I tried adding some salt to introduce a different profile, added some pepper, it was barely edible. I ate half and couldn’t stomach anymore. I got the mushrooms on the side and although they were quite salty, I really liked them, however they did not mimic bacon. As a dairy free meat eater, I can vouch that I have had better fake bacon. The service is decent and I say this with all the love but I wish the wife would not have to serve so much. She is very sweet and kind but I can tell it’s a tough job to do that so much and for so long. The space and decor are decent, not a ton of seating but you’ll probably not have to wait and it’s fairly clean. It’s not the most dazzling but they clearly take pride in it and looks great for what it is. Honestly it wont matter once you get the food!
