Looks fresh to me! Gotta hit up Arthur avenue after a visit to the NYBG. This is the spot for some fresh pasta. We came here last time we were in the area. Went with some cheese and spinach ravioli, fresh manicotti and basil linguini. (They let you choose the size) I do wish the shop was closer to all the other italian food purveyors. It is situated a block or two down the road. The area becomes a little seedy as night falls.

Small pasta shop in heart of Bronx's Little Italy. The fresh past is amazing. We go for the fresh cheese ravioli. Goes with so many different sauces, but it's even s special treat just with butter and fresh grated Parmesan and a could of fresh basil leaves! We're not fans of the meat filled raviolis, but that's just our tastes. We think the cheese are way more versatile. If you want meat, just go to the butcher in Arthur Ave. Market and get anything you like... sausages, freshly ground meats... and add to the sauce! (Btw, this is a store, not a restaurant, as Google maps seems to think)

We are not fans of pasta or ravioli, but when we saw the crowd by the entrance of Borgatti’s Ravioli & Egg Noodles, we were so curious how great their ravioli and decided to give it a try. The line moved really fast since the staff served everything with smooth process so the wait was not bad. There is not only ravioli & egg noodles available but also other items you might need for cooking past a like Italian marinara sauce, spice and cheese...etc. We had a box of signature Ravioli ($14 for 27) and ready-to-bake Manicotti ($6). Both were super delicious even with our poor cooking experience of Italian dishes. The filling was enormously cheesy & satisfying and the dough was chewy with proper thickness. It's definitely one of the best ravioli & manicotti we have ever had in life.

Fresh, handmade pasta and ravioli with reasonable prices! The owner is very keen on explaining all his processes, from the formation of the dough to the air-drying of the noodles. You can see the metal rack overhead where all the freshly sliced noodles are left to dry and the machines where the dough is pressed flat and cut into varying widths in the back. I got the large spinach and ricotta ravioli (not frozen), 27 for $14. The box has three layers of pasta separated by wax paper and dusted with corn meal to keep it from sticking. Each raviolo is soft and plump, and filled with a homogeneous mixture of ricotta, Parmesan, and spinach. To cook it, just boil it for 12-14 minutes. They also have unique flavors like basil pasta, tomato and carrot, and squid ink! If you need sauce, they sell a few select varieties in the back -- I bought a jar for $3.80 to eat with my ravioli. (Tip: a pack of 27 large ravioli will feed a family of 4 unless you have no self-control like me and end up eating half the package on your own because it's so delicious. Oops!)

We ordered hot soppressata. It was shipped with ice packs and arrived in two days and it's fantastic! Authentic and fresh and exactly what my husband has been searching for. Heat level is pretty high, around a 7/10. We will be ordering more.

Old world experience. The Casa was fantastic. From the bread, the mutz, the prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and the balsamic. Heavenly, perfection. Small/narrow shop. Went early on a Sunday (930am-ish). No line, 5 mins. Love they are open in the AM. Definitely will stop in whenever I'm in the area to try out the other items on the menu.

I found this Casa Della Moz. via Google Maps and gave it a shot. No doubt in my mind: Casa Della Mozzarella the place for a legitimately amazing sandwich. The men working behind the counter were incredibly kind and are culinary craftsmen. When was the last time a sandwich was worth writing a review for? Inspiring stuff. This sandwich alone is worth a trip to Arthur Street.

The restaurant has a spacious interior with brick walls and very high ceilings in one room, giving it a rustic, industrial charm. The design makes it feel like a converted factory, adding to its unique character. The portions were generous, and the flavors were rich. However, our dishes had more oil than we preferred—hopefully, it was olive oil rather than canola oil. Despite this, the dishes were still enjoyable. The service was friendly, though we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table.

A fun, casual and delicious lunch. The place was full for a Thursday afternoon and the waitstaff were fantastic! Attentive without being overbearing. The food was good. Not the best I have had, but tasty pasta and good and simple arugula salad. The broccoli rabe had all the great taste, but was more well-cooked than I prefer. Tiramisu was lovely. I'm a lifelong New Yorker, but it was my first time on Arthur Avenue, but definitely not my last. I would definitely come back to try out their pizza.

Super dreamy restaurant and great service from all the staff, food is fresh and although it was really warm we were comfortable. We got the chicken breast,broccoli rabe and broccoli rabe pasta, the meatballs and the steak! All of it was delicious and worth the price. The super fruit cosmo martini was delicious.

We had a really good experience at this place. We called to book a table and the staff was very friendly. Our food was delicious and the service was super efficient. The place is also quiet, they play music in the background but it’s not loud.

Took the family out for lunch here and we were really happy with the service and atmosphere inside the restaurant. We ordered the baked ziti and I was feeling brave and always wanted to try the pasta with squid ink sauce and so this place finally had it! I’m happy to say I tried it, but honestly I think I prefer the red. The calamari in the pasta was good though!

I went some people on trip for Ferragosto Italian festival. It was my time at Zero Otto Nove. The people I was with eat here every year. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was sort of a disappointment. I ordered the Cacio Pepe, a dish I've always wanted to try. Someone else at the table ordered it also. It was missing the black pepper that's supposed to be part of the dish, we had to ask for pepper to be put on the dish. Of the two wait staff we had only one had a smile on his face. For dessert I tried the Profiterole. Which had nice sweet taste, filled with a nice tasting custard. I don't know if I would return to this restaurant, if I did I would try it when there isn't a festival going on.

A friend had recommended this place and so we tried it. It’s definitely a no-frills kind of environment so you definitely don’t go for the service. They are very fast and efficient but it feels more of an effort to flip the table. We sat downstairs, but there’s also a large area upstairs that had seating and was a lot quieter. The dishes are HUGE and 2-3 people could split a main dish with the portion sizes. The chicken Parmesan hit the spot and I’d come back for that alone. We also tried the stuffed artichoke, but it wasn’t great.

My father took me here 50 years ago. They wrote the menu on a paper bag and hung it on the wall. They have a menu now for those who need it. Great southern Italian food at reasonable prices. They use san marzano tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil which are the highest quality ingredients. I highly recommend a visit.

visiting from seattle...we walked in after a yankees game and were immediately greeted and sat. all staff members were very nice and attentive; they treat you like family. food was delicious--we tried the eggplant rollatini, stuffed artichoke, and a chicken dish i can't remember...also my drink was perfectly mixed. i will be back!

