The menu features traditional American dishes like meatloaf, pot roast, burgers, soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches, and homemade jam. This family-friendly restaurant serves breakfast all day long and prides itself on great food and friendly service.
Always a great place for breakfast! Such a cool atmosphere (50's diner themed), clean, friendly service, and great breakfast food! I'm sure the other food is great here as well, but I've only ever ordered the breakfast + coffee. I highly recommend - you'll enjoy this place!

A great place for breakfast! The portion sizes were very large and left me feeling extremely satisfied. I love that they serve a full menu all day with so many options to choose from. The servers were friendly and helped us out with ordering. The food arrived hot and everything came out delicious!
M R — Google review
Had supper here & it was great! I had the shrimp Alfredo w/ mixed vegetables & the taco salad. Cool 50's decor. We're back again! We each had a Chef's Salad, yes it was awesome!

Cute dinning restaurant with excellent burgers! My husband ate the Juicy Suzy and I ate the breaded chicken sandwich. Staff was very friendly and I will definitely will be back.

Small diner and serves was great, food was great, and loved being there. I got the corned beef hash and eggs and boyfriend got eggs Benedict. Corned beef was real hash and potatoes. The eggs were fluffy and delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Our party of six had a great experience. Service was fantastic. Food was delicious - always love a place that serves breakfast all day and has nice size portions. The decor is bright and happy. We will visit again

I've never had a bad meal here. Staff is always friendly and service is fast. I had the Minnesota Rancher today and my wife had the Honeymooner. Everything was excellent. My go to is usually the Meaty Cheesy Burger, but we were too early this morning.
Michael R — Google review
We went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy. It looked like a very quiet afternoon at Ze's. This was my first time at Ze's. The restaurant had a retro 60's diner vibe, which is interesting and different. We were greeted immediately and we were able to select where we would like to sit, we selected a booth. The restaurant was very clean and some nice music was playing in the background. Our drink order was taken right away and brought out to us shortly after. We ordered the Chicken Fingers platter and a Denver Omelet. The food came out pretty quick and it was hot. Our meals were ok and they looked ok. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was good and our beverages were filled. The service here was great.

Breakfast restaurant
Juniors Cafe and Grill is a nostalgic diner that offers a wide range of classic American dishes. Their menu includes a variety of options such as breakfast items, burgers, salads, soups, chicken, hot dogs, steak, sandwiches, and even Mexican favorites like tacos and burritos. The restaurant has a cozy and charming atmosphere with friendly staff who wear masks for safety. They are also accommodating to children. Customers rave about their delicious food including the giant cinnamon roll and hot chocolate.
My first time here and as I approached the outside I didn’t know what to expect. All my trepidations were quashed. This is the PERFECT diner. Delicious food cooked right in front of you. Huge menu. Big portions. Great service! Reasonably priced in this current environment.
Jody B — Google review
My husband and I enjoy going to Junior's Cafe & Grill from time to time. We typically bounce back and forth between Junior's Cafe & Ze's Diner, which is just right down the road. The food is always good. The food took a little longer to come out of the kitchen than we would've liked on our most recent visit. There were only four customers total in the restaurant at the time. However, it was worth the wait. My husband absolutely loved his steak burrito. It had a lot of flavor and was made with care. We always receive good service.
Brittaney M — Google review
I came here by myself, I was their last customer for the night. I ordered a burger and a Pepsi. The Pepsi for whatever reason (normal) was $4. Which is odd. After I tipped, the bill total was $27.50. A single man, eating a burger and a Pepsi, $27.50, alright food. I used to really like this place, but after this bill, I can't say I have the intention of returning.

It’s a tiny little restaurant. We got lucky there was one table opened. We had great service and great food. We had their breakfast and it was good. Aiming to try the other items on their menu the next time we go.

First time eating here. What a great breakfast. The omelet was probably one of the best ever!! Crystal is a genuinely nice person. Just a great place to eat!!

It was pretty busy so a little noisy. The food was wonderful!! We had 2 servers that were both amazing. My stepmother was up from Tennessee and this was the perfect place she was impressed with the food and service! Thank you we will be back.

Stumbled upon this little cafe and oh my goodness, greeted right when we walked in, the waitress and cooks were all super friendly and had great energy, the menu looked amazing, but we went with the breakfast that they serve ALL DAY! The Eggs Benedict was so good and the Country Fried Steak was absolutely amazing, it was crispy and the gravy was delicious! And let me talk about those hash browns!! Cooked to perfection! I NEVER clean my plate and my husband and I both did today! Will definitely be back when we are in the area again!! So so good!!!

Bar
Mason Jar Kitchen & Bar is a modern eatery that offers classic comfort food, including breakfast options, in a contemporary setting adorned with Mason jars. Formerly known as Cupcake Bakery, the owners have transformed their business into a full restaurant service with an inviting and adaptable menu focused on simplicity and customer satisfaction.
The pot roast was absolutely amazing. We tried the Minnesota sampler and found that we liked the chicken pot pie, and Mac and cheese the most out of the three. The cheese curds were delicious as well. There is seriously something here for everyone. I absolutely love this place and I can't wait to come back and try something else, there is such a good variety. I especially love their desserts. Ordered the creme brulee (passion fruit) and it was one of the best I've had. Husband ordered the coffee chip ice cream and said he also liked it. Grabbed a few macaroons and enjoyed all the flavors, especially the champagne macaron.
Kenzie S — Google review
It was truly an unforgettable experience and an irresistible taste. Thanks to my friend who invited me and my family to this restaurant. Excellent service and delicious dishes. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was amazing and even my children loved it. Thanks for the hospitality.
MUAD H — Google review
Mason Jar Kitchen & Bar is such a fun mix of cozy charm and elevated comfort food. The space feels warm and welcoming with little touches like mason jars, a fireplace, and playful wall art that make it feel unique. It’s modern but still has that homey vibe. The food was hearty and flavorful. The skillet dish with cheesy layers, biscuit, and tater tots was pure comfort and so satisfying. The sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp and addictive, paired with a tasty dipping sauce. And the dessert case! wow. Rows of cupcakes, macarons, and sweets that look as good as they taste, making it hard to leave without something sweet. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made it a great spot for casual conversation.
Jonathan L — Google review
Mason jar kitchen & bar has an amazing bakery on the inside, you wouldn't think it, but they really do. it's worth a stop just at least to look at all the different things they have they have macaroons ice cream cupcakes cookies etc, I got a gourmet variety pack of their cupcakes for my sister's baby shower and they were the most fabulous cupcakes and there were so pretty like artwork , and everyone at the shower commented on these cupcakes and said they were so great. And there are so many more things there that we didn't even get to try. it all looks so amazing, like the Taylor Swift cupcake, I don't know why they call it that, but it looked good and so did many others. I'm definitely going to go back to the bakery it's one of the best I've been to. And if this is how good their bakery is I can't wait to try their regular menu as well
Lisa F — Google review
Came here on a busy weekday evening but managed to get a reservation last minute. Overall I was pretty impressed with the food especially for being in the suburbs! We tried a couple of the non alcoholic Mocktail drinks and they were pretty delicious. For my toddlers I got the chicken pot pie and for myself I got walleye with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was so tasty! We also got cheese curds to share - but with 4 adults and 2 toddlers, it was a really tiny portion for the price. I felt like even the State Fair gives more cheese curds for the price! I think I'm just used to other restaurants that give a larger amount. The service was a little slow as well - felt like the food took a while to come out, but it was busy. They have Sebastian Joe's ice cream and they also have house made cupcakes which are delicious! It's comparable to other cupcake shops in the twin cities. The ambiance is pretty modern farmhouse with a neon sign in the lobby and rustic vibes throughout. Regardless of the wait time I had an overall great experience. I heard the brunch is great and would love to come back for that some day.
Mariam R — Google review
really great food with an aesthetic atmosphere. the only issue I had was the waitress took a little long to swing by the table, but to be fair we had a very large amount of people. I would recommend the chicken and wild rice soup bowl and both the types of fries! for desert any ice cream is delicious as well.
Snigdha M — Google review
We picked this restaurant off the Resy platform. What a good meal. We had NY Strip Steak with shrimp and Filet Mignon both were wonderful. We enjoyed our meal. It was a little loud but still a nice dinner.
Christi D — Google review
We ordered catering via delivery for a large birthday bash brunch. It was such a fantastic experience! While you have to place the order online, I found it very easy to call the store and have questions answered. Staff were friendly and responsive. The food was excellent (breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes and cinnamon rolls). The order arrived perfectly on time, the portion sizes were generous, the prices were reasonable and it all held up extremely well ( we served everything buffet style in chaffing dishes). We received many compliments on the food. I can’t wait for another excuse to order again!

