Nice atmosphere, one of the few places where you’ll be serve a cold draft beer! Prices are also reasonable. We ordered the tartar (was ok nothing special) the hommops and the ribs that were very delicious!

Great Service and Classic Polish Food Honestly, after two days in Wrocław I thought all restaurants were filled with rude and robotic waiters — until I visited here. What a difference! Lovely place with genuinely warm and professional service. There’s a bar in front and a cosy area to sit and relax behind. The old-school Polish music really adds to the atmosphere — it actually made me feel like home. 🇵🇱 ⸻ Food Everything came out after about 15 minutes, nicely timed. • Schabowy – Classic (old school) and perfectly done. Nothing to add, just so good. • Placek po zbójnicku – Very tasty! Could be a bit crispier, but the gulasz was wonderful — soft meat and rich gravy with a hint of spice. • Żurek – Thick, smoky, and delicious, with plenty of egg and a big slice of bread on the side. ⸻ Overall Not mind-blowing, but solid, satisfying, and great value for money. I’d happily come back here again — it’s the kind of Polish hospitality that’s getting rare these days!!!

Setka is a block from the main square, but it is worth taking the few extra steps to dine here. First of all the prices are very good, the food delicious and the service very friendly. I had a beer and nachos and then shared a Schabowy (pork cutlet, coleslaw and potatos) with my wife. Apparently beer taxes are lower if you order food so the nachos are really on a few chips, too funny. The cutlet was very good and a nice sized portion. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch.

Really don't advise anyone to come here. We got some extra bill with nachos and even with it still was not accurate. We did not ask for the nachos and the guy ignored us. The atmosphere is bad next to main road. Really go anywhere else if you dont wanna be robbed for under average food and bad beer

Old-fashioned restaurant/cafe, decorated with classic furniture. Been there a few times, quite trendual, with some stand up comedy and other events from time to time, in the basement of this location. During the summer quite a pleasant terrace, with a good vibe, in the inner court of the White Stork Synagogue. I will note the food/burgers as being quite delicious here, but unfortunately the service is delayed, you can wait long even for someone to ask about what you want to order.

My wife comes from Wroclaw and we go back 3 times each year for the last 16 years, as Wroclaw is growing we like to try different restaurants as per recommendations! Well this place is the worst Wroclaw or anywhere has to offer! Well sat down and waited and waited and waited for service, 3 waiters were talking to each other and not clearing tables, I said to my wife to be a little more patient as they may be busy! 20 minutes in and still no greeting no drinks order and no tables cleared. My wife went over to the servers and said we were ready to order and they said they would be over when ready and carried on talking to each other. Can’t say what the food was like as we left however the place inside was not so clean apparently and if this is how they want to run their business that relies on tourism then so be it! We would never go back to this restaurant

We visited the location for dinner and drinks. The meal was great, the drinks also and the overall ambient is amazing. The staff could have be a bit more drive. ;-)

We were seated in the cellar – the table was already perfectly set up and the vibe down there was awesome. Big shoutout to our waiter who really went the extra mile for us: super attentive, always around when we needed something, and just incredibly kind and thoughtful. The food? Absolutely spot on – not a single complaint from anyone at the table. Drinks were fast and flowing – we tried it all: beers, wine, cocktails, shots… you name it. The selection is huge, and everything tasted great. Atmosphere was really cool – cozy but lively at the same time. We had a bit of a language barrier at times, but our waiter handled it like a pro – always patient and really trying to make sure we felt taken care of. All in all, a fantastic evening. Would 100% recommend!

First impressions were we had entered a really beautiful old fashioned restaurant/ bar right beside the old town hall (underneath the mayors office). Once inside it was quite quiet and a bit dark but I suppose that was the ambience they were going for. We looked forward to the food and drinks particularly after seeing previous google reviews. The highly rated honey beer was probably too sweet for our liking but was good to try something different. The dark beer we ordered was perfectly fine but nothing amazing. The waiter welcomed us and was friendly and quickly switched to English when we realised we didn’t know any polish and the effort was appreciated. We ordered a sour rye soup which was probably a bit too tangy for our liking but the accompanying potato and bacon dish was very well done, the potatoes were melt in your mouth the amount of butter used was ridiculous. For a main we ordered the pierogi and a Boar Goulash which was accompanied with buckwheat and juniper sort of mixture. The mixture was quite dry and the boar goulash was a bit tough, however this was the first time I had tried either so I am unsure what the standards should be but it wasn’t up to my liking. The Pierogi was very nice, probably 12 was too much for 1 portion (but who complains about extra food)

Only had an aperol spritz here and didn't actually try the beer but anyway. Price for 2 was 60zl which is definitely on the pricier side but then again u do sit right on the market square. The drink was normal but the vibes are v nice. Definitely enjoyable to sit here on a sunny day and enjoy a drink.

It's ok. Not what the photos would have you believe. It's an average looking bar which is a bit run down with mostly disinterested staff who would rather chat than keep a clean and welcoming place to visit. The beer selection is good but other places equally so. My main gripe is the fact that they price a "small" beer only a zloty or two less than a "large" despite being half the size. Pretty cynical marketing and leaves a bad taste.

Great place. And I'd really say it has one of the best burgers I've ever had. They have a good selection of beers, and you can taste some before ordering.

Always worth a visit when in Wroclaw. Don't know why Google persists in classifying such craft beer houses as microbreweries when they are simply bars serving food. No brewing is done here as the diverse range of beers shown proves.