Ordered 20 pies and soda for a construction project down the street from Bronx location. Asked for the pies to be delivered at 11:30am and the shop opens at 11am. The staff had no issues. Pizza was on time, hot and fresh. Soda was cold. Plates, napkins and cups provided as well. Service was kind and professional. Highly recommend

Contrary to Dave Portnoy’s unfavorable opinion about spinach, I strongly feel it is an excellent vegetable especially as a topping. There was absolutely no flop and the crust was nice and crispy.

I had 2 slices. 1 cheese and 1 deluxe. The plain cheese was my favorite of the 2. I think I would have liked getting a whole fresh pie a little more than just a slice. It got a little to crunchy to make my best of list. I'd eat it again and did enjoy it, just not a top 10 in the city pizza for me. I do have to give then credit for still serving that big ole NYC slice.

I have been a patron of Full Moon since I was a child which is about 20+ years. I have friends who know the owner and family. The fact that my experience today has turned me completely off from this establish is crazy. The pizza was fine, however, I had an issue with how certain patrons are treated by both the workers and the day manager or supervisor. A delivery person came in to pick up the food and the workers behind the counter proceeded to whistle at him. Whistling is common however, after he approached the counter, they continued to whistle at him as if he was a dog until he left. Like a “come here boy” whistle. Unacceptable. Additionally, I was finishing up my slice and the manager proceeded to bring his bleach and dirty towel to wipe down my area inches away from me and my food. I couldn’t even finish my food because the smell was so pungent. I understand that they were closing down in the next 30 minutes however I’m still eating… what would prompt you to put a cleaning rag so close to me while I’m eating. He proceeded to cleaning tables that were empty. I don’t appreciate that discriminative and disrespectful behavior towards anyone. All in all, the hospitality and treatment of all populations has taken an all time low. This was my favorite pizza spot and is a staple on the little Italy area. I have photos from here and to think that anyone I send here could possibly be treated similarly is a disservice to the legacy of this restaurant.

Much better service! Ally was an amazing waitress/cashier. She was sweet, and she catered to our wants and needs. The food from Full Moon Pizza, was hands down fantastic. Non acidic, sweet, flavorful, delicious! The prices are pretty good for a pizza place mid center of Little Italy! Best marinara sauce of my life. I would recommend coming here 10/10 times more than Luna Cafe. The environment is warm and people come in, get served, and go out. It’s busy because it’s good. Great little storefront with fresh bread items and some sparse desserts (just packaged cookies). No cakes, danish or similar treats available. The staff were all super sweet and helpful. Their olive bread is amazing! A previous reviewer mentioned them “making” off menu items for their friends/neighbors and I fully believe her. A gent came in during my visit and requested something they definitely don’t carry but they told him to wait while getting it prepared for him. Guess it’s more “who you know”. I’ll definitely return just for the pane di casa and olive bread.

Moved away from NY many years ago. But today we returned to Arthur Ave and 187th, Bronx NY. Terranova you have awakened a childhood memory with your "LARD BREAD" that you call "CHICKLE"? I have not had lard bread that porky and delicious in 60 yrs! Now after returning home, I will make another trip to get as much of it as you have on hand. The other bread is also very good but the lard bread has to be hidden from me or else....

This is a small bakery focused on breads and they have a ravioli section. Bread is amazing and fresh. My favorite is the olive focaccia . The rolls and bagels are great. I would love to come back for ravioli. If you want fresh homemade breads try this place out .

Today a customer ahead of me ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese . While toasting his bagel , I ordered the exact same thing. I never seen or heard this being done so I guess it was a new thing. I was told I couldn’t have my bagel toasted or with cream cheese, it was only for “him because he worked at the pharmacy across the street “. I was confused and continued to purchase the uncooked bagel. I asked at least could I have the bagel sliced and also was turned down as they continued to dress his bagel. If you’re giving customer service give the same service to everyone . It shouldn’t matter where I work or who I am It gives off classism which can lead to racism. It was embarrassing and very unfair. Do it for all. Or none. Thank you. Ps. That will be the last time I’ll be visiting.

The best bread! One bit of a problem tho, some of your employees are very sweet & respectful & very welcoming. There is just one of them that it’s a bit rude & I wanted to know if she has every right to stop me from buying more than 5 packs of 7 grains bread? She quickly tells me that she can’t sell me whatever it’s left because she has to have at least 1 or 2 packs of bread in display for other customers to buy. If I’m a customer & I want to buy whatever is left is because I live pretty far. I love the bread don’t get me wrong it’s the best & I as a customer would love to buy without an employee rudely telling me that she can’t sell me whatever is left.

I ordered the Magherita pizza and was attentively waited on! The recipe is 100+ years old and did not disappoint. Nice quiet place for lunch, would love to return with a group for dinner as it seems more of a family-style focused establishment than a place to grab a quick bite.

It was like stepping back in time in an era of nostalgia and Italian food in an atmosphere of a time gone by with dim lit dining room, stories of stars visited and movie references. The visit here was an experience, the food is great, old school traditional sauces, which u can tell were homemade. The owner walked around greeted people had beautiful conversations gave us a little history Lesson about the neighbourhood and menu highlights.

Mario's has been a family tradition since the 1960s. I have fond memories of large family gatherings at this treasure of a restaurant since I was 8 or 9 years old! Mario's granddaughter almost always greets you at the door and makes sure that you're welcomed and cared for. Incredibly helpful and friendly! The wait staff is very knowledgeable and can't work any harder to make your time there unforgettably wonderful!! In the last few months, my girlfriend and I have been there several times and have chosen different dishes from their varied menu. Everything has always been prepared perfectly...so mouthwatering and delicious. I've had their stracciatella soup, which is incredible, as is their salmon, their pasta, and their chicken francese, to name a few. The bread basket is filled with amazingly tasty, crispy and soft sliced bread with oil or butter! Needless to say - desserts....just great!!! I love the tartufo, but they have a number of other terrific choices as well. And...coffee!! The interior is decorated with old-world paintings and soft lighting. Arthur Avenue is always busy, but they have a parking valet who takes care of your vehicle and makes sure it returns in perfect condition when you're ready to leave. Mario's is a special and lovely restaurant experience that we will continue to enjoy for years to come!!

