Nature & Parks
Visitor center
Lebanon Hills Regional Park is a vast recreational area spanning over 2,000 acres, offering an array of activities for nature enthusiasts. The park boasts multiple lakes, making it perfect for paddleboarding and other water activities. Visitors can explore the extensive network of hiking trails that cater to both summer hikers and winter skiers. The park's Visitor Center serves as a hub for information on educational programs and showcases interactive nature displays.
Beautiful Park, the trails seem to start short than get a bit longer the further in you go. Will be back to do the other half

This is a beautiful and well-maintained park! I came here to knock out a 10-mile run and the trails were awesome. The size of the park makes you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere in nature, which is lovely. Everyone on trail was respectful and nice! The signage was excellent and I never felt lost or uneasy. Facilities were ample and the restrooms were well maintained. Very cool to see swans!
Rosie J — Google review
There is a place — a park, vast and winding — where nature and civilization meet in a curious dance. Trails weave like thoughts through the forest, and entrances abound, as if inviting not merely feet but a kind of presence, an openness to what is. I recommend arriving early, for though entry is free, the company of many tends to gather as the day unfolds, each person a ripple in the still water of morning quietude. On this visit, I wandered a well-worn path, bustling with motion, and I must confess — my nature leans toward the wide and open, the scattered spaces where silence dwells between the trees, and neighbors are but distant possibilities. I didn’t make it to the campground — a sign marked with reservation required stood as a gentle reminder that, in some corners of the world, spontaneity yields to structure. Yet even within these boundaries, the park revealed a certain majesty. The facilities — restrooms and resting places alike — are of a quality that speaks of care and intention. For those simple things done well, I give my gratitude, and a tentative score: 9 out of 10. A number, of course, is only a symbol — a placeholder for a momentary impression. But I sense this story is not yet complete. The mountain bike trails call to something more primal in me, a rhythm of movement and terrain still unexplored. I shall return — earlier, freer — and then, perhaps, revise not the number, but the understanding beneath it. For, as with all things, the park is not merely a place — it is an experience. And experiences, like the self, are always unfolding.

Came here to see the fall colors mid October. They looked so beautiful! I loved how easily accessible the trail was. It's fully paved and has a few winding bridges, one that goes above a lake. You could easily spend several hours here because the park is so large! The people on the trail were really friendly. I loved seeing all the wildlife along the trail too. We spotted several caterpillars and saw ducks and different birds in the distance. The fall colors were very beautiful and the trail was wide and relatively empty for a Sunday mid-day. I absolutely loved it. Would definitely come here again in the future !

This is where I learn to love exercise in the outdoors. It holds an incredibly special place in my heart. It's been almost 10 years since I've been here, and I'd say it's just like I remembered, but in reality, it's better.
Ted S — Google review
The trails! This park is a great place to walk and hike through. Easily 8 miles and more of trails to wander through the woods of Egan. It is very helpful that every so often there are numbered markers on the trail and posted maps so you don't get lost.
MPLS M — Google review
The area features many trails, all clean and peaceful. There is a beach, playground, gazebos, and various trails for biking, walking, skiing, and horseback riding. Numerous maps are available and easy to use. Walking here feels comfortable, with a quiet and serene atmosphere.

Nice place to relax in the sun and take a stroll around the water. Nice scenery, nice beaches, kayak rentals spent 4 hours out on the lake and it was a beautiful time!

Caponi Art Park, located in Eagan, MN, is a 60-acre outdoor art park offering a unique experience of art amidst nature. With over 80 sculptures and more than a mile of walking trails, visitors can immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings while enjoying various activities such as fishing, bird watching, and picnicking. The park also hosts free cultural and educational experiences along with summer programs like Family Fun Tuesdays and Shakespeare Festival.
Seeking a rewarding destination for my latest 12-hour walk (inspired by Collin O'Brady's book), I chose the enchanting Caponi Art Park. Open Tuesday - Sunday from 9 a.m. - dusk May - Oct., this hidden gem surpassed my expectations. While I only had a chance to glimpse some of the amazing art, the park's true magic lies in its captivating trees. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere offered a much-needed respite during my day-long journey. I'm already planning my next visit to fully immerse myself in Caponi's charm. If you're seeking a unique and inspiring destination, look no further than this hidden treasure.

This park has various interesting art and sculptures. They are all along the trails. There's a good amount of shade when walking and very few people. Dog friendly and area for kids to run around.

We love walking through this park. Lots of interesting sculptures through out. They have different work shops and performances at the park throughout the season

Lots to see, many trail options, picnic tables, and wildlife galore! We had a great time. The cat on site is the sweetest thing- she was probably my favorite part. Great way to spend the afternoon. I will say the trails aren't ideal for a stroller/wagon, but it worked.

This is a beautiful park for hiking. The art along the way is wonderful and also blends in the surroundings in a wonderful way. There are pora-potties available near parking lots and gathering areas. Google maps first took me to the entrance area where the skate park is. I drove back to the art park entrance and that was a quick way to hiking trails and to the art installations. The skatepark looks like it's in great shape but I don't skate so all I can say about that is that the concrete looks smooth and the rails seemed sturdy and it was clean. I look forward to attending an event at this park sometime.

Cascade Bay Water Park is the largest outdoor municipal waterpark in the Upper Midwest, offering a range of family-friendly attractions at an affordable price. Visitors can enjoy thrilling water slides like Twin Falls, Typhoon, and Hurricane, as well as a relaxing Lazy River with Rocky Rapids. The park also features a zero-entry pool and mini-golf for added entertainment.
Cascade Bay Water Park in Minnesota is one of the best water parks I’ve been to in a long time. It’s a perfect place for families to cool off and have fun on a hot summer day. The lazy river was a highlight — really well designed and relaxing, with just the right flow to keep things fun without being too fast. The splash pads and swimming areas were also fantastic, offering plenty of space for kids to play and explore safely. One thing that really stood out was how clean and well maintained everything was. Even with plenty of people enjoying the park, it never felt overcrowded, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. It felt like we had room to spread out and really enjoy ourselves. The food was just okay — the hot dogs and brats were a bit too salty for my taste, but the kids were happy with their chicken nuggets. At just $74 for six people, the value was incredible, especially compared to other parks we’ve visited. We’ll definitely be back, especially when the kids are tall enough (42 inches and up) to try out the water slides. Cascade Bay is a true summer gem!

Nice rides. Loved the river. No waiting time.to get the tickets. Enough parking space. Easy lockers at 8dollar. We took all.day passes. Water was good temperature. A lot of guards. They were friendly but had to laugh when they asked if I could swim 🙂. All personnel was nice and friendly. In morning many blue and red kids from camp. 2nd session less crowded. Burgers had no sauce but u can add for free. Tomato or lettuce could have been added. Lots of chairs, even in the shade. We will sure come back here.
Wim B — Google review
We went in June on a Sunday. We got all day passes and stayed until 4pm. The park allows as many people in that are willing to buy a ticket. The park was so full people were sitting on the wood chips on the ground and even on the concrete in front where you enter. There are not enough chairs bc we got there right at opening and waited in line. Once inside all the chairs were taken up and we ended up sitting on the ground in front of the food court. The pool was so packed you could only stand in one spot. The line for the lazy river kept getting longer and longer and they didn’t seem to have enough tubes so the line didn’t move very fast. If you are in line for a slide and it’s time for a break you have to go back down and come back up when it’s over. This happened way too often. If they know that there’s a break coming they should stop people from coming up to wait in line so they don’t waste their time waiting just to go back down. Their concession had hot food and ice cream inside. For people thinking of coming here just be aware that the park is not that big and the lines are super long for everything and there is not a lot of shade. The pools packed with people all standing shoulder to shoulder.
Chris — Google review
This place is brilliant! At 45 I felt childlike here. The slides, especially the intertube slide, all fun, it was easy to spend the whole day here. Great way for the city to make money and yet provide fun and entertainment at an affordable price at the same time. The food and ice cream as well was not overly priced. Overall the 5 children from ages 1 to 10 and the 2 adult children in their 20's myself and my lady in our mid 40's all enjoyed everything about this place down to the temper tantrums when we had to exit the water for breaks and water checks. I 100% will spend more days here.
Jason R — Google review
We had a great time at the waterpark! The rides were fun and the place was clean. The food staff were incredibly hardworking and stayed calm even when it got really busy. They handled the long lines quickly and made sure everyone was served as fast as possible, which helped keep things moving smoothly. The pool staff, however, were a bit rude at times. Overall, still a fun day and we’d go again!
Allison G — Google review
Cascade Bay is a fantastic spot for a summer day. The lazy river is the highlight—calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing. There are several water slides for a bit of excitement and a well-kept mini golf course that adds a fun break from the water. The park is clean, well-staffed, and not overwhelmingly crowded. Great value for the price and a perfect place to unwind or hang out with friends on a hot day.
Dallas — Google review
Cascade Bay Waterpark in Eagan is one of the best summer spots for families. The lazy river is a highlight, and the slides are fun for both kids and adults. There are shallow areas and splash zones for younger children, and even a mini-golf course if you want to mix things up. The park is well laid out, the staff are friendly, and the admission price is very reasonable for the amount of time you can spend here. It does get busy on hot days, so getting there early helps with seating and shorter lines. Overall, it is a fun, affordable, and family-friendly way to cool off during the summer.
Michael A — Google review
Visited the park on 4th July and it was sunny with decent crowd. Water is very clear despite crowd and kids. My 6 year had fun in mini pool, ship wreck slide and orange slide. Queue for lazy river was over 20min so we skipped. They can better job in limiting people from going n number of looped in lazy river. I enjoyed blue, red and yellow water slides myself.

