Such a beautiful and lovely place to visit. They have everything from fish, plants, outdoor decorations, barbecues, cafes, playgrounds, snacks & food, pet feed & toys, plants and more. I love the beautiful array of indoor plants, seeing the Koi Carp, the frozen bakery treats (great for the airfryer) and just walking around! There is so much to see :)

Fabulous garden centre with lots of areas. Plants to trees to gifts to bedding. Lots of eateries. Fabulous soft play area along with a huge outdoor area. My grandkids love the bouncing pillows and zip wire. We booked an outside cabin for an afternoon with afternoon tea. The food itself was a bit disappointing: every sandwich was tuna. I wouldn’t pay for the picnic lunch again. Despite this my grandkids had a wonderful visit.

My family purchased a David Austen Rose care course at the Tong Garden centre. This lasted for nearly two hours and covered most things from planting, pruning and after care for maximum blooms . The course came with a cream tea and the option to upgrade and get a rose. You told the then what area you wanted to plant in and how big or tall you are aiming for. They then told you what rose is suitable. Very informative and a good way to spend a morning. A quality garden centre with knowledgeable people on hand to answer questions. Will go back .

Love this garden centre. Part of a group. The plants are always top quality. Staff are very knowledgeable. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast is really nice. Fresh products taste so much better!

We always have the best time at Grasshoppers. With a 10 month old and 6 year old, it can be a challenge to find a softplay that satisfies both of their needs and actually serves nice food and drinks!

Masive garden centre, with a focus on mixed retail products alongside everything for the keen gardner. Mezanine posh dinning space, kids play gym, normal resteraunt/cafe type area. Hand car wash and fresh green grocer outside. Nice for a wet dreary day.

Quick drink after a curry nearby. As always drinks were great value and entertained by a local character.

Came here before football before the bfd v Blackpool game. Was super busy and was told the food wait time was around 45 min which was understandable. Services was amazing and quick despite the rush. Lovely friendly staff would return again

A no-nonsense, efficient wetherspoons with good service, particularly from Stacey. I had a regular sized traditional breakfast with extra black pudding and a hot drink for £4.93 ordered at the bar. I ordered a very good ale on the app for £3.45. Clean throughout the restaurant despite being quite busy. All in all, a good wetherspoons pub. Worth visiting if you're in the area.

This was a pleasant surprise. Situated in a large pedestrian only area and opposite a large fountain, this banana shaped building has been very sympathetically adapted to its present purpose. My visit coincided with an outdoor dance festival as part of Bradford's city of culture. With the weather turning wet the off duty dancers flocked in en messe for lunch and the atmosphere was fantastic and family friendly. The food was good and it arrived in no time given how busy the place was. The service was with a genuine smile and excellent.

I recently ordered the buffalo burger and I have to say it is the best meal I've had by far, the chips are like clouds melting in your mouth, the onion rings are nice and crispy and the burger has the tendered chicken and combined with the cheese, tomato and hot sauce, is just perfection. Every bite just keeps getting better and I would definitely be ordering this again. I would highly recommend as it's new on the menu.

Visited in the afternoon today with the intention of having a meal. The young woman on the bar was very pleasant and service of drinks was quick. It wasn't very busy but we struggled to find a table that was clear of glasses and dirty pots. The odd clear tables we did find were dirty and sticky and not reset after being vacated. We eventually sat at a table with our drinks but still had pots and glasses on thinking it would be cleared soon. But no, when we left almost an hour later the same glasses and pots were still on the table!!! Needless to say we left without ordering anything to eat so lost revenue there!! We always think that if a place is dirty front of house,what is it like behind the scenes? Cannot recommend this place at all.

The one star is for the staff member who was very nice and understanding but I was thoroughly disappointed with management who seemed to think it was my fault that my jacket potato was hot on the top to one side, and fridge cold to the other and underside. As a disabled single customer, it's hard to leave a table mid food. Being type 2 diabetic and already over two hours past my meal time, I wasn't feeling to good either. The tuna I'd chosen was unavailable and so I opted for the non chili beans. They looked a bit like a dogs dinner and were lukewarm but tasty. I'd been to this particular place before and the staff member on that occasion was very quick to check my meal was fine. This time, I never had that experience and tried my best to eat around the cold potato. Really difficult without actually touching with my finger. I was so hungry, I kept looking out for a staff member to ask to heat it up. Then something peculiar happened, a random woman, asked if someone was sitting at my table for two, and could she sit there. The place on Saturday night was not even half full and there were lots of empty tables around me. My focus was on finding a staff member. So I decided to pick up my things, struggling with a bag, my walking walking stick, plate and a drink in hand, I made back to the bar to complain about my food. I was told I should. Have complained sooner.... I'll never return there. They won't miss me I certainly won't miss having to leave through clouds of nicotine and other substances. Thankfully Leeds, Knaresborogh and Harrogate Wetherspoons serve me better and are more local.

Went for a afternoon lunch, We ordered Samosa chat and Chicken boty with naan. Service was too slow for the small order , the chicken was good, but the Chat was a bit stale and not fresh . Still there are many other dishes to try , so will go again.

