Art Hotel, located in a 14th-century tenement in the old town, offers bohemian rooms with artist-made furniture and hosts dining options and art exhibits. The hotel's architecture is a work of art itself, featuring authentic stone portals, painted doorways, and centuries-old ceilings combined with modern furnishings. The ambiance strikes a harmonious balance with natural materials and delicate lighting creating an exquisite environment for a romantic getaway.
Excellent hotel and I have nothing but positive reviews to talk about them. Incredible friendly staff; great food, good comfortable rooms. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate any and every request, I have never felt so welcome at any hotel in Poland. Excellent location and proximity to all key points.

This is a great hotel! Located a few blocks from the central square and 20 minute walk to the train station. Restaurants, bars and shops a plenty. Easy walk to the Penitent Bridge, and maybe 25-30 minute easy walk to the Panorama Museum. Staff is 100% on top of everything and very polite. Rooms are clean. I had a direct view of the town hall building on the opposite side of the road. I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Top tier!

A beautiful old building very high ceilings The food is excellent there a number of lifts. I stayed 25 years ago for a wedding and went back to celebrate the anniversary. I stayed in an accessible room.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Super comfortable, had air conditioning, great staff, quiet room and perfect location to explore Wroclaw. Sadly we were only there for one night but intend to come back.
Gabriela V — Google review
We had a lovely stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is tasty and the most important thing: it's clean, we got an electric kettle in our room. The hotel is decorated in a very tasteful and romantic way without being kitschy.

5/5 Excellent An absolute gem of a hotel! Welcoming staff, centrally positioned. Breakfast was fantastic. Dined in the restaurant a couple of times, which was world class. Spotlessly clean. Rooms were well equipped. Will definitely return. Well done Art Hotel. 5*****

Hotel Monopol is a luxurious establishment with a rich history, having been established in 1892 and retaining its original name. It has hosted famous guests such as Marlene Dietrich and Pablo Picasso. The hotel's location is convenient, situated near the Opera and the National Forum of Music, as well as being just a short walk from the Market Square.
June 2025 This is such a beautiful hotel. Because we’re a family of 5 (2 adults, 1 young adult and 2 teens), we stayed in a two bedroom suite and a double room, with both rooms right next to each other. The rooms have a minimalist aesthetic that feels clean and spacious. The bathroom is to die for, with marble everywhere, gorgeous shower and tub. I’ve included photos.
Southern M — Google review
This hotel is wonderful, situated in the pretty old town of Wroclaw, perfect to explore everything on foot and close to many really good restaurants, bars, cafés and shops as well as the daily market. As a tip, go to traditional polish restaurants, not the many pizza and pasta places, and you will be pleasantly surprised at the excellent cuisine and service. We therefore didn't eat in the hotel and can't comment. The room was a standard double and was very spacious and clean. A lot of wardrobe space, nice view from the big floor to ceiling windows. Staff are professional, helpful and quick. In a beautiful historical building the hotel is stunning and has a lovely roof terrace, pool, sauna, spa, gym, restaurant - everything you need. The location is superb. The only thing was that the lighting is a bit dim and makes it difficult to see anything in the corridor and the wardrobes. The bathroom is big and they provide first class toiletries. I usually never use them as I am fussy but these were excellent. The shower is a walk in one and unfortunately floods the bathroom floor every time you shower. There is a floor to ceiling window without any blinds between bedroom and bathroom - it didn't bother us at all but some may not like it when showering or sitting on the loo. Overall a very nice place and we had a wonderful few days in this lovely city. I would recommend Monopol and would stay again any time.

I was hoping for more from 5 star hotel. Food and drink perfect. Location perfect just couple blocks from The Main Market. Room very spacious but it felt empty (not cosy). Breakfast was great, variety of options. Bathroom had some stains on the marble walls. If I go next time to Wrocław I would pick some other place. The roof bar also very nice with a good views.

Excellent Stay at Hotel Monopol Wrocław I recently stayed at Hotel Monopol in Wrocław for a business event, and it was an outstanding experience. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service throughout the hotel was excellent – professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Wrocław, with a (public) parking area nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful historic center. The business event I attended at the hotel was organized and managed with the highest level of professionalism, which made everything run smoothly. Food quality was consistently good, and the breakfast deserves special mention – it was simply excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, Hotel Monopol combines comfort, top service, and a perfect location. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays.
Peter S — Google review
Our hotel and room experience was fantastic. Clean, spacious and modern, all within this beautiful old building and just a couple of blocks away from the main square. The hotel lobby bar was a disappointment. It was loud, most likely bad acoustics. A very cold feel to it with limited seating and zero atmosphere. nothing on the walls to make you feel at home or even to pay homage to this beautiful city and the building itself. We ate at both restaurants, in my opinion skip the one on main floor, not worth it but the6th floor one was full of atmosphere and delicious food.
Lola M — Google review
Stayed for three nights in June. We appreciated that they were able to fit us in at the last minute after a long drive when our booked hotel proved unsuitable. And the rooftop bar is worth a visit. But overall we felt that the hotel was trading on its history rather than the quality of what it delivers today. Our room, although spacious, felt pretty tired and needed a makeover and better decoration / nicer furniture to justify the price. The rather ordinary sofa bed placed against one wall didn't feel 5 star, and the dark wood finish to the desk was showing a lot of wear and chips. The communal areas downstairs (lounge etc) are also pretty limited other than the rather spartan bar - nowhere nice to enjoy sitting and relax. If you are after a special luxury feel (rather than the history) I would probably look elsewhere.
Michael R — Google review
The room was very nice in the very top of the building. The bathroom is great with a great tub and amenities. Very well located . Restaurants everywhere and walk distance to the old town. The downside is the breakfast , that for sure can be improved, regarding the taste of the food and the disposition too.
Caroline N — Google review
Very fancy, right next to the old town main square. Close to trams as well. Luxurious, and the pool and saunas are very relaxing. 9/10

Hotel
PURO Hotel Wrocław Stare Miasto is a contemporary hotel with minimalist rooms, offering free Wi-Fi and access to loaner bikes. The modern exterior is complemented by elegantly designed, cozy rooms equipped with all the necessary facilities. The hotel prioritizes creating warm social spaces for guests, such as the lobby, kitchen, bar, and garden. While the rooms may not be spacious, they are tastefully decorated and offer a casually elegant atmosphere.
We had an amazing experience staying here! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance to everything, including fantastic restaurants just steps away. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was more than adequate for our two-night stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the blackout curtains and soundproof windows, which made for a restful sleep. The concierge was friendly and accommodating, and the lobby area was a standout—elegant, spacious, and simply decorated with plenty of comfortable seating. One of our favourite perks was the 24-hour espresso machine in the lobby, complete with non-dairy milk options—such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! Parking at the hotel was a bit pricey, so we opted for a more affordable city parking option nearby. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

Cool looking urban chic hotel , outside and lobby . The floors had looked like what was black carpet however upon further inspection the black was the embedded wear and tear As it was a green carpet. The rooms are clean and detailed according to being in an updated mode however I had to call downstairs to get out as the lock was broken , the air conditioning is nowhere to be found as in no thermostat , the phone is nowhere to be found near the Bed as well as it was this backwards ( which they concluded to be forwards ) pad that you needed to use to do anything and everything . The shower in order to be chic has this ridiculous concept of no door as the water just flows on to the bathroom floor where you need to place an abundance of towels if you attempt to shower . Same with the toilet roll as it’s in this chic compartment where if you use it just falls out. I give it a courtesy 3 rating as the staff is friendly, the hotel on the outside is quite attractive and the lobby is very welcoming.
Ron G — Google review
I stayed at Puro Hotel Wrocław for a few days and overall had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the hotel also offers underground parking, which is very convenient. The lobby is beautifully designed, with a pleasant outdoor area and even a work table, which I found very practical. Another great detail is the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby, which is a really nice touch you don’t find very often. There were, however, a couple of downsides. The air conditioning cannot be turned off, and at night it was quite noisy, which made it disturbing while trying to sleep. For some guests, this could even cause health problems, so it felt like a real drawback. In addition, the shower wall is too small, so a lot of water splashes into the rest of the bathroom when taking a shower. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. All in all, it is a good hotel for a short stay, with many positive aspects. Personally, I would not return because of the air conditioning issue, but I can still recommend it to others.
Alexander M — Google review
First-class hotel. Rooms are rather compact, but contain all the essentials in high quality. Location is very good and central, yet you feel like you are in a quiet area. Breakfast is definitely worth the money, especially the à la carte options. The lobby is very cosy and invites you to linger while enjoying complimentary coffee or tea, which is always available. There are also complimentary tickets for a nearby gallery, which is a great extra, even though the current exhibition wasn't entirely to my taste.
Dominik S — Google review
I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the hotel. One of the main reasons I stayed in a hotel, rather than an Airbnb was because I wanted good air conditioning. Room 331 was uncomfortably warm. The temperature was controlled via a tablet. As soon as I checked in, I changed the temperature to the lowest setting (see image). The room remained warm with little to no airflow. After one night I spoke to staff on reception. I was told that they would do something about it and also said they could maybe get me a fan (and to come back the next day if nothing changed). Nothing changed and I didn't want to complain again (it felt very awkward the first time). My bathroom was very badly designed. The shower did not have a shower door so I had to aim the shower away from me to try and stop the water flooding the entire bathroom. This made it very difficult to comfortably have a shower. Even with me trying my best, with the shower aimed away from me; the bathroom filled with water, every time I had a shower. This then made it almost impossible to use the toilet until the room had been cleaned each day. I had to lay multiple towels down on the floor to try and stop the water getting into the bedroom. Water did make it out of the bathroom a number of times and made the bedroom floor slippery. A shower door and a better shower fitting would solve this problem. The staff were friendly. The location was great. The free coffee was a plus. The poor air conditioning and shower were a big let down.

I really liked this hotel. New, modern, clean, simple, easy, nice garden, good breakfast. Rooms are a bit smaller than similar hotels around but it was good. I wish they put cattle or coffee machine in all the rooms. But no worties there is very good free coffee at the lobby available 24 hours.
HAKAN T — Google review
I stayed 3 nights at PURO Hotel in Wroclaw Stare Miasto for work in August 2025. It's a reasonably priced hotel with comfortable rooms. The check-in and check-out process was easy. It's close to the town square by foot, which made getting lunch or dinner convenient. I wish the bathroom was designed slightly differently. The shower area has an open access, which meant water spray got onto the floor of the main bathroom -- annoying. I also wasn't confident if my air conditioning was working or not -- I never felt air flow from the vents, which meant it felt a little stagnant in the room at night. I typically like a little bit of airflow while sleeping. The breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend that to everyone!

Nestled near the vibrant Market Square, The Granary La Suite Hotel is a chic retreat that seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. This boutique hotel, housed in a former 16th-century granary, features 46 uniquely designed suites that exude character and sophistication. Guests can indulge in fine dining at the on-site restaurant Mennicza, which offers an enticing array of fusion dishes.
Pleasant hotel. The room was decent. Very large with a nice sitting area. There was some mechanical equipment right outside that made a lot of noise so we had to shut the windows at night. The hotel has an odd layout with the lobby one level down from the entrance. The stairs and floors are black which made it very hard to see the steps when you first come in. Breakfast was OK. It wasn’t included for us and was a bit expensive for what was on offer. Location was good, close to the tourist center but in a very quiet location
Ken F — Google review
On the face of it the hotel looks lovely and in a great location for wanting to be close to things. However that’s about as far as I can say for a positive. The staff couldn’t look more uninterested and that they really didn’t want to be here. Everything appeared to be an effort from checking in to requesting additional towels, which took 3 hours and a second request. The cleaning of the room didn’t happen only making the bed and emptying the bin, using a hoover wouldn’t have gone a miss. I know some reviews criticise the breakfast, we had no issues apart from it being hit and miss who was working and how long it took. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but one with so much potential if it cared to improve.

Quality hotel situated perfectly between the centre and the train station. The downstairs room was huge, well kept and warm with a big wardrobe also. The bathroom is also of a great size with a bath, perfect. Mini bar is cheap and cheerful, good use of coffee machine and kettle. Will happily recommend this place 5*

I stayed at this hotel for one night, 24.-25.05.2025. Paid 220 eur/night for their Premium suite room which turned out to be low class 2 star hotel experience and not 5 star hotel. First of all, their Premium suite for 220 EUR a night, looks like a standard 3 star hotel room but dirty! Upon arrival i was given a room which was not ready and was on the ground floor, needless to mention when i made reservation 3 months ago, it was shown that it will be top floor Premium suite. When i got my room, when entering the room i immediately noticed huge dirty spot on the carpet, and overall carpets were dirty and worn out. Glass surfaces (bathroom door) was with visible fingerprints. Bathroom floor was not clean, it was dusty, with hair and some white substance marks on it. Windows were very dirty. When i complained to receptionist and requested their manager to reach out to me, my request and messages in booking.com were totally ignored. Currently i have requested Booking.com to reconsider this hotel 5 star rating on their app, because hotel itself has the quality of poor 3 star rating hotel. Moreover, one hour before breakfast ends i came to restaurant. Menu was depleted and only after asking to refresh it, it was done. If You don't want your Wroclaw visit experience to be ruined as it was for us and You want to avoid overpriced hotel, then i totally do not recommend this establishment!!!

Nice hotel in an interesting building and good location within walking distance of rynek and main sites. The room was a good size but due to ongoing renovations they had taken some of the seats out of the room and stored another king size bed in the room so we had 2 king-size beds which was strange. The staff were very polite and professional at check in and check out but otherwise seemed uninterested. No prior information was provided by them about the ongoing work including one morning when we left the room to find the staircase was closed and on returning late one afternoon to find the main entrance being redecorated. Minibar was never refilled during the stay and bins in room were never emptied. I would not call this a 5 star hotel in it's current state but it is very good value for money despite the issues.

We checked in and turned on the AC, Noted that the upstairs power seemed to have an issue and figured it would cool down. We went out about our day and the upstairs seemed to have slightly cooled but the downstairs was still boiling. After that we experienced all of the below. Room 1 • AC didn't work • We asked the person at the front desk to check the ac and fix it. We did not get a response. I went down to the front desk twice and was met with "yes I went and it did not work" • Multiple outlets not working • Fridge not cold (needed this for medication) • Cot instead of 4th bed - the listing of the room makes it look like it is an actual 4th bed not a cot and this is misleading) • TVs did not work • No power to the upstairs Room 2 • AC didn't work - heat was on • Fridge wasn't cold • TVs did not work • No power by the bed upstairs • Secondary AC system would not turn on either • Water in upstairs sink was brown Room 3 • AC worked - was between 27 and 29 when we got in the room. After moving rooms twice we were all exhausted, hot and sweaty but we had to wait for the room to cool down • The cot center continuously popped up leaving my sick daughter to sleep on the floor instead. • Safe was locked when we got in room and needed to be unlocked Miscellaneous • The restaurants food left a lot to be desired but the service was good • Restaurant also was out of a lot of options including basic beverages • Dropped laundry off around noon - confirmed with front desk it would be back same day. When went back at the end of the day to see what the status was we were informed it would be back the day we leave (at 9a) between 10:00-20:00 • Out of all of the people we worked with on any of the issues only 2 gave us any empathy for any of the situations that we were put through. The rest made it feel like it was an inconvenience to have to work with us at all on any of the issues. It seems like they pretend issues are not fixable until people leave them alone. It is a shame that such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location seems to be run by college kids who do not care to help or take care of guests.