Holz Farm Park is a living history farm located by the lakeside, offering visitors a glimpse into the 1870s homestead beginnings. The farm hosts year-round seasonal events featuring activities such as rope making, tractor and hay rides, homemade cookies, and hot apple cider. Operated by volunteer-based Friends of the Farm, this historical site was established on land that was originally settled by the Holz family in the 1870s.
What a wonderful family event! We brought our 2 year old grandson. He (and his grandparents!) loved every aspect. The animals; the hayride; the barn; the fake cow with utters (our grandson got to milk the cow, sorta speak; the music; and much more! And, for a $3 fee. Wow!
Thomas S — Google review
My children and I absolutely love this place. Kudos to Eagan for keeping such a historical property in beautiful condition. My kids attended a summer camp here this year. There was so much to do and the staff was fabulous! Will for sure be back next year. They have lots of events throughout each season as well. 5 stars highly recommended. 🤗
Nikki W — Google review
The volunteers were polite and the house hadlots of "treasures" and history within. The fresh handmade bread & butter was Amazing! I love the tea towel (I bought) as well. I was so happy the old farmhouse & the barn were open to the public. Looking forward to visit again soon. My only consern with this event were the animals. They looked very well cared but exposed to the heat and being under the sun without a shade above them wasn't ideal. Maybe next time you can place them under a tent or inside the barn. Thank you.
Lito X — Google review
It was quiet and peaceful, but the only thing there to look at where the chickens and you couldn’t even feed them. Other than that it was a nice park probably for six and up. There’s only two baby swings. I wouldn’t let my two year-old run around by himself, but he did enjoy the slide

I have gone near this park many times through the years but had no idea about it. This is a great park in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. I'm so glad that when this area was developed that they preserved the farm buildings and The farmhouse. Even though it's in the middle of a suburb, it feels very country-like. The buildings are all very picturesque and the park is very nice. Nice playground equipment for children of ball field. They had parking there and they are also were mini picnic tables. I like seeing the old rusty farm equipment out by the one of the barns. They have a lake for bass fishing. Three men were putting their fishing boat in the lake while I was there and they said the fishing is good. I looked up their website and they have a great group supporting this Park and they have many events, I hope to go to some of them. The Eagan garden club has many nice flowers and other plants there. This is a very picturesque park.
Daniel T — Google review
I have never been to an event at Holz Farm, but we enjoy coming to walk around and it's also one of the best places to take photos! It's a small but beautiful layout with lots of flowers in the spring/summer and cute holiday decorations in the winter.

Zoo
Zoos & Aquariums
The Minnesota Zoo, located in Apple Valley, is a 485-acre preserve showcasing a wide variety of local and global animals, from Russian grizzly bears to butterflies. With nearly 100 different animals on-site, visitors can explore the diverse habitats and enjoy the company of many exotic creatures. The zoo offers several trails that allow guests to experience different seasonal environments in the wild.
Ranks in the top 5 of all the zoos we have visited. Love that the layout of the zoo is more spread out than almost all others. Seems to provide plenty of space for the animals. Enclosures aren't packed on top of each other. Good selection of food in the food court. Would definitely come back again.
Jeff G — Google review
It's a pretty good zoo. Decent variety of animals. Some really fun exhibits. The carousel was a big hit with my kids. A lot of variety of animals to pick on it. No lines for anything. The Treetop Trail was interesting... A fun idea to be above the zoo and animals. But it would have been a lot of fun if it was like a train that high to see everything. B/c it was hot and sunny up there. The splash pad area was fun. Recommend the bird show. It was really fun.
Matt B — Google review
Where do I even start. This zoo is home to some of my fondest childhood memories. It’s a great place to wander around & learn about the animals we share this beautiful Earth with. Just learned from 1 of their maintenance guys that it’s in the Top 5 biggest zoos in the US. You will definitely get your steps in. Wear comfy shoes, eat beforehand, & dedicate a good 3-4 hours to exploration. Have a ball.
Isaiah W — Google review
Great zoo experience today despite some construction near the south entrance. Apparently they're rebuilding the snow monkey enclosure. Some of my favorite animals were fairly active, and that, along with an overcast sky, made for some good photography. I attached some of my favorites to this review. If I could I'd deduct a half star for a poor online experience. I feel like the process of purchasing tickets could be much smoother.
Greg Z — Google review
First time visiting the zoo and we pretty much covered the entire surface that was not being renovated. First of all, I must say that most animals looked very healthy. The only exceptions would be maybe the bigger cats and the Penguins. They looked a little restless. But otherwise the animals were very lively. We started of with visiting the sea lion show which was a nice little example of how smart those animals are. We later moved into the food court to have lunch. They selection was not massive, but we ordered a candied bacon club sandwich and cheese curds which we split, a little expensive as expected since it's a zoo, but surprisingly not that bad. Felt clean and the club was especially refreshing this day. We later took the tree top trail. This is a short walk (1.5 miles) and a nice overview of the park. But you don't get to see everything. The ground floor has more information, viewing windows and interesting caves to explore. I enjoyed both, but the vibes I got was that more experienced people who are there just for the vibes and a good walk with fresh air take the tree top trail. The kids enjoy it, but mostly for the height. The people who really want the close-up with the animals take the ground level trail. We also took a walk in the tropical trail, which was a bit lacking at that time since we didn't get to see our favorite komodo dragon. But we managed to see some unique birds and tree animals. The Minnesota trail was probably my favorite. It was a narrow little cave path with local animals from the area and my personal favorite was the wolverines. They were so p playful and active. I stood and watched them for a good while before moving on. Overall a nice zoo and a good time. The only improvement I would recommend is to have a sign that properly displays the status of the exhibit. For example, there were times when we were just staring into an empty exhibit for a while. The wolves were retired and was being replaced with younger wolves as well, but that we only found out when we assembled upon a pleasant volunteer on the way out. Could even be information in the app!
Tobias I — Google review
My family loves this zoo! We come here often and there are always new things to explore. They do a great job of keeping it fun and interactive for all ages. We especially love the outdoors trails and the tree top trail. There are indoor and outdoor experiences making it perfect year round. There are food options (including a few gluten free), multiple playgrounds and lots of shows to catch. We even love the adults only evenings. Staff and volunteers are always helpful and friendly, I have never had a bad experience here. I even lost a mitten here one time and their lost and found system is very organized!
Michelle A — Google review
We were in Minnesota for my daughter's wedding. The zoo seemed like a great way to spend a day. Of course, October is the "off season". Undeterred we went. There was some construction going on. The exhibits were really cool. I'm certain summer visits would be more crowded, but better overall.
Todd S — Google review
A magical experience for all ages! 🐾🌿 Minnesota Zoo is truly one of the best places to spend the day, whether you’re with family, friends, or just exploring on your own. The variety of animals is incredible — from majestic tigers 🐅 and playful bears 🐻 to exotic birds 🦜 and underwater wonders 🐠. What I loved most was how spacious, clean, and well-designed the zoo is. Every section feels like its own little world — the Tropics Trail, the Northern Trail, the Discovery Bay… each one tells a story and brings you closer to nature. 🌍❤️ The staff were friendly and passionate, always happy to answer questions and help. The animals looked well cared for, and the environment felt safe, educational, and fun for everyone. Perfect for a full-day adventure, with plenty of rest areas, food stands, and kid-friendly activities. Don’t miss the farm section — it’s a favorite! 🐐👧 Definitely a place I’ll return to — and highly recommend for anyone visiting Minnesota! 🎟️🦓

Factory Outlets
Twin Cities Premium Outlets, located in the nearby suburb of Eagan, is a shopper's paradise with over 100 outlet stores featuring popular brands like Nike, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, adidas, and Armani. The area also offers plenty of family-friendly activities such as an indoor trampoline and recreation park just minutes away from the outlets.
I like that this mall is very close to the Mall of America, so if you’re from out of town, you’ll have more shopping options. If you want to avoid the crowds, try coming during the weekdays; it’s usually much less busy. This outlet mall has a variety of stores, and I also like that they’ve expanded the food court, so there are more dining options now. The other outlet is too far from where I live, so I usually come here when I feel like shopping but want to avoid the crowds at the Mall of America.

This is such a great outlet mall! I love that it's mostly an outdoor mall. It has a lovely variety of shops, a cute albeit a bit small food court and a nice little play area for children. They also have plenty of seating, ample parking and it is near two bus stops that go to and from a large variety of areas. I highly recommend this outlet mall! These pictures are from some of the shops and restaurants at the outlet mall (China Wok, Bonjour Crepes, and Banana Republic).

🛍️ Twin Cities Premium Outlets – Deals Strong with This One, They Are 🛍️ Scored some Adidas gym shorts for 50% off plus an extra $10 off for spending over $75 with the current special — felt like I Force-pushed the price tag myself. 💥 Also checked out Sacks Off 5th, Columbia, Nike, Skechers, Crocs, and even Go! Calendars, Games & Toys — every store had solid discounts going, like the whole outlet was under a Jedi mind trick of savings. Layout is easy to navigate, parking is abundant, and the deals? Worth the trip to Eagan, no doubt. 💬 When bargains you seek, here you must go.

We go to Prime outlets in Eagan usually once a week. It’s a great place to shop and find some really good deals. The ground staff always keeps this place super clean. The bathrooms are impeccably clean it’s crazy how clean they are. Great pace the shop and have a good time.

Great place to hang out. Very calm and peaceful area. Food here was good and decent. Nike, adidas, and puma outlets have good selections and are good quality. Very nice seating, it was clean, open, and good quality. Not too crowded, Just enough to where there can be lines in shops. Overall, good place for cheaper prices and good place to hang out.

Great shopping outlet. Clean and easy to walk around. Great selection of stores. We visited a couple of times while of vacation. Most stores had a great sale going on which is the point. Make sure to stop and get the kettle corn!
Samantha R — Google review
An excellent shopping mall. When you can't find a specific clothing or specific item, you could find it here. The outdoors space is always clean. It rare to see trash on the ground. There are trashbags near every food store and basically every other building. The food places are great. The bathrooms are good but not the cleanest but then again, not surprised since it's super busy during the weekend. Parking is easy to find as there are 2 parking spots. Overall, a great shopping mall. Deals are good but definitely come when there are sales, that's when you will find good deals.
TinaEh V — Google review
Schmaltzy brand outlet mall ( likely with at least occasional great deals) appears designed & laid out as if for a vacation destination in a temporate climate, but.. it's in often frigid MN. Open breezeways seemed to waft an unpleasant scent.