I visited Mughal Restaurant for a halwa puri breakfast, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve ever had. While eating, I found a big mosquito inside the puri. I immediately complained to a staff member who was moving around, and to their credit, they replaced everything — including the chana and puri. Still, after that incident, we didn’t feel like eating much due to the bad feeling. We decided to parcel the halwa and puri instead. When I came back home and opened the parcel, I was shocked to find a bee wing inside the food. This was extremely disturbing. I’m sharing this for public awareness because such issues point to serious hygiene problems in the kitchen. The staff, and possibly the owner, did apologize, explaining it as a “weather issue.” But honestly, if insects or their parts are ending up in the food, that’s not the weather — it’s poor cleanliness and lack of attention in food preparation. I had been willing to let it go after the first apology and didn't take the picture, but the second discovery left me completely disappointed. I still paid the full amount for a breakfast that not only ruined my appetite but also my trust. In the end, I had to throw everything in the dustbin. This was a truly unpleasant experience, and I will certainly never return. I urge others to be cautious and not eat blindly.

My family from London come here and they all love the food. Management are very nice Food spot on And consistent Hence why you always find large queues from breakfast to dinner. If you are coming in a group make sure to book in advanced

A little bit pricy roughly £10-£15 per person, very busy, we got Lucky and got seat quickly. The Nihari was amazing, very tasty. The service was very good and very friendly staff. I did not give Atmosphere 5 star because of music (personal choice). Otherwise, it was lovely.

Ordered a take away using uber. You will pray Mughals special biryani and what u get is a mixed chicken and meat rice. I guess with a 100% certainty that they just mix the rice with curry and call it biryani and that’s what u get for ur money. I hope they know what real biryani looks like or tastes like. Not sure why they lie. They can be honest and name it fried rice or something. But honesty doesn’t run businesses I guess The curry was as horrible. We have lost all sense and taste of real Asian food as customers. That’s why they thrive and feel comfortable to fool us.

We never leave Mughals disappointed! The food is always fantastic and the customer service is just as great. Our firm favourites are the nihari and the halwa channa breakfast - both full of flavour and consistently delicious. They've recently introduced a Royale Thaali, which has quickly become our new go-to dish. It offers a little bit of everything: saag, daal, and halwa channa - perfect for when you can’t decide what to have!

Superb food and brilliant staff make for a very enjoyable lunch out. I think this is one of the best Club sandwiches I have ever had with lovely bacon and chicken in a soft fresh baguette. The staff were very accommodating and really good with our little boy. I want to return to try the full English and Pizza

What a lovely cafe owner. I came with my 6 year old daughter and didn't realise it was cash only. Mimmo offered a free sandwich for us to share and gave my little one a chocolate bar. He didn't have to that, we'd have happily just bought a coffee and juice with the few pounds we had but he really looked after us. Grazie Millie, Fantastico!

Really cool little quirky cafe! Amazing decor with a great vibe. Creature comfort meals and lite bites. Cheese and toast with lashings of grated goodness! Staff were helpful and efficient. Food came quickly and great drinks deals 🤝 Dog friendly 😁 with doggy treats! Great location.

Lovely little cafe, with tasty, fresh food. All of our party said that both their chosen savoury and cakes/desserts were delicious. 👌 The staff were absolutely lovely, very obliging and happy to help, making the visit even better. I phoned up before hand and booked a table as there were 5 of us meeting up at lunchtime, and I struggle with stairs, so I asked if we could have one on the ground floor. The cafe had a table on the ground floor already prepared for us when we arrived. 🙂 The chocolate milkshake, and the warm scone with jam and clotted cream are favourites. 😍

Called in for a coffee and cake. Felt like I was invisible. Stood at counter for one minute and was totally ignored. Went to find a menu for prices, then went to try again..Still ignored 🙁 Two guys looked more interested in something on the till than my custom. Won't be going again. Used to enjoy Spoons, but definitely not this lot.

On 9th Sept at 12 noon my friend and I visited The Mill as we often do and have always had excellent service. Today however things were very different..when we arrived the cafe was empty we sat down and awaited the waitress bringing the menus. After several minutes I got up and went to the counter where the girl was on her phone and dancing behind the counter totally oblivious of our presence. I took the menus and she eventually came to us with no means of recording our orders. After about 20mins of waiting no food had arrived I complained and she went to find out where they were. Her reply was that the order had not got through. The waitress didn't care and we found her attitude utterly unprofessional and disrespectful . When Joel is there the service is amazing and his customer service professional.. Come on ladies pull your socks up...

A really lovely cafe with home made menu items. The soup of the day even comes with a half or whole sarnie. Never been disappointed. Plenty of parking and lovely staff who are extremely accommodating

Went early was quiet. Food and coffee hot. Good friendly service. I've been a few times since it changed from spoons much better.

It's fine. Never good, but always OK if there's nowhere else open. You seem to always need to ask for a full mug (only ever given half), for your table cleaning (but the crumbs will be wiped off the table on to your chair), food is often luke warm & it's more expensive than other cafes due to location. But it's fine if you don't want to travel elsewhere.

Popped in for brunch, we were recommended this place by a friend, so thought we'd try it. Staff are really nice and helpful, there is parking outside, but it is busy, so be prepared for this. Food is great, prices are normal. Will pop in again if in the area :)

We visited here with my family for lunch. We spend our new year celebrations in the area for a few years now and this place does never disappoint. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic, highly recommend.

Perfect stop for a drink and bite to eat whilst walking along the Leeds Liverpool canal. Staff were really friendly and the service super fast considering the cafe was busy at the time. Ordered a full breakfast which consists of 3 sausage, 2 bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 fried egg and beans along with a few rounds of toast. My wife ordered a Greek salad which looked good. Two coffees and the food was £15 which was a more than fair price. Will visit again if passing.

