The 25 best breakfast and brunch in Council Bluffs

I’ve been wanting to try this place since we moved here a few years ago. Finally did and it definitely lived up to the reviews!! Great food and incredible service in a charming place! Thanks for treating me extra special on my birthday too!

This was a wonderful experience for my partner and I. We came in a bit close to close and the service was still wonderful. The food was delicious, one of the best pancakes I've had in a while and the pecan roll was nutty and delicious. A lovely spot to take time to go to, we will be coming back

Been eating here a very long time. The newest owners have tried their hardest to make this restaurant shine. I wished they would have kept the original gravy recipe as it was home made flavorful and delicious. They put way too much garlic powder in it now you smell it instantly. It just isn’t that great especially for a breakfast item. If I wanted to eat heavy garlic for breakfast, I’d eat Italian? The hashbrowns are similar to their old counterparts but not quite. Not as thick or perfectly crisp and golden. Half our hashbrowns were thin and not the thick squares we used to get burnt edges. This is the 4th time now and felt it needed said. Stop adding so much garlic in your gravy and let the flour butter and sausage take front seat!!

Really good food, there was a long wait but all good Cafes have those. Recommended apple cinnamon roll!

I’ve spent a lot of time over many years of my life eating at Legends (Duncan’s.) Sadly, everything that once made this place the absolute best spot to get breakfast in the metro area is a thing of the past. I expect this is due to the new owners and or management. This ghost of a restaurant is basically just generic, commodity breakfast food at this point. If you read through the reviews you’ll see that every single thing that made Duncan’s (now Legend’s) unique has either changed or has been removed. Just to use one example. Everybody universally LOVED the hash browns. They were unique and exclusive to Duncan’s. Everyone raved about them. You can go to any breakfast joint and get hash browns. But these hash browns. Man. They were different. So of course what did the new owners change? The hash browns. Business 101 and common sense says that this was very obviously a dumb thing to have done. But they did. And what a shame that is. But anyway. To keep this review short. Just go somewhere else if you want good food. The place you once knew and loved has died and will not come back.

All around great breakfast/brunch place! Plenty of seating, great variety of food options, and delicious cinnamon rolls. Whether you're passing through CB or live in town, I would highly recommend.

We are newly moved to Omaha and have started checking out some local stores and restaurants. Legends Cafe in Council Bluffs was recommended to us when we visited the Iowa side of the Missouri -- and that proved to be an excellent recommendation! The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, and the decor was interesting. The daily breakfast specials looked intriguing and they were still available for lunch at 1:00 pm. My wife chose the Eggs Benedict and I picked the Dunkin Griddle -- with Hash Browns added for each special. We were equally pleased with the taste, quality, and quantity of food. I feel sure that we will visit again.

Casual atmosphere. The menu has great options, we chose an omelet and pancakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and this is walking distance from the Union Pacific Train museum as well as Squirrel Jail museum (which we recommend!)

Great service, food and atmosphere. Gives you that small town, local diner that everyone goes to kinds of like the one on Andy Griffith show. Will definitely be coming back here a lot more. Love the Halloween and other holiday decorations. Always a pleasure to come here to eat.

I expected better. The french toast barely had any egg on it, just tasted like toast. Bacon was under cooked. Hash browns weren't seasoned at all. Maybe they were rushed, they closed a couple hours early. Service was pretty good though.

Two months after enjoying the cheese omelet it was just very disappointing! Veggie omelet was greasy and without flavor. My friend had a pancake that wasn't cooked well. Tasted like old oil that had been used before to fix different food.

Love this place! Very small town, homey feel. Ordered one biscuit with sausage gravy and one egg, I got two biscuits with sausage gravy and two eggs all for five bucks. It was super good, I love supporting small businesses. The portions are huge for the low price, but that does not affect the quality. I don't come to Iowa often but I'm glad I came to Main street cafe for breakfast. 😊

We had breakfast, ham and cheese omelette and western omelette. My wife said the h&c omelette was best she’s ever had. The hash browns were very good. Great food and great value! The service was friendly and attentive.

The food was just as good as promised by the reviews I read. Service was quick and prices very reasonable. My husband and I both ordered the breakfast burrito and I noticed that his had more steak in it. I also wouldn't have been mad if it were a bit larger, but even so I would still call the price fair just based on the excellent flavor and good service. Another thing I appreciated was the sign in the bathroom about assault and consent, and I would come back here again because of that even if the food wasn't great. Thanks Goldmine!

Love this place!! Everytime I've been, I've left my plate empty because it's so good I must eat it all!! Bartender was attentive and kind...staff has always been warm and welcoming. I totally suggest eating here!!

Went in for breakfast for the first time. Speedy service at first with coffee and water. Waitress took our order and that's were we became abandoned. My son and I sat their watching as other tables that came in after us received their food and ate. As we sat their watching our waitress pass by multiple times not checking in on us or offering a refill on our drinks. I had even slid my cup out away from me to make it more noticeable that my coffee was empty but that didn't work. So after some time and another pass or two we got up and left. Hopefully this was just a one time thing but not for sure if we will try it again.