Hy-Vee Market Grille is a delightful casual dining destination that offers a diverse American menu, making it perfect for any meal of the day. One of its standout features is the all-day breakfast, allowing guests to indulge in delicious pancakes and eggs at any hour. The atmosphere is lively, especially during happy hours when you can enjoy an impressive selection of drinks alongside tasty bar bites.
Fantastic place to have breakfast. Outstanding servers and service. Good specials. Great value. A true gem. It's rare to find such an elegant dining establishment located within the grocery store. I cannot recommend this dining establishment enough. It truly exceeded all of my expectations in every way.
Jason A — Google review
I have been shopping Instacart for about 2 weeks now. I usually get orders from the Hy-Vee grocery store in Eagan... Eagan is very off-putting, rude, unhelpful, most of their items are in the wrong spot and labeled incorrectly. I would like to give a huge shout out to this store location and the young manager on duty he and his staff were very helpful with assisting me with anything I needed help finding made my job as a Instacart shopper a lot less hectic.
Dj W — Google review
So glad Market Grill is back at this Hyvee in Eagan. Love the spaciousness and big booths. Small menu which is good. Shorter hours which is good. Service was a little slow but still enjoyed the experience. I ordered a Cobb Salad with a vinaigrette and I was happy.
Lisa C — Google review
I will say I got this omelet and pancake meal and a coffee for a little over $16. Yo in this economy. Its worth. I can't remember when the last time I paid $16. Maybe post or pre pandemic. Like this is ALMOST Perkins/ dennys quality. Im definitely gonna come back in the future for breakfast. All in all, the foods not bad for the price.
Andrew X — Google review
The employees tried their best but no saving this place. The food took forever to come (30 plus minutes) with missing items and cold items. It's like they cooked the meat first then started the eggs so the meat and hasbrowns ended up sitting out. All the food is super expensive for what it was. It feels like they half renovated it when they removed Whalburgers
James B — Google review
We have no idea how the food was, walked in Sunday morning through the front doors to few tables of people sitting. So after looking around we seated ourselves, after sitting there for sit 5 minutes and seeing a few employees walk by us. I decided to get up and look around couldn’t find anyone until I walked into the grocery store side. I’m guessing that is where you have to order? No sign or directions so we decided to get up and leave. Leaving 2 star for atmosphere as only about half of their tvs were on. This is definitely not like the previous Hy-Vee grill prior to Wahlburgers.
Christopher B — Google review
Organized and easy to eat out at. Not expensive options with quality meals
Cody S — Google review
Took part in the menu special of all you can eat crab legs!! Comes with a salad, potato and a roll - (However our waitress never brought our rolls 😥😥... a bit bummed over that as I know they are absolutely delicious) The salad was lacking in veggies as mine had only a sliver of slice of one grape tomato, and 3 slices of cucumber. You can see it in the photo below. Other than that the crab was very nummy. We did have to continually ask for a clean shell plate, which should have been obvious to take care of as it was over flowing with shells. We also had to ask for wet naps at the end of the meal. This also should have been obvious as we are eatting crab with our hands. We were never asked if our drinks should be refilled, I was quite parched by the time we finished, I did leave the restaurant thirsty. She missed the opportunity to upsell us on dessert also ..... so we bought dessert elsewhere which is really too bad for the restaurant. I'd have to overall say the crab was good. The service was really off.

Nestled in a cozy corner of a strip mall, Hovie's is the perfect spot for those craving classic diner fare in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adorned with sports memorabilia, this charming eatery offers an exceptional dining experience thanks to its friendly staff who are always eager to assist. During my recent visit, I enjoyed their delicious bacon pancakes paired with perfectly cooked eggs and sausage links—truly a breakfast lover's dream!
Probably the best burger I've had. Great folks, classic atmosphere, very friendly service. Brought my grandma and her best friend here to get lunch like they always used to and it was well worth the drive. I can see why they've been a community staple for so long! Delicious.

Went in earlier today about 10 minutes after it was opening for the day. My girlfriend and I were the only ones there. Picked this spot on a whim since we were in the area and couldn't have been happier with the choice we made. I had the bacon pancakes with eggs and links. Everything cooked just right, very classic breakfast. The gentleman working was extremely friendly and before we left he gave us biscuits and gravy (that isn't even on the menu) free of charge. Great experience, great atmosphere, great food. Extremely pleased

We’ve lived in Eagan 15 years and only just discovered Hovies. Best diner we’ve found in all of the Twin Cities metro area and I can’t believe it’s in our town! First off, the service wasn’t just good, it was exceptional-the woman who served us was warm and welcoming. And the food! The omelette was stuffed with cheese. It was piping hot and the toast came out warm, too, with butter covering the toast (I hate cold toast with a squirt of liquid fat). The breakfast potatoes were fresh, perfectly crispy, and notable for the lack of rancid fat after taste that so many diners have on their potatoes. Also, the diner was CLEAN!! It was old, charming, but-and I can’t stress this enough-clean. The floor wasn’t sticky or slippery. The old sports memorabilia and pictures on the wall weren’t dusty or grimy. The condiments weren’t scummy. The salt and pepper shakers sparkled. And the bathroom, while also old, was very, very clean. Our new favorite Saturday morning outing!

Hidden gem! We are visiting and wanted a nice homey-feeling breakfast and found Hovie’s. The waitstaff were very nice and attentive. The food is GREAT! It was exactly what we were craving. They prefer you pay with cash, so make sure you take some!

Easy parking. Across the street from Hy-Vee in a little strip mall By Napa auto parts and Wildcat’s Bar and Grill and Original mattress factory. Not busy. Greeted right away. Sit where you like. Served right away. Clean quiet family diner. I had the Sliced Steak and Eggs with toast and coffee. $17…The steak was savory tender and basted eggs were done just right. Attentive service Checked in on me a couple times To see if I needed anything and always kept my coffee cup full. They had a counter with The Wheel of Fortune the TV. Thanked me when I left. Overall very good 😊 will be back.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Service was so friendly and top notch. Food was amazing. Makes me mad I ever went to Perkins. This is easily the best breakfast in Eagan if not the southern metro. Cannot recommend enough!

Perkins American Food Co. is a beloved family-friendly chain that captures the essence of classic diner dining with its inviting atmosphere and diverse menu. Known for their delicious baked goods and hearty breakfast options, Perkins offers everything from fluffy pancakes to satisfying Eggs Benedict. Many patrons rave about the accommodating service, especially on busy weekends when early arrivals are recommended to avoid long waits. Regulars appreciate the friendly staff who remember their preferences, creating a welcoming environment perfect for casual meals or quick bites any day of the week.
We are regulars every Monday night and the reason is Veronica. She is an amazing server and a great ambassador for Perkins. Always a smile, remembers what you want from previous visits, engaging and thanks you for visiting. Food is always good comfort food. Just a nice and relaxing getaway and fair prices with good portions.

This location is not up to Perkins usual standard. The floors were dirty. The bathroom towel holders have not been cleaned for at least a month based on the dirt buildup. The omelet was like a nearly warmed crepe. The server was kind and efficient.

Came in visiting with family, Food was amazing...fish and chips were cooked fresh and a good size salad but the server was not to enthusiastic about serving us (put the bill as one instead of asking to be split).

My cousin and I met at this Perkins location for an early lunch at about 1045am on a Wednesday . It was nice busy and were seated promptly. We were provided water and coffee right away. Creamers are on the table. I ordered the eggs Benedict with hash browns and a muffin. I was quite satisfied. My cousin ordered a waffle with potatoes. Overall great experience. Price was $30 for everything. For a quick bite and breakfast food I would recommend .

