Half Shell Oyster House is an upscale-casual Southern seafood restaurant and bar with a cozy ambiance, perfect for any occasion from first dates to anniversary celebrations. With multiple locations across Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, this locally-owned chain offers a menu featuring Southern favorites such as oysters, po' boys, grilled fish, and locally sourced meats.
Perfect Spot for a Celebration! I took my boyfriend here to celebrate his college graduation, and we absolutely loved the vibe! We sat at the bar since they don’t take reservations, and although it was a bit busy, it wasn’t anything too crazy. It was my first time trying oysters — and wow, they were amazing! We both enjoyed our meals, and the quality definitely exceeded our expectations. Our total came to around $100 for the two of us, which honestly surprised me… I expected it to be almost double for what we got.

The food was a 10 out of 10! Patrick was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He gave great recommendations from the menu, answered all of our questions, and kept us engaged. This was our first time dining here but it certainly won't be the last.
Curt S — Google review
We visited for the first time today celebrating my son’s 24th birthday. Our server was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the sampler platter of chargrilled oysters as an appetizer so we could experience all of the variations. Excellent suggestion. We loved them all. My son had the steak and it was cooked perfectly and crabmeat and shrimp topping was delicious. Hubby had the redfish, which was absolutely delicious, just a little small for him. I had the smoked tuna salad and loved it. Cocktails were delicious too. Glad we went. We will be back.

GREAT service! The charbroiled oysters are our favorite menu item. 🦪 As generic as they sound, the fries are so good. 🍟 The seasoning is chef's kiss! Honestly, everything was delicious. Make sure to try the banana foster cheesecake! 🍰🤤 The blueberry sangria is also a winner. 🍹Bottom line...just go! You won't regret it.
T R — Google review
My only complaint. Waiter forgot my cup of gumbo or got too busy to bring to thr table. Otherwise, the meal was exceptional. My wife has shellfish, nut and gluten severe allergies and she ate her blackened fish with no issues.
Adam — Google review
Food is good, but the presentation isn't anything to write home about. Very meh presentation wise. Charbroiled oysters are delicious but were ridiculously small. Half shell raw oysters were also small. I get we're not in oyster season but no reason for oysters that small when I can get them double the size at other restaurants still. Seafood portabella was delicious. Drinks are tasty and service was great though. A little loud, so hard to talk if you're in a group bigger than 4.
Amanda C — Google review
Old school vibe when you enter the building. I love cold weather so the temperature inside the building was perfect to me. Staff was attentive, helpful, and happy! I forgot the dish that I've ordered but it had the word Orleans in it. Blacked redfish to perfection accompanied by the shrimp and crab on top! If you're looking for savory, this is it. Definitely coming back again!
Mike T — Google review
Cozy New Orleans-style seafood restaurant. Comfortable for groups or dining alone. There are two bars: downstairs is more social and upstairs is more private. Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are delicious. I had The Frenchman, which is made with spicy rye whiskey, housemade sweet & sour, and blackberry puree. Very refreshing. Generous portion of the smoky shrimp and grits, and the sweet potato creme brulee side is unique. PS If you found this review helpful, please "heart" it. Thank you!

We had heard from the locals that this was a great place for some fresh seafood and they were not wrong at all! Not only did we leave stuffed, but we had an amazing time and everyone that we met, from the seating staff to our waitress Kacie was great! If you are in town and want to try some good grub, we highly recommend! Also the gator bites are huge!

This is our 4th visit and everyone has been amazing!!! Great customer service, atmosphere, vibe, energy and food. Carole Ann was amazing and staff, she lined up everyone to sing Happy Birthday to my baby. He was surprised! My son loves the staff and Steven. Thank you Carole Ann for your amazing service. Girl was great!

Summer was our server and holy smokes she was great!! She was so friendly, funny, and her recommendations on food and drinks was spot on. We ate the redfish special, fish dip, elote, and it was all so good. Stephen the manager was amazing and so professional and stopped by all the tables to check on everyone. We will come back here! Highly recommend

We had such a lovely experience at Shaggy’s for a girls’ lunch! It was my daughters’ first time visiting the restaurant, and they were all smiles from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxed—not too noisy—which made it easy for us to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. Since it was a hot and humid day, we opted to dine inside, though there were plenty of people enjoying the fresh air on the patio. The food arrived fresh and hot, which we really appreciated. I had the grilled flounder sandwich, and the portion was generous—the flounder was huge, perfectly cooked, and incredibly juicy. My daughters tried the fried coconut shrimp and the fried fish platter, both of which were crispy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. My sister went with the fried shrimp platter and was very pleased. My mother had the charbroiled oysters, fried green tomatoes, and fried onion rings—she was very content with her meal and enjoyed every bite. Overall, we had a wonderful time—great food, great service, and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

Great beachside side seafood restaurant with killer views. Ryan gave us great service and Caroline kept out table neat and tidy too. Amazing sunset view as well. We had the shrimp trio and it was cooked perfectly!

What a fantastic burger!! The Big Kahuna is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. We finished with a brownie sundae which was also outstanding. We will definitely be back here!!! And “crazy” Carole Ann was a joy as our server. Oh, and you can’t beat the cow.

Ruth's Chris Steak House is an upscale steakhouse chain known for its sizzling, butter-topped beef served in an elegant setting. The restaurant pays homage to its founder, Ruth Fertel, who took a bold risk to open her namesake eatery and realize her dream of serving top-quality steaks. With locations across the United States and Canada, including Southern Mississippi, Ruth's Chris Steak House offers a diverse menu that caters to seafood lovers as well.
My family and I went to Ruth’s Chris for my mom’s birthday. Upon arriving they greeted us and wished my mom a happy birthday according to our reservation. When we were seated, they sprinkled the table with confetti and made sure that my mom had a well-wished birthday. Our server, Jasmine, was great. She was very hospitable, showed a lot of personality while still being professional, and made our experience better than we even expected! Her recommendations and service were amazing and she overall just gave the meal a very joyful vibe. Wine list was extensive and is sure to have something to please everyone. The food was great, as to be expected. We ordered a filet, the bone-in filet, and a ny strip, along with a caesar salad, cremini mushrooms, and garlic mashed potatoes. Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly, the mashed potatoes were wonderful, and as Jasmine recommended the mushrooms were amazing. The bread pudding was incredible, the bourbon icing is to die for. The plate my mom received her cheesecake on was also decorated with a “Happy Birthday” and crisp, fresh fruit.

Update: After this post, I received a phone call from the manager regarding this experience. After a lengthy conversation, he apologized and offered to make it better by sending a gift card to give Ruth's Chris another chance. That was almost a month ago and no gift card arrived. I called again last week and spoke with him again. He apologized yet again and said he would get another out. I'm still waiting but I don't think a gift card is coming. I'm Very, very disappointed with this company. This is not the Ruth's Chris reputation that I remember. Sad. Not-so-happy hour! We did the happy hour and left underwhelmed. My first plate had super greasy french fries. I was shocked these were allowed to leave the kitchen. 2nd order of fries were way better. See pic. Ordered my burger medium and was more like medium rare. Plenty of blood. Husband ordered sweet potatoes side which never came to the table but was on our bill. In my opinion, the salmon wasn't fresh. My husband ate it but I would've sent it back. No house merlot but my friends weren't told that the glass of merlot the server recommended was 42.00 a glass. 2 glasses were 84.00!!!! The manager did take care of them later that night and apologized. When the bill was presented, no pen to sign the bill!!! I had to dig a pen out of my purse!! Not cool. I have a feeling we are done with Ruth's Chris.

