Located near the main shopping area of Stirling, Cisco's Cafe on Port Street offers a fresh and relaxing environment. Situated close to the affluent Kings Park area, this cafe is known for its friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Considered the top lunchtime food emporium in town, it is highly recommended by both locals and visitors. Aside from serving hot breakfast rolls, Cisco's also offers a variety of breakfast options.
The staff were lovely and friendly. I had poached eggs on toast yummy 🤤 brown bread was really nice. Hubby had a ham and cheese omelette and brown toast, again really nice. Cappuccino and americano coffees was very nice. Opens at 7 in the morning. Has seating outside. So good we went 2 mornings on our 3 day stay in Stirling, would definitely go back. Biscoff slice is delicious!

I just a lovely experience at Cisco's :) I really fancied a sour dough sandwich and after asking in several cafe's in town, with no luck, I thought I'd see if Cisco's was still open. (I'm never usually in town early enough to catch them!) Anyway, joined the queue and they were super busy, I nearly didn't ask because I thought it might be too much trouble, but the person who served me confirmed they could do a sourdough no problem, suggested a BLT with avocado, which was absolutely delicious (great quality bacon and plenty of filling generally). Such a great place, lovely friendly atmosphere - you can tell why they have been in business so long. It's the wee things that make a difference, tysm!

A lovely experience at Cisco's, staff were excellent and very helpful at helping me order, the cafe was busy and filled with locals happy with what they were in for. Cosy environment and hope to visit again soon!

Small cafe serving delicious sandwiches, soups and pastries. Stopped here for lunch and truly enjoyed it! Great service, delicious food and nice ambiance. If you’re looking for a quick and affordable place to eat with delicious cafe food, this is the place to go.
Angelica G — Google review
Good coffee, bad sandwich. Came here for morning coffee and breakfast. The place was surprisingly busy for 7am. It's a rather small venue, with bar stools instead of tables. We managed to get 2 of the 4 seats facing out the window so at least we got a more interesting view than the wall. Coffee was nice, good flavour, crema, all the rest of it. Roasted vegetable and chorizo toasted panini were quite disappointing. There weren't enough fillings and no dressing which overall left the sandwich dry and tasteless. At least it was warm. Wife had the tea and croissant. Tea is tea, pretty hard to get that wrong... The croissant was freshly baked I think, or at least freshly warmed up. It came with a side order of jam, but overall nothing to write home about. Staff were really nice and brought our orders to our seat with a smile.

Love the food and servers. They not only work their tails off, but they also know their customers AND what they’ve ordered previously- including after I’d only been there a few times. Very personable with their customers in quality and quantity of attention. Love going here!

I came here with my family for breakfast. There was a large group of us walk in unannounced and everything was excellent. The food came out very quickly and everything was delicious. My family loved the omelette and we would highly recommend. A massive thank you to all the staff.

Located near The Kelpies and Plean Country Park, Pirnhall Inn Brewers Fayre is a laid-back family pub and restaurant offering classic dishes and international favorites. The traditional farmhouse restaurant provides great-value pub grub, making it an ideal spot for group bookings or fun family meals. While some visitors noted a damp smell in the area, they were pleasantly surprised by the delicious carvery and warm, inviting atmosphere.
Fantastic service from all the staff. All very friendly and they went above and beyond for myself and my husband when we visited for the first time on the 1st of March. We had dinner on the Saturday and breakfast on the Sunday and the food was great we couldn't fault it. Thank you again to the staff for great service and fantastic food oh and great cocktails 👍😁

Went for a late afternoon meal on a Saturday while staying in the Premier inn next door. Ordered pie, chips and peas. Was disappointed when they put it down in front of me! Thought I'd ordered of the children's menu! Portion was pretty small but still good! Wasn't cheap either!!

