Steak house
American restaurant
Bar
Sullivan's Steakhouse is a distinguished dining establishment that beautifully combines the art of steak and seafood cuisine. Nestled in the heart of downtown Omaha, within the charming Central Park Plaza, this steakhouse offers an elegant atmosphere perfect for any occasion—be it a business lunch or a romantic dinner. Guests can indulge in expertly prepared prime cuts of beef alongside fresh seafood options, all served with impeccable service.
The Lalo tequila pairing dinner was great. The food and cocktails were delicious. Service was very good. Loved having a representative from Lalo present. Would recommend they allow access to room based on arrival time. This could help accommodate those with special needs since seating is open. Also accommodations for those with allergies would be beneficial.

Everything was great especially the steak, crab and shrimp!! My only complaint is the price for the seafood tower was not listed and it ended up being $150 which is overpriced. Other than that excellent service very comfortable atmosphere and really nice servers! Thank you for the birthday card!
Shawnee C — Google review
Jacob did an amazing service! We really appreciate it! However, we got a little bit disappointed that greatly grilled steak and scallop were actually way too salty to finish them up. I hope this will be great feedback to improve the quality of this restaurant. I will come back next time to see improvement. Thanks anyway.
Keiphilo — Google review
The filet was fantastic and the garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. I really liked the $49 three course meal options. The crab cakes were all meat with no filler. Bitly was a good server as well.
Jeff — Google review
We had Bitly as our server, she was AMAZING! Overall it’s such a good experience, the food and drinks were a little pricey but they were delicious, the vibe was chill, and they gave us the cutest personal card for mine and my partner’s birthday! 11/10 recommend :)

Ramil did an extraordinary job. He had great suggestions and made our date night the best it could be! We will definitely be back.

If you're like me you are here reading the comment section to find “great steakhouses near me.” This isn't a great steakhouse. It is an AMAZING steakhouse. You walk in and you're met by friendly staff surrounded by classic dark wood- toned atmosphere. The photos on the walls make you feel as if you've been transported back to a time and place where service is the norm not the exception. My wife and I were seated in a booth that was tucked away, intimate, cozy and yet we were never ignored. Laura D. You must ask for this amazing server when you make your reservation. Laura greeted us with the warmth that the entire steakhouse exudes. She walked us through the delectable intricacies of the menu highlighting what is part of their updated menu and what are solid favorites. This steakhouse does not play around. Your enjoyment of your meal is their business. They treat it seriously. Drinks: My wife tried the- SPICY FLAMED MARGARITA Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, Fresh Orange Juice, Agave Nectar, Chipotle Salt Rim, Garnished with a Flaming Lime Cup it blended not just the alcohol with fruit but the pairings are fresh, tantalized the taste buds and satisfied. I went with the classic DIRTY BIRD MARTINI Belvedere Vodka, Olive Brine, Vermouth, Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives because…blue cheese! Appetizers: SEARED AHI TUNA* Cajun Spice Seared, Pickled Ginger, Cucumber succulent tuna and powerful ginger prevailed. Beef Wellington Bites* Tender Puffed Pastry filled with Filet Mignon, Creamy Mushroom Duxelles, Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce, and chives. These absolutely melted in the mouth. Beef Wellington was never represented better than on that plate! There were no survivors! I had to get the: SHRIMP & LOBSTER BISQUE Velvety Blend of Shrimp, Lobster, Sherry & Cream, Topped with Lobster & Shrimp Bowl14 |Cup12 Even getting the bowl was not enough. The sherry cream delivered such a robust flavor that wrapped each savory spoonful in velvet for the tongue. For mains: My wife loved her- STEAKHOUSE SALAD* Choice of Prime Strip Steak (8 oz block), Mixed Greens, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Deviled Egg, Parmesan, Blue Cheese, Sweet Basil Vinaigrette I had a variation of the- CAESAR SALAD Heart of Romaine, Shaved Parmesan, Toasted Croutons, Creamy Caesar Dressing as I ordered it with my own 8 Oz block of Prime Strip Steak with the- CRAB-STUFFED SHRIMP Jumbo Shrimp, Jumbo Lump Crab with Lemon Beurre Blanc First, the sear on our steaks was paper thin and just as delectable as Laura described it with her pinkies in the air when she motioned as she spoke. They were the PERFECT temperatures and each mouthful melted onto our tongues. For the best palate cleansing dessert we shared the- Key Lime Pie Graham Cracker Crust & Raspberry Purée You won't be sorry. It was as if a cheesecake impressed the key lime crowd so much that this iteration was their love child. If you are serious about Steak, this is THE PLACE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 stars. We will return.