Loved the craft beer selection: I was delighted to see a sour beer on the menu. The juicy sour series, citrus from Recraft Brewery was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The pastrami plate for two was delicious: the grilled bread was a nice touch and we enjoyed the super lean pastrami. Let me tell you about the pickles, we actually managed not to finish a super generous portion of the pickles that were very similar to the flavor of bread and butter pickles. I’m very disappointed in my lack of ability to eat my own weight in delicious pickles. We also doubled down with the pastrami fries. The cheese sauce is delicious. My advice would be to order it without the sriracha: which totally took away from the other flavors. Service & ambience was great. For those from the USA, note that it’s a much more lean pastrami than from Katz’s or Carnegie Deli in NYC, but still delicious.

This place definitely became one of my favorites bars in Wroclaw. Right in the city centre. Good selection of craft beers. Tasty food. Don’t need anything else. The only thing I could complain is the size of food. Expected it to be slightly bigger but… the taste compensated everything ;)

One of the best place in wroclaw to have the draft beers. They have amazing taste of draft beers. Kontynuacja serves food also and has huge sitting area. This place is not much modernized architecture wise but still you can enjoy best draft beers.

The place you go for craft beer and leave talking about the food. Go in with an appetitte for both and you will not be disappointed. Don't get me wrong, there is a massive selection of beer which will satisfy even the most demanding customers, but the star of the show is undoubtedly the pastrami!

The feeling I got from the staff was not verry welcoming, but not rude or anything. Maybe just a different way of being from the Netherlands where I'm from. The ambiance inside is amazing! If you're in for a bite, you can get a slice of pizza instead of a whole one which were amazing! Definitely a place to visit!

Just went in for late night drinks. When you walk into the main door of what appears to be a theatre there are two bars, one on right & one on left. The bar on the left which we went into allowed smoking. Very art deco with candles. 25 PLN for beer & wine. Wine choices are limited as in most places in city bars to red /white and dry /semi dry.

Another great find in Wrocław! Art cafe totally justifies the art it wears in its title. Located right in the city centre next to the university of Wroclaw main building, this place is worth checking out. They have a super vibrant interiors and nice seating space, with dedicated sections for smokers and non smokers. Great music and amazing staff! You can work here all day long or stay for the night to get darker and grab a beer and dance to the tunes of amazing music being played here. Give it a shot when you're in or around city center!

What a setting for a bar/bistro in Wroclaw! Great atmosphere, great choices when it comes to drink and friendly and efficient service staff! The place itself is a must-see! Two entrances here: one small area for beers (seatings at the counter and few indoor ones) and the second one with great seating options (there is also a terrace).

During my last visit, I had the pleasure of being in this place. Inside, there is a great atmosphere, and you can feel at home. The selection of drinks, beer, and wine is extensive. The staff is very kind and polite, especially a nice blonde waitress. They have a room dedicated to smokers and another room for non-smokers, which I think is a good solution. I highly recommend this place, especially for its high-quality beers.

Nice spot, with a terrazza outside where to enjoy a coffee and some international breakfast. Nice people in the staff and good coffee. The bar is in the centre of Wroclaw, if you are there you can stop by.

A hidden gem in Wraclow. Really liked the music, service and atmosphere.. Really liked the Jameson whiskey in a relaxed environment.

Lovely atmosphere, a lot of international events, langauge events and amazing beers and snacks! It was good to be back after a long time. Food menu has updated, options for vegans, vegetarian. The bar makes some exclusive cocktails, do ask ;)

Overall, a great experience at Pod Papugami! The service was excellent, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was really nice—especially with the live music, which truly impressed us. The interior is also quite charming, making it feel like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. However, the main downside was my tuna dish. Unfortunately, it was overcooked, which completely took away from the taste and texture. I let the waiter know, and they kindly replaced it, but even the second attempt wasn’t how tuna should be prepared. It was disappointing, especially since everything else was so good. That being said, the portion sizes are generous, and aside from the tuna, the food seemed solid. Would still recommend the place, just maybe not for tuna!

In the heart of the old city, we discovered this cocktail bar. We sat on the terrace and ordered some cocktails, I chose a Mai Tai, and it was absolutely amazing. The cocktail was perfectly balanced and beautifully made. Next time, I would love to visit and experience the atmosphere inside as well. Thanks for a great service!

We come to Pod Papugami quite often, but this visit was really disappointing. Service and appetisers were good, but the main dishes were not – some were burnt, and the fish fillet was full of bones. When we gave feedback to the waiter, the only reply was “okay, I’ll let the chef know.” Sadly, nothing was done to make it right.

I wasn't sure if this was a good place to go out with friends from work, but I recommend it. The place guarantees friendly service and, above all, very tasty food. The shrimp were excellent, but the sauce was a perfect complement. It's impressive. The beef pasta is equally interesting, with a strong peppery accent. This restaurant is for anyone who enjoys interesting, bold flavors

Wow, what an incredible meal in a wonderful restaurant. The ambiance is perfect - live music, beautiful decorations and an exquisite service. Our server Ala was just perfect - attentive service with great recommendations. The food is out of this world. Our duck and steak were the best we had anywhere. Would 100% recommend if you are visiting Wroclaw, you can't miss out on this gem!

Amazing food in a great setting. We visited twice during our stay and had a variety off of the menu. Highlights were steak tartare and duck breast - highly recommend. The staff are attentive and polite, even during busy periods we felt looked after. There is an extensive wine and beer list, which they brew themselves and you can see the vats when dining which is very cool. You can sit outside or down in the basement, both are nice. This is definitely a little pricier due to its location and tourism value but the food did not disappoint us at all!

