The most amazing part of the experience was when we got to the grills, the team was ready for us. The manager had given them advance notice we were in the line, and they proceeded to fresh clean the grills, the tongs, and their hands to make sure the grill had a reduction in gluten on it. The meal itself was tasty, and having a variety of fresh veggies and meat options in a very well managed and clean restaurant made the experience top notch. The wait staff were attentive, bringing fresh rice and lots of drink refills as needed. And I observed a team that was very engaged with the customers and worked hard to keep everything clean and organized. The fact that you have an option to do all you can eat or just one bowl for a reasonable price is also great. For someone who struggles to find delicious gluten-free options, this place was amazing, but the experience is what I can't get enough of.