Went here for breakfast and loved every bit of it. The food was great & the quick/good service I appreciate. I ordered the omelette & it came out fast! The salsa on the side that I asked for was really good too. The Bloody Mary's I ordered were EXCELLENT. Great prices all around for food and drinks. Will definitely return. Thank you for the great service today! Not sure what others are complaining about as it was busy when I was there. But thank you again Jodie in particular for the amazing service.

This review is directed to your waiter James. James, you might want to cut your teeth a little and learn about the business you are working for. Instead of taking me for a joke when I insisted on wanting a bottle of your "oh so grape" soda. And as you can see my meal arrived and you never did bring me your 1.79 cent drink to me.

I haven't been to Cracker Barrel for a few years. I won't be visiting one again! Worst lunch, that was supposed to be a breakfast! Chewy chicken fried steak. Crappy, and very slow service. I do not recommend the Council Bluffs, IA location. Cracker Barrel comped me a meal. So I visited the one in Clive, IA. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast... I got the chicken fried steak breakfast!!! The food was cooked perfectly. The CF steak was tender. Not chewy like one on my other visit. My server was prompt, and personable. A much better experience! Thank you Cracker Barrel. I recommend the Clive location.

I went here recently and had Morgen as my server. She was quick to see us and get our drinks ordered. Welcomed us with a smile and told us about the lunch feature. She gave us warm bread while we waited for our food. It came out to us nice and hot. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had such a great experience! I ordered a Togo order and the girl who took it was wonderful and so kind her name was Addisyn! And she got everything right and even gave me extra butter and jelly for my biscuits! What a great experience I will definitely becoming back!

What a joke! Party of 7 - 3 kids ages 9,6,3 and 4 adults. We were sat at 2 different tables and had 2 different waiters. Food came out at different times even after the “manager” said it wouldn’t. First horrible experience after many many visits to other Cracker Barrel’s. We will not be back to any of their restaurants! Manager told me their wait staff “can’t handle large parties”. Sounds like a management issue! Needs to be looked into!

You know, it's Cracker Barrel. The food is not that good but the service and atmosphere were really good at this store. I had fried chicken because I thought it'd be a solid choice... almost sent it back. It tasted old and overcooked. Granddaughter wanted to go do we did. Next time, I will influence differently. The store is still cool and the best part of this visit for sure.

Good from afar, but FAR from good. It looks good on the billboards until you get there. My family has eaten at this Cracker Barrel many times over the years and loved it. The past 3 visits have been consistently worse and I believe a month ago they hit the bottom of the barrel. The service takes a hit too. Why our server brought us out completely charred food and thought that was okay is beyond comprehension. Why the kitchen sent that and the other schlop they called food out betrays common sense. The manager apologized and said they have a lot of new cooks in there trying to learn and train. Clearly they need a new teacher because they all suck. The atmosphere of the restaurant and store are the only things that haven't changed. Our last few visits had gotten spread out as we felt perhaps they needed a little time. We really wanted them to pull it together and gave them a few more chances. After the last visit, we are done and will never be back.

Jeanette was a superb server! She gave us a review of recent changes and informed us that the mimosa menu will be changing next month! We were excited to try the mimosa flight and will get it again. The atmosphere has incredibly improved with the remodel and between the service, food and atmosphere, we were very pleased and will be coming back!

We had such a great experience at Village Inn! The food was absolutely delicious—everything came out hot and fresh. Our waitress was quick, attentive, and super friendly, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. What really made our visit special, though, was the thoughtful gesture from the manager—he gave my son a coupon for free pie for his birthday, and it completely made his day! Went on a weekday morning with two of my grandsons. We were seated quickly. Server was at our table timely. Our food was good! We all cleaned our plates. Even the finicky 8 year old! My avocado toast was really good!!

The combo pizza was very good, but they were out of mushrooms. Great cheese blend on the pizza. Prices were reasonable. The chef salad needed more lettuce, but it was very good. Plenty of meat and cheese on it. The bakery items looked great, but I did not purchase any.

Sometime the year after my first visit, they reopened this place. Thanks for addressing the concerns from last time! Great casual experience. Turkey club and tots were crisp, tasty, and filling. Clean, brightly lit seating with views of the poker room and TVs. Well stocked condiments and utensils. Glad I don’t have to drive around the city scrambling to find something clean and casual to eat. Good use of any RC you’ve earned from the day

Waited 35 minutes for our food. I ordered a the French toast breakfast meal; my food was luke warm when it reached our table and the French toast was okay but the eggs & bacon tasted leathery. My spouse's food was good and enjoyable. The staff need retrained and better people skills.

We waited at least 40 minutes for food. Then to get the food and realize there was egg shells and hair in my eggs. The lady at the counter was rude as can be when we asked for a refund she said I ate the French toast. I said you can go look it's sitting on the table and tasted horrible. I don't know how they get away with the cooks not wearing hair nets. The service and food has gone so far down hill. We will never eat here again.

