I ordered a 10pc meal and after paying was asked to pull forward, due to another customer already parked in the foward spot I pulled in one of the parking spaces adjacent to the drive through line. Roughly 5-10 minutes go by and another car pulls up next to us (note that the previous car is still in the pull forward space), another 5 minutes go by and they both received their food before I decided to go inside. I wasn't in a hurry and figured there must be a ton of nugget orders. After standing in front of the counter amongst others who had been waiting several minutes for their order the manager walked past and I assume used the facilities returned and exhaustedly asked who's waiting on what meal. I then told her what was waiting on and she replied that they thought I just left (Not sure why anyone would pay for food they didn't receive and just leave) but they made a point to remake the meal. What really made this whole experience so disappointing was not only are the nuggest we've waited about 30 minutes for half the size of what they normally are but they didn't give the barbecue sauce that was requested when I order, then when I asked for the sauce the one that came to the register had the audacity to just hand me one 😑. The lady at the front refused to cut the pepperoni that was literally sitting on the counter for my sandwich. Manager didn’t do anything.