Upon arrival, shocked to find that breakfast finished in 5 minutes. We arrived at 10.25am. Wetherspoons have breakfast till 12 noon and even Toby's, who set up for buffet lunch, have breakfast till 11am. So we got the dregs of the mornings servings at the full price, which at £10.99 is far more expensive than Toby's. Staff, it must be said, were terrific, helpful and friendly but that was the highlight of an unimpressive dining experience 🥺

Everything at the place is just perfect for relaxing breakfast n family time. Special thanks to Mr. Kuba who have been so helpful and serving all the food with warmth. He specially prepared delicious omelets for us. Thanks. 😊

Carvery was nice but choice limited,it's obviously a busy place. The meat only one choice left. Advertised as carvery till 6pm but low on choice at 4pm, despite that the meal was nice, really friendly staff.
Andrew F — Google review
Staff were very attentive, and the starter was tasty, but for the main meal, I was given a raw burger that I couldn't eat. Luckily, i had cut this in half. This came quite quickly after the starter, so it felt like this was rushed. I did get a refund for this, but I wouldn't eat here again because of the experience with the raw food.

Not been in here for a while. New menu. Plenty choice. Good service at the bar znd serving staff attentive. Quite busy in the bar area where there is a pool table. Unfortunately, the language was not tasteful. Children and adults nearby Bar staff was quick to ask punters to moderate their language.

Well what can I say. To start parking is very good and plenty spaces. As soon as we walked through the door,it was warm, inviting and friendly staff immediately engaged with us. We had the carvery and it was hot and delicious. Very tasty and well seasoned. We will definetly be back! Great prices too! Yorkshire puddings were delicious.

The Stirling Smith Art Gallery & Museum, located in Stirling, is a Victorian museum that showcases European art and artifacts alongside British pewter and local history exhibits. Founded in 1874, the museum is dedicated to preserving cultural and historical heritage as well as promoting the arts on both local and national levels. Its diverse collection includes items such as the world's oldest football (c.
This may seem like a small museum for many, but I spent two hours here and could have doubled that time. There is so much history and so many artifacts that are worth viewing. The entry was free, but I recommend dropping a bit into the donation box. This museum is chock full of Scottish history, I loved that the casket (small silver box for letters) belonging to my ancestor, Mary, Queen of Scots, was on display during my visit. The dollhouse was also a big plus for me. The Scottish history, of course, is heartbreaking. The bravery of those who stepped up deserve to have their stories told. The cafe and gift shop are charming. The staff? Just pure Scottish sweetness! If you exit the museum and turn right, you will walk upon a beautiful view of Stirling castle. I definitely recommend visiting this museum. ❤️

Great little Museum with a temporary Mary Queen of Scots Exhibit in 2025. Cafe has great cakes but if you know the difference between a latte and milky coffee best order tea. When I took my latte back explaining it had been overheated, they offered me cold milk 😉

I live in Stirling, and I have walked past the gallery hundreds of times, going back and forth to the golf club. Thankfully, I decided to go inside to view the history of not just Stirling but also various parts of Scotland. It was well worth the visit not just for the historical side of it but also the art work, and the tiger dressed up in "Tunnocks" tea cake rappings. They also have a lecture room that could be worth exploring, the cafe is also worth a visit.
Fred F — Google review
Art work displayed nicely. An interesting temp exhibit on Sudan. Cafe looked enticing though didn't try it. The rest of the museum is focused on "The Stirling Story". Could probably do with a bit of a revamp and prune, felt a bit chaotic and dusty.

Beautiful building but the rear museum section needs a serious revamp. Some really interesting exhibits but the layout and lighting is very poor.

A classic Scottish bothy. Really good selection of homemade cakes, sandwiches, souvenirs. We came for the milkshake machine which has incredible prices, and tastes so fresh. Once we discovered this, we came back twice in one week! Polish man working the outside food truck is so lovely and hospitable.

Easy to find, just of the A873. Great layout with a huge variety of meats, preserves, gifts, sweet treats!. There is also a vending machine with fresh cows milk from Farrahs farm Toilets are easily accessible and are top quality. The cafe has a nice layout, waitresses are really kind and good service. Had lentil soup for lunch, quality of bread served with it let it down. Would definitely recommend Smiddy Farm Shop

An amazing stop before setting off to the Highlands. The Farm Shop was full of local products (food and non-food). There was a cafe to sit down for a meal or snack, and coffee takeaway near the entrance. We ordered a slice of lemon drizzle cake and a plate of scrambled eggs and toast from the cafe - everything was very fresh and delicious. You could taste the quality of the ingredients. There were also a few highland cows outside the parking lot, and a fresh milk/milkshake dispenser. The farm shop also has very clean bathrooms. Overall, it was a great stop for us before venturing into the Highlands. We also stopped here on our way back to Edinburgh because we liked the shop so much. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Lovely farm shop and cafe. Fresh produce is very fresh with a good selection of items available. The milk vending machine is a great idea £3 for a glass bottle which you can use again and £2.50 for a plain or flavoured milk. The cafe is really nice, we had the burger and the minute steak baguette, both were really tasty. The chips are homemade.