Somehow the food here is always incredible. Their cheesesteak is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten them all over the country. Also their pancakes are incredible. How do they do it? Never had a bad meal here.

It's been a few years since I visited this location but the food has usually been good and so has the staff. This visit was disappointing in both aspects. I asked for a breakfast sandwich. The menu said "brioche" bun. It was not. It was a cold hamburger bun. I tried to make the best of it, took a bite, and immediately asked if I could get my sandwich made with Texas toast. The server went to the back with my sandwich only AFTER she had me scrape my hash browns off the plate. She came back with my same sandwich filling because my bite mark was still there only now it was between 2 slices of.....TOAST. I've eaten at more restaurants than I've served at but I have served in a restaurant at a management level. Her manager failed here. Or she didn't bother to say she understand and ask for help. Huge disappointment, especially because since I could get a breakfast sandwich at a fast food spot that is exactly what it says on the menu for less that $10.

Jeanette is awesome. She is always so friendly and professional. The atmosphere is more high end and comfortable since the remodel. Although I do miss the orange and decor. The tables are a nice size to fit the food and plates. The food is delicious and onion rings are crispy.

They've got the griddled pancake game in a chokehold! Very delishhh, freshly prepared, with the perfect fluff/color. I should not be so excited about a pancake, lol. The food was ok, service was fast, and good.

Three of us walked in and was promptly greeted and sat. Waitress came immediately for drinks and then orders. As soon as our food came, she handed us our bill, not waiting to see if we wanted anything else. At this point, I feel like she doesn't want us to be there. As we finished our meal, I had my card out to pay. She ran by and grabbed our plates never stopping to look that we were ready to pay, took off. After several tries, she finally came over to let us pay. If I wanted anything else, that was our the window when I had my bill before my first bite of food.

First time eating here today, walking in it kind of reminded me of a Perkins. We were seated by one of the employees at the front of the house. Our server Alina was super sweet, and did an excellent job taking care of us and handling our order, and I was not disappointed when she recommended the strawberry crepes. She had our drinks out to us very quickly, the coffee was fresh and hot, she even took care to make sure she knew what flavor creamers to bring to the table. I ordered the strawberry crepes, and my other half got the eggs benedict, and added cheese. The food tasted excellent, I will suggest however that if your food comes with any sauces, sweet or savory, to request your sides on a separate dish. I had strawberry sauce all over my bacon and potatoes, which was a bit off putting, but Alina was very quick to correct the issue, which I was very appreciative of. Overall, It's a nice little place to grab breakfast. It is a bit expensive for what you get, but everywhere is getting more expensive. I would eat here again just because of the crepes. Plus, I would love to try their banana cream pie or silk pie.

I know single diners aren't always servers favorites, but Nikki took really good care of me today! Even though she was the only server (from what I could tell) she was on top of every table in the room and brought everything I could possibly need when my food came (syrup, jams, lots of creamer, a water, etc) Food came out hot and the coffee was freshly brewed. Hashbrowns were perfectly cooked and there was plenty of butter for the pancakes. 100/10 🔥 THANK YOU!

Just got back to my hotel…open my to go box and my skillet has all burnt hard potatoes and chicken fried steak is hard and over cooked!

Panera is always a pretty good place to eat I feel like it’s been more pricey than the last times we have been here. This location is very busy and seems like it could use a little more room we were in at around noon and the bakery items were almost entirely gone which makes sense and our order was a few minutes delayed.

I’m a long time Panera lover and unfortunately the past handful of times I have gotten lemonade it has tasted FERMENTED. It is usually very good but now it’s very hit or miss. Extremely disappointing.

Usually the food is fantastic. However this visit I ordered the Green Godess salad. The dressing was awful. It tasted like vinegar mixed with cigarette ashes. Do not order this.

Does not matter if you come at 8 am on a weekday or 10am on a weekend. ALWAYS sold out of soufflés. Even if you order ahead and it says soufflés are available, you can get there and they could say oh sorry we ran out of soufflés. Can I get you something else like no the whole reason I placed an online order was to come get a soufflé

Everything that we ordered was correct .. zero complaints with the food and drinks ..but absolutely no hospitality or happiness with the staff in fact the entire staff seemed gloomy but the establishment was clean and are order came out in a timely fashion..keep up the hard work Panera Bread

Dissappointed in quality of salad. Not typical of any Panera I've ever eaten at. Between the wilted salad and grey chicken, I was disgusted. Not only that, the store is filfy. The window, floors, countertops and bathrooms were nasty. Also, noted staff to be standing around on thier cell phones. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

My wife sandwich came out cold, unfortunately she wouldn’t ask to have it fixed. Flys wouldn’t leaves alone as we ate. Never coming back if I have to eat with flys in my face.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The layout makes sense. The chairs are comfortable. The restrooms are good. They made the drinks right, including stirring in the sugar without me having to ask for it. And it’s not too cold or loud inside. The outside seating is not well kept though.