The service was top notch 👍🏼 Jasmine(waitress) had the perfect balance of accommodation/leave them alone! The manager made a couple rounds making sure everyone was taken care of. The food was very good! My steak was tender but a little bland towards the middle. My lobster was delicious i just needed one as long as my arm!! I enjoyed the creamy spinach and well buttered mashed potato. Our salad was fresh, delicious, and portioned for a grown man. To top it off, the cheese cake was fire!

We had a very large group of 27. I reserved our seating 2 weeks in advance. We had a private dining room. Because of the number in our group we did have a smaller menu to choose from that included 4 courses, wine & beer for 1 set price/pp. We Were able to order additional drinks. Our overall experience was wonderful. The food was delicious and the waitstaff/ service was great.

This food was absolutely delicious. I go there anytime I’m on the coast. Absolutely love it this is one of my favorite spots. Always give it 10 stars. I just really really enjoy even though the entrées don’t come with sides there sold separately. It’s a little pricey however it’s so worth the money, especially if you going on a date, please take your lady here guys. They’ll really enjoy it. You will enjoy also. The drinks are even good. They’re kind of heavy handed on the liquor so that’s even better. You don’t have to buy as many drinks lol. Service was absolutely fantastic 10 ⭐️

Salad was more like coleslaw . Never got refill on water. Terrible place . Definitely not worth what's charged.

I’ve been going to Ruth’s Chris steakhouses seems like for at least 40 years plus. Our server this time as was last time was Gordon a fantastic and friendly person. The only drawback to Ruth Chris these days is they no longer have the spinach gratin like they used to make years ago. Other than that as expected.
Eugene B — Google review
I ordered the lambchops, they were good. Didn't care for the sides and was not informed that the sides are really big portions and can be shared. Our server was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely visit again.

Restaurant
Located on Rue Magnolia in Biloxi, Mississippi, Mary Mahoney's Old French House is a historic and elegant dining establishment that offers a taste of local tradition. The restaurant is housed in a former French home dating back to 1737, adding to its charm and character.
If you're in town, you for sure need to stop in and have lunch or dinner at Mary's. So much old history here. Even if you just stop in and have a drink at the bar, you will tons things to see and learn about Mary's and the area around it. The food is amazing, which I expected it to be. We had the crab claws and shrimp cocktail as an app. And then the Mary's chicken, fried shrimp and crab stuff shrimp and oh man we were all full and happy when done along with the amazing customer service we had every step of the way. We were too full to get dessert, but I'm sure it's good as well. Around th area is some houses turned into businesses that are super nice to walk the court yard and enjoy the atmosphere. I will for sure be back some time.

Simply amazing service and seafood. Everything is made on site and the fish is just so fresh. Truly a hallmark of my visit to Biloxi. Please try the dishes you see in my photos and you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to go back
Leon S — Google review
We were in town for our honeymoon and everyone told us we needed to try Mary Mahoney’s. Made reservations, got seated immediately, greeted pretty quick. Then it was down hill from there. Ordered the gumbo for appetizers and it was actually really good! While we waited for our salads, three more tables were seated next to us. These new tables ordered their food way after us and got their food way before us. We asked about our food and we were told it was because the cook of one of our steaks. But there is no way 15 people were served before one medium well steak could be cooked. Hate to be this person but we were very very disappointed! Maybe it was a fluke, maybe it never happens but we will not be back. The server only took off half my meal even though my lobster was over cooked and my steak was way under. Unfortunate very disappointing honeymoon dinner. Not the way we wanted to end our vacation.
Amanda S — Google review
Not only a historic location, but also a quaint lovely place to have lunch or dinner. Mary’s is deeply rooted in the rich historic roots of Mississippi. We were blessed to have Lucy as our server. The food was top-notch. All of the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and kind. Definitely a must see if you’re ever in Biloxi Mississippi.!!
Lizzie C — Google review
the exterior is so charming! You are transported to New Orleans by walking through the cute courtyard. The restaurant is an old historic building and I’m so glad they keep it true to the original. The drinks were done perfectly. I finally had a great Manhattan after spending a few days in Biloxi! We ordered the Presidential Platter for $54, which comes with broiled crab claws and fried soft shell crab. Omg - just both perfectly done. The fried crab was so light and the broiled claws were swimming in this delicious Cajun butter. For lunch, we got the Queen Ixolib & gumbo. The gumbo looked very light but it actually tasted amazing. It had a slight kick to it. And the amount of meat they give is so generous! The Queen Ixolib Stuffed Fish was big enough to share. (The pic I posted is of a half serving.) the tomato over angel hair pasta was so good despite looking so simple. I crushed the fresh tomato into the pasta. The fish and stuffing were really good and plenty of meat. For dessert, we ordered the Praline Sundae, which is vanilla bean ice cream with layer of praline caramel sauce. I can’t think of anything more decadent. It was such a perfect way to end our perfect Southern seafood meal. I would absolutely visit here again - it’s a Must!
Kim B — Google review
Walked in at 5:15 on a Saturday and was seated immediately. Got the crab claw app which is one of my favorite appetizers ever Veal entree was well prepared, with a light frying and yummy cheese, but I should have ordered seafood which is their specialty. The side salad was fine, lots of iceberg lettuce and a homemade vinaigrette. Cameryn was an excellent waitress, and the rest of the front house staff was on top of their service. My water glass was never empty

The Reef is a popular waterfront seafood restaurant in Biloxi, MS, offering stunning coastal views and a delectable menu. With a laid-back atmosphere and outdoor seating, it's perfect for a casual lunch or to catch the sunset. Known for its fresh seafood dishes like Fire Cracker Shrimp and generous portion sizes, it has become a noteworthy culinary destination for both locals and tourists. The full-service bar offers refreshing cocktails, while the dedicated kids' menu makes it an affordable option for families.
We liked the food at The Reef so much that we came twice during our week long trip! The service is fantastic, they were probably the most attentive and quickest of all the restaurants we've tried around Biloxi Beach. The food also came out the fastest as well and is very yummy. I also like their outdoor seating a lot. Modernized and clean, spacious. They have mesh window like things they operate with a remote to lower in case of a storm. Get the crab dip as an appetizer!
Amina — Google review
We had a great time dining at Reef! The view of the beach was beautiful, and the atmosphere made for a relaxing meal. I ordered the Mac Daddy Toni, and it did not disappoint—the mac and cheese was creamy, and the sautéed shrimp were absolutely to die for. The crawfish had just the right amount of kick to balance it all out. My boyfriend got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, and of course I had to steal a bite—it was delicious, though I still say mine was better 😄. The only letdown was that they were out of the Margarita Mahi Bowl, which is what he originally wanted to try. Overall, tasty food, amazing beach views, and a great vibe. We’ll definitely be back!
April M — Google review
This local on the water restaurant is a great spot to experience whether you are from the area or from out of town. The menu is well rounded with choices for any age and portion sizes will not leave you disappointed. The atmosphere is set to be relaxing and casual but there have been many witnessed wedding proposals and all to my knowledge ( said yes). The sky bar margaritas are a definite if you have time to sit back and enjoy it. You can also order them to go and stroll along the boardwalk ( highly recommend) for the sunset views. Come give them a try!
Pamela M — Google review
All the food was freshly prepared. The fried seafood was delicious! Unfortunately, I ordered the grilled Mahi and crab cake that was less desired and wished I’d ordered the fried seafood platter. The Mahi was overcooked and dry and the crab cake was more like a stuffing/dressing that had pieces of crab in it verses being more crab based. I’d never order it again and left regretting I didn’t order the seafood platter instead. They were almost the same price. However, the fiesta corn was amazing and the best thing on the plate. Overall, I’d return and definitely order fried seafood. The fried seafood was a large portion, perfectly seasoned, and freshly prepared.

