The space had a very good mix of artists and the presentation is excellent. I would like to return to visit the artist studios on the first Fridays of the month when they do a tour of art spaces in Wilmington.

Miss the atmosphere from back in the day. My family would come everywhere Saturday as a family trip, even if it was just for window shopping and going to eat at Woolworths dinner.

This my spot where I get my fruit fresh from the islands and a authentic Mexican food as well! Nice other food and drink spots inside too.

Lots of selection for the entire family and the cost is more than reasonable! We went in not expecting much - but the staff is welcoming and helpful. The perfect level of professionalism and helpfulness. And we ended up buying lots of clothing, still awd at the quality and tremendous selection. Value for the money is exceptional. We went back twice in one day because we were quite pleased with the choices and price. Better than a number of outlet stores!

I had the most positive experience at Kohl’s. The customer service was excellent! Yvette welcomed all my questions and helped me with all my needs. I also appreciated the help given to me by the attendants who were working on the floors. From the greeting coming in to that going out, I felt that the Kohl’s team valued me as a customer! Let me not forget the value for my bucks!

They have good collection of women clothes and the prices are affordable. I love their collections. The return policy is also good. They have clothes, bags, watches, and many more items required for household.

Celina and Chris were awesome...I came in on Amtrak to honor my friend Emilio Sosa who was receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from Pratt...I got off the train...into Celina's chair...a quick change...and I was off to Bryant Park!

I just moved back to DE after 10 years and needed almost everything, so I didn’t want to spend much on couches at all. I had never been to Big Lots before but there’s one 0.8mi away from my new house, next to the grocery store I went to. I went in to check out furniture and instantly saw a sofa/loveseat set that was perfect for me. I wasn’t going to buy it that day, I still wanted to look a few other places, but I was greeted by an employee named Frank and after sitting there talking to him and realizing the price, I knew I wanted it. He let me know he first needed to check stock, and he ended up having the sofa there but no loveseat. However, the system said the New Castle store had it and I saw him call over there to confirm. I bought the set and while my mother spent another 2 hours walking around shopping (her first time at a BL too), I talked to Frank for a little while longer and ended up buying an incredibly comfortable gray recliner on sale for only $199 as well. They work with third party delivery, so I just offered my new landlord $100 to go to the two stores in his box truck to pick up and deliver for me. It was 24 hours later the next day after I bought it when he said he was going to head over to New Castle to get the one piece first, so I called them to make sure they had it ready for him. I talked to a lady who said she was the manager and she said yup, come on over. I asked her to take my number down to call me back if for some reason she doesn’t actually have it. She said if I don’t hear right back from her then it’s there. I don’t hear from her so I send my LL over. He calls me while he’s there saying that she can’t find it (she never called me back). He puts me on with her, and all of a sudden she’s telling me my only option is the floor model for $50 off, but that she JUST put it out not even two weeks ago. It was so unexpected and on the spot I didn’t know what to do. I have the matching new sofa back at the Edgemoor store so I just said okay and trusted her that it was very very new. My LL got there and we unloaded it, and the loveseat did look ok at first, it wasn’t stained or damaged. Then, I unwrapped the brand new matching sofa and it was very clear that the loveseat was put out WAY longer than 2 weeks ago. If I had to guess, I’d say the better part of a year, you can’t get this kind of wear in even a month. I wanted it to work, it’s not expensive stuff, there was just no way I could keep these two pieces together. I’d have been better off taking a year old floor model sofa too, they’d at least match. At this point, I was very worried because I did technically accept the piece, but under clear false pretenses at the last second when I wasn’t even there. Talking to my mom, her exact words right away were “Frank will fix this, give him a chance to”. None of this was Franks fault, he was off that following day of pickup and he absolutely called the NC store to confirm they had the piece, the person he talked to just didn’t actually check. I went back into the Edgemoor Big Lots the next morning to talk to Frank, and he already had a resolve for me after he came in and found out what happened, before knowing at all that I was unhappy. He had located a new piece at a much further store and he was going to go pick it up in his personal truck and bring it to my house and take the floor model back to NC. I am writing this a mere 24 hours later, and the store manager just called me to let me know Frank just pulled up to the store with the new piece and that Frank or him will be calling me back for delivery. He just wanted to make sure I would be home the rest of the day, which I am. Overall, phenomenal customer service that you just don’t see very often anymore in big box brick and mortar retailers. I actually worked as a National Director of Sales for for a furniture retailer for 6 years, and Frank is the type of employee that you hang onto and develop into a store manager or even higher, in my humble opinion. Because of Frank, my mom and I will be loyal shoppers of the BL location for life.

Marshall’s is my happy place, it combines both style and comfort, offering a unique blend of home goods that immediately transforms any space. Staff friendly and helpful. Lines move quickly.

First visit to TJ Max: Surprised at the range of merchandise. Somehow, I always thought it was just a clothes store-- but they actually have a bit of everything. There are decent-sized kitchen and housewares sections, a jewelry department, luggage, clothes, shoes, sportswear and a small, kids' toy department. With Halloween a couple months away, you'll find an extensive selection of spooky themed items like decorations, mugs and costumes. UPDATE: Christmas decorations are beginning to appear in the back of the store, while there's still plenty of Halloween decor to be found. Great selection of merchandise throughout the store with discounted pricing.

Everything is reorganized and stocked and they definitely did a good job revamping everything

I always forget that this location exists since it’s at the edge of Kirkwood Highway. I honestly am blown away by how clean and well-stocked this location is, and it’s HUGE. Judging from the storefront, I never expected this Target to be as large as it is, but it feels so vast inside. We visited early morning, and it was the best decision because this shopping center (when crowded) is a nightmare.