Room was nice, big, clean and large bathroom. Shower head wouksnt stay in place. All the pillows super soft and not big enough for the bed, no firm option. Service was fine. Restaurant / breakfast is very good.

Out of the many outstanding venues I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in Wrocław, this time the dice landed on the so-called 5-star hotel, The Granary. My skepticism kicked in the moment I saw the building. While the architecture is undeniably impressive, parts of the façade resemble a picture of despair. It must have looked spectacular once, but today it is in dire need of thorough renovation. The entrance - or rather the awkward descent into what feels like a basement - did nothing to lift the spirits. There’s absolutely none of the grandeur or understated elegance one might expect from a five-star property. A very polite receptionist handed me my room key. Since I have a soft spot for luxury, I went for the so-called Premium Suite - because why settle for mediocrity when you can pay extra for disappointment? The room was on the first floor. I took the elevator, which had its carpet ripped out in places, though frankly the staircase fared no better. Cold, sterile, white corridors greeted me evoking more of a hospital vibe than a luxury hospitality experience. The room itself was very spacious but minimalist to a fault. What immediately caught my attention was the neglect. While it was evident that the room had been cleaned, in my opinion, its overall condition should disqualify it from guest use. At the entrance, a stained carpet greeted me. The windows, hidden behind blinds fashionable in the 1990s, were probably last washed before the hotel’s grand opening in 2009. Despite the beautiful weather outside, the atmosphere felt gloomy. The view of a parking lot, a sports field, and a school built in 1957 only reinforced this dismal image. Nevertheless, what truly appalled me was the very dirty wall next to the bed. I have no idea if someone had propped their dirty feet against it, but the prospect of spending the night in such conditions was far from uplifting. In the bathroom, toothpaste stains on the floor, a shower curtain straight out of the Soviet-era, and a leaky, unruly shower added to the overall disappointment. To cut to the chase: The Granary Hotel is a textbook case of wasted potential. With the right investment, it could be remarkable. Instead, through years of neglect and a blatant disregard for guest experience, it has become an embarrassment to the very idea of five-star hospitality. In all honesty, at this price point - given the room quality and the overall atmosphere - I feel thoroughly deceived. Not in the innocent way of getting short-changed at the supermarket, but well and truly taken for a ride.

I can speak on the behalf of my group as well, our experience was truly amazing! The property is stunning, with beautiful decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy. 😊 Most importantly, I want to commend your staff for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable-helping my group in everything. Breakfast was just phenomenal!!

Very disappointing stay Working myself in the luxury hospitality industry, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and care shown at this property. We had booked one night to celebrate my birthday, only to discover upon arrival that our room had been double-booked. In addition, the bathroom was completely dysfunctional: the shower was leaking everywhere. When we reported this to the front desk, an employee came to "inspect" the issue, but did so by stepping on the bath mat with his shoes, leaving dirt all over the bathroom floor, and walking away without cleaning up after himself. We were left to tidy up the mess ourselves: an experience that is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. Even worse, the staff told us the shower could not be repaired and left us with defective facilities, despite the fact that we had fully paid for our stay. NO apology, NO room change, NO gesture of goodwill. When we requested another room, the only option offered was in a lower category, facing noisy trams : despite my partner having paid for an upgraded room. Having stayed in nearly every 5-star hotel in Wroclaw, I can confidently say this was the worst experience of all. This property does not stand behind its service standards and shows no regard for guest satisfaction. One wonders if there is even a manager in charge of guest relations. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this was unprofessional and careless. My advice: choose another property if you are looking for a true luxury experience in Wroclaw.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The interiors are stunning, and the spirit of the historic building has been beautifully preserved. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was excellent — and the restaurant is also highly recommended for dinner. The place is very quiet; you can barely hear the occasional tram passing by, but it doesn’t disturb your sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean. We would be delighted to stay here again.

The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff treated us so well. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious. All the little things this hotel did - like leaving cookies at night and sleep spray - made this such a wonderful stay. We would recommend to anyone visiting Wroclaw!

First time at ALTUS ,because it was highly recommended ,we stayed 7 nights ( September 15-22 nd) .Normally we would stay at HOTEL MONOPOL ,since we are visiting family at least once a year.Delicious breakfast, clean room with comfortable beds and EXCEPTIONAL WIERZBOWA 15 RESTAURANT. Our room #507 had a windows facing elevator with no privacy at all, I would think that the management use better judgment for the room selection, for 7 nights stay.

I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel in #411 from october 8th to 10th. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" Ou si vous voulez être plus spécifique : "...and the room service team, who provided exceptional service, was very attentive and efficient - thank you!

Great rooms, great decor, nice staff, perfect location. We really enjoyed our visit and will return for sure. Lalique cosmetics also make a difference. Many thanks to the front desk staff for walking the extra mile to make their guests happy.

our stay was a mixed bag, however not at the level of a 5* hotel. I would really struggle quantifying this hotel as even 4*. The first night our bathroom smelled of sewage, one of the saunas was broken during our entire stay, also the wellness area lacked clean towels and clean water cups. the hotel has huge potential but fails on delivering the basics for a 5* experience. however, the staff at breakfast was excellent and worked very hard to make every guest happy, also the breakfast is a must, it is excellent. overall, I think I would look at another hotel upon returning to Wroclaw.

Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel & SPA is a luxurious hotel located in the historical district of Wroclaw, offering easy access to cultural attractions such as the Wroclaw Opera and Polish Theater. The hotel's proximity to shopping spots like Market Hall and Galeria Dominikanska makes it ideal for avid shoppers. With individually designed rooms, comfortable beds, and a top-notch spa, this grand neoclassical mansion provides an excellent option for those seeking relaxation and wellness.
I don't leave reviews very often, but this place definitely deserves one… I recently had the pleasure of staying with my kids and friends at the Platinum Palace in Wroclaw, and I can confidently say that it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This 5-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the amazing food. The hotel's restaurant provided an exquisite culinary experience that left me eagerly anticipating each meal. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight. With an incredibly wide choice of food, ranging from freshly baked pastries and local delicacies to a variety of hot dishes (including pancakes!!!) and fresh fruits, it was a feast for the senses. The service at Platinum Palace was nothing short of outstanding. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made us all feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Cleanliness is another area where Platinum Palace excels. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and spa area was impeccably maintained. My room was spotless and well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Unforgettable stay - I’ll be back next week 😉

Deeply Disappointing Stay – the Hotel Fails to Meet Its Advertised Standards My stay at Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel & Spa in Wrocław was far below expectations set by the hotel’s website and its premium price. Upon arrival, I was met with unacceptable cleanliness issues – I found litter (including a sweet wrapper) behind the bedside cabinet. Only after reporting it to the front desk was the room properly cleaned. The in-room coffee machine socket was out of order, which I also had to report, reflecting poor maintenance of basic facilities. A more serious issue arose with the sensor-activated toilet flush, which stopped functioning entirely. When I raised this with reception, I was told that no other rooms of the same category were available, and no solution or compensation was offered. The greatest disappointment, however, was the SPA area. The website’s photos are misleading, suggesting a spacious pool or jacuzzi, whereas in reality it accommodates a maximum of four people. Moreover, SPA access is also sold to external visitors, which makes it nearly impossible for hotel guests to use it comfortably. The hotel advertises both a steam and a dry sauna; on arrival, I learned the dry sauna was out of service with no estimated repair date. When I addressed the discrepancy between the online presentation and the reality, a front desk staff member, Mr Piotr, dismissively remarked: “Well, they had a good photographer.” Such a response is entirely inappropriate for a property positioning itself as a luxury boutique hotel and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. The full rate was charged despite the unavailability of advertised facilities and the substandard conditions. This is unacceptable, and the hotel’s online image does not reflect the true guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting quality consistent with its price point – the stay was frustrating and left me feeling misled.

We visited for 3 nights and in the end even extended our booking to 4th night, because we loved it here. Prices here for the stay are really cheap for a 5* hotel. The staff is so nice and helpful, smiling receptionist Mikolaj helped us understand everything correctly or helped us with our questions we had. Upon check-in you are asked to make a deposit of 200zl./night, and the whole deposit is returned, if you didnt make additional payments throughout your stay. There's a billiard table and a wellness which we used really often too. We also had included a breakfast and it was tasty and fresh. The whole area is really nice and calm, even with a backdoor alley to the park behind the hotel. The only problem we had was once a full parking lot, but its something that won't change our opinion on this hotel. Thanks for hosting us, we will return for sure ;)
Peter K — Google review
We have visited this hotel for 2 nights and overall impression was good. Rooms were clean, sleep quality was excellent, no noise, soft bed sheets and every day they cleaned it up. SPA was pleasant, it was possible to use sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for 8 people. WiFi was very fast and we would also like to give big thumbs up for the kitchen. They could prepare perfect poached eggs for the breakfast and even the dinner tasted very good. The only minuses for the hotel would be for staff on dinner. The waiter was very slow and did not take care of us and also of other (2) guests. It took us exactly 2 hours to get 1 drink, 2 main meals and 1 dessert with 2 coffees which is too long. The other thing I would advise to improve are signs. It was not clear for us and also for other people who arrived with us where is the reception, where to park etc. And the last thing we were not aware about was parking fee which is 60 -65 PLN per night which is a lot. In conclusion the hotel offered us very good value for money and we would return again. Service feels for 4 star hotel, not 5, but we enjoyed our stay!
Pokemon H — Google review
Sadly it was very noisy all the time. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors, also some noise from the basement, and then there were 3 weddings in a row on Fr/Sa/Su. With our window as well as the open doors of the party both going to the courtyard there was no way of sleeping before midnight on each day. The receptionist was not really interested in our request to change rooms. A refund as a gesture of goodwill was not possible when we decided to check out one day early.
Bernd I — Google review
The hotel is ok regarding services and location especially if you need to go somewhere out of Wroclaw. Even there was a night with a big party until 2am that didn't let us sleep, the manager of the hotel apologized the next day,did not charge that night and gave a gift...nobody will return us that night that we didn't sleep, but at least the hotel tried to repair the damage.

Scandic Wrocław is a modern hotel offering stylish rooms and suites, featuring amenities such as a hip restaurant, gym, sauna, and loaner bikes. Conveniently located in central Wroclaw, it's just a short walk from the Old Town and the train/bus station. The 4-star hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. It's popular among business travelers due to its location between the train station and city center.
Stayed here for 3D/4N Check in was super quick, reception and staff were all very kind. Called down for extra pillows and reception was very accommodating. Loved the breakfast buffet, they swapped out some items every day for variety and it was always delicious as there were so many options. A+, 5 stars on the breakfast alone The option to rent bicycles was great as well. Location was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk from the train station and ~20 min to Reynik Square.
Ryuichi O — Google review
The hotel has a great location but besides that okaish. The rooms are a bit shabby but still in good condition. The ventilation looks old, it's very noisy, but works somehow. Beds are a bit too soft and the pillows are not super comfortable. The fitness center is minimalistic but at least exists. The breakfast is obviously overpriced.
Aleksey S — Google review
We needed a hotel for 2 nights over the holiday weekend and the Scandic cost just a little bit more than some unknown hotels. We found it a good standard for a hotel chain. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. The only downside was that the shower is in the bath and you have to climb in. We arrived on bikes and the staff were very helpful to provide secure bike parking in a like used room of reception. Thank you!

Good rooms and a fairly good location. A 10 minute walk from the city center. They have a very nice sauna and a small gym. A bit confusing with two identical changing rooms but no information regarding which is for men and which is for women. I was always alone when using it so it didn't cause any problems.

Room was good size for family of 3. In room there was cattle, fridge, safe, tv. We had room with Vanna. Shower pressure was good. Car park was in -1 level and 24 hours cost 65 zloty. We did not have breakfast. Aircon was poor and loud, but we still managed to sleep quite good. Beds were comfy and hotel location was good for us. Internet was okay for us and I run wireless test with phone app.
Jani S — Google review
The hotel and rooms itself were really comfortable. Dinner and breakfast service was very nice, the staff was friendly. I also tried the gym there and the only thing I can point out is the absence of lighter dumbbells, there are 2kgs and then just 10kgs and highers which isn't really convenient for people exercising with lighter weights. Otherwise it was really good

Very disappointed. I have the highest membership level at Scandic which means I stay at Scandic a lot. Stayed 3 nights in Wroclaw. Not sure if I stayed at a hotel or hostel because they did not change any towels or emptied the garbage bin during my stay. I asked four times to get my room cleaned. 1. At check in. 2. In the morning after 1st night. 3. In afternoon because they did not cleaned the room. Then in the morning after 2nd night to remind them. After a long business trip that day (left early morning) I came back to the hotel at 20.00. To my surprised still not cleaned. What are the staff at Scandic Wroclaw doing? I cannot recommend staying here. Paying a lot of money but you get hostel service. You have to clean yourself, change towel yourself and empty garbage bin yourself. Terrible Service!!
Martin B — Google review
All the best. I really enjoy the stay in this hotel. Not expected to get such a super service and the room was also great. Plus for sauna and small yet convinient gym. But the best are breakfasts with plenty of food and variety of meals. All what you need. The only thing missing. I think to allow to run Netflix on the TV screen :D

Easy access to hotel with enough parking spaces. Rooms had AC, everything was clean, you have fridge and enough towels. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.

Something went wrong with the booking and we didn't get the room we ordered. The woman working at the reception was very nonchalant and mostly ignored us when we tried to explain that we gotten the wrong room, we had gor a substantially smaller room than the one we booked. She simply said that all the room were booked and that they could do nothing, after that she mostly ignored us when we tried to talk to her. We had to call the booking site to get a refund, and by that time it was already late and we were tired. The service at the Hotel, especially the woman at the reception was subpar at best. We expect better from staff who are there to help their costumers.

I had a good experience here. The staff was kind and helpful, the location great. Considering this is a relatively budget choice, expect a relative budget room. Perhaps a bit old, but large, equipped, and perfectly clean and functional. Nothing truly problematic and great for a short visit.

What a comfortable relaxing place to stay. Lovely spacious comfortable rooms with comfy beds and great bathrooms. A breakfast to die for. With a prime location just a short walk from the town square, it doesn't get much better than this.

Excellent hotel within 7 min walk to Stary Rynek. Quiet and of the main road. Room was good size with very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. All basics were covered, tv, kettle with tea and coffee, fridge, iron and iron board. Room was well soundproofed as we could not hear anyone around (hopefully they did not hear us 🤪).

Nice building and location, but reception looks like a dentist’s office and appliances in the rooms are from 10 years ago.

· I really liked the hotel and its facilities - the design is friendly for elderly and people with accessibility issues. This is rare to find in hotels (unless you specifically ask for it). This was some inspired universal design. Under other headings, it is conveniently located to explore the old town, has lots of options for stores and restaurants close by and is well connected to the central bus station/train station. Rooms were comfy as well. · Some facilities may need a little maintenance.