Please do not eat here. Called in for a sandwich on our way to Leeds and Bradford airport to go on holiday to Spain. As a result of eating their horrible food, I had food poisoning for 4 days and resulted in sickness and diarrhoea. Definitely from here because couldn’t eat anything after eating from here. Spoilt my holiday :-(

Best Mocha I ever had honestly. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff are super nice and I just enjoy coming here, the environment is nice and I can get to do my work on my laptop. I deffinetely recommend coming here and also trying the Mocha!

All very moody and grumpy staff - does not cost anything to be friendly. I've been coming to java joes since it opened. Always friendly staff and the drinks were amazing but lately the drinks have not been up to standard. No consistency in the drinks at all and very young staff that seem to be silly and immature. Usually I don't mind but its not the first time this has happened. Used to love drinking from here but now not so sure.

Love this spot - much better than Starbucks etc! The food is really fresh and tasty—everything just feels homemade and done right. The coffee’s great too, smooth and strong. Plus, the staff are always really friendly and polite. It’s just a nice vibe all around.

Food was average. Went with a friend, and we both ordered the smashed avocado on toast (£8.99) that comes with halloumi fritters and 2 poached eggs. Both of us wanted it without the poached eggs. However, it arrived with the poached eggs on the toast. We told them we ordered it without eggs (thankfully, we have no allergies or health/diet related issues just a taste preference!) So they took the plates away and simply removed the eggs from the toast, which unfortunately left damp patches on the bread. This wasn't pleasant, as damp toast isn't very nice. The rest of it was OK, but on this occasion it wasn't good value for money, and service wasn't that good, as staff appeared put out that we didn't want it as it came. As allergies amongst customers can be an issue, staff should be more careful. Especially with known allergens like egg.

Awoke on bank holiday Monday to find I only had bread in for breakfast. Drove here thinking it might be open. At 09:15, the place was about 35% occupancy. I ordered the full Yorkshire breakfast, asking for extra toast—all white—to be told they only had brown. A bakery with no white bread by 09:15… I asked for no tomatoes. Interacted with two staff members: an older woman on the till and a teenage server. Both made it clear by their demeanour they'd rather not be working on a bank holiday. The cappuccino arrived after ten minutes—serviceable. The food followed five minutes later. Initially, I thought I’d be overwhelmed by the amount of toast (the breakfast comes with it), but on closer inspection, as a good proportion was burnt my concerns quickly faded. The slices were cut at jaunty angles and sporadically pre-buttered with margarine. Most was cooked on a hot plate rather than a frying pan, leaving the eggs with rubbery bottoms. Despite Robertshaw’s having a butcher and selling genuinely good sausages at the main shop, these were the same cheap, fatty, gristle-packed sausages bought by the ton that you find in every greasy spoon. I usually like my bacon well done, but these rashers had the life cooked out of them—flat and flavourless. The mushrooms however were clearly tinned and microwaved, as were the inevitable and unwanted tomatoes. The beans were Heinz and both hash browns were huge and crispy. Sadly, neither are my favourite part of a breakfast. By the time I left, occupancy was up to around 80% so they’ll never learn to be better. I should have saved the £12 and just made toast at home. Lesson learned.

Clear view of the bakery through the cafe. Good customer service. Must add not seen very multicultural customers. Vegetarian breakfast, was ok. Standard coffee. Fresh cream scone is a must try. Can buy freshly baked bread, buns, deserts, pies etc on site Robertshaw's loyalty card scheme.

Well this place is just underwhelming after the Farm shop itself is so good. No acknowledge as we walked in and had to source our own menus just to be able to see what to order. Was then told they’d ran out of pies and was just “mainly breakfast and sandwiches left”. When my breakfast arrived it was swimming in water at the bottom of my plate to which I had to drain out myself into the empty pot of beans - which I might add was a very stingy dry portion. Food itself was very mid and nothing compared to the farm shop. Atmosphere was depressing and tables were all still full of leftover food. Very disappointing experience as I think this place could be so much better

Really noisy with constant scrapping of chairs and no soft furnishings to deaden the noise. Difficult to converse. Shame as nice environment. Food and service OK but not too generous with portions particularly chips - Quiche with I counted just 12 chips. Tea in a mug rather than a teapot. K

We've eaten here on a few occasions, food is good and plentiful, but customer service badly let's it down. Very long waits, tables not cleared. Second time we have left before being served. This time we waited 20 minutes before leaving, it wouldn't be so bad if staff actually acknowledged you were there, but nothing. Staffing didn't seem to be a problem. I counted 5 staff members in and out of kitchen. The takeaway counter was busy and got priority. I don't mind waiting, but at least acknowledge your customers and say there might be a wait.