Honestly the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They usually have very boring coffee and stale-tasting food, in my opinion. This one was great. That said, the only reason I ever go to one is because I occasionally am gifted a gift card for them. Starbucks is horribly overpriced and supports horrible, anti-human rights causes.

You have restored my faith in this company with more than just a clean and tidy facility (an apparent common denominator across the country for this coffee chain). Front cashier Sage was fast and efficient in taking my order, even clarifying whether I wanted coconut flavor or coconut milk, which now gives me ideas on how I want to order my next latte! For everyone charging their electric car, this coffee shop is conveniently located across the street from a charging station and giant pond- perfect walking activities for cross-country drivers like me and commuters who need to stretch the legs, get good food, and grab a coffee. I highly recommend this Starbucks- PERFECT location and service!

Usually go to this location but some of the girls can be really snarky. Was told at 2:00 in the afternoon they couldn’t break a 50. Was told I could order 20$ or more so I offered to buy another large coffee only come out to 16$ still wouldn’t do it. Is this a business with no money at 2 in the afternoon ? Won’t be going back waiting in line just to be denied?

Starbucks has very delicious drinks and food, but unfortunately, unhealthyish, there are some healthy options that are great! Starbucks has a great atmosphere and nice baristas.

Drinks are good I had a blended Chi Tea Latte. And a Caramel Frape they was out of alot of things even the regular Caramel for the Frape , this happens frequently at this location , and the wait in the drive through lane was/is always so long we waited 15 minutes +. The Frape was the better of the 2 the Chi Tea was tasteless.. trying sugar free just not as good as other Starbucks...

They do not care about their customers, or good quality customer service anymore. They won't ring you up at the register. They tell you to use the kiosk instead. This is very lousy customer service in my opinion. I would give Zero Stars but to give a review it requires you to give at least 1 very undeserved star. Also your crew needs to learn to not put so much sauce on the sandwiches that if the customer is not super careful they will end up wearing about half of their sandwich. Also too much sauce ruins the sandwich. Frappé's are not supposed to come out to the customer half frozen either to the point the customer cannot drink it through the straw. Also you need to give an option to order light sauce on the sandwiches on the McDonald's app.

I am not always tech savvy with some of the unique pieces of equipment, the ordering board was computerized and for me at 55 I was not able to co.plete my order using the board, the employees were swamped with pick up orders and nobody was at the register unless they had completed a pick up order and were trying to locate the driver for the order. After about a 5 min wait I was able to get somebody to the register to take my order in person. It seemed like that was something the employee assisting me was not fully trained to do. I did get my order complete and accurate and it tasted great. I think I am just one of the lost older individuals that can not always access new tech. And I hope I don't miss out on some of the old menu items I loved in my younger years cause of an order board. I still remember " Big Mac, fellet fish, quarter pounder, French fries, icy coke thick shake sundaes and apple pies." Now how many of u were singing that part with me?

I ordered some last night snacks and got a couple of McFlurrys. I'm sitting here eating it and I found a piece of plastic in it!! What the heck is this?! We threw all of our food away as soon as we found it. I'm done with McDonald's. That's the final straw.

We placed a mobile order around 7:30 pm, we sat there and watched them clear out drive thru at least 5 times fully and still didn't have our food. I sent my boyfriend inside to check on the food and he was told that "nobody could speak English and couldn't help him and our order wasn't there" so we called corporate where they pulled up said order and confirmed it had been placed, we waited for another about 15 minutes until I went in myself and was told that "they didn't have the order and it never went through the system", after waiting an hour all together we finally received our food. Lobby was absolutely disgusting, drinks everywhere, all trash cans overflowing to the point of customers just leaving trash at the tables and my feet were sticking to the floor. The manager on duty was Josh and as I was walking out one of the employees was going outside with me and told me straight forward that he's a dick and nobody likes him, I'm sorry but I've worked fast food for over 4 years and usually if crew don't like the manager it's usually for a good reasoning. Our food was also cold which is crazy because they were in a rush and should've been dropping fresh food every 15 minutes.

I am extremely tired of spending money for something and not receiving it. I should not have to make sure I check my bag before leaving Mcdonald's. It is not hard to check all the boxes and make sure your costumer’s have everything they paid for. It’s the easiest thing as to just make sure everything that was on the receipt; is in the bag. I have always enjoyed the food but I almost always have to complain about not getting something I paid for.

Don't go often but the last few times the fries were disgusting, hard and cold tasted like grease. The food is getting worse and the price is higher. It's all such crap. I will never go here again!!