The Reef restaurant in Biloxi MS Gulf Coast has a beautiful porch overlooking the Biloxi Beach, they have Excellent Catfish, Gumbo, Steam Broccoli, Hushpuppies, Wings and the list goes on …. My husband and I are from MS and we love home but we live in Atlanta Ga. When I come home I want Catfish and all the delicious seafood . I had an excellent server Brandi and Sabrina , who were so friendly and sweet!!!! I will be back tomorrow. Sorry for the missing food in my picture , but it was so good I forgot to take a picture when our food arrived. 😀 But you can see the catfish was beautifully fried and seasoned very well

Really nice place on the water with clean bathrooms. Brandi was absolutely fantastic and gave the ultimate southern hospitality that i know and love down here. I could not recommend her enough, she’s the reason I decided to give a review. I got the firecracker shrimp tacos and fried okra. Both were absolutely delicious. The tacos came with two GIGANTIC tacos. So stinkin good!! 10/10 recommend, and I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in town. Also not too crazy expensive which is always great :) Thank you!

Taranto's Crawfish is a casual seafood eatery that offers a variety of Gulf Coast delicacies, with a focus on crawfish. The restaurant has a family-friendly and unpretentious atmosphere, adorned with marine life artwork. Their menu features classic seafood dishes such as crispy shrimp baskets, flavorful catfish, and an array of po' boys including shrimp, ham, and ribeye.
From the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness and warmth. The food is excellent. We had royal reds, shrimp, buffalo shrimp, hush puppies, and a ribeye sandwich. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the fire grilled ribeye was fantastic. Can't really to come back to try crawfish. Great place.

My friends had great things to say about this place. It looks like a small place but there enough room inside for everyone. The servers were nice and not overbearing. I ordered the Thursday special BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich and it was a disappointment. The bun was dry and too toasted on top and it’s dollar store quality made the sandwich small and upsetting. The fries were great and the sauce was very good. My friends got the Crawfish, the catfish Basket, and the fried Shrimp and enjoyed their food. I’d recommended giving this place a shot for sure, and go for the seafood unlike me.
Gabriel S — Google review
We are driving across the country on our way to Florida. It was time for dinner and we searched "best crawfish restaurant". 7pm on a Wednesday night and the place was packed with what appeared to be locals, so we knew it would be good. We got the crawfish platter and the shrimp po-boy. The crawfish was so fresh and boiled perfectly. Highly recommend you stop here for some amazing crawfish!

Great find, a little ways off the highway-unassuming from the outside. Classic Cajun style seafood, we had crawfish. Very reasonable prices, you can order by the pound. The gumbo was excellent. The parking lot was jammed mid afternoon when we were there. Cash discount Clearly a "locals" place

Me and the wife were celebrating and decided to come here after work. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Food was great. My wife could easily eat a lot of crawfish, she got full on 5 pounds easily 🤣. There's flavor in everything from the corn to crawfish. Has the perfect amount of spice as well❤️❤️ definitely recommended

The crawfish was absolutely delicious! I got the 3lb crawfish special with corn and potatoes. The crawfish was perfectly seasoned with hints of jalapeño, which added just enough spice. It came with a side of butter, but you really didn’t even need it. If I could give 10 stars I would. My friends got Poboys, and one person got their fried catfish and shrimp. Their plates were full and the shrimp are huge! If you’re trying to decide if you should try them out, GO! You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding Service from Jason (Robert Shaw) at Bubba Gump, Golden Nugget We had an incredible lunch experience at Bubba Gump inside the Golden Nugget Casino Bar and Hotel, all thanks to our amazing server, Jason — better known as Robert Shaw. Jason was not only funny and engaging, but he also demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. He made us feel genuinely welcome, checked on us often without being intrusive, and somehow anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. His combination of wit, warmth, and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. Jason exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like, and I sincerely hope he gets recognized for his remarkable approach to hospitality. Thank you, Jason, for making our meal such a wonderful experience!

This place is a must. Food and service were spot on and worth the multiple visits during our 4 day trip. If you cannot tolerate smoke then don’t sit at the bar. Been awhile since being in a smoking place but doesn’t bother me and loved the food and great drinks.

We had such a wonderful experience at Adventures Pub and Spirits in Biloxi! My sister, mother-in-law, and I visited today for my birthday lunch, and everything made the day feel special. The food arrived fresh, hot, and in very generous portions. We started with the charbroiled oysters, which were honestly some of the best we’ve had anywhere on the Gulf Coast — absolutely delicious! The crab fingers were on the smaller side, but there was an abundant amount, and the fried green tomatoes were excellent. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was flavorful and filling; next time I’ll ask for the dressing on the side since it was a bit heavy, but overall it was still very good. It’s not a fancy spot, but the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Parking is a bit limited, so arriving early is helpful. All in all, a great local spot with fresh food, friendly service, and generous portions. We’ll definitely be back!

We love it here. They have delicious char grilled oysters and Parish Brewing Reve coffee stout on tap. The gumbo & the broccoli cheese bites are also excellent.

We opted to sit out on the patio. There was another table seated out there and that server saw us but never acknowledged us or told anyone we were out there. So I finally walked in and asked the bartender for waters and menus. She asked where I was seated and that a server would have to bring it. I let her know we'd been seating out there for awhile now with no service. When we finally got a server, it was just mediocre service. I ordered gumbo as an appitizer that came out a degree below luke warm. I had to send it back to be heated. By the time it came back hot, our entrees came out as well. Too bad the food was decent. We enjoyed it but didnt care much for the service. I guess it's what you call HIT OR MISS.

One of our favorites when we go to Biloxi. We’ve gone several times, and we’re always pleased. Be careful with what you order because some items are enough for two people. Chicken skins were a big hit with my boyfriend. On our visits, We’ve tried shrimp po boy, quesadillas, and burgers. Everything is always delicious! Check them out the next time you’re in town.

You can smoke in here if you're interested in that. The music was a nice vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. You seat yourself, so I did wait a little minute for a server, kind of noisy as well. But its great if you want to hang out with friends and have a delicious bite to eat

I was very surprised. The food was delicious! The burger was made very well and the mushrooms and fried pickles …. Yes they were so good. But I have a tip, if you’re picking up, donot leave the lid close, they will sweat. They are so good, even cold.