RJ was absolutely incredible! Perfect table-side manner and service. Exceptional knowledge and a genuinely kind person. The food was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere and decor is exactly ans you’d expect for a fine dining steakhouse experience. Even the pricing is unmatched! RJ’s great service and the kitchen’s quality food preparation and presentation have definitely earned another regular customer in the future!

Family restaurant
Takeout Restaurant
Tish's Restaurant, originally a walk-up ice cream and sandwich counter, has evolved into a full-service dining spot since its establishment in 1980. The family-owned restaurant offers a diverse menu of American classics to cater to all age groups. From Reuben eggrolls and specialty chili to Seared Asian Ginger Chicken and Barramundi Sea Bass, there's something for everyone. The outdoor patio is a delightful hidden gem with ample covered seating, ambient lighting, and ceiling fans for hot days.
This place wasn’t far from the job site. I saw some reviews that were good so gave it a shot. Glad I did. Reuben sandwich and a salad. Couldn’t pass on the butterscotch milkshake. Taste was great but it could have been a tad thicker. But still a great milkshake.
PE S — Google review
The food was terribly overpriced all options. There were two people, including us eating at the facility.. The Philly sandwich was literally 2-3 thin pieces of meat on a small roll for $16. I upgraded to a salad for three dollars more. I think they’re chocolate malts were literally $12.99Nice facility, but I’m one and done

Decided to stop here for lunch with my mom today, close to where we live/work, very friendly service, and amazing food! We recommend everyone we come in contact with to eat here!

Chicken strips were great!! Way better than they looked!! The homemade chips were amazing!! Friendly staff!!

First our wait staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Took great care of us! My food, pork tenderloin with sweet potato fries, was cooked perfectly and tasted great...was served hot and fresh. Others in our party really enjoyed their food as well. The restaurant is well taken care if and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Tish's in Council Bluffs.

The young lady who sat us was very friendly and made us feel at home. Our server was awesome as well as the service. Food was VERY GOOD. We had the California Wrap, Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken and Chicken Quesadilla. Highly recommend this place
Robert H — Google review
This restaurant is a hidden gem! We were informed by our hotel that this was a good local place to go and they were not wrong! Ate here both nights of our stay and couldn't go wrong. Simple homemade food, not expensive, and really nice staff! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time and excellent raspberry lemonade!!! If we could, we would move the whole restaurant back home with us. We will come back every time we come back to Council Bluffs, or Omaha, or driving through!!!! Try this place and you won't go wrong!
Troy B — Google review
Contemporary yet warm in style and decor with old street signs on the wall and an old soda machine. We were perfectly happy to choose the shareable restaurant-made Reuben egg rolls and sweet potato fries. They all arrived piping hot! Yummy with their dipping sauces.

Located in a relaxed strip mall, 712 Eat + Drink offers contemporary American cuisine with a variety of options for vegetarians. The Elote Fries are a unique twist on Mexican street food, featuring crispy fries topped with corn, jalapeno, fontina and cotija cheese, tajin aioli, and chili powder.
Nice, not so loud place to have a drink and enjoy some great food. We ordered the fried pickles which were amazing! They had a somewhat sweet flavor and sliced very thin which I like. Also ordered the wings and were able to select 2 different flavors, sweet buffalo (chef’s kiss) and mango habanero. The wings were smothered in lots of sauce and very crispy. The wings came with a large wedge salad topped with bacon bits, tomatoes, radish slices, onions and hard boiled egg. I had the tropical mile which was good, but had a tang to it. Will definitely be back! Thanks for the great service, Carla!