Wrocław Multimedia Fountain, the largest fountain in Poland and one of the biggest in Europe, is a captivating attraction located in Szczytnicki Park near the Centennial Hall. With 800 lights and 300 water jets, this majestic fountain offers enchanting choreographed shows set to classical and modern pop music. Visitors can enjoy these magical displays every hour during its operational months from April to October.
Great show. Definitely even better in the dark. The show started at 9:00 PM. I think the show is at regular intervals. It's worth going to see. There are small fountains next to it where the kids ran. Beautiful area and a nice big park.
Anu K — Google review
I absolutely loved this fountain. We went in the slightly damp and very cold weather which I wouldn’t recommend but the fountain itself I loved. The lights on the fountain in the dark was amazing. The music wasn’t very loud sadly but loud enough to hear and it was quiet when we went which was nice for us. I would give fair warning they play for about 15 mins on the hour each hour so we showed up with about 40 mins to wait and had to run around to stay warm so maybe be wiser then us.

Great place to spend the evening in the garden and walk around the fountain. Great performance and show. Bring your camping chairs or a blanket.

I love the big fountain. I was there during the day, it plays music and gives kinda like a show. I guess it’s more beautiful when it’s dark. The place is beautiful with cute flowers and surrounded by a lot of green
Channa M — Google review
Shows every hour. Music wasn't loud enough, so it isn't what I was expecting, however, for a free show, it was good. Plenty of space to watch the show, you can seat on the grass or in a chair by the bistro. It's a perfect place to come with friends of family. Next to my table, this guy proposed to his girlfriend, soooo romantic!
Paul C — Google review
I agree with many of the comments: great for being a free show, better at night than during the day, and the music is wonderfully curated.
Gib — Google review
This is one of the places which is surprising in a positivr way. Every hour you can enjoy an entertainment with music and water play having amug of coffee in front of the fountain. Also the place around it is pretty cool place to.spwnd some leisure time together.
Rafal K — Google review
Definitely worth visiting, a short trip from the city centre on the tram. The musical fountain show lasts for around 10 minutes and are on the hour, each hour, there is seating around the fountain. I suggest the best view is from the side of the fountain near the cafe/restaurants. There is a longer show near 10pm, but we didn’t attend this so cannot offer much more information.

Hydropolis is an innovative museum housed in a converted subterranean tank, offering an interactive and educational experience focused on water and the environment. The museum features eight thematic sections, including a 360-degree film showcasing the journey of water from the Big Bang to Earth's formation. Visitors can explore various exhibits such as observing microorganisms in a drop of water, interacting with replicas like the Trieste bathyscaphe, and relaxing in a space with sea sounds and bioluminescent jellyfish.
Amazing day out and is surpsingly big. Loved the water features when entering and then lots of information in Polish and in English. Everything was done new so modern technology mixed with historical facts and lots of interactive peices to keep you entertained

A great museum with an abundance of information about everything water from the its very chemical makeup to how we have used it sense the dawn of man. It has something for everyone and all ages. You could easily spend an entire day there if you wanted to read everything.

After my visit to Hydropolis Museum Wroclaw, I was truly very impressed with the rich history for the only science centre in Poland dedicated to water. Based on what I read about this amazing museum, I was surprised to know that in the 19th Century, this building originally served as a clean water reservoir as part of Wrocław’s waterworks system. -Until the year 2011, the facility continued functioning as part of the municipal water supply system. In 2015, this building was transformed into Hydropolis Museum dedicated entirely to water. If you wonder like me, what makes it so Unique Not Only in Poland but worldwide. Here are some features that will dazzle your brain with new knowledge. This museum is actually an underground reservoir about 4,600 m². It exhibits nine thematic zones exploring water from cosmic origins to modern urban systems. This is truly amazing historical place you must visit and enjoy the history of your country. I highly recommend it. You will be glad you did. I have to thank the dedication and hard work of all the museum staff for the job well done👍♥️.

The National Museum in Wrocław is housed in a magnificent 19th-century building and is considered one of the most significant art museums in Poland. It comprises four branches, including the Main Building, 'Panorama Raclawicka' Museum, Ethnographic Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in the Four Domes Pavilion.
A really great discovery. Not enormous or big but lots of paintings and other objects related to polish art. If not for the compound ticket for the Panorama, I would not have visited it to my detriment. Go there and enjoy it after going yo the Panorama.

A wonderful museum featuring all things Poland. From permanent exhibitions of art, religion and history to modern temporary exhibitions on fashion in the 1970s. Definitely worth a visit. Your entrance to the permanent exhibits is free if you have visited the Panorama Museum in the past 3 months (if a ticket is saved and shown). There is also a free cloakroom to store anything while you look around.

Absolutely worth to visit. Temporary collection of Rubens art but also a permanent collection of European art, Salesian art, Panorama Raclawicka creation process and glass and clothing collections. Everything for everyone. I was mesmerised by the broad collection of European paintings. Honestly recommend to visit National Museum in Wroclaw
Monika M — Google review
A must-visit for art and history enthusiasts. Located at pl. Powstańców Warszawy 5, this museum boasts an extensive collection of Polish and European art, spanning from the Middle Ages to contemporary times. Highlights include medieval Silesian sculptures, Renaissance and Baroque paintings, and modern works by artists like Tadeusz Makowski and Magdalena Abakanowicz. The museum’s building, an architectural gem from the late 19th century, is adorned with ivy that changes color with the seasons, adding to its charm. Inside, the exhibitions are well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the diverse collections. Visitors should note that while the museum offers a rich cultural experience, some information may not be available in English, which could be a consideration for non-Polish speakers. Additionally, certain sections might benefit from updated presentation techniques to engage younger audiences better. At least they are very handicap friendly with access for wheelchairs, and braille and other installations for the blind. The museum is open daily from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Admission is free on Saturdays, providing an excellent opportunity for budget-conscious travelers to explore the permanent exhibitions. You are encouraged to check in your coat and bags at the locker area near the entrance. Overall, the National Museum in Wrocław offers a comprehensive look into Poland’s artistic heritage and is a worthwhile stop for anyone interested in art and history.

Lots to see, many exhibits like paintings, wooden carvings, and metal work. It was cool during the summer. There is no crowd at all on the weekday afternoon. Elevators to go up 3 floors. Cafe for rest and drinks. Many of the exhibits are not behind glass barriers, so you can see close up of actual exhibit. They have coffins, too. Probably take 2 hours to see everything. Easy to navigate as you follow one direction.

DoubleTree by Hilton Wroclaw is a modern and luxurious hotel located in the OVO Wroclaw complex, offering contemporary rooms and suites. The hotel features a restaurant/bar, spa, and indoor pool for a relaxing stay. Situated near the city center, it provides easy access to attractions such as Old Town Market Square and the National Museum.
Overall we had a nice stay. We had a family connecting room consisting of one big room with a double bed and bathroom and another room with twin beds. The rooms are split by a door. The rooms are really big for a family of 3-4 family members. Staff of the hotel were nice and polite, always trying to answer promptly at the requests. In one of the nights we had an issue with some noise (loud voices) coming apparently from the next room. I went to the reception at 4.00 AM and the person there offered to solve this. Thank you, David, for making sure we would be able to continue our sleep that night. The second day we found in the room a small gift and card, with apologies for the encountered situation. We appreciated this gesture a lot! Breakfast is also good, with a lot of varied choices. The only minus would be that for people with gluten intolerance, they could only offer bread, no other sweets or products were available.

Hotel was modern and in good condition. Check in was swift and smooth. As a gold member I was a bit disappointed not to get an upgrade or lounge access but appreciate its not guaranteed. The rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped. For the negative part, breakfast was repetitive especially when on a 4 night stay. The lack of vegetarian alternatives such as sausages was disappointing and to my experience unheard of as they are usually available on request but not in this case. There were some good healthy options such as chia seed based foods and a smoothie station. The breakfast service was good, not sure how I feel about the little member status flags on the table though. Room service menu was extensive and catered for many dietary needs. Turnaround time was quick too. Location is good for around the main square area but based on the clientele, i felt it was more for people on business trips. Transport options ate literally on doorstep. Overall, pleasant experience with well equipped, maintained rooms, some menu improvements could be made.

Comparing this hotel to those of Polish brands is not really fair. The service was just okay. Upon arrival, I didn't feel very welcomed, and I didn't receive any advice about the hotel, parking, or things to do in the area. The next day, when I inquired about the city center, the staff showed little interest in helping me beyond giving directions. Additionally, I learned that if you don't book breakfast on the first day, you'll pay more for it later—a detail they failed to mention during check-in. The breakfast itself was mediocre by Polish standards, with a minimal amount of food, unlike what one might expect at Polish hotels. My first and last stay here. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was decent.

Sorry I had a rushed review yesterday. I must say the entirety of our stay at your hotel was awesome! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful it really made the stay very pleasant. The room, lounge, bar, and breakfast were all awesome Thanks so much. We will be back!

We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently excellent—helpful and professional throughout. We stayed on the Executive Floor and appreciated the lounge access. The evening snacks were different each night, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also a highlight—easily one of the best we've had at a hotel in some time.

Good quality and superb service. We felt welcome from the start. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent breakfast buffet with impressive variety of dishes and tastes. Brilliant location very close to Old Town and City Center. There is a Shopping Mall across the street. Good offer for SPA with 15% discount. Executive Lounge was ok too. We will be back!

Very nice hotel. Pleasant rooms, friendly staff, close to the old part of the city too. Had great quality breakfast as well. No complaints, all was absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful hotel! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and the staff at breakfast and at the restaurant were kind and helpful. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. As a gold member we were happy and thankful for the upgrade to the Executive Floor If you are a parent there is lovely space for kids to play while you have a glass of wine I was a bit disappointed though with the housekeeping staff that never in 4 days of our stay brought us a new cup after my friend left her teacup by mistake downstairs at the lobby the first morning. The beds we done in a weird way for some reason, the first day it wasn’t like this but after that they kept making leaving the duvet/blanket outside and I had to put my blanket under my bed every night by myself!! Never have I seen a blanket done in this way. When I usually stay at the Hilton chain we have shower caps in the room and after one has been used they are replenished the next day, no shower caps in rooms (we had to request them at reception) and after the first use they were never put back in the room. My friend’s cap broke the first time and she didn’t want to go to reception to ask for a shower cap again. Another point (not as important) but at check out no one asked how was your stay or anything, a cold check-out and a goodbye.

Island
Ostrów Tumski in Wrocław is a historically and architecturally significant site, featuring remnants of early habitation, including a wooden church. Situated on the Oder River, it is the oldest part of the town and the center of religious life with numerous churches and chapels. Notable buildings include Hala Ludowa 'People's Hall,' an extraordinary example of European architecture's early fascination with reinforced concrete.
This is probably the most picturesque place to visit in Wroclaw. 📷 The architecture and skyline were amazing. Small bridges connecting these islands make it more attractive.

A must-visit spot full of history, charm, and peaceful beauty. Walking through its cobbled streets surrounded by stunning Gothic architecture feels like stepping back in time. The cathedral is breathtaking, and the whole area offers a perfect mix of culture and calm. A true highlight of the city
Olga K — Google review
Undoubtedly, Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski) is the heart and spiritual soul of Wroclaw. Hidtirically, the current Gothic cathedral is the fifth iteration, built in the 13th–14th century that makes it the first  Gothic church in Poland. It has twin towers and the interior has breath taking instructure. blends Gothic structure with Baroque and Renaissance details added over centuries. Based on historical documents, the cathedral was heavily damaged in WWII when German forces used it as an ammunition depot. However,  its post-war reconstruction is the proof and testament of the huge work that has been done to keep it in such a stunning and amazing piece of art in Wrocław. I hope you have the chance to visit such a wonderful historical place that will dazzle your brain with knowledge and the pride of your country.

Very nice view at night and worth to take a walk along the promenade. Just opposite of the Hala Tagorwa. Cross the bridge and around 7 mins walk.

Probably the most interesting part of Wroclaw if you look for less touristy places. It is the oldest part of the town located withing walking distance from the main square. Great to wander around and to spot the lamplighter at dusk. He lights all 90 gas lamps every single days! Worth the wait....

A fantastic place to visit , great architecture, wonderful churches that must a visit. Climb up in the Gothic Church for a wonderful panoramic view of the island and of the Old City. A couple of steps and an elevator will take you up. A must seen if you are in Wrocław. By the way it’s an easy 10 min. walk from the Old Town of Wrocław
Robert R — Google review
One of my absolutely favourite places in Wroclaw!! Definitely a MUST SEE! Plus cause of it’s very central location incredibly easy to reach! It’s the oldest part of the city of Wroclaw. It was formerly an island between branches of the Oder River. Archaeological excavations have shown that the western part of Ostrov Tumski, between the Church of St. Martin and the Holy Cross, was the first area to be inhabited. The first, wooden church (St. Martin), dating from the 10th century, was surrounded by defensive walls built on the banks of the river. The island had approximately 1,500 inhabitants at that time. The first constructions on Ostrov Tumski were built in the 10th century by the Piast dynasty, and were made from wood. The first building from solid material was St. Martin's chapel, built probably at the beginning of the eleventh century by Benedictine monks. Not long after the first cathedral was raised, in place of the small church. Religious buildings appeared in Ostrov Tumski because during the Congress of Gniezno in AD 1000, it was decided to create a bishopric in Wrocław.

First class in great location. Rooms clean and comfortable but could do with a safe... it would be far more use than an ironing board. Food certainly above average, but breakfast staff could do with cheering up, not a smile or word from any of them. Would I go again?...Yes

This Hotel is so close to the Town Centre. Location as a whole is excellent. I took loads of walks for hours. There's a lot you can get up to. Breakfast was very good in the Hotel. The Reception Crew were excellent with providing information. I am going to visit again as it seemed I haven't done much which is a positive.

Qubus was great for our stay, the staff were very friendly and the check-in was straightforward. Location is 10/10, literally 2 minutes walk from the main square of Wrocław. Hotel has all amenities required, also has a solarium, swimming pool, spa area and jacuzzi. They are currently renovating the hotel so there is a lot of noise on some floors but it is only through the week and it finishes by 5pm. We didn’t know this at the time and asked for our room to be moved away from the noise and the staff were happy to help and let us change rooms, any issues we had were promptly attended to by reception staff - very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was worth the money and was really good quality. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and have a luxurious feel

I cant praise this hotel enough. Fantastic location just seconds away from the main square. Great selection of food for breakfast, even a waffle maker! . Rooms were comfortable with good noise insulation. I also requested to keep the room to 6pm on the day of checkout which was no problem at all with a very reasonable charge. Don’t forget to try the swimming pool & sauna. The staff were all friendly and helpful . The next time I’m back in Wroclaw I’ll be staying here .

Out of our 10-day trip across Poland, this hotel was by far the highlight — and we didn’t even use the spa! The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside is that parking is a bit expensive, but overall, this is an outstanding place to stay and well worth it.

My stay at this hotel left only the best impressions. It is truly a 5-star property where everything is carefully thought out. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable furniture and high-quality amenities. The atmosphere in the hotel is both cozy and elegant, creating a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. I especially want to highlight the staff – always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. You can truly feel the genuine care for guests, which makes the stay worry-free. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to the main city attractions. This is definitely a place I would love to return to, as it provides everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality, comfort, and top-level service.

