The sourdough English muffins were just alright. The artisan loaf was laughable; the seams were messy and the inside was swirled like a cinnamon bun. We followed the instruction from the chef’s demo on shaping the loaf, so we asked why our loaf came out the way it did. The instructor responded that it needed to be rolled tighter. It’s too bad that wasn’t clearly communicated. I would return for another class because it can be a fun activity, I will just need to set my expectations lower on quality of instruction and how many recipes I’ll actually get to be hands-on with.

Much better places in dundalk with friendly waitresses, normal restaurant practices like taking your order, bringing you menus, serving you food, bringing you a bill at the end, and most importantly, other customers around. All this place needs to do is run like a normal restaurant and hire experienced waitresses and it would be fine. The food is good. Restaurant is nice. They also offer an excellent selection of cheese, charcuterie, paninis, seasonal oysters and more. The staff at Cheese Galore are incredible. They are attentive, friendly and so welcoming.