Decent Italian spot in the heart of The Bronx’s Little Italy. Our large group was well accommodated at a nice round table in the corner. I was not impressed with the food the same way I have been at other places in this neighborhood. The dishes were good but nothing great. Unfortunately the desserts really left something to be desired. I would choose a different place to experience the Italian food culture of this neighborhood.

Great causal restaurant with very friendly service. The plates are very large, which can be shared family style. Their very large stuffed artichoke was beyond delicious. I will come back to enjoy this artichoke!!! We came for inside dinner on Wednesday and a late lunch outside Thursday. Both days, the service and food were consistent and excellent.

Emilia’s 2331 Arthur Ave. Bronx, NY 10458 Lasagna : Do not touch the plate because it is piping hot. The Mozzarella cheese has a perfect char; watch out for the cheese pull. The noodles are hand pulled one by one and layered with ground beef.

Not only the pasta, which was really good, but the bread, the tomato sauce, the service. Everything outstanding! The small patio on the back is really nice, even on a super hot day like today we had a very pleasant lunch. If like us you came to the zoo and are looking for a place near by, this is highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Emilia’s since 1987 and love it. The stuffed vegetarian artichoke is out of this world. Salad with arugula and fennel is fresh and delicious. The outdoor patio is lovely. Highly recommend.

This is an old-school solid Italian eatery. Service was a bit slow at first, we were a party of 5. Staff was pleasant, Drinks and apps were good - solid, not over-the-top. The zucchini flowers were good but oil-heavy. The pork braciole was a bit on the dry side but caught my attention since it's not often seen on menus. The Wild boar pappardelle was delicious. Cannoli & cheese cake were enjoyed. Portion sizes were plentiful. All in all, as our dear friend Dom would say: "Not thrilling but nice".

I wanted something from an outdated menu that I found online and they were happy to make it since they had all ingredients, the price was higher but I didn’t mind. Server checked on us a good amount of time and was very nice. Food was so good I can’t wait to come again. We sat outside, they had fans to keep us cool, and the water fall was such a nice view. There are so many great restaurants in Little Italy The Bronx to choose from but Emilia’s is a definite must try. The service: Amazing, can’t get better. The waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations. She was very friendly and warm. The owner came over and spoke to us. It was just a warm cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend just for the service. The food: incredibly delicious. The red sauce was light and crisp. Very refreshing and delicious. The Chicken parm is the greatest of all time. The bar: full bar with cocktails and beer. Made perfect and is not insanely expensive. Highly recommend.

It must have been sold. It was absolutely horrendous from the eggplant and no zucchini starter with cold tomato sauce to the gelatinous mess they called sauce on a pork chop that was billed as double cut that was butterflied open with a spicy sauce of fried tough artichokes and over fried potatoes. The special pear ravioli had no pears five anemic discs of flat pasta with tasteless filling. Only the one glass of Pinot noir was good. I have no idea what has happened here but it was the worst meal ever in The Bronx!!!

Everyone was very friendly and we were seated right on time for our reservation. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu both food and wines. My son and I truly enjoyed the night! He got the strip steak special with shishito peppers, pictured below. His meal was outstanding. I got a chicken dish that was plenty good, but wasn't blown away by it.

Is a kind of expensive restaurant , but is all worthy . I ordered an octopus that was delicious. My boyfriend ordered pasta, he loves pasta. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed. We would definitely go back

My wife and I relocated to Charleston SC a few years ago so have not been on Arthur Ave in a while. Having grown up in DA BRONX we are familiar with what the Belmont section has to offer. Although the neighborhood has changed ( and not for the Better) Roberto’s stands out as clearly the best restaurant in the area. We started with a grilled tomato stuffed with buratta which we shared. We then ordered 2 pasta entree and a side of Rabe which was excellent and expertly divided table side. Finally a couple of cappuccino and we each had the Roberto cannoli. We have dined at almost all the restaurants In little Italy Bronx and Roberto remains on top

I rarely give 5 stars, but the food was amazing, service was attentive, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere was warm. The bread was fresh and very soft. The sausage Rotini Rugantini was creamy and heavenly. Chicken pharm pizza was absolutely delicious. Fried calamari was crispy. Tiramisu was light and not too sweet (which can be shared with 2-3 people). Restrooms are clean. Wait time for seats were reasonable. Relaxed family environment. Credit cards accepted. Parking may be difficult. The food was amazing! I would come back.

Fantastic experience. I made a reservation for 14 of us - easy! Called to reconfirm a week prior - confirmed, easy! The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and just all around super! We had a blast for my husband's 40th celebration and couldn't recommend more!

Food was amazing. Highly recommend the garlic knots parm style and Chicken Parm Ala Vodka! However, I do wish they gave more pasta with the dishes. Finished the pasta in a few scoops, seemed smaller than a kids order.

It was VERY VERY GOOD. I had chicken parm … succulent tasty hearty. I didn’t eat the pasta, I was too full. The broccoli was really good too—firm and tasty. The cheesy bread 🤩 I asked for A scoop of gelato but got a nice portion, which I happily ate. The cannoli was okay— a lil too much cream. It was dimly lit which complemented the old school music so the vibes were nostalgic. Most importantly the staff was accommodating and genuinely nice. #Fonz I’d return … sooner than later! You should too. Google was right! 😉

I ate here after walking around the zoo, and it was worth the wait. Delicious arancini. Lasagna was very good, although different than what I’m used to. It didn’t have multiple layers of noodles, but the meat and ricotta and sauce was perfect. Enjoyed a glass of wine and the fresh bread and the atmosphere. The service is very friendly and energetic. I’m glad I found this restaurant.

The food was subpar. Maybe they had their third string team in the kitchen but it was nowhere near the 4.6 rating it currently has. The mozzarella caprese and straciatella apps were good but unremarkable. The chocolate cake was the best course of the meal. I sent back the chicken quattro formaggio entree- the ingredients were conceptually amazing but did not come together. The gravy was equivalent to a jarred sauce. I next ordered gluten free penne with broccoli rabe. The broccoli rabe was fresh but the garlic-olive oil sauce was watery and the penne was Barilla gluten free quality (falls apart.) The service was friendly but doesn't seem like anyone is showing them the ropes. The cost of the meal is not proportional to the presentation and quality.