Came here for an easy quick lunch after visiting the Doune Castle. It's a massive Farm shop and also restaurant. Plenty of free parking right behind the shop on the big carpark. It was a cloudy day, but dry. So we decided not to sit in the restaurant to have some lunch from the menu (even though dogs would be welcome), but went into the shop to get some goodies and had our lunch outside. Many tables there, but food from the restaurant is not getting served there (at least not at the time we've visited). But getting some nice stuff from the shop was a good decision. Plenty of nice meat, meat cuts and much more to choose from. The shop has lots of food and grocery items, but also alcohol, soap and beauty products, arts and crafts and a lot more. It's fun to browse around the shop. Boughts some salmon (Belhaven Smokehouse), aubergine dip, sausage rolls, Samosas and also some scotch eggs. The food and its ingredients were of high quality. A really tasty and easy lunch. The prices we've found were on the higher end a bit. Quality is there though.
Alex H — Google review
A lovely place to stop in for a coffee, lunch and shopping. They had the best hot chips we've had in the UK so far! Lovely service as well, great parking and views.

First stop north of Glasgow for me on a long day. A good hot chocolate and a properly jammy scotch egg were a very very welcome snack in a pod with heating. Great views while you're there as well, a taste of what's to come as you head further north.

Excellent coffee shop on Bridge of Allan main St. Fine selection of good quality cakes and pastries. Not many tables but worth the wait. Staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. A liittle gem of a place with a great name.🤗👍

Delicious food. I had a tuna panini with tomato soup and enjoyed every bite, crispy bread and flavourful soup. My wife had the full Scottish breakfast and thought it was very good.
Matthew A — Google review
Simple and tasty There's nothing fancy at the wee timorous beastie, but it's all put together nicely, it's priced about right, just an overall good solid café. Ham and cheese toasties, 7/10, not really much to say about these, they were hammy, they were cheesy, they were toastie. The coleslaw was exceptionally creamy, and in a good way. Tomato pesto mozzarella toastie, 7/10, same as above really. I forgot to ask about the other things my friends ordered, but I imagine they were roughly the same quality. The food here did seem relatively consistent. Wait staff were lovely, welcomed us in and helped us with the menu. Service was prompt. Seating was a little cramped, but luckily we came when it wasn't busy. I've seen it get rammed on weekends though, so be warned.
Edward S — Google review
2/11/25 First time in Bridge of Allen, and so happy we found this little gem. I stopped in with my daughter and one year old granddaughter. The service was impeccable! So kind and friendly. Very prompt service, we had a latte, hot chocolate with marshmallows and whip cream, a scone and shortbread cookie filled with jam. Buttery, soft shortbread than melted in your mouth, just enough jam to add an extra sweetness. The scone was tender and flaky. The hot chocolate was rich with a very generous topping of marshmallow and whip cream! The young woman who was working and served us that day was so friendly and so attentive to us. If we hadn’t been with a-year-old, we would’ve stayed longer just to soak up the ambience. We left with full tummies, and decided to work off the calories by walking back to Saint Ninians instead of taking the train. 😎 Since I am visiting in Stirling, I may have to make one more visit during my trip. Definitely in my top favorites places I have visited around Stirling.

McDonald's, a well-established and enduring fast-food chain renowned for its hamburgers and fries, consistently serves hot food. The employees at one particular branch were exceptionally pleasant and amiable. Remarkably, while exiting the establishment, a staff member kindly offered to dispose of the tray. This was an unprecedented occurrence for the customer.
Nice experience to have morning hang out here! Provide best morning delight! But only thing is the sausage all are made by beef, might not suit to Asian ppl!
Yenestc L — Google review
This McDonald's is one of the better ones, it's faster than a lot, they are always busy without being mobbed. The burgers taste the same as they do everywhere. One issue today was that my daughter wanted a hot chocolate and they gave her a coffee. She's 12 so not a fan of coffee but reacted well in the circumstances. Inside it was very clean as well. I always think McDonald's is hard to rate as you know what you are getting, although like I said it's one of the better ones.

