Title: Exceptional Stay and Wonderful Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this place From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect balance of comfort . What stood out the most was the warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be coming back!
Dipendra K — Google review
The hostel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but you must pay extra for the kitchen. Unfortunately, the receptionist on March 29th at 18:00 was unprofessional, making fun of a tourist. Overall, a good stay if you don’t mind the extra charge and occasional service issues.
Tafoodh — Google review
Yes the price is very low but so are the amenities. 1. You need to put your own bedsheet 2. There is no charging point for upper bunk beds 3. No soap in bathroom 4. No AC or Fan 5 Flies everywhere 6.
PRANAY S — Google review
Great, easily accessible place. Obviously in a shared room u may be lucky or not depending who ur roommates are. I have been twice there, and both times I was lucky. Overall clean, great value for money.
Jurek K — Google review
Rooms are clean. Location is ok. Atmosphere non existent. Having to pay for high-speed internet and to use the kitchen is quite baffling for a hostel in this day and age. The clientele is mostly made of older men looking for a cheap room. If you look for a cheap accommodation it'll do just fine, but if you're looking for the hostel experience with full common rooms and all you can forget about this one.
Scott K — Google review
WARNING: RUDE STAFF AWAITS YOU! The evening receptionist is the rudest person I’ve met in Poland. She forgets that she works in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. Didn’t welcome me and every questions or requests was passive-aggressively answered with a definite NO! The hostel is meh at best with the bunks being uncomfortable and the rooms facing a noisy street with no AC to cold down. Best of luck sleeping! Better options in a better location for less
Luis O — Google review
We had spent one night to be able to visit Wrocław over the weekend. The hostel is located close to the main Square Market ( 15 minutes walk) and is in rather quiet street, we weren't bothered by noise from outside. There is 24/7 reception and you can rent towels and buy toiletries there ( toothbrush or shower gel etc). The rooms are located in renovated building with an elevator, entrance to the room is thru application that you download and get passkey in the reception so you can open the room with e-lock. The room was spacious, whe had lockers inside and big bathroom. You need to dress you bedsheet and duvet and pillow as it is prepared in the locker. My only complaint is the bed as the matterace seems be overused and the frame of the bed is squicky and noisy when you turn at night.
Aleksandra S — Google review
First of all, there was no communication on Booking.com app. Hostel didn't reply my question. To use kitchen we MUST pay 5 zlt. Never heard any hostel to charge for using kitchen. I did not want to pay for breakfast here as it started not nice when they said entrance to kitchen is 5 zlt lol. They offer nothing but the entrance to an empty kitchen is 5. The pillowcase is bumpy and irritates the skin. The wool inside the pillow has clumped and feels uncomfortable. The duvet is light, but its cover is also worn out and in bad condition. The mattress foam of the bed has a dent in it as well. Their wifi doesn't even work and Im in the second floor. It'd be horrible it you'd depend on using internet at hostel. But the main floor has good internet so you can work there. Wroclaw is very small when I compare to my own city. Thats why location wouldn't be problem if I didn't stay at this hostel. I used my own discount otherwise I wouldn't really pay here. Each bed has each own reading light and a socket. The room was big for 6 beds stay and each person has their own closet. Keys are provided by reception so you dont need to bring your own padlock. I took clean(?) bed sheets, duvet and pillow inside my closet and made my own bed. But a guy left after his stay and his bed wasn't changed with new sheets and another man slept on that mess? Why the clean ones wasn't in the closet then? They seem not to clean. I didn't like this. The toilet and the bathroom are together and it's big. It was clean and they put a toilet paper. There's soap so you don't need to bring that extra. No opportunity to socialise and meet other travellers at the hostel. Just sleep and leave place. Not happy to be here after all these.

Great little place to stay, especially if you want somewhere central! Rooms and beds were nice, though can be noisy if facing the main road on a weekend. Facilities were always clean and tidy. The staff were great, both for suggestions and help when we needed it!:)
Dani — Google review
Great location but that's about it. Really run down place. Our room stunk of food even though we didn't eat anything. Bathroom stunk of dampness. This is what our towels look on the day of arrival, literally my floor rag is in a much better condition. Giving 3 stars as it was cheap, so I know, shouldn't complain but still
Blackout — Google review
Great affordable spot to base yourself in Wrocław, the room was quite nice and comfortable and it was nice to have a functioning kitchen. I will mention there is a tram stop right outside so the road noise was quite loud. The other people in the shared spaces were also very loud and quite disrespectful but not the hostels fault, the quiet time was just not enforced.
Tayla R — Google review
Me as busdriver i require a room with own toilet and shower. Sadly this hostel doesnt have. And reception doesnt do anything about it to help you further. Not acceptable Also a lot noise from kids and the street If you need a hostel with no hygiene go to here.
Daan W — Google review
Very good location, just a few minutes walking from the main places you want to see. Staff at the reception were ok... the cleaning ladies were 1000 more pleasant and welcoming. Mattress is so soft, feels a piece of cotton, and you go under in seconds... for me was terrible to sleep. Very clean, the cleaning ladies were such an angels, very hard workers and organized. No security cameras. I had a bus cancelation and had to reschedule my trip, which made me arrive very early, like 5:30 I think, or even earlier, they told me I couldn´t wait there as it was too early and was againt policy, so I was forced to leave, I could leave my stuff, but I could not wait there... so here I was, tired of the trip, cold, and 5:30 in the streets because of some extreme policy.
Maycon S — Google review
I arrived at the hostel very late (around midnight) due to my flight, but had no problems with checking in. The hostel is located just a stone's throw from Market Square. The room I stayed in was very clean and overlooked a beautiful street. The showers and toilets are shared, but both were kept immaculately clean. Even though I only stayed one night, I would definitely stay again if I return to Wroclaw. Highly recommend!
Michal P — Google review
This hostel has literally disappointed me, starting from the bad smell that you start smelling as soon as you enter the building, to the rats that were everywhere in the parking area, to the rooms that are different compared to what we booked on booking.com, to the dirty rooms full of ants and insects, to super tiny room and uncomfortable dirty bed which was literally yellow !!! The only good thing about it was the location which is really good and close to the center
Moh A — Google review
Staff was friendly and helpful, but in the night nearly all toilets were full of vomit during the night and haven’t been cleaned until the morning

Self-catering accommodation
Nestled in a vibrant part of Wroclaw, Grampa's Hostel is the perfect haven for young travelers seeking a modern and lively atmosphere. With its colorful decor and inviting communal spaces, including a spacious lounge adorned with oversized hippie cushions, it’s designed to cater to your adventurous spirit. While not situated in the heart of the city, it's conveniently close enough for an enjoyable stroll to the Old Town.
The best hostel I've ever stayed! Clean, desk 24h, very silent, big and well equipped kitchen. Very hot shower. AC in my room was working fine. Many wall plugs around the place. The only disadvantage was the bad quality of the toilet paper. October, 2023.
Isabelly C — Google review
Hostel have good location, comfy beds, is clean, and seems recently renovated. The communal kitchen is a nice plus, but other than that, not much going for it. AC in the room didn't work at all and smelled bad, the showers didn't have hot water, the lockers for luggage were tiny. The place was filled with older Polish men. No social atmosphere whatsoever and the staff are not welcoming or social at all.
Nomellamonada — Google review
This place does everything it has to - it provides clean beds, decent showers, and has a kitchen. Other than that, there’s not much to talk about here: the hostel staff is icy cold and not particularly disposed to helping you. The guest crowd here is mostly middle aged Polish day trippers. Really nothing to write home about. Maybe that’s par for the course in the non-major Polish cities. Just some expectation management for you to consider before coming here.
Troy R — Google review
The hostel is located approx. 15 minutes away from the market hall. There is a common room where you can sit / relax / work. Bright and spacious. A common kitchen is available too. Free coffee and tea; possibility for cooking, microwave, toaster, water heater. The bathrooms are clean. Hot water was available only on the first day though. The bedroom is bright and spacious; beds are fine, the pillow appealed to me uncomfortable. The staff during the day was helpful and friendly, the check-in/out was easy; they allowed me to stay even before the check-in time and after the check-out hours which I am grateful about. Nevertheless, the boy who worked during the night shift was rude and careless. What is more, he did not respect the night hours and were speaking loudly with the other guests until 01/02.00 am in the morni g, and even though I and other guests asked him to be more quiet, he neglect it. The internet speed is average. All in all, a good place to stay for a couple of days, reasonably priced.
Yordan Y — Google review
Great place. We were traveling in a group of 10 and were able to book entire room for ourselves. Reception is very nice and friendly, they recommended places to go and to see, and also consulted us on legality of drinking in public. There is a silent time from 22 o'clock, so do not worry about the noise. Parking is available nearby in either free city parking or some shady local parking behind the building, as you prefer. This place have all the standard hostel amenities - bathroom, showers, kitchen, fridge, chill zone and smoking place downstairs outside. I would like to note, that the place was super clean, even the bathrooms which are gender segregated. And it is super close to the old town! Overall, great experience for low price, but as usual towels and other stuff would cost you extra.
Konstanty K — Google review
A very well run hostel. Staff very friendly& professional. Patricia very conscientious and with a pleasant attitude &demeanor. She made my stay memorable. Truly an asset to the organization. Facilities were clean. Spacious rooms. Good shower &washrooms as well as kitchen. Will definitely use again on return.
Gary W — Google review
The hostel was well located. We liked location because is close to old town. There are separate showers to girls and boys, but there is not soap, you have to bring it from home. The hotel was clean too, I have been in several hostels and I saw it well about cleanliness. The employees also are kind, always open to help you and to answer your questions. We paid 47 zloty, 10 euro, for one night. If we m go to Wroclav again, we will repeat the hostel, so suitable for students and young people.
Victor H — Google review
The hostel is located in a nice part of the city which is easily connected to the centre by bus and tram. It is decorated nicely and gives off a very cosy, welcoming vibe. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are fantastic, spotlessly clean and offer more supplies than you can imagine. However, what let the hostel down was the serving receptionist, who, despite letting us know that she was having a rough day, was consistently rude during our stay. Her eyerolls at us and unfriendly demeanour left a bitter taste in our mouths. We understand that working at a hostel can be stressful, but our treatment shouldnt come at the expense of that. Nevertheless, we do recommend staying at Grampa's Hostel!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Wrocław, Absynt Hostel is a charming accommodation option that combines comfort with a unique flair. Each room boasts its own distinct color scheme and style, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. The hostel features cozy dorms and private rooms, along with communal spaces like a lounge and shared kitchen where travelers can connect over meals or relax after exploring the city. With free Wi-Fi available throughout the property, staying connected is effortless.
The place is not dirty or bad indeed. The hostel is on a good location, right next to the center of Wrocław, which is really pleasant. However, in my room (N°205) were bed bugs and I found crisps under my bed, as it has not really be cleaned. When I saw the bugs, I asked to change my room, because there was no way I slept with these. The lady was very comprehensive and immediatly gave me another room (N°401). After a long check, this room was correct; clean and no bed bugs. The night was hard, even if the beds are OK. The noise isolation in this place isn't good, and since there are clubs very near, I heard everything. When I managed to fall asleep despite the noise, I was awaken near 6am because of the cleaning service. Let's not talk about the public rooms, such as the kitchen and the bathrooms (especially the toilets). Despite a great cleaning service, peoples in general are just dirty (I found hairs in the shower...). To conclude, if you want a place just to sleep a bit for a very low price, this hostel is ok. But keep in mind that it wont be the best experience in your life.
Olga — Google review
Initially I wasn't going to leave a bad review out of respect for the fact this is a hostel but this morning after having discovered that someone has decided to steal my entire pack of cereal I have to I was first put in a shares room and if I'm expected to share a room with strangers I expect it to be immaculately clean but I saw a cockroach running around Second i had a small packet of chocolate in the fridge which I didn't feel was out of the question considering other people had food in there but someone decided to steal the whole thing, worst of all the receptionist just shrugged and said that is hostel life. And then this morning someone has decided to just steal a whole bag of granola from the cupboard. Considering there are security cameras and this place advertises itself as very modern I don't think it's unreasonable to at the very least expect my food to be safe Can't honestly recommend this place if you have any kind of choice
TomWood555 — Google review
여기 리뷰를 영어로 번역한 문장이에요: 1. The Airbnb looks completely different from the pictures (I believe this should have been notified in advance). Think of it as a hostel single room. 2. There's a strong odor in the room. 3. Flies are flying around. 4. It seems the bedding wasn't changed. (When I arrived, there were hair and various crumbs on the bed, and when I requested a change, it looked like they just dusted off the crumbs. The stains I saw on the original sheets were still there.) 5. I went to the reception to request a change, and they rudely told me to come down in the morning to change it. Who changes bedding in the morning when staying for a night... 6. There's a big window on the ceiling without curtains, which invades privacy and seriously disturbs sleep. 7. There's no contact with the host. 8. There are no towels anywhere. How can you not provide towels when it's not a hostel?
오현정 — Google review
It is a brilliant location for very cheap so it gets some stars for that. The only downside my room had most people who were homeless not travellers who sometimes had strange men hanging out in the hallways. As a man I didn't love it but I imagine as a woman this would be a problem. So good hostel bad clientel.
James A — Google review
Stayed in this hostel one night with my boyfriend for around €60. When we arrived to our room there was a man shirtless lying in the dark who appeared homeless with jars of eggs and other food stored under the bed. The smell in the room was putrid and it was extremely hot. We enquired about lockers for our suitcases cause we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them in the room and we were giving keys to lockers which turned out to be tiny. So we had to leave our suticases. When we returned there was more men in the room, shirtless and in their boxers and the vibe was just not nice. The nearby toilets were also filthy and disgusting. This was obviously extremely uncomfortable as I was the only woman in the room so we requested a private room. The room was 4 floors up with no elevator so we had to haul our stuff up flights of stairs. The room change costed an additional €23 so honestly for this price we could’ve found a hotel room with private bathroom. The new room was still bunk beds but was relatively clean just the noise outside all hours of the night due to nearby clubs and the heat. In truth this place is not safe, anyone can just walk in, I would not recommend it for women at all or comfortable for anyone. There was a lot suspicious and homeless people and men in boxers everywhere
Aimée J — Google review
I had a terrible experience at this hostel. There were no lockers to store belongings, and the place was dirty. People were shouting, and most of them seemed homeless. Even the bed cover hadn’t been changed. I walked into the room and found someone sitting on my bed. I left immediately and returned the key. I would never recommend this place
Sami S — Google review
Very cold water. There is almost no hot water in the shower. Don't ever go there. You will regret it, like me. The kitchen is very, the room was not very dirty when we checked in, but there was dirt.
Kurusha F — Google review
BED BUGS To anybody considering staying at this hostel, don’t. My girlfriend and I discovered bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten. It was late at night and NO ONE but the kind security guard (who couldn’t do anything anyway) answered or was available to help us. We informed the agency through which we booked, and they told us that this was not the first time this happened in this hostel. We have photos and videos of the bugs running on our bed and our clothes, and I have pictures of the bites they gave me, and yet we received NO REFUND, neither from the hostel, nor from the agency. We were told that “the hostel refused to refund us” (verbatim). We had to sleep on the sofa in the common room for one night, and anticipate our trip back home the next day, at an additional cost that of course was not reimbursed. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. You can find much better for the same price.