Pretty standard Perkins fare - fluffy pancakes & lovely Eggs Benedict. The bacon was a little thin and super greasy. We had a party of 6 and they easily accommodated us at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. However, by the time we left there were a sea of people waiting both inside & out for tables. Simple lesson...get there early on the weekend.

Came here to get a bite to eat with my son. Only to find out they shut it down @ 7pm. I got here at 9:35 pm on a Sunday night. This place needs to get it together here. I guess I'll go to someone that's open. It will probably be a year before I try this location again.

Breakfast is pretty excellent… You cannot go wrong with an omelette, pancakes, hashbrowns and toast with butter. But $45 for two people to have breakfast with water is pretty ridiculous. Additionally, this particular Perkins is very rundown. It needs a serious makeover. Service was OK, but all The staff was was very overworked, that was very clear. ..always a line at the front toa get seated and a long line to pay your bill, which is ridiculous. PS, wash the fingerprints off the front entrance doors. Your doors were just completely full of fingerprints..

Puffy Cream Donuts Plus is a straightforward, self-service establishment that offers a variety of traditional plain and iced donuts, eclairs, and crullers. One notable aspect is the consistency of their donuts over the years - patrons can expect the same delicious treats every time they visit. Their perfect raised sugar donut is particularly popular among customers. Another must-try option is their boston cream donut, topped with chocolate and filled with custard.
First of all as you see there are doughnut holes in the box. Thanks!! We didn't order those. Welcome surprise to us. Some doughnuts that we bought are not shown, because they disappeared so quickly. 😋 I would recommend going there. We couldn't order online but we went and were not disappointed. We are going to be returning soon.

I’ve been here several times and I am always happy with the service. Staff are friendly and quick! I’ve had both cake and raised donuts here. I like both but my favorite are the donut holes. They seems to always throw in a few for free which is a nice little bonus.

Donuts were good, average in taste 🍩 though one of them was a little stale. But the flavors were good and I loved the donut holes. Better than the grocery store.

Absolutely fantastic donuts. Especially love how late they're open. Other donut shops can learn from this place. We'll definitely be returning again and again!!!

I love this place. Been there several times and stopped in on 4th of July right before the parade. The line was out the door but they managed to get people in and out real quick. They are also selling egg rolls which were fantastic. And of course the donuts were great. Highly recommended.

Panera Bread is a delightful counter-serve bakery and café chain that has become a go-to spot for many food lovers. Known for its delicious sandwiches, fresh salads, and of course, their signature bread, Panera offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. With free WiFi available, it’s an ideal place to unwind while enjoying your meal. The menu features healthy options like the Asian chicken salad and butternut squash soup—both favorites among regulars.
Panera has a wide variety of healthy food. They have a rewards program to earn discounted or free menu items. I receive coupons from them in my email/text. My favorite items are the Asian chicken salad and butternut squash soup. I really like that I can customize my salad. The bakery items are so good. The customer service is always great.

We eat a Panera in Eagan several times per month. The food is great and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My wife wishes the world offer other breads with the soup other than the baguette. Over all a super place to eat and the prices are comparable to similar restaurants. The staff is super friendly. Kevin who works at the counter really makes the place great with his welcoming and positive attitude.

Good food and good ambience. In store app is also too good with a very user friendly interface, only thing is screen is very small. Good ambience with lot of space and very good lighting. Unlimited Sip is one of the main attractions. Though quantity is very less, everything tasted good.

Been here many times and many other paneras and I finally figure I better give a review. I like this one especially more than the other ones. The staff is very friendly. One of the ladies always calls me honey. Just love to come in and get a drink and just sit there and relax. It's such a nice atmosphere. Love the soup and sandwich. The bread is very good. It's my favorite casual restaurant to go to.
John M — Google review
Panera in Eagan just isn’t what it used to be. Years ago, it felt fresh and a step above fast food. Now it seems like most of the food is prepped somewhere else and just assembled on site. It doesn’t taste freshly made like it used to. You can tell the difference. There’s less care in the presentation, and the texture of everything feels more processed or held too long before serving. Prices have gone way up too. A simple lunch can cost as much as a sit-down restaurant, but the quality doesn’t match. The food is still alright, and it’s convenient if you need something fast, but it doesn’t feel like a good value. Other reviews mention the same thing—Panera moving away from freshly made food and leaning into a centralized kitchen model. It shows. Overall it’s a 3 out of 5. It works in a pinch, but it’s not something to look forward to. Used to feel like a better option. Now it’s just another overpriced chain.
Jeff — Google review
This has quickly become my least favorite Panera. Tried to order an egg and sausage sandwich at 9 am on a Saturday but they had No Egg. After first trying to order an egg souffle that they were, surprise, out of. Left the restaurant without ordering a thing.
Greg A — Google review
Good food, but always double check your bag. About one out of every three times I eat here they mess up my order. But they are always good about fixing their mistakes if I go back in.
FrostedParadox — Google review
I don't often visit Panera, maybe once every year or two, because I don't live anywhere near one. Therefore, it's a rare treat when I do go to Panera. This morning I ordered a ham and egg Benny from the drive-thru as a treat while waiting for my husband to have his colonoscopy nearby. That breakfast sandwich might as well have contained everything my husband used to prep for his procedure. My experience after eating that sandwich caused the SAME side effects. Disgusting. And I PAID $$$ for that nasty experience! I apologize for being so graphic, but I'd advise anyone considering ordering food from this establishment to drive right on by.

Lunds & Byerlys Eagan is a delightful grocery destination that I find myself visiting every couple of weeks. Their deli section is a standout, offering an impressive array of both hot and cold options, perfect for any meal or snack. The produce selection is noteworthy as well; I've enjoyed their full-sized lemons and high-quality grapes, although my last visit left me wanting more in terms of freshness. What truly sets Lunds & Byerlys Eagan apart is the inviting atmosphere they create.
I cannot speak to the condition of the larger store, as I was here to check out the cheese counter, and the joys I discovered therein captured my full attention. The cheese counter here is extensive, with a broad variety of foreign and domestic cheeses derived from various milks. I didn't see any issues with mold, an indication that they monitor their stock well. I found a number of new-to-me cheeses, and also bought some small French crackers that I knew to be at an exceptionally good price. I'd love to stop by this store during different seasons to see what new cheeses they carry!
Beth C — Google review
Great selection of healthy foods. Please work on staff friendliness. Staff were always happier and more talkative with customers at Kowalski's. Also, Please convert drive up grocery pickup to the carry out with those 2 wheel carts like Apple Valley has. Much more personal and less of a haste than the drive up. Finally, if you don't fully convert please increase minimum items in self checkout and offer cart service for self checkout. I almost always do self checkout because I don't like drive up , but then need to carry 6 bags out at one time. Not a great look for a high end store. It does give me a good workout though, so thanks for that.

I have consistently good experiences at Lunds & Byerlys Eagan. I appreciate their great selection of delicious deli food, both (hot & cold, and reheatable). They offer an overall wonderful selection of grocery, deli, bakery, produce, health & beauty, greeting cards, gifts, etc. There's seating for meals, and friends gathering for coffee and conversations ... there's an on-site Caribou Coffee. My favorite thing is their staff. They're friendly, welcoming, and helpful. That's what matters most!

Always great stuff! They're daily deals are thr best. I try to go on Tuesdays to get the $$ off the deli sliced L & B corn beef and salami. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

Everything is really overpeiced it seemed. Although its a quiet experience compared to other grocery stores. The way I was told that carts cant go outside def made me laugh! I was honestly like do they really have to do this to everyone?