Ordered an ice cream at 10:45pm. Manager served me, gave me order number and then proceeded to wander around talking to the other girls who are all standing about talking. 4 of them doing absolutely nothing. Only one other person waiting at the till who waited ten minutes to be served whilst one of the staff had their back to the customer and she continued to slowly clean the counter. Then after 15 minutes of waiting for a mcflurry, one of the girls asked another one to make it. She did and then she held it in her hand whilst talking for another 5 minutes. Absolute joke! Haven't they heard of prioritizing orders before talking? The manager could have made the mcflurry within 2 minutes but nope! She's too good to be doing that.

Good parking. I was there on a busy day and still got the food pretty fast and there was plenty of seats. Didn't feel crowded or too noisy.

They didnt deliver the hashbrown and when called them they said there is nothing they can do. Hashbrown was the main breakfast item and after paying more than £20 for this they were not even willing to facilitate. This is very poor service. Also the porridge was poor quality and completed expired. This is unacceptable.

Muffin Break is a cafe that offers fresh, quality baked goods, coffee and tea. The bakers use traditional recipes to make home-style cakes, slices, cookies and scones. This charming establishment offers a delightful atmosphere, complemented by quality food and exceptional coffee. Having visited on two occasions, I was consistently served by the same attentive staff member, which adds a personal touch to the experience. I highly endorse this café for its robust coffee profile and overall culinary offerings. It seems the previous review may not fully appreciate the nuances of high-quality coffee. Ordered 2 Lattes that came in them “bowl” type cups after asking for glasses, not the best the coffee if I’m honest but passable. I cleaned the table myself as it was dirty wouldn’t mind if it was busy but it was not. Ordered a Baby-chino for my son which was froth, no milk at all, just a tiny cup of froth, my wife asked for some milk where the barrister lady told us that baby-chinos are just froth….. I suggest you retrain. Cakes were mediocre and prices very overpriced.

The cafe is a great place to have a meal, with friendly staff who are always willing to help. The food is good and reasonably priced, making it the perfect spot for a casual lunch or afternoon coffee.
Place is beautifully situated. The interior decor is old school in a very good way. Don't know what it is exactly but it makes you think of a Victorian era cafe in its design. Soup and sandwich deal is £10. The sandwich was filled to the brim with chicken and the soup was delicious. It's a simple place to get you filled at an acceptable price in a beautiful place. If you're going on the steamship its a relaxing and casual place to get full and ready for the cold of the lovely Scottish summer.

Afternoon tea+ cruise for two with Wowcher. The cafe had a nice outlook and atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient. Afternoon tea consisted of mixed sandwiches (ham & tomato, cheese, + coronation chicken) which were a little dry but ok. Then two x small scones with jam & cream and another layer with two small cupcakes, mini eclairs and a very small square of chocolate cake between the two of us. Two separate pots if tea. It was all perfectly acceptable but nothing to rave about.
Amanda G — Google review
Got two afternoon teas (four people) and the scones were rock solid and sandwiches were stale. Service was bad, ordered drinks and the tray was just dumped on the table. Had to ask for milks for the tea, no plates or cutlery. Can’t even say it was because it was busy, it was quiet. Would never return!
Chantelle — Google review
We ordered a pot of tea and a cappuccino. The tea came made with stone cold water and when we took it back it took them 15 minutes to get some hot water, we had to nudge them twice - we almost missed our boat. And the coffee was comfortably the worst I’ve had in a long time. I wonder if we were the first customers of the morning and they hadn’t really switched things on?? Only a 2 star rather than one as the staff were not unfriendly.

We stopped by here for a quick lunch before cycling around the Loch and also after for a snack. The staff were super friendly and the prices were alright. There was a decent selection of drinks though there was no beer on tap. The food however was very hit and miss so -1 star. The Ham & Cheese toastie was great, but the Coronation Chicken toastie has zero taste. The pizza was mediocre but the Raspberry Ripple was out of this world. The outside area was very nice and let's face it, it's the only place you can buy drinks and food here, so have a seat - it's pretty good.