Just a really nice place to stop for lunch. The food is tasty, fresh and cooked to order in kitchens you can see into. They also have some rather nice cream cakes on offer, which were very difficult to resist.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to actually come serve us, when someone finally arrived the mood on her face affected the whole restaurant, I ordered 2 full English breakfasts and even that was a task for her to process. When it came she took sauces off people who were still eating, had no salt and to say it was swimming in grease was an understatement. Not one part of this breakfast was edible. If you're looking for a nice Sunday morning breakfast instead of cooking DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

We came here for a bit of breakfast on a Sunday morning before we did our shopping and as we headed in to the cafe we went to the self service order machine to be greeted with a pile of tickets all over the floor and a woman saying don't bother it's not working, so we decided to take a seat at a table and use the QR code to get this place out order. We got our own tea and coffee as you do but there were no teaspoons available we were told there being washed. After 15 mins we still had no food we saw a lady walking round talking to the various tables and we called here over and she said " are you 15" we said yes to which she replied sorry love been looking for you for 5 minutes. The food was average but it's what we expected really. Big ques built as the kiosk wasn't working and the mess on the floor was there when we left.

Jacket potato had been kept warm so long there was no longer any potato inside, beans were cold..scampi very dry and grey (been kept warm a long time) curry sauce was quite awful. Never again

Morrisons have clearly given up on this place. We came at 1pm on the Saturday before mother's day and it was utterly dead. That should have set alarm bells already. Went to counter to be barked at 'what table do you want' and when I suggested one I got told I couldn't have it, so I suggested another, which I was told was too smal, fortunately I was third time lucky. Would it have been such hard customer service to suggest a table to me? At this point I tried to order food. Two of the three items we wanted to order they didn't t have in and when I asked what they did have the girl at the counter said 'you would be better off using the machine,' which I did. Such poor service that a machine knows what is in stock better than the human staff, also a bit poor they are out of certain dishes when they are dead at 1pm on a Saturday and we are literally IN A SUPERMARKET!! I should have turned away, but I felt on a mission to eat at this point so we ordered some basic dishes off the menu and waited. My daughter's kids meal was supposed to come with a drink and fruit but nobody came to us to get one so I just helped myself from the counter and hoped I was taking the 'right' things. I tried to get a coffee from the machine but the nozzle spewed coffee so far from the cup I had to press the button twice to fill it. Then the food came. Lukewarm beans in a pointless pot and incinerated dry sausages. Chips were fine. It was edible but not worth the money. Had to walk around looking for salt as there were only 5 shakers in the whole cafe and three that I tried were empty! My daughter said her apple didn't taste right and she was correct. It tasted at least 10 days past it's best. I would have hesitated to feed it to a horse. This place probably won't be around much longer and it's quite clear to see Morrisons are just fine with that.

Filthy tables I had to clean myself. Other tables piled high with dirty plates and uneaten food. Prices kept low because the place is understaffed with no one on the counter just self service machine and one lady pushing a cart of cleaning material when we arrived. The system of taking a number when you order didn’t work because there were no numbers in the box. Ordered scrambled eggs on toast. Toast burned, eggs overcooked. Most cake trays were empty and not restocked while we were here ( at lunch time).

We use this cafe every weekend over the last 2 month every machine is broken they over cook the eggs under cook the toast charge us £30-00-£35.00 every sat and there is always a issue the staff have changed round so many times sort it out morrisons man

Morrison Café breakfast used to be really good but is that is getting worse nowadays I’ve been yesterday. The breakfast has been reduced less food burn bread toasted..

Called here this Sunday morning after watching 'The Full English Breakfast Club's' video review on YouTube. Great place serving delicious food and all for a reasonable price. The Scottish breakfast (with a couple of extras) certainly hit the spot, good quality bacon on toast was lovely also, as was the coffee. They have a great looking dinnertime menu and also I believe they do a Roast Sunday dinner, which we will be returning for soon. The friendly people who are running this establishment completed a five star experience.

Had a lovely experience at The Quays Bar and Cafe! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They have some great vegetarian options, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients in their dishes. The overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a quiet coffee.

Wow, what a little gem!! So much food!! We had a massive jacket potato with cheese, coleslaw and beans and a good size side salad with a latte and a coke!! My daughter couldn't finish hers!! The food and staff were second to none, sparkling clean surroundings, discount if you work local and a take away service, call in even if its to look at the extensive menu, we will definitely be back!!

I got a brioche bun & chips, as the Korean chicken burger was raw & not edible. Apparently it wasn’t raw because it’s chicken thigh & the chicken had been cooked twice? It was slimy, bad quality, pink, undercooked chicken 🤢 A reply to the reply.. Of course I reported it to a member of staff otherwise I wouldn’t have been told it was cooked when it definitely wasn’t. If it was nice everything would’ve been 5 star. Having to pay pull price for something I wouldn’t feed a dog is hardly great service. Tell me who orders a chicken burger and has to dissect it & leave it? It may be a 1 off but It was raw. You can see by the photos. I think your probe maybe broken or it wasn’t probed at all. I’ll pass on the recommendation. The Korean sauce & chips were nice though

Have been here a number of times now, and every time I leave it’s with marvel at the quality of my meal. Surroundings are just right and the service is excellent. Even if you are passing nearby I would urge you to give the Northern Kitchen a try, you quite simply won’t regret it!!.

I've been meaning to pop in on my bike ride for ages and so glad I did because it didn't disappoint. It was packed inside when I went for brunch on Good Friday (2025). Amazing decor inside and out. Bacon n egg breakfast bun and a cappuccino £8.20. It was delicious. Will call again sooner rather than later.

I had the Avo eggs on toast and Sweet potato & feta on toast. They were both gorgeous. Very well presented as you can see in the photo.