Went here for the first time today to have a leisurely lunch with my parents. We sat by the window, so we got to take in Belmont’s street life while enjoying the best Italian-American food I’ve had since living in NYC. Everything was prepared simply and packed with flavor. The staff was very attentive, and the owners, who were both sitting in the dining room the whole time, were very welcoming.

Delicious and totally legit – I could eat here every day. The waitstaff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The old-school tablecloths and classic tunes create the perfect nostalgic vibe. Easy to hold a conversation, and overall a great experience every time. Whether you’re popping in for a quick lunch or kicking back for a chill dinner, Tra Di Noi always hits the spot. Totally worth it.

One of the all-around best places I've eaten in NYC. Order the specials. They have a basic regular menu, but the only dish I've ever seen at this place that was less than stellar came off the regular menu, and the specials are always delicious. I'm still hoping to someday again come across the thing I had with fava beans my very first time there. Used to live nearby and it took me a bit to get the hang of making reservations in advance, but they were always so kind and professional and found a way to seat us, even as they begged us to make a reservation next time (which we finally did). Staff still remembers us even though we moved boroughs and now only go every 8-12 months. Can't get there on public transit without transfers and walking, but yes, it's still worth leaving our borough.

Best authentic family owned restaurant. It never disappoints! Pork chops, rabbit and sole are a must. Order off the specials. Best simple marinara sauce, which says it all

We have been coming to Tra Di Noi for twenty years, usually for special family gatherings. I know of no other restaurant in NYC that has been so consistently excellent for so long. This is a mom and pop shop that with mom running the floor and pop running the kitchen. Old school charm. We came with a party of 12. For appetizers we ordered calamari fritti, mussels marechiaro, and the melon prosciutto. All delicious especially the calamari. For mains we had the soft shell crab, gnocchi, pork chop and sole meunierre specials as well as the veal scalloppine, polla scarpariello, rigatoni and linguine. House potatoes and string beans as sides. Everyone raved about their dishes. Dessert was equally fantastic including perfect Italian cheesecake! You need reservations during peak times. We love this cozy warm spot off Arthur Ave and will keep coming back as the food is to die for!

Lovely little , family-owned restaurant off Arthur Avenue. Prosciutto and melon appetizer was lovely as was the light tomato sauce on the aranciani. Main course was delicious, light gnocchi with just the right bite with a fresh tomato aauce. Service was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Not sure where to start so many things were off. The wait staff is very busy and not attentive at all. My friend and I ordered 2 appetizers and a lasagna. We were sharing all the dishes. This $61 order apparently was a huge disappointment to the staff. All 3 dishes were brought out at once as opposed to having appetizers first. We repeatedly asked for some bread and some lemons for the water. No lemons ever arrived and after 3 requests for bread we were told we did not order enough to warrant a piece of bread. We weren’t asked if we wanted desert and were just given the check. This is Arthur Avenue there are plenty of other better places to go to eat. Oh, the food, fried calamari was just average, salad also, the lasagna was good. It was very clear we were not wanted.

Stopped by for a light lunch today with our very little granddaughter. Totally perfect. Linguini with clams, penne vodka and a small order of penne with butter and cheese for our granddaughter. I’d certainly go back.

Had a great lunch here in the middle of the week. I had their fresh mozzarella & prosciutto, meatballs in ricotta with smoked mozzarella, and bread-- all delicious. My friend said the gnocchi was also delicious. The service was good, and the restaurant is pleasant. Recommend.

Really cute restaurant with nice outdoor seating in the middle of little Italy. Next store to an authentic butcher shop. Meals were reasonably priced at under $30. The sangria was great - not too sweet. I had the gluten free penne vodka and it was delicious! All of their pasta dishes can be made gluten free minus those with meatballs. Would definitely recommend.

A cullinan in the rough. Hands-down one of the best Italian restaurants in the Bronx. Excellent service, accessible waitstaff with fresh farm-to-fork ingredients. You must drop by and try their linguine w/ clams and lasagna. The ambiance is warm and cozy ... far from pretentious. A romantic spot with a very affordable wine list.

Nice restaurant, great service. We ordered fried calamari, arancini, capresa salad and linguini Nero. The fried calamari were outstanding, perfectly cooked, very fresh. The arancini also were good. The linguini were okay, nothing spectacular. I will return to try another plates.

Overall, food was fine, place is cozy, service is good. Wouldn't recommend, but wouldn't mind returning in a pinch. 3 stars because the restaurant meets expectations, but did not excel at anything in particular. The Chicken Francese was notably good though not memorable. The service was attentive though not more than expected. If someone said we'll eat here again, I would certainly not say no. But I would try to explore somewhere else first. Pros: Serves food until 11 where most places shut at 10, so for later food on Arthur, this would be my recommendation. Cons: 4 TVs right there upon you while dining. Sports are great, but not while enjoying a family meal.

Let's start saying that I am an italian from the south and I know my food. I have been living in Nyc for several years and this is the only italian restaurant that transports me home. I tried almost everything in the menu (specials included) and everytime I find all the food OUTSTANDING. The quality of the ingredients is superb and the preparation of the dishes is better than so many downtown restaurants. You want a spectacular meal, this is the place. The staff is polite, attentive and doesn't rash you out! In the pics arancine, eggplant parm, octopus, and chocolate cake.

Excellent service, Ray is an excellent waiter. The food was great, as always, and every dish was served hot. We had a party of 11 people and everyone was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this place for any occasion.

This has always been a family favorite growing up and I can testify that the quality has NEVER gone down. What restaurant do you visit in 2025 that with only an entree, you get complimentary salad, bread and butter, side of pasta, and potato croquette?! Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the quality is divine.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always succulent. They have a wide selection of good food on the menu. Some good options are: salmon, meatballs, Marguerite pizza & the pasta. It’s a great place to go with family, with friends or with a date…

We had celebrated HS Reunion 50th Anniversary. The price we paid for the food in my opinion was over priced for 13. The food was not warm, the chicken Parmesan was over cooked and hard to cut, the ribs were not cooked properly and was not seasoned properly, the chicken wings and drumsticks were to myself ok. Overall, not the best place for me to eat there again. I travel a lot and I am a foodie, who likes to rate restaurants for their food, hospitality, etc. We decided to take a group picture and it cost a lot in my opinion with frame. One picture we took as a group,frame felled and broke and when requested to see if they could replace as a courtesy their response was no you have to pay for it again that is outrageous for the amount of money we paid for a group and their service was mediocre. One of my friends talked to the manager and the money paid extra was returned.Don’t think I would go back first and last time.

