机场的指示牌和标识也多了让我不再焦头烂额！很清楚区分了哪个方向属于出租车和网约车！翻新重建后的机场多了的便利是交通疏通更容易了，网约车有各自的通道让乘客等车！唯一惊讶的是网约车进来特定通道接走乘客要额外收差不多 3 美金的路费
我飞离这里过圣诞节，已经有一段时间没去过了。新航站楼很棒。一切都很新，休息室也很好。他们还和圣诞老人合影了！这对皇后区的任何人来说也都很棒。

还好吧。第一次来美国甚是激动，所以心情好也没感觉到啥。不过还是比加拿大的机场差很多。
LaGuardia机场在经过多年的扩建整修后，变得焕然一新，从内而外都给人一种崭新的感觉。在办理登记手续及安检时效率也大大提高。因为进出LaGuardia机场的飞机大都会飞越曼哈顿，所以我喜欢选择日出日落时分的航班，从高空俯瞰整个纽约市，感受大都会的美丽。

很糟糕的一次经历。欧洲飞西雅图再飞华盛顿州的一个小城市去开会，中间在纽约转机，需要入关。本来排队的也就六七十人的样子，足足排了两个半小时（办事窗口很少，而且效率极其低下），期间我们找机场工作人员解释情况，告诉他们我们已经到了登机时间，他们态度很差并说他们也无可奈何，只能继续排队。结果导致我们误了接下来的联程航班和非联程航班，无奈夜晚露宿机场并损失了好几百刀，在参加会议当天才赶到开会的城市，差评！

Overall it's a great and very nice Transit Center but the day I used it, I was very unlucky
I like the architecture design and overall the service is great and frequent with multiple bus lines, the Long Island railroad and the are JFK AirTrain.
At about 12:20 p.m. on June 7th 2025, I boarded the era train, we pulled out about 20 ft and the train slammed on the brakes and then reversed into the station. Then there was confusion as to what was going on and about 10 minutes later, they told us to get off and go get a shuttle bus or a taxi.
People were freaking out and confused as to where to go to catch a shuttle or Uber or a taxi.
So many people were going down the escalator, it broke the escalator and people were using the escalators like stairs.
Then when we got outside, the staff were not sure where to go and wait for the shuttle or how often the shuttles would run. People were crowdsourcing Uber and taxes and sharing rides if they were going to the same terminal. It took about an hour and a half to get the first shuttle bus to pull up at about 1:50 p.m. then when that shuttle pulled up, people were crowding on and the bus was overcapacity.
Usually this is a great transfer point and a great Transit Center but I got unlucky on this day.

This place used to be a real dump years ago, but they fixed it. Much safer now, and a lot cleaner. Yes it still needs to be some improvements thou. The bathrooms on the first floor are always out of order or really dirty. The bathroom on the second floor by the airtram on the right are spotless. It’s a shame that the bathrooms on the first floor aren’t. They could crack down on the illegal cab drivers outside of prey on people ( especially tourists). If you need a cab I highly recommend you take a green cab, Uber, and not a gypsy cab. If you need something to eat , I recommend that you buy it across the street where it’s much cheaper. Food inside the restaurants and concession stand area are very expensive ( tourist prices ) Staff is helpful and friendly, and the place is open 24 hours a day. The place is now safer with cops patrolling. They removed the benches that the homeless people used to sleep on and they are now in a waiting area on the first floor. No ticket…? Than you can’t seat in the waiting area. Train schedules are prominently posted and are always accurate. At night, the area is not so safe. Carry some mace and don't listen to music so you'll be aware of your surroundings.

The air train to the airport is located one flight of stairs above the LIRR platforms. You pay that separately (always at Jamaica) with MetroCard or OMNY.
For NYC (Manhattan) take any of the LIRR trains to Gran Central station (Grand Central Madison terminal). During the peak hours you will be charged higher train fare. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the city.

Why are there no bagel shops within a block or two of Central Park?! Had to walk for 20 minutes for several blocks to get to one of the bagel shops, namely H&H Bagels. We arrived on a Saturday early afternoon and thank goodness the rush ended so that by the time we had placed our order, a table freed up for us to sit and enjoy our sandwiches. H&H Bagels has about 3-4 tables inside for seating and you're on your own if those tables are full.
We ordered the Steak, Egg & Cheese ($9.65) and H&H Club ($13.90). Both were hefty and delicious! Very satisfying, especially if you can split both bagel sandwiches with another and try both! Only thing that would've made it better would be enjoying it at Central Park or with a view of Central Park!