Lovely people, great views, very, very good prices, and solid food The services was wonderful, very friendly, they even put more wood on the fire when they could see we were cold It’s a nice place to be in and the food was good for a cafe. The soup was delicious The pricing was ridiculously cheap, especially as there is no competition in the area and they could charge whatever they want 2 teas, soup of the day with lots of bread and butter and a cheese toastie was less than £17 Bathrooms were also clean A welcome place after a walk around the Loch

Absolutely brilliant cafe. Customer service outstanding. Alcoholic drink also available. Plenty of seating arrangements inside and outside. Disabled entrance and lifts also available with separate Disable toilet facilities. Plenty of hot things to choose from the menu. Tasty and wonderful 😋. Recommended to all.

Bob & Berts Stirling offers a wide variety of menu options, making it hard to choose just one. The relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff make for a pleasant dining experience. With indoor and outdoor seating, as well as an upper floor, there's plenty of space to enjoy your meal. While the prices may be on the higher side, the delicious food and great milkshakes make it worth a visit.
Returned yesterday 7th March 2025, my friend had never been before. As before service was spot on, young girl who served us kindly brought order over as my friend and I have walking sticks. Price could not complain large coffee and chips with Garlic £7. The chips 🍟 were delicious 😋. Toilet's, spotless and tile design is lovely. Would really recommend Bob n Berts if visiting Stirling. We will definitely go back.

Stopped by this cafe for a quick meal and drink - the menu selection had good choices that’ll appeal to teh customer; I ordered a Bert’s burger which was surprisingly pretty good. The patty wasn’t dry and the fries were alright but could be better. The toastie sandwich with soup is pretty nice as well!

Great wee cafe in Stirling City centre. Very clean, looks modern and comfortable. Food was very nice, and I was surprised at the vast selection they had. Prices were very reasonable especially with how good the food was. Staff are very welcoming and happy. I would definitely come here again. Also would've got more pictures, but I scranned the food right away, it looked too good! Only downside which is nothing to do with the cafe, Google directed me to the back of the building. As someone who is not from Stirling, this wasn't helpful. I have fed this back, hopefully it tells people to go the right way.

The best loaded fries! Honestly, the only reason I come here 😂 It's lovely to dine alone and enjoy some quiet time with the most amazing loaded fries!
Caitlin G — Google review
I was lucky to find a piece of chicken in my panini. The Greek salad had no feta cheese, and the dressing was tasteless. The coleslaw was very dry. It looked and tasted like it had been left out uncovered overnight. The loaded fries took a while to be served, and there was not a lot of pulled pork over them. I definitely won't be back to the Stirling on, I'll stick with the one in Falkirk.

Great little cafe in the heart of Stirling. Decent prices and great quality food! Was served by Abby who made sure everything was great for my experience! Thank you guys!

Visiting Stirling today from Glasgow, stopped off for coffee bit to eat. Young girl who served me, so nice offered to bring food over as noticed walking not good. Atmosphere relaxed, tables outside as well as in and upper floor. I like Staff have t shirts on with company name. For someone who does not often eat/ drink in cafe, I would recommend Bob n Bert's due to relaxed atmosphere, plenty of seating. Well done ✅
Vanessa — Google review
Great food. My avocado, halloumi and egg brioche and tea were wonderful. We had a little wait for it. I think about 4 tables got their food whilst we waited. As for seating, try and get a booth if you can. The long table is a bit too near the queue for food.

Coffee shop
Cafe
Coffee stand
Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites and WiFi availability.
They had no large cups so I had to get 2 medium cups which is no problem for me, there always seems to be new faces and Sunday there was an argument between a client and the manager (red haired lady - who claims she is a manager) about a miss communication with an order which seemed very unprofessional, what happened to the client is always right!! Humble yourself and apologise and let it go, it’s more important to get that client coming back than being right???

Another CG Garages owned Starbucks with no permission for dogs!! Dreadful CG Garages WiFi. Dirty cassette blowing too cold overhead was clogged and cobweb covered. Main bench area in front of counter all broken, Only 1 electrical plug atal a tiny table. Good points helpful member of staff Megan proved it was better to call in than a colleague serving the drive through with a dreadful cough, coughing over the drinks and food served through the hatch. Please wear a mask 😷 Food usual not so healthy pricey fair either good coffee. Go elsewhere sadly.