My husband and I took a trip to explore Wroclaw. I picked this hotel based off the amenities and location. The price of the hotel was very reasonable I couldn't believe it for it to be a 5 star hotel. The staff were so nice and prompt with everything I asked. The room was clean and the view was pretty. The decor in the room was very modern. I received a spa treatment during our 3 day stay which was also great. After I relaxed and enjoyed the other rooms on the spa floor. We even stopped by the garden cafe they had and chilled for a while. My husband and I were blown away by our experience, definitely 5 stars. I would visit again or even try other hotels they may have.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The service is excellent and made us feel always welcome. The room is nicely decorated, and the view from our room was just magnificent. We highly recommend it and will be staying again. The location is good if you are okay with using public transport.

The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The room was very tech savvy and I overlooked a gorgeous building. The wellness area was on the top floor and overlooked the city, lots of plants and light! Two saunas and a steam room. Plenty of beds to lie on after. We unfortunately missed out on the rooftop bar (open wed-saturday). It was really lovely getting to walk past the Cathedral every day! Beautiful stroll into the centre!
Kate W — Google review
Excellent location, the rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful and eager to offer advice. There is a garage, but you can also park in several public parking spots near the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of food options.

Was very excited about staying at this hotel, but upon check in, we were told the hotel is full and they could not fulfill our request for a room on a high floor, away from the elevator (which we had requested upon booking and separately emailed to confirm prior to our arrival). Instead, we were put on a low floor, very close to the elevator, with a very poor view. For a 5 star hotel, we expected more from customer service when it came to our only request.

This is exactly what I’m looking for in a hotel! Great location, very quite rooms due to concrete walls, super attentive staff, modern bathroom, amazing breakfast. Efficient gym, spa with a view. Great selection of alcohol-free drinks and bar snacks. Thank you for a great stay.

I do not recommend this hotel. I had a chance to visit beautiful Wroclaw however this hotel destroyed completely my whole trip. I wasn’t informed during check in that above my room are building works. 7:00 am banging and drilling wake me up. After my call to reception they stopped and in next few hours started again, ignoring the fact they have quests still in the hotel. I had to leave this hotel earlier than I really wanted. Very poor customer service too, as they don’t understand hotel guests and their reason to be there.

Superb value hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, large and even had a small kitchenette with a fridge. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the market square or a quick tram/bus ride from nearby. My only criticism is the air-conditioning wasnt working in our room making it quite warm. I'd certainly return.

Our welcome was lovely! Room was perfect for us love how it was set out only downside I'd say was the smell as you walked in every time it smelt like sewers but apart from that it was fantastic and we'd stay again. The noise outside if you're a light sleeper and near the main road can be annoying I heard every bang, someone's alarm, someone's dog barking, babies crying, motorbike, police sirens etc but if you're a heavy sleeper like my hubby 🤣 you'll be just fine! 😆 It didn't affect my mood as I went for xmas markets so we were just excited to be there. If you like a walk it's only 15mins to go into the city. The taxis we got were fantastic and lovely people! The beds are very soft. There's a lidl about 5/10mins walk from the hotel too. Airports not expensive in a taxi either. We loved our first visit to Poland 🇵🇱 ♥️

The room is quite simple and sound insuation is poor. I stayed there 3 nights but there was a big group of teenagers staying there in the same time. They were very disrespected to the other visitors, quite noisy and knocked on my door several times two nights in a row. They played the music very loud in the early morning and shouting, laughing in the corridor. I have reflected this situation to the FD but the issue was remaining. There is an empty land next to the hotel. Perhap there will be a new building coming up. I guess why there are some reveiws about the construction noise. I won't choose this hotel again once I come back to Wrolcaw.

We are part of group. Unfortunately I get COVID on the day of arrival . Clearly because of social responsibility I immediately messaged hotel and asked for cancellation and refund. But!!! They told that they can cancel and for them it is not a problem that I will come to the hotel in that condition!!! Be aware of that hotel. Hygiene and client safety isn’t an issue for them!!!

The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the bus station from and to the airport and 10 minutes away from the city center. There are bars, stores, restaurants around the hotel as one of the main streets to the center. The staff was VERY pleasant and a bit shy (I suppose they're not used getting something sweet ☺️ to make their afternoon at work a bit pleasant. The room was very comfortable. There was a water boiler, coffee and tea, bottled water in a small kitchen. Coming from minimalistic Denmark, in Citi hotel food was delicious, lot's of combinations to enjoy in, cheeses, meats, freshly made eggs such as cold, breads, veggies for salads, some dishes with fish, fruit, desserts, cereals.., something for everyone. I'm a sucker for pastries and sernik it cheesecake was just awesome with a splash of jam. Breakfast was served before 7 am so I enjoyed the food before leaving. Shortly, I enjoyed staying here and will come again to enjoy in Wroclaw as well. 🌟 Definitely recommending 🌟
Kristian B — Google review
Comfortable big rooms around 10 minutes by car from the center. The rooms were clean, with big beds and with nice bathrooms, which also had a bathtub. Excellent price for these rooms. The kitchen had a small fridge, but only a few dishes and I had to use a cup for eating some granola for breakfast. Our room was at the ground floor and unfortunately in the morning after 5-6am we could here people talking from outside or cars speeding at the main road. Also, the reception staff could be a bit more friendly. They were rarely greeting us whenever we were passing. We didn't try breakfast. We were lucky with parking as we could always find a free spot at the nearby alley. There is also paid parking.

Nestled near the bustling Market Square, the Four Denominations District is a captivating area in Wroclaw that beautifully showcases the city’s diverse cultural heritage. This unique neighborhood features four distinct places of worship: the Evangelical Church of Divine Providence, St. Anthony Catholic Church, The White Stork Synagogue, and The Nativity of Saint Mary Orthodox Church. Each temple represents a different faith community, symbolizing harmony and mutual respect among various religions.
Wonderful place for a city break. You can try the food enjoy the architecture and feel the history of the place. Poland is picking up and one can find excellent quality be that service or products. I would wholeheartedly recommend visiting Wroclaw and enjoy the vibe of the city. Don't miss out the place in the evenings when different attractions take place in the square.

Nestled right in the heart of Wroclaw's Old Town, Korona Hotel Wroclaw Market Square offers an unbeatable location just steps from the vibrant Market Square. This informal hotel boasts modern interiors and a stylish industrial-style restaurant/bar, making it a perfect spot for both leisure and business travelers alike. Guests can enjoy comfortable accommodations at reasonable prices while soaking in views of the town hall and lively square below.
Korona Hotel Wroclaw Market Square boasts an exceptional location, just steps away from the heart of Wroclaw’s historic Old Town. Its proximity to the Market Square makes it an ideal base for exploring the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel features a clean and minimalist design, offering a comfortable and uncluttered environment. Our room was standard, equipped with a mini-fridge, which was convenient for storing beverages and snacks. However, it lacked certain amenities such as slippers and bathrobes, which are often expected in hotels of this category. Our room faced the inner courtyard, providing a quiet atmosphere, though the view was limited to a close-up of the adjacent wall. For guests seeking a more scenic outlook, it might be worth requesting a room with a view of the Market Square. Parking is available nearby, which is a significant advantage given the hotel’s central location. It’s important to note that the parking facility is not directly adjacent to the hotel, so a short walk is required. In summary, Korona Hotel Wroclaw Market Square offers a prime location with clean and functional accommodations. While it may lack some luxury amenities, its central position and straightforward comfort make it a suitable choice for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

A fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, making it a great base for exploring the city’s main attractions on foot. TIP: The location can get a bit noisy at night during weekends, so packing a pair or earplugs can’t hurt if you’re a light sleeper. The historic building has been beautifully renovated, combining classic architecture with modern comforts. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and generally quiet despite the central location, though some facing the square may pick up a bit of street noise—something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The staff is friendly and helpful, and check-in is usually smooth. Special thanks to George for the fast and friendly service! If you’re staying a few nights, take time to explore the nearby Market Square, try local restaurants and cafes, and consider a day trip to Centennial Hall or the nearby Japanese Garden. One thing to be aware of is that parking can be tricky. The hotel doesn’t have its own on-site parking, and public parking in the Old Town area is limited and can get expensive. If you’re arriving by car, it’s worth calling ahead to ask about nearby options or using a park-and-ride solution. Also, due to the central location, expect some foot traffic and events in the square, which can bring both charm and occasional noise. Overall, Korona Hotel is a solid choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of Wroclaw and enjoy a blend of convenience, comfort, and local flair.

We struck gold staying here. Very good value for money also. Our room was clean, great size and storage, plugs next to the beds too. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The parking for the hotel is a short few minutes walk away, don’t let the off site parking put you off, it’s still very convenient. I’ve already recommended this hotel to other family members if they come to visit.

A really fantastic hotel in an amazing location, right on the main square in Wroclaw. The staff spoke very good English and were friendly. The hotel itself is modern, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved the fact that the bottled water and coffee was restocked complimentary each day. Our room had a view over the main square which was even better and to be fair we could not really hear much from the square when the window was closed. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Wroclaw as you cannot beat the location and quality of this hotel. If there is one thing to improve it would be the TV channels as there was only one English channel to watch (Al Jazeera).

The location is amazing. All hotel staff made us feel at home. The reception staff were completely solution-oriented. We couldn't make it to breakfast for 2 days due to our schedule, the kitchen staff prepared very nice lunch boxes for our 11 person group. Thank you for everything.

Location wise was really convenient right in market square and easy to find. The room was clean , no problem there. The one issue is had was with the front desk service. Felt like we were treated like we were an inconvenience and had only made one request during my stay of new towels and a issue with the room key. So if you dont care about that, on location wise its good. But for myself dont plan on booking another time due to poor front desk service.

all in all 5 stars, couple of nitpicks: bathroom has no shelves to put stuff onto. and bed was so-so. internet has lots of hickups. breakfast was all right, but pancakes need maple syrup and bacon should be crispy. bread wasn't the freshest. room has great a/c and location is beyond excellent, bring ear plugs if you're easily disturbed by night life noise. great staff.

If you can afford to upgrade to a superior room, I can highly recommend it, as you are getting nearly double the footprint as well as getting a safe, sofa bed, table chairs and desk space. A big thank you to the staff for providing us with Room 326, which was a corner room and facing directly opposite us is the town hall. We reckon we had the best view in the city. I would also like to thank them for accommodating a later check-out as we had an evening flight and sorting out the printing of our boarding passes. Why only 3 stars then? We booked the reservation directly with the hotel via their hotel link which took us to a third party booking and payment system called Profit Rooms. We were issued with a payment reference and subsequently received an email from the hotel confirming the booking, so we believed at the time that payment had been taken in full from my credit card which does not charge for non sterling transaction fees. It was when checking into the hotel the night duty receptionist requested payment, which somewhat surprised us, as we understood the full amount of the stay had already been paid, but it hadn't. I then phoned the credit card provider using their automated system whilst in reception to carry out a balance check which did indeed confirm that no payment relating to this reservation had been applied. Upon realising this I handed over the same credit card to attempt a full payment, but to our shock, the card had been declined. At the time, we saw no reason for this, but being the middle of the night, there was no-one I could speak to from the bank until the morning. In the meantime, I was advised by the receptionist that I needed to make some form of payment, otherwise he would be unable to release the room. Very reluctantly I had no other choice but to use my debit card instead to make the room reservation instead, which was accepted without issue, but left us in a difficult and worrying situation. In the morning I called the bank regarding the declined credit card and they informed me the reason the card was declined because the original payment from Profit Rooms was flagged up on their systems as a suspicious transaction, which we were unaware of. I immediately spoke to your reception to check whether the third-party booking company was legitimate, which she said it was. I then called back the bank to confirm all was well and the block was lifted. The lady in reception then very kindly helped me to reapply the reservation under the credit card and then refund the payment applied on the debit card the night before. The problem is, the debit card applies a non-sterling transaction fee of £24.90 (approximately 122.41zl) which they didn't refund because the problem wasn't caused by them. As the issue had arisen due to the hotel's payment system and lack of notification of the rejected payment, it really spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. Finally just a few small suggestions to greatly improve the breakfast experience: 1. Please do not water down any of the breakfast juices - ever. 2. Where were the jams? Strawberry, apricot etc? 3. Please keep the hot food items piping hot and the chilled juices and milk refrigerated in the serving area. Otherwise the selection of breakfast items is reasonably varied and good. I hope you will take on the feedback because this hotel has so much going for it, including the clean, modern rooms and the fabulous central location.

A wonderful, cozy, and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Great location, close to the Old Town. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I really appreciate the option to have coffee or tea in the room ☕️ I’ve seen many reviews where people were disappointed about the windows not opening, but in my opinion, the air conditioning is excellent, so there’s no real need to open the windows.

This hotel was superb! First, you can’t beat the location and parking onsite at an additional fee. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked great! Rooms were squeaky clean and in addition, we visited the sauna which was a bonus! Also very clean! Staff were welcoming and helpful!

Comfy stay close to the action. Friendly check-in set the tone right away. The room was spacious, the bed comfy — though the pillow could use a little personality upgrade. Breakfast had a solid spread of hot and cold options, and the coffee actually did its job (bless). Parking available. Only a 10-minute walk to the historical center, so location-wise, you’re winning.

Great location, easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. We turned up on a Sunday afternoon without a booking and were able to easily book a room and check in. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All amenities included and parking on site was very convenient. Staff were friendly, great stay for a night in Wroclaw!

I stayed here just for one night and everything was great. The location is perfect — right in the city center. Big thanks to Adam at the reception, he was super friendly and helpful. There’s parking both outside and underground, which is really convenient. The room had everything I needed: a comfy bed (okay, the pillows weren’t ideal, but that’s probably just me — changing pillows after 30 is tough haha), a nice bathroom, and even a good view. Plus, there’s a sauna and gym included, which was a lovely bonus. I’d definitely come back!

The hotel is wonderful. Clean. Cozy. Quiet. Nice staff. But the breakfasts! It feels like the pieces of ham are counted based on the number of guests and not one more. No pates. No salads. Everything is in small plates and jars. You doubt whether you can treat yourself to this, because there is not enough food for the next person. The price of the breakfast does not correspond to the meager variety.

Good location, great view, quite room. No shower gel or hair conditioner. Smart TV didn't work.

Lovely hotel, located just a couple of minutes walk to the city center. They offer parking in their underground garage, at an extra charge, but it is a great option and safe. The room was spacious, clean, perfect shower, mini fridge available, air conditioned, with a really comfortable bed (we had a fantastic rest). Breakfast was delicious, so many good options to choose from, good coffee, good pastries. Staff was also friendly. I can only recommend this place!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Wroclaw, Haston Old Town offers a refined retreat just a stone's throw from iconic landmarks like Wroclaw University and the bustling Market Square. This elegant hotel features polished rooms and suites that promise comfort with their sleek designs and well-regulated air conditioning. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected while exploring the charming Stare Miasto district.
I chose the hotel because I knew I would want a nice breakfast to start my morning- it exceeded my expectations. My only issue was that my room did not have more than 1 bar of wifi if I walked any further into the room than the bathroom by the entrance. This was a problem because I wanted to do work at the desk or use my phone on my bed. The solution to this was they suggested I do my work in the lounge by the lobby.