I recently dined at 712 Eat + Drink and ordered the chicken sandwich with crab Rangoon fries. Let me tell you, the chicken was seasoned like it was ready for a flavor showdown, and the lightly toasted bun was a perfect partner in crime. The slaw added a nice crunch, but the sauce? It seemed to make a sticky mess of the whole meal. Now, the crab Rangoon fries. This is a flavor profile that I’ve never tasted before. Presentation and portion was great. Practical? Not even close. A meal that requires a trip to the restroom to wash off. If you can stand sticky fingers, it’s an experience to be had Price point is above average, I do recommend 712 for a visit.
J C — Google review
Clean place friendly personnel working, dining for about 55 people. Salmon was good risotto was good in taste but on the dry side. Good portion pay 32 dollars for it. Burger was good but not so great I think is an average taste but higher in price.. French fry’s were a Fiasco… sorry but this fry’s tastes like from the Walmart bag. I was expecting something more home made like the 5 guys fry’s. I think for 17 dollars it was not worth it.

We had a great experience at 712 Eat + Drink. We came on a weeknight about an hour or so before close. Got sat immediately and the waitress was very accommodating as we had our baby and let us order her food first. Got the kids Alfredo which was a big portion and very good not just some bagged Alfredo. Big hit. I got the Cuban sandwich with the side salad. It was a very good Cuban one of the better ones I’ve had in a while. The side salad was tasty as well really enjoyed the house made vinaigrette that had a great sweet but not too sweet taste. My wife got the Cajun chicken pasta which she really enjoyed then she mixed the leftover Alfredo and Cajun chicken pasta leftovers the next day and said it was amazing! She enjoyed her drink but I don’t remember what she got unfortunately it’s pictured. Definitely would come back.
Connor L — Google review
I didn’t intend to write a review because my life has been crazy busy, but I’m compelled since our dining experience at 712 was that great! Start to finish we enjoyed every aspect. Our server was kind and helpful with spot-on recommendations and just the right amount of attentiveness. The side salad was the best with a unique mix of fresh strawberries and grape tomatoes and tasty, one-of-a-kind house dressing. I had the chicken sandwich (recommended by our server) as a wrap which had a great mix of flavor. My husband had the Cajun pasta and gobbled every bite. And goodness, the Zinfandel! A large pour of a delectable flavor. I want to go back again and again! I didn’t take photos and wish I had.
Laurie — Google review
Love going to 712 and have yet to have a bad time! The staff are so accommodating between splitting portions or a switch of tables. Recently I had their brunch hangover burger and I couldn’t have gotten enough! I also highly recommend their seafood pasta. All in all it’s a wonderful time and I hope they continue their success!
Samantha S — Google review
Good service, great food. Pictured: Chicken Parm, White Chicken Lasagna, & salad with orange vinaigrette. Lasagna had too much cheese for my taste, but I can't knock it. I did have the cherry limeade. It was a purple drink that tasted like straight lime juice, but still glad I tried it. Prices are high - but presentation is 10/10.
Daniel M — Google review
We dined al Fresco on a beautiful Fall evening. Service was impeccable. Wedge Salad was generous in portion and exciting in flavor & presentation. Many other delicious options like Sweet Pickle Chips for an Appetizer. Flat Bread Pizza was amazing. We will be back.