Chilli Hostel is a budget-friendly hostel in Wroclaw, Poland with several shared kitchens and a communal lounge. It offers simple rooms and dorms, as well as great value for money.
Clean, cozy, spacious, quiet. Close to the tramstation and railwail station. And with many safety measures for women. Best hostel in town!

You might find it's kinda a complaint but also a reference. If you prefer this sorta comment, plz read. I actually chose to stay here, as the first option, as vlogging travelers I've been following online, had generally good experience. Online commenting 👇🏻 Besides, I've seen ppl commenting smth bad about the accommodation on some platforms, and some owners/assistance replied badly to the travelers. (I couldn't prove which side is speaking the truth since you'd find the owner is also being sensible. However, there are so many bad comments from travelers? so I also took them as rref. I shall be visiting places outside instead of commenting since its kinda time wasting and had no practical benefits for me. But I guess I'm frustrated abt the assistance not giving help and listening to our worries that were caused by them. That's why I'm giving my thoughts here. Hope you'll understand.) Security & Surveillance 👇🏻 I'll be straightforward. I'm just unfortunate that a woman happened to barge into our dorm room, who I didn't know if she managed to get the passcode of our room, or just by trial and error, turned on the lights at around 5 to 6am, and even tried to took away my backpack in my sight. I guess she was just drunk, but passing through the digital lock door at non-sober state was a fabulous capability... There's even a camera at the top of the wall above the room entrance, but I doubt they really use it. Unless smth more serious like losing your belongings... Service 👇🏻 There's no 24/7 counter at the desk. Perhaps, just last night? Perhaps the assistance was away/washroom? I tried contacting through WhatsApp. Until the next morning and afternoon, I received no reply yet. Hence, I asked if the assistance knew any incident happened at night in person directly, and he said 'the woman?' So he knew such ofc. Maybe some of my roommates reported to them. And guess what happened next? (I'll be subjective first) 'I don't speak English. That's ok. No problem.' I felt he tried to escape from the problem here and had not a single thought to fix it. Classic. (Objective) The first day I came here, he was the one to check me in and show me the main amenities and stuff around. He mentioned that he's not good at speaking English as well. Therefore, I'll try not to be biased and not say anything only with my personal pov, but problem merely. Convenience & supplies 👇🏻 For the price per stay, it's fair in this district. Just 10 to 15mins walk to old town and Wrocław Główny. They have every kitchen stuff except kitchen towel... and I don't like their toilet paper roll... so I've been using my own. Photos you saw online are the same as the one here in hostel. No problem with the kitchen and lounge room. Honest review (minor) 👇🏻 Summary Check ☑️ If not such incident happened, you shall find a fair to good experience here. Some of the ppl are like the ones I saw at work. They're not as talkative or initiative as adolescents and focus on their work or stuff, I think. Sometimes in lounge, sometimes in sofa in corridor, sometimes at the table inside the room. So ppl are quite normal here. My room, on my first step into the room, has some smell? Acceptable but smelled like mosquito repellent? Lol. I later found out the smell might be stinking on some of the blinds of the beds. (Perhaps just my room only. Cannot represent for others.) Overall, if I managed to find another good deal of another hostel, I'd change my stay asap. But currently I couldn't find one, with good network and cleanliness, so I chose to stay in this one.

Overoll good place..its clean but toilets do smell, probably just bad pluming sistems since its an old building, staff is helpfull but not much presence... its very quiet in general, no comon spaces, not that good if you want to meet more people

Great hostel in fab location (10 mins walk from the train station) with very accommodating staff. Spacious rooms, freshly decorated at a fab price. There’a free coffee too ☕️ 🫶🏻What not to like! Dzięki 🙏

I stayed at the hostel for one night with my partner. The employees was really helpful and let us keep our bicycles in our room, the location and facilities was good. I would recommend this hostel

Stayed for 1 night - the hostel served its purpose and we had a good night sleep. It is right by a tram stop so can get anywhere, and 11 min walk to main train station so good location for us. We would have felt more comfortable if we had been able to lock the dorm door. The kitchen is fantastic, great facilities. The other guests were a little strange and not friendly, although obviously this is not the fault of the hostel. This did mean there was an odd atmosphere though - I wouldn’t recommend for a solo female traveller.

It is in a very nice place in terms of location and very good in terms of price performance. The hostel is located on the 4th floor of a building. The common area is fun. The design and concept are very nice, the employees are attentive. I am satisfied

As I solo traveler, I always try to find a balance between quality and cost. I have been to more than 30+ hostels around Europe. I have to say I don’t recommend Chilli Hostel. 👎🏻 Bad stuff 1. The ceiling in the shared bathroom is almost a mirror. It reflects everything. You can really see people showering when standing outside the curtain. 2. There is no lock on the room door. It means whoever sneaks into the hostel can enter any room they want, even if they’re not a guest of the hostel. It really raises security concerns both on the property and personal safety. 3. I don’t feel that they’re putting much effort into either the accommodation’s quality or the residents’ comfort. For example, the tableware in the shared kitchen was not very clean. I understand it’s the users’ responsibility to clean it after using it, but the staff should be able to ensure the facilities were alright. 4. Both the dormitory room and hallway were stuffy and smelled a little bit. During my stay in early June, it was not even a hot sunny day but somehow the room (with 2 windows opened) lack of fresh air. 5. I was shocked to find garbage (a pop can pull ring) left on my bed when I check-in. This should not happen if they carefully clean up the bed and chan the bed liner. And the bed sheet was visibly dirty. 👍🏻 Good Stuff 1. It’s not expensive. The non-refundable stay fee for one-night costs €22 at the lowest. 2. The main train station is within walking distance.

Foka Hostel offers a pleasant stay with its garden, shared lounge, and terrace. The property provides free Wi-Fi throughout and is conveniently located near Wroc?aw's attractions. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the hostel and find it to be great value for money. The quiet rooms, equipped with a shared kitchen, offer a peaceful retreat just 15 minutes away from the bustling old town center.
The double bedroom was the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. The receptionists were kind and spoke fluent English. Overall a really pleasant place.

This hostel is on another level of quality. Everything is super clean, and during my whole stay, I saw staff constantly cleaning. The beds are very comfortable and come with curtains, private bathrooms, individual sockets, and drawers (though they don’t lock). There's no locker in the room, just a few small ones near the entrance, which is odd. Towels aren’t included. The check-in system is simple and convenient—just a card. They have a huge luggage storage area if you need to leave your things before or after your stay. The kitchen is well equipped (but strangely, no oven). The living room is amazing—cozy, full of seats, and great for working with a laptop. Outside, there’s a huge patio with sofas, tables, blankets—perfect for groups. The reception is 24/7, but the lady at check-in seemed annoyed and even rolled her eyes while explaining things. Still, considering the quality, features, and price, it's absolutely worth it. Bonus: there’s a lift and the location is good.

Nice and clean female dorm with strong WiFi, every bed has a lamp and plug, large equipped kitchen and common area, good to have an elevator when you have a large suitcase, just walk 15mins to old town

Great hostel to stay in Wroclaw! I felt like it was really recently renovated and it shows in the nice and modern rooms. Room was cleaned thoroughly during the stay, I had a good sleep on the comfortable beds, it wasn't loud or anything. Locationwise it felt perfect this beautiful city... Walking distance to centre is 5-10 min. Would definitely come back!

Babel Hostel is a vibrant and budget-friendly accommodation located just a short distance from the main train station in Wroclaw. The hostel offers colorful dorms with renovated apartment rooms featuring lively lime and raspberry decor, ornate lamps, and decorative ceilings. The staff is friendly and available 24 hours a day to assist guests. The interior exudes a charming atmosphere with its vintage-style decorations. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and have access to lockers in their rooms.
Small, but quiet and cozy room. Hostel is located right in the center of Wroclaw, cross the road and you're at the train station. Everything is within reach. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Interior decoration looks very good too. 2 bathrooms, clean, polished look. Maybe the downside is the price compared to other places, but I think the service and room quality, including its' strategic location make the current price a bargain.

A pleasant and clean hostel directly opposite the main train station (Wroclaw Główny). Staff were pleasant and helpful (not English speakers but we understood). We had a small but clean room with 2x single beds and a communal toilet and separate shower directly outside. We had the use of a kitchenette with microwave etc. There was WiFi and a small lounge. Access to the hostel was 24/7 which was great as we returned late from the Europa Conference League final. Excellent value for money.

A Truly Disappointing Experience – My Worst Stay Ever As someone who has been traveling and staying in hostels across many countries for years, I can confidently say this was my worst experience to date. First of all, the place did not feel safe. There was no access control or security in place — anyone from the street could walk directly into the sleeping area, which is extremely concerning. The reception staff made the situation even more frustrating. The older woman at the front desk was particularly rude and unhelpful. She spoke only Polish and made no effort to communicate or understand English, which left me feeling completely ignored. On the other hand, there was a younger woman on staff who spoke very good English and seemed much more approachable — she wasn’t bad at all. Unfortunately, she wasn’t around when I needed assistance most. On top of that, the reception area was very noisy. I could hear the staff — especially the older lady — talking loudly late into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. I understand that staying in a shared room with six other people comes with its challenges, but my roommates primarily spoke Indian languages and couldn’t communicate with me. More importantly, the snoring was unbearable, which of course isn’t the hostel’s fault — but when I asked the reception if I could pay extra to move to a different room, they refused. Again, the language barrier with the older staff member made it difficult to even explain my situation. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and book a room at a different hotel. I simply couldn’t stay any longer under those conditions. I do not recommend this place and hope they take these issues seriously for the sake of future guests.
Mahmood J — Google review
Great hostel, it is rare that I give a perfect score to a hostel if my stay wasn't perfect but I give it just for the staff who was very helpful. The place was really clean and comfortable. But with only two bathrooms and showers you might have to wait during peak hours. The vibe was not really social so I didn't meet anyone but still had a homey vibe so I didn't mind. Seems like there were a bunch of older people there, not sure if they are staying there long term.
Michaël T — Google review
It's a very good hostel with a prime location but two toilets is not enough for this many rooms...
Mateusz K — Google review
I found it peaceful and wholesome. Smallish place, about 5 few cute rooms, but not cramped. The beds have curtains and power outlets. I made some friends in the common space, so it’s social enough. The staff are great, they’re helpful and down to earth. Location is several minutes from the train and bus stations, and there’s a tram stop for loads of trams into the centre. The way to the centre is walkable too. Wifi is solid. Towels are free. The place is clean and so are the beds. There are lockers in the rooms. Small downsides - there is no stove or oven, just a microwave. The showers are handheld, not fastened above. Also it’s close to a fairly busy street so some of the rooms are a bit loud at night if the window is open. I very much appreciated the total lack of stress in the days I was here. A welcome change from other countries.

Hostel Mleczarnia is a charming and informal accommodation option located less than 10 minutes from the Market Square in Wroclaw. The hostel's decor exudes a funky 50s and 60s kitsch vibe, creating a welcoming and home-like atmosphere with its quirky details, knitted tablecloths, and velvet-covered chairs. The rooms are furnished with stylish wooden furniture from a bygone era, adorned with antique elements.
The hostel is overall very nice. I stayed in the female dorm, which had nice old (and creaky) furniture but was a pleasant and quite beautiful room with large windows. However this room, and I think at least 2 of the other dorms, are directly above a very large and noisy bar and square, you can hear everything very clearly, it’s really loud and there drink people I assume coming through the square that were shouting, screaming and laughing very late at night. The noise wasnt really a problem for me, I put in earplugs and it was fine but it does go on until it honk 3am and could be a problem for some light sleepers. The kitchen, common area is lovely, really pretty, cosy and decorated beautifully. The kitchen facilities are decent, there’s a kettle, 2 fridge-freezers, a microwave, but only 1 hob (one of those plug in induction ones). The toilets are clean, nice and big. The reception is open 10am to 10pm today and the worker was helpful and friendly. Laundry cost 20PLN, there was no dryer and we gave the laundry to the staff member to do. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to the main square, surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars, beautiful buildings and public spaces. Would definitely recommend !