I've always loved Lunds & Byerlys in Eagan. They're a better than average grocery store. Their deli is wonderful! They carry a lot of items you won't find in other grocery stores.
Brenda W — Google review
This was a very nice grocery store. The wine and spirits department has a great selection. Being from out of town, I was on the hunt for local beer. They had several varieties to choose from and conveniently had them all marked as being local.
Brennan S — Google review
I shop here once every 2 weeks. I get the boars head, no salt added turkey, and a few fresh produce items. Every now & then they give out 5% coupon on their receipts. On the survey you must fill out where you usually job spending habits nothing to bad. They are still a bit pricier. But for my produce, I do like them because the lemons are full size. The grapes are usually better quality. But the last time I was in, I was not satisfied. Im not giving them a bad score because they do really good in general. Employees are all very kind and helpful, again 9 times outta 10 I have had great results. The other deal i saw recently I liked was those Johnny Pops were on sale! Save 7 dollars on 2. Best deal I've seen. Usually you can get those for $4.99 at hyvee. So I gotta take the sale where I can get them and the Johnny Pops are my fave!

Caribou Coffee is a popular chain of coffeehouses known for their specialty drinks, such as mochas and lattes, as well as their wide selection of coffee and breakfast options. Although the overall experience at one particular location was satisfactory, there was some disappointment with the service provided by one worker who seemed abrupt and unfriendly. The rushed ordering process resulted in an incorrect beverage being served. However, other staff members were friendly and gave off a welcoming vibe.
Ordered on 10-14-24 at 11:30. I’m not sure the girls names but whoever made my drinks. You’re the best!!! Extra Flavor is hitting most definitely!!!! I love this location so much and the managers and employees there are so amazing. Love my caribou thanks for being right next to my store. Your fav girl from Pizza Hut. Leah :)

I will always choose Caribou over Starbucks. Caribou is by far the superior coffee shop in the Midwest. I really love the staff at every location I visit. They're all so friendly and helpful. They don't rush me or make me feel like I'm being an inconvenience to them.

Bou! I need you to get some feedback to your team. I love this place and I'm stung! Ya see if I mobile order for delivery through the app I can't tip my driver unless I have cash. The tip goes to the baristas. If I order through Uber eats I don't get my Caribou rewards. The drivers are coming to where I live and it makes me uncomfortable to think someone might retaliate when I've assumed I've been tipping!

I rarely write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved and earned. The quality of the food is good but the service is outstanding. Felicia went out of her way to make my stop amazing. She’s educated in the business and food she helps serve, quick to give her favorites & maintains an amazing standard of how you should be/act at a business like this. How you should treat your guests. I will for sure be back.

I live for beefy saucy burgers and this place delivers. It’s strange to order and pay in a gas station but the atmosphere of the kitchen and eating area makes up for that. Top notch taste. I would like to see more options on the self-serve order system to add sauces on the side instead of on the burger or to add a glass of ice water. Good work team.

Check my reviews on my profile. I rarely very rarely leave a bad or mediocre review. I give two stars only because the cheese curds were pretty good. I got the Al Pastor Chicken bowl. And I’m a be very honest here. It tasted like toilet water. Would I eat here again. Maybe, but I’ll have to try a different item. Not sure if I came on a wrong day. But it seemed like the ingredients within that bowl, was OLD. I was so excited to have my food delivered to me, I’m a truck driver over the road btw so sometimes it’s a little difficult getting a nice hot delicious meal. I was pretty disappointed, now I have to figure out what I’m going to eat all over again.

Local to me, tried for the first time. Opted for take out. Order was ready on time, fries delicious. Smoke house wrap was delicious, hot, juicy. Only thing I would change is adding coleslaw instead of lettuce, but that's a personal preference on how I like my bbq handhelds!

TEXAS BBQ? Sort of ......... Everything here is Ok. Not great. Not terrible. Ribs: They were not fall off the bone tender. Wrestling was required for The 3 bones I got. The bones themselves had small amounts of meat on them and the rub on them is so-so. Brisket: The beef brisket was halfway between tender & dry. The "Chef" refused to slice from the point so I had to accept the flat. It was Ok. I did like the smokiness flavor to the brisket & ribs. Pulled Pork: The pulled pork was dry. That is all I have to say about this. French Fries: Meh. I've had better. Mashed Potatoes & Gravy: Very good. I liked this quite a bit. Bottom line. This place is good if you live in the area and want decent BBQ quickly. It's NOT WORTH DRIVING 30 MINUTES ACROSS TOWN FOR. There are plenty of other solid choices the Twin Cities. I would have given this place 4 stars but I could not believe the "Chef" wouldn't cut me some brisket from the point. That's not very customer friendly. Sorry dude.

The food was awesome. I ordered quite a few things and they were all really good. I'll definitely be eating here meny more times. This unassuming joint is shared with the shell gas station, but don't let that deter you from dressing to the 9s and inviting your favorite person. Maybe just bring allong aprons or bibs too if you opt into the BBQ.

We used to love it here. Service is so ridiculously slow and disorganized. Order on the app and it still takes 45 min for two bagel sandwiches… that were missing ingredients (sun dried tomato and sliced tomato on the Bacon avocado tomato egg white and bacon on the farmhouse). Just ridiculous.

Will never go there again. walked in at 10:45am Sunday, huge line, two cashiers. ordered 3 large hazelnut coffees and bagels. The cashier gives me 3 paper cups with flimsy lids and tells me to go fill out the cups from the dispensers in the back myself. I asked for a tray to hold the 3 cups, as I was driving in a car with the dog and wanted for the cups to be secured. Was told they are out of trays, but I can go to a store next door, they might have one. I then asked for a refund on my coffee. The cashier was not trained on refunds. The manager kept throwing evil eye at me until I had to call her and ask for a refund. Waited for 30 mins for 13 sliced bagels. Watched one of the workers pick up a dirty paper towel from the floor and then go directly to prep food, all without gloves or washing hands. The other worker dug in her eye for a while, then continued with food prep, also no gloves. Watched the worker slicing my bagels, luckily he was hygienic. Yeah, the bagels are good, but this is a chain... the whole place is gross

I stopped in on Wednesday the 1st of October to pick up some bagels for a wedding weekend. I asked 3 everything bagels, 2 onion 5 plain and 3 blueberry. I arrived home and I ended up with 3 everything, 2 onion and the rest plain. I was the only customer in the store at the time, it was a pretty simple order and yet it was messed up. I gotta say i'm super disappointed in the young lady that completed my order. She heard me clearly, and so did the manager that was at the register. I'm sure it was a long day, however, a simple straightforward order should be easy to do even at closing.

I always love a Bruegger’s bagel. But. Looks like the management have really let the store go. It used to be clean, lots of seating, a friendly place to hang out and enjoy some food and a coffee. They’ve done a terrible job, keeping it clean removed all the tables and made it a lot less customer friendly the people working here we’re not very customer friendly either.
Chris L — Google review
It took over 30 min to get my order of 2 bagels. Changing the in-person ordering process is less efficient, but it probably allows them to focus on online orders. Unfortunately the app is limited in customization options. During the wait, the place was crowded with all of the other customers waiting, which meant the few tables were taken by people waiting, and not available for people who wanted a place to eat. If you have you have anything scheduled for the rest of the day, don't bother or let people know you will be late. Personally, I will be purchasing a toaster oven and staying home.

This store is TRYING to be unwelcoming. Most of the tables and chairs have been removed. They reversed the order process so you can’t see the bagels until after you order. Staff is either rude or clueless. Brueggers corporate needs to shut this one down.

I eat at McD several times a month. I find their fish sandwiches and fries can be very tasty if they are fresh. This time I ordered fish and fries via drive thru. I asked for the fish to be fresh. The order taker confirmed it would be made to order. It was early evening, but I got the order without much wait. I checked it in the parking lot, where I took this photo. What I got was a not hot shriveled piece of fish that was NOT fresh. The fries were kinda warm...definitely not hot...and tasted like cardboard. They also were not fresh, and definitely not enjoyable. I was just home from a very long drive, and normally probably would have asked for a replacement order, but mostly just wanting to get home, so I didn't. I ate the sub-par made-to-order fish and threw the fries out.

I left McDonald’s because of the price, but this is the 1st morning of Monopoly! It’s back after the great Big Scandal from the last Monopoly. Gotta wait a few weeks till the chains use old containers without stickers. This is a poor misrepresentation of the McDonald’s name. It has me turned off from McDonald’s. It’s now the local scam. Still overpriced. Workers here have no patience! Like what is so pressing to have my order in ASAP by someone with six hours left to stand and take orders? Everything was exactly as ordered and surprisingly hot!