Originally built in 1910 as a station house project for the Pennsylvania and Harlem Railroads, the project was the cornerstone of the New York City Train Service Sector. The original building was demolished in 1963 and was reformed with an expansion for the MTA. Nevertheless, coming out of the station, I was immediately surprised by the General appeal and the layout of the station, they have managed to turn this station from just a simple place to breeze through and catch your train in the 1960s decade, the new version of Penn Station features many shops and restaurants from big name brands such as Auntie Anne's, Chick-Fil-a, Hudson News, Dunkin', Insomnia Cookies, and many more places to enjoy in the station.
Getting to the connecting trains was also a simple and self aware process. When it comes to the structure of the station, the 1, 2, and 3 lines operate out of the west, while the A, W, and E lines to the north for example, allowing for connections to other parts of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
The station could also get crowded at times, as you strive to traverse to your train in the Moynian Train Hall.
The one issue of this station that I must mention unfortunately is the condition of the restrooms. After a long day of travel in Manhattan, or Brooklyn, the one thing you don't want is to have to find a working sink. The problem persisted for me in my first visit after a day in New York, as the sinks failed to work, and only one of the four functioned properly. People tend to also be be lousy with their aim, or forget to flush, leaving a major mess in the area and making the area more undesirable.
I will, for certain return here anytime I come to New York City to admire the charm of travel and the hustle and bustle of the city.

Penn Station is the hub that keeps New York moving. It’s always full of energy, busy, crowded and maybe not the prettiest station in the world but it’s highly functional for travelers who can use Subway, AmTrak and LIRR services from here to get where they need to go. The food court has a variety of options, from Shake Shack to Raising Cane’s, from Chopt to Playa Bowls and there’s a Walgreens that can pretty much help every needs one may have while waiting to commute or travel around New York! I’m personally here every day and I must say that Pennsylvania Station is safe, with a lot of MTA Police constantly around and clean for the high amount of traffic that passes through daily. It’s I place in town that I love! Don’t expect luxury, especially during rush hours, but Penn Station does the job!

Cool well ventilated venue, but I feel like they may tend to over pack it. I know GA concerts are meant to feel tight but it was overwhelmingly so. Leaving the concert was equally hellish with very little direction and order from security or workers.
The venue is also super loud. I'm conflicted, I had a good experience the first time I went when it wasn't overly booked or loud and was organized but the second time it was exactly the opposite and my time wasn't so pleasant. So just be cautious, your enjoyment may be case by case at this venue.

Went for the OMD concert recently. First time at this venue. After googling when I was getting tickets, realized mostly standing-room-only. Made sure I had comfortable shoes on bec during and after the concert, my feet and legs were feeling it.
The line formed towards 12th avenue. I originally planned to line up at least a 1/2-1 hr hour early but not needed. Once they opened doors, the line moved quickly. Quick scan of tickets and security check then we were in.
When I saw the layout, I was fine with GA bec we were able to get our spot about 7 rows from the stage, pretty close (maybe won't be too happy if we were further back.) The performers usually looked towards the crowd on the main floor and we were able to dance along so that was great. Someone just had to stay to keep our place. And it did get tight (good thing am used to crowds), at times my view got blocked, or people's conversations got loud since right behind us.
There were other ticket prices for VIP/seating options but I saw the sectioned areas- just 1 row of chairs by the railings on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Lighting and sound were good. Loud of course since we were right by large speakers.
Bar (no cash accepted) and restrooms on the main floor. Saw signs for more restrooms on another floor.
Leaving the place took a bit of time bec everybody funneled out via the main entrance. Along this hallway is the merchandise store as well.
The venue is located near the W side highway, mostly car dealerships and not much eateries nearby. Was ok walking afterwards bec others were going towards the subway too.

Inside, the architecture is beautiful and historic. I wouldn’t want that to change. However, the seating/waiting situation could really be updated. I was on edge the entire time because we had luggage and our kids with us, and even though they tried to keep non-passengers separated, some were still wandering through and trying to sell us things. This has been my worst experience in 40 years flying. I started out my day in Allentown Pennsylvania, at 2:30am where I had a 5:46am flight that was delayed multiple times,and couldn't get any other flights so I paid an Uber $150 to get me to Newark New Jersey for a flight I had found there to only have the same experience after an hour and a half drive. Was supposed to leave at 12: 47pm and then kept getting delayed until 3:07pm. If I have any other options other than Delta for a trip next time, you can bank on them not getting my business.

By far the best airport service I have ever used, spirit may be more budget friendly - but with the Delta card and using skymiles it can be affordable and more comfortable!
I also find that Delta staff is less picky with me about my carry-on, I am able to bring my backpack and small suitcase for free everytime.
Spirit made me pay for the suitcase everytime I flew with them! Spirit staff generally don't seem as pleasant talking to either.