We had a party of eight to celebrate my step-dad’s birthday. He has dementia and aphasia, which makes it hard for him to communicate. Our server, Joseph, was nothing short of incredible. I cannot say enough about how kind, attentive, patient, and accommodating he was with our entire family. From the start, Joseph made us feel welcome and at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, explained everything clearly, and offered thoughtful food and drink recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. He checked in regularly, made sure every detail was right, and handled everything with calm professionalism and genuine warmth, without being overbearing. At one point, there was a small issue with one of our meals, our fault not the restaurant. Joseph immediately took the initiative to speak with the chef, had the dish corrected, and brought it back quickly. He truly went the extra mile, and it made all the difference in our evening. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was Joseph’s service that stood out the most. His ability to balance efficiency, empathy, and hospitality was remarkable. He treated my step-dad with real care and respect, which meant more than I can put into words. If you’re planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Joseph. He turned a special occasion into something even more memorable. We left not only full, but genuinely grateful for the experience. Ask for Joseph and tell him Raymond's family sent you!

We came to this restaurant as a party of seven, including two six-year-old children. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. To start, when we ordered our drinks, each of us ordered one drink, but our server, Mario, decided to bring two of each instead. When we told him we hadn’t ordered doubles, he insisted that he “heard correctly,” which was not true. He eventually took the extra drinks back, but the situation already felt uncomfortable. Next, we ordered food from the kids’ menu. In any decent restaurant, children are served first — that’s basic restaurant etiquette. However, the kids waited over an hour for simple pasta and spaghetti — something that takes about six minutes to cook. By the time the food finally arrived, they were already full from eating bread and didn’t even want it anymore. When I asked Mario why the children’s meals took so long, he said it was “completely normal” because the kids could eat mussels and calamari from the appetizers while waiting. I don’t know many six-year-olds who eat mussels and calamari — and certainly not mine. This experience clearly showed a lack of professionalism and understanding of basic restaurant etiquette. Children should always be served first, followed by the adults’ main courses. Perhaps I am used to dining at higher-end restaurants and expect a certain level of service, but this was simply unacceptable. A note for management: please educate your staff — especially Mario — on proper restaurant service standards and etiquette.

Pollo e Gamberoni Alla Francese – The balance of lemon and white wine in this dish was flawless. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the shrimp added a delightful twist. The portion was so generous that I had enough for a late-night snack—always a win! Served with perfectly cooked penne, al dente and seasoned just right, it was a dish that left me completely satisfied. To end the evening on a sweet note, the homemade Tiramisu was the perfect conclusion. Creamy, with the perfect balance of ladyfingers, mascarpone, and espresso, it was a true dolce delizioso. Not overly sweet, just the right finish to an exceptional meal. Pasquale’s Rigoletto captures the essence of authentic Italian cuisine, delivering a dining experience that feels like a journey through Italy. Whether you’re a local or visiting from out of town, this restaurant is a must-visit. If you’re looking for top-notch Italian dishes, attentive service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, look no further. On journey from SC we had to stop on the avenue to see old friends and eat fabulous food. An Arthur Ave staple that everyone needs to try at least once. Highly recommend

My wife and I have not been to the restaurant due to health challenges in a while. But now that we are well and back this is the best place to have a great meal. It was so nice to see Vinnie and he was the greatest host as usual! If you have never been to this restaurant you are missing this jewel!

Just absolutely the best Italian food and experience I’ve ever had. We came to visit NYC from Memphis and we wanted an authentic Italian experience. We were definitely steered in the right direction here. It was about a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest subway stop but well worth it. Save room in your stomachs because everything here is awesome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us even though we were quite obvious tourists.

Really disappointed, not sure how they have this high rating. The prices don't match the quality. Took my mom and friend expecting an Arthur Ave experience and was let down. The bread was dry, the service was slow and not very friendly. The food wasn't the quality we were expecting. The pasta was dry and the vegetables tasted like out of a can! See pictures. Ordered unsweetened iced tea and they just watered down the tea from the machine.

This is an extremely authentic Italian joint on Arthur Avenue. I had a ham and egg omelet and coffee. Simple but perfect. All fresh. Prompt service with a smile. Loved it! Lots of prepared food behind the glass. All of it looks amazing.

My daughter and I walked in for dinner on a whim one day. This was her first time in NYC, and my first time since seventh grade. Neither of us had a clue about what we were looking for or where to find it. I’m not an especially religious person, but if someone told me that walking into Tino’s was divinely inspired, I wouldn’t scoff. This is the kind of place I’d eat all my meals if I could. Coming from Portland, OR, I couldn’t have realized how much I loved NY Italian food until now. The sauce on my spaghetti was the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s my new inspiration for every sauce I try to get right cooking at home. My daughter ordered a Margherita Pizza which I couldn’t resist finishing once she was full. Absolutely perfect crust. The light, crispy outsider layer delicately gives way to the tangy, moist center. The sauce was exactly what it should be. No showboating here - just balanced, fresh, masterfully baked ingredients. So, thanks to Tino’s, I’ll be obsessively working on my red sauce for years to come, and building a brick oven in my backyard. By the way, the sweetest ladies work here. Traveling across the country with my teenage daughter, leaving my wife back home, was a bit harrowing. The warmth and kindness from these ladies here left me feeling a sense of comfort that I needed in that moment. I’m grateful for that.

I love this place. I have been going since 2002. Rosa makes the most delicious hot food. The deli staff have been there forever and are lovely! You will not be disappointed. Subs are also great.

The food was excellent, however, I found it difficult to order additional sides from the website. Part of my order wasn’t delivered although it was written. The UBER eats delivery guy didn’t deliver my food to my apartment although I specifically asked for it. Of course that was not the restaurants issue. In the end, I would order their food again. I’ve been a long time customer more than 20 years.