We came here because of the reviews but was highly disappointed. Guess I’ll start with the staff first. 2 rude bartenders that lack customer service skills. The bartender tending to us snatched our menus from in front of us while we were looking to select drinks and rolled her eyes when we asked for the menus backs, so we decide not to get any drinks. When our food came: 1. They NEVER brought us silverware or napkins, 2 NOT ONCE DID THEY CHECK WITH US to ensure we enjoy the food or needed anything. 3. The one bartender who was our server was so busy closing out tickets and count money that that’s all she did the entire 40 mins we was there. The other bartender had an attitude when we finally asked for silverware. We ordered the seafood platter and you would think being this close to the gulf the seafood would be fresh. It was all horrible prebattered frozen seafood. All of which taste horrible. The crab cake I’m sure is 100% crab filler with no real crab meat in it. There was a man behind the bar not sure if he was the manager or another bartender but he was standing directly in front of us. After calling for his attention for a solid 2 mins the bartender who was counting the money stopped and asked what we needed. We asked for a cup of ice. She fixed a cup of ice and slammed it in front of us. The funny thing is after not attending to us the entire time she ask us in the middle of our meal could she close us out because it’s shift change. I wanted to ask her how about serving us instead of ignoring us but I said yes please close us out. This is the first time in life I ever paid exact amount without tipping. Our experience was just terrible. On the bright side the atmosphere was nice and their French fries are delicious. I own a restaurant in Florida and was definitely shocked experiencing what I did today. I highly NO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Worse place on the coast to eat! From the rude waitress to the food to the guy walking around like he maybe the owner and taking care of his friends and not some newbies. I had Heard all the hype about this place and its best they just stick to boiling seafood and not the big boy stuff. How do you have one waitress on Memorial Day weekend? The pictures in their website must be AI or some other restaurant cause this was not the same food we ordered. We came in and it took forever to order and she seemed overwhelmed, rightly so she’s the only one on duty. Ole guy, is yapping it up with the locals instead of helping. Food sits in the window for 20 mins before she came and brought it out. Crawfish nachos and carnival Pasta. The nachos were pitiful. We should’ve got concession stand nachos at the shuckers game. The pasta was also bad. More noodles and a thin sauce poured over them and then some sprinkled seafood over the top instead of cooking it inside the pasta. We had fried pickles and that was the only good thing we had. Food was cold. Oh, beer finally comes to the table with the food and apps. All together. Just look at the pictures. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND NO I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER CHANCE FOR YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT! Over priced food! One and done. BTW, still waiting for my other refill and beer!

This place is a must-visit if you've never been! The burgers are amazing and very well-seasoned, and they are handcrafted and dressed perfectly. The hot wings with buffalo sauce make a great appetizer - fresh, sizzling, and made to order. The sweet tea was excellent, and the atmosphere and service were very welcoming. The views of downtown and the stretch towards the beach are great. Our waitress, Layla, did an excellent job taking our order and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction throughout. She's a real asset to the business. We'll be back soon! My wife loves the Jam burger so much that she has difficulty ordering anything else! 😆

9-01-2025 stop playing today for lunch. I had the debris roast beef PoBoy sandwich and my guests the hamburger with fries. For a restaurant with heavy ties with New Orleans, this place wouldn't last a week in New Orleans. I lived in N.O. for 40 years and NEVER had a po-boy a French bread taste like this. This bread was gummy and heavy. The homemade sauce/pickles on the hamburger was so overpowering, you couldn't taste the meat. The fries are real but lacking. The food come in record time which led us to believe it was pre-cooked. Nothing was fresh. Beware if you ask for extra gravy. They charge an extra $2. Not a place I'll repeat. Atmosphere A+

The charming restaurant is known for its Southern cuisine, making it a popular choice for locals and visitors alike. Whether you're in the mood for brunch, dinner, or happy hour, Patio 44 has something to offer.
Patio 44 delivers an incredible dining experience! The food was absolutely amazing—every bite of the crab claws, red beans and rice, and cornbread was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. On top of the delicious meal, the ambiance was truly relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy great food. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I stopped by with my man and child. The did was good and priced well. It was a warm night, so almost everyone ate outside. I wouldn't recommend the deviled eggs because they were way too watery. If you get the fried shrimp, it's enough food for 2 people. It's a huge plate. I had a caesar salad with blackened shrimp. It was delicious. I also ordered a side of sweet potatoes with brown sugar and butter which I recommend. I didn't know it came with pecans, but that made it even better. I don't remember my waiter's name, but he was great. The place was packed, so it did take a while for our food to come out.

Shared the 14 oz NY strip with red potatoes, sweet potatoes and wedge salad. Lettuce on wedge was a little wilted tons of blue cheese crumbles, but still tasty. The new york strip was perfectly cooked, very flavorful, loved the red potatoes, sweet mashed were a little too sweet. Loved the bread they serve with the meal. Stephen our waiter was great. Huge restaurant with inside and outside seating plus a full bar.

The service was great, and our waiter was attentive. She helped to provide a mocktail that was delicious. The pasta was good amount of meat provided was great. The steak however was good but it wasn't the best, he thought it was mediocre. The atmosphere I was expecting more on the inside, at one point you at a bunch of waitresses and guys just standing around in the middle of people like guest were not eating. The floor was really sticky for some reason my slippers were sticking to it.

This was our first visit to Patio 44 &it did not disappoint! We live on the other side of town, so Salute' is usually our goto as it's closer! ❤️ The first impression was that the resteraunt itself was nice. We did have to park across the street, but it was better as we just got a larger suv Denali and felt safer from getting any dents or dings parked over there! We walked in there the back/ bar entrance. Newbies, we didn't know. Haha, the lighting and inside decor&lighting are really cozy and comforting. Loved the high ceilings and the color Blue in there is beautiful and sofisticated! We really liked it. There was a party in the banquet room and the resteraunt was busy but not packed. It was nice. We were seated at a high bar in a timely manner, and Michael, our waiter, was there quickly to greet us with a smile and get our drink orders. He welcomed us to Patio 44 and gave us a run down of the menu and deserts available. The menu is large and a lot of great choices to choose from! We chose the Breaded Pimento Balls as our starter. It was so good with the Tiger Sauce! Perect choice of sauces to go with them imo! Our main dish I chose is the chicken &waffles 🐔 🧇 with spicy ipecan syrup(pecans included)! Hubby ordered the Blackened Chicken sandwich with provolone and fries. 🖤 The appetizer and our main dishes came out in perfect timing! 👌 We enjoyed it so much we couldn't wait to come back and try other dishes! And we brought home enough food to eat another meal and get stuffed again! If your on the fence about going here. Do yourself a favor and just go...you will be glad you did! I know i am!

We give Patio 44 in Buloxi a 4 out of 5. The food was delicious. We had the fried green tomatos, red snapper with cheese grits and the chicken with waffles. They give bread for the table which is a mini loaf and is soooo good with the butter. All was very good food. We sat outside as it was such a nice day to dine alfresco on their patio. Would definitely recommend and will be back when in the area. My only critique is that the inside of the restaurant smelled like they mopped the floors with a sour dirty mop.

Nestled within Harrah's, Magnolia House is a culinary gem led by the talented Chef Kelly English, a Louisiana native with impressive accolades. This charming eatery offers a seasonal menu that beautifully marries Southern comfort food with Mediterranean influences. Diners can indulge in dishes like sautéed Gulf snapper and Tomahawk Pork Chops from Niman Ranch, all served in an inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a historic home.
We had dinner at Magnolia House for our Anniversary. The place was pretty empty on a weekday. Our server Sally was excellent. She was attentive but also gave us our privacy to enjoy our time together. The food was excellent. The lobster Mac and cheese was delicious! The ribeye steak was very tender. I got a margarita and it was delicious. Only needed one. It’s a pricey restaurant but I definitely recommend it for special occasions.

