The class exceeded my expectations in so many ways. When the class started, we were asked what reasons brought us there. I had a couple of things, but my number one thing with how to cut an onion without crying the new techniques that I picked up enabled me to chop up two onions in fact, and didn’t cry once. The knife skills I learned I’m already having a positive impact in my preparation of meals that I cook at home. At $299 per night plus taxes, a three-night stay came to $1044. The Good: 1) The staff were excellent throughout my stay. But after she left, the living experience took a sharp downturn.