What is even the point of using the McDonald’s mobile app when the staff can’t manage a basic order? Today, at the second window, I was asked what I ordered—despite clearly placing it through the app ahead of time. There were only three items. The woman at the window in the green shirt handed me the folded paper bag like everything was in order. It wasn't. One item was completely missing. I called afterward thinking the app would allow for a quick refund. But no—the only option was to drive back to the location. That’s an absurd requirement for a mobile order gone wrong. The app is supposed to make things easier, not add another errand to my morning. Your process is outdated, and the staff showed a shocking lack of attentiveness and professionalism. This morning was totally ruined because of these errors. McDonald how hard is it to include refund on the app—and allows its location to see the order and issue it as well, not a name in the book. How old.

I bought a snack wrap from a McDonald's Apple Valley location or nearby. It was warm and the chicken had a little crisp. I fell in love.. Bought one yesterday at this Eagan location and fell out of love. I was so disappointed. It was cold and didn't have the same crisp. Never again! McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain celebrated for its delicious burgers and crispy fries, has been a staple in the dining scene for years. Recently, I visited one of their locations and experienced a mix of highs and lows. The drive-thru was average in speed; however, there was some confusion with order lanes that left me waiting longer than expected. While I didn’t spot McRibs on the menu during my visit, they were available.
I went through the drive-thru on 12/28. I thought it was ok, except as I pulled up, I was going to take the outer lane, and the only car ordering (the inner lane) finished up, so I took the inner lane. I waited a moment and when I heard a worker, I started speaking... then I realized the car that came (technically) after me and went to the outer lane was getting their order taken care of, and not me. Otherwise, the speed was average. I didn't see McRibs on the menu, but they had them. The strawberry & creme pies were displayed next to the speaker, but I was told they don't sell them (maybe I misheard and they were just sold out). This is the preferred location for my parents as the one, much closer to us in Medota Heights (Dodd Rd) has had terrible enough service for a long enough period of time that they go further to this location. I haven't had a McRib in several years, although I am a fan. This tasted pretty good but not as good as I remember them being when I was younger.

This one is usually good, but service has dropped significantly. Had to wait 15 minutes at the second window for decaf as my food got cold. Manager argued with me and then offered only a refund for the decaf. Make this right McDonald's. You're not special.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION!!! The staff was mostly Spanish workers that had a hard time understanding English. They had to get a manager who was able to tell them what my order was. I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with sausage, cheese and egg. One mcmuffin was missing the egg, the other missing the cheese. Unfortunately I did not find this out until I got home. I made the mistake of thinking that for how much these workers get paid by the hour, that they were intelligent enough to follow simple instructions. Or maybe they don't just give a damn. Regardless, I will NEVER go back to that location again.

Kids ordered Hello Kitty x Ninja Turtles Happy Meals, which were advertised and shown with options. Instead, they got different toys. An apple slices pack was already open in one of the Happy Meals. Burgers had a different amount of cucumbers. Small things, but you expect them to get it right, especially for kids' orders. From the positive things, the place looks clean.
Faridun A — Google review
This McDonalds is absolutely horrible. Orders are never right, the wait time is atrocious and everyone who works there was either hired at an amber alert or at the immigration office. Have called numerous times and was either hung up on or told I was talking to a manager but then was later informed that the individual was a regular shift worker. Management, the franchise is owned by Tom Butler, either doesn't care or is to busy counting his McDonalds dollars to be bothered. I wish more people would just boycott such places until something is fixed but as a society we just HOPE they get it right and move on. We all work too hard and to not receive what we asked for and then be treated like we're the ones at fault is wrong. Mr. Butler if you're reading this, bwtween your deposits at the bank and manicures....people have other choices. Train your people and bring back personal service. You owe us that much.

I've never had a problem with this location until today. The lady at the window gave me the wrong sandwich, and I didn't notice until I got home and after breakfast ended. I ordered a spicy sausage McMuffin with egg. The grill slip I received said "Sausage Egg McMuffin without sausage". Super frustrating to not receive the meat since these sandwiches are not cheap!

Food was fine. This is the one location where we actually get our requested sauces and ketchup etc. They get it right each time versus other locations....it's missing or wrong. Cookies weren't very fresh. It just feels like the portions get smaller and the prices go up.

Idk, maybe it's been awhile since I've been in a McDonald's, or maybe it's just that I went into a McDonald's in Minnesota for the first time, but I thought it was weird that there was only 1 dispenser of napkins, and a tray of salt & pepper, but nothing else like ketchup for example available. Was no drink dispensers either. Maybe it's time to just give up on McDonald's altogether? The fries weren't hot at this location and about half full, and the sandwiches were pretty meh on flavor, but truly, I did enjoy the cookies.

Wow, definitely the best Starbucks in the twin cities. It’s big and spacious. The ambiance was great. My drink was fast and made well. I’m thankful they don’t put iced drinks in paper cups like some of the Starbucks are doing.

This might be the first review I have ever written, but this experience truly deserves 5 stars. I spent half a day at this Starbucks yesterday (Thursday, September 5th, 2025), and I was incredibly impressed by the level of service. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations around the country, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The customer service was exceptional. My drink was made quickly and delivered directly to my table, no name called out, no confusion. Multiple employees checked in on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. At one point, someone came around with a tray of waters, offering them to all the customers. When I finished my drink, an employee cleared my table and asked if I’d like another water, then brought me a fresh one in a larger cup. Every team member working that day showed not only hard work but genuine kindness. Whoever is managing this location, give these employees a raise (or at least a bonus!!!). They've set the bar high. I was beyond impressed!

They get my drink wrong half the time, regular mocha instead of white mocha, even when they ring it in correct. Did that yesterday and when I went back to get a refund cause it had gotten too late to drink espresso, they agreed but then tried to just hand me a “corrected” drink that wasn’t even right. It was a hassle to get them to refund me and then they still jipped me by not getting all the modifications and saying they didn’t know how. Very frustrating especially since it keeps happening. Didn’t give a 1 star simply cause the staff is typically nice.

I Mobile ordered 5 minutes prior to getting to drive thru. Partners were more focused in trying to coach me (with attitude) on when to get to drive thru than just doing what’s right and taking care of the customer. I was never greeted when I got to the window- just simply ignored- even if someone had just said we’ll be with you shortly, but their customer service priorities are not there. They were adequately staffed- there was no one else in the drive thru. The experience felt more like a McDonald’s than what Starbucks has ever felt like.
Caity J — Google review
The staff at this Starbucks are always so pleasant. I enjoy going there and ordering in person. This location is nice and airy, and located conveniently in with the shops and restaurants at the Commons.

So first of all, I love this place. The lobby is large and modern, the staff are friendly, and this is just my favorite coffee shop in Eagan (and beyond). However I have to knock off a star because it’s impossible to know when they are open - the hours for drive thru and dining room change weekly. I know this is mostly out of their control because of staffing shortages but it’s definitely frustrating for all involved. Also, because they have new folks working I’ve had my order made wrong a few times. I’ll never complain to them or ask them to make it again because I get that they are new but I want others to be aware. Best of luck finding more staff and getting things back to to normal again.

Love the buy online pick up in store concept. Timing is key and you don’t wait. Been going to this Starbucks location since it was built. Clean. Friendly. Today was greeted with a friendly hello from Chris Johnson. How nice. Made my day

It would be great if they listened. I asked for light ice They FILLED my cup to the rim with ice. I have taken 4 drinks and my large matcha is almost gone. I basically paid $8 for a large cup of ice with a splash of matcha. I will not be going back to this location!

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting customers with its iconic burgers and crispy fries for decades. One of the standout features of this beloved chain is its efficient drive-thru service, which often gets you on your way in no time. A particular employee shines brightly among the staff, consistently bringing a warm smile and exceptional customer service to every interaction. His positive attitude truly enhances the dining experience at McDonald's, making it a place where you feel valued as a customer.
Drive through is pretty quick most days. There is this one employee who is ALWAYS so nice. I have never seen him have a bad attitude. He definitely deserves a promotion. His customer service is top tier.
Joi S — Google review
Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was completely unprofessional — rude, inattentive, and clearly not interested in doing their jobs. Our food was thrown together with zero care. Everything looked and tasted disgusting: cold fries, sloppy burgers, and wrong size drink. When we pointed out that our order was wrong, they acted like it was our fault and refused to fix it. No apology, no effort to make it right. If you’re looking for fast food done right, I suggest you skip this location altogether. Total disappointment.