Delivery Restaurant
Pizza Counter is a popular local spot with two locations in Council Bluffs, IA. Whether you're dining in, carrying out, or opting for delivery, this place has been a favorite for years. The menu offers options for both vegetarians and meat lovers, including the unique taco pizza. Customers praise the friendly staff and easy ordering process. While some have noted minor issues with undercooked dough, overall it's considered a go-to place for delicious pizza.
Ordered delivery, 3 personal pizzas. Hands down best crust I've had in 5 years. I like original, not to thick, not to thin, crispy, not burnt. I make a lot of homemade pizza and thier crust was better than mine 😋 I personally prefer more garlic but they had the balance
Shelly T — Google review
I used to come here at least every other week and order a mini taco and medium/large single topping pizza. Today 3/12/25 they charged me for a medium taco which I refused to buy because it’s too much food and money. $50 to my usual $30. I understand mini and medium sound similar so maybe changing the name of the extra small pizza might benefit them. Front desk person said I definitely heard medium, and didn’t try to right their mistake. I always tip and feel a little down on making this review, but alas I will never go back. Cheers pizza counter. Edited to 4 stars because my family still likes this place.
Jonathan G — Google review
Pizza Counter is a Council Bluffs staple, and a well deserved one at that. Fast turnaround time, even on a Friday night! High quality ingredients on their pizzas, and very affordable as well.
Hailee H — Google review
Never had pizza here and when I called and asked about the crust, woman said " we have the perfect crust" and then sold me on buying the puzzas with her description. Give her a raise!!! Grest flavor, local business, its awesome!
Maya R — Google review
Staff was incredibly friendly and ordering was easy. Pizza got into my hands in the time that they promised it would. Sauce is pretty good, cheese is great, dough seems to be good- but it was pretty undercooked. I did get a smaller pie and they could be using the same size dough for multiple different size pies. I have a feeling this it would have been spot on if I got a larger size. Support this business!! They seem like great people. If I’m ever in the area I plan on trying it again and will update when they nail it next time.
Zac B — Google review
We were traveling through town and had a pizza delivered to our room. The price was decent, about $27 for a large. We got their special deluxe pizza. It was good. Thick and flavorful. We would have preferred a bit more sauce, but it was a good pizza. Delivered in about 35 minutes as promised. Decent local choice.
Thomas — Google review
While at home eating the pizza I found a very large hair in it. It was actually in my mouth when I found it. It was only the third piece I had removed. Unfortunately I had to throw most of that one away. What ever happened to people wearing hair nets?
Dale H — Google review
A very suitable Pizza Parlor. Ate there for the first time this past weekend. Noticed they had a good amount of carryout and delivery so other customers must like what they offer. Our Pizza was good as was the service. Will definitely try them again.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating here countless times, and it never disappoints. The food is made with care, packed with flavor, and always served with a warm smile. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re treated like family. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed — the kind of place where good food and good conversation go hand in hand. From the house specials to the everyday favorites, everything is thoughtfully prepared and consistently delicious. You can tell the owners pour their heart into every detail, and it shows. This isn’t just a great meal — it’s a genuinely great experience. Highly recommend!

A friend told me about this place so decided to giver out a try. Great friendly environment, family friendly, nicer outside eating area. Staff was friendly even though they were short handed at the time, always smiling and helpful. Good was great, prices were very fair, great homemade macaroni salad and a wine club was well that you can join. Great for dining anytime during the day or evening. Giver itt a try and you won't regret it.

Many sandwich options with unique sides ie: pasta salad, potato salad, or just regular chips. They have desserts and Many wines to choose from! Service was amazing and the sandwich was delicious!

Wine lovers: AVOID THIS BUSINESS I stopped in because I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, I was charged $40 for a wine I could get at Target for $16. The atmosphere was not welcoming and their selection is not one of wine lovers, nor experts. If you want good wine that isn't insanely overpriced and is uniquely sourced, go over the river to the Godega, La Buvette, Nosh, or The Stuffed Olive.

Breakfast restaurant
The Main Street Cafe in town is a beloved spot for breakfast. The cafe has a cozy and inviting ambiance, reminiscent of a grandmother's house, adorned with vintage photographs and charming trinkets. It is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty breakfast any time of the day. Located at 102 S in Council Bluffs, this traditional American restaurant offers classic comfort food for breakfast and lunch. The portions are generous, and be prepared for large pancakes!
The staff was extremely friendly and very nice. Our waitress was patient when we couldn't decide on what we wanted. The inside felt like grandma house with old photos and knick-knacks on the shelves. The tables were clean and food was pretty good. I would recommend if you are wanting something less crowded and breakfast in the afternoon like we wanted.