Just went into Starbucks at 8:50pm (closes at 21:00) to order a Starbucks, the girl at the till was lovely, she did get the order wrong though, we ordered one cold drink and she made 2 hot drinks for my friend. She didn’t ask if I wanted anything, the floor was soaking wet, another woman appears and tells us to stand somewhere else since she mopped the floor “a thousand times” which was no problem, I try to order my drink then she turns around and says no to me since they were closed, they weren’t, she was so rude.
Max — Google review
Just arrived to find Drive Thru closed, restaurant closed. Hand written notice on the door, staff inside still fulfilling orders. Chapped the door to be told they’d had a really busy day & despite me arriving at the drive thru prior to ’6.30pm’ waiting then wondering what was going on. I reversed to see a crudely hand written notice apologising that it needed to close early. The staff couldn’t have cared less & shut the door on my face. An absolute disgrace.
Leanne W — Google review
Workers lack attention to detail. Countless times my order is wrong or my coffee is made plain lazily. Today ordered pumpkin cream cold brew, that didn’t even taste like pumpkin and had no cinnamon on it. I also ordered pepper egg bites and they gave me ham and cheese without a fork. This happens everytime i go to this location and we are consistently disappointed. If you offer a drink on your menu, make sure your baristas know how to make it properly. Your drinks aren’t cheap. And baristas— pay attention to detail. It’s your job.
Julia L — Google review
Stirling Starbucks was an experience. Drive through combined with a coffee shop can feel like a odd balance to hold, though walking in felt like walking into a Starbucks (and tasted like it as well. Though the parking one and one way system was limited. The staff though efficient were not strong at communication. The flat white was pretty good though. The use of mixed gendered signage on the toilet doors was a nice touch though
David M — Google review
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I love Starbucks but this place was a disgrace! They do not have an ice machine so no cold drinks are available. The staff were confused by simple drink orders and the restaurant was filthy food on every surface, chair and floor area we were in at 1pm and it didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. This shop needs to step up its game asap!
Bekki C — Google review
Got 4 hot chocolates for the kids and OMG 2 were just look warm like they had been already made earlier, and they weren't filled to top of the cup. And the worst part was the cups were full of sum kind of oil. When I phoned we couldn't get a answer, so took them back in to told we have drank them& and they wouldn't have sent them out with that amount in the cups. also the oil like substance they said there nothing like that, and it must have been us, as the guy that served us had a good laugh. They were very understanding to start with till they poured them out. I dont know what they put in the drinks. Stay well clear

One of the dandiest shops in Stirling. Always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. The drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is always chatty. Everything is made in front of you and the high standards of hygiene are also maintained. You get coupons with which, if you visit regularly, you get a free drink! Milkshakes are the most recommended, my personal favorites are Scottish Tablet and Oreo milkshakes. And these are the most selling as well. Overall, not too heavy on the pocket and super refreshing!

Janna’s Bakery coffee shop offers an eclectic mix of British and Middle Eastern pastries, creating a unique experience akin to a posh Greggs on holiday. The Turkish coffee is highly recommended, although it's important to note the sediment at the bottom as a feature. The steak bake with its crunchy herby topping and potato nuggets mixed in was particularly enjoyable. Additionally, the bakery provides excellent customer service, as evidenced by their willingness to accommodate last-minute cake requests.
This is a must have when I come to visit in Stirling! Everything is fresh sand delicious! Always super friendly customer service and help with suggestions of what to try. The Millionaire Shortbread is rich and creamy, the crust melts in your mouth and the square could possibly be big enough to share if you choose to 😎. The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and baked to perfection. We tried the ones with icing , cream cheese and Biscoff. Hard to pick a favourite.

Best coffee shop in Sterling. Try the beef bake or the Saint Sebastian cheese cake (especially), for example. It is fun to talk with Janna, who seems to be always there. Everything is made on site. Great cappuccino, latte, espresso macchiato and Turkish coffee. We didn’t get to try the other coffees yet.

This is such a lovely little coffee/bakery on port street in Stirling city centre. Staff are lovely and don’t have to wait long for food. There are loads of baked goods to choose from all delicious I had the pistachio cinnamon roll with a latte and by other half had the kinder cinnamon roll with a double espresso. We loved the baked goods and would definitely recommend and come back in the future to try different baked goods

In June my family was celebrating our daughter-in-law’s birthday on a visit to the Old Newton of Doune. I was so lucky to find Janna‘s Bakery for a surprise birthday cake. After having had a very easy communication with Janna from abroad she made the most beautiful cake for us. Janna is incredibly friendly, professional and, most of all, extremely talented. Her birthday cake was the highlight of our celebration and our daughter in law was absolutely delighted. Thank you, Janna, for helping make this day so special for all of us by baking the most delicious and beautiful cake!