Absolutely love this place. During my 4 day stay I ate here everyday as once was not enough. The food is absolutely delicious, good portion sizes, great pricing. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to come again next time and have delicious food in great atmosphere!

This gorgeous restaurant resides in the cellars under the city museum. With a stunning history dating back to the early 1200s, the cavernous space is presented as an upscale brewery restaurant. Staff are excellent and food was absolutely delicious. The goose pirogi were so rich and creamy, fantastic presentation and flavours!

Food and beers are top. Worth to take the beer tasting. Place is super nice, location in the terrace is beautiful, in the market square, and it’s the oldest restaurant/brewery in Europe. Good value for price

I went against my better judgement and tried this restaurant because it dates back to 1273. I normally do not eat at restaurants along the main square because they tend to be expensive and the food is often below average. That was exactly the case here. We ordered the chicken noodle soup, dumplings in blue cheese sauce, and schnitzel. The soup was basic and good. The dumplings were underwhelming and the schnitzel was basically all breading. I’d say it was probably the worst schnitzel I’ve ever had. I do not recommend going here and I will not be returning.

This hidden gem in Rynek serves the best Polish cuisine I’ve ever had. The friendly and helpful waiter ensured a great dining experience. The pork knuckle, salmon, and duck breast were all delicious. The beer tasting was also fun and tasty.

Great range of craft beer. Enjoyed the music. Unusually for a craft beer bar the service was very unfriendly. Usually these places have friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations, but the guy seemed like our presence ruined his day.

We stopped in for a beer and got the Hazy IPA Sprau and El Fruto. I'm a big fan of pretty much any kind of IPA you can find, but I didn't care for either of these. They were too sweet and had a syrup-like palate with little carbonation. It's a cool spot and I really like the lampshades made out of the tops of kegs. As a reference, I really enjoyed the Brewer Stu Mostow American IPA I had from a bottle at a place in the Wrocławski Rynek area.

We wanted a drink after finishing our nearby restaurant escape room. Fairly extensive range of craft beers so we decided to go with the flight of beers - two of those meant we sampled 10 in all. Of varying styles, most we enjoyed, a couple less so. A little on the pricy side as a flight is 45zl for a total of 750ml beer.

Fantastic brewpub. The service, vibe, beers, and pizza were all superb. Check out the funky keg lights too. We loved our visit here and we will certainly return before our vacation in Wroclaw wraps up. Highly recommended!!

Went here for a few cold ones and did not disappoint - probably one of the best craft beer places in Wroclaw, with some spacious seating area plus a wooden terrace outside. They have a good selection of around 10 beers on tap plus a rotating selection of bottled beers in the fridge. Service was super friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find something to your taste . We did not try the pizza but it sure smelled great! :). Very much recommended - We'll definitely be back!

We had a very disappointing experience here. After complaining about the clarity, taste and smell of a glass car of Gewürztraminer, we got served a new one which better met our expectations. After leaving the establishment, however, we were told that we had to pay for the exchanged glass of wine. Very disappointing experience, so be careful what you order or even better choose a wine bar where they do now how it works if you return a glass of wine which does not meet expectations!

Tasty coffee, good selection of wine including non-alcoholic, pastries and books. You'll find interesting books here, not mass market, but those which worth to read. Comfortable sofas, friendly team at the counter, pleasant atmosphere. We have been here few times and will definitely be back in the future.

i fell in love with this cafe only after reading it's sign (coffee, literature, art and wine). it's located on a very quaint street that embraces a bit of italian energy, offers many precious novels (including important feminist positions!!), has a huge variety of wine and serves one of the best coffee's i have ever had. i'll definitely come back to either read novels while sippin coffee or drink some wine during a friendly chat🥰

We stayed in an apartment right next door to it. Fun little spot. Very happening. Drinks were good. Service and atmosphere were great. We snacked on some nachos which were different and interesting but honestly not too bad. I read a review that they were the worst nachos ever. Not true, they were tasty. They came with pickles, black olives, and sausage bites. Kind of like a charcuterie board of sorts.

I have ordered a beer - książęce pszeniczne and it was spoiled. There were 4 of us and all of us tried it and agreed it was not a usual taste of this beer. When we asked a barman he became being rude claiming it is good and nothing is wrong. Bad service over all and do not recommend ordering beer from the barrel.

Nice place with a lot of space to sit. Music is not too loud so it's also good place to grab a beer and talk. Very hipster bar. It's also allowed to vape inside (which is fine but it would be much better if there was a sign and clear information about this outside the bar). Good drinks and beer but not the best (I wasn't allowed to change alkohol in one of the drink in the menu and the seeds from blueberry mus weren't sieved). But they are fine and sweet so I'm approving.

I was really disappointed with the service here. The staff was incredibly slow and unprofessional, showing no urgency even though there were many customers waiting around the bar. It felt like they didn’t care at all about efficiency or customer experience. On top of that, their work was sloppy, which only made the wait even more frustrating. Definitely not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for good service.

We came after work and there was not a lot of people, and personally for me it was nice. It’s a underground place I would say with WiFi but without parking. Well a barman was very friendly and made tasty cocktails for us. Great place for party with friends. Moderate prices.

Excellent environment! Definitely one of my favourite bars/pubs in Wroclaw! :) The inner 'classy' decoration provides very good accustics, so attending a Live Jazz Concert here turns out to be a great experience! Also worth mentioning the nice staff and dynamic / vibrant agenda of the place, with always something happening.