Casual atmosphere. The menu has great options, we chose an omelet and pancakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and this is walking distance from the Union Pacific Train museum as well as Squirrel Jail museum (which we recommend!)

Great service, food and atmosphere. Gives you that small town, local diner that everyone goes to kinds of like the one on Andy Griffith show. Will definitely be coming back here a lot more. Love the Halloween and other holiday decorations. Always a pleasure to come here to eat.
James — Google review
I expected better. The french toast barely had any egg on it, just tasted like toast. Bacon was under cooked. Hash browns weren't seasoned at all. Maybe they were rushed, they closed a couple hours early. Service was pretty good though.
R R — Google review
Two months after enjoying the cheese omelet it was just very disappointing! Veggie omelet was greasy and without flavor. My friend had a pancake that wasn't cooked well. Tasted like old oil that had been used before to fix different food.
Birgit R — Google review
Love this place! Very small town, homey feel. Ordered one biscuit with sausage gravy and one egg, I got two biscuits with sausage gravy and two eggs all for five bucks. It was super good, I love supporting small businesses. The portions are huge for the low price, but that does not affect the quality. I don't come to Iowa often but I'm glad I came to Main street cafe for breakfast. 😊

The Porch in Council Bluffs is a popular restaurant and bar that takes pride in its outdoor spaces, which inspired its name. The menu features a variety of pub-grub favorites such as burgers, gourmet mac and cheese, pizzas, wraps, grilled chicken sandwiches, and an all-you-can-eat salad bar. In addition to the delicious food offerings, patrons can enjoy the outdoor porch or partake in activities like sand volleyball during the summer months.
We were visiting from Tennessee for the CWS and looking for a local restaurant to try. We read the reviews for The Porch and all the comments were positive, so we decided to stop in for a late lunch. If you are looking for an inviting place to eat & the best comfort food ~ this is a must place to eat! The customer service is outstanding! We met the owner, Jodi & the manager, Collin, both are top notch at customer service and appreciate your business!

What a fabulous little gem💎 this is! 😀 The food here was fresh and flavorful. My server was a handsome young man that got my order correct and exactly as I asked. The dressing for my salad was made there, as well as the soup. Scrumptious. The burger was the best that I have had in a long time and I go everywhere in the states. Highly recommend this establishment, especially for a small get-together or first date. You're sure to get a great meal and have a positive experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but The Porch deserves one!!! I have been here several times and have not had one complaint. The food?! Absolutely love it! I’ve tried many dishes and have loved them all. Their staff?! INCREDIBLE!!! Their team busts their bottoms to provide every table with exceptional service!! Lisa and Colin are awesome!!! Whether you want to sit inside and chill, or head out back to the patio, the environment is a great time! If you’re in CB or passing through, I would highly recommend checking them out!!

The Porch is one of our favorite places! It’s a great atmosphere for everyone. The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful and always hustling to give us the best experience. We especially love Lisa and Colin, but everyone goes above and beyond. The food has never disappointed! From salads to the famous Mac’n’cheese and Fuhs fries - everything is so good! They have a great patio and big volleyball area, too.

We ate here recently. We both had the Mac and Cheese with Steak. The Mac is smooth and creamy every bite is a delight, tender pieces of steak accompany the dish. What really stands out here is the staff. They make you feel at home. You do not just get one person, but everyone helps to get the job done. Colin and Lisa made us feel comfortable like we were at home. We look forward to our next visit for the food and the staff!!!

This place always seems to be hopping around lunch time. Stooped in on the way home from KCMO last Friday and we where glad we did. The Burgers are excellent and the sweet potato fries with cinnamon and sugar are an unexpected treat. Love that that have gluten free buns available as well as some other gluten free options. We will be back.

Buck Snort is a relaxed sports bar and eatery that serves classic pub food like burgers and pizza, along with a selection of draft beers. The owners, Dwayne and Julie Carberry-Pleas, opened their Council Bluffs location in 2016 after the success of their other establishments in Neola and Oakland. This Midwestern burger joint offers a variety of delicious options such as unique burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and more in a casual atmosphere.
I think this is the best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. It was huge!! This was my first time ordering take out, but I heard my boss say that the establishment was so clean and the customer service was lovely when he picked the food up. 10/10 would order from here again.