I have been coming to this deli for years, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy. The food is high quality and delicious! 😋 You can find an array of imported pastas, sauces, olives, cheese, cookies and other great treasures. If you come during lunch time, you will most likely have to wait in line- because this deli is THAT popular. But if you come during breakfast time- or late afternoon, you’ll be able to enjoy your meal quietly. The owner, Giancarlo, is an absolute sweetheart- and his wife is just as friendly. 😊The cooks and staff are all very personable and will do their best to accommodate your requests. The woman at the cash register doesn’t seem too happy with her job- and it’s best to double check the total on your order- I have been overcharged more than once. Other than that, the service is fantastic- and I highly recommend anyone visiting Arthur Avenue to come check out the shine of this wonderful establishment. ✨

Food is very delicious. Hidden gem for sure. One of my fav spots for pizza. However there is one man who works there that has a terrible attitude. I come in often and he seems to instantly be annoyed and walk away while I’m in the middle of ordering my food. This really bothers me because I always try to be polite but his attitude sucks.

Had a luncheon on Saturday for 12 guest and everything was excellent. They even took care of my early guest before I got there. Renato and the young man were so pleasant and kind. The owner of this restaurant should be very proud of the staff that works for him. Thank u so much

They left off a side of sauce for my cheese calzone order and when I called to have it rectified the manager refused to send a driver out to fix the mistake and hung up on me. They claim they don’t include marinara sauce with their cheese calzones. Are they even from New York? What kind of cheap nonsense is that?

Food is always great (take our or dine in) - they have the most delicious bread, and that makes their pizza taste 10x better than any other place nearby. I recommend the Grandpa Addeo’s pizza which is such a legit pie and the Spinach Egg soup, a great comfort food. You also can’t go wrong with any pasta dishes - they are all authentic and delicious. Friendly whether doing takeout or dine in.

Not hard to find an Italian restaurant in the Morris Park area of the Bronx, but the quality is not the same in all of them. We really liked the food and the service at Addeos. We will be returning, which to us is the best complement for a restaurant. And be sure to go to the back room!

Update: came back to try again. Ordered two salads and pasta fagioli. $62 bucks. Are you kidding. Will never be back. 1st review. Grew up on pizza in the Morris Park area of the Bronx. There were so many pizzeria you could not go wrong. This was my first time at Emilio's, which was highly recommended. I was disappointed at how flat the pizza tasted. No depth to the sauce at all. The crust was crispy though. Also had a rice ball, which was an impulse. It was OK, but nothing of note. Overall, I was not impressed.

After seeing their advertisement on TV, I had high expectations. Food is pricey (ex: slice of pizza was $4.50 for ordinary size). Many choices on menu. Mini canzone was barely warm. Pizza sauce tasted sour. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and doubt if I'll return.

They fell off. This is one of my favorite pizza spots but after my last few visits I detected the quality of the pizza was changing. Then on my last visit this week, my suspicions were confirmed. I ordered 2 slices and a meatball roll. One slice with pepperoni the other with sausage. Both were tasteless and lacked sauce and definitely not enough cheese. The roll was the same as the slices. ZERO sauce in it!!! Bland. It had the same "sausage" that was on the slice! Just a waste of money. This place had the best slices you could get in New York, forget the Bronx. Regardless of the higher prices it was worth it. A staple of Morris Park Ave. Don't know what happened but I hate seeing iconic restaurants like Emilio's fall off. Hope they can fix whatever is going on. Sad way to go out. I probably won't be back.

Best pizza in the Bronx, my personal fav is the famous chicken vodka slice! 1-2 slices will fill you up and it’s definitely worth the money!

I'm sorry I have to say this because I have been coming here since I was a kid and the food used to be so good. Now Emilio's is just a glorified overpriced pizzeria. It's not the same as it used to be. half of the time the pizza is cold or have hot half cold or a little burnt and the prices are ridiculous and to actually put inside above the food prices are subjects to change. I mean come on. Emilios ain't the same. it doesn't hold the same flavor it doesn't hold the same family establishment that it used to be And like I said again Emilio's is a glorified overpriced pizzeria. Don't get me wrong The staff are good people , respectful and nice.

The iconic Joe's Italian Deli. Authentic Italian ingredients and products. The sandwiches are life changing. I ordered a 5 foot sandwich for my daughter's birthday party and everyone loved it. The prices are good and worth every penny. Customer service is excellent, everyone is so kind and accommodating. The smells of cheeses and cured meats are intoxicating. All the quality ingredients make you want to try you hand at making some Italian food at home with the good stuff. Its a must to visit this place.

I’ve vacationed in Rome before and I can’t honestly say, this shop is the real deal. I got the Bella Donna and it was perfect, it literally couldn’t have been more perfect. The worker came and gave me a fresh piece of mozzarella while I was sitting enjoying my sandwich and it was some of the best I’ve had! 12/10 recommend! It was so good I even made a tiktok about it so everyone knows about this amazing spot!

I got the big Tony for a friend and the uncle Frank for me. Super good mozzarella and the sandwiches are very very good, mine had prosciutto, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers, I highly recommend it. Got a wedge of pecorino too. But it's hard to overstate how beautiful this store is, with the careful arrangement of all the salumeri and grocery items, and all the carefully painted signage. It's a real treat. I shared with an Italian American (2nd Gen) friend of mine some of these pictures and she said "I want my house to look like this". Me too!

The eggplant, chicken cutlet and Parma are among the best I’ve ever had (and I’m obsessed with high quality Italian sandwiches). This is the real deal and I would stop your search to find a more delicious Italian deli in the Bronx. Also the service is unbelievable- they made an exception for me and let me pick up my sandwiches after the store closed. This place is a gem.

The atmosphere here was very uncomfortable. The owner was yelling at his employees with such anger that it made the whole experience unpleasant for my family. He even shouted at customers for taking too long to order, which felt completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, my chicken was served cold. The bread, sauce, and cheese were fresh, but the behavior of the owner overshadowed everything. Without the angry older man, this place could actually be enjoyable.