Went in for a quick stop, the girl working in Costa saw us walk up to the till and didn't acknowledge us, I said excuse me and she turned and just said "yes?" I asked for a drink and she said "ok but I'm cleaning my machine right now" and turned her back on us. She then came to the till and said the price and walked back to the machine to make my drink. Awful customer service as I feel she should be asking if that was everything we wanted etc. When she gave me my drink she just put it on the counter and turned away again. I understand she was working on her own but it wasn't busy so she wasn't rushed off her feet, she just seemed like she didn't want to be there and was trying to get away with as little interaction as possible. We all have off days but if you aren't willing to provide good customer service to every customer, then don't work in a customer facing job. I will be back as this is my regular pit stop on my journeys south, but I hope that the service improves greatly

Went in to get a coffee . This is the first and last timebi will go here. Stood at the counter waiting to be served. 2 members of staff stood over in the seating area chatting. They looked over to see me waiting and carried on chatting and laughing. After 5 minutes I decided to leave. I go to Costa daily and never experienced this before . Customer service clearly doesn't exist here.

Great spot for a bit to eat with everything going around. Is it the fanciest, no, do they have the biggest range for allergens, no, but the food hits the spot and the service is with a smile.

Expensive and limited. Service is not the best either. Girls chatting amongst themselves. When they need to break away their conversations to serve you, its obvious they'd rather by anywhere else. No please, no thank yous. No smiles. No nothing. Poor. Manners should be an absolute minimum. But looking st reviews, its obvious no one cares.

Came in for a healthy lunch with my friend. All white rolls and all had either cheese or mayonnaise. 1 sad vegan flatbread oh no it had mozzarella 😢 so soup was only option. Not great for disabled friend. No salad only tubs of fruit. Had to ask for proper cutlery. So much more environmentally friendly than the wooden stuff. Which was insubstantial for the meal I was eating. Everything served on cardboard. Food itself was OK and service was OK tho we cleaned our own table. A bit of a sad lunch at what we presumed would be a healthy cafe and not very clean. Feel like it's a great opportunity to have a nice place to lunch that has been wasted.

Morrisons Cafe is a great spot to try a Scottish breakfast for the first time. Visitors are often pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff, making it an inviting place to start your day.
Wow! Just had the most fabulous mini fish and chips and an endless pot of tea from Mogs cafe, Stirling. Cooked to order with the freshest fish and light batter. Not so mini fish! I’d like to see the regular one! A good portion. All served within 5 minutes of ordering on a busy lunchtime. Oh and table service with a smile. And all for £6.78!

Came for some food and pot of tea. Wish I hadn't.... 2 full Scottish breakfast ordered, 2 pots of tea. Dirty cups x 4. Found 2 clean. Dirty cutlery, had to take through the box to find clean knife and fork. Good came. Bacon under cooked! Square sausage under cooked Potato scones hard, over done. The whole plate tasted of Fat. Wish I had complained now but had to be Somewhere. Keep clear very poor.

Terrible experience ordered two full breakfasts my partners breakfast was stone cold, had to embarrassingly eat my breakfast in front of her and I had finished my breakfast by the time her second breakfast arrived (No she is not a Hobbit, lol) which was also half heated up and half cold so she walked out and ended up not eating anything. so yeah, not an experience I will put us through again. shame as it is a nice cafe but seemed very under staffed as we only saw one person working while we were there.

So far ordered my breakfast at 1pm and still waiting after 1 hr when I asked about my breakfast they just kept moving away from me not had my food so far and very disappointed. After receiving the food I got it was stone cold and the place wasn’t busy

Absolutely dire. Went here for 2 pots of tea and 1 bacon roll. Cash desk was empty for a good 5 mins. Tea pots were covered in fingerprints and the cups were stained as well. The cafe wasn't busy but service was painfully slow. Was asked what our table number was. There are no numbers that we could see on any tables. The bacon roll took 15 mins to arrive and it was cold. Shame on you Morrisons. You are in competition with 4 other cafes in the immediate area, so you should up your game. We won't be back
