After a short chat with a pleasant girl who could not offer any explanation I decided to run it back to the restaurant to exchange the tuna roll for one with tuna that was not a blueish colour. I brought my take out box up to the cashier area where a man was standing and proceeded to open the box and show him the tuna. I was very polite and very respectful, I just wanted to show them what I was talking about. This man started to argue with me, telling me it was fine and pointing to the back of his neck, saying it was from a different part of the fish. He kept saying its the same. The place seemed clean and had some covid precautions. They should probably keep their exercise equipment in the back though.