My wife and I came here hoping to have a fine dining experience. The first thing that struck us is a separate limited menu on Sunday to Tuesday, not the one we were expecting. I suppose that that was my mistake for not looking online at the difference in the menus, but it never occurred to me that there would be different menu at this type of place. There might be 10 reasons for this, but in my opinion a restaurant offering the appearance of fine dining should be closed if they can't offer their full range of offerings and service on certain days. such as at the hotel we left to come here. When the server came we noticed paper napkins. For a place like this, I would have expected cloth napkins. Our server took our drink orders, then later on took our order for food, then we received our appetizer, and then we finally received our cocktails, about 20 minutes after we ordered them. I wasn't specific about a bourbon for my old fashioned. So I expected the house brand of Bourbon. Looking at the bill and the taste, it was a regular whiskey, not bourbon. When my drink came it looked like it was from a college bar and with a maraschino cherry instead of a luxardo cherry. (Old fashioned drinkers will understand.) Take a look at our waters! See the pics. Our waters came in a plastic Pepsi cup! At this price point?! After all this, I should mention the food. The shrimp cocktail was pretty good though a little harsh on the horseradish. My wife's steak was thinner than I expected though large enough and properly cooked and delicious. My seafood pasta was rich and tasty. It had the shrimp shells still on but that was fine. After all this, I don't get the price point of this place. This was not a fine dining experience though they charged fine dining prices, for us $100 per person including tip. I cannot recommend this restaurant though it would not take too much to make it 4 stars. The way this place operates, they just don't seem to care. The food was decent which is the only reason it doesn't get just 1 star. This place should shut down for a week or two, reorganize and think about their mission, then reopen with a new commitment.

If you are in Biloxi, make sure you stop in at Harrah's and have dinner at the Magnolia House. The atmosphere is nice, the service excellent and the food is superb. Attached are pics of what we had so you can see for yourself. The filet is 6oz and the loaded baked potato is huge, it's as big as half a cantaloupe. The steak was flavored well and cooked appropriately. The Crab Au Gratin was a little thin and very "Creole spicy" if you like that taste, we didn't care for it. The Scallop Risotto was delicious but with only 3, it's only a large appetizer, not a meal. The menu isn't very big but there are enough great choices for a good meal.
B B — Google review
Let's start off with the service. My wife and I went to the restaurant at around 5:30 pm and there were not a lot of people there but it was extremely slow and the waitress could not recommend anything. Nor did she try and recommend anything. While giving our order(we should have gone with our instincts to just leave), we saw a couple sitting at their table paying their bill and noticed that they didn't pack their food to go(both had about half a steak left). We ordered the, fried green tomatoes, gulf lobster soup, grilled chicken pasta, ribeye, spinach, and garlic smash potatoes. When the food came out (after taken forever), each dish looked amazing. For presentation , I give them an 8 out of 10, but for taste 2 out of 10. Ever thing was bland, no seasoning, and everything also came out below warm but not cold. The spinach was more like a soup of spinach and cream. All an all I would not recommend, the pricing is for fine dining, but you get less than mediocre food.
Zaraki K — Google review
I had high hopes for this place as it is the "fancy" restaurant inside Harrah's casino. The food was decent, but over priced. We sat in the room closest to the kitchen and the screaming being done by the staff in there was atrocious. I came for a quiet, relaxing, great dinner. I didn't get any of that. It has nice ambiance and the wait staff was great. There's lots of room for improvement.

We ordered a fish item to be made with a different sauce that was listed on the menu for a different item, and the chef cooked it exactly as expected. The service was a little slow, it took us awhile to get refills on drinks. Overall, it was good.
Karen L — Google review
Food is overpriced for what you get. I was not impressed with the breakfast. My scrambled eggs were not all the way done and I had them recook my bacon because it was too crispy. Then the bacon came out just as crispy as the first time. The portions are not as big as what you would expect either. If I had my choices of places to go for breakfast I would not choose this place. You could likely get breakfast delivered from waffle House and with the added fees it would still probably be cheaper.
Greg G — Google review
We tried the restaurant for breakfast and it was a horrible experience. We were seated immediately, but it went downhill from there. We waited so long for our food that my husband decided to leave. He stood up to leave money for his coffee and they brought out the food at that moment so we sat back down. The food was mediocre at best. The potatoes were so dry that i could not swallow them. As I write this review, we are waiting to pay. This was a waste of my vacation time.

Vestige is a relaxed restaurant in Ocean Springs, Mississippi that offers refined, seasonal New American dinners and house cocktails. The restaurant has gained popularity for its avant-garde dining experience, with a nature-inspired Asian-infused Southern menu curated by local chef Alex Perry.
This was mine and my husband’s first experience at Vestige, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The atmosphere was intimate, wait staff were so kind and knowledgeable, drinks were great, and the food….. phenomenal! Our waiter, though I don't remember his name, was so nice and great at explaining each dish. We enjoyed every course! Setting a reservation was super easy, and we were even able to be seated 10-15 minutes prior to our reserved time. Halfway through our experience, we were already discussing when our next visit will be. Thank you to all of Vestige for the outstanding experience!

I was in the Gulf area of Mississippi for work on my 50th birthday, and I was fortunate enough to have friends who wanted to take me out to dinner. I had no real opinions where we went so when we went to Vestige let me tell you I was beyond surprised and impressed. I’ve had a lot of good meals this one was a great meal. It is a tasting menu that changes with the seasons so with it being spring in Mississippi it has three flavors. In my opinion many tasting menus can be a bit disjointed and not have a flow to the dishes. That was not the case in my meal at Vestige it started and each dish kept building and building with different flavors and textures. One friend had an allergy that required some of the dishes to be altered to support them. Vestige did that without any issues or problems. What is even more impressed we called for reservations 45 minutes before we ate and they were able to alter the dishes. That shows the level of skill and attention to detail in my opinion. I also want to call out the service as well. The two waiters did an amazing job they acted as a team and provided excellent service with just the right amount of touch without being heavy handed in any way. If you’re going to be in the Mississippi Gulf Coast I would highly suggest Vestige and I’d definitely recommend a bit more than 45 minutes notice, but if you can get in try it and enjoy it!

Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant is small, simple, and stunning, with a staff that was flawless—kind, professional, and perfectly attentive without ever missing a beat. The tasting menu was nothing short of spectacular. Each course kept building on the last, with flavors that were bold, balanced, and unlike anything we’ve tasted before. The venison, paired with an incredible sauce, was unforgettable, and the Okinawa black sugar crème brûlée was one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. Unique ingredients we had never heard of were transformed into dishes that completely amazed us. A perfect meal in every sense—creative, delicious, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

Definitely one of a kind dining! The setting is unique and did not feel stuffy. The staff were personable and knowledgeable. Wide range of drinks. We love the Japanese influence. The first course was our favorite, the flavors were absolutely amazing. I also have to shoutout the grilled kabocha squash in the main dish, I am still dreaming about it! I was slightly disappointed in the dessert, as it was a little dry. But overall, this gem is a must try if you’re in the area!

My experience lived up to this in abundance. I wanted to eat some good Cajun seafood while I was on vacation. A friend suggested this place. I ordered the Dungeness crab in garlic butter and the garlic bread. I order this combo whenever crab is on the menu and this is one of the best crab meals I've had. The crab was flavorful and just the right portion size. I love that the corn and potatoes came with the meal. When I bit into a piece of garlic bread I couldn't help but moan in delight. My family thought I was being over the top but I can safely say this was the best garlic bread I have ever had. It was garlicky, buttery, and the bread was toasted just right. I will miss this bread until I can come back again. The staff was friendly and the service was great. All in all a great dining experience.