If I could give negative stars I would. Seriously guys it’s not rocket science! Absolutely atrocious order handeling from your team. I ordered a Cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget fries and a MCchicken and a Diet Coke. I did not receive the nuggets at all. Fries were cold and old. My Cheeseburger did not have CHEESE. I do not recommend this McDonalds at all.
Raul G — Google review
If I could give 0 stars I would. The latina manager here is so rude she will definitely be working here for the rest of her life. I tried telling her that someone had switched the coke and the diet coke syrup (very politely) because someone literally did!!! and she just goes “no” but I went back and got a diet coke 2 times for it just to be a regular coke that I can’t even drink… She doesn’t care. Anytime I call there they just hang up on me. I literally don’t care what her situation is, she needs to treat people nicer. That’s just disgusting. Everyone here is so so sweet. I DO NOT KNOW HOW SHE GOT THE MANAGER POSITION!!!! Most crew members there would do so much of a better job

Fries were not fully cooked, chicken. Tenders were questionable on doneness or not. I ordered a big Mac and the cheese slice didnt make it on top of the salad that should have been a burger. So I got the lettuce down to a reasonable level, reassembled the sandwich and discovered there was sauce all over the bun too, so I couldn't hold it very well either. Just very sloppy and not great. My wife ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it was DRIPPING with grease as if it had been sitting in water. Grease dripped all over her shirt which is now ruined.

Went to this location. In the past service was great. Today, however it was not. One of my group did a modified burger. They did the modifications, BUT they also took off the bacon. Which was to left ON the burger. Didn't realize until we got home. It also didn't print up a receipt which he needed. The other person to order had NO changes and we have to wait a good chunk of time to get his order. So got the receipt, we were STILL waiting for the second order. There were 2 women that wanted refills the cup was taken, and wasn't brought back to her she had to asked for it. They were there, BEFORE my party arrived. When they did get the drink Diet Coke it was very light in color. The the lady mentioned this there was 3 lady that comment that the drink was weak. They fixed it. So, after getting home and discovered the missing bacon, tried to call the location and it went to VM. It will be a while before I try that location again in the future.
Sno C — Google review
This is one of the most disappointing McDonald's I've been to. The location seems set up to focus on drive through service. The interior is cramped and poorly designed. The staff seem disinterested in actually helping customers and actively lie when you just ask honest questions about happy meal toys. It's McDonald's food, so you know what you're getting, but I'd go to any other location in any area over this one ever again
Matthew W — Google review
I don't always stop here, but when I do, I will always get parked. I don't mind it too much, but dang it the last time and this time I'm missing an item. I just don't get it, the order receipt is literally sticker on the bag! It's not my job to check my bag for my items, it's their's. Fast, but their accuracy sucks big time.

Dunn Brothers Coffee specializes in sustainable beans, offering an array of espresso and cold-brew beverages. The coffeehouse chain prides itself on its friendly service and inviting atmosphere, providing a great space to work, relax, or socialize with friends and family while enjoying a cup of java. They offer internet access for customers to stay connected and maintain a well-kept establishment. With abundant options for both coffee and food, they also sell freshly roasted and ground beans for purchase.
Best Coffee shop, hands down! Every employee is lovely and super helpful. They have the greatest light and medium roasts. They also have great americanos both hot and iced. They have board games you can play while your there. They display art from local artists. They have a great little outdoor space. Their drive-thru is always quick! Almost forgot they have delicious avocado toast!

Love this Dunn Bros. Even tho it’s a franchise, ownership is local and the staff is so friendly. I bring my dog through the drive through and he always receives a treat. More importantly, service is fast and my drinks are always right. Always a better experience than big chains that shall remain nameless.

my fiancé and i came here today and had a good time. seating is plentiful. i got a coffee and they got a nitro cold press. we both had a sausage and egg biscuit. before leaving i ordered a (sugar free) red bull infusion to go. i got the orange creamsicle flavor and asked for cold foam on top. would recommend!
Evelyn S — Google review
Honestly, one of my worst coffee shop experiences. Firstly, my cappuccino was made way too hot to be able to drink it immediately. It was also poorly made; the espresso-to-milk ratio was off, and it tasted more like an Americano than a cappuccino. I also ordered a steamer for my kiddo and couldn't even give it to her in the store because it was so hot. I was also disappointed with the croissant (if you could call it a croissant; it was flat and spongy and looked more like a pop tart). Secondly, the whole ambiance of the shop is poor. It was dimly lit and there was no art on the (scuffed) walls. It reminded me more of a gas station seating area than a coffee shop. It was also so loud. It was difficult to have a conversation because any sound carried. Coupled with the continuous banging behind the counter, it was so overstimulating that we left after 15 minutes and went home. Definitely wouldn't be back. There are certainly better places to get coffee for similar prices.

Love the pistachio muffins. I was invited to attend a Dakota County Chamber event this morning and Dunn Bros. provided the coffee and yummy treats. Love how management is willing to support the community.
Lisa C — Google review
Unlike Starbucks and Caribou, Dunn still has a manual espresso machine, which gives the barista the control to make a better cup of coffee. This Dunn is well-staffed and everyone is friendly. The baked goods are superior to most coffee shops. My 2 favorites are the chocolate avalanche warmed up, and the espresso brownie bites. Today I tried their “food” menu for the first time. I had the California chicken sandwich, and it was excellent. This Dunn is located in a dense suburban area, so it occasionally gets busy with families, especially on weekend afternoons. Other times are usually pretty quiet.

Bathroom was filthy, and seemed to have been filthy for a while. Otherwise, the atmosphere seemed nice. Didn't have confidence in the food safety though, given the lack of cleanliness.

Felt like having a coffee and a treat before church, so I stopped by here. I ordered a small frappe mocha coffee and a chocolate Croissant. It was wonderful. I would definitely order both again. The girl behind the counter was friendly. The atmosphere was nice. They had coffee and cups for sale in there store. It was a cozy little coffee shop.

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain that specializes in mouthwatering chicken sandwiches and nuggets, complemented by a variety of salads and sides. Known for its inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to indulge in their famous chicken offerings. Many patrons rave about the deliciousness of their chicken nuggets and wraps, as well as the iconic waffle fries—ideal for dipping into ice cream!
Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was great and friendly and also had table side service for drink refills. Food came out just like we ordered. It was fresh and hot and quick. Usually always the go-to for a chicken samdwhich, and mac n cheese with the sweet tea! Can't beat it!
Patrick J — Google review
VERY disappointed in my southwest salad. Most of the salad appeared to be cabbage I assume. I’m not sure what it is but it’s not salad & no it’s not cheese, even though it looks like it. I’ve NEVER received a salad from chic fil A that looked like this! Update: came back for a refund & was given a hard time. Apparently this location doesn’t give refunds “due to policy”. Manager on duty Megan was dismissive & seemed as though she just wanted to be over the situation. I ended up contacting customer support and everything worked out. This is my 2nd time here within a 2yr spand and received terrible food & service once again. Will not be coming back to this location & wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If a problem arises I would suggest contacting customer support for this location.

Food service atmosphere great! I regularly come here for the chicken. I love the chicken nuggets. Chicken wrap and chicken sandwich. I enjoy that I can upgrade the drink to a milkshake with out anyone giving me any problems unlike McDonald's. I also enjoy getting the waffle fries. Sometimes I get those upgraded to large waffle fries. They are great for dipping in the ice cream. Fantastic food, I don't have to worry about greasy or messy. They are open most days of the week. Very good! My meals usually cost around 16 or 17 dollars.