I would rate this hostel as zero if it was possible. This hostel is the most irresponsible property I ever seen entire my life. We had planned to visit Wrocław during Christmas (14-15 Dec 2024) with our friends and we had reserved a room from booking.com 3 months earlier. They just cancelled my reservation a few hours before while the prices were crazy up , they didn't even call me to inform about the cancellation and I noticed that totally by accident when I checked my bank balance. When I called them , all they said was we're sorry there nothing much we can do for you. I was forced to cancel everything. I could be on my way , I could be in the plane or train. what level of irresponsibility is that ? What's more, booking.com offered 86 PLN to book an alternative room while the difference amount for the cheapest alternative was more than 350 PLN. It's the most ridiculous support I've ever seen.
Romina G — Google review
The hostel is very nice, I loved the interiors. Also the location cannot be better, it’s walking distance from the historical city center. The toilets could have been cleaner and there is no way to dry your hands, so bring your own towel! Service was friendly. Only thing: reception opens at 10 am and we didn’t know where to leave our keys for the checkout.
Leandro — Google review
First things first: the receptionist was very rude and acted as if she were doing charity work. Out of all the places I stayed during my Interrail trip, this was definitely one of the worst in terms of service. I'm glad I stayed here only for one night. The reception also only operates between 10 am and 10 pm. Other than that, the hostel was overall okay if you consider it's price. The common areas were clean and tidy. Everything was quite old — not just "vintage" looking, but genuinely worn — yet it still served its purpose. The showers were only separated by curtains, which didn’t feel very comfortable, and the showerhead was broken. There was only a small locker for valuables, and no secure space for a full backpack. I didn't have any issues with noise from the bar downstairs, but it was a monday night and the place wasn't very busy. The hostel works for a short stay, especially if you’re on a tight budget and haven’t found anything better. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it as a first choice when staying in Wroclaw.
Enes Ş — Google review
Overall, nice and friendly hostel. Positives: - staff were friendly and helpful - location was close to the centre, shops and transport (trams) etc. - decor is an old style and lighting is cosy at night - female bathroom was good, showers had good amount of space and storage for getting ready - kitchen was simple but effective - seating area was comfortable with sofas - the general environment is calm and friendly, people where social and was good for having more meaningful conversations rather then limited small talk as there was less people in the social area then other hostels I have been to - female room was nice with big windows - laundry is available for around £4 Negatives: - although the location and bedrooms where nice there is a bar/restaurant located directly under the hostel so at night when trying to sleep with the windows open (as it is warm in the summer) it is very loud (I found with earplugs this was okay) - the kitchen was small and limited, but as it wasn’t busy it was not an issue for me - there is a glass roof over the kitchen/social area however, it doesn’t let much light or air in so in the day it is quite dark and hot (little circulation) Overall, 4 stars as the general environment and location was good - especially good for relaxing and socialising - however, the noise, heat, limited light minuses 1 star. I would recommend.
Eve W — Google review
Overall I would rate this hostel 5 stars for the price, the only thing bringing it down is the loud people from the bar downstairs, but that is out of the hostel’s control. Everything else is basic, it reminds me of staying at a nice old Auntie’s house. If you are allergic to dogs it’s not suitable for you since there is a big cute doggy on the premises. It’s good for just one night, but if you wear earplugs and a sleep mask you’ll be fine for a longer stay.
Elia A — Google review
The location of the hotel is good, and since the city is small, you can easily walk everywhere. The rooms are clean but no sockets next to all beds, the kitchen area is useful, but the showers only have curtains. It was not crowded when I went, but when it is crowded, it can be a big problem. The employees were very good and friendly.
Arif B — Google review
Vintage interior design inside an old historical building makes you far from the reality. It's a perfect location close to every city attraction, with a good transportation, bars and restaurants around. Wifi included, also towels and hair dryer. You can enjoy big kitchen to cook your own meal or choose a cozy cafeteria downstairs. There is a nice chilling zone, mostly quiet. Sometimes (weekends) you can hear a loud music from the club downstairs or go there and enjoy the evening. The service is nice and helpful, sending always information via email. Many guests from around the world.

Rynek 30 Hostel is located in the heart of Wroclaw, just a short walk from the train station. Guests have praised its excellent cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen. The panoramic views from the windows are highly recommended, making it a comfortable and elegant choice for travelers visiting the city center.
Super nice hostel! My only complaint was a bit of wear n tear in my room & around the hostel. It isn’t a social hostel- the common room was empty. But was clean, super central (located in the main sq) and staff were friendly. Was very happy with service for the price. Would happy stay again.

I spent two amazing nights at Rynek 30 Hostel! The premise is clean, SO secured, and has a warm, calm vibe to it. All the staff were super helpful and kind! The location is what makes it even more perfect!! I highly recommend this place. The only inconvenience was that it didn't have an elevator, but it wasn't really a problem for me.
Nermine T — Google review
I stand by my 1-star review. The owner’s condescending and accusatory reply only confirms what I experienced: this hostel charges unjustified fees and shows bad faith. 🔹 The facts: I left the room at 11:00 AM (not “over 2 hours late” as claimed), when housekeeping arrived. I placed my belongings in the common area — as any backpacker would — and went for a walk. When I returned at 1:10 PM, I was told I had to pay a 3-hour penalty fee. 🔹 What I was never told: At no point during check-in was I informed that failing to return the key by exactly 11:00 AM would result in a fine. There were no visible signs and no verbal explanation. And no, most travelers do not read the fine print buried in the terms and conditions. I only kept the keys to keep the possibility to get back my luggage, cause the reception isn’t always open. 🔹 The reality: I had vacated the bed. I disturbed no one. I would have happily returned the key earlier if I had been clearly told to do so. This is not about rules — it’s about a lack of transparency. 🔹 The issue: Charging a full 3-hour late check-out fee for a delay of 2 hours and 5 minutes is disproportionate and opportunistic — especially when no other guests were impacted. 👉 Practices like this hurt the reputation of hostels and go against the spirit of travel. But I strongly advise against staying here if you value clear communication, fair treatment, and basic hospitality.

Clean & functional. Staff friendly. Not the most social hostel as others have mentioned. Excellent location. Very secure rooms - three separate keycard points and CCTV. Frustration would be needing to check out at 8 AM (when reception opens) for a train and nobody showing up, even at 8:05. Asked the evening before and was told to leave keys - but there was nowhere secure to do so.

Location is really impressing - right in the middle of the old city. And it was pretty quiet. Service was friendly and I liked how cleaned and cared about common areas. Minus for glitching digital locker and cold shower/toilet. Nevertheless heating worked good in the room. Tacking into account that it is a hostel, not a hotel - all good.

Dizzy Daisy Hostel Wroclaw offers a comfortable stay with humble dorms and private rooms, including well-equipped shared facilities such as a kitchen and computer lounge. The location is conveniently connected to the city center by tramway. The hostel, which is part of a college dormitory, provides spacious rooms with shared bathrooms that are regularly cleaned. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and helpful service at the reception.
Decent, affordable place. Not far from centre of town. Clean room and bathroom. Reception ok, she spoke english better than we did :) It was worth the money, would stay there again. I can recomend.

The hostel is a student dorm and nothing to be expected. They gave me room which was not cleaned with bed linens and pillow covers, later after asked they gave me prepared room, not acceptable. The room is ok for one night to stay but the main problem is noise which makes it impossible to sleep. It also depends on people who are staying, very disrespectful and loud guests listening music and speaking in phone calls at 3 am and so strange and loud that you can’t hear what receptionist was telling you while check in. Toilets and bathrooms were okie and just 2 of them each for whole floor. There are no any notice of silence rules from 10 pm to 8 am which is basic all around the world in guest house, hostels or hotel. There is much better, safe and clean accommodation in Wroclaw less price than this place. Location is good, easy tram and flixbus stop and lots of nice restaurants nearby. Book this accommodation at your own risk.

Okay hostel. Bathrooms are separate from rooms and the shower curtains don’t have much to give you privacy. Price was expensive for 5 people, not necessarily lose to the centre
Nikky — Google review
I was placed in Room 91 — directly next to the women’s bathroom, with such thin walls I could clearly hear urination, flushing, water use, conversations, and door slamming throughout the night. The noise made sleep impossible. I reported the issue to the front desk at 04:40, and after receiving no support or resolution, I left the property by 06:00 with all my baggage and nowhere to go. I ended up sleeping on a bench until I could check into new accommodation. The room was also significantly smaller than advertised in the photos. When I filed a complaint through Booking.com, the hostel falsely claimed I didn’t report the issue in time — despite staff acknowledging it on site. Their response was manipulative, dismissive, and showed no accountability. They deflected every issue rather than taking any responsibility for the setup — which not only failed me as a guest, but violated the privacy of the women using that bathroom. And they refused the refund of around €68. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid this place. Update: Below are screenshots of how they presented the room when I booked. And then what it really looks like. It was changed after I put significant pressure on them via booking.com (who has hidden my review for the public).

Pretty basic former student dormitory. OK for the night, but there is a bad smell in the shared shower. Also for some reason card payment was not possible, and for the payment in euro change was given in zloty, at exchange rate 1:2.75 while the bank rate was 1:4.45

Our room was directly over the entrance. We had a shared balcony with three tooms. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. If you keep the window open while your in the room the smoke from the entrance was 24/7. When you left your room you couldn't leave the window open as it was large enough to enter from the other room's balconies. During our week long stay we encountered men in the women's restrooms and women in the men's room. I am a middle aged man and use the bathroom late in the evening. The vast majority of the week there were at least one some times up to 4 young ladies smoking in the men's bathroom. One evening there were two teen girls yelling at each other in the men's shower. I walked in to wash my hands and they were both completely naked. They didn't speak English, German, Russian, or Polish. I eventually pointed to the sign with the picture of the man on the door and one of them gave me the middle finger. My wife found several young men smoking in the women's restroom. One of them was arguing with her and she finally slammed the door a few times and pointed to the picture of the woman on the door before he left.

It is in a student dormitory and you can book it only during the summer holidays. There is no elevator, so you need to bring your stuff upstairs on your own, but there is a baggage room, where you can leave your bags after the check out for few hours and come back later if your bus/train/airplane is later. Cheap, has a shared kitchen and bathrooms.

I needed place to stay for one night that was close to main square. Saw this one and I thought... What can possibly go wrong? Well nothing as you see. It's a hostel. Plain and simple. Once I've booked in I had message saying about checking time in and out. Also had a message saying I can leave my luggage before my time to get to room and I thought - good idea. I came, said what's my reservation and although I was about 45 minutes before fore and thought I will ask politely could I leave it here while I go for a walk... I was given keys to my room and bathroom. Well on my booking I opt for my own bathroom. And whiles it wasn't in my room, It was mine and only I could use it with key. And ypu know what? All was well. Bathroom was big and clean. Yes I wasn't sure about glass wall on one side it was good to use. Hot water was almost instantly and I really enjoyed using it. To the point I used it few times over that day. As it was rather nice day and warm and I ended up doing about 40k steps on that day Room was big enough to accommodate two single beds and a set of chairs and table. Didn't need any ot that but ended up using both towels. And then there was a kitchen. With a kettle, coffee machine in which you have to use paper bags while putting coffee in. Which was also available. For free. Ground coffee, not bad for a flavor, and there was sugar and fridge. Someone else kept stuff inside so I didn't want to use it just in case of... well just luck I might use something that wasn't mine. But still. Well equipped kitchen and free coffee /sugar/tea to use as much as you wish. You also have access to WiFi (secured!) and if you coming after 11pm code to open doors. I paid next to nothing for one night with good reception (lass was talking with eastern European accent but all was good and couldn't be happier to chat) and everything... Apart from one thing. While I was unplugging my charger power socket get loose. It didn't get off completely and it was loose and it could be risk for people not used to such power sockets. Thus 4 stars out of 5. But you know what? Next time I'm in city I'm staying here again. As low payment doesn't mean low value. On the contrary. You got more than you expected and then some. Thank you and hopefully see you soon.

Outstanding hostel in a fantastic location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walls are a bit thin, but with earplugs, noise is a non-issue.But I wish they had their own website it would be easier to find this gem I heard Xybergen is good at doing websites but overall Bemma Apart is definitely recommended.

This is a fantastic hostel in a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable and the bathrooms also very clean. Great kitchen area with tea and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were the cleanest I've seen anywhere and the small kitchenette on my floor was stocked with free coffee and tea for guests. The receptionist Kamila was friendly and polite and helped me out in an incredibly awkward situation (thanks again). The location is unbeatable: a short walk from the main square in the university area, full of beautiful buildings, restaurants and cafes. Incredible value for money, I highly recommend!

Perfect location, close to the inner city and the river. Clean and simple, but has everything for a short stay. Nice process at the front desk. The building is somewhat thinly built, but at that price one shan't be fussy. Overall a nice experience and a wonderful city!

Had a pleasant stay here. Was comfortable and cheap. They kept hold of my luggage after checkout which was good. Curtains don’t block out light, my room had a street light outside, I had an eye mask so didn’t matter. If youre staying here bring an eye mask!

Untypical review: excellent shower pressure and bathroom where water actually doesn’t leak on the floor like in many other hotels 🤌🏻Very nice body lotion and bathroom amenities ✨Very spacious room & incredibly comfortable big bed. Perfect space for working or relaxing. Friendly staff ⭐️ Hotel has as well spa & gym. Definitely a high recommendation for future guests.

Stayed in September 2025 – Excellent! The rooms are very spacious, clean, very large comfy bed. Lot of amenities and has all you need. Food excellent—varied and tasty options. Best location in city. The hotel staff is professional and very friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Very mediocre experience with staff and rooms are old and worn out. Apparently there are two sides to this hotel. One is nice and new (advertised) and other is old and worn out. Unfortunately prices are same and very high. We asked for 2 beds rooms and they did not provide it. Staff was completely oblivious to the request and refused any help. Also Club is across the street and it was noisy till 4am. In the morning (9:00 am) there were still half drunk bums around. Very weird that hotel security did not handle it (happened two days in a row- Sat morning and Sunday morning) Two stars for great location but there are plenty better hotels around. My recommendation is to skip it. Also look at the pictures of ripped and old towels they gave us. When we asked front desk about them dry and off-putting reply: sorry.

Very nice hotel and very well located. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. The downside are some rooms facing the internal courtyard, no privacy at all!
M M — Google review
Located very close to the main square and market in the old town. Staying here meant we were able to walk to most of the popular landmarks and attractions. The junior suite was spacious, but the arrangement of the couch was a mismatch with the TV. Breakfast wasn't worth the price - you can get a great breakfast for 85 Zloty at cafes in and around the old town.
Arjun Y — Google review
We had to pay to use the spa which is very small and unexciting. Very blizzard for a 4 star hotel. We tried getting some coffee from the lobby (there is a Costa coffee machine by reception) and were told that we need to pay 15 zi to get a coffee. Why have the machine there if it’s not for the guests to have??? Overall weird to have to pay for these amenities. Excellent location. Clean rooms otherwise.