Went to Rumbar for the first time, I liked the service as the staff were quite friendly and fun, I enjoyed the way the creatively decorated the dishes, however, I didn’t like what I order( which was seafood mix), it’s was quite salty and not much of pieces of seafood and quite expensive for this meal. But I will come back to try other dishes as the ambience was cool and I liked the service🥰🥰🥰

Think yourself a bit of a rum-loving Pirate? this is the place for you! I'm a bit of a rum-lover myself, rum for the summer/spring, whiskey for the winter!... Moja żona and I booked a table here for Restaurant week having sampled a few others in Wroclaw, gotta' say - this one exceeded my expectations greatly! The moment you step in, you're greeted with a big ol' Kraken on the ceiling! (Kraken Rum, nice touch!) So you know you're in the right place. Decor and atmosphere here was amazing, despite it being small - it's a top notch establishment. Hat's off to the interior designer, 10/10. Smashed it! Oh, and it's located under a railway, this sounds like a negative, but it only adds to the atmosphere, it's not too loud when a train passes over, it's just a cool quirk to it - feels like you're in New York! The food was absolutely delicious. (more detailed reviews of the restaurant dishes can be found further down) The cocktails served here are nothing short of amazing, not only are they crafted with high quality rums and ingredients, but they are unique and come with clever twists that set them apart from the rest. Each cocktail had it's own little backstory and is even served in a way that represents said story. I won't spoil any of the surprises, but well worth ordering a cocktail from here. Restaurant Week review (April 2023) Tartare, toast and kimchi butter - amazing; lovely use of spices that elevated this way above your standard tartare. loved it. Calamari sticks with a homemade ranch sauce - A simple dish but executed perfectly. Calamari; Crisp on the outside, succulently juicy on the inside. The ranch sauce was wonderfully flavoured with lemon & chives, complemented the Calamari, making each bite a delight. Onto my fave (obviously) Rumbar's take on a British Fish n' Chips - I'm British and I know my fish n' chips like the back of my hand, my standards were high!.. Happy to say this dish was top tier. The chips were substituted with a lovely 'Chałka', it had a lovely golden crunch to it that worked so well. Fish, perfect - batter was on point, wasn't greasy at all and had the perfect level of crisp to it's lovely flavour. Fish, flaky, succulent, tender. Finally, you had a wonderful tartar sauce with pickled mustard, dill & lemon. With all of this you have yourself a winning dish. Second fave dish, Japanese bacon sandwich - again, another somewhat simple dish, but perfectly executed with amazing flavours. The bacon was a juicy big cut of thick bacon, soooo tender, you had this served with a miso mayo, spinach, red cabbage, a hint of oil on two big slices of fresh bread. This was delicious, flavour sensation! Finally for dessert, a really interesting and light dish - a creme brulee with a kind of matcha & white chocolate rice pudding underneath. The meals there were also of top-notch taste. Ay, this was the best seafood mix I ate in quite a while. The visual presentation? - Splendid. It's a pity to read some comments from people, who whine about prices. The prices are adequate to what you can get there. In short, I recommend.

Konspira is a very nice restaurant with good food and exceptionally hard working staff who hustle to keep up with the crowds as it is a very busy restaurant. My wife and I each ordered different types of pierogies which were very good and a beer (which was also very good). Others have mentioned to walk around inside to see the secret room which is a comfortable lounge. I would recommend Konspira.

Can recommend for English-speaking travelers—they have the entire menu in English just around the corner from the Polish one! I had a very reasonably priced Lox bagel, which was the perfect amount of toasted with still-chilled lettuce and cream cheese. They have comfy seating, a warm atmosphere, and helpful, friendly staff who don’t make you feel bad for not speaking polish. My food also came to me surprisingly quickly.

This cafe runs with self-service only. However, the staff, from whom you order at the counter, was friendly. I decided to have a bagel with halloumi cheese, tomatoes and a spinach dip and it was very good. Also the coffee tasted good.

Amazing city views and a nice bar on the 54th floor. Wish there was full 360° rooftop access, but still a great experience.

They have a lot of great options and it’s cafeteria style so it’s quick which was what I was looking for. I got the cabbage rolls. I really enjoyed them but just found they lacked a little in flavour. Don’t get me wrong, they were tasty and I’d order them again but not the best I’ve had. Portion sizes were perfect and I found the price to be fair. I’d recommend Vega. When I visit the next time I’ll try a few other things on the menu.

Gluten free potato pancake with Hungarian goulash was absolutely amazing!!!! Pad Thai has also been great, quite spicy. Beautiful view of the Rynek as well. Lemonades made fresh on site by staff. After a long day of sightseeing in Breslau we found this gem with a welcoming atmosphere (pet friendly,dogs allowed inside), very nice and super friendly staff and tasty food with lots of options. Yes this is not 5 star vegan cuisine and the burger bun was a bit dry but if you're hungry and looking for a nice place this ticks all the boxes. Food was hot, tasty and fresh and we left satisfied with full bellies :).

This is a pretty casual counter order venue. The downstairs has a different menu compared to the upstairs. I dined upstairs and had their focaccia with rosemary, and their pesto burger. Oh, and a Prosecco + elderflower cocktail. While service and atmosphere were absolutely fine, I’m torn on the rating for food. The cocktail and focaccia was delicious. But the pesto burger missed the mark for me. The pesto itself wasn’t very flavorful. It was very fluffy, which is atypical of a good pesto. I would go back, but neither recommend nor order the pesto burger again.