3⭐️ Okay we tried Tasty Tails when we took a weekend trip to Biloxi. We had a long day, and had this for dinner. The food was good, just good. Nothing really memorable about it. In and there is so much seafood, you really gotta do your thang to get people to like it. There’s just so many options of seafood. I did like my dinner, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again. The service was really good for such a crowded night. But I don’t think I would recommend this restaurant.

Let me start off by saying, I’ve had plenty of viet Cajun crawfish, coming from Houston, and I’ve been on the hunt for something close to what i have in the H. I’ve tried a lot of different crawfish places since living In Mississippi, and tasty tails garlic butter crawfish reminds me of home. They have the best crawfish here in Biloxi, hands down. We got the special raw oysters with the spicy sauce on it, and it’s def one that caught me by surprise, it’s reminds me of the famous Asian “crack sauce” that I grew up on. The fish po boy my wife got was more than enough to feed 2 people, it’s fried in flour to perfection inside a big, and perfectly toasted baguette. The service we got was nothing short of amazing, the young man checked up on us multiple times, he also explained the menu to us when we had questions. They got plenty of beer and liquor for the people that want to relax and catch a drink after a hards day work. Definitely recommend everyone to give tasty tails a try.

Shrimp was delicious! The crab legs portion was VERY generous and probably the BEST crab legs I've had in a LONG time. Fried green tomatoes were thick cut and yummy (not full of grease either). Service couldn't have been better as we constantly had someone refilling it drinks without having to ask. Great atmosphere and great dining experience

I really liked this restaurant. It was nearly empty for a Thursday night. I guess people were at home watchibg football. I had the raw oysters and a fried combo of oysters and shrimp wirh a side of onion strings. My partner had a shrimp poboy with fries. I fell in love with the onion strings! I havent had them in years and this is the first restaurant I have found that serves them. They are amazing! The combo was great! The shrimp were jumbo and there were plenty of them and I believe the oysters were gulf oysters. They were fried to perfection. There is notmuch you can say about raw oysters unless they are bad and these were not! They were fresh and cold. I thorougly enjoyed them. My partner's poboy looked great. He said the bread was fresh and the shrimp were tasty. The prices were reasonable and the portions were plentiful so I would return, especially for the onion strings.

I went to tasty tails about 2 weeks ago. I went after a visit to a very famous seafood restaurant in Atlanta. The food was amazing and I can say that it was just as good as the very famous seafood place in Atlanta. The owner brought out a secret menu item for me to try that they were playing around creating for lent, it depends was great, unique & beautiful(crab roll) I sat at the bar, while the restaurant is a bit small in size it's a nice environment. The service is great the management is very personable and the blackened shrimp were amazing! I've been telling everyone about it and I cannot wait to bring my family back. I'm a big foodie & often times I'm let down when I check out recommendations but tasty tails was everything 👏👏

Never had crab legs and went there with a date that did. I ordered the shrimp and catfish seafood platter. It was fried but the it was so inoffensive that your actually tasted the catfish and shrimp. I recommend it for those that aren't into seafood. Tried the snow crab legs and it changed my world. I'm lazy so I wouldn't work for the crabmeat but the sauce and seasoning were on point. Thanks again!

We started out with a bowl of gumbo that did not disappoint. We followed up with an order of great boiled seafood. Spiciness to your taste. We had the hot boiled shrimp with the obligatory corn and potatoes. Shrimp were jumbo sized. We also tried the fried seafood platter with shrimp, oysters and catfish. It was good as well but the boiled seafood was better.

Bar & grill
The Project Lounge is a popular dive bar and grill in Biloxi, offering a relaxed ambiance and tasty food. It is known for its burgers and steak sandwiches, served in a cozy space with a laid-back atmosphere. Unlike the fancy restaurants at Beau Rivage, The Project Lounge provides a more casual setting where you can enjoy a burger and beer. With its dim lighting and lively atmosphere, it truly embodies the authentic dive bar experience.
This place is not for everyone. Its a small local bar, country style, very dark (only light comes from the Tv’s), I came for the burger, it is a good burger, thick and juicy the way burger should be, It comes with potato chips. The price is very reasonable, 2 burgers and a soda for less than 25$. This place is worth trying if you want something different, if you are looking for a restaurant, I suggest to go somewhere else..
Omer S — Google review
Came to see what the hype was about Project Lounge. First impressions as we parked- very small and hole in wall type place situated beside an XXX store. As we opened the door it was so dark you could barely see the tables and chairs until your eyes adjusted to the darkness. Very smoky and smells of cigarettes throughout. The bar was slammed so we sat ourselves at a table in the corner. A waiter greeted us within minutes and took our drink order. Drink specials during happy hour are decently priced. Four adults in our group so we ordered a tuna dip for appetizer, (2) Hamburger meals with potato salad, ahi tuna sandwich, and a steak sandwich. Tuna dip wasn’t the best or the worst, wouldn’t order again. Hamburgers were cooked to order and cooked perfectly with a good flavor just not sure it’s a #1 voted burger place. The steak sandwich was a large portion and was delicious (definitely would order that again) and the tuna sandwich was flavorless in my opinion even with the sesame dressing poured on it. So overall first time experience was a let down with all the hype given by a local FB foodie group.

Burger and steak sandwich was a good as they say. The steak sandwich was my favorite. Place was very dark. I knew it was a bar which isn't a problem to me but for a place that gets alot of foodies and people looking to eat it can be off putting. There was one patron in particular that started off nice. Was clearly drinking heavily and not long after stayed making racist comments about my wife. Completely uncalled for. Won't hold that against the rest of the people but the owner was letting him bother multiple customers and not handling the situation well. Maybe order your food to go.

Man, the burger was so good that I ordered a second one. Cool little spot if you’re looking for the locals vibe. The burger is reminiscent of a very good burger you’d cook on your grill at home and it’s really nothing special other than very well cooked burger. This is DEFINITELY a dive bar and you will come out smelling like an ash tray but I’m glad I made the visit while in town as it was well worth the experience.
Doug — Google review
Best burger on the coast. Everything on their menu is good, but the burger is the showstopper. There’s nothing fancy about it. It is a great tasting burger. Don’t expect fries, you get potato chips, which pairs well with everything. The drinks are cold, poured well and worth the price. The staff is always courteous, but if you’re a clown expect to be treated as such. Depending on the night it can be chill or rowdy kind of night. 5/5 recommend and always back again.
Christopher C — Google review
Great pours and even better food. Unless you're here to drink or hopefully both! The tuna steak is superb. The beer is ice cold, and the pours make you just want to stay in and relax for a bit longer. Edit: Came back again after four years (Jul 11 2025), and the same smoky vibe is there with cheap drinks and amazing sandwiches. Added new pictures (the two separate tuna and steak sandwich pics), and it is a mirror image. The quality is still top tier for a dive bar.

So this place did not disappoint! I absolutely loved my burger that bwas cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was nostalgic. This is definitely your bar from the past. The only thing that I would like for them to do is take credit cards. Even so it is a place I will visit again.