A big tha k you to Viktoryia Lebedzeva that provided exceptional service during my stay at Wyndham Wrocław. She was warm, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made me feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended – a real asset to the hotel!

Travellers beware — inconsistent service and questionable professionalism The rooms were fine, though a bit noisy, but the service quality was inconsistent. Local guests (Polish) were clearly treated differently than international visitors. When ordering a taxi, the reception refused to call a normal city cab and instead insisted on using a private limousine service — several times more expensive — even when I explicitly requested a standard taxi. My Polish mother made the same request and they helped her with a normal city taxi :) When I emailed them asking for the manager’s direct contact to offer constructive feedback, the staff declined, there was no response. That has never happened to me before at any international hotel in the entire. What’s most revealing, however, is the hotel’s cold official reply here on Google: a polished but empty statement that denies everything and hides behind vague phrases about “standards” and “training.” It sounds professional — but it isn’t. This combination of young, inexperienced staff and management unwilling to listen gives the whole place the feel of a training hotel disguised as a four-star property. In short: decent rooms, but a culture that confuses politeness with professionalism.

Karczma Rzym is a charming hotel located in Wroclaw, offering 14 snug rooms with period features and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The hotel stands out for its unique design, blending last centuries' rural style little rooms with modern and elegant spacious apartments. Guests appreciate the enthusiastic staff, cleanliness, and delicious pierogi served in the cozy restaurant.
So how not to love this Hotel and its restaurant. It's impossible. Amazing place with a lovely design of antique furnishings as well the decoration of place, which gives it a unique atmosphere of place with a soul. We have been visiting Karczma for about 7 years. Food is always delicious, high-quality traditional polish cuisine, and hospitality is great . The object has an extraordinary and beautiful garden, full of amazing surprises, perfect to go with kids and group parties. They have grill there, ponds, playground, romantic bower. The spa zone is very comfortable. The best aside the food and place itself is the fact that it is located in a quiet cottage, around nature, by the small river but still 15 minutes ride to the Wroclaw Airport. So, location, atmosphere, food, and facilities make this hotel perfect for visiting for groups, organising weddings, birthdays, and trips for one or two as well as a city break.

the hotel has a rustic, old touch. the people are very kind and helpful. we ate there dinner and breakfast, the food came fast. its very quiet outside because the hotel is more outside but it was perfect for us. the room we were was bit small but still ok.

Hidden gem! The restaurant serves authentic dishes. Excellent service and nice ambiance. Love the Golonka! melts in your mouth. Must come back and try more dishes :)

This restaurant serves very good mashroom soup made with bread bowl. You can enjoy soup with bread as well and I liked both. Though this restaurant is not far from the airport, it is difficult to find. And this restaurant is very popular and crowded, so it is better to reserve a seat in advance.
Daiki M — Google review
The restaurant was okay, I went there with my friends and we liked the food, but unfortunately there is nothing vegan or even strictly vegetarian in the menu. Even pierogi are served with lard. The interior is good for hunters and tradition loving families. I wouldn't be surprised if they served whole pig with an apple in its mouth for special occasions.
Kama W — Google review
Cool design, very cosy and remarkable - you'll remember it long. The food was served fast, it was fresh and delicious. My only remark is about the pork chop, which was small (the size of the palm, probably, not bigger) and thin (5 mm or so). Yet, it tasted great! For the meal and coffee I payed 47 zł. The stuff carries a lot of charisma, warmth and friendliness. So, i recommend them wholeheartedly to everybody.

Perfect place for frequent travelers-so much different from other hotels; this place has a soul, people working there are enthusiasts and an idea behind the overall design is unusual: from last centuries, rural style little rooms to modern and elegant, spacious apartments. Exceptionally clean, nice breakfast and… delicious pierogi served in the restaurant. I loved this place.
Aga W — Google review
This is a wonderful place to visit (we been visiting for nearly 20 years) you really need to visit this place, the items attached to the walls can give you hours of pleasure. The ceiling in the bar area is amazing. The food served hot and reasonable quickly, a bonus here as some staff speak English to. Fancy staying for a few days - they also have a stunning amount of accommodation at this location and just up the road. Summer time cross over the road ad onto the footbridge and walk round their grounds - stunning. Update... 27/7/19 our visit was for a meal 2 adults and 2 children. The kids meals were super and tasted lovely as was our meals severed with salads - 4 clean plates at the end 10/10 finished of with a walk around their private lands across the road. This was a super place to walk plenty of change since our last walk. Beautiful lakes and plants and trees along with a range of small structures some with seating again 10/10

Cheap hotel with cheap furnishing (expected according to price), staff speak fluently english. Free parking. I would recommend it for one night stay, for longer it might be quite uncomfortable (for example we had no table).

Truly, amazing stay at so many points 👉 1. Location, exactly in the downtown and so close to anything. 2. A building and the rooms are fabulous. The place is called a hostel, but it's far better than that, although it is all designed and furnished simply but cosy. Wood and brick style. 3. There's a kinda kitchen unit just on the corridors, each unit per like 3-4 apartments. That's so cool. 4. Keys to the room and additional gates, which you can use to bypass the reception should you wish to go out and back late. Really convenient way...and the car park at the back. Overall, it is a great old building with fantastically arranged and not expensive apartments. Highly recommended 👌 Guys, I'll be back. Cheers!

Rooms are decent but the beds are uncomfortable. No air condition was an issue as we stayed during heat wave. There is a common kitchen with stove and fridge between rooms which you can use. Private bathroom is small though. Parking is in the back, tight and hard to get to. Overall the location is very good and pricing reflects the standard of the place. Do not expect a hotel, it is a hostel after all.

Great Hostel, interesting design and good value for money. Very clean, right near the City Center and not far from main points of interest (as well for travellers, party-lovers, and casual visitors). Practically don't have to use any public transport, as it's easy to find your way back after a day out. However it's not a problem to commute with all parts of Wroclaw from there. The private bathroom and a shared kitchen is very comfortable solution. Would recommend.

Very clean and great for the price! The location is excellent for the zoo and is easy to get into the Old Town. The bathrooms are very clean with warm water and respectful guests. The owners are very warm and welcoming- very friendly and fun (especially when watching Poland during the World Cup). Would recommend for travellers on a budget who will be out and about a lot!

Very loud with trams starting at 4am every 3 minutes, the building trembles with every tram passing, good option for all night parties ….
Basia K — Google review
The breakfast is great. We were disappointed by a few points: - the mattresses are very thin. You can feel the bed under it; - one of the room for 6 is so small, you cannot open the door completely. There was no a lot of room to open the luggages. In the Google photo of this same room there are only beds for 4 people ; - the street is very noisy and the beds are shaking each time there is a tramway ; - the walls are also thin and you hear very well your neighbors ; - two beds are in a room in which other people we did not know had to go through to reach their own room... - the breakfast room is very small compared to the hotel capacity and we had to wait in the hall before eating.
Zacharie A — Google review
The worst hostel I've been so far. The welcoming board on the street is covered with graffiti. Is hotel staff too lazy to clean it and show some respect to the visitors? The walls in the room are not soundproof at all, you literally can hear everything going on in your neighbors' rooms. There is a tram line outside which is very loud, when the tram is passing by. The bathroom was a total disrespect to me as a guest. The lock was broken so when I closed the door, I was locked for more than half hour inside. The hotel staff didn't apologize to me. Also the floor is very slippery. The bathroom is not clean.

Dirty appartment. Everything was dusty, room clearly wasn't hoovered, toilet wasn't cleaned properly, pretty much all of the walls were scratched, carpet had burns and curtains were stained. Heating didn't work for 2 days. ( Its march, so nights are still cold ) When we arrived we were told not to use the balcony as its under reconstruction. So no balcony for us, despite we paid the full price and we weren't informed about it in advance, plus sleeping beyond appx. 8 am was impossible because of the workers on the balcony.

Really nice place. All nice and cozy. Pet friendly, no extra cost. Very good breakfast with hot meal (boiled sausages) and variety of cold dishes (eggs, yogurts, corn flakes, granola and etc.). Public parking, free (we were on weekend, not sure about the work days). There is private parking too, which might be free during the weekend. Good location. Nice terrace and big balcony with nice view. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Free coffee and tea. Also there is a park just in front of the street if you are with you pet - you might like it ;)

I have chosen the place since it was close to the downtown, reasonable price and trouble free parking. All was as expected. The BB is at 6th floor ( lift was fine), where we were warmly welcomed. The rooms look nice and must be quite new. The ROMs have a balcony either at east or west. We had west direction and since it was pretty hot that weekend it was though night ;-) But we would not feel better at our home. Parking outside is free and there were plenty of places. Opposite the hotel is a grocery shop opened till 11pm. Breakfast is simple but very good. We used city bikes that can be rented for 20free of charge. The station is 5min walk in direction to the centre. I would take same place next time.

Had a recent stay here, my second time using Boogie Deluxe. Excellent value, rooms are clean and comfortable for a few days stay, terrific location, literally couple minutes walk to Wrocław Old Town. Codes for entry to the building and rooms are sent in advance, usually day or two before your stay. Bus and tram stops right outside the place, and shops, bars, cafes etc are plentiful. Recommended.

Scam. Pin code doesn't work. After talking with them in phone they asked us to 'walk for 5 minutes' to come and check in. Google maps said it was a 12 minute walk each way. So of course we didn't want to spend our evening walking around because of their imcompentence. We booked another room at a hotel. Now boogie won't refund us. Stay away from this old building marketed as a hotel. It is a big scam

Worst Hostel experience of my life! Terrible communication. A lot of loud teenagers and my room was next to a busy road. Not worth the money whatsoever. When I wanted to book two extra nights upon arrival, it later turned out to have cost three times as much as the other nights. I didn't receive any confirmation and it wasn't possible to cancel this. I feel completely scammed by this situation. The people working there were my age (not older then 23) and it was not possible to get in touch with the owners. They said that I would be contacted. That didn't happen. On top of that, all the facilities turned out to be in a different location. Which was not specified in advance. To get breakfast, you needed a confirmation given from the reception. This should have been possible from 9am, but they were never there for the whole week I stayed. Definitely not recommended.
Arlène B — Google review
We paid way too much for this room. About 200€ a night!! The floor was dirty, the wallpaper was scratched, behind the bed there was mold!! The door of the shower was broken and didn’t even close properly. The bed was horrible to sleep in. The only positive thing I have to say is that it is located pretty central. Besides that - we definitely won’t come back
Antonia M — Google review
Very bad experience. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it whole previous night, when complaint made at reception, answer was "are you sure someone is not smoming under the window?". It was closed. We could not air it out, it stank terribly. Windows do not cancel noise whatsoever, do the metal fence plavedon the street due to reconstruction getting kicked by drunk people is loud as hell. There are no hooks in the room, only 2 in bathroom for towels. Dirty stained courtains, carpet covered by them was not cleaned in a long time. Door in the shower does not close properly, and the shower leaks at other places. Don't even try to get the iron if in hurry. we were walking back/forth between reception and the actual accommodation, as no one gad idea where it is/where the key to a storage room is. Different location was not mentioned. Why we had to go to reception first I don't understand, as everything here is keyless. If you have rooms above you, you'll hear a lot of movement noises from your neighbours. Do not recommend!!!
CalantheCintra — Google review
Stay at this hostel if you want your visit to Wroclaw to become a horror. The accommodation is located at a different address than the reception. They originally gave us a room that had a broken window, and as it was in the beginning of December, it was cold in the room, so we kindly asked for another room. In the second room, we found a fatally damaged bed - half of the platform was missing, and I literally broke down during my attempt to lie down. As it was evening, we no longer had the strength to look for new accommodation. The receptionist was not able to answer our question about the method of compensation, and I did not receive an answer on my email either. I definitely do not recommend it.

Very bad. Furniture is old and dirty made from pallet. Shelves are made of old wood and painted. the price is not worth it. I really don't know how some people wrote a bad comments for this hostel! It's a really good place to stay in Wroclaw. I book it at the same day I arrive for 3 nights and I was worried before I book because the some bad reviews! Location is great. I recommend this hostel for everyone and for sure I will stay again here! :)

Check in was easy with the girl at reception very welcoming. The room was neat and clean, linen fresh and bed solid. The radiator was set super high so we had to open a window to bring it down a bit. Over night this was a bit of an issue. Our room faced the street so there was quite a bit of traffic noise in the morning. I'd recommend asking for a room not facing the street if possible. WiFi in the room was weak but usable for basics. Bathroom facilities were OK. We were able to leave our luggage during the day to explore the old town after we checked out. Location is great, very close to restaurants and attractions in the old market square.

You will never get your money back if anything goes wrong. It turned out that I had paid for 3 nights just for one night stay. And other bad comments below is so true, problems include: 1) the building is dark and old, which made me feel unsafe before getting into the room 2) the shower room is only partly covered by glasses. Water is everywhere after shower, and nothing is prepared for you to mop the floor 3) "beep" sound every 10-15 seconds, which came from the roof inside of the apartment. The receptionist could not fix it but brought me earplugs 4) wifi did not work 5) poor water drainage in sink 6) No one at the reception at 8:30am 7) I had left my personal belongings in the room but no one told me even though I went back to take my luggage in the late afternoon

The accommodation looked really nice when we (a group of girls) arrived. Soon after we arrived a group of older guys got to the shared lounge area. When they heard voices from our room, they entered our room without knocking. After telling them off they went out again. We then locked the door. They then tried again to enter our room. We carefully opened the door, but there was no way to communicate as they didn’t speak English, however we did signal them to back off. They then stayed a long time in the lounge area. We started to get scared because there was no other way out of the building and we had to share the bathroom with them. Whenever we left our room their door would open and they would peak out trying to get in touch with us so that we would enter their room. After telling the accommodation they checked the CCTV but told us off that they were apparently just ‚normal guests‘. They didn’t offer any other room on a different floor nor did they in any other way try to make us feel safe. Another issue was that there was no personnel present, they only communicated via WhatsApp. This is one more sexist incident where people don‘t take girls‘ worries seriously. Who knows what would have happened had we decided to stay there.. We ended up switching hostels. Hostel Vice City didn’t offer any refund. This is not how you treat your guests if you want them to feel safe.