This place is truly a gem in a small neighborhood in the Bronx. Everything made and sold here is fresh and of great quality. The Deli can be found in Little Italy in the Bronx. The staff is cordial, and very amicable. They offer hot foods, as well as a huge variety of sandwiches. They have a catering menu, and many more things to satisfy the most demanding food critic. I strongly recommend stopping by and checking them out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

When it comes to picking the "best" Italian deli on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx it's not quite as simple as pointing to a single winner. It really depends on what you're looking for! Today I was looking for a loaded and delicious Italian sandwich and I found one at Joe's.

We happened to be in the Arthur Ave area and stopped in here for some wine & appetizers because we saw it listed on the NYT 100 Best Restaurants list. It was warm & cozy inside and somewhat quiet (we were there early on a Sunday evening). They sat us immediately, so not sure if you need a reservation at other times… The servers were very friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the food. Their bread is served warm and is very filling - so come hungry. Looking forward to returning soon for a full meal.

Went here after work with a few coworkers and ordered a little bit of everything and it did not disappoint. We sat near the front at a beautiful round wooden table. They had cool leather-bound menus and a rustic vibe. The mixed meat platter was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The grilled octopus? Absolute perfection. The mantia was the STAR of the night for me, along with the olives! so fragrant with orange peel and herbs that I could have eaten them by the bowl. We also tried the Albanian beer that was smooth, crisp, and refreshing. The service was very attentive and provided some great recommendations. Would definitely come back.

This place was absolutely incredible. We will definitely be coming back here. They also have two other locations (which we haven’t been to, but will definitely go to). First off, stepping into this restaurant was like stepping into an old world restaurant. There’s a really rustic, charming vibe that is absolutely transportive. We went for dinner in the middle of the week, so we were the old table while we were there, but the staff was so lovely and attentive. They definitely have a lot of pride for the restaurant and food and I get why. Now on to the food. Wow. The food was amazing and the price was so wildly reasonable. We started with the sausage dip, the pickled pepper, and the sesame baked cheese. The pickled pepper had the perfect bite to it and was a little spicy (think how a banana pepper is spicy) with great flavors for the veggies inside the pepper. The sausage dip was both familiar and interesting and so perfectly delicious. It came with these warm bread roll things that were steaming when we tore them open. The cheese was also nice, especially paired with the bread. We also had the Fli which is kind of like a baked layer pastry dish served with a feta cheese and was so good. Then we had the fasule with suxhuk. It’s essentially a white bean stew/soup with a type of sausage in it. This was so hearty and comforting. I could eat a bowl of it in front of the fire on a winter day. It was simple with a depth of flavor that was on point. We also had the grilled octopus, which was cooked well and very delicious. Overall, the meal was an absolute delight and we truly had a great time. Everything from the ambiance to the service to the food to the price point made this place an absolute must visit.

My friend and I decided to check out Çka Ka Qëllu on a Saturday after doing a NYBG trip. We made a reservation for 1:30, and I would recommend making a reservation if you are going at a popular time. The interior of the restaurant is unique, almost like you're in a stone cottage. The decor consists of Albanian artifacts, which is always a cool touch to the dining experience. Our server was extremely helpful guiding us through the menu, as neither of us had a ton of experience with the cuisine. We got the smaller order of the mantia ($11), which were veal dumplings. The dumplings were good, I just wanted a touch more flavor on the meat and a thicker consistency of the yogurt sauce. My friend got the tava kosi ($24), which is a lamb dish. This dish is flavored well, but it is on the saltier side! I got the gulash ($23), which I had a similar critique to the tava kosi. Once I ate the meat and potatoes, the rest of the gulash felt like I was eating flavored oil rather than a soup or stew, so I didn't wipe the bowl clean. The homemade bread helped to balance out the saltiness and sop up some of the liquid. Overall, I thought everything was very tasty, and I would return to try other dishes. Service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the highest level of hospitality. Because we went on a hot day, we drank a lot of water. There was never a point where our glasses went empty! There were also multiple checkbacks. I would highly recommend checking out Çka Ka Qëllu if you're in the area at the garden or the zoo!

The food was spectacular! Loved the presentation as well as the delicious layers of flavors and textures. The staff very knowledgeable and patient. We were there late beyond closing. There was no hint of rushing us out. Very comfortable setting. Not expensive at all.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner, and this place was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing experience! We’ve never tried Albanian cuisine, so once we tried it here - we were sooo impressed! The food was SO flavorful and juicy and perfect!! The staff was SO hospitable & sweet (something Albanian culture really takes pride in their hospitality)! We would definitely come here again with family! Thank you for a great experience!!!

My boyfriend and I visited this cafe at 6 pm. It was quite crowded. I ordered green olives, they were with orange zest, it was incredible! We also ordered a main course, my boyfriend noticed that I am allergic to spicy food and for me they added less spices to the meat, it was great!! Beer, water, all Albanian production, it was a joy. For dessert, the waiter recommended a certain dish to me. When they brought my dessert, I refused to eat it because I saw a fingerprint on the plate (it was black), they replaced my dessert WITHOUT PROBLEMS. Thank you

We ventured into Arthur Av for lunch after hitting the NY Botanical Gardens. Thankfully, San Gennaro had available tables since it was Mother's Day. The restaurant is cozy, sitting for less than 40 people, including the tables outside. The staff are super friendly, prompt, and helpful. We started with the fried meatballs and the burrata salad with Prosciutto presuito. The burrata is homemade, and it's creamy and delicious. The salad was amazing. The meatballs were excellent. They were served in a little skillet with onions, garlic, and red peppers. For our mains, we ordered the ravioli alla bolagnese and the cavatelli with Italian sweet sausage & sauteed broccoli rabe. The cavatelli was light in flavor, but good. However, the winner was the ravioli. The bolagnese sauce was probably the best bolagnese sauce I've ever had. It was rich, bold, and so full of amazing flavor it was awesome. This place is a gem. I highly recommend you stop here and get anything with their bolagnese sauce.

Quaint and so warm! From the service to the food, a wonderful place for any occasion. Branzino is light and seasoned perfectly not to overpower the fresh fish flavor

Really cute little place with a very nice atmosphere.Had buffalo mozzarella special appetizer- excellent- our main courses -my raviolis and my wife’s pasta with shrimp/calamari - were also very, very good. You can tell that it’s Homemade pasta from the first bite- our server Joy was fantastic -Sidenote, bathroom was extremely clean as well which isn’t always the case in even the nicest restaurants- i’ve never been to Little Italy in the Bronx, but I would certainly come back here just to visit this restaurant.