I had the OHS patty melt, and it was killer!!!! Service was super friendly and fast. I highly recommend. My food was so good that I munched down and forgot to take a picture of the sandwich. Came back again for the Grunt Snort Wheez burger with a fried egg. It was delicious!!!! Kids had boneless wings and loved em’ - 2 sauce covered thumbs up!!!

This place came highly recommended by some friends and it did not disappoint! We got the Prime Rib Burger and the Boom Boom Pow Burger. Boom Boom sauce was just spicy enough, but not overpowering. Meanwhile, the Prime Rib Burger (one of the daily specials) was simply excellent! Great flavor! Also, the Fried Bread Pudding was delicious -- a great value topped with ice cream.

Just off the interstate enough that you'd never know it was there. Incredibly good food. Well worth your time and $. The brisket on the burger was wo tasty and tender. We loved it, you will too
Mike M — Google review
The place itself is very cool. The table we sat at had a beautiful copper top, the inside looks brand new and has a great vibe. The food was decent but only one person working that day and she was not good. She messed up several things on our order, double charged us for things, and when we tried to ask about it she couldn't find our order to double check. This place was great but the service was nearly some of the worst. Mind you it was only our table and 2 patrons at the bar. It was not busy.

If the food can convince me to stay through Luke Bryan style "country" music... It's a special place. There's certainly a lot of small town camp going on inside which I absolutely love. Tl;Dr amazing food, charm for days, just not my kind of music.

Love the Mini Moose burger. And the French fries are crispy and hot. Subsequent visits are still top notch.

Love the moose burgers. Hubby takes me there, because he & I love the Food there. Great conversation with the workers. Never have any issues there. The atmosphere is always friendly and comfortable. I also have social anxiety. But I never feel anxious there. Which is rare for me.

Subway is a popular casual chain where you can customize your own sandwiches and salads, including healthy options. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient service, with staff members who are polite, helpful, and quick to prepare orders even during busy times. The fresh and delicious food is always made just the way you like it. Overall, visitors enjoy the pleasant experience of getting their sandwiches at Subway thanks to the great team that provides excellent service with a smile.
The angel girl was so nice and helpful and quick! Tonight! You need more faces and attitudes like that one. I'm surprised she isn't a manager!! EXCELENT skills ....

I went at 4 pm and there was a line. As I stood in line, I watched the woman check people out and handle money with her plastic gloves on. She kept the same gloves on and handled lettuce, pickles, bread, etc, and then checked the person out, handling money. Keeping the same gloves and handling more food. Money is dirty and germy. After she checked out 3 people and still had the same gloves on, she went to the next sandwich. I left and went home.

My daughter, grandson and I went to this Subway. The experience was awful! My daughter and grandson were waited on then the man making sandwiches started working on online orders leaving me waiting. There was a lady behind me and she went to the man at the cashier register and said something to him I couldn’t hear and then he came over and started making her a sandwich. I said I still haven’t been waited on. He said she is a regular. I said that doesn’t make it right! She was behind me and said I’m on lunch break. Well that doesn’t make any difference, we all have some place to be. She should have ordered online then I guess. But in no way should they have taken her ahead of me. Then when the other man stopped working on the online orders for awhile he says what can I get you. I tell him I needed 2-6 inch sandwiches, one on white and one on wheat. When 8 get to the lady who is putting condiments on I see footlongs. I said I didn’t want footlongs. She told the guy who made them. He says I asked her and she said footlongs, I said no I didn’t. He proceeded to argue with me and said I asked you twice. I said you asked me twice about the bread. He kept wanting to argue until the lady said stop. I will not be back to this restaurant as this is no way to treat a customer in either scenario. They were rude and disrespectful to me as a customer and as a person! I’ve worked in different positions in customer service and never would of treated anyone as they treated me! And there was never a word of sorry coming out of any of their mouths!!
Kimberly — Google review
A good place to grab a sandwich. Most of the time the service is pretty fast, unless there are a ton of online orders. The staff tends to be friendly, so overall I would say the service here is pretty good. They have a decent amount of seating and they tend to keep the place pretty clean. Not to mention it's a fairly convenient location if you're on the east end of town.