I visited The Project Lounge last week along with my friend. The place is quite easy to locate and ample space for parking available. I went around 11 PM on a Sunday night and the place was decently occupied. I like bars to be dark as far as lighting is concerned so I liked the dim lighting. I love beers so I ordered a bucket of beers for myself and my friend is a cocktail person so she ordered a couple of cocktails. We also ordered food on the side. The burgers were decent in taste. The Bartender was really amiable. I tried the cocktails as well later on and it was really good. Overall you should give this place a go. Cheers 🥂

First time there Kayla was our waitress and she had amazing suggestions. Coffee was delicious. Food was delicious pancakes were so soft and fluffy the pork hash had outstanding flavor. We will definitely be back whenever in town. Don’t even have pictures of the food bc we licked the plates clean

Yo, we pulled up hungry, Ocean Springs glow, Blue Dog Bistro — brunch time show. Mimosa on deck, OJ on the side, Cute lil’ touch, we were feelin’ that vibe. Bartender stepped in, server M.I.A., She was busy, it’s cool, we’ll let that delay. We said, “Send the pancakes early if you can,” But they came with the mains — not part of the plan. Now blueberry stacks lookin’ all divine, Butter melting slow like it knew the time. Fluffy and sweet, yeah, those cakes hit right, Best part of the meal, hands down, no fight. I got the Luxe — salmon, capers, cream cheese, Bagel toasted just enough to please. But that salmon? Fishy in the wrong way, Made me wish I’d gone with eggs today. Then came the burger — hangover cure? Maybe, if your jaw’s an architect for sure. Stack so tall, you gotta bite in parts, Sauce on your nose like modern art. Sweet potato chips, though? Big ol’ flop, Soggy and sad, they just couldn’t pop. Friend had jasmine tea, thought it’d be sweet, But bitter vibes took over that seat. Cool dispenser, sure, but flavor said “nah,” We all sat there like “that’s not the spa.” So yeah, been there, done that, stamps our card, Blue Dog Bistro — not hitting that hard. We left full but not wowed, just kind of meh, Cute place, sure, but not “come back” yet. Ocean Springs shine, brunch on a quest, Blue Dog? You’re fine — but not our best.

fantastic place to eat. great atmosphere, employees, and food. we went for brunch on a sunday morning and we had quite a large party. our waitress was incredible and attentive. the biscuits and gravy were really good and savory. the contraption that they put the tea in is super impressive, you set the tea on your mug and it filters out everything for you except the tea. 10/10 experience

The Blue Dog Bistro is a hidden gem that's not so hidden! My hubby & I went there for the first time and we were not disappointed. The menu has a great variety and there's something for everyone whether gluten free, paleo, keto, or vegan. Even the bar has something for everyone. There are tasty adult breakfast beverages and lots of coffees & flavors to choose from. They even offer lots of flavoring for coffees. They do offer lots of sugar free flavoring, while it's not Torani sf (smoother flavoring no bitter taste) it's probably perfect to others, not a negative, because either way it's outstanding that there are so many choices, that's a rare find!! They also offer hot and cold teas. We arrived around brunch time. I had the Homemade Biscuits & Gravy with a side of Fried Breakfast Potatoes. Talk about delicious!! The biscuits are thick & fluffy while the gravy is thick rich & full of ground sausage and tons of flavor. My hubby had the Blue Dog Breakfast. He loved every bite of it! It was so much food he took the rest home for lunch. We have since returned twice now and no matter what you get it will not disappoint!! Another added plus, you can sit outside and bring your furry babies. They even keep a watering station filled with fresh water. We highly recommend Blue Dog Bistro!

A bit on the steepish side monetarily for breakfast, but that is to be expected for this form and fashion of presentation and allure. I am also a bit on the cheap side when it comes to feeding myself. All in all it was great food and sizeable portions. We were not disappointed in the slightest. I will return at some point.

Blue Dog Bistro in downtown Ocean Springs, MS, is a gem for breakfast lovers. Our breakfast—fluffy pancakes, perfectly poached eggs, shrimp and grits was delicious and generously portioned. The coffee? Absolutely phenomenal, rich, and smooth. Service was warm and attentive. We’ll be back for more! Highly recommend—5 stars!

I've eaten here twice so far, and most recently, the visit was not great. To start with, the reservation system neglected to send that the table was ready. Ok, no big deal, simple fix. When we got a table and ordered drinks, the waitress didn't introduce themselves and didn't let me finish ordering what I wanted and ran off with the menus. Ok, sure I didn't need more. The plain house coffee was watered down and not very strong but it was hot, the mug was chipped and extremely awkward to hold without burning my hands or fingers and the handle is impractical. The material of the mug is porous close to the top, so it makes me wonder how sanitized it is when cleaned if the steam can't reach where others' have touched. Ok, no problem, just won't drink the coffee. We needed another couple minutes to figure out what we wanted to order and the waitress seemed miffed and in a hurry. Ok, so we figured out what we wanted quickly. Order was then placed and came out. The Cochon Benedict was fantastic (only reason why there's three stars), but the lemon souffle pancakes were slightly burnt on one side with only a hint of lemon. The waitress checked in once for about 2 seconds to make sure the food was ok 4 bites into the food, not indicating they would stay at the table should have something gone wrong or needed to be returned. Once we were finishing up the food (without any refills offered), the check came quickly and was picked up quickly as well indicating for us to rush to leave. Overall, the food was not worth the $60 ticket (about $20 per item), and to feel that unwelcomed and rushed. Be weary if you're ready to wait during peak times and stick to the more popular items for best taste.

Waffle House is a popular American diner chain known for its all-day breakfast and signature waffles. Visitors often find themselves at Waffle House after a night out, making it a go-to spot for satisfying meals. Customers praise the quick and accurate service, flavorful food, and enjoyable dining experiences. The staff's helpfulness and attentiveness also receive high praise, with employees going above and beyond to assist elderly customers in need.
At 11:59am, I took my parents to Waffle House. As we were walking in, my elderly dad fell and took my mom down with him. The employees (2 gentlemans and server) and customers were so quick to help him up and get him to a chair. My dad is old, getting weak on the knees. They offered to call the ambulance but we declined. Great employees working here! They greeted us when we left! Thank you to these 2 men and our server, Tracey!

Well where do you start! Today my wife wanted to take me to breakfast for Father's Day, so I chose Waffle House. Usually good food and great service. However, keep in mind its a Sunday and Father's Day so we had to wait a bit for a seat to open up. Not a problem its understandable. When people finished at 2 seperate booths the lady cleaning off tables or whatever here job was I guess only to wiped down the tables. She left all used dishes on the table therfore we had to wait additional for someone else to remove the used dinnerware. So patience is now getting thin. When we finally got a seat the server "Kathy with the multicolored hair and an elite server cap" as "What do you want to drink" in a pissy tone. Water and coffee please. Water and coffee arrive on the table with a thud. "Are you ready to order she asks" Why yes we are, my wife odered a waffle and hash browns with cheese, onions, mushrooms and peppers and I ordered a Texas bacon egg and cheese with hashbrowns. The order arrives with the server Kathy putting a huge scoop of chili on top of my wife's hashbrowns. My wife trying to be nice said don't worry I'll try to eat it. My opinion is if "Kathy" wouldn't have been in a pissy frame of mind, just maybe she would have paid attention to the order. Guess my point is, if you don't like your job, find one that makes you happy and quit with the horrible attitude toward people spending hard earned money to have an enjoyable experience. Thanks Kathy for the crappy Father's Day service!!! I'll see if I can find you a Waffle House cap that says BAD SERVER

This is our first time visiting this establishment. The atmosphere is great. We pulled up in our jet ski and walked up and had drinks and a great meal. They are one of the few places on the water that are open on Mondays. Their service was friendly and prompt. Happy hour was 2-6. I will definitely be back to visit again. June 7th edit. We came back for our 2nd visit. Our server Angie was great and super attentive. Our 2nd trip has just added to our fondness of this place. They had live music, local vendors, and great service. Thanks again for a great experience.