The Vikings Museum is a 14,000 square foot facility located at the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center. It features exhibits showcasing the early days of football in Minnesota and memorable moments like the Minneapolis Miracle. Visitors can relive historic moments through digital screens, old seating chairs, map layouts from past stadiums, and a wall of 'coach's.' The museum also offers additional attractions such as a beer tent, light show, ice rink, and market outside.
My husband and I went to the Minnesota Vikings Museum on May 4th, 2025 for my birthday. I have been wanting to go for a long time and I thought it would be a great activity for my birthday. We really enjoy our time at the museum. Peder (I think that is how you spell him name), who sold us the tickets was really helpful and gave great directions and was available to answer any questions we had. He was wonderful!! The team store was also fun to shop at. I want to come visit again and bring more of my family to visit.

The Vikings Museum in Minnesota was an really cool experience—both entertaining and educational. From the moment I walked in, the exhibits captured my attention with their attention to detail and interactive displays. The blend of history, culture, and football was well-curated, making it enjoyable for fans of all ages. I especially appreciated learning about the origins of the Vikings team, legendary players, and iconic moments. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It’s more than just a sports museum—it’s a celebration of Minnesota pride and tradition. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

Just a stunning amount of artifacts and history from the many years of Minnesota Vikings football. Incredible detail and just a classy display of the history of the Minnesota Vikings. A must see if you’re a Vikes fan!

Came here back in 2021, and spent well over 3 hours pacing through the exhibits. Still blown away by the amount of memorabilia and carefully crafted storytelling of the teams history. A must visit for die hard and developing Viking and NFL fans alike.

Being a long time Vikings fan, I lived many on the moments that are encompasses in the museum. It was great to re-live them on the digital screen. I also enjoyed the old seating chairs and map layouts from the past stadiums. The wall of "coach's" was a fun to read about too. Well worth the $14. Also there is a beer tent, light show, ice rink, and market all outside that you can also enjoy.

I was there for a work event. Not a vikings fan, but I will say it's put together nicely. It's clean and plenty of room to walk around.

Blackhawk Park, located in Eagan, MN, offers a wide range of activities and amenities for visitors. The park features a canoe launch, fishing dock, hiking trail, observation deck, and pavilion. Families can enjoy the playground, geocaching, volleyball court, and picnic shelter. The pavilion is spacious with kitchen facilities and clean bathrooms. There's also a walking trail for leisurely strolls and a fishing pier to appreciate the natural surroundings.
Great park for nature walking. Bring your pup! Well maintained trail and never super crowded. You wind through a residential neighborhood to get to the park but it is clearly marked. Plenty of parking spaces. There is a large pavillion with outdoor seating. Sand volleyball area and outdoor playground for kids. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Eagan area.

This park was a nice surprise. Not very long trails but surrounded by lush vegetation. There’s some highway noise. There’s also birds singing
Elisa N — Google review
Great for a quick stroll around a lake. Once the trees have leaves again, this would make a fantastic mostly shaded walk. It is partially paved, but the parts of the trail that were not paved was pretty flat and well maintained. I would say that you could even use a stroller/wheelchair on this trail.

Hidden gem in the middle of Eagan! Easy trails for a walk or run. Trails are paved and groomed dirt. There are several offshoot trails to explore. There is a bridge and a fishing dock.

Walked out here in a major rainstorm. Definitely a fun experience and the park does have quite a few anemities. Good place to check out if you want to do stuff with your kids or have a nice grill out with the family under a big gazebo.

Nice trail to walk the dog. It's not to long. Perfect for a day when you need a work out but don't have a lot of time. It takes about 30 minutes to walk around the lake. I would recommend this trail.

Beautiful Park. Nice bridge over the water. Very nice pavilion and Eagan maintenance does a beautiful job of maintaining it. There's also a place to go fishing also with a canoe ramp if you have your own canoe. There is also ample parking and it's free. It is also a nice place to do a short cross country ski run in the winter time and is level enough for us beginners with only slight slope. We are very blessed in Eagan with our numerous, beautiful parks!

The park features a pond for fishing, walking and biking paths, large covered picnic structures, real bathrooms (open in the summer), and an excellent playground with unique features catering to both younger and older kids. Additionally, there are picnic tables by the playground and benches for adults.
Love this park. Tons of nice trails, lakes, there's a playground and a modern pavilion. In the winter they've had snow tubing since I was a kid on the big hill as well as activities for kids all year round. Highly recommend!

Date of Visit: 09/25/2024 - Lovely place for an after-work walk! Plenty of paved (and natural) trails for a short walk; depending on where you go & how much you backtrack. Not a place where you could spend all day walking/hiking.

Overall nice Park! Small but has great places for exercise and to relax and and have a meal with family/ friends. Does have a recreational building as well to get more information about the area and/ participate in events.

Very nice scenic park. Their neighbors are lucky to have a nice park like that nearby. Lots of perennials and greenery, nice trees and it is gently rolling. Paths for walking and jogging. I went there on a beautiful summer day but the description of the park online says that is a great place for snow tubing with a nice hill for that, snow tubes available. Nice Lake there but it was a bit green, but that happens to many lakes as the summer progresses. It had a very nice modern park building with meeting places and a preschool area for children. Next to it is a very nice park shelter that could accommodate large groups. I'm sure one would have to make a reservation for that. There also is a fire pit. They have a beach volleyball area near the lake. Lots of parking to accommodate many cars. I hope to see Trapp Farm Park during all four seasons. I saw pictures of it in the fall and it's colorful and beautiful with a nice variety of trees.

Spiders, unclean toilet , overall appearance of neglect. My kids didn't last long at this park and wanted to leave. They rule the roost when it comes to parks.

Great place for snow tubing in the winter. It is pretty cheap to rent snow tubes. The only thing that is not fun is going up the hill while dragging snow tube behind you. If you have little kids, they might get tired fast and will have a great sleep 😀

This is a great park with a pond for fishing and walking/biking paths. Excellent parking, large covered picnic structures and real bathrooms, open in the summer. The playground is fantastic with lots of unique features and 2 different sides, one for younger kids (age 2-4), and one for older kids with large, fast slides, swings, monkey bars and climbing structures. There are also picnic tables in the shade right by the playground and plenty of benches for adults.

From open house art projects to kids camps, this art house provides an exciting opportunity for both children and adults to unleash their creativity.
Fun place to create art if you're a kid! Haven't been back since I was a little squirt in the early 2000's. Not sure if I'll ever be back, but I shall see. Also, it's great they are making a new art house! Much needed since the old one was small.

When i emailed them about their class not even happening they then sent an email to the class saying it was cancled... the day after the class.....Took a glass fusing class and never recieved an email they were ready to pick up until I sent a not happy email about my clay class. They replied saying I opted out of emails so I never recieved their email to pick up my project but weirdly the next day, my fiance and I got an email saying they were ready! So they lied. Not going back.

Mall of America® is a colossal four-level shopping center featuring an extensive array of over 520 stores and around 50 dining options. The complex also includes attractions such as an aquarium, amusement park, and cinema. With so much to explore, visitors may find it challenging to cover everything in just one afternoon. To make the most of the experience, it's advisable for first-time guests to plan their visit in advance.
One word for first time visitors… Overwhelming! But the directory stations are very helpful to search for what you want. If you bring kids, the Lego Store and aquarium are must visits. The food court is vast and you have many choices with different types of food. Parking garage has 7 levels with clearly marked signage to find your way around. We spent 6 hours at the mall on a weekend and only covered 60% of what we wanted to do. I recommend searching stores and activities BEFORE visiting to save you time. Give yourself time to take it all in at certain spots. This is definitely a once in a lifetime experience.
Don S — Google review
I finally was able to check Mall of America off my bucket list. It definitely has a bunch of stores but I Loved the amusement park inside it also had a train and aquarium but we ran out of time to do. I dont like that even on weekends the mall closes at 9pm each day. Why not 10 or 11 with it being such a huge mall. Nevertheless I had a wonderful time I stayed at Radisson Blu which is connected to the mall and highly recommend cause it made the trip that much more easy and fun knowing we can just go to our room and back to the mall as we pleased. I think the best part was the mall off shuttles you to the Mystic Casino for free and we had a blast at the Casino.
Veronica D — Google review
I don't particularly like shopping centers, so this one was a surprise for me. I have only seen a smaller part of it but what I saw I absolutely loved. The inside Nickelodeon theme park is awesome, so is the Lego store. The Radisson Blu entrance looked really elegant, and there are so many things to see beside the shops. One of my favourite experiences in Minneapolis.
Hajnalka S — Google review
Visited The Mall of America today. A huge place, but easy to navigate once inside. Certainly lots of stores, some good restaurants, one of which I will review separately. Also lots of attractions. One of which Sea Life that I will review separately. In the middle there is a huge amusement park. Rode a roller coaster. My one complaint is that apparently the are 4 entrances and we could find one of them. The place is surrounded by parking garages. We walked from our hotel and we entered through a store. Even to get out we had to ask directions and the employee of the mall had to find out for us. This will not distract from the day. It was still a great experience
Roland S — Google review
The mall of America was truly a great experience. It’s a place the whole family can go and have a good time at doing something. I enjoyed walking through the mall into the stores and then going to look at the amusement park side very interesting. It’s been years since I’ve been here. A lot has changed. The location is great.
Nina M — Google review
Mall of America has everything except Cheesecake Factory. The mall is large and a bit confusing, I felt like I was going in circles. Due to the size, there are accessibility issues. Moving carpets like in airports would be helpful for those experiencing limited mobility. Extended hours would be cool. 9pm felt early for such a large mall, especially the food. I’m glad the public transit is easy!
Caroline — Google review
My first time visiting here, definitely a nice place to shop. My fiance and I spent about 6 hours here and I feel like we didn't see every store. They have good restaurants upstairs to go eat after doing all the shopping! I got to ride some of the rides there as well and it was very fun 😊 Would definitely come back if I ever get the chance!!
Anette M — Google review
When visiting this place, plan to spend the whole day here. It offers plenty of activities for families with kids, making it perfect for a fun day out. Whether you're on a date night, alone, or with friends, there's something for everyone. It's great to see malls thriving in the U.S. My advice is to wear comfortable shoes so you can fully enjoy your time.

