include that because it's water in a vodka bottle that they drizzle into a glass and refuse to give it to you straight because they know it's not actually alcohol. First time at this venue. After googling when I was getting tickets, realized mostly standing-room-only. Made sure I had comfortable shoes on bec during and after the concert, my feet and legs were feeling it. The line formed towards 12th avenue. I originally planned to line up at least a 1/2-1 hr hour early but not needed. Once they opened doors, the line moved quickly. Quick scan of tickets and security check then we were in. The performers usually looked towards the crowd on the main floor and we were able to dance along so that was great. Someone just had to stay to keep our place. And it did get tight (good thing am used to crowds), at times my view got blocked, or people's conversations got loud since right behind us. There were other ticket prices for VIP/seating options but I saw the sectioned areas- just 1 row of chairs by the railings on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Lighting and sound were good. Leaving the place took a bit of time bec everybody funneled out via the main entrance. Along this hallway is the merchandise store as well. With some transparency, there is some wear-and-tear on the building for future renters, *however* the management team worked diligently to patch, fix, tidy and level up every area that they could. The show was on a Wednesday, and I was first in line, so no long waiting (other than being 2.5 hours early to claim the best standing area). But totally worth it.