My girlfriend and I had just finished a beautiful night out for her birthday, and we wanted to end it on a fun note by grabbing McDonald’s breakfast, something we both really love. Instead, we left feeling upset and disappointed. We pulled up to the drive-thru around 4 AM on 08/23/2025 and didn’t even say anything we just waited to see if someone would take our order. After a while, the person on the mic finally came on with the nastiest tone, actually yelling at us: “We aren’t open yet, that’s why we aren’t answering.” It completely threw us off. We weren’t rude or impatient, just excited to grab breakfast, so the attitude felt completely uncalled for. What makes it even worse is that this location is listed as being open 24 hours on Google, so of course we thought we could order. After such a wonderful night, it honestly hurt to be spoken to like that over something so small. We’ve always loved McDonald’s, but this left a really bad impression that I hope management takes seriously and addresses with the employee who was working at that time.

I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant in my life. I waited 20 minutes for a large fry and 20 nuggets. There were people there waiting long before I ever got there. I person working the dining area. The employee working started arguing with me about how long my order was taking. The manager shorted my refund and then refused to give me her name or the employees name in order to talk to the general manager about the service. I’m actually appalled at the behavior I just received

They just don't care about how they serve the food been here many of times, same multiple order an it's made different others word's one will have pickles other doesn't an no napkins. I called today about no napkins and was told what ever

We waited 30 minutes for curbside pickup, so we went inside to retrieve our order after observing others receive their food promptly upon arrival. Upon returning home, I discovered that all but one of the McNuggets were mushy, and that one was frozen. I contacted the restaurant to request a refund, but they offered only to remake the order or provide coupons. The nuggets appeared to be excessively oily.

Good food. Got fresh onions instead of dehydrated ones. Great customer service in doing it. Atmosphere lower went through drive through.

Fries was fresh. But received two miniature old patties on my double whopper. Ashley (mentioned manager) was understanding when called and was very helpful. Said to bring the receipt in so they can make another. (This was around 4am)

I stopped here on my way home from out of state this morning at 3:03 am 10/02/2025 and was greeted at the drive thru with rudeness. The person literally stated that they aren’t taking customers orders just DoorDash pick ups with an attitude. Literally no one was in the drive thru line but me. I asked how long will they not be taking orders and the woman replied again with an attitude saying, I don’t know. I honestly wasn’t going to order after I was greeted with the first statement. I was curious to ask just because I leave reviews on poor customer service. To the woman on the intercom if you did not want to work then you should’ve came to work. Remember how you treat customers is a reflection on the business that you obviously do not own. Take a customer service course especially if you are going to apply to work for a restaurant that serves the public.

The new General Manager Randie is beyond lazy. Just sits on a chair and yells at the employees and sometimes the customers as well. Barely ever helps the crew when they are in a rush. Would never show up if one of the employees would call her and ask for help. Definitely not a good choice for the general manager

Receiving wrong orders, missing items and cold food especially in the mornings early lunch time constantly.... they just simply dont care... quality of the food and service is more important than quickness...

Tried to charge me for sauce after spending almost $30 worth of food. Yeah, no. The manager Randi is rude and extremely disrespectful. Sits on her butt and does nothing but complains and yells at employees.

When I was on my way to work I don’t appreciate people, spitting and drowning my sandwich and ketchup. I couldn’t get a refund because the doors was locked at after a certain time when they weren’t supposed to be. I threw the sandwich in the trash when I got to work. I ordered two 6 pc chicken nugget kids meals with sweet tea and I’m sitting here wondering why one of my kids is trying to eat my others chicken nuggets. I asked him to stop and he kept saying “ they didn’t give me nuggets” I didn’t believe him so I made him give me his box . there were none in there. I looked around him and in my other son’s box thinking my other son grabbed his but they weren’t. I expect to get what I ordered and I didn’t. A 6 pc NUGGET meal and you forget the NUGGETS. this is BEYOND annoying. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but don’t have people doing the damn food if they aren’t watching what they are doing!!!

If I could rate this McDonald’s a zero, I would. This location is hands down one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Nearly every time I’ve stopped here, there’s been some kind of issue. At this point, I’d rather go out of my way to find a different McDonald’s than deal with this one again. My most recent experience was incredibly frustrating. We placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before breakfast ended. The drive-thru wasn’t even busy—yet they were putting customers on long holds before taking orders. I overheard someone in front of us say they tried going inside for help, and the staff refused to assist them. Completely ridiculous. By the time we reached the speaker, it was 10:30, and we were told breakfast was over and we’d have to wait for the order to cancel itself and hope for a refund in 7 days. But it had taken over 15 minutes just to reach the speaker due to their delay. When asked to speak with a manager, we got the usual generic “sorry for the inconvenience” and no actual help. In general, the service is consistently bad. I rarely get my order right, the wait times are long, and the food is often cold. If they ask you to pull forward, expect to have to go inside because they’ve likely forgotten about you. One winter, my roommate and I walked to this location for hot chocolate on the way to pick up my car since the apartment finally did some snow removal, We were told the machine was “under maintenance”—even though we could see them using it to make a drink... When we asked for a moment to decide on something else, the manager asked us to leave the lobby for “loitering.” Minutes later, we went through the drive-thru, and suddenly they could make hot chocolate. The management here is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I don’t expect a five-star dining experience from McDonald’s—but I do expect the basics: correct orders, warm food, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this location struggles with even that. If you can avoid this one, I highly recommend doing so. 98% of my visits have ended in disappointment.