I had my wedding at Bacchus on the Bayou in May and it was absolutely magical! The staff is absolutely top tier. JJ and her team are so attentive and went above and beyond for my perfect night. Chef Spoon and his team worked wonders in the kitchen. My #1 feedback from guests was how amazing the food was compared to normal catered wedding food. I mean who wouldn’t want steak, oysters and amazing apps! The view of course sold it for me but the food is definitely why we chose Bacchus. Highly recommend to anyone in the area for lunch/dinner or a wedding/corporate event!

Here in town on vacation. Looking for great views for date night. Host was gone from lobby for several minutes. We asked for a table near the water so she slowly cleaned it off. Not a friendly person for your host. Please train her better. So there we sat… for a good 10-15 minutes. No one came to our table. We got up and went to the bar and got served. Good was delicious and well priced. Got the check. Surprised to see that a side salad is a $5 up charge. You should let your guests know this ahead of time . Doesn’t say this on the menu. Extremely rude in my opinion. To end on a positive note, awesome views! Saw a beautiful sunset.

Been trying to get here since they opened, finally made it in for Lunch today. The wife had the oyster combo plate, they were all very tasty! Most of the stuff on the oysters overpowered the flavor of the oysters, but that didn't make them any less tasty. I had the Croque Madame because I have had a craving going for a while now. I know it's silly to get a sandwich at a seafood joint but did I mention craving? The bun was a bit disappointing, but the rest of it was good. It was all good and the service was good too. Nothing spectacular, but good enough to recommend to others. When you go you will enjoy it. If you go when the weather is nice you can sit outside and really enjoy the view.

We were on vacation and decided to go here for lunch. It's a cute restaurant with a nice water view. The parking lot is fairly large and it's easy to find. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. We sat inside. Our server came fairly fast and took our drink order. They have a pretty decent menu with plenty of options. My husband ordered the oyster sampler platter, and he really enjoyed it. I decided to order a wedge salad, because I love a good wegde salad. And this wasn't it. I was pretty disappointed. It definitely wasn't a wedge and the dressing was very sweet. No blue cheese crumbles. I don't recommend ordering it. I would still recommend this place, but I should have ordered seafood or a sandwich. I forgot to mention...the jalapeno bombers we got as an appetizer were very good. Oh well.

My husband and I came here for a date night last night starving and the food did not disappoint. Our server, Anessa, was friendly, happy, and attentive to our needs. First of all, the wings had a crunch and flavor that sent me to another dimension. How are they so juicy yet still so crispy on the outside? Honestly the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken Pad Thai I got was so amazing I didn’t say one single word the whole time I was eating it. My husband got the smashie burger and he said that this was the BEST food he has ever gotten at a bar. And that’s saying a lot because he’s been all over! Great atmosphere. We Sat up on rooftop deck and there was a pretty good view of street and cars (during cruisin the coast). Was pretty busy when we first arrived and manager was helpful in finding us a table. Server was nice and helpful. We ordered the chicken nachos, steak fajitas, and street corn. Food was delicious. Chips and salsa was a little salty, but still good. Drinks were great included was White Russian, Corona, and a Bloody Mary. Prices were decent. Bathrooms were clean. Overall would recommend and go again.

First time visit here and had heard rave reviews. I ordered a veggie taco-it was probably the best veggie taco I’ve ever had. So flavorful and not stuffed with zucchini, which should never be put in a taco. The street corn dip is super yummy. I wish I could’ve brought a gallon of that stuff home. I’d like to go back and bring my husband who eats meat. I’m sure he’d love the other taco options. My only complaints are that the service was terrible. There were only four tables (6 people total) in the restaurant when I was there. Service was slower than it should’ve been and my appetizer was brought out with my meal. The only other issue was with the narrow table. The stools don’t fit under the table comfortably. I’m not a big girl and it was uncomfortable to try to sit with my legs under the table like you would normally sit.

Absolutely horrible food quality and portion size. Why the weird spoiled esk after taste and fuzzy residue after eating key lime? I can't stress how horrible tasting my order was. This is the worst food I've eaten in a while. Drinking vanilla coke right now trying to get the first and only taste of key lime pie out of my mouth. My food came completely trashed and I am beyond why you use the huge Styrofoam boxes when you could fit the key lime pie and apple pie empanadas in the side of corn container. The food tastes like cardboard. We paid $30 for empanadas and a key lime pie. I could have gotten better food on the frozen isle at walmart. Will never order from again. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Mostly decent place. Tacos are a bit overpriced IMO but have also had authentic tacos so I wasn’t surprised. Rooftop bar had good atmosphere but it’s quite hot, so I’d consider adding more fans and shade walls for guests dining so we aren’t blinded. Food was good - service was great, server was super nice as was the hostess. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, and we’re taken care of, the only complaint I have is that a girl was cleaning a close by table and the wind carried the cleaner spray right into our faces and table on our chips and everything. I don’t think the server knew how to handle the situation. I can only hope she told a manager and they find different cleaning solutions.

So its a good little taco spot! Inside seating is noisy due to having to sit by the ice and drink machinery. The drinks were good and the tacos were tasty! Worth a stop if you're in the area. They do have a kids menu and service was nice and quick. We'll be back probably on a girls night and rooftop seating! Taco salad, chicken taco, and shrimp taco pictured!

Carly was super nice when checking us in for our table. Dawson, our waiter, was freaking AMAZING!!!!! He made sure we were well taken care of! Jame checked on us to make sure our tables were always clear! Sweet Ms.Monica brought our food out in a timely manner!! The food and drinks were AMAZING!! Conner at the bar, OMG Drink Master!!!! This restaurant displayed great teamwork. Everybody worked well to take care of us! It was super business, but they made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. We will definitely return!

This place is definitely a vibe, if you’re looking for good mimosas— they mix theirs with Tito’s! You will get tippy in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the rooftop menu IS limited, but the view is worth it during warm months. Sydney the server is really nice too!

Sandbar Daiquiri Bar & Grill is a unique spot with a rare feature - a beach/sandbar right in its backyard on the Biloxi River. Guests can easily access the water's edge via stairs and enjoy the man-made water features like the swimming pool and optional hot tub. The bar offers delectable drinks, including daiquiris in 12 flavors, along with beloved bar snacks such as fried pickles and popcorn shrimp.
Ask for Jessica when you get there! She is amazing and knows her stuff. Great with guests and this is a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a drink and meet new people. Thankful to have found this place walking around downtown.

First time customer! Enjoyed the Atmosphere. A mixture of karaoke and R&B music. Wings and Catfish were tasty but pricey. This made up for no cover charge. In all, it was definitely a great party spot if your looking for a great time away from the strip but not to far.

Stopped in for some cold daiquiris on our hot summer bike ride. Definitely recommend it. $7 for a 16oz and $10 for a 32oz and they are served in styrofoam cups that can be taken to go. 👌🏻 Gaelin was our bartender and we really enjoyed talking to him. Super nice and chill dude who has a lot of knowledge of the area.

The food here is outstanding! Fresh off the grill so it takes a few minutes longer but it's well worth the wait! Chicken Wings, outstanding! Shrimp, amazing. Fried mushrooms, best ever. Fun atmosphere with a crowd here too. Highly recommended!

Good daiquiris very nice server. The fries were off the chain and so was the southwestern egg rolls. Seems like a cute place to come