We came here twice in one day before we flew home and ate on both floors. We ate downstairs first and had perogi and (I think) seitan. Both were good, plus we had cake which were good too. Later we ate upstairs. My partner had potato pancakes which were lovely, but the real gem was the pad thai with tempeh. It was amazing! The peanut sauce was so rich and the smoked tempeh was soooo nice that I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Send me the recipe please! Great deco too. Love everything about this place. It’s almost like two different 100% vegan restaurants in one. Downstairs is a quiet canteen style place with mostly Polish dishes. Upstairs has a larger menu with more international dishes. We have been twice so far. Once for coffee and cake (amazingly good) and one for dinner a full Polish meal with drinks for two people for less than €25. We haven’t eaten upstairs yet as we just love the vibe downstairs - very mixed clientele, all ages and nationalities (mostly locals). Amazing. We’re only here for 4 days but will be going again for sure!!!

This was a stop of the Best City Tours, 2 hour tour of Wroclaw. Didn’t have a chance to go inside but learned that is a UNESCO world heritage site for this Edwardian building which has the largest domed cement roof that was built at the time. I enjoyed the quick walk along the pergola to see the fountains. I was surpassed to see the Soviet monument out front.

Beautiful Venue, But Poor Experience at the Concert The building itself is truly impressive—spacious, elegant, and well-designed for large events. Unfortunately, the experience during the concert left a lot to be desired. Despite the venue not being overly crowded, it was extremely hot and stuffy inside. The ventilation was clearly inadequate, and at times it was hard to even breathe comfortably. This really took away from the enjoyment of the event. To make matters worse, the sound settings were completely off for the first two songs—distorted and poorly balanced, which was disappointing, especially at the start of the show. On top of that, there wasn’t a single bottle of still water available for purchase, which is unacceptable in such conditions. While the venue itself has a lot of potential, the lack of basic comfort and organization during the event was a huge letdown.

Centennial Hall is huge and really impressive. The architecture is wild modern but historic at the same time. The surrounding area is cool too, with open spaces and spots to chill or take photos. If you’re around Wrocław, it’s definitely worth a stop, even just to walk around outside.

We visited centennial hall for a concert. The architecture and gardens were beautiful but the ventilation and lack of facilities let it down. The band also mentioned that the sound quality was unique (not in a positive way, asking if we could hear them ok). The seats are wooden and can be quite uncomfortable after a period of time. They are also quite close together so not ideal if you are tall. Drinks could be purchased but they were expensive and not refrigerated. I’d recommend buying a drink from the vendors outside and bringing it in. Signage for sitting vs standing wasn’t clear. The seating entrance is nearer to the zoo side.

For sure the most atmospheric place with lots of pictures, t-shirts, license plates, motor chains and lots of others 😁👍 They have their own beer brand and they are serving the huge 1liter beer glasses. As someone already mentioned, if you’re not truly hungry, don’t come here… The portions are absolutely huge — honestly, a bit too much. I really wonder who can actually finish that much food. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any Polish beer on tap — only in bottles or cans — while Czech beer was on tap. The interior feels a bit kitschy, but to be fair, they really went all in on the chopper theme. It was a little cold inside, but that’s something you can forgive.

I recently dined at Chopper Bar and Grill and was genuinely impressed with both the food and the service. I started with the Beef Tartare, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the soup course, I had the Sour Rice Soup—a comforting and tangy dish that was both unique and delicious. My main course was the Oven-Baked Blood Sausage, which was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of bold flavors. To complement the meal, I enjoyed an amazing vodka-based cocktail recommended by the waitress. It was the perfect pairing—refreshing and well-balanced. A modern establishment with a large selection of different types of draft and bottled beer (the price for 0.5 litres of draft beer is around 20 zlotys) and good cuisine. It is about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Beer and food is ordered at the bar and although we were there on a Friday when it was really crowded, we didn't wait too long for anything. The two of us had no problem sitting down without a reservation. Definitely worth a visit.

We were here to watch a football match. In terms of watching the match, not all the seats are comfortable enough, you have to look sideways. But the service and the Italian burger are excellent, despite the full hall, the service was quite fast. Unfortunately, only one type of dark beer was available (Kozel Dark).

Wow. The best steak I have had anywhere and I love steak! Tucked away down a side street it's not the sort of place you would find easily but if you are in Wroclaw it is definitely worth visiting. Not the cheapest food you will get in Wroclaw but at less than £30 the Angus steak cooked to perfection I had was more than worth it. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The pub also has live sports on several screens if you want to watch football etc. the only minor downside to the pub was a group of noisy English blokes being typically English!

After two hours of football, both my neck and back were hurting. There are two or three more comfortable spots for viewing, but they were taken. Neighboring TVs might be showing a music concert or something completely different and loud, which clashes with the sound of your own TV. I’m a bit torn between what I liked and what I didn’t... Pizzas were good, although we were forced to have them the “spicy” way for the restaurant had run out of regular tomato sauce (unless they make it themselves, I find it stupefying that such a staple would go missing at a pizza place). The restaurant also had to substitute feta for tofu, since they had run out of the former. The design is very original and makes for a nice atmosphere but the music does not follow the flow... Given the spicyness of our food we opted for Pina Coladas which were VERYYYY good, but our joy was cut short when we learnt they had run out of milk and were unable to make a second serving. In the end - since we cried ;-) - the bartender served us another round made on cream. I guess I’ll be coming back for a quick drink to go unless the music changes to go with the cozy and folk-ish design.