Ordered my grandson a 6 piece happy meal. When I got home, they had put a hamburger patty, NOT a whole hamburger, just a patty that had a bite out of it. The shift manager, Chris,⁰ replaced the meal but when presented it to him some of the staff laughed. I want whoever had the simple job of counting 6 nuggets into a box fired, now.

Ordered online. Breakfast. Arrived at the moment it said the order was ready. I was then approached and told it was after breakfast hours and told I'd receive a refund within three hours. No food. No refund received. Got a run around hoop game from the manager that was totally rude. Lesson learned. Do not choose curbside pick up. They bend you over Far worse than the drive thru

ordered drive through, sent us an a whole bunch of other cars to wait at the numbers and took 15+ minutes to get us our food all while other cars in the drive through were getting to get their food and get pushed through

I ordered a big mac value meal, it was the sloppiest burger ever! Everything slid off, way too much sauce, it was gross.

This Starbucks is awful! The baristas working, couldn’t be bothered to help me as they were busy filming tik tok videos. The espresso machines are so outdated, they are clearly not pulling Starbucks quality shots. The manager, Hailey, has zero customer service skills and is just focused on playing with her friends and filming content for tik tok. I do not recommend this location, at all. Find a local coffee shop, and support them!

Where to begin. Sassy ginger employee told us we could scan our app and so did the multiple signs. After ordering, we were rudely informed that we could not scan our app for the 50% off. We were outraged. We took time out of our day to come to Starbucks just to be told we couldn’t earn our beloved stars. disappointed to say the least. Our first step on Iowa soil and we were treated like trash.

We got greeted after waiting for the employees to finish their conversation. "What do you want guys?" Is how we got greeted. We ordered 2 drinks and both were completely wrong. The stickers were correct, the lady just made completely different drinks and we didn't realize until we left.

Drve up for coffee, received the wrong order, brought it in and the Felisha behind the counter says you throw it away... I can't touch it. Did get my corrrect order finally but service behind the counter inside by the blonde with glasses was lousy. Date of visit 10/3/23 roughly 1030 am.

Bellamy just made the best Irish Cream Cold Brew I’ve ever had!!! Absolutely divine. They also made our decently large order VERY fast! 10/10 recommended this Starbucks.

I have to update my review. Ever since the amazing Ashley took over as manager, they have been amazing! The Baristas all seem so happy, I LOVE Rami and Bellamy in the morning. I love them all, hard to choose! Ashley, you have done a great job turning this atmosphere around. Now tell them to move you guys to the middle 🙌🏼.

This store needs better supervision and support for their employees. The way they make their burritos is terrible. They don't listen to what you want. They charge you for sauce they don't even give out. They never mark what meat is in the burritos ever. That would be helpful. Please help each other out and do things the way a burrito is supposed to be. With food inside and not outside. Wow, I didn't get anything for cheese sauce. Why so cheap?

Bought a $2.19 bean burrito and it was small. What? Felt like I was eating more tortilla than beans. Oh sure be stingy on the beans, don't want to break the bank. If this taco bell is holding back on the beans, you know they aren't doing to well on financial means. Sheesh

My wife and I our regulars we went today for lunch the crew on shift we have not seen before there customers service was terrible the lady there rolls her eyes when asking questions and just acts like she doesn't want to help the customers when we got our food my wife's nachos had dab of cheese that's it and just a bite worth of beef when I asked them to correct it they were rude we also had an order of fries and I watch (Colton) drop them then tried to serve it to me. We go there almost weekly and have never seen this crew but we are upset ab out the customer service and will not be visiting this taco bell for a while. On another note this older gentleman came in while we were eating asked where the menu was and they told him the kiosk that's it he clearly had no clue how to work it and they refused to help him another customer had to help him order

Is this Taco Bell on the verge of closing down? EVERY TIME I go they’re out of something! “Sorry we’re out of lettuce, sorry we’re out of ice, sorry we’re out of fire sauce.” Then whatever I end up getting taste like it’s been sitting around for 7 hours or they never put enough of anything in it as if they gatta save the very little they have left for another customer. I live 2 minutes away & for the convenience I go to this one but as of lately I drive 10 minutes out of my way to the Taco Bell on wood berry & NEVER have a problem with them. I work close & even my coworkers tell me they will not spend their money at this Taco Bell anymore. Think it’s time to hire some staff who cares or shut this location down!!

Don't ever order door dash from here they never get your order right they are rude when you call and pass the blame onto someone else the manager whom I spoke to tonight openly admitted to no checking if a new employee had everything right and then hung up on me! We have also ordered in person here many times and have to make them give us our full order! They are just scummy people

This place is horrible. They ran out of beans during my dinner. It’s one of the main ingredients in half their menu. Who ever is managing this location needs fired.