It is absolutely perfect for a youth hostel, location is absolutely perfect (two minutes form town center, metro, food, anything), room was nice and cozy, towel was given with the room which is very nice and overall just a great place
Léan S — Google review
The room and the bathrooms were clean. The design was quite nice. Its central location is also an advantage. There is no area where you can smoke. Although the reasonable price was appealing, the environment was very noisy. At four in the morning, drunk guests who didn't know how to behave were wandering the corridors shouting. The lack of any staff to supervise and warn them was a major disadvantage. I felt a bit unsafe.
Ezgi K — Google review
They add a WHOLE night's price if you arrive early and want to put some luggage into the building (!), not the room. A joke

Wrocław Multimedia Fountain, the largest fountain in Poland and one of the biggest in Europe, is a captivating attraction located in Szczytnicki Park near the Centennial Hall. With 800 lights and 300 water jets, this majestic fountain offers enchanting choreographed shows set to classical and modern pop music. Visitors can enjoy these magical displays every hour during its operational months from April to October.
Great show. Definitely even better in the dark. The show started at 9:00 PM. I think the show is at regular intervals. It's worth going to see. There are small fountains next to it where the kids ran. Beautiful area and a nice big park.
Anu K — Google review
I absolutely loved this fountain. We went in the slightly damp and very cold weather which I wouldn’t recommend but the fountain itself I loved. The lights on the fountain in the dark was amazing. The music wasn’t very loud sadly but loud enough to hear and it was quiet when we went which was nice for us. I would give fair warning they play for about 15 mins on the hour each hour so we showed up with about 40 mins to wait and had to run around to stay warm so maybe be wiser then us.
Alice L — Google review
Great place to spend the evening in the garden and walk around the fountain. Great performance and show. Bring your camping chairs or a blanket.

I love the big fountain. I was there during the day, it plays music and gives kinda like a show. I guess it’s more beautiful when it’s dark. The place is beautiful with cute flowers and surrounded by a lot of green
Channa M — Google review
Shows every hour. Music wasn't loud enough, so it isn't what I was expecting, however, for a free show, it was good. Plenty of space to watch the show, you can seat on the grass or in a chair by the bistro. It's a perfect place to come with friends of family. Next to my table, this guy proposed to his girlfriend, soooo romantic!
Paul C — Google review
I agree with many of the comments: great for being a free show, better at night than during the day, and the music is wonderfully curated.
Gib — Google review
A unique experience where the fountains sync with the music playing - some songs pair better than others, but it’s always entertaining. Shows run several times a day, each about 20 minutes, and best of all, it’s free. Daytime performances are nice, but it truly comes alive after sunset. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.

This is one of the places which is surprising in a positivr way. Every hour you can enjoy an entertainment with music and water play having amug of coffee in front of the fountain. Also the place around it is pretty cool place to.spwnd some leisure time together.

Centennial Hall is a grand circular hall located in Wroclaw, Poland, surrounded by formal gardens. It serves as a venue for major exhibitions, cultural events, and sporting activities. The hall's revolutionary design has earned it the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This UNESCO site is so cool. It's got a long history, neatly laid out in the visitor's center. I enjoyed the VR experience as well. Walking around the site itself is surreal. Such a massive venue that was built so long ago. It also happens to be the filming location for the 2023 Hunger Games movie, which made it even cooler to visit.
Ethan S — Google review
This was a stop of the Best City Tours, 2 hour tour of Wroclaw. Didn’t have a chance to go inside but learned that is a UNESCO world heritage site for this Edwardian building which has the largest domed cement roof that was built at the time. I enjoyed the quick walk along the pergola to see the fountains. I was surpassed to see the Soviet monument out front.
Cindy L — Google review
Beautiful Venue, But Poor Experience at the Concert The building itself is truly impressive—spacious, elegant, and well-designed for large events. Unfortunately, the experience during the concert left a lot to be desired. Despite the venue not being overly crowded, it was extremely hot and stuffy inside. The ventilation was clearly inadequate, and at times it was hard to even breathe comfortably. This really took away from the enjoyment of the event. To make matters worse, the sound settings were completely off for the first two songs—distorted and poorly balanced, which was disappointing, especially at the start of the show. On top of that, there wasn’t a single bottle of still water available for purchase, which is unacceptable in such conditions. While the venue itself has a lot of potential, the lack of basic comfort and organization during the event was a huge letdown.
Georgia P — Google review
Centennial Hall is huge and really impressive. The architecture is wild modern but historic at the same time. The surrounding area is cool too, with open spaces and spots to chill or take photos. If you’re around Wrocław, it’s definitely worth a stop, even just to walk around outside.
Cameron — Google review
We visited centennial hall for a concert. The architecture and gardens were beautiful but the ventilation and lack of facilities let it down. The band also mentioned that the sound quality was unique (not in a positive way, asking if we could hear them ok). The seats are wooden and can be quite uncomfortable after a period of time. They are also quite close together so not ideal if you are tall. Drinks could be purchased but they were expensive and not refrigerated. I’d recommend buying a drink from the vendors outside and bringing it in. Signage for sitting vs standing wasn’t clear. The seating entrance is nearer to the zoo side.
Kathleen A — Google review
Centennial Hall is a beautiful place and definitely worth a visit. The architecture and surroundings are impressive, and it’s especially lovely during the summer. It’s a bit disappointing, though, that the Japanese Garden next to it requires a separate fee, because it looks like it could perfectly complement the visit. Still, overall, it’s a great spot to explore and enjoy, and I’d recommend it.

Visitors can explore the Wroclaw University Museum and the magnificent Leopoldinum Hall, as well as enjoy concerts at the historic Oratorium Marianum music hall.
Fascinating place, amazing building inside and out. Don't miss the higher rooms with the wall and ceiling frescos from Renaissance (or some would say, Tartarian Empire) and the viewing tower at the top. Those Jesuits knew how to make an impression, even if they are the ones responsible for a world of lies. 😉

Honestly the best thing I’ve done in Wroclaw. It was one of the most beautiful places I visited in Poland. It has a very specific charm and feel to it. I recommend visiting everything, it was also cheap 22PLN for all 4 rooms for students. Definitely worth every penny.

The charm of the University of Wrocław precedes itself. More than my almamater, the university is one of the finest buildings you'll see in Wrocław or even Poland. Don't miss to check out the university museum when it's open to visitors and the lookout tower of the main building. The city looks breathtaking from there! 😍
Amit C — Google review
Just prestige – and nothing more. The university may boast a grand history and a beautiful historic main building, but its faculties are scattered all over Wrocław. Students are constantly running across the city from one department to another. In the end, it’s all just a facade — like the fencer in the fountain near the main building: no sword, no clothes. After your studies here, you’ll be left with nothing. Better to choose another university.

Casa de la Musica is a vibrant Cuban bar located in the main square of Wroclaw, offering a colorful and cheerful ambiance with loud music and good drinks. It's a perfect spot for lovers of Caribbean and Latino American rhythms, Cuban cigars, and tropical drinks made with fresh fruit. The place is modeled after cigar clubs from the 1920s and 30s, creating a unique atmosphere that harks back to the previous century.
Fun and colorful. Loud and cheerful. Good drinks and good music. The ambiance was pleasant-everything you'd expect from a Cuban bar. The staff was friendly and the drinks tasty. There was even a dance floor, although it was definitely too small for the type of music playing there. Overall, people were having a good time and that's what counts. Definitely recommend.

Orianne Z — Google review
As I know place is very famous in Wrocław. Atmosphere is always great because every time people are dancing Latino. They know that people will come anyway and they do not care much about service and quality. Glassware is awfully dirty. Bartenders unfortunately arrogant and do not want to do anything to make the customer happy. When I asked to make Margarita cocktail on the rocks, I have seen grumpy face saying to me rudely “No!”. I asked again with the smile “Please!”. Answer was same “No!” No consistency. First two margaritas came with lime. Second two came without. Would be great to see the staff there smiling and be more friendly.

If you're into Latin, definitely a good place to go. There are two floors with two djs. So you can keep on changing the rooms. Generally, it has a very good audience. Almost everyone is dancing and there places to sit where you can just smoke and cool down. The service upstairs is a bit tricky if you don't have a table, just go to the other dancing floor and order one I went at night so didn't try the food.

The Bridge of Penitents, also known as the Bridge of Witches, is a unique attraction in Wroclaw that offers stunning views of the city. It connects the two towers of the 13th-century Gothic Cathedral of St Mary Magdalene and stands at a height of 45 meters above the ground. Visitors can climb 247 steps to reach the bridge and enjoy an incredible panorama of Wroclaw.
Some people say that climbing so many steps is difficult, but in fact it's not, and it's worth it because it offers a beautiful view. It will take about 15 - 20 minutes if you also read historical notes along the way. The building itself is an old cathedral so you will be surrounded by very interesting architecture.

Slightly hard to climb all the stairs in hot weather, but astonishing view worth every single step. If by any chance you are there when it is not so overcrowded you may really take good pictures and be satisfied from the top view over Vroclaw. Big roof of the church is newly renovated in two colored pattern. I recommend to spare some time to visit this place.
Nikolai N — Google review
The Bridge of Penitents in Wrocław is one of the city’s most fascinating spots—where history, legend, and breathtaking views meet, it’s a magical place that everyone can enjoy. Be ready for the climb—about 250 steps, nearly 10 minutes up—but it’s worth every step. The staircase itself is an experience: glowing with blue lights, filled with atmospheric background music, and along the way you’ll discover little treasures like the old wooden chair and stories about the bells. It feels like walking through time with a touch of modern thrill. When you finally reach the top, yes—you’ll be a bit exhausted—but the moment the fresh air hits your face and the panoramic view of Wrocław opens before you, it’s pure magic. Standing on the narrow bridge between the two towers is an unforgettable feeling
Shiva H — Google review
This gorgeous bridge between the two towers of a church isn't the easiest climb, but definitely worth it! It does get quite busy at the top, so I'd recommend taking breaks on mid-levels to peruse the plethora of information boards available. Learn about the history of the area and building while making your way up. Once at the top, there are beautiful views over Wroclaw to reward you.
Bianca W — Google review
Beautiful views from the top, especially at sunset. No elevator, only stairs, 245 steps up and be careful the grate starts halfway up, so if you are afraid of heights, it is good to be aware of this.
Toni S — Google review
It's a nice short experience going up.Climb via stairs is not that difficult.View across the bridge is very good. Ticket cost is also not that much. In short good experience if you are photo enthusiast.
Vinay D — Google review
Views were amazing and unlike other towers the stairs were sturdy, did take away some authenticity but was easier to climb! I wish there was a bit more information as you go up about the history. Views were amazing though
Emma B — Google review
Nice attraction to see it if you able to climb over 260 stairs. However there are some platforms with interesting facts to rest when you climbing up, so you don’t need to do all stairs in one go. On top of tower on bridge view is amazing specially at sun down but bridge can get overcrowded very quickly due to small size and because is located between two towers you don’t have 360 view.

Ruska, also known as "autumn leaf coloration," is a mesmerizing natural phenomenon that occurs during the fall season. This captivating display of vibrant hues can be observed in deciduous forests around the world. The metamorphosis begins when chlorophyll production decreases, allowing other pigments like carotenoids and anthocyanins to emerge. As a result, lush green foliage transforms into a kaleidoscope of warm reds, oranges, yellows, and browns.

The security is trash, they don't accept card for leaving your coat. I was with some girls, they left their coats on a chair and I was waiting for them to come with the drinks and an old short guy from security came to ask me take the coats from the chair and I told him that I can pay by card. They don't accept card. After that, the security guy started touching the coats telling me to take them. I told him to wait get my beer and I will take them. He then told me "take them, are you stupid?" and got very close to my face. So, it appears that the owners don't want money, hiring guys like this one, at least add payment by card to leave your clothes. We left immediately after this experience. And for the security guy, I could've taken him very easily, short old guy, but it's better to stay out of trouble. Get better staff. I see everyone complaining about security in the reviews.

Worst nightclub to visit in Poland, security just wants to steal and look for fights, when I went to retrieve my jacket security wouldn't give it to me because I didn't have the number (they never gave me a number) calling me idiot for not having it, so they could get a reaction to keep the jacket. They also went through the pockets of the jacket.

This is the worst club i have ever been to. I have never seen these many creepy guys in a club ever before. The security was trash and service was the worst. Everyone here is just there to harass woman and cause fights. DJ was trash too. Repeating the same songs again and again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless their aim is to fight and harass.

Subject: Feedback on Our Experience at Mundo 71 Music Club Dear Mundo 71 Management, We recently visited your club while traveling from France for a weekend holiday. We were impressed by the great music, lighting, and overall atmosphere—the club truly offers a fantastic nightlife experience. However, we encountered some serious concerns: Coat Check Overcharging: We were charged €20 (83.65 PLN) for three jackets, with each costing 27 PLN, which seemed excessive. Payment was cash only, and the staff did not speak English, which was surprising for an international nightclub. Card Payments Not Accepted: Both at entry (where a ribbon was tied to our wrist) and coat check, only cash was accepted. This raises concerns about transparency and tax compliance. Difficult to Find: The Google Maps address was incorrect, and it took us 20 minutes to locate the entrance. The bar was also difficult to find inside. While we appreciate the music and ambiance, we urge management to address these issues—especially payment transparency, fair pricing, and accessibility for international guests. We hope for a response and improvements in the future. Great place. Very atmospheric! Good food. Interesting spot for a date or lunch out. Can only recommend. We went to the Panda ramen stand - food was maybe bit too pricey considering the size of the portion and the fact that they're going for 'food stand ' vibe and not for a 'fancy restaurant' one but, all in all, it wasn't tragic and my dinner was very tasty :) I've been then on Monday so both the cafe and ramen stands were lacking some ingredients and so instead of the vegetarian mushroom ramen I've had a standard vegan one and then drank ice-frappe for the first time in my live cuz the coffee stand didn't have any more ice or tonic for a tonicspresso.. But just as I've said, those are only small inconveniences as compared to the overall experience and if you go there on a more usually-attended time you probably won't have these problems.