We finally decided to visit Andiamo Italian Ristorante in Eagan, and to our surprise, this place was amazing! Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve been to. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and they maintain it so well. The menu offers a great selection of food and drinks, with plenty of choices for everyone. The complimentary bread was served hot and soft—always a great start! Their sangria was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we tried the seafood-stuffed mushrooms, which came with a delightful pesto sauce—so flavorful! The Pecorino Broccoli was also a great choice. For our main courses, we had the Shrimp Arrabbiata and Pasta Alla Basilica—both were incredibly delicious and full of flavor. Beyond the great food, the service was top-notch. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place for a great Italian meal.

I don’t understand the hype. It’s very average Italian to me. I could probably make these dishes we got ourselves. The noodles tasted out of a box. We came on a weekend evening around 6pm… We waited 45 min to an hour for our food. Our waitress said more chefs were coming in to help. If you’re looking for more authentic Italian, go some place else.

The smell while driving by lured us in. Kirsten was a cheerful and helpful server. We were impressed to see croquettes on the menu. They were as expected and delicious. The special of the evening was the Cajun pasta, it had the perfect spice and creaminess. Unlimited bread and breadsticks is always a hit. The tortelloni with Romano, cream sauce, mushrooms, red onions, and broccoli was absolutely delightful and paired well with the Chianti - Italy. To end the meal with a little love.. the crème brûlée was homemade perfection!

The refuge boasts more than 46 miles of trails, making it perfect for activities such as hiking and biking. Birdwatchers will particularly enjoy the floodplain forests, tall grass prairies, and wetlands that provide a home to various bird species.
Always a fun visit with helpful staff! I love hiling in the various trails and units, with the bass ponds trail as a favorite. The visitor center bird feeders are interesting to watch how many different birds interact. There's almost always at least one species of woodpecker on them at all times. Wild turkeys are also common.

We had a great experience here today. We got inside and got to see a lot of information about the animals and the habitats around. There was a nice area with bird feeders that had a lot of activity. They had backpacks that you could check out for the kids that had journals, binoculars, and lots of other information on the plant life and wildlife around. We took the trails but didn’t come across a lot of birds, but we sure did hear a lot! Overall, it was a great experience with the kids and they loved trying to look for all sorts of different things on the path.

Wonderful place to take a walk and get away from the noise of the city without actually leaving the city! Short trails near the visitors center at the Headquarters building, longer trails down in the Minnesota River Valley. Warning on those hikes - there are usually lots of bugs when it is wet, and I have had to bypass snapping turtles on the longer trail that ends at the Cedar Avenue bridge. No fees required to visit. Not only is this a great place to actually enjoy the outdoors, but it also has exhibits and a store in the Headquarters building. This is also the only place I am aware of that you can buy an America the Beautiful pass in the Twin Cities area ($80 - cash, check, or credit card based on my most recent experience), which is an all access pass to those National Parks and Monuments that do require entry fees (note that all national sites in Minnesota are free entry). There aren't many places that you can buy these in person, and it is very nice to have here when planning adventures out of the state 🙂

This is a great theatre. It was super clean even on a Saturday night. The Dolby 5.1 they have is one of the best systems and makes any movie really enjoyable. The popcorn was decent and all drink machines are functional and well maintained. Highly recommend this place.

My partner and I went here and saw the new Demon Slayer movie, which was $25.00 total for the two of us and was 2 1/2 hours long. I thought that was a reasonable price for the quality of the theater, customer service experience, the seating, and cleanliness of the facility. There weren't too many of us there, but I felt that it made it more cozy. The seats are heated, and extend pretty far back. I thought that their cuddle seats looked cozy and comfortable. The rewards program seemed nice as well. Every 100 points/$100 you get a $5 off reward. We will be back!

Just saw inception. Thanks for doing old movies like that and your seats, sound, and how your turn the lights all the way down is better then some other theater chains… just perfect overall vibe for a movie. We only visited to check out The Blast playground. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful! We had the entire play area to ourselves on a Monday afternoon. They really pack a lot of little fun nooks into one play place. My two 4 year olds loved it. There is also a bathroom right in the playroom.
Ms M — Google review
It is no longer space theme so "The Blast" isn't a fitting name. There isn't a toddler friendly area to play anymore or what you would think is the "toddler area" you have to go through the big play area to get into it. Can't see above the first floor so loose track of where the kid is playing in the attraction until they pop out of a slide. They claimed the renovation would brighten up the play area but parts are still really dark and can be scary for kids that aren't quite use to the big play area adventures.

Woodhaven Park in Eagan, MN offers a range of activities for visitors of all ages. The park features a playground area with unique and fun equipment, including ziplines and a special section for younger children with soft rubber flooring. Additionally, there are picnic tables, a basketball court, walking trails, and a pond. Visitors can enjoy the shaded areas and take advantage of amenities such as water fountains and bathrooms with running water.
A playground we would have wanted as kids. This place was awesome. Different and fun equipment that can challenge a kid. They have ziplines. There is a unique basketball game. There is a section of the playground for younger children. The base is a soft rubber material. It did get very hot in the sun. I went on a ninety degree day and noticed that the equipment itself didn't have much shade. There is a water fountain with a water bottle filler available. Parking lot available. My kids had the best time here.

Rating this not for the playground but as a park and its utilities. Only giving it three stars because it really doesn't contain much compared with the many others around it. There is a nice tennis court to the south up the hill, plenty of parking, restrooms, and a walking path. The main attraction is the playground which has its own Google name to rate. Bathrooms are only as clean as the people who use them keep them. There is a picnic area with eight tables. Bring wet wipes as they are sticky. So please treat this park better. I'm seeing too much trash around the ground. You can bring your dog but please realize not all people can be around them so please lease them. I am also disappointed because I saw some workers come to clean, they even brought their cleaning supplies, but all they did was circle the building and leave.

An interesting playground with equipment for people in a variety of ages. I think the sign said that they aimed for children 5 to 12. My three grandsons who fit inside that range were quite pleased with the basketball hoops at different levels, the multiple slides, the padding underneath all of the equipment, and the different places they could climb up through the equipment in a safe way to get to slides or other ways to get down. They were happy. We were happy

Wonderful park with activities for all ages. I appreciated the picnic tables and running water in the bathrooms. An AED is on site. There was quite a bit of trash laying around, but I believe that is due to racoons! Animal control was taking care of a raccoon before we unloaded from the car. Overall, a nice park and it will be my first pick if we are in the Eagan area again.

Nice big newly renovated park with a large variety of age appropriate playground for toddlers through middle school. The park was very clean and well maintained.

My daughter had a blast, there’s tons to do at different ability levels, while instilling skill confidence and not being too daunting. However we were “forced” to leave when she wasn’t ready because all the restrooms were “vacant” but locked when she needed them.
Samantha H — Google review
Apparently, this park is easy to confuse with a playground nearby named the same. Also there is a lack of shade over the play area and it is a busy place with limited parking. But a great spread with best array of outside music experience, a maze for little kids, and multiple height basket balls hoops to accommodate all abilities but bring a ball.

The park features over 27 exciting rides and attractions suitable for all ages, such as the Fairly Odd Coaster and Avatar Airbender. Visitors can also enjoy ongoing and seasonal events at the park.
Such a cool adventure for the kids!!! We got them a wrist band for the day but they also have other options to choose from for kid's to ride rides, not everything is included and some of the rides state that socks are mandatory. We think prices are worth it. The kids had so much fun! No lines so no waiting to get on rides.

How awesome to have an indoor theme park INSIDE a mall. We had a blast at the Mall of America - Nickelodeon Universe! There are enough rides and attractions for your family to be entertained the entire day. You do not need to pay to enter. You can either purchase an unlimited ride wristband (RECOMMENDED) or purchase points for your favorite rides. I’m glad that I purchased when I arrived, as my husband had no interest in riding anything. Nickelodeon Universe will not disappoint!

Clean, Fun, adventurous indoor theme park for all ages located inside of Mall of America. variety roller coasters, bumper cars, choo-choo trains, zip-line, paw patrol station, pineapple inflatable house, dora adventure bus, Ferris wheels , arcade, gift shops, treat vendors . There are so much fun for the families, groups, dates. They offered to host large group parties after hours. We enjoyed our annual passes.
Ellen H — Google review
To start off, the place looks clean and well themed, but understaffed. Perhaps because it's the off-season during a weekday. I mostly came to get a few roller coasters in, but Rock Bottom Plunge was closed, along with a few unique flat rides. It felt like the place was running on a skeleton crew. Perhaps it's better to try it on a weekend. I did like their automated wristband system.
Donald C — Google review
The kids and I had a great time. Although, the rides are far to expensive! Kids had a lot of fun though, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Make it more reasonable, and more fun for the Littles and I'm pretty sure it would be amazing.
Jerome J — Google review
Fun and unique experience. The prices are reasonable. 50 for unlimited per person or you can buy points. The Big rides are 6 points and small rides 3. We bought 50 points for 60(after tax) and the kids went on several rides having a ton of fun. Super convenient, since there is a mall with dozens of food and snack options in walking distance.

An absolute great time at Nickelodeon universe. You can buy tickets at the kiosk or inside the gift shop. The gift shop has lots of great souvenirs and licensed products. Lots of different rides to choose from- everything from kid friendly to more extreme rides. Definitely something that is sure to please all ages and thrill seekers alike. They have pretty cool claw machines to try out as well.