Very cool place to eat pizza and taste beer!! I was there with a group of master students. They like this place although their menu is slightly above students' budgets. Anyways we had a pizza and I tasted a glass of a typical Polish beer and a bottle of craft beer which is in the photo. I really enjoyed the craft beer. I would definitely recommend! By the way, the place has a cool interior design with retro stuff. I was about to forget: they also have Wodka Zoladkowa Gorzka. I am a fan of the one with herbs. Here I tried the traditional Polish version. It was very good as well.

Cool place for a drink. They have lots of old furniture that they have made into seating which is quite unique! The pizzas looked really good but we didn't eat there.

I expected so much from this bar, but it was very disappointing experience. It's cool that that they are LGBTQ+ friendly, also we were allowed inside with our dog, but we waited for cocktails for 30 minutes! I think it's a little bit too much, considering it was on Wednesday. Some people around us had another round already, we've never even got an apology for the delay. Cocktails very okay but pretty small. I don't enjoy living reviews like this, but I felt very uncomfortable. I hope other people have nicer experience considering rating of this place.

Literatka might be my favourite cafe to sit and chat with my friend in Wrocław. The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions about the products. Outdoor seating available in spring and summer. Two parts available for sitting inside. Inside, there is a smaller and illuminated seating area at the front entrance compared to the rear. The back is much larger than the front, smoking is free and has a 2nd floor. Prices are one click above the general average of the city. There is no atmosphere like any music or party inside That's why you can see the middle age group chatting inside, but also the student group who study. In short, it is a very nice place for calm bodies and souls to sit down, have a drink, chat and spend time.

Honestly, this has been the best pub we’ve ever been to. The interior, signature drinks, and hospitality have made our night in Wroclaw. If you're looking for a great night out with fantastic service and alcohol, you gotta drop by! Huge props to our bartender for the night, Kamila! Hope we'll come by again soon :)

First visit to this bar on the main square. Stayed for a few as they sold excellent Grahams Port. Larger was Pilsner Urquall. Not one I particularly like but went down well. Nice bar area with a separate lounge to the rear. Table service was friendly and efficient. About £21 for four Ports and 2 pints. Eclectic mix of customers.

Absolutely fantastic place. Service is quick and kind, prices are ok. They have huge selection of drinks and alcohols and in winter season you can get hot wine with spices. Warm and cozy atmosphere with really nice music! Ideal for cold weather, to spend your day with a warm cup of coffee or your night with friends and warm wine! They also have two spaces, one for non-smokers and one for smokers which is very good.

This cocktail bar was absolutely amazing, the service by the staff was great and the way they serve the cocktails good too. The staff will ask you a number of questions about what flavours and alcohol you like and then they create it for you. No menu! And they aren't that pricey either.

Absolute gem of a cocktail bar and whiskey lounge, our mixologist Dominic (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was extremely knowledgeable about the craft and really elevated it to the next level. The selection, as you can see, was wide ranging and complete. If you do have the opportunity and it isn't so busy I would implore you to spend the time talking to the mixologist about your drink. You will learn so much. Do be mindful that it's a popular bar though, so try to not take up too much of their time.

Amazing place. There's no menu and bartenders prepare cocktails based on what alcohols/products you like. The staff is skilled and professional, yet the atmosphere is very casual. Also great place to taste good whiskey! I recommend you to order one improvised drink and one classic cocktail (old fashioned and Manhattan are always on spot here).

A good place to smoke a cigar indoors. Not many of those around. They have a separate room (full of whiskey) set for that purpose. You can bring your own cigar or buy from them. Selection is small but they do have the good stuff (Cohiba, Romeo y Julieta, Davidoff). Friendly and good service.

Going back to old times. Typical meals from 30 years ago with music, decor and atmosphere from that time. They serve also vodka with several different meals ( bread with lard, herrings, jelly pork, etc). Service little bit too slow but it's still worth to visit....

Excellent place to drop in for a few drinks and a bite to eat while sightseeing round Wrocław old town. Outside seating also available but in November indoors is much better. Great decor inside this place too. Recommended.

Interesting experience: from the menu items to the workers, PRL has a very distinct vibe that is rarely seen across eastern europe in the modern days. The decor, which is a throwback to the soviet era, creates a somewhat nostalgic but also eerie vibe. Prices are great, workers were great, service was a bit slow (there were just so many people and we had to wait a bit longer for waitresses to come). If you're searching for an authentic experience, this is it.

In my opinion, if you are just going to hang out for the evening and have drinks, there is no other place to consider in the Rynek area. PRL was great fun! The Staff is amazing! Sometimes busy, sometimes not. But never too overcrowded and loud. We sat on the patio each evening. Inside is very nice with different rooms to hang out in and a several bar/dance areas. They even have karaoke. We did not have any food there.

Perfect spot to sit outside and take a beer with friends. Nice atmosphere and mixed clientele. Tried the drinks and they were nice. I can recommend the gin elderflower.

We had a quick breakfast and the food was good but espresso was atrocious but you kind of expect that because you're in Poland... the staff is was good but it feels like they're all very inexperienced... also it's a little bit more expensive than it should be

Literally a hidden gem. Didnt expect a pub to be in such place that hour. Smooth service and accurate choice of drinks. What i find for minus is that we were waiting considerably long time to get our drinks (although meanwhile we got 3 bottles of water). Not sure of it was a regular issue or that we were late at night. Place has unique atmosphere and I'm glad we decided to go there.