Kinds of like if a greasy spoon and a hipster cafe had a baby. Lots of interesting menu options as well as some comfortable standards. There's also a big donut display which was pretty impressive, but I didn't get a chance to see if they tasted as immense as they looked. Dog friendly. Decent coffee. Nice folks.

The NK hash was very nice, I didn't have any add-ons, so it was the same as the Veggie Hash on the UberEats menu. It was very filling, I only managed to eat half and the rest I got it to take out.

Not many places were open so early on a Saturday morning so I gave this place a try. Really easy to find, limited parking available. The place is decorated very nicely and kept very clean. The menus are packed with decent food. Breakfast, lunch snacks and desserts. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast. I didn't get chance to finish it but, it was really nice. The eggs were a little under done but everything else was spot on. I would have given this place a higher rating however, although the food was very good, it didn't feel like a very welcoming place and the front of house staff seemed a little dejected.

Just paid £6.90 for this shambles of a bacon and cheese on toast and a cappuccino …as you can see only 3/4 of the bread is toasted and only slightly toasted at that…. A little bit of cheese which was only slightly melted by the heat of the bacon and as you can see also only a bit of butter in middle of bread dry everywhere else ….. also didn’t even bother to cut in half… coffee was nice though. Adding to this review in response to owners response…. I gave you my reasons for why i think it was a shambles???? you seem to be fixated on the fact i stated the price of this item when i give a review???? I did not say anything on the pricing on the items whether it was expensive or not i just stated the price of the items???? If you want me to comment on if it was expensive or not then i would say it was slightly on the more expensive side but that would be about it…. As for cutting it in half and melting the cheese i would say this is standard, if you don’t agree maybe you could ask the customer if he would like it cut in half or not and if he would like the cheese to be melted??? Better customer service maybe??? I see that in your response you completely ignored my comments on how it was toasted (or lack of toasting) and also the state of how it was buttered do you think that was up to standard????? i suppose it doesn’t matter when all you care about is defending your pricing???? My pictures are true and of what i was served and if you think that looks good then that is your opinion????? DO BETTER Response to owners second response….. To start by saying you are a busy cafe and can’t ask every customer if you want the sandwich cutting and cheese melted is just dreadful service and considering that i was the only person in the place is just a terrible excuse…. Poor customer service maybe????…. I travel all around the country with my work and eat at cafes daily so that is where i get my standard from….. i did not even say anything about the bacon so why are you saying anything about that??? Again like mentioning pricing trying to deflect from the other problems mentioned????? I will ask again why was my toast not toasted properly why was it not buttered properly????? Again you go on about your prices saying about sandwich and coffee for a pound when i never raised the price as an issue??? Everyone suffers from cost of living not just you (not that it is relevant in this conversation)…….Maybe you have been around for 18 years but it is not without complaint i guarantee and as i can see by previous reviews over the years …. Maybe take on board some criticism and improve….. SPEND MORE TIME CUTTING SANDWICHES AND MELTING CHEESE THAN ANGRILY MESSAGING CUSTOMERS!!!!

Was feeling a little worse for wear after a night out and decided on an English breakfast, I got recommended this place by 2 friends off Facebook, I'd never see or heard of it before, even though I drive past lol Anyway the food was perfect, good quality ingredients, cooked just right and the coffee was freshly ground and made the real barista way 👌 the only issue I had was I didnt want black pudding, but she must have forgot. They have a good drinks range, prices are okay, parking is nearby and staff seemed polite too. The food menu is quite large, they do burritos and burgers too, so will try these guys out on our "Fat Fridays" in future 😁 Definitely recommend and will eat in at some point, when restrictions have been lifted.

Jacket potato- half of it was hard and bad with a black/brown colour which they must have seen when they cut into it to put filling in. Had take out and no time to take back. Second time potato no cooked thoroughly. Staff very pleasant though but unfortunately won't be going back.

We dropped in here on our way to the Broadway shopping centre around 10:30. Let me tell you that the owner is soo passionate about her food. She caters for everyone and you can really tell as she gave us multiple options, Vegan Caribbean, and Halal. We went for the halal breakfast and vegan one and it was just perfect! Freshly cooked to order and from what I can tell they do amazing quality lunches as well. We'll be back! Thank you.

Was just passing by and grabbed some lunch on the go, I went for the boneless jerk chicken box with rice and salad with a piece of carrot cake. The salad was a 10/10 everything was so fresh and included a lot more than I expected.. potatoes, olives, pasta, peppers. The rice peas and chicken was amazing and also had lots of nice sauces to choose from. If I was from Bradford this is somewhere I’d be visiting a lot more. Customer service was great to

My wife and I were working in Bradford for a week and this place was just around the corner and well rated, so we dropped in for lunch on the first day and never went anywhere else for the rest of the week. Lunch was our main meal so we ordered the special of the day every time. The portions were generous and the food delicious. Prices varied between £10 and £12 per portion, which which we found very reasonable.