TLDR: Avoid! They have 1 minivan and if they have multiple customers at that time, you will be expected to wait. We waited for 30 minutes on the way to the airport and 1 hour 40 minutes for pickup after landing, despite calling ahead of time as instructed. The “shuttle” is an old minivan and we did not feel particularly safe leaving our car in a random padlocked lot with no 24/7 surveillance. It’s worth paying the extra money to go elsewhere.
The positive reviews are either fake or from customers who were extremely lucky to have had a good experience. On the morning of our departure, we called 30 minutes prior to our arrival at the lot. When we arrived, there was no one there. We weren’t even sure if we were in the right place as there is no sign. After calling repeatedly, we were told the driver was on his way, but was pulled over. He got there about 30 minutes later and picked us up in an older minivan. As you can imagine, this was stressful, particularly with 2 toddlers, but thankfully we had extra time built into our schedule. On the way home, we called when we landed as instructed. We called about 15 minutes later to let them know we had our luggage. There was confusion as to where the pickup location was. They told us they would be there in 15 minutes once we got to the location. We had to repeatedly call and each time we were told they were 15 minutes away. An hour and 40 minutes later we were finally picked up. When we got in the car, we learned they were taking others to and from the airport. I asked if they had any sort of reservation system so they know who is departing/arriving when or more than one car, and they do not. It is “first come first serve”. They have 1 vehicle and you better hope you get their first, particularly when there is traffic. Yes you save money, but is the stress, wasted time, and the possibility of missing your flight worth it… absolutely not!

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience with James. He met us promptly at the lot, was a master at stacking our luggage in his van (we had so many suitcases). I've been a customer of Joulvert since the start of the pandemic years ago. In the early days of riding e-bikes I wasn't sure exactly which type of bike would be the best fit for me. I ended up buying a Joulvert which is in the style of a commuter bike. Heavy but comfortable and convenient. Around the same time I also bought a road bike with pedal assist that was about twice the price of a Joulvert. I quickly realized that the Joulvert was all around the better bike in terms of comfort and convenience running everyday errands around NYC. For a city environment it's a great choice.
At first glance the ruggedness and power of Joulvert bikes may not be apparent. Some parts of the bike shake a bit when riding fast and hitting bumps, but I quickly realized that this is simply a superficial attribute. The bike's core is solid and they've clearly spent money on quality parts and labor where it matters like the frame and wheels. The welding on the frame is first rate. The Journey model I own I've put through extreme conditions over years and it hasn't a trace of damage or degradation as a result. The least important parts of the bike like the fenders and their fasteners are made from inexpensive plastic, but considering the entire bike cost less than $1,000 and has been one of the best investments I've ever made, that doesn't bother me.
The only aspect of the design I don't like is the position of the horn button. It sounds trivial but the position of the button is about an inch lower than where my thumb intuitively expects it to be. During moments when I've had a split second to trigger the horn while trying to avoid a collision my thumb kept reaching on pure instinct to the handlebar about an inch above the button, thereby missing it altogether. Normally bells and horn buttons are in a slightly different position, at least on the bikes I've owned over the years.
I customized my Journey with an extra soft seat to replace the one that came with the bike, as well as an extended seat post which allows me to sit higher than usual (which is my preference for any bike). I recommend this type of customization for tall riders who like to extend their legs fully when riding.
It can't be understated how much use (and honestly abuse) I've put my Journey through and it's never let me down. I've probably ridden it in ways that the company would not approve of. Barreling down avenues at speeds that likely exceed the company's recommendations. Hitting potholes that would shatter a lesser quality bicycle. But as a result I'm able to provide this honest and thorough assessment of a Joulvert. It's one of the best investments I've ever made.

I got a yellow Journey Pro from the Joulvert shop back in November 2024. I've had to bring it back in a few times for issues, but they fixed each under the 1-yr warranty. In order, the issues were: 1) battery died & wouldn't charge (they gave me an upgraded battery b/c they didn't have mine in stock), 2) charger stopped working (apparently I was given the wrong type of charger at purchase), and 3) bike wouldn't turn on (was because the prongs to the battery bent a little so power wasn't getting to the bike). I just picked the bike up from the third issue. Otherwise, I did have to bring the bike in to have the brakes fixed, and it was $80 for that. They are pretty squeaky brakes, even with new pads. Overall, I got the bike at a good price relative to other similar e-bikes. I like that it folds for easier transport, and I like the fat tires for comfort and different terrains. It does come with minorly janky elements like a squeaky seat that moves around a lot, an ill-fitting speedometer mount that needs to be electrical taped in place, etc. But the price matches those kind of issues, and the service has been very good. I think they're good guys at Joulvert, and at 7-8 months in owning one of their bikes, I'm still pleased with the purchase despite the hiccups.