Amazing experience. We genuinely walked past this place one night assuming it was closed, until we googled it and saw that the cafe will be closed but the cocktail bar is very much open. The door of the cafe will close but will stay unlocked, so you walk through the cafe and down the stairs at the back where you find a gorgeous cocktail bar. Staff were great. Incognito does not have menus, so staff will ask you for your preferences, and they make you a cocktail based on that. We were delighted with the four cocktails we ordered. It’s a really cool experience and well worth a visit, staff were very pleasant, friendly and informative. We were told what exactly was in our drinks too, which was helpful.

I've recommended here to everyone near me since I knew this cocktail bar. This bar offers no cheap drink, but all is worthy. It is one of greatest. Although you say "I want cocktail to feel autumn" this bar will satisfy you.

The best spot in Wrocław for a drink that's just right for you. Lovely staff, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The drinks are superb: as others have mentioned there is no menu, instead you are asked what flavours you're looking for and a cocktail is made specifically to suit your description. It’s a very good value for money. Quite a big menu of all kind of typical polish food. Very nice team was supporting us doing our order.

Cheap and cheerful place with basic Polish grub. Don’t expect culinary wonders. It won’t leave you hungry though. The queue moves fast but you need to be able to read the Polish menu, there’s nothing in English.

Had some amazing food there it was very cheap and lovely. The menu is in polish so having someone who speaks the language is an advantage or could try using the Google app to translate the photo into desired language. There was a line but for good reason. Worth the wait. Highly recommend. We paid 32zł for two soups and main courses with a juice.

I have no idea why this is so highly rated. The food was really bad, even for the price. I’ve been to many milk bars that have really good food for cheap, but the food here was tasteless and even made my stomach ache a little bit. My girlfriend thought the same thing. For this price you can still find cheap food which is much more edible elsewhere. Maybe we came here on a bad day, but I was really disappointed especially with the high reviews. I almost never write bad reviews either, I really try not to. I personally don’t recommend. :(

We visited the bistro spontaneously. We are 7 person. It was no problem to get a free table. The beer was very good and the food also. We got the food at one time. We ate meat and vegetarian. The staff was very friendly. We hear good music, the other guests are with good emotions, the ambient was very nice.

Food is decent. We tried cold tomatoes soup (I think the diced chorizos is a bit too much for this dish), fried salty padrons and edamame with sweet and spicy sauce. Staff is super nice and they make you feel welcome from the very first second you enter the place. Nice local vibe!

Slightly hard to climb all the stairs in hot weather, but astonishing view worth every single step. If by any chance you are there when it is not so overcrowded you may really take good pictures and be satisfied from the top view over Vroclaw. Big roof of the church is newly renovated in two colored pattern. I recommend to spare some time to visit this place.

This gorgeous bridge between the two towers of a church isn't the easiest climb, but definitely worth it! It does get quite busy at the top, so I'd recommend taking breaks on mid-levels to peruse the plethora of information boards available. Learn about the history of the area and building while making your way up. Once at the top, there are beautiful views over Wroclaw to reward you.

Beautiful views from the top, especially at sunset. No elevator, only stairs, 245 steps up and be careful the grate starts halfway up, so if you are afraid of heights, it is good to be aware of this.

It's a nice short experience going up.Climb via stairs is not that difficult.View across the bridge is very good. Ticket cost is also not that much. In short good experience if you are photo enthusiast.

Views were amazing and unlike other towers the stairs were sturdy, did take away some authenticity but was easier to climb! I wish there was a bit more information as you go up about the history. Views were amazing though

Nice attraction to see it if you able to climb over 260 stairs. However there are some platforms with interesting facts to rest when you climbing up, so you don’t need to do all stairs in one go. On top of tower on bridge view is amazing specially at sun down but bridge can get overcrowded very quickly due to small size and because is located between two towers you don’t have 360 view.

We were very disappointed with the attitude towards visitors. This is not the first time there has been a long queue for drinks in this bar, we decided to use the app to avoid standing for a long time. And once again it freezes, it says your order is accepted, payment has been made - at the same time we approach the bar - there is no order. Moreover, the bartender says that there is no beer for 16 zlotys on their menu. When we show it on the menu, they say ok, but you still have to deposit 10 for a plastic cup. We spent 40 minutes sorting things out, did not receive drinks and left If you offer an app, check if it works. And bartenders should know the prices of drinks on the menu

I’m not really sure about service, because it was a bar and my friend took me my meal, but it was so nice. But the atmosphere was incredible. We were here on a music festival around the Poland. So, if you are in Wrocław, and there are smth similar in this place ( i mean festival or smth like this) you should go there!

This is a little gem of a pub it is a 2 minute walk from the main square but has a nice peaceful feel about it. The drinks are a pound cheaper than the square. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They all speak good english. If you want a nice pint with a bit of background music away from the crowds for a few hours I recommend this. Enjoy.

Very beautiful park in the South of the city. Suggested for everyone. Really beautiful old plants and very well kept. In the centre of the park there is a small lake with ducks and two fountain in the middle. Ideal for a family trip and a run. A breath of fresh air in the city.

Considering the middle size of city park this one particularly is the best one in the Wrocław. Very well planned with the pond in the central part, few cafes and many place for relax. Big enough to jogging or walking. Also many yards for outdoor games. Regularly this park hosts different kind of competitions and events for adults and kids.

Beautiful park in Wrocław. Huge with a massive statue of Chopin. That's the lake in the photo which was frozen during winter. Sunset in the backdrop is totally worth the time spent here.