THE best Carribean cooking, at prices that are less than a takeaway. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere. This lady deserves the queues she has! 👏👏👏 the curried mutton is exceptional

The machine to order wasn’t working properly. It said 10 to 15 minutes it was 30 minutes and when it came it was cold. The cutlery and cups were dirty and there was only two staff to serve the till and deliver the food. When I asked where the food was I was snapped at. And her apron was disgustingly dirty. Not friendly at all. I could have quite easily taken anything I wanted without paying they wouldn’t have known. The tables needed clearing and under the counter where the food is displayed is extremely dirty. I dread to think what the kitchen is like. Sunday 24/11/24 11am

How do I even start? This "Cafe" is one of the most terrible places to eat. Long waiting time and awful food. My scrambled egg was freezing cold and another customer complained about cold egg too. Very minimal staff at all times, People serving and giving out food at the same time. Had to wait for forks as I was given knives instead of forks. If you want a good meal, don't bother 👎

The food is hit and miss, sometimes great other times it's dry or burnt! But the staff should be more hygenic and friendly. They walk around with filthy aprons covered in food and God knows what else. And there's 2 ladies that serve there mainly and they are always so moody, it makes you uncomfortable to ask them for anything. They are constantly complaining about their job serving customers. Maybe it's time for a career change.

Went here for a quick breakfast after just getting back from holiday. Can't belive that there was not bacon on the menu today dude today the fact is part time a supermarket. Food cooked was awful coffee watery and cold not worth the money. Will not be dinning here again

Cafe was dirty as they had minimal staff on, breakfasts came without items that were advertised. It's needs more staff on and someone to take better care. The only good point was the staff that were available were very polite and did the best they could.

Extremely poor. Had to ask for milk for my tea. No milk available. Couldn't find any staff so had to go looking for someone. It wasn't busy, only one customer in cafe. Eventually got some milk in a little jug that was dirty. Absolutely appalling. Who ever manages this cafe needs to go back to school.and start again from scratch. All staff should be retrained.

Been three times now as our local. The first time I asked for assistance on the kids get free offer on a main meal and it being my first time using the interactive pay, I was told it's self explanatory as stated on board. I got it wrong and assumed I had the deal so when enquiring about it, the lady serving at the till was so rude like I asked for a free years meal! She told me tough basically and to order again if I wanted a free kids meal. The second time the breakfast meals were half price so had a good experience apart from no staff ever available as all hiding behind in the kitchen. Have to wait forever to be served. Went today and cafe was FREEZING. Ordered breakfast and extra toast but was given 2 dry breads with butter. The breakfast went cold within minutes due to the freezing environment. Again staff hiding inside the kitchen or running around getting themselves hot drinks and customers waiting at till and staff looking on with no care. Won't be back, only go as convenient as near by. The staff look miserable all the time and clearly don't know anything about customer care.

What a lovely little cafe! Stumbled across it by chance and had a “high tea”. Quality food and delightful staff- they deserve to be busier! I'm a sucker for a teapot; we will definitely be back.

Looked this place up online and so glad we did. Called in for breakfast after an overnight stay at the Ibis, can honestly say we've never been in a more friendly cafe. It was a real family atmosphere with the interaction between the staff and the customers so lovely to see in this day and age. The breakfast itself was delicious, great ingredients cooked from fresh. Called in to purchase two coffees and a cake . Four member of staff behind the counter - asked one for the code for the toilet after ordering , she said it that fast I struggled to hear her so had to ask again , she rolled her eyes and again said it too fast for me remember to access the toilet. This was upsetting and embarrassing for me as I didn’t dare ask again as she made me feel like it was a huge problem to give me the code. I did try and use the codes she has given me but I must of heard them wrong as it was said so quickly.I just stood waiting for my order still needing a wee. My order was just sat on the side next to the till and no one even bothered to say it was ready. Not very helpful or friendly unfortunately.

Coffee is nice. Place is not clean! Don’t know how they got a 5 star rating?? No cleanliness standards whatsoever: I saw a swarm of flies around the sink 😢 staff just overlooked them. Got to table- was sat around crumbs and mucky floor. Plenty of staff working no effort made to attend to tables.

Service was shocking. When I got to the next window. They did not know what I had ordered and asked three times Then, they asked if i had paid. Said no. Told me what i had to pay and then continue to do something else. Other services my drink I asked for a hot chocolate. It was not hot at all. Cream was not fresh. The food was probably 3 days old.

Poor service- Indifference from the staff. I drove all from Halifax for a pumpkin spice latte- staff were more concerned with cleaning away even though it was still 2 hours till close time. ‘Barista’ kept asking if I was ready to order- my wife couldn’t make her mind up and we felt rushed- as soon as order was taken she disappeared and then the baristas were talking amongst themselves making jokes all while making my coffees it felt as they didn’t care and that’s how felt, like I got in their way. I wanted to sit in, but they gave me the to go cups, after a few minutes sat inside- we decided to leave.I had a terrible experience- I won’t be back.

I asked specifically for a cappuccino with chocolate on top — a standard Starbucks request. The cashier took my order and gave me a cappuccino with no chocolate. When I asked about it, he said they had none. I asked for a refund, and he refused, only to later say I could get the chocolate but would have to wait. After pushing again for a refund, he got a manager, who then managed to get the chocolate. Completely useless and unhelpful service. Also, don't like the fact that when they give you something you didn't order, they refuse the refund. On top of that, Starbucks charged £4.45 — while Costa charges £4.00 for a better experience. Not worth the money at this branch.

walked in, one girl cleaning front of house, one girl behind counter on her phone. we walk up to order and shes still on her phone (facing us mind you). finally tucks her phone away and takes our order with such a mood. after we order she goes back on her phone. we stand waiting to the side for a good three minutes. can see down the side from where we are and see another girl also on her phone. great. she finally gets off and starts huffing and puffing and gets to making our drinks and eventually a man joins her. they make the drinks and make it so horribly omg. ordered a mocha frappe for ms and it was basically milk? from the colour to the flavour. it was just so baddd food to service.

