We went for the 3rd time for the lunch time serving. £80 per person but well worth every pound. The food was delicious, fresh and didn't disappoint.
The waiters were polite. My only drawback is the manager. She's very abrupt as she gave a rude gesture when we declined wine and asked for bottle water. The way she speaks to customers and the waiters is impolite and unprofessional.
She needs to retire as she's been there for too long or she needs to improve her customer facing skills as she would be the one reason why I wouldn't go back.

My family and I visited this fabulous restaurant for my brother’s 22nd birthday and had a great time!
Reservations appear to be from 1900 onward, with most customers arriving at around that time. Each party is greeted and taken to their tables by the lovely staff members.
For drinks we had the house red which was delicious, £40 for the bottle, and for the food we had a seven course meal. Unfortunately I cannot remember every dish we had, but can recall how tasty and fantastic all the food was (apologies for the poor quality piglet photo). The staff were obviously passionate about the food they were serving and provided information on each dish brought to the table.
There’s also a wonderful buzz about this restaurant, everyone appeared to be having a wonderful time, which contributed wonderfully to the atmosphere. The only thing I would have liked would be some classic Italian music playing in the background.
Although this restaurant is expensive, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time here, ate some wonderful food and cannot wait to go back. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone!

Had a fantastic dinner at Bacco Ristorante Italiano in Richmond with my parents! We shared the bruschetta al pomodoro and calamari fritti to start — both were delicious. I had the pollo with truffle and mushrooms with a cosmopolitan, Mum had a perfectly cooked lamb steak with a strawberry mocktail, and Dad enjoyed linguine with prawns and clams, plus broccoli and white wine. Great place to have dinner in Richmond. We wisited twice. Ordered starters,mains and desserts.The food was warming from inside out. Honestly I doubt you can choose something off the menu you wouldn’t like. They have vegetarian, gluten free and allergen free variations ready for you. Staff was amazing and at the same time very professional. Tanya, Kristina, Hasan and Joao were always approaching us with a smile and good suggestions when we couldn't decide what to eat. The atmosphere of this restaurant was unique. We had our dinner here last night and the experience was just okay. The actual mains took sooooo long, more than 40mins that we had to follow up our order. I had the risotto and it was just alright. Wasnt the best rissoto I had as it was so mushy. The olives were not of good quality so hard to bite and not ripe enough to be served. We didnt finish them all! The bruschetta with burrata was not that nice either, too much tomatoes and very little burrata! So overall, the experience was not good considering the price you have to pay.

This is a really lovely restaurant, we went there in our way back from a great day at Kew Gardens They have a very full menu but I was just too tired to look through so I asked for the set menu which was great.

I was visiting Richmond for the day with my family, it was my birthday. We went to Zizzi middle of the afternoon. The restaurant was empty. To be honest I wasn’t that keen on the menu and with hindsight wish we had left before ordering. We ordered the meat ball pasta, prawn pasta and seafood pasta along with Arancini balls and calamari for starters.
The food was average, the service was quick but 3 out of 4 of us had food poisoning after the meal. My elderly mother fell ill suddenly that evening with diarrhoea and vomiting, I was ill with the same symptoms the next day and my younger sister experienced gastro symptoms too.
I’m certain it was the food at Zizzi, we were all fine previous to the visit. I will be contacting trading standards.

We stopped for a coffee here and saw someone else's pizza and knew we had to come back later in our stay so we came for dinner after a long day out in London. It was perfect. They had a fire unfortunately which shut the shop for a couple of months the were greatly missed. I love this shop it makes me smile it’s an Aladdin’s food cave. Staff are excellent produce exceptional. What more could you ask . A stark contrast to the supermarket next door i loath to go into but needs must on the odd occasions . They have come back stronger after their mini disaster, well done then.