I placed an order for pick up and I tried the food and I can’t believe that I paid almost 90 dollars for this garbage. The carbonara pasta said pancetta and they put a string of bacon on top. Do not recommend this place.

I've eaten in many Italian restaurants during my years living in NY and this has been one of the best Italian culinary experiences I've had so far in the NY. Before visiting here, I hadn't had gnudi pasta and bufala Mozzarella. Food, service and price were awesome too!

Love it! Great parts service for my Olympia Pump machine. The part works great, they even included non toxic seal grease! This place is top notch! I'm on the other side of the country but will definitely stop in if I'm in The Bronx!

I was in Monday, 4-21-2025. The staff is incredible. They are friendly and helpful. I was looking for regular caffe Motta pods and they had none out. Marco? I think that is his name, sorry. He went to the back to see if a shipment had come in and he came out with the coffee. Thank you so much for taking the time to look.

I've been buying from Cerini for years. All my espresso coffee, plus a new Olympia Cremina machine to replace mine from the 80s, and an Olympia Moka grinder. Their products are first rate and they're always ready to help with service items. Couldn't be more pleased! 5 star+++

When I lived in the Bronx we would buy Essse coffee from there. We ordered the coffee once or twice from Amazon and the bag had a whole in it. We just ordered 2 bags directly from the Cerini website because it’s our favorite and the bags came perfectly wrapped. They came quickly. So happy to have our favorite coffee!

Ah, the art of patience — something I never knew I’d need to master until I entrusted our beloved coffee machine to this establishment. If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to send something off into a black hole and just hope it returns one day, I highly recommend the experience. We were told the repair would take a “reasonable amount of time.” Apparently, their definition of “reasonable” involves multiple months of radio silence, unanswered phone calls, and a general sense of mystery. It’s been so long, I’m not even sure I remember what our machine looks like anymore — perhaps it’s being lovingly restored in an alternate dimension. Now, to be fair, I’ve learned a lot through this process: mainly how not to run a service-based business. If you enjoy being ignored while clinging to the faint hope that maybe, just maybe, someone will call you back, this is the place. In conclusion, if you’re in no rush for your machine, enjoy guessing games, and want to practice radical acceptance, this might be the repair shop for you. Otherwise, you may want to explore other options where timeframes are respected and communication exists.

I love their collection of coffee!!! And also very knowledgeable customer service. If you want to try different kinds of coffee, this is your place! We also got sardines and spreads (green olive spread, artichoke spread), also mackerel fillets, mushrooms in a jar, berries in extra dark chocolate and Kimbo coffee. I was going to buy coffee beans and a small coffee grinder, but the lady behind the counter said the small coffee grinder doesn’t grind the beans evenly and her machine behind the counter is much better. So, next time when I get a bag of beans I’ll definitely have them grind there. The highlight for me were the two cats Dolce and Zuccero. Both were just so friendly and loved the chin scratches:-)

Best meat, hands down. I've been a customer for a number of years until I moved to PA which made it hard. I would come back to NY when I could and always make a big purchase to take back home with me until a few years ago they started their online store which you can buy all of their meats they have in store and get it delivered overnight by choosing the day you want it delivered! The owner Peter is a nice, amazing guy and goes above and beyond for his customers. Thanks for keeping the old school meat market alive. Vincents Meat Market is definitely a staple of Arthur Ave. ❤🇮🇹

This is an old fashioned meat market located in the heart of the Bronx's Little Italy neighborhood. This butcher shop has been opened for over 70 years, which is pretty impressive. They sell a variety of meats including beef, poultry, pork, veal and they specialize in homemade Italian sausages. I came in specifically looking for steak and the guy who helped me answered all of my questions regarding the different types of cuts. The staff was helpful and very efficient, they gave me a sheet with information on the different temperatures to cook the meat. I ended up ordering the NY strip steak. The meat had a nice amount of marbling and was very tender and flavourful. The meat was such great quality that even though I slightly overcooked it, it remained very tender. I only added minimal seasoning, salt and pepper with butter and flavor was delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for quality meat.

There are a few butcher shops on authur ave but for me this is my favorite. This place will literally do whatever you want them to do to a cut of meat. They also carry things like duck, lamb, rabbit, quail, and a few other more exotic meats if you're into that kind of stuff. Great place and make sure you ask for Jimmy he is a true professional!

Could this be the best traditional butcher in all of New York City? I don't know. I'm from Philadelphia so I don't know all of the butcher shops in NYC, but an ex turned me onto Little Italy in the Bronx 8 years ago and while I only get up this way once a year or so, I'm always impressed by Vincent's - feels like the great butchers we have in Philly - passionate, friendly, knowledgeable, well stocked, and out to earn a living, not make a quick buck over pricing things or selling cheap stuff. Keep up the good work boys!

Good variety of meets of different cuts in this store. I finally was able to get some beef cheeks to bring home, they are very hard to find nowadays, but so good for long slow roasts on these dreary winter days. The lamb sausage was excellent. We enjoyed every bit of it.

I have shopped Vincent's for 50 years. Any thing you purchase is quality. They have a wide selection of meats and all of them are excellent. Their parsley and cheese sausage is delicious! It is on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx.

When you refer to a place as Old school you imply it promises great customer service, fresh products and quality. 115 years of family run business and these guys are still firing on all cylinders. They even gave me some free pesto just because. Nice ownership is the cherry on top. Everyone should stop by for the best Italian meats, cheeses, olives etc.

Lovely little store! If you love pastrami and prosciutto then that’s your store! They cold cuts always fresh. I grab Parmesan from here all the time when I made spaghetti , -chicken Parmesan, or any Italian meals. But they have multiple other stuff like pasta olives , olive oils even desserts too . Quality and affordable! Check it out ! Holiday season is here again my mom too,we showed to her with my daughter this little gem. They made her visit so memorable she and we got a taste from cheese,ham,balsamic,olive oil so we wasn’t interested of any other store after them. Million thanks for you, you are on of a kind!