They never have any food. Always out of multiple items. Doesn't matter what time of year. Crazy how a fast food chain doesn't have inventory.

I walked in the door, and the manager, Richard, was standing at the counter facing away from me, playing on his phone. As I saw my order wasn't ready yet, I thought I'd see how long it would take for him to notice me. 2 minutes is when he turned around and was startled. He was on his phone the entire time I was there. The girl working the drive thru had to come put my order together because he couldn't be bothered. My shoes stuck to the floor because the soda machine in the lobby looked like it exploded. All kinds of trash on the floor behind the counter. I was the only customer in there. The drive thru wasn't that busy, yet the manager wasn't helping at all due to being on his phone. The employees were obviously frustrated with him also. Poor management on the 15th and Broadway locations.

Ordered two chicken wraps no tomato's!! And one of the new Philly wraps. Was very disappointed!! All of them had barley any chicken on them With tomatoes!! They were smothered in ranch!! And the Philly one had cold peppers and onions on them!! So it was a ranch tortillas with a bite of chicken and a bit of lettuce and soggy tomatoes!! And there pop and ice and water machines were down. So when we ordered combos. Didn't get anything to drink with any of them!!! This burger king has gone down hill and should just be closed down!!

I'd say this location only gets my order correct 2 out of 5 times. Sometimes, you gotta wait for the cashier to finish telling their personal stories to their co-workers before they decide you can have your change. More than a few of them are quite rude.

I'm giving this a 0 stars. The service was so bad. One door dash driver was there waiting before I got there and when I left after 30 mins of waiting he was still waiting for his order. Another driver left to do another order and came back and was still havingi wait. I originally went in to have them fix a messup from a little before then. And was ignored for 15 mins before I could order my other order I had to wait over 30 mins for. I had asked for a refund and never received it was only questioned about why I wanted one. My order has been sitting on the rack the whole time dude just didn't bag it.

We where double charged for our meal and got the run around always told to come back at a different time to speak with a manager. Absolutely trash customer service no one cared they charged our card twice.

Horrible listening skills even when not busy. I ordered 2 rodeo cheeseburgers , Xtra BBQ and on bottom buns. I cannot have a large amount of sesame seeds due to health reasons. Is why I asked. The drive thru girl said ok. Yet I never seen it posted on the order. Then my wife orders a whopper Jr with no pickle or tomatoe. She noticed my rodeos didn't say it on the board as we've seen other times. So she asked the girl to make sure it's bottom buns . Once again the girl said ok. Then the order came to a total which it still never said it. So for the 3rd time I asked the rodeos are bottom buns. She said it's on there. It wasn't. So I get my food and check. Of course no bottom buns. So I had her take it back while she pretty much snarled I even looked, as the workers wondering with confusion if I wanted bottom buns why it never said so. Needless to say this girl had no skills being in a drive-thru that deals in communication. The workers didn't seem to much of an issue but Also looking at this photo do you see very skimpy ingredients. A drop of ketchup, 3 tiny pieces of lettuce.... is this what I can expect from burgerking nowadays?

Way way too slow to be called fast food. I am just at the drive thru speaker for 29 minutes without ordering. Only one car at the windows. By the time I got my food after another 10 minutes I watch at least 4 cars use the alley to leave. Finally got my food on the way to somewhere, no condiments, no napkins

horrible restaurant and management, cant keep employees due to improper management, nothing is deep cleaned regularly or thoroughly since certain employees left. current employees have terrible attitudes and dont know how to properly deal with customers, often refusing simple requests and holding up long lines. service lines are often DISGUSTING and never deep cleaned properly. most deep cleaning may not directly affect customers, but the milk, espresso, and coffee machines sure do and are downright horrible (see another review for an even worse pic!). milk machines need cleaned at least every 3 days, provided there are no spills, yet its obvious that hasnt been happening. again, overall disgusting

I went to Dunkin on broadway got 2 pumpkin spice latte they didint put no cinnamon on nothing top like how picture looks I got 2 work and tasted like just straight milk no flavor whatsoever im not one to complain but I go there all the time n its allways hit or miss n I call the manager to see if I can get my money back n she was just so rude !over the phone explaining how she made it n made it right and that there’s no way it taste like that but if it tasted good I wouldint have called ? but don’t look or taste nothing like it I will no longer be going here again so disappointing ..

went through the drive through at around 9:30 am and the lady that took my order on the speaker was very rude and rushed us through ordering. i asked at the window if i could add bagel bites because i forgot to ask partially due to the hostile tone at the speaker. the lady told me they can’t add anything at the window and id have to drive around again (no one was behind me and i know for a fact you can because ive done it before.) i had asked for a dozen donuts assorted but none with filling at the speaker. i repeated it twice. got to the window and there were filled donuts in there. i also got charged for cold foam when i never got any

They serve cold snakin bacon with a grease filled package, the managers r rude & most of all The coffee has a burnt flavor horrible service horrible food & horrible drinks DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING THEY WILL REFUSE YOUR REFUND let’s not talk about the nastiness of the inside of the store

I ordered the same drink I’ve been drinking for years. It’s the only drink I’ve ever ordered from DD. The Iced Caramel Craze was a lot stronger than normal, almost no sweetness to it. I let the workers know it tasted a little off and they were rude and acted like they didn’t want to do anything about it. No one, other than the nice older cashier lady smiled. The other 4 workers looked miserable. I don’t even like Starbucks coffee, but I’d rather go there to see their smiling faces, service really makes a difference. There was a cart with shelves full of donuts and such sitting all open with flies in the store. I will not be back to this location whatsoever.