We stayed three nights in a twin room. The room was spotless, comfortable, light and with a very pretty view. All staff we interacted with were very professional yet friendly and welcoming. Its location is fabulous - two minutes walk from a tram stop and just a few minutes walk from the market square. A very quiet location despite its convenience. Many tasty restaurants nearby.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms were quite large and spacious, bed was comfortable and so very quiet ensuring a good nights sleep The whole of the hotel was spotless which is so important to me Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The room opposite the reception desk had hot drinks and water 24 hours a day all for free which was handy after being out all day, although there were coffee/tea making facilities in the room but the coffee machine had lots of options for different coffees The staff were so friendly always greeted us with a smile, but a special shout out to Svitlana who checked us in and gave us so much information about what to see and do and what restaurants other guests have recommended She is a real asset to your hotel Should we ever return to Wroclaw I wouldn’t stay anywhere else Highly recommended

I loved staying at this hotel! The room was lovely, the staff were great, and the location is amazing. It's only a few minutes walk from the main square, but it's on a on a peaceful side street without any of the noise. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a nice amenity. The only thing I didn't love was that there wasn't a barrier to where the shower ended in the bathroom. I think it was supposed to be modern and cool, but it ended up with water going everywhere and soaking the bath mat. Just a slight annoyance though, and I would still definitely return to stay here again!

Chose this hotel (apartHotel) after reading reviews that it's location was excellent. This definitely proved to be the case. The hotel was in a quiet side street. We received a warm welcome on arrival late in the evening. Reception is manned 24 hours. Our room and bathroom were spacious, well equipped and very clean. As were all parts of the hotel we used. There was an excellent selection of hot and cold fresh foods available for the buffet breakfast, many items changed each day. Any type of eggs were available to be freshly prepared upon request. When entering the hotel reception area, there is a room situated to the right. This has a coffee machine, pastries, chocolates, bottled water and fruit available at any time.

Our room has been very loud. We kept coming down to the front desk talking to different staff members and nobody would do any effort to move us to different room. We are stuck here for next 4 days. Unlike any other hotels nobody will care if your room has an issue. Awful experience, I do not reccomend.

Very nice hotel. Good location. It is green and calm around the hotel. The staff and service are excellent. I've never experienced such friendly service before. Reception pays attention on details. For instance, we ordered food delivery. They met courier, prepare plated and cutlery and brought it all together to our room. They also suggested some drinks. It feels like you are at home. Thank you very much!

We came late in the evening, and haven’t booked in advance. Lady at reception kindly showed us several room options, she was very patient and helpful. Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing. Breakfast was tasty:) Thank you Grape Hotel!

This is a fabulous hotel with a terrific restaurant and a very impressive wine collection. On a quiet, tree-lined street, it is located very close to beautiful parks and gardens as well as the zoo and other attractions. Only a short tram ride away from old town and other attractions, we appreciated the quietness of the location. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Our stay was so pleasant and we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wroclaw. The rooms are tasteful and very clean and the hotel is a lovely converted manor house, so there is lots of character.

I spent a weekend at Grape Hotel in december and I can only recommend it from he bottom of my heart. First of all the location: It is a beautiful old villa situated in a calm street, but very close to the center. The next tram station is 2 min by foot and it takes you about 10 min to the center. The area is absolutely calm, you can sleep like a baby. We stayed in the MOSEL room which is a very very nice and big room. The interieur, furniture etc is high class, at the same time the atmosphere is very homely and warm, not like a anonymous luxury hotel. Another plus: The Spa is opened 24 h! Above all I must send my love to the staff. Always friendly and warm, always helpful. I felt like that during my stay and I got the ultimate proof, when I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel and the staff did everything to send it back, despite some difficulties (parcel got lost). Thank you again for that. And I wish everyone going there a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed here for a little over a week for a work trip. The stay was great! The accommodations are well above the daily rates, from my experience. It's a little ways out from the main part of the city, but taxi rides were dirt cheap and only took a few minutes to show up once one was requested at the front desk.

This hotel is exceptional, really exceptional, so lovely, so welcoming, top of my list of places to stay. Some really nice touches, the room i am in is called Pinot Noir, its very red, very plush, has everything you could need. The hotel is very well located, quiet street but only a short walk from a lot of activity. The food in the restaurant is brilliant, top top quality, and obviously the wine choice is very good. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

FANTASTIC BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. Lovely room with an amazing marble bathroom. Very helpful staff who opened the jacuzzi just for us. Very good fine dine restaurant with a wine library to choose from. BREAKFAST was BEST I've ever had in a hotel.
Alister — Google review
Visited the restaurant, but did not stay at the hotel proper. Despite a classical setting in a large turn-of-the-century villa, furniture, decorations & overall atmosphere are quite hip. The menu is rather short, but features some exciting ingredients, and items we tried were executed with great care for presentation & taste, with titillating tricks like stock poured on a plated dish to create cool dry ice fog or a meringue cracked to reveal a scoop of ice cream inside. Portions are on the small side, and allow for picking an appetizer and a main course without feeling too guilty. There are also two degustation menus with optional wine pairings. Staff were very attentive & friendly, and creatively accommodated our deviations from the script, e.g, skipping items on a menu prix-fixe, or making up a dessert not on the menu.

We loved our stay at inQse! We had an apartment room in the corner. It was exactly perfect, with modern amenities. The sofa could be transformed into a bed, so my brother and I had separate bedrooms each. It was already made up on arrival (we'd requested separate beds). Some noise from the tram tracks, but nothing unreasonable for being so close to the city center! One minus: we didn't find curtains or roller shutters to keep the light out. Luckily I had a sleep mask with me.

Clean, nice, great location, but a bit noisy because of the tram line. The girl at the reception is friendly and nice. Cons: the apartment was not cleaned for 4 days, towels were not changed. Otherwise everything was fine😊

Absolutely lovely apartment, very tidy and clean, well furnished with a good size kitchen. Amazing views over the river to the beautiful university building, and a quick 5 minute walk to the old town. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and all in all it was an amazing stay! My only complaint? It would be nice if there were cushions for the seats we had on the roof terrace. Still 5/5 stay. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Wroclaw.

I start saying "Bad services" for one of amazing Apartment. Apartment wide and amazing view with luxury things. But unfortunately can accommodate for 4 max not for 6 adults. Negative: Parking without remote: Calling reception by mobile everytime want open Parking door. Wifi: Guide available for wifi but not working. Reception doesn't care and reply "no one to fix during weakened" Although you pay more in weakened. Laura bad reception 👎 and don't care of customers. 2-4 hours calling no answer phone call. Later Maya good reception with good respect although she is new and doesn't know everything.

My stay at Wroclaw Marina was fantastic! The location was perfect, offering both a central spot to explore the city and a peaceful retreat. The decor added a unique charm to the place. I'll definitely be returning for another delightful stay.

I have often read about the capsulehotels in Hong Kong and Japan but little did I know I unconsciously booked one myself..in Poland. Unless you are four hobbits on a quest to save the world from evil and needing a place to stay on the way, I would not advise to book this room for 4 people. The room barely fits 4 beds and what remains of space is taken in by a small armchair and a closet. If you have some luggage it might be a good solution to hang it outside the window. Please ask your doctor for advice if you suffer from claustrophobia. The bathroom is 2/3 the size of the room which we can consider a reasonably good thing given the circumstances, but the only real plus is the proximity to the city center.

Unfortunately, we were forced to run away and look for another place to stay at the last minute, which resulted in huge costs for us. I don't recommend it to anyone. Despite the flood situation in Wrocław, the owner did not want to cancel the reservation or even reschedule it free of charge (due to the flood, friends changed the date of the event). His only argument was that over 1.5 weeks earlier I should already interpreate weather forecast and predict (which even experts could not do at that time) that such a serious situation would happen. Additionally, the argument that if I had let them know earlier, someone else would have book place instead of me - I don't know who would come to a city with closed bridges, where residents are piling bags on the banks as tourist - someone crazy for sure.
Wojciech C — Google review
I would not recommend this to anyone. It was advertised as having air conditioning and parking, but neither were available upon arrival. The apartment had a strong, awful smell of smoke, even though it was listed as non-smoking—it was so bad it was difficult to breathe inside. The place was very noisy day and night, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. On top of that, several things were broken, including the bed, which made sleeping even more uncomfortable. After checking past reviews, we saw that people had already complained about the broken bed as far back as 2023—and clearly, nothing has been fixed since then. To make matters worse, the host didn’t respond at all, even after we reached out with questions and concerns. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Do not book this place—it’s not as advertised and clearly not cared for.

(Translated by Google) I have no idea where these negative opinions come from. Very good contact with the owner, very nice decor, great location, everything was close (station, shops, gallery, bus stops, market). Towels, coffee machine, toilet paper, tea were there. Overall it was clean, only the sofa needs refreshing. On hot days the fan provided relief. Perfect for a short trip to the city. The photo of the staircase that someone posted in an older review is probably from a different place, because it looks completely different, there is nothing to be afraid of. The WiFi is indeed slow, but I guess in the 21st century everyone has internet on their phone and it shouldn't be a problem for them, apart from that you can take a break from the phone for a while. The TV and fridge are functional. Overall I recommend it 😄 (Original) Absolutnie nie wiem skąd te negatywne opinie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo ładny wystrój, lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie było blisko (dworzec, sklepy, galeria, przystanki, rynek). Ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, papier toaletowy, herbata były. Racławice Panorama is a must-see attraction in Wroclaw, Poland. This circular building houses a 360-degree painting depicting the 1794 battle, along with maps and videos providing historical context. The city of Wroclaw offers numerous other attractions such as Ostrow Tumski, Cathedral Island, adorable gnome statues scattered around the city, and the impressive Centennial Hall.
IT WAS GORGEOUS, it will probably be one of the best things you'll see in your entire life. There's a new "performance" every 30 minutes, but I suggest you buy your ticket in advance to avoid waiting outside for too long. 🎟️ The price is worth it but it's so beautiful that 30 minutes are way too short to admire it to its fullest. There are also free audio-guides in many different languages that explain the history of the painting and describe it; but PERSONALLY I'd have preferred it without it (because it gave a bit of confusion because I focused on what the voice was saying instead of the actual painting).

It was Amazing! If you are in Wroclaw it's a must see. My husband loved it. The panoramic painting is huge and it's designed this way for you to imagine to be in the middle of the battle. The session is 30 minutes long and the narrative is in Polish however if you need a translation please ask once you are inside. It's a beautiful beautiful piece of art. You won't regret it. It's about Polish uprising and Kosciuszko.

I have to admit my boyfriend suggested this as a destination to go and see and I kind of thought no at the time but after going I genuinely think it was fantastic. It’s very cheap which is a bonus obviously. But you go In we bought a ticket before and you go up as a group you see the paining and they have translator devices so we chose English which if you have earphones is great and if you don’t you have to just hold the thing up to your ear. You hear all about the painting and they talk you through different sections as you walk around. It is genuinely impressive how they integrate the 360 art work with some scenery and props and lighting they’ve added to give you the immersed experience. All in all only took about 30 mins from getting there to leaving if that but it was fantastic and well worth a visit. As an aside, going during school hours will probably mean it’s full of class trips, so plan the journey that suits you. Although they sat at the side and didn’t get in the way on our trip.

A great and worthy visit in Wrocław, the painting was amazing and very impressive to see. The only thing I’d suggest with the audio guide is that it has headphones, as it was very difficult to listen to the audio guide without headphones. The entry ticket also gives you entry to 3 other museums, and I suggest you book in advance as when we first went the showing was sold out until a few hours later.
Bella L — Google review
Interesting experience-a unique panoramic painting, combined with props, makes for an impressive visualization of a battle. It is worth spending the time. The tour is guided in multiple languages. Remember to book at least 2 hours ahead of time.

The Racławice Panorama is a monumental work commemorating the Battle of Racławice in 1794. A team of painters led by Jan Stka and Wojciech Kossak exhibited it in Lviv in 1894, on the centenary of the battle. The exhibition took place in a rotunda built especially for this purpose. During the tour, you'll first see a small panorama with a brief historical overview. Then, you'll enter the center of the redoubt, where you'll walk around and admire this work. I highly recommend it :)
Robert O — Google review
Very unique experience. To me, that was the most interesting piece of art I have experiences. I enjoyed the fascinating history and stories behind the art. One thing that would make it even better would be if they could provide headphones for the translation device so you don't have to hold it to your ear the whole time
Billy S — Google review
A very well-preserved and historically important art piece. The facilities are clean and there is a free bag storage included in the price of your ticket. Tours are every 30mins and available in multiple languages with the use of language specific tour records on lanyards. The tour lasts for roughly 30mins and a ticket to the panoramic painting also includes entry to other museums in the city. Definitely worth going for a look around.

Standing at 212 meters tall, it provides mesmerizing panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. Visitors can take a high-speed elevator to reach the observation deck, where they can enjoy breathtaking vistas of Wroclaw's modern and traditional architecture.
A modern 212 meters tall building with offices, apartments, shops, food court and entertainment. For bowling fans, there is Sky Bowling with 24 lanes. Nice place to visit and from the observation deck you have an amazing view of Wrocław.

We stayed on the 63rd floor apartment with a jacuzzi within the room. Views are lovely, staff were good. Pricey - therefore 4 stars as I feel like it's a BIT too expensive for what it is. Once in a lifetime kinda thing. Recommend.

Sky Tower in Bratislava made a wonderful impression! Everything here is top-notch: perfect cleanliness in all areas, very convenient parking, and a pleasant, professional reception. But the real star is, of course, the absolutely incredible view of the city! The panorama is simply breathtaking. Definitely recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ✨ Sunlight spilling over Wrocław from 200 m up—absolutely breathtaking. The fast elevator takes you to the 49th floor in seconds, and the city spreads out like a living map. On clear days, you can even spot Śnieżka. Inside, there’s shopping, food, and even a Salvador Dalí sculpture.

The bronze sculptures of anonymous passersby that stand at two intersections in the city of Wroclaw, Poland are a beautiful and stunning sight. The statues brilliantly capture the essence of the city's pedestrians, who disappear into the pavement in both motion and thought. Highly recommended for visitors to Wroclaw, these sculptures are a must-see.
There are two parts to this modern sculpture on either side of the pedestrian crossing. The sculptures disappear into the ground before the crossing and emerge after it. It's fascinating and reminds me of the statues in Dublin of the Great famine. It's popular especially with children and so you need patience if you wish to take pictures of the statues without children!

An amazing sculptural composition! Interesting and impressive, but also a bit creepy
Polina — Google review
In my opinion a very clever piece of sculpture placed on either side of a busy road at traffic lights. I presume it signifies the people using an underpass. No charge, no wait just roadside sculpture. Only 300-400 yards from Wroclaw Glowny train station.

Amazing iron works of commuters sinking into the ground or rising up. I would suggest going early in the morning when there are less tourists as it is on street corners.