I don't know why this place is even marked on Google Maps, it's a complete waste of time if you're a tourist. Why this place exists in the 21st century is another question, what these people selling subpar merchandise are doing tax evasion. However, there were two drawbacks. First, the bathroom was extremely small. Second, we encountered a spider in our room (on the bed), which was unpleasant.

I don't like to rate places on the internet but I would like to say that the hotel is very nice. The room was cozy, clean and the view from the window was pleasant. I was a bit put off by the fact that there are so few channels on TV and how old it is. I didn't find an English channel but there were at least German ones. I liked that there was a newspaper in the drawer. I learned a few important things and interesting places in Wrocław. Breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the toast, eggs. The fruit for breakfast was also very nice. I am pleasantly surprised. Thank you :)

Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Close to a tram stop with access to the city in 15 mins. Breakfast was very very good, would recommend

It's a good hotel to stay a couple of days. The rooms are small but clean. The buffet-type breakfast is great, always lots of freshly cooked food. The staff is very nice but make sure to hang "do not disturb" sign on the door if you don't want them to change the towels twice a day. And it's only one trolly ride away from the Rynek.

Good rooms but a bit worn, ok restaurant. They offer just for 50zlot EV charging no matter how much you charge. Though you have bring your own travel 3phase charger.

I have a crazy idea, how about adding AC unit 🤦‍♂️ why I have this shitty luck on hotels, will just chose more expensive option next time.
Maksym P — Google review
Unfortunately the brunette lady in receptionist wasn't nice but one blonde small lady who is working on night was very helpful. The room was clean but the size of tv made me laugh :) if you have bad vision you will have problem to watch or need glasses. One lamp doesn't work. No milk on the coffee table. The breakfast was delicious, many choices of food and everything was perfect. The breakfast service were very helpful and keep cleaning all the time. The staff from reception( brunette lady) should learn from them.

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Wroclaw offers a stylish and airy atmosphere with a midcentury-modern vibe, complemented by an artsy courtyard. The hotel features a cool eatery, sauna, and bar for guests to enjoy. Situated opposite the famous Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice, this 5-star hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and access to a 24-hour fitness center.
A really nice hotel located very close to the river, and within walking distance of many of the things you want to see and experience in the city. The breakfast was really good and the room was nice, big and clean with a great bed. Staff was helpful arranging a taxi to pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Can recommend it to anyone visiting Wroclaw

We loved our stay at the Radisson, the room was large, very quiet and bed comfortable. Not much of a view but the big plus is the quiet location yet it’s only a short walk from the main sights of the city. The breakfast was the highlight, absolutely superb choice of items, possibly the best hash browns I’ve had anywhere in Europe, everything was tasty and well presented.
Chris H — Google review
Very good hotel. The Superior room is spacious, and there’s a free water refilling station on each floor. Good cleaning everyday. The breakfast is good quality. The hotel bar is fairly standard. Reception also accommodated by request by providing a small gesture for my parents’ anniversary. Location is great, a short 15 min walk to the town square. One of the best value for money hotels I’ve stayed in within Europe. Highly recommend.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted with a warm welcome. Check-in was quick and well organised, and the on-duty staff was really friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh options

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Great selection; cooked breakfast, bean-to-cup coffee, cakes , cold platters. Nice hotel lobby, sauna.

Excellent stay at the Radisson Blu Wroclaw. Easy walk to anywhere in this beautiful city. Breakfast is delightful with a great variety of fresh and prepared foods. Rooms were a bit tired but certainly excellent and served it's purpose with many amenities should you wish. Highly recommend a stay.

Stayed for a long October weekend with friends. Good location 10mins walk to shops and restaurants. Fabulous varied breakfast and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if coming to Wrocław

The walls are thin, a room beneath us someone was having a party until 1.30 am and we couldn’t sleep. We had to ask the front desk two times before they were finally quiet. I didn’t like their service. It’s not your typical Radisson hotel sadly.

Restaurant
Polonia Hotel is a casual hotel located just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The hotel offers relaxed rooms, a restaurant/bar, and a free buffet breakfast. Although somewhat dated in appearance, the hotel underwent a complete overhaul in 2009 to regain its 2-star status. Guests have praised the tasty and varied breakfast selection but noted that rooms facing the tram road can be noisy due to passing trams.
A good budget hotel with friendly helpful staff in a ideal location. Don't expect full on luxury but that's reflected in the price. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good choice.Everyrhing worked apart from TV which I'm not concerned about. WiFi was good and shower had a powerful jet.
Malc B — Google review
The local roommate was about as tasty as the food. Relaxing sounds of cars doing burnouts and trams. Looks like a warehouse from a horror movie. The smell made me want to go into an eternal sleep. Relaxing experience 3/10

Good location, near train station, public transport stops. Friendly and helpful staff. They prepared breakfast to go (very simple, but still) for me, as I had to checkout before 8:00, when breakfast starts here. Room was clean enough. Room was much more worn than at Booking photos. There were just 2 sockets in 1 room corner for whole room, which definitely not enough. Wifi didn't work good all the time of stay. Honestly, in such conditions it's hard to call it 3 star hotel, even though, nothing was critical for me this time.
O K — Google review
The room was in the 5th floor which has been recently renovated. The only thing that bothered us was low water pressure. Other than that the room was spacious and decently furnished. Even the lcd tv set was of a decent size. Location is close to the old town. It's a bit noisy (trams and traffic), but still acceptable.
Skender A — Google review
Hotel looks good. Location is very good: near train station, near old city. Rooms are not perfect, but for one night it's okay. Breakfast is VERY GOOD. Thanks to hotel administration for wonderful experience❤️
Павло Ф — Google review
The hotel is very well located and the service is nice. Unfortunately, these are all of its pros. On the other hand the rooms are dirty and you might expect bedbugs. If possible, it is better to look for other places to stay, since the price is also inadequate to the quality.
Karol — Google review
This was an average hotel. The breakfast was not that good and there isn’t much of a variety. When you ask the reception to clean your room they don’t make the bed. The sheets did not cover the whole bed and the sheets were stained and thorn. The bathroom door did not close. The only star goes to the reception that helped us the best they can. I don’t think that I would ever go to this hotel again.
Celine C — Google review
The most awful hotel experience of my life. The first room was disgusting, the carpet had huge stains on it and the doors too. The lights didn't work and the sheets didn't even cover the bed. Also there were no electrical outlets near the bed and there weren't any towels in the room so we had to ask for them. You could hear everyone in the hotel. Then we asked for a new room, it was nicer but we had barely used the toilet before it started overflowing. They had to turn the water off so we got a third room to wash up. There the toilet door didn't even close but hey, at least it had all the towels that is custom in a room. This has been a horrific three days. The only star goes to the staff in the reception who handled it the best they could and tried to help us.

Hotel Piast is a refined and classical-style building located in Wroclaw City Center, just 0.88km from the city center. The hotel offers formal yet unpretentious rooms and features a restaurant on-site. Its convenient location near the main railway station makes it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train, with tram and bus stops nearby providing quick access to the city center and other attractions. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very polite and spoke good English. Location is excellent, straight across from the train station and bus/trams are right outside as well. Plenty to see and do around the hotel as well

Check-in was fast and easy with the hotel location brilliant. Just opposite the main Wroclaw Train Station which has all the usual fast food outlets inside. Rooms are quite compact but adequate and the en-suite bathrooms are very well presented. The standard of room presentation is excellent for this rating of property. Breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold foods and included speciality coffees and cake. A very nice and well maintained centrally located hotel.
Bill B — Google review
I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times, the rooms were very clean. I usually wipe around the switches, bathroom, and bedside table in every hotel I visit. Hotel Piast is one of the very few hotels where the wipe stays perfectly white. The bed is comfortable, and the service is very friendly. However, the last time I was there, it smelled like there were some plumbing issues in the morning.

10 minutes from the city centre and next to the train station. We had a problem with the AC and asked them to fix it and they swapped our rooms, super helpful.
Karol — Google review
first of all, every single staff is very kind and helpful. they always pay attention to what you speak and easy to contact at any time. secondly, the room was not good. the first room i was provided had a problem on the window because it did not close fully so i could feel the strong wind and all traffic sounds. so one of the kind receptionists changed the room which was the right next one from the first one. at first, i thought it was nice but as time goes by, i realized it was not that clean. as you see the pictures i am attaching, there were 2 bugs - 1 spider, 1 moth. 😵‍💫 as they are not productive and harmful, i sent the spider out of the window with toilet paper and i missed catching a moth since it kept flying....🤯 i found them at night 1 day before i checked out but i did not tell it to any staff because i was too exhausted to go down to the ground floor. besides, i found a black raggedy old male shirt deep in the closet. and when i asked for room cleaning service on my first day, the cleaning staff only removed used towels on the bathroom floor and changed toilet towers. that is all. so now i see it is why there was a small web made by a spider at the very corner of the room, which i had to remove by myself. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 third, i do not like the door is too heavy. i have to pull it hard and there is a noise closing and opening the door so it is good when you want to stay quietly. and it is not good for those who have lots of luggage on hands because of the heavy door. fourth, there was a group of young polish people who had a party, turning on music and talking out loud on my 3rd day. and in spite of my advice to be more quiet at night time - 11:00 pm to 1:00 am, they were making lots of noise such as banging the walls, moving out and in the room with noise of opening and closing the door, as well as chatting and giggling each other with louder voices. it means the walls are not soundproof so you can hear everything. fifth, the hair dryer was not working properly. thanks to kind staff, i was able to get a spare one but the original one seemed nice for the first 3~5 minutes if it is set as maximum mode, but suddenly it stops and idk why 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ and sixth, i still cannot believe that there is no black out curtain in a hotel. so it was quite bright in the room after turning off all light and i had to cover my eyes with my hankerchief. :-( the staff were trying to change the curtain but they said no it was not available so only thing they could was CHANGING THE ROOM AGAIN. the only good things were location, nice view and the staff kindness in my opinion.

Aparthotel Invite offers modern and spacious suites with kitchenettes, making it a perfect choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The hotel provides superb service and a delicious breakfast, although some guests found the internet to be weak. It is wheelchair-friendly and located in a convenient area with easy access to amenities. While some guests noted that the appearance may not be grand, they were satisfied with the clean and tidy accommodations.
Nice big apartment, superb service, great breakfast. It's appearance isn't 'grand', but further it is. Pretty, modern design, but not overly done. Very wheelchair friendly. We came with an elderly, invalid person and booked a 3-person apartment. They gave us the biggest available apartment PLUS the use of the bathroom of the invalid 2-person apartment. And the bathrooms are really well-done (5+ stars). And we can only give our compliments to the cook(s) of the breakfast. We could only compare it to a top-hotel in the UK. The quality of the served food was excellent. This hotel is absolute top in price/quality comparison.

The “pay at property” option was selected – it was offered by the hotel. The room was reserved for €270. Just a few days before arrival, they decided to cancel the reservation. Well, yes – due to the big event, hotel prices in the city are significantly higher on those dates. I believe this was done because of that.

I stayed here overnight on a business trip. My experience here was quiet positive. They had clean rooms and an annex kitchen with good customer service. The breakfast was quiet good as well and had a good variety of food. The only reason I didn't give a 5 rating is because the room lacked simple things like a bottle of water, cutlery etc which should be there in an apartment style hotel room.

I do not recommend this hotel. I had a chance to visit beautiful Wroclaw however this hotel destroyed completely my whole trip. I wasn’t informed during check in that above my room are building works. 7:00 am banging and drilling wake me up. After my call to reception they stopped and in next few hours started again, ignoring the fact they have quests still in the hotel. I had to leave this hotel earlier than I really wanted. Very poor customer service too, as they don’t understand hotel guests and their reason to be there.

The hotel is clean, modern, spacious, wonderful breakfast, vegan friendly, dog friendly hotel - extra charge applies (if you want to bring the dog to breakfast, you can sit in the lobby restaurant. Fair to guests who don't want dogs near the table and comfortable for dog owners. Garage parking available. 20-30 min walk from the old Town. Will come back for sure and can recommend.

The hotel is located near the centre. The room was nice and well-maintained, but the beds were a little small. The food was okay. All in all, a great experience!

I can't say it was a bad hotel, but the cleanliness other reviews talked about wasn't good for us. The room smelled when we got there, mostly in the bathroom. No air flow worked there. We told them, and they gave us a spray for the smell. They said someone would fix it the next day. No one seemed to come, so there was a slight smell until we left. Breakfast was okay. But cleanliness was poor. Dirty toilet, stains, no toiletries. Low beds, hard mattresses, low-quality blankets. I gave it 2 stars instead of 3.

A quite good, 3-star hotel. ADVANTAGES: - perfect location, very close to the old town and philharmonics - the room was neat and very clean - friendly staff at the reception desk and at the breakfast DISADVANTAGES: - the room was really small, the bed also very small - a bit too stingy: no mineral water (cost = 0.50 $) or a pen in the room, no becon at breakfast - VERY LOUD cleaning staff, yelling at each other and slamming the doors

This is like a few nitpicks, the biggest one is that pancakes weren't edible... scrambled eggs are weird, but that's like the whole country thing. Croissants were cut in half for some reason, but very good. Location is great, service is good and the value for money is excellent. The TV in the room is brilliant, if you are not old enough you'll wonder what it is..and yes, it is a TV set and it was that small in the ancient times. Great piece of history. I'm not writing that as a criticism, nobody watches the TV nowadays, right?

Corner Hostel is a relaxed accommodation option in Wroclaw, the 4th largest city in Poland. The hostel offers simple rooms and dorms, featuring art-filled common areas and a shared kitchen. Located near the old city center, it provides easy access to buzzing nightlife, gorgeous parks, bohemian architecture, and well-preserved streets. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and nice bathrooms but note that there is limited lighting in some rooms.
I only stayed a night, wish it was longer! Mariola was very helpful and patient with my 8262892 questions :) Thanks for recommending me the restaurant, I went there 3 times! Room was impeccable. TV is working, hot and cold water available immediately. Mattress was comfy, pillow a bit soft for my liking. My room was a bit noisy as it is by the main road but that wasn't a problem with me, I fall asleep after a long day of exploring. Would stay here again, definitely!

