Both my wife and I had multiple drinks (over $50 at the bar), an appetizer (corned beef and cabbage egg rolls), and ultimately 3 entrees. We were really enjoying the band and hung out for over an hour and a half. Entrees, on average, were around the $20 mark, and we could've eaten for much cheaper. Everything we ate was delicious. I randomly picked this after seeing their shepard’s pie pictures and knew i just had to come here. First off the atmosphere is incredible, it is a cozy Irish Pub with the best wait staff. Our server was always on top of everything and the food came out at a great pace. Best fries and curry sauce to dip them in, the oysters were SO fresh and delicious, the beef stew and shepherds pie left us absolutely speechless. I cannot say more great things about this place!! Got to Boston and in 20min of being there I found this spot and was immediately made to feel like a local by the bartender and fellow patrons. The staff was quick to great us, and get our orders into the kitchen. The food was good. The onion rings were some of the best we can remember having. I had the Shepards Pie, and it was quite good. It was a Tuesday night and was packed which is usually a good sign. I am glad we made a reservation online because we were quickly seated. The restaurant staff suggested parking in the residential area, but we were worried about getting in trouble. The white truffle “Uncrustable” was our favorite with its rich truffle and gruyere combo. The Foie Gras/Baller Burger? Solid, but not the best I’ve had. And the Foie Gras Crunch Bar was basically a top-tier chocolate bar with a great crunch (almost zero scent of foie gras). Another surprise was the Boozy Cookies & Milk—a treat I didn’t expect to find at a cocktail bar. Fresh out of the oven, the cookies filled the air with a nice aroma and their pillowy softness made for a perfect sweet send-off. I haven’t explored many speakeasies in Boston, but so far, Offsuit takes the crown. Definitely coming back to dive deeper into their cocktail game. The waiting time on a Friday night was reasonable - around 15 mins. The atmosphere and interior were not as breathtaking in my opinion. It felt like it was designed 20 years ago. The staff were reasonably friendly and welcoming. The ID is a must to enter. Fruits of My Labour cocktail was good - even though it reads light it still had a good amount of alcohol. The flavour wasn’t super sophisticated and cinnamon probably dominated but still there was a bit of interesting flavour next to it. Nothing mind blowing but nice. The Lips of an Angel was also nice but maybe slightly less interesting - the orange flavour dominated but still a good one. Aquarium jazz was a seasonal cocktail and probably it was the best one I’ve tried that evening and a really great smoked whiskey base with some stuff on top to balance. Funeral was not as good - the anise flavour and the absinthe dominated it and it did not match my taste at all. Fortunately it was the only disappointment during the night. They don’t have a lot of food options, mainly a few snacks. The nuts were actually walnuts but the walnut taste was not as prominent (a good thing for me) as the nuts were covered in syrup or something like that. Good overall but I wouldn’t try them again as they interfered with cocktail flavour because of some leftover wax-like film in my mouth. I can recommend this spot if you are not able to book any top notch bars in Boston which require bookings in advance. They also include mandatory 20% tip into the bill.

Everything started off with our waitress being so soft spoken we could barely hear her, followed by an awkward miscommunication with her asking us one question then us replying thinking she asked something else only for her to then walk away looking confused and without asking for clarification or taking our initial drink order. The buffalo wings were decent but all other food was either wrong or inedible. It also seemed like things took quite some time to come out, even though it wasn’t that busy.