Fascinating statues depicting a tragic time. Passage was installed in December 2005 to mark the anniversary of martial law being instituted in Poland (December 13, 1981). Many regular people were either killed or went missing, which is represented by people disappearing into the Earth then reappearing on the other side.
Radek K — Google review
Two separate displays. The Monument to the Anonymous Passerby presents a dozen or so life-size bronze figures that “come down” and “come out” from under the pavement on both sides of the roadway. The author of the 1977 installation did not modernize it; the figures remained in their 1970s clothing.

Centennial Hall is a grand circular hall located in Wroclaw, Poland, surrounded by formal gardens. It serves as a venue for major exhibitions, cultural events, and sporting activities. The hall's revolutionary design has earned it the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This UNESCO site is so cool. It's got a long history, neatly laid out in the visitor's center. I enjoyed the VR experience as well. Walking around the site itself is surreal. Such a massive venue that was built so long ago. It also happens to be the filming location for the 2023 Hunger Games movie, which made it even cooler to visit.

This was a stop of the Best City Tours, 2 hour tour of Wroclaw. Didn’t have a chance to go inside but learned that is a UNESCO world heritage site for this Edwardian building which has the largest domed cement roof that was built at the time. I enjoyed the quick walk along the pergola to see the fountains. I was surpassed to see the Soviet monument out front.
Cindy L — Google review
Beautiful Venue, But Poor Experience at the Concert The building itself is truly impressive—spacious, elegant, and well-designed for large events. Unfortunately, the experience during the concert left a lot to be desired. Despite the venue not being overly crowded, it was extremely hot and stuffy inside. The ventilation was clearly inadequate, and at times it was hard to even breathe comfortably. This really took away from the enjoyment of the event. To make matters worse, the sound settings were completely off for the first two songs—distorted and poorly balanced, which was disappointing, especially at the start of the show. On top of that, there wasn’t a single bottle of still water available for purchase, which is unacceptable in such conditions. While the venue itself has a lot of potential, the lack of basic comfort and organization during the event was a huge letdown.
Georgia P — Google review
Centennial Hall is huge and really impressive. The architecture is wild modern but historic at the same time. The surrounding area is cool too, with open spaces and spots to chill or take photos. If you’re around Wrocław, it’s definitely worth a stop, even just to walk around outside.
Cameron — Google review
We visited centennial hall for a concert. The architecture and gardens were beautiful but the ventilation and lack of facilities let it down. The band also mentioned that the sound quality was unique (not in a positive way, asking if we could hear them ok). The seats are wooden and can be quite uncomfortable after a period of time. They are also quite close together so not ideal if you are tall. Drinks could be purchased but they were expensive and not refrigerated. I’d recommend buying a drink from the vendors outside and bringing it in. Signage for sitting vs standing wasn’t clear. The seating entrance is nearer to the zoo side.
Kathleen A — Google review
Centennial Hall is a beautiful place and definitely worth a visit. The architecture and surroundings are impressive, and it’s especially lovely during the summer. It’s a bit disappointing, though, that the Japanese Garden next to it requires a separate fee, because it looks like it could perfectly complement the visit. Still, overall, it’s a great spot to explore and enjoy, and I’d recommend it.

The Botanical Garden of the University of Wrocław is a must-visit park known for its diverse plant life, including remarkable species from different origins. Upon entering the garden, visitors are greeted with a wide array of plants and greenhouses that add to the enchanting experience. The presence of perennial and rare trees offers an opportunity to learn about their unique history. Established in 1811, the garden has expanded over time but faced destruction during wartime.
This is a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. It is also the perfect place to seek some shade from the blistering summer sun. If you plan on spending a few hours here, then I would recommend bringing your own food. There is a cafe, but I think that sitting on one of the many benches in the gardens and eating your own food is much more pleasant than sitting in a cafe. There are toilets, which are free and very clean and easy to locate. Entrance cost me 30 PLN for the day, which I thought was really good value.
James F — Google review
Hands down the best botanical garden I’ve visited—massive variety of plants and trees, all beautifully organized. Beyond the greenery, there were fossils and even an aquarium. Great value for the ticket, especially since you can easily spend half a day just soaking it all in. Even if you’re not into plants, it’s a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy as a park.
Stefan B — Google review
Found it accidentally...and man was it worth going there! It's beautifully arranged, so much to see, the flowerbeds, the waterworks, cactii house, very nice! The coffee room could do with a bit of hard work and an eye for making a space cozy that went in the flower and greenery arrangement though. I'm so glad we went there. If you got the opportunity, go on, have a walk around the park, it will do you good.
Bettina G — Google review
An incredibly beautiful botanical garden in the middle of the city. I didn’t notice someone mentioned the expense nature of the botanical garden, and I have to say having visited several around the world, This is actually an incredibly cheap and inexpensive experience. It’s certainly worth 30 pln. The gardens themselves are beautifully maintained, and the design is exquisite every time we thought we were at the end of the garden. There was more and more and more. There’s places to sit peacefully as well as beautiful plants and trees to observe. They also have some great displays for kids so the whole family can enjoy.
Patrick M — Google review
An utterly delightful and scenic garden with greenhouses, a cactus house, a lake with fountains, and a natural history museum. One thing missing is a cafe to enhance the visit and supplement the garden’s income.

Both me and my husband love coming here. It's peaceful, serene, restful. The garden is really well-kept and there's and amazing variety of plants here. Everything comes with informational plaques, if you want to find out what you're looking at. But if you're not here to learn, you can just relax, enjoy a strolls and the view. Immerse yourself in green. They often have trouble with their card terminal, so I recommend bringing cash to pay for your ticket

As you continue your adventure through Krzyzowice, make sure to stop by the stunning St. Mary Magdalene Church, a true gem nestled near Wroclaw University. The church features a lovely viewing terrace adorned with allegorical sculptures, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The church itself dates back to the 15th century, but little of the original interior has survived. We have cross-ribbed vaults with keystones, the rest was rebuilt in the Baroque style. In the choir there is a beautiful cartouche of the coat of arms of the von Sternberg and Glaubnitz families. In general, all the baroque furnishings have been preserved, which is unique. Very negative experience after visiting this Shopping Mall. There is no enough WC installations. I have found only one (+1 level) and with gentlemen queue for 5-10 minutes. This is absurd for modern Shopping. Have no interest to visiting this place again.

There are many different shops and options for eating and it's also very big. The only things that I'm salty about are: - the toilets, which although were very clean, were too few (and there was a queue long all the way outside because there was only 1 WC and there were only 6 bathrooms in it. - the fact that the stairs to go up were not working half of the time and the escalator was out of order. - the fact that you could only pay the massage chair with a card and not with cash/coins.

It's fairly large shopping center with boutiques in the city center. I visited it for the first time on a Sunday. Only a few places like McDonald's and KFC were open. On Monday, this shopping center was very busy. I'm not a fan of walking around and comparing prices at the likes of New Yorker, Zara, H&M, etc. Or maybe the weather was nice and I preferred to spend more time in the Old Town. I ate at the bistro. It was delicious and solid. I found the dessert a bit sweet, and the shortbread cookies were unnecessary. 🤷 There was no internet at my hotel. The Wi-Fi in this shopping center saved the day. 🙏 These were nearby. Public transportation stops are also nearby. If you don't have luggage, you can walk from the bus and train stations. But there's also a shopping center there.

Bar Mleczny Mewa is a traditional Polish milk bar located in Wroclaw, known for its authentic local cuisine and retro aesthetic. As a part of the Polish Milk Bar type, it offers the best local food at reasonable prices. The menu is in Polish, and the staff may not speak English, but using Google Translator can help with ordering. The place has an atmosphere of the past time and is popular among locals for its large portions and affordable pricing.
Super authentic local "gem". We were the only apparent foreigners in here... That being said, know that the menu has no English nor do the staff speak it. Cash only, no card. The food and pricing were both phenomenal! We ordered 6 dishes to try each and it only came put to 14 Euros/USD! If you want authentic, local cuisine this is your #1 stop

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Mleczny bar. Traditional polish food. Very reasonable price. Payment in cash only. Dont expect fancy place. Simple but good with atmosphere of the past time. I would really recommend to visit and try some of offered meals.
Petr Š — Google review
It's authentic which is good. The schnitzel and potatoes were nice and the prices are very reasonable. But, just FYI, it's difficult to order anything unless you're with a native (no points taken away for that, I expected that from an authentic restaurant - in fact I see it as a good sign). The biggest problem was the limited stock. We wanted to order Perogies and a few other things but they didn't have any in stock. Also the guamki was burned, the quality was good but it had the flavor of being cooked in a pot that burned at the bottom. It's a shame because it looked really tasty 😑 Nothing really excellent to say about this place other than the authentic experience which is worth 4 stars and nothing really terrible except the burnt flavor which would drop it to 2 but for the price you can't really complain. The food was good, not amazing but good, 3 stars. Overall it's worth trying if you want to eat what the real locals eat.

Truly old school milk bar of the people. Like a step back in time to the PRL. Very cheap menu of hearty Polish standards. The atmosphere is superb. A truly proletarian mix of pensioners, students, the poor, the ragged.

It is a traditional milk bar! There is no English menu, you have to order at the reception, and the staffs don't speak English. You have to use Google Translator to check the polish menu. Fortunately, the salad is near the reception, so you can see exactly what is it. I recommend the beetroot salad and coleslaw. And the chicken heart with potatoes. The portions are big enough.

This vibrant outdoor art project features murals and sculptures with mythic and botanic motifs, created using paint and ceramics. The backyards are filled with various street art, including spectacular paintings and installations on the buildings' free spaces.
An unexpected place where street art seems to become an entertainer in the everyday life of local residents. The graffiti, bas-reliefs and sculptures are fascinating in their diversity, and create an impression of randomness and eclecticism, as if the creators have specifically tried to mess up the space so that the mess itself is the gravity that attracts you to come here. While in Wrocław, it's well worth setting aside an hour to get to know this charming street mess, where it seems as if circus performers are about to appear around the next corner.

Interesting urban idea. Counterpart of the misery of the the iner yard. Enjoy this 15 minutes, not far from the center and beautiful Old Town, Bua a different planet.

Ceramics, street-art & sculpture all combine to create 1200m2 of colourful murals, a truly vibrant and Instagram-worthy location, a hidden gem & photographers' paradise in this gritty but energetic part of the city. The cobbled streets & pre-war tenement blocks give the area a cool historic & atmospheric cold-war vibe.

A local recommended a visit to this street art haven. Two large courtyards have been covered in a myriad of murals and art pieces to create an oasis of creativity, absolutely beautiful.

A wonderful community initiative featuring murals by local artists.

The location is interesting and quite nicefor a walk and gazing drawings. It is actuall one big living area where the first flor is decorated and painted with murals of different themes. From outside you will never know about the venue. So you just have to search for an arc to get into the inner yard. The entrances are avaible from both corner streets. Still the atmosphere is specific. Some non ordinary people could be met here. You hardly will spend more than 10-15 mins on the venue
Yuriy P — Google review
The location is a bit shady, but the artworks are worth a trip.
Attila L — Google review
It's an interesting place for a photoshoot. There are no signals to get to this wonderful walls, so you must know they are hidden in different backyards of flat's islands (as far as I know, there are three different spots). You better don't be shy if you want to take photos, because you will have to do it surrounded by a few neighbours. But it's worth it; paints are really nice and, if you pay attention, you will notice small 3D details.

Xawery Dunikowski Boulevard, also known as Bulwar Xawerego Dunikowskiego, is situated across from Ostrow Tumski in Wroclaw. It extends from Market Hall to Peace Bridge and offers a pleasant walk that can be extended to Grunwald Bridge. The boulevard is a fantastic spot for leisurely strolls, exercise, socializing with friends, or simply unwinding by the river while taking in the breathtaking views.

Zoo
Established in 1865, ZOO Wrocław is dedicated to the conservation of endangered species and houses thousands of animals. Visitors can purchase souvenirs such as exotic animal mascots, souvenir medals available in vending machines near major attractions, and unique greeting cards dating back to the late nineteenth century. The zoo offers an opportunity for fun and educational interactions with a wide variety of wild animals, including different species of birds and predatory animals.
The Wrocław Zoo is absolutely amazing. The territory is huge, beautifully maintained, and full of animals from all around the world. One of the highlights is definitely the Afrykarium (aquarium) – breathtaking and worth the visit on its own. I spent about 4 hours walking through the entire area and covered roughly 8 km – that’s how big and impressive it is! There are plenty of toilets and food courts, which makes the visit convenient, especially for families. Prices for food and extras are on the higher side, but it’s definitely worth it for such a unique experience. For parents: renting a children’s wheeled cart costs 30 zł per day, which can be very helpful. Overall, an unforgettable experience and one of the top attractions in Wrocław. Highly recommended for everybody
Maritime B — Google review
I visited Wrocław Zoo on two separate occasions in September 2025 in order to make the most of my time in the city and the weather. I visit zoos across the world in order to photograph their animals, and would consider the one in Wrocław among the best. The zoo is well laid out, with many indoor houses and outdoor enclosures for species across the animal kingdom. The houses that most impressed me were the Terrarium (for reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates) and the Afrykarium for African fauna. The Terrarium is laid out over two floors (unfortunately not accessible to wheelchairs) and contains around 100 exhibits for animals ranging from tiny insects to crocodiles and giant tortoises. All of these are appropriate in size and conditions for their inhabitants. Many of the animals here can only be seen here in Europe, including some tiny colourful geckos from the Indian Ocean. I spent several hours in here on my two visits, photographing all the animals I could see. The Afrykarium takes you on a journey through the continent and its waters. The only deviation from this theme was to replace the rare African manatees with their slightly more common Caribbean relative, of which I could see five individuals swimming in their tank. Other inhabitants include penguins, fur seals, sharks, hippopotamus, aardvarks, and elephant shrews. The building is accessible to wheelchairs with a few elevators, but one was out of service on my visit. Other notable exhibits include the bird house, with its many rare species, Pallas’s cats, and olive baboons. Overall I recommend a visit to anyone interested in birds, endangered species, unusual reptiles, or just animals in general.
Mo H — Google review
Truly amazing experience! The Wrocław Zoo is much bigger than I expected and incredibly well kept. You can really see that the animals are healthy, well fed, and properly cared for — everything feels very natural and clean. There are so many different species to see, and the Afrykarium is just breathtaking! The only small downside is that not every section has English translations, but honestly, it didn’t stop us from enjoying it at all. It’s a wonderful place for both kids and adults — definitely one of the best zoos I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended!
Emil T — Google review
I absolutely loved my visit to the Wrocław Zoo! It’s one of the most beautiful and well-organized zoos I’ve ever been to. The animals look healthy and well cared for, and the enclosures are clean and spacious. The Afrykarium is a must-see — it feels like stepping into another world! 🐠🐧 There are plenty of places to relax, grab a snack, and enjoy the atmosphere. Perfect for families, couples, or just a peaceful walk surrounded by nature and animals. Highly recommend visiting! 🌿🐘🦓
Iryna K — Google review
Great ZOO with quite a long history! I'd especially recommend pavilon with manatees (there is not very many places to see those in Europe) and very nice terrarium. There is an underground parking nearby, so you can leave your dog in the car without worries even if it's hot outside. Very worth visiting once you are in Wroclaw!
Petr H — Google review
Absolutely stunning—easily one of the best zoos I’ve ever been to, and I’ve seen quite a few. Massive grounds, an incredible variety of animals, and more than enough to fill an entire day. A definite must-visit if you’re in Wroclaw.
Stefan B — Google review
An incredible zoo with lots to see including an aquarium. The zoo covers a huge area and it’s really enjoyable to explore the grounds and buildings on site. Highly recommend a visit and would suggest half a day to explore as a minimum.
Ralph E — Google review
We were quite pessimistic due to the heavy rain, that we were not going to see so many animals. Even thought there are not many animals outdoors when it was raining, we had access to their indoor spaces, just like the lion I managed to see so close up through the glass. But you better check the weather before visiting. This zoo is very well maintained with wide range of animal species. Not only they provide open space for wild animals, but also some indoor spaces such as butterflies/reptiles/insects house, bird house as well as the Africarium to see sea animals including penguin, shark and a giant hippo which is absolutely stunning! We spent almost 5 hours to see everything, no wonder it is so called the biggest zoo in Poland. 👶🏻 It has some shops, restaurants and playground if the kids are bored. Visitors also can get a carriage to put their kids and pull them around. 🥇The most memorable thing was the treasure haunting (collecting stamps). You can get the map on their booth near to the entrance and Africarium. They will give you „explorer” certificate after completing, it was fun even though for adults like me 😆 ⛔️ The main problem is that it is not so non-polish speakers friendly. Many information boards don’t have English translation, even though it has, it is only a very small part of info. I hope they will improve it soon. Overall, recommended and worth the money!

