The tonkotsu broth was super light yet full of flavor. The think pork strips were so fatty and juicy and the soy egg was excellent once it hit the hot broth and I dipped my noodles into the runny yolk. Perfect noodles round it out with just enough bite to them and when combined with all the toppings in the bowl, it was a different yet amazing flavor each and every bite. The prices were great. 5 stars and HIGHLY recommend!

Luckily the woman helping me gave some good recommendations. We got an assortment dozen and each one was unique and delicious. We also got a piece of chicken. This is were the review loses two stars. The chicken breast was huge, juicy and crispy. It was also RAW in the center. The piece I ate, a small piece on the end was cooked and very tasty. My wife cut a piece from the center ate it and then realized it was raw. Luckily she did not get sick. So while the food was good, at least the parts that were cooked, we probably won't go back because our first visit we got raw food.