So much to do here! There’s a great variety of rides to go on, in a relatively small space- don’t let that fool you into thinking this place is small!! These are full sized rides! Most of the wait lines are not excessive- 20 minutes for the most part when we were there- and you can quickly get to your destination! There’s a thrill for everyone here, from tots, to adrenaline junkies!

Nestled just a stone's throw from the Vikings Training Camp, Lone Oak Bar and Grill is a sleek sports bar that perfectly blends comfort food with an inviting atmosphere. Known for its mouthwatering burgers and BBQ platters, this local gem boasts an impressive selection of 36 specialty beers on tap. The menu features house-smoked delights like the Tipsy Texan, which showcases tender brisket and hickory smoked hot links.
It was my first time at the restaurant. RJ, our server, was so very nice. The artichoke dip was amazing. The loaded grilled cheese has convinced me that all grilled cheese sandwiches should be made this way from now on. Yum. The loan oak burger was a favorite for my sister.
Debbie B — Google review
We stopped by for a lunch on a Monday. As it was a beautiful day, we sat on the patio. The seating there was quite comfortable. Service was slow throughout our visit, but we could see our server was working consistently the entire time. We had cheese curds to start. They were good, with a nice light breading, but not a lot for the $15 price tag. The drink selection was nice--the tap list is huge; my husband had a beer while I was happy to have a cider. Our son had a Coke. My husband enjoyed his burger. I snagged one of his fries and found it tasty. Our son had the BBQ cracky mac. The portion was huge! He found it a bit sweet for his liking, but I tried a bite and found it tasty. I had the steak salad. Again, a nice large portion. It had a lot of tomatoes, which I enjoyed as they were delicious and ripe, but other people might be put off by the balance. In all, a good meal.
Beth C — Google review
We’ve already come back! Great menu! Delicious bloody marys! Huge pieces on fish fry! (Our second visit) Our server both times were spot on even tho they were busy. Every one was pleased with their food and portions good! Second time they had great music. Some easy listening oldies. What a pleasant surprise! A great halfway meeting spot with our son…will be back! And…prices great, we highly recommend!!

My son and I had the brisket, mac and cheese, pickled onions, pickles and coleslaw. Really good flavor and we were completely full. Nice atmosphere and good service. This place is tucked away and not seen from the road, but definitely a treasure. If you're in the mood for great food in a sports bar feel, give Lone Oak Bar and Grill a try.
Brian G — Google review
Great food with generous portions. The 2 of us stopped here for lunch. The cheese curds looked great so we thought we'd start out with them. They were very good with thin breading, and the sweetness of the berry ketchup went great with them. We were about half way through them when our meal arrived. We had decided on the fish and chips but since we ordered the curds, we elected to split the meal. OMG! Even splitting the meal neither one of us could finish. The fillets were huge and we each got a generous amount of fries. The breading on the fish was crispy, but not thick, the fries had a light coating on them that made them crispy and flavorful. We were visiting from out of town so we couldn't take any leftovers, but if we could have, there'd have been another meal for us!

The best traditional wings. Sweet Thai chili is my favorite! Great service and food options!
Jas G — Google review
My wife and I, along with another couple, dined at the Lone Oak Bar and Grill in Eagan. Our chief complaint was the excessive noise level at dinner time. Otherwise, the service was very good. I ordered the fish and chips (as is my habit when it is offered at an establishment I am visiting for the first time). The plate came with two large, beer-battered pollack fillets, a generous pile of French fries, homemade tartar sauce, and a small sampling of one of the tastiest coleslaws I have ever had. The fish was perfectly cooked and the batter adhered nicely to the fish (very important in my judgement). In the Twin Cities area, it is vying for the number 2 spot for best Fish and Chips. The fries were quite crispy and tasted great with the tartar sauce. For those need the traditional English pub version (including me), they do have malt vinegar. Maybe my favorite part of the ensemble was the coleslaw. It was a good slaw with a tasty dressing. What put it over the top for me was the addition of chopped dill pickles--just the right level of tangy freshness that is a little more subtle than lemon or lime juice. There were several other items on the menu that really intrigued me so I hope to return to try them if I can convince myself to bear the noise in the place.

Fort Snelling State Park, located along the eastern edge of Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, covers 3,000 acres and offers a variety of outdoor activities. The park features a golf course, numerous trails for hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as swimming opportunities. Birdwatchers can explore the park's 18 miles of trails with binoculars or a telephoto lens to spot various bird species using the Mississippi River Flyway during migration.
This is a really nice park. The trails are very wide and well-groomed even though they're dirt. With all the rain we've gotten recently my feet weren't even muddy. What's really neat about the trail. At least the pine Island trail. Is you're always walking along the river. Going in you're going down the Minnesota River and then in the middle is where the two rivers join and form one. And then coming back you follow the Mississippi. Always views to look at! And lots of birds. I was lucky enough to see a barge pushing a very large shipment. The trail was not too long either it was about 4.3 miles. And most of it was shade. The nature center is really neat to a lot of history. This one is definitely worth checking out!!

This is a beautiful park! The trail around Pike Island is so peaceful and beautiful! 3.75 miles around, door to door. So many butterflies. There were people in the trail, but it still felt secluded and wild.

In addition to the prepared food items, customers can also purchase homemade specialties like sauces, dressings, raviolis, tortellinis, and meatballs.
I was very satisfied with their pizza, actually one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crew behind the counter were pleasant and very friendly. We also got a deli sandwich that was amazing. This is an order and go place but they do have outdoor tables to sit at. Over all I enjoyed the food and had a great experience. I would definitely order from here again.

Absolutely divine! We are so glad we tried this place! All the food was fantastic. I tried the pasta special (penne ala vodka) and it was awesome. The garlic cheese bread was fabulous. We liked the Caesar salad, especially the croutons. My husband really liked his meatball sub too! We want to come back to try the pizza and take home meals. You must get the spumoni ice cream. It is heaven if you like spumoni. Oh! And the pistachio cake might be one of the best pieces of cake I’ve ever had. 🤩 The people working there are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. There is not a place to eat inside, but there are tables outside. Since it was a bit rainy, we took our meal to a park. We will be back!

If you're looking for authentic Italian deli fare, Brianno's is the real deal. The location wasn’t quite where I was expecting—tucked away and easy to miss if you’re not familiar with the area—but absolutely worth finding. I was genuinely impressed with the sandwiches – packed with flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. The price point felt fair considering the portion sizes; I easily got two hearty servings out of just half a hoagie. The taste was incredible – rich, fresh, and satisfying in every bite. I can't wait to come back and try more from their menu! Highly recommend for anyone craving a true Italian deli experience.

We've been in search of the best pizza in the south suburbs and holy moly is this the best thin crust we've found! They have options when you order to have the pizza fully cooked, extra crispy, or slightly burnt. This place definitely knows how to make pizza! We also tried the garlic bread which was good and also the pistachio cake. The cake was a bit pricey, but it's high quality and fresh, so it's worth the price. We will be ordering again soon! We've easily tried over a dozen different places and this a new favorite. UPDATE: We ordered again this week and the pizza style we ordered was extra crispy. It was even better than the previous week in my opinion. Also, we ordered the Pepperoni & Hot Honey Pinsa Crust Pizza and it was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend.

Brianno’s is a fantastic place for sandwiches and desserts. We got the Brianno's Club and the Sausage Hero. The half sandwiches are huge; each easily made two meals. Bonus was picking up a side of the chicken cavatappi which was rich and creamy. Plus the Moscato Berry tiramisu was delicious and the giant chocolate chip cookie is a tasty bargain at $2.99. We're definitely going back to try more of the sandwiches and the pizzas!
Michael C — Google review
Brianno’s has some of the best pizza around! We make the half-hour drive at least once or twice a month because it’s absolutely worth it. We usually do takeout, though there’s a small amount of outdoor seating if you want to eat there. The crust is perfectly crisp, the toppings are always fresh, and the flavors never disappoint. Don’t skip the spumoni ice cream! Highly recommend!

The service was great. Definitely worth checking out. This place is unique. The drinks are tasty and had a very large selection. The chicken Caesar salad could use more dressing but was still good. Many different rooms to go to so if you wanted a quiet vibe you could have that, a coffee house vibe or a bar/speak-easy vibe it was all offered.

Highly recommend… took me a minute to find. You have to walk through the Coke Machine in the back of another restaurant. The vibe is cool, and the Whiskey (and Whisky) selection is great! Ben Yau (Multi Unit Manager, Events & Catering) was very easy to work with in getting it set up, food ordered, and the details figured out. Was so excited to visit a new speakeasy. However, when we walked in, the "hidden" door was wide open. It ruined the magic of the moment of finding the entrance. Very disappointing. Then, our party of 7 walked in and were greeted so rudely by the hostess. My husband had called ahead to ensure they could seat our party of 7. The person he talked to said it would be no problem and they had plenty of space. When we walked in and told the hostess we had 7 people, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience and they could seat us, but not together at one table. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked if it was possible to push together a couple of the tables and she said no. Because they wouldn't have space to walk. I was honestly flabbergasted. Looking around the space, there was PLENTY of room to walk around. And plenty of empty tables to push together. There were only 6 other people in the place! Luckily, the bartender came over, was kind and ensured us they could seat us together and push 2 tables together. After the initial experience with the hostess, we ended up having a good time. But honestly not sure I'd ever go back. It really put a sour taste in my mouth when being treated so rudely. So although the drinks were great, it's just not worth my time to go back.

Amazing vibe in this place even though it is in a strip mall. Innovative cocktails as well as the classics. We sat at the bar—Denver steak—awesome! Mussels—room temp and it needed more sauce, but the concept is good—well-prepared, I think it just sat under the heat lamp too long. (Hint—the wedge salad is enough for a family of four…could be an entire meal). We’ll be back!

The space is the perfect size, not too big and you can see all the spaces easily from one spot if you wanted to find a bench to sit down while they played!