Been coming here for a while it's definitely gone down hill overtime. The chips taste nothing like McDonald's chips it's like they use a different oil here and the chips are a golden colour and you can sometimes still see the oil on them. I feel this place needs a check up and also not to rush the orders as a lot of the time the burgers aren't made right we ask them to take ingredients out and are more than often kept in or ingredients are missing.

Like most McDonald's anywhere you visit the toilets are always the same, disgusting. Rarely cleaned and stink. Dinning areas the same, tables cleaned with dirty clothes or not washed at all. Food isn't the sane either, always luke warm.

Really disappointed in the service, I placed an order on uber and didn’t receive my garlic bread cheese dipper share box however i received the dips for it? So I rang the store and a female staff answered I explained the issue and she said well that’s not possible we’ve not received an order over and over again and wasn’t helpful at all rather than assuming I’m lying maybe help? Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, I recently visited your branch foster square and I was disappointed by the behavior of one of your staff members.her name is Agtaa or agni..etc When I asked to use the toilet, I was rudely told it was for customers only, while I’m uber eats driver despite my intention to make a purchase. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I expect better customer service from McDonald’s and hope this matter will be addressed to ensure a more respectful environment for all customers.

Would have given zero stars if possible. Ordered from them a few times either through just eat or McDonald's app. Order is always wrong or item missing. They frequently show several items as out of stock. Complain to McDonald's and they take 5-15 days to refund. Will not be using any McDonald's again

Regularly shut for no apparent reason on a night time, and doesn't update its system to notify delivery drivers it is shut. The food is often very sloppily put together and takes a long time, even when quiet.

Mcflurry portion given was a joke. Had some missed items, I should’ve checked. Asian girl at first window was rude & abrupt. Place has gone downhill in terms of quality & customer service. Clearly just a bunch of kids running the show with no adult supervision.

My experience was great during my visit to this Costa, as I was acknowledged and served pretty quickly. It was early morning and not many customers instore, and there were ample amounts of seating to choose from. My latte was nice, hot and well made. I treated myself to a slice of the strawberry sponge cake which tasted fresh, but it could have been cut slightly bigger for the price. Apart from that, I had no issues with my overall experience today and the 2 ladies serving was friendly, polite and attentive.

Been to this Costa quite a few times and it’s always ran smoothly. Gerald and Lori (hope I got names right) were like a well oiled machine today on tills and drinks duty. Food as ever was lovely, just wish they had a few more comfy chairs up front instead of the bench. Will definitely come back for a shopping rest.

Took my daughter in here for a frappachino, which she really enjoyed and was served.to.her with a smile by friendly staff. The whole place looked lovely and clean, with a really nice atmosphere. Then we went to the toilets. See pic. Shame the place let itself down so badly with this. We decided to get the frap to go and went to the ones in the Broadway food court instead.

My husband ( on his mobility scooter) asked what they had that was dairy free and he was first told ‘these muffins’ by a member of staff standing by the cake - fortunately another member of staff overheard and pointed out that they were not!! As his blood sugars were running low ( he has a monitor) he was leaving when I arrived and we noticed that they did sell crisps which would do the job! Before I even approached the counter the same member of staff said ‘ we don’t have anything dairy free’ and true- none of the cakes where she was standing were but by the cash desk they had toast and toasted teacakes and a flapjack bar marked ‘vegan/milk free’ I pointed out the toast etc to which she replied ‘ yes but that’s not a cake he wanted a cake’ My husband had not specifically asked for a dairy free cake just for ‘ something dairy free!’ He often visits the Costa near to where we live as they usually have dairy free sandwiches, toast with a vegan spread and occasionally a dairy free cake. However the attitude of this server was extremely rude. My husband went and found a seat while I bought his coconut milk latte and toasted tea cake with vegan spread from the very helpful person on the cash desk who offered dairy free food alternatives! In most Costas or other coffee chains we have always found staff to be very helpful in regard to allergies and also very cautious- the person who my husband first encountered was neither!

Really nice friendly staff served me. Was clean bit quiet but it was early had a lovely salted caramel hot chocolate.

The woman wearing glasses doesn’t know how to take orders or is clearly clueless on what is being served in Costa. Asked for an iced latte she gave me some whipped sugary bs and then told me that’s exactly what I ordered. Can’t do such a simple job as being a barista then find another job field.

Best sandwiches around. Friendly fast service. Always have something new on the specials board. And you won't find a better quiche or Cornish as the ones made here!

Spend more time talking to each other food expensive got a spam and egg flat cake and a bacon and tomato sandwich. Also heard them charge £2.50 for a slice of Victoria sponge the was homemade times this by 12 slices it was cut into made the cake £30.00 profit wow some mark up cost to make less than a fiver.

Went today for the first time and l was surprised how well this place is. 💯 OUT of 💯 food was amazing cooked to perfection plates warm food bloody hot just amazing. The interior just wowed me scooters and pictures all over brilliant as a Scooter boy well chuffed. Found out the manager is a Scooter lass in my old Scooter Club . Ill be back well done 👏

I had a full breakfast here, the cafe is clean and plenty of daily papers to read free. The staff are friendly and pleasant, the only reason I am giving 3 stars for this review is a very cheap sausage included, the price I paid should have included a decent sausage.

