The issue we had, was the lamb shank was room temperature and sauce with it lukewarm. The flavour and spice level was fine. I don't expect them to cook it from scratch, but it should be warm as a standard (plus it isn't a cheap dish). The other issue was the mild dum chicken biryani, that was way hotter than my lamb dish with visible chillies. Was fine for me, but that was no mild heat and too hot for my mother.