The store #10813 in Council Bluffs, Ia (East Broadway location)chose to fill all of the call in orders and leave all of us who walked in standing in line. Even call in tickets that came in as I was standing inline were being filled before I was waited on. I was so angry by the time I left. The person in front of me got their sandwich ordered, then they started on a call in before finishing his order. There were 8 people in line, I told the cashier how I felt, then 2 people got out of line and left behind me. As I was leaving a lady was walking in arms I told her to be prepared to stand and wait because they were doing all the call ins instead of waiting on their customers. She turned around and walked out.

Ordered a pack of specific cookies and 2 footlongs which the guy dropped a whole container of meat on the ground cleaned it up and didn’t charge his gloves. After getting our food we drove home. After getting back went to get a cookie and realized they were all randoms so apparently they were out of the cookie but why wouldn’t they say something?? Drove the cookies back and the worker put the cookies back in the cookie box instead of throwing them away which was disgusting since he knew we touched them. If you want somewhere unsanitary you should come here.
Laura H — Google review
Went there this evening. Guys ate non smiling like they hate their job. Did not pay attention to our requests, kept asking us what we wanted on sandwiches after being told several times already. I did notice that the bread has gotten a bit smaller too.

I came into this Subway on Friday, May 28th right before they were closing. I felt very bad for coming in so late, but I was hungry... The three gals working that night were very respectful and had great attitudes! Management should recognize these three and be proud of them. Thank you...

If you're in Council Bluffs, a visit to Subway is a must for anyone craving delicious, customizable sandwiches and salads. This casual counter-serve chain allows you to build your own meal with health-conscious options that cater to various tastes. Located at 1200 Woodbury Ave, this Subway offers an array of choices from their famous Footlongs to wraps and fresh salads.
I wanted to comment on the employee that helped me today, Shane. He was very friendly & pleasant. He made jokes, talked to you, & didn't make you feel like you had to rush to make your choices. He recommended what sauce to use (let me sample it first) & what would be best with my sandwich choice. Great service & sandwich was great. Thanks Shane! When I'm in the mood for a good sandwich again, I'll be sure to see if your bike is there, then I know I'll have someone Great to help me!!😀

Walked in and ordered a 'turkey bacon avocado wrap' and received it with missing ingredients, not happy I didn't get the avocado on it. Employee had a hard time hearing customers because of someone in the back blasting music and he was really slow, one customer took about 5 minutes or more if it's not just straight up simple. Still better than the one downtown off Broadway!
Genna L — Google review
As i was sitting there eating my sandwich on my dinner break. Shane kept asking me if I needed anything else. Shane was also AMAZING while making my sandwich. He joked around with me, asked about my day, and always made sure to ask if i wanted light amount, regular amount, or extra for any and all of my toppings! I always try to go in while shane is working because it’s always an AMAZING experience.

I door dashed a sub to my wife and it was in pieces and the bread was barely there and falling apart more like a salad than a sub.

I went in to this subway just a couple days ago and I wasn’t having a great day and as soon as I walk to the counter to order, the man helping me his name is Shane he was soooo nice and very up beat he turned my whole day around just super nice and friendly, made a great sandwich and left a smile on my face. I will continue to go to this subway just because of the great service he provided. This man deserves a raise!!!!!

First and last time at this location. 3 staff and only one employee actually helping customers during the LUNCH RUSH. The employee that was helping would not stop talking and he could not make a sandwich while talking at the same time. He was just standing there talking while doing nothing to the order. I ran out of time on my break to even get any food. 4 people were in front of me when I got there and there were still 4 when I left. INSANE.

If it is possible if Steve and Ryan are still the owners of this location, I would like to have a short meeting with them in regards to one of their employees. Please & Thank you.