Stayed here for 2 nights. My room was on the second floor on the corner with the big KFC sign directly outside it. It was cheap but doesn’t justify a room that felt like it was falling apart. Outside my room the light was broken so it was very dark. The radiator was propped up with planks of wood and the only temperature was hot. The curtains were very thin and didn’t fit the window. The bed slats broke. Shower door clinging on there, couldn’t close the door. There is a lift and to get to the 2nd a key is needed however the stairwell was open for all and the the outside door was always unlocked. The windows were drafty. However, location was excellent, in the city centre. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Left my bag there after check out. Inside the hostel was very quiet, hardly saw anyone. Towels were provided.

There was a drunk polish guy in our room and there were most likely some bed bugs in it too. The receptionist women told us that we booked a room for the women room despite not even looking at her computer. Why should you tell a guest that they do not have a room despite having booked it 2weeks ago? The location is nice but do not go there. We sleept one day there and immeadility leeft for another hostel.
Boskos S — Google review
Entrance is through an elevator (lift) which takes you straight to the reception. My room was a double bed one for myself with private bathroom with shower cabin. Receptionists were friendly with a good level of English whenever I needed anything, including laundry services. Room wasn't very clean, walls had markings on and hand prints on the wall next to the bed :) bathroom was clean but the entire place definitely needed a deep cleaning. Towels and bedsheets were old, so old they were ripping apart so easily, dust under the beds and cigarette butts outside the window

This hostel is near the old city centre. Our room was big with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom but with little light. no breakfast, but KFC at the same building. Remember a card payment isn't available here, only cash. I recommend this place , it isn't expensive and nice.

I am a solo woman traveler. I stayed at Corner Hostel for 2 nights and got the worst experience ever. On the second night of 08 Apr 2023, I experienced 2 bad things within 3 hours. First, I went back to hostel at 8:00pm, opened room No. 54 to put my belonging and then went to the kitchen. After that, I found out I forgot the key inside the room so I looked for the receptionist but she answered that she only had 4 keys and no key left, nobody was inside the room so I had to wait other girls. However, when I came back the hostel at 10:00pm, I saw a new girl who just checked in for the bed right under me, she is the fifth girl of the room for 6, it means that at the time I asked for help 2 hours ago, the receptionist had 1 key left but she decided not give it to me for just 1 minute to open the room. Second, at 10:30pm, when I was inside the bathroom (just nearby the reception desk), someone tried to open the door and I said “occupied”, 2 minutes later the door was opened (even though I locked it inside), and a man stared at me while I totally wore nothing. When I was outside, the receptionist was chatting with 2 other men, I asked her and she answered that she knew what happened, she didn’t know who, and she felt sorry for me. When I realized that man is one of 2 men who were talking with the receptionist, both of them wore uniform (security services I guess). The man who opened the bathroom’s door is younger, he has beard. I asked him why and required an apology but he only speaks Polish. I asked the receptionist to support me on translation but she refused. She also refused when I required to talk with manager or owner. After that, 3 of them continued their story in Polish and totally ignored me. This was a horrible experience for me. I never expected to be treated like this in a civilized and progressive society.

I spent few days here recently. Great location. Low prices. Pretty clean bathrooms. Quite friendly staff. There was a washing machine and a dryer which was great. I believe Poland to be a people-oriented place on the globe right now and this place seems to uphold these values. There were issues though: 1) It seemed like someone stole a wallet from a guy's pocket while he was sleeping. 2) I left a day earlier. I asked for a refund but it was denied.

A very good clean place with decent kitchen. unfortunately my bunk bed had open nail today its ladder. The TV room on the top floor is a special place. It would be good if sofas beds are cleaned properly. The charging sockets are poor which are not sufficient. the kitchen utensils are few compared to thousands of plates they have got. The reception desk is friendly but not soo funny. It hosts many people but nit crowded. i feel more toilets might be needed in peak tourist season. The breakfast is worth and is of good quality

Location is great, walking distance to main places you want to see in Wroclaw. Unfortunately, the rooms are not cleaned properly. It requires really a solid work to make it clean, it was unpleasant experience of staying there. It’s like when you enter the place and you know someone was here just before, and someone else just used a dry piece of tissue to make it somehow looking. Pictures are very nice but don’t expect it in reality.
Dorota K — Google review
Somehow, the pictures online looked much more appealing than the actual room, where I spent the night in. But given the low price, I expected something like that. The room was very poorly furnished and equiped as there wasn't even shower gel or a hair dryer. It also smelled unpleasant when I entered it. I felt somewhat uncomfortable during my stay and didn’t want to touch anything at all. But it was spacious at least.

Terrible service. They hung a sign limiting the height to 2 meters, in fact the car should be significantly lower than 1.9 meters. Money is not returned. the car did not pass 1.89 m. Where do the traffic police look at such signs? How can a 2 meter sign hang but a 1.89 meter car cannot pass? Money is not returned. I do not recommend anyone to contact them.

The location is great. But that’s about it. The pictures online look way better than it actually is in real life. Very poorly equipped. There is no shower gel, no shampoo, no hairdryer. The room was quite noisy as well. You’re better off staying at the AbsyntApart in Ovo. When I came to check-in there was nobody at the reception. There was a sign with a number to call, but when I did the phone started ringing at the reception desk.

Be careful when parking, there is a 2 meter height limit sign on the parking lot. The letter says 1.9 meters, in fact a car 1.9 meters high could not pass. The money was not returned and the letter was not answered. Road signs are misleading The thing is that the height of the car with the trunk is 1889 mm, which is quite enough for the passage from the dimensions specified in your letter. But in practice, due to a rather sharp descent, we could not enter, I think the maximum height is 1850 mm, but definitely not 1900. What confused me most was the position of your company in this situation. We paid for parking, tried to enter, it did not work and 5 minutes after paying, they said that the car would not fit. However, they told me to write a complaint and most likely to answer tomorrow. The next day, at the reception, the administrators said to wait 2 weeks for an answer. Here is a response from you, that you will not return the money. The question is, we did not use the parking service, immediately notified the administrator, literally 5 minutes and you do this. But what confused me even more is the misleading of drivers with your signs. You have a standard sign of 2 meters on the first and second gates, in fact you claim that it is 1.9 m, which is already misleading. And in the third, a car with dimensions less than 1.9 could not enter. This is wrong, I think you need to schedule a check of your signs and write about this in the reviews.

The location is great - not too far from the main station and also not too far from the bus stop for the bus connection to the airport. The room was fine, with a basic kitchinette. The towels looked a bit tired and the bed sheet had some faint stain marks. There were no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom, just a bottle of liquid hand wash. They have a very strict 3pm check in policy so if you arrive an hour early, there will be no chance of checking in early, though they are more than happy to let you leave your luggagein the reception area. One thing to note, there are no common toilet facilities at the hotel reception. Considering the price, there is nothing really much to complain about.
Un V — Google review
Turns out there's no room in the hotel where you can leave your luggage if you show up for check-in earlier than 3pm. All we were offered was to leave our belongings in the middle of the reception hall. With "at your own risk" remark. No, I don't feel entitled, but little cooperation would be really nice to have. And, yes, there's no shampoo in the bathroom and plenty of hair under the mattress.

Nestled near the vibrant Market Square, The Granary La Suite Hotel is a chic retreat that seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. This boutique hotel, housed in a former 16th-century granary, features 46 uniquely designed suites that exude character and sophistication. Guests can indulge in fine dining at the on-site restaurant Mennicza, which offers an enticing array of fusion dishes.
Nice hotel with spacious rooms. We had a garden room, which also had access to the garden. Well, don't expect too much though. Breakfast was really good, we were positively surprised. Continental and American breakfast were both included in the price. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking of the main square. Parking at the hotel totally overpriced. We went to a public parking, that costs 1/3.

On the face of it the hotel looks lovely and in a great location for wanting to be close to things. However that’s about as far as I can say for a positive. The staff couldn’t look more uninterested and that they really didn’t want to be here. Everything appeared to be an effort from checking in to requesting additional towels, which took 3 hours and a second request. The cleaning of the room didn’t happen only making the bed and emptying the bin, using a hoover wouldn’t have gone a miss. I know some reviews criticise the breakfast, we had no issues apart from it being hit and miss who was working and how long it took. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but one with so much potential if it cared to improve.

Pleasant hotel. The room was decent. Very large with a nice sitting area. There was some mechanical equipment right outside that made a lot of noise so we had to shut the windows at night. The hotel has an odd layout with the lobby one level down from the entrance. The stairs and floors are black which made it very hard to see the steps when you first come in. Breakfast was OK. It wasn’t included for us and was a bit expensive for what was on offer. Location was good, close to the tourist center but in a very quiet location

Quality hotel situated perfectly between the centre and the train station. The downstairs room was huge, well kept and warm with a big wardrobe also. The bathroom is also of a great size with a bath, perfect. Mini bar is cheap and cheerful, good use of coffee machine and kettle. Will happily recommend this place 5*

I stayed at this hotel for one night, 24.-25.05.2025. Paid 220 eur/night for their Premium suite room which turned out to be low class 2 star hotel experience and not 5 star hotel. First of all, their Premium suite for 220 EUR a night, looks like a standard 3 star hotel room but dirty! Upon arrival i was given a room which was not ready and was on the ground floor, needless to mention when i made reservation 3 months ago, it was shown that it will be top floor Premium suite. When i got my room, when entering the room i immediately noticed huge dirty spot on the carpet, and overall carpets were dirty and worn out. Glass surfaces (bathroom door) was with visible fingerprints. Bathroom floor was not clean, it was dusty, with hair and some white substance marks on it. Windows were very dirty. When i complained to receptionist and requested their manager to reach out to me, my request and messages in booking.com were totally ignored. Currently i have requested Booking.com to reconsider this hotel 5 star rating on their app, because hotel itself has the quality of poor 3 star rating hotel. Moreover, one hour before breakfast ends i came to restaurant. Menu was depleted and only after asking to refresh it, it was done. If You don't want your Wroclaw visit experience to be ruined as it was for us and You want to avoid overpriced hotel, then i totally do not recommend this establishment!!!

Nice hotel in an interesting building and good location within walking distance of rynek and main sites. The room was a good size but due to ongoing renovations they had taken some of the seats out of the room and stored another king size bed in the room so we had 2 king-size beds which was strange. The staff were very polite and professional at check in and check out but otherwise seemed uninterested. No prior information was provided by them about the ongoing work including one morning when we left the room to find the staircase was closed and on returning late one afternoon to find the main entrance being redecorated. Minibar was never refilled during the stay and bins in room were never emptied. I would not call this a 5 star hotel in it's current state but it is very good value for money despite the issues.

We checked in and turned on the AC, Noted that the upstairs power seemed to have an issue and figured it would cool down. We went out about our day and the upstairs seemed to have slightly cooled but the downstairs was still boiling. After that we experienced all of the below. Room 1 • AC didn't work • We asked the person at the front desk to check the ac and fix it. We did not get a response. I went down to the front desk twice and was met with "yes I went and it did not work" • Multiple outlets not working • Fridge not cold (needed this for medication) • Cot instead of 4th bed - the listing of the room makes it look like it is an actual 4th bed not a cot and this is misleading) • TVs did not work • No power to the upstairs Room 2 • AC didn't work - heat was on • Fridge wasn't cold • TVs did not work • No power by the bed upstairs • Secondary AC system would not turn on either • Water in upstairs sink was brown Room 3 • AC worked - was between 27 and 29 when we got in the room. After moving rooms twice we were all exhausted, hot and sweaty but we had to wait for the room to cool down • The cot center continuously popped up leaving my sick daughter to sleep on the floor instead. • Safe was locked when we got in room and needed to be unlocked Miscellaneous • The restaurants food left a lot to be desired but the service was good • Restaurant also was out of a lot of options including basic beverages • Dropped laundry off around noon - confirmed with front desk it would be back same day. When went back at the end of the day to see what the status was we were informed it would be back the day we leave (at 9a) between 10:00-20:00 • Out of all of the people we worked with on any of the issues only 2 gave us any empathy for any of the situations that we were put through. The rest made it feel like it was an inconvenience to have to work with us at all on any of the issues. It seems like they pretend issues are not fixable until people leave them alone. It is a shame that such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location seems to be run by college kids who do not care to help or take care of guests.

I can speak on the behalf of my group as well, our experience was truly amazing! The property is stunning, with beautiful decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy. 😊 Most importantly, I want to commend your staff for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable-helping my group in everything. Breakfast was just phenomenal!!

Very disappointing stay Working myself in the luxury hospitality industry, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and care shown at this property. We had booked one night to celebrate my birthday, only to discover upon arrival that our room had been double-booked. In addition, the bathroom was completely dysfunctional: the shower was leaking everywhere. When we reported this to the front desk, an employee came to "inspect" the issue, but did so by stepping on the bath mat with his shoes, leaving dirt all over the bathroom floor, and walking away without cleaning up after himself. We were left to tidy up the mess ourselves: an experience that is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. Even worse, the staff told us the shower could not be repaired and left us with defective facilities, despite the fact that we had fully paid for our stay. NO apology, NO room change, NO gesture of goodwill. When we requested another room, the only option offered was in a lower category, facing noisy trams : despite my partner having paid for an upgraded room. Having stayed in nearly every 5-star hotel in Wroclaw, I can confidently say this was the worst experience of all. This property does not stand behind its service standards and shows no regard for guest satisfaction. One wonders if there is even a manager in charge of guest relations. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this was unprofessional and careless. My advice: choose another property if you are looking for a true luxury experience in Wroclaw.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The interiors are stunning, and the spirit of the historic building has been beautifully preserved. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was excellent — and the restaurant is also highly recommended for dinner. The place is very quiet; you can barely hear the occasional tram passing by, but it doesn’t disturb your sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean. We would be delighted to stay here again.

The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff treated us so well. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious. All the little things this hotel did - like leaving cookies at night and sleep spray - made this such a wonderful stay. We would recommend to anyone visiting Wroclaw!