We have an annual membership for our kiddo and it's totally worth it. This place is generally clean and has quite a bit for kids to do. My kid loves that there is a little book area too, in addition to the playground and sports equipment. The snack area is super handy when when my child is peckish, and I appreciate access to the cleaning aupplies to ensure easy clean-up. The party room is easy to book and is a fun space for parties. A couple of minor quibbles: 1. For infants and young toddlers, the space is very small and not super engaging. Maybe my kiddo is just too much of a thrill-seeker though (and now he's a whole year older than the first time we went). 2. You have to be VERY careful when purchasing tickets that you have the correct date you want it to start. Two different times it picked a date a week later than what I wanted, and you can't get a refund on that. I wish the system had a better way to double-check. Overall, it's a great and definitely worth the membership if you live locally and go often.

My husband and I gifted a year's membership to our grandson at Good Times. It's the best gift we have ever given him. It's great for cold winter days, and the above 90 degree days in the summer. This indoor park is very clean and very safe. Our grandson could literally spend HOURS there. He adores the indoor soccer field. The price might shock you initially but our grandson has gotten our money's worth!
Ashlyne H — Google review
I feel the price is a little much considering. I also noticed a very strong smell of stinky feet and flu. While i understand they cant wear shoes here, they need to invest in a better air circulation system. I highly doubt they Santize a lot of this equipment esp in the baby area, I noticed some of it was quiet grubby. Also if you are going to provide a prayer space for Islamic culture, you should be providing space for other religions to pray as well.
Melissa M — Google review
Honestly if I could give a zero star I would… I’m reaching out to express how disappointed I was with our visit to Good Times Park tonight. Frankly, the experience was chaotic and unacceptable. There were multiple fights between kids annd parents and absolutely no sign of responsible supervision. One child — clearly sick — was spitting on people and the trampoline. My wife and I tried to locate the parents, but not a single adult we spoke to claimed responsibility. That in itself is incredibly concerning. Other parents there also wanted to know who’s child was spitting on the trampoline. On top of that, there were toys and balls everywhere, sick kids running around barefoot, and overall, the environment felt completely unsanitary and out of control. (Which totally breaks policy rules) We paid for our 1-year-old to attend, but honestly, it wasn’t worth it — not even close. I can say with certainty we will not be returning after this experience. It was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, not what I expect from a place marketed as family-friendly. I hope you take this seriously…

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with children under, like, 8. We brought our 4 yr old and he was super excited about the trains. But not only was he scolded for "kicking" a track, which he never did, I was next to him and he never came close, but we were then followed by different members of the family for the 10 minnutes we were there. We were feeling very uncomfortable but our son loved the train so we stayed to watch it. Then he decided to sit on a rock about a foot away from the track to watch the train come around the hill and they screamed "OFF!!!" so loud he started crying and we had to leave. It was a pretty unnerving experience and we will not be returning. I guess I don't understand why you would advertise your garden in MN Parent Magazine of you really don't want families there.

Amusement park ride
FlyOver America is an indoor video simulation ride located on Level 1 of the Mall of America in Bloomington. It offers a fully immersive adventure with special effects like wind, mist, and scent to simulate a flight over famous landmarks and scenic landscapes across the country. The experience is similar to Soarin at Disney parks. Additionally, visitors can also explore Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium with its 300-foot-long ocean tunnel showcasing sharks, turtles, and stingrays.
This was such an incredible experience! My friend flew in from Arkansas to Minnesota, and we spent the day at the Mall of America. FlyOver America was the one activity I knew we absolutely had to do—and it exceeded all our expectations! We had CBD gummies beforehand (highly recommend 😂), which made it feel even more like we were truly flying! The wait time was surprisingly short, especially considering it was the holiday season, and the mall was packed. If you have visitors from out of town, this is a must-do! It was the highlight of our day at MOA. Through January 2, 2025, FlyOver America transforms into a magical winter wonderland for the holiday season. Guests get to help Santa search for his missing elves during an exhilarating flight across America and onto the North Pole. This festive experience takes your holiday traditions to new heights! Holiday visitors will sit in a suspended chair, feet dangling, in front of a massive, four-story spherical screen. Special effects like wind, mist, and scents, combined with the chair's motion, make it feel like you’re soaring alongside Santa. It was truly magical! If you’re visiting Minnesota, FlyOver America should definitely be on your must-do list. The attraction is easy to find, simple to navigate, and worth every penny. Our ride lasted 20 minutes and was worth every second. Highly recommend for fabulous entertainment! Great gift date night idea! Pair it with going to eat at Cedar and Stone for a delicious meal and cocktails!! They also rent it out for business events team building and employee appreciation days! 5 stars!

Reasonable price, Friendly staffs, Fun, motion with comfortable seats. Our little one loves it very much. Overall we enjoyed this adventure and highly recommended their dual package. Especially Hawaii was amazing. Gotta to be when they first open so there’s no line.
Ellen H — Google review
I honestly didnt know what to expect, but this was incredible! We did the 4 attraction pass and used this as one of our options and it felt so real like we were flying. You're in seats and they move in front of a screen and it was pure magic. I was smiling the whole ride, my kids were questioning the mist, and we all wanted to ride again. 100/100. I am trying to talk my kids into going again for our second tier a attraction.
Clarissa L — Google review
My son and I went to the dual Flyover Norway and Flyover America shows. It was an amazing experience with water mist timed to spray over you during scenes of clouds, waterfalls and ocean as surf. Our seats would lean left, right, forward and backward to match the scenes on-screen. We highly recommend going to this!!
Keith K — Google review
I didn't expect this to be as fun as it ended up being. Everyone should give this a try, very fun and it actually feels like you're flying, not just watching a movie. Seats were very comfortable and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was getting sprayed in the face like some vegetables at a supermarket. Who knows where that water has been. Just some air blowing would have been fine.
Andrew S — Google review
The wait was too long. The actual attraction was really nice. I just wish the ride had been longer. I highly recommend this attraction. If you want to ride again, you get half off ticket price.
Sandra C — Google review
First of all, this is a ride system just like Soarin' in the Disney parks, so it feels like a Disney-level ride experience (almost.) And I am surprised at how emotional I got on this ride! It's really just beautiful scenery, but with the music, I was almost tearing up by the end. Speaking of moisture - you get sprayed full in the face a few times - they're a little heavy-handed with the misters, so you may get wet! I did this as an add-on to Nickelodeon Universe, which made it only ~$8. Otherwise, it's around $20 just for this. I'm not saying it's worth it, but I'm glad I bundled it.
Sara W — Google review
Not a great flyover. There was no preshow to speak of and the picture from the projector seemed out of focus. The America film felt short and was okay. It features I think 24 short clips from across the US from mostly recognizable environments. The Hawaii film was a good length but but pretty boring. At least it had some fun smells in it.

Fantastic location. I'd been to other locations and thought I wasn't a Skyzone fan after that, but I went to a party here with my son which led into me having his party here which led into me buying a membership today. The staff is professional, attentive to the rules and very kind with the kids.

Overall it was alright. I was there for one of my brothers friends birthday parties. Me and my other siblings hung out in different areas than the party. We got some food from the "fuel zone" and it was meh. The "mini melts" or knock off dipping dots are freezer brunt and you can tell their old. The trampolines and whatever else was fine. But then I went to go to the bathroom (the womans) there was a hole in the ceiling for a sprinkler(the hole was the size of a tennis ball while the sprinkler was super tiny) but it was still kinda werid. Overall it was fine, and they have some fun things for anyone.

Great friendly staff members 👏 👍 It will be best if you pay more attention to playing kids considering their safety. I have noticed some near missed colliding events while jumping top of the jumping area to Trampoline. Staff need to tell kids to stay apart from each other for a safe and enjoyable experience.

The park is quite small compared to any other location. Paid full admission plus socks only to have like half the park out of service. There is no warning or discount they offer for having so many attractions out of service. Section for 6 and under had older kids playing aggressively with no staff to monitor. This business should be shutdown for how misleading and misrepresented it is. Do not go.

I had been to a few other GameWorks around the country but not to the MOA location, then our MSU Twin Cities alumni held an event there in the fall before the game against the Gophers. We have been back a lot since then because the games are priced fairly, the kids love winning tickets and the exchange on them is so much better than at Chuck E Cheese's and Dave and Busters. It's well spaced so even if it's busy it doesn't feel so. Staff is always great at GameWorks and the games are always in working order. It's always my kids favorite place if we go to MOA, they enjoy it more than the rides.

Miniature golf course
Moose Mountain Adventure Golf offers an 18-hole miniature golf course with a whimsical design and a north woods atmosphere, featuring life-size moose, horses, and more. Visitors can enjoy the original and creative decor while playing through the course. The setting is reminiscent of the North Woods with hints of Paul Bunyan. Despite occasional crowding, guests can still have a great time navigating through some tricky holes and enjoying bird's-eye views of Nickelodeon Universe from certain areas.
Visited with my daughter after doing a survey for her birthday party which gave us a free admission into Moose mountain which was very fun! My daughter is 7 and the course was simple enough for her to play and the scenery at some of the holes was great! The sign at hole 18 should be bigger to inform us that the while in one gives a free round of gold lol still a great time

Very nice mini golf. Not the most creative, but pleasant for sure. Definitely worth the $6 upcharge to Nickelodeon universe.
Jon J — Google review
We came here on a Sunday and it was not super busy! Pricing on the weekends is around $16. They have deals on the weekdays. This is a pretty good price because they have 18 holes, so it takes a bit of time. During some of the holes, you have a great view/overlook of Nickelodeon Universe, which is super cool! Also, at the end, if you get a hole in 1, you can win a free round of golf.
Sarah W — Google review
Awesome and cute little mini golf adventure with great views and a fun amount of holes! The decor is fun and creative. It was really packed during my visit, so I would recommend some crowd control, but overall it was a fun experience. Several of the holes have views overlooking the rides!