This location has friendly staff and consistently good food. However, there has been stuff either missing or messed up in my order the last four times I went there. Remember to check your bag before leaving to ensure that everything is there!
Antonio S — Google review
This was a bit unexpected for us. Every Chick-fil-A we have been to has been very positive. This location in Eagan was not as clean as I would expect. I usually see employees out cleaning tables but instead they all seem to be screwing around in the kitchen. We forgot to add a piece of cheese to one of our sandwiches, my wife went to ask if they could add for us. They were willing. Service was quick but the shift lead who brought our food spilled the drink on several items on our tray. I helped him right the cup as he was about to loose it more. He didn't say anything about it. Instead he just asked us to come to the counter to pay 30 cents for the cheese. That's fair as it's not a free upgrade though good customer service would dictate just fixing that. The chicken was a bit over cooked compared to what I'm used to but was still good. Overall I'm really surprised as I expected the Eagan location to be as good or better than West St Paul. But I was wrong. WSP has always provided a perfect experience.
SpaZZco — Google review
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. As soon as we walked in, not a single table was clean or sanitized to sit at. Every trash bin was full, and the staff taking orders did not seem pleased to be there. I had placed my order online, and it wasn’t even complete when I picked it up. We ended up having to clean our own table just to sit down. During the entire time we were there, we did not see a single employee attempt to clean tables or empty trash. Very disappointing experience for a location that carries the Chick-fil-A name.

I received the wrong meal and called customer care. I was told the location manager would call me, but I haven’t received any follow-up. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A location. If I were you, I’d drive a bit further to the Apple Valley Burnsville location instead.

Absolute perfection! We got the Butterscotch Latte, hot chocolate for the kiddo and a pistachio cardamom espresso. For the food I ordered a B.B.L.A.T. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious! The coffee was the perfect temperature and not overly sweet. Our waitress Samantha had the most amazing smile and energy to her also. Overall it was a wonderful experience with delicious food, in a beautiful restaurant. Experience this place if you can!

After great reviews from family members we were visting , We made it Hope Breakfast Bar - Eagan on a Monday morning. This place was buzzling and has good energetic vibes to it. Kids unanimously voted ans orderd the Red Velvet Waffle which tuened out tasty with blueberry sryup being the highlight. Pinacolada french toast was bit too sweet for our liking albeit its unique offering. Hash browns very disappointing but Stuffed Poblano was ok . Beverages and the drinks checked the ok box. Anna B serviced out table and was very patient and quick. This wasnt an wowlicious place nevertheless a good breakfast / brunch experience in and around twin cities

Really wanted to love this place. Was leery going here after all the bad press, related to fraud and them shutting down their nonprofit. It’s a local business though and wanted to give them a try to support local. After visiting I can say my opinion is neutral but given the recent press I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Chicken and waffles were a nice portion size and a hit with my teenager. 2 maple syrup Options (jalapeño and plain). No sides included but not really needed due to the ample portion size. Hashbrowns - ordered a side and was disappointed. Soft almost mushy in the middle the outside not crispy enough. Avocado toast - I didn’t want the fried avocado so asked for fresh sliced instead and they easily accommodated my request. Served w two poached eggs cooked perfectly. Order didn’t come out at once, waffles were served and several minutes later the avocado toast which requires minimal cooking came out. Served w a side of fruit, which seemed a bit old as the blueberries were mushy. Upon completing our meal I tried to find our server to pay the bill she dropped off. She was busy at the espresso machine for several minutes so I went to the hostess to see if we could pay. She went and told our server who came by a few minutes later to check us out. That process could have been better, we waited an awful long time to leave. Overall the food was tasty but a bit overpriced and service was slow and inattentive.

This coffee shop was within easy walking distance from our hotel. Update to my previous review: a vast improvement, the manager here is really friendly, he provided fast service, and was very personable I forgot his name however, he made my experience here much better!! I will give this place 5 stars again! I used to enjoy coming to this Caribou location, but I think this might be my last visit unless my friend who lives nearby and frequents this location invites me here. I'm really disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered a simple black iced tea and even left a decent tip, but the two baristas on duty seemed to completely ignore my order. Despite being the only walk-in customer in line, I waited about 8 minutes for my drink while they prioritized drive-thru orders to a much larger degree. It was a hot day, and standing there feeling dehydrated while being overlooked was frustrating. This location clearly needs attention from corporate. The baristas appeared cheerful and nice on the surface, but their customer service was lacking and inattentive, I understand the nature of food & retail jobs not being the easiest for people, I used to work one myself, and didn't act this way. I didn’t feel like a valued customer I felt subtly dismissed. The experience was a far cry from my last visit three weeks ago, when the manager on duty was friendly and personable. As of 7/3/2025, the quality of customer service here has noticeably declined.
Mark M — Google review
In the nicest possible way, the employees at this location always seem confused and stressed out. Coffee is fine, I like the caramel espresso shakers. Took me a minute to find something I like because most things I have ordered are diluted with milk and lack rich espresso flavor. I’m not positive, but I also think that they add ice to their drinks lastly, AFTER liquid is poured. Some drinks I’ve gotten have only had a few ice cubes and the drink is still luke warm. To prevent this, ice always goes in the cup first followed by espresso! I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and I’ve never written a review for a place unless it’s a positive one because I understand and feel for people in customer service being one myself, but this location of caribou has left me a tad more disappointed than satisfied. Today I ordered a sandwich. The lady at the register took my name for the order. The person who ordered after me had gotten the same sandwich. Once the first sandwich was ready (mine) they called out the name of the sandwich, not the name the order was under. Me being the only one with that order aside from the lady behind me that had also ordered the same, I grabbed the first sandwich. After a couple minutes, the lady behind me who had ordered the same sandwich asked if they had HER sandwich on the way. One of the employees responded with “I put it on the counter. Where is it??” She replied explaining how I had ordered one as well and took the first one (because I ordered first) and she was waiting for hers. This could have been avoided with communication and calling the names of the orders hence them initially asking for them! There was enough staff and no big morning rush of customers. I’m not angry with at all with Caribou, nor am I a Karen but I just feel like there are things numerous they could improve on for their sake for things to run smoother. Drink tasted very good today though. EDIT: 8/2/25 You can only write one Google review so I’m going to have to add on to this one. I didn’t want to have to do this but today’s experience was yet again exhausting and disappointing. Lady at the register was nice and my drink was good!! I also like the maple waffle sandwich. My colleague Jane doe approached the counter to grab some napkins and had told a specific employee that she had ordered three cream cheeses. The employee replied and said something along the lines of “you were only charged for two”. Jane doe reminded her again that she ordered three, to which said employee continues to challenge her by mentioning that she was only rung up for 2. Jane doe asks if she should go back, wait in line again, and pay for another cream cheese to resolve the issue even though she just hadn’t received the third she initially asked for. Employee ended up just giving her a cream cheese which was nice, but the argumentative/confrontational tone she used was the real issue for us. I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen this specific employee smile or not running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I understand no one is perfect and having a Saturday morning rush gets stressful (I’ve been there trust) but if you’re not able to control your attitude because of the circumstances, maybe a desk job would be more fitting.
Avery D — Google review
I have been coming to this location for years. I have had other bad experiences, but not like today. Today they forgot the hot sauce with the chorizo burrito which was easily fixable. They also first gave me the wrong drink. I had to wait 5 minutes. I got a new drink and it still wasn't right as they forgot the bubbles for the Raspberry Green Tea with Bubbles. There was no jelly boba type stuff at the bottom as usual. I took a picture. I didn't have time to sit there any longer, so I just left. The issues always come from the women employees. I am a woman myself. I must say the men employees are a lot more competent here. I will be contacting corporate as well.

I am from out of town and was super excited to be near Bruegger’s to have it again, store had said it opened at 8 on Sunday's so I came at 8:14 after my workout and they hadn’t opened yet. Andy the “manager” was treating his employee Theresa so rudely. He was berating her and acting like a jerk. My experience this morning with how the General manager of this particular store treated was absolutely abhorrent. The dude acted and talked to me like I was a complete disservice to him the entire time dealing with him. He thought he could continue taking advantage of me and mistook my soft-spoken tone of voice as being weak or soft, as he repeatedly talked down to me in a very harsh, abrasive, condescending, disrespectful tone of voice. Until I put him in his place and shut him down reminding him who the customer was and that you don't ever dare talk to me in that kind of tone. This hasn't been the first time with him as well, as I am a repeat customer. What is even worse is, he has ZERO humility whatsoever. He continued to make excuses and justifications for his behavior and displayed a real smug, arrogant look on his face towards me while both of my bagel sandwiches were in the toaster. The GM of this store knew he was an embarrassment to the store as he had to watch what he was saying because other customers were int the store as well as co-workers. All other store employees in this store treat me and customers with the respect they deserve, but this guy has an ego and pride about him that was very off-putting and distasteful.