First time at ALTUS ,because it was highly recommended ,we stayed 7 nights ( September 15-22 nd) .Normally we would stay at HOTEL MONOPOL ,since we are visiting family at least once a year.Delicious breakfast, clean room with comfortable beds and EXCEPTIONAL WIERZBOWA 15 RESTAURANT. Our room #507 had a windows facing elevator with no privacy at all, I would think that the management use better judgment for the room selection, for 7 nights stay.

I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel in #411 from october 8th to 10th. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" Ou si vous voulez être plus spécifique : "...and the room service team, who provided exceptional service, was very attentive and efficient - thank you!

our stay was a mixed bag, however not at the level of a 5* hotel. I would really struggle quantifying this hotel as even 4*. The first night our bathroom smelled of sewage, one of the saunas was broken during our entire stay, also the wellness area lacked clean towels and clean water cups. the hotel has huge potential but fails on delivering the basics for a 5* experience. however, the staff at breakfast was excellent and worked very hard to make every guest happy, also the breakfast is a must, it is excellent. overall, I think I would look at another hotel upon returning to Wroclaw.

Located just a two-minute walk from the market square, it provides a convenient stay in the heart of the city. Guests can enjoy spacious, well-equipped rooms with beautiful views of the river and city. The hotel also offers breakfast served in the apartment and a shuttle service for exploring the capital. Visitors have praised its friendly staff, large apartment sizes, and convenient parking options.
I think I got a room even more beautiful than I expected . The room is spacious, clean, artfully decorated and well-equipped. everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The river+ City view outside living-room and kitchen window is impeccable. Parking easy as the space they reserved is right under the apartment building. Need to mention as well that breakfast is a must-add. It’s tasty and in a good portion and presentation. They delivered breakfast to your room so that you can enjoy the delicious breakfast with the amazing view outside without effort. Staff nice and helpful. I’d stay here as long as I can since this place is so comfortable and like-home. Old town, and the most attractions are just across the short bridge totally waiting walking distance (10 mins). Would definitely recommend to stay here for a couple of nights.

Amazing aparthotel right by Rynek. It is located in a quiet street that is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Stare Miasto with all the restaurants and shops. The woman at the reception was kind and pleasant at check in and check out. The room had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The AC was perfectly cool on those 30°C days. The room had the kitchenette, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, laundry, etc. Really perfect and I will book this place again next time I'm in Wrocław.

The apartments are nice and best part is that these apartments are located in center of the city. All the major tourist attractions are walkable from apartments. The tram stations are in front of the apartment. However, I have given 3 stars because there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. There were dead mosquitoes lying near the balcony. Secondly, I asked for extra tissue rolls. I waited for 2 hours and asked again. The reception reassured me to deliver it to the room, but it never arrived. I have to go down to the reception to fetch it. If you are not providing room services please inform people, don't tell them that you will deliver in room.

This was a perfect accommodation for the old town exploration as it's located within walking distance to pretty much anything. We we given a duplex apartment with air conditioner (given the fact that many hotels and apartments in Poland don't have AC at all, this was a big plus). The apartment came with the underground parking garage. Yes, it was quite tricky to find our parking spot, and then our apartment, but the ladies at the reception desk were very helpful, and with their instructions it wasn't that of a problem. We didn't order their breakfast because with the fully stocked kitchen and grocery stores in the area, it wasn't a problem to cook great breakfasts ourselves. This was a great stay in Wroclaw, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Hostel 55, situated in Wroclaw's Sepolno district, is a convenient and affordable accommodation option for budget-conscious travelers. The hostel offers a shared kitchen, luggage storage, and free parking. It features cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layouts with amenities like a garden, internet access, and pet-friendly accommodations. While some guests found the rooms to be small with limited space for movement and storage, others appreciated the cleanliness and specific service provided by the staff.
Low price for a simple, but nice room. Room was very clean - could still smell the detergent on the bed linens. Can pick up the keys from the lockbox at any time of arrival when reception is closed. No hassle. All you can ask for when staying somewhere on a budget. Only downside is that the mattresses were a bit stiff. Not recommended to sleep on for more than a few nights or you may experience joint pains or muscle cramps.

When I made the reservation I didn't realize it was so far from the center, so that was my bad but I wouldn't stay there again because of this, the room was small but comfortable enough like the bed, we didn't meet anyone from reception or working there so that was a bit weird. I think most people staying there are not travelers but immigrats and older people, which of course it's totally fine, they were nice and we had no issues at night with noise, but as a backpacker it's not what you usually expect when you're staying in a hostel.

(Translated by Google) For the price we paid and considering that it is a hostel and not a Hilton, everything is a 5. The room is pleasant and quiet (level -1). In the corridor there is a kitchenette for making coffee and tea. The bathroom (for three rooms) is neat and not the size of a broom closet. The receptionist was very nice. By calling two hours earlier, we arranged an earlier check-in and we did not have to camp with bags in the car. We had no problem with a parking space. For all those who do not expect luxury for free, I sincerely recommend it. (Original) Jak na cenę, którą zapłaciliśmy i biorąc pod uwagę, że to jednak hostel, a nie hilton to wszystko na 5. Pokoj przyjemny i cichy (poziom -1). W korytarzu aneksik do zrobienia kawy i herbaty. We loved our stay at inQse! We had an apartment room in the corner. It was exactly perfect, with modern amenities. The sofa could be transformed into a bed, so my brother and I had separate bedrooms each. It was already made up on arrival (we'd requested separate beds). Some noise from the tram tracks, but nothing unreasonable for being so close to the city center! One minus: we didn't find curtains or roller shutters to keep the light out. Luckily I had a sleep mask with me.

Absolutely lovely apartment, very tidy and clean, well furnished with a good size kitchen. Amazing views over the river to the beautiful university building, and a quick 5 minute walk to the old town. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and all in all it was an amazing stay! My only complaint? It would be nice if there were cushions for the seats we had on the roof terrace. Still 5/5 stay. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Wroclaw.

I start saying "Bad services" for one of amazing Apartment. Apartment wide and amazing view with luxury things. But unfortunately can accommodate for 4 max not for 6 adults. Negative: Parking without remote: Calling reception by mobile everytime want open Parking door. Wifi: Guide available for wifi but not working. Reception doesn't care and reply "no one to fix during weakened" Although you pay more in weakened. Laura bad reception 👎 and don't care of customers. 2-4 hours calling no answer phone call. Later Maya good reception with good respect although she is new and doesn't know everything.

City Central Hostel - Old Town offers a casual and colorful stay in the heart of the city. The hostel provides great value with shared-bathroom facilities and all-around city views. Guests appreciate the clean, modern showers, nice kitchen, and cozy rooms. The location is excellent for quick access to popular places. While some guests found small, simple rooms, they were satisfied with the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff.
I really recommend this accomodation if you are going to Wroclav. The location is perfect, directly in the center, but still not too loud that it would disturb your sleep. The staff was very helpful in case of any questions and did their best to help - 5/5. Bathroom is shared but it was clean and worked without any problems. Absolutely horrible experience! We arrived at the hostel only to find out that they'd made a double booking and our room wasn't available for us... The only "compensation" they offered was to give us our money back for that night and said we can come back for the remaining two nights of our stay in Wroclaw. As if we'd ever want to go back there... The receptionist was lovely and tried his best to find a solution but clearly his manager couldn't care less. It was past 9pm and we had to look for another hotel instead of having a relaxing time on our first evening. Just awful. I do not recommend.

Horrible hostel . Only two positive things : it's very close to the center of the city, it's clean . In our room there was no chest of drawers, no wardrobe, no coat hangers, only one very small near bed and one kind of bathroom stand shelves which is not for clothes. Horrible isolation in the hostel everywhere. You will hear loud music, neighbours hitting the doors and showering. It's cold as well , heating is not warming the room. To get some dishes or cups you need to go up to the kitchen on the fourth floor . Each floor has only kettle, fridge, microwave. We got only two big towels so I guess one towel must be for everything? No shower gel included , only liquid soap for hands and dishes which is in shared bathroom. Sofa bed is the worst of all, it was imposible to sleep on such hard bed with row in the middle , pillows are tiny . For that price I would get much more better hostel room somewhere else . Price is not worth it .

I have often read about the capsulehotels in Hong Kong and Japan but little did I know I unconsciously booked one myself..in Poland. Unless you are four hobbits on a quest to save the world from evil and needing a place to stay on the way, I would not advise to book this room for 4 people. The room barely fits 4 beds and what remains of space is taken in by a small armchair and a closet. If you have some luggage it might be a good solution to hang it outside the window. Please ask your doctor for advice if you suffer from claustrophobia. The bathroom is 2/3 the size of the room which we can consider a reasonably good thing given the circumstances, but the only real plus is the proximity to the city center.

Great place for a short and long stay, everything clean and of a high standard. Low prices compared to the standard. Nice service. I highly recommend

(Translated by Google) The apartment greeted us with a terrible smell, which gave some people severe headaches. Not only was it different from the photos on booking, it was unbelievable crap. I honestly advise against booking here. We were forced to leave this place with two children without being sure that we would find somewhere to stay. Unfortunately, the hostel does not respond to complaints from booking and it is not known whether we will receive a refund, and we had to pay for another night. My byliśmy zmuszeni opuścić to miejsce z dwójką dzieci bez pewności, że znajdziemy jakiś nocleg. Niestety hostel nie odpowiada na reklamacje od bookingu i nie wiadomo czy otrzymamy zwrot, a kolejny nocleg opłacić musieliśmy.

(Translated by Google) The first thing that greeted us was an incredible stench that we couldn't smell. After looking into the room, it turned out that it did not look like the booking photos. Moreover, it was not completely cleaned and there was not even toilet paper in the toilet. Unfortunately, we were forced to run away and look for another place to stay at the last minute, which resulted in huge costs for us. I don't recommend it to anyone.

(Translated by Google) The service lady gave us the codes to the room around 1:00 p.m. When we got there and opened the door, we felt a terrible smell. We went inside and it only got worse. We were with small children. An adult couldn't stay in the room, let alone children. Looking around, we noticed terrible dirt, dust everywhere. We reported the matter to booking. We are waiting for a solution. We do not recommend the room, unless someone likes the smell of septic tanks and dirt. (Original) Pani z obsługi przekazała nam kody do pokoju kolo 13:00. Sprawe zgłosiliśmy do bookingu. Czekamy za rozwiazanie. Pokoju nie polecamy, chyba, że ktoś lubi zapach szamba i brud.

(Translated by Google) Great location. Everywhere nearby . There is a bathroom and a kitchenette with everything you need. Unfortunately, there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. The curtains do not cover the street lamps and onlookers from the tenement house opposite. Even though the tenement house is not located on the main street, the night noise there is a nightmare - unless we close the windows, it will be a little quieter. I have poor sleep, so I have sleepless nights. (Original) Lokalizacja super .

Guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals, as well as cozy living spaces designed for relaxation.
can’t imagine better location for a such comfortable and well-managed appartment
Szymon K — Google review
The host met us outside and showed us into the apartment explaining the entry and exit procedures, even though we did not arrive until 10:30pm. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was spacious and hot. The view of the church was beautiful. The location was perfect, less than a minute to the fabulous market square with an abundance of restaurants and quirky cafes (Cat & Alice was our favourite!). I would definitely book again if returning to Wroclaw.

Perfect!! is the word that comes to mind. I am very picky and this is gorgeous and very comfortable apartment to stay at, more comfortable than the hotel, as you have privacy of your own home. You could not ask for better location too, as it comes right out onto the centre of the old town. The host though of everything, you even have dishwasher and washing machine with detergent supplies for your disposal. I am extremely satisfied and will be checking in again.

Honestly doesn't look good from outside. Free parking around, but finding free spot is like a miracle. For that price room was okay, also location, quite close to centrum
Alicja M — Google review
(Translated by Google) The room was nicely decorated. I had no problems with raising the price ;) The problem was the entrance - a jammed entrance door and a terrible Chinese door handle with a 10-digit code to enter the apartment itself (escape room). Additionally, the heating was either on full blast or not at all, but the rooms were generally cold.

(Translated by Google) Overall, one of the best hostels we have stayed in. Located 15 minutes' walk from Wrocław's Old Town. Plenty of parking spaces nearby (free on weekends). 20 meters to Żabka. In addition, the service is fantastic and responds quickly. The room was clean, fully equipped. Ready on time. You may complain a bit about the slightly clogged sink or the fact that one of the windows didn't open. But these are details. I highly recommend it.

(Translated by Google) Leaky windows - the wind whistles and the entire room is freezing. The sink and shower in the bathroom are clogged - giving the room for rent in this condition should not be allowed! (Original) Nieszczelne okna - wiatr gwiżdże i w całym pokoju jest lodowato. Umywalka i prysznic w łazience zatkane - oddanie pokoju do wynajmu w takim stanie nie powinno mieć miejsca!

(Translated by Google) This facility is one big mistake! 1.5 months after making the reservation and paying the entire fee, I receive information about an alleged price error, the new price was increased by 54% of the initial price, I was given 24 hours to accept it, and then the reservation was canceled anyway without waiting the given time for my decision. Mistakes do happen, but in such situations the facility contacts the client directly, explains the situation and looks for compromises. I consider these dear ladies and gentlemen to be ordinary fraudsters who are looking for money at any cost. Despite trying to contact the facility directly, it was not possible and the intermediary who informed me that there was no place to stay during the planned trip was the Booking assistants. I wholeheartedly do not recommend it! (Original) Ten obiekt to jedna wielka pomyłka!

(Translated by Google) I consider my stay rather successful. A definite advantage of the facility is its very nice decor, great location (300 m to the bus stops, direct access to every part of the city, max. 20 minutes by tram to the ZOO, Japanese Garden, Main Railway Station), well-functioning WiFi and hot water. I didn't like the fact that the rooms were not completely clean (large cobwebs between the lamps), there was no cutlery and dishes in the kitchenette, the TVs did not receive some channels, the cars were quite noisy (especially at night), the sockets were torn from the wall and the chargers fell out easily. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it, it's perfect for a weekend with friends, we all came back satisfied.