We love coming here every year when we travel to Minneapolis and this year, my daughter picked up a little snow globe for a keepsake. Unfortunately, we found it had broken when we arrived home. After making a call to see if I could reorder one, Natasha followed up with me and made my daughter’s day by sending a replacement for her. Thank you to the team at Moose Mountain for always making it enjoyable and a special shout out to Natasha for going above and beyond!!
Jeremy F — Google review
There is no spacing with groups, so we were packed in waiting for people and having people pile up behind us. At 10am opening on a Saturday. We ended up leaving after hole 8 as it had already been 40 mins. It’s also covered in a very thick layer of dust on the walls and the scenery. Not worth the price or time.
Michelle — Google review
Wanted to do something silly inside the Mall of America so we were able to hit this mini golf place. Tickets were lowkey pricey and every hole was designed that it was pretty much impossible to get a hole-in-one or see the hole from the start. We were behind a family and for those less experienced in our group it was scary how easy it was to hit the family in front of us (accidentally). Definitely a try once but never again for the price and actual course. But it was a good time killer inside the MOA. Least overstimulating entertainment you could get in the entire mall.

Thomas Lake Park in Eagan, MN is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The park offers various activities such as walking, biking, fishing, picnicking, and even winter sports like cross country skiing and sledding. Families can enjoy the playground, beach, and boardwalk. The park features a sizable yet shallow lake perfect for bass fishing with a wooden pier providing access to deeper waters. Visitors can also explore the wide and smooth trails while enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife sightings.
This park is great for a simple walk. The trails are wide and smooth, making it easy and safe to walk around. It's also really clean, hardly any trash lying around. The lake is beautiful, although the dock was a bit shaky – maybe it was just the wind. But don't worry about getting lost; it's easy to find your way around. And the best part? I got to see a deer 🦌 up close! Overall, it's a nice spot for a relaxed outdoor stroll. The paths are clear, the scenery is nice, and you might even spot some wildlife. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!😊
Fostina W — Google review
This rating is only for fishing. The park is not bad at all but we didn't explore it beyond the fish pier which was crowded by 5pm. The lake was shallow and significantly covered by algae. Fishing report was promising but we got only small bluegills aggressively chasing lures under the pier/floaties. Giant snapping turtles lurking so one would need to watch out constantly.

This park never disappoints. The wild flowers this year are spectacular. So many beautiful song birds too. Great combination of woodlands, ponds, lake, wetlands and prairie.

It's a beautiful scenery but not very good for fishing. Photographers coming on to the fishing pier and playing music loudly to take engagement photos. People bringing their barking dogs onto the pier while People are fishing. If you're not trying to fish I'd say 5 stars. If you are trying to wet a line then 2 stars.

Beautiful, peaceful stroll along Thomas Lake. I cannot wait to return this summer when the trees are fully developed and green once again. I saw several dogs on this well paved path. Matt L — Google review
Hosted my son's birthday party here. It was $150 for 15 kids including ice time and skate rental and use of a community room for one hour prior to skating. Overall I think the party was a fair value. I think community room time is tight because you only get one hour including set up, although they did let me in early when I showed up, but can't count on it. We ended up doing presents in the getting ready area at the very end and that was fine. I wish I had known they had a fridge and freezer somewhere where you could store your stuff after. They did expect us to clean out the community room during the party as well. Which is fine but bring a wagon and don't bring a lot of stuff. The host first told us we could leave everything and then during the skating portion of the party said we needed to come back for it. I had tons of adults to help me when I first asked, and then because of that lack of thinking on her part, I ended up hauling stuff with just her. She was just a kid, like 16 years. I'm sure she just wasn't thinking about practical things like a parent/adult would. Overall, I would host a party there again, but I wish the communication was better and the community room rental was 15 minutes longer

This course reinforces the stereotype of golf being snobby and unwelcoming. Disappointed that a city-owned course isn’t more inclusive of all skill levels, especially when everyone pays the same. Multiple groups played through us mid-hole, which was not only rude but dangerous. This set us back, and instead of addressing the real issue, a ranger showed up just to berate us for being slow. If pace of play is so important, maybe start by keeping tee times on schedule—ours wasn’t. Try spacing them out more if you truly care about providing an “enjoyable experience for players of all ages and ability levels.” A little patience and kindness would go a long way.
Keira M — Google review
Had a chance to play Valleywood GC over the weekend. And I must say I did enjoy the experience. The fairway were in great shape. The greens rolled true and the staff was really nice. My issue with the place the price was a little steep. 75 dollars with a cart might be a little much.
Marcus B — Google review
This course used to be fine, city course, not too pricey, its a tight and short course. But this year they upped it to $80 for 18 holes of golf and a cart... are you kidding me?? for a city owned course thats tight and short and honestly never in the best condition. Apple Valley must be running out of money if they need to charge $80 for that course
Colby B — Google review
Sub par attitudes and accountably for guests safety. I played here in leagues on Thursday nights. After playing a round with a fairly well known cheater who got in my face and loud I mocked his personality and got loud over him with zero intent to be violent. When I spoke to the club pro 2 weeks later he did nothing and told me it was my own fault. I was incredibly upset and asked to speak to the pro multiple times and even stopped in. One of the employees shared that he had heard the other side of the story and as the customer walking away from the establishment I was wrong. Poor business practices and a failure or lack of accountability and communication caused me to leave extremely poorly worded harsher feedback earlier.
David C — Google review
This is a local course for us. Not great by any means but close, and just fine for a round. As others have mentioned it is over priced for what you get. That being said they “partnered” with youth on course so that could make it more reasonable pricing. My son and his friend are on the golf team and needed to get a round in before the season. They are both YOC members so I was glad to see we could get them a reasonably priced round. I work and cannot join them during the week, but the other dad was able to get off work to drive them over and drop them off before heading back to the office. When I called for the tee time I was informed they have to pay full price if no adult joins them and pays full price. I asked if he could pair them with the 2 some before them and that could satisfy that portion. He informed me YOC kids wreck their course and cause “thousands of dollars of damage!” He said it isn’t about the money for the adult round. If that were true why not just ask an adult to walk with them (no charge), or offer a discount for an adult as well? He informed me that since I have to work the boys have to pay full price. Is this about growing the game or about making more money? Very disappointed in this whole interaction. We paid full price but will look for other more customer friendly courses in the future. For the same price they charge there are MANY far nicer course the area.

Beautiful trail through the woods! Great sledding hill too. The open field by the school is perfect for flying a kite.
Mary D — Google review
The new warming house looks great for the winter! The parks a decent and well used. The walking/biking paths are numerous and great for fall walks. The open fields are great for dogs and kite flying. Not to mention the pickleball and tennis courts seem to have plenty of activity.
David B — Google review
Super duper great park. Pickleball courts are new and nice but weekday evenings are usually league play. Kids playgrounds are nice. Fields are well maintained. Trees kept. Trails maintained.
Brett B — Google review
This is about the Rahn Athletic Fields. It has a couple of decent sand volleyball courts, baseball field, shelter area with a rest room and power outlets for charging your phones or powering your speakers while having your picnic.
Prabhakar V — Google review
I played pickleball with my son... was fun. They had quite a few courts plus other park features. We also took a walk on a trail in the woods next to the courts.
Naomi D — Google review
Nice 2 tennis courts with lights to play till late evening.. For pickle ball fans, 9 separated court with lights..
Vijay G — Google review
Rahn Park is great for little kiddos, as the playground is suited for that age. What is really nice is the school right next door also has a playground for a little older kids. There are lots of trails, a great new warming house for hockey, public bathrooms, and lighted pickleball courts...Yes pickleball courts. They are usually pretty busy but everyone is usually good about letting others play that are waiting. And still two tennis courts, which is my sport of choice. So bring the kids or bring your paddle there is plenty to do there.
Kevin H — Google review
We love walking the trails. Much which is paved but also through rougher terrain. The new pickle courts that are lighted are a very nice addition. In the winter hockey is played and in the warmer months there are baseball, softball and soccer fields that always seemed to have something going, though not much action during the pandemic there is also a play area for the younger ones.

36Jensen Lake Trailhead

Hiking area
I went on Mothers Day. It was 87 degrees outside in the sun. But down around the marsh, it actually cooled off a bit. It took me an hour to get a round. I hadn't ever been to Jesen Lake. So, I explored a bit. Lots of people probably didn't judge how big it was and hadn't brought water. I definitely advise to bring water & a small snack. A few benches available around the lake to take breaks. I would say a fun biking trail but you'll have to go up and down the wooden planks. Could be a bit of trouble. Especially if you have kids. Otherwise it was a lot of fun. Great exercise. Also you could take a path or two & head over to the rest of Lebanon Hills parks.
Jim — Google review
This is my favorite place to walk in the cities. Perfect length, well maintained, beautiful sights, trails are clearly marked.
Debs — Google review
AMAZING trail system. Wandered around the trails surrounding the ponds and woods for a few hours and there were so many connecting paths you could take. The scenery was beautiful and was a mix of walking on wooden bridges and dirt ground but all of the paths were clear and easy to access. I will definitely be back!!
Chloe W — Google review
Had a wonderful walk around the voyageur trail. So many fun scenic places to stop and take a breath. Also bunnies galore!
Layla B — Google review
Great park! The walking path around the lake was well taken care of. A few of the elevated board walks were off camber, and there were exposed roots but certainly no difficult. There was a covered gazebo area with picnic tables and kids play gym. Again, a great park!
Robert B — Google review
I love this trail. Appreciate the maintenance they've done to keep it accessible and the work to clear dead fall and buck thorn.
Frank C — Google review
Great 2 mile hike around Jensen Lake. Saw 2 swans, many ducks and geese.
Joel D — Google review
Has the best hiking loop in the whole park in my opinion (around Jensen lake). I think it has the best spot in the park for a picnic under all the oak trees, you get lots of shade and there is a ton of room to spread out if there are other people