Was in the market for a folding electric bike and heard good things about Joulvert bikes and their customer service from the burner community and other people. Went in there and test rode the Joulvert Pro which I fell in love with instantly, walked out there same day with my bike. Everyone was helpful, explained how to to take care of the bike and answered all my questions. Fast forward few months later and my bike wont turn on even though the battery was fully charged. Popped by the shop on the weekend and they took a quick look, diagnosed the problem which apparently was a fuse in the battery and immediately replaced the battery at no charge. These guys are great with their customer service and stand behind their product so if you are in the market for a sexy e bike that is compact yet bulletproof look no further than my friends at Joulvert.

Stay away. These bikes are very cheap and these people don't know how to repair their own products. They charge $30/hr plus the cost of the parts. I paid for the repair cost in April, it is almost September and still no bike. They are unable to fix it and are blaming us for the damage, apparently the inside of the motor is shattered. This is a cheap product that can't handle daily usage in this city such as: uneven roads, potholes, RAIN!($1500 for a bike that can't handle rain). There's no excuse for the motor to shatter! Or for you to not fix it, even if you can't why not just say that? You rather give us a round-around of excuses and take advantage of my husbands patience. Terrible product, terrible customer service, and a complete joke of a business. I couldn't wait anymore and had to buy an Arrow bike which I had previously owned (got stolen) before purchasing this trash of a bike that broke 5 months after I bought it.
They don't even have the decency to call you, you have to call them and they give you excuses like "the owner is in burning man and left me with all these problems I can't fix". You're a grown man, if you disagree with your employer then quit. And you have the audacity to tell me the owner is upset I left a bad review so you're unable to help me.
Super shady people. They offered me a new bike if I paid them $500 (unsure if repair cost would be credited or not) because they can't fix it. But, because I left a review on google he's not sure the owner will follow through with this offer. That's not cool, you can't ask people to hold off negative reviews in order to get good treatment from you; you should treat everyone with the same respect how dare you try to corner someone into deleting or not leaving a review.
My husband,Jose, has been extremely patient, nice and cooperative with you through these past 3 months. He drew the line when one of the employees, Omar said he would have the bike ready before going to burning man and didn't follow though. He didn't even follow up with us, why not just let us know what is happening with a repair we paid for? This is disrespectful to our time and hard earned money we spent on your product.

Thank you for the excellent quality service and a top notch durable Bike. I have a Desert Playa Fat tire and absolutely love it . It’s hands down the best way to get around New York City . Since getting the bike I had to have one tune up and the breaks adjusted. The work was done in a couple hours. I was also in an accident and damaged the wheel and break grips and again it was fixed in under a week. These guys have a great product and do quality work and repairs . I would totally recommend a Joulvert bike to anyone looking for an E-Bike.

Was pleasantly surprised how much better this thermal has gotten airside. There's lots of food options, from fast to fast casual. Everything is still pricey but good to see we have choices. There's a United club lounge and a Polaris lounge. Not a whole ton of duty free shops but there are few. The lanes are decently wide so you don't feel crapped navigating to your gate. There are a bunch of seats with power plug (including USB-A and USB-C ports) and you can even order drinks and food to your seat. Free public wifi is available and it was speedy-ish (around 40Mbps in my test). The pre-check in area is still a mess. They have dedicated area's for Pre-Check, Clear, combination of the two and just regular screening. They are in totally different areas. Finding the right line is not the easiest in a sea of passengers. On my most recent visit lines moved pretty fast and security staff was very friendly and helpful.

I hosted my daughter’s 2nd birthday here & was not inform that there was no heating (it was 29 degrees). I expressed to the owner that the hall was cold & all he did was apologize & say he doesn’t provide heating due to the fact that he pays the electricity bill & that his heaters were stolen by someone else who rented the space. My family & I had to bring heaters from home to try to warm up the place & we’re still cold. After speaking with him the next day inquiring about a possible refund he told me that it was my fault for not inquiring about heating as if that is something I was supposed to know. I’ve never rented a space & had to worry about heating/air conditioning. He also told me that if it was such an issues “it wouldn’t have been too difficult to bring your own heaters”. I would highly recommend to not rent this space in the summer as well as there is also no air conditioning.

I attended my granddaughter’s 2 year birthday at this location on February 1st and I was unable to take off my coat due to the lack of a heating system. This was not informed to us at the time of renting the space. This space was definitely not worth $1000 to have my guess freezing. Also when my daughter requested some type of refund, she was told that she could have brought her own heaters and that she would not be getting anything back. This establishments is not well managed and are very unprofessional with their patrons. I do not recommend this location unless you are looking to catch a cold or frostbite.