It is a nice park. I mean, if you need some peaceful environment, better to visit this park during the weekday because it has lesser people. It's also good to cycling around in this area :)

Very pretty. A pretty little pond and there’s a restaurant to eat on site, as well as mobile coffee cart and ice cream cart. A nice way to spend a few hours wandering around.

Very nice place, due to location- right next to the river, quiet, chilled music, vibe, hammocks, lounge chairs...but the food they serve is just a joke! 40 mins wait for what suppose to be a quesadillas! This thing doesn't even have cheese inside so how can this be called a quesadillas? 29zl for three empty tortillas. Certainly I will not be buying food here ever again. I only recommend for a drink.

A beautiful and peaceful escape in the heart of Wrocław! Szczytnicki Park is one of the most charming green spaces I've visited in Poland. The park is huge, with well-maintained paths, centuries-old trees, and a calm, serene atmosphere. The Japanese Garden is especially breathtaking—perfect for a quiet walk or photos. There are plenty of benches, open lawns, and even a small pond with ducks. Great spot for a weekend picnic, a romantic stroll, or just some time in nature. Highly recommend if you're visiting Wrocław!

Packed in the evening for the show, but still worth visiting. Nice walks and many places you can take a sit and have fun.

The park is huge and locaded avay from popular tourus trails. It is better to get here by any mean of transport rather than by walk if you want to come here from the center. The atmosphere is more "nature and forest style". Not really many peiple around, so may seam a bit lonely. The park has multipe lanes easy to get lost without a map. The infrastructure is almost absent, just benches and trash bins. No points of sales or attractions at all. I would say the best utilisation of the place is riding a bike.

Szczytnicki Park in Wroclaw is a beautiful urban oasis, with expansive greenery, a peaceful Japanese garden, and, best of all, the incredible multimedia fountain show. The show runs seasonally, usually from May to late October, and is especially stunning at night. After sunset, the fountain comes alive with vibrant lights, music, and synchronized water displays—an absolute must-see. If you’re visiting during the season, plan an evening at the park to catch this unique and mesmerizing experience!

The free side of the park is very beautiful and if you fancy a stroll around trees and ducks go for it. The Japanese garden is also very nice but for the cost of 30 plz per person I found it a little bit overpriced as is not very big.

Definitely the top park in the city. A lot of space to walk a spend time listening songs of the birds. Amazing at every time of the year. Specially in the spring when a Japan garden is crowdy, just 5 minutes walk from it you'll have a lot of beautiful views for free and without queues.

An interesting Germanic building and associated park with a wonderful interaction between fountains and music. I believe the fountains operate on the hour on an hourly basis. It is a little bit far from town centre, but if you have time on you hands worth going to see the view the fountains. Note? Perhaps the last photo could be an accurate description of where we are going in all politics throughout the world!

Undoubtedly, Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski) is the heart and spiritual soul of Wroclaw. Hidtirically, the current Gothic cathedral is the fifth iteration, built in the 13th–14th century that makes it the first  Gothic church in Poland. It has twin towers and the interior has breath taking instructure. blends Gothic structure with Baroque and Renaissance details added over centuries. Based on historical documents, the cathedral was heavily damaged in WWII when German forces used it as an ammunition depot. However,  its post-war reconstruction is the proof and testament of the huge work that has been done to keep it in such a stunning and amazing piece of art in Wrocław. I hope you have the chance to visit such a wonderful historical place that will dazzle your brain with knowledge and the pride of your country.

Very nice view at night and worth to take a walk along the promenade. Just opposite of the Hala Tagorwa. Cross the bridge and around 7 mins walk.

Probably the most interesting part of Wroclaw if you look for less touristy places. It is the oldest part of the town located withing walking distance from the main square. Great to wander around and to spot the lamplighter at dusk. He lights all 90 gas lamps every single days! Worth the wait....

A fantastic place to visit , great architecture, wonderful churches that must a visit. Climb up in the Gothic Church for a wonderful panoramic view of the island and of the Old City. A couple of steps and an elevator will take you up. A must seen if you are in Wrocław. By the way it’s an easy 10 min. walk from the Old Town of Wrocław

One of my absolutely favourite places in Wroclaw!! Definitely a MUST SEE! Plus cause of it’s very central location incredibly easy to reach! It’s the oldest part of the city of Wroclaw. It was formerly an island between branches of the Oder River. Archaeological excavations have shown that the western part of Ostrov Tumski, between the Church of St. Martin and the Holy Cross, was the first area to be inhabited. The first, wooden church (St. Martin), dating from the 10th century, was surrounded by defensive walls built on the banks of the river. The island had approximately 1,500 inhabitants at that time. The first constructions on Ostrov Tumski were built in the 10th century by the Piast dynasty, and were made from wood. The first building from solid material was St. Martin's chapel, built probably at the beginning of the eleventh century by Benedictine monks. Not long after the first cathedral was raised, in place of the small church. Religious buildings appeared in Ostrov Tumski because during the Congress of Gniezno in AD 1000, it was decided to create a bishopric in Wrocław.

Great place with different kind of fun around the year. Behind it is a large park with a Great childrens playground where you can also go for a long walk or short walk. In the summer there is food and festivals in the garden which we highly recommend.

There is construction work being carried out on the terraces which sort of spoils the vision. However, it is a nice park to stroll around and a good children's play area.

Nice park discovered by us during the coldest month in Wroclaw. Despite frosty temperatures we had a lot of fun there observing kids riding on the sleighs, squirrels or ducks :)

Doesn't have the atmosphere of a castle, but it's worth for checking the temporary exhibitions on the first floor. Conferences and cultural events are being held here.