Szczytnicki Park, located in Wroclaw, is a picturesque destination that offers a blend of natural beauty and cultural attractions. The park features a renowned Japanese garden established in 1913 and rebuilt multiple times. It is part of the collection of well-known parks in Wroclaw, including Stanislaw Tolpa's Park, Park Zachodni, Grabiszynski Park, Park Poludniowy, and Park Wschodni.
Definitely a must visit when you are in Wroclav. A nature gateway in the middle of the city. Squirrels are wandering freely, lots of shade and beautiful spots to rest eyes and soul 😍 You can even plan a picknik here with the family.

A beautiful and peaceful escape in the heart of Wrocław! Szczytnicki Park is one of the most charming green spaces I've visited in Poland. The park is huge, with well-maintained paths, centuries-old trees, and a calm, serene atmosphere. The Japanese Garden is especially breathtaking—perfect for a quiet walk or photos. There are plenty of benches, open lawns, and even a small pond with ducks. Great spot for a weekend picnic, a romantic stroll, or just some time in nature. Highly recommend if you're visiting Wrocław!

Packed in the evening for the show, but still worth visiting. Nice walks and many places you can take a sit and have fun.
Lukasz L — Google review
The park is huge and locaded avay from popular tourus trails. It is better to get here by any mean of transport rather than by walk if you want to come here from the center. The atmosphere is more "nature and forest style". Not really many peiple around, so may seam a bit lonely. The park has multipe lanes easy to get lost without a map. The infrastructure is almost absent, just benches and trash bins. No points of sales or attractions at all. I would say the best utilisation of the place is riding a bike.

Szczytnicki Park in Wroclaw is a beautiful urban oasis, with expansive greenery, a peaceful Japanese garden, and, best of all, the incredible multimedia fountain show. The show runs seasonally, usually from May to late October, and is especially stunning at night. After sunset, the fountain comes alive with vibrant lights, music, and synchronized water displays—an absolute must-see. If you’re visiting during the season, plan an evening at the park to catch this unique and mesmerizing experience!
Anderson — Google review
The free side of the park is very beautiful and if you fancy a stroll around trees and ducks go for it. The Japanese garden is also very nice but for the cost of 30 plz per person I found it a little bit overpriced as is not very big.
Andrew V — Google review
Definitely the top park in the city. A lot of space to walk a spend time listening songs of the birds. Amazing at every time of the year. Specially in the spring when a Japan garden is crowdy, just 5 minutes walk from it you'll have a lot of beautiful views for free and without queues.

An interesting Germanic building and associated park with a wonderful interaction between fountains and music. I believe the fountains operate on the hour on an hourly basis. It is a little bit far from town centre, but if you have time on you hands worth going to see the view the fountains. Note? Perhaps the last photo could be an accurate description of where we are going in all politics throughout the world!

Had a great stay! Everything was super comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well located - perfect for exploring the city. A special thanks to Oksana, who perfectly prepared and cleaned my room for early check-in - really appreciated that. The water dispensers on each floor are a really convenient idea. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for four nights and highly recommended it. The hotel is an easy, and less than 20 minute walk from the main train station. I'm sure you can get public transport, but when all you have to do is walk in a straight line for 20 minutes, I thought it would be easier to walk and see some of the city. The email link that I received to check-in online didn't work, but check-in at the reception desk was really quick and easy. I just stated my name, handed over my passport and signed my name. My room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished. The heavy blackout curtains allowed for the room to be very dark at night, resulting in me having a really peaceful nights sleep. There is a small fridge in the room, a safe, laundry service bag and tea & coffee making facilities. An empty carafe in the room can be used at the water dispenser in the corridor. This provides chilled sparkling and still water, and non chilled still water. I had an early start on the day I checked out, so had breakfast before I left. It was expensive at 80 PLN, as you'd expect hotel breakfasts to be, but the selection was huge and all dietary requirements were catered for. Staff were a bit too attentive, as I got my drinks taken and cleared away when I left my table to get something to eat. I didn't use the bar, spa or any other facilities at the hotel, so I can't comment on them.

Wonderful stay! Check in was easy, and we got a room on the 5th floor with a great view. Even with Saturday night nightlife outside, the room was quiet and dark. Furnishings are modern and it smelled clean. Shower was hot and good pressure. Breakfast was incredible, hot foods, lots of cold meats and sausages for sandwiches, fresh bread, yogurt and cereals, coffee and teas, fresh juices, worth the price. Check out at noon is nice. The location is convenient to food and shopping and great for walking around town.

I travel to Wroclaw on business & always choose this hotel because it is consistently super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is really good and the wine bar food is fantastic. All the hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful but the ladies in the Wine bar deserve a special mention, especially Karolina Sz.
Gilly C — Google review
Sadly the worst Mercure I’ve ever stayed at, normally they’re clean and comfortable but I didn’t get that experience at this hotel. The carpet was covered in stains and chewing gum on the floor, hair in the shower, hair on the carpet, left over clothing in the wardrobe from someone else and crumbs on the floor. My partner went down to complain only be told we’d get it “cleaned” and we got two free drinks (which weren’t used at it was insulting for the room standard). My partner asked if we could change rooms only to be told there weren’t any. I could have booked a room online so evidently not true. A cleaner did come and hoover the floor, still leaving hair but shouldn’t have had to happen. The location was great. For a 4 star hotel I expected better, especially from the Mercure, you wouldn’t think this is the same company that run the Mercure in Poznan or Krakow as they’re both levels above this one. A few days in Wroclaw that were made slightly more uncomfortable due to the hotel stay. Management ideally needs to do better for their paying customers, offer another room / room discount (wasn’t cheap!). Won’t return to Wroclaw Mercure, possibly Mercure full stop after this stay.
James — Google review
This hotel was very clean, my room was great, city views and a comfy bed. Loved that you could get sparkling or cold still water on each hotel floor, I was very lucky to have it right outside my room. There was a lovely terrace area on the 5th floor. I didn't eat here, so can't comment on food. Location was great just 8 mins walk to the main centre and trams right outside the hotel!. Would stay here again!

Great experience. Really good breakfast with loads of choices. The room was pretty spacious. Air conditioning did not really work, it was not cooling but blowing air. Good it was not too hot outside but during hot summers this can be an issue. Room was quiet despite facing a fairly busy street. The mattress was comfortable. I like the idea of water dispenser in the corridor. Location is perfect distance to the old town square. I truly recommend.

B&B HOTEL Wrocław Centrum is a budget-friendly yet comfortable hotel located in the heart of Wroclaw. The hotel offers cozy and simply furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking affordable accommodation in a central location. Situated within a 10-minute walk from the market square and other major attractions, it provides convenience for sightseeing or business meetings. While offering on-site parking, the hotel also boasts polite staff and cleanliness.
The hotel’s location is quite good, not far from the train station. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the market square. There is also convenient access to public transport. The hotel interior is modern, clean, and the staff are friendly. The only drawback that personally bothered me was having a room facing the street. If you like to keep your window open during the day — and especially at night — I recommend asking for a room facing the courtyard. With the window closed, the noise isn’t a problem, but it can get a bit stuffy. There is air conditioning, although some people may find its noise disturbing at night. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel. If I need accommodation in the future, I’ll return there.
Gerard K — Google review
Room that we got facing the road is very noisy coming from trams and traffic. For guests that are light sleepers, best to ask for room facing courtyard instead of road facing. There is no much ventilation in the room, so we had to open the window to allow ventilation. Location is ok , a good 15 min walk from Wroclaw Glowny station. There is a shopping mall nearby the hotel. A less than 10 min stroll to Old Town. Good value for money if book early.
Lissz — Google review
Nice location of the hotel in the city center. Modern quarter near the old town in Wroclav. Room is smaller but big enough for few nights. Windows oriented to the loud street in our case. The room can be Air-conditioned..no more issue with the street's noise.

The location of the hotel is great of you want to explore Wrocław. It is close to the railway station and the old town. There is a large shopping mall close by, in case you want to grab some food or do some shopping. The first impression of the hotel was amazing, thanks to the friendly reception we were given at the front desk. The room was clean, functional and held everything you need for a night or two. The only two downsides were that there was no trashcan in the room itself (only in the bathroom) and that the pillows were a little soft (I know, I know, luxury problems). We could have asked for a second set of pillows, but for one night it was still sufficient. Both did not affect our stay negatively, just something to keep in mind if you are staying for a week or so. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and the price was absolutely appropriate. The entire hotel was clean, great value and staff was really friendly.
Kitty H — Google review
Great budget hotel. The parking is a bit expensive (70zl) but you can come and go as you wish. Worthwhile for the convenience as there is no street parking in proximity. Very nice personel at the front desk.
Winncie — Google review
The experience in this hotel was bad. The pillows were more kind of a torture appliance that a resting piece. We told the receptionist about this problem and asked her to replace our pillows for common ones, but she told us that this was not possible until the next day, because she gave the available replacements to another guests that complaint about their pillows before us, so we were not able to rest the first night. I guess this hotel has a problem with the pillows. On the second day, we asked the same receptionist for two new sackets of instant coffee, and she denied our request again, it seems instant coffee is a courtesy only for the first day. I can understand this, but we had a very bad night due to horrible, unpleasant and ridiculous pillows. In my humble opinion, we deserved as many instant coffees as we wanted. We spent 8 nights in 6 different hotels in Poland, and the attention and the hotel room quality was pretty good in all hotels, but in this one. I strongly recommend to management staff replacing the weird and horrible pillows and suggesting some basic rules of customer attention to unfriendly staff at reception.

Very convenient location opposite the main train station, right at the bus stop for the airport. Super friendly staff, good enough breakfast. Still, rooms could be improved: 1) torn sheets and towels and 2) very inconvenient and small extra bed in the room. Price does not match the quality.

Simple but good hotel, not far from the center by public transport. Very helpful have the bus for the airport in front of it! Untypical review: excellent shower pressure and bathroom where water actually doesn’t leak on the floor like in many other hotels 🤌🏻Very nice body lotion and bathroom amenities ✨Very spacious room & incredibly comfortable big bed. Perfect space for working or relaxing. Friendly staff ⭐️ Hotel has as well spa & gym. Definitely a high recommendation for future guests.

Stayed in September 2025 – Excellent! The rooms are very spacious, clean, very large comfy bed. Lot of amenities and has all you need. Food excellent—varied and tasty options. Best location in city. The hotel staff is professional and very friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Very mediocre experience with staff and rooms are old and worn out. Apparently there are two sides to this hotel. One is nice and new (advertised) and other is old and worn out. Unfortunately prices are same and very high. We asked for 2 beds rooms and they did not provide it. Staff was completely oblivious to the request and refused any help. Also Club is across the street and it was noisy till 4am. In the morning (9:00 am) there were still half drunk bums around. Very weird that hotel security did not handle it (happened two days in a row- Sat morning and Sunday morning) Two stars for great location but there are plenty better hotels around. My recommendation is to skip it. Also look at the pictures of ripped and old towels they gave us. When we asked front desk about them dry and off-putting reply: sorry.

Located very close to the main square and market in the old town. Staying here meant we were able to walk to most of the popular landmarks and attractions. The junior suite was spacious, but the arrangement of the couch was a mismatch with the TV. Breakfast wasn't worth the price - you can get a great breakfast for 85 Zloty at cafes in and around the old town.

We had to pay to use the spa which is very small and unexciting. Very blizzard for a 4 star hotel. We tried getting some coffee from the lobby (there is a Costa coffee machine by reception) and were told that we need to pay 15 zi to get a coffee. Why have the machine there if it’s not for the guests to have??? Overall weird to have to pay for these amenities. Excellent location. Clean rooms otherwise.

A big tha k you to Viktoryia Lebedzeva that provided exceptional service during my stay at Wyndham Wrocław. She was warm, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made me feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended – a real asset to the hotel!

Location is great. Room is decent in size, but smells bad. Also, window is broken, can not close completely. No room service for the 1st day we stayed. When I asked the front desk, she said room service must be requested before 10AM…

Disappointing Experience Despite a Beautiful Hotel The Wyndham Hotel in Wroclaw looks great at first glance. The building is beautiful and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. During my two-night stay (€336 total), my room was never cleaned or refreshed during the day. There were no new towels, no trash removal, and no basic housekeeping. I also had a small bucket of ice delivered to my room and was told I had to pay €6 for it immediately. Paying that much for ice is absurd. Parking was another frustration. It was extremely expensive and felt like the hotel was simply trying to squeeze extra money out of guests. Between the overpriced parking and the petty charge for ice, which had to be paid on the spot, I would not stay here again out of principle. It is disappointing, because the hotel itself is nice and has real potential if it focused more on the guest experience.

Ibis Wroclaw Centrum is a modern hotel located in the city center. It offers bright, well-maintained rooms with free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour bar. The hotel is close to the Main Railway Station and Wroclaw's Sky Tower.
just got back from a stay at Novotel Wroclaw Centrum, and honestly, I’m already looking forward to my next visit! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. First off, the staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. They greeted me with genuine smiles and made sure I had everything I needed, which really set a positive tone for my stay. Check-in was quick and easy, so I could settle in right away. My room was bright, modern, and super comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring, and I loved the little touches like free bottled water and a big desk for my laptop. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower and nice toiletries—small things, but they really make a difference! Breakfast was a real treat. There was a huge variety, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and even some local Polish options. I definitely ate more than I planned because everything looked (and tasted) so good. The location is another big plus. It’s close to the city center, so I could walk to most of the sights, and there’s plenty of public transport nearby if you want to venture further. I also squeezed in a quick workout at the gym, which was clean and well-equipped. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Wroclaw. Novotel Wroclaw Centrum felt like a home away from home, and I’d recommend it to anyone, whether you’re visiting for work or just to see the city. Can’t wait to come back!

Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to everything I needed. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere of the hotel. It was a great experience overall, and I would be happy to come back and also recommend the hotel to friends and family. Best regards Alex.

Impeccable, just like Novotel which is in the same building. Friendly staff, a fine selection of craft beers as welcome drinks, generous welcome gifts, clean room, blackout curtains and no internal or externally noise. This is a really well run hotel.
Julian W — Google review
It is a very nice Ibis in essentially the same building as a Novotel so the services available are better than the usual Ibis standard. Almost without exception the staff were helpful, friendly and easy people to deal with. The bedroom is large and comfortable. The shower etc absolutely fine. The elevators are excellent and fast. I would also warmly praise the provision of a cold water dispenser on each floor so people could fill up their water bottles. This is a major plus. There are two major points I want to make. The first and most important is that the curtains, which no doubt were very expensive, do not exclude the light at each end of the curtain as it does not extend enough over the wall each side of the window. It may be that there are too many pleats in it and if the pleats could be adjusted there might be more material at each end to diminish the light coming in. But the important point to grasp is a curtain that fails in its function to exclude most of the light each side of the window is useless. The other thing that happened is when I tried to move the curtain on the left hand side it came off the track because there was no stop at the end of the bracket. I asked Reception to get it fixed and that evening it was fixed but not properly as there was still no stop on the track when I tried to close the curtain to the left it came of the track again! Simply putting it back on the track without fitting a stop was a complete waste of time. I could send pictures of the curtains if the hotel requires them. The second point I want to make is the price of drinks at the bar are very high. Just one example - a standard 500 ml bottle of Polish beer costs the equivalent of €7.50! That's Dublin and London prices and about 2.5 times what it cost in other bars - so that's what we did except for a nightcap at the end of our evening. It must be said though the bar staff were fine.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities. New, spacious and stylish rooms. No cookie cutter bathrooms here. We even had a kettle in the room and access to the gym - in an Ibis! Combining brands is a win for everyone. Parking a little pricey but secure and easy, and not many smiles from staff but both are normal in Poland.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. stayed here for two nights. Very fresh rooms and corridors. The room was modern, quiet, smelled good and was equipped with a hairdryer and kettle. A really nice hotel located very close to the river, and within walking distance of many of the things you want to see and experience in the city. The breakfast was really good and the room was nice, big and clean with a great bed. Staff was helpful arranging a taxi to pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Can recommend it to anyone visiting Wroclaw

We loved our stay at the Radisson, the room was large, very quiet and bed comfortable. Not much of a view but the big plus is the quiet location yet it’s only a short walk from the main sights of the city. The breakfast was the highlight, absolutely superb choice of items, possibly the best hash browns I’ve had anywhere in Europe, everything was tasty and well presented.

Very good hotel. The Superior room is spacious, and there’s a free water refilling station on each floor. Good cleaning everyday. The breakfast is good quality. The hotel bar is fairly standard. Reception also accommodated by request by providing a small gesture for my parents’ anniversary. Location is great, a short 15 min walk to the town square. One of the best value for money hotels I’ve stayed in within Europe. Highly recommend.

The walls are thin, a room beneath us someone was having a party until 1.30 am and we couldn’t sleep. We had to ask the front desk two times before they were finally quiet. I didn’t like their service. It’s not your typical Radisson hotel sadly.

Hotel Piast is a refined and classical-style building located in Wroclaw City Center, just 0.88km from the city center. The hotel offers formal yet unpretentious rooms and features a restaurant on-site. Its convenient location near the main railway station makes it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train, with tram and bus stops nearby providing quick access to the city center and other attractions. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very polite and spoke good English. Location is excellent, straight across from the train station and bus/trams are right outside as well. Plenty to see and do around the hotel as well

Check-in was fast and easy with the hotel location brilliant. Just opposite the main Wroclaw Train Station which has all the usual fast food outlets inside. Rooms are quite compact but adequate and the en-suite bathrooms are very well presented. The standard of room presentation is excellent for this rating of property. Breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold foods and included speciality coffees and cake. A very nice and well maintained centrally located hotel.

Nice 3 night stay in this city centre hotel. Rooms are a big size, Bathroom is spotless, good working shower, Rooms are equipped with a desk& a couple of chairs, tv on the wall, However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows are basically non existent.. please be aware that this hotel is situated right outside the main train station, also a major tram stop, with buses and cars right outside your hotel room. They are on the go all day. The breakfast on offer is continental, with hot& cold food offerings, it's actually really good. It's around a 20 minute walk to the old town , or cathedral island from the hotel. All in all a nice hotel for the price you pay . Please remember where the hotel is , what with the buses/ trams ect.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times, the rooms were very clean. I usually wipe around the switches, bathroom, and bedside table in every hotel I visit. Hotel Piast is one of the very few hotels where the wipe stays perfectly white. The bed is comfortable, and the service is very friendly. However, the last time I was there, it smelled like there were some plumbing issues in the morning.

The state of the bathroom put it over for me. The light didn’t work. The shower was HORRIBLE. Unless you are shorter than 140cm you will have to kneel to get wet. The mechanism that raises the shower head up was broken. Barely any water pressure and Luke warm temperature. There is a massive gap when you close the shower door so water sprays all over the floor. Lovely. Amended: breakfast was very good.

Big old stone built hotel, close to the centre. Is a bit old in places but the room was fine, nice and warm with comfortable bed and everything working and clean. The check-in system is a bit slow as you have to type on a tablet, which is annoying, but staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was "old school" Polish, which to me is a good thing - more traditional things like ogorki and less stuff you see anywhere else in the world! I think there are better value places to stay, but I had no complaints and it was in the area of the city I wanted to be so all was good.

Babel Hostel is a vibrant and budget-friendly accommodation located just a short distance from the main train station in Wroclaw. The hostel offers colorful dorms with renovated apartment rooms featuring lively lime and raspberry decor, ornate lamps, and decorative ceilings. The staff is friendly and available 24 hours a day to assist guests. The interior exudes a charming atmosphere with its vintage-style decorations. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and have access to lockers in their rooms.
Small, but quiet and cozy room. Hostel is located right in the center of Wroclaw, cross the road and you're at the train station. Everything is within reach. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Interior decoration looks very good too. 2 bathrooms, clean, polished look. Maybe the downside is the price compared to other places, but I think the service and room quality, including its' strategic location make the current price a bargain.

A pleasant and clean hostel directly opposite the main train station (Wroclaw Główny). Staff were pleasant and helpful (not English speakers but we understood). We had a small but clean room with 2x single beds and a communal toilet and separate shower directly outside. We had the use of a kitchenette with microwave etc. There was WiFi and a small lounge. Access to the hostel was 24/7 which was great as we returned late from the Europa Conference League final. Excellent value for money.

A Truly Disappointing Experience – My Worst Stay Ever As someone who has been traveling and staying in hostels across many countries for years, I can confidently say this was my worst experience to date. First of all, the place did not feel safe. There was no access control or security in place — anyone from the street could walk directly into the sleeping area, which is extremely concerning. The reception staff made the situation even more frustrating. The older woman at the front desk was particularly rude and unhelpful. She spoke only Polish and made no effort to communicate or understand English, which left me feeling completely ignored. On the other hand, there was a younger woman on staff who spoke very good English and seemed much more approachable — she wasn’t bad at all. Unfortunately, she wasn’t around when I needed assistance most. On top of that, the reception area was very noisy. I could hear the staff — especially the older lady — talking loudly late into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. I understand that staying in a shared room with six other people comes with its challenges, but my roommates primarily spoke Indian languages and couldn’t communicate with me. More importantly, the snoring was unbearable, which of course isn’t the hostel’s fault — but when I asked the reception if I could pay extra to move to a different room, they refused. Again, the language barrier with the older staff member made it difficult to even explain my situation. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and book a room at a different hotel. I simply couldn’t stay any longer under those conditions. I do not recommend this place and hope they take these issues seriously for the sake of future guests.
Mahmood J — Google review
Great hostel, it is rare that I give a perfect score to a hostel if my stay wasn't perfect but I give it just for the staff who was very helpful. The place was really clean and comfortable. But with only two bathrooms and showers you might have to wait during peak hours. The vibe was not really social so I didn't meet anyone but still had a homey vibe so I didn't mind. Seems like there were a bunch of older people there, not sure if they are staying there long term.
Michaël T — Google review
It's a very good hostel with a prime location but two toilets is not enough for this many rooms...
Mateusz K — Google review
I found it peaceful and wholesome. Smallish place, about 5 few cute rooms, but not cramped. The beds have curtains and power outlets. I made some friends in the common space, so it’s social enough. The staff are great, they’re helpful and down to earth. Location is several minutes from the train and bus stations, and there’s a tram stop for loads of trams into the centre. The way to the centre is walkable too. Wifi is solid. Towels are free. The place is clean and so are the beds. There are lockers in the rooms. Small downsides - there is no stove or oven, just a microwave. The showers are handheld, not fastened above. Also it’s close to a fairly busy street so some of the rooms are a bit loud at night if the window is open. I very much appreciated the total lack of stress in the days I was here. A welcome change from other countries.

Absynt Apart - Kingsapartments OVO is conveniently located near the old town, making it a great choice for those wanting to explore the area. While parking comes at an additional cost, the building offers a variety of dining options and Czech beer for guests to enjoy. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests have praised the helpful and friendly staff, making it a satisfying choice for accommodation.
It was confusing to find its location. But it is situated perfectly for those who want to be close to the old town. For parking you must pay additionally 12$. In the building there are plenty different restaurants for your choice to have dinner and tasty Czech beer. We stayed only 1 night. The room was clean and we found there all we needed.

+: central location, underground parking (a bit expensive), modern rooms, quite clean as a plus. - The difficult communication with the administrators, the strange lift card system, the fact that we asked for two rooms on the same floor (being a family) but were split up on different floors at opposite ends of the location, not being able to visit each other due to the lift card system.

German guy here visiting the hotel end of july 2024. Where to start. At first glance the booking was good. As we arrived they told us to check the SMS we should have gotten. But when booking you dont pay instantly and it even says that you pay when you are there. We paid the room and recieved a SMS with the code to the room. The Girl from the reception was really annoyed by us and we already had a very bad feeling about everything. It was 14 o'clock and we asked if we can put our bags already into the room. They said no, by no chance. The doors are opening st 15. So we asked if we can put our bagd to the reception. We could but only till 22 o'clock, because the receptionist only stayst till 22. What a shame really. But okey we let our bags there and left. In the night we came back, we had to talk to a guy in the basement to unlock the 4. Floor in the elevator so we could go to the room. We used the code from the SMS and the door opened. When we came in we were shocked. At first glance the room looked good, but well soon find out otherwise. The bad was not "kingsize", it was just DIRTY. Mattress was dirty, the blanckets looked okey. Very diagusting was the back of the bad. On a beige colored fabric was grey debris and some greasy yellow/orange spots. I just wanted to puke, really. The chair in the room and the courtains also were dirty. In the Bathroom there were only two towels, one of those also had orange spots on it. So we just had one. The bathroom sink als wasnt cleaned and the shower cabins door was not in the right place. Also you dont geht NOTHING in this room. Just a little shampoo, the quality was bad too. No water, no hygienic stuff, nothing. I really expected alot but got disappointed like crazy. Room is nothing like the pictures. I wish i could add pictures into here so you could see the mess and how disgusting everything is. If id booked two nights i would 100% search another hotel to stay in, even if i had to pay this one. Do you a favour and book another hotel or you will regreat it Thanks bye

I arrived at the hotel at 5 pm, only to be informed that there was no room available despite having a reservation. Shockingly, they refused to cancel my reservation and couldn't provide me with a manager's contact. Instead of finding a solution, the staff seemed indifferent, even finding humor in the situation. Having worked in hotels myself, I was appalled by the complete lack of compassion and the overall concerning level of customer service. No efforts were made to rebook me into another hotel, making this an unforgettable and regrettable experience. I expect to be contacted by hotel management regarding this situation. Very disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs.

I arrived at hotel with colleague at 17:00 to be advised that room had been double-booked and reservation moved to another hotel 20 minutes away. Staff were very unhelpful, didn’t help to find closer accommodation or offer to reimburse for travel to other location. It even felt like the lady found the situation amusing. Very upsetting. Luckily found a room at another nearby hotel but the lady at Absynt Apart wouldn’t even help me cancel my reservation.

Stayed here for 4 days. Upon arrival on a Sunday at 10:30 pm there is no one at the front desk but the room info is send via text. As I entered my room I turn on the kettle to make a tea, smoke starts coming out of the electric plug, room is now filled with smoke and smells like burning plastic. Not wanting to be electrocuted I ran down to security who came up and unplugged the kettle. I call the after hours phone number and tell them what happens. They don’t have a room to move me to as their full so I suggest I will check out and move to the hotel next door and the lady confirms they will refund the night and get me a new room the next day. Security confirms this room is dangerous to move out. That’s what I did. She gave me the info for the manager to send the email and bank info for refund. When I arrived the next day I got a new room but the tv did not work. Every day I went down several times asking if anyone is coming and no one ever came. The service from the ladies at the front desk is terrible. It’s a problem that you even try to interact with them and I am polish and speak Polish. After two weeks I received a email from the “ manager” of the property telling me I have no claim should have stayed in the apartment as it was “ no threat to me”. Offered me a credit for one night and free breakfast for next timeI am disputing the charges but please don’t stay at this property. I guess they just count on tourists who never come back and so they treat them like garbage.

The worst hotel experience thus far. I've been to so many different hotels worldwide and this is the only hotel that made me question my life choices. First of all, it is normal for every hotel to request check out at 11 a.m and check in at 2 p.m. However if you were to check in early, most hotels have a room available, no matter how small or big they are. I came to check in in the morning hence it is when I arrived, and was told to come back at 3 p.m. Wasn't happy with that hence it wasted a day of my trip. Next, when we got to see our room, it felt like cleaning in this hotel is something they don't know about. The room wasn't clean, the wall next to the bed was collecting dust for ages. The mattress was soggy and awful to sleep at. It always also a lot smaller than the bed frame, which resulted in few cases of waking up in the middle of the night. The fridge that was there kept making noise despite being empty. The kitchen was not clean at all. There was also no shampoo, just a soap that is quite cheap. Only 2 towels which is unusual for hotels, they always offer 4. No slippers like everywhere else. To be honest, the list can go on and on. The price of this hotel does not match reality. $25/night is top I would pay. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Will be calling my bank to reimburse the money and claim the service was not what I payed for. Stay away from this hotel.

can’t imagine better location for a such comfortable and well-managed appartment
Szymon K — Google review
The host met us outside and showed us into the apartment explaining the entry and exit procedures, even though we did not arrive until 10:30pm. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was spacious and hot. The view of the church was beautiful. The location was perfect, less than a minute to the fabulous market square with an abundance of restaurants and quirky cafes (Cat & Alice was our favourite!). I would definitely book again if returning to Wroclaw.

Perfect!! is the word that comes to mind. I am very picky and this is gorgeous and very comfortable apartment to stay at, more comfortable than the hotel, as you have privacy of your own home. You could not ask for better location too, as it comes right out onto the centre of the old town. The host though of everything, you even have dishwasher and washing machine with detergent supplies for your disposal. I am extremely satisfied and will be checking in again.