37Lexington Park

Park
Here's what you need to know: Parking: Lot Age range (playground): 3+ Sidewalks: Well-paved around park Seating: A few benches Bathrooms: Inside warming house Picnic tables: Several Grills: 2 by play area Sports field: Open field and baseball field behind playground There are so many things I like about Lexington Park: its location, its size, its abundance of picnic tables; its compact design; its warming house; its climbing rocks . . . So many things. On errand-heavy days, we like to stop by this park for a breather before heading home (or on more errands!). It's literally 2 to 3 minutes away from the library and Target. For a park that sits on a busy road in a busy city, Lexington is surprisingly well-facilitated with a play ground, additional play area, huge swing set, sports fields, trails, and warming house. It's not often you run into a park with all these features done well. The play and climbing rocks areas are laid with mulch. Most of the playground is either high off the ground or climbing-dependent, making it a challenging course for little ones. Its got an ample supply of slides, monkey bars, climbing structures, and stairs. We've been here on several occasions, often close to 2 hours, and my kids have yet to complain of boredom. Although Zoey (15 months) was able to navigate the playground on her own, I had to keep an eye on her and offer help. She had fun, but all play areas are best suited for older tots with a better grasp on their gross motor skills. Right next to the playground is a huge swing set. It sports a high back swing, baby swings, and regular swings. The additional play area has several features: a triceratops to scale (dino equipment = added bonus); a car to "drive"; a spring rider; a tire swing; a rock-play structure; and a balance beam of sorts. Right between these two play areas is a good-sized, open concrete area (perfect for chalk drawings or hopscotch) and several picnic tables. Stopping for a snack or resting here while watching your kiddos play (in whichever play area they want) is made so much easier because of this central seating area. Behind this area are climbing rocks. There are two artificial rocks sculpted to accommodate climbers of average to excellent skills. Titus (3 years old) can scale these with minimal help. Behind the climbing rocks is a warming house. Inside is an open space to rent (or run around in when it's cold outside) and bathrooms. Sports fields are located to one side of the park. I've seen the fields used for both informal and formal games. There are two things you should look out for when visiting Lexington Park. The first it that it gets busy, especially after work hours and around special events such as holidays and the State Fair. Consequently, the small parking lot fills up really fast. Plan to visit around these times or to park off-street somewhere around the park and you'll be fine.
Sarah H — Google review
A very nice park with a great playground. It has decent shade for evening playing. A building with restrooms and water fountains is conveniently located. Several picnic tables are conveniently located for watching kids play. The closest parking lot is fairly small. Some nice large trees.
Kathryn-Ann C — Google review
It’s a cute little park, I was inside the shelter for a baby shower and the shelter itself is nice and clean however with a large family it does get pretty cramped. Overall great park!
Helena — Google review
Went to see this park to visit the red rose statue. But the park has more functions. Great play area for kids with lots of equipments for them. Swings Are great fun for them. Basketball court is there along with the baseball option. Just beside the busy road , its wonderful to have it for a walk ao run as the side walk is there around the park. There is also a option for the winter days snow skating. The park is huge to breath well in nature.
Ruplekha B — Google review
Love this park. My girl and I like to walk up here after hours and throw the basketball around in the dark.
Keith P — Google review
The park has an excellent playground area that includes a small climbing rock for young children. There is a building with very clean restrooms. The building is open throughout the day. The building is also used for events like graduation celebrations and birthday parties. There is an ice rink for winter use. Also, there a soccer field. A paved walking path encircles the park. Plenty of parking.
William J — Google review
They make it wheelchair accessible and then add woodchips that get on wheelchair pathways and ruins the point of wheelchair accessible.
Alexis P — Google review
This was a fun new park. We brought out 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. This provided options for both of them to play and explore.

Large multisport facility featuring baseball, softball & soccer fields, plus tennis courts.
Beautiful well kept fields. We love coming here for softball. Definitely an enjoyable park to play on and not worry about getting injured as the infield is always raked and the outfield is plush and manicured.

Fun! Took grandkids to get some spit and vinegar out of them ..it works tennis and it was a good court some have rough spots but it was fun.
Moomoocutie — Google review
Perfect place for summer. Kids have the play area. Whereas, tennis courts and grounds for adults. there is a walking trail that connects the grounds. Lot of parking space. Had a wonderful time in this place.
Suma V — Google review
The athletic fields are well maintained and in good shape. There is plenty of parking close to the fields, a picnic shelter, kids playground, and seasonal restrooms. Not many other amenities though.
Geoffrey W — Google review
Nicely maintained athletic fields in a convenient location right by Eagan High School (and my neighborhood). These Fields have been here since at least the late 80s as I can remember watching my parents play softball in the local beer league when I was really young. They have a small concession stand with restrooms, bleachers for the baseball/softball fields, and plenty of parking. In addition to the baseball fields there are a few soccer fields as well which are always kept mowed and freshly painted in the summer.
Quinn K — Google review
Be prepared to walk. Park8ng is minimal with one area up on a hill. Porta Potties were disgusting and I usually don't mind them.

Wow first time here and it was amazing. I had a lunch break so I came to hang out with my nephew and watch him do tricks on his scooter. The park is very big and you can do soo much. Soccer games were popping. The teens and kids were skateboarding, biking, rollerblading and scooter riding. Some folks were using remote controlled cars. And the environment was very peaceful and friendly. There is a space for grilling too with picnic tables. And a bike track for the daring enthusiasts. Check it out before it gets too cold out!
Sebastijan F — Google review
Would not recommend for recreational or inexperienced skaters. Went during,"community skate" with young kids and rink was 50-75 kids in hockey gear practicing shots against anything and everything. Pretty sure it was organized teams practicing on community time. Asked the park worker and he said he couldn't enforce the rules of no gear because it was built with the association and the closed uncovered rink is usually for leisure skating. Also said he received numerous complaints that day because it was not safe for young and novice skaters. Multiple other families were there and expressed concern, but all ended up leaving because nobody wanted a puck to the face. Recommend removing community skate from the calendar if that's not what it is and also remove where it says gear is not allowed if it is.
Joseph K — Google review
Nice baseball fields. Convenient parking. Entrance to park from Lexington Ave is easy to miss though.
Amanda S — Google review
Beautiful ball fields. Currently the park is under construction as the city is building a new warming house. Parking is a little tight. It's fun to see the progress with the construction. No playground here.

This park is right against Art park. Gain access to Art Park behind the skate board Area. At first glance doesn’t show much. A very large space to run dogs and watch the Bird habitat. We go there to let our Golden Retriever puppy run and get energy and throw the tennis ball. Please have a leash and water for everyone even the puppy. The wide open space is utilized for many different activities soccer, baseball and softball. Goat hill park does have lights for evening events and park benches. Adjacent to the park you will have a Holidays gas station, corner of the park you have a Walgreens and on the same side Cub foods for snakes. The park is grand and wide open space for kites, dog training games or just to have lunch on a nice day. Minnesota has tons of parks they are on every corner. Ride you bike and explore the paths to a new adventure. Start in your neighborhood and branch out. Enjoy.

Great view with seating at the top of the hill. Tennis courts and ice rink at the base. It's not big - it's not a walking park but there's space. Hyper well kept grass - I think they fertilize it. As good as it gets with only one entrance way and limited space.

This place consists of walking path, very good play area for kids, tennis courts, pickleball court. Sunrise and Sunset looks beautiful up the hill. You will also get a wider view of Bloomington, St Paul and Minneapolis downtown.

Nice, cute small park. Has an archery range, playground and plenty of room to throw a frisbee for your pup. Small pond with a path around it, though it's not paved the whole way.

Very nice park with a small but decent walking path. Has a basketball court and soccer field. The bonus part is the archery field behind the park that you can use for free. Park has small pebbles for the grating. Be prepared to go home with some rocks in your shoes 😅

A decent park, nothing special. Used to play kickball and ultimate frisbee here back in the day. Haven't been here for a long time, but I'm sure I'll return one day.

43Minnesota River Greenway Trailhead

The Minnesota River Greenway Trailhead is a great spot for leisurely walks and cycling. The trail offers good tree cover at the beginning and is bike-friendly with a paved path, parking lot, restroom, and picnic tables. It spans about 8 miles from the Eagan trailhead into St. Paul, offering forest riding along the river. The well-maintained trail is perfect for exploring and provides beautiful scenery with vibrant colors in certain seasons.
Great place to go and explore the trails. It is bike friendly with a paved path and also has a parking lot and it does have a restroom on site and also has picnic tables for you to use. It is very well maintained place to visit. Also has some pretty awesome looking colors at this time of year as well as some 💐
Brandon H — Google review
This is one of the best bikepaths in the Twin Cities. It is about 8 miles from the Eagan trailhead into St. paul, with plenty of forest riding on a paved path the whole way mainly along the river. Check to see if the Lilydale road is closed for flooding, however, since that happens most springs.
Brent M — Google review
A nice place to go for a walk or cycling. Good tree cover on both sides at the beginning of the trail. I have never gone far enough to explore it fully though. The only negative I can think of is that at some places the trail is quite close to the road nearby, so you almost feel like walking on a pavement rather than a trail. But that's just for a short distance. So I would definitely suggest this place for a leisurely walk in morning or evenings.
Pavithra S — Google review
I visited this trail that runs along highway 13 for the 1st time yesterday. It is a nice trail. However I am rating it a 3 for several reasons: 1) Dog walkers are not picking up after their dogs, not even to break a branch and scoot the poop into the wooded area (sad face). 2) the trail should/could have been designed into a two-way, divided system 3) and this goes back to the dog poo issue. Doggie bag and garbage cans could be set up along the trail. That said, my review is only to make it better, if possible. It is a lovely addition along highway 13.
Rosemarie N — Google review
I ride this trail three seasons of the year. Beautiful places and you can get anywhere in the metro using this system. Well done Minneapolis!
Terry M — Google review
Great trail to go for a walk or bike ride on. Pretty busy over the weekend now that the weather is nice!