The General manager of this store needs a real lesson in Respect to ALL Customers and Customer service in general. His tone and demeanor the entire time I was being helped by him resembled that of a drill instructor with major anger/ego problems. You are dealing with grown adults here buddy. Stop acting as if I was a disservice to you the entire time I dealt with your sorry existence just because you have a disdain towards me for no good reason whatsoever. Stop with the justifications, rationalization and excuses of your hideous behavior. I am glad their were other customers in the store and employees that could hear our exchange. What is worse, AFTER I shut you down with what MY boundaries are for respect when talking to a customer, your rotten body language continued on with your Smug, arrogant, pompous look on your face towards me, offering ZERO apologies for your pathetic behavior. The fact that you are in a leadership position with your service skills is a joke.

Dunkin' is a beloved, long-established chain known for its signature breakfast offerings and an impressive array of coffee beverages. During my visits to one particular location, I noticed it shares space with a Baskin-Robbins, which adds an interesting twist to the experience. While the staff's performance was satisfactory, I felt that some additional training could enhance their service even further. Overall, Dunkin' remains a go-to spot for those craving delicious morning treats and energizing drinks!
Before I begin my review I find it interesting that the same location has two separate Google search results? I reviewed the Baskin-Robbins side of the business, but will review the Dunkin side. Being both businesses reside in the same building. With that said. From the few times I have visited this location have found the employees to be okay in the performance of their duties. A little more training would do wonders in my opinion. But, I digress here. Dunkin rebranded themselves and dropped the "Donuts" portion awhile back, but their donuts just aren't the same as of old. They used to make their donuts fresh daily, but now come frozen then reheated before sale. Then they took out the counter and stools which was a mistake in itself in my opinion. We "old fogies" used to gather in Dunkin Donuts after church to shot the breeze eating fresh donuts and drinking coffee. Those days are long gone and will be missed. These days I go-to Donut Star on Cliff Rd. for my donuts as they are made fresh daily. Just wish a Krispy Kreme was in Minnesota?

Okay. This might be a bit harsh of a review, but I used to work for the franchise that owns this Dunkin. I ordered through the app this morning and my partner got their food. But, when it came to my apple braid and my bottle of Pop the mark was missed. A. I was treated like I was stealing from them, even though I ordered it. B. I got the wrong baked good. I got a strawberry donut, not the apple braid I was charged for. C. I had to ask for a starry 3 times!!!! Elias, I know you read these. Please, come on, this is ridiculous. You would have raked my team over the coals about this.

I ordered a frozen coffee and the lady brought me a coffee with whip cream on it. I told her I just ordered a frozen coffee. She replies “ I can just wipe the whip cream off the coffee. I asked her to please make a frozen coffee. She became argumentative and I stated feel free to just give me a refund if you don’t want to make it. I’m lactose intolerant and didn’t need to go into all that detail as I didn’t order whip cream on it and wiping it off doesn’t mean it is not still in the coffee. Terrible customer service.

I usually enjoy coming to this donut shop, but there's one staff member who consistently makes my experience uncomfortable. Every time I order, he tells me he "can’t hear me" and asks me to speak up—even though I’m speaking clearly and no other employee has had trouble hearing me. He then tells me to move forward without confirming my order or politely directing me to the window. At the window, he doesn’t tell me the total—he just takes my card, charges it, and hands me the donuts without saying anything. If I ask for an assorted dozen, he only gives me 3 or 4 types, which defeats the purpose of “assorted.” It feels like he either doesn’t care or has a personal issue with me. It’s frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously, because every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

The guy at the counter is very not customer friendly on 14 August 2025 12:29pm, I couldn’t understand him at the drive through because of his accent ( I was not trying to be rude ) and he felt some kinda of way and giving me attitude when I was paying. had to through the dounts and the drinks, felt like he did something to it after that minor interaction

There was mold in my bagel - didn’t notice until I was halfway through eating it already. I want to throw up. This is horrible!
Kelly P — Google review
The drinks are always horrible, never hits. I asked for a refund and it was a problem.... they asked what was wrong like Im the problem & then chucked them in the trash and gave me my refund but dropped my refund all over the counter... not even in my hand... rude rude rude... learn COSTUMER SERVICE! DO BETTER 🤷🏽‍♀️

The customer service at this Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. It could be better. They do not listen to your request and how you want your food or coffee they rush. Definitely needs improvement.

DC Donuts Dream Cafe is a delightful new addition to the neighborhood, quickly becoming a favorite among locals. This charming family-run establishment prides itself on crafting delicious donuts that strike the perfect balance between sweetness and flavor. Visitors rave about the variety of options available, with many noting how pleasantly surprised they were by unique flavors like the light cherry donut. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff makes every visit feel special, as if you're catching up with an old friend.
when my mom told me that a new donut place opened up across from her house, of course I had to try it. And I was not disappointed! Not only are the donuts delicious, but the staff (maybe the owner?) was so personable and made you feel like a friend. I wish lots of success to this cute donut shop! A few constructive comments (i hope that’s okay): I would recommend them getting real half-and-half for the coffee, which was delicious by the way. Instead of the individual little cups. also, a special pricing for a half dozen, not just a dozen. But overall I had a great experience and will be back time and time again! Thank you DC donuts!

Cute family owned shop! I got to try the glazed raised and apple fritter which were both delicious and fresh! Way tastier donuts than Dunkin or any chain of the sort! Will be coming back to try the mochi donuts!

I keep forgetting to review this place, I've been coming here many of times since they've opened. Their donuts are the best in town and I won't go anywhere else. I love the old fashioned donut, chocolate coconut crunch, glazed croissant, and pretty much every flavor of their cake donuts. And let's not forget the mochi donuts, they are a 10/10! 😀 The gal that works the register is just the sweetest. 😊 My son and I love coming here.

Good donuts and way better than what you would find from the chains like Dunkin. This family owned donut shop has a variety of flavors, and plenty of options from your plain glazed to old fashioned donuts to maple glazed to standard jelly donuts. All the donuts were good and fresh! You can also buy a drink, they include iced or hot coffee, lattes, and tea. Or purchase milks, juices and water from the fridge. Additionally they do have some soups and sandwiches but I did not try them as I was primarily going there for donuts. 🍩 We decided to buy a couple each and eat them at the shop before continuing on with our busy day 💕

Great little donut shop! They have a good variety of favorites and they were far better than anything you can get at Dunkin. Flavors were great and the regular coffee was very good as well. Only disappointment was not realizing they they have rotating specials. We were hoping for cinnamon rolls, but we will keep an eye out for them in the future! 😀

Overall, nice experience at this coffee shop! Sits within a nice strip mall off on Diffley and is a great way to start ones morning! Definitely a smaller joint, but if you want a quieter atmosphere it's very friendly.

This place is fun, bright and clean. Major shout out to their above and beyond service. We ordered “birthday donuts” for my son. See the pictures for the instructions we gave - the baker made him a special giant cinnamon roll donut (single donut in picture is the size of the box!) then he made special matching donuts for the other children. They even added a birthday card. My son and all his friends thought they were the coolest treats ever! Give this place lots of business - they are a wonderful addition to our community!
Derek H — Google review
Cute family run place taking pride in their product. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad donut, but these are pretty good! The cherry donut was surprisingly light and we enjoyed more than expected. Choose here over the grocery store, gas station, or other competitors and support small business in our neighborhood! No vegan, GF, etc options for donuts today They do have a bit of seating if you want to hang out for a little bit. Friendly staff They do have a beverage case with cold beverages in addition to coffee With any good donut place making FRESH donuts …. Call ahead for larger orders if you can to help them plan for the next day.