Amazing cosy cafe opposite Bradford college, serving variety of panini's, jacket potatoes fresh pizza all made by the owner Zane. Hot drinks aswell. Wonderful owner Zane is always friendly so welcoming. All meat is halal they'res vegetarian options aswell. Theyres toilet facilities in the building which is always a bonus. Open daily from 9am till 4pm. Outdoor seating in the summer. I've always left this cafe with a smile never disappointed. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been living in Bradford for 18 months. When we first arrived from Australia, the bland English cuisine was a bit of a shock, despite being warned! Fortunately my wife and I found Café Liza’s in our first week and made it our regular. The owners are friendly and care about customer service and food. It is a little piece of civilised continental Europe on an otherwise bleak landscape where the coffee and the food is handmade with love. I highly recommend this café, it is the best one in Bradford and probably Yorkshire. Five stars from me!

proper good, that! like popping 'round your auntie's for lunch. hearty, no-nonsense grub. hot and fresh, too. really enjoyed it. i had the lunch monkey club with a size if chips, plus a fanta lemon and a mars duo, and it was £7.80. can't argue with that!

First time ordering from lunch monkey cafe today and my order came with in 25 mins the food was piping hot no grease plenty of It all cooked to perfection, very hearty and homely, the delivery driver was really friendly too, will definitely be ordering from here again and definitely going to recommend to friends and family 5* from me

The food was really nice I haven't had food from a cafe like this before, there was no grease like other places. normally I would never go back to the same takeaway but this one I will and have and I will be going back again soon. Well what can i say, this place is amazing the staff are really friendly and welcoming they always have a big smile on their faces and are always happy to see us customers. They are always happy and every customer i have seen has left the shop happy. They are all so polite it is a joy to go there on a weekly basis. Moving on to the food. Well that i could go on for hours at how good the food is but ill shorten it down. I cannot and i repeat cannot think of a single bad thing to say about the food it is always warm and tasty the meat is always cooked and tastes like it was cooked by a mitchellin star chef because its blooming amazing. The prices are phenomenal and as i said before the food is blooming amazing the food is well worth the price i am a regular customer and have been for years and will be for many years to come i am truly gobsmacked at how well this cafe performs. This leads me on to the cleanliness inside the cafe. The cafe is soo clean i am outstanded every time i go in the cafe also smells amazing when you walk in its like walking through duty free at how nice it smells inside. The workers at harlequin cafe really do not know how good they are at their job. I cannot recommend this cafe enough to anyone it truly is amazing. The teacakes and the flat cakes are always lovely and soft it really is the most enjoyable breakfast anyone can ever have. I have tried a lot of cafes and i can honestly say that harlequin is the best cafe i have been to ever.

We’ve been a few times now and there has been quite a few times where they’ve got it wrong. E.g. I asked for a sausage, egg & pepper sandwich, instead I got it with ketchup ??? Completely ruined my sandwich. One of the members of staff is rather rude also. It’s annoying

Fantastic Cafe, the food is extremely fresh, delicious and great value for money, for a cafe I personally think in my opinion it is the best in Bradford nevermind in the vicinity. And as for the staff they are extremely polite and can't do enough for you. Would highly recommend this little gem would rate higher if I could!!!

Dammit, Lilly, why do you have to be 100s of miles away?! Rare somewhere gets so many rave reviews, with the same proclamations being made about the luvly grub and the friendly folk; customers and staff alike. Great little cafe very clean, great atmosphere probably the best cafe in wibsey for food and customer service. Made to feel welcome as soon as you get it and the meats were really good quality. I ordered spam and sausage wasn't over cooked cooked to perfection thanks.

Now this is a very alternative place to grab breakfast. Steampunk furniture and so much more. Food is ok . But do not expect 4 star . More 1 screw and 2 bolts with a flat tire chair. An interesting experience.

What an inspiration this lady is she is striving to make things better in her local community by providing a real caring community venue. I visited whilst attending a local football match and all I can say I was blown away by her commitment and enthusiasm please if in the area give this project as much support as you can Also the food was great fresh and excellent value for money its a hidden gem

Paid for a sandwich which was nearly £5, as I started eating it on way to next drop, noticed the bread had mould on it so had to spit it out and through it away, waste of money. Can't believe the bread wasnt checked before hand. Loved the cafe decor and woman was nice to talk to, but food quality and standard were very poor. That's my experience others have different.

A very quirky little place, which reflects the owners personality. Spent a very enjoyable 30 minutes over lunch engaged in conversation with Lilly? Very nice meal (breakfast) well cooked and presented, good value too. Recommended for anyone passing. It's a small place, but got a big heart.

Lovely people, very nice food. Whilst we were having our new kitchen fitted they cooked a meal for us at tea time and brought it round to us, they were tasty and filling. Excellent value at £4 per meal. They were a god send. Highly recommend them.

Generous sized sandwich's, proper old school sandwich shop. They take card too.

I buy food here at least 3 times a week every time it's lovely the t cakes or bread is locally sourced light and fluffy. Her food is always brilliant from pannini to breakfasts and hot and cold sandwiches. Her shop is take out only and always clean and has a 5 star rating. Would definately reccomend.

Excellent food highly recommend love every sandwich I have had. Always welcoming you can watch it being prepared. Its always spotless clean and tidy. Plus phone orders taken. Very covid safe. Asset to the village a little Gem.