When traveling, the reason that you stop at a chain restaurant is to know what you'll get . . . should be consistent from one location to the next. My frozen coffee was delicious. I also ordered a bagel, toasted, with cream cheese on the side. The bagel wasn't sliced even though it was warm - and they had no knives for the cream cheese . . . WHAT???? My friend asked for her breakfast sandwich on a bagel but it came on a croissant. Very disappointed with this location.

This place is the absolute worst. The workers in the morning are rude with an attitude their donuts are rarely ever fresh. Ive come here and with how many people are working youd think i wouldnt have to wait so long to get my order taken. I understand it may be busy at times but when you see what looks to be a manager sitting in the lobby doing nothing youd think Id be able to get my order taken. I overheard them gossiping making threats about fighting people they messed up my coffee. And the manager yells at other employees as if they arent just sitting in the lobby. I will NEVER return here again. There needs to be new workers and management.

My food was spot on... Once of the better burger kings that I've had in a while. Thought the restaurant needed a cleaning, but I did come mid day 🤷... So maybe it starts out looking better.

Placed an order online thru the app for delivery. When placing the app, it had stated the store was open. Waited an hour and my delivery driver called and stated that they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. Keep in mind, I placed my order at 9:30. Finally got a hold of someone at the store. Very rudely, stated that the app didn’t update and they didn’t open until 10:30, which meant they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. Asked if I could get a refund for my order since the items were not available. Lady then stated no, and that I placed an order when they weren’t open. Explain I get that, but app stated they were open, so again, asked for a refund. Lady then responded with “ Not sure what you expect me to do, because I can’t do that” Definitely deserves 0 stars after this morning 🙄

Overall my experience was okay. Definitely needs a good upgrade and staff should be a little more vigilant of customers and what conversations are being had at the front counter. Food was hot and freash. Will revisit but most like just through the drive-thru

It appeared to be understaffed. Took a bit waiting in the drive thru and had to confirm which order was ours a couple times. We ordered the halfsies for half fries/half onion rings. They definitely were not halfsies.

Asked for cantina chicken burrito with a few modifications, my usual order as a very frequent customer. No chicken and barely any of the other fillings. This was over $7. Most disappointing Taco Bell burrito experience ever.

Went to the drive thru Sunday around 1:30pm. No one said anything, asked for our order, nothing. We tried to get someone's attention for several minutes but received nothing in return. So we figured they were closed for some reason.... Pull around only to find out that yeah they are open just not taking orders I guess...

Went through the drive through and ordered two hard shell tacos without lettuce among other items. This is what was received. This is absolutely pathetic and completely unacceptable . I can’t believe you thought this was acceptable to serve.

Have to use a machine to order your own food. No customer interaction. Won't go there again if they won't use the register to take my order. No reason to have people up front if that's the case.

Not a bad new location. Inside is very modern looking and clean. Service was good and the food was as I would expect it to be from any Taco Bell I visit. I will definitely be back. Only issue I had with the place is that there are no booths which sucks for people with small children but now that my kids are bigger it isn't a problem anymore.

Management was horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in because I paid extra for a cup of sour cream and they gave me a tiny little squirt of sour cream. Not even enough for 1 quesadilla, it was enough for 1 singular bite. When I went in to ask if it was right the manager was extremely rude to me and told me to leave. Then my boyfriend goes in there because they forgot his whole pack of cinnabons, and they were extremely rude about their mistakes and didn't own up to anything. The "manager"(who looks like he hates his life) walked up to him at the counter, made eye contact, then walked away without saying anything and someone else had to help him. No apologies or anything. On top of all of that, my boyfriend ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, and the person putting in the order at the drive thru put the wrong thing in and he got the wrong meal. They don't have any ownership for any of their mistakes. Poor work environment. It's also dirty. I should have thrown my sour cream at the wall(even though there wasn't enoughs sour cream in the cup to make a scene)

6/9/25 1250 afternoon They forgot my guacamole that I paid for on one of my items so I pulled back in to go inside and all their doors were locked another customer outside had called and the person on the phone said they're understaffed and hung up on the customer. The inside has other customers in there. Truthfully I get it being stressful during peak times but I work at a restaurant and have since I was a teenager and never had a place lock it's doors to keep customers from coming in because we're understaffed. That's so ridiculous. Idk if you guys didn't have a manager in or what but this makes you look so bad as a company and as the specific location
